Colombaia has 4 hectares of vineyards, exposed to the southwest, with a house and cellar. The soil is clay/calcar full of fossils shells. Dante and Helena work the vineyard like it were a big garden, the biodynamic method allowed them to work in active perception, following the rhythms of nature, helping vines reach the mineral elements found in the soil.
