- 0:00Speaker 1: The crypto collapse is eminent today. We're going to break
- 0:02Speaker 1: that down for you. There's a lot of things that
- 0:04Speaker 1: are in the hopper right now that will affect them markets.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Let's get into it. I do want to thank our sponsor,
- 0:09Speaker 1: and that is BTCC, because when volatility hits, one of
- 0:12Speaker 1: the things you can do to make a little money
- 0:15Speaker 1: in these markets is, of course, get in and trade
- 0:17Speaker 1: some of these positions. You get a ten percent bonus
- 0:20Speaker 1: on a first time deposit by just jumping over to
- 0:23Speaker 1: btcc dot com.
- 0:24Speaker 2: You can use our link.
- 0:25Speaker 1: It's going to get you a whole bunch of cool
- 0:27Speaker 1: benefits including lower trader trading fees, some more bonuses, and
- 0:32Speaker 1: that one time bonus on the deposit itself.
- 0:35Speaker 2: So use that.
- 0:35Speaker 1: You can get into copy trading, all sorts of tool
- 0:37Speaker 1: sets that are over on BTCC. Very easy to set
- 0:40Speaker 1: up over there, brand new account, no KYC, easy and simple.
- 0:45Speaker 2: So do that. Use our link down below to get started.
- 0:48Speaker 1: All right, let's go over to a couple of points
- 0:50Speaker 1: that I wanted to lead off with, and of course,
- 0:52Speaker 1: one of the biggest is the fact that we are
- 0:54Speaker 1: having a state of union today and on that State
- 0:57Speaker 1: of Union address, it's very possible. So we will probably
- 1:00Speaker 1: hear some things about crypto. Now, many people would think
- 1:05Speaker 1: that this should be an epic state of the Union.
- 1:08Speaker 1: You would think that. I think with Trump in the
- 1:10Speaker 1: in there, he'll try to make it that. But I
- 1:12Speaker 1: unfortunately feel like this is probably what's going to really happen.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I kind of agree with this that we'll save you
- 1:19Speaker 1: some time. You know, it's Biden's fault, you know, transgender
- 1:22Speaker 1: for everyone, terroriftsam makings rich, border invasion, Canada's fifty first days,
- 1:27Speaker 1: some gibberish, you know, rigged elections which hunt the greatest
- 1:30Speaker 1: economy ever.
- 1:31Speaker 2: You get. The point is that we've.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Heard all this stuff before and it just keeps reiteration
- 1:38Speaker 1: and it's not working. I think the real thing is
- 1:40Speaker 1: we need real movement in the markets, and there are
- 1:44Speaker 1: problems that we're dealing with on an economic front for
- 1:46Speaker 1: the most part. Now, I get that there's a lot
- 1:48Speaker 1: of people out there that probably had some of their
- 1:50Speaker 1: best portfolio years. Ever, when you look at how the
- 1:53Speaker 1: stock has been able to stock market has been able
- 1:55Speaker 1: to perform, and even crypto to a certain extent if
- 1:57Speaker 1: you were to sell at some of these highs. But
- 2:00Speaker 1: the point is is that we are in a really
- 2:02Speaker 1: tough spot. So the question is what does Trump need
- 2:06Speaker 1: to do well? Here is a clip.
- 2:09Speaker 3: A new poll shows sixty percent disapproval of Trump, and
- 2:13Speaker 3: this is just ahead of his study of the Union Address,
- 2:15Speaker 3: which is tomorrow. What does he have to say tomorrow
- 2:17Speaker 3: to swing votes is kind of in his favor?
- 2:20Speaker 4: Well, Stuart, I think it's going to be a hard
- 2:21Speaker 4: thing to do, just because, as we've seen in recent years,
- 2:24Speaker 4: it's kind of a self selecting pool that watches these
- 2:27Speaker 4: things at this point, so he'll have a lot of
- 2:29Speaker 4: his own supporters tuned in. So I'd imagine to some
- 2:32Speaker 4: extent it'll be preaching to the choir. When people start
- 2:34Speaker 4: to feel a better economy, things could start getting better
- 2:38Speaker 4: for the Republican Party, unless and until that happens, it's
- 2:42Speaker 4: going to be tough sledding like this pun intended with
- 2:44Speaker 4: the blizzard in New York, because President Trump needs to
- 2:48Speaker 4: not just tell people that things are getting better, they
- 2:51Speaker 4: need to understand it on a very personal level.
