- 0:17Speaker 2: Fox Sports Radio.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Me and Izzy had been laughing this afternoon that sixteen
- 0:23Speaker 1: years we are sixteen years removed from Lebron saying I'm
- 0:28Speaker 1: going to take my talents to South Beach. Sixteen years.
- 0:31Speaker 1: It's a tribute to the man and his longevity and
- 0:34Speaker 1: how great he's been for so long that we still
- 0:37Speaker 1: care sixteen years later about where Lebron James is going
- 0:41Speaker 1: to end up in free agency.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Not just care, Stu. Yes, when I heard that Brian
- 0:46Speaker 3: Windhorst said Lebron might make a decision today, yes, I said,
- 0:52Speaker 3: well that's all I'm doing today. I'm just waiting for
- 0:54Speaker 3: Lebron to make his decision. If Brian was wrong, oh
- 0:57Speaker 3: well i'll hear it tomorrow. But I am on pins
- 1:01Speaker 3: and needles. And it's not even just because it's potentially
- 1:04Speaker 3: the Miami Heat or whatever, even if it's the Warriors, well,
- 1:07Speaker 3: it's not the team. And I would pick if I
- 1:08Speaker 3: were him, even if it's the Warriors, crazy interesting, even
- 1:12Speaker 3: if it's Cleveland, crazy interesting. Even though I think it
- 1:15Speaker 3: should be the Miami Heat. This is the best place
- 1:18Speaker 3: for both him and Bronny. It is crazy that it's
- 1:21Speaker 3: been sixteen years and that wasn't even the beginning of
- 1:23Speaker 3: his career. That was seven years into it, right.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I'm not certain we should be caring because I'm not
- 1:27Speaker 1: certain what kind of difference lebron James would make on
- 1:29Speaker 1: an NBA team at this point in his life and
- 1:31Speaker 1: his career. But we still care, and I think what
- 1:33Speaker 1: we care about is how is he going to choose
- 1:35Speaker 1: to land the plane because it's going to be his
- 1:38Speaker 1: final year? And is he going to chase a ring?
- 1:40Speaker 1: Is he going to play with friends? Is he going
- 1:42Speaker 1: to go to Golden State? It's interesting? What do you got, Taylor?
- 1:44Speaker 4: Was the decision for you guys? Aware? Were you moment?
- 1:47Speaker 4: Because I can remember exactly where I was for the decision.
- 1:50Speaker 4: I was on the beach in the Hampton.
- 1:53Speaker 3: So you're gonna say, and I left.
- 1:54Speaker 4: I left where I was so I could get to
- 1:57Speaker 4: a TV yep, And I remember thinking there's a lot
- 2:00Speaker 4: of smoke that he's going to Miami. But I think
- 2:02Speaker 4: this is just a smoke screen. He's coming to the Knicks.
- 2:05Speaker 4: What a surprise.
- 2:06Speaker 5: Ye, he wanted you to think that, Taylor.
- 2:08Speaker 3: He did. Yes, the Hampton's huh yocking like a regular
- 2:13Speaker 3: thing for you because you're from New York.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Or when you're from New York, it gets so hot
- 2:18Speaker 4: that you need to go to the beach as often
- 2:20Speaker 4: as possible and go to that area.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I don't remember.
- 2:25Speaker 4: I don't remember what day the week it was, but
- 2:27Speaker 4: it was either a week get away or a weekend
- 2:29Speaker 4: get away, or maybe even just going for the day.
- 2:30Speaker 4: Sometimes sometimes you just go.
- 2:31Speaker 3: For the day.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I've realized as I've gotten older here, I like the
- 2:34Speaker 1: beach less and less.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Oh my goodness, I like the sun less and less.
- 2:38Speaker 5: I mean, I gotta be honest. It's glaring, it gets
- 2:40Speaker 5: in your eyes.
- 2:41Speaker 3: The beach.
- 2:41Speaker 5: It's tricky to walk through the sand. I don't like
- 2:43Speaker 5: it at all.
- 2:43Speaker 3: This is why I bought a boat. You just eliminate
- 2:45Speaker 3: the sand from the equation altogether. You just go straight
- 2:48Speaker 3: to the water.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Mikey, why are you shaking your head up there? And
- 2:51Speaker 1: what's going on?
- 2:52Speaker 6: Because I mean, first off to Taylor's point. I actually
- 2:55Speaker 6: was in the ESPN tape room. I had to cut
- 2:58Speaker 6: the decision. Yeah, which was honestly one of the worst
- 3:01Speaker 6: days of my life.
- 3:02Speaker 3: But to the beach thing.
- 3:05Speaker 6: We got invited July fourth to somebody's beach house, and
- 3:08Speaker 6: I am just so dread and going.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I do not want to go.
- 3:11Speaker 4: It's such a like I don't want to sit there
- 3:14Speaker 4: all day on the beach, just be hot.
- 3:16Speaker 5: Yeah, No, I don't want to go.
- 3:17Speaker 1: It's a drag, you know, get the sand off your
- 3:19Speaker 1: feet afterward. Its pain.
- 3:21Speaker 3: A lot of people living in landlocked areas right now
- 3:24Speaker 3: cursing all of you sing. I would love a chance
- 3:26Speaker 3: to sit on a beach.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Stu, you hit it one. If you were doing a
- 3:32Speaker 4: pie chart for problems with the beach, yes, sand is
- 3:36Speaker 4: like ninety five percent, I.
- 3:38Speaker 5: Would say, tire.
- 3:41Speaker 3: It's about ninety. I would say parking and moving your
- 3:44Speaker 3: stuff from your car to the beach is another spot.
- 3:47Speaker 3: If that is another maybe five percent. If that's what
- 3:49Speaker 3: you're doing, I would say seaweed if you're in South
- 3:51Speaker 3: Florida is another problem. I would say trying to find
- 3:54Speaker 3: a way to stay hydrated and not be starving while
- 3:56Speaker 3: you're sitting out and baking in the sun is another problem.
- 3:59Speaker 3: There's a lot of issues with the beach.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Seaweed, don't mind if I do.
- 4:03Speaker 6: It seems to me like the whole point of the
- 4:05Speaker 6: beach is to get yourself as uncomfortable as possible and
- 4:08Speaker 6: then feel better for a minute. Yeah, I'm gonna sit
- 4:11Speaker 6: in the hot sand, I'm gonna have it all over
- 4:13Speaker 6: myself and I'm sweating, and then it's like, oh, but
- 4:16Speaker 6: then you get to go in the water.
- 4:17Speaker 4: It's like, oh great, now I feel normal again for
- 4:19Speaker 4: a second.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Yep, Dan, go ahead.
- 4:22Speaker 7: Going to the beach is the opposite of the of
- 4:24Speaker 7: the decision. It's no decision at my age. Yeah, it
- 4:27Speaker 7: is no decision at all. And I'm taking my talents
- 4:31Speaker 7: to the pool.
- 4:32Speaker 5: Yeah, beach.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Don't tell Lebron this, but it's supposed to feel like
- 4:40Speaker 3: one hundred degrees today in South Florida. Yeah, today in
- 4:42Speaker 3: South Florida.
- 4:44Speaker 1: You wanting Lebron and your recruitment of Lebron James.
- 4:48Speaker 5: You just want him back.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Listen. I'm a man of reason, and I try to
- 4:52Speaker 3: make the most reasonable argument on any subject. Right, So
- 4:56Speaker 3: if I'm Lebron James and I'm checking out this landscape.
- 5:00Speaker 3: I've already ruled out the Lakers. That was an easy one.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I feel like I'm going to rule out Cleveland because
- 5:05Speaker 3: he was on that golf course and he said he
- 5:07Speaker 3: doesn't even like going to his hometown of Cleveland. Yes,
- 5:09Speaker 3: and I'm sorry. I feel like Lebron James he has
- 5:13Speaker 3: a prototype for the type of teammates he wants. I
- 5:16Speaker 3: don't think he wants to play with James Harden. I
- 5:18Speaker 3: do not think he wants to play with James Harden.
- 5:20Speaker 1: He would drive him crazy.
- 5:21Speaker 3: They would drive him crazy. Like I've said before, no
- 5:23Speaker 3: championship team will ever celebrate with James Harden in it,
- 5:26Speaker 3: because he's not going to win one. Yes, and so
- 5:28Speaker 3: you eliminate them. If we're only talking about the teams
- 5:32Speaker 3: that are shown interest or finding a way to get him,
- 5:35Speaker 3: the Warriors in the heat are the final two effectively? Yes,
- 5:38Speaker 3: and yes, the Warriors sound like a great television show.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Sounds like a great documentary. Let's follow around Lebron James
- 5:45Speaker 3: and Steph Curry for an entire season. But again, we
- 5:48Speaker 3: talked about this, We talked about the names involved, who
- 5:50Speaker 3: talked about people who are not reliable in terms of
- 5:53Speaker 3: being on the floor for eighty two games, much less
- 5:56Speaker 3: one hundred and two games. So why not go with
- 5:59Speaker 3: the younger option and the guy in his prime and
- 6:01Speaker 3: Giannis and Bam and an organization that you want a
- 6:03Speaker 3: couple of championships with rather than go to Golden State.
- 6:06Speaker 3: I can start giving you a list of reasons why
- 6:08Speaker 3: I can go to Golden State, but I think the
- 6:10Speaker 3: best reasons for him to go to a team are
- 6:12Speaker 3: the ones in Miami. And again, you want to throw
- 6:14Speaker 3: in the Brownie James thing too. There's no other franchise
- 6:17Speaker 3: he's going to get developed better. Maybe a couple other
- 6:20Speaker 3: that you can say are on par but you want
- 6:22Speaker 3: to bring Bronnie James and say, hey, we need him
- 6:24Speaker 3: and we'll keep developing him. Miami seems like the perfect
- 6:27Speaker 3: place for him.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I guess if you're looking at it from this standpoint,
- 6:30Speaker 1: And again, sixteen years after him saying he'll take his
- 6:34Speaker 1: talents down to South.
