- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, we should be hearing from Richard holdor if
- 0:02Speaker 1: you're in a couple of minutes waiting for his call
- 0:04Speaker 1: to come in, and then we'll be talking. He's the
- 0:06Speaker 1: vice chair, just stepped down from the color of the GOP.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Britta Horn, on the other hand, we'll be talking to
- 0:11Speaker 1: us about nine thirty five. She's on another interview right now.
- 0:15Speaker 1: And I don't have a dog in this fight. I
- 0:17Speaker 1: told both of them, you know what, I just want
- 0:18Speaker 1: to win elections here in Colorado. I want the Republican
- 0:21Speaker 1: Party to be strong. I don't know the ins and
- 0:23Speaker 1: outs of all of us at whatsoever, but I want
- 0:26Speaker 1: to give both of them an opportunity to explain what
- 0:28Speaker 1: the problem is. Richard's saying the problem is Britta, and
- 0:31Speaker 1: I told her, Britta, I'm gonna have to ask you.
- 0:33Speaker 1: You know, we had two people step down. So is
- 0:35Speaker 1: the problem them or you or something else? We'll be
- 0:38Speaker 1: talking about that. David gave me this a Liberty bell
- 0:40Speaker 1: last ring on February twenty third, eighteen forty six, and
- 0:45Speaker 1: had that pre existing crack expanded significantly. It made the
- 0:49Speaker 1: bear bell irreparable and silent. They have apparently kind of
- 0:54Speaker 1: tinged it a couple of times. From time to time.
- 0:56Speaker 1: We're talking with Sheriff Michael about ice and incoporation between
- 1:00Speaker 1: them and Sheriff's law enforcement, et cetera. A new poll
- 1:04Speaker 1: finding that public support for Trump administration's immigration policies is eroding.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I got some thoughts on that, butt Fox's Tanya Powers
- 1:13Speaker 1: has got more on that as well.
- 1:14Speaker 2: The new Quinnipiac poll found that roughly six and ten
- 1:17Speaker 2: voters say they don't think the Trump administration has given
- 1:19Speaker 2: an honest account of last month's deadly shooting of Alex
- 1:22Speaker 2: Pretty by a federal agent in Minneapolis, compared to twenty
- 1:25Speaker 2: five percent who say it has. Eight and ten said
- 1:28Speaker 2: there should be an independent investigation of Pretty's shooting, which
- 1:31Speaker 2: was caught on video showing a cell phone in his
- 1:34Speaker 2: hand before he is pepper sprayed by ice agents and
- 1:36Speaker 2: pushed to the ground before being shot several times. Six
- 1:39Speaker 2: and ten voters surveyed sat the Trump administration is being
- 1:41Speaker 2: quote too harsh in its treatment of migrants who were
- 1:44Speaker 2: in the US without legal status, and fifty eight percent
- 1:47Speaker 2: say Homeland Security Secretary Christy Nome should be removed from
- 1:50Speaker 2: her job. Tanya Jay Powers, Fox News, all Right.
- 1:55Speaker 1: I can tell you that some of the eroding a
- 1:57Speaker 1: little bit does not surprise me because I've talked with people,
- 2:00Speaker 1: obviously liberals and Democrats, and you know, Trump deranged folks
- 2:04Speaker 1: are going to have an opinion. But I have talked
- 2:06Speaker 1: to some good, decent people who said, you know, this
- 2:09Speaker 1: doesn't feel right. It's not what I thought I voted for,
- 2:12Speaker 1: and they're not getting the people I thought, Well, they
- 2:14Speaker 1: aren't getting the people you wanted, that is the horrible
- 2:17Speaker 1: people as well. Apparently you were right and I was
- 2:20Speaker 1: wrong with some of these folks that you know, they
- 2:21Speaker 1: were picking up what I would call low hanging fruit,
- 2:24Speaker 1: and that is somebody who is a criminal because they
- 2:26Speaker 1: were in the country illegally, but they haven't committed a
- 2:29Speaker 1: violent crime or anything like that. As for this poll,
- 2:32Speaker 1: I can tell you that I think if people listened
- 2:34Speaker 1: to what Tom Homan had to say yesterday, they would
- 2:37Speaker 1: understand that the Trump administration border patrol, ice, homeland security,
- 2:42Speaker 1: they are pivoting it a little bit.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Now.
- 2:43Speaker 1: You can argue whether at the very beginning they should
- 2:46Speaker 1: have had this policy or this equipment cameras in particular.