- 2:55Speaker 1: I would agree with that in the sense that I
- 2:58Speaker 1: think Republicans do and will take a large hit this year,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and at the current pace, it's likely that they do
- 3:04Speaker 1: lose the midterms very possibly in a very big way.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Now there will be wins, I think on certain areas
- 3:11Speaker 1: of the midterms that probably would get challenged because of
- 3:14Speaker 1: clarity and where we are positioned right now on a
- 3:16Speaker 1: crypto standpoint, and what that might look like coming out
- 3:18Speaker 1: of some of these packs that are kind of focused
- 3:21Speaker 1: on that.
- 3:21Speaker 2: But I think he's right, they've.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Got to get some real hard solutions that are affecting
- 3:27Speaker 1: the American people because this is going to start affecting
- 3:30Speaker 1: his presidency going forward. Another thing that's going to affect
- 3:33Speaker 1: the presidency, I think is going to be all of
- 3:36Speaker 1: this crap that's coming in on these tariffs.
- 3:39Speaker 2: And here's FedEx right now.
- 3:40Speaker 1: They just file a lawsuit for a full refund on
- 3:43Speaker 1: the tariffs, and the suit appears to be the first
- 3:45Speaker 1: by major companies. This one's going to get watched very
- 3:48Speaker 1: closely because this may set the tone, if anything, for
- 3:52Speaker 1: many of these companies to start the process. And I
- 3:55Speaker 1: think this is the messy part that of course Trump
- 3:57Speaker 1: was mentioning, and I think it's going to get messier
- 4:00Speaker 1: by the day. One of the biggest categories that have
- 4:02Speaker 1: been out there has been libations, you know, Spirits, Well,
- 4:06Speaker 1: take a look at this clip.
- 4:07Speaker 5: There was a sixty five percent reduction in US spirit
- 4:11Speaker 5: exports to Canada between March and August.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Bourbon's been hit hard, and now this is the second
- 4:16Speaker 4: straight time.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Those are all in our states as well as our people.
- 4:21Speaker 4: They felt the tariffs down to the quarks in the
- 4:24Speaker 4: bottle pursuit.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Spirits said, it is glad the court made this decision.
- 4:29Speaker 1: President Trump described their decision as a disgrace to our nation.
- 4:33Speaker 5: This week in Kentucky, a new bill has been introduced
- 4:37Speaker 5: that will increase the taxes on alcohols.
- 4:41Speaker 6: You're going to.
- 4:41Speaker 5: Pay ten percent instead of the current six.
- 4:44Speaker 6: So it's going to eliminate taxes on manufacturers and then
- 4:50Speaker 6: pass that tax.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Burden on to the rest of us.
- 4:54Speaker 5: Drinking at tomorrow. The fat cats get tax cuts and
- 4:57Speaker 5: the poor get to pay more.
- 4:59Speaker 2: That the threat should be. The Republican Party slogan.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Point is is that there's been no real solutions that
- 5:07Speaker 1: have come out of the administration going forward, and I
- 5:10Speaker 1: think this is one of the things that we have
- 5:13Speaker 1: to really address right now, is how this is affecting
- 5:15Speaker 1: the market and the economy. Don't forget that technically the
- 5:19Speaker 1: government has shut down at least when it comes to
- 5:21Speaker 1: the DHS. Now they're missing paychecks and this, of course
- 5:25Speaker 1: is just it's just going to get worse if this
- 5:27Speaker 1: doesn't get addressed and very soon. What's the poly market
- 5:30Speaker 1: on this. Let's take a look real quick. Here's the
- 5:32Speaker 1: poly market on this right now. This is stretching out
- 5:35Speaker 1: to after March thirty. First, it is the end of
- 5:38Speaker 1: it's not even the end of February, and they're talking
- 5:40Speaker 1: about pushing this out to the end of March.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Before we get this.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Remember, DJs, this is TSA a lot of services around
- 5:47Speaker 1: the country that are going to get affected here. I
- 5:49Speaker 1: wonder if Trump is going to start paying attention and
- 5:53Speaker 1: trying to get some of these things done. And let's
- 5:55Speaker 1: not forget the architect behind all of this. You know,
- 5:59Speaker 1: he may I say he the administration may say the
- 6:02Speaker 1: architect has been Biden.