- 6:35Speaker 3: Beach, we're still glued to our.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Televisions and our phones wondering.
- 6:38Speaker 5: What lebron is going to decide.
- 6:40Speaker 1: It is fairly amazing, but if it gets down to
- 6:43Speaker 1: winning a championship and not really taking a pay cut,
- 6:45Speaker 1: meaning still getting paid reasonable amount of money to play
- 6:48Speaker 1: bass and say, all things being equal, at the age
- 6:50Speaker 1: of forty one, I guess the heat makes the most
- 6:52Speaker 1: sense right in a wide open Eastern conference, playing with
- 6:55Speaker 1: playing with Giannis, having Bam as your number two, going
- 6:59Speaker 1: to a place you're familiar with, and then the kid
- 7:00Speaker 1: is an important part for Lebron James.
- 7:03Speaker 5: To be able to leave your kid in the hands.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Of Eric Spolstra is probably the thing that makes the
- 7:08Speaker 1: most sense for Lebron James. You have talked me into this.
- 7:10Speaker 3: I can't believe it. I knew, I knew you listen
- 7:12Speaker 3: to reason.
- 7:13Speaker 5: You know.
- 7:13Speaker 3: It's funny is while we're sitting here worrying about where
- 7:16Speaker 3: a forty one year old is going in free agency,
- 7:17Speaker 3: what are we doing watching Serena Williams play wimbled It
- 7:21Speaker 3: losing speaking of things that haven't had that happened you know,
- 7:24Speaker 3: twenty years ago. Yeah, it's crazy. Also, she's playing a
- 7:26Speaker 3: joint right, She's.
- 7:27Speaker 5: Down five to three in the first set. Yeah, tell
- 7:29Speaker 5: her so.
- 7:30Speaker 4: I have a small qualm with Cham's friend of the show,
- 7:33Speaker 4: Sham Sharania.
- 7:34Speaker 5: Yeah, be careful.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Yeah, with chums.
- 7:36Speaker 4: When you say that BOMs. When you say the Lebron
- 7:41Speaker 4: decision can happen today, what I do? What I think
- 7:44Speaker 4: any reasonable person does. You turn your notifications on for Champs.
- 7:49Speaker 4: So when I put my notification on for Champs and
- 7:53Speaker 4: I get a buzz on my phone, I'm thinking in
- 7:55Speaker 4: my head immediately, my first thought is Lebron made his decision.
- 7:59Speaker 4: Where is it? It can't be Jack Landell is returning
- 8:02Speaker 4: to Atlanta.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, it's Landale. First of all, I respect that man.
- 8:07Speaker 3: He's going to Atlanta. Really, I was hoping he would
- 8:08Speaker 3: go to.
- 8:09Speaker 4: The returning to Atlanta.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I had no idea he was there in the
- 8:12Speaker 1: first place. So why should we respect that man? It's
- 8:14Speaker 1: a nice player, Okay, nice player. Did some decent things
- 8:17Speaker 1: with the Rockets last year.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Nice little player.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Oh so, Stu, you're you're good friends with Choms. I
- 8:22Speaker 4: think I crazy to say it. I think Shams considers
- 8:25Speaker 4: you almost a mentor of sorts.
- 8:27Speaker 5: He does.
- 8:28Speaker 1: No, there's no question about it. Yes, I've given him
- 8:30Speaker 1: a lot of guidance throughout.
- 8:31Speaker 5: The throughout the years.
- 8:33Speaker 4: I think I think one of the guidance you could
- 8:35Speaker 4: give back to Shams the way that mister Beast games
- 8:39Speaker 4: the YouTube system with multiple channels for other languages, where
- 8:42Speaker 4: he has like a Spanish channel, a French channel. CHAMS
- 8:46Speaker 4: should do that. Where he has a main account for
- 8:49Speaker 4: the superstar notifications, right, and then he has a secondary
- 8:52Speaker 4: account for all the ancillary moves.
- 8:53Speaker 3: That's where you do tell him.
- 8:54Speaker 1: That's where you put this boy Jacques Landell, Yes, the
- 8:57Speaker 1: Landell account, yes.
- 8:59Speaker 3: First of Allandale also a professional athlete named Jock. Who
- 9:03Speaker 3: doesn't love that guy?
- 9:04Speaker 1: Come on, I'm trying to think of other jocks.
- 9:07Speaker 5: I mean Vaughan.
- 9:08Speaker 3: There's the j Jack Peterson, Jack Peterson. Yes, there's no
- 9:12Speaker 3: K on that one.
- 9:12Speaker 1: But still there's joc right, yes, there's no qu.
- 9:20Speaker 7: Yes, Dan Byer, I was going to say Jock Ewing
- 9:22Speaker 7: from the Great television show Dallas, but that was a character,
- 9:25Speaker 7: so I didn't know if it would if it would fits,
- 9:28Speaker 7: and I believe it was spelled j O c K.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Hmmm interested ah what wait, Jack Jones, Jock Vaughn.
- 9:37Speaker 5: Is that a jock? Jock Johns Jack?
- 9:40Speaker 7: Yes, this is truly Jock.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Okay, So, Taylor, what you're suggesting is Shabs's main account
- 9:48Speaker 1: is just reserved for the superstars, and then he has
- 9:51Speaker 1: a secondary account for lesser.
- 9:53Speaker 4: News, right, correct, and then he can monetize both of them.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Who's why would you follow the other one who's subscribing
- 10:02Speaker 3: to the Jack Landale True True notifications on for that one. Yeah.
- 10:08Speaker 1: But to Taylor's point, He's got enough followers and enough
- 10:10Speaker 1: people will follow him that he can monetize it. I mean,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I'm not going to follow it, but he can monetize it.
- 10:15Speaker 7: Yes, Dad, Taylor's basically saying, get off my jock. That's
- 10:18Speaker 7: what he's saying.
- 10:19Speaker 5: It's just.
- 10:22Speaker 4: Just for context. His Jock Lindell notification has two point
- 10:28Speaker 4: three million impressions already.
- 10:30Speaker 5: Yep.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I'm telling you, nice little player, monetize that, though you
- 10:34Speaker 1: should be afraid the Hawks. I would have multiple accounts
- 10:37Speaker 1: for every player, just mon Mike, he's laughing. I would
- 10:42Speaker 1: have a Ja Morant account, a Lebron James account, a
- 10:45Speaker 1: Jacques account.
- 10:47Speaker 5: I mean, he can monetize it.
- 10:50Speaker 3: He is right about that.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Why do you consider me a mentor of sorts? And
- 10:53Speaker 1: why do you always use mentor of sorts when talking
- 10:56Speaker 1: about mentor?
- 10:58Speaker 4: Because yeah, I feel like you can't have a ton
- 11:00Speaker 4: of mentors. So if you just if you're in there,
- 11:02Speaker 4: coaching tree. Per se you're a mentor of sorts because
- 11:07Speaker 4: I don't if you asked Shams, no offense to you.
- 11:10Speaker 4: If you ask Shams who's your mentor? I don't think
- 11:13Speaker 4: he would say you. I don't think you would be
- 11:15Speaker 4: the first name out of Shams he.
- 11:16Speaker 5: Would say of sorts? Right for me, I think his
- 11:18Speaker 5: mentor is Woj. Yes.
- 11:20Speaker 4: If you ask Shams who his mentor is, he would
- 11:22Speaker 4: say Woaj. If you ask Shams, hey, list out your
- 11:25Speaker 4: your top twenty mentors, you might get an oli.
- 11:30Speaker 3: You know what, that's the new list. Get Shams on here.
- 11:32Speaker 3: We're gonna do top twenty list of mentors, five at
- 11:35Speaker 3: a time for four days.
- 11:36Speaker 1: I don't want to waste this stut eight seven seven
- 11:39Speaker 1: ninety nine on Fox. That is eight seven seven ninety
- 11:41Speaker 1: nine on Fox. How should lebron land the plane? Let's
- 11:44Speaker 1: do some sports radio?
- 11:46Speaker 5: Do it?
- 11:46Speaker 3: Well, let me ask you, because you know I convinced
- 11:48Speaker 3: you that Mimi heat makes the most sense for him.
- 11:50Speaker 3: But where do you think he's going to end up?
- 11:52Speaker 5: Closer Golden State?
- 11:54Speaker 3: Even with your eyes closed?
- 11:55Speaker 8: Yeah, well I did it last night with my eyes closed, Okay,
- 11:57Speaker 8: I did, And so you're seeing what so I close
- 12:00Speaker 8: my eyes, I saw him playing a lot of golf
- 12:02Speaker 8: with Steph Curry, possibly showing up the Lake Tahoe next year.
- 12:05Speaker 5: He's really into golf.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I think he wants to end this with his friends
- 12:08Speaker 1: and a decent shot at winning an NBA champion.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Did not expect Lake Tahoe to make an appearance there.
- 12:13Speaker 3: You know what I did not think about the golf.
- 12:16Speaker 3: I did not think about it is how golf forward
- 12:19Speaker 3: he is now. Like it's almost like you're right. He
- 12:22Speaker 3: was planning not to be with Lake Tahoe, not to
- 12:24Speaker 3: play on in Lake Tahoe, but to be with Steph
- 12:27Speaker 3: Curry and to hang out with his boy and you know,
- 12:30Speaker 3: at least be respectable playing next to him.
