- 0:37togal Paul. Let's go ahead, get to the introduction. She's the first
- 0:39lady, partly the only lady of the part. She is fluffy and fine.

- 0:55Not to me, y'all too. Yeah, we still be for a little
- 0:58bit. Well that's a little bit, but okay, okay. You see
- 1:02my brother who just finished eating before we started the pod, so he's gonna
- 1:06be sleepy during the pod. Uh. Shout out to Zach bug what's up,
- 1:10buddy? I may be a skinny guy if you think that little burger
- 1:12gonna get me sleepy. You need a little bit more than that, baby,
- 1:15Okay, you need me. I need something with some sauce on it,
- 1:18something deep fried that's gonna get me sleepy. Some sides, come on
- 1:22now, he said, some sides, Yeah, sides with bigg Lemonade.
- 1:26Zach. Well, we want to let you know right away early in the
- 1:27pod that Kiki and I missed you during the Wars. You're kind of uh
- 1:34commentary missed everything. Brother. I was very sad. I saw y'all out
- 1:37there living y'all best life in La interview in the Top Celebrities and that that
- 1:42was there at the BT Awards, and I said, damn, I wanted
- 1:45to be there. Yeah, fun, I was sad. I was sad.
- 1:48Kinki was amazing. I found a new woman to lust after. Toy
- 1:55Bricks is insanity of clothes even though she did you interview that Yeah, no,
- 2:01she's ship yeah kid where we interviewed him like the next day. Yeah.
- 2:08Yeah, So it's kind of weird lusting. But I want to let
- 2:12you know, any dude, just fo followed Tory Bricks brocause because you know,
- 2:20a lot of times Instagram models look wild when you see them of coast.
- 2:23The filters are nuts, Tory bricks is everything and a bag of chips.
- 2:30Even said it. She got ships like yeah, she's really cutee proven
- 2:36and she must be fine and she real she got like a real girl energy
- 2:38too. I like her, like definitely, definitely. I can see why
- 2:42she stole with she kid from whoever he was with. You're not turning that
- 2:46down. You ruin your life like shit like that easily just ruin your whole
- 2:50life. Oh easily throw it all away all the way. I would really
- 2:55have to think about running my life right now. You would think about it
- 3:00right now, right now. Just I can't do it though. This Wow,
- 3:05okay anyway, man, BT was fun for me except for the first
- 3:12day. The day we got in Thursday, I did something stupid and I
- 3:16want to tell everybody not to do this. So I have issues right.
- 3:21I stinging, Like all right, I can't sit in this chair too long.
- 3:24I saw things started hurting. I look, I gotta relaxed. We
- 3:28still got two hours and forty minutes left on this flight. I'm gonna take
- 3:32this edible I got in my pocket, but I forgot that edible is supposed
- 3:39to be eighten in half, not the whole thing. So literally, I
- 3:45wake up so high. Getting off the plane was crazy. I want to
- 3:52let you wait for your bags. It's crazy when you offer edible trying to
- 3:55get your bags off that moving thing. He probably think it was almost like
- 4:03jumping double dust. To get my back, I was like, oh God.
- 4:10Then I drag it offlow its head. I dragged it. You know
- 4:13people grab pick it up. I slave that big off. It was crazy.
- 4:17It was crazy. So then the last part of it, it's like,
- 4:20yo, so you know, la X, you gotta go to go
- 4:24get your uber. You it's a walk, guys, if you ever been
- 4:27lax, so walk to get your uber now I want. I wasn't paying
- 4:30that because I was I was having trouble crossing the street. Yea, So
- 4:35I paid one hundred and seventy five dollars to go from the airport to curb
- 4:41shop pick up. I did a hundred and seventy five dollars to do what
- 4:47yet from the ride from the airport, black car air water, from from
- 4:53from the airport to your hotel, I thought she was saying to the damn
- 5:00rides your place. No, it was it was too like it didn't.
- 5:02The crazy thing is I was so high and messed up that the dude had
- 5:09to like physically get out of the car shake me to get up. I
- 5:14was sleeping the backseat of the car like that. I was like, Oh,
- 5:16He's like, hey man, you weren't waking up. I was scared.
- 5:18Scared. What you gotta chill with these edibles? You gotta specially,
- 5:27I gotta know you do, I know you was excited. He was like,
- 5:30Oh, it's a long flight, I'm just gonna pop this whole thing.
- 5:32And now you sleep in the back of upers. That could have been
- 5:35bad. You could have been woke up with glitter on you, which just
- 5:39happened to me before up. Glitter around your mouth, not glitter around my
- 5:44mouth is disgusting. You know, you don't know what happened. Gold around
- 5:48your mouth is nasty. All around here asking questions what happened to tone?
- 5:54I don't know, Oh my god. But other than that, though the
- 5:57trip was good, I mean, what about you KICKI favorite moment? Anything
- 6:00weird happened while we was in that La No. I had a good time.
- 6:03I didn't stay in the airport to sound A lot of the pod fan
- 6:05was asking me, did you try to cheapen the trip? No? No,
- 6:11the trip was good. My favorite part I don't know we had I
- 6:15mean it was great. Day two was amazing. So that was just all
- 6:18together. So y'all gotta give me some insight, man, some stories.
- 6:21I wasn't there, Okay, well, you know I need some stories.
- 6:25What happened? Well, Tone almost made me miss the Jez interview because he
- 6:29went to get a cheese steak and he didn't bring me one. He actually
- 6:31did one of your numbers. I didn't. Yeah, I did the first
- 6:34day, but I didn't. He couldn't say she was hungry, so I
- 6:36ain't know. Yeah and so and so that was that. That was different
- 6:41than me because I at least offered I got Patty, but I initially offered
- 6:44to get Yeah, but he made it back in time. Um, and
- 6:47then he did. We did talk to Jez. That was dope for me
- 6:50because he's him and Jez. They clearly know each other. Like it's like,
- 6:54hey, where he was like, yeah, Tone, you might be
- 6:57in the book. Yeah yeah, yeah, I remember. I'm like what
- 7:00they got going on? They're so dope together. Think it was that was
- 7:05like Kicky got up like like bro, like you like knowing for real,
- 7:12like you always say that, you know, Jess, I always said,
- 7:15like that's it's it's very few. I'm not gonna act like I'm that guy,
- 7:19but you kind of are. I'll give you that I would give to
- 7:23let me get to his flowers. You really are that guy, and you
- 7:26know, he's very well respected in the industry. So it's very fun when
- 7:29you get to be his plus one somewhere because then they just automatically give you
- 7:31a chance. And I'm with all the boy you know what I'm saying.
