  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 0:00
  SPEAKER_00: It's fine.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_02: Kerrigan actually got um yeah, I can hear you good.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_02: Kerrigan got a uh like I don't know if it was like a 24-hour stomach flu or if it was something from some food or something, but funny enough, a negative turned into a positive.
• 0:15
SPEAKER_02: She has her best look ever going into Patriots this weekend.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_02: Her waist is non-existent, and James has like peaked her so many times now that he like knows what food will do X, Y, and Z to her body.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_02: So he's like, We're just gonna kind of cruise through this week, keeping you tight as hell.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_02: Your glutes are so dense they're going nowhere.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_02: So she's gonna cut in and because of the little bit of inflammation in the water retention, the the quads don't have those like hard lines through them that she gets critiqued for every single show.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_02: So it's like it's it everything's holding perfectly going into this.
• 0:49
  SPEAKER_02: So she's she's feeling good today.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we have two more days, three days.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm so excited to see her on stage.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: I mean, we're gonna go through all the shows anyway, but like that show specifically.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: I was I'm gonna say it now.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: I honestly thought Ashley K was gonna be in it.
• 1:04
  SPEAKER_02: I thought so too.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_02: And she's not, and I'm and I also didn't realize that uh I texted Lexis.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_02: I guess she moved to Texas because I thought she was gonna be in it because she lived in Vegas, but she's on the Republic list, and I was like, why are you there?
• 1:18
  SPEAKER_02: She's like, I moved.
• 1:19
  SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, that's that's why.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_02: I thought she was gonna be in it.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_02: I was telling Kerrigan, I was like, we know Ashley Hampton's doing it.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_02: Um I knew Bree was doing it, and I thought Lexus was gonna be there, and then we thought Ashley K.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_02: Like I thought it was gonna be a good first call out of a show.
• 1:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, and it still will be, but just like immediately immediately looking at the list, your names, your the your eyes are just drawn to Kerrigan, Ashley, and Brie.
• 1:41
  SPEAKER_02: Like that's who's been competing, who's been consistently first call-out.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's gonna be a really, really cool show to kind of watch, look over and stuff like that as well.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm super excited.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: Is well, like, I feel like it also probably that's the first show, would you say, that is gonna allow like people that are maybe not not on the point system kind of being able to kind of climb up.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 2:04
  SPEAKER_01: 100%, 100%.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, usually they're shows in it's like, oh yeah, okay, Savannah's doing this, or East is like Texas.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: There's the big heavy hitters that are like it's obvious Kerrigan could win the show.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: Like, do you know what I mean?
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: Like it gets gives her a chance to kind of be like, okay, cool, let's have a good look at you.
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_01: 100%, 100%.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna be good.
• 2:24
  SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be good.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'm sound uh sounding a little bit biased, but not for my girlfriend.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_02: I uh have high hopes that Ashley just knocks out her two wins and gets off the board and is done to Olympia, which is very, very viable with the shows that we have laid out for her.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's gonna be cool.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: Could you how many girls have you got in both shows?
• 2:46
SPEAKER_02: Have you you've got or have Kerrigan, Ashley, and then a shit ton of amateurs that are doing it because USA's is in two weeks.
• 2:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: So I got the two of them.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I got the two of them there, and then I got a couple men's physique pros in Texas, and um oh, and I have Carla.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_02: I have Carla in Patriots as well.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_02: Um, she's kicking off her pro season there.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_02: So I have three pros in Patriots, and I think two in Republic, and then a handful of amateurs scattered throughout the two.
• 3:19
  SPEAKER_00: Nice.
• 3:20
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, cool.
• 3:21
  SPEAKER_00: Exciting.
• 3:22
  SPEAKER_02: I'm excited for it.
• 3:22
  SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be a fun weekend.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_02: I'm really excited for it.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's gonna be a lot of fun.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: This weekend I'm hosting my Bali retreat.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: So I'm super excited about that.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: I sound a little bit sick as well, which is kind of annoying, but um I'm this is where I'm in a different location right now.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm just sat in the in the villa at the moment.
• 3:40
  SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_01: Yes, show us so sick.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: So the sunrise is just coming up now.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_02: I want to literally quit to show you how it's you really have the nick of the you know what I'll I'll let you show it all and then I'm gonna um compliment you, but go ahead.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna get your head too big yet.
• 3:58
  SPEAKER_00: I can't even open it up.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_00: That's so sick.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_00: That is so sick.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's like you can see a little flamingo there as well.
• 4:03
  SPEAKER_00: That's awesome.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I'm excited about it.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_02: I was gonna say, you know, you know what's funny with what you and I do in this industry, especially with what you do, there's no rule book for like our business, right?
• 4:15
SPEAKER_02: There's no rule book for how you're a trainer or how you're a posing coach.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_02: You made the first app ever for posing.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_02: And I don't know too many people that like do the like what I do with training for so many coaches in this industry.
• 4:28
  SPEAKER_02: We're making the rules.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_02: And you're literally like bringing people to Bali for a retreat for posing.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_02: Like that, yeah, it's so sick.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_02: Not even on the posing side of things, but no one really has ever done something like that.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_02: Like Jamie and Kerrigan and a handful of coaches out there have done like really cool retreats, but you're going to fucking Bali with your posing coach.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_02: Like, that's unheard of.
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_02: That is unheard of.
• 4:52
  SPEAKER_02: So it's cool.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: It's like we do this, like as bodybuilders, we do the same thing over and over.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_00: And like we want to ex-I know there's so many other people that want to experience other things with their favourite athletes and stuff like that, and like be able to actually like for me, yes, I love meeting everyone at like expos, shows, and creating memories, but actually creating experiences that will literally like almost like last a lifetime, like that fucking sets my heart on fire.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: Like, I would honestly love to be able to create something like that more so than just posing seminars.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Don't get me wrong, still don't pose in seminars because I love those, but like it's yeah, it's just something that I feel like it's so much more fun.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: It's like we are allowed to do what we want in terms of what we do for our businesses, so why not like put on something like this?
• 5:37
  SPEAKER_00: You know?
• 5:38
SPEAKER_02: So I just saw in her story I didn't realize that Nicole was going to, my client that stayed here with us when you were here.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_02: Literally, I'm like, Oh, you're going to Bali if Phoebe now, yeah.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: When I yeah, when I um when I literally met her in March, she already like it was already set in stone that she was coming.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: So it was cool that I actually even got to meet her beforehand.
• 5:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's really cool.
• 5:58
  SPEAKER_00: Hey, how are you?
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm gonna meet you in Bali, obviously, however long.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: And one of even one of the girls, she's from Australia, she just won her pro card in like a couple a couple months ago as well.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: So she's like, We're gonna celebrate my pro like win and everything like that, or like my pro card win and stuff like that.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, That's just it's sick, it's gonna be a lot of fun.
• 6:16
  SPEAKER_00: So come that's awesome.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: Prepared for the next one.
• 6:19
  SPEAKER_00: Um coming.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_02: Who do you have anyone out there with you as far as like uh like wellness posing?
• 6:25
SPEAKER_02: Uh did Mia come out, or is it just you hosting it?
• 6:28
  SPEAKER_00: It's literally just me.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: Literally to give you little sneak, like sneak information for next time.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: We are, which all the information is probably gonna be posted in August, so just keep an eye out for that.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: But we have potential other pros coming, like other IFPB pros coming to the next one for Fit Momble and Bikini.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: So we do want to like when I say we, uh, we I've got another guy um called Jordan who the next one is gonna be collaborating with me on, so that's gonna be really fun.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, I've probably just still spilled a bit of tea on that one, but and I wasn't supposed to announce one line just yet, but it's fine.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, I feel like it's just a calling that's just a lot more fun than just kind of either posing or training.
• 7:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's just something that's I've really enjoyed.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it's gonna be fun.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: Sweet, I'm excited to see pictures of it.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_02: Is Max gonna like do video and stuff for the weekend?
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he's gonna shoot the whole thing.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna I'm gonna be blasting everyone with content.
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_00: I hope I make everyone jealous.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_02: All I want is him to put his 360 cam on and just walk around, it's just his face.
• 7:30
  SPEAKER_02: That's all I want.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_02: Like his slide video that he did.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: He always does that every time we post those videos, everyone's always like, Oh my god, this is fucking hilarious.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, but it's it's only funny the video.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: I have to walk around with him on with that thing on his head.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: That's not fun for me.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: That is amazing, but um, yeah, so I'm excited for it.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a lot of fun this weekend.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: So, okay, let's get started.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: We've got a lot to go through.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: Did you want to go through the assessments again before?
• 8:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we'll knock those out first.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_02: I'm getting a lot of like positive likes and comments and messages about us doing those.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_02: And like you said, the inbox was full of them this week, so we'll pick three of them to do.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: We've had a lot, and we firstly I do want to say like apologies if we don't get to yours, but also understand that we have got a lot to get through as well.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: So just be aware that you might not get one straight away, like, but you're we're getting to them, we're getting through them.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_00: That's the main thing, is what I'm doing.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_02: We'd love to do a three-hour podcast for you guys, but I don't think either of us have the time to do it.
• 8:33
  SPEAKER_00: I don't have time for that.
• 8:34
  SPEAKER_00: I really don't.
• 8:35
  SPEAKER_00: I really don't.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: So, okay, let me share screen.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: So, firstly, we have Jessica.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: Can you see my screen?
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we've got Jessica.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: I listened to the podcast and I would love to be put in the mix wherever the physique assessments wise.
• 8:56
  SPEAKER_00: I'm currently 15 weeks out.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: I'll also attach a stage shot from last spring.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: So this is where she is right now.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: I mean, great front pose.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, good shape.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: Okay, she's got good shape.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_02: Really, really good in the upper body.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_02: I really like the Delton lat, very good S curve.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: This across here, I really like, yeah.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: I think you could probably, from a posing perspective, just bring round the upper body.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: This is a mistake I see a lot in with a lot of people, is well recently now, a lot of people focus on this a lot, which again is what we need, of course.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: But I feel like sometimes then the width only comes from here, if that makes sense, so they only match it here.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: Whereas she could probably bring this just the shoulder round ever so slightly to get width evenly both sides.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: So then the width isn't like just coming from one side because you can see it slightly how this one's a bit more out and it's slightly lower than this shoulder.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: So we want to try to make sure that both of those are even and then they just have an even amount of width from both sides.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_00: So I'd say just bring not the elbow round, just the shoulder round.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: So play around with how much you need to bring it round and even out the top line a little bit more.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: But this one's really good.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_02: I would also uh how how far out did she say she is?
• 10:07
  SPEAKER_02: 12 weeks, 15 weeks, 15 weeks.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_02: Um obviously can't tell too much um at 15 weeks out, but work on some um like core work because there's a big delineation between fit model and bikini, where fit model obviously doesn't want like those deep, hard, separated abs, neither does bikini, but you still want you still want a little bit of detail there in comparison to the other division.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_02: So work on some core work so you get some lines so that it's it's a little bit harder when you are more conditioned.
