- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Conspiracy The Show, the world's most trusted conspiracy
- 0:16Speaker 1: dary podcast, with your hosts Adam Todd Brown and Olivia Hidar.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy The Show. I'm your host,
- 0:38Speaker 2: Adam Todd Brown joining me as co host this week. Ooh,
- 0:42Speaker 2: my favorite cost of all. No co host, but I
- 0:44Speaker 2: got a guest Travis Clark, who's also my co host
- 0:48Speaker 2: on You Don't Even Like This Band, which is a
- 0:50Speaker 2: podcast you should be listening to on the un Pops
- 0:53Speaker 2: podcast network, So I kind of have a co host, Travis.
- 0:55Speaker 2: How's it going.
- 0:56Speaker 3: It's going fantastic. I'm so excited to be hearing conspiratorial
- 1:01Speaker 3: with you. That's a hard word to say.
- 1:02Speaker 2: It's a hard word to say, which probably is a
- 1:05Speaker 2: conspiracy in and of itself. The conspiritors don't want us
- 1:09Speaker 2: to be able to say conspiratorial.
- 1:12Speaker 3: No, they don't, and I really do think English was
- 1:14Speaker 3: created by someone trying to control us. Oh. Absolutely one percent.
- 1:20Speaker 2: We are doing another my favorite conspiracy episode because here's
- 1:25Speaker 2: the thing. We've done one of these so far with
- 1:28Speaker 2: Kim Krawl and what I like about these is I
- 1:31Speaker 2: don't have to do the research. It's normally me bringing
- 1:36Speaker 2: a whole bunch of well thought out and heavily researched
- 1:40Speaker 2: information to my co host or guest and not necessarily
- 1:45Speaker 2: trying to sell them on the idea that it might
- 1:48Speaker 2: be real. But in some cases, and here, we're reversing the.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Roles, which is interesting because to pull the curtain back
- 1:55Speaker 3: a little bit for listeners. Adam does that on all
- 1:57Speaker 3: the shows, Like Adam is a research machine. The amount
- 2:01Speaker 3: of times that we've done a show about a band,
- 2:04Speaker 3: and like, if I ever sound like I know what
- 2:06Speaker 3: the hell we're talking about, and it's not Queens of
- 2:08Speaker 3: the Stone Age, it's notes that Adam put together. That's
- 2:12Speaker 3: you're a wonder. So I hope I can bring the
- 2:15Speaker 3: same level to this that you normally do.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Yeah, this is weird for me. I kept going back
- 2:20Speaker 2: this morning before I got here and being like, all right,
- 2:23Speaker 2: I got a little time to look in to Hollow Moon.
- 2:26Speaker 2: And that makes it a little different from the Paul
- 2:28Speaker 2: is Dead theory that me and Kim Crawl covered. Because
- 2:30Speaker 2: I'm a huge Beatles fan and.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Everybody's heard I mean, it doesn't matter where you are
- 2:34Speaker 3: in life, you've heard that theory that Paul is dead, Right, right,
- 2:38Speaker 3: whereas Hollow Moon it may not have crossed your path yet.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Hollow Moon, for one thing, would be such a good
- 2:43Speaker 2: band name, right, that would be an amazing band name. Yeah,
- 2:47Speaker 2: I haven't heard much about this. I haven't looked into
- 2:50Speaker 2: it much. We have a few of these episodes in
- 2:52Speaker 2: a row, and one of the reasons we're doing them
- 2:54Speaker 2: it's kind of utilitarian. I'm just trying to get ahead
- 2:57Speaker 2: on recordings so I can take a week off off.
- 3:00Speaker 2: And my version of taking a week off is making
- 3:02Speaker 2: sure all the baby birds are fed while I'm at
- 3:06Speaker 2: home sleeping. So I'm recording way way away in advance,
- 3:10Speaker 2: and that's easier if I don't have to do no research.
- 3:12Speaker 3: So sure. So this is coming out in twenty twenty five,
- 3:15Speaker 3: just in time for the Hollow Moon to land on
- 3:18Speaker 3: Earth because it is a spaceship. So I'm just going
- 3:21Speaker 3: to dive into a little bit of I guess how
- 3:25Speaker 3: one becomes aware of the Hollow Moon. Yes, you know,
- 3:28Speaker 3: because if you're somebody who loves conspiracies about the moon,
- 3:32Speaker 3: aka myself, it's very easy you go into, oh we
- 3:36Speaker 3: didn't land on the Moon, and that's the training wheels
- 3:39Speaker 3: of moon conspiracies. Right, and then you kind of start
- 3:42Speaker 3: going what's deeper, what's inside this jobbreaker? How many layers
- 3:46Speaker 3: does this thing have? And then you get into the
- 3:48Speaker 3: people who say the moon isn't even real, It's not
- 3:50Speaker 3: even there, it's a hologram, it's existed through all of history,
- 3:53Speaker 3: it's fake, right, And that just doesn't make sense. And
- 3:56Speaker 3: then you get into the moon is there, but it's
- 4:00Speaker 3: hollow and it's either a spaceship or there's aliens inside
- 4:03Speaker 3: of it watching us.
- 4:05Speaker 2: That is an intriguing idea. What little I did look
- 4:10Speaker 2: into this one thing? I found The origins of the
- 4:13Speaker 2: moon are highly sketchy, like not very not sketchy, as
- 4:18Speaker 2: in they involved like organized crime or something, but they might.
- 4:21Speaker 2: We're not quite sure have the moon formed or whyatt's there.
- 4:26Speaker 3: The current theory is the whack or double whack theory,
- 4:30Speaker 3: which is that a Mars shaped object hit the Earth
- 4:34Speaker 3: and expelled out all of this material and that became
- 4:36Speaker 3: the moon, and then the sciences and the physicshit until
- 4:40Speaker 3: you work out of that so they're like, well, maybe
- 4:41Speaker 3: that object hit us twice and that caused the moon.
- 4:44Speaker 3: So right off the bat, is the moon reel clearly not?
- 4:47Speaker 2: Yeah? I think we've already established the moon isn't actually
- 4:50Speaker 2: the moon, so that's a good starting point.
- 4:54Speaker 3: It's good starting point. So the idea of a hollow moon,
- 4:57Speaker 3: as far as I can tell, and look, I'm not
- 4:59Speaker 3: a hollow moon historian, but I've read up on it
- 5:02Speaker 3: some it started. I think the first mention of this
- 5:06Speaker 3: in pop culture ish is an in an HG. Wells
- 5:09Speaker 3: book from nineteen oh one called The First Men in
- 5:13Speaker 3: the Moon, and I have not read it, but from
- 5:16Speaker 3: context clues I can guess it is about a group
- 5:18Speaker 3: of men who go inside the moon and the moon
- 5:21Speaker 3: would be hollow. That would be my guess, right, But
- 5:24Speaker 3: I do.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Think there are some sorts of references to it pre HG. Wells,
- 5:29Speaker 2: but not in pop culture the way you're talking.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe some dude was like, oddly that's made out
- 5:35Speaker 3: of hollo geeze. I was about it as far as
- 5:37Speaker 3: it went.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it was floated in an old timey
- 5:41Speaker 2: get burned at the cross for saying the wrong thing
- 5:43Speaker 2: science kind of way.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I mean, well, the Bible doesn't talk much about the
- 5:48Speaker 3: moon from what I know, so I don't know if
- 5:50Speaker 3: you have to be like super Christian to believe in
- 5:53Speaker 3: the moon, Like are.
- 5:54Speaker 4: You are you?
- 5:55Speaker 2: I mean if I believe in the moon or if
- 5:57Speaker 2: I'm yeah, do you believe in the moon?
- 5:58Speaker 3: Are you? Yeah? Do you think the moon is our savior?
- 6:01Speaker 3: Or like, how do you?
- 6:03Speaker 2: I have a lot of faith in the moon. Yeah, yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Do you think the Moon died for our sins? It's
- 6:08Speaker 2: where we go when we die.
- 6:10Speaker 3: God, that would be so cool. My dad's in there.
- 6:15Speaker 3: That's why it's hollow. It's heaven. Yeah, Now it makes sense.
- 6:19Speaker 3: So sci fi writers run with this idea off and
- 6:22Speaker 3: on for some amount of time. Some people write books
- 6:26Speaker 3: and whatever, but it's all that like we haven't really
- 6:28Speaker 3: been to space sci fi that like, once we go
- 6:31Speaker 3: to space, none of it really makes sense. You know,
- 6:32Speaker 3: it's like, oh, it's hollow and in the inside there's
- 6:34Speaker 3: an atmosphere, Like it's not possible. What are you talking about? Yeah,
- 6:38Speaker 3: it's when we land on the Moon. And I believe
- 6:41Speaker 3: that happened in the Apollo missions, that we as humans
- 6:45Speaker 3: do what humans do best, which is, hey, we've traveled
- 6:48Speaker 3: really far and we're checking out this thing that's totally
- 6:50Speaker 3: new to us. Let's fuck it up. So while they're
- 6:54Speaker 3: leaving the Apollo twelve mission. They're like, let's crash some
- 6:57Speaker 3: shit into the moon. So they crash some shit into
- 7:01Speaker 3: the moon and it causes a quake. Right, and here's
- 7:06Speaker 3: the fun part. Do you know what quakes on the
- 7:07Speaker 3: moon are called moonquakes? That's correct, which would also be
- 7:12Speaker 3: a great band name. Yes. Absolutely, So scientists were surprised
- 7:17Speaker 3: that the Moon did not act like the Earth. It
- 7:20Speaker 3: did not quake the way that they wanted the Earth
- 7:23Speaker 3: to quake. It quaked much more long term and not violently.
