- speaker-1: Teams, like we said, teams. We'll see if the is good or if we... I think we should look at something else to play with. That might be more professional than this. speaker-0: What is it? speaker-1: Yeah. I found it now. While you're looking for that, I'm gonna jump in here and see. Like this. So... There. Can you my soul? Mm, perfect. Okay. Riverside FM or Riverside Com. This seems to something that is used for, for example, speaker-0: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. speaker-1: Mm, had I about that guy who's up here, the guy with beard, he's a big YouTube guy who produces a lot of Apple products and tech guy. So he's been me on this one. speaker-0: Nice. speaker-1: See you speaker-0: I got a squad cast. Have you about that? speaker-1: So We compare the cost and see if it's something to hang in Christmas tree. I'll stop sharing while... ⁓ Kika Doa Squad. Past. Riverside is let's say, to take parts. So the can see the same. speaker-0: monthly 24. speaker-1: Yes, exactly. They always upload it on yearly. All SaaS platforms and services send it on yearly instead of monthly. But here you for example... 15 hours, teleprompter for host, no watermark, AI tools, magic audio, eye contact, unlimited transcriptions, remove silence, filler words, AI editing and repurposing. published to YouTube and podcast directories. speaker-0: Yes, it feels like reasonable thing to do. But do we need each account then? Or can you sit on one and the same or how does that speaker-1: So you hope that you can sit on one and the same thing. What's live then? a Multistream. I'm on a live stream, but... speaker-0: the ocean. speaker-1: podcast publishing. Create and publish your podcast all in one place. Podcast hosting comes free. speaker-0: Hmm? Yeah. Very nice. speaker-1: day nice What's up? But there's nothing written... I mean, guess that's enough with one plan, since you're sitting in speaker-0: Yeah, it feels like... But then maybe, yeah, invite me and then everything is done on your account. speaker-1: Thank you. I guess. We'll see. Here, let's see. Which department? Sales, Podcasts. New to content creation. That's what we'll for those who are We're very happy about that. speaker-0: You Yeah, that was our first one. So we might be having trouble with our way of speaking now. I feel like I'm little bit stubborn, so need to some flow in this. speaker-1: I Yeah, but you have to a bit more flow into it. But this is also something, if I listened to a podcast and maybe wanted to something, it's good that we go through what we do to get started. I guess. Yeah, you can agree on that. speaker-0: that I have a question. But now it like we're to Riverside. speaker-1: ⁓ Yes, that's it Record solo or with guests. Perfect. Try Pro. Start your free trial. I have to get my card. I'll end the sharing. Okay, while I click on that, you to hold on. speaker-0: Exciting topic. We said we would talk about the workflow. And Canva Create, or Canva had their new, or their annual, do it, keynote this week. Canva Create 2026, where they had updated to Canva AI 2.0. Where they had pretty good integrations, and a of AI. linked to all the different functions they have. I thought was pretty cool. I saw a really cool way for them to get data from Slack, emails, docs, to sum up a newsletter for a whole month. The one that was on site was just... She sent it internally. But you could also something like for customers. speaker-1: Yes, absolutely. But then, can't you... You drive, can't speaker-0: Del. No, I don't a pro account. I have to buy it. speaker-1: So Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, speaker-0: Thank you. Yeah, it was... You could lock it up by writing something special in the search field. Let's see what you said. 2026, there, done. Hmm. Now it's it can stuff recorded here too. ⁓ Activate superpowers in search for the power. ⁓ speaker-1: Stiller. speaker-0: What are you Fresh. I don't know if this Activate Superpower will work. speaker-1: You should just write it there or what? speaker-0: Yes, think so. That's how it looks and I can change it you see what he And then you see here, it has that search field, written, activate superpowers. Mm-hmm. speaker-1: Because I see something here. A better way with Canva AI 2.0 Activate super powers It's not available yet on your site speaker-0: Ay. No. No. speaker-1: But okay, so what they will do with Canva is they will be able make connectors like all the AI agents have now. So you directly get information, context and build material from That's pretty cool. Have you seen Claes speaker-0: I thought we should talk about that Have you in to that? speaker-1: I haven't touched anything in it, but it looks really cool. So we can test it and see if it enough running. speaker-0: Is there something we need to load again? speaker-1: No, you need to have the desktop app. You need it. And then I think you go to... Let's go see. speaker-0: apps and extensions. speaker-1: I can fill in, I have fixed Riverside. So now you can play in there and then you