- 6:04Speaker 7: Take a look and of everyday Americans who are directly
- 6:08Speaker 7: benefiting from his policies and making a few new policy
- 6:11Speaker 7: announcements as well to continue tackling the affordability crisis that
- 6:16Speaker 7: Joe Biden created one year ago, and the President will
- 6:19Speaker 7: be talking about the positive metrics we have seen and
- 6:22Speaker 7: moving forward towards making life again more affordable and prosperous
- 6:26Speaker 7: for all Americans.
- 6:28Speaker 2: So that's gonna all right.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I want to pause for a second there, guys, and
- 6:32Speaker 1: I want to ask you, do you think that this economy,
- 6:36Speaker 1: the job situation right now, the market as we have it?
- 6:39Speaker 1: Just type down below whose fault is it? Is it
- 6:42Speaker 1: Trump's fault? Is it Biden's fault? Just that simple. I
- 6:45Speaker 1: think at least our comments will give us some insights,
- 6:47Speaker 1: because I think I don't want to blame anyone. You've
- 6:50Speaker 1: had it for a year. This administration has had it
- 6:52Speaker 1: for a year. There should have been and should have
- 6:55Speaker 1: been a whole slew of situations that have been really resolved.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Thinking that much time, I think, especially when you look
- 7:02Speaker 1: at the cabinet that they've assembled here, you would think
- 7:05Speaker 1: they could really get some stuff done, including if you
- 7:07Speaker 1: remember the Clarity Act, which was originally designed to be
- 7:11Speaker 1: well passed before. Where we are now, remember last August.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Here it is February, and now they're pushing this again.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And likelihood is if they don't come to an agreement,
- 7:20Speaker 1: this may get pushed out of this season entirely, which
- 7:23Speaker 1: then goes into the midterms. You get why I get
- 7:26Speaker 1: so upset at all of this, and then you add
- 7:28Speaker 1: that to this. These are the problems that I see continuously.
- 7:32Speaker 2: This is absolutely nuts. I agree.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I'm a big watch guy. That's a crappy watch. Was
- 7:39Speaker 1: I don't know what that looks like, but it's not
- 7:41Speaker 1: a watch that I would buy. The fight Okay, fight fight,
- 7:44Speaker 1: fight watch. I don't know, guys, this just seems like
- 7:47Speaker 1: the wrong time to be doing these kind of things.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Let's pay attention, get jobs back on track, get the
- 7:52Speaker 1: crypto community back on track, get our economy back on track,
- 7:57Speaker 1: get the global scenario back on There's plenty to do
- 8:00Speaker 1: other than selling watches to people out there. Let's take
- 8:04Speaker 1: a look at the Economic Policy Uncertainty Index.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Listen, the last time we saw.
- 8:08Speaker 1: These numbers when you look at that one of them
- 8:10Speaker 1: was right there, back in June of last year.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Okay, you guys, remember what happened.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Then We are now nearing maybe another opportunity, and that
- 8:18Speaker 1: again was because of both the potential in Iran the
- 8:22Speaker 1: fact that tariffs came in. It's likely that we're going
- 8:25Speaker 1: to have something happening with Iran. I hope not, but
- 8:28Speaker 1: I'm in fear that this could happen, which will only
- 8:31Speaker 1: add to this uncertainty index overall, so not looking good
- 8:36Speaker 1: for the economy. Six and ten Americans now, including a
- 8:40Speaker 1: significant slice of Republicans, think President Trump has become erratic
- 8:46Speaker 1: as he ages.
- 8:46Speaker 8: Now.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I don't know if I would say it's an age
- 8:48Speaker 1: erratic because I'm not an agist. But he's doing some
- 8:51Speaker 1: weird stuff. I can say that I don't understand many
- 8:54Speaker 1: of the things that just like this watch thing, Where
- 8:56Speaker 1: does that come from?
- 8:57Speaker 2: I just don't get it.
- 8:59Speaker 1: But the point is is that you need to start
- 9:01Speaker 1: making really solid decisions. Now. I wonder because a lot
- 9:05Speaker 1: of times, you know, when you have a leader, you
- 9:07Speaker 1: have to lean on team. Is there a team group
- 9:10Speaker 1: that are causing some of these kind of crazy scenarios
- 9:13Speaker 1: playing out? Well, I'm looking at it right here. His
- 9:16Speaker 1: state of mind is a global risk, is what many
- 9:18Speaker 1: people are saying. You look at most of these people.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I don't know if I wouldn't necessarily say a lot
- 9:24Speaker 1: and it would be my top choice. I mean, Rubio,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I like, I think he's doing some good things.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Heg sis.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I'm not sure about. He's a little bit over the
- 9:32Speaker 1: top for me. But point being is that some of
- 9:35Speaker 1: these cabinet members seem to be on points. So is
- 9:38Speaker 1: it Trump or is it his advisors that are helping
- 9:41Speaker 1: make some of these decisions?
