- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jason Land. My name is Jason Land.
- 0:22Speaker 1: This is let Me Put you to Sleep. Whisper, ironically
- 0:32Speaker 1: both my most popular recordings and my least popular recordings.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Yeah, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, yeah, m.
- 1:05Speaker 1: See this is Whisper Monday. Yes, Monday again, Monday. You
- 1:15Speaker 1: don't have come around quickly. So I'd just like to
- 1:24Speaker 1: say a big thank you to all the well wishes.
- 1:28Speaker 3: On my Facebook page.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Thank you, and.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Also address a few moans about me doing the Whisper recordings.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Just let you know this, these Whisper Mondays and Whisper
- 1:57Speaker 1: Tuesdays and Whisper Wednesday is they're not replacing anything.
- 2:06Speaker 3: It's an additional thing.
- 2:09Speaker 5: So it's.
- 2:20Speaker 3: I think it's I've been doing this.
- 2:23Speaker 1: It's kind of the first thing in the morning I
- 2:29Speaker 1: wake up, I don't we we and I make a
- 2:41Speaker 1: recording now because of the time, Whispering is the only
- 2:52Speaker 1: time really that I can do any kind of whisper.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Stuff, And.
- 3:08Speaker 1: When I do wake up in the morning, I'm kind
- 3:11Speaker 1: of like a different person to how I am later
- 3:14Speaker 1: in the day. I was thinking about this before I
- 3:19Speaker 1: made the recording, and I'm sure how to explain it. Really,
- 3:29Speaker 1: I can't believe my voice gets croaky when I'm whispering.
- 3:32Speaker 6: Really Okay, I can't do it again.
- 3:39Speaker 3: But I suppose this is just.
- 3:44Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 3:45Speaker 3: I don't know if I'm going to.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Do these regularly. I just happened to have done one
- 3:53Speaker 1: for a few days in a row. But my intention
- 3:59Speaker 1: is to get back to a degree of normality.
- 4:08Speaker 4: And do the.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Let me put you to sleep recordings like I was doing.
- 4:15Speaker 8: Them, you know, Monday's boring Objects, Trivia, Tuesday QA, Friday,
- 4:24Speaker 8: Saturday Summary, maybe even Sunday's papers. Maybe we shall st
- 4:37Speaker 8: see how things go today.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Over the last few weeks, I kind of.
- 5:00Speaker 9: Yeah, my my consistency.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Lacked someone.
- 5:10Speaker 4: And didn't.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I mean, I still have made recordings during this period,
- 5:15Speaker 1: but there's being periods of time where I didn't do anything,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and I'm kind of surprised that.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I'm still making recordings right now.
- 5:34Speaker 1: But I seem to want to do it, so I.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Go go.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I had a strange dream last night that I was
- 5:54Speaker 1: seeing this in his situation where everybody was related to me,
- 6:14Speaker 1: and I was trying to comfort.
- 6:16Speaker 3: A female.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Uh relative, I don't know, sister or whatever, and none
- 6:40Speaker 1: of it made sense, not really there was a speed boat.
- 6:53Speaker 1: There was a bloke.
- 6:58Speaker 10: The man I don't know who.
- 7:00Speaker 11: He was.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Just trying to remember pets of the dream. I think
- 7:20Speaker 1: my downstairs neighbor just farted really loudly. Honestly, I just said,
- 7:35Speaker 1: like a big vibration, like a little drop in himself.
- 7:47Speaker 1: That's funny, brilliant.
- 7:53Speaker 10: Say hm.
- 8:03Speaker 1: The weekend was a bit boring, to be honest. There's
- 8:09Speaker 1: no boxing, I know, nothing really, just went a bit
- 8:21Speaker 1: early both nights. I think it was a bit by
- 8:25Speaker 1: eight o'clock both Friday and no Saturday. Friday Saturday and
- 8:32Speaker 1: Sunday night. It's a no lot going on. Yesterday I
- 8:47Speaker 1: did a recording on grief and I was called in
- 9:00Speaker 1: this recording as you do. It was in the afternoon,
- 9:08Speaker 1: and all I could hear was screaming in the garden,
- 9:13Speaker 1: just shouting and screaming kids and adults. Like I was
- 9:21Speaker 1: getting mildly wound up. I don't ask for much, just
- 9:27Speaker 1: a little bit of peace, just especially when I'm making
- 9:31Speaker 1: a recording. So I stopped talking in a club and
- 9:37Speaker 1: I moved or what pretty much all of my books
- 9:42Speaker 1: for my bookcase at three bookcases, and I moved them
- 9:48Speaker 1: onto the window sill and pretty much filled up most
- 9:54Speaker 1: of the gap where the window is, and it seemed
- 10:01Speaker 1: to be it's done quite a good job of soundproofing
- 10:06Speaker 1: the room from the screaming kids. It's like, wow, it
- 10:22Speaker 1: seems to be an overkill though, to be fair, because
- 10:25Speaker 1: I'm looking at at it, it's just like it looks
- 10:28Speaker 1: a bit missy. It looks like a modern piece of art,
- 10:33Speaker 1: something you might have seen in.
- 10:34Speaker 3: An art gallery.
- 10:39Speaker 12: We know what artist.
- 10:47Speaker 1: It's weird, but it's definitely I mean, it's quiet now anyway.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I mean, if you listen to the beginning of yesterday's recording,
- 11:07Speaker 1: the Grief one, you can actually squeaky screaming over there,
- 11:20Speaker 1: and it's just too loud.
- 11:28Speaker 3: It's just too inf.
- 11:30Speaker 1: For me, it's just a little bit too loud, and
- 11:37Speaker 1: it's constant conscious and it's yeah, I know I'm moaning,
- 11:44Speaker 1: but it is a little bit too much sometimes and
- 11:56Speaker 1: make make that my voice.
- 11:58Speaker 11: Really.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Making aking, making the recordings is something that.
- 12:16Speaker 3: It's all I've got see anything that I do, and.
- 12:32Speaker 1: It's so I need to be able to have that
- 12:40Speaker 1: sense of quiet.
- 12:51Speaker 11: Now.
- 12:51Speaker 1: There is a way around it, and I'm thinking about
- 12:56Speaker 1: working my way in that way is to keep my
- 13:02Speaker 1: table out.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Of the storage room.
- 13:11Speaker 1: But any other side, the other side of the Yeah,
- 13:20Speaker 1: but at the other side of the room, and then
- 13:25Speaker 1: start using the other microphoney gang because that doesn't pick
- 13:30Speaker 1: up so much sound from outside, so I might do
- 13:40Speaker 1: that instead.
- 13:54Speaker 3: I don't know, I'm not sure.
- 14:00Speaker 1: I'm just trying to get.
- 14:08Speaker 3: In touch with how I feel.
- 14:14Speaker 13: I feel okay, Yeah, I'm all right.
- 14:31Speaker 14: I feel all right, Yeah, not much going on. Wis
- 14:56Speaker 14: feeling dope? Be strained? I got them.
- 15:01Speaker 15: Closed feeling properly, that would be hungry.
- 15:44Speaker 16: I'm still trying to remember that dream not come remember No,
- 16:30Speaker 16: it's gone good.
- 16:32Speaker 1: To mad.
- 16:37Speaker 3: I was a lovely restless last night.
- 16:46Speaker 10: To start with.
- 16:59Speaker 3: M hmm, I.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Can't quite easily just walk back to sleep, which just
- 17:41Speaker 1: shows there's not much going on inside of my brain
- 17:43Speaker 1: right now.
- 17:49Speaker 5: No change that the right right right.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Then, He's been good. It's the fast asleep on the bed.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Take quite not to wake him up. Once he's gone,
- 18:36Speaker 1: he's gone, like really it's a very deep sleep. But
- 18:40Speaker 1: once he's falls asleep. Oh, it just reminds me. There's
- 18:54Speaker 1: been times when I've kind of tried to wake him up,
- 18:58Speaker 1: just like playing, you know, clicking my fingers and doing
- 19:04Speaker 1: a little dance or nothing. It reminds me there was
- 19:09Speaker 1: a TV that answered it's a movie.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Called What About Bob?
- 19:15Speaker 1: With Oh, what's his name? It's the the actor that
- 19:38Speaker 1: was in Groundhog Day, Bill Murray?
- 19:43Speaker 3: What About Bob?
- 19:45Speaker 9: So he's ifunk correct. He's a psychiatric patient and he
- 19:55Speaker 9: goes and visits his psychiatrist, who is Richard Dreyfus. It
- 20:01Speaker 9: has a lot of information.
- 20:02Speaker 1: That's in my head and he stays over, I might
- 20:09Speaker 1: get I might have this wrong. There's this one scene
- 20:13Speaker 1: where Richard Dracus is trying.
- 20:18Speaker 3: To wake him up and he's yelling, he's.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Passion, symbols together, drums, you know, all kinds of things. Nothing,
- 20:36Speaker 1: nothing's waking.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Bob or Bill Murray.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And he's doing this for like a few minutes, and
- 20:46Speaker 1: there's a whole scared really where he's showing him different
- 20:52Speaker 1: ways trying to wake up Bob.
- 20:58Speaker 3: And at the end of it, I was lying there.
- 21:02Speaker 1: And his alarm clock goes off D D D did
- 21:07Speaker 1: and he just wakes up, yawns that says good morning.
- 21:15Speaker 1: It's very funny. I've printed, really haven't I if you
- 21:19Speaker 1: haven't seen it. But it's an old movie from probably
- 21:26Speaker 1: in the nineties and so on. He said, a wild
- 21:30Speaker 1: back minor be the eighties. What about Bob It's called
- 21:39Speaker 1: Richard dra Fills and Bill Murray.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Yeah, it was good.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I was another scene. It's a different movie, but there's
- 22:11Speaker 1: a couple.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Of I just remember.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Rewinding the videotape because the comedy clip called me off
- 22:24Speaker 1: guard and made me laugh so hard that I had
- 22:29Speaker 1: to go back and rewatch it.
- 22:33Speaker 3: That was one of those one. That's one clip I kept.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Rewinding because it was so funny. And the second one.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Another one was Gene Wilder. Jeene Wilder was in his
- 23:00Speaker 1: movie and he's standing outside the door with this big
- 23:05Speaker 1: mentioned house thing and this lady kisses him on the lips,
- 23:20Speaker 1: and Gene Wilder looks disgusted and he rubs his lips,
- 23:26Speaker 1: screams and runs away. It's very funny.
- 23:34Speaker 3: I just I just found hilarious.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I remember rewinding that because he caught me off guard.
- 23:42Speaker 1: That did not expect that. As Jeane Wilder was. I
- 23:53Speaker 1: think he's one of the greatest comedy actors.
- 23:58Speaker 3: A something.
- 24:01Speaker 17: They say funny bones. He had it so funny. It
- 24:09Speaker 17: was that obliviousness.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Almost, that look in his eyes like wasn't quite sure
- 24:20Speaker 1: what was going on around him. But I think people
- 24:28Speaker 1: like him.
- 24:32Speaker 7: If you love his movies, his comedy movies, possibly avoid
- 24:39Speaker 7: watching any interviews that he did because he wasn't the person.
- 24:44Speaker 3: He was.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Very serious, and you know he wasn't. I know, he
- 24:53Speaker 1: obviously he lost that person because he's an actor, but
- 24:57Speaker 1: I quite like the idea of him being that person.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Just you know, if you see Jim Carrey being interviewed,
- 25:07Speaker 1: he's all serious these days. But then you get some
- 25:16Speaker 1: some entertainers or comedy.
- 25:18Speaker 10: Actors, and.
- 25:24Speaker 1: They liked to I don't know, they're just naturally funny, if.
- 25:36Speaker 3: That makes sense.
- 25:44Speaker 1: I made a few comedians like that, some that were
- 25:48Speaker 1: just really funny people offen on stage.
- 26:01Speaker 18: I don't think I.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Ever saw any of the really funny ones make it successfully.
- 26:12Speaker 1: But the ones that were funny off stage, it's it's
- 26:18Speaker 1: almost which is quite strange. But the ones that were
- 26:24Speaker 1: really funny on the stage were just, I don't know,
- 26:31Speaker 1: trying to explain it. They weren't like that when they
- 26:34Speaker 1: were off off the stage. I suppose I could double identity.
- 26:46Speaker 4: Perhaps.
- 26:57Speaker 1: I suppose also those comedians that are successful when they're
- 27:08Speaker 1: doing the clubs and there, you know, doing the different
- 27:13Speaker 1: comedy clubs. They're probably tired of being funny and they
- 27:23Speaker 1: need a break from it, especially if they do maybe two, three,
- 27:31Speaker 1: maybe four kicks in one night at the weekend. The
- 27:40Speaker 1: probably last thing they want to do is tell jokes
- 27:44Speaker 1: when they're not on stage. Yeah, although I did get
- 28:07Speaker 1: a lift with Ricky Crow for once.
- 28:11Speaker 3: This is before I knew.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Who he was, and he did his character Buller the
- 28:18Speaker 1: whole way. So he lived in a sports Girl from
- 28:23Speaker 1: the comedy club, probably about nineteen four and maybe ninety five,
- 28:38Speaker 1: and he gave me a lived to Stratford.
- 28:41Speaker 3: I don't know where he lived. I think he lived.
- 28:43Speaker 1: In Bow or Canning Town or something like that. And
- 28:50Speaker 1: I didn't realize it was I've not seen his act.
- 28:56Speaker 1: And there was the Buller where he plays his character
- 28:59Speaker 1: called and he did that the whole journey. It was
- 29:04Speaker 1: very funny, but he was just player, you know, a character.
- 29:19Speaker 3: I think my.
- 29:20Speaker 1: Favorite comedy character now is Alan Bartridge. I've decided. I've
- 29:32Speaker 1: made my decision, and Alan Bardridge is just so funny,
- 29:40Speaker 1: all annoyances, and I guess they haven't followed him for decades,
- 29:52Speaker 1: seeing the way the character's developed. It's so good. Now,
- 30:03Speaker 1: I don't know how well known Alan Bartridge is outside
- 30:08Speaker 1: of the UK.
- 30:14Speaker 4: And I don't know how I don't know.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I don't know how understandable the character would be, because
- 30:28Speaker 1: it's the character's funny on different levels. It's funny in itself,
- 30:35Speaker 1: but also it's kind of made fun of a lot
- 30:42Speaker 1: of I'm just I suppose the radio DJs that then
- 30:47Speaker 1: went on to TV and did chat shows and stuff
- 30:51Speaker 1: like that. He's got some of those mannerisms, and yeah, it's.
- 31:05Speaker 3: Such a great character.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Pre certain that Steve Coogan, who is the actor who
- 31:21Speaker 1: plays Alan Bartridge, probably gets completely fed up we're doing
- 31:30Speaker 1: that character at times and wishes that one of his
- 31:36Speaker 1: other characters was as popular.
- 31:40Speaker 6: But he's.
- 31:48Speaker 3: His audience has grown up.
- 31:50Speaker 1: With him and he can keep that character. And he
- 32:03Speaker 1: was he'd probably been about sixty now, maybe late fifties.
- 32:10Speaker 1: He's older than me, just probably not by much, maybe
- 32:18Speaker 1: five years since he had let's say sixty, so he
- 32:22Speaker 1: might be able to do that character for another twenty years.
- 32:27Speaker 1: And dear, one of my favorite roles that Steve.
- 32:32Speaker 12: Kirgan was in.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Was when he did Laura Lenardi Laura what was it called?
- 32:44Speaker 1: I can't remember the name of the movie. I think
- 32:48Speaker 1: it might just been their first names, Stanham, Lawrence, Oliver,
- 33:00Speaker 1: Stan and Oliver. I think it was, yeah, Stan and
- 33:05Speaker 1: Oliver and Steve.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Cooking played.
- 33:15Speaker 1: The skinny one, Laura and HARDI HARDI was the biggest
- 33:20Speaker 1: one on the Laurel Stan Lowers. He played Stan. He
- 33:28Speaker 1: even had his eyes. I mean, he's always had his eyes,
- 33:35Speaker 1: but that was strange because he had the same eyes.
- 33:38Speaker 1: He has the same eyes as Stan Laurel, which makes
- 33:47Speaker 1: me think that he possibly wanted to play that character,
- 33:55Speaker 1: that role plays Stan Laurel for a long time because
- 34:02Speaker 1: he knew he looked like him. That was a really
- 34:08Speaker 1: good movie as well. It's really just about their relationship,
- 34:19Speaker 1: their friendship and you know, kind of be the last
- 34:27Speaker 1: part of their lives together. I suppose Stan Laurel was
- 34:44Speaker 1: a little bit a little bit like Benny Hill is.
- 34:51Speaker 1: His life was about working and in the same way
- 34:58Speaker 1: that Benny Hill used to. He used to write jokes
- 35:05Speaker 1: when he was home, even though he was on television anymore.
- 35:10Speaker 1: The thing is now not being on television wouldn't have
- 35:13Speaker 1: made a difference to him because he could have just
- 35:17Speaker 1: done his own YouTube channel into his own stuff, and
- 35:21Speaker 1: he wouldn't have needed he wouldn't have been restricted by television.
- 35:30Speaker 1: Plus he was wealthy, and he was popular in America,
- 35:36Speaker 1: which makes me wonder why didn't America give him a
- 35:39Speaker 1: TV show. Be he used to be writing jokes all
- 35:56Speaker 1: the time, and I think and Laurel was the same.
- 36:03Speaker 1: I was writing, it's a bit chilly in here today,
- 36:11Speaker 1: A little bit chilly, might cho that window is open.
- 36:15Speaker 1: That's open the window because it was stuff here with
- 36:18Speaker 1: all those books in a way.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Which is weird. I wouldn't afford it made too much difference,
- 36:26Speaker 3: but I guess some of.
- 36:29Speaker 1: The years getting through even window windows are closed. Yeah,
- 36:38Speaker 1: I'm not sure what to do about those books being there,
- 36:44Speaker 1: A little bit concerned that if one falced theo at
- 36:47Speaker 1: fault and it's a lot of books, like a heavy
- 36:53Speaker 1: load of books, that's probably other so probably doesn't weigh
- 37:03Speaker 1: as much as me, but maybe it does.
- 37:06Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 37:11Speaker 3: Yeah, I wouldn't be able to.
- 37:12Speaker 1: If you condense all those books into like a compact weight.
- 37:19Speaker 1: I'm not sure what struggle to lift it. I don't know,
- 37:30Speaker 1: maybe not, But then I think some of the books
- 37:35Speaker 1: are quite heavy, and there's I don't know two hundred books,
- 37:42Speaker 1: maybe more so I try to count them one.
- 37:48Speaker 19: Two, three, four or five, six, seven, eight, ninety, un twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixty,
- 37:59Speaker 19: twenty one, twenty twenty, fee, twenty four, twenty five, twenty six,
- 38:02Speaker 19: twenty seven, twenty eight, twenty nine, thirty, thirty one, thirty fine,
- 38:09Speaker 19: thirty six, thirty seventh, thirty eight, eighty ninety, forty, forty one,
- 38:13Speaker 19: forty forty thirty, forty four, forty five.
- 38:15Speaker 3: Forty six, forty seven, forty eight, forty nine, fifty two,
- 38:20Speaker 3: undifty fifty four six.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Sixty one to probably two hundred and fifty. So I
- 38:45Speaker 1: think my plan for today.
- 38:49Speaker 3: Is just.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Have some breakfast, have a cup of tea then aimed
- 39:17Speaker 1: to Monday's boring objects, and maybe do the laicious recorded.
- 39:29Speaker 3: As well later on.
- 39:41Speaker 1: And outside of that, nothing on else, really, nothing really
- 39:52Speaker 1: going on, so kind, thank you for listening. Remember to
- 40:15Speaker 1: be kind to yourself, because you do deserve to be happy,
- 40:23Speaker 1: bitch into it yourself. You deserve to feel safe, lots
- 40:34Speaker 1: of love.
- 40:41Speaker 11: Bye.
- 40:52Speaker 3: Relax in the more deep and meaningful way, maybe in
- 41:07Speaker 3: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 41:13Speaker 3: calmer now and throughout the time we've spend together here,
- 41:25Speaker 3: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 41:30Speaker 3: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 41:37Speaker 3: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 41:52Speaker 3: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 42:12Speaker 3: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 42:26Speaker 3: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 42:35Speaker 3: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 42:48Speaker 3: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 42:53Speaker 3: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 43:04Speaker 3: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 43:09Speaker 3: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 43:22Speaker 3: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 43:27Speaker 3: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 43:32Speaker 3: of was hypnosis, really and I managed to find it
- 43:39Speaker 3: again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 43:45Speaker 3: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me.