- 12:33Speaker 4: So I have an idea that hasn't been thrown out yet.
- 12:37Speaker 4: Lebron's main rival during all this it has been Steph Curry,
- 12:42Speaker 4: per se. But if you had to pick a team
- 12:44Speaker 4: whose main rival is who would you say?
- 12:48Speaker 3: Golden State Warriors or the San Antonio Spurs.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Okay, So it was neither of those two teams that
- 12:53Speaker 4: I had in my mind, because I was thinking when
- 12:56Speaker 4: he was in the Eastern Conference, a team who very
- 12:59Speaker 4: clear he has a star on the way out, you
- 13:02Speaker 4: extend an olive branch to the Boston Celtics and say,
- 13:05Speaker 4: I'll go play with Jason Tatum.
- 13:06Speaker 5: It's not a bad idea, but that's how.
- 13:09Speaker 3: You had Okay, I guess in Cleveland and Miami that
- 13:12Speaker 3: was his main rival. But man, that was a long
- 13:14Speaker 3: time ago.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Well yes, but here we are still caring about where
- 13:17Speaker 1: he has up in free agency.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Because I mean, he's he played. He played against the
- 13:21Speaker 3: Golden State Warriors for four straight finals. Tailor, I think
- 13:24Speaker 3: that sort of makes it more of a rival than
- 13:26Speaker 3: the Boston Celtics, does it. It's actually a really good question.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Yes, does Lebron get a statue in LA?
- 13:31Speaker 4: How does that?
- 13:32Speaker 3: How is that gonna work? Just one? Yeah, he's gonna
- 13:33Speaker 3: get one. He'll probably get one.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Well, does he deserve one?
- 13:36Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 13:36Speaker 3: I won him a championships, stayed there for a while,
- 13:38Speaker 3: he broke the scoring record all time there, He's got
- 13:41Speaker 3: so many moments there. He's gonna get his whatever he
- 13:42Speaker 3: wants over there.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Really, Well, have you say that with such confidence? Okay,
- 13:46Speaker 1: I think the Lakers are upset with him. I think
- 13:48Speaker 1: the Lakers think they Lebron probably should have finished his
- 13:50Speaker 1: career right here in LA with this deed, right.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Uh. No, I think the Lakers are good moving on.
- 13:56Speaker 3: I think the Lakers are not wanting to overpay Lebron
- 14:00Speaker 3: or the number three guy on a team. You don't
- 14:02Speaker 3: really have those type of salary slots anymore where you
- 14:06Speaker 3: can overpay three guys, not overpay, but max out three
- 14:09Speaker 3: guys basically and then try to fill out the rest
- 14:11Speaker 3: of your roster. And he's, frankly, you know, if we
- 14:13Speaker 3: were to be honest, he's probably a tier below the
- 14:16Speaker 3: max guys, if we're just you know, making the elite
- 14:18Speaker 3: of the elite the main Max guys. So no, I
- 14:21Speaker 3: don't think that they're necessarily upset. I think they know
- 14:24Speaker 3: they've got Luca Magic, and they've got Austin Reeves, a
- 14:26Speaker 3: very fan friendly player, and yeah, I think they're gonna
- 14:30Speaker 3: be just fine.
- 14:30Speaker 4: Stu on the topic of Lebron getting a statue potentially
- 14:33Speaker 4: in LA put the Lakers put out a statement basically
- 14:37Speaker 4: thanking Lebron James, and then Lebron James did the thing
- 14:40Speaker 4: where he responds to the statement and he he was
- 14:43Speaker 4: fishing for some compliments I think at the end because
- 14:45Speaker 4: he said no, thank you, truly in honor to wear
- 14:48Speaker 4: the purple and gold while trying to continue the greatness
- 14:51Speaker 4: and legacies that came before me. And then this is
- 14:53Speaker 4: where he starts fishing for compliments. Yeah, I hope I
- 14:56Speaker 4: made a few proud during my staff.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Here's a question for you. Yeah, let's say he does.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Let's say, as confident as I am, it's it's gonna happen.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Lebron James gets a statue.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Statues are reserved for the greats. I don't look at
- 15:08Speaker 1: him as a Laker great. I mean, well, he is
- 15:10Speaker 1: the greatest of all time. And if the Lakers can
- 15:12Speaker 1: build a statue because he won them a championship, he
- 15:15Speaker 1: is amongst.
- 15:16Speaker 3: The greatest of all time. Than if the Lakers he
- 15:19Speaker 3: won a championship with the Lakers, they're going to celebrate it.
- 15:23Speaker 3: They're going to find a way, and it's probably gonna
- 15:25Speaker 3: be whatever it was the pose from him breaking the
- 15:27Speaker 3: scoring record. But uh, yeah, I mean statues. What about
- 15:32Speaker 3: pau Gasol. He won a couple and he was some
- 15:35Speaker 3: would say just as responsible as Kobe Bryant. Yes for
- 15:38Speaker 3: that nine and ten. Does he have one? Should he
- 15:40Speaker 3: have one?
- 15:41Speaker 1: No, he doesn't have one. He deserves one more than Lebron.
- 15:44Speaker 1: I mean he does, didn't metal world Peace win. Kobe
- 15:47Speaker 1: Bryant an NBA Championship medal. World Peace should have a
- 15:51Speaker 1: statue before Lebron James. I mean, seriously, yeah, Tellius, so
- 15:55Speaker 1: is he.
- 15:55Speaker 4: The Lakers statues are pat Riley, Kobe Bryant, Elgin Baylor,
- 16:00Speaker 4: chick Hern, Kareem abdul Jabbar, Magic, Johnson, Key, O'Neil, Jerry West.
- 16:04Speaker 4: If we were playing the game, one statue has to
- 16:06Speaker 4: go for this Lebron statue to go up. For some reason,
- 16:10Speaker 4: what statue go?
- 16:11Speaker 5: I like that one statue has to be. Give me
- 16:13Speaker 5: the statues again.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Please, pat Riley, Kobe Bryant, Elgin Baylor, chick Hern, Kareem
- 16:18Speaker 4: abdul Jabbar, Magic, Johnson, Key, O'Neil, Jerry west.
- 16:22Speaker 3: Well, Elton Taylor.
- 16:25Speaker 4: Definitive.
- 16:26Speaker 3: That's that's just I mean, it's the first. It's the
- 16:28Speaker 3: one that I was gonna say, chick Hern because he's
- 16:31Speaker 3: you know, he's as a play by play guy on radio,
- 16:33Speaker 3: so it's but he was there forever like on radio,
- 16:37Speaker 3: dismissing we're on radio exactly.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Got a point I wanted to do, though not on TV.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I'm still choosing radio, and we're still interested in Lebron
- 16:54Speaker 1: James unbelievable. Lebron does not deserve a statue. If I
- 16:58Speaker 1: had to take one out, I take Shack to give
- 16:59Speaker 1: Lebron one. What I would left if you're back to
- 17:04Speaker 1: back is if we're playing the game, one statue has
- 17:07Speaker 1: to stay. I think most people would pick Shack.
- 17:10Speaker 5: Don't you dare disrespect chick Hearn? How dare you all
- 17:13Speaker 5: of you?
- 17:13Speaker 1: Seriously?
- 17:14Speaker 3: I mean, Shack did more than kareem.

- 18:09Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, tell it.
- 18:10Speaker 4: The first player in seventy two years to score in

- 18:16Speaker 4: but Stu Brazil, Norway, July fifth, four pm, Vinnie Junior
- 18:20Speaker 4: versus Erlyn Holland. Oh boy, go ahead and circle it.
- 18:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Put the kids to bed more than circle ye.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Four pm. Yeah, put the kids to bad get them
- 18:26Speaker 4: to bed early.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Yes, I'll be asleep for the rest of the week.
- 18:29Speaker 5: I love that as an excuse. Hey, kid's four pm,
- 18:31Speaker 5: big game. Go to bed. It's four dad.
- 18:36Speaker 1: So I've been spending my entire break thinking about athletes
- 18:41Speaker 1: that Canota Beach.
- 18:44Speaker 5: Would you come up with ethnic sands?
- 18:47Speaker 3: Yes? Not bad?
- 18:49Speaker 1: I mean I got more for you if you want. Yeah,
- 18:51Speaker 1: please Brandon Beachie.
- 18:53Speaker 4: Okay, is this if they were named after something beach related?
- 18:58Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 18:59Speaker 5: They You know. You hear the name and you think
- 19:00Speaker 5: of a beach like Billy Ocean, like Marty Fish.
- 19:07Speaker 3: That's Billy Osin. Not so much an athlete.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Good singer though, Yeah, or has one. He's been thinking
- 19:13Speaker 1: about athletes at Kdoda Beach.
- 19:15Speaker 4: What do you got, Aldrew Crumpler, Oh that's pretty Oh.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Wow, that's really good. I like the best I could do.
- 19:20Speaker 3: It's it's the name of a player if his parents
- 19:25Speaker 3: really liked the beach. Dwayne Wave, Eddie Sure, Stefan Castle.
- 19:33Speaker 4: Stefan sand Castle, Ritt Current, Hamilton, oh.
- 19:38Speaker 5: Man, Lonzo beach Ball.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I'll play it all day, eight seven seven. You'd like
- 19:50Speaker 1: to play eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox?
- 19:52Speaker 5: Yes?
- 19:53Speaker 1: Dan?
- 19:53Speaker 7: Do you guys remember that combo running back wide receiver
- 19:55Speaker 7: Tied Montgomery. You gonna play for the Jets, play for
- 19:58Speaker 7: the Packers out of Stanford.