- 7:34I wish they don't even know it because they just think, you know,
- 7:39she wasn't. Yes, So that was fun seeing that. And I told
- 7:43the people on my Instagram like I would like to thank the Lord my ancestors
- 7:46and talk Pa, but I got to talk to Jeez. You know.
- 7:53It was it was no, it was a great trip. And like I've
- 7:58been going for the last couple of years as Tone's cameraman or woman camera woman,
- 8:03and this year I was fully prepared to be his camera woman again.
- 8:07Ye, and he was like, no, I want you to sit in
- 8:09on the interview. So it really unlocked a new level for myself. Because
- 8:13I didn't know that I could record myself and do thee you know, like
- 8:20I was like, damn, so yeah, the first day I came like
- 8:24dressed down. But baby, that second day, I'll sell he won't me
- 8:26here, so we today. Um, but yeah, no, it was
- 8:30a super dump trick and Tone is really you? I mean, yeah,
- 8:33yeah, Tone's a good time out of town. I don't know if y'all
- 8:37kicked it, did y'all kill? A lot of people ask why Kiki I
- 8:43said, keis not a club I realized this. Kiki is not a club
- 8:46person. Now Quicky is a bar hank out person. So if it hadn't
- 8:50been a lounge at dinner or something like that, you should be honest with
- 8:56the people. I'm not. I'm not. I shouldn't be kicking it yet.
- 8:58I shouldn't be in the club. You gotta earn your levels to stuff
- 9:03in life. And it will be a time when I will be in the
- 9:05club Tone. It will be a time, but I'm just not there yet.
- 9:07I needed to go back to the room to edit so we can have
- 9:11our stuff together on social media. The interviews can be done, but you
- 9:15do have people that come up in the industry and because they have a brother
- 9:18like talking said, damn the interviews. I get to that lady. I
- 9:20gotta go to the club. I know mine, I know why I'm here,
- 9:24so there will be a talk. I just know if I was there.
- 9:28Yeah, you would have been side where we go. Yeah, it
- 9:33was one of them. I'm gonna take you. Gotta go next time.
- 9:37I'm gonna tell you you went the first time, you didn't go this time?
- 9:39What you mean the Empire because you left early. The Empire brunch was
- 9:43fire. Shout out to everybody an empire. They had everybody, all the
- 9:48DJ's. It had a peasy drink that was two million up that was made
- 9:52out of Hennessy. It was fired. It was just amazing. It was
- 9:54a. It was a. It was a. That was one of my
- 9:56favorite events. The Capitol Party was real cool too. The head of them.
- 10:01Actually, one of my favorite hotels to stay at is the madreon Um.
- 10:05The only thing that outside shout out to BT the Lows Hotel. I'm
- 10:09not mad at people to stay at the Lows. Don't stuff. I just
- 10:13personally don't like people to sell souvenirs and I don't in front of my hotel.
- 10:18So if you went out the back on the backside. The Hollywood Boulevard
- 10:22is a whole nother life likes everybody taking pictures. But I did take a
- 10:31walk because I do this thing when I go go out of town. I
- 10:33gotta get new drawls and socks. Oh you get them where you wherever you
- 10:39go I go, or if I bring them, but I had to.
- 10:41It's just the thing. I have to open up a new Pa Crawls socks,
- 10:46so I had I didn't have that, So I walked to Marshal's when
- 10:50I was high the first day. When I finally came that, I was
- 10:52coming down and they got these little food stands. So they had the hot
- 10:58dog with baking around it. I ate that. When I finished that,
- 11:01they had cup I ate that. Yeah. Then they had a little bad
- 11:05gummies. I ate that. By the time I got to the March Tuesday,
- 11:11I was full full and I had to go to the bathroom. I
- 11:16was like, oh, got a booboo. What am I gonna do?
- 11:22I ain't gonna use this public toilet, so we gotta we gotta work fast.
- 11:24Yeah, I gotta get something quick. Queen, Oh my god,
- 11:31that's a fun trip though, Zach, you missed it. One day,
- 11:33man, we'll all be able to go together. Who was your favorite interview
- 11:37outside of Jeez baby interview Outside of Jeez, I'm gonna go with and I'm
- 11:43not gonna say toy bricks y'all. I'm not gonna be a creepy His favorite,
- 11:46Uh, Chris Spencer and his wife Vanessa Suspenser. Because I listened today
- 11:50they podcast. I thought that was cool. Look like I had a good
- 11:54time with money Back. Always some money that money bags cool. Money Back
- 11:58was also a good the interview the baby was good. Oh my god.
- 12:03They shout out to Tale another great idea. He comes every year he puts
- 12:07something on the table that people love, and it's candy and mints. Because
- 12:11I don't know if people realize what this is is like a two day boot
- 12:16camp. And you go and you are in this room with a thousand other
- 12:18radio stations and media people and all day, from like ten am to five
- 12:24pm, you do not leave this room. You are doing speed dating interviews
- 12:28with celebrities, and it's like you don't know who come in or when they
- 12:31coming. You just gotta be ready for whoever sit down. So Toe had
- 12:35thought of this great idea where he gets candy and mints and puts it on
- 12:37the table. That instantly takes your table to another level because everybody wants to
- 12:43come over there is Yeah, So that was though. Everybody was coming eating
- 12:46the candy. That's it that it's a conversation started people there. People were
- 12:50like, oh man, let me, let me come over back over here.
- 12:54They got candy. It's just and when when an artist sit down and
- 12:58makes them comfortable, candy can and and just goodies make people happy. I
- 13:03had to have some. I had to shake a cup. They had to
- 13:07let That's the what the radio room. I'm gonna tell you bet, y'all
- 13:11want them interviews to go viral. Burrow and y'all want them. Celebrities there
- 13:16a little earlier than what they supposed to be and they hang out. I'm
- 13:20gonna tell you bet, the bar is the bar. Yes, don't let
- 13:24it. You don't know. What you don't want to do is let them
- 13:28over drink. What you do is you have somebody batch up cocktails. But
- 13:31they're gonna get people some buzz personally, probably Hennessy cocktails. Haven't shake them
- 13:37up, shake them up greeting cocktails. Everybody gonna be hanging by the bar.
- 13:41People gonna want to do them interviews and talk that talk, because that's
- 13:46all. That's the one thing the radio room is missing is the bar,
- 13:50a little bar. I'm scared. That's it. I wanted to happen.
- 13:52It's got to happen. Let's get to this man speaking of scared. More
- 13:54things that happened during the BET Awards JT A little oozy VERTU. That was
- 14:00crazy, man, um Like, it was just it happened out of the
- 14:03blue, and we're like, what's going on, Zach when you saw that?