- 44:00Speaker 3: I was so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening
- 44:06Speaker 3: to her in the morning and in the evening. And
- 44:19Speaker 3: I knew before even pressing the play button that since
- 44:28Speaker 3: I've done that pressed the play button. This is in
- 44:33Speaker 3: the days of CD players, press the play button. In fact,
- 44:47Speaker 3: it might have even been a tape recorder. I'd lie
- 44:51Speaker 3: down on the bed and then even without necessarily listening
- 45:04Speaker 3: to her words, because I had to memorized. Really, it
- 45:18Speaker 3: was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 45:28Speaker 3: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 45:50Speaker 3: I remember my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I
- 46:04Speaker 3: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 46:11Speaker 3: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 46:21Speaker 3: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 46:26Speaker 3: till two thousand and six, I knew. I knew how
- 46:42Speaker 3: helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 46:56Speaker 3: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 47:09Speaker 3: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 47:17Speaker 3: not more so. Each time you hear my voice. You
- 47:27Speaker 3: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 47:39Speaker 3: me for over a decade. Maybe not solidly, obviously not
- 47:52Speaker 3: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 48:01Speaker 3: Some people may be listen every day. There's something that
- 48:14Speaker 3: I do which you may not realize by listening, is.
- 48:32Speaker 20: When I record.
- 48:36Speaker 4: These recordings. Now, for example.
- 48:45Speaker 3: I also am affected by the words that I say
- 48:58Speaker 3: so if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 49:08Speaker 3: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 49:20Speaker 3: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. When if I said,
- 49:37Speaker 3: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 49:45Speaker 3: each hand, perhaps notice that the air in the room,
- 49:56Speaker 3: the temperature of the room on the back to your hands,
- 50:08Speaker 3: you may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 50:12Speaker 3: very light.
- 50:13Speaker 4: Breeze, even though there may not be any type of
- 50:21Speaker 4: breeze at all.
- 50:24Speaker 3: Where you are right now. And as you become aware
- 50:37Speaker 3: of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed my
- 50:51Speaker 3: hands are feeling now. And when it comes to potentially
- 51:17Speaker 3: drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason you're.
- 51:23Speaker 4: Listening, I also.
- 51:32Speaker 3: Feel drowsy when I make these recordings. I also notice
- 51:47Speaker 3: my mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen
- 52:03Speaker 3: asleep without even noticing, and then I carry on talking
- 52:23Speaker 3: and it's suddenly where I listen back to do the editing,
- 52:33Speaker 3: I hear snoring, and I think I don't remember snoring.
- 52:42Speaker 3: I remember talking, and snorings I pick turned up. That's
- 52:53Speaker 3: why I sound like want to snore. I can read
- 53:01Speaker 3: it into a whole experience. I don't know how you feel.
- 53:21Speaker 3: How relaxed do you feel in your feet, how relaxed.
- 53:31Speaker 4: You feel in your hands? I have noticed.
- 53:52Speaker 21: More and more, the more relaxed, deeper.
- 54:07Speaker 3: Level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes
- 54:25Speaker 3: so almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows
- 54:41Speaker 3: you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath. However,
- 55:12Speaker 3: being able to notice the ease.
- 55:32Speaker 4: In which.
- 55:40Speaker 3: You breathe so naturally, you breathe so very easy, say
- 56:01Speaker 3: it's smoothly Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got
- 56:48Speaker 3: my eyes closed, attend to visualize beautiful field with trees
- 57:09Speaker 3: and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen.
- 57:41Speaker 4: It feels nice too, if nothing else, just taking some
- 57:58Speaker 4: time away from everything, enjoying.
- 58:28Speaker 3: That feeling of peace, serenity with a joyful art. Time
- 59:20Speaker 3: seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed, so
- 59:51Speaker 3: deeply pasteful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever.
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: In this moment, completely free, You'd like.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: To say that.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Your mind.
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: Slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: to drop out of your body to repair out of
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: every not of your body. Being released from your brain.
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: Let your mind slowly but surely.
- 1:04:04Speaker 22: Muscles same, legs, legs, racks, rice, very deep, legs, sweet deeply.
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: And the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders,
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: deeper in each part of your body, further and deeper
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: and deep, like to say, the feedings in the back
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: of your neck, the feedings in your wrists, muscles in
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: front of your body, peace.
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: Deeply sens pace.
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: Spreads through.
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: A very cool.
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: Even when you focus on your mind, your mind becomes
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: a ha's slower, deeper, relax fairy slater stomach days for
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: many a stomach.
- 1:11:34Speaker 7: You back.
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: Lettice, letice sound laxed. Now feel.
- 1:12:08Speaker 3: In the hole of your pack in a spy from
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: your brain all the way down the middle of your back,
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: sending and receiving millions of messages every day, DA comfort, increase, deplaylex.
- 1:13:55Speaker 22: Ms, legs, spreading these signals down your spinal cord.
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: Into every part of your body, your sins and your
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: calf muscles, your elbows, fields of peace and tranquility, spreading
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: through your body, tips of your tooth to your eyes,
- 1:16:07Speaker 3: your fingers. Wait till you know back, letting go, Rea,
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: letting go, pace to drift in mind just wont ben away,
- 1:17:39Speaker 3: happy to let go, let.
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: Godpletely the leger.
- 1:18:19Speaker 3: S drink nobody, joy of sense, joy, space, this space, pace.
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: And safety.
- 1:21:47Speaker 3: S fairy.
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: Fairy ricks, lady letting go.
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: Maybe we can just focus on different parts of your
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: body just to notice y a joy, so Louise not
- 1:25:27Speaker 3: see in a sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, peace, energy, pace,
- 1:27:37Speaker 3: to breeze so much.
- 1:27:44Speaker 12: Yeah, yes, you may.
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: You may not have noticed you mind many take.
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: In the direction of dito blissful pace, blissful pace directed
- 1:31:36Speaker 3: two days, sir, let you go, pay.
- 1:32:47Speaker 10: Like mind.
- 1:33:02Speaker 3: Fuxs aty films host.
- 1:34:01Speaker 23: Sist and pays from pay s like sah.
- 1:35:37Speaker 3: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your mind
- 1:35:56Speaker 3: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:36:04Speaker 3: you throughout your body, and your mind starts to slow down.
- 1:36:18Speaker 3: And that could be almost in recognition of I guess
- 1:36:25Speaker 3: my speech would not being particularly fast, and things generally
- 1:36:39Speaker 3: feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you give
- 1:36:51Speaker 3: yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 1:37:00Speaker 3: take a break from your life as it is to
- 1:37:07Speaker 3: give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some
- 1:37:15Speaker 3: time off, and to allow your body to relax and
- 1:37:23Speaker 3: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 1:37:34Speaker 3: the tension and it stresses that you had in your body.
- 1:37:44Speaker 3: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 1:38:00Speaker 3: time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy, which then
- 1:38:12Speaker 3: fills your body up and your mind to also starts
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: uplifting feeling, positive healing energy that spreads through your body
- 1:38:55Speaker 3: like a wave of comfort. And all this comes from
- 1:39:05Speaker 3: just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:39:17Speaker 3: however long you want it to be, just rest, allow
- 1:39:30Speaker 3: your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 1:39:41Speaker 3: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 1:39:57Speaker 3: room for feeling of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 1:40:11Speaker 3: your body and into your mind, almost as if your
- 1:40:19Speaker 3: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each
- 1:40:30Speaker 3: other with that growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice, really.
- 1:40:46Speaker 4: Does feel nice.
- 1:40:49Speaker 3: To know that you are the one that has allowed
- 1:40:54Speaker 3: yourself to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:41:10Speaker 4: More of this.
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:41:29Speaker 3: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:41:35Speaker 3: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:41:52Speaker 3: becomes even more.
- 1:41:56Speaker 4: Calm and comfortable. Just by focusing.
- 1:42:06Speaker 3: And as I move down on your body, starting and
- 1:42:11Speaker 3: your head, the parts that you have already focused on
- 1:42:18Speaker 3: or can continue to relax deeply. Those parts that have
- 1:42:28Speaker 3: not yet focused on what just automatically release any remain
- 1:42:39Speaker 3: intention in anticipation of even more comfort about to come.
- 1:42:53Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:42:56Speaker 3: The start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:43:03Speaker 3: of the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like
- 1:43:14Speaker 3: mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel
- 1:43:19Speaker 3: you're more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment. This
- 1:43:29Speaker 3: isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world.
- 1:43:38Speaker 3: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 1:43:44Speaker 3: sounds around. As you focus on your forehead, just notice
- 1:43:56Speaker 3: how it becomes even more relaxed.
- 1:44:00Speaker 24: Listen, you.
- 1:44:02Speaker 3: Focus only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:44:15Speaker 3: Move down to your eyes. Focusing on your eyes noticing
- 1:44:25Speaker 3: how your eyelids feel so heavy.
- 1:44:33Speaker 11: He has so.
- 1:44:34Speaker 3: Light at the same time, all the muscles around your
- 1:44:41Speaker 3: eyes relaxing completely, moving your focus down to your mouth,
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: the lips, your tongue, the teeth, you comes, all of
- 1:45:04Speaker 3: your mouth, relaxing, calm at least if you focus now
- 1:45:19Speaker 3: on your jawl just the parts of your jaw near
- 1:45:26Speaker 3: your mouth, your chin, but all the way up the
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: size of your face, to your ears. Now of your jaw,
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: leading all relaxed, calm, focusing on your leck, the front
- 1:46:09Speaker 3: of your neck, and your throat. Legs in loose and calm,
- 1:46:22Speaker 3: the sides of your leg, the right and left side
- 1:46:28Speaker 3: of your leg, your legs stain, lace.
- 1:46:39Speaker 10: And calm.
- 1:46:46Speaker 3: Now the back of your leg, focusing on the back
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: of your leg, letting go with any tension that may
- 1:47:04Speaker 3: have been there.
- 1:47:05Speaker 4: Before, and enjoying that.
- 1:47:12Speaker 3: Sense of increasing comfort and release. I think you can
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: experience in the back of your neck, moving down your back,
- 1:47:36Speaker 3: moving either side of your spine right from the top
- 1:47:41Speaker 3: of your back all the way down to the bottom
- 1:47:47Speaker 3: of your back, down to your lower back. As you
- 1:48:04Speaker 3: move up and down your spine, you can feel the
- 1:48:12Speaker 3: muscles give a side of your spine relaxing even more,
- 1:48:27Speaker 3: and as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:48:33Speaker 3: to spread outwards from your spine into both sides of
- 1:48:44Speaker 3: your back, the top of your back, the middle end
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: your lower back.
- 1:48:55Speaker 4: And as you scan gently slowly up and down your.
- 1:49:03Speaker 3: Backs, the muscles on the top of your back relax
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: and become a looser. The muscles in the middle of
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: your back also seemed to just almost divide from each other,
- 1:49:26Speaker 3: separating and almost melting, and in your lower back seems
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: to be an extra special feeling.
- 1:49:49Speaker 4: Of comfort. The spreads into your hips.
- 1:50:00Speaker 3: Sit down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 1:50:08Speaker 3: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks.
- 1:50:17Speaker 4: These muscles that spread.
- 1:50:22Speaker 3: Bring your lower back into your hip area, start to melt,
- 1:50:36Speaker 3: start to reading, let go and you know where about
- 1:50:49Speaker 3: to focus on your shoulders, back, your spine continue to
- 1:51:00Speaker 3: gotinue to relax.
- 1:51:09Speaker 25: So coury.
- 1:51:17Speaker 3: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 1:51:23Speaker 3: already feeding ready this, They're already.
- 1:51:46Speaker 11: Come.
- 1:51:53Speaker 3: I feel those muscles. The move from your neck into
- 1:52:06Speaker 3: your shoulders feels so soft and gentle, so sooner.
- 1:52:30Speaker 10: And calm.
- 1:52:43Speaker 3: The feeling your shoulders since to spread deep into your
- 1:52:56Speaker 3: shoulders as sense relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your muscles,
- 1:53:12Speaker 3: also relaxing the butterness and moving all the way to
- 1:53:25Speaker 3: underneath your arms, relaxing the whole area between the tops
- 1:53:34Speaker 3: of your shoulders and underneath your arms. Hea.
- 1:53:42Speaker 4: Then if you're so.
- 1:53:50Speaker 3: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sense that's deep
- 1:54:05Speaker 3: healing message into your arms.
- 1:54:23Speaker 4: You may feel almoss to if your arms.
- 1:54:28Speaker 3: An even because the sun relaxed so deeply, relaxed, so calm,
- 1:55:07Speaker 3: so that feels spreading oh way down your arms to
- 1:55:32Speaker 3: our ways including you always circumfort spreads away interists four saderists.
- 1:56:15Speaker 1: So heavy.
- 1:56:19Speaker 3: Yet the same time sunlight and gentle.
- 1:57:00Speaker 4: Fu said, now.
- 1:57:07Speaker 3: You as.
- 1:57:30Speaker 26: Ads peace annoys, a sense of real pace. Just seems to.
- 1:58:24Speaker 3: Feel so familial, hands relaxed deeply. Else it's think ups,
- 2:00:40Speaker 3: teach your body, sheep, kick and.
- 2:02:36Speaker 4: Fat.
- 2:02:54Speaker 3: Eight courses.
- 2:04:24Speaker 4: Us faith, said.
- 2:05:46Speaker 11: Sir, pay so.
- 2:05:49Speaker 4: Sick sick, pay so.
- 2:06:04Speaker 20: Sacom pace.
- 2:06:40Speaker 27: Sycom pace, same.
- 2:07:04Speaker 3: Pace, fold, relaxation, the spread, the chest, the stone. Let's
- 2:07:39Speaker 3: take go everything. So I'm gonna start counting down now
- 2:08:01Speaker 3: from twenty down to one. You can imagine in a
- 2:08:10Speaker 3: way it's like just walking down some steps and each
- 2:08:16Speaker 3: step or twenty steps, and each step represents a level
- 2:08:22Speaker 3: of comfort. Each step represents.
- 2:08:31Speaker 4: A deepening.
- 2:08:33Speaker 3: Of that comfort, and the furthes you walk down those
- 2:08:44Speaker 3: steps that deeper more legs do you feel?
- 2:08:56Speaker 28: So?
- 2:08:56Speaker 3: Starting with number twenty.
- 2:09:29Speaker 29: Nineteen eight seven ten sixty fifty.
- 2:13:29Speaker 20: Four fi s.
- 2:15:36Speaker 6: Twohhhhhhhhhh eight.
- 2:21:02Speaker 30: Us didn't reading.
- 2:22:32Speaker 3: Six five.
- 2:24:04Speaker 11: Sis usuis.
- 2:27:38Speaker 3: Leading as you focus on your eyes, got a countdown
- 2:29:53Speaker 3: from taking down to one, focusing just on your eyes,
- 2:30:08Speaker 3: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves,
- 2:30:18Speaker 3: a whole area that makes up your eye. As we
- 2:30:36Speaker 3: keelt down ten down to one, whilst to focus in
- 2:30:44Speaker 3: on your eyes, your become twice is relaxed number counting
- 2:31:02Speaker 3: down that you may find.
- 2:31:12Speaker 4: The way you want to do is just.
- 2:31:16Speaker 3: Drift off to sleep.
- 2:31:22Speaker 4: And if that's what you want, then just allow yourself
- 2:31:28Speaker 4: to do that. Now focusing on your.
- 2:31:40Speaker 3: Eyes and to begin countin down ten down to one.
- 2:31:53Speaker 21: Right now.
- 2:32:28Speaker 6: Nine eighth.
- 2:33:57Speaker 31: S usui.
- 2:36:01Speaker 32: Five hreeh.
- 2:40:08Speaker 31: Moss So.
- 2:41:14Speaker 3: Count down ten to one.
- 2:41:18Speaker 4: Ten nine.
- 2:41:22Speaker 3: Eight seven, six five four.
- 2:41:36Speaker 4: Three two.
- 2:41:42Speaker 3: One. And maybe that was a bit too quick in
- 2:41:52Speaker 3: order to relax.
- 2:41:54Speaker 4: Maybe it's too fast for you to notice the calming
- 2:42:01Speaker 4: of your body, maybe even a little bit of pressure there.
- 2:42:08Speaker 4: Like you're counted down from ten to one.
- 2:42:11Speaker 3: Would you expect me to do man, expect me to
- 2:42:15Speaker 3: just to go floppy just because you're counting down. If
- 2:42:24Speaker 3: you try again, but this time, I'll go a bit
- 2:42:28Speaker 3: slower this time that you focus on the whole of
- 2:42:35Speaker 3: your body before we focus on the legs.
- 2:42:41Speaker 1: Just notice.
- 2:42:44Speaker 4: How your body does.
- 2:42:46Speaker 3: Start to feel more relaxed with every number I count
- 2:43:00Speaker 3: down ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 2:44:33Speaker 1: One.
- 2:44:44Speaker 3: I just notice how.
- 2:44:48Speaker 4: How you feel, generally, how your body feels.
- 2:44:58Speaker 3: It's not necessarily even about counting down from ten to one.
- 2:45:09Speaker 3: It's that space that you.
- 2:45:11Speaker 31: Have, that.
- 2:45:15Speaker 4: Space between being active.
- 2:45:29Speaker 3: Physically or mentally, just.
- 2:45:36Speaker 4: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing.
- 2:45:41Speaker 3: Anything, not saying anything, or needing to think about anything.
- 2:45:48Speaker 3: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 2:45:52Speaker 3: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 2:46:03Speaker 3: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:46:10Speaker 3: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's
- 2:46:23Speaker 3: a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 2:46:36Speaker 3: physically or emotionally, moves away allows you.
- 2:46:52Speaker 11: To just.
- 2:46:55Speaker 3: Slow down.
- 2:47:00Speaker 4: So I'm going to count the game from ten down to.
- 2:47:02Speaker 3: One, and notice that gap widening, the gap, and this
- 2:47:12Speaker 3: it widens. It's almost like that the stress and attention
- 2:47:18Speaker 3: falls into the gap.
- 2:47:33Speaker 4: Gives you that distance.
- 2:47:36Speaker 1: That space.
- 2:47:39Speaker 11: Now ten.
- 2:47:49Speaker 4: Nine, eight, seven, six, five four three. Then how did
- 2:49:46Speaker 4: you body feel? Can you notice that? Do you feeling calm?
- 2:50:16Speaker 4: Then you feel.
- 2:50:20Speaker 3: Relaxed, as were? Now, focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 2:51:04Speaker 3: We're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:51:24Speaker 3: it's not the most exciting thing to be doing because
- 2:51:32Speaker 3: I'm sure like most of your body is not a
- 2:51:35Speaker 3: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:51:48Speaker 3: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:51:54Speaker 3: of your fighs, the bottoms of your thighs, outer thighs,
- 2:52:01Speaker 3: and inner thighs. Basically the whole of your thigh that
- 2:52:07Speaker 3: leads into.
- 2:52:08Speaker 24: Your hip.
- 2:52:13Speaker 3: And it goes down to your.
- 2:52:18Speaker 4: Knee joint.
- 2:52:24Speaker 3: Now, this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:52:31Speaker 3: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:52:38Speaker 3: and in your thighs.
- 2:52:49Speaker 4: But I don't think we perhaps give enough attention to
- 2:52:57Speaker 4: her thighs.
- 2:53:03Speaker 3: Perhaps we don't and acknowledge how important our thighs are.
- 2:53:14Speaker 4: To our lives, how much they actually do for us
- 2:53:35Speaker 4: all through our lives. And it may seem sound really weird, but.
- 2:53:49Speaker 3: I think that all our body parts, especially our thighs,
- 2:53:56Speaker 3: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown.
- 2:54:03Speaker 33: A bit of.
- 2:54:10Speaker 3: Acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what air thighs do for us.
- 2:54:29Speaker 3: And I know this may sound a bit strange. Maybe
- 2:54:35Speaker 3: you think why am I short? How should be out
- 2:54:38Speaker 3: in the garden hugging a tree or something. It's hard
- 2:54:47Speaker 3: to set like a phone up.
- 2:54:48Speaker 5: On a tree.
- 2:54:50Speaker 3: That's why I'm doing this indoors. Wise I wouldn't be
- 2:54:52Speaker 3: outside working a tree. I can't see the television from
- 2:54:56Speaker 3: the tree. You move down to your knees, you gain
- 2:55:07Speaker 3: such an important part. And I think we don't necessarily
- 2:55:16Speaker 3: I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate all
- 2:55:24Speaker 3: that one needs to do for me until I have
- 2:55:29Speaker 3: a problem with my need. Occasionally, if I ever, maybe
- 2:55:34Speaker 3: i'll bash it. It's aching for some reason. It's then
- 2:55:41Speaker 3: that I realize how much it does. You know, the
- 2:55:46Speaker 3: benefit of being able to use my legs without any
- 2:55:54Speaker 3: kind of physical discomfort.
- 2:55:58Speaker 4: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:56:01Speaker 3: That's possibly not appreciating tool it's temporarily removed, you know,
- 2:56:09Speaker 3: that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:56:18Speaker 3: of how your knees feel, you can have that sense
- 2:56:24Speaker 3: of gratitude and loved your needs for all that they
- 2:56:30Speaker 3: do you. And you can still have that attention on
- 2:56:43Speaker 3: your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel, Maybe notice
- 2:56:51Speaker 3: that they are relaxing more deeply as you focus now
- 2:57:10Speaker 3: on the bottoms of your legs, your shins, your calf muscles,
- 2:57:15Speaker 3: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporates, and
- 2:57:23Speaker 3: of course your ankles.
- 2:57:27Speaker 25: So important.
- 2:57:33Speaker 3: Anyone has had, even like the slightest sprain of an
- 2:57:38Speaker 3: ankle knows how how much we take our ankles for granted.