- 9:43Speaker 2: Right now, you got to look at this the US
- 9:45Speaker 2: job market, because this.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Is the one thing that gets impacted, and this is
- 9:48Speaker 1: the area that I have been most concerned about for
- 9:51Speaker 1: quite some time. You guys know, if you followed me
- 9:53Speaker 1: very long, I'm worried about jobs. And this, of course
- 9:56Speaker 1: is the worst job numbers that we have seen in
- 9:59Speaker 1: a very very long time. This is the benchmark revision
- 10:02Speaker 1: to non farm payrolls which continues to go down, which,
- 10:05Speaker 1: by the way, don't trust any of the government data
- 10:08Speaker 1: that's coming out from BLS. I absolutely think that is
- 10:11Speaker 1: already just buckets because this is what we're actually seeing
- 10:14Speaker 1: in terms of jobs. This is a problem, I think,
- 10:16Speaker 1: and it's only going to start to compound. There's several
- 10:19Speaker 1: reasons why it's gonna compound. Part of this is coming
- 10:22Speaker 1: into what we'll be talking about here in a second,
- 10:24Speaker 1: and that is around where AI implementation will take away
- 10:27Speaker 1: white collar jobs, which is gonna get worse out there.
- 10:30Speaker 2: But let's talk about this right here.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Because Trump's plan b to oppose new tariffs is starting
- 10:36Speaker 1: to go because remember we just had the Supreme Court
- 10:38Speaker 1: come in strike this down.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Can't do it.
- 10:41Speaker 1: We're gonna have to refund this money. Whether they get
- 10:43Speaker 1: it refund it or not, who knows. Going to be
- 10:45Speaker 1: in court for many years to come. Then we're dealing
- 10:49Speaker 1: with a whole new strategy where Trump came out there
- 10:52Speaker 1: and said, don't worry about We're gonna we're gonna tax you.
- 10:54Speaker 2: In other ways. And well, we've got a clip about that,
- 10:57Speaker 2: because can he do it?
- 10:58Speaker 5: Let's find out the authority that Trump is using right
- 11:03Speaker 5: now is also illegal. He's claiming a section one twenty
- 11:09Speaker 5: two of the Trade Act, which says that in the
- 11:13Speaker 5: context of a balance of payments emergency, that tariffs can
- 11:18Speaker 5: be put on for one hundred fifty days up to
- 11:21Speaker 5: fifteen percent. We have no balance of payments emergency. He's
- 11:25Speaker 5: doing it again. This is a brazen abuse of power.
- 11:30Speaker 8: Under the AAEPA tariffs. We have other teriff authorities which
- 11:34Speaker 8: have been functioning. Section two thirty two terriffs, Section three
- 11:38Speaker 8: oh one tariffs, and Dania. When you say it's a
- 11:41Speaker 8: big question, that's bad framing because the Supreme Court didn't
- 11:44Speaker 8: even address that the Supreme Court remanded it down to
- 11:48Speaker 8: a lower court, and you know, we will follow what
- 11:51Speaker 8: they say, but that could be weeks or months when
- 11:54Speaker 8: we hear them. So the Supreme Court did not address refunds. Sure,
- 11:58Speaker 8: they didn't address refund That is clearly going to be
- 12:01Speaker 8: up to you, which is wind No, No, it is
- 12:04Speaker 8: not up to me, It is you. It is not
- 12:07Speaker 8: up to the administration. It is up to the lower court.
- 12:10Speaker 8: Let's just be clear on that. He's such a creep.
- 12:12Speaker 8: You don't even know where to start.
- 12:14Speaker 5: You stole one hundred and forty billion dollars, give it back, Bessen,
- 12:19Speaker 5: or just leave your job, all right, So.
- 12:22Speaker 2: There you go.