• 10:35
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, compared to it.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_02: It helps a lot with core control, too.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_02: A lot with core control.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_02: Oh, she has some stage photos up there, okay.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's got back pose as well.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: Back pose looks okay for 15 weeks out, decent amount.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, it's always hard at 15 weeks out because you don't see the conditioning.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: But when you start to see obviously the conditioning, I'm sure that the the like round more roundness and detail is gonna show in general.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: How you're hitting the back pose, though, I I have no kind of issues with it.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: Everything's balanced from top to bottom, so I I can't see anything that needs to be massively highlighted right now, I'd say.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, make sure your heels are even.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna say this every time we get these guys until all of you do it, right?
• 11:10
  SPEAKER_03: Actually, yeah, you see.
• 11:11
SPEAKER_02: Look at the bottom of your heels.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_02: That right foot is a good inch, inch and a half in front of the left, and you can't see much to 15 weeks out.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_02: But if this was a six-week out check-in, your left glute is gonna look like it's popping more than the right because of that depth difference on camera.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_02: And your coach may not notice that with your feet and go, Oh shit, do we have an imbalance here?
• 11:30
SPEAKER_02: When really it's just you need to move your foot back a little bit.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_02: But because of that, the wrong calls might be made.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_02: So make sure that that is always even.
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_02: And then this is the I like the front pose.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she really like the front pose.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: You can see she's got a really nice curve across here.
• 11:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 11:48
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's good.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: And obviously, she was doing a different show versus MPC.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: I think she obviously did maybe OCB or something like that before.
• 11:55
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 11:55
SPEAKER_00: If she had to cover up and cover her back.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_02: Really, you're very, very proportioned and balanced.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_02: You just need a little bit everywhere.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_02: A little bit of rear delt, little bit of lateral delt, a little bit more glute, a little bit more hamstring.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_02: You the main thing is that when you are stage lean, especially looking at the back pose, you need more through the glutes and hams.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_02: And that doesn't mean more conditioning, because the conditioning's pretty on point.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_02: Like you can see that through the delts.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_02: If you were any more conditioned, they'd probably be strided.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_02: Um, but you need more muscle to push against that skin when you're this conditioned, and that's how you're gonna get those tie-ins to pop.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_02: That's how you're gonna get that little bit of ham and adductor to show.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, and this also was obviously from last spring, so she you can definitely see like this has been like what over a year?
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: So you can see the development changes already, so it will be cool to kind of see the difference from there.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: So great, great, great work.
• 12:45
  SPEAKER_01: Good luck.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: Okay, and then we've got this is one of my clients.
• 12:51
  SPEAKER_00: Hey Phoebe and Corey.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: Currently seven weeks out from MPC show after four years off uh of an off season.
• 12:58
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_00: Um stats 37.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: I love how people put the stats and stuff, that's cool.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: Um 37 years old, five foot five, 139 pounds.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: Nice, and then is this what she looks like now?
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, I think are these both the photos?
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: Oh, suit pictures were about a month ago.
• 13:19
  SPEAKER_00: Got you.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so this was a month ago.
• 13:23
  SPEAKER_00: Nice.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I everything's pretty proportionate here in terms of like physique wise.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: I think posing wise, my main thing I see is like again, a lot of people do this, bringing around the elbow a little too much.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: So the previous girl who just obviously um we just looked at the elbow was a perfect amount, but she just needed a bit more shoulder round.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like um Katie here has just brought around just a little bit too much elbow, not loads, but just bring around a little less and then have a bit more tension through like the thumb in your hand to bring out a bit more pop in the doubt, and then that will give you it just a bit more width versus bringing around that elbow too much.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_02: Um just for the listeners, can you explain briefly the why behind um the straight leg?
• 14:10
SPEAKER_02: Why would you want the foot pointed more forward versus more 45 versus more 90?
• 14:15
SPEAKER_02: Like right here, she's pretty close to straight on.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_02: What would be the difference between each one?
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: So, usually what happens is people will play around with those three positionings.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: So, obviously, like you said, forwards, diagonal, profile.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: Profile is usually more so if they need a little bit more leg, like overall leg shape to be showing from all factors from quads, hamstrings, glutes.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: And most people honestly don't really do this as much anymore.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: But it's a position that a lot of people should try to see what looks best.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: Most people nowadays I do feel like have a decent, like in bikini, have a decent amount of lower body mass in terms of the quads and stuff, so they don't usually typically do the slight um profile look.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_00: So, but it's also something that I always do with my all my clients.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: Make sure you try it out just so you're obviously able to see, okay, does it work for you?
• 15:02
  SPEAKER_00: If it does, cool.
• 15:03
  SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't, no.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: The 45 is probably the most popular where it's a good amount where you're showing off a bit of quad, but it's kind of slightly also hiding it a little bit more, but also will help uh pop out that upper glute a lot more than just showing off the profile side of your leg, hamstring and glute, if that makes sense.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: So a lot of people usually do a little bit more of a 45-degree angle style versus uh the front on.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: Now the front on usually is it's it's kind of what it used to be, if I'm honest, the front on foot positioning used to be if your quads are way too developed and we need to obviously take away a lot of the leg shape, then we put it more forwards.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: Whereas if I'm honest, a lot of people now also do that because they get a little bit more better better glute engagement when they have the front foot forwards.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: So if I'm honest, the two popular ones are foot forwards and foot more diagonal.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: So always play around with those two, keeping those hips obviously to the side.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: So, but I feel like she's got like she's all like you said, she's almost to the front, but she's like slightly here, so she's not 45, she's not like forwards, she's like in that middle, like completely in that middle.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: But I think this looks good for her.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: She could probably very, very slightly push the glute a little bit more like round just to get that bit more pop.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: But I think also with conditioning and stuff like that, that will start to just come out as she gets closer to show and stuff like that, anyway.
• 16:32
  SPEAKER_02: 100%.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: She looks good, she looks very, very good.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_02: Very, yeah, very balanced top to bottom.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_02: There's nothing that stands out more than the other.
• 16:38
  SPEAKER_00: This looks better.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: The elbow looks way better here as well.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: Just bend the wrist down a little bit.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_02: The foot's more 45, she has a bit more upper glute roundness there, yeah.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: So that's what I mean, but with the with the foot positioning, sometimes, honestly, because your body changes, and that was like the first one was a month ago, then this one was obviously recently.
• 16:56
  SPEAKER_00: That's a month in between.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: Now she's kind of slightly changed it.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: So it is gonna constantly change.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_00: So always have a look at the foot positioning to kind of see, okay, which one looks better on me now, which one looks better on me previously before.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: So back pose is very good, really nice density.
• 17:13
  SPEAKER_02: Very, very good.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, nothing, nothing lacking here at all top to bottom.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_02: It's just the let let conditioning take its take its play and see how everything looks towards the end of a prep.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_02: Because there's it's obviously just keeping things as uh as steady as possible all the way through.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_02: There's no no changes needed here.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_02: So keep on track with what you're doing.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it literally looks so good.
• 17:34
  SPEAKER_00: Exciting.
• 17:35
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: And then last one Dr.
• 17:38
  SPEAKER_00: Bikini.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: She's my um she's uh my posing client, uh Lauren.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: So she just competed at uh Indy.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: Indy, yeah, that's the one.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: I was thinking, which one was it?
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: Um Sage Pictures Physique Analysis.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: Wish I I wish the colouring was a bit different, but here it is.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: So I mean, I'm for me, I posed her, so I I I feel like we went over so there were so many things that we went over.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: We just had a posing session recently, and I think the main thing I said to her was we could probably like sit into the glutes a little more because I feel like she's she's very stood up tall, uh, which is again what we want in the front pose and all poses really, but I feel like we could play around with just a little bit more sit, a tiny bit more.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: So I just want to try and get that out ever so slightly a little bit more for the next show that she chooses to do.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_02: But I can always I can always tell when you pose someone, even if there's like a little tweak still needed, but the their like structure on stage just looks so natural, like she's sitting into that front pose, like it's not it's not stiff, it's not forced, like you can just tell that she has good posing.
• 18:48
  SPEAKER_02: So love that.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she worked super hard on it as well on the app and stuff like that.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: So I was super proud of her, and like she's been going for a minute as well.
• 18:55
  SPEAKER_00: We've been practicing for a while.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: So I do feel like again, it makes it as we always say, it makes a big difference.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: Like starting nice and early, so you just don't have those kind of things in your head of like, oh, I'm worried about XYZ, or you're just unsure of things.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: It's just better to just not be unsure of them, just make sure you're just feeling comfortable with it.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: This was the main pros that we went over.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: Was and again, a lot of people do this as well.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: Slightly, she sat into this hip really nicely, but this is slightly dropped, in my opinion.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: So I want her to twist this back foot a bit more to the back so you can't see it and lift so we can just see more projection in this shot because she's got nice detail here, but like you can see the detail, but it's just not and like it just needs a little bit more um.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but she looks really good.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm just I mean, what what she looks like right now, like I think she's improved.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: She's she said she needed to get a little bit leaner in the back, and she said she was really happy with her feedback, so she was like, There's nothing like majorly anything, you know, there's always things to improve on size-wise, of course, but she's overall happy with everything.
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah.
• 19:59
  SPEAKER_00: Definitely very, very good.
• 20:03
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's three.
• 20:04
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna do another three for next week, and yeah, like we said, always send them to Stage Talk Podcasts.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: So don't send them to me or Corey, because we're just gonna send them say to you to send them to the Stage Talk again.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: So just make sure that you send them to this to this page, and then we can go from there.
• 20:21
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 20:22
  SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: What have we got to look at now?
• 20:24
SPEAKER_02: So we're doing uh was there a pro uh Evie won, the Portugal.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, tell me about that.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: You obviously trained Evie into kind of a last-minute decision.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_02: Um James and I both knew she had plenty of points to just like kind of let Kate just to carry herself to the Olympia if she didn't want to compete.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_02: Um, but I mean you're talking about seventh place in the world last year.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_02: She doesn't want to get there on points.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_02: So hopped in and got the W.
• 20:52
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: That was the first one.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_02: And then obviously Alice up there as well.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_02: There were, I think there were three girls in that show that have one win already.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_02: So we're all looking to get their second win for the Olympia.
• 21:01
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: So there was, I think there was actually four.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: So it was the top the top four.
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: So it was all this top four.
• 21:09
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: They'd all won previously before.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: So I think again, they were all gunning for that win, which again, they all kind of though those were the top top four that were presented, which I think a lot of people said about.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_02: So um, I love um how do you how do you say number three's name?
• 21:30
  SPEAKER_02: Third place.
• 21:30
  SPEAKER_00: I think it's I'm saying Maya or me.
• 21:33
  SPEAKER_00: I'm saying Mia, but I don't know if that's actually.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_00: I love her front pose.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's got a very good front pose.
• 21:39
  SPEAKER_00: I like it a lot.
• 21:39
  SPEAKER_00: I like Chantel's front pose.
• 21:41
  SPEAKER_00: I she's very um uh she's not X ray.
• 21:46
  SPEAKER_02: She's muscular, but she's very muscular.