- 20:00Speaker 3: And is Peer.
- 20:07Speaker 5: We're playing two different games. Yeah, okay, so that well
- 20:10Speaker 5: you started this.
- 20:11Speaker 3: I know, Mikey and I are playing one game. You
- 20:13Speaker 3: guys are playing the right game.
- 20:14Speaker 1: You guys, well, you're playing the game of if two
- 20:16Speaker 1: parents had a child and they were such a beachgoers
- 20:21Speaker 1: that they wanted to name their child they after something
- 20:23Speaker 1: beach related, they would name them Dwayne Wave.
- 20:27Speaker 5: We're playing just athletes that could note make you think
- 20:29Speaker 5: of a beach.
- 20:30Speaker 4: That's all okay, So I'm sorry, I'm gonna play is
- 20:34Speaker 4: He's game for a second. Yeah, forty nine Ers running
- 20:37Speaker 4: back Frank Shore.
- 20:42Speaker 7: I'll play Izzy's Doc Landale.
- 20:45Speaker 3: Oh wow, wow, pretty good because Doc has a k
- 20:49Speaker 3: in it too.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Yes see, I would go the Doc instead of the Rock.
- 20:56Speaker 10: Michael Krapt, Yeah, tell clam out of bio. He may
- 21:09Speaker 10: have ended the game and they met so many but uh, yes,
- 21:15Speaker 10: I am at a bio.
- 21:17Speaker 5: It's pretty good. I'm proud of you till very good.
- 21:19Speaker 5: That is very good?
- 21:20Speaker 1: Very good?
- 21:21Speaker 3: Uh is he am?
- 21:21Speaker 5: I am I hearing this correctly?
- 21:23Speaker 1: When I hear people say the reason that the Blazers
- 21:26Speaker 1: made the jah Morant move was to ship a couple
- 21:30Speaker 1: of guards to Boston to get Jalen Brown.
- 21:32Speaker 5: That's the reason they got Jahn Morant.
- 21:34Speaker 3: What you're hearing in that in your mind to goat
- 21:37Speaker 3: such as I know, it's pretty rare. Yes, it's common sense, right,
- 21:40Speaker 3: that's what you're hearing.
- 21:41Speaker 5: Right.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Oh, they just got John Morant. Oh, they already have
- 21:45Speaker 3: Damian Lillard who they reacquired last year, probably not gonna
- 21:49Speaker 3: move on from him. Who else do they have? They
- 21:51Speaker 3: have Scoot Henderson on that team. Well, it seems like
- 21:54Speaker 3: it's already getting pretty crowded in that backcourt. Oh, they
- 21:56Speaker 3: have Drew Holliday on that team. Let's see who else
- 21:59Speaker 3: they have on So they're very loaded. Obviously they have Daniyadviiev.
- 22:02Speaker 3: He's sort of their main guy, but he's not a guard.
- 22:05Speaker 3: They've got all these guards. They've got this overload of guards,
- 22:07Speaker 3: and it's just like, oh, okay, it makes sense if
- 22:10Speaker 3: we're going to unload let's just say former number two
- 22:13Speaker 3: overall pick Scoot Henderson and Drew Holliday, a champion and
- 22:18Speaker 3: all star? Has he been an All Star? Yeah, and
- 22:20Speaker 3: we're packaged them for Jalen Brown. And you're teaming. Putting
- 22:23Speaker 3: Jalen Brown on the team with Oddvia Avdia, with Damian
- 22:27Speaker 3: Lillard and with John Morant makes sense, right?
- 22:31Speaker 5: Yes, however, yes, there's a however, Yeah, go ahead.
- 22:35Speaker 3: Because almost immediately everybody was coming to that conclusion. Oh,
- 22:38Speaker 3: this is where it makes the most sense for Jalen Brown.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Now what happens is Blazer's insiders are basically reporting, and
- 22:44Speaker 3: I'm assuming if they're Blazers insiders they're getting their information
- 22:47Speaker 3: from the Blazers, is that this is their big deal
- 22:50Speaker 3: and no further big deals are planned. Really, that's exactly
- 22:54Speaker 3: what everybody said. Really, that doesn't make any sense. What
- 22:56Speaker 3: are you gonna do with these other guards? Are you
- 22:58Speaker 3: just gonna have a super guard line up, or you're
- 23:00Speaker 3: just gonna be like, hey, you're gonna have to stop
- 23:02Speaker 3: our little guys, or are you? It doesn't make any
- 23:05Speaker 3: sense if they're not going to make another move. Maybe
- 23:07Speaker 3: they're just working on leverage and saying hey, we don't
- 23:09Speaker 3: want to announce that we're working on another move will
- 23:11Speaker 3: work in the shadows, but overall just doesn't make any sense.
- 23:14Speaker 7: There's also the undercurrent that new ownership doesn't want to
- 23:17Speaker 7: keep the team in Portland, So you want to go
- 23:19Speaker 7: conspiracy theory, it's that this thing could blow up the team,
- 23:22Speaker 7: giving them another reason to move if they wanted to.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Right because they have the new owner, who reportedly super cheap,
- 23:27Speaker 3: trying to save money at every possible crevice that he can,
- 23:31Speaker 3: so it feels weird that he would go after a star,
- 23:34Speaker 3: But it also doesn't feel that weird because this star
- 23:36Speaker 3: came on the cheap.
- 23:38Speaker 4: Is see, when it comes to Jalen Brown in Boston,
- 23:41Speaker 4: I'm gonna play devil's advocate here asking you a question
- 23:43Speaker 4: with something that maybe necessarily I don't agree with, but
- 23:46Speaker 4: feels like hasn't been asked the Celtics. They're clearly moving
- 23:50Speaker 4: on from Jalen Brown. They're building around Jason Tatum. Why
- 23:53Speaker 4: could that have not been flipped?
- 23:56Speaker 3: That's a great question, ye, because it is basically on
- 24:00Speaker 3: past performance and reputation more so than what's actually been
- 24:04Speaker 3: in front of us the last couple of years. Right,
- 24:06Speaker 3: because we saw the finals MVP performance. We've seen enough
- 24:10Speaker 3: people it's it's almost like they're trying to find excuses
- 24:13Speaker 3: for Jason Tatum, right because we've seen him be complained
- 24:17Speaker 3: about a lot as the lead guy who does not
- 24:20Speaker 3: do enough, who you know, kind of stays from three
- 24:23Speaker 3: point line to three point line too often, just kind
- 24:25Speaker 3: of floats around when things are, you know, super important.
- 24:29Speaker 3: But he is just so ridiculously talented and so he
- 24:33Speaker 3: will find a way to put up those numbers regardless.
- 24:36Speaker 3: But he's not as good of a on ball defender
- 24:38Speaker 3: as Jalen Brown. He's not as good, frankly, as a
- 24:41Speaker 3: overall team basketball player as Jalen Brown is. And so yeah,
- 24:46Speaker 3: they could have convinced themselves quite easily if you're just
- 24:49Speaker 3: talking basketball, taking all other elements out of it, Yes,
- 24:53Speaker 3: it's possible that they could have flipped it, and it
- 24:55Speaker 3: wouldn't have been that big of a difference. But when
- 24:57Speaker 3: you just talk about, you know, basketball, all things that
- 25:00Speaker 3: you can see, right, He's a bigger player, he's a
- 25:03Speaker 3: longer player, he's more difficult to defend in certain areas,
- 25:06Speaker 3: and so you just find and frankly, they just like
- 25:08Speaker 3: him better. They just like him better. He is the
- 25:10Speaker 3: more dynamic talent. It seems like, you know, so I
- 25:14Speaker 3: would say you have a strong argument if you're going
- 25:16Speaker 3: to say, hey, we'll trade Jason Tatum because we're probably
- 25:19Speaker 3: gonna get more for him, and we'll keep Jalen Brown.
- 25:21Speaker 3: But it's just always felt like it was Jason Tatum
- 25:24Speaker 3: won and Jalen Brown won a in that organization, just.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Because I feel like it's a bad overreaction to a
- 25:30Speaker 1: the Knicks winning a title. B They were up three
- 25:32Speaker 1: one against Philadelphia and should have won that series and
- 25:35Speaker 1: moved on in the Eastern Conference playoffs. And I feel
- 25:38Speaker 1: like it's a weird reaction and an over the top reaction.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Just because you put his name out there in a
- 25:44Speaker 1: trade for Giannis doesn't mean you have to trade him. Correct,
- 25:46Speaker 1: doesn't mean you have to get rid of them. The
- 25:48Speaker 1: Celtics are better with Jaylen Brown.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Stud It's so weird because for years we were all
- 25:53Speaker 3: trying to break them up. Right, It's like, oh, that's
- 25:55Speaker 3: a duplication of talent. They shouldn't be together. They're not
- 25:58Speaker 3: gonna win a championship together. And then they do win
- 26:01Speaker 3: a championship together. Yeah, and then they have another year
- 26:03Speaker 3: where one of those two is hurt and they win
- 26:05Speaker 3: fifty two whatever games, and yeah, they flamed out in
- 26:08Speaker 3: the first round. But now you want to break them up.
- 26:12Speaker 3: There's already been a proof of concept. Now you want
- 26:14Speaker 3: to break them up.
- 26:15Speaker 1: But I'm saying, is he I understand if you want
- 26:17Speaker 1: to put him out there and try to get Giannison return,
- 26:19Speaker 1: you don't just trade a guy like Jalen Brown just
- 26:22Speaker 1: to trade Jalen Brown. Because Jalen Brown's upset that Tatum's
- 26:25Speaker 1: the one and he's the two.