- 12:22Speaker 1: He's calling for Besson's resignation. All built around this. Now
- 12:26Speaker 1: you remember, though, I think if you have followed Besson
- 12:29Speaker 1: for a little bit of time, you probably remember him
- 12:32Speaker 1: and his position on tariffs because he's been very anti
- 12:35Speaker 1: tariff for a very long time. But we do know
- 12:38Speaker 1: that Trump has been pro tariff all the way back
- 12:40Speaker 1: to his original years when he was a real estate
- 12:42Speaker 1: muggel in New York. He's been saying this for probably
- 12:45Speaker 1: two three decades, that tariff should be the route to take.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Maybe that is the origin where all of this is
- 12:50Speaker 1: coming from. The real question I think going now into
- 12:54Speaker 1: the next phase, which gets into crypto, is the fact
- 12:57Speaker 1: that we now are seeing this Coinbase has been aggressively
- 13:00Speaker 1: lobbying Washington to preserve, as we know, a key revenue stream.
- 13:05Speaker 1: This is a big deal, guys, because this is why
- 13:08Speaker 1: we have somewhat of an impasse right now on clarity,
- 13:11Speaker 1: and that is coinbase saying we need to protect you
- 13:15Speaker 1: as an investor your stable coin yields, right The reality
- 13:20Speaker 1: is is that it is protecting a large income sector
- 13:24Speaker 1: for coinbas and circle and I just wonder do stable
- 13:28Speaker 1: coin yields matter to you? If we could get clarity
- 13:31Speaker 1: through DC and yields weren't that big a deal? Would
- 13:37Speaker 1: it matter to you? Let me know in the comments.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Do you think so yields don't matter? I do fight
- 13:42Speaker 1: for yields. Drop that in the comments because I think
- 13:44Speaker 1: this is a line in the sand that coinbase is
- 13:46Speaker 1: going to eventually have to address one day. The other
- 13:49Speaker 1: thing you got to look at is where the market
- 13:51Speaker 1: is heading. And one of the things that we are
- 13:53Speaker 1: watching and tracking very closely is where software stocks are heading,
- 13:57Speaker 1: and a lot of them have lost a third of
- 13:58Speaker 1: their value. Since the end of Octiot's over a big
- 14:01Speaker 1: dip in this. Some of this has rotated into other assets,
- 14:04Speaker 1: but for the most part, software is getting hit the most.
- 14:07Speaker 2: All Right.
- 14:08Speaker 1: So this was an article that went viral on Twitter,
- 14:10Speaker 1: and it's relative to now. This was an article that
- 14:13Speaker 1: was based on the twenty twenty eight Global intelligence crisis,
- 14:16Speaker 1: so it's written now, but it's an article from the future,
- 14:19Speaker 1: so it's looking at forecasting where this is going. The
- 14:22Speaker 1: article written by alaf Shaw got into some very interesting details.
- 14:26Speaker 1: One of the things that I would recommend everybody go
- 14:29Speaker 1: read this, but I wanted to highlight one specific area
- 14:32Speaker 1: that is a little spooky, and that is this area
- 14:35Speaker 1: right here. Okay, agents AI agents now went looking for
- 14:40Speaker 1: the faster and cheaper options than cards. Most settled on
- 14:44Speaker 1: using stable coins via Salana or ethereum l twos where
- 14:49Speaker 1: the settlement was near instant and the transaction costs was
- 14:52Speaker 1: measured in a fraction of a penny. Now, the point
- 14:55Speaker 1: that he gets into this article is that the agents
- 14:58Speaker 1: are going to get to this point where they're not
- 15:01Speaker 1: like you and I, all right, where we kind of
- 15:03Speaker 1: don't change our phone bill, we don't change our platform that.
- 15:08Speaker 2: We use for social media marketing.
- 15:11Speaker 1: We don't change things because we're lazy and it's too messy,
- 15:15Speaker 1: right ais are not that way. Agents are going to
- 15:19Speaker 1: go out there and their mission is to create less friction,
- 15:24Speaker 1: more and more less friction, and I think that's the point.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Look at payment rails right here.