- 14:07I mean, you watch it? What's going on? What were you
- 14:09thinking? What we're talking about? Food? He ain't? JT? And
- 14:18little USI vert Okay. The first thing you have to realize it's rules to
- 14:22the game. Me and Tone have giving you this rule time and time again.
- 14:26When you are dating or in a relationship with a woman, Okay,
- 14:31when there are other fine women around, guess what. Your woman has already
- 14:35identified every other fine woman. She knows who you like. When you're gonna
- 14:37like them before you even seen them? True, Okay, you cannot he
- 14:41he hi hi talk too long to know fine attractive woman? Your job if
- 14:50they if you do end up in a situation that little USI vert was in
- 14:52where you're talking to somebody what he didn't do. You have to go out
- 14:56your way to include your woman. Hello. You have to turn aroun around
- 15:00and be like crazy what you take? Hey, yeah, crazy, that
- 15:07is what you supposed to do. You don't sit there and take a cool
- 15:13hand on the chin picture with a with a with a with a fine chick
- 15:16that you didn't have a rap that you wrapped about in the song before that
- 15:18you didn't gave a lyric to never ever, And if you did take the
- 15:22picture, you need to make it silly, like hey, you know what
- 15:26I'm You definitely don't need to be looking not the sexy thing. You don't
- 15:31even taking sexy, biting your limp head up, hold your cry that ain't
- 15:37gonna be here, that touched out every time hit with a phone and hit
- 15:41with a phone, you're hit with a phone now. The only thing is
- 15:43lousy, very not me. I want to let you know, ladies,
- 15:46you hit me with a phone sober, I'm taking that phone as legged it
- 15:50into something hard and busting up. I'm gonna take it up. You think
- 15:52I'm to the wall, What y'all rong. You think you're gonna phone what?
- 16:02Oh so I can? What should I do? Just get hit by
- 16:06little busy gay right on up, follow behind his woman and walked on out
- 16:10with her. He didn't do that. And that's another thing. U.
- 16:12Let you know that j T must have that fire. He got that fire.
- 16:18That man got up and apologize like, hey, hey, hey,
- 16:22I think it was I don't know what was going on. Yeah, yeah,
- 16:29well you saw that though, did you instantly like? Yeah, girl,
- 16:33No, I don't. I didn't surprisingly, Um, I didn't.
- 16:37I didn't like it. I don't like it. I don't like putting hands
- 16:40on people and throwing stuff. I just don't like you know what I'm saying.
- 16:42I don't like to do that. Yeah, I'm not a violin girl,
- 16:45and not in public especially. Um, that's like the ultimate disrespect.
- 16:48And y'all let the ward show. He just opened up the show. This
- 16:51is his moment, like you just did that. But he was out of
- 16:55line, like you, why don't you supposed for selfies with her like that?
- 16:59Why that was out of line? So when I when he would have
- 17:00came back to the seato, I came back to see what an eight years
- 17:03time to go. You know what, understand it's time to go. And
- 17:06whatever I do to you in this car is between me, you and the
- 17:08driver. So I would have had to my business in the car versus right
- 17:11there is that's the only difference. Yeah, So you would have hit him
- 17:15in the face with the phone in the car, in the car close range,
- 17:17close range. Yeah, if you're gonna do it, do it,
- 17:19damn because he got Yeah, No you can't, you can't know. So
- 17:26let me let me ask you this though. Man, it's been a lot
- 17:29of Uh, it's a lot of telling going on. Chicks telling at an
- 17:36alarming rate. Zion WIBs. She his side, chicktold somebody else's side,
- 17:41chicktoe. And I woke up today and saw Dovey dough usually Oh that the
- 17:48veto? Whatever him? Though? No, man, yes, yes it's
- 17:53the veto. It's not definitely, not definitely said though dad up again?
- 18:02Veto right? Okay? That name, And uh, I need to know
- 18:06how long this man's been calling him Dobbie Doough. I hope he's been doing
- 18:07all year. What if he sat down at the thing to be interviewed,
- 18:14I would have fell out. I would have passed, Like how you saying
- 18:19his name again the veto. Yeah, that's ridiculous. Who who told me?
- 18:26Who told me? Well, you see the white name, you're just
- 18:30gonna ask me extra something to Sarah. Her name is Sarah Sara. So
- 18:36we sitting here with Sara, like how he said, do do de vito?
- 18:45No? Oh my god, that's like you know. Some of the
- 18:53tricks though that I did, like some people name I remember when they sat
- 18:56down. I would be like, Kiki, you got this, don't leading
- 19:03like I don't know, I don't know. Oh my god, with the
- 19:11ladies saying her name, I gotta go to go ahead and lead it.
- 19:18Table was so funny, man, that is so funny. Oh lord,
- 19:23all right, well Davey though Gabeto, he had his side chicks speak out,
- 19:30which I was surprised. My Avocan brothers usually don't hide. None of
- 19:34that happen to him, man, My Avacan brothers keep it. They they
- 19:37don't play none of them type of games, none of this. They don't
- 19:41be on none of this type of time. So I was surprised there's something
- 19:44leaked out like this, Kiki, why chicks doing this? They are ruining
- 19:49the bag right now for them selves. Yeah, because y'all make promises that
- 19:53y'all can't keep. Like I'm sure, Dobby though, So like you the
- 19:57one you might you, you're the girl I'm about to marry you, the
- 20:00one I'm gonna be with. You gotta do it like an old school player.
- 20:04Like all my uncle sad chicks. They ain't never stepped out of line.
- 20:08You know what I'm saying. He ain't never step you know, ain't
- 20:15I think wild side chick. I got like twelve uncles on know that you
- 20:23never want to know what I'm talking about. But I'm just saying all the
- 20:26old school players, I know their houses. They've never been interrupted like that
- 20:30because they sat, they come straight through the dough. Look, I got
- 20:33a wife. You know what I'm saying. You're my sad piece, and
- 20:37that's how we're gonna keep it. And everybody understand their role in position and
- 20:40agrees, you know what I'm saying. But they're going out getting these girls
- 20:44and selling them pipe dreams and then doing something completely different, so then they
- 20:48heartbroken at home, upset. But like if you had told me that I
- 20:51was your side chick from the beginning, Dobby, though, then I would
- 20:53not be expected to be wiped up. You know what I'm saying, Like
- 20:57you gotta just come through the dough and be all school players. They not
- 21:00disrespecting their wife. I mean, they definitely disrespect their wife as they cheam,
- 21:03but they are never publish. Let me ask you this, it's de
- 21:07Vito. Is he married? I'm African. I'm sure he got a couple.