- 26:26Speaker 3: You suck it up, You say, hey, let's fix this
- 26:28Speaker 3: in the locker room. Now. Does Brad Stevens have full
- 26:31Speaker 3: confidence that Joe Missoula is going to be the guy
- 26:33Speaker 3: that keeps that together in that locker room. I don't know,
- 26:35Speaker 3: but that's the way you probably have to go. Because again,
- 26:39Speaker 3: they didn't break them up. They built around them with
- 26:42Speaker 3: great talent. They won a championship. Yes, do that again
- 26:45Speaker 3: because they stripped down for last year. Rebuild around those
- 26:49Speaker 3: two and give yourself a championship run.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Well, not only should they try to do that again,
- 26:53Speaker 1: they can do it again. It's a wide open East.
- 26:56Speaker 1: And why wouldn't Jason Tatum, a healthy Jason Tatum for
- 26:59Speaker 1: an entire season and Jalen Brown have a great shot
- 27:01Speaker 1: at winning an NBA title.
- 27:03Speaker 3: They've done it already.
- 27:04Speaker 4: Yeah, Teller, it's crazy that Jason Tatum tore his achilles
- 27:08Speaker 4: And the worst thing that happened to the Celtics wasn't
- 27:11Speaker 4: losing Tatum for a year to that devastating injury. It
- 27:14Speaker 4: was seemingly giving Jalen Brown a year to convince himself
- 27:17Speaker 4: that he can be the number one option because he
- 27:19Speaker 4: has that moment. And now that's where it seems like
- 27:22Speaker 4: all this dysfunction is coming from Boston.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Yeah, it's strange because it's pretty obvious what was lacking.
- 27:29Speaker 3: It wasn't Jalen Brown, it wasn't Jason Tatum. Even though
- 27:33Speaker 3: Jason Tatum wasn't his normal self, you're not going to
- 27:35Speaker 3: even if he was lacking, you're not going to blame him.
- 27:37Speaker 3: It was the other guys around him. They're starting a
- 27:40Speaker 3: Luca Garza in a Game seven, they're playing with Ron Harper,
- 27:43Speaker 3: Junior Baylor Shireman Sam Houser. I mean, like Peyton Pritchard.
- 27:48Speaker 3: These are all nice players, but they're not the same
- 27:50Speaker 3: level as a Drew Holiday at Christaps Porzingis and all
- 27:53Speaker 3: these other guys. So yeah, it was the supporting cast
- 27:56Speaker 3: that fell off, not those two guys, so it didn't
- 27:58Speaker 3: really require you to trade one of them.
- 28:00Speaker 1: And of course Yugo Gonzalez, of course got better turned
- 28:02Speaker 1: out to be Bob Coosey.
- 28:06Speaker 7: There is something weird though in the dynamic between the
- 28:09Speaker 7: two because you know, to Taylor's point about this being
- 28:11Speaker 7: the greatest year that Jalen Brown has had, and he
- 28:14Speaker 7: said as much that this was his best year as
- 28:15Speaker 7: a professional. And then Jason Tatum did that interview I
- 28:18Speaker 7: think in maybe April or May, and he said that
- 28:20Speaker 7: one of the things that he wanted to accomplish was
- 28:22Speaker 7: finals MVP, that that's what was missing from his resume.
- 28:25Speaker 7: And I've never heard any other player ever say that
- 28:28Speaker 7: ever of winning a finals MVP, and it feels like
- 28:31Speaker 7: he wanted it because Jalen Brown got it the last
- 28:34Speaker 7: time that the Celtics won, like least unless I'm connecting
- 28:36Speaker 7: dots here, but it's just a really odd thing to say.
- 28:39Speaker 7: And I think that there's more things going on under
- 28:41Speaker 7: the water than maybe we see on the surface.
- 28:43Speaker 3: A couple of things on that one. It basically just
- 28:46Speaker 3: happened with Steph Curry, except he didn't actually say it
- 28:49Speaker 3: until after he won the twenty twenty two Finals MVP
- 28:52Speaker 3: that he didn't have one. But it's specific to Jason
- 28:55Speaker 3: Tatum because Jason this is the biggest complaint about Jason Tatum,
- 28:58Speaker 3: Dan is he he is not NBA superstar. He is
- 29:02Speaker 3: like a clone of an NBA superstar. He is a
- 29:04Speaker 3: you know, a made in a lab NBA superstar. And
- 29:08Speaker 3: he's like, I must check off this box. I am
- 29:10Speaker 3: still not Finals MVP, because that's that's exactly what he's like.
- 29:13Speaker 3: He doesn't even have his own celebrations after he wins.
- 29:16Speaker 3: He's just borrowing other people's celebrations, and so that would
- 29:19Speaker 3: make sense to me.
- 29:19Speaker 4: There's so much noise around the Celtics right now, and
- 29:22Speaker 4: it feels like one of the things that could quiet
- 29:24Speaker 4: the noise is Jason Tatum just coming out and saying
- 29:27Speaker 4: like Hey, I would really like to play with Jalen Brown,
- 29:30Speaker 4: and Tatum's not doing that, and I'm starting to think
- 29:33Speaker 4: that he's not going to come on one of Jlen
- 29:34Speaker 4: Brown's streams.
- 29:37Speaker 3: That's the other part too, right, It's like, when have
- 29:39Speaker 3: we seen Jason Tatum, unless he's arguing with an official,
- 29:42Speaker 3: really stand his ground for something like what does Jason
- 29:45Speaker 3: Tatum really stand for? Again? He just seems like finals MVP.
- 29:48Speaker 3: It just seems like a basketball player made in a lab.
- 29:50Speaker 3: So it's just like, either come out and say, hey,
- 29:52Speaker 3: Jalen's my boy, we want a championship together, or if
- 29:56Speaker 3: you stay quiet, you are saying more. You're saying more.
- 29:58Speaker 3: You're like, I'm fine with that, you know what I'm saying.
- 30:01Speaker 5: I understand why Dan kind of reads into that though.
- 30:03Speaker 1: It's the one thing that Jason Tatum doesn't have that
- 30:05Speaker 1: Jalen Brown does have, and it's an odd thing to
- 30:08Speaker 1: want by the end of your career.
- 30:10Speaker 5: Maybe MVP of the entire.
- 30:12Speaker 3: League just des it by saying, yeah, that means I'll
- 30:15Speaker 3: have won another championship and played well. So that's not
- 30:17Speaker 3: really being selfish, but it is right, which is why
- 30:20Speaker 3: you didn't hear Steph Curry say it out loud.
- 30:21Speaker 5: So I don't think any of this is being selfish.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I think if he asked Kobe which championships meant the
- 30:26Speaker 1: most of him, he would tell you the ones without Shaq.
- 30:28Speaker 1: When you're the guy who's viewed as the second person,
- 30:30Speaker 1: It's why I don't mind what Jalen Brown said. You
- 30:33Speaker 1: want some validation. Kobe got his validation when a the
- 30:37Speaker 1: Lakers decided to get rid of Shack and go forward
- 30:40Speaker 1: with Kobe, and then he won titles without Shaq. He
- 30:42Speaker 1: won two. Scotty Pippen got his validation when Jordan took
- 30:46Speaker 1: the two years off. Pippin always viewed as the number
- 30:48Speaker 1: two and Pippen as a number one, got them to
- 30:51Speaker 1: the Eastern Conference semi final. Should have won that series
- 30:53Speaker 1: against the.
- 30:53Speaker 5: Next and did it.
- 30:54Speaker 1: But everyone was praising Scotty Pippen and Scotty could be
- 30:57Speaker 1: a number one, And I'm guessing Scotty Pippen, if you
- 31:00Speaker 1: asked him, we'll tell you, Hey, that year was probably
- 31:04Speaker 1: my most enjoyable year.
- 31:05Speaker 5: There was no Michael around, and everyone.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Was looking at me a bit differently than they do
- 31:10Speaker 1: when Michael is a wrap And so I think Jalen
- 31:12Speaker 1: Brown felt some of that. He felt what it's like
- 31:15Speaker 1: to be a number one guy. And to Jalen Brown,
- 31:18Speaker 1: it felt good. The team was good. He was in
- 31:20Speaker 1: the MVP conversation and I do not mind Jalen Brown
- 31:24Speaker 1: saying this is the most enjoyable season I've ever had.
- 31:27Speaker 5: I get it.

- 31:58Speaker 1: Tell You, Me and Israel Goodie Eras have never been
- 32:01Speaker 1: so glued to a opening round match at Wimbledon in
- 32:03Speaker 1: our lives. I mean it's Serena Williams, who was down
- 32:07Speaker 1: four to in the second set.
- 32:08Speaker 5: Got it back to four to four.
- 32:10Speaker 1: I'm not supposed to be doing play by play, but
- 32:12Speaker 1: I'm giving the audience an update here classic Serena fight.
- 32:15Speaker 5: Yes, down four too.
- 32:16Speaker 1: She lost the first set, but she's back now at
- 32:19Speaker 1: four to four and the entire crowd is rooting for it.
- 32:22Speaker 5: Yeah, And I'm just rooting for because I don't want to.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Feel badly for We're just assuming that the volumes down,
- 32:26Speaker 3: but we believe that the entire crowd is cheering for her.
- 32:30Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 32:30Speaker 3: And not Joint from Australia.
- 32:32Speaker 5: No, it would just be such a you know, you
- 32:34Speaker 5: come back.
- 32:35Speaker 1: You want to make a splash, right, You're Serena And
- 32:37Speaker 1: to lose to a twenty year old whose last name
- 32:40Speaker 1: is Joint in the opening round of a Wimbledon, which
- 32:43Speaker 1: now hasks me, thinking of athletes that can ope marijuana,
- 32:48Speaker 1: how many times have you done that?