• 21:48
  SPEAKER_00: A lot of taper.
• 21:49
  SPEAKER_00: A lot of taper.
• 21:50
  SPEAKER_00: She's a lot of taper.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: You see her front pose.
• 21:52
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 21:52
  SPEAKER_02: Um it matches her.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_02: What I think what you're getting at it's more F is because all All of her main body part features are bigger.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_02: She has broad shoulders, she has big sweeping glutes.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_02: And so we in bikini, you don't want X, because X means your lats look like this down into your hip, and it creates like too much of a figure-esque taper.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_02: But this is still S curve in the sense of her lat down to her hip out to her glute looks very good in curvature.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_02: But the reason it almost looks X in a sense is because of how broad the shoulders are and because of how big the quads and glutes are in comparison to her waist.
• 22:32
  SPEAKER_02: It's it's an insane taper.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_02: Um to me, it's borderline um too muscular, but obviously placing second in a great lineup, she did great.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, because you can see that also then Alice, number four here, she's doing the similar, but she doesn't have as much shoulder or lats.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: So she gets away with it.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like Chantel probably could do the same, but just not do it as hard.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_02: Wow, they have a very similar propose, like everything.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_02: Their hand to their elbow, like that back bent arm, everything is the exact same.
• 23:05
  SPEAKER_02: That's what I mean.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: But you can see that she's just a little bit more muscular, so she could probably just relax.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: Can you see how Evie's kind of she's Eve's still like flexed, but you could see she's just relaxed in it?
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Chantal, you can see she's she's yeah, he'll be able to get flared out.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: Same with um Sarah here, she's a little bit more like raised with this with the shoulders.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like Alice is in my opinion, like gets away with that as much as she can because she has less development in a way, so she knows her physique well.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_00: Same with Evie, like she just looks like it you can see the broadness from like both sides, but it's not too much.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: Um, and again, Chantel's not too much either, but you could just see just a little it's on borderline, like you said.
• 23:46
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_02: Um sixth place has an insane lower body.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that is a crazy like upper outer glute down in her legs.
• 23:52
  SPEAKER_02: That's insane.
• 23:53
  SPEAKER_00: Carolina.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_02: Carolina, it says, yeah, I'm not sure who that is.
• 23:56
  SPEAKER_00: I actually don't.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: I love when that happens, and I'm like, I don't know who that is.
• 23:59
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I'm intrigued now.
• 24:01
  SPEAKER_00: Let's go stalk.
• 24:03
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: She won her pro card last year, November.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: So not even a year pro show.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_00: I was this her pro debut.
• 24:12
  SPEAKER_02: Maybe.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: Oh, also, did everyone see the show sick.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_02: Okay, the fit model one, there were so many of them up there.
• 24:20
  SPEAKER_02: It was crazy.
• 24:21
  SPEAKER_00: So many.
• 24:22
  SPEAKER_00: Like, that's the stage.
• 24:23
  SPEAKER_02: That's so such a cool stage.
• 24:24
  SPEAKER_02: So cool.
• 24:25
  SPEAKER_02: So cool.
• 24:26
  SPEAKER_00: So so cool.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: So I think this might have been her pro debut.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_02: It could have been, yeah.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, I think she did no, she must have done a show in November.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: I think she literally turned she must have turned pro and then did the Okay.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I've done one of the shows.
• 24:43
  SPEAKER_00: She's done a couple of shows.
• 24:44
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, there's another one.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: She did FIBO, she did Phoebe.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so she did FIBO.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: So she no, it's not her pro debut.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_00: So she's done shows previously before.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_02: I think she's just her first season as a pro.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it looks like first season as a pro.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: It looked like Phoebe might have actually been her first show.
• 24:56
  SPEAKER_00: She looks great.
• 24:58
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very, very good.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: I want to see the back pose.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think Sarah has been Sarah's been competing for a minute, so she's obviously just come come back and she's straight into that top five, which is cool to see as well.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: So, I mean, there's a lot of range in back pose here.
• 25:15
  SPEAKER_00: Do you not feel?
• 25:16
SPEAKER_02: Very, very big range of back pose.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_02: Like one, one, two, three, four are all completely different than each other.
• 25:21
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_02: Um, four, Alice probably has the best shaped glutes up here.
• 25:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_02: Um, I just don't think the conditioning and density was where it would needed to be to be with the top two.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_02: So, but yeah, like that they're all very, very different backposes here for sure.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: But they all still, again, hit the criteria and match their physique.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: So as much as we say, oh, they look different, that doesn't mean that it's then different fit like different people or different criteria, like, oh, the the criteria's not being hit.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: No, the criteria is, but obviously everyone has different physiques, so they're all gonna look different, but it's just interesting to see in a lineup like this, you know.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: So I think it was just straight shortly.
• 26:03
  SPEAKER_01: 1920, 6th and 7th.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_00: And then a 8th and 8th, uh, this one.
• 26:11
  SPEAKER_00: Not eighth, 13th, 14th.
• 26:13
  SPEAKER_00: That's the one.
• 26:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_02: So you guys, they're always looking at you all the way down to even like the end of the lineup.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: So they actually awarded top um at this show, they award top ten.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: So you get a medal and presented at top ten.
• 26:27
  SPEAKER_00: So you'll do they'll do that.
• 26:28
  SPEAKER_03: That's cool.
• 26:29
  SPEAKER_00: Um, I think they do I I or was it 15?
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: It might be they do 15 to 6 or something like that.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: They give you a medal, or it might be 10 to 6 or whatever, and they give you a medal, they award and say well done to our top 10 or whatever, and then they do actual awards, which I think is really cool because it's always nice to be recognized in like big shows like this.
• 26:50
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 26:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_02: Um Texas Pro does that with a couple of the women's divisions.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_02: I think women's physique, they they place the top ten.
• 26:57
  SPEAKER_00: I feel like it's nice.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: Like it's nice to just like obviously I know it's not why we're there, of course, but like it's nice to just get a little extra, you know.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then we've got Fit Model.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we won't go through Fit Model too much, but like this was the first Fit Model show in Europe.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: So I think there was a lot of a lot of people that were like gunned for this show, wanting to do this show.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_00: Um it very, very different amount of physiques, if I'm honest.
• 27:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, across the board.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_00: I do really like first.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_00: I've obviously you got faith in there, and then the girl that won.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_00: How do you say her name?
• 27:33
  SPEAKER_02: I'm not sure.
• 27:34
  SPEAKER_02: Elise.
• 27:35
  SPEAKER_00: Elise.
• 27:36
  SPEAKER_00: Is she from France?
• 27:37
  SPEAKER_00: She's from France.
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: I mean, this is obviously her first show, and she won, so she smashed out of the park.
• 27:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looked great.
• 27:45
  SPEAKER_00: Really, really good.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_02: I feel like the the top two to three really had the bar set high here in comparison to the rest.
• 27:51
SPEAKER_02: So it was a massive fit model lineup, massive.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_02: But first, second, third were very clear standouts, in my opinion.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_02: Um, but I think the judges did a top three call out by themselves.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_02: I think they felt the same way.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_02: Um and could have gone to any of those three.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_02: Like they all looked really damn good.
• 28:07
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 28:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think.
• 28:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is great.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_02: She has an insane flow to her physique.
• 28:11
  SPEAKER_02: That's a beautiful front pose.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, I really like her front pose and how she hits it.
• 28:15
  SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah.
• 28:17
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she stood out.
• 28:18
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, not that one.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: She stood out to me.
• 28:20
SPEAKER_00: I was like, that's not her back pose.
• 28:21
  SPEAKER_00: That's not a fit model.
• 28:22
  SPEAKER_00: Not a fit model.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: Don't get any ideas, guys.
• 28:24
  SPEAKER_00: Come on.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I do feel like there was a little more conditioning in this show.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: So I do feel like, again, they're gonna kind of need to figure it out a little bit more over so in Europe, which again, I think there's gonna be more shows in Europe from now on anyway.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like, okay, they've had the first one.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_00: People are gonna get their feedback straight away and see what they kind of need to improve on and work on and stuff like that.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_02: But I do think I had this conversation with uh a national level girl mine the other day.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_02: She just she got uh first call-outs at every single qualifier this year, um, and then ended with third, third this past weekend at Universe or a couple weekends ago.
• 29:03
SPEAKER_02: And um, I told her, I was like, hey, you're you're going up and down, second place, fifth place, third place.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_02: Like, let's see what the Olympia does.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_02: Because Ty Tyler has it, his work cut out for him, and he knows it to like the the first, not just first place, but the first call out, the top five in the Fit Model Olympia, is going to tell everyone, okay, this is the pro look they're going for.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_02: It's more important even than the pro cards that were given, because this is setting the first Olympia standard, and then only a few months later, you have nationals in Texas.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_02: So Nationals needs to emulate very, very similarly to how the Olympia awarded people.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_02: And those two shows are gonna set the entire tone for next year.
• 29:46
SPEAKER_02: And so that right there, from a conditioning perspective, a muscularity perspective.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_02: Um, and a big thing, guys, remember this too.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_02: Like, fit model still has the word fit in front of it.
• 29:56
SPEAKER_02: Like, Faith was told two different, or I won't say two different things, two different things muscularity-wise.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_02: She needed to bring her quads down a bit and streamline them, but she needed a little bit more detail to her core.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_02: So a little bit more muscular development in her core, but bring the quads down.
• 30:12
SPEAKER_02: So they are being very, very good about feedback with judging when it comes to okay, this is a little bit too much, but this isn't enough.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_02: This is too soft, and so they're trying to find that perfect like middle ground for each person to come in for their physique.
• 30:25
SPEAKER_02: So um, I do think Olympia will really handle that well.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think the hard thing is like again, if you're a bikini athlete, it's it's the same with when it comes to feedback, but I think more so than anything now with Fit Model, you have to be very like small with the the changes you make.
• 30:44
SPEAKER_00: So, as much as Faith said, you know, bring the quads down, that doesn't mean get rid of them completely as well at the same time.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: A little bit more conditioning and density in the core, that doesn't mean coming in with like rock hard abs, like it's it's trying to go with the feedback, and even Tyler said this in multiple of his videos like making sure that you don't literally run away with the with the feedback too much because it is like literally the tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny details, um, and tiny amounts as well.
• 31:11
SPEAKER_00: So it's the same with bikini, but I feel like it's on a larger scale in fit model.
• 31:14
  SPEAKER_00: Um hundred percent.
• 31:16
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I mean, again, different developments.
• 31:21
SPEAKER_00: I mean, you could see everyone has the density glute-wise.
• 31:24
SPEAKER_00: Again, it's less I think sixth place probably has the most amount of etched in high-ins.
• 31:29
  SPEAKER_00: 100%.
• 31:30
SPEAKER_00: And again, that might be why she's sixth place.
• 31:32
SPEAKER_02: To me, this is my opinion on this, um, and anyone can agree or disagree.
• 31:37
SPEAKER_02: I didn't see all, I think there were 39 or 40 girls in this show.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_02: So to me, was there nobody, and this is no knock on this girl at all, it's just a conditioning perspective.