- 21:11He is married. Here's the difference between your uncles and de Vito in
- 21:15these times? It's a difference. Now, what's the difference men of this
- 21:19age? Now? We love all our hope and that's the problem with you.
- 21:23Every single one love their women. Now, you know what I'm saying.
- 21:30Back in the day, Back in the day I think you had women,
- 21:33you'd be like, you know what, I don't love you. I
- 21:34just like what you're doing for me right now. But nowadays, guess what
- 21:38brothers was liking, every last one of them. I like you all,
- 21:41and that's the problem, you know what I'm saying. So he may not
- 21:44have been a line, no I love you girl. I gotta love for
- 21:48everybody. So like I feel like a lot of my old players in my
- 21:51life, they love they side women to take care of them, help raise
- 21:52their kids. If they really love them, but they know not to disrespect
- 21:56their wife. They know not to upset the house. So here the thing
- 22:00what has changed, What has changed is the respect that the side chick had
- 22:03for the wife. That has changed. So you blame it on the man.
- 22:07The men ben cheating. Men ain't got smarter, men ain't get dumber.
- 22:11You know, No, they didn't know. They didn't. You said
- 22:14they're taking cares side families and everything. Men have had families across town doing
- 22:18the same exact thing. The only thing has changed is social media, and
- 22:22women no longer have respect for the main chick no more. But I think
- 22:29that so you owner something. Come on, what I'm telling you, owner
- 22:41something? What I think what it is is, this is something y'all.
- 22:44Side chicks, if you want and you're happy in your sadness, don't go
- 22:48looking for the main chicks page. No, don't go lookingcause I think what
- 22:53happens is you following the main chick. He doing his main chick thing with
- 22:59his girl that she wouldn't never see. They're going on trips, they at
- 23:03a dinner, she doing it, you know. And when women's social media,
- 23:06it's just gonna look better. Whatever a woman is doing on social media.
- 23:10It's just gonna look way more than it is, extravagant than what it
- 23:14is. Sometimes y'all just know how to use it. I think that's what's
- 23:18happening, and that's what's causing some of the issues. This is a thing
- 23:21though, side chicks, and I get it. You got the baby in
- 23:26you're gonna get some child support, but you're gonna lead lose your access to
- 23:30the man. Yes, and if that, in most cases, you are
- 23:34probably not on the same social status that that guy is, so remaining cool
- 23:41with him maybe not. Y'all not together. Let's say y'all the siding as
- 23:45you tied to me in the side, I'm done, but you'd be cool
- 23:48and you're gonna say nothing. You still can have some access because the dude
- 23:52gonna remember, he gonna be like, yo, he knew he was doing
- 23:55you bogus, he knew you was a side chick. But you're gonna let's
- 23:57say you need an you want to go to a con, Say you need
- 24:00a couple of dollars. You in a jam. You don't need this.
- 24:03A real dude is gonna respect you because you never try to out him and
- 24:08was like I got you, you gonna always kind of have a little place
- 24:11and it's hard to look out for you. But when you do this type
- 24:15of stuff like, yeah, I've been seeing people trying to out Lebron.
- 24:18You think Lebron like, why y'all steady trying to out the most some of
- 24:23the most powerful that can't do nothing but help you in your life sometimes And
- 24:27you know why, even when they try to out Lebron, it goes nowhere
- 24:32because he knows how to cheat responsibly, which is what I'm trying to say.
- 24:34He cheats like he cheats like an old school man. Nobody touching Savannah.
- 24:41Dumb holes ain't never coming to Savannah the front door. Ever. I
- 24:44don't know. If I don't even think Lebron has holes, I will not
- 24:47publicly get on this microphone and say Lebron Hans holds and that's why to chea
- 24:52responsibly. Nope, I don't know. He does not. Haven't haven't unprotected
- 24:56sex. It's wild anyway with outside a somebody that you like. Well,
- 25:00let me tell you some about kicks. Uncles. Tell you something about kikiS.
- 25:04Uncles say you know what you know, school man, school man,
- 25:15And that's why they have sad families. And yeah, but I'm telling you
- 25:18they have their wives and they found like it never gets interrupted, you never
- 25:22until these days. You have the uncle's they at the funeral, that's when
- 25:26you found out about the side, the sad son or daughter at the funeral.
- 25:30This man is dead, he ain't even he ain't hit no more before
- 25:33he let something come to his wife. That's y'all irresponsible. That killed him.
- 25:40Yall to hide that child. But your family where it's like, y'all
- 25:48enough in to a funeral and somebody like who is that? He looked just
- 25:51like uncle Earl? Who is that? You found out that we never had
- 26:00that? And I found it. I mean, I don't really do that.
- 26:08But what in the hell? Why did that come up? Why did
- 26:15she do that again? Why did she do that? Dog? I was
- 26:21about to make a play. Why did she do that again? All the
- 26:29way through the la some of the biggest stars in the world, she come
- 26:34back. He hated nothing against Latin, nothing against my Lasteeno friends. And
- 26:41I love y'all to depth, but I'm not Hispanic. I am African.
- 26:45I'm astually West African sixty two percent according to twenty hit me. What's the
- 26:56other part, Oh my god, I had to I okay, I lost
- 27:00my trader said, but what Flazian this food snort? Ah, Man,
- 27:14I don't like y'all got no uncle earl with an instra baby. That's this
- 27:18is the reason why I've had celebrity girl friends that nobody knows about. And
- 27:22I'm still cool with okay, because I won't. I would never say I
- 27:26would never say nothing. It's stupid for dudes to say stuff. It's stupid.
- 27:30It is. I mean, I just think for some of the women,
- 27:32I get it. You might got promise some stuff, you might got
- 27:34somebody read your feelings, got hurt or whatever. But at the end of
- 27:38the day, like, oh my god, keep your mouth because because he's
- 27:41only gonna give you two seconds of fast talk about it too. It was
- 27:45never enough. Where did Where was the outlet for side chicks to tell back
- 27:48in the day. But I recall Shirley, y'all ain't never heard the yeah,
- 27:52but it took up. That takes more of a woman like that.
- 27:55Got a really man up with some stuff and deal with it. To go
- 27:59to somebody how or call when you've been on a Twitter when you tweet,
- 28:03you can do that emotionally. You get on Instagram, you can post that
- 28:04because you and your feelings right then instant boom and get your followers to see
- 28:10it. You gotta go tell your friend and then y'all got to go to
- 28:12her house back in the day. That's why I was less getting called up.
