Murder charges against Trequan Fox have been dropped after prosecutors conceded the case couldn’t be proven beyond a reasonable doubt — a key incriminating recording was excluded by a judge. The victims, Quinterious Hillman and Jerod Montez Lester, were fatally shot at the Avalon Mobile Home Park. Another suspect, Jaives Jamal Fountain, was acquitted in April 2026.