- 32:49Speaker 5: Oh my god, so many times? Tree Rollins.
- 32:51Speaker 3: I mean, you don't have a notebook on bedside, just
- 32:55Speaker 3: updating it.
- 32:56Speaker 5: But I've never had a joint. Now I have one.
- 32:58Speaker 1: I didn't know there was someone out there name Joints.
- 33:01Speaker 1: There she is, yep. So what does this do for Toronto?
- 33:04Speaker 3: Like?
- 33:04Speaker 1: Are you does this excite you? If you're a Toronto
- 33:06Speaker 1: Raptors fan getting Kawhi back, it does.
- 33:08Speaker 3: I mean it's we were talking about, you know, retired
- 33:12Speaker 3: jerseys and whether he should get one, and absolutely because
- 33:15Speaker 3: he is is the Toronto legend. Like, although it would
- 33:19Speaker 3: be weird, Stu, because the pose, Taylor, tell me if
- 33:22Speaker 3: I'm wrong here, the pose for Kawhi Leonard would be
- 33:24Speaker 3: him squatting in the corner waiting to see if that
- 33:27Speaker 3: ball is going through the net.
- 33:28Speaker 5: Right, It's one of the great sports pictures of all time,
- 33:30Speaker 5: it really is.
- 33:31Speaker 3: It would be that would have to be. It wouldn't
- 33:33Speaker 3: just be a singular person like you'd have to do
- 33:34Speaker 3: the whole scene in the statue of course, with Kawhi
- 33:37Speaker 3: Leonard just kind of standing out from everybody else.
- 33:39Speaker 1: It's right up there with full extension from og on
- 33:42Speaker 1: that hip. And in terms of sports photos, it is.
- 33:45Speaker 5: I mean, I'm sure it.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Is great, but uh yeah, I think it's it's exciting.
- 33:50Speaker 3: It's what I was saying yesterday, Man, this Eastern Conference
- 33:52Speaker 3: getting kind of thick, you know what I mean, Like
- 33:54Speaker 3: these these Toronto Raptors were already pretty good, but now
- 33:56Speaker 3: are they even better? Like I think that's an upgrade.
- 33:58Speaker 3: If you get a healthy Kawhi leon even today, it's
- 34:01Speaker 3: an upgrade from Brandon Ingram. Brandon Ingram is a very
- 34:04Speaker 3: confusing guy when it comes to health, Like we don't
- 34:07Speaker 3: know what the injuries are, but for whatever reason, or
- 34:10Speaker 3: if they're consistent injuries, but for whatever reason, he always
- 34:12Speaker 3: seems to be out during key stretches. I remember when
- 34:14Speaker 3: I was doing a pod with CJ McCollum and he
- 34:16Speaker 3: was with New Orleans, it was always, when's When'sbi coming back?
- 34:20Speaker 3: I don't know, nobody knows, and so yeah, it's definitely
- 34:23Speaker 3: an upgrade there. And you know, I don't want to
- 34:26Speaker 3: say that they should have championship aspirations right off the bat,
- 34:31Speaker 3: because you got to fill out that roster. You got
- 34:33Speaker 3: to realize that that Toronto Raptors team that won the
- 34:35Speaker 3: championship was pretty stacked like that. Norton, Powell and Og
- 34:38Speaker 3: had nob We talked about it yesterday a little bit,
- 34:40Speaker 3: But to say that if you have any hope, the
- 34:44Speaker 3: one guy in Toronto and any given year that's going
- 34:48Speaker 3: to give you hope, it's Kawhi Leonard because he just
- 34:50Speaker 3: did it. So from that perspective, yeah, it's got to
- 34:52Speaker 3: make a lot of people over there happy.
- 34:54Speaker 4: Is he just be careful what your choice of words.
- 34:55Speaker 4: Don't use word kawhi and aspiration in the same sentence
- 34:58Speaker 4: that I do.
- 35:01Speaker 3: Thank you well.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Dond I always said, I am told Taylor has the
- 35:05Speaker 1: top five.
- 35:06Speaker 5: It's beach related. What do you have for us here?
- 35:08Speaker 4: So I have a continuation of Izzy's list. Athletes if
- 35:11Speaker 4: their parents named them after the beach.
- 35:13Speaker 1: Okay, so these are these are athletes. This is if
- 35:17Speaker 1: their parents were such avid beachgoers that they wanted to
- 35:20Speaker 1: name their child after something beach related.
- 35:23Speaker 4: Yeah, and I don't think I'm gonna be able to
- 35:24Speaker 4: top clam out of bio. So that's not going to
- 35:26Speaker 4: be on this list.
- 35:27Speaker 1: But I gave it. I gave it a good try,
- 35:30Speaker 1: all right. Number five Taylor to old lies first, okay.
- 35:34Speaker 1: I Number one palm Tree, Rollins a number two, boogie
- 35:41Speaker 1: board Cousins, nice, excellent, all right. Number five the crab five.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Wow, that's some commitment from ten parents. He took an
- 35:54Speaker 3: at different times.
- 35:55Speaker 1: The Jackson's, the Kings, I mean the Webers go ahead.
- 36:00Speaker 4: Number four, Sam Towell.
- 36:06Speaker 5: I was thinking of a towel for the longest time.
- 36:08Speaker 5: You got it.
- 36:09Speaker 4: Number three bart starfish.
- 36:14Speaker 5: When I think of a starfish, I don't think of
- 36:16Speaker 5: the beach, do you no?
- 36:18Speaker 4: Where do you find them?
- 36:19Speaker 3: But if I was going to speak of the oh shit, yeah,
- 36:21Speaker 3: I think of like snorkeling or something. But I guess
- 36:24Speaker 3: you'd have to hit the beach to hit the snorkel
- 36:26Speaker 3: if it's.
- 36:26Speaker 1: By the beach, once you get past that annoying sand.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Number two Dan Marina also not really a beach thing,
- 36:36Speaker 1: right Marina. You go to the marina so you can
- 36:38Speaker 1: hop on a boat. You had Marina Williams everything that.
- 36:41Speaker 3: Was a good one though, Marina Williams.
- 36:44Speaker 5: Number one.
- 36:45Speaker 4: Speaking of boats, JJ yacht.
- 36:52Speaker 3: A great list on the fly.
- 36:54Speaker 1: So we have do me a favor. It's a game
- 36:56Speaker 1: we like to play around here. Coming up in about
- 36:58Speaker 1: fifteen minutes, we have Bordoup Ricardo. This is all obviously
- 37:04Speaker 1: subject to change if Lebron James indeed selects a team
- 37:08Speaker 1: here before we get off the air, But do me
- 37:10Speaker 1: a favor coming up in fifteen minutes, and then we
- 37:13Speaker 1: have bard up Ricardo's top fifty shows better than Breaking Bad.
- 37:17Speaker 1: We have the next five. I think we're up to
- 37:19Speaker 1: number ten here is he? This is very exciting, but
- 37:22Speaker 1: I have a topic.
- 37:23Speaker 4: She's I hate to interrupt you. Yes, we have breaking news, no,
- 37:26Speaker 4: not breaking, somewhat breaking news. Ricardo just tapped me on
- 37:29Speaker 4: the shoulder and he said, I have a name, if
- 37:31Speaker 4: their parents name them after the.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Beach, that is worthy of an interruption. Please give it
- 37:36Speaker 1: to me, bord up, Ricardo, Jason Baywatch.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Pretty good?
- 37:40Speaker 4: What about Bong Young Swim?
- 37:45Speaker 3: Okay, we'll allow it. It's a bit of a reach,
- 37:48Speaker 3: you know, foreign names. It's fine, It's very difficult.
- 37:52Speaker 5: I was about to get to a serious topic here.
- 37:54Speaker 5: Oh wow, But I'm happy to stay right where we are.
- 37:57Speaker 4: What's your transition anyway?
- 38:00Speaker 3: Anyway? What about Wade Wilson?
- 38:05Speaker 5: Anyway?
- 38:09Speaker 7: Sam Bowie.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Going Sam Booie was good? Way Wilson was better. I
- 38:17Speaker 1: gotta be honest with you.
- 38:19Speaker 5: Anyway.
- 38:21Speaker 1: So on the topic sheet today, which is deep, plenty
- 38:23Speaker 1: of topics. One of them is Brandon Nyuk is having
- 38:27Speaker 1: an Antonio Brown moment.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Taylor, what's going on? Not in a good way? Ye know?
- 38:30Speaker 1: Well, Antonio Brown moment is never in a good way.
- 38:34Speaker 4: So we have sound of this. Brandon Ayuk is taking
- 38:37Speaker 4: shots at the forty nine ers. He's calling John Lynch creepy.
- 38:40Speaker 4: He's calling Kyle Shanana Toddler.
- 38:43Speaker 5: Sam.
- 38:43Speaker 4: If you could play that sound of Brandon AYUK.
- 38:45Speaker 11: General manager going pull up some of our house, Oh
- 38:49Speaker 11: Weirdough like, bro, don't pull up some my house uninvited, Bay,
- 38:55Speaker 11: But I knew his as was going to do it.
- 38:58Speaker 11: So I'm looking at my camera front door camera, see
- 39:01Speaker 11: a big old white boy, white man, former NFL safety
- 39:08Speaker 11: and I'm like, oh, hell no, And I know my
- 39:12Speaker 11: wife is about to be back home soon. So I
- 39:15Speaker 11: had to call my wife and say, uh, it's a
- 39:19Speaker 11: big ass white man at the house.
