Fayçal Bettioui is the chef of Table 3 in Casablanca, Morocco. Bettioui grew up in a family of pastry chefs. close to the port in Casablanca, and fish and seafood was always a staple food in his family. His studies took him to the United States, where he switched to his chef’s career in some of the best restaurants in New York and Miami.