So it would nice to try the next episode. speaker-0: Yeah. ⁓ it's nice. speaker-1: I'm gonna play a bit more this so I get how it works before. All the new systems But I don't know where this... ...key design thing is speaker-0: I asked Klaude, let's if he can activate it. speaker-1: That's probably the biggest tip, actually. You need help with how to activate it, ask yourself and directly. speaker-0: How do you that? Go to Claude AI and log in. Start a new project in Claude Design. But, speaker-1: Hur kommer man åt kladdesign? speaker-0: ⁓ boom. Learn, write, lifestyle. speaker-1: Now we'll see if Pro will speaker-0: Tråket speaker-1: But it looked really cool with Cloud Design. And now we're starting to to a point where Cloud Design has its connectors, Cloud Design has something like co-work. That is, you can connect it to projects on the computer, local maps, with a of context as well. Use apps like Aqua Voice, can sit and talk and design super advanced presentations or whatever it can be to illustrate what you need to It looked super cool. I wonder how you be to create content that you want to publish on social media or whatever. I how it will be. speaker-0: It's workflow that's a bit tricky because I don't know if there's a connector that lets you schedule or put out on social media. speaker-1: I it. I've seen something, Perplexity has lot of connectors, think Perplexity has the possibility to something else under the system. Can access camera, create material and so on. But... I think it's still difficult to fully automate it. Or like this. It's possible to do It's that you will. Just start talking to Claude and it speaker-0: Yes, but I was in on this in the and it's a dream that I can sit and talk to Endra Klod or ChatKBT or whatever name is and then a good design that says, good, post it now on Instagram. That you just write it. Then I to out how to do it and you have to have There are two very advanced Hootsuite or Buffer. They had APIs that you could use. I can get away without an API, because don't think could should be able to reach your Instagram profile if you in this code tab. ⁓ speaker-1: Cloud in Chrome. Cloud in Chrome can do a When it comes to this, you can do most of if you computer use apps. Perplexity released their new personal computer. It will be now. It's on max subscribers. if you a Mac mini or something, can just start up a personal computer and then you an app running and chat with it. The same is true with Cloud. Dispatch. are in Cowork, start a dispatch. Dispatch itself gets full control over the computer, so it can just click around and do everything. There can do whatever you want, as long you are logged I use it to analyze my content on like Avanza once a month. Then I have built a small local investment dashboard. And then I Cowork to jump into Chrome. Go to Avanza and I'll log in. When I log in with BankID, it through all my accounts, analyses it, documents it. I follow the trend and create a report every month. speaker-0: Mm-hmm. Cool. speaker-1: That was nice. ⁓ I get insights about how I should rebalance my portfolio. That's what I do. I put in my little app what kind of goals I have. How much distribution of percent I want on my portfolio. Or how much share I want to Swedish stocks against the money I can invest. So that helped me to see over so that the content is correct and then I asked for a perplexity, then I an API against perplexity, so press on do an analysis. Can you it again? So hard I think. I'm sure that's right word. You have to press hard. Otherwise it won't Then I an analysis of it. You have too much in Swedish stocks. You have send it over to that You need more of this one to get higher distribution on the I recommend this one. But that's what we were going to You can do whatever want as long as you are logged in on your website and let Claude or any other language model control the speaker-0: But then you Avansa in the clodetub. speaker-1: Yes, exactly. I'll play the and Sulte will get it. speaker-0: Exciting. But you know, I haven't really noticed the difference between Core and Dispatch. speaker-1: ⁓ yes, absolutely. Dispatch is just a function in Co-Work. What they did with Cloud Co-Work, built a system, that's why you only have Co-Work in native app on the So they rebuilt it that Cloud can get file access and computer access on your computer and can control your computer. And because of Cloud Cowork can call local maps on the open web readers, control things on computer and so on. So Dispatch is really just way for you to communicate with your computer. So you start Dispatch on your computer, scan the QR code with your phone and then you in Dispatch on Cloud App on your phone and then communicate. computer use. It's a new type of dependent. speaker-0: New type of bridge. We'll get back to what we talked about last time. What kind of work flow is in Dispatch? effectively speaker-1: ⁓ dude. speaker-0: I understand the stuff, that's great because it's analysis, but then you're also actively looking at what's happening, or