• 31:47
SPEAKER_02: Was there nobody that could have taken sixth place that didn't have tie-ins like that?
• 31:51
SPEAKER_02: Because to me, why is again it's sixth place, so it's not top five, it's not the winner, but it's still first call-outs, it's still the top six.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_02: We could have found someone with a little bit better conditioning and make conditioning a little bit higher of a standard bar.
• 32:05
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_02: Um, because like when we talk about bikini, just like a couple weeks ago, we said, what would be like the highest weighted standard?
• 32:12
  SPEAKER_02: We said balance.
• 32:13
SPEAKER_02: You want to make sure that nothing is overpowering anything.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_02: In fit model, I feel like it's conditioning.
• 32:17
SPEAKER_02: Because if you're too conditioned, it takes away the entire purpose of we don't want etched out tie-ins, we don't want strided delts, we don't want even really want delt caps.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_02: Like conditioning is like that barrier to entry to make sure that you're on point with the rest of the criteria.
• 32:34
SPEAKER_02: So that's just my opinion, my take on that.
• 32:36
SPEAKER_02: Um, but regardless, I still think she had a really good front pose that maybe got her in there.
• 32:41
SPEAKER_02: Um, and again, the to me, the top two are more standouts here in the back pose.
• 32:46
SPEAKER_02: Um, and the entire top three are standouts in the front pose.
• 32:50
SPEAKER_02: So I totally, totally agree with this.
• 32:52
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I really like her too, yes, to be fair.
• 32:55
  SPEAKER_02: Very much so.
• 32:57
SPEAKER_00: I didn't actually look at her front pose to be fair much, but I mean I'd say she could probably her quads, her quads are.
• 33:03
SPEAKER_00: I feel like a lot of the girls here have a decent amount of lower body size size, not meaning that they're too big, but like they have a nice amount of density in the lower body, but it matches well to the rest of the physique, if that makes sense.
• 33:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I like I really like her back pose a lot.
• 33:19
SPEAKER_00: This is a really nice back pose.
• 33:20
SPEAKER_00: It's soft enough where you can't see the tines, but it's not completely soft, you know?
• 33:26
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, 100%, 100%.
• 33:27
  SPEAKER_01: I think it's a very killer back pose.
• 33:29
SPEAKER_00: And then I think he was nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen.
• 33:31
SPEAKER_02: That was all the way down.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_02: Uh ninth and tenth is the only one on there.
• 33:34
  SPEAKER_00: Ninth and tenth.
• 33:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, ninth and tenth.
• 33:37
SPEAKER_00: And do you know what?
• 33:38
SPEAKER_00: Um Julia, she's actually my posing client as well.
• 33:42
SPEAKER_00: She won obviously one of the Asia shows, and she's in eighth place.
• 33:45
SPEAKER_00: So, like, I I we were going in there, and I've obviously even John mentioned this as well.
• 33:50
SPEAKER_00: Like, obviously, she was like the front runner because she's uh or one, she's one of the frontrunners because she's qualified for the Olympia already, but she got eighth place.
• 33:58
SPEAKER_00: So, and I'm I haven't spoken to her just yet, so we'll kind of get feedback on that and stuff like that.
• 34:02
SPEAKER_00: But again, it's a clear thing that sometimes it's not always gonna be your day just because you've gotten a win already, you know.
• 34:09
  SPEAKER_00: 100% never either.
• 34:11
SPEAKER_00: This I'm not saying that she also did this either, but I know it's very easy for people to sometimes come into shows being like, Oh, I know, I know I'm gonna be XYZ because I've done XYZ.
• 34:20
SPEAKER_00: You still gotta be on your shit, you still gotta be like on your game because you never know who's gonna show up.
• 34:26
SPEAKER_00: Um, so yeah, and then oh, quick break in intermission.
• 34:32
SPEAKER_00: Oh yes, you said this to me and I was like, no way, fit model, and she's with Paul.
• 34:36
SPEAKER_00: So I was like, that's so sick, like so, so, so, so sick.
• 34:40
SPEAKER_00: So I I saw her stories come up.
• 34:42
  SPEAKER_00: She's literally taken.
• 34:43
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I know maybe a few people listening will have no idea who she is, but go and look her up.
• 34:48
SPEAKER_00: She's gone to the Olympia, I think she's gone to the Olympia once or twice, maybe.
• 34:52
  SPEAKER_00: I think a couple times, yeah.
• 34:54
SPEAKER_00: A uh a multiple time bikini um Olympian.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_00: She's bit she's you know gone to multiple shows.
• 35:01
SPEAKER_00: We we used to compete together back in 2018, 2019.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_00: I think her last showing was potentially last showing was 2023.
• 35:10
  SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say 2020.
• 35:11
  SPEAKER_00: 2023?
• 35:13
SPEAKER_00: Damn, I thought it was less than that.
• 35:15
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, she was a good thing.
• 35:16
SPEAKER_02: I just sent a picture of that to Paul.
• 35:17
SPEAKER_02: I said they did you justice with that photo.
• 35:20
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, literally.
• 35:21
SPEAKER_00: That's like the best photo.
• 35:23
  SPEAKER_00: That's literally incredible.
• 35:24
  SPEAKER_00: He's incredible.
• 35:25
SPEAKER_02: That's when he hopped on the men's physique stage at Miami like two or three years ago and just came out there and killed it masters.
• 35:31
SPEAKER_02: So he he got really shredded for it.
• 35:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, he did.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_00: He was like just chilling, and then all of a sudden he was like, Yep, I'm on stage, and I was like, damn.
• 35:37
SPEAKER_00: Um, but yes, she's gonna be a good one.
• 35:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think Lauren mentioned that she's gonna come back in like November, I think.
• 35:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I saw that.
• 35:42
  SPEAKER_00: That'll be her show.
• 35:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she got yeah, she placed top ten, that was it.
• 35:46
SPEAKER_00: Because I was like, I I was like, there was something specific about her.
• 35:48
SPEAKER_00: She placed top ten in her debut Olympia um in 2021.
• 35:53
  SPEAKER_00: So I because I remember that.
• 35:55
SPEAKER_00: I was like, she's done something in the Olympia.
• 35:56
  SPEAKER_00: I remember this.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_00: So I think there too.
• 36:00
SPEAKER_02: That was such a good that was such a good physique on the Olympia stage.
• 36:03
SPEAKER_00: Well, this is when Bikini was a little smaller in terms of muscularity-wise, but this was perfect on her.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_00: Like honestly, like yeah, perfect.
• 36:11
SPEAKER_00: I thought this was just such a killer look.
• 36:13
SPEAKER_02: Why am I blanking on this?
• 36:14
SPEAKER_02: Isa won in 20, right?
• 36:16
  SPEAKER_02: Or 2019.
• 36:18
  SPEAKER_02: 19?
• 36:19
  SPEAKER_02: 19, and then Janet.
• 36:20
  SPEAKER_02: Who was 21?
• 36:23
  SPEAKER_02: Uh Jen.
• 36:24
  SPEAKER_02: Was it Jen?
• 36:24
  SPEAKER_02: It was Jen.
• 36:25
SPEAKER_00: Jen, then Maureen, then Jen again.
• 36:27
  SPEAKER_02: Then Jen.
• 36:28
  SPEAKER_00: And then Maureen.
• 36:29
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, then Lorelie and then Maureen.
• 36:31
SPEAKER_02: No, no, no, Laura Lee the Maureen, yeah.
• 36:33
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 36:33
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 36:34
SPEAKER_02: So I love this look.
• 36:35
SPEAKER_00: And then let's quickly go through the pro winners.
• 36:40
SPEAKER_00: There's there was so there's so it was one per class, so you had eight.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_01: So it's top two per class, but he's just showing the the winners.
• 36:50
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
• 36:51
  SPEAKER_00: Nice.
• 36:51
  SPEAKER_00: Got you.
• 36:52
SPEAKER_00: So these are our winners from this year, and this makes it so much.
• 36:55
SPEAKER_02: Do you notice that one girl was the one with Jazzy that we did the physique, the physique thing for?
• 36:59
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 36:59
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it was awesome.
• 37:00
  SPEAKER_02: I saw that.
• 37:00
SPEAKER_02: I saw her on there.
• 37:01
SPEAKER_02: I was like, hell yeah.
• 37:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looked fantastic.
• 37:03
SPEAKER_00: I mean, all of them looked fantastic.
• 37:05
SPEAKER_00: It was cool to kind of see her get her pro card and stuff like that.
• 37:07
  SPEAKER_00: She looked fantastic.
• 37:08
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited to kind of see all these girls now going into pro season.
• 37:13
SPEAKER_00: I actually had um a girl, opposing girl, who just won her pro card um in this.
• 37:18
SPEAKER_00: I think she got second, and she um she's doing Texas this weekend.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_00: She was like, We're just gonna jump in, we're gonna give it a go.
• 37:27
  SPEAKER_00: Do it.
• 37:27
SPEAKER_00: She's like, I don't even know where it's where I'm gonna come, and there's so many competit like so many competitive people here, but I don't care.
• 37:33
SPEAKER_00: I just want to like go in there, see what we have to work on, and then go from there.
• 37:36
  SPEAKER_00: And that's good.
• 37:37
SPEAKER_00: Like, I love that mentality when people have that, like just seeing what, like seeing what they need to work on.
• 37:43
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 37:43
  SPEAKER_00: She ultimately, yeah, yeah.
• 37:45
  SPEAKER_00: Um who won it?
• 37:48
SPEAKER_00: Who was the overall winner?
• 37:49
  SPEAKER_02: Um Class B.
• 37:52
  SPEAKER_00: Is it Gina?
• 37:53
SPEAKER_02: I didn't really look too hard into her, but yeah, this is her Oli Wi-Fi.
• 37:59
  SPEAKER_02: Come on, dude.
• 38:00
  SPEAKER_00: I know, I'm like, it's slow as fuck.
• 38:02
  SPEAKER_00: Oh wow.
• 38:03
SPEAKER_02: She's flowing, flowing in that posing.
• 38:05
  SPEAKER_02: She looks great.
• 38:07
SPEAKER_02: That's an awesome, awesome look.
• 38:10
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks fantastic.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's got a whole complete look in terms of like, I love the suit colour, I love the hair, the way that the I don't know, the posing and everything like that is just really like hitting me right now.
• 38:24
SPEAKER_02: Everything top to bottom here is like flawless.
• 38:26
SPEAKER_02: The posing's great, the hair is great, the physique is very on point, very balanced.
• 38:30
SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, she deservedly won that overall.
• 38:33
  SPEAKER_02: This is great.
• 38:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks fantastic.
• 38:35
SPEAKER_00: I hope she does a pro show soon.
• 38:37
  SPEAKER_00: That'll be absolutely a pro show.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_02: Oh guys, I'm retiring, by the way, because I got a men's, uh, got a men's bodybuilding pro card.
• 38:44
SPEAKER_02: So I'm done with bikini.