- 2:49Speaker 1: You make those arguments if you'd like to, but it
- 2:51Speaker 1: is what it is, and honestly, I want an administration
- 2:54Speaker 1: that if they could do it better than they were before,
- 2:57Speaker 1: that that's what they do.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Now.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I know people out there going to say, well, no, no,
- 3:00Speaker 1: hold on, Richard, we need Trump to be accountable. He
- 3:03Speaker 1: needs to stand up there and apologize for this. And
- 3:06Speaker 1: actually we saw somebody who was interviewing JD. Vance the
- 3:09Speaker 1: other day and he was asked if he had apologized
- 3:11Speaker 1: if you know an investigation showed wrongdoing in the death
- 3:15Speaker 1: of Alex Perdy. You know what Vance's answer is, and
- 3:18Speaker 1: this is your go to answer, and that is I
- 3:20Speaker 1: don't answer hypothetical questions. He could have gone on with
- 3:24Speaker 1: that and just said, you know what, come back to
- 3:26Speaker 1: me after there's an investigation, we've got a little bit
- 3:28Speaker 1: more knowledge of it. But I'm not going to answer
- 3:30Speaker 1: hypothetical questions. They want the whole big gotcha thing and all,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and I'm not gonna do it either. I'm not sorry
- 3:36Speaker 1: that we do this and this and this. Look, this
- 3:38Speaker 1: would have been a better policy if we started. And
- 3:41Speaker 1: I've said I actually I've said that before, so I
- 3:44Speaker 1: have not lost faith on the President or in Christino,
- 3:47Speaker 1: Tom Home Border Patrol, Ice, Homeland security, none of it,
- 3:50Speaker 1: none of it, none of it, none of it. Now,
- 3:53Speaker 1: Richard Holdorf was supposed to be with us here, but
- 3:55Speaker 1: it turns out he is not able to do it.
- 3:57Speaker 1: So he's got a statement, and it says, wait, Bretta
- 4:01Speaker 1: Horn says that she's not gonna be able to make it. David,
- 4:05Speaker 1: let's do this because if you can call Richard, that's
- 4:11Speaker 1: his number.
- 4:12Speaker 4: There.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Bretta issued a statement she was going to join us
- 4:15Speaker 1: a little bit later on. And of course everybody wants
- 4:17Speaker 1: to talk to all of these people, and some people
- 4:20Speaker 1: are gonna have an attitude this way or that way.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I don't. And if you're saying, but wait, how does
- 4:26Speaker 1: it all shake out with regard to you know, people
- 4:29Speaker 1: like Dave Williams and Vicky Tonkins and all of the rest.
- 4:32Speaker 1: You know, at a certain point, I should have created
- 4:35Speaker 1: a dance card like they did, you know, at Cotillion
- 4:37Speaker 1: in the old days or something. Because wait, so Holddorf
- 4:42Speaker 1: I think he was a friend of Waite, but Williams
- 4:44Speaker 1: wanted somebody else out there to run in that district
- 4:47Speaker 1: that Greg Lopez ended up representing for a while. Or wait, wait, wait,
- 4:51Speaker 1: and it was Bobert was gonna come over and Williams
- 4:55Speaker 1: said she was a carpetbagger. All of it. I don't know,
- 5:00Speaker 1: but I can tell you this. I've heard good things
- 5:03Speaker 1: about Richard Holdorf, and I've heard good things as well.
- 5:06Speaker 1: When Britta Horn took the ropes there and started, I
- 5:10Speaker 1: heard good things about her as well. Like I said,
- 5:12Speaker 1: I don't know a dog in this fight, Richard, Welcome aboard.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I just want to win elections in Colorado. I think
- 5:18Speaker 1: it's very big news because if this was just the
- 5:21Speaker 1: first person who had stepped down, that'd be one thing.
- 5:23Speaker 1: But you're not the first vice chair to take a
- 5:26Speaker 1: pass on this. Give our listeners and some of the
- 5:29Speaker 1: people that you've been representing, of course out there as
- 5:32Speaker 1: an elected official, but here as a vice chair, give
- 5:34Speaker 1: them an update and while you're doing what you're doing.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Welcome aboard, Richard.
- 5:39Speaker 5: Well, Richard, thanks for inviting me. And I want you
- 5:42Speaker 5: to know that I'm a straight shooter, and I don't
- 5:46Speaker 5: mix words, and I don't try to tiptoe around issues
- 5:49Speaker 5: and subjects.
