- 0:00Speaker 1: Time for stacks and hacks. I have stax information, Rich
- 0:03Speaker 1: has life hacks. In the recent survey, ninety three percent
- 0:07Speaker 1: of parents say their biggest concern having a teenage driver
- 0:11Speaker 1: is the kid's safety.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Duh. The most common rules.
- 0:15Speaker 1: For teen drivers are no phones, no eating, and they
- 0:18Speaker 1: have to let parents track them.
- 0:21Speaker 2: You guys agree with that pigment. Do you remember when
- 0:22Speaker 2: you were just a teen driver.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Yeah, my parents I had a car and they were like,
- 0:26Speaker 3: I'm at it. Make sure you let us know when
- 0:28Speaker 3: you're getting back home. I had a very chill high
- 0:32Speaker 3: school experience. I got to do whatever I wanted.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Can anybody here swallow a pill dry?
- 0:40Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 0:40Speaker 2: I just did one the other day actually with no water,
- 0:42Speaker 2: no water, just you just put in your mouth and
- 0:45Speaker 2: swallow it.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 0:46Speaker 3: I was yacking in the back of a taxi because
- 0:49Speaker 3: I was so carsick driving up this mountain for twenty minutes.
- 0:53Speaker 3: And my cousin, she's a PA, and so she had
- 0:55Speaker 3: like I think it was like dramamine, and she just
- 0:57Speaker 3: was like, eat this, shoved it down my throat.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Yeah, you work it up for a second, but I
- 1:02Speaker 2: can do it. Were you drinking?
- 1:04Speaker 3: Yeah, but that was not why, of course not why.
- 1:08Speaker 2: That's not why you were sick in the back of
- 1:09Speaker 2: a college Tell you.
- 1:10Speaker 3: When I got in the taxi, I was perfectly fine.
- 1:12Speaker 2: It was his terrible drive once the alcoholic.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Okay, Well, apparently twenty six percent of people say they
- 1:18Speaker 1: cannot do it. Seventy two percent of people say they
- 1:20Speaker 1: can swallow a pill without anything. I can do it,
- 1:23Speaker 1: but I have to develop spin.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Yeah, you got to work it out. Yeah.
- 1:27Speaker 1: A rider for the BBC did a big story and
- 1:30Speaker 1: how foods affect body order and this is really surprising.
- 1:33Speaker 2: They say.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Studies found that men who eat a lot of garlic
- 1:36Speaker 1: smell wiyhe sexier to women. What guardic sumplements