• 38:46
SPEAKER_00: Um Okay, we're gonna have to get a new co-host.
• 38:49
  SPEAKER_00: Fuck me.
• 38:49
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna have to get another co-host on.
• 38:51
SPEAKER_00: Put in your requests now.
• 38:54
SPEAKER_02: No, it was a I was pulling, I was pulling so hard for Faith to get her win because I got five four pro cards at Universe.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_02: Then I woke up to Eevee winning, and then um they ran behind on Fit Model, so I was able to wake up and like get to see it, and then she got second.
• 39:10
SPEAKER_02: I was like, ah fuck.
• 39:11
SPEAKER_02: It could have been a four pro card and two Olympia qualification weekend, but still, like I said, deservedly so that girl that won Fit Model looked really damn good.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna come as well in time in due time.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_00: I feel like Faith has been the one that's been running for a while.
• 39:25
SPEAKER_00: Like it was the same with like Jane, it was the same with um a lot of the fit model girls, if I'm honest.
• 39:32
SPEAKER_00: Like they they had to wait like a lot a while to kind of just then get that far.
• 39:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they all did three to four shows, like with the exception of Gabby, everyone else did like three, four shows.
• 39:43
SPEAKER_02: And Emily Emily won the first one, yeah, yeah.
• 39:50
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so now we're shows this weekend.
• 39:53
  SPEAKER_02: Republic.
• 39:54
SPEAKER_02: This is a list, yeah.
• 39:57
SPEAKER_02: This is such a good show.
• 39:58
SPEAKER_00: So, firstly, we've got Rhoda jumping back in.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_02: Rhoda back in bikini, yeah.
• 40:02
SPEAKER_00: So we obviously spoke to spoke about it before and said obviously she's doing she was doing fit model, she obviously did foot model, wasn't obviously for fit model because she has she's a sort of a quote unquote smaller bikini athlete, yes, but she just has density, like she has so much great muscularity, so I feel like it just wasn't gonna go anywhere quick, you know.
• 40:24
SPEAKER_00: So I do feel like that um she suits bikini through and through, she just needs more development, and that's it.
• 40:29
SPEAKER_00: She yeah, so I think this is good, and then we've got um Sammy Childler, who is my posing client, and she actually works at Toxic as well.
• 40:40
SPEAKER_00: So it's the girl with the red hair.
• 40:41
SPEAKER_00: If you see her everywhere, that's that's Sammy.
• 40:44
SPEAKER_00: Um, and yeah, I've been working with her posing wise, and she's I'm excited to see her.
• 40:47
SPEAKER_00: She works with Paul, so I think this is a pro debut, and then she's gonna oh no, it's not a pro debut, sorry.
• 40:53
SPEAKER_00: Um, she's done shows before, but this is her first show of the season um this year, and then Britney Gillespie.
• 41:00
SPEAKER_00: I mean, we've got Britney, yeah, Savannah and Issa of the top runners that people have uh that John.
• 41:07
SPEAKER_01: Marcer at the very top.
• 41:09
  SPEAKER_00: And Marceau as well.
• 41:10
  SPEAKER_00: Yep, 100%.
• 41:11
SPEAKER_00: I did a posting session with her as well the other day.
• 41:14
SPEAKER_00: It's it's it's re this is gonna be a really cool show because I think Issa's definitely brought one of her best looks because I saw her um how she looked the other day, and I feel like the main thing that she was also always needing was that conditioning in the back, and I feel like she's definitely got that now.
• 41:31
SPEAKER_00: So it'll be cool to kind of see what she looks like next to Savannah.
• 41:34
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like Issa has a slightly more denser lower body, and so does Savannah.
• 41:42
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like Yeah, they'll stand very well together.
• 41:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, same with even Britney, if I'm honest.
• 41:47
  SPEAKER_00: Even Britney's the same.
• 41:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Britney too.
• 41:49
SPEAKER_02: I'd say with um, I mean, I'm getting ahead of myself, but going into I'm really excited for Chicago next week because it's Jess and Issa.
• 41:56
SPEAKER_02: Oh so that's gonna be a really good matchup.
• 41:59
  SPEAKER_00: That'll be a really good matchup.
• 42:00
SPEAKER_02: So um Lex is here.
• 42:02
SPEAKER_02: If Lexus dials in the conditioning better since indie, she'll be uh she'll be a top girl in this show as well.
• 42:08
  SPEAKER_02: Nice.
• 42:09
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is gonna be a really cool show.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_02: I think this whole line of I mean did John tag Paulina on here.
• 42:15
SPEAKER_02: I just brought her on a couple months ago.
• 42:17
SPEAKER_02: I'm curious if uh if she's tagged on here or not.
• 42:19
  SPEAKER_00: Is it this one?
• 42:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 42:22
  SPEAKER_02: She looks really good.
• 42:22
SPEAKER_02: She's coming up from uh from Mexico, I believe.
• 42:26
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I've seen her before.
• 42:30
SPEAKER_02: She did I like her look a lot.
• 42:31
SPEAKER_02: She got some glutes on her.
• 42:32
  SPEAKER_02: Front foot.
• 42:33
SPEAKER_02: We're working on a lot, um, just in general, balance-wise, but um her she's got glutes on her and her back foe is big time.
• 42:44
  SPEAKER_00: Can't be a back pose.
• 42:45
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know when it is.
• 42:46
SPEAKER_00: That was seven weeks ago.
• 42:47
SPEAKER_00: Let's have a look at this one.
• 42:49
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, there you go.
• 42:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she got six here.
• 42:52
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is good.
• 42:53
SPEAKER_02: She's gonna be uh I'm excited to see her up there.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it'll be cool to see.
• 42:59
SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's always cool to see like 'cause she has she done any shows since she's not done any shows since this show.
• 43:04
SPEAKER_02: That was like That was a month ago, a little over a month ago.
• 43:07
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, three weeks ago.
• 43:09
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like it's always it's always good to have like a decent amount of time off.
• 43:13
SPEAKER_00: And then she obviously did Spain as well.
• 43:15
SPEAKER_00: So she each I mean each show from what it looks like is she's done she's had a good amount of gap in between.
• 43:22
SPEAKER_00: So this one was nine weeks.
• 43:23
  SPEAKER_02: She's a she's a very consistent first call-out competitor.
• 43:26
SPEAKER_02: It's just obviously getting getting to that next tier of getting the higher points, the first, second, third.
• 43:31
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, like this looks really good.
• 43:35
SPEAKER_00: Here, and even this guy this guy is as well.
• 43:38
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I'm excited.
• 43:41
SPEAKER_00: And then gotta be a good one.
• 43:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let's have a look at Issa.
• 43:45
SPEAKER_00: I want to see what she looks like right now.
• 43:46
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't know if she's posting the updates yet.
• 43:48
SPEAKER_00: I love Issa because she just she just sometimes spams loads, so she does just post like keep posting, which is great because we love to see updates and stuff like that anyway.
• 43:56
SPEAKER_00: But oh, will my wife I allow for it?
• 44:00
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 44:00
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, sorry not.
• 44:02
  SPEAKER_00: Not for this week.
• 44:04
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, there we go.
• 44:05
  SPEAKER_01: There we go.
• 44:05
  SPEAKER_01: There we go.
• 44:06
SPEAKER_01: That front pose is so insane.
• 44:08
  SPEAKER_00: That's so insane.
• 44:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she does look really good.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_02: The thing is, in her front pose, it's so good, obviously, the genetic weights, but she's lacking nothing in the front pose.
• 44:18
SPEAKER_02: Like, it's the proper balance of delt to lat, to glute, to leg.
• 44:22
SPEAKER_02: Like, front pose is just money.
• 44:24
SPEAKER_02: And the the back pose has always been her little bit of feedback.
• 44:26
SPEAKER_02: Like a little bit more glutes, make sure the conditioning is there.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_02: Um, I think she's pretty on point this time around.
• 44:31
SPEAKER_02: The conditioning and the glute size is definitely coming in.
• 44:34
SPEAKER_00: So do you know what I find so weird?
• 44:36
SPEAKER_00: I feel like she looks.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how to explain it.
• 44:39
SPEAKER_00: I feel like she looks less conditioned, but more conditioned.
• 44:44
SPEAKER_00: Like in a sense, like less grainy.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_00: I don't want to use that phrase though because I don't like that phrase, but she looks like she's not as um yeah.
• 44:55
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 44:55
  SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
• 44:56
SPEAKER_02: I know what you mean.
• 44:57
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 44:57
  SPEAKER_02: And I feel like that's a I think it's like a very, it's a very healthy look on Isa.
• 45:02
SPEAKER_02: Like everything is very, she's properly conditioned, nothing is overly hard and developed.
• 45:08
SPEAKER_02: Um I honestly think that the I mean stress plays a factor in a lot of things.
• 45:13
SPEAKER_02: And I think that she's just running so I love seeing it.
• 45:17
SPEAKER_02: She's running so many shows this season.
• 45:19
  SPEAKER_02: She's a she's missed, she's one of the Miss Olympias.
• 45:21
SPEAKER_02: In her last Olympia showing, she got like seventh place.
• 45:24
SPEAKER_02: Like she's she's very, very, very good.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_02: She's a top competitor any show she does.
• 45:28
SPEAKER_02: And so it's really cool seeing her running a whole circuit.
• 45:31
SPEAKER_02: This is like her fourth show of the year.
• 45:33
SPEAKER_02: She's still doing another one, if not more.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_02: So she's like running five shows, six shows into the Olympia.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_02: And I think every single show, she gets better and better because the nerves are gone.
• 45:44
SPEAKER_02: There's no stress going into it.
• 45:46
  SPEAKER_02: I know I'm qualified.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_02: I've won two shows already, might go in a third this weekend, and she's just steamrolling it.
• 45:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 45:52
SPEAKER_00: So and also she's like had a year off.
• 45:54
SPEAKER_00: Like she had a year off previously prior to that.
• 45:56
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, it's always gonna feel weird coming back and just she could have just come back and just done the Olympia, but yeah, I don't think that like is always beneficial.
• 46:05
SPEAKER_00: Like we've seen this before, like, it's not always beneficial for the Miss Olympians to just do the Olympia.
• 46:10
SPEAKER_00: It's actually something better for them, practice-wise, warming up and going into shows like before the Olympia.
• 46:16
SPEAKER_00: So I think she'd have to be able to do that.
• 46:18
  SPEAKER_02: I think it's always very beneficial.
• 46:19
SPEAKER_02: Like Olympia's the third week of September.
• 46:22
SPEAKER_02: After the cutoff date or the fourth week, after the cutoff date, I think that first week of September, second week of September.
• 46:28
SPEAKER_02: Um, I think it's smart for people to come out that are potential top 10, top 15 Olympians, get their feet wet back out there again, see how things look under stage lights in comparison to other people, tweak what you need to go into the Olympia.
• 46:41
SPEAKER_02: Um, like the the cutoff dates a little soon for some people.
• 46:45
SPEAKER_02: I feel like four weeks prior, you might be kind of pushing a little bit hard to get to get out there on stage, or you don't come in at 100% and you don't win.