- 7:28Speaker 3: But one scientist was saying, the moon rang like a bell,
- 7:32Speaker 3: so that when they crashed this thing into it, as
- 7:35Speaker 3: opposed to the earthquake taking ten minutes to end, it
- 7:37Speaker 3: took like an hour. So this scientist was like, the
- 7:41Speaker 3: moon rang like a bell. People saw this and then
- 7:44Speaker 3: ran with that idea that if it rang like a bell,
- 7:47Speaker 3: then it must be because it's hollow. Sure, because it
- 7:50Speaker 3: couldn't be that the Moon is just made up of
- 7:52Speaker 3: different material and has a different composition, in a different
- 7:56Speaker 3: weight and all of that. No, it must mean that
- 7:58Speaker 3: the moon is hollow. So people start running with this
- 8:00Speaker 3: idea that the moon is actually well, it's one of
- 8:04Speaker 3: two things. It is either an entirely intelligently made observation
- 8:09Speaker 3: station where aliens are in there keeping an eye on us,
- 8:13Speaker 3: or intelligent aliens took a moon structure, hollowed it out,
- 8:18Speaker 3: and turned it into a spaceship, and that spaceship flew
- 8:21Speaker 3: here about fifty thousand years ago, perfectly orbited our planet
- 8:26Speaker 3: in a way that doesn't make sense. Like you were
- 8:27Speaker 3: saying earlier, it doesn't make sense how this could possibly exist.
- 8:31Speaker 3: We can't fully explain it. The crew of that moon
- 8:34Speaker 3: spaceship landed on this planet, and that's what humans are.
- 8:38Speaker 3: We are descendants of the moon spaceship.
- 8:41Speaker 2: This is one of those theories that seems kind of
- 8:44Speaker 2: harmless and taken to its scariest conclusion, will just end
- 8:49Speaker 2: in genocide someday. Because it reminds me of a documentary
- 8:54Speaker 2: me and Olivia just covered called In Plane Sight. It's
- 8:58Speaker 2: called In Plane Sight UFOs and the intelligence community, and
- 9:01Speaker 2: it starts off really basic, where they're just talking about
- 9:06Speaker 2: Roswell and like UFO sidings, and as it goes on,
- 9:10Speaker 2: they start getting into weirder and weirder shit, to the
- 9:14Speaker 2: point where one guy suggests that we should look into
- 9:17Speaker 2: reparations for victims of alien abductions what And then a
- 9:23Speaker 2: guy who up to this point he's a CIA analyst,
- 9:26Speaker 2: so I trust him with my life obviously, but up
- 9:30Speaker 2: to this point in the documentary he's been like seeming
- 9:32Speaker 2: like kind of the voice of reason and the one
- 9:34Speaker 2: who's not going out on wild ledges and pushing crazy ideas.
- 9:40Speaker 2: He comes in at the end and mentions that, oh well,
- 9:43Speaker 2: at one point, this race of aliens basically mated with
- 9:49Speaker 2: beings on Earth and that's how humans happened. And every
- 9:53Speaker 2: human has some alien DNA, but also some humans have
- 9:59Speaker 2: extra AI and they're like special humans. And that's the
- 10:05Speaker 2: kind of thing where if we start getting really fascist
- 10:10Speaker 2: in this country and really turn into a Nazi kind
- 10:13Speaker 2: of place, that's the kind of stuff that's gonna get
- 10:17Speaker 2: people executed over DNA tests.
- 10:20Speaker 3: So in a strange turn of events, you're not foreign
- 10:23Speaker 3: enough and that's why we have to get rid of you.
- 10:26Speaker 2: No, I think it would probably be those augmented special
- 10:29Speaker 2: people who would get the axe.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Oh so the more alien people would die.
- 10:34Speaker 2: And it's one of those things where we're so conditioned
- 10:37Speaker 2: to just hear, oh, yeah, well DNA that's infallible. No
- 10:40Speaker 2: one would question it like I'm talking about a dystopia
- 10:43Speaker 2: way way, way in the future. But I brought this
- 10:45Speaker 2: up on the Olivia documentary. Also, there's this rumor that
- 10:50Speaker 2: on his death bread Death Bread.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Oh I love Death Bread. That's so good, such a
- 10:55Speaker 3: good band. I mean, you can only eat one's life,
- 10:57Speaker 3: but it's really good.
- 10:58Speaker 2: On his deathbed, it is alleged that Werner von Braun
- 11:02Speaker 2: basically said, look, in terms of fascism, it started with
- 11:07Speaker 2: what it started with, you know, Jews, and then it
- 11:10Speaker 2: moved on to communism. That's what we spent a lot
- 11:12Speaker 2: of the eighties fighting in seventies eighties communism. Then it's
- 11:16Speaker 2: going to be terrorism, and then the way there we're
- 11:19Speaker 2: really going to institute fascism in this world is aliens.
- 11:24Speaker 2: So if he actually said it, what he's kind of
- 11:26Speaker 2: getting at is at some point the government's going to
- 11:29Speaker 2: basically pretend there is this alien threat among us and
- 11:33Speaker 2: that we need to eliminate that threat.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Aren't we doing that? Now? With all this UAP stuff,
- 11:40Speaker 3: with them being like, well, we'll finally admit to you
- 11:42Speaker 3: there's some shit we can't explain. There's some weird crafts
- 11:45Speaker 3: that go around, and.
- 11:47Speaker 2: That's the thing. It is kind of like edging toward
- 11:51Speaker 2: that a little bit more every day. It seems like
- 11:54Speaker 2: every year since Trump took office, at least there's been
- 11:57Speaker 2: some explosive news story early every year about UFOs. But
- 12:03Speaker 2: we're not in the roswell days anymore, so no one's
- 12:05Speaker 2: gonna say, what if there's fucking aliens inside that thing? Right,
- 12:09Speaker 2: but everyone's got to be thinking it.
- 12:11Speaker 3: Well, Bob Lazar is definitely having a moment. You know,
- 12:14Speaker 3: he's been around forever, been the guy who worked at
- 12:16Speaker 3: Area fifty one, and like suddenly he's like on Rogan's
- 12:20Speaker 3: podcast again and talking about like how gravity wells work
- 12:23Speaker 3: and all of this shit. Yeah, but to get us
- 12:27Speaker 3: back towards the hollow moons and to get us towards
- 12:30Speaker 3: some good old fashioned well, you can't believe what this
- 12:33Speaker 3: one person said. The real sort of celebrity of the
- 12:38Speaker 3: Hollow Moon is a guy named David Ike.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Travis, tell me your thoughts on David Ike.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Are you familiar with David Ike? I would imagine he's
- 12:45Speaker 3: crossed your path before. We've done a couple episodes about
- 12:48Speaker 3: David Ike. I think anybody whose resume goes from soccer
- 12:52Speaker 3: player to TV presenter to son of God should be trusted.
- 12:57Speaker 3: That's clearly somebody who is leveled up each step of
- 13:00Speaker 3: the way.
- 13:01Speaker 2: I mean, he's the son of God. Yes, argue with
- 13:04Speaker 2: the results.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, sure the world didn't end when he said,
- 13:09Speaker 3: but maybe that's because he decided he didn't want it
- 13:12Speaker 3: to end because he is the son of God, right right, Yeah,
- 13:15Speaker 3: what is your opinion of David Ike?
- 13:17Speaker 2: David Ike to me, if anything, the fact that he
- 13:21Speaker 2: pushes this makes me feel even more than it is
- 13:24Speaker 2: just going to end in the Jews or something, because
- 13:28Speaker 2: most of his theories kinda do like he talks about
- 13:33Speaker 2: reptilian bloodlines and yes, hybrid bloodlines, but if you dig
- 13:37Speaker 2: into it enough and peel the layers of that onion away,
- 13:40Speaker 2: it just turns into the Jews. I also think he's
- 13:44Speaker 2: genuinely mentally ill.