you click play and then you back after a quarter and it's done. speaker-1: Exactly, but then I'm still at computer. Dispatch, I can give you an example of Here the other day I was fixing some on the I some of the And while I was fixing the flow I damn, now I one sprint that I need to but I also to go out and train. So I started Dispatch. Yeah, I wrote the wrote down everything, and then I down everything next step. And then I that, I okay, this is what's needed for the next sprint. Perfect. So I into dispatch, and then I to dispatch. Hey, in and read this project, check out the latest documentation, it's there, like, what's the next step, confirm what it is. Then they said, yeah, it's this. Perfect. Yeah, well, good. So then I put on my shoes, and then I out. So then I a little commando to them. Yeah, but run the sprint, then. I and get a notice, I to allow something or ask something, and just continues. So when I come back, I've just been on the and this one ran and then it's So that was nice. speaker-0: ⁓ speaker-1: That's nice, but you need to know what to do. Thank you. You could start dispatch if you... The biggest advice for you is if you're coding something big and you know what you're doing, should be have the whole dialogue with dispatch. It will just call different systems, cloud code and so on. And then you just run everything. speaker-0: Yes, exactly. Let's take a scenario that I've a part of this week. Just to see if you can use in this scenario. Because I'm with the cloud app on my phone and go directly into code there and chat with the microphone that you showed last time or I think that works really well. in that case, think that dispatch is not necessary, but then dispatch comes as an intermediate. speaker-1: What they have solved is in Cloud Sessions. It's just like on LaboBell or whatever. When you choose to code in Cloud Sessions, the infrastructure is in map with the data in their cloud storage. Do you want to it locally or work with things locally on your computer? Where you may have certain type of context or you just want to save it there. Then can't run it cloud code in mobile. That's when you're with dispatch. speaker-0: Ah, I get it. There's the difference. Yeah, but that sounds reasonable. speaker-1: But it's like... you findmatch your their moon storage, have your project there, then doesn't matter. Then it well. But you be to call things on your computer there. Dispatch can just say to you, wait now, go in there and pick you or connect you to Google Drive and fix it there. It has more... It's the thing with co-work. It has more... connectors. I saw my media, a fellow so-called soccer on the go poem, be like speaker-0: Mm. speaker-1: So it took care of nice. speaker-0: are cool. speaker-1: Hmm? speaker-0: There's another work flow that you can lift. speaker-1: I just to lift this now. I wonder where I present it. Yes, exactly. I have to lift it up. speaker-0: A part, microphone, stuff. speaker-1: So, and then we divide the I think it will the best. Here, so damn cliché name, Aqua Voice. So damn, space. But I heard about this on another podcast, and this Whisper Flow is the that is really big, so everyone was like... They've been really good at marketing their They've really become big because of it. In English it's really good. Because there corrects all these... ... between pauses and you can adjust the meaning. But in Swedish it takes all that it. So for us in Sweden, Whisperflow doesn't work 100%. And then you about this which you can run both on your and on your It's almost a great feature on your But this one works really well. I think one works really well. So then it's like, hold down function button on the keyboard. Now it talking in the so everything I say now, and if I example pause and then... We might think about and write a list of we want buy. Avocado, banana, strawberries, eggs. Is there anything else I bring? No, I don't think And now he starts talking in background. Everything I might say now, I'm sure if I should say... to avocado, banana, strawberry, egg or something else. We're ...egg. Uncertain. But this one... This one is getting lot better, because it doesn't take much from this And gets everything in a very good format. I think this one did the really well in Swedish as well. speaker-0: Cool. speaker-1: And on the you always a button that... As soon as I've written this, there's a button that's edited. So then I to talk to you and describe it. And then I could describe it and say, wait, rewrite the list as a point list. And remove unnecessary blabber that doesn't have context. Then an AI model in and rewrites the text I've written. Then it becomes... Really good. So if you're in car driving or something, really easy on the phone. speaker-0: Nice. Have you tested Apple's recording? What do you about that? speaker-1: It works perfectly fine. I don't think it's as good as these. The simplicity in these, based on where it is, hold a button, talk, paste it out, you can edit. It becomes another where it works well. But Max's or