• 46:54
SPEAKER_02: That's not that's not good, like mentally rolling into Olympia.
• 46:57
SPEAKER_02: But like two weeks out, there's a couple shows.
• 46:59
SPEAKER_02: There's Janet Show and there's San Antonio.
• 47:02
SPEAKER_02: One week out, there's Sasquatch in Washington.
• 47:04
SPEAKER_02: So those three shows I feel like should be good shows for people that want to come out, that are good Olympians, get their feet wet, go into the Olympia.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_02: Um, because like I just said with with uh Isa and Cash told me with Jazzy, Jazzy's gonna come out and do one because she wants to she wants to shake it all out, she wants to get the nerves out, she wants to like shake off the rust because she's done nothing since the fall.
• 47:26
SPEAKER_02: So get out there, see how we're looking, pose on stage.
• 47:29
SPEAKER_00: So and also I feel like that's even good for people that just missed out on the Olympia qualification because there are gonna be girls that have are just missing out.
• 47:38
SPEAKER_00: They might have points, but they might have just missed out on the on the shows.
• 47:42
SPEAKER_00: I know it sucks and it probably feels like quite hard, but I would keep going because these are the shows, this is the this is then a good chance for you to then go on the point system early.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_00: So then you can just you know have a little bit of relaxing for the rest of the year if you can hit a couple of shows, get a couple of top threes, whatever, and then come back fresh in like spring or whatever.
• 48:01
SPEAKER_00: So, or even even better yet, get two wins, you know.
• 48:05
SPEAKER_02: So speaking of, okay, so you okay.
• 48:08
SPEAKER_02: Well, first of all, our app talk last week about feedback went crazy.
• 48:11
  SPEAKER_02: People loved it.
• 48:12
SPEAKER_02: You guys, I have the solution to Olympia qualifications.
• 48:17
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so Tyler gets together with the front office and they decide on what is the best number for the Olympia.
• 48:25
  SPEAKER_02: Is it 40?
• 48:26
  SPEAKER_02: Is it 45?
• 48:27
SPEAKER_02: To me personally, um, a lot of people talk about how there needs to be some like pr pre pre-show where you narrow it down to 10 to 15, kind of like like with the Arnold, only 12 people get accepted.
• 48:38
  SPEAKER_02: I don't like that.
• 48:39
SPEAKER_02: Um, the Olympia needs to be a bit more inclusive because you're talking like you're it's not invite only.
• 48:45
SPEAKER_02: There needs to be some way to actually qualify properly, which can lead to 20, 30, 40 people.
• 48:51
SPEAKER_02: So they decide on the set number.
• 48:54
SPEAKER_02: What number isn't going to make it just feel like a run-on, still gonna have the top quality of athletes.
• 49:00
  SPEAKER_02: So let's say it's 50, okay?
• 49:01
SPEAKER_02: And I think this year, with the top 25 plus however many are qualified, we can get a good grasp on what we think a good number is.
• 49:08
  SPEAKER_02: So let's say it's 50, okay?
• 49:10
SPEAKER_02: You leave the same set of rules in place as this year, except you don't say it's top 25 in points.
• 49:16
SPEAKER_02: You all you just keep track of the points and however many people there are after all the two show winners, however many people are in between that and 50 is who qualifies.
• 49:27
SPEAKER_02: You cut you cap it at 50.
• 49:29
SPEAKER_02: So if you have 30 if you have 32 pro show winners, you have 20 spots available left for points.
• 49:35
SPEAKER_02: If you have 33 two show winners, you have 17 spots left for points.
• 49:40
SPEAKER_02: That's how that and so whatever number they want to set, if it's 40, if 40 is the number, and you get 25 people that qualify on two show wins, you have fifty the top 15 in points make it.
• 49:51
SPEAKER_02: So you don't know until like the actual cutoff if you made it or not, because how many people won two shows?
• 49:57
SPEAKER_02: All right, we have nine spots left, nine of you make it on points, and it allows the IFPB and the Olympia Committee to be like, okay, we need to sit down and think of what the best number is for Ben's physique, for bikini, for all the ones that have 60 plus people every year.
• 50:13
SPEAKER_02: What's the best number where we're still keeping quality high, but we still have enough people for inclusion worldwide?
• 50:20
SPEAKER_02: And I think that that is probably the best way to go about it is you just cap it.
• 50:24
SPEAKER_02: And here's the here's the criteria to make it.
• 50:27
SPEAKER_02: You have your what five shows that are one win in your inn, like Romania, Pittsburgh, etc., um, Arnold, and then you have your two show winners, and after all is said and done, let's say the number was 40.
• 50:38
SPEAKER_02: That's how many people are gonna be allowed in the bikini Olympia is 40.
• 50:41
SPEAKER_02: We have 29 people that made it on the actual qualification list.
• 50:45
SPEAKER_02: 11 people make it on points.
• 50:48
SPEAKER_00: Damn, that would be like so it's it's funny you say that because literally, so Brian Ames is also in Bali right now, and he's training at the same gym, all that type of thing, and we've been having great conversations.
• 50:58
SPEAKER_00: He said this exact same thing.
• 51:00
SPEAKER_00: He was like, How do you like do it in terms of like run these shows and like it's just continuously keep going, keep going, keep going?
• 51:08
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I do feel like they are going to have to change it still because it's still it's less, it's definitely less than last year.
• 51:16
SPEAKER_00: There's still how many qualified now?
• 51:18
  SPEAKER_00: Because I feel like this there's 40 something.
• 51:20
SPEAKER_02: We're in the 40s right now, yeah.
• 51:22
SPEAKER_00: But we've still got eight weeks, so I feel like there's not gonna be that many more two show winners.
• 51:26
SPEAKER_02: I think we're gonna end up in the low 50s, which is gonna be 20 less than last year.
• 51:30
SPEAKER_02: So it accomplished the main goal, yeah.
• 51:32
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 100%.
• 51:33
SPEAKER_00: I still think they were at less though, because I we this is what I was getting to.
• 51:36
SPEAKER_00: We were literally speaking well.
• 51:37
SPEAKER_00: I was like, I remember when it was like 20 girls, and then I remember when it got to 30, and I was like, oh my god, 30 girls is like so many girls, like that's crazy.
• 51:47
SPEAKER_00: Now I'm like, oh my god, like the the we had 73 last year, like that's wild.
• 51:53
SPEAKER_00: So I do feel like, yeah, the the IFBB, this is I feel like this this is a start of something that they're only just gonna try and improve on and get a slightly lower number and get their prestigiousness back.
• 52:04
SPEAKER_00: Because I'm not saying it's not prestigious, but I do feel like that they want the athlete experience to be just a little bit more prestigious because it is just overflowed at the moment, and that's that's completely fine because bodybuilding's at its height, it's not a bad thing, but they're just figuring out how to manage the numbers, and that's all it comes down to.
• 52:21
SPEAKER_00: And people can be pissed off all they want, but they're only upset because it's gonna be hardest to get into the into the Olympia, which as it should be ultimately, you know.
• 52:31
SPEAKER_02: Um, there I mean there's different that I like having some sort of points because it allows some people to get into the Olympia that are very high quality, but maybe up against people in shows that they just wouldn't have beat.
• 52:44
SPEAKER_02: Like I'll use I'll use Kerrigan for example.
• 52:46
SPEAKER_02: Kerrigan has gotten now multiple top fives.
• 52:48
  SPEAKER_02: She's got a second, she's got a third, she's got a fifth.
• 52:51
SPEAKER_02: Um, but who's she losing to?
• 52:53
  SPEAKER_02: She's losing to Raina.
• 52:54
SPEAKER_02: She's she, if if this weekend, let's say she loses to Ashley Hampton, you're losing to multi-time Olympians, and that's why you're not getting your win.
• 53:02
SPEAKER_02: But because she ran enough shows and got enough second, third, fourth, and fifth, that's still high quality for the Olympia.
• 53:09
SPEAKER_02: Like you're literally losing to 11th in the world, and that's why you didn't get a win.
• 53:14
SPEAKER_02: So it's like that, those types of scenarios make sense, but the athlete longevity, um, like a lot of stuff comes into play where can you do enough shows to keep racking up the points?
• 53:24
SPEAKER_02: And that's where like health and strategy and all this type of stuff comes in, which I think is all a big factor and needs to be factored in.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_02: Um, which again is why I think that doing it in the sense of what I just said, where they just come up with a number that they think is best.
• 53:38
SPEAKER_02: I think I did I say 50, I feel like 40'd be a little bit closer to the number.
• 53:44
  SPEAKER_00: I think like 40.
• 53:46
  SPEAKER_00: I think 40 is a very good spot.
• 53:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, if you do 40, you're talking five call outs.
• 53:51
  SPEAKER_02: Like that's not crazy.
• 53:52
SPEAKER_00: No, that's not that's not crazy at all.
• 53:54
  SPEAKER_02: That's a that's a that's a big regular season pro show.
• 53:56
  SPEAKER_02: That's Wasatch this year.
• 53:57
  SPEAKER_02: Like that's not crazy.
• 53:58
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah.
• 54:00
SPEAKER_00: I do feel like yeah, and even we were speculating, and I was like, they could literally, if they wanted to, they could probably, if they wanted to be brutal with it, they could just take away the points and just say, Yep, there's no points now.
• 54:10
SPEAKER_00: Win two shows, win two shows, and like and anyone that's obviously a Miss Olympia previously before.
• 54:15
SPEAKER_00: Because if you technically think about it, there's like what 20 people that are qualified in the in the two wins.
• 54:21
SPEAKER_00: So it's like if they were to get people with just two wins, like they could cut it the number in half.
• 54:26
SPEAKER_00: Same with same with mental physique and same with wellness.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_00: So I do feel like there's gonna be I I'm excited because I do feel like on the literally on like September 1st, there's gonna be like a Tyler announcement.
• 54:38
SPEAKER_00: I can already feel it.
• 54:39
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I feel like he's going to be like, these are the new regulations for next year, because he needs to make them like soon, because there's gonna be shows like straight away.
• 54:46
SPEAKER_00: So he'll need to make the decision or like change things if there are changes.
• 54:50
SPEAKER_00: Um but there also might not be any changes, we're just speculating, you know.
• 54:54
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we like it.
• 54:54
SPEAKER_02: I do like leaving some sort of points in there because of like the Carrie Sextons, like people like that that you know are very good quality competitors that might just not get the win.
• 55:05
SPEAKER_02: But if you Yeah, Kate, Kate's one of them.
• 55:07
SPEAKER_02: If you get it, if you get that many seconds and maybe even win one show, but there's no points, like fuck, I just won a show.
• 55:16
SPEAKER_02: I got second three times, I got top five six times, like, but I didn't make the Olympia.
• 55:21
SPEAKER_02: That's still a very high quality competitor that, like in Kate's situation in Pittsburgh, she lost to all top ten at the Olympia.
• 55:30
SPEAKER_02: Like, it's the only reason she didn't she didn't win a show.
• 55:33
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then she did win a show.