- 13:46Speaker 3: He seems charming, Like I've watched a couple of like
- 13:48Speaker 3: interviews with him. He's definitely promoting David Ike as much
- 13:52Speaker 3: as he can whenever he can. Oh yeah, but he
- 13:54Speaker 3: also seems like the kind of mentally ill that doesn't
- 13:58Speaker 3: seem like will attack you. You can have a conversation with
- 14:01Speaker 3: him and it'll go weird, but it's not going to
- 14:04Speaker 3: be like, oh and then he sliced me with a
- 14:06Speaker 3: box cutter. He's just gonna try and sell you a
- 14:09Speaker 3: book and tell you a crazy story about Satanists, which
- 14:12Speaker 3: can be fun. It can be a nice afternoon if
- 14:14Speaker 3: you're going to the Isle of Man and you want
- 14:16Speaker 3: to or the Isle of Wight, I think is where
- 14:17Speaker 3: he lives. So here's David Ike's take on the whole thing.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I guess his entire transformation in from guy who was
- 14:24Speaker 3: just on television to Son of God was he went
- 14:27Speaker 3: to a bookstore and a voyage told him to go
- 14:29Speaker 3: look at the books in the back of the bookstore. Yes,
- 14:31Speaker 3: so that to me is a pretty light push because
- 14:34Speaker 3: it's not giving him information. It's making him go read
- 14:38Speaker 3: other information, which is very strange.
- 14:40Speaker 2: It would have been funny if he came away with
- 14:42Speaker 2: that from that with like a Garfield book or something. Yeah,
- 14:45Speaker 2: I get it, losses it out the window on the
- 14:48Speaker 2: way home anyway, backward football.
- 14:49Speaker 3: Or he just wrote like, you know, one hundred self
- 14:52Speaker 3: published books about how great Lasagne is. Yeah, like that
- 14:55Speaker 3: would be amazing. What happened to Lyman and he's a
- 15:01Speaker 3: like hatred of cute kittens named normal. Yeah. Anyway, he
- 15:04Speaker 3: believes that the moon is hollow and filled with reptilian entities,
- 15:11Speaker 3: reptilian aliens, the same ones who come here and take
- 15:14Speaker 3: over all of our political parties. So you know, the
- 15:18Speaker 3: queen was a reptilian alien. All the bushes are reptilian aliens.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Obama Clinton, all of those are shape shifting reptilian aliens,
- 15:27Speaker 3: of course, and there is a hierarchy of people that
- 15:31Speaker 3: they overtake. But then there's a Satanic hierarchy that supersedes
- 15:36Speaker 3: that because on top of being shape shifting reptilian aliens,
- 15:40Speaker 3: they are also Satanists and they're also pedophiles, so they
- 15:45Speaker 3: have to sacrifice humans and cause suffering to children. Again,
- 15:50Speaker 3: he doesn't really connect why that has to happen. I'm
- 15:53Speaker 3: assuming that helps the moon stay hollow.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it's got heavy QAnon vibes, that's for sure, and
- 15:59Speaker 2: a chrome.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Like So he believes that the moon is filled with
- 16:05Speaker 3: these aliens and they are messing with our perception of
- 16:08Speaker 3: reality by broadcasting a disruptive signal that infiltrates our reality,
- 16:16Speaker 3: and that we live in the moon matrix, which is
- 16:19Speaker 3: like the matrix, but it comes from the moon Moon. Okay,
- 16:24Speaker 3: so those reptilians are here to enslave us, and in
- 16:27Speaker 3: order to enslave us, they have to drink our blood,
- 16:30Speaker 3: torture our children, and destroy our normal perception of reality
- 16:34Speaker 3: from inside a hollow moon.
- 16:36Speaker 2: My problem with a theory like this is always, here's
- 16:40Speaker 2: the thing, David Ike. If it's true, what do you
- 16:42Speaker 2: want me to do about it? Like that sounds like
- 16:45Speaker 2: such an unstoppable system that's been put in place, Like
- 16:49Speaker 2: this isn't the movies. If that's really what's happening, then, Bud,
- 16:53Speaker 2: that's just our existence.
- 16:55Speaker 3: But also too, how does he know that? Like how
- 16:58Speaker 3: is he the only one who has broken the moon
- 17:00Speaker 3: matrix and can share this information?
- 17:02Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like with a ghost hunting show. Like if
- 17:05Speaker 2: you're so into David Ike that you believe all these
- 17:09Speaker 2: things he says, you just got to take it on
- 17:11Speaker 2: faith that he's not lying to you from money, because
- 17:13Speaker 2: a lot of his theories come from Like he's like
- 17:15Speaker 2: Carlos Santana. Carlos Santana, if you look into it, has
- 17:20Speaker 2: this demon called Metatron that wait, what informs his music?
- 17:25Speaker 2: But not a bad demon?
- 17:27Speaker 3: Travis Relax I thought you made was like Carlos Santana
- 17:30Speaker 3: and that like his biggest hit is somebody else's song.
- 17:33Speaker 2: No, that he makes women's shoes is what I mean.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Oh oh oh oh, But.
- 17:36Speaker 2: No, Carlos Santana believes he has this spirit or demon
- 17:40Speaker 2: that guides his creative process, and that's how you land
- 17:44Speaker 2: on Smooth co written by Rob Thomas. David Ike is
- 17:47Speaker 2: the same thing. He's like, Yeah, they tell me I'm
- 17:49Speaker 2: a son of God. Voices tell me. And it's like,
- 17:51Speaker 2: you're herschel Walker. Dude, You're crazy.
- 17:54Speaker 3: How is he not an elected official at this point?
- 17:57Speaker 3: I feel like that's who we elect now. It's just
- 17:59Speaker 3: people with who tell them that voices tell us to
- 18:01Speaker 3: do things.
- 18:02Speaker 2: I'm gonna be honest, I could see David Ike running
- 18:04Speaker 2: for office someday.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Here's the crazy thing. If you go and you watch
- 18:07Speaker 3: some David Ike videos right then. I watched a few
- 18:10Speaker 3: before we got together. A lot of them are about
- 18:12Speaker 3: ten years old. Like, he went from being laughably insane
- 18:16Speaker 3: when he went on television and said he was the
- 18:18Speaker 3: son of God and the world was going to end.
- 18:19Speaker 3: Then the world didn't end, and then he built an
- 18:21Speaker 3: empire of like selling his self published books and saying
- 18:24Speaker 3: that the moon is hollow, filled with reptilian aliens, and
- 18:26Speaker 3: people paid all that money, and then people kind of
- 18:29Speaker 3: stopped talking about him. But if you read the comments,
- 18:32Speaker 3: he has built a cult of personality. They're like, man,
- 18:34Speaker 3: we got to protect David at all costs. You know,
- 18:37Speaker 3: when I first saw this video, I thought it was crazy.
- 18:39Speaker 3: That was ten years ago. No, it's more true than ever.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I'm like, it's more true than ever that the moon
- 18:43Speaker 3: is hollow and there's reptilian aliens in it.
- 18:47Speaker 2: That actually speaks to a thing I was about to
- 18:51Speaker 2: say in that David Ike and I would argue Alex
- 18:54Speaker 2: Jones to some extent. Also, both at first seemed into
- 19:00Speaker 2: harmless and a little wacky, Like it was Alex Jones
- 19:05Speaker 2: screaming about the water making the frogs gay things like that,
- 19:09Speaker 2: and David Ike all this reptilian stuff and like lizard
- 19:14Speaker 2: people and they have to abuse our children, and that
- 19:17Speaker 2: all seemed kind of harmless and funny. So they were
- 19:21Speaker 2: able to build these huge followings without really seeming too alarming.
- 19:26Speaker 2: And then we hit the Trump era and the QAnon
- 19:29Speaker 2: era and now people talking about, oh, well, the elites
- 19:33Speaker 2: have to torture our children to stay on top, which
- 19:38Speaker 2: is the basic elevator pitch for the QAnon theory.
- 19:42Speaker 3: Yeah, and Pizzagate and all of that shit, like it's
- 19:45Speaker 3: all rooted in hollow moon idea, that there's these infiltrated
- 19:49Speaker 3: aliens that live in our whatever you want to call,
- 19:52Speaker 3: the elites, the Illuminati, the lizard Illuminati, the Babylon Brotherhood,
- 19:56Speaker 3: all of that shit. It's all it's the same cookie dough.
- 19:59Speaker 3: We're just sometimes to putt chocolate chips in it. Sometimes
- 20:01Speaker 3: we're putting peanut butter in it.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Yeah, it's all fun in games until you know, Nancy
- 20:06Speaker 2: Pelosi's being lynched on the White House lawn over it someday.
- 20:11Speaker 3: True. But if someone is a lizard person, it is
- 20:14Speaker 3: Nancy Pelosi.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, here's the thing. If this is true,
- 20:17Speaker 2: obviously we need to abolish the lizard people. Yeah, of course,
- 20:21Speaker 2: unless they're listening, in which case the science is out.
- 20:24Speaker 3: And if they're listening, abolish is our earthword for respect.
- 20:28Speaker 2: Yeah, because they definitely don't know.
- 20:29Speaker 3: They don't know they live inside the hollowed out moon.
- 20:33Speaker 3: They won't even figured out how to live your full time.
- 20:35Speaker 3: They're still rending a goddamn moon condo. What the fuck
- 20:38Speaker 3: do they know?
