- 0:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Hey everyone, it's Justin of Voices for Voices.
- 0:05Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Thank you so much for joining us.
- 0:06Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Whether you're watching or listening, whether you're here in the United States or you are in one of those uh uh additional countries, provinces, territories that are outside the United States, or just about at a hundred different countries, provinces, territories outside of uh the United States of America.
- 0:33Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So thank you for joining us, uh, whether you're watching or listening, and for spending time uh out of your day with with us, if this is your first episode, or this is uh your uh 300 and I believe this is 370, episode 370.
- 0:57Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So if you've been with us from the beginning, thank you.
- 1:00Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Welcome and welcome if this is your first episode.
- 1:04Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: If this is your first episode, uh as I mentioned, we have uh over uh well this is episode 370, so we have a quite a vast catalog of shows of guests of topics, uh some in studio, some out of studio, uh, some uh remote uh on location, and we're just uh pleased uh and glad to be able to uh bring these shows to you uh for for anyone.
- 1:45Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: If this is your first or even following along, uh we've had uh quite a few shows as of late that uh really highlight how us as human beings can can do better, to be better, to treat others better, to not take advantage of people.
- 2:16Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're talking about whether that's an adult taking advantage of another adult or an adult taking advantage of a minor, like in our show uh with uh with Katherine that we did.
- 2:35Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Um it's really heartbreaking to hear how she was taken advantage of and and and is still battling trauma and after effects of the grooming and the abuse that she she suffered.
- 2:57Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Um, but she is a brave person, inspiring person to come and share with the world uh what she's been through to help not only herself but others, and it's it's just really incredible that someone can can do that because when people are groomed their thought process, it's almost like they're brainwashed into doing certain things or to think a certain way or certain ways, and not all those are good, not everybody in the world is bad by any stretch, but there are uh some bad uh individuals that have taken advantage not only of Catherine, so many others, and we realize there's there's backlash to that, and I'd like to address that at this at this time.
- 4:24Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: If you have are or and or thinking about taking advantage, abusing another individual, we believe in the rule of law, and while I am not an attorney, the things that Catherine was sharing at that most intimate deep level, nobody should have to endure, and so not only Catherine, but others, so many others, uh David Solomon to name to name another individual, and if that gets you all worked up, gets you all heated, you know.
- 5:33Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I can't believe that these people are coming on and they're talking and they're sharing their stories and their experiences.
- 5:41Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: What I'd like to say to all of you that feel that way, and if you are someone that is an abuser, is taking advantage, that has taken advantage, we number one, we pray for you.
- 6:03Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We pray for uh our survivors healing.
- 6:11Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We also pray for the abuser, the individuals, the healing.
- 6:19Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You can realize the pain, the trauma that you have caused.
- 6:28Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Not just David and Catherine, hundreds, thousands.
- 6:36Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't know what the number is.
- 6:38Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: There's a lot, there's a lot I don't know.
- 6:42Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But right there, there's two people that were impacted by some very nasty, very nasty behavior by individuals.
- 6:58Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And we've heard that it's you know made people upset, and so again, to address that, then just stop.
- 7:13Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Stop what you're doing if it bothers you that much, there's people that strong.
- 7:21Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: There's probably a lot of other individuals that I don't know.
- 7:30Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I I haven't been, we haven't been contacted, uh, not not sure uh what the future holds by any stretch.
- 7:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But again, what I would say to you, if that bothers you, this bothers you seeing and hearing a victim or survivor who's stepping out of the shadows and saying, This is what happened to me.
- 8:04Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: This is the person or persons, this is how I feel, how I felt, my injuries, these are the calls that were made behind my back to my doctors.
- 8:20Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Just stop.
- 8:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: What you're doing if you're able to.
- 8:33Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't know if you've been doing this for many years.
- 8:37Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I I don't I don't know what's possible.
- 8:40Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I I know the human body is resilient, so I I would like to think that it's possible that you can stop what you're doing, and it's not it doesn't end there.
- 8:54Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's the that's the first thing to do, and then the second is to go down to the law enforcement, whether there's individuals that you know, that there's friends or family in the law enforcement, that you go to an unbiased law enforcement agency, and you share all of the crimes, all of the the bad behavior that you have had towards others.
- 9:32Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Because then and only then will real investigation investigations happen, and only then can some form of justice be had for survivors, so that's what you can do, and if you don't want to do that, if you want to continue doing what you're doing, and you get upset when uh a survivor speaks out and shares their story, that's on you, that's not on anybody else, that's on you.
