at the same. Time that the.
• 6:25
Bitcoin conventions going on. And we like to refer to
• 6:29
ourselves. As baby Bitcoin OK big news in
• 6:33
the world of. Crypto yesterday 2 pieces.
• 6:35
Of big, major news. The world of crypto.
• 6:38
  Is changing. This is incredible.
• 6:41
We're going to go. To the first one, the big
• 6:43
investment company in the United States.
• 6:45
Massive. I mean, if you're not in the US,
• 6:48
you may not have heard of them, but it's called Vanguard.
• 6:50
They are one of the. Biggest companies?
• 6:52
That people have their. Four O 1 KS with their
• 6:55
investments with it's traditionally been known as
• 6:58
being one of the more conservative and also one of
• 7:01
  the. Most cost effective?
• 7:03
Ways for people in the United States to save their money.
• 7:05
They came out. With some massive news.
• 7:08
Yesterday about crypto. Let's go out and take a look at
• 7:11
what they had to say. And.
• 7:14
There's hope walks. Here we go.
• 7:16
This came from the Bowl Theory Vanguard.
• 7:20
Just gave crypto access. To its entire. 11 trillion.
• 7:25
Dollar Portfolio Vanguard The. Firm managing 11 trillion and
• 7:30
serving. 50 million plus investors has officially
• 7:34
reversed its stance and will now.
• 7:36
Allow clients to trade. Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and
• 7:41
  Solana. Why do they?
• 7:43
Always put Solana last ETFs starting today.
• 7:46
This is the same. Vanguard that.
• 7:48
Spent years saying quote. Crypto does not belong in a long
• 7:53
term portfolio. I just thought about this.
• 7:56
Vanguard was a year. Behind me.
• 7:57
Because as you know. I spent years.
• 8:00
Saying I didn't believe in crypto.
• 8:02
I was. Leery of crypto, all that Great.
• 8:04
Stuff but on December 16th, 2020. 4 The day that.
• 8:08
Unicorn Fartus was born. That all changed.
• 8:10
And then purple and the same. Vanguard that made one thing
• 8:14
very clear in. Early 2024, I'm going to tell
• 8:17
you the reason why this is important.
• 8:19
Investors will not. Get access to Bitcoin and crypto
• 8:22
through us, but starting today. Vanguard has opened the door for
• 8:28
  all. Clients, including institutions.
• 8:30
To buy regulated spot crypto ETS from BlackRock, Fidelity,
• 8:35
Grayscale. Vanek bitwise and others and
• 8:39
here's the graphic below. You can go out and read all.
• 8:41
  That if you want. But.
• 8:43
This is how it started. This was a.
• 8:44
Headline from January of 2024 Vanguard won't offer spot
• 8:50
Bitcoin, ETF says. High volatility is bad.
• 8:53
For generating long term returns versus.
• 8:55
Yesterday or December 1st? Vanguard clients can now trade
• 9:00
funds holding crypto like Bitcoin, XRP, Solana starting
• 9:04
  this week from Bloomberg. Why?
• 9:07
Is this a big deal? Right.
• 9:08
And there's another one. We got another one to cover as
• 9:11
well, Bank of America. But guys, this brings.
• 9:14
The trad by this. Brings the boomers.
• 9:16
This gives them access. To crypto and Vanguard is
• 9:21
considered to be. Vanguard won't even let me buy
• 9:24
  junior. Gold and silver mining.
• 9:26
Stocks out of Canada like 3. Years ago they said we no longer
• 9:30
  allow. You.
• 9:31
To buy or sell these stocks, I mean they are like Uber
• 9:34
  conservative. So now them.
• 9:36
Saying yes, we're going to. Allow our clients, our
• 9:39
  customers. 50. Million of them.
• 9:42
To buy crypto, that's a huge, huge.
• 9:45
Deal. That brings That's the entry
• 9:48
door. For some for new people to come
• 9:51
  into. Crypto, but there's more.
• 9:52
Right. Then we get this from bank, so
• 9:54
that's one of the biggest 50. Million customer financial
• 9:57
institutions. But then we get this.
• 9:59
From Bank of America, this came from coin.
• 10:02
Market cap Bank of. America reverses its crypto.
• 10:06
Stance Bank of America is telling its wealth.
• 10:09
Clients to put. Now 1 to 4.