- 20:39Speaker 2: I do like the idea we bring this up all
- 20:41Speaker 2: the time in regards to Roswell and how the story
- 20:45Speaker 2: is always well, once we found this technology, we obviously
- 20:49Speaker 2: wanted it as a government. And the thing about all
- 20:52Speaker 2: the technology that you hear discussed around Roswell and all
- 20:55Speaker 2: those other alien sightings, it all crashed, and it all
- 20:58Speaker 2: crashed in the Earth atmosphere, Like, why would we want
- 21:02Speaker 2: technology that can't stay afloat in our own skies? Because
- 21:05Speaker 2: we have technology that can. And I like to think,
- 21:09Speaker 2: if there are people living in the moon, if there
- 21:12Speaker 2: are lizard people living in the Moon, and there's us
- 21:15Speaker 2: down here, the only problem is we cannot get through
- 21:19Speaker 2: the Earth's atmosphere to each other properly.
- 21:23Speaker 3: They're like, all it is, can we solve this problem?
- 21:25Speaker 3: That damn air bubble. If we could just pop that
- 21:28Speaker 3: little air bubble, we could go there, We could run
- 21:30Speaker 3: that whole place.
- 21:31Speaker 2: They're like, this thing that we crashed on your planet,
- 21:34Speaker 2: if you could get that to where we were before
- 21:37Speaker 2: we crashed, Oh the things you could do. But our
- 21:40Speaker 2: own atmosphere is just such a problem for alien technology.
- 21:44Speaker 2: It's got to be something like.
- 21:45Speaker 3: That then that would explain why we're trying to destroy
- 21:49Speaker 3: the atmosphere with all of the pollution. We're just trying
- 21:53Speaker 3: to make it easier to get back to the hollow moon.
- 21:55Speaker 2: All scenario just wants us to know the truth about aliens.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that makes the most sense to me.
- 22:02Speaker 3: I mean it's very clear to me what I became
- 22:06Speaker 3: fascinated with. So I'm a sci fi fan, Like, I
- 22:09Speaker 3: like sci fi stories, I like all that shit. I
- 22:11Speaker 3: like stuff about the moon, particularly because the moon's like
- 22:14Speaker 3: the thing we can see, you know, we decided we
- 22:17Speaker 3: had to go land on it, and then when nobody
- 22:19Speaker 3: else was that interested, we kind of fucked off and
- 22:21Speaker 3: left it alone. But what I become fascinated by is like,
- 22:24Speaker 3: the more I've dug into this, I didn't know about
- 22:27Speaker 3: the Satanic worshiping part of this. I just thought like
- 22:30Speaker 3: the idea of like the moon being hollow and being
- 22:32Speaker 3: a spaceship was interesting. And then the more you dig
- 22:35Speaker 3: into it and it's like, well it's filled with Satan
- 22:37Speaker 3: worshiping lizard people, you go, well, I mean, now you're
- 22:40Speaker 3: just combining as many things as you can to try
- 22:43Speaker 3: and make like a Greatest Hits album. Of crazy.
- 22:46Speaker 2: It's also weird that advanced beings would be that concerned
- 22:53Speaker 2: about a strictly kind of like Western religion figure.
- 22:58Speaker 3: It does speak a lot to like Satan's pull though.
- 23:01Speaker 3: He can bring in, you know, an audience from way
- 23:03Speaker 3: out of town, and I think that's amazing.
- 23:05Speaker 2: He can move a crowd, that's for damn sure. Yeah.
- 23:08Speaker 2: One of the things I saw mentioned in regards to
- 23:11Speaker 2: this theory and when it started really getting popular was
- 23:16Speaker 2: that it happened around the same time the Soviet Union
- 23:19Speaker 2: started pushing ancient alien theory.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Yeah, in the seventies.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah, as a means to like undermine the West's
- 23:27Speaker 2: faith in religion basically because the Soviet Union was essentially
- 23:31Speaker 2: they were atheists. And like, I mean, I can see that,
- 23:34Speaker 2: I could see this all just being propaganda.
- 23:37Speaker 3: That disinformation that's been like passed around and now it's like, I.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Mean, for one thing, it's either that or there's fucking
- 23:43Speaker 2: people living in our spaceship Moon.
- 23:45Speaker 3: But what's crazy about that is in the world where
- 23:47Speaker 3: it is just disinformation. It was a movie this year.
- 23:50Speaker 3: There was a movie called Moonfall that came out this year.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Holly Berry Patrick Wilson was a big big budget movie.
- 23:56Speaker 3: I watched it. It's about the moon being hollow. I
- 23:59Speaker 3: forgot I watched it. It's not that memorable. I ended
- 24:02Speaker 3: up reading an article about like I was reading an
- 24:04Speaker 3: article about Moonfall, and I was like, oh shit, I
- 24:06Speaker 3: wish I knew about this before the podcast. I should
- 24:09Speaker 3: watch this movie. And then I was like reading more
- 24:11Speaker 3: about it and seeing images, I'm like, oh, I watched
- 24:12Speaker 3: this movie. I saw this movie when it came out.
- 24:15Speaker 3: It just wasn't that memorable. But what started as a
- 24:18Speaker 3: seed of disinformation, if if we're going to believe that,
- 24:21Speaker 3: if we're not gonna believe the disinformation that the lizard
- 24:23Speaker 3: people are putting out, that the disinformation that the Russians
- 24:27Speaker 3: put out is from them, it's now moved its way
- 24:30Speaker 3: into being a movie that, you know, it was probably
- 24:31Speaker 3: one hundred million dollar movie. You know, it's now commonplace
- 24:36Speaker 3: tropes in sci fi to talk about a hollow moon.
- 24:39Speaker 3: There was even a contestant on the Wheel of Fortune
- 24:42Speaker 3: who talked about the hollow moon.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Oh is it anyone particular, anyone specific? I remember her name.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Her name was Brandy, and I think she's my wife.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I checked my notes, and you are married
- 24:55Speaker 2: to a brandy.
- 24:56Speaker 3: A brandy, yes, who is a Wheel of Fortune champion?
- 24:59Speaker 2: Right?
- 25:00Speaker 3: Who? When Pat Sajack asked her about her spouse, she said,
- 25:05Speaker 3: my husband, Travis. I love him to the hollow moon
- 25:07Speaker 3: and back. And then the Wheel of Fortune message board
- 25:11Speaker 3: lit up with a I can't believe she said the
- 25:14Speaker 3: moon is hollow and just a lot of discussion about that.
- 25:17Speaker 3: I like that.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Did Pat Sajack say anything?
- 25:20Speaker 3: Pat Sajak, I think is again, if you want to
- 25:23Speaker 3: talk about possible lizard people, I think he is one,
- 25:26Speaker 3: or at the very least, a robot. I think he
- 25:28Speaker 3: is just programmed. He is on autopilot, whatever version he is.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Yeah, he is. He and Vana White both.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Fanna at least there's a life behind her eyes and
- 25:38Speaker 3: like what she talks about makes sense, like Pat is
- 25:41Speaker 3: often disjointed from whatever is happening. Yeah.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I remember reading an interview with Vanna White and she
- 25:47Speaker 2: was talking about how she and Pat Sajack just fucking
- 25:50Speaker 2: get along great like and always have. And they were like,
- 25:53Speaker 2: why do you think that is? And she was like,
- 25:55Speaker 2: we see each other like fucking three months a year,
- 25:58Speaker 2: Like we record a bunch of episode and then we
- 26:00Speaker 2: come back and we film, a really lighthearted game show,
- 26:03Speaker 2: and then we go our separate ways. What is there
- 26:05Speaker 2: not to get along about?
- 26:08Speaker 3: I keep forgetting that that's the way that show works.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Like that show is not in production three sixty five
- 26:14Speaker 3: a year. That show is in production, you know, April
- 26:16Speaker 3: to June, and then everybody fucks off to Hawaii for
- 26:20Speaker 3: the rest of the year.
- 26:21Speaker 2: You know. Speaking of the message boards lighting up, when
- 26:25Speaker 2: your wife mentioned the hollow moon on Wheel of Fortune,
- 26:28Speaker 2: I wonder if the same thing happened a couple months
- 26:30Speaker 2: ago when Jeopardy had a Chariots of the Gods question.
- 26:35Speaker 3: Oh, which I don't know. I love that documentary.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Yeah, that's like the original ancient alien Ancient Alien, Yeah, yeah,
- 26:43Speaker 2: yeah documentary, And they actually had a question about it
- 26:46Speaker 2: on Jeopardy. I was like, we're really mainstreaming this idea
- 26:50Speaker 2: that white people taught savage indigenous cultures everything they need
- 26:54Speaker 2: to know via time travel.