- 15:29Speaker 1: This is the diagram that they put in there, the
- 15:31Speaker 1: agentic stable coin transaction. This is the comparison of what
- 15:34Speaker 1: this would be in twenty twenty eight versus where you're
- 15:37Speaker 1: dealing at right now. This is terrible for any of
- 15:42Speaker 1: anybody in the finance industry, especially when you look at Visa, MasterCard,
- 15:45Speaker 1: et cetera. This will essentially completely replace how we all
- 15:50Speaker 1: make payments. And this is coming. It's now on the pipeline.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I think it's coming faster than you think. If you
- 15:56Speaker 1: guys have been following anything around open Claw and what
- 15:59Speaker 1: has happened with the agents just in the last ninety days,
- 16:03Speaker 1: the opportunity, can you imagine what this would look like
- 16:05Speaker 1: in two years. Here we are in twenty twenty six.
- 16:08Speaker 1: This is going to be a huge hit.
- 16:10Speaker 2: All right.
- 16:10Speaker 1: So I've got a clip here. This is the author
- 16:12Speaker 1: of the article. And because it went so viral, and
- 16:16Speaker 1: they asked him to come in and explain that the
- 16:19Speaker 1: timeline here because this is all going into twenty twenty eight.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Listen to what he had say.
- 16:24Speaker 6: Yeah, I was I thought there was going to be
- 16:26Speaker 6: a small reaction. It was definitely larger than we expected.
- 16:30Speaker 6: But I think it's not that surprising when you take
- 16:32Speaker 6: a step back and consider kind of where the markets
- 16:34Speaker 6: are in the US. You know, the AI trade has
- 16:36Speaker 6: been going on for three and a half years. It's
- 16:38Speaker 6: been more or less a straight line up, and AI
- 16:41Speaker 6: has gotten a lot more powerful in the last six months,
- 16:43Speaker 6: and it's going to start changing. Not you know, it's
- 16:46Speaker 6: not just going to accrue to the benefit of you know,
- 16:49Speaker 6: every corporation and you know, every foundation lab in every
- 16:52Speaker 6: semiconductor company, but instead it's starting to disperse and figure out, Hey,
- 16:56Speaker 6: who the winner's going to be and who the loser
- 16:58Speaker 6: is going to be. And so, you know, software is
- 17:00Speaker 6: the best example. The markets have been selling software for
- 17:03Speaker 6: almost a year now on the AI threat, but they
- 17:06Speaker 6: really accelerated in the last few weeks. And this is
- 17:08Speaker 6: you know, the problem with this if you're long software
- 17:10Speaker 6: is there's nothing to actually disprove the thesis because the
- 17:13Speaker 6: thesis is a few years out, it's not today, but
- 17:16Speaker 6: you have not much to stand on because ultimately that
- 17:19Speaker 6: thesis is going to get stronger as AI itself gets stronger.
- 17:22Speaker 6: And so we just start entering a really kind of
- 17:25Speaker 6: highly vote time in the markets because the timelines are short,
- 17:29Speaker 6: but they're you know, the things are in fact happening now.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Okay, So I totally agree with him is that the
- 17:35Speaker 1: timeline could be much shorter and it will be much
- 17:38Speaker 1: more volatile than I think a lot of people anticipate.
- 17:42Speaker 1: And one of the things that I think when you
- 17:44Speaker 1: look at where this market is right now and you
- 17:47Speaker 1: kind of look at the dynamic around shifting power zones,
- 17:51Speaker 1: we're already starting to see this and way research is done,
- 17:54Speaker 1: we're starting to see it now, I think in the
- 17:56Speaker 1: white collar space, which I'll talk about in a second,
- 17:59Speaker 1: but we're also seeing it in other very key areas
- 18:02Speaker 1: which are mostly compute power. And this of course gets
- 18:04Speaker 1: into this right here. Austin Federi, who's breaking down hy
- 18:07Speaker 1: bitcoin miners are basically abandon the mining concept for AI.
- 18:11Speaker 1: And even when bitcoin was at one hundred and twenty K,
- 18:14Speaker 1: data centers were shutting down and pivoting. So and the
- 18:18Speaker 1: reason is that AI pays more for the same power.
- 18:20Speaker 1: So the point being is that maybe there is a
- 18:23Speaker 1: whole dynamic that starts to put more pressure on bitcoin.