- 2:57:52Speaker 3: And it's kind of strange in a way when.
- 2:57:54Speaker 4: You think that.
- 2:57:57Speaker 3: You know, logically, our wrists a lot thinner than the
- 2:58:01Speaker 3: rest of our arms, which is okay, it doesn't I
- 2:58:06Speaker 3: can't see any problem with that because we're just picking
- 2:58:10Speaker 3: stuff up.
- 2:58:12Speaker 4: By our ankles.
- 2:58:14Speaker 3: So much thinner than the rest of our legs. And
- 2:58:24Speaker 3: from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't really
- 2:58:29Speaker 3: make sense that all this weight would ultimately be resting
- 2:58:37Speaker 3: on your ankles then leading to your feet. That thin area,
- 2:58:49Speaker 3: thin bone. Yeah, it does so much great work. Supports
- 2:58:58Speaker 3: as supports out.
- 2:58:59Speaker 4: Body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 2:59:11Speaker 4: you to get around, to be mobile.
- 2:59:23Speaker 3: And there's the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger,
- 2:59:32Speaker 3: I couldn't see the pointing calf muscles.
- 2:59:34Speaker 4: Didn't seem to do anything.
- 2:59:37Speaker 3: Okay, if I walked around tiptoes, then my calf muscles
- 2:59:42Speaker 3: get some work. But of course that's not true. The
- 2:59:46Speaker 3: calf muscles are being used whenever we use the eggs
- 2:59:56Speaker 3: in your shins there to protect you'll lower legs shaped
- 3:00:08Speaker 3: in a way almost as a protector for the bone,
- 3:00:21Speaker 3: leading of course to your ankles.
- 3:00:27Speaker 4: And your feet.
- 3:00:33Speaker 3: We're not going to focus on your feet. We're just
- 3:00:35Speaker 3: going to focus on the legs. And I realize, now.
- 3:00:41Speaker 4: That I've mentioned your feet, you'll probably focus on them anyway,
- 3:00:46Speaker 4: So maybe I should focus on your feet.
- 3:00:48Speaker 5: A little bit.
- 3:00:53Speaker 3: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 3:00:57Speaker 3: you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:01:01Speaker 4: Even though we haven't been.
- 3:01:03Speaker 3: Focusing on your thighs a few minutes, we're focusing on
- 3:01:09Speaker 3: your ankles. There's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs,
- 3:01:31Speaker 3: and there's that movement.
- 3:01:34Speaker 4: Of energy.
- 3:01:37Speaker 3: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:01:44Speaker 3: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 3:01:49Speaker 3: in our thighs. But the skin.
- 3:02:01Speaker 4: On the outside of the thighs, as in the outside.
- 3:02:06Speaker 3: Of all of our body, can be very sensitive, sensitive
- 3:02:15Speaker 3: to attach, sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs the bones,
- 3:02:32Speaker 3: there's the muscle, is the blood vessels, the arch trees,
- 3:02:38Speaker 3: to all this stuff that inside of thighs. I guess
- 3:02:46Speaker 3: sometimes it'd be nice if you could actually put your
- 3:02:50Speaker 3: fingers inside your thighs and message, so you can message
- 3:02:57Speaker 3: on the outside of the course, but to be able
- 3:03:00Speaker 3: to get deep into the muscles, to be able to
- 3:03:04Speaker 3: just massage inside your thighs, massage in the bones of
- 3:03:10Speaker 3: your leg, massaging veins, just gently healing thighs. You can
- 3:03:27Speaker 3: move down message inside your knees, just a message in
- 3:03:34Speaker 3: those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the healing energy deep
- 3:03:43Speaker 3: into the choice.
- 3:03:45Speaker 4: Your knees.
- 3:03:51Speaker 3: Of course, there's the back you need, the inside crease
- 3:03:58Speaker 3: we need is it's a very sensitive area very it
- 3:04:05Speaker 3: feels very nice when it's stricken. That might be because
- 3:04:11Speaker 3: it's an area that's not really touched very often. It's
- 3:04:16Speaker 3: almost like a hidden part that crease.
- 3:04:22Speaker 4: Your legs.
- 3:04:22Speaker 3: It's almost like a part that.
- 3:04:28Speaker 4: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different.
- 3:04:39Speaker 3: Of course, it's protected by your legs, so you can
- 3:04:49Speaker 3: legend put in your fingers into that, increase your legs,
- 3:05:00Speaker 3: fold between your legs. You can just message with your fingertips.
- 3:05:06Speaker 3: Your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You
- 3:05:17Speaker 3: can cause fielder the bones of your knees heating through
- 3:05:24Speaker 3: your fingertips. And then if you go down to your
- 3:05:36Speaker 3: calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like to be
- 3:05:39Speaker 3: able to really put my fingertips step inside the calf muscles,
- 3:05:47Speaker 3: massage in every single tissue, the muscle, healing every part.
- 3:06:03Speaker 4: And they're doing the same for my shies.
- 3:06:08Speaker 3: Massage and gently stroking the bones, generally stroking them, hearing
- 3:06:17Speaker 3: in a loving way because they deserve to be treated.
- 3:06:24Speaker 3: There's the precious bones.
- 3:06:25Speaker 4: That they are.
- 3:06:27Speaker 3: Their legs are so precious that in all the other
- 3:06:31Speaker 3: parts of our body, the more precious of any chub
- 3:06:39Speaker 3: on the planet. When you start to think about the
- 3:06:55Speaker 3: legs in this way, it can change your perspective. In
- 3:07:06Speaker 3: my sound, it silly to start with the idea of
- 3:07:14Speaker 3: having love for your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs,
- 3:07:25Speaker 3: wanting to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 3:07:32Speaker 3: massage the muscles and the bones, to get your fingers
- 3:07:39Speaker 3: deep in there, releasing a tension.
- 3:07:46Speaker 21: Just to show.
- 3:07:49Speaker 4: How much you care about your legs, how much you
- 3:07:56Speaker 4: care for what your legs do.
- 3:08:00Speaker 3: You regularly, your needs, your cars, your ankles, the strength
- 3:08:13Speaker 3: of your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to
- 3:08:21Speaker 3: the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're
- 3:08:28Speaker 3: so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:08:39Speaker 4: Ankles are.
- 3:08:44Speaker 3: Truly a gift because of what they do you supporting
- 3:08:56Speaker 3: all that weight. We got to say, how what weight
- 3:09:02Speaker 3: you are even if you only ate stone, still a
- 3:09:08Speaker 3: long weight for these little ankles, how was a lot
- 3:09:15Speaker 3: heavier the mainstone.
- 3:09:18Speaker 4: Doubled in my course, support my body all the time, whether.
- 3:09:31Speaker 3: They do give off a sigh of relief to sit down,
- 3:09:36Speaker 3: as if my whole licks though, h my feet feels go,
- 3:09:47Speaker 3: my toes clip so happy.
- 3:09:59Speaker 11: Hmm.
- 3:10:09Speaker 3: Your legs really are amazing. And I know they're talking about.
- 3:10:20Speaker 3: Talking about your legs is probably possibly on the most
- 3:10:26Speaker 3: myst boring fingers heard anyone say, possibly not boring l
- 3:10:36Speaker 3: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your
- 3:10:52Speaker 3: legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax.
- 3:11:04Speaker 4: Deeply.
- 3:11:12Speaker 3: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:11:17Speaker 3: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:11:54Speaker 3: the legs are so such a most you know, very
- 3:11:58Speaker 3: important part of your body.
- 3:12:03Speaker 33: When you relax, next, the.
- 3:12:04Speaker 4: Rest of your body also naturally follows in that.
- 3:12:15Speaker 3: Journey of comfort, like I'm feel in my hips, My
- 3:12:27Speaker 3: hips feel really nice, and also my life back as well.
- 3:12:37Speaker 3: My life back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:12:43Speaker 3: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching
- 3:12:49Speaker 3: as far as aware that I'm doing. It's almost as
- 3:12:52Speaker 3: if the muscles are just relaxed so much that there
- 3:12:56Speaker 3: is a natural stretch. Attention has reduced a lot, and
- 3:13:21Speaker 3: am now going to count down ten downs one.
- 3:13:29Speaker 4: You can continue.
- 3:13:32Speaker 3: To film.
- 3:13:35Speaker 4: Wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four three
- 3:14:11Speaker 4: two one. Relax because I'm just going to count down.
- 3:14:33Speaker 3: From five down to one. And as a countdown and
- 3:14:38Speaker 3: just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 3:14:46Speaker 3: and notice how you feel in this moment.
- 3:14:55Speaker 4: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers.
- 3:15:03Speaker 3: Counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in your body,
- 3:15:13Speaker 3: but also relaxing your mind.
- 3:15:20Speaker 4: Just notice how you feel.
- 3:15:23Speaker 3: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:15:29Speaker 3: to think about.
- 3:15:33Speaker 4: Starting with number five, four, three.
- 3:16:05Speaker 21: To one.
- 3:16:21Speaker 3: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:16:30Speaker 10: Letting go.
- 3:16:33Speaker 3: Of the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:16:40Speaker 3: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:16:47Speaker 3: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:16:55Speaker 3: that happens.
- 3:16:59Speaker 29: It's not really a special procedure.
- 3:17:03Speaker 4: It's just natural.
- 3:17:04Speaker 3: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:17:12Speaker 3: and the more your mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:17:15Speaker 3: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there is
- 3:17:26Speaker 3: that calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even
- 3:17:35Speaker 3: even if this background sounds, even your side or mind
- 3:17:41Speaker 3: is still going to be quite calm. You know, you
- 3:17:47Speaker 3: haven't got the television on. There's no music in the background,
- 3:17:53Speaker 3: unless you're listening to the recorded with music of course
- 3:18:00Speaker 3: you are very likely not going to be sitting in
- 3:18:02Speaker 3: a room with other people. Of course you might be,
- 3:18:06Speaker 3: but generally it's more ideal if you can do this
- 3:18:10Speaker 3: on your own, so no distractions, and when you stop
- 3:18:21Speaker 3: thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. The sense of comfort
- 3:18:38Speaker 3: starts to grow, and without trying to build it up
- 3:18:47Speaker 3: into something fantastical, something magical, this is just a natural pros.
- 3:19:02Speaker 4: Something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:19:10Speaker 3: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:19:16Speaker 3: completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:19:22Speaker 3: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:19:28Speaker 3: that happens naturally. And parts of the process of this
- 3:19:39Speaker 3: recording and others is simply two allow you.
- 3:19:51Speaker 4: To take advantage of this space.
- 3:19:57Speaker 3: This time, just.
- 3:20:06Speaker 11: Let go.
- 3:20:09Speaker 3: To just be here, to be in tune with how
- 3:20:18Speaker 3: you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to relax
- 3:20:31Speaker 3: deeply that maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what
- 3:20:43Speaker 3: it is that you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:20:56Speaker 3: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:21:05Speaker 3: of falling asleep. The actual fall in the sleep part
- 3:21:09Speaker 3: is the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you.
- 3:21:18Speaker 4: Become the easier.
- 3:21:26Speaker 3: You find yourself drifting. You can also, if you choose,
- 3:21:42Speaker 3: stay focused on my voice and really enjoy the process.
- 3:22:02Speaker 4: Coradually relaxing each muscle.
- 3:22:20Speaker 3: In your body.
- 3:22:25Speaker 4: Effortlessly and just observing.
- 3:22:40Speaker 3: The sensation of letting go.
- 3:22:54Speaker 6: Completely.
- 3:23:01Speaker 3: This time, I'm gonna count from six down to one.
- 3:23:10Speaker 3: You can notice your mind calming down with each number
- 3:23:22Speaker 3: that you hear me say, naturally, feeling calm and slow.
- 3:23:38Speaker 4: To beeaceful sex.
- 3:24:11Speaker 3: Five on being aware how you mind to slide right down,
- 3:26:45Speaker 3: sinking deeply into relaxation as you focus on your mind.
- 3:27:09Speaker 4: And may notice that.
- 3:27:16Speaker 3: There are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that.
- 3:27:26Speaker 4: For some reason perhaps need your attention. That's what you
- 3:27:39Speaker 4: can do is send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:27:58Speaker 1: Of love.
- 3:28:00Speaker 3: My little petals from my flower. Just sprinkle over the petals,
- 3:28:06Speaker 3: feel good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts slow.
- 3:28:14Speaker 3: Then you're not band in the number.
- 3:28:19Speaker 4: You just need them. You require them to just calm down,
- 3:28:29Speaker 4: slow down, quiet down.
- 3:28:37Speaker 7: For now.
- 3:28:46Speaker 3: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts as we
- 3:28:51Speaker 3: count down this time from seven down to one. With
- 3:28:56Speaker 3: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:29:12Speaker 3: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:29:25Speaker 3: melt away and relax deeply.
- 3:29:32Speaker 4: With every number, those thoughts will become more.
- 3:29:45Speaker 3: And more relaxed. Starting with number seven, sixhhhhhhhhh, five.
- 3:32:06Speaker 10: One.
- 3:32:24Speaker 21: Let you now.
- 3:32:29Speaker 3: Notice how relaxed your feeling in your body. We got
- 3:32:50Speaker 3: to focus.
- 3:32:55Speaker 4: On your hands.
- 3:33:02Speaker 3: Because the more relax your hands on, the more relax
- 3:33:08Speaker 3: your body and mind. You focus on your hands and
- 3:33:31Speaker 3: your fingers. There's nothing needed to be done. There's no
- 3:33:41Speaker 3: clinching of fists or dance and the fingers or anything
- 3:33:46Speaker 3: like that. It's just noticing and focusing on your hands.
- 3:34:07Speaker 3: Let now they feel because the ball relax your hands
- 3:34:29Speaker 3: feel the calm mind feels, and all confidence feel throround
- 3:34:46Speaker 3: your body. Gee may have ready, I tiste mind is
- 3:35:21Speaker 3: starting dressed usaid just on your hands and fingers.
- 3:35:53Speaker 4: And I'm.
- 3:35:56Speaker 3: Cheap thxperience. I'm real deepening of that relaxation in your
- 3:36:09Speaker 3: hands and fingers more relaxed. With each number for eight
- 3:36:39Speaker 3: down to one, we can almost feel that heating, relaxing
- 3:36:52Speaker 3: energy spread it into your hands and fingers, becoming relaxing
- 3:37:14Speaker 3: with each number coming down eight down to one drifting
- 3:37:37Speaker 3: drifting again started with.
- 3:37:49Speaker 28: Number eighth seven Shhhh, just.
- 3:41:44Speaker 3: Being here now, nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 3:41:55Speaker 3: nothing to say, and everything just feels calm. This is
- 3:42:10Speaker 3: your natural state of being. This is how you just
- 3:42:18Speaker 3: normally feel when you take away that other stuff.
- 3:42:27Speaker 5: That we add.
- 3:42:29Speaker 4: And think class stress and where we're heard over thinking.
- 3:42:39Speaker 3: Anxiety and tension, generally thinking about stuff.
- 3:42:50Speaker 4: Take that away, which is what we did.
- 3:42:54Speaker 3: We now left with a real sense of pasifulness, which
- 3:43:12Speaker 3: comes to you for a good place, because ultimately it's just.
- 3:43:21Speaker 10: A feeling.
- 3:43:26Speaker 4: Of feeling a comfort.
- 3:43:32Speaker 3: Amost as if you got inside yourself, you found a
- 3:43:37Speaker 3: special place where everything is basiful, the place week in film,
- 3:43:53Speaker 3: relaxed and natural sense of comfort, place where you will
- 3:44:03Speaker 3: be here we can accept yourself when you will place
- 3:44:16Speaker 3: way you're trying to please anybody else, and place way
- 3:44:27Speaker 3: you can actually just love yourself. But in some ways
- 3:44:37Speaker 3: more importantly, you can.
- 3:44:39Speaker 4: Like yourself, appreciate.
- 3:44:45Speaker 11: You will.
- 3:44:55Speaker 4: A sense of gratitude.
- 3:45:00Speaker 34: In the air round.
- 3:45:09Speaker 3: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:45:17Speaker 3: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:45:32Speaker 3: your body, the healing energy spreads through your veins.
- 3:45:46Speaker 4: Traveling out to each every single part.
- 3:45:52Speaker 3: Of your body. Are to realize that actually that healing energy,
- 3:46:06Speaker 3: it's not just entered into your brain, it's become part
- 3:46:13Speaker 3: of your brain and its spinal fluid is now mixed
- 3:46:24Speaker 3: with healing energy, not just allowing you to feel so
- 3:46:36Speaker 3: much more relaxed and healthy in this moment, but also
- 3:46:51Speaker 3: you start to realize that actually, what's happening now without
- 3:46:59Speaker 3: healing relaxing energy spreading through your body is actually changing
- 3:47:09Speaker 3: your life. It's actually changing the way you're going to
- 3:47:19Speaker 3: feel not just now, but tomorrow and the next day.
- 3:47:27Speaker 3: As your health improves, not just your physical health, but
- 3:47:35Speaker 3: your mental health. Things that used to bother you in
- 3:47:42Speaker 3: the past, for some reason, no longer have the effect
- 3:47:51Speaker 3: that they used to because something has changed.
- 3:47:58Speaker 11: Deep within.
- 3:48:05Speaker 3: Maybe things that he used to cause you to feel
- 3:48:11Speaker 3: anger no longer have that power.
- 3:48:21Speaker 34: To control you.
- 3:48:25Speaker 3: The way they seem to be able to before. As
- 3:48:31Speaker 3: she realize that you're the one who decides what affects you,
- 3:48:46Speaker 3: You're the one who decides to feel relaxed and calm.
- 3:48:57Speaker 4: When you choose.
- 3:49:02Speaker 3: To enjoy.
- 3:49:04Speaker 4: Noticing these natural developments.
- 3:49:12Speaker 3: Are healing continue to grow and improve your life day
- 3:49:23Speaker 3: by day include of course, your ability to relax so
- 3:49:36Speaker 3: much easier.
- 3:49:43Speaker 4: Than sleeping.
- 3:49:49Speaker 3: It's the most natural thing in the world to you
- 3:49:59Speaker 3: because for working, to sleep is something.
- 3:50:01Speaker 33: That you've done.
- 3:50:05Speaker 3: So many times.
- 3:50:08Speaker 33: In your life, and you know that you were born.
- 3:50:15Speaker 3: As we all work with the ability to fall asleep, naturally,
- 3:50:27Speaker 3: born with that ability to just drift off into a deep,
- 3:50:40Speaker 3: healing sleep. Even when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep
- 3:50:52Speaker 3: and we don't even want to try to think stay awake.
- 3:50:58Speaker 3: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning though it's Christmas
- 3:51:02Speaker 3: or holiday or something.
- 3:51:04Speaker 4: We look forward to, and I don't want to go
- 3:51:06Speaker 4: to sleep.
- 3:51:09Speaker 3: But the more you want to stay awake, the more
- 3:51:14Speaker 3: we just start to drift. And the more he finds drifting.
- 3:51:23Speaker 3: We try to stop yourself and drifting asleep, the deeper
- 3:51:29Speaker 3: and stronger without drifting becomes. Because we're born not just
- 3:51:41Speaker 3: with the need to.
- 3:51:43Speaker 4: Relax deeply.
- 3:51:46Speaker 3: And to naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright, it's
- 3:51:56Speaker 3: part of our DNA, and sometimes as we get older
- 3:52:06Speaker 3: in life, perhaps at times.
- 3:52:10Speaker 4: We have forgotten the relaxing completely.
- 3:52:21Speaker 21: It's not being a.
- 3:52:24Speaker 3: Wonderfully pleasant experience. It's also really.
- 3:52:34Speaker 35: Easy it's very, very easy to let go, because that's
- 3:52:53Speaker 35: what it is.
- 3:52:54Speaker 11: It's just.
- 3:52:58Speaker 4: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 3:53:10Speaker 4: button on my recordings, you have given permission.
- 3:53:20Speaker 3: From my voice.
- 3:53:22Speaker 5: To relax.
- 3:53:27Speaker 3: When you press that play button, you have given me
- 3:53:30Speaker 3: permission for my words to effect.
- 3:53:41Speaker 4: In a positive, only a positive way.
- 3:53:51Speaker 3: Opening up your mind.
- 3:54:00Speaker 4: To useful and healing suggestions.
- 3:54:15Speaker 24: They can have.
- 3:54:20Speaker 3: Such an amazing effect on how you feel right now,
- 3:54:32Speaker 3: as well as those changes that continue long after the
- 3:54:42Speaker 3: recording ends. Those changes within you the continue to flourish
- 3:54:54Speaker 3: and grow transful, I mean your life in positive, beautiful way,
- 3:55:11Speaker 3: allowing you to move forward in.
- 3:55:16Speaker 4: Your life in the direction thinking you choose for yourself.

- 3:56:35Speaker 3: you had to find that you're all relaxed physically and
- 3:56:46Speaker 3: in your mind it's all relaxed. And it's not that
- 3:56:55Speaker 3: you're thinking slower, it's just your mind would be less
- 3:57:02Speaker 3: cluknocked out with unnecessary negativity, because from now on, your
- 3:57:14Speaker 3: mind rejects negativity from now on, you're going to start
- 3:57:24Speaker 3: noticing when negativity arises, and you can just say stop, stop,
- 3:57:43Speaker 3: and then negativity.