- 26:56Speaker 3: That is the crazy thing. Someone explained that once I
- 26:59Speaker 3: was some documentary I was watching. It was like the
- 27:01Speaker 3: whole idea of ancient aliens is rooted in like this
- 27:05Speaker 3: white supremacy point of view is there's no way these
- 27:08Speaker 3: brown people could have built this on their own. It
- 27:10Speaker 3: must have been somebody came and taught them how to
- 27:13Speaker 3: do it. The Greeks, yes, they made that. The Romans, yes,
- 27:17Speaker 3: they made that. The Egyptians made pyramids, h not without
- 27:21Speaker 3: somebody coming down and showing them how to do it.
- 27:23Speaker 2: And what's really concerning about that is when the Nazis
- 27:29Speaker 2: took over for real in Germany, they set up this
- 27:33Speaker 2: group whose main goal or main purpose was to go
- 27:37Speaker 2: back and research history and decide what parts of history
- 27:43Speaker 2: were actually influenced by Aryan people. But history just doesn't
- 27:47Speaker 2: acknowledge it. And what they came back with was.
- 27:50Speaker 3: All of it.
- 27:51Speaker 2: All of history has Aryan influence. And the only way
- 27:56Speaker 2: that idea works is if time travel has been at
- 28:00Speaker 2: some point.
- 28:01Speaker 3: So are you saying we took ancient arian and made
- 28:04Speaker 3: it ancient alien, Like we just kind of like changed
- 28:07Speaker 3: it a little bit to make it sound a little
- 28:09Speaker 3: more palatable.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Yeah, Basically, I don't know how all of those ideas
- 28:14Speaker 2: aren't just going to coalesce in horrific violence someday. Like
- 28:18Speaker 2: it all seems so harmless and like stupid, but it does.
- 28:24Speaker 3: But back to the lizard people in the Hollow Moon thing, Like,
- 28:28Speaker 3: to your point, yeah, Like I said, when I first
- 28:31Speaker 3: was kind of familiar with this theory, the idea that
- 28:33Speaker 3: the moon is hollow and is a spaceship, Like I
- 28:35Speaker 3: like that. It's like, oh, maybe it's an observatory, you know,
- 28:38Speaker 3: it's like going to the La Zoo, except you get
- 28:39Speaker 3: to look at all of Earth, like you get to
- 28:41Speaker 3: come to the moon and look at the humans, right,
- 28:43Speaker 3: and then do you find guys like David Iiker like, no,
- 28:46Speaker 3: it's filled with these satanic pedophiles, so we have to
- 28:50Speaker 3: destroy them. Now it's no longer funny spaceship. Now it's
- 28:55Speaker 3: if somebody's in power, murder them because they're a pedophile.
- 28:58Speaker 3: And you're like what what?
- 28:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean David Ike's version of it kind of
- 29:02Speaker 2: calls for like violently overthrowing almost all the governments of
- 29:06Speaker 2: the world, which, uh, I don't know if I trust
- 29:09Speaker 2: the people pushing this theory to come out the other
- 29:12Speaker 2: end of that with a better world. You know.
- 29:14Speaker 3: Well, also too, if the Iikontes that's what I call them,
- 29:18Speaker 3: uh are astronauts astronauts, Okay, I could see both work.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Both work. I think they're yeah, in the world where
- 29:26Speaker 3: those are the people we're letting now write our history
- 29:29Speaker 3: books and whatever. We're not writing what happened. We're writing
- 29:33Speaker 3: these like bastardized sci fi movies into conspiracy theories. You know,
- 29:39Speaker 3: The Moon Projects a Moon Matrix, And he even says
- 29:42Speaker 3: in the documentary, well, I took the idea from the
- 29:44Speaker 3: movie the Matrix, And it's like, you didn't even come
- 29:46Speaker 3: up with an original idea, you just put it in
- 29:49Speaker 3: the moon. Yeah.
- 29:50Speaker 2: I don't know how, especially among his followers, he doesn't
- 29:55Speaker 2: get more pushback on things like that, But a lot
- 29:58Speaker 2: of people who seek out content like that, I guess
- 30:02Speaker 2: like they go into it wanting to believe, and a
- 30:05Speaker 2: lot of conspiracy programs presenters personalities they really exploit that.
- 30:13Speaker 2: They really do this kind of well here's my belief
- 30:17Speaker 2: and I will leave it up to you to decide.
- 30:20Speaker 2: And what they always leave out is the evidence that
- 30:23Speaker 2: refutes those beliefs, which is very irresponsible and dangerous because
- 30:28Speaker 2: when you're talking to people who already want to believe,
- 30:31Speaker 2: all you got to tell them is that you believe,
- 30:33Speaker 2: and it turns into this really vicious kind of confirmation
- 30:37Speaker 2: bias cycle. Yeah.
- 30:39Speaker 3: I get the impression from David Ike that, like you said,
- 30:42Speaker 3: there's something a little off up there. But I also
- 30:45Speaker 3: think there is just this idea of wanting to be
- 30:47Speaker 3: accepted by a throng of people. I'll tell you whatever
- 30:50Speaker 3: you want to hear. I'll tell you that the grass
- 30:53Speaker 3: is really underground termites trying to destroy the earth from
- 30:58Speaker 3: the inside. If that's what you want to here, and
- 31:00Speaker 3: you'll buy a book and you'll come see me perform.
- 31:02Speaker 2: And you got to wonder if some of that is
- 31:04Speaker 2: out of necessity. I guess the example I'll use is
- 31:08Speaker 2: there have been a few comedians over the past few
- 31:11Speaker 2: years who have said like some right wing type shit
- 31:15Speaker 2: and got canceled over it, And the response is always
- 31:20Speaker 2: to veer harder to the right and try to get
- 31:23Speaker 2: accepted by that crowd.
- 31:26Speaker 3: Right.
- 31:26Speaker 2: And what happened with David Iike is, like you mentioned,
- 31:29Speaker 2: he was a soccer player, then he was a soccer
- 31:32Speaker 2: presenter for the BBC, and then one day he just
- 31:36Speaker 2: shows up and is like, look the bookstore thing, I'm
- 31:39Speaker 2: the son of God. Let's talk about time travel and reptilians.
- 31:44Speaker 2: And he got laughed out of the entertainment industry basically,
- 31:49Speaker 2: so now his really only course of action is to
- 31:53Speaker 2: just embrace whatever conspiracy theory resonates with his crowd.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Yeah, it's the Jesse the body Ventura thing. Like when
- 32:02Speaker 3: Jesse stopped being a politician, he started talking about conspiracy
- 32:06Speaker 3: theories and then he just went off the reservation. He
- 32:09Speaker 3: just went crazy. I told you could set appreciers put together.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Are you working for Vince McMahon.
- 32:19Speaker 3: That's a good Jesse.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Thank you. We covered every episode of his conspiracy TV.
- 32:25Speaker 3: Show in the Sane. That show was crazy.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Go back and rewatch it. It's crazier than you remember.
- 32:33Speaker 2: It's just him showing up at secure government facilities being.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Like, why can't I come in?
- 32:38Speaker 2: I'm a former government Like, no one cares that you're
- 32:42Speaker 2: a former governor. What if I just barge past you?
- 32:47Speaker 3: In the running man? Yeah, Jesus Christ, I think there
- 32:51Speaker 3: is that thing of yeah, once you go full looney Tunes,
- 32:56Speaker 3: you can't go back to the middle. You can only
- 32:59Speaker 3: go further and further to the fringe. And David Iike
- 33:03Speaker 3: is a great example of like on paper, this guy
- 33:05Speaker 3: who sold twenty million books and sells out theaters. When
- 33:08Speaker 3: he does these things, you would think like, well, damn you,
- 33:11Speaker 3: he's figured it out. Like he's living the high life
- 33:14Speaker 3: and you watch his documentary, it's like you go to
- 33:16Speaker 3: his place and you're like, I think that's an apartment.
- 33:18Speaker 3: And not that there's anything wrong with living an apartment,
- 33:20Speaker 3: but like a best selling author should be kind of
- 33:23Speaker 3: doing better, you know than getting by, you would think,
- 33:26Speaker 3: And I think he just gets by.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Yeah, you got to wonder if maybe he's doing all
- 33:30Speaker 2: that work but just on like an MI six salary
- 33:34Speaker 2: or something like maybe he's just a government plant.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Or maybe he's like a really bad version of Mister
- 33:39Speaker 3: Beast where it's like all the money off of the
- 33:41Speaker 3: one project goes into the next project. So it's like,
- 33:43Speaker 3: you know, he's just he's never really net positive, He's
- 33:46Speaker 3: always just spending all the money on the next thing.
- 33:49Speaker 2: A Mister Beast conspiracy, let's get into that. I don't know,
- 33:52Speaker 2: is there.
- 33:53Speaker 3: One there's gotta be right.
- 33:54Speaker 2: I just don't wear seces that don't seem appropriate for
- 33:57Speaker 2: an entertainer of his fire.
- 34:00Speaker 3: I just I question anybody who claims to be that altruistic.