• 10:11
Percent of their portfolios into crypto starting January. 5th.
• 10:16
Of next year over. 15,000 Advisors who were previously.
• 10:20
  Banned from recommending digital.
• 10:22
Assets can now pitch. Bitcoin ETS to their.
• 10:26
  Wealthiest clients? The bank.
• 10:27
Will cover for Bitcoin ETS. Black rocks, I bet Fidelity's
• 10:32
FBTC bitwise bit B. And grayscale's.
• 10:35
Bitcoin mini trust what? Triggered a sudden shift.
• 10:39
Inside these major banks. OK, guys.
• 10:42
  This is a big. Deal.
• 10:44
OK, this isn't, this isn't some guy in his basement in the
• 10:47
Midwest talking about crypto. This is Vanguard Investments.
• 10:53
  This is. Bank of America.
• 10:55
Two of the biggest. Financial in Stradfi Tradfi
• 11:00
institutions in the world now changing their stance on.
• 11:06
  Crypto. It's important because this
• 11:09
brings new eyeballs, new people into crypto.
• 11:13
It's. Also a stamp of approval for
• 11:17
crypto. Now look, we know the facts.
• 11:19
Think about this right now. This is exciting.
• 11:22
You want to get excited? Let's get excited.
• 11:24
  Only 7%? Last I heard 8%, even if it's
• 11:28
10% of the people in the world own.
• 11:31
Crypto. That means 9 out of 10 people
• 11:35
don't own crypto. You don't have to be a.
• 11:37
MIT math major. To figure that.
• 11:39
Out nine out of 10 people, right?
• 11:42
If, if, if. We go from think about this,
• 11:45
  this. Is called the law.
• 11:46
Of small numbers, we're going to be we're going to be
• 11:48
conservative. OK, if one out of 10.
• 11:50
People own crypto now. And that goes to two out of 10
• 11:55
  people. Guess what?
• 11:57
That's double the amount of people.
• 11:59
That's double the the. Amount of money that's like
• 12:02
double mint gum you're. Probably too young to remember
• 12:05
that commercial, but that's a big, big thing if it goes from
• 12:09
from 10% of. People to, let's say. 40% right,
• 12:13
  that's. From going from.
• 12:15
One out of 10. To 4 out of 10.
• 12:17
People, that's 4. Times the amount of money, OK.
• 12:21
And and that's called crypto adoption.
• 12:24
What were we talking about the other day?
• 12:25
We were talking, we were on the. Spaces.
• 12:27
Yesterday I told the story right like people.
• 12:30
There was. Amazon adoption I buy everything
• 12:32
on Amazon now I. Don't want to drive?
• 12:34
I don't want to put miles on my car.
• 12:36
And waste gasoline, right? Everybody buys stuff on Amazon
• 12:39
  all. Over the world.
• 12:41
I remember distinctly 15. Years ago, the 1st.
• 12:45
Time that I bought. Something on Amazon?
• 12:47
I think it was actually a tripod.
• 12:49
For a Sony videotape. That's how old I am.
• 12:52
A little Sony videotape handycam before this happened.
• 12:56
This revolution. Anyway, I remember buying.
• 12:59
Like my? First thing on Amazon and being
• 13:01
like oh, I wonder if I. Just got scammed.
• 13:03
  I was. I really didn't think that.
• 13:05
I really was like I was. Following the emails, I thought,
• 13:08
is this really going to show up? That's where we are with.
• 13:11
Crypto, right? Right now, we're going to talk
• 13:12
more about crypto evolution in a little.
• 13:14
Bit and why I'm. Super excited a little.
• 13:17
Angry, but also super. Excited about the prospects?
• 13:23
  Now, everybody uses Amazon, right?
• 13:25
Everybody. And it's going to be the same
• 13:27
way. You can look at e-mail, you can
• 13:29
look at cell phones, you can look at any host.
• 13:32
Of new technologies. The Internet in general, right?
• 13:36
All these different things, none of them are.
• 13:38
Going to be exactly. The same.
• 13:40
But adoption rates for. Crypto will go up.
• 13:42
And that will benefit UFD and I'm going to tell you why in
• 13:45
just a little bit. But let's first.
• 13:47
  Look at some website. Data.
• 13:48
That came out yesterday from our friend.
• 13:50
  Exit. He's a key.
• 13:51
Community Member who's been. Working tirelessly on our.