• 55:34
SPEAKER_02: And so it's like it it's competitors like that where I do think there should be some points.
• 55:39
SPEAKER_02: Um, I just don't think it needs to be top 25, it just needs to be capped.
• 55:43
SPEAKER_02: It needs to be like we want four, and again, Tyler can do this every year and just narrow it down until they're happy.
• 55:49
SPEAKER_02: He can say 40 this next year, and maybe we get 29 two show winners, and then 11 people qualify on points.
• 55:57
SPEAKER_02: After after they see that, they're like, eh, 40 still might be too much.
• 56:01
SPEAKER_02: Let's do 30, and then maybe only three people make it on points.
• 56:05
SPEAKER_02: So just keep narrowing it down in that regard.
• 56:08
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, that's that's how I think would be a very good way of going about it.
• 56:11
  SPEAKER_00: So keep going.
• 56:12
SPEAKER_00: You see the points list, and you obviously are trying to just basically get to the top of the points list, that's basically all it would be.
• 56:18
SPEAKER_00: But like imagine just not knowing.
• 56:20
SPEAKER_00: Like, not know I mean, ultimately, right now, people don't know if they're gonna get qualified, but they can kind of gauge and strategize a little bit.
• 56:26
SPEAKER_00: Whereas previously, if like with that kind of like analysis, you would just wouldn't know.
• 56:31
SPEAKER_00: That would feel that feeling would feel well.
• 56:34
SPEAKER_00: It brings me back to literally 2018-2019, where I wouldn't compete on the last the last show of the season, and I'm like, okay, if this girl gets this, this, I'm going down, or this girl gets this, I'm going down.
• 56:45
SPEAKER_00: So like, let's hope no one does, and then obviously it does happen, and you're like, fuck.
• 56:49
SPEAKER_00: So it's yeah, it's kind of crazy.
• 56:52
  SPEAKER_00: But I'm I'm excited.
• 56:53
SPEAKER_00: The thing is, this is what also keeps the sport exciting.
• 56:55
SPEAKER_00: Like, for me, I'm like talking about it like I'm excited to see what they've got going on.
• 56:59
  SPEAKER_02: So I love it.
• 57:00
SPEAKER_02: I like the I like the challenge in the more competition.
• 57:03
SPEAKER_02: To me, it's it's cool that like myself and James and Jamie and Kim, like we can always talk about how many Olympians we qualified this year, but I think it's even cooler to be like, yeah, there's only 30 and we got nine of them.
• 57:18
SPEAKER_02: Like that's that's a cooler stat rather than like there's 72 and we got this many.
• 57:24
SPEAKER_02: So that's just my take on it.
• 57:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's very true.
• 57:26
  SPEAKER_00: Very true.
• 57:27
SPEAKER_00: Right, let's go through the one last final show, which is Patriots.
• 57:33
SPEAKER_00: So we've got Daria, who she's gonna be.
• 57:36
SPEAKER_01: Daria had a very good pro debut.
• 57:38
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and she obviously got um fifth place at Mel High.
• 57:42
SPEAKER_00: And then Vanessa, who Vanessa has so she's um you know Manager Matt?
• 57:51
  SPEAKER_00: Manager Matt's um partner.
• 57:53
  SPEAKER_00: So okay, awesome.
• 57:55
  SPEAKER_00: She's competed.
• 57:56
SPEAKER_00: Uh I don't know if this is her pro I think this is her pro debut, to be fair.
• 57:59
SPEAKER_00: And I think Angelica coaches her.
• 58:01
SPEAKER_00: So it'll be cool to kind of see how she looks.
• 58:04
SPEAKER_00: I feel like she looks really good at the moment.
• 58:05
SPEAKER_00: I just saw one of her front poses on Angelica's story.
• 58:08
  SPEAKER_00: So she looks fantastic.
• 58:09
SPEAKER_00: Ashley Hampton's definitely the front runner, I think, with this one.
• 58:13
SPEAKER_00: Is this her first show of the year?
• 58:16
SPEAKER_02: Uh she got um, she's got four points on the board, I think.
• 58:20
SPEAKER_02: She did a show last year, about like second or third.
• 58:22
  SPEAKER_02: This year, yes.
• 58:23
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 58:23
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 58:24
SPEAKER_02: She does have points on the board, but it's her first show of 2026, yes.
• 58:27
SPEAKER_00: Oh, she just posted 23 minutes ago.
• 58:30
SPEAKER_00: Or Team Atlas, sorry, posted 23 minutes ago.
• 58:32
  SPEAKER_00: I'm probably calling it.
• 58:34
SPEAKER_02: She switched to James recently.
• 58:36
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 58:37
  SPEAKER_02: Yep.
• 58:37
SPEAKER_02: I mean, she looks like he did clap me.
• 58:40
  SPEAKER_02: Hang on, refresh it.
• 58:40
  SPEAKER_02: Now I'm on there.
• 58:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 58:45
  SPEAKER_00: Refresh.
• 58:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, uh, she looks fantastic.
• 58:51
SPEAKER_02: This is it, it's her best look by a large margin.
• 58:55
SPEAKER_02: She she's never had this level of detail to her physique without being like, I think everyone's genetics are obviously very different when it comes to how condition can you get before you start to get striated.
• 59:07
SPEAKER_02: And Ashley is so round and bubbly that look at the detail of her physique while still this is flat without having striations and still having this much pop.
• 59:18
  SPEAKER_00: Midsection is wild.
• 59:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 59:21
SPEAKER_02: Waist is gone, like this, it's just nutty.
• 59:24
  SPEAKER_02: It's nutty.
• 59:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is.
• 59:26
SPEAKER_02: And she's an incredible poser too, so yeah, this is gonna be really cool.
• 59:30
  SPEAKER_00: Look to see.
• 59:31
SPEAKER_00: I think what is she what is she I want to see if she's got any photos from last year.
• 59:38
SPEAKER_00: Did she compete last year?
• 59:39
SPEAKER_00: She competed last year, didn't she?
• 59:40
  SPEAKER_00: Last year's Olympia.
• 59:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she did the Olympia last year.
• 59:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Olympia.
• 59:43
SPEAKER_00: Did she do Southern Muscle at one point?
• 59:45
SPEAKER_02: She won this two years ago, yeah.
• 59:46
SPEAKER_00: Okay, got you, got you.
• 59:47
SPEAKER_02: That was like a throwback.
• 59:49
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 59:50
SPEAKER_00: I always call her uh so different.
• 59:53
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 59:54
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, so different.
• 59:55
SPEAKER_02: Her posing has changed, her physique is different.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the fact that she like I always joke that I like my nickname for her is Kryptonite because she keeps a lot of people out of the Olympia.
• 1:00:04
SPEAKER_02: Just the way she she j she always starts her season late and then she goes and wins multiple shows.
• 1:00:10
SPEAKER_02: Like to the Olympia two years ago or three years ago, she hopped in San Antonio, which was like uh right at the cusp of the cutoff and kept out like four girls that had been constantly second and third place, like on the cusp of winning, she starts her season and gets a win.
• 1:00:27
SPEAKER_02: And then the next week for the following Olympia, she does Atlanta Pro and goes and wins that.
• 1:00:31
SPEAKER_02: And so it's like she she always starts her season late and just hops in and wins her shows.
• 1:00:36
SPEAKER_02: And knowing that she's done that in the past and now she looks this way is just another level.
• 1:00:42
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks really, really, really good.
• 1:00:43
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be because of season.
• 1:00:45
SPEAKER_02: I was talking with John about it, and I I told him like my uh my unbiased take is I have her and Jordan Brandon both hopping into the top 10 this year at the Olympia.
• 1:00:54
SPEAKER_00: Ooh, that would be a really good one.
• 1:00:57
SPEAKER_00: That would be a very, very good one.
• 1:00:59
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we've got Ashley, and then we've got Kerrigan, who has she posted, and I want to see if she's posted her.
• 1:01:07
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, um, her story right now.
• 1:01:09
SPEAKER_02: She she looks insane this morning.
• 1:01:11
SPEAKER_02: Probably my favorite look on her.
• 1:01:13
SPEAKER_02: Like I said, quad detail is like that down a tad like they wanted.
• 1:01:18
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna have to literally just go through her entire story.
• 1:01:20
SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is what she looked like.
• 1:01:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she has a side-by-side she put up that's better.
• 1:01:27
  SPEAKER_00: Is it this one?
• 1:01:28
SPEAKER_02: No, you can barely see it there.
• 1:01:30
  SPEAKER_02: Do we one more?
• 1:01:30
  SPEAKER_02: No, go that one.
• 1:01:32
SPEAKER_02: You can barely see it at the bottom there.
• 1:01:34
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, she um yeah, that's where she's at right now.
• 1:01:37
SPEAKER_00: She waist is like, I feel like I prefer I definitely prefer this because she just looks that tiny little bit more like not so it's not soft, but do you know what I mean?
• 1:01:47
SPEAKER_00: Where it's like it just she just looks like poppy.
• 1:01:51
SPEAKER_02: To me, I told her it's a it's the in-between of when she came out and got fifth at Toronto this year, and it was more of a harder detailed crisp look.
• 1:01:59
SPEAKER_02: And then in indie, they like loaded her front loaded like crazy into the show, and she came in much fuller and a tad bit softer.
• 1:02:06
SPEAKER_02: Now I was like, this is a very good in-between.
• 1:02:08
SPEAKER_02: You have your waist is like sunken in, your tie-ins are going crazy, but you brought down a little bit of that hardness all over it.
• 1:02:16
SPEAKER_02: I think it looks very, very good.
• 1:02:17
SPEAKER_02: I think it's right what it's right what Serge and Bill have been telling her to do.
• 1:02:21
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 1:02:22
SPEAKER_00: I thought Jess was gonna do this show, I'm not gonna lie, because she's in Vegas, so I thought she was gonna do the show.
• 1:02:28
SPEAKER_02: She had um like food poisoning or something at the beginning of the week.
• 1:02:33
SPEAKER_02: Um, and she wasn't going to do it, but she went to Vegas to go to some um like EDM thing at the sphere.
• 1:02:40
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, um, some like festival thing they had, and she sent me this flyer, and she's like, I didn't know this was next week.
• 1:02:46
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, you know, I don't recommend it just because like we know that you want to present your best and you're going up against Issa in Chicago.
• 1:02:56
SPEAKER_02: Like, why get out there in Patriots when you were just like throwing up and couldn't in like couldn't keep food down and like not your best literally going into peak week.
• 1:03:06
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:03:06
  SPEAKER_02: So it makes sense.
• 1:03:07
SPEAKER_02: Like just yeah, come out your best the following week for sure.
• 1:03:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:03:11
SPEAKER_02: But Jess did post a story that looks insane.
• 1:03:14
  SPEAKER_02: I'm excited for her.
• 1:03:15
SPEAKER_02: Oh, Rookie, yeah, Rookie moved to Vegas, so I figured she'd be on here.
• 1:03:18
  SPEAKER_02: I'm excited for her.