- 34:04Speaker 3: I'm like, really, I don't think so who you just
- 34:07Speaker 3: want to go around and give people cars and houses
- 34:10Speaker 3: and do a real live version of the squid game,
- 34:12Speaker 3: Like I think you want to do the real live
- 34:15Speaker 3: version of the squid Game, I think is what you want.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Hell yeah, David Ike probably too would like to do.
- 34:20Speaker 3: David Ike man. I mean, he's had children, so he's
- 34:23Speaker 3: made more of him. So yeah, Nope, that's disturbing follow
- 34:28Speaker 3: in his lizard footed steps. I can't figure out though,
- 34:33Speaker 3: Like when I told you I wanted to talk about
- 34:35Speaker 3: the Hollow Moon, I wanted to talk about it from
- 34:36Speaker 3: the point of view of like, can you believe that
- 34:38Speaker 3: people believe this? Right? Whereas if I'm David Ike, it
- 34:42Speaker 3: is can you believe people don't know about this? This
- 34:46Speaker 3: is the problem. You need to open your eyes. Wake up, sheeple.
- 34:49Speaker 3: Here's what you're not seeing.
- 34:51Speaker 2: And what always rattles my cage a little bit about
- 34:55Speaker 2: people like David Ike. They spend so much time talking
- 34:59Speaker 2: about how how powerful these cabals are and how much
- 35:05Speaker 2: influence they have and how dangerous they are, and it's like, well,
- 35:09Speaker 2: why don't they fucking kill you then? And I know
- 35:12Speaker 2: the pushback is going to be, well that would be
- 35:14Speaker 2: too obvious. If David Ike got murdered, everyone would know
- 35:18Speaker 2: the government did it. Not a single fucking person who
- 35:21Speaker 2: doesn't believe David Ike now would be compelled to believe
- 35:24Speaker 2: he was murdered by the government. They would just think
- 35:27Speaker 2: David Ike was murdered. Or if they're so powerful and
- 35:31Speaker 2: if all the things you hear about these shadow governments
- 35:35Speaker 2: that control the world, the litany of ways you hear
- 35:38Speaker 2: that they're able to kill people, they wouldn't have to
- 35:40Speaker 2: shoot David Ike in the chest. According to all of
- 35:43Speaker 2: the lore I've heard. They could just like give him
- 35:46Speaker 2: stage four cancer or something and just he would just die.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Like well, going back to like the Russian stuff, think
- 35:52Speaker 3: of all the ways Russians like just poison people. You know,
- 35:55Speaker 3: they just go up with like a sharpened umbrella, poke
- 35:59Speaker 3: somebody in the leg. They put a little beat in
- 36:01Speaker 3: their leg. That beat is filled with like plutonium or
- 36:03Speaker 3: some shit. That person gets bone cancer and dies. Yeah,
- 36:06Speaker 3: and it's real simple.
- 36:07Speaker 2: Yeah, if that were to happen to David Ike, I mean,
- 36:09Speaker 2: if you ask the UK government, they could just as
- 36:12Speaker 2: easily be like, I don't know, man, lizard, people probably
- 36:14Speaker 2: killed him, you know, he was exposing all their secrets.
- 36:17Speaker 3: What I think too, Like you and I would be
- 36:21Speaker 3: aware that David Ike passed away. Most other people would
- 36:23Speaker 3: be like who.
- 36:25Speaker 2: I feel like it would be big news in England
- 36:28Speaker 2: because he's is he a huge English person? I mean
- 36:31Speaker 2: he's huge, I think in the way Alex Jones is
- 36:34Speaker 2: huge here, Like I think he's probably their pre eminent
- 36:37Speaker 2: conspiracy theorist. Like if Alex Jones died, we'd know about it.
- 36:41Speaker 2: I got to do one of these episodes sometime. But
- 36:44Speaker 2: about the Bill Hicks theory.
- 36:46Speaker 3: That Bill Hicks became Alex Jones.
- 36:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it is weird. It's weird timing. Bill
- 36:51Speaker 2: Hicks died and then a year later, Alex Jones pops
- 36:55Speaker 2: up on the same production company, kind of out of nowhere,
- 37:01Speaker 2: looking a lot like Bill Hicks, sounding a lot like
- 37:04Speaker 2: Bill Hicks, but pushing a almost similar message to what
- 37:09Speaker 2: Bill Hicks pushed sometimes, but just in a kind of
- 37:13Speaker 2: different package.
- 37:14Speaker 3: I don't know's there's so much rage to Alex Jones.
- 37:18Speaker 3: I guess it was a rage to Bill Hicks too. Yeah, yeah,
- 37:20Speaker 3: that I think about it.
- 37:21Speaker 2: But that's for another day. But I am writing that down.
- 37:24Speaker 2: I need to flip the tables and try to sell
- 37:26Speaker 2: someone on Bill Hicks someday. Not as a comedian. He
- 37:29Speaker 2: was a great comedian.
- 37:30Speaker 3: He was a great comedian. But if he's Alex Jones,
- 37:33Speaker 3: real middle of the road conspiracy theorist, you know.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Yeah, Alex Jones. My theory on him has always been,
- 37:40Speaker 2: and this would feed into the Bill Hicks idea. My
- 37:44Speaker 2: theory on Alex Jones has always been that he's that
- 37:47Speaker 2: figure that is there to discredit information, which is QAnon
- 37:52Speaker 2: has kind of taken that baton and run with it now,
- 37:55Speaker 2: But for a long time there, if there was any
- 37:58Speaker 2: conspiracy theory, anything saying that maybe the government wouldn't want
- 38:02Speaker 2: you to know about, as long as Alex Jones talked
- 38:05Speaker 2: about it, rational people would be like, Oh, well, that's
- 38:09Speaker 2: Alex Jones shit. Obviously, that's nonsense. And I think that's
- 38:14Speaker 2: Alex Jones' role in society. I feel like this is
- 38:19Speaker 2: just gut instinct. I don't have anything to prove this, obviously,
- 38:22Speaker 2: but I think when the Internet started getting really huge,
- 38:27Speaker 2: the government knew they were going to have quite a
- 38:30Speaker 2: time trying to keep stories under wraps, especially conspiracy theory
- 38:35Speaker 2: type stories. So do you send out goon squads to
- 38:39Speaker 2: kill everyone who posts anything inflammatory on the Internet? Do
- 38:43Speaker 2: you vehemently deny everything that goes up on the Internet
- 38:47Speaker 2: in an official way as the government. Even if you
- 38:50Speaker 2: have to lie or do you just get in the
- 38:52Speaker 2: fray yourself and put one figure out there who whenever
- 38:58Speaker 2: a story makes those round, you can just put him
- 39:01Speaker 2: on it and people will be like, yeah, that was
- 39:04Speaker 2: on Alex Jones. Of course it's not.
- 39:05Speaker 3: True, so then you're David Eikes, you're Alex Jones. All
- 39:09Speaker 3: of those were beyond CIA at this point where Illuminati,
- 39:13Speaker 3: like they're just operatives, sit there to like.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Well, we're beyond CIA, but we're still within what's called
- 39:19Speaker 2: the Five Eyes. The Five Eyes are five of the
- 39:23Speaker 2: biggest you know, Anglo leaning nations. It's oh, I always
- 39:28Speaker 2: forget the last one, but I know the United States, UK,
- 39:31Speaker 2: Australia are all involved. I think France maybe, Well, why
- 39:34Speaker 2: is it eyes because they're intelligence agencies?
- 39:38Speaker 3: Oh oh oh oh, because I'm like, none of those
- 39:40Speaker 3: countries start with an eye.
- 39:41Speaker 2: They fucked up and they all share intelligence information with
- 39:46Speaker 2: each other. You know. I said once that it was
- 39:49Speaker 2: probably aimed at upholding white supremacy, and someone actually left
- 39:53Speaker 2: a comment and.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Was like, oh, I looked on their website. It doesn't
- 39:56Speaker 4: say anything about white supremacy. It's like, yeah, that's gonna happen.
- 40:00Speaker 4: There's going to be a drop down that says white supremacy.
- 40:03Speaker 4: Here's how we uphold it, like, of course, not much.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Under the about us we love white supremacy. What we
- 40:09Speaker 3: try to do.
- 40:10Speaker 2: The five hugest whitest nations in the West, all forming
- 40:15Speaker 2: this intelligence cooperative when you think of it that way,
- 40:19Speaker 2: I six M, I five CIA, like all kind of
- 40:23Speaker 2: being on the same path here. Isn't that shocking because
- 40:27Speaker 2: it could possibly be that David Ike is the same
- 40:29Speaker 2: thing they knew. They have to have a figure out
- 40:32Speaker 2: there who just him mentioning it is going to discredit
- 40:37Speaker 2: everyone else who tries to bring it up in a
- 40:39Speaker 2: real way, like it's the same thing as tabloids. Tabloids
- 40:44Speaker 2: aren't always wrong, the New York Posts, the New York
- 40:47Speaker 2: Daily News. I think the best example is the National Inquirer,
- 40:51Speaker 2: which one solved the murder of Bill Cosby's kid Nis
- 40:57Speaker 2: did some of the best reporting on the Jay trial.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Sometimes real stuff gets kicked down to them, and it's
- 41:05Speaker 2: not because they have a ton of integrity necessarily, it's
- 41:08Speaker 2: because someone somewhere knows kicking that story down to them
- 41:13Speaker 2: is gonna make it almost meaningless. Like, if you didn't
- 41:16Speaker 2: read it on the New York Times.