- 28:15That's true. I agree with that, but he can't just tell it
- 28:18even off an emotional wham. I just feel like fellas if you just cheat
- 28:21responsibly, everybody be happy. If I was a man, I feel like
- 28:25I would have like a wife, and then my side piece like, tell
- 28:30us what you would do. I'm not a man, So this is just
- 28:41if I was a man. If I was a cheating ass man, my
- 28:47wife would never feel my other life, But what would you have? My
- 28:51wife would never like I would be like Lebron, Savannah can walk anywhere and
- 28:55go anywhere. I'm not gonna keep I'm not saying Lebron cheating. He ain't.
- 28:59That's why that's why you can say that he's not because there's no proof.
- 29:04Will now have no credibility because he had never given them no credibility.
- 29:07You're not taking no pictures with him, you're not catching him up or nowhere.
- 29:11He's very cheats, very responsibly. I don't think I don't know if
- 29:14he cheats. I think none of us know because he's doing it right.
- 29:18That's why. That's how I'm trying to say. So, it's a right
- 29:22way to cheat. It's a right way to cheat. Yes, y'all gonna
- 29:26do it anyway, from the tone components of the world to the mail man.
- 29:30No matter how rich you are, y'all go. You can be broke.
- 29:33You're gonna cheat. It's just I don't. I don't. I don't
- 29:36believe the flesh is weak. I got that from you. I've learned this
- 29:42over the years, though, you gotta be able to like. Look,
- 29:47I can say this, like being in Chicago, it's a lot easier not
- 29:49to cheat. It's a lot easier. It's a lot easier. Demographic La,
- 29:56Atlanta, d C. Houston might be tougher, even throwing the Dallas
- 30:00in there. See maybe and for sure, Miami, right, Miami attacked
- 30:04every time I attest your life, every good old Midwestern city. You ain't
- 30:10got nothing to worry about, man. But I ain't gonna lie. I
- 30:11was in La. I saw some women in Chicago. Have you why you
- 30:17why do you look like that? See like why you and us people are
- 30:19so nice to me? M nice to me? In Chicago, we're not
- 30:25nice. You know what I'm saying. We not like that. Well,
- 30:26I'm gonna tell you some summertimes Chicago they throw out. There'd be some new
- 30:30ones, some new women that thaw out in the summer that they only come
- 30:36out when the temperature is eighty and above. And you'd be like, who
- 30:41are you? Where have you been? They'd be sitting up on the couch
- 30:44at the wit. You'd be like, who is that? See that is?
- 30:48You should have seen me at Ton Capone's birthday party. You see what
- 30:51I'm saying. And you know, Jesus Christ, I see who are these?
- 30:53I ain't seen them before. If you're gonna have multiples, just to
- 30:56be responsible, I'm gonna say my birthday party right now, it's still the
- 31:00champion right now, absolutely for the for a top quality women for that party
- 31:06that it might be still number one, it's gonna get knocked out because I
- 31:10know Drake is coming to town, Drake and they're gonna it's a couple of
- 31:15events that Chives is hosting. Drake Party is going to destroy its best party,
- 31:19but it was intimate. Though your party was like it was packed,
- 31:22but it was still intimate. And uh, I think we got I got
- 31:26something that's gonna I think something that's gonna happen doing black Boat Beach Week.
- 31:30I think something then happen, lollapalooza. I think I got some more tricks
- 31:36up here. Obviously, no, not for me. I just think it's
- 31:37gonna be party parties. It's gonna overtake it, overtake it. I definitely
- 31:41think. But right now I think I see I got the number one.
- 31:44We'll see Zach shir ahead of time, shout out a few good men.
- 31:48Um, let me go ahead and get to this. What what did you
- 31:52say? What I mean lying again? What do you even need to Zack
- 31:56had a good time. I was like, I didn't do nothing. I
- 31:59just went home and pray you had a good time that part. Yeah,
- 32:01I laugh and went to work. Okay, wait, okay, early in
- 32:06the morning. All right, thank god, ay man, all right,
- 32:12let's get to this, this last little thing I want to talk about.
- 32:15Um, this is the thing where Cardi B, Cardi B. You got
- 32:21Cardi B, you got a lot on, you got Globilla, you got
- 32:23all of these women out making good music. This is a music question,
- 32:28right, he guys, we got all this great music out here. You
- 32:30got ba Wall saying, which I didn't know. There's been no number one
- 32:34rap song, no number one rap song to chart this year in twenty twenty
- 32:38three, which is crazy for hip hop. Do you think that the women
- 32:44are now leading a charge in a way that what the dudes, just the
- 32:47dudes have to catch up to make hip hop be what it be, what
- 32:51it's supposed to be in twenty twenty three, or is it you think it's
- 32:54on this way down the I'm gonna tell you something. I'm gonna be completely
- 32:58honest, and y'all can fight me on this. But even the records that
- 33:02are actually doing well aren't that good to me this year. They haven't been.
- 33:07The best song I've heard this year is to me was Dirt and Jacole
- 33:13That all my life. As far as like a universal record that I think
- 33:15could win number one, even what's the hot song? Now, Rip Me
- 33:19Out the Plastic I've been acting. That's a good Rip Me Out the Plastic
- 33:25is a catchy song, but it's not catchy enough to go number one.
- 33:29It has to be inclusive for everybody. Nobody's like, it's not. You
- 33:32can't recite anything out of rich me, out the plastics. I've been acting,
- 33:36Brandon. If you like, that's all you can say, you know
- 33:38what I'm saying, and you just kind of fade off. You don't know
- 33:40the second verse. You don't know. I love girls, you know some
- 33:44peoplestand if you're that core audience, you do women. But I'm saying,
- 33:47like, outside of that, you're just not gonna get big records. You
- 33:51gotta have a big record shawty Red Pound Town. That's too it's too vulgar.
- 33:54That's not gonna be a number one record. I'm sorry now, but
- 33:59I just like I do like that such Yeah, I mean I had the
- 34:02fact check this, yeah, and it's and this is why I think it
- 34:06is. I don't think we've been putting out quality records right now. It's
- 34:09not it's not. Maybe Drake can do it. When he dropped this summer,
- 34:14you know what, saying, he'll come up with something that's always you
- 34:16know, catchy. But if Drake don't do it, we in trouble.
- 34:20No we can do it, we are in trouble. Like even just looking
- 34:22at the BT awards we did in trus We are in trouble. I don't
- 34:24know if hip hop gonna last another fifty years. No, in trouble.