• 13:55
Project and I was very encouraged by this.
• 13:58
Put this out yesterday. Our official Unicorn fart.
• 14:01
Dust website 2 dot O has been up for just.
• 14:04
Over a month. How have we fared in that time
• 14:07
  over the? Last 30 days.
• 14:09
We have. 194,000 Site request. 13,500 unique visitors and WOW
• 14:19
have expanded our reach. Substantially site visits from
• 14:23
  all. But dark Gray areas.
• 14:25
On the map. So oh wow, look at that.
• 14:28
Wow. So we've had people visit our
• 14:30
site. Nobody from green Is that
• 14:32
Greenland? I think that's Greenland, that
• 14:36
  giant piece of. Land.
• 14:38
What is that up there? Hold on.
• 14:39
  I'm. I'm.
• 14:41
  I think this is. Greenland.
• 14:43
Come on, Greenlanders. But I think.
• 14:45
All the people live right here. One time I was with my friend
• 14:48
Little Ricky and we were flying from Saint Louis.
• 14:51
To Ireland. And something happened to the
• 14:54
plane and we stopped in Greenland.
• 14:56
  I've actually, I think that's Greenland.
• 14:57
Anyway, that's not what this. Is about.
• 14:59
This is. About people from all.
• 15:01
Over the world look. At that map, right?
• 15:03
All but the dark so parts of Africa, but we're.
• 15:06
Growing in Africa? Parts of probably.
• 15:09
  I don't know what. Countries.
• 15:10
These are those. So be it.
• 15:12
East black countries, I don't know what.
• 15:15
  Anyway. All over the world.
• 15:17
  Look at South. America.
• 15:19
Wow, that's incredible. I guess the blue, the bright
• 15:22
blue would be where the most of the sites have occurred.
• 15:25
In the United States, but very encouraging and thank you.
• 15:30
Exit for all your. Work on the.
• 15:32
Website and also everything. Else you know what?
• 15:36

• 15:52
Super smart guy and someone who's been dedicating.
• 15:56
Immense amounts of his time and talents.
• 15:59
Towards helping the project and that's.
• 16:01
  What? This is all.
• 16:02
About right this foundation that we are building.
• 16:05
The systems. That we are building the
• 16:08
community that we are building, and that only happens because of
• 16:12
  people. Like you.

Secure Ledger ecosystem. Be sure to check them out.
• 17:45
And we talked about more and more we.
• 17:47
Talked about. People coming into crypto, well,
• 17:49
  nobody. Does that better?
• 17:51
Than moon. Pay they brought me into crypto
• 17:53
right? You want to thank somebody for
• 17:57
for for Unicorn fart dust and for me being in crypto.
• 18:00
  You can thank Moon. Pay.
• 18:01
They were my. Very first ever my maiden voyage
• 18:06
into crypto. My entry door into crypto.
• 18:09
So it's. Not just me, it's millions of
• 18:10
  people. All around the world.
• 18:12
  That they help. On ramp.
• 18:14
Right from Fiat into. Crypto and they're doing much,
• 18:18
much, much more. Hard to keep up with their.
• 18:21
Growth and innovation Ivan Keith Grossman at Moon Pay are doing.
• 18:26
An incredible job. And they got one of the best
• 18:29
social media teams out there as well.
• 18:31
  Everybody's starting to recognize that.
• 18:33
  But thank. You moon pay.
• 18:34
Thank you, Ledger. For the sponsorship and on that
• 18:37
  note. Let's make crypto simple.
• 18:42
Look guys, here's what I see. Happening.
• 18:44
You ready? To see the future, the future of
• 18:47
crypto. Is going to be much.
• 18:50
  Easier, right? And much.
• 18:52
  Safer, right? And it's going.
• 18:54
  To bring. More and more.
• 18:55
  People into crypto. And that's.
• 18:57
Where things are moving OK now when that happens, that's going
• 19:02
to be. So great for our project UFD.
• 19:06
Because we have been within the meme coin sector.
• 19:08
  Right, we have. Proven ourselves.
• 19:10
And we will continue. To prove.
• 19:13
To the meme coin sector and the entire crypto.
• 19:16
World right that we. Are a safe.
• 19:18
And reliable project right now, it's cumbersome.
• 19:22
It's a little cumbersome for people to get into crypto.
• 19:24
You know that I know that, right?