- 18:26Speaker 1: It starts to put more pressure on a whole layer
- 18:29Speaker 1: of infrastructure, which puts more pressure on traditional finance, meaning
- 18:34Speaker 1: the stock market, the S and P. There's going to
- 18:36Speaker 1: be some winners here, and there's going to be some big,
- 18:38Speaker 1: big losers, very similar guys to what we saw in
- 18:42Speaker 1: the early days of the Internet, where there were some
- 18:44Speaker 1: winners and there were some big, big losers. Now get this,
- 18:48Speaker 1: this is and I think this is a kind of
- 18:49Speaker 1: a missing piece that people aren't really paying attention to,
- 18:53Speaker 1: and that that government, that's the government.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I think this will happen.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Governments will consider taxing AI to cushion the effect of
- 19:00Speaker 1: job losses. And let's look forward again back to this
- 19:02Speaker 1: article of what Shaw was talking about. Let's say two
- 19:05Speaker 1: years from now, that you're able to reduce your white
- 19:09Speaker 1: collar workforce by thirty percent. You just took thirty percent
- 19:14Speaker 1: of the federal income tax off the table, which is
- 19:17Speaker 1: all now into an automatic Now, granted, that might make
- 19:20Speaker 1: its way into other areas self employment, possibly new innovation,
- 19:24Speaker 1: more companies being built. Many people would argue that, But
- 19:27Speaker 1: the key here is there's going to be a zone
- 19:29Speaker 1: in here where there's a lot of job loss with exception,
- 19:33Speaker 1: I think of what will be the blue collar sector
- 19:36Speaker 1: out there, and I think that is going to cause
- 19:38Speaker 1: a major tax deficiency overall. So get ready, it's going
- 19:42Speaker 1: to hit, and it's going to hit hard. Now let's
- 19:45Speaker 1: go over to bitcoin real quick. Bitcoin now is starting
- 19:47Speaker 1: to zone in on a new fair value gap, which
- 19:50Speaker 1: some people are pointing at around forty five k. I'd
- 19:52Speaker 1: like to know if you guys think that is a case.
- 19:54Speaker 1: If we don't get clarity, I think this could go
- 19:56Speaker 1: even much lower than that. Including the and even Solana,
- 20:01Speaker 1: we will see all time lows, maybe at least over
- 20:05Speaker 1: the last several cycles. Do we get down to an
- 20:08Speaker 1: eight dollars salon again, I don't think so, but we
- 20:10Speaker 1: could hit a nine hundred dollars ethereum. So if that
- 20:14Speaker 1: does happen, how would you play this market? Are you
- 20:16Speaker 1: still committed to digital assets? Would you come back in
- 20:20Speaker 1: and come in right now at that kind of Are
- 20:22Speaker 1: you dca ing all the way down into these zones
- 20:24Speaker 1: right now? Especially with bitcoin holivering around what could be
- 20:27Speaker 1: sixty k any minute now. Other things I want to
- 20:30Speaker 1: hit on because this is the seeds of the next
- 20:31Speaker 1: bull cycle in crypto that are becoming a little bit
- 20:34Speaker 1: more clear.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Some of these I agree with.
- 20:36Speaker 1: This AI sucks all the air out of the room
- 20:38Speaker 1: for the six months, I agree with that. I think
- 20:40Speaker 1: it's going to be longer than six months. So I
- 20:42Speaker 1: think the innovations that are going to come may start
- 20:46Speaker 1: to surprise us, and that could be a big deal.
- 20:49Speaker 1: There will be some things, my word, in twenty twenties.
- 20:52Speaker 1: This year, I'm predicting that there will be a major
- 20:55Speaker 1: AI breakthrough that will cause much like what we saw
- 21:00Speaker 1: the invention or innovation that Nvidia did with processing chips
- 21:05Speaker 1: versus GPU. I think that may end up being something
- 21:09Speaker 1: that big coming this year. CAPEX fears become pronounced going
- 21:12Speaker 1: in the summer, maybe clarity quietly passes. I don't think
- 21:15Speaker 1: it quietly passes. When it passes, this will be a
- 21:21Speaker 1: huge explosion in the market. I think the opportunity will
- 21:25Speaker 1: be Now will it immediately affect the market?