- 39:21Speaker 5: I don't know what he's doing over there.
- 39:24Speaker 4: He was not invited, creepy.
- 39:27Speaker 11: So if you're on your way home, just probably just
- 39:29Speaker 11: spend the block a few times because I don't know
- 39:31Speaker 11: what bro on weird. The same general manager that's try
- 39:37Speaker 11: to run me down and come apologize for his head coach,
- 39:41Speaker 11: because the head coach got a temperament of a toddler.
- 39:45Speaker 4: And was speaking out the side of his mouth.
- 39:48Speaker 3: To me hold the phone. Was it just a random
- 39:52Speaker 3: big white guy that he was talking about and calling
- 39:54Speaker 3: his wife about, or was it John Lynch?
- 39:58Speaker 5: John Lynch?
- 39:58Speaker 1: And I got to tell you that's a good move
- 40:00Speaker 1: by Brandon Nayuk to alert the wife that there was
- 40:02Speaker 1: someone creepy at the door and take a couple of
- 40:04Speaker 1: drives around the block. I wish Abbey would do that
- 40:07Speaker 1: when there's someone at the house that I don't want
- 40:09Speaker 1: to deal with. I wish you would tell me and
- 40:11Speaker 1: alert me a just take a couple of trips around
- 40:13Speaker 1: the block.
- 40:14Speaker 3: You know. That's very nice. But I also wonder why
- 40:16Speaker 3: he wouldn't just say, hey, it's John Lynch, go ahead
- 40:19Speaker 3: and take a couple of trips around the block instead
- 40:21Speaker 3: of saying there's some creepy white guy because she's gonna
- 40:24Speaker 3: call the cops.
- 40:26Speaker 4: If I had guests right now, I'd bet Brandon Ayuk
- 40:29Speaker 4: has played his last game in the NFL, where you
- 40:32Speaker 4: can't be taking shots like that on live streams. He's
- 40:36Speaker 4: talking like he's a member of the Commanders already. He
- 40:39Speaker 4: blamed his agent for the entire forty nine ers situation.
- 40:42Speaker 4: He said he terminated his agreement with his agent in November.
- 40:46Speaker 4: That hadn't happened. On Saturday is when that officially got terminated.
- 40:50Speaker 4: There was a video of him in a closet throwing money.
- 40:53Speaker 4: It's a sad situation because without knowing the details of
- 40:59Speaker 4: it and the inner working zone, but it just seems
- 41:00Speaker 4: like he doesn't really have anybody advising him and giving
- 41:03Speaker 4: him good advice to be like, hey, you're making this
- 41:05Speaker 4: situation ten times worse.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Well, he might have had somebody who was advising him,
- 41:09Speaker 3: but didn't he fire his agent because he blames his
- 41:12Speaker 3: agent for what happened with the forty nine ers. This
- 41:14Speaker 3: is a weird standoff, right, Like we've had standoffs before
- 41:17Speaker 3: between talented players and organizations and they don't usually turn
- 41:21Speaker 3: out in a result in the player insulting the team
- 41:25Speaker 3: publicly calling the GM creepy and giving all these details.
- 41:29Speaker 3: You can tell from listening to him he a does
- 41:32Speaker 3: not have many people to talk to because he's just
- 41:34Speaker 3: talking into the camera the whole time and you know,
- 41:37Speaker 3: letting out all his grievances there. And you can tell
- 41:39Speaker 3: this just something off, just something off, whether it is
- 41:43Speaker 3: you know, clashes there, hits to the head, or whether
- 41:45Speaker 3: this is just you know, Brendon Ayuk and we're seeing
- 41:48Speaker 3: who he is. It's just not seem normal.
- 41:51Speaker 1: It doesn't seem normal at all. But in terms of
- 41:53Speaker 1: playing his last down in the NFL, I would say no,
- 41:56Speaker 1: if you're talented, and he is talented. He's a very
- 41:58Speaker 1: good player when he plays, which is not often. But
- 42:01Speaker 1: even Antonio Brown got chances after he went off. I
- 42:05Speaker 1: guess what people would say the deep end in Pittsburgh
- 42:07Speaker 1: where he's filming stuff in the locker room that Mike
- 42:09Speaker 1: Tomlin asked him not to film. Even he got a second,
- 42:13Speaker 1: third and I think fourth chance in the NFL, and
- 42:15Speaker 1: I think Auk will probably get another chance.
- 42:17Speaker 3: The difference maybe is like Brandon, I like, yes, Antonio
- 42:21Speaker 3: Brown was doing some of that stuff publicly on lives
- 42:24Speaker 3: and stuff. This is all for everyone to watch with
- 42:27Speaker 3: Brandon Ayuk right now. And you know, obviously what he
- 42:30Speaker 3: had a couple of thousand yard receiving seasons and so,
- 42:34Speaker 3: you know, a really good talent, but didn't have the
- 42:36Speaker 3: same resume as Antonio Brown.
- 42:38Speaker 4: Yeah, and Ayuk hasn't played since Week seven of twenty
- 42:42Speaker 4: twenty four when he got that torn acl and this
- 42:45Speaker 4: kind of stemmed from he just stopped participating in team meetings,
- 42:49Speaker 4: he stopped showing up to doing his rehab and then
- 42:52Speaker 4: that's when the forty nine ers started to withhold some
- 42:55Speaker 4: of the guaranteed money that he signed for that contract
- 42:59Speaker 4: before the start of the twenty four season, where he
- 43:01Speaker 4: got seventy six million guaranteed. And when you're watching him
- 43:04Speaker 4: on his live streams, he's talking like he's a member
- 43:07Speaker 4: of the Commanders already. He's saying like, go Commanders, Go, Commanders,
- 43:11Speaker 4: Raise hail. He's talking about his relationship with the forty
- 43:13Speaker 4: nine Ers, saying we're not cool, we won't be cool.
- 43:16Speaker 4: I won't step foot in that building until October nineteenth.
- 43:19Speaker 4: And you're like, what's October nineteenth? That's when the forty
- 43:22Speaker 4: nine Ers play the Commanders, right, Well.
- 43:24Speaker 3: And yeah, if I'm another team, right the GM of
- 43:28Speaker 3: another team, and maybe I need a wide receiver, Like
- 43:31Speaker 3: I have to understand a justification for your actions. So
- 43:34Speaker 3: if I'm talking to Brandon or if he has a
- 43:36Speaker 3: new agent, I don't know. I'm wanting to know. Hey,
- 43:40Speaker 3: I'm just going to assume. I'm going to give you
- 43:42Speaker 3: the benefit of the doubt and say this is some
- 43:44Speaker 3: sort of leverage tactism, sort of negotiation tactic because you
- 43:47Speaker 3: assumed you had to go to the extreme man to
- 43:49Speaker 3: get what you wanted. Now, explain to me what you did.
- 43:53Speaker 3: Explain to me what the problem was and why all
- 43:55Speaker 3: of that was justified, and if I don't get anything
- 43:58Speaker 3: that comes close to it, a real explanation, a palatable
- 44:02Speaker 3: explanation that I'm like, I'm going nowhere near this player, right,
- 44:05Speaker 3: And so I think for Taylor, to Taylor's point, I
- 44:09Speaker 3: would imagine there's at least half the league has already
- 44:12Speaker 3: ruled him out. There's probably with that remaining half, maybe
- 44:15Speaker 3: half of them, who don't need him. And so you're
- 44:18Speaker 3: talking about a very small number of teams saying am
- 44:21Speaker 3: I willing to put up with something like that from
- 44:23Speaker 3: a guy coming off of a knee injury. I don't
- 44:26Speaker 3: think that that is somebody something that people are going
- 44:28Speaker 3: to take a chance on. Very recular market.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Rick will get to you in just a second eight
- 44:32Speaker 1: seven seven ninety nine on Fox. I would just tell you,
- 44:34Speaker 1: Ayuk is a couple of years removed from like eighty
- 44:36Speaker 1: catches fourteen hundred yards. NFL teams think they can rehab.
- 44:39Speaker 1: They're the team that can rehab a particular player, especially
- 44:42Speaker 1: if that player has some talent.
- 44:44Speaker 4: Tail you have a game for us, so I have
- 44:45Speaker 4: a quick game. I don't know if this was ever
- 44:48Speaker 4: a game on around the horn? Is he because that's
- 44:50Speaker 4: where I'm thinking of it, from this or that?
- 44:54Speaker 3: Not around the horn?
- 44:54Speaker 4: No, okay, it sounds like an around the horn game.
- 44:57Speaker 4: Is yes, so we'll go around the room this or
- 45:00Speaker 4: that Brandon Aiyuk has another thousand yard season where Brandon
- 45:06Speaker 4: I never plays again in the NFL, because I'm going
- 45:10Speaker 4: never plays again.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Those are the only two choices. Yes, I'm also taking
- 45:13Speaker 3: never plays again.
- 45:14Speaker 5: Which one is this? And which one is that?
- 45:16Speaker 4: I mean, I believe this is a thousand yard season.
- 45:19Speaker 4: I believe that is won't play again again.
- 45:23Speaker 3: We've got two.
- 45:23Speaker 5: That's I'm gonna go with this. How about that?
- 45:26Speaker 3: Wow? And we that you this? I see, I see
- 45:29Speaker 3: what you did there?
- 45:30Speaker 5: Damn Byer, what do you have? I like that?
- 45:35Speaker 4: Like that?
- 45:37Speaker 5: Yeah? I like it as a game.
- 45:39Speaker 7: I do.
- 45:40Speaker 1: Let's take some calls eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox.