- 34:29That's not that's not fair. But I will say this, there's a there's
- 34:32a couple of things that need to be fixed. I think it fixable.
- 34:35One we gotta get back to. I don't know where this narrative the radio
- 34:40is did Uh, trust me, people still listen to the radio. I
- 34:45keep saying, anything that's free ain't never going away. Uh, there's only
- 34:49so much you could do with a playlist, Spotify, all these other things
- 34:52I heard. You still need to have that personal touch. But also with
- 34:55that personal touch, you got to bring back or artists are coming back in
- 35:00the radio stations and doing interviews and doing these promo runs because a lot of
- 35:04times with these radio personis, which is crazy, these dudes, of these
- 35:08women, these men, their songs are bigger than than they are. So
- 35:14a lot of times in the radio room, this is what's happening. They're
- 35:17like, I got such and such coming And then they say you're looking at
- 35:22them like okay, and they're like no, no. They sing blah blah
- 35:24blah blah blah, blah and be like, oh yeah, that happened pretty
- 35:30much the whole time, the whole day. That's because TikTok is breaking the
- 35:34songs and we're watching videos of hearing the song and never seeing the artists never
- 35:38bring them back in radio. They're doing promo runs, they taking pictures with
- 35:42the We are a promotion vehicle for the artists. I understand that, but
- 35:46I don't think the records have been good enough to surpass outside of their core
- 35:50audience. What records do you think could have been a number one record if
- 35:53they had radio. No, I don't. I don't think. I don't
- 35:58you make a point. I'm saying it is still that's that's a part of
- 36:00the fix. I'm not saying that this is the fix they have. They
- 36:05have to make better records. I mean, you know, I'm Ice Spice.
- 36:09She uses some of the same beats that five year four and the New
- 36:13York drill. That's same. Doesn't sound like nothing, it's not. It's
- 36:15the same thing. I like. I like what Ice Spice is doing.
- 36:20I just think it needs a little bit more of a variation. I think
- 36:23when you letting like somebody, let me hear somebody, uh my daughter.
- 36:28Let me hear somebody. I can't think of the name. I want to
- 36:29out nobody, but Buddy sounded exactly like Bryson Tiller. Like I'm talking from
- 36:36the entire the runs that everything like, it's brighton, it's literally But I
- 36:40like, come on, dog, you can't be creative. You can't Bryson.
- 36:45We gotta Bryson. It's too late. He here. Yeah, that's
- 36:49the one thing I think that a lot of people have made. Okay that
- 36:53Hey, I'll give you this too. It all started, unfortunately, in
- 36:58no shade to him with Designer. Designer one thousand percent sounded like future and
- 37:04we all knew it, and we all knew it. Panda sounded like future,
- 37:08but then it got, then it got then he started having a little
- 37:10variations in it, but for the notoriety purpose, it was a future record
- 37:15that didn't have future own it. Yeah, I mean what was alarment to
- 37:19me? So for you, it's the records, they just need better,
- 37:22better quality records. For you, it's the artists are not as big as
- 37:24their songs. That's all. Both are true. What really got me was
- 37:29watching the award show and because we were celebrating fifty years of hip hop.
- 37:32They were half of Legend perform Ice Spice, A legend perform a Lotto,
- 37:37A Legend perform the next Coco Jones, And it's like when you up there
- 37:43on that stage, the comparison as a viewer's crazy. They can't they don't
- 37:50command a stage, they don't engage with the audience, they don't know how
- 37:52to sing for real or rap for real. It's also it's like and when
- 37:57you put them next to legends, that gets revealed. Excuse my lief,
- 38:00it gets revealed. So it's like that was what made me feel like,
- 38:05oh, we're in trouble because they actually had studs Pete and Jarrou come out
- 38:08and perform for thirty seconds a piece and went into a four two minute Ice
- 38:13Spice performance. And when I tell you, I was looking like, what
- 38:17the hell is is this the future? N Yeah, we're in trouble,
- 38:22the different stuff. We're in big trouble with that the big rag. You
- 38:27got Master Pete coming out, Master Pete fifty fifty and he coming out there,
- 38:32but no living soldier, and it's like it's like the whole and I
- 38:37was in there, I was in there watching the whole situation is everybody up.
- 38:45They went, I'm talking crazy young old whatever. They went crazy man
- 38:51comes down riding on a bike. They were crazy. When Jyru came out,
- 38:54you thought it was Jesus Jule, To be honest with you had the
- 38:58biggest performance, the biggest performance of all the old school artists, because you
- 39:00remember, I wish people would give Jarro his flowers, like let's stop,
- 39:06let's stop acting like Ja Rule one, Like I really wish that for us.
- 39:10But what's scary about it is in twenty years, I think Icepice song
- 39:16is gonna ring off like we still sing a jar Rule record, or like
- 39:19we still sing a uh Trainer record. You know what I'm saying, Like
- 39:22that's when when I'm if I'm a new artist, That's what I'm coming in
- 39:27on, Like what's gonna steal? What am I doing that's still gonna be
- 39:29impactful twenty because it's sad to look at because we're celebrating somebody like Buster Ramps,
- 39:35who you know, people like, oh that's Buster, but like he
- 39:38still he came out hen the best part of the show. I'm gonna tell
- 39:40y'all, the best rap album I've heard this year is between Gunna and His
- 39:45new album is called Between Gunna and Killer Mike, and I still do not
- 39:51think I heard a number one record on them album. I'm gonna tell you
- 39:57what put out a decent album. I still didn't all my life. I
- 40:00think has the potential. No, it's gonna go to be number one.
- 40:04I think that's the only record I've heard this year that I think has a
- 40:07potential to be a number one's record. But this is also another thing,
- 40:12is that you also are getting people that are making songs that are not for
- 40:15every piece of I guess listening, you know what I mean. I can't
- 40:20listen. I listen to it in my car. Who I'm fired up?
- 40:22Oh, I hear this in the club. Na, I'm still fired up.
- 40:27I hear this on rooftop. I hear this anyway. This that's the
- 40:30thing. That's why the girls the ladies records, because ladies not making nothing.
- 40:32They can't twork to nothing. They probably in there like can I Oh
- 40:37no, that's ain't good. They are having these queen records. When I
- 40:40was younger, we made feel good records. The street dudes made feel good.
- 40:46Street dudes are not I got hundreds on the table, twenties on the
- 40:50floor fresh y'all to work on the way and I love dude, and I
- 40:54love it. You can play that anywhere anywhere anyway. My grandma will dance
- 40:59to that because it's a certain feeling it has. She don't know what he's
- 41:02talking about, but it's a firt and feeling. Now we're making shoot him
- 41:06up in the head, beat him up that that don't sound. It don't
- 41:07sound. And to be honest, I think the problem has come in.