- 5:50Speaker 3: I never have and I never will. And and I've
- 5:55Speaker 3: been very devoted to Colorado and Colorado Republicans and serving
- 6:00Speaker 3: Eastern Colorado and our rural way of life which is
- 6:03Speaker 3: getting attacked and eroded every year under the current administration.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Now you want to talk about my decision to depart
- 6:11Speaker 3: the state Party, and I want to win.
- 6:15Speaker 5: I want Republicans to win. I want us to be
- 6:17Speaker 5: a winning team.
- 6:19Speaker 3: But my friend, we cannot be a winning team if
- 6:22Speaker 3: we continue to be disunified and divided. We cannot win
- 6:29Speaker 3: if we don't try to build a Republican brand that
- 6:32Speaker 3: all of Colorado accepts and embraces. We cannot win if
- 6:40Speaker 3: we do not understand the shifting sands of the Colorado demographic,
- 6:45Speaker 3: which is now a hugely unaffiliated state that is sick
- 6:49Speaker 3: of both Democrat and radical left policy and sick of
- 6:53Speaker 3: far right, radical super turbocharged MAGA sensationalism in Colorado.
- 7:03Speaker 5: Colorado did not what Trump didn't win Colorado. And I
- 7:05Speaker 5: try to tell people, if we're going to win in Colorado,
- 7:08Speaker 5: we have to reach out to the unaffiliated.
- 7:10Speaker 3: I worked very hard with an outreach program and try
- 7:13Speaker 3: to develop strategic plans.
- 7:15Speaker 5: To address that matter. As the vice chair, I worked
- 7:19Speaker 5: on several initiatives.
- 7:21Speaker 3: I worked on implementing artificial intelligence in campaign strategies for
- 7:25Speaker 3: both candidates and the state Party.
- 7:27Speaker 5: For four months I worked on this initiative.
- 7:31Speaker 3: I worked on guiding and trying to give wise counsel
- 7:34Speaker 3: to our chairwoman, Bretta Horne.
- 7:36Speaker 5: I don't list dislike Britta.
- 7:39Speaker 3: Britta does not make the best decisions, and she listens
- 7:43Speaker 3: to lawyers way too much than her leadership team, full stop.
- 7:48Speaker 3: And if you don't believe me, look at the legal
- 7:51Speaker 3: fees in the latest FEC reporting. I ran an initiative
- 7:55Speaker 3: to unify, to build bridges, to mend fenses. I had
- 8:00Speaker 3: created an opportunity for all of the factions to get
- 8:03Speaker 3: together in a round table.
- 8:04Speaker 5: No lawyers invited. Stay home, we don't.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Need your seven eight hundred dollars an hour feet and
- 8:10Speaker 3: we'll figure this out as good Republicans without lawyers involved,
- 8:16Speaker 3: and we will find a pathway forward.
- 8:18Speaker 5: My friend, I was unable to do that.
- 8:21Speaker 3: And I've had a lot of leadership opportunities, both in
- 8:23Speaker 3: the military and politics, and I've succeeded in many of them.
- 8:28Speaker 3: But I am unable to succeed in this capacity. And
- 8:32Speaker 3: I am doing nothing but beating my head against a
- 8:34Speaker 3: brick wall, and I get a headache and I'm just
- 8:36Speaker 3: over it.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm over it, my friend, Richard, I have.
- 8:39Speaker 5: I'm gonna have to find someone else to do this
- 8:41Speaker 5: because I can't do it working with Britta.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I love straight shooters. That's one of the things
- 8:46Speaker 1: that Trump appeals to me about. And what you see
- 8:49Speaker 1: is what you get, so that you know, I had
- 8:52Speaker 1: tried to arrange after I had you booked here to
- 8:55Speaker 1: see if I could get Britta's take on that. Originally
- 8:57Speaker 1: she said she was going to and then she said, actually,
- 9:00Speaker 1: he's got something else. She just issued a statement. Here's
- 9:02Speaker 1: what it says. I accepted mister Holdor's resignation. We recognize
- 9:06Speaker 1: that the skill set's required for volunteer political work differs
- 9:10Speaker 1: significantly from those in the election government sector, in that
- 9:14Speaker 1: this position was not the right fit. We wish him
- 9:17Speaker 1: the best of luck. Is it a matter of not
- 9:20Speaker 1: the right fit or is it it sounds like it's
- 9:22Speaker 1: a lot bigger than that.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Well, it's her perception. She has different plans and ideas.
