The suspect, 63-year-old Gustavo Manriquez, allegedly pulled out a gun while intoxicated, fired one shot, then threatened two others before fleeing. Police quickly apprehended him and are now treating it as a murder investigation following the victim’s death — though his name remains undisclosed.