- 10:21Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You can get upset about the survivor coming on and sharing their story and their experiences and their trauma, but the only reason why they feel a need to share is because of how they've been treated.
- 10:42Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: If there's no trauma, individuals probably won't be as uh as forthcoming with the information because there really wouldn't be anything to come forward and talk about, except the positive and the great things that they're doing, how they're helping people, and so that happens no matter what, but they wouldn't be sharing or inclined to share such uh such trauma, the grooming, the uh unthinkable acts and words and songs that are sung by minors with the words mutilates, penetrates.
- 11:48Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We saw episode was that 367 with what we believe in our in good faith that those are minors under 18, and they were singing a song, a song that is in the back of a book written by Brian Davis, the author, who just changed his email address.
- 12:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Oh, by the way, and so in the back of Masters and Slayers, there is a song, Cassi Bree's song, and there's chords, and so we saw and we heard minors, children, what what I would consider children singing in the woods, saw uh a boy child, a girl child, and two girl children, and the two girl children, one was playing the flute, one was playing the piano, they were singing, and the other two, the boy child and the girl child in the woods, they were singing that song.
- 13:24Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's a sick song, very so we talk about how children shouldn't be exposed to that for some contest, was it?
- 13:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's in the book.
- 13:52Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We didn't write the book, those children didn't write the book.
- 13:58Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Brian Davis wrote the book, his name's on there as the author, and so you can get upset, you can get you get upset all you want, Mr.
- 14:10Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Davis.
- 14:11Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But you you decided to put it in your book.
- 14:19Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So the fact that 15 years later, still to this day, that we were able to locate that.
- 14:31Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: This isn't something that happened a day ago or a month ago.
- 14:38Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're talking fifteen years ago, these recordings, and we we only we only had time to play three of them.
- 14:49Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: There's more than three that are out there, and to put that in front of a child who is so innocent, just learning about the world, want to play with their friends.
- 15:11Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We don't know if there were any other adults that were complicit.
- 15:18Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We don't know.
- 15:19Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We just know what we saw and what we heard.
- 15:24Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And so again, we're praying for survivors, the non-survivors, those that haven't been able to share their voice, those that have been able to share their voice.
- 15:54Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We pray for people taking advantage of children or adults or anybody, hypnotize, mesmerize, whatever techniques are being done, have been done, are being done.
- 16:18Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So I don't want to hear it.
- 16:22Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Oh, some somebody's upset.
- 16:28Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Well, good.
- 16:30Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You should be upset.
- 16:33Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: If you are a Christian, you should be confessing your sins, you should be turning yourself into law enforcement, sharing every single crime, every single thing that you did, where you took advantage of somebody, adult, a minor, and only then can the little form of healing on the survivors start in that in that area.
- 17:13Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So we understand there's people are gonna be upset, but here's the deal: we're here for the world, we're not here for ourselves.
- 17:26Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're here for the world, we're here for God, and I'm not a perfect person, nobody is, nobody's claiming to be.
- 17:36Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I talk about my faults all the time, and so my faults, me sharing, guest sharing, it's all covered under the first amendment.
- 17:58Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: If like somebody had mentioned that, oh well, you know, the children singing that's covered under the first amendment, and the people that are asking them, forcing them to sing, uh, you know, that's all covered under the first amendment.
- 18:23Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But what I say isn't covered, hmm.
- 18:31Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: What our guests say isn't covered.
- 18:36Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't know what constitution you're looking at.
- 18:41Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But a constitution and the first amendment of free speech that I'm seeing just because it's inconvenient to you.
- 18:55Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So be it.
- 19:01Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Justin Timberlake says, cry me a river.
- 19:10Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're here to help others.
- 19:18Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: No matter what, no matter what we've done or failed to do.
- 19:33Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're here to help others.
- 19:39Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And that means calling people out, calling individuals out, having a safe space, a safe platform for the people to come and share their stories, their experiences.
- 20:04Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's what we're here for.
- 20:09Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And that's all covered under the First Amendment.
- 20:13Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't have to be an attorney to know that.
- 20:20Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You don't have to be an attorney to know that.
- 20:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I'm a US citizen.
- 20:31Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And so we're we're in the position to be able to share.
- 20:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You really don't.
- 21:03Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's almost like what do they say?
- 21:14Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: The Trump derangement syndrome.
- 21:17Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Where for whatever reason, and I'm not even talking about politics, I'm just talking about you take an individual and you're giving them free rent in your minds.
- 21:38Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So that's what you're doing.
- 21:42Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You're really, if it's bothering you that much, you may have voices for voices derangement syndrome, or voices for voices is living rent-free in your mind, or a Catherine derangement syndrome, or a David Solomon derangement syndrome, where an organization or individual or individuals are living rent-free in your mind, and it bothers you just so much.