- 41:10I don't want to sound old because we're not old, but I just want
- 41:14to like it's the facts are the facts. A lot of these artists are
- 41:16getting deals off their social media following. So because he had a song go
- 41:21viral on social media, you give him a record deal, and now he's
- 41:23he's what the label is getting behind When you really got somebody who is talented
- 41:27as hell, but probably when Gap fat thousand follow us and they're not getting
- 41:30that same opportunity, And it's like starting to show at this point, like
- 41:34you know what I'm saying. You got somebody that's winning for the best rap
- 41:37category or best female or R and B category and they can't really seen for
- 41:40real, you know, or they can't really rap for real. So it's
- 41:44like, let's stop chasing the social media cloud and let's get back to really
- 41:47developing real superstars because I think even in radio, like I ain't gonna go
- 41:53down that lane. But it's a lot of people that, you know what
- 41:55I'm saying, that come in there in the game and they could sit them
- 42:00onto the legends, and the legends will pour into them and they groom them
- 42:02over the years and they got potential to be superstars. And then you got
- 42:06people that got a million followers and sound crazy. Ye you know what I'm
- 42:09saying. They they here today and go on tomorrow. So it's like,
- 42:13you gotta I think we gotta stop doing this social media following bas because it's
- 42:19really revealing when you put Ice Spice to perform after jar role, like that's
- 42:22crazy. Lotto. Sorry, so I just want Lotto. I feel like
- 42:30has a lot of potential. I feel like she's talented, she's been developed,
- 42:35she's and that's why she that's why her records is ringing off the way
- 42:37they ring it off. And I feel like she got potential. I say,
- 42:40I feel the same thing for Coy Larey. Yeah, I feel like
- 42:43Coilray got potential and she gonna go far because she gotta. She's actually talented.
- 42:46But a lot of these yeah, shout out be it. There a
- 42:51lot of people that's been just found off TikTok. It's like you put them
- 42:54on stage and this is what it looks. It looks crazy. No,
- 42:58no, it is. Some of that is between. That's some stuff that
- 43:00I that I talked to my daughter about in a way, and how to
- 43:05be a star and how there's certain qualities as an it the thing. And
- 43:09I'm like, yo, just because somebody got a lot of followers, just
- 43:14because it's still star power. It is something about a star. Somebody can
- 43:20get up even if they just talking to you can't get up and command an
- 43:22audience because they have this type of energy that just comes out of them.
- 43:28Um. And you know, like and that was some of the things I
- 43:30said. You know some of the fight back pushback is where you had a
- 43:32social media guys they're like, yo, well I got all these followers.
- 43:36I mean it means people like to watch me. That's that's a fact.
- 43:39That is a fact. But that also means you might need to develop that
- 43:45other part, that live audience part of it, or the music's got to
- 43:47be better, Zach. You know, I mean, it's plenty of internet
- 43:51comedians, plenty of social media comedians. They can't get up in front of
- 43:57the contract. It's a few that do you know what I'm saying. Uh,
- 44:00Country Waine can make it translate, DC Young Fly made it translate,
- 44:05um, but about Druski did not make it translate to me? Okay,
- 44:08to me? I don't know if I like. I think he's funny on
- 44:12social media, you know what hosting TV personality type. But I don't think
- 44:16he got stand up chops, you know what I'm saying. So it takes.
- 44:21It's like you said, you got to be able to command a room,
- 44:23the thousands of people and make them laugh. That's tough to do.
- 44:27Everybody can't do it. And that's what used to be special about celebrities is
- 44:30they were celebrities and they were special. It was. It wasn't because they
- 44:35could have a lot of followers. That doesn't that doesn't matter. You know
- 44:39who else got a lot of follow us? A man to be like one,
- 44:43two three, look as I don't know what he is. He just
- 44:51be counting, but funny. Don't know what I'm talking about? What are
- 44:57you following one? What in the hell are you following? They kicking out
- 45:04of you know, yes, but that's the sad part about it, and
- 45:09we're in trouble. Hip hop is in trouble. I don't think so soundly
- 45:14I do because these labels are continuing to push the trash. I don't think
- 45:19so. I just think that they put No, I'm not saying I don't
- 45:21think they're pushing some of the wrong situations. Let me but I think everything
- 45:25corrects itself. I remember hearing people when they were talking about rock and roll.
- 45:30I remember when people were talking about what corrected it correct just a hip
- 45:36hop. It's only fifty years old. There's been no correction. We're getting
- 45:38worse. It's going to correct itself. Think that you R and B did
- 45:45not get fit because because the marketplace is gonna make you correct it. The
- 45:49marketplace, the listener not gonna listen to your ass. Here's the thing,
- 45:52Yes, okay, Oh, I love that you said that the marketplace is
- 45:55gonna correct it. When when you have an idea, when you and you
- 46:00have an idea of what actually talent sounds like. So let me tell you
- 46:02what's gonna happen our generation me and Kiki around. Our age is the last
- 46:07generation that got a chance to hear the real generation. And now you started
- 46:13hip hop, you are you are, you are a founder. You are
- 46:16the same age, all right. So our generation was the first ones that
- 46:22got to see the stuff that was like super talented groups, the R and
- 46:27B groups we called that. We's called the jay zs, the Kanye West,
- 46:30the super talented artist. And then we also got to see the trash
- 46:32that we were like, I can't listen to this? This is track?
- 46:35What are y'all talking about? We saw both. Here's what I'm scared of
- 46:39the generation who was growing up. Now. Okay, my son is two,
- 46:45gay, he's gonna grow up. He growing up to Poundtown. Okay,
- 46:49it's one of the hottest songs. He's not gonna have any recollection of
- 46:52the older stuff that's actually good and it doesn't correct itself because you have nothing
- 46:58to compare it too. And now that becomes your norm, and now that
- 47:01becomes this is what hip hop is. Hip hop is just just trash music.
- 47:06This is what they make over here. You don't have the the we
- 47:09you don't have that balance. You understand what I'm saying. I feel if
- 47:13you do it for so long, I think it'll correct itself because guess what,
- 47:16the trash is still selling. If it wasn't selling, then I would
- 47:21say that it's not selling. Obviously, if it's a normal number one,
- 47:23it's doing good. It's a difference when not to sell. What's gonna happen
- 47:28is the narrative is hip hop is what's gonna happen. As hip hop doesn't
- 47:30make number one records, that's what's gonna be, and it's gonna become that's
- 47:34gonna become. That's what I'm worried about. I can't say that's what's gonna
- 47:36happen because that's what I'm worried about. Our generation was hip hop. We
- 47:39control the culture, We make everything cool. We were what's to follow because
- 47:43the numbers reveal that, and that's why everybody wants to bite off a hip
- 47:45hop. If we keep going the way we're going, it's gonna look crazy.