• 1:03:20
SPEAKER_02: I don't think she placed where like she anticipated it indie, but it was also I think her first uh her first show of the season, so I know she's looking to come up a bit more here.
• 1:03:29
SPEAKER_02: Where did she do India?
• 1:03:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she did indie.
• 1:03:30
SPEAKER_02: I think she got I think she got 10th indie.
• 1:03:34
SPEAKER_00: Okay, if I'm not mistaken.
• 1:03:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she hasn't posted for a while, so I was like, where is those things?
• 1:03:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:03:43
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's always good though.
• 1:03:44
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, okay, she's already before.
• 1:03:48
SPEAKER_00: And then the other girls are down there.
• 1:03:50
SPEAKER_00: You've got um Brian Breonna Wilson as well.
• 1:03:55
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, Bri's another one that's Bri Brie and uh Kerrigan are in the same boat with how they play.
• 1:04:00
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like they're always like a very consistent first call out, and depending on the lineup, that means they either get like third place or they get seventh place.
• 1:04:08
SPEAKER_02: So uh they both just gotta like nail that shit down, bring their absolute best, and this is the show for both of them to rack points up for sure.
• 1:04:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 100%.
• 1:04:16
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited for all of them.
• 1:04:18
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 1:04:19
SPEAKER_00: What questions have we got this week to wrap it up?
• 1:04:22
  SPEAKER_02: I sent you a couple, I believe.
• 1:04:25
SPEAKER_00: So you said you said thoughts on spectators dressing nicer for finals versus pre-judging.
• 1:04:41
SPEAKER_00: Oh what for any show?
• 1:04:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, my take on that is Olympia's the only show and Arnold are the only shows that I care about doing that for.
• 1:04:52
SPEAKER_02: Um it's funny, Jay Cutler always gives me shit whenever I see him at shows.
• 1:04:56
SPEAKER_02: He always comes up to me and like makes a comment about how I'm wearing like my basketball shorts at finals, and he's like, that's how you guys do it up in Idaho, huh?
• 1:05:04
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, damn it, Jay.
• 1:05:05
SPEAKER_02: But uh, and then I called him out last year.
• 1:05:07
SPEAKER_02: He came in some like short shorts and like a tight t-shirt, and I was like, Oh, where's the uh where's the suit today?
• 1:05:14
SPEAKER_02: Like where the dress pants.
• 1:05:16
SPEAKER_02: Um, but uh I to me I think that sometimes we get there there's that in-between.
• 1:05:22
SPEAKER_02: We get lost a lot in bodybuilding, and like to me at least, I don't know if this is just my kind of nonchalant military and firefighter background where my mindset goes to get the job done, that's all that fucking matters.
• 1:05:34
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:05:34
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I don't think anything about finals when I'm just like, I got athletes up there where like I'm pumping them up backstage, they're touching me, like tan is getting on me and shit.
• 1:05:44
  SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't I don't care about dressing up for finals.
• 1:05:48
SPEAKER_02: I'm there to deliver a result and then watch the show, and that's that.
• 1:05:51
SPEAKER_02: Now, Olympia and Arnold are a little different.
• 1:05:53
SPEAKER_02: It's the two most prestigious shows out there.
• 1:05:55
SPEAKER_02: Pittsburgh, I think, is on track for that as well, and will be one of those where I I care more about.
• 1:06:00
SPEAKER_02: That at finals, but um, it's like nothing nothing's changing from prejudging to finals.
• 1:06:05
SPEAKER_02: I'm just gonna wear what I'm wearing and I'm going.
• 1:06:07
SPEAKER_02: Um, but like Arnold and Olympics a little different, like you're literally going to an entire different venue for it that's meant to be like a whole ass, like nice theater, right?
• 1:06:15
SPEAKER_02: So that's the difference to me.
• 1:06:17
SPEAKER_00: I feel I completely agree with that.
• 1:06:19
SPEAKER_00: I think my only thing is like do honestly do what you want.
• 1:06:22
SPEAKER_00: Because some girls they want to dress up.
• 1:06:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, do what you want for sure.
• 1:06:25
  SPEAKER_00: Literally dress up.
• 1:06:26
SPEAKER_00: If you don't want to dress up, don't dress up.
• 1:06:28
  SPEAKER_00: I'm sometimes I'm sometimes very minimalistic.
• 1:06:31
SPEAKER_00: So I I really sometimes don't want I don't want to dress up nicely, I just want to go on my gym gear, I want to be comfortable.
• 1:06:37
SPEAKER_00: That's literally it, especially at these shows.
• 1:06:39
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes they're the venues are cold.
• 1:06:41
SPEAKER_00: I don't want to be in dress in heels when I'm absolutely freezing, like little things like that.
• 1:06:45
SPEAKER_00: But if you also want to dress up and you want to feel nice, dress up in vinyls.
• 1:06:49
SPEAKER_00: I do feel like sometimes, even as pros, sometimes they feel like they have to be a certain way.
• 1:06:55
SPEAKER_00: Don't feel like you have to be a certain XYZ person because you've seen XYZ do it.
• 1:07:00
SPEAKER_00: If that makes sense, I think do what feels comfortable and what feels best for you.
• 1:07:05
  SPEAKER_00: That's it, yeah.
• 1:07:06
SPEAKER_00: Um, obviously, you see so many girls.
• 1:07:09
SPEAKER_00: I know a lot of people speculate on that front on like going to check-ins and stuff.
• 1:07:13
SPEAKER_00: Do we dress up for check-ins, like as pros?
• 1:07:15
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, again, it's up to you.
• 1:07:17
SPEAKER_00: Like, if you want to go up to the person and have wear heels and a nice, nice outfit, absolutely fine, do it.
• 1:07:23
SPEAKER_00: If you literally want to wear your like comfies, that's fine.
• 1:07:26
SPEAKER_00: I've literally still got seen girls rock up, like literally bun on head, they've literally just got their spray tan done and they're picking up their number.
• 1:07:32
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 1:07:33
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was gonna get the job done.
• 1:07:34
SPEAKER_02: The check-in time for pro shows is typically anywhere from like 2 to 5 p.m.
• 1:07:38
  SPEAKER_02: on a Friday.
• 1:07:39
  SPEAKER_02: That's tanning hours.
• 1:07:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, don't stress it if you guys like don't think that you have to dress up for this.
• 1:07:45
SPEAKER_02: Like, some people will literally come in their robe from getting tanned.
• 1:07:49
SPEAKER_00: So nothing to stress about.
• 1:07:51
SPEAKER_00: Again, do what you want, do what you feel is good for you, and again, do what you want to do for enjoyment and stuff.
• 1:07:57
SPEAKER_00: Um more rewarding to go pro or get to the Olympia?
• 1:08:05
SPEAKER_00: Is there more rewarding to go pro or get to the Olympia?
• 1:08:11
  SPEAKER_00: What do you think?
• 1:08:15
SPEAKER_02: So from a coaching slash client perspective, um I I love the saddest heartwarming feeling of someone getting their pro card.
• 1:08:27
SPEAKER_02: Like, I I feel that like you're it it's tough for me.
• 1:08:31
SPEAKER_02: It's the first Olympia qualification, like any Olympia qualification is huge.
• 1:08:35
SPEAKER_02: Um, but I feel like to me, from my perspective at least, I expect you to qualify for the Olympia.
• 1:08:44
SPEAKER_02: I expect Ashley to qualify for the Olympia.
• 1:08:47
SPEAKER_02: Like, to me, I have an expectation where I'm like, yeah, it's Phoebe, like she's gonna go win two shows.
• 1:08:52
SPEAKER_02: But at the pro qualifier level, I feel like it's I don't want to say harder, but you don't know.
• 1:08:58
SPEAKER_02: Like there's an expectation at the pro level.
• 1:09:00
SPEAKER_02: I expect Maria Acosta to win, I expect you to win, I expect Ashley to win.
• 1:09:05
SPEAKER_02: Like, but at the pro qualifier level, you never fucking know who's gonna show up.
• 1:09:09
SPEAKER_02: So it's you don't know, like I I could have a very, very good athlete doing wellness, doing bikini, and be like, yeah, like this, this is pro ready, but is there gonna be someone else that day that gets the pro card?
• 1:09:20
SPEAKER_02: So I I like the feeling more.
• 1:09:22
SPEAKER_02: I feel like it's just more um, I feel like it's a a greater accomplishment in the sense of fulfillment when someone gets their pro card.
• 1:09:29
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I feel like I agree with you on that one from a from an opposing coach perspective as well.
• 1:09:34
SPEAKER_00: Like it just feels really, really fucking good when they nail their routine and they get rewarded for that.
• 1:09:39
SPEAKER_00: And it's it everyone is it's the same, even with like a pro win, for example.
• 1:09:43
SPEAKER_00: Like, even I say it's not the same for Olympia because I do feel like it is it is the same with Olympia as well, but like it is so good when like the amateurs they've been working so so so so hard in terms of like they're consistent with opposing with me, they're on the gold membership, like they're they're literally checking in, like they're very specific with things, they're like asking all the questions, and then they finally get rewarded like the pro card, it's just such a good feeling.
• 1:10:07
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like I do feel yeah, the same.
• 1:10:10
SPEAKER_00: I would say it's pro card, if I'm honest.
• 1:10:13
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, and then those are the only questions you asked this week or said over this week.
• 1:10:18
SPEAKER_00: So it was a good episode.
• 1:10:20
  SPEAKER_00: Good episode as always.
• 1:10:22
SPEAKER_02: Uh, I did get a question, guys.
• 1:10:23
SPEAKER_02: If we would talk about supplementation and super peptide or like super subs.
• 1:10:28
SPEAKER_02: No, we're not talking about that shit on here.
• 1:10:29
SPEAKER_00: No, everyone's just so everyone's so specific, like it's so specific to every individual.
• 1:10:34
SPEAKER_00: Like, there's just no point talking about it and going over it.
• 1:10:37
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we'll like later on down the line, but right now no.
• 1:10:41
SPEAKER_00: So but thank you guys.
• 1:10:43
SPEAKER_00: Thank you guys so much for listening, watching, all that type of stuff, as always.
• 1:10:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, please make sure like, subscribe, comment.
• 1:10:50
SPEAKER_00: I won't fuck up the title or the thumbnail moving forwards and going all that type of thing because I keep uploading the thing and everyone's like messaging me, like, where where's the title?
• 1:11:00
  SPEAKER_00: Where's the title?
• 1:11:00
SPEAKER_00: What's the the the podcast called?
• 1:11:02
SPEAKER_00: So that's my fault by the way.
• 1:11:04
SPEAKER_00: So I apologize about that.
• 1:11:06
SPEAKER_00: But um we will see you in the next one.
• 1:11:09
  SPEAKER_00: Hope you enjoyed.
• 1:11:10
SPEAKER_02: Katie was sleeping, I was messaging her SOS over and over.
• 1:11:12
SPEAKER_00: Literally, I was like, oh my god, please, like, I'm so sorry.
• 1:11:16
SPEAKER_00: But comment down below any questions that you guys have, and yeah, we'll see you in the next one.