- 41:18Speaker 3: What's it matter?
- 41:19Speaker 2: Do you know who's doing some of the best investigative
- 41:21Speaker 2: journalism right now is fucking Yahoo.
- 41:23Speaker 3: I was gonna say, BuzzFeed. Isn't BuzzFeed doing a lot
- 41:26Speaker 3: of that shit too? Not the way Yahoo is?
- 41:28Speaker 2: Wow, Yahoo's killing it. But who thinks of Yahoo anymore?
- 41:33Speaker 3: I forget it's a thing.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:35Speaker 2: They broke the Postal Inspection Service story, which was that
- 41:39Speaker 2: the Postal Inspection Service a few years ago started a
- 41:43Speaker 2: program where they're just monitoring social media, like everyone's social
- 41:47Speaker 2: media for inflammatory posts, and that's the kind of thing.
- 41:52Speaker 2: That news came out when Trump was in office. So
- 41:55Speaker 2: people on the left were like, oh, that's fine. So
- 41:57Speaker 2: they're just like looking for white supremacists and things, and
- 42:01Speaker 2: they were like no, yeah, yeah, yeah sure. But meanwhile,
- 42:04Speaker 2: you read the article. When they pitched this idea to Republicans,
- 42:08Speaker 2: they said they'd be looking for like Black Lives Matter
- 42:10Speaker 2: and Antifa posts, and when they pushed it to Democrats,
- 42:14Speaker 2: they said, well, we'll be looking for like white supremacists
- 42:16Speaker 2: and things that are like so they're looking at everybody
- 42:19Speaker 2: for everything, and the only outlet that reported that was
- 42:24Speaker 2: Yahoo News, which is insane to me.
- 42:27Speaker 3: I think if I'm going to try and tie it
- 42:29Speaker 3: all back together in a very loose way, the way
- 42:34Speaker 3: that all of these Alex Jones and David Ikes and
- 42:38Speaker 3: disinformation people get traction and audiences, not just even fans
- 42:43Speaker 3: but like devotees is because we've lost a sense of
- 42:48Speaker 3: here's where I can go to a trusted source to
- 42:50Speaker 3: get actual information. Yeah. I read somewhere that the moon
- 42:55Speaker 3: rang like a bell. Well, why did it ring like
- 42:57Speaker 3: a bell? Oh? Because of you know the way the
- 42:59Speaker 3: mantleism and it's different than the earth. No, someone went,
- 43:03Speaker 3: it's because it's hollow, and then that turned into it's
- 43:06Speaker 3: filled with aliens, and that turned into with and their
- 43:08Speaker 3: satanic and that turned into and their shape shifting reptile
- 43:11Speaker 3: and so the next thing, you know, we've done bad
- 43:14Speaker 3: improv of disinformation because we have no center to go
- 43:17Speaker 3: and get actual information from anymore.
- 43:19Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's are people not asking the obvious questions
- 43:22Speaker 2: when it comes to oh, the moon rang like a
- 43:25Speaker 2: bell and it's filled with aliens. Didn't those aliens come
- 43:27Speaker 2: out and see what the fuck was going on?
- 43:30Speaker 3: Yeah? If you fucking throw something at my house and
- 43:32Speaker 3: my house rings. I'm coming out to be like, get
- 43:35Speaker 3: off my lawn, get off my moon kids, you know,
- 43:37Speaker 3: like this is my house. Yeah.
- 43:39Speaker 2: I do prefer that version of the moon theory though,
- 43:41Speaker 2: that it's just an observation thing where aliens just gawk
- 43:45Speaker 2: at us like the fucking losers that we are.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Look, if you want to talk about conspiracy theories that
- 43:51Speaker 3: I actually put some weight into. I love the idea
- 43:56Speaker 3: that the Earth is a galactic zoo, that we're not
- 44:00Speaker 3: filled with life that just went and found all of
- 44:03Speaker 3: these different ways to expand. Some intelligent species went, hey
- 44:08Speaker 3: this will live in the ocean, Hey this can live
- 44:10Speaker 3: on the land, Hey this can fly around, and just
- 44:13Speaker 3: put a bunch of weird shit from all over the
- 44:15Speaker 3: galaxy here, and then people go into the moon to
- 44:18Speaker 3: come check it out, because you don't want to get
- 44:20Speaker 3: too close to the wild animals down here. They got
- 44:23Speaker 3: sharp pointy things and they like stab you and they
- 44:25Speaker 3: bite you, you know, like.
- 44:26Speaker 2: They got the guns and the bombs and the things.
- 44:28Speaker 3: Of the guns and the bombs, and they're very distrustful.
- 44:31Speaker 3: They believe that there's shape shifting aliens, like they're crazy.
- 44:34Speaker 3: You don't want to get around them. You know. It's
- 44:36Speaker 3: like when you go to a national park, leave the
- 44:38Speaker 3: wild life alone, stay removed from them.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Yeah, that's definitely the kinder, gentler version of this theory
- 44:45Speaker 2: that I would be fine believing. But the thing where
- 44:49Speaker 2: they came down here and mate it with us and
- 44:51Speaker 2: gave us aleyen DNA whoof, that's scary.
- 44:55Speaker 3: It's also super crazy that like an alien came to
- 44:59Speaker 3: this planet and just saw something walking around and went
- 45:02Speaker 3: I'm a fuck it, and then then that made babies,
- 45:05Speaker 3: and then that made a whole new species.
- 45:06Speaker 2: Try to fuck that Monkey's what I'm telling you, bro.
- 45:10Speaker 3: It's just a bunch of like frat aliens coming down
- 45:14Speaker 3: to Earth and being like, dude, these monkey girls are
- 45:17Speaker 3: so easy, bro, I don't even understand.
- 45:21Speaker 2: I like that version of ancient alien theory where they
- 45:24Speaker 2: land and they're like, we're here to show you how
- 45:28Speaker 2: to live, and then the guy just starts fucking a
- 45:30Speaker 2: monkey and everyone's like, what are you doing?
- 45:34Speaker 3: Oh no, no, you'll think me later. This will, this
- 45:39Speaker 3: will improve your species.
- 45:45Speaker 2: You build a pyramid.
- 45:46Speaker 3: Why aren't they worshiping us? Because they're not gonna worship
- 45:49Speaker 3: a monkey fucker? What's wrong with you you're.
- 45:51Speaker 2: Having sex with a monkey maniac back on your spaceship.
- 45:56Speaker 3: Get the fuck out of here. Who saw you build columns?
- 45:59Speaker 4: Fuck off?
- 46:00Speaker 3: If I don't care, there's language. No, you monkey fucker
- 46:03Speaker 3: leave me.
- 46:05Speaker 2: Yeah, so I think the hollow moon theory is probably
- 46:08Speaker 2: not true.
- 46:08Speaker 3: Though, I mean hollow look chambered. How about chambered? Like
- 46:14Speaker 3: I like the idea that there's something inside the moon,
- 46:18Speaker 3: not the whole thing. It's just an outer shell and
- 46:20Speaker 3: there's nothing, but there's like a moon cave. There's super
- 46:24Speaker 3: alien technology or something that's kind of cool. Yeah, I
- 46:26Speaker 3: could see that.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Obviously, the composition of it could be completely different from
- 46:30Speaker 2: what Earth is. I think science has kind of determined that. Yeah,
- 46:33Speaker 2: it's just the reptilian theory.
- 46:36Speaker 3: I still yeah, I don't think it's filled with satanic reptiles.
- 46:40Speaker 2: I don't I want it to be hollow. I want
- 46:42Speaker 2: it to be a hollow. I want it to be
- 46:43Speaker 2: a spaceship. I just don't want that to lead to genocide.
- 46:47Speaker 2: I like the moon is an amusement park theory where
- 46:51Speaker 2: you just go and watch people be assays. On Earth.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Certainly, the moon's like a roadside attraction while you're going
- 46:59Speaker 3: somewhere else. You see a billboard and they're like see
- 47:01Speaker 3: Earth and you're like, yeah, should we pull over. We
- 47:04Speaker 3: could probably get some drinks and some food and let's
- 47:06Speaker 3: see what the Earthlings are doing, and then we go
- 47:08Speaker 3: on to Alpha Centauri or wherever the fuck we're going.
- 47:11Speaker 2: You know someone's watching this right now on the Moon
- 47:14Speaker 2: in the un pops Land section of Travis You ready
- 47:18Speaker 2: for it. Yeah, Universal Studios.
- 47:23Speaker 3: Monaiversal Studios, we get it.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah, that's what's up there. It's where you go
- 47:28Speaker 2: go up there to look at human history, but like
- 47:30Speaker 2: you're at super Mario Land.