- 3:57:47Speaker 33: Will turn around and leave your line.
- 3:57:58Speaker 4: Stop and then negativity would disappear.
- 3:58:16Speaker 3: And as you notice that you feel way more laxed
- 3:58:24Speaker 3: than you probably expected.
- 3:58:32Speaker 4: You can now.
- 3:58:36Speaker 3: Congratulate yourself because you're the person that has done this.
- 3:58:44Speaker 4: You are the one that has opened your mind up
- 3:58:50Speaker 4: to the.
- 3:58:51Speaker 3: Simple facts, and you can feel more relaxed in your
- 3:58:59Speaker 3: body end in your mind. You've opened your mind up
- 3:59:09Speaker 3: to the birthrights, have been able to just fall asleep
- 3:59:17Speaker 3: easily when he cheers. And that's a nice feeling.
- 3:59:33Speaker 11: Don't you think.
- 3:59:36Speaker 4: It feels nice?

- 4:05:38Speaker 4: your time.
- 4:05:42Speaker 3: Relax, to allow your mind to slope down, to give
- 4:05:58Speaker 3: yourself a permishion.

- 4:07:38Speaker 3: you're not purpose requesting those parts of your body to relax,
- 4:07:49Speaker 3: it's kind of expected. You expect when you listen to
- 4:07:56Speaker 3: my wist to feel next naturally.
- 4:08:08Speaker 4: Because when you're listening to me, your attention.
- 4:08:15Speaker 3: Is focused on my words, and as my words guide you.

- 4:12:32Speaker 4: That's where you get.
- 4:12:35Speaker 36: If we need is.
- 4:12:38Speaker 4: To fall asleep.
- 4:12:41Speaker 3: Actually easily. That's why drifts. That's also.
- 4:12:50Speaker 4: What happened, because why.
- 4:13:00Speaker 3: Pressing out play button on the podcast and listening to
- 4:13:05Speaker 3: MA gave permission your body and wind, in fact, give
- 4:13:21Speaker 3: the command to your body and wine to relax deeply,
- 4:13:34Speaker 3: to drift off the slave if that's what he wants to.
- 4:13:43Speaker 11: Need.
- 4:13:51Speaker 4: Em as I focus of different parts of your body.
- 4:14:02Speaker 11: You may.
- 4:14:04Speaker 4: Start to just drift and then you come back again.
- 4:14:13Speaker 3: You hear me talk.
- 4:14:14Speaker 4: Again, focusing on a different parts of your body.
- 4:14:24Speaker 7: You may.
- 4:14:27Speaker 3: I'm just so drifting, being realized drifting until you're still
- 4:14:36Speaker 3: drifting to lot again to my voice, fasine, what a
- 4:14:46Speaker 3: different parts of your body starts to relaxe.
- 4:14:51Speaker 4: Deeper because I'm drifting.
- 4:14:59Speaker 3: It's basically in the sleep there you draft the long drift,
- 4:15:16Speaker 3: only you draft.
- 4:15:20Speaker 4: Aventually.
- 4:15:23Speaker 3: I drifting continues to sleep, and that's the last.
- 4:15:35Speaker 11: To do.
- 4:15:41Speaker 4: When you read time.
- 4:15:43Speaker 3: When you've experienced the I about to sleep, need to
- 4:15:54Speaker 3: and if you don't have to sleep, strue pleasant.
- 4:16:04Speaker 4: Some accent. Deep sleep feels a nice.
- 4:16:28Speaker 3: Taxes minds feel as you feel like.
- 4:16:39Speaker 4: He which is spreading through acies deeply.
- 4:16:53Speaker 37: X starts.
- 4:17:10Speaker 3: Jus sholders chiss, fads spy your body its focus again
- 4:19:54Speaker 3: said focus this time and your faihead Now your mouth,
- 4:20:11Speaker 3: your lips, hold of your mouth, like you said, on
- 4:20:33Speaker 3: your fingers.
- 4:20:39Speaker 4: Maybe you get.
- 4:20:42Speaker 3: If your fingers little bits you can focus on each
- 4:20:46Speaker 3: one individually.
- 4:20:54Speaker 4: Five hands.
- 4:21:00Speaker 3: Should focus on a bunch of your hands. Now I
- 4:21:05Speaker 3: seemed to just melt into one man ide your hands
- 4:21:14Speaker 3: started left hand and asked as if.
- 4:21:24Speaker 36: Just fixed the game.
- 4:21:31Speaker 3: Now focus soon these just start helping. These help now
- 4:21:59Speaker 3: like seconds says just see.
- 4:22:45Speaker 4: The same top sec.
- 4:23:56Speaker 38: Second six sections. Usag not said.
- 4:26:15Speaker 4: I sil body fails, not say.
- 4:26:38Speaker 3: Mind fails. Let him go, let him go, let's say
- 4:27:24Speaker 3: go everything, Let's think go, let's think go, Let's say.
- 4:27:55Speaker 4: Go everything.
- 4:28:12Speaker 3: Everything. We start now.
- 4:28:22Speaker 4: And like you just the first of all, just to
- 4:28:24Speaker 4: see yourself.
- 4:28:26Speaker 3: Lying down on the mess such table, lying on your front.
- 4:28:34Speaker 3: Your head is supported, your arms are supported, and you
- 4:28:42Speaker 3: feel comfortable, and the breathing is really easy, and you
- 4:28:48Speaker 3: feel you feel confident in how you look as well.
- 4:28:55Speaker 3: So there's none of that issue of body problems or
- 4:28:59Speaker 3: shyness because I'm a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:29:09Speaker 3: so none of that stuff matters on whatsoever. This is
- 4:29:17Speaker 3: about you. This is about how you feel, how you
- 4:29:26Speaker 3: can enjoy that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes
- 4:29:33Speaker 3: from letting go and allowing my hands and my fingers
- 4:29:40Speaker 3: to relax you by a messaging your body. Soone starts
- 4:29:52Speaker 3: off just by placing my hands on the back of
- 4:29:57Speaker 3: your head, just generally, just so you can feel my hands.
- 4:30:04Speaker 4: Feel like really on you so you can maybe feel
- 4:30:11Speaker 4: the warmth of my hands on the back of your head.
- 4:30:17Speaker 3: With my hands to the side of your head, not pressing,
- 4:30:21Speaker 3: but just holding there very gently, maybe over your ears,
- 4:30:27Speaker 3: and a little bit on your face, just so you
- 4:30:31Speaker 3: can feel my hands.
- 4:30:35Speaker 4: So you can become accustomed.
- 4:30:38Speaker 11: To them.
- 4:30:47Speaker 3: And now I'll put my hands on the back of
- 4:30:49Speaker 3: your head again and gently let them slide down on
- 4:30:56Speaker 3: to the back of your neck. You can feel my
- 4:31:06Speaker 3: hands gently stroking the back of your neck and start
- 4:31:16Speaker 3: with just so you can get used to the feeling
- 4:31:25Speaker 3: of my hands on your skin, get accustomed to it,
- 4:31:32Speaker 3: realize that you're safe.
- 4:31:35Speaker 4: It's all good, it's all fine. And I want to
- 4:31:44Speaker 4: start gently messaging the muscles in the back of your neck.
- 4:31:56Speaker 3: With both hands. And this is a very trusting situation really,
- 4:32:08Speaker 3: because our necks is so fragile to have someone have
- 4:32:13Speaker 3: their hands around your neck in that way and sometimes
- 4:32:18Speaker 3: be problematic for people, which is why massages are quite good,
- 4:32:25Speaker 3: because it allows you to relax and to get in
- 4:32:33Speaker 3: touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm. There's a
- 4:32:51Speaker 3: massage the sides of your neck, gently moving from the
- 4:33:00Speaker 3: bottom of your neck. It should be sort of near
- 4:33:04Speaker 3: where your shoulders start. I guess all the way up
- 4:33:09Speaker 3: to your jaw is kind of area on the side
- 4:33:14Speaker 3: of your neck. Of course it's a lot longer than
- 4:33:20Speaker 3: the front of your neck. The message in the back
- 4:33:36Speaker 3: of your neck, especially that area where perhaps we hold tension,
- 4:33:49Speaker 3: and there's that area's message. You can actually feel the
- 4:33:53Speaker 3: sense of release in the back of your neck. Maybe
- 4:34:02Speaker 3: you can breathe it out as well. Not just how
- 4:34:07Speaker 3: it feels, notice how you feel. They're moving down to
- 4:34:20Speaker 3: that area between your neck and your shoulders, that musty area,
- 4:34:29Speaker 3: starting to message that area on both sides. This would
- 4:34:36Speaker 3: be the area that a lot of people would message
- 4:34:39Speaker 3: if they were going to give you, like a shoulder message.
- 4:34:44Speaker 3: Even that's not technically the shoulders, but it's sort of
- 4:34:48Speaker 3: muscles that lead to the shoulders.
- 4:34:52Speaker 4: From the neck.
- 4:34:54Speaker 3: And the game that can hold tension and stress when massaged.
- 4:35:01Speaker 3: Sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and do you
- 4:35:08Speaker 3: decide how deep that message is. Just allow my knuckles
- 4:35:27Speaker 3: just to dig in to get to those muscles, to
- 4:35:32Speaker 3: really relaxed and all the time being found yet gentle
- 4:35:44Speaker 3: with it and just striking down the area to your
- 4:36:02Speaker 3: actual shoulders, moving to the muscles of your shoulders and
- 4:36:14Speaker 3: maybe initially just pulling up the shoulders a little bit
- 4:36:19Speaker 3: off the table, just to give you a little bit of.
- 4:36:22Speaker 4: A stretch a very gently. You've got the muscles at
- 4:36:33Speaker 4: the front of your shoulders the side of.
- 4:36:36Speaker 3: The back again, this is the part that you can
- 4:36:47Speaker 3: really take quite a bit of pressure, quite a bit
- 4:36:52Speaker 3: of needing if if you wish, release the tension to
- 4:37:05Speaker 3: really get into those muscles and plet your fingers in there.
- 4:37:13Speaker 3: You feel really nice. Sometimes it's just being stroked gently,
- 4:37:21Speaker 3: being messaged quite strongly.
- 4:37:28Speaker 4: You can all be beneficial.
- 4:37:31Speaker 33: To the real solution.
- 4:37:37Speaker 3: With the muscles in your shoulders. Now, as you move
- 4:37:50Speaker 3: down your arms, were doing one arm at a time,
- 4:38:00Speaker 3: starting with your right arm, but there is I just
- 4:38:11Speaker 3: lift your arm up, just hold it to the side
- 4:38:14Speaker 3: of you that where it still be attached, and I
- 4:38:22Speaker 3: just message the tops of your arms all the way
- 4:38:36Speaker 3: down to your forearms into your wrists, generally messaging.
- 4:39:01Speaker 10: That part.
- 4:39:04Speaker 3: Softer part, which is the underpart of the arm, which
- 4:39:11Speaker 3: leads to the crease in your elbow. The inside. It's
- 4:39:16Speaker 3: much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that stroked feel
- 4:39:34Speaker 3: really nice, pleasurable and relaxing. Now moving down to your
- 4:39:51Speaker 3: right hand, just holding your hand with both of my hands,
- 4:40:09Speaker 3: just pressing gently on the back of your head, stretching
- 4:40:16Speaker 3: your fingers.
- 4:40:19Speaker 4: Ever slightly at the same time.
- 4:40:26Speaker 3: Pressing down and massaging each finger, and then starting to
- 4:40:40Speaker 3: massage the palms and the hand.
- 4:40:49Speaker 12: Just turning the.
- 4:40:50Speaker 4: Hand gently, stretching it gently, and actually.
- 4:41:00Speaker 3: Have in your hand held.
- 4:41:02Speaker 24: Can it really be.
- 4:41:05Speaker 3: An emotional experience sometimes even if it is a stranger,
- 4:41:12Speaker 3: So when you don't know very well, like a massage
- 4:41:16Speaker 3: person or a therapist, maybe because it's intimate, you can
- 4:41:30Speaker 3: feel nice, you can feel safe. As I put that
- 4:41:44Speaker 3: right arm back down where it was, do the same
- 4:41:53Speaker 3: with your left arm. Thank you, the same, massaging the
- 4:42:04Speaker 3: muscles and you are all way down to your wrist,
- 4:42:14Speaker 3: striking inside of your own just being gentle or as
- 4:42:24Speaker 3: fun as you require. And then massaging your left hand,
- 4:42:44Speaker 3: stretching the fingers gently, massage in the palm of your
- 4:42:54Speaker 3: left hand. You feel so so relaxing, so cumpeting.
- 4:43:34Speaker 4: I'll just rest your left arm back down. Start message
- 4:43:47Speaker 4: your back, the biggest.
- 4:43:50Speaker 3: Part of your body, starting at the top, starting again
- 4:44:02Speaker 3: where he would have been, the area of the top
- 4:44:05Speaker 3: in between your shoulders, your neck, going back message in
- 4:44:13Speaker 3: the area again, but this time moving downwards, making it downward.
- 4:44:25Speaker 3: Stroke to the middle of at back. Working for me
- 4:44:34Speaker 3: outside inwards massage in that you're back, but the outside
- 4:44:44Speaker 3: of your back parts rearms well. Maybe rest against almost
- 4:45:05Speaker 3: the path that connects your front to your back. Just
- 4:45:17Speaker 3: messaging down firmly but gently, as firm as you want,
- 4:45:29Speaker 3: moving down and moving across a little bed. Move all
- 4:45:34Speaker 3: the way down again, be very gentle. You have firm
- 4:45:40Speaker 3: if you cheers. Eventually even get to the spine. We
- 4:45:52Speaker 3: can message the muscles and either side of your spine.
- 4:45:57Speaker 4: From the top of your neck or the way down
- 4:46:00Speaker 4: out to your lower back.
- 4:46:10Speaker 3: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people would
- 4:46:16Speaker 3: use the knuckle or the you know, the two fingers
- 4:46:23Speaker 3: and just go your side of the spine almost just
- 4:46:29Speaker 3: push down, go all the way down to the bottom
- 4:46:32Speaker 3: of the spine, each time releasing the tension and opening
- 4:46:40Speaker 3: up the body, stretching your body so that you feel
- 4:46:50Speaker 3: more relaxed but at the same time rejuvenated. And now
- 4:47:07Speaker 3: I'm going to move to one side, to your right side,
- 4:47:16Speaker 3: and from the bottom of your lips to your pelvis,
- 4:47:22Speaker 3: We're gonna message that area of your back. I'll stretch
- 4:47:29Speaker 3: over the other side and I'll pull the muscles gently
- 4:47:34Speaker 3: and massage will push.
- 4:47:37Speaker 4: From one end that side will way to my side.
- 4:47:42Speaker 3: To the middle of the fact to where your spine
- 4:47:45Speaker 3: is massaging that side of your spine the opposite side
- 4:47:52Speaker 3: to where I'm standing. It's almost likely leading bread. There's
- 4:48:00Speaker 3: a big area which is firm, yet there lots there
- 4:48:06Speaker 3: to message. Potentially one of the most important places to
- 4:48:16Speaker 3: actually have a message because you really feel it, really
- 4:48:24Speaker 3: feel the release and the pleasure of having your lower
- 4:48:29Speaker 3: back massage. It releases so much from your body that's
- 4:48:38Speaker 3: not useful, starting a human process which will continue long
- 4:48:47Speaker 3: after this recording is over. The message in this part
- 4:49:00Speaker 3: of your bodynly feels really good for you. It's actually
- 4:49:05Speaker 3: fun to do because it is, as I said, like
- 4:49:10Speaker 3: kneading bread. It's a part that you can really get
- 4:49:15Speaker 3: hold of and really message deeply. If that's your choice.
- 4:49:30Speaker 3: They're not going to move over to the other side
- 4:49:32Speaker 3: of your body and do the same with the opposite part.
- 4:49:42Speaker 4: Of your lower back.
- 4:49:45Speaker 3: Kneading and messaging from your side or way to the
- 4:49:54Speaker 3: middle of your back where your spine is pressing and
- 4:50:02Speaker 3: needing firm and gentle at the same time. It feels
- 4:50:13Speaker 3: so releasing a mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness, relaxation
- 4:50:27Speaker 3: or mixed together. Plus there's that feeling for your stomach
- 4:50:38Speaker 3: as it's being stretched.
- 4:50:41Speaker 4: Even though you're in your stomach now, you can feel
- 4:50:44Speaker 4: it being.
- 4:50:45Speaker 3: Stretched because the whole area is connected to your stomach.
- 4:50:57Speaker 3: Now we're going to move or move further up to
- 4:51:02Speaker 3: your top of your body, and we did the same
- 4:51:07Speaker 3: this time, starting with your upper back. Put my hands
- 4:51:15Speaker 3: forward over and massive massage in that area.
- 4:51:22Speaker 4: Up to your spine, from the side of your body
- 4:51:26Speaker 4: up to your spine.
- 4:51:29Speaker 3: To someone that the message area, the muscle tissue, wherever
- 4:51:35Speaker 3: fatty tissue even will be possibly from your chest.
- 4:51:41Speaker 4: Beau's all connected. The chest and the back connect together.
- 4:51:48Speaker 3: I'm going to be massaging and just pulling some of
- 4:51:51Speaker 3: that skin from your side up the massage in the area.
- 4:52:02Speaker 33: Of your upper back.
- 4:52:05Speaker 3: All the way to your spine, and then I'll move
- 4:52:11Speaker 3: down a bit and I'll continue with the middle of
- 4:52:14Speaker 3: your back doing exactly the same thing.
- 4:52:20Speaker 4: There's gentle as deep as you choose.
- 4:52:34Speaker 3: Now I'll move on the other side again and do
- 4:52:38Speaker 3: the exact same thing with the top of your back
- 4:52:42Speaker 3: on the other side from pretty much underneath your are
- 4:52:51Speaker 3: near you really to your spine, and then continue in
- 4:53:04Speaker 3: that all the way down including the lower your the
- 4:53:11Speaker 3: middle of your back. Now I can I go to
- 4:53:27Speaker 3: your thighs, the backs of your thighs and the sides
- 4:53:34Speaker 3: of your thighs, starting with your right leg, and massage
- 4:53:45Speaker 3: the back and the sides of your thighs gently and firmly.
- 4:53:56Speaker 3: There's a lot of muscles there, see there that can
- 4:54:00Speaker 3: be very tense at times and maybe needs a little
- 4:54:04Speaker 3: bit more pressure than the rest of the body that's
- 4:54:08Speaker 3: up to you. You can gently stroke the back of
- 4:54:18Speaker 3: your legs where you know, opposite your knee joints or
- 4:54:24Speaker 3: underneath your knee joint, very sensitive, gentle area, and working
- 4:54:38Speaker 3: down to your calf muscles. Massage in your calf muscles
- 4:54:46Speaker 3: thoroughly and deeply, if you choose, using both hands.
- 4:54:59Speaker 4: Fingers, sticking deep to your ankles.
- 4:55:12Speaker 3: At the back of your back of your ankles, just
- 4:55:18Speaker 3: generally massage in that area, maybe left in the leg
- 4:55:30Speaker 3: and stretching it a little bit. Moving to the right foot,
- 4:55:53Speaker 3: massage in the bottom of your feet and the side
- 4:56:03Speaker 3: of your feet gently but firm enough so they don't
- 4:56:14Speaker 3: tickle just a low.
- 4:56:23Speaker 4: The pleasure that you get from heaving your feet message.
- 4:56:29Speaker 3: To just overtake you. As I continue to message your feet,
- 4:56:39Speaker 3: the bottoms of your feet, the sides, your arches.
- 4:56:46Speaker 4: Your heel.
- 4:56:49Speaker 3: You can put a lot of pressure into your heel
- 4:56:52Speaker 3: and it feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be
- 4:56:57Speaker 3: a bit more gentle. Stretching your toes gently and massage
- 4:57:09Speaker 3: in the bottoms of your toes with my fingers, each
- 4:57:15Speaker 3: one individually. Moving over to the left leg to do
- 4:57:29Speaker 3: exactly the same thing. Starting at the top of the thighs,
- 4:57:40Speaker 3: work in the back of the thighs and the sides,
- 4:57:44Speaker 3: massaging deeply and gently.
- 4:57:48Speaker 33: The whole area, working all the way down.
- 4:58:02Speaker 3: This is an area that maybe you could like to
- 4:58:08Speaker 3: spend more time relaxing the message. Perhaps, if you wanted,
- 4:58:18Speaker 3: I could make a feature recording on spend more time
- 4:58:23Speaker 3: in one particular area.
- 4:58:30Speaker 34: As she moved down.
- 4:58:34Speaker 3: To calf muscles, massagy and your calf muscles, and gently.
- 4:58:54Speaker 4: Moved down.
- 4:58:57Speaker 3: Your rincor into your feet, Massage the backs of your feet,
- 4:59:06Speaker 3: buds of your feet, Stretching your toes and massage in
- 4:59:15Speaker 3: each to individually. That feeling of pleasure and release the
- 4:59:24Speaker 3: experience when you're having your feet and massaged feels reat again.
- 4:59:43Speaker 3: Now she turned over and your mind laying on your back.