- 21:28Speaker 2: That I do not think will happen.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I think that's going to take some time, and I
- 21:32Speaker 1: think it will be a major fintech or a major
- 21:35Speaker 1: traditional finance company that codifies why it mattered in the
- 21:40Speaker 1: first place. That will cause the boom to happen, and
- 21:42Speaker 1: that could be six months, three months, who knows where
- 21:45Speaker 1: On that AI fears lead to lower rates that I
- 21:49Speaker 1: agree with. I think stable coins will explode in that area.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Persistently lower rates from the AI deflation lead to volatility,
- 21:56Speaker 1: no doubt about that. This is going to create a
- 21:58Speaker 1: whole new layer on jobs which the FED is not
- 22:01Speaker 1: really capable of dealing with. Trading of crypto assets will
- 22:04Speaker 1: take off. I think this will happen, but I think
- 22:06Speaker 1: it's going to be AI making the trades. I think
- 22:08Speaker 1: we're going to see a lot more AI tools being
- 22:11Speaker 1: integrated into whether it's the exchanges, the decks, is just
- 22:14Speaker 1: more opportunities here. We coins are going to get left
- 22:17Speaker 1: for dead without I think we're going to narrow the
- 22:20Speaker 1: gap quickly. Many people think this is just going to explode.
- 22:23Speaker 1: I don't think so, because I think attention is going
- 22:26Speaker 1: to take control and if we do get into AI trading,
- 22:29Speaker 1: they're going to find the best and fastest way to
- 22:33Speaker 1: the best and fastest assets. And I think AI isn't.
- 22:37Speaker 1: The first thing it does not do is it doesn't
- 22:40Speaker 1: get emotional. You and I we get emotional all the time.
- 22:44Speaker 1: AI is not getting emotional. So be on the lookout.
- 22:46Speaker 1: That's the kind of things they are going to happen.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Let's get into this because one theme is centering around
- 22:52Speaker 1: the entire market right now. And I'm not talking about
- 22:54Speaker 1: just clarity. I'm talking about all of the economies around
- 22:58Speaker 1: the world.
- 22:58Speaker 2: Listen to this clip.
- 23:00Speaker 4: Did you hear and get any clarity from Ambassador Agreer
- 23:04Speaker 4: about what's going to happen next?
- 23:06Speaker 9: I'm not so sure. You know, it's a bit like driving.
- 23:11Speaker 9: You want to know the rules of the road before
- 23:14Speaker 9: you get in the car. It's the same with trade.
- 23:18Speaker 9: It's the same with investment. You want to know what
- 23:21Speaker 9: the rules are and you want to avoid having to,
- 23:24Speaker 9: you know, come back and claim tariff's back because this
- 23:27Speaker 9: is just not the purpose of people doing business. They
- 23:31Speaker 9: want to do business.
- 23:33Speaker 1: So that was Krystal Guard, the head of the ECB,
- 23:35Speaker 1: and you have to listen. I don't agree with her
- 23:39Speaker 1: on many things. I agree with her on one thing,
- 23:41Speaker 1: and that is that you need to know the rules
- 23:43Speaker 1: of the road. And I think Clarity is the issue.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I'm not talking about just Clarity Act. Clarity Act is
- 23:48Speaker 1: needed for crypto. Clarity in general is needed for the
- 23:52Speaker 1: global economy. Clarity is needed for global agreements, and that
- 23:58Speaker 1: gets into conflicts and all sorts of things, and then
- 24:01Speaker 1: you have just the need for clarity in the infrastructure
- 24:05Speaker 1: of how we're going to do business. That's another factor
- 24:08Speaker 1: that's still up in the air, mainly because of the
- 24:10Speaker 1: advancement of what we're seeing right now in technology and
- 24:12Speaker 1: crypto as leading the way. So I agree with her
- 24:16Speaker 1: it is probably should be the word of the year
- 24:18Speaker 1: is clarity. Thomas Lee you guys know him over at Funstratt.
- 24:24Speaker 1: As barish as it feels out there, keep in mind
- 24:26Speaker 1: stocks in crypto bottom on bad news, not good news.
- 24:30Speaker 2: So we're in the bits.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I think we're in the midst of a wave of
- 24:33Speaker 1: bad news, and I would agree with that right now
- 24:36Speaker 1: we are yet to hear all the bad news, so
- 24:38Speaker 1: be on the lookout. I know it sounds bad, there's
- 24:40Speaker 1: a little bit doom and gloom, but maybe this could
- 24:44Speaker 1: actually get to the point of marking a bottom, and
- 24:47Speaker 1: that really, at the end of the day is what
- 24:49Speaker 1: matters the most. So we're going to cover this in more.
- 24:51Speaker 1: I know there's a lot yet to hit this week
- 24:54Speaker 1: that we'll be covering, including maybe some more news because
- 24:56Speaker 1: Clarity's possibility of passing just dropped dramatically.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Stay tuned here.