- 47:31Speaker 3: Or Welcome to Moon Jurassic Punk. That's great.
- 47:38Speaker 2: Do we have any final thoughts on the Hollow Moon?
- 47:42Speaker 3: I mean I think to really have a final thought
- 47:45Speaker 3: on it, you and I should just plan a trip
- 47:47Speaker 3: to the Moon. Yeah, we're gonna have to check it out. Yeah,
- 47:50Speaker 3: we'll just go check it out. It's a bit of
- 47:52Speaker 3: a trek, but I think we could do it. I
- 47:54Speaker 3: will if we could books some shows between here and
- 47:56Speaker 3: the Moon, we could just kind of like make the
- 47:58Speaker 3: Moon the final destination and maybe do the ISS on
- 48:01Speaker 3: the way out. Yeah.
- 48:01Speaker 2: And well, I feel like as long as the events
- 48:06Speaker 2: depicted in the documentary Apollo eighteen. Yes, true, as long
- 48:12Speaker 2: as that threat has been put down, I don't want
- 48:14Speaker 2: to go up there and fight spider moon rocks that
- 48:18Speaker 2: are gonna make it.
- 48:19Speaker 3: Either or moon pigeons or any of the disassembled robots
- 48:25Speaker 3: that are allegedly up there as well. Yeah.
- 48:27Speaker 2: Yeah, that's always my thoughts on people wanting to colonize
- 48:31Speaker 2: the Moon or colonize Mars, because there was that big
- 48:34Speaker 2: push I think it was like twenty fourteen or something
- 48:37Speaker 2: where you could just sign up to be one of
- 48:39Speaker 2: the first people to go colonize Mars and they were
- 48:41Speaker 2: taking like one hundred and some thousand people.
- 48:43Speaker 3: Oh yeah, they do that like every ten years.
- 48:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's like, you really want to be first human.
- 48:49Speaker 2: History has told us what happens to the first people
- 48:53Speaker 2: who arrive in a place, Like you're gonna get there,
- 48:56Speaker 2: you're gonna settle in, you're going to build a nice
- 48:59Speaker 2: life for your and then a team of intergalactic trumps
- 49:04Speaker 2: are just going to show up ten years later to
- 49:07Speaker 2: take everything over and you're like, hey, we're Native Martians,
- 49:11Speaker 2: stop it, and they're like, fuck you Space Indian. You
- 49:13Speaker 2: know what this is?
- 49:14Speaker 3: Yeah, out of here. You can go live on this
- 49:17Speaker 3: land and only this land until we decide that there's
- 49:19Speaker 3: space oil there. Then we need that space oil, right.
- 49:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I want to go after all that happens.
- 49:24Speaker 3: So it's more like I want to be like Explore
- 49:27Speaker 3: five point zero. I think you're like, you want to
- 49:29Speaker 3: let a couple of generations fight and die out. Yeah.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Yeah, get thing's good down here, and then yeah, put in.
- 49:36Speaker 3: A scout in, you know, a Panda Express, put in
- 49:39Speaker 3: the infrastructure, and then I'll go hang out.
- 49:42Speaker 2: I'm not going to move there. If there's no Panda Express.
- 49:44Speaker 3: That's I'm not either, especially now they got that Beyond Chicken.
- 49:47Speaker 3: I want beyond Red Planet Chicken. That's what I want. Yeah,
- 49:50Speaker 3: that's what I Yeah, if we're going to Mars.
- 49:52Speaker 2: I'm pretending to be excited about Beyond Chicken for entertainment purposes.
- 49:56Speaker 3: But oh it's good. I'll tell you right now. It's good.
- 50:00Speaker 2: So I think that's our episode, right.
- 50:02Speaker 3: I think so. I mean, look, it's clear to us
- 50:05Speaker 3: that the Moon is Universal Studios. It's an amusement park.
- 50:09Speaker 3: It's a place for aliens to stop by, have a
- 50:11Speaker 3: little entertainment and see some wildlife. Yeah, it's not filled
- 50:17Speaker 3: with Satanic reptiles.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Probably not.
- 50:19Speaker 3: If they are, they're just visiting. They don't live there,
- 50:22Speaker 3: They're just traveling from one place to another.
- 50:24Speaker 2: They're there to see the show like anyone else.
- 50:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, if you've ever been to an actual
- 50:28Speaker 3: amusement park, there's a certain amount of Satanists there just
- 50:30Speaker 3: because they're also there. You know, it's just statistics.
- 50:34Speaker 2: And people who resemble reptiles at least.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Yeah, and there's very reptile like people just who aren't aliens.
- 50:39Speaker 3: That's just what they look like, big reptile energy. Yeah,
- 50:43Speaker 3: very much cold blooded. So yeah, I'm gonna go with
- 50:47Speaker 3: the idea that the Moon is an amusement park, and
- 50:49Speaker 3: I one hundred percent believe that that's true. I like it.
- 50:52Speaker 2: I like that a lot. Well, Travis, thank you so
- 50:54Speaker 2: much for doing this episode. I appreciate it.
- 50:56Speaker 3: Thanks for having me on to talk about all kinds
- 50:58Speaker 3: of weirdness, and of course yours do what is my
- 51:01Speaker 3: life's work, which is to promote David Ike? Of course, of.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Course, yeah, yours and mine both besides David Ike and
- 51:08Speaker 2: the reptilian theory. Do you have anything to plug before
- 51:11Speaker 2: we get out of here?
- 51:13Speaker 3: You don't even like this band where we're talking about
- 51:15Speaker 3: the Fleetwood Max story, which is it is almost as
- 51:18Speaker 3: if David Ike wrote it. It is so incredibly complex
- 51:22Speaker 3: and weird and at times seems like disinformation more than
- 51:26Speaker 3: it seems true.
- 51:27Speaker 2: It's movie shit, Like I'm I'm researching the recording of
- 51:31Speaker 2: Rumors right now, and within the first like weeks of that,
- 51:35Speaker 2: they're already recording in a studio that has permanently installed
- 51:39Speaker 2: nitrous tanks.
- 51:41Speaker 3: Great.
- 51:41Speaker 2: It has a studio called the Pit that is just
- 51:44Speaker 2: a ten foot pit that goes down into the floor
- 51:48Speaker 2: and the musicians are supposed to stand around the top
- 51:52Speaker 2: while the engineer is in the bottom, and it's supposed
- 51:55Speaker 2: to make it so he can hear everything at once.
- 51:57Speaker 2: But oh, it was built by sly Stone, and once
- 52:01Speaker 2: they built it, he just put all his equipment down
- 52:03Speaker 2: there and started recording down there. So Fleetwood Mac just
- 52:06Speaker 2: used it to do coke. And there's also a moment
- 52:09Speaker 2: while they're recording Rumors in the first couple of weeks
- 52:13Speaker 2: where Mick Fleetwood's wife is told that he's cheating on
- 52:18Speaker 2: her by a friend while she's driving John mcvie's car
- 52:23Speaker 2: back to Los Angeles and at the exact moment the
- 52:26Speaker 2: friend tells her that Mick Fleetwood is cheating on her,
- 52:30Speaker 2: they get t boned in another car in traffic.
- 52:34Speaker 3: It is like a movie. But it's also like, if
- 52:37Speaker 3: you saw that in a movie, you'd go, that's a
- 52:39Speaker 3: little too convenient. You could have stretched those things out
- 52:41Speaker 3: a little bit. You didn't have that didn't have to
- 52:42Speaker 3: happen at exactly the same time. That's crazy. Yeah.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Also, if you saw it in a movie, you would
- 52:47Speaker 2: not believe that the studio they recorded part of Rumors
- 52:50Speaker 2: in had a room where the floor was a waterbed.
- 52:54Speaker 2: What they have a room with just a waterbed floor.
- 52:59Speaker 3: It's like if you've ever watched that sound City documentary,
- 53:01Speaker 3: because I know they recorded some Fleetwood Mac stuff at
- 53:04Speaker 3: sound City and they talked about cleaning out that board
- 53:07Speaker 3: when Dave Grohl bought it and it was just like
- 53:09Speaker 3: filled with cocaine. Oh Like it was just they had
- 53:12Speaker 3: to vacuum out cocaine off of this multi million dollar
- 53:17Speaker 3: board that they were just like snorting, you know, all
- 53:20Speaker 3: the powder off of. Yeah, it's crazy.
- 53:22Speaker 2: So listen to our Fleetwood Mac podcast and uh, I
- 53:24Speaker 2: would like to plug Adam Todd Brown dot substack dot com.
- 53:27Speaker 2: You can read my writings there. I'm back at it.
- 53:30Speaker 2: I took the end of the year off, but it's
- 53:32Speaker 2: January by the time this goes up, so it'll be
- 53:34Speaker 2: active again.
- 53:35Speaker 3: I'd like to plug that as well. You should subscribe
- 53:38Speaker 3: to that.