- 4:59:58Speaker 3: She's gonna start a ca your nick area in your shoulders,
- 5:00:16Speaker 3: just to get back in touch with that area. As
- 5:00:27Speaker 3: you move up, I can clean my hands, make a
- 5:00:38Speaker 3: little fresh He's now gonna massage your face simply starting
- 5:00:49Speaker 3: off with your forehead. Your eyes are closed, Just stretch
- 5:01:02Speaker 3: your eyes a little bit, pushing up with your eyebrows,
- 5:01:14Speaker 3: just messaging around your scalp. Me started down your cheeks,
- 5:01:26Speaker 3: around your ears, into your charm, chimly the sides of your.
- 5:01:39Speaker 33: Neck chin and just move it down. Can your leck down.
- 5:02:02Speaker 3: To your chest, starting by message in the very top
- 5:02:10Speaker 3: of your chest where the collar bone is. Give side
- 5:02:18Speaker 3: of the collarbone. They just messide in the hole of
- 5:02:31Speaker 3: the chest, move the chest around, because it's quite a
- 5:02:52Speaker 3: large area. You can move from one side to the next.
- 5:03:01Speaker 3: Moving my hands underneath you pretty much your arms or
- 5:03:12Speaker 3: stretching up, stretching some of the muscles of your back
- 5:03:17Speaker 3: in the process.
- 5:03:24Speaker 4: Moving up over your chest.
- 5:03:31Speaker 33: And then moving down again. Then lower my hands.
- 5:03:47Speaker 3: They're just massage gently and slide down towards your stomach,
- 5:03:55Speaker 3: starting in the middle of your chest and then gradually
- 5:04:02Speaker 3: in my head's moving apart and a massaging and sliding
- 5:04:09Speaker 3: at the same time, moving down to just below your
- 5:04:18Speaker 3: red cage, moving down, then massaging up again, giving your
- 5:04:36Speaker 3: chest all the attention.
- 5:04:40Speaker 4: And it needs.
- 5:04:43Speaker 3: To film completely relaxed. Remembering that also you're going to
- 5:04:56Speaker 3: be focusing on your sides as well, an area that
- 5:05:01Speaker 3: really doesn't get much attention, that feels really good when
- 5:05:09Speaker 3: it's massaged. Just stroking my hands down the sides of
- 5:05:18Speaker 3: your body, just below your arms, all the way down
- 5:05:25Speaker 3: to your hips. Now move into your stomach area. You
- 5:05:40Speaker 3: can stand on one side of you like I did
- 5:05:44Speaker 3: when I did your lower back, with a similar process,
- 5:05:51Speaker 3: just stretching the muscles from your side, gently massaging from
- 5:06:05Speaker 3: one side to the next. Move in the whole area
- 5:06:14Speaker 3: from blow your ribs all the way down to blow
- 5:06:18Speaker 3: your belly butter, and then move.
- 5:06:27Speaker 4: Around to the outside of you and repeat that.
- 5:06:37Speaker 3: Process of relaxing deeply, calmly. You feel the loose, You
- 5:06:50Speaker 3: feel free. There's something about having your stomach massage. It's
- 5:06:57Speaker 3: different from any other part because we do have a
- 5:07:04Speaker 3: tendency folding a different kind of stress in our stomach
- 5:07:11Speaker 3: that we may not be aware of. There's an out
- 5:07:18Speaker 3: message your stomach in front of your stomach. They can
- 5:07:26Speaker 3: circles around your baby, Buttom, I think going the other
- 5:07:37Speaker 3: way around. There the gentleness and of freedom that comes
- 5:07:49Speaker 3: from feeling how you're feeling. There's an own moved down
- 5:08:00Speaker 3: the tops of your thighs, muscles, massaging them. I can
- 5:08:08Speaker 3: do this to your legs at the same time, pressing down,
- 5:08:16Speaker 3: massaging deeply those muscles in your thighs, the front of
- 5:08:23Speaker 3: your thighs, and moving down to your knees, gently massaging
- 5:08:34Speaker 3: your knees. Sliding down your shins, put pressure on either
- 5:08:45Speaker 3: side of your shin gently softly but firmly, moving down
- 5:08:58Speaker 3: to your ankles, stroking the tops of feet, and let
- 5:09:13Speaker 3: each foot in each hand, just gently messaging the whole
- 5:09:20Speaker 3: of the foot, the top, the bottom, your heel, your ankle,
- 5:09:30Speaker 3: your toes, massage in every part of your feet. It
- 5:09:41Speaker 3: feels so good to still let go and enjoy the process,
- 5:09:53Speaker 3: enjoy f so deeply relaxed, so much comfort, and so
- 5:10:12Speaker 3: many feelings.
- 5:10:14Speaker 4: That come just from touching your skin.
- 5:10:28Speaker 3: And you can just lie there as long as you choose,
- 5:10:39Speaker 3: enjoying the feeling of deep comfort being massaged, but me
- 5:10:58Speaker 3: enjoy fear.
- 5:11:06Speaker 11: TV.
- 5:11:18Speaker 3: And all we're gonna do is.
- 5:11:23Speaker 4: Blow out some candles. In your mind, they're gonna be
- 5:11:40Speaker 4: a hundred candles, and you're going to.
- 5:11:50Speaker 3: Blow each one out individually, one by one, starting at
- 5:12:00Speaker 3: a hundred.
- 5:12:02Speaker 4: As I count down.
- 5:12:08Speaker 3: My way down to one, at least time I say
- 5:12:16Speaker 3: a number, you can imagine that candle in front of you,
- 5:12:29Speaker 3: and I'd like you to actually physically gently blow that
- 5:12:38Speaker 3: candle out. Just is not big blows, just a gentle,
- 5:12:57Speaker 3: and that candle mm will extinguish. And then I'll say
- 5:13:06Speaker 3: the next number we moved down, then you just put
- 5:13:18Speaker 3: that one out as well. And as we move down
- 5:13:27Speaker 3: the numbers, you'll find yourself feeding more more relaxed.
- 5:13:41Speaker 11: If you need.
- 5:13:43Speaker 3: To sleep, you'll also find yourself becoming incredibly tired and sleepy.
- 5:13:56Speaker 3: In fact, you me.
- 5:13:59Speaker 4: Struggle supply all one hundred these candles.
- 5:14:15Speaker 3: As you feel more and more deeply relaxed, more more
- 5:14:38Speaker 3: deeply tied.
- 5:14:48Speaker 24: Then the fur you go down, the more.
- 5:14:55Speaker 3: Your mind starts to drift. You may find that you
- 5:15:09Speaker 3: stop listening to me after a while. And even though
- 5:15:22Speaker 3: that may be background sounds.
- 5:15:25Speaker 4: Where you are.
- 5:15:30Speaker 3: You'll be aware of those sounds at the moment you
- 5:15:42Speaker 3: may start just won't even notice them at all, because
- 5:16:01Speaker 3: they're unimportant where I am.
- 5:16:13Speaker 4: Look at the sounds of the birds this or horrist.
- 5:16:18Speaker 3: The pigeon likes to say, I like you sometimes. And
- 5:16:26Speaker 3: there's the old play that goes by. Maybe traffic and
- 5:16:36Speaker 3: trains in the.
- 5:16:37Speaker 4: Distance that see is important?
- 5:16:48Speaker 3: Whatsoever? Candles you blow out? Less important? Anything is candles
- 5:17:10Speaker 3: around the fury seemed to move away, sounds, general date days,
- 5:17:37Speaker 3: stuff seems to just.
- 5:17:43Speaker 4: Away on its side. She feel.
- 5:17:56Speaker 3: Calm with every candle you blow out the next number,
- 5:18:21Speaker 3: did you hear me say? And then you blow that
- 5:18:31Speaker 3: candle out too? So easy, so simple, You canna stop
- 5:18:59Speaker 3: by introducing the first candle some hundred, first candle US
- 5:19:23Speaker 3: one hundred. When you blow that candle out, you'll find
- 5:19:41Speaker 3: immediately light change in how you feel, as well as
- 5:19:57Speaker 3: a real sense of audactivity, crying within it, relaxation of sleepiness, spending.
- 5:20:28Speaker 4: Starting one hundred.
- 5:20:40Speaker 3: All my cap now night didn't I canned ninety eight
- 5:21:42Speaker 3: can ninety.
- 5:21:51Speaker 18: Seven, nitis.
- 5:22:59Speaker 3: Yus n.
- 5:23:52Speaker 25: N tchitch.
- 5:25:17Speaker 3: Nit I done eight eight.
- 5:26:59Speaker 4: Eight eight nighty five.
- 5:29:58Speaker 11: Eight it.
- 5:30:00Speaker 4: The sight.
- 5:33:11Speaker 21: Can do.
- 5:33:17Speaker 3: Seventy eight, seventy seven, can seventy six, seventy five, cant
- 5:34:32Speaker 3: seventy four, seventy three, set site, set one seventeen, sixty nine,

- 5:37:38Speaker 3: sixty four, candle sixty four, candles sixty three, candle.
- 5:38:38Speaker 39: Sixty sixty one, sixty.
- 5:40:04Speaker 3: Fifty nine, fifty eight, fifty seven, fifty six.
- 5:41:43Speaker 12: Canto.
- 5:41:47Speaker 3: Fifty five, candle fifty four, fifty three fifty fifty fifth
- 5:44:43Speaker 3: ten fifty four, nine, fourty eight, whatt is footes five

- 5:54:52Speaker 3: thirty No, but you eight wait seven fenty six, cant
- 6:00:12Speaker 3: wait five tents, think.
- 6:03:39Speaker 4: Wait s.
- 6:05:35Speaker 29: Sixty shhhhhhhhhhh.
- 6:18:04Speaker 3: Or let go of all of those thoughts, worries, concerns
- 6:18:17Speaker 3: about the past, thoughts about the future, and even things
- 6:18:24Speaker 3: you've been thinking about today. Just let it all go
- 6:18:31Speaker 3: because none of it is useful in this moment.
- 6:18:39Speaker 4: This is your opportunity to just focus.
- 6:18:53Speaker 3: On feeling relaxed, allowing yourself after get in touch with
- 6:19:02Speaker 3: that natural since of peace that we all have within us.
- 6:19:15Speaker 3: It's available for everyone, It just sometimes takes a little
- 6:19:20Speaker 3: bit of effort to set up the right time and
- 6:19:27Speaker 3: place in order for you to just let go. Because
- 6:19:34Speaker 3: when you do decide to let go relax, that's what
- 6:19:42Speaker 3: your body starts to do because you've chosen, You've chosen
- 6:19:51Speaker 3: to just allow your body to unwipen and your mind
- 6:19:58Speaker 3: starts to slow down. And it's a nice feeling. It's
- 6:20:06Speaker 3: a nice feeling at the beginning, just to know that
- 6:20:10Speaker 3: you have chosen to decide to relax deeply. Because you've
- 6:20:21Speaker 3: made that decision, your body will just follow suit. Because
- 6:20:30Speaker 3: sometimes all the muscles in your body need is just
- 6:20:35Speaker 3: permission from you to relax. Because so often we're busy,
- 6:20:44Speaker 3: we're going from here to there, we're walking around, and
- 6:20:49Speaker 3: we're doing stuff, and the body doesn't have any time
- 6:20:56Speaker 3: space to really relax deeply. So it kind of waits
- 6:21:05Speaker 3: for you to lead the way, waits for your permission.
- 6:21:15Speaker 4: And when you do.
- 6:21:17Speaker 3: Give your permission, when you give to say so, when
- 6:21:22Speaker 3: you say okay, it's time.
- 6:21:27Speaker 4: For your body.
- 6:21:30Speaker 3: To let go completely relax totally, your body just follows.
- 6:21:42Speaker 3: So like a breath of relief, ah relax, that feeling
- 6:21:53Speaker 3: at the end of the day of very physical day
- 6:21:57Speaker 3: that you may experience in the past when you get
- 6:22:00Speaker 3: home and you just sit down in a chair, maybe
- 6:22:04Speaker 3: you kick your shoes off, and our off feels so nice.
- 6:22:11Speaker 3: I know that you don't have to get up again
- 6:22:15Speaker 3: for a little while at least if you choose, you
- 6:22:18Speaker 3: can just sit there for maybe an hour.
- 6:22:20Speaker 4: To feels.
- 6:22:27Speaker 3: Lessen And just by sitting down like that, your body
- 6:22:36Speaker 3: knows that it's time to relax. Your body has been
- 6:22:42Speaker 3: given permission from you because it's a mindset in your mind,
- 6:22:52Speaker 3: you're prepared.
- 6:22:55Speaker 4: To let go everything.
- 6:22:59Speaker 3: And it's just completely allow all the stress of your
- 6:23:07Speaker 3: body to evaporate.
- 6:23:12Speaker 4: Any intensions can just gradually vanish.
- 6:23:25Speaker 3: It's almost like magic, really, because that sense of relaxation
- 6:23:37Speaker 3: in your body, it's a very natural state. It's not
- 6:23:43Speaker 3: something unusual. It may feel unusual when you first start
- 6:23:48Speaker 3: to relax. You if you have really spent a lot
- 6:23:53Speaker 3: of time focusing and giving yourself this space to let
- 6:23:57Speaker 3: go completely and relax, they seem the most stadium, but
- 6:24:04Speaker 3: it isn't. It's actually the most natural thing in the
- 6:24:10Speaker 3: world to let go completely, to relax totally, the most
- 6:24:21Speaker 3: natural thing in the world to allow yourself.
- 6:24:31Speaker 4: To feel.
- 6:24:34Speaker 3: Really calm in your mind and It is almost like
- 6:24:40Speaker 3: a literal unwinding. It slightly press a button and all
- 6:24:50Speaker 3: at tension just releases. It's like a wheel, like a
- 6:24:57Speaker 3: cog by the inside of the clock, just unwinding. And
- 6:25:02Speaker 3: he watched, I could see that the little wind up
- 6:25:07Speaker 3: not that's used, just going the opposite way. The energy
- 6:25:12Speaker 3: is to wind it up, and the energy that prometic
- 6:25:19Speaker 3: stress for energy gradually winding down, losing its power, losing
- 6:25:30Speaker 3: its strength.
- 6:25:33Speaker 4: There's a sense of.
- 6:25:34Speaker 3: Relaxation becomes stronger and deeper, and you may find the
- 6:25:47Speaker 3: relaxed you feel, your mind starts to wander. Maybe you
- 6:26:00Speaker 3: seem to stop listening to me for a while, your
- 6:26:04Speaker 3: mind goes somewhere else and you realize you're listening to
- 6:26:10Speaker 3: me again, and that was just your mind to drifted
- 6:26:16Speaker 3: to sleep, which is quite natural, because sometimes when we're
- 6:26:28Speaker 3: stressed tense, when I may I actually be aware of
- 6:26:34Speaker 3: what we need and we physically emotionally need in this moment.
- 6:26:44Speaker 3: But when you allow your body and mind to relax completely,
- 6:26:53Speaker 3: you let go of all thoughts, concerned, worries I did
- 6:27:00Speaker 3: is all the go and allow them to drop into
- 6:27:05Speaker 3: the floor.
- 6:27:11Speaker 4: You start to.
- 6:27:14Speaker 3: Get in touch with the feelings of such relaxation feelings
- 6:27:26Speaker 3: so nice to be in touch with the calmness and
- 6:27:34Speaker 3: the different body parts stay, become looser and looser. Believe
- 6:27:47Speaker 3: in your breath in scenes easier and more natural effortless
- 6:27:59Speaker 3: than to s through your mouth or nose into your anos,
- 6:28:08Speaker 3: breathing in comforts and relaxation, and then just breathing out
- 6:28:16Speaker 3: any excess remain intentional stress from every part of your
- 6:28:25Speaker 3: body and mind. As you start to focus on your mind,
- 6:28:36Speaker 3: maybe you notice that things come to a standstill, maybe
- 6:28:45Speaker 3: just much much lower than before, because your mind is
- 6:28:54Speaker 3: not really needed when listening to my voice, chalous your
- 6:29:05Speaker 3: mind to relax.
- 6:29:08Speaker 4: Just as deep as your body.
- 6:29:13Speaker 3: That's sycronicity between the relaxation of your body relaxation of
- 6:29:27Speaker 3: your mind.
- 6:29:29Speaker 4: Let you know, the.

- 6:38:37Speaker 39: Pace.
- 6:38:41Speaker 3: Let's go everything a body scan, focusing on firstday film
- 6:39:00Speaker 3: in your body, not trying to change how you feel,
- 6:39:05Speaker 3: not trying to relax, not trying to move away from
- 6:39:10Speaker 3: any discomfort or stress or tension. Just accepting, observing and
- 6:39:19Speaker 3: accepting how you feel in the different parts of your body,
- 6:39:26Speaker 3: Just allowing yourself to be exactly.
- 6:39:30Speaker 11: As you are.
- 6:39:34Speaker 4: To notice, to get in touch with how you actually
- 6:39:42Speaker 4: feel in this moment.
- 6:39:48Speaker 3: Start off.
- 6:39:51Speaker 4: By focusing on your hands. Just feel out of your hands, like.
- 6:40:06Speaker 3: You to move your hands around, Just maybe move your
- 6:40:11Speaker 3: fingers a little bit. I've been in closer than your hands,
- 6:40:18Speaker 3: very gently, just so th you can get in touch
- 6:40:25Speaker 3: with how your hands and your fingers fell, very very
- 6:40:38Speaker 3: slow movements.
- 6:40:48Speaker 42: Focusing now on your feet, if you can just do
- 6:40:57Speaker 42: kind of an equivalent with your.
- 6:41:01Speaker 3: You've just done with your hands, maybe turn in your ankles.
- 6:41:10Speaker 3: But if your feet around, moving your toes gently, only
- 6:41:19Speaker 3: very gently, and very slowly, noticing the hell.
- 6:41:30Speaker 4: Your feet to feel.
- 6:41:33Speaker 3: In this moment. Focusing now on your eyes, I'd like
- 6:41:47Speaker 3: you to just focus on your eyelids. Maybe you can
- 6:41:54Speaker 3: open and close your eyes a couple of times to
- 6:41:58Speaker 3: really get time with how you feel. When you do
- 6:42:02Speaker 3: close your eyes. The muscle changes in your eyes when
- 6:42:11Speaker 3: you do close them. Maybe you're raising your eyebrows. It
- 6:42:19Speaker 3: stretches the tops of your eyes, perhaps squinting your eyes,
- 6:42:30Speaker 3: scrunching up your eyes just so you can hear it again.
- 6:42:36Speaker 3: Touch all aspects of how your eyes feel.
- 6:42:49Speaker 4: Right now.
- 6:42:58Speaker 3: Now focusing on your thighs and then just starts you
- 6:43:05Speaker 3: to gently tense your thighs, just very very gently, just enough.
- 6:43:17Speaker 3: See you can become more achieved to the physical sensation
- 6:43:31Speaker 3: of your upper legs, the front of your thighs, and
- 6:43:36Speaker 3: the banks of your thigh. Noticing and observing how your
- 6:43:50Speaker 3: thighs feel right now, Moving your focus.
- 6:44:04Speaker 4: To the back of your neck.
- 6:44:09Speaker 10: Just noticing the.
- 6:44:10Speaker 4: Back of your neck.
- 6:44:13Speaker 3: The muscles, of course, they lead to the side of
- 6:44:18Speaker 3: your neck. They also lead to the top of your back,
- 6:44:25Speaker 3: which leads to your shoulders. So if you focus on
- 6:44:31Speaker 3: the back of your neck. Maybe you can move your
- 6:44:36Speaker 3: head gently upwards as if you're looking up. Maybe moving
- 6:44:45Speaker 3: your head down as if you're looking down. Perhaps moving
- 6:44:53Speaker 3: your head side to side, right, left, but only very slowly,
- 6:45:06Speaker 3: very gently. I'm not trying to force anything. It has
- 6:45:14Speaker 3: to be very very gentle, just so you can be
- 6:45:28Speaker 3: in touch with the feelings, with the sensations of physical
- 6:45:39Speaker 3: sensations of how the back of your neck.
- 6:45:45Speaker 4: Feels. Right now, as we now, focus.
- 6:46:02Speaker 3: On the tops of your arms, parts where your biceps
- 6:46:08Speaker 3: and dry steps between your elbow and your shoulders. To
- 6:46:16Speaker 3: focus on those parts, the tops of your arms, you
- 6:46:24Speaker 3: may like to just tense them, but very very chicking
- 6:46:33Speaker 3: and slowly. See you know, straining or putting any pressure whatsoever.
- 6:46:46Speaker 24: On your arms.
- 6:46:50Speaker 4: It's just soothly you can gain more sense of.
- 6:47:00Speaker 3: Your uper aunts are feeling in this moment. Just notice,
- 6:47:14Speaker 3: lee gently, very gently, it's slowly tightened the muscles.
- 6:47:26Speaker 34: And they're gonna go.
- 6:47:31Speaker 3: Notice how the tops of your arms feel right now,
- 6:47:48Speaker 3: say how focus on your stomach, the area the lower
- 6:47:59Speaker 3: captain an area.
- 6:48:01Speaker 24: Put your.