• 19:26
And then when they get into crypto?
• 19:28
There's a lot of pitfalls that they have to deal with.
• 19:30
That's going to. Become smoother and smoother.
• 19:33
  More. And more people will.
• 19:35
Come in and people like fun. All right.
• 19:37
And that's. What we are somebody.
• 19:39
Brought that up to me yesterday like this is a fun project.
• 19:42
We are fun. But we're also safe and
• 19:45
  reliable. And.
• 19:47
One of our secret. Weapons is that?
• 19:50
We are powerfully simple. We are deliberate.
• 19:54
  We aren't complicated, OK? We're we're a community that
• 19:57
creates value because of the community, right?
• 20:02
Our utility is our community. Right.
• 20:06
It's the good that we do. It's the camaraderie.
• 20:09
People want emotional connections to things.
• 20:12
Who doesn't love a Unicorn? That farts dust, I ask you.
• 20:18
  OK. And.
• 20:19
People will laugh, it gets people's attention, but when
• 20:22
they peel back the one layer and they spend just a little bit of.
• 20:26
Time learning. About UFD what they.
• 20:29
Learn is what an awesome awesome.
• 20:32
Project this is. And it's only because of you
• 20:37
right the. Work that you put in the good.
• 20:40
Feeling the good intentions right that that's another that's
• 20:44
that's that's whoa. My brain is exploding.
• 20:49
  Do you? Feel like you.
• 20:50
Have good intentions. Do you feel like UFD?
• 20:53
Has good intentions I. Do right?
• 20:57
  I think it's. Very clear when I.
• 20:58
Deal with the other. I mean, these are you guys.
• 21:01
Are some of the nicest. People.
• 21:04
Right. Love to have fun, love to laugh.
• 21:06
We love Deegan Deegan humor. It's great, okay, but.
• 21:09
Also this community. Quality wise, the people.
• 21:13
Like you think about the. Qualities that you have.
• 21:15
Things like integrity, things like good intentions is second
• 21:20
to none. And then you look at how this
• 21:22
  how the. The.
• 21:23
Lore behind this project. You know, I'll just say it like
• 21:27
it is, right? It was it.
• 21:29
Was an experiment that just exploded.
• 21:32
Into what it is today, which is like nothing else that has ever
• 21:37
happened like this in crypto. Do you know how critical that
• 21:41
is, What a big deal that is? It is a big deal.
• 21:43
It is special, but we have VD. Everybody knows Unicorn.
• 21:51
Fart dust is the. Unicorn horniest.
• 21:54
Community on the Internet in Web 3, which means we can.
• 21:58
Reproduce. Expand faster than anybody else.
• 22:03
  Right. Seriously, right.
• 22:04
Our community is our utility. But we do.
• 22:07
Have we got VDS? OK, we.
• 22:10
Have the volume. Right, there's a lot.
• 22:12
Of our. Coin being traded, which means a
• 22:14
lot of attention. But all that volume is happening
• 22:17
in that. Little bit area, right?
• 22:19
Because we have a. Limited number of beans.
• 22:21
That within the beans. That aren't being.
• 22:25
Held by diamond hooved dusters if you're a diamond.
• 22:27
Hooved Duster right that. Means you're holding.
• 22:30
On to your beans. Those people that are.
• 22:32
Trading. They can't trade your beans.
• 22:34
They can only trade the beans that are leftover right.
• 22:37
Remember. Wow, I'll show it to you.
• 22:42
This is the jug that. Represents all the UFD tokens
• 22:45
  that are in. Existence beans.
• 22:46
  We call them. Those beans.
• 22:48
Represent diamond hoof dusters. It's that this this.
• 22:51
Jug is actually filled up a lot higher, but for word I.
• 22:54
Got some more beans? It's heavy though.
• 22:57
Yeah, this. Thing is really heavy.
• 22:58
Anyway, it's getting filled up. So those beans that are trading
• 23:03
see that see that right there are happening just in in this.
• 23:07
  Section. Right here.
• 23:09
OK, that. Volume that is occurring.
• 23:12
Eventually and those people that are trading there more and more.
• 23:15
Of them are becoming. Diamond hooved dusters
• 23:19
eventually. We get a bean shortage.
• 23:20
Then we get a beanopoly and then we go.
• 23:30
I've been married to Susie for 21 years.