- 45:44Speaker 1: I've been waiting for a tennis call my entire life.
- 45:46Speaker 3: I hope he's still there.
- 45:47Speaker 1: By the way, Serena up now, well, oh it's six
- 45:49Speaker 1: six or a tie breaker. It is so cool to
- 45:51Speaker 1: watch Serena's husband and child, To see the child react
- 45:54Speaker 1: to Serena and what it is that she does and
- 45:56Speaker 1: what defines her is pretty cool, kind of like what
- 45:59Speaker 1: Tiger won the mass Yeah, and did it with his
- 46:01Speaker 1: kids watching.
- 46:02Speaker 3: You just reminded me who those people were. Thank you.
- 46:05Speaker 3: You had no idea. I was like, why, who's that
- 46:07Speaker 3: person in her box? Oh yeah, her husband and her
- 46:08Speaker 3: child that they were just panting to a You know,
- 46:11Speaker 3: I just look at Venus. Venus looks like a college
- 46:13Speaker 3: professor right now. She looks amazing.
- 46:15Speaker 1: Let's go to market, Ohio, Marco ahead, you're on Fox
- 46:18Speaker 1: Sports Radio.
- 46:20Speaker 9: Hey, dude, God, love you, love love you.
- 46:23Speaker 5: For years, Love you too, but for years for years?
- 46:28Speaker 5: Yes I do.
- 46:29Speaker 9: It's not more of a tennis question, more of a
- 46:32Speaker 9: critique of actually your pronunciation. I tried to call him
- 46:36Speaker 9: in yesterday too. It's wimble, it's wimbled, done with a D,
- 46:40Speaker 9: not Wimbledon.
- 46:42Speaker 3: Thank you, Mark. I didn't want to be the person.
- 46:46Speaker 5: It should be.
- 46:47Speaker 9: If there was a discrepancy. I was going to say, Taylor,
- 46:50Speaker 9: go to the tape.
- 46:51Speaker 5: Yeah, no, I know, I say it. I can't help it.
- 46:54Speaker 5: It's just I know.
- 46:55Speaker 9: And one last thing, Uh, I'm sixty three, but I
- 47:00Speaker 9: played with your god given name in eighty and eighty
- 47:03Speaker 9: one from Northmont and he was Jewish. But it wasn't you.
- 47:08Speaker 3: Well, so you played against another John Wiener, you're saying I.
- 47:12Speaker 9: Played with on the tame team got you.
- 47:15Speaker 5: Are you sure it wasn't Winer. I mean, uh no.
- 47:19Speaker 9: He called it help Winer. He did, right, smart of yours.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Yeah, my parents gave me that option when I was
- 47:26Speaker 1: in grade school because I kept coming home. I was complaining.
- 47:28Speaker 1: They would go through attendance. I was always last the
- 47:30Speaker 1: room was waiting to erupt in laughter. When they got
- 47:32Speaker 1: to John Wiener. I would hide under my desk. I'm
- 47:35Speaker 1: like here, just holding.
- 47:38Speaker 9: I know you're suffering. He went through the same thing.
- 47:41Speaker 5: Yeah, well my dad's listen. You want to call yourself Winer.
- 47:44Speaker 5: Go ahead. I won't be offended. Yeah, I feel like,
- 47:49Speaker 5: thank you, thanks Mark, love you for years. Let's go
- 47:52Speaker 5: to Rick and o'calla rick. Go ahead. You're on Fox
- 47:54Speaker 5: Sports Radio, Stu Love.
- 47:57Speaker 3: How's Lebron going to continue to chase rings?
- 47:59Speaker 7: This is ridiculous.
- 48:01Speaker 5: I'm listen. I'm with you. It's enough he's chasing.
- 48:04Speaker 3: I mean, he's going to go the Wizards like I mean,
- 48:07Speaker 3: he's got to do everything that Jordan tried to do.
- 48:09Speaker 3: I mean unbelievable.
- 48:10Speaker 5: I can't.
- 48:10Speaker 3: I think we can take this.
- 48:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 48:12Speaker 1: I think if he went to the Wizards and actually
- 48:14Speaker 1: won a title, which is something Jordan never did, it
- 48:16Speaker 1: might put him ahead of Jordan though that would hear that?
- 48:18Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 48:19Speaker 3: Rick, did you hear that? It might? I mean Rick,
- 48:21Speaker 3: it might, I mean space Jam. I mean what else
- 48:24Speaker 3: do we need?
- 48:25Speaker 7: He's just following the poststeps coming go go to Cleveland
- 48:28Speaker 7: and retire and get out of our lives.
- 48:30Speaker 3: How many rings you really have? I think still credits
- 48:35Speaker 3: him for all four of those?
- 48:36Speaker 5: Right? No, no, no, no, I do not credit him
- 48:39Speaker 5: for the ones. First off, did he win won in
- 48:40Speaker 5: a bubble? He did?
- 48:41Speaker 1: Doesn't count? Okay, he won two in Miami on Wade's team,
- 48:44Speaker 1: They don't count. Wow, he's got one?
- 48:46Speaker 3: But what that one in Cleveland? Does the count as two?
- 48:48Speaker 3: Though some people say it counts as two, it.
- 48:50Speaker 5: Counts as one for me? Yes, he should have won
- 48:51Speaker 5: in Cleveland a lot earlier, that.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Guy, Stu.
- 48:54Speaker 4: Can I pitch you a a ring formula for your
- 48:57Speaker 4: new book?
- 48:57Speaker 3: Maybe?
- 48:58Speaker 5: Sure?
- 48:59Speaker 4: So, however, many rings you have you subtract every time
- 49:03Speaker 4: you move teams? Willingly?
- 49:06Speaker 5: I like that?
- 49:07Speaker 3: So if you move via free agency or demand a
- 49:09Speaker 3: trade erect you get that ring out of there. So
- 49:12Speaker 3: what's James Harden at a negative seven? Right about that?
- 49:14Speaker 5: What's Kawhi at.
- 49:17Speaker 2: One?
- 49:19Speaker 3: What?
- 49:19Speaker 5: Right?
- 49:19Speaker 3: Yeah? Yes, I mean unless you count this as a
- 49:22Speaker 3: I demanded a trade and you got me out of here,
- 49:24Speaker 3: so that then he's down to zero.
- 49:26Speaker 1: I think he just demanded Canada to get away from
- 49:28Speaker 1: law enforcement in the United States.
- 49:30Speaker 5: What do you got to Taylor the.
- 49:31Speaker 4: Problem with this formula and why I thought you would
- 49:33Speaker 4: push back against it. Yeah, because your boy Michael Jordan
- 49:36Speaker 4: goes from six to five.
- 49:37Speaker 5: Well, how's that he has eight? First off in my
- 49:40Speaker 5: personal record?
- 49:40Speaker 3: Wow, that's right.
- 49:41Speaker 4: So he just dropped for me to say, well he
- 49:43Speaker 4: went to the Wizards willing willingly.
- 49:44Speaker 5: That's yeah, Well he had ownership though.
- 49:46Speaker 1: I mean, don't try to do this thing with Michael
- 49:49Speaker 1: Jordan where you're trying to get me to take away
- 49:51Speaker 1: rings from Michael Jordan. I'm adding rings to Michael Jordan.
- 49:54Speaker 3: But if Lebron goes to the Wizards and win the championship,
- 49:57Speaker 3: how many rings is that? Because you got him as
- 49:59Speaker 3: the goat.
- 50:00Speaker 1: It's the thing that Michael didn't do, wasn't able to
- 50:02Speaker 1: do so Bronckett ownership in Washington.
- 50:04Speaker 3: I mean, if he deserved it, he went the championship there,
- 50:08Speaker 3: that would make him man. So one Wizard's championship is
- 50:11Speaker 3: worth eight.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Well, now we're getting carried. Now you've got too far.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Let's go to Chris in Hartford, Connecticut. Chris, go ahead,
- 50:19Speaker 1: you're on Fox Sports Radio.
- 50:25Speaker 5: He yep, I got uh.
- 50:29Speaker 9: Ripside Hamilton not bad. Tie Frazier.
- 50:40Speaker 3: Hammering the Tide one home.
- 50:42Speaker 9: Or Tie Drexler, whichever you prefer Drexler.
- 50:46Speaker 5: I prefer yes, that one is very good.
- 50:48Speaker 3: Tie Drexler is fantastic or Stefan sam Castle. We already
- 50:56Speaker 3: had to Mary more. Thank you though.
- 50:58Speaker 5: That was good.
- 51:00Speaker 1: People understand what we keep saying. Steve Martin, I mean,
- 51:03Speaker 1: Tide Drexlayer is a good one, it is, but he
- 51:06Speaker 1: was really hung up on Tide Dan.
- 51:08Speaker 5: You add something there?
- 51:10Speaker 7: No, No, I'm watching Serena. I will say, yeah if
- 51:16Speaker 7: I find out with Serena what happens? Do you want
- 51:18Speaker 7: me to wait because we are on a delay or
- 51:20Speaker 7: you guys are on the delay. I don't want to
- 51:23Speaker 7: have I watch happens?
- 51:24Speaker 3: Don't you? Dare celebrator?
- 51:26Speaker 7: You got it, You got it all right, yes, all right?
- 51:28Speaker 5: Am I allowed to update the audience on what's going
- 51:30Speaker 5: on here? Yeah? Right out of play? What are the rules?
- 51:32Speaker 1: Okay, well, I don't want to get in the way
- 51:33Speaker 1: your update, but your updates is still minutes away. It
- 51:35Speaker 1: is seven to six and a second set tiebreaker right now.
- 51:37Speaker 1: Serena's up, she has a set point.