- 6:48:04Speaker 3: Moving all the way down to your hips, just above
- 6:48:12Speaker 3: your grind. Maybe you're able to tense these muscles in
- 6:48:25Speaker 3: that area very very japly, that's slowly. If that's a
- 6:48:41Speaker 3: difficult thing to do, maybe you can just move your body,
- 6:48:51Speaker 3: pushing your stomach up, maybe move a little bit of
- 6:48:56Speaker 3: a side least no hips, just.
- 6:49:03Speaker 5: Get in cheap.
- 6:49:08Speaker 3: Hell long lower into an area is feeling.
- 6:49:20Speaker 33: In this moment.
- 6:49:28Speaker 3: There isn't not to send the physical sensations with your
- 6:49:38Speaker 3: lower abdomen as your attention to your mouth, like to
- 6:50:03Speaker 3: see in your lips, then inside your mouth the teeth
- 6:50:11Speaker 3: when comes your tongue, just like to sn have your
- 6:50:27Speaker 3: tongue and your mouth feels.
- 6:50:33Speaker 28: It.
- 6:50:33Speaker 3: May help by moving your tongue around your mouth, moving
- 6:50:42Speaker 3: it to your left, maybe pressing jackly against the side
- 6:50:50Speaker 3: of your mouth, and then to the right jickly to
- 6:50:56Speaker 3: the side of your mouth, perhaps pressing up against them
- 6:51:04Speaker 3: the top of your mouth, and let it down gently
- 6:51:11Speaker 3: against the bottom of your mouth, always very slowly.
- 6:51:21Speaker 34: And a very.
- 6:51:25Speaker 4: Very gentle.
- 6:51:31Speaker 11: So that you can.
- 6:51:36Speaker 3: Be aware.
- 6:51:42Speaker 4: How you feel in your mouth area. You have to focus.
- 6:52:07Speaker 3: On your wrists. I'm gonna ask you to maybe just
- 6:52:23Speaker 3: retain your wrists in your hands in a circular passion,
- 6:52:34Speaker 3: very shackly and slowly slightly again feel the sensations they
- 6:53:00Speaker 3: are cardly it's spirit itself, your wrists perhaps in your eyes.
- 6:53:18Speaker 4: Up and down.
- 6:53:22Speaker 3: The game check lay slightly checks start to observe a
- 6:54:13Speaker 3: lower back, the bad paths just above your hips where
- 6:54:29Speaker 3: your coxix are, the whole area which also really does
- 6:54:42Speaker 3: include the signs like your body because those muscles aren't
- 6:54:49Speaker 3: very much connected. There's those muscles also red your hyperia
- 6:55:02Speaker 3: connected to your buttocks side of your apps. And if
- 6:55:18Speaker 3: you're physically able to do so, maybe very gently just
- 6:55:31Speaker 3: your body as slightly, very slowly from side to side.
- 6:55:48Speaker 4: Just enough, yeah, to engage.
- 6:56:00Speaker 3: How you feel.
- 6:56:04Speaker 4: Your love back.
- 6:56:13Speaker 3: Hypsie heads gently up and down gently its slightly d'sund
- 6:56:38Speaker 3: the touch with the physical sensations.
- 6:56:47Speaker 34: Of your love back.
- 6:57:05Speaker 11: As we have.
- 6:57:11Speaker 4: Your attention to your joe.
- 6:57:20Speaker 3: An area of your chin all the way up to
- 6:57:26Speaker 3: the area ears on all your jewel.
- 6:57:43Speaker 11: You est.
- 6:57:45Speaker 4: It's great to do.
- 6:57:47Speaker 3: Sime, gently open your mouth wide that stretcher just a
- 6:57:59Speaker 3: very jackly and.
- 6:58:04Speaker 10: Slurly.
- 6:58:06Speaker 3: I really new bu incurs me moun jackly It's sorry, sorry.
- 6:58:33Speaker 4: He touch r Joe fils now to sit down chest area.
- 6:59:28Speaker 3: I need to do anything to my future chest because
- 6:59:37Speaker 3: set my brain supery gently and spery automatically. With each
- 6:59:58Speaker 3: sprad you take focus chests, your focus forms John elbows.
- 7:01:08Speaker 3: Maybe you're able to very chickly and sly.
- 7:01:20Speaker 4: Tense the muscles in your hearts and we need to
- 7:01:28Speaker 4: do that.
- 7:01:29Speaker 3: You can feel no out words as well, very gently
- 7:01:50Speaker 3: and sparly, Jack came Sa fours the dow pas.
- 7:02:41Speaker 4: Focus resting a bank.
- 7:02:55Speaker 36: Up the back.
- 7:03:00Speaker 3: And the middle the middle of your band. Again this
- 7:03:18Speaker 3: spart of your body. Also every time.
- 7:03:28Speaker 33: Crave if I know what sent usually by should up.
- 7:03:44Speaker 3: Sir you our bank in the middle of your bank,
- 7:03:54Speaker 3: can really feel.
- 7:03:58Speaker 33: That cheap.
- 7:04:50Speaker 3: Focus but cry the muscles has bids.
- 7:05:10Speaker 4: A mid section just like to say.
- 7:05:42Speaker 3: How I hate her and chepy beside the side a
- 7:06:18Speaker 3: gently hid.
- 7:06:44Speaker 4: Chanl.
- 7:06:52Speaker 34: So it's.
- 7:07:07Speaker 3: Everything starts to slow down, including the thoughts in your
- 7:07:24Speaker 3: mind and your mind itself just starts to gradually. It
- 7:07:36Speaker 3: doesn't have to be instant, but just gradually starting too.
- 7:07:44Speaker 3: It's almost like time is storing chin. It's a slower
- 7:07:53Speaker 3: pace to maybe what you're used to in your day
- 7:08:00Speaker 3: to day life. It's a slower movement of energy, very.
- 7:08:27Speaker 34: Small movements.
- 7:08:31Speaker 3: Which make up the larger movements. Which is always the case.
- 7:08:40Speaker 3: When you move your hand, it might seem like it's
- 7:08:44Speaker 3: one movement, but it's lots of minute different muscles moving
- 7:08:52Speaker 3: in accordance with each other. Happens in this space that
- 7:09:05Speaker 3: we're sharing, is we move from that big movement into
- 7:09:24Speaker 3: those smaller movements. Starting to focus on.
- 7:09:39Speaker 4: How your body feels, not just as a whole, not
- 7:09:46Speaker 4: just oh.
- 7:09:47Speaker 3: I'm feeling this way. I'm feeling stressed or tense, or
- 7:09:52Speaker 3: I'm feeling relaxed and calm. I'm feeling this way, I'm
- 7:09:57Speaker 3: feeling that way. Starting to notice that your body begins
- 7:10:09Speaker 3: to present to you small feelings around your body, small
- 7:10:25Speaker 3: physical sensations in your legs, whether pleasurable or not. Maybe
- 7:10:45Speaker 3: resisting the temptation to label them or to judge them,
- 7:10:53Speaker 3: those feelings, just thinking them, thinking about them as just
- 7:10:59Speaker 3: being neutral, just feelings, not being particularly concerned, just noticing
- 7:11:18Speaker 3: what your body is telling you. Feelings in your arms,
- 7:11:35Speaker 3: instead of feeling the whole of the arm, maybe notice
- 7:11:40Speaker 3: those individual feelings, all those different muscles and the skin,
- 7:11:56Speaker 3: the hairs of your arms, the all the internal parts.
- 7:12:02Speaker 4: Of your arms, the veins, the bones.
- 7:12:17Speaker 3: Just being aware of maybe your elbow on your right
- 7:12:23Speaker 3: arm has a certain feeling. Maybe your left wrist also has.
- 7:12:38Speaker 4: It's own individual physical sensation.
- 7:12:56Speaker 43: What about your forearm on your right arm, you're right
- 7:13:02Speaker 43: for arm, there may not be any particular.
- 7:13:14Speaker 3: Feeling that you could even give a name to, may
- 7:13:23Speaker 3: not feel like anything other than just a feeling. You know,
- 7:13:28Speaker 3: it's there. The feelings in your shoulders, perhaps your shoulders
- 7:13:41Speaker 3: when you think about them, kind of almost like they're
- 7:13:44Speaker 3: the same, you know, the same feeling, almost like both
- 7:13:51Speaker 3: of your shoulders are just one thing.
- 7:13:55Speaker 4: Of course they're not.
- 7:14:05Speaker 3: And when you focus on your left shoulder and then
- 7:14:10Speaker 3: on your right shoulder, maybe you find that you move
- 7:14:17Speaker 3: the muscles a little bit, maybe tense the muscles gently,
- 7:14:27Speaker 3: noticing the.
- 7:14:29Speaker 4: Difference in each shoulder. Your lower back.
- 7:14:59Speaker 3: M the left side of your lower back and the
- 7:15:03Speaker 3: right side of your lower back of course that connection
- 7:15:14Speaker 3: to your buttocks and to your hips, and also moving
- 7:15:27Speaker 3: up into the middle of your back. And sometimes like
- 7:15:41Speaker 3: right now, actually I want to focus on their part.
- 7:15:45Speaker 3: I want to focused on my buttocks, and then I
- 7:15:49Speaker 3: focused on the middle of my back. You almost felt
- 7:15:54Speaker 3: like the muscles in my lower back were being stretched
- 7:15:58Speaker 3: very gently, just stretched a little bit, even though I
- 7:16:08Speaker 3: wasn't doing anything to try to stretch.
- 7:16:16Speaker 4: Your lower back.
- 7:16:17Speaker 3: You just seem to happen.
- 7:16:20Speaker 4: The feeling of.
- 7:16:24Speaker 3: Very gently stretching your lower back comes along. I have feeling.
- 7:16:48Speaker 4: In your chest, just.
- 7:16:57Speaker 3: Noticing what sensations you are experiencing in your chest right now.
- 7:17:23Speaker 3: And there's so much of the chest. Obviously there's the
- 7:17:27Speaker 3: collar bone leading to the chest. You've got the chest bone,
- 7:17:35Speaker 3: You've got the muscles.
- 7:17:38Speaker 24: In your chest.
- 7:17:42Speaker 3: Of course, if you're female, there's possibly the breasts. If
- 7:17:48Speaker 3: you're male, you've got the different Well why not make
- 7:17:56Speaker 3: different these days, but.
- 7:18:00Speaker 11: Maybe more.
- 7:18:02Speaker 3: Muscles at the top of the chest, but at the
- 7:18:09Speaker 3: side underneath, it's pretty much the same. Whether you're a
- 7:18:14Speaker 3: man or a woman. There's muscles there, Muscles stretch out
- 7:18:20Speaker 3: to your back as well as breast tissue stretches and
- 7:18:25Speaker 3: moves into your back. To just being aware of your chest,
- 7:18:42Speaker 3: being with whatever feeling there is in your chest. When
- 7:19:09Speaker 3: I noticed that, I focused on my chest. I feel
- 7:19:17Speaker 3: it in my back, my upper back. I mean, I
- 7:19:22Speaker 3: guess the obvious.
- 7:19:23Speaker 4: Reason would be because you know, I'm breathe it.
- 7:19:31Speaker 3: In and it stretches my chest and my.
- 7:19:36Speaker 34: Back at the same time.
- 7:19:45Speaker 3: It feels.
- 7:19:49Speaker 4: It feels okay, it doesn't feel.
- 7:20:00Speaker 3: I got a little bit of pain in my right.
- 7:20:04Speaker 44: Chest, a little bit, not pain, but little discomfort, maybe
- 7:20:12Speaker 44: stiffness possibly, I don't know. I notice my shoulders also.
- 7:20:22Speaker 3: Wanting to flex for some reason. I think that's probably
- 7:20:29Speaker 3: part of my other back. That connection between my shoulders
- 7:20:38Speaker 3: map back because I can move my shoulders and stretch
- 7:20:44Speaker 3: the muscles in my back, moving the shoulders backwards up,
- 7:20:53Speaker 3: which then moves to I think it's the scapulous.
- 7:20:59Speaker 4: In your back. It feels quite nice.
- 7:21:11Speaker 3: Actually, a good thing about this is you can, if
- 7:21:19Speaker 3: you want to, you can just flex or stimulate the
- 7:21:33Speaker 3: various muscles in your body gently in order to get
- 7:21:41Speaker 3: more of a sense of how they feel. And when
- 7:21:51Speaker 3: you're relaxing, you do tense and muscle. Then you let
- 7:22:00Speaker 3: it go and let it relax. It relaxes way more.
- 7:22:10Speaker 4: Than it would normally.
- 7:22:16Speaker 3: You have to feel that you're able to do that.
- 7:22:22Speaker 45: There's no point in doing it if there's an.
- 7:22:26Speaker 3: Issue with the per part of your body. You need
- 7:22:33Speaker 3: to be gentle with yourself at all times when relax
- 7:22:43Speaker 3: in deeply, it's important to be kind to yourself. As
- 7:23:02Speaker 3: you notice your mind how much has your mind slowed
- 7:23:11Speaker 3: down since we started this recording. How come and peaceful
- 7:23:40Speaker 3: is your mind right now? We have nothing to think
- 7:23:49Speaker 3: about and just my voice to listen to. Because you
- 7:23:59Speaker 3: know the intention behind this recording, this relaxation. At the
- 7:24:10Speaker 3: very least, for you to feel more relaxed at the
- 7:24:17Speaker 3: end of the recording than you did at the beginning,
- 7:24:25Speaker 3: at the very least, for your mind to slow down
- 7:24:37Speaker 3: because your body continues to relax, because that's what you
- 7:24:51Speaker 3: want to happen, that's what you expect act to happen,
- 7:25:11Speaker 3: for relaxation to fill your body, maybe calm in your
- 7:25:29Speaker 3: mind to the point of boredom. When you start maybe
- 7:25:38Speaker 3: to drift away breathed in. It's almost as if you're
- 7:26:24Speaker 3: moving further away from your body in your mind, just
- 7:26:33Speaker 3: leaving that there. Kind of liking it an escape pod
- 7:26:45Speaker 3: and a spaceship a movie, a space movie, you.
- 7:26:50Speaker 4: Know when it gets a little part in it.
- 7:26:53Speaker 3: Since the man.
- 7:26:56Speaker 4: Far away from the spaceship m hm, Sive three two.
- 7:27:46Speaker 33: Drift a pace, a peace.
- 7:29:13Speaker 3: And focusing on that feeling of those individual parts of
- 7:29:27Speaker 3: your body, that.
- 7:29:32Speaker 4: Relaxing one by one, you may find that.
- 7:29:51Speaker 3: Every now and then.
- 7:29:55Speaker 4: He realized that.
- 7:29:59Speaker 3: He will listening to my voice.
- 7:30:06Speaker 24: It gives your.
- 7:30:06Speaker 4: Mind started to imagine.
- 7:30:11Speaker 3: Something different, maybe started to almost move into some kind
- 7:30:24Speaker 3: of a dreamy state.
- 7:30:31Speaker 4: And then you become.
- 7:30:32Speaker 3: Aware of my voice again.
- 7:30:37Speaker 33: And even though you may.
- 7:30:41Speaker 3: Want to focus on my voice, you may also wish
- 7:30:47Speaker 3: to allow your mind to just drift naturally into that
- 7:31:00Speaker 3: space of comfort and safety.
- 7:31:12Speaker 4: As you feel.
- 7:31:21Speaker 3: Warm comfort spreading through your body like a warm blanket.
- 7:31:35Speaker 21: Covering you.
- 7:31:38Speaker 3: Gently, keeping your body at just the perfect temperature. And heard,
- 7:32:01Speaker 3: you can hear background sounds, they just don't seem to
- 7:32:14Speaker 3: matter anymore. There's that sense of peace spreads through your
- 7:32:30Speaker 3: mind like a gentle breeze, yet strong enough to blow
- 7:32:44Speaker 3: away all negativity, strong enough to remove your mind any
- 7:33:04Speaker 3: anxiety or stress that was there before, and blow away
- 7:33:19Speaker 3: any other thoughts.
- 7:33:23Speaker 4: Or feelings that.
- 7:33:27Speaker 3: Just don't fit.
- 7:33:33Speaker 4: With the sense.
- 7:33:42Speaker 3: Relaxation that this feeling your body end your mind unless
- 7:34:14Speaker 3: you focus on your mind. The countdown from ten down
- 7:34:21Speaker 3: to one. With each the bone, your mind become slightly relaxed,
- 7:34:52Speaker 3: just just slightly tend down to the just a slip
- 7:35:02Speaker 3: movement nine down to eight, just another small change in
- 7:35:17Speaker 3: how you feel. Eight down to seven. Feeling is a gap,
- 7:35:31Speaker 3: almost like a gap that starts to get wider, the
- 7:35:37Speaker 3: gap between those feelings that you used to have in
- 7:35:45Speaker 3: your mind compared to the feelings you have there growing now,
- 7:35:56Speaker 3: feelings of comfort and security and confidence, and the gap
- 7:36:06Speaker 3: will become the wider. Made down to seven, seven, down
- 7:36:12Speaker 3: to six. When you get to five, the mind will
- 7:36:21Speaker 3: start to have a certain physical sensation. It's like there's
- 7:36:34Speaker 3: a magnet outside of your head sucking the tension and
- 7:36:41Speaker 3: the stress and any remaining feedings that you don't want,
- 7:36:49Speaker 3: sucking them out through your skull.
- 7:36:57Speaker 4: Then down to four.
- 7:37:00Speaker 3: You can start to really experience that sense of not
- 7:37:07Speaker 3: just emptiness, but space, place full of fresh air, place
- 7:37:23Speaker 3: where you can stretch. It's almost as if as you
- 7:37:29Speaker 3: go down to four and three, your mind is expanding
- 7:37:35Speaker 3: with this sense of peace and tranquility growing as it
- 7:37:48Speaker 3: moved down to When you get to one, mind just
- 7:38:00Speaker 3: feels exactly how you want to feel, almost perfect fearing,
- 7:38:18Speaker 3: maybe a sensation that.
- 7:38:25Speaker 4: You'd like to keep the place that's safe, where nothing
- 7:38:38Speaker 4: can affect you at all, and you can stay in
- 7:38:53Speaker 4: that that space of.
- 7:38:56Speaker 3: Comfort, confidence, confident in your own ability to create this
- 7:39:07Speaker 3: space and this fear of comfort within your own mind,
- 7:39:15Speaker 3: just by counting ten.
- 7:39:19Speaker 4: Down to one. And this is something that you can
- 7:39:26Speaker 4: do yourself.
- 7:39:29Speaker 3: When you're on your own the time when you can
- 7:39:36Speaker 3: maybe sit down, maybe just for a few minutes, closere eyes,
- 7:39:49Speaker 3: just count slowly from ten.
- 7:39:55Speaker 4: Down to one.
- 7:40:00Speaker 3: And experience these feelings in your mind. And when you
- 7:40:13Speaker 3: feel that way in your mind, your body copies your mind,
- 7:40:29Speaker 3: and that feeling is spread through your spine and your
- 7:40:35Speaker 3: nervous system into every bond of your body, travels through
- 7:40:43Speaker 3: your blood stream, heathing and relaxing every article of your existence.
- 7:41:10Speaker 3: We can practice this a few times before the end
- 7:41:19Speaker 3: of the recording, and then you can practice on your own.
- 7:41:26Speaker 3: And each time you countfort ten about one a feelings
- 7:41:37Speaker 3: of comfort, calmness, deep deep relaxation becomes stronger, deeper feel
- 7:42:00Speaker 3: mind your brain with these positive chemicals and spread throughout
- 7:42:10Speaker 3: your body, relaxing you so quickly, relaxing your whole body
- 7:42:20Speaker 3: and mind.
- 7:42:24Speaker 4: So very.
- 7:42:26Speaker 3: Very easy, just by count.
- 7:42:34Speaker 4: Ten down to one. So we can do now. I
- 7:42:45Speaker 4: will count from ten.
- 7:42:46Speaker 3: Down to wine. I'd like you to repeat the number
- 7:42:51Speaker 3: after me, so when I say ten, you can just
- 7:42:58Speaker 3: repeat to yourself.
- 7:43:02Speaker 11: Dead.
- 7:43:07Speaker 3: Just notice, be aware without how you feel in your
- 7:43:17Speaker 3: mind and the body. And when the same nine you
- 7:43:27Speaker 3: can repeat to yourself. Nine became noticing increase in comfort
- 7:43:44Speaker 3: and calmness in your mind and in your body, the
- 7:43:57Speaker 3: same and the same eight when I say seven, six,
- 7:44:09Speaker 3: let's say five, four, let's say three, two. Lastly, when
- 7:44:28Speaker 3: I say one can be a number. Now, of course,
- 7:44:42Speaker 3: when you do this on your own, without listening to me,
- 7:44:49Speaker 3: you can say.
- 7:44:50Speaker 4: The numbers or whatever.
- 7:44:53Speaker 3: Speak that you feel is necessary.
- 7:45:00Speaker 33: For a year.
- 7:45:02Speaker 3: So if you can adapt so you feel you want
- 7:45:07Speaker 3: to say the numbers ten down to one faster than
- 7:45:14Speaker 3: I do, and then you go ahead and do that.
