  It's morning Sunday morning here at final bout.

  It's the second day we're going to do our little open driving.

  I think I believe that there's a single tandem competition today

  That is a fun one. Just cause singles tandems when

  it's when it's against teams, I think it's a little bit more,

  not more exciting, but it's a little bit more you see what

  that driver has, what they have to offer and you're just like,

  holy crap, like that person really wheels like crazy.

  But yeah, that's what we're going to do today.

  But we thought we would kick off one of these cold starts

  beforehand. The cold starts going to be

  really just a place for me to outlet what I'm up to without

  I was pretending that Frankie was in the background watching

  So final bout and it's results and our experience.

  I was talking with Josh that we were just like, dude, Animal

  And we just had like this funny conversation.

  And the whole time I'm just cracking jokes.

  We're laughing. I had to make a comment about

  it. He he was quite literally

  looking at like, I'm the way I'm looking down at this mic.

  He's just like, yeah, man, like I, I, I know I've heard of the

  pod like I was, I was so gassed when he said that.

  And that this felt weird for me to tell the person that

  everybody knows that those early animal style videos, they they

  influenced a generation. And it's really cool to to just
• 2:44
  meet the person who like was a part of making that happen, you
• 2:49
  know, or well, not part of it, but probably one of the
• 2:51
  responsible people for that happening.

  It was the most exciting driving and just viewing extravaganza

  we've I've had personally in a while.

  We're sitting there, the sun and the weather was perfect, just

  like it was last year. And the top 4 was those three
• 3:17
  animal style proceed Front Street.

  And the fourth was, I believe it was a good feeling in I don't

  care who it was actually, because in my mind that 4 right
• 3:28
  there, in fact, a bunch of other teams too, because while we were
• 3:32
  watching, me and James, James carper from carshop, karoshi and
• 3:35
  LSP polishing were just watching it, right?

  He looks over at me midday mid competition rounds and he's just
• 3:45
  like, So what do you got? What do we got here?

  1 James, what, what business did we have giving our input to this

  judging aspect of the competition?

  But the whole time we're talking, we'll, we'll have a

  guess on what the top four or, or at least who we thought was
• 4:08
  going to have a opportunity to compete for first.

  And then and then somebody would come by and do a crazy run and
• 4:15
  I'll be like, OK, well, that messed the whole thing up.

  And now we have no idea where people are going to be in terms
• 4:22
  of standings. But holy crap, that was so fun.

  Actually, man, the final night experience was really just fun.

  And it looked like, now I know some of you guys are going to be
• 4:34
  like, oh, he is fun everywhere he goes.

  But I looked around a bunch because again, now I stopped
• 4:41
  taking photos. Like I was taking photos the
• 4:43
  whole trip and I get to find about immediately stop taking
• 4:47
  photos. Like, but I, I looked around and
• 4:51
  saw a bunch of people just having fun, like fucking talking
• 4:56
  with their friends and laughing and stuff.

  Like, I don't know, it's just it was very, very reminiscent of a
• 5:02
  of a vibe and a feeling that was older, not older, but like a
• 5:08
  more chill time. Like everyone was there really
• 5:11
  to have a good time and even leading up to the the day of the
• 5:17
  final ballot, like the pre meets the the party at Lee's house
• 5:22
  that we were able to go to shout out, shout out to Lee for having
• 5:25
  us over his house and and Chop for welcome, welcoming us to
• 5:29
  their shop, Eric's auto lab entertainment for having us
• 5:33
  being in his garage, Mike being in his garage.
• 5:35
  Like a bunch of people had opened their doors and their
• 5:38
  personal areas for us to be there and have conversations
• 5:41
  with them. And I really cannot be more
• 5:44
  thankful for that. So many of y'all came up to the
• 5:46
  booth and, and even just when I'm walking around like I'll be,
• 5:50
  I'll be standing somewhere. And I'm, if you see me and I'm
• 5:55
  standing somewhere and please don't ever be scared to talk to
• 5:57
  me. But I, I'm always just fucking

  La La Land type of stuff. But yeah, I'll be standing there

  and somebody will come up to me and, and go, hey, are you Carl?

  And I'm at 1:00 one always ask who's asking.