- 9:31Speaker 3: She's following the drumbeat of a different drummer or drummers.
- 9:36Speaker 5: You know. I got my master's degree, my second.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Master's degree in strategic studies from the United States Army
- 9:41Speaker 4: Waar College after a long military career, and I thought
- 9:47Speaker 4: that if I could and get people to listen to
- 9:49Speaker 4: a strategic vision that followed some military parallels, looking at strategic, operational,
- 9:55Speaker 4: and tactical levels, and work towards addressing the ma that
- 10:00Speaker 4: make Coloradoan's win, that the top leadership would listen and
- 10:04Speaker 4: we could find a.
- 10:05Speaker 3: Chart and pathway forward. I wanted us to build a
- 10:08Speaker 3: robust strategic plan. I want us to work and liaison
- 10:13Speaker 3: with our legislative officials so we can help them win
- 10:16Speaker 3: both in the state Senate and the State House. With
- 10:18Speaker 3: the state wide election running, we.
- 10:21Speaker 5: Want it also help those candidates.
- 10:23Speaker 1: We have been very on.
- 10:24Speaker 5: We have not raised money.
- 10:26Speaker 3: Because we have too many legal obligations, and nobody wants
- 10:29Speaker 3: to just give money to lawyers.
- 10:31Speaker 5: I don't.
- 10:33Speaker 3: I don't want to just give money to the state
- 10:34Speaker 3: Party and watch it turn right around and go into
- 10:36Speaker 3: Steve Flander's pocket, or any other lawyer for that matter.
- 10:39Speaker 3: I'm not interested in that. I want to help Republicans win.
- 10:43Speaker 3: The Republicans have to win when Republican candidates have the
- 10:46Speaker 3: resources to run robust campaigns, and we're not going to
- 10:49Speaker 3: be able to do that.
- 10:50Speaker 5: Britta say what she wants, but I am.
- 10:52Speaker 3: A perfect fit for a strategic operation in this state
- 10:57Speaker 3: politically if people want to listen.
- 11:00Speaker 5: And follow some basic tenants. But people don't, and I
- 11:04Speaker 5: don't need to mention those names.
- 11:06Speaker 1: You know, the phone service is getting a little bit
- 11:08Speaker 1: sketchy here. Hopefully we can get you for this. Otherwise
- 11:10Speaker 1: we'll have you back another time to talk about this,
- 11:12Speaker 1: because this is not the last time it'll be on
- 11:14Speaker 1: the show. You're not gonna be surprised to know that
- 11:16Speaker 1: I got thousands and thousands of Republicans, but they come
- 11:18Speaker 1: in all kinds. I absolutely Dick Wadhams never Trumper's over here.
- 11:23Speaker 1: You have some Trump arranged Republicans here, you have some
- 11:26Speaker 1: more unaffiliated folks here. You have the Dave Williams camp
- 11:29Speaker 1: over here, the Vicky Tonkins camp over here. Horn. I mean,
- 11:32Speaker 1: they're all these different very I don't I gotta tell
- 11:34Speaker 1: you you're better man than me, because I don't even
- 11:37Speaker 1: know where i'd begin to try to bring all of
- 11:39Speaker 1: that together, to get people to work on campaigns, to
- 11:41Speaker 1: write checks. I don't know how the hell we're gonna
- 11:43Speaker 1: win statewide elections unless we've got big money. Everybody complained
- 11:47Speaker 1: about the amount of money that Crank needed to win.
- 11:49Speaker 1: But that's what you have to do in Colorado, especially
- 11:51Speaker 1: we're not a red state anymore. But Richard Holder, before
- 11:54Speaker 1: I let you go, what would you say to all
- 11:55Speaker 1: of those various Vicky Tonkins types, save Williams types, never
- 11:59Speaker 1: Trump types, and all of the folks in between, what
- 12:01Speaker 1: advice would you have for them?
- 12:05Speaker 3: The advice I would give to everybody in our loves
- 12:08Speaker 3: Republican family is we have to sit around the table
- 12:12Speaker 3: or sit around the tent, smoke the.
- 12:14Speaker 5: Piece pipe, and we have to figure out.