- 7:45:18Speaker 3: Or if you feel when you do it yourself you'd
- 7:45:22Speaker 3: like to have or space between the numbers, maybe take
- 7:45:31Speaker 3: a lot longer to get from ten or the way
- 7:45:38Speaker 3: down to one, that's your choice also to do. So
- 7:45:55Speaker 3: I'm going to count from ten down to one. If
- 7:46:04Speaker 3: I get to one, I woke the end with this recording.
- 7:46:11Speaker 4: Let's of course listening with music, and the music continue.
- 7:46:24Speaker 3: Two No.
- 7:47:02Speaker 4: Eight twenty.
- 7:51:00Speaker 3: Ninety eighteen, sixteen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirty twelve eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 7:52:26Speaker 24: Two one.
- 7:52:42Speaker 4: Now open your eyes.
- 7:52:46Speaker 3: Noticing a physical film having counted down from twenty to one,
- 7:52:57Speaker 3: allowing stress.
- 7:52:59Speaker 4: To to leave through your fingertips and your toast.
- 7:53:05Speaker 3: And as you focus on your fingertips, maybe they feel
- 7:53:09Speaker 3: a little bit tingling, which is suppose quite understanding, considering
- 7:53:17Speaker 3: a tension has been exiting your body through your fingertips.
- 7:53:28Speaker 4: So now I'm going to count from twenty pout to
- 7:53:30Speaker 4: one again.
- 7:53:31Speaker 21: This time.
- 7:53:36Speaker 4: You go to feel relief of tension and stress and
- 7:53:42Speaker 4: the anxiety that you may have.
- 7:53:48Speaker 3: Leaving through your stomach, just leaving through your stomach, almost
- 7:53:56Speaker 3: as if it's just releasing the whole of your stomach
- 7:54:03Speaker 3: or evil to just above your chest or below your chest,
- 7:54:08Speaker 3: rather so surrounding your belly by the area, the whole area.
- 7:54:14Speaker 3: You can feel the tension of your body where there's
- 7:54:19Speaker 3: left just releasing from the area, and you may notice
- 7:54:24Speaker 3: that your stomach have become very repoxed.
- 7:54:28Speaker 4: As my countdown twenty, that's one now twenty.
- 7:54:43Speaker 3: Nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifty fourteen, thirty, twelve, eleven, ten,
- 7:55:33Speaker 3: nine eight seven six nine.
- 7:55:55Speaker 24: Four too.
- 7:56:15Speaker 3: You can open your eyes again if you can cheers,
- 7:56:17Speaker 3: but you just keep them closed because it feels relaxing.
- 7:56:23Speaker 3: Just notice saying a stomach fels. Notice as your focus
- 7:56:29Speaker 3: just do a little scared of your body's not.
- 7:56:34Speaker 24: To say your body feels.
- 7:56:36Speaker 3: Focusing up a body, back, chest, stomach, playing signs, hands.
- 7:56:47Speaker 33: Feet, just noticing, and you know you may start to feel.
- 7:57:00Speaker 3: A sense of tiredness, which may be the reason listen
- 7:57:05Speaker 3: to this record it because.
- 7:57:08Speaker 34: You like to.
- 7:57:11Speaker 3: They go completely off, everything off into a nice natural, calm,
- 7:57:24Speaker 3: relaxing sleep. So now focus on your forehead, and if
- 7:57:43Speaker 3: you choose, you can incorporate your eyes in this focus
- 7:57:46Speaker 3: as well.
- 7:57:49Speaker 4: Your forehead and your eyes.
- 7:57:52Speaker 3: It's a whole area basically, almost as if you were
- 7:57:57Speaker 3: wearing a mask, you know, like a.
- 7:58:00Speaker 34: I don't know that make mask or something I'm trying
- 7:58:06Speaker 34: to sorrow or something.
- 7:58:08Speaker 3: You know, the kind of mask that covers your eyes
- 7:58:11Speaker 3: but also covers quite a lot of the forehead. Focused
- 7:58:17Speaker 3: on that area because that's the area that we now
- 7:58:20Speaker 3: can release tension stress on your mind, your brain from
- 7:58:27Speaker 3: your mind and any tension that you may have remain
- 7:58:31Speaker 3: in your face, your neck, jaw, your eyes, your forehead,
- 7:58:39Speaker 3: or your scalp. It's basically any intension within your head area,
- 7:58:46Speaker 3: including your mind and your brain that's going to be
- 7:58:54Speaker 3: released through your forehead and your eyes. As I count
- 7:59:02Speaker 3: down the game from twenty down to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven, nine, eight, seven, six, five, one.
- 8:00:57Speaker 4: Ninety six. She scared your face.
- 8:01:03Speaker 3: Sure your eyes, the cheap bones, your ears, forehead, your.
- 8:01:12Speaker 4: Scalp, neck, back of your neck, fronting the side.
- 8:01:21Speaker 34: Of your neck and throat.
- 8:01:28Speaker 3: Let being aware of.
- 8:01:31Speaker 4: The comfort increased in relaxation. Not just in your head
- 8:01:43Speaker 4: and neck and mind. Also the rest of your body.
- 8:01:54Speaker 18: Is helpless.
- 8:01:56Speaker 33: And calm.
- 8:01:57Speaker 4: Your film help you easily. It is to just let go.
- 8:02:06Speaker 3: Completely, like go competely easily, to do balance, to focus
- 8:02:34Speaker 3: on the top of your head. I'm getting allowed.
- 8:02:43Speaker 4: A free last.
- 8:02:47Speaker 3: Lease of tension or stressed the mind be letting green
- 8:02:53Speaker 3: hiding in your body mind my head.
- 8:02:59Speaker 4: Just be sucked down on the top of your head.
- 8:03:07Speaker 34: At least.
- 8:03:11Speaker 4: To the air was sucked down into the clouds.
- 8:03:18Speaker 3: Leg big cloud of wead.
- 8:03:22Speaker 34: Was like a whop.
- 8:03:24Speaker 4: It can suck attention out of the top of your head.
- 8:03:33Speaker 3: Just take it away, you focus. Legend of opening on
- 8:03:42Speaker 3: top of your head with intension, stressed and made issues.
- 8:03:50Speaker 3: Maybe ways of certain stud not used. Now all be
- 8:03:56Speaker 3: sucked down on top of your head. Take you away
- 8:04:03Speaker 3: as I count down eight of twenty down one now
- 8:04:14Speaker 3: twenty nineteen eighty seventy sixty fifty four eighty two Wow,
- 8:05:32Speaker 3: adds six six w W preay you notice it, how
- 8:06:26Speaker 3: you feel have relaxed and calm physically and mentally fail
- 8:06:42Speaker 3: right now.
- 8:06:48Speaker 4: Now it's.
- 8:06:52Speaker 3: Your mind feels. It feels so nice to just like
- 8:07:01Speaker 3: to give yourself some space to breathe easily, to think calmly,
- 8:07:15Speaker 3: just to take a break from all that pointless worry
- 8:07:21Speaker 3: and concerns about things that you don't need to think
- 8:07:26Speaker 3: about right now, because this is your time to let go.
- 8:07:38Speaker 3: This is your space to enjoy feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful
- 8:07:48Speaker 3: in your mind, relaxed in your body. I can feel
- 8:07:56Speaker 3: so good.
- 8:08:00Speaker 4: Nice to just don't have to do anything to be
- 8:08:08Speaker 4: able to really enjoy that serenity that comes.
- 8:08:19Speaker 3: Let it go completely, that peacefulness, the colors of it,
- 8:08:31Speaker 3: in this peaceful space, and you can keep this sense
- 8:08:44Speaker 3: of calmness through the longs you choose, you choose to
- 8:08:57Speaker 3: drift off into hearing natural sleep.
- 8:09:04Speaker 34: Then you can do that.
- 8:09:08Speaker 3: It's completely up to you. You can keep this feeling
- 8:09:17Speaker 3: of calmness physically in your mind for some long you
- 8:09:24Speaker 3: choose to feel completely relaxed, completely relaxed.
- 8:09:40Speaker 34: And I'd like you to make up your mind.
- 8:09:46Speaker 4: Then you get to relax.
- 8:09:55Speaker 46: I want to.
- 8:09:56Speaker 3: Explore that with you, what it feels like when you
- 8:10:00Speaker 3: actually decide that you're going to relax, not forcing yourself,
- 8:10:09Speaker 3: but giving yourself that. Yes, it is a command, really,
- 8:10:15Speaker 3: isn't it. When you're telling yourself.
- 8:10:19Speaker 4: Relax in a gentle but firm way, that only you
- 8:10:26Speaker 4: can really.
- 8:10:28Speaker 3: Tell yourself in that way. You can't really have someone
- 8:10:32Speaker 3: else say to you and now relax, relax, you know,
- 8:10:37Speaker 3: and it needs to be gentle, but you can't.
- 8:10:40Speaker 24: Someone else can't.
- 8:10:41Speaker 3: Really have the same.
- 8:10:47Speaker 4: The same kind of influence or power that you.
- 8:10:53Speaker 3: Have over your own physicality, over how you feel, because
- 8:11:06Speaker 3: when you say it to yourself it means more.
- 8:11:11Speaker 4: It's personal, and.
- 8:11:15Speaker 3: Your brain, your unconscious mind, and your body listens to
- 8:11:20Speaker 3: what you say. So, for example, we'll test it out.
- 8:11:27Speaker 3: Do your test, few your tests along the way, and
- 8:11:31Speaker 3: you can get more of an idea of the force,
- 8:11:37Speaker 3: a positive force you can have in creating a sense
- 8:11:44Speaker 3: of comfort and relaxation in your body.
- 8:11:47Speaker 4: And your mind quite quickly, just by you.
- 8:11:54Speaker 3: Telling yourself to relax. So I'm going to start by
- 8:12:04Speaker 3: just focus on your hands. So focus on your hands.
- 8:12:10Speaker 3: Just tell your hands to relax. Just say relax. As
- 8:12:17Speaker 3: you focus on your hands, you could say my hands
- 8:12:23Speaker 3: are relaxed, or I want my hands to relax.
- 8:12:28Speaker 13: Now.
- 8:12:28Speaker 4: I think if you actually do.
- 8:12:29Speaker 3: It directly by focusing and imagining that your hands, can
- 8:12:37Speaker 3: you hear what you're saying. You like, they've got little ears,
- 8:12:41Speaker 3: little head. So talking to your hands and just say relax.
- 8:12:55Speaker 3: Notice your hands start to relax. Now focus on your
- 8:13:17Speaker 3: eyes and tell your eyes to relax.
- 8:13:20Speaker 4: You're just saying the same word relax.
- 8:13:24Speaker 34: And find the right tone for you.
- 8:13:31Speaker 16: You.
- 8:13:31Speaker 3: I might say relax, but you you might say.
- 8:13:37Speaker 4: Relax or relax.
- 8:13:41Speaker 3: You know, you might say it differently to yourself, and
- 8:13:46Speaker 3: that's important for you to gauge what feels right for you.
- 8:13:54Speaker 3: To just tell your eyes to relax, whilst focused on
- 8:13:59Speaker 3: your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eyebrows,
- 8:14:05Speaker 3: and just tell your eyes hystrectly.
- 8:14:11Speaker 4: Relax. I just did that myself, and sometimes you may feel.
- 8:14:51Speaker 34: That you need a bit more time.
- 8:14:55Speaker 3: For the different parts to relax, you know, because I
- 8:14:58Speaker 3: start talking again, and maybe that part hasn't relaxed fully.
- 8:15:04Speaker 4: But what happened is that will just continue to relax.
- 8:15:07Speaker 34: Even though I'm talking.
- 8:15:10Speaker 3: That's happened with my eyes. Something else I noticed is
- 8:15:17Speaker 3: when I started focusing on my eyes, that actually almost
- 8:15:21Speaker 3: became they got worse before.
- 8:15:23Speaker 34: They got better in a way.
- 8:15:25Speaker 3: So I felt a degree of tension growing in my
- 8:15:28Speaker 3: eyes and then disappearing. So I think what that was
- 8:15:34Speaker 3: really was just me becoming more aware of the tension
- 8:15:40Speaker 3: that was already there that I I wasn't focused on
- 8:15:45Speaker 3: it before, so I wasn't really acknowledging it more really
- 8:15:54Speaker 3: conscious to those feelings. Yeah, my eyes still continue to relax,
- 8:16:09Speaker 3: as well as my hands. Actually, my hands have got
- 8:16:14Speaker 3: a certain kind of energy, like not buzzing, like kind
- 8:16:21Speaker 3: of feel a degree of energy in my hands. Maybe
- 8:16:29Speaker 3: that's where the tension has been released. That's called in there.
- 8:16:42Speaker 3: The next part, I think we should focus on the
- 8:16:44Speaker 3: back of the neck. That's a part of this is
- 8:16:46Speaker 3: quite often.
- 8:16:49Speaker 34: Well for me, holds tension.
- 8:16:51Speaker 3: I don't know about for yourself, but I think it's
- 8:16:53Speaker 3: quite a standard place where tension is sometimes held. So
- 8:17:02Speaker 3: and I'm doing exactly what you're doing as you do
- 8:17:05Speaker 3: it as well, So I'm telling my body parts to
- 8:17:09Speaker 3: relax as well. So if you tell your neck, the
- 8:17:12Speaker 3: back of your neck, focus on the back of your neck, and.
- 8:17:15Speaker 11: Just say.
- 8:17:18Speaker 3: Relax in your own words, your own tone, in your
- 8:17:23Speaker 3: own voice. You can say out loud, and you can
- 8:17:26Speaker 3: just say to yourself internally, but you're focusing it and
- 8:17:31Speaker 3: you're saying it literally to the back of your neck,
- 8:17:36Speaker 3: as if the back of your lick can actually hear
- 8:17:39Speaker 3: what you're saying. So do that now, just say relax
- 8:17:47Speaker 3: to the back of your neck, and I'm doing the same.
- 8:18:28Speaker 3: Then what I noticed and you may have had similarly,
- 8:18:34Speaker 3: is even though I was focusing on the back of
- 8:18:37Speaker 3: the neck, other parts started to and showed themselves to me,
- 8:18:49Speaker 3: or maybe because they want to be relaxed as well.
- 8:18:52Speaker 3: But I started noticing the feelings and my shoulders, tension
- 8:18:57Speaker 3: in my shoulders.
- 8:18:58Speaker 34: And it went up the back.
- 8:19:02Speaker 3: Whether that was because my back of my neck was
- 8:19:06Speaker 3: saying I'm pretty much okay, it's the other parts to
- 8:19:13Speaker 3: need attention, but my load, my back of my neck
- 8:19:22Speaker 3: is still relaxing.
- 8:19:24Speaker 4: But I just became aware of other parts that needed attention.
- 8:19:31Speaker 4: Now this might happen, it's not.
- 8:19:35Speaker 3: It doesn't mean that it's going wrong. It just means
- 8:19:39Speaker 3: you're being notified if more places, but also want to
- 8:19:45Speaker 3: feel relaxed. So I'm going to focus on my other back.
- 8:19:53Speaker 4: So you can do the same, even if you don't
- 8:19:57Speaker 4: have any.
- 8:19:59Speaker 36: Feeling.
- 8:20:00Speaker 4: Its attention to obvious in your other baby.
- 8:20:05Speaker 3: You just focus on your back, the whole area from
- 8:20:10Speaker 3: the shoulder blades down to the middlead back and spine.
- 8:20:18Speaker 3: Need's all the shoulder blades, Yeah, that's the parts that we.
- 8:20:30Speaker 1: Give it me.
- 8:20:32Speaker 7: That not.
- 8:20:34Speaker 3: That needs relaxing. The sounds canna ask that one's relax
- 8:20:39Speaker 3: and you can do the same. Now, relax your upper back.
- 8:21:05Speaker 4: Something strange happened there, And this.
- 8:21:09Speaker 3: Often happens.
- 8:21:10Speaker 34: I've been doing this.
- 8:21:14Speaker 4: For sixteen years or something.
- 8:21:16Speaker 3: And often I'm want surprised but amazed really that there
- 8:21:25Speaker 3: can be a feeling. So when I was focusing on
- 8:21:29Speaker 3: the back of my neck, my back was starting to
- 8:21:34Speaker 3: feel quite stressed and in need of attention. As soon
- 8:21:40Speaker 3: as I started talking to you about my upper back
- 8:21:44Speaker 3: and talking about, you know, getting ready to ask.
- 8:21:49Speaker 4: The upper back to relax when the back already started
- 8:21:53Speaker 4: to relax.
- 8:21:57Speaker 3: It's almost as if it doesn't need to hear them words,
- 8:22:01Speaker 3: just needs intention, just needs to be noticed. That is
- 8:22:19Speaker 3: something that often happens in this type of situation is
- 8:22:27Speaker 3: when you start to relax a couple of parts of
- 8:22:32Speaker 3: your body, as we've done with our hands, our eyes
- 8:22:37Speaker 3: and eyelids, and now back of the neck, top of
- 8:22:47Speaker 3: the backup back, the rest of the body seems to
- 8:22:52Speaker 3: just take notice and decide in its own way to
- 8:23:01Speaker 3: start relaxing. Other parts of your body start to just
- 8:23:10Speaker 3: become looser. I suppose it's kind of like a bit
- 8:23:18Speaker 3: of an avalanche, you know, the little book starts rolling.
- 8:23:23Speaker 3: Before you know it, the whole of your body is
- 8:23:25Speaker 3: completely relaxed and cold.
- 8:23:36Speaker 46: If you focus on your face, you focus on your eyes,
- 8:23:47Speaker 46: your eyelids, your.
- 8:23:49Speaker 4: Eyebrows, the muscles.
- 8:23:52Speaker 24: Around your eyes.
- 8:23:58Speaker 3: Maybe you start to notice that.
- 8:24:01Speaker 4: Your forehead is more of axed than it was.
- 8:24:06Speaker 3: Maybe your face is more relaxed, I would say, my
- 8:24:12Speaker 3: entire faces, you're more relaxed. You're going to focus now on.
- 8:24:29Speaker 4: Your shoulders.
- 8:24:32Speaker 3: Again, just like before, Just tell your shoulders and you
- 8:24:38Speaker 3: can't do them in digity.
- 8:24:39Speaker 4: You can do quite a shoulder, and that shoulder I
- 8:24:43Speaker 4: just didn't do both at the same time. Just tell
- 8:24:48Speaker 4: your shoulders, actually focus on them in your mind.
- 8:24:52Speaker 3: Focus on that and they feel maybe you can see
- 8:24:57Speaker 3: them in your mind time. Just tell your shoulders two legs.
- 8:25:46Speaker 3: Its nice as they were eggs. I did notice, especially
- 8:26:02Speaker 3: on my bank, is the connection between the different parts
- 8:26:10Speaker 3: the bank, shoulders, the neck.
- 8:26:18Speaker 34: Being more connected. Being such a large.
- 8:26:22Speaker 3: Part of your body, it's always hard to separate them
- 8:26:28Speaker 3: from each other. My lower bank is starting to relax
- 8:26:36Speaker 3: on the same.
- 8:26:43Speaker 34: Maybe I'm going.
- 8:26:44Speaker 3: Too slowly and that could be an issue because we
- 8:26:50Speaker 3: all go at different speeds. And the idea of the
- 8:26:56Speaker 3: beginning that this recording was for you to be able
- 8:26:59Speaker 3: to just just say to yourself, relax without focusing on
- 8:27:15Speaker 3: any particular part of your body. Because when you know
- 8:27:21Speaker 3: that telling your hands.
- 8:27:25Speaker 4: To relax and your head to relax, let me tell.
- 8:27:34Speaker 3: Your eyelids, your eyes, the muscles around your eyes, and
- 8:27:43Speaker 3: your eyebrows to relax, and they relax.
- 8:27:56Speaker 4: You tell the back of your neck turn legs, different axes,
- 8:28:16Speaker 4: until your up back legs different axis, until your shoulders.
- 8:28:47Speaker 34: Two legs, their legs.
- 8:29:23Speaker 3: Told your hands to relax, they relaxed, They continued.
- 8:29:29Speaker 4: To relax.
- 8:29:36Speaker 3: You told your eyes, the muscles.
- 8:29:41Speaker 4: Around your eyes and the eye graphs to relax.
- 8:29:47Speaker 34: They relaxed.
- 8:29:51Speaker 33: And relax.
- 8:30:01Speaker 34: When he told the back of your neck, when you
- 8:30:04Speaker 34: saw the back of your neck.
- 8:30:09Speaker 3: Told it to relax, it relaxed.
- 8:30:18Speaker 4: And continued to relax.
- 8:30:29Speaker 34: When you told your upper back.
- 8:30:35Speaker 4: To relax, he relaxed and continued to relax.
- 8:30:51Speaker 3: That's what your shoulders. He told your shoulders to relax.
- 8:31:00Speaker 3: Shoulders relaxed into relax.
- 8:31:15Speaker 34: And it's not just that, it's.
- 8:31:23Speaker 3: That the rest of your body has.
- 8:31:25Speaker 4: Also been listening.
- 8:31:29Speaker 3: The relaxation has been spread in so from your eyes,
- 8:31:35Speaker 3: the relaxation spread your forehead, around your face.
- 8:31:42Speaker 4: Into your skin, into your jaw, into the frost sides
- 8:31:57Speaker 4: of the name.