iPhone's own is actually quite okay now. speaker-0: Yes, I'm thinking about Can you go into the Yes, can Just hold it there. That's nice. Let's see. Okay, we have to a purchase list here now. We're going to apples, bananas, Greek yoghurt and chia nuts. other one works. Incredible. I think they have Apple AI in this It has taken everything in the But it took everything perfectly in notes. speaker-1: Is it only in native apps? Like the the annotations, etc. Or is it in Outlook? Is on the Tenhjult board? speaker-0: Now it's on the Ternet board. Let's see... Yeah... I'm not sure if I Yeah, unfortunately. I can print the screen later. You can try yourself, too. It's just down in the corner. Hi, Sebbe! We've started a podcast that we don't know what it's called yet. We're pretty rusty, but I will be great. speaker-1: Because You can... speaker-0: Ja, det är bara första podden, och vi snackar om arbetsflöden så här långt. ⁓ It's Sebastian on the viewer, ⁓ speaker-1: That's the only thing I want talk about. No! So click on the mail. speaker-0: Yeah, it's a SquarePants male. But it didn't any of sex sharing. ⁓ speaker-1: Ah, no, won't anything like that, speaker-0: I don't this will happen. speaker-1: But what's interesting is that they release the new iOS update, they're their tech event, their software event, VVDC, in June, they usually run it, Apple. And then they're launching Gemini as a native AI in phone. They're old Siri. And then they same conversation with Google now. Then will very interesting to what Apple releases for native in phones. Then these Apple Voice and Whisper Flow alarms can be obsolete. speaker-0: ⁓ except. speaker-1: This is the difficult think The big players will always be to stay because they own the infrastructure and what you use. Apple is so damn smart. You need these devices that you use all the softwares on. They own the They are taking lot of share now. Because everything else goes up in price, but they keep their levels. They are super smart. But big players will manage well, but then it becomes like, Whisperflow. I company is highly valued now, where have it in the super many users who use Whisperflow and pay and everything. But as soon as Apple or Microsoft or PC, that is a Windows release, some kind native thing that just gets where the users work and model in their computer or phone. I'm doing a shard. speaker-0: Yeah, absolutely. Then it's just thank you and goodbye. speaker-1: The company that has this wide-scale service now in the danger zone of luxury. speaker-0: Verkligen. speaker-1: That's what we mentioned earlier, last time we Surras, the workflow you have in your business, that's what we see, everything is specialized for what we need to Of we have AppSales that sees that system, but it meets only certain parts of 100 things, so maybe we want 10. So for us in a perfect world, we would only have paid for these 10 things and then we had on and something else. For example. Or maybe we just used the 10 things and then from the beginning someone thought, okay, we need to a CRM, we solve these 10 things. The next customer comes in, but we need this too. Okay, we in eleventh thing, then the twelfth, and then there 500 things. So what we need is hidden behind a bunch of under menus in here while Another company might actually use 200 of 500 things. But then you other things you want. That's where we're now and that's we're already starting to build, for example. It's that AppSales as CRM is not solved for us, then we something external that we connect to AppSales, pick up data from or send data to. In a while, the CRM system will be obsolete. It's data that's valuable, but the system ... It's really expensive to pay for this because there are so many services, we only this. You think I should develop my own series? The thought has struck me. But what you're afraid of is two things. You take on the commitment to data security. CRM-system is extremely sensitive information and company sensitive data. You have to know how to a robust and secure system before you can publish it. That's number one. So that's I'm little nervous about. Nessun out of you I'm not worried about management and development will be so hard anymore, that's it isn't. Especially not it's small system that's been by ten people. Oh, we found a bug. Yes, Claude, speaker-0: . speaker-1: It's that big of It's more about the security of the that I'm afraid of building up. I don't have the yet. We're going build a customer portal. And there Jens and Soss are involved in building the customer portal. So he's crazy about how to a safe and robust system. So from his experience, yes, maybe we'll our own. speaker-0: Mm-hmm. speaker-1: until the of the app is released. Then export the data and let it be speaker-0: Mm. ⁓ I think it will be very difficult for these big actors to... match how fast it will go very very very soon. I only this week about how the next release of Claude, Mythos is called. Do you know if you've read it? Mm. So you're incredibly good at security. Mm. So you're going crazy