- 22:30Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: How could that be?
- 22:34Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I was combat to if these people haven't been abused, haven't been groomed, locked in cages, starved, labor traffic, sex traffic, anything trafficked.
- 23:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: These children didn't do anything wrong, these adults didn't do anything wrong.
- 23:14Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And really to talk about, well, we took this particular individual because we thought he was a minor, but he wasn't.
- 23:35Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So we had to we had to change the paperwork.
- 23:39Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Why didn't you even change the paperwork if you're just, you know, chilling and watching Netflix for a few days?
- 23:52Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So that's something to think about.
- 24:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's a lot to think about.
- 24:07Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And we also want to not lose sight of the survivors in and around Lecter County, Kentucky.
- 24:19Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's become an infamous area where Sheriff Mickey Steins went into Judge Kevin Mullen's chambers, shot and killed him, murdered him.
- 24:45Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And there are which we have had on our show recently as well.
- 24:55Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Survivors who have been through some pretty pretty awful traumatic events, others who have seen a little bit, not a little bit, a lot from the outside.
- 25:15Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Really?
- 25:51Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I can't imagine going through what they went through and are going through.
- 26:03Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's really it really blows and boggles the mind to think that there's human beings that are that mean, that sick, that deranged out and about.
- 26:24Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And so again, we we pray for the people, individuals, organizations who have been part of the abusing, taking advantage of children, uh, adults, anybody.
- 26:46Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: To go to an unbiased law enforcement agency and confess those crimes, confess those things.
- 27:08Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's gonna take a big burden off of your shoulders, it's gonna help survivors start to heal, even just a teeny bit.
- 27:21Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So thank you for all the all the individuals that have come on our show, and there's been others in the past that we've we've had on uh early in our in our show catalog and throughout.
- 27:44Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We we we've had other survivors, and so it goes for everybody.
- 27:55Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: None of us are perfect, none of us are claiming that oh you're not perfect, or no, none of us are perfect, but if you're gonna go ahead and take advantage of somebody, do things against their will that aren't their consent, if you're using force or other methods, uh different, you know, pumping them full of drugs, uh that's not consent.
- 28:34Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So I just want to close the show out and say thank you.
- 28:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Thank you to all the survivors, even the ones that don't feel comfortable that don't want to don't want to come on the show.
- 28:54Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's okay.
- 28:55Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Don't worry, don't you worry, one iota.
- 28:58Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're just trying to do the little bit that we can and the little bit of time that we're here on earth to help in what little way we can.
- 29:14Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So thank you for trusting us for you to come on the show and to have free reign to talk about what you want to talk about and share what you want to share about.
- 29:39Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's why we don't have we don't have gotcha questions like oh, but I got you there.
- 29:45Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Like that doesn't do anything for anybody, and it's voices for voices.
- 29:55Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You hear my voice a lot.
- 29:58Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So that's why when we had guests on, I just love to let them share as much as possible because they're the individuals that have the have their stories to tell.
- 30:17Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And we just want to be that safe place, that safe space where an individual or individuals can come, share, talk, get things off their mind, off their chest, off their shoulders, the burden.
- 30:42Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And I go back to the beginning.
- 30:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: As long as we're able to help one person, voices for voices, over the course of the organization.
- 30:55Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's one last person that has to go through what could be a horrific situation, a dangerous situation, a life or death situation.
- 31:11Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So you do one last thing for us.
- 31:18Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You can smash that subscribe button, follow, share, like all those things are free to do.
- 31:31Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: If you can do that, if you can share far and wide, worldwide, if you're in Finland, if you're in Norway, if you're in Brazil, if you're in Antarctica, or if you're in Russia, if you're in North Korea or South Korea, or China, or Canada, or Italy, France, Switzerland, and all the other countries of the world.
- 32:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We want you to come with us for this journey.
- 32:06Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's because of you that we're here at episode 370.
- 32:10Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's because of you that we're continuing on after episode 370, God willing.
- 32:17Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Because we don't know if we're gonna know if this is our last day on earth, the last minute, second.
- 32:24Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: None of us know that.
- 32:26Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So thank you very much.
- 32:31Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Thank you for helping us get closer and closer to not only helping three billion people, but uh helping at least three billion people because we believe that we can go we can go higher than that three billion people to help over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 32:53Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And until next time, let's celebrate our voices, one and all, and please be a voice for you or somebody in need.
- 33:04Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We'll see you next time.
- 33:05Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Thank you so much for joining us.
- 33:07Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Have a great day wherever you may be.