- 47:50However, I do believe cream rises to the top. So while you
- 47:53can have a million people doing internet comedy, the real people with Township It's
- 47:59gonna write, gonna rise to the top and they're gonna lead the culture.
- 48:01Same thing with the music. The people that are just here doing these tiktoko,
- 48:07the real ones that's really talented, that's been prepared, that's ready for
- 48:10their time, They're gonna rise to the top and hopefully they lead the little
- 48:13babies, the Lotos, the Dirks, the you know whoever they they're gonna
- 48:17lead. They're gonna end up leading the culture. And that's what I love.
- 48:21Little baby, I love Lotto and I love dirt, But I don't
- 48:22think that's them not gonna be the artists to get us out of it.
- 48:27And I'm just gonna be completely They're so young, they're so dope. Don't
- 48:30get me. A Loto is on. If you had to invest in a
- 48:35stock that was hip hop, if I had to invest into a stock they
- 48:38had to do a hip hop. I'm invested in Lotto and I'm gonna put
- 48:43my money on lotty and dirt. I'm gonna put my money on dirt and
- 48:46a lot of it because I'm gonna be one moment away. This is the
- 48:50thing I'm telling you I hate because the dirt is Dirk is on the break
- 48:52because this this this right here. A lot of those, a lot of
- 48:57those artists, you don't get we don't give it credit for what they watch
- 49:00right in a sense of they like athletes in a way. How athletes watch
- 49:06other athletes playing, How athletes are checking other athletes stats and they look at
- 49:09they're looking at the same thing, like all, well, I ain't charting.
- 49:14I just made this record, and I thought it was fire was above
- 49:16me. All the Afro Beats is above me, the girls is above me.
- 49:22I don't even make a record that somebody that people are going to dance
- 49:24too. That's I think that is is using a hip hop that you cannot
- 49:31dance to. None of this. Nobody wants to hear you because everybody's sad,
- 49:35depressing on drugs. Yeah, yeah, that's why beats came roaring into
- 49:40the culture. Yeah, that's because we could dance again again. That's true.
- 49:45That's very true because I I hosted my little nephew, fourteen year old,
- 49:47his eighth grade dance and Baby, when I tell you d Lobo king
- 49:52that the kids are still bopping. That's their party up. They that's their
- 49:57their record, the dlo And it's like they haven't been able to dance again
- 50:00since that because Ryan waves sad sayss's saying, you know, we all said,
- 50:07you know, Dirk and depressed, here's the gang. Here's the thing.
- 50:09Those those people that you just named, and I love them as artists.
- 50:13I'm not trying to take anything away from them. In a different era,
- 50:16they would not make the BET Awards, they would not have number one
- 50:21records in a different era. You put you put them. Yes, man,
- 50:25I know, I know it's not fair. I know it's not a
- 50:29fair comparison. But I'm saying, these the people that you just named,
- 50:32that you think it's gonna carry us on. I'm sorry. As much as
- 50:36I love Little Baby, little Baby would not be getting played when Ti dropped
- 50:39his album, Geez dropped his stuff, and we would we would have got
- 50:43to Little Baby a little, a little last, we would have got to
- 50:45Little Baby. It's not fair. But that's when I think that's not fair,
- 50:52because you're naming some of the best hip hop artists of all time.
- 50:58Jeez and T are one of the best hip hop artists of all time period.
- 51:02It's not even now you can't but we knew it when they were doing
- 51:06it. It's what I'm trying to say. Oh my god, you cannot
- 51:08tell me we did not know. I'm gonna tell you when TM. When
- 51:14TM one O three came out, it was in everybody's car undenowably, but
- 51:19women like it consistently like this. I knew I was watching greatness, okay,
- 51:27and you know you heard it, you know you felt it. Now
- 51:30when I hear these new right, I don't know that I'm feeling greatness.
- 51:36I know it's hot right now. It feels good right now, right right.
- 51:45You hear greatness when you hear me out the plas, that's greatness.
- 51:49That's that's the hottest thing out right now. That ain't hey you women around
- 51:53No, No, that's when I draw the line. That is not greatness.
- 52:00We're going to see that. I get excited. That's when I drop.
- 52:01All right, man, thoughts you gotta get out of here. Man,
- 52:04come on, I'm really enjoying this. I would actually like to pick
- 52:07up the next spot. In the same argument, I've never seen Zach more
- 52:12passionate. M I'm sorry, no, I'm not no shape to ice spice.
- 52:16But it really just people who put low effort and it whatever looks like
- 52:21low effort to me pisses me off. And that's just what that is.
- 52:22So it's not personal. It's just that you look low. It looks low
- 52:27effort, and I don't appreciate it as a consumer. WHOA okay, all
- 52:31right, Zack final thoughts? All right? My final thought is, man,
- 52:36let's try to keep hip hop alive. Artists. I challenge you all
- 52:39to come out with your best record. Sometimes you don't have to come out.
- 52:42What happened y'all started coming out with that speed, and I blame Future
- 52:45and Chris Brown. Future, Chris is still doing this thing do speed though?
- 52:50Like he right, Future had an error where he dropped so many mixed
- 52:55tapes of quality back to back to back people's the industry started to follow that,
- 53:01like, oh, we need to be like that. But you got
- 53:04to be locked in to do some stuff like that. And you also have
- 53:07to understand that those records he had for a while that wasn't stuff that he
- 53:10just was putting out that day. Let me tell you something. If you've
- 53:14recorded five, six, seven songs, guess what they ain't ready? Yes,
- 53:17take your time. Man. I hate hearing these artists on interviews say,
- 53:22so I had gotten the studio, I had made it, and yea,
- 53:24it blew up. So I'm here. I've been rapping about a year.
- 53:29See that makes me mad. I'd be like, oh, you're not
- 53:30gonna last. Yeah, you're not gonna last. You don't even talking to
- 53:34Mike yet and you're doing shows. Yeah, that's that's my final thought.
- 53:39All right man, all right, y'all, we can't wrap it up.
- 53:43Hey, thanks everybody for watching. I don't really have any final thoughts.
- 53:45Just want you to share the pod, shared, share, and share it
- 53:49again. Keep sharing the pod. And with that being said, what more
- 53:52can we say