about security. And then as soon as one these LLM, or wide coding apps takes that, the security aspect, They had launched it for a certain number of people and they had said that this is something we would find. speaker-1: Yes, exactly. You stuff that was like 20 years old bugs in web browsers and stuff. It's cool. They now a project Project Glasswing. So now they launched this to big actors, Salesforce, Google, Tesla, maybe not but big companies, Meta among others. Everyone gets this model ⁓ in... Some departments internally to work with the safety of the infrastructure so that they can cover all safety measures before it is publicly Then they said that they will publish it publicly either, because there are too many risks with it. But it's also the world's best PR. They are really good at marketing. speaker-0: Yes, I'm not Fantastic. It feels like there's only one or in a week. speaker-1: That's so sick. It's hard to up. speaker-0: And then time trial was over. And oh, maybe this now. Maybe has an that And this works now. And it worked. speaker-1: It's fun. Have you changed anything on Jio? Do any new flows that you work with? That you have solved? speaker-0: No, but we fixed a customer portal this week. speaker-1: Ni fixade en kundportal i veckan. speaker-0: Yes, relatively basic customer portal that collects data from our own built API and an external API. So it was about the track, how much search volume a company has or a company that has a track. and how the search words that they have linked to the track are delivered. ⁓ And were some other metrics and things that were like... So they get little more concrete what has happened. So that's one thing that has happened recently, but we are still quite fresh on the development piece in AI. speaker-1: Yes, yes. But, okay, so that customer portal will be a space for the customers to log in and see data presented in a much simpler way. speaker-0: Instead of reports, can still get reports once a month, but instead you will get a customer portal that you log in to. speaker-1: I think it's important to the report in order, even if it's the exact same look, it's still nice for the customer to do it. You can't expect that all customers want to in to the It's so sick that people log in now. speaker-0: Yes, what? Is it a threshold or? speaker-1: It's a threshold. It's always a threshold. You find some, but I would say that our art it's natural that 5 % who just say, oh nice, or just say, see that they an inheritance, there is a portal, they understand that, I go in, I create an account and I can see my inheritance or whatever it can be. It's 5 % max who understands that and wants that. Majority doesn't to to worry. Majority wants to be test the invoices, know what they touch, not to worry. They want to to put the responsibility somewhere else and just keep It is speaker-0: If from them, it's a fucking discussion question. I don't how I am against sellers who call. They just to But if have a supplier who calls, it's easier to make the call. It's someone you have a relationship with, that you talk to. But it's hard to know where to put yourself in order for the customer to experience, oh, we get lot of here without being too much. speaker-1: Yeah, I think... That's a really good answer. It depends on what area it We really lot. if we ask the customers why they are our or why they are happy with us, it's often that they feel that they get the help they need. The users at the store get the help they need, they don't much, it just on. They feel safe with things like the cost of it should cost. We got a lot of feedback. We had five points from the survey that we were to work on this year. One of was the of being a customer. with the connecting us being customer, the customer also money. And the office sometimes. because we send so many invoices, might not be enough information on those invoices. We might need to them in of and that's time and money for them. time is pretty much the answer. Even if we justify how we manage everything, cost of being a customer around the administration, we have to solve that. And then you want to to a point where the invoices they get are so clear what it means or they trust the content and if they wanted to examine it, would be very easy to add in an examination. That's not the today. We have a portal, but it's not easy to follow and track. That's what you would like build. You go into the and ask, but what this invoice mean? You should be to interact with the content. That's what we're going build. speaker-0: Mm. speaker-1: for sick. speaker-0: How is with invoices? Do they have go from a certain system? Or could you put a view and connect it to a built-in system and automatically send it out? With an LLM connected? If this is nothing that says that the must be linked to something... speaker-1: No, the reason why you often use an accounting system or a accounting system or factoring system, you want call it, like Fort Knox for example, why you generate the there and take them the invoices there, is because you