- 8:32:00Speaker 3: Chest stole, relaxed hands and shoulders.
- 8:32:13Speaker 4: It up through your arms, relaxing.
- 8:32:19Speaker 34: From arms up arms out.
- 8:32:23Speaker 36: Backs for wrists, let.
- 8:32:36Speaker 3: Our bag.
- 8:32:40Speaker 33: Hips, but exploit.
- 8:32:45Speaker 4: Just start to relax with tea comforts, spreading through your leggs,
- 8:33:00Speaker 4: way down your.
- 8:33:02Speaker 3: Egles, on tops of your feet, the sight of your face,
- 8:33:14Speaker 3: the bottoms of your feet, relexing intup tis.
- 8:33:28Speaker 34: Each time relexingles, and it's your.
- 8:33:51Speaker 3: Body relaxes more. You white.
- 8:33:56Speaker 36: Comes slow.
- 8:34:08Speaker 4: Pace woy.
- 8:34:20Speaker 3: If cheess to sleep eai, he said, the way, because
- 8:34:46Speaker 3: it's nothing I your mind.
- 8:34:52Speaker 4: To pray spacefl what continuous with that connection.
- 8:35:36Speaker 3: To me body? You reaxing? Word said to yourself lies
- 8:35:52Speaker 3: s need the facus just.
- 8:35:56Speaker 34: One part.
- 8:36:02Speaker 4: Given to their body.
- 8:36:10Speaker 45: Say now fold, who thinks there's as.
- 8:36:34Speaker 4: Sensations of comforts spreading throughout the body?
- 8:36:48Speaker 34: They say, and every to your body?
- 8:37:02Speaker 4: He last.
- 8:37:25Speaker 3: Do just.
- 8:37:29Speaker 4: To yourself.
- 8:37:45Speaker 3: He starting down the number twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen.
- 8:38:52Speaker 4: Sixteen six.
- 8:39:33Speaker 34: Four two.
- 8:41:04Speaker 36: Us yes um and moments eight us must us usu
- 8:50:09Speaker 36: us up one, so.
- 8:52:13Speaker 3: Counting down from ten to one.
- 8:52:16Speaker 28: Ten nine.
- 8:52:21Speaker 4: Eight seven six five.
- 8:52:31Speaker 3: Four three.
- 8:52:38Speaker 4: Two one.
- 8:52:48Speaker 3: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 8:52:51Speaker 3: to relax.
- 8:52:53Speaker 34: Maybe it's a bit.
- 8:52:53Speaker 4: Too fast for you to notice the calming of your.
- 8:53:03Speaker 3: Maybe even a little bit of pressure there, like you're
- 8:53:08Speaker 3: count it down from ten to one.
- 8:53:09Speaker 34: What do you expect me to do?
- 8:53:11Speaker 3: Man, expect me to stick with floppy just because you're
- 8:53:16Speaker 3: counting down. If you try it again, but this time,
- 8:53:25Speaker 3: I'll go this slower this time, and you focus on
- 8:53:33Speaker 3: the whole of your body before we focus on your legs.
- 8:53:39Speaker 3: Just notice.
- 8:53:42Speaker 4: How your body does.
- 8:53:45Speaker 47: Start to feel more relaxed with every number that I
- 8:53:58Speaker 47: count down.
- 8:54:02Speaker 4: Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 8:54:48Speaker 24: Four three, yeah, one.
- 8:55:43Speaker 3: I just notice how how you feel, generally, how your
- 8:55:48Speaker 3: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 8:56:03Speaker 3: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that
- 8:56:14Speaker 3: space between being active physically or mentally.
- 8:56:29Speaker 34: It's just.
- 8:56:34Speaker 3: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 8:56:40Speaker 3: not saying anything, or needing to think about anything. So
- 8:56:47Speaker 3: it opens up a space, you know, a bit of
- 8:56:50Speaker 3: a space, the gap. And the more I came down
- 8:57:01Speaker 3: for the tental one, the bigger that gap becomes. So
- 8:57:08Speaker 3: there's that gap of calmness, of comfort and relaxation. It's
- 8:57:21Speaker 3: a nice feeling and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 8:57:35Speaker 3: physically or emotionally moves away. Allows you.
- 8:57:50Speaker 11: To just.
- 8:57:54Speaker 4: Slow down, someone to count.
- 8:57:59Speaker 3: Again from and down to one, and notice that gap widening,
- 8:58:08Speaker 3: the gap. And as it widens, it's almost like the
- 8:58:13Speaker 3: the stress of attention.
- 8:58:16Speaker 48: Falls into the gap. It gives you that distance, that space.
- 8:58:37Speaker 4: Now ten nine eight, seven, six.
- 8:59:27Speaker 34: Five four.
- 8:59:57Speaker 3: Three one.
- 9:00:44Speaker 34: How did you feel?
- 9:00:47Speaker 4: What do you feel?
- 9:01:03Speaker 3: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calmer? Do you
- 9:01:15Speaker 3: feeling more relaxed? As we now focus on your legs,
- 9:01:45Speaker 3: just your legs. You're just gonna start with focusing on
- 9:02:06Speaker 3: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 9:02:25Speaker 3: to be doing, because I'm sure like most of your
- 9:02:32Speaker 3: body is not not going on right now. Just focusing
- 9:02:45Speaker 3: on the whole of your thighs, the tops of your thighs,
- 9:02:52Speaker 3: the sides of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs
- 9:02:58Speaker 3: with outer thighs to your inner thighs, basically the whole
- 9:03:04Speaker 3: of your thigh that leads into your hip and it
- 9:03:12Speaker 3: goes down to your.
- 9:03:16Speaker 34: Knee joints. Now, this is a big area.
- 9:03:27Speaker 4: It's a very heavy area.
- 9:03:29Speaker 3: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 9:03:36Speaker 3: or in your thighs.
- 9:03:47Speaker 34: But I don't think we.
- 9:03:50Speaker 3: Perhaps will give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we
- 9:04:03Speaker 3: don't they acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives,
- 9:04:25Speaker 3: how much they actually do for us all through our lives.
- 9:04:41Speaker 3: And I may seems sound really weird. I think that
- 9:04:47Speaker 3: all of our body parts, especially our thighs, need some TLC.
- 9:04:59Speaker 34: They love show a bit of.
- 9:05:08Speaker 4: The acknowledgment.
- 9:05:11Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 9:05:15Speaker 3: Gratitude for what advice do for us.
- 9:05:27Speaker 4: And I know this may sound it's strange.
- 9:05:32Speaker 34: Maybe you think, why am I Surely I should be
- 9:05:36Speaker 34: able to in the garden hugging a tree or something. Oh,
- 9:05:45Speaker 34: it's hard to set a microphone up on a tree.
- 9:05:48Speaker 34: That's why I'm doing this spoors.
- 9:05:49Speaker 3: Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree. Now I
- 9:05:53Speaker 3: can't see the television from the tree.
- 9:06:01Speaker 34: You move down to your knees gain such an.
- 9:06:05Speaker 3: Important part, and I think we don't necessarily I'll speak
- 9:06:15Speaker 3: for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate.
- 9:06:22Speaker 4: All that my needs do for me until.
- 9:06:27Speaker 3: I have a problem with my knee Occasionally, if I
- 9:06:31Speaker 3: wor maybe i'll bash it, or it's aching for some reason.
- 9:06:38Speaker 3: It's then that I realize how much it does. You know,
- 9:06:44Speaker 3: the benefit of being able to use my legs without
- 9:06:52Speaker 3: any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing that's
- 9:07:00Speaker 3: possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 9:07:06Speaker 34: You know that's comfort. But as you focus on.
- 9:07:13Speaker 3: Your knees, regardless of how your needs feel, you can
- 9:07:21Speaker 3: have that sense of gratitude.
- 9:07:26Speaker 34: And love to your needs for all that they do
- 9:07:28Speaker 34: for you.
- 9:07:39Speaker 3: And you can still have that attention on your thighs
- 9:07:43Speaker 3: maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe you've noticed.
- 9:07:49Speaker 34: That they are.
- 9:07:53Speaker 3: Relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the bottoms
- 9:08:09Speaker 3: of your legs, your shins, and your half muscles, the
- 9:08:14Speaker 3: bones between your knees and your feet.
- 9:08:20Speaker 34: Incorporates, and the course your.
- 9:08:22Speaker 4: Ankles so important.
- 9:08:31Speaker 34: Can anyone that's had.
- 9:08:33Speaker 3: Even like the slightest sprain of an ankle, who knows how.
- 9:08:40Speaker 34: How much we take our.
- 9:08:43Speaker 3: Ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in a
- 9:08:52Speaker 3: way when you think that, you know, logically, our wrists
- 9:08:58Speaker 3: are a lot thinner than the rest of their arms,
- 9:09:02Speaker 3: which is okay, it doesn't I can't see any problem
- 9:09:05Speaker 3: with that, you know.
- 9:09:07Speaker 34: Just picking stuff up.
- 9:09:10Speaker 3: Our ankles so much thinner than the rest of our legs,
- 9:09:22Speaker 3: and from a physics perspective or logical.
- 9:09:26Speaker 34: Even it doesn't really make sense that all this weight
- 9:09:32Speaker 34: will ultimately be resting on your ankles then leading to
- 9:09:39Speaker 34: your feet, a thin area.
- 9:09:47Speaker 3: Thin bone. Yeah, it does so much great work. Supports
- 9:09:56Speaker 3: the supports our body for a life time, helps us
- 9:10:06Speaker 3: to balance, It helps you to get around and be mobile.
- 9:10:22Speaker 34: It's the calf muscles.
- 9:10:23Speaker 3: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 9:10:31Speaker 3: point in calf muscles didn't seem to do anything.
- 9:10:35Speaker 34: Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes, then my calf
- 9:10:40Speaker 34: muscles get some work. But of course that's not true.
- 9:10:44Speaker 34: The calf muscles are being used whenever we use their legs.
- 9:10:54Speaker 3: And your shins there to protect your lower legs, shaped
- 9:11:07Speaker 3: in a way almost as a protector, with the bone
- 9:11:19Speaker 3: leading of course to your ankles.
- 9:11:25Speaker 34: And your feet. I'm not going to focus on your feet.
- 9:11:33Speaker 34: I'm just going to focus on the legs.
- 9:11:36Speaker 3: And I realize now that I've mentioned your feet, it
- 9:11:41Speaker 3: would be focusing on them anyway.
- 9:11:45Speaker 34: So maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 9:11:51Speaker 34: You can have them in your awareness.
- 9:11:55Speaker 4: The same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 9:11:59Speaker 34: And though we haven't been.
- 9:12:01Speaker 3: Focusing on your thighs a few minutes and we're focusing
- 9:12:07Speaker 3: on your angles, there's still that sensation of.
- 9:12:20Speaker 4: Comfort in your thighs, and there's that movement of energy.
- 9:12:35Speaker 3: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 9:12:42Speaker 3: there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that we have
- 9:12:47Speaker 3: in our thighs, but the skin outside of the thighs,
- 9:13:02Speaker 3: as in the outside of all of that body. It
- 9:13:07Speaker 3: can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature.
- 9:13:25Speaker 3: And inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, there's
- 9:13:32Speaker 3: the blood, vessels, the art trees, all this stuff in.
- 9:13:38Speaker 34: The side your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice.
- 9:13:46Speaker 3: If you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs
- 9:13:51Speaker 3: and message. So if you can message on the outside,
- 9:13:57Speaker 3: of course, but be able to get deep to the muscles,
- 9:14:01Speaker 3: to be able to just massage inside your thighs, message
- 9:14:07Speaker 3: in your bones, your leg massage the veins and just gently.
- 9:14:19Speaker 24: Heal the fives.
- 9:14:25Speaker 34: You can move down.
- 9:14:28Speaker 3: Message and inside your knees, just message in those bones,
- 9:14:34Speaker 3: but with healing fingertips, spreading that healing.
- 9:14:40Speaker 34: Energy deep into the choice your knees.
- 9:14:50Speaker 3: Of course, there's the back of your you need the
- 9:14:54Speaker 3: inside crease where your need is sole sensitive area. I mean,
- 9:15:04Speaker 3: that's very nice when you stroking.
- 9:15:07Speaker 34: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 9:15:11Speaker 34: touched very often. It's almost like a hidden part a
- 9:15:17Speaker 34: crease your legs. It's almost like a part that.
- 9:15:26Speaker 3: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 9:15:37Speaker 3: it's protected by your legs, so you can imagine putting your.
- 9:15:49Speaker 34: Fingers into a crease in your legs. Funneled in between
- 9:15:59Speaker 34: the legs, you can just message with your fingertips.
- 9:16:04Speaker 4: Your fingertips are going.
- 9:16:06Speaker 3: Inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You can of course
- 9:16:16Speaker 3: field the bones of your.
- 9:16:19Speaker 34: Knees, healing through your fingertips, and then it should go down.
- 9:16:34Speaker 4: T calf mosciles.
- 9:16:36Speaker 34: And that's the part I'd like to be able to
- 9:16:38Speaker 34: really put my fingertips thick inside my calf muscles, massage
- 9:16:46Speaker 34: in every single tissue of the muscle, healing every part.
- 9:17:01Speaker 34: Then doing the same for my shields.
- 9:17:06Speaker 3: Massage generally, stroking the bones, generally stroking them, healing in
- 9:17:15Speaker 3: their loving way, because they deserve to be treated.
- 9:17:22Speaker 34: As the precious bones that they are. The legs are
- 9:17:26Speaker 34: so precious as in all the other parts of our body, and.
- 9:17:33Speaker 3: More precious of immature.
- 9:17:37Speaker 4: On the planet.
- 9:17:46Speaker 34: When you start to think about the legs in this way,
- 9:17:59Speaker 34: can change show perspective might sound a bit be silly
- 9:18:10Speaker 34: to start with the idea of fam love your licks,
- 9:18:17Speaker 34: show an appreciation. Your five wants me to be able
- 9:18:24Speaker 34: to put your hands in your.
- 9:18:27Speaker 3: Eyes, massage the muscles and the bones, and do you
- 9:18:36Speaker 3: get your fingers deep in there releasing more intention.
- 9:18:44Speaker 4: Just to show.
- 9:18:47Speaker 34: How much you care about your lex, how much you
- 9:18:54Speaker 34: care for what your lis do for you.
- 9:19:00Speaker 49: You know.
- 9:19:02Speaker 3: You means to cause your ankles. The strength of your ankles.
- 9:19:15Speaker 34: Consideringly, how thin they are compared to the rest of
- 9:19:20Speaker 34: your legs, especially your thighs.
- 9:19:26Speaker 49: Yeah, they're so.
- 9:19:27Speaker 3: Strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 9:19:38Speaker 34: Ankles are truly a gift because of what they do
- 9:19:47Speaker 34: for you, supporting all that weight, regardless of how you are,
- 9:20:01Speaker 34: even if you only ate stone, not weak with these
- 9:20:08Speaker 34: little ankles. Now I'm a lot heavier than eat stone,
- 9:20:16Speaker 34: double back.
- 9:20:20Speaker 4: Get my ankles support my body.
- 9:20:24Speaker 49: All the time.
- 9:20:29Speaker 34: What they do give off a side, rely to sit down.
- 9:20:35Speaker 3: That's we've got my whole next day, my feet, feet
- 9:20:42Speaker 3: will stay, go my my toast quick.
- 9:20:47Speaker 34: I'm so happy. The legs really are amazing, man, to
- 9:21:16Speaker 34: talking about talking about your legs is probably.
- 9:21:22Speaker 3: Possibly one of the most things, the most boring things
- 9:21:26Speaker 3: you've ever heard anyone say. Possibly I'm all you are
- 9:21:33Speaker 3: not Everything I said is true. The legs are amazing.
- 9:21:50Speaker 3: Your lex deserve not just respect, They deserve to relax.
- 9:22:02Speaker 34: Deeply. They deserve to take some time out of the day.
- 9:22:15Speaker 4: To just Lecker completely releas.
- 9:22:42Speaker 34: Really can relax because the legs are saying such a
- 9:22:55Speaker 34: most very important part for your body and your election. Next,
- 9:23:02Speaker 34: the rest of your body also.
- 9:23:06Speaker 4: Naturally follows in that journey of comfort.
- 9:23:23Speaker 34: I feel it in my hips. My hips feel really loose,
- 9:23:31Speaker 34: and also my light back as well. My light back
- 9:23:36Speaker 34: really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 9:23:41Speaker 34: in a chair and there's.
- 9:23:43Speaker 3: No stretching.
- 9:23:47Speaker 34: As far as I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost
- 9:23:50Speaker 34: as if the muscles are just relaxed so much that
- 9:23:54Speaker 34: there is a natural stretch that's at tension. He reduced
- 9:24:03Speaker 34: a not an thouand camp down ten thouns of one.
- 9:24:27Speaker 49: And you can.
- 9:24:28Speaker 4: Continue to film wonderfully worst.
- 9:24:38Speaker 34: Ten nine.
- 9:24:45Speaker 3: Eight, seven, six, five.
- 9:25:01Speaker 11: Four three.
- 9:25:09Speaker 49: Mm.
- 9:25:14Speaker 34: Wh really, So, I'm just gonna countdown from five down
- 9:25:33Speaker 34: to one, and it's a countdown.
- 9:25:36Speaker 3: You just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 9:25:44Speaker 3: and notice how you feel.
- 9:25:51Speaker 34: In this moment as you hear the numbers counting.
- 9:25:55Speaker 3: Down, knowing that those numbers counting down represents feeling calmer,
- 9:26:10Speaker 3: but just in the body, that will say.
- 9:26:14Speaker 34: Relaxing your mind.
- 9:26:18Speaker 4: I just notice how you film.
- 9:26:21Speaker 3: It's nothing to do. It's nothing to say, it's nothing
- 9:26:27Speaker 3: to think about.
- 9:26:31Speaker 4: Starting with.
- 9:26:34Speaker 34: Number five four three two, Why.
- 9:27:20Speaker 3: Did you notice the gradual.
- 9:27:28Speaker 34: Letting go.
- 9:27:31Speaker 3: The tension in your body? It may also begin to
- 9:27:39Speaker 3: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 9:27:46Speaker 3: to slow down.
- 9:27:51Speaker 34: This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 9:27:57Speaker 3: It's not really a special procedure.
- 9:28:01Speaker 34: It's just natural.
- 9:28:02Speaker 3: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 9:28:10Speaker 3: and the more the mind relaxes, the more the body relaxes.
- 9:28:13Speaker 49: It's just a.
- 9:28:14Speaker 34: Continuous circle of relaxation. And it's that calmness that comes
- 9:28:27Speaker 34: from relative quietness. You can even if this background sounds
- 9:28:36Speaker 34: either your side online, it's still.
- 9:28:41Speaker 3: Gains be quite calm. And you haven't got the television on.
- 9:28:47Speaker 3: There's no music in the background.
- 9:28:51Speaker 34: Unless you're listening to the recording. With music, of course,
- 9:28:58Speaker 34: you're very likely going to be sitting in a room
- 9:29:01Speaker 34: of other people.
- 9:29:03Speaker 3: Of Course, you might keep it generally, it's the idea
- 9:29:07Speaker 3: if you can do this on your own, so no distractions,
- 9:29:18Speaker 3: and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises.
- 9:29:34Speaker 34: A sense of comfort. It starts to grow.
- 9:29:42Speaker 3: And without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 9:29:52Speaker 3: something magical. This is just a natural process, something that's easy.
- 9:30:05Speaker 34: To accomplish.
- 9:30:09Speaker 3: In fact, it's almost a sense of relaxing completely happens.
- 9:30:16Speaker 34: Really when you put no effort into it. It's not
- 9:30:21Speaker 34: something that you can really force, something that happens naturally,
- 9:30:32Speaker 34: and parts of the process of.
- 9:30:37Speaker 3: This recording and others is simply.
- 9:30:44Speaker 4: To allow you.
- 9:30:49Speaker 3: To take advantage of this space.
- 9:30:56Speaker 34: This time, just letl to just be here, to be
- 9:31:11Speaker 34: in chap with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 9:31:27Speaker 34: of wanting to relax deeply and maybe even deformously, depending
- 9:31:40Speaker 34: on what is that you wish for yourself.
- 9:31:46Speaker 49: In this moment.
- 9:31:54Speaker 34: As we know, relaxing.
- 9:31:58Speaker 3: Is the majority of the process.
- 9:32:03Speaker 34: Of fallen asleep, the actual fall. The sleep part is
- 9:32:09Speaker 34: the tiny bay of the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 9:32:21Speaker 34: the easier.
- 9:32:24Speaker 24: You find.
- 9:32:27Speaker 34: Yourself drifting. You can also if you choose stay focused
- 9:32:44Speaker 34: on my voice and really enjoy.
- 9:32:55Speaker 3: The process.
- 9:33:01Speaker 34: Congratually you lack sin, each muscle in your body.
- 9:33:24Speaker 3: Efortlessly and just absurding the sensation.
- 9:33:45Speaker 34: I'm letting go completely this time on my account. From six,
- 9:34:02Speaker 34: That's why I can notice your mind calm down with
- 9:34:17Speaker 34: each number. You hear me say, actually the slow peaceful
- 9:34:43Speaker 34: six five.