- 12:16Speaker 3: How we can get along in the short term in
- 12:19Speaker 3: the election cycles, and how we can work together and
- 12:22Speaker 3: super elevate Republican candidates. We also have to talk realistically
- 12:27Speaker 3: about a platform that's a winning platform. The far right,
- 12:31Speaker 3: the El Paso County evangelical rights, that message doesn't win
- 12:37Speaker 3: in about over sixty percent of the counties in Colorado,
- 12:40Speaker 3: particularly the ones that matter in the front range. We
- 12:43Speaker 3: have to understand that we have to have some tolerance,
- 12:46Speaker 3: some acceptance, and we have to give some grace to
- 12:50Speaker 3: the differences so we can come together and find what
- 12:53Speaker 3: brings us together and what the commonalities we have, and
- 12:56Speaker 3: let's build out for those, and then let's appeal to
- 12:58Speaker 3: the Colorado electric which you're unaffiliated and more Democrats than Republicans.
- 13:03Speaker 3: The far right Republican base does not win Colorado elections
- 13:07Speaker 3: for Republican period, full stop, except in a very few
- 13:11Speaker 3: counties out in eastern Colorado that I represent that are
- 13:15Speaker 3: still Republican and red. But the ones that matter are not.
- 13:19Speaker 3: And we have to listen and we have to work
- 13:21Speaker 3: together and stop infighting. Nobody wants to give money to
- 13:25Speaker 3: a dysfunctional family. I'm sorry, but I have left the house.
- 13:30Speaker 3: I'm not in gonna set in his house anymore and
- 13:32Speaker 3: do this. I'm gonna do something else where I can
- 13:35Speaker 3: find my services and I can serve the Colorado citizenry
- 13:39Speaker 3: and Republican Party better. And that's in my home county.
- 13:42Speaker 3: I'm gonna run for county commissioner in my home county
- 13:46Speaker 3: at the grassroots level. But we have to get this together.
- 13:49Speaker 3: And I have talked myself Blue, I have stayed up late,
- 13:53Speaker 3: thousands of hours.
- 13:54Speaker 5: I've invested in this, and I've gotten.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I haven't even gotten past the thirty yard.
- 13:57Speaker 5: Line on the football field, and that's on my in
- 14:00Speaker 5: the field.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Well, and if we can't get in the red zone
- 14:03Speaker 3: with what I'm preaching, we are not going to be
- 14:05Speaker 3: successful and we will continue to be run by Democrats period.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Richard, I'm gonna let you go. I've got to take
- 14:12Speaker 1: a break here, but I want you to know something,
- 14:13Speaker 1: because I know there's gonna be some people out there
- 14:15Speaker 1: that are listening to you and they're angered. They want
- 14:18Speaker 1: We don't need to be appealing to anybody. If we
- 14:20Speaker 1: just get the right Republicans who stand by this and
- 14:22Speaker 1: this and this, we're gonna be fine. And I've said
- 14:25Speaker 1: electability is my main thing. It doesn't there're candidates out there.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I guarantee you, Richard, I could find a candidate who
- 14:31Speaker 1: I agreed with on each and everything, but I would
- 14:34Speaker 1: also tell you that that candidate could never win in Colorado.
- 14:37Speaker 1: And it does you no good to be on the
- 14:39Speaker 1: outside looking in. So do you have to, you know,
- 14:42Speaker 1: chill a little bit about this and this, and then
- 14:43Speaker 1: get people up in the legislature and some of the
- 14:45Speaker 1: statewide positions, and now you can start doing your thing
- 14:48Speaker 1: convincing people that we need more law and order and
- 14:51Speaker 1: all of the rest. That's how I look at it.
- 14:53Speaker 1: So I think we may be very close to being
- 14:54Speaker 1: on the same page.
- 14:55Speaker 4: Here.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I want to thank you for what you did in
- 14:57Speaker 1: the time that you were there. I'm running way behind it.
- 15:00Speaker 1: If you've got a final thought, I'll take it.
- 15:03Speaker 5: Richard.
- 15:04Speaker 3: I want to tell people to listen to you, because
- 15:07Speaker 3: I've sat in those seats. I've been in the minority.
- 15:09Speaker 3: I've been on the front lines getting the hell beat
- 15:11Speaker 3: out of us by progressive left, radical communist socialist Democrats
- 15:16Speaker 3: because we're out numbered. If we don't have the seats,
- 15:19Speaker 3: if you don't have the majority and the levers of power,
- 15:22Speaker 3: you are wallpaper Colorado, and you're gonna get walked all over.