• 23:33
  Today's our anniversary upstairs.
• 23:35
Susie, thank you for 21. Wonderful.
• 23:37
  Years, right, Long term commitment.
• 23:40
And what a wonderful nice. You guys love her.
• 23:43
Here she is. Oh, oh, oh.
• 23:44
I didn't turn her on this morning.
• 23:46
  It's our anniversary. I didn't turn around.
• 23:48
Now she's on. Hopefully she doesn't get mad at
• 23:50
me for sharing with you, but it's been a wonderful 21 years.
• 23:55
I'll shut up or I'll start to choke up, but.
• 23:58
  The best the. Absolute best.
• 24:00
OK, we. Are somebody said this to me
• 24:04
yesterday and I want to get your opinion on it we.
• 24:07
  Are. The evolution of Bitcoin.
• 24:09
We were talking about Bitcoin and how so many like OG Bitcoin
• 24:13
people. And I've got AI, got a bunch of.
• 24:15
Emails and DMS over the year. People that say oh.
• 24:19
I was around in Bitcoin. What's going on in UFD now?
• 24:22
  Feels like Bitcoin somebody. Yesterday.
• 24:24
Said to me that Unicorn fart dust is an evolution of Bitcoin,
• 24:28
right? Because sometimes some of the
• 24:30
Bitcoin people are very Bitcoin focused.
• 24:33
We'll put it that way. But look crypto's.
• 24:36
Evolving and we are, I believe, a big evolution, and to me it's
• 24:40
a big honor. To be able to.
• 24:42
Say that we are. Baby Bitcoin and I.
• 24:44
Know that we will. Continue to be baby.
• 24:47
Bitcoin and as more and more people come into crypto.
• 24:51
Like we heard about. This morning with.
• 24:53
  Vanguard with their 50. Million.
• 24:57
  Customers 11. Trillion dollars under
• 25:03
management. Or Bank of America allowing
• 25:06
their. Wealthy clients and I'll get
• 25:09
  into. Crypto Bitcoin.
• 25:11
ETS for now, but. That'll change.
• 25:13
There will be more and more and more.
• 25:15
  People. Opening their mind to.
• 25:17
Crypto like I did. A year ago or 51 weeks ago in
• 25:22
six days from from a go. Right people.
• 25:26
That are that are willing to start to learn to understand
• 25:28
  what. The word tranfi.
• 25:30
Means to understand what decentralization means.
• 25:33
The future looks bright. I appreciate you.
• 25:35
OK, guys, horns up. Let's keep up the great network
• 25:39
this. Project has a foundation, a
• 25:42
nucleus. Of a community like none other.
• 25:46
OK, I know. We go through our.
• 25:48
Ups and downs, we all. Go through the the project.
• 25:50
Goes through its ups and downs. We go through our.
• 25:53
Ups and downs. But the level of.
• 25:55
Commitment, right and the people that.
• 25:57
Are that are that. Are participating and are
• 26:00
connected within UFD. Is is something special?
• 26:03
And it generates real. Value OK real value.
• 26:09
  Think about. Think about.
• 26:10
  This. You ask anybody.
• 26:13
Ask your grandpa. Ask your grandma, ask your
• 26:16
uncle, Ask your neighbor. What's the most valuable thing
• 26:20
to you in the world? Of anything not physical, not of
• 26:24
  anything all right. Physical.
• 26:26
  Non physical. Any of it.
• 26:27
Everyone will talk about family friend.
• 26:31
  Right. Something that is.
• 26:33
Community oriented and that's. What we have going and it's.
• 26:38
A real, real, real gift what we have.
• 26:40
Because with this technology, we can connect with one another.
• 26:44
Which is. Awesome, But we can.
• 26:45
Also with web 3. And with the.
• 26:47
Gift of crypto. In the blockchain, create
• 26:50
something of real tangible value from.
• 26:54
A store of value perspective. Price OK.
• 26:59
This is real this. Is happening.
• 27:01
I appreciate you, OK. I want you to.
• 27:03
Be good to yourself today. I know it's that.
• 27:06
Daily reminder, I need it. Too right?
• 27:08
Let's be good to ourselves, treat ourselves well.
• 27:11
It'll give us. A great platform from which to
• 27:13
be good. To other people, take care.
• 27:15
  And I'll see. You.
• 27:16
  Yes, you next time.