can automatically handle the accounting in a different way in those systems. But again, now we're starting to the point of building your own. speaker-0: ⁓ For Fort Knox, it's extremely worthless. speaker-1: I have just started with you, but my companies are good. She has worked on that on her own, but it depends on what you experience about. I don't have anything to say about Fort Knox, but I'm sure you would want to build something of own. speaker-0: ⁓ Yes, I would say to try and click on the report up to the right and see what kind of interface and possibilities 1992. speaker-1: Yeah, but they have APIs and stuff that speaker-0: I actually don't know Let's see. speaker-1: They are really good at integrating with systems, think they should have an API you should be work with. And then maybe you can have your engine to generate textures and handle and analyze data, so that could be cloud cowork or whatever. You don't even to a system for that. If they have that, if they have APIs. Or MCP. speaker-0: Now we'll see, the is very slow. They have official APIs, they have a REST API. speaker-1: for talks. But that's you want to done. But then you're a bit nervous about the bookkeeping being handled by an AI. ⁓ Should it be send out all that? Someone in the loop needs to who to look at and in what way. But it will no what. speaker-0: Mm. speaker-1: Really? That's impossible. speaker-0: Yes, I see that you have some kind of split screen. On one side you this is what we have done, if you look the consulting business, that you have the number of hours and the number of specified debuts that you have logged. Also on right side it's just a copy paste, you can that users match in rows. Antalet timmar It's correct for company that out speaker-1: No Yes, but the is has to be on the right type of accounts and such. It's just which a business system or something like handles for you. Because then, for example, articles and such, put in an invoice, yes, but they are linked to certain different accounts. But it ⁓ depends entirely on which company you are. We, Stjärna Fyrkant, with a large article warehouse, we will not build our own system. speaker-0: ⁓ speaker-1: But my other company, Vinkel, is a consulting company. Absolutely. speaker-0: Article number speaker-1: Yes, exactly. That's what we want. Then it's completely different feeling. speaker-0: Okay. speaker-1: I'm gonna try it later speaker-0: At least not some kind of prototype. speaker-1: It's almost like a prototype It's too easy to believe that you should do a lot of That's thing. It's easy to end in a project that you shouldn't put time on. speaker-0: I'm working on a project now that... I started with just to test the cloud code because I've working with Lovable for now. So I thought I'd improve... Our offers to customers. Not in like... Or I should say, to improve our estimations. And to everything in it directly. So I've built... You know what Screaming Frog is? Have you it? No. Screaming Frog is a crawler that maps your website. speaker-1: Thanks. ⁓ yeah speaker-0: So what I want to is to send in a URL here, to be add a request list that the customer has. And then this app will read the whole web and specify what you need. Or you need, this is you you should do this to have the right strategy. So when a new customer in we want to new web, I can put this and say, this will take 200 hours if you want all these services. And you can click away from the estimate. speaker-1: It's like a live... live offer, speaker-0: Yes, exactly. At least an internal tool. speaker-1: All is life, Mr. Malt. But do you for living? Isn't it a hard job the that you go in and go through the and bring these up? You speaker-0: But a lot of the improvement proposals, or how should put it, it's in... i slut den dan I that regardless we need help on the speaker-1: Yes, yes. I ask question, everything is about working smarter today. So I'm just curious, if your traditional job was to go into a website, map it, come up with suggestions, like, how can this now complete your work? That's really it. speaker-0: But I can go much more technically, but to sit and do such an analysis for a big web that has a few thousand subs, it takes a week. We absolutely don't get paid for that. be able to map everything. It happens many times that you have a project where you in the of project, like, I haven't even clicked in here. It's like a black hole here of multiple pages and content and dates and dates that you didn't know about. What I would like to do with this function is that Make sure we don't miss anything. ⁓ speaker-1: This will be a sequel, we'll see this in the next episode. speaker-0: Exactly. It's to great. But I have a very clear version of how I want the to speaker-1: Cool. Then you can write that we can continue watching this later. speaker-0: absolutely. speaker-1: Good! Now I that you can leave for an hour. speaker-0: ⁓ speaker-1: So think we have to start to this. speaker-0: ⁓ do it. speaker-1: say, round off or round off. speaker-0: Both of them. I'm rounding.