- 15:27Speaker 3: And you can spend all the economic, political, and energy
- 15:31Speaker 3: capital you have, and you can preach, and you can
- 15:34Speaker 3: beat your chest and you can ravel rouse all you want,
- 15:37Speaker 3: but when it comes down to brass tacks, if you're
- 15:39Speaker 3: not in the seats, casting the votes, and winning those votes,
- 15:43Speaker 3: you lose Colorado.
- 15:45Speaker 5: I don't want Republicans to be losers.
- 15:48Speaker 3: One of the reasons I'm stecking them away is because
- 15:50Speaker 3: I'm getting so frustrated and so unhappy with our direction
- 15:56Speaker 3: and the lack of strategic vision to see this just
- 15:59Speaker 3: like you see it within our leaders.
- 16:01Speaker 5: In the Republican Party that I'm just at.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Within, at within, So everybody needs to pick up this mantra.
- 16:09Speaker 3: We need to move forward and say enough's enough, enough's enough.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Let's go win by being winners and working together. And
- 16:16Speaker 3: thank you for your time, and I appreciate the opportunity
- 16:19Speaker 3: to be with you.
- 16:20Speaker 5: All things aside, we've all made mistakes in our lives.
- 16:23Speaker 5: We learn from them.
- 16:24Speaker 3: But by God, if we can't learn and go in
- 16:26Speaker 3: a positive direction, then we will be failures forever.
- 16:30Speaker 1: God bless you, Richard, Thank you for joining us here today.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Let's take a break. I will just say he's not
- 16:36Speaker 1: like a friend or anything. He's been on a show
- 16:38Speaker 1: several times. Britta has as well, Dave Williams has I
- 16:41Speaker 1: mean all of the day, Watum, I mean, Dick Wadhams
- 16:45Speaker 1: as well. I've had all kinds of Republicans here, and
- 16:48Speaker 1: what I told him in terms of I don't know
- 16:50Speaker 1: how I would even try to begin to do all
- 16:53Speaker 1: of this. Did you just say, by guns, be bygones,
- 16:55Speaker 1: everybody forget about what happened in the past. Well, you
- 16:58Speaker 1: know that means that we were left with some financial
- 17:00Speaker 1: trouble and we need to live. I mean, that's why
- 17:02Speaker 1: I couldn't. That's why I couldn't do your thoughts on
- 17:04Speaker 1: this though, I'll take them seven one, nine, seven five,
- 17:06Speaker 1: there were seven four zero. We'll take a short break.
- 17:09Speaker 1: When we come back, we're gonna talk a little bit
- 17:11Speaker 1: more about prayer. I'll give you Britta Horne's statement again
- 17:13Speaker 1: because she had to cancel the interview. And then we're
- 17:16Speaker 1: gonna talk a little bit about Billie Eilish. Remember she
- 17:19Speaker 1: was at the Grammys, and she's young singer and everything,
- 17:21Speaker 1: very very popular. She bought like a two million, three
- 17:24Speaker 1: million dollar ranch when she was seventeen, that's how popular
- 17:28Speaker 1: she was. But of course she's at the Grammys and
- 17:31Speaker 1: it's f ice and then it's we're all on stolen land.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Get ready to smile because that we're all on stolen
- 17:39Speaker 1: I've heard that so many damn times. I heard that
- 17:40Speaker 1: graduations up there at CSU. It angered me the very beginning.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Before we have the graduation, we should acknowledge that we
- 17:47Speaker 1: are on land from and they named some Native American truck.
- 17:50Speaker 1: They don't know what the hell they're talking about. I mean,
- 17:52Speaker 1: if you were to talk about color springs and I'll
- 17:54Speaker 1: pass the count, you understand, you'd have to go through
- 17:56Speaker 1: like ten different Native American tribes who fought each other
- 18:00Speaker 1: and had this territory for a while, in that territory.
- 18:02Speaker 3: For a while.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Now, what are you gonna do. You're gonna give it
- 18:04Speaker 1: to the one who had it last before the white man,
- 18:06Speaker 1: or the one who had it originally before another Native
- 18:09Speaker 1: American group took them over. But Billie Eilish is now
- 18:12Speaker 1: getting sued or going to be sued by the Native
- 18:15Speaker 1: Americans who say, yeah, her mansion is on our land.
- 18:17Speaker 1: And guess what our attorney said, Shardy admitted it's stolen land.
- 18:22Speaker 1: I told you to get ready to smile, all right,
- 18:24Speaker 1: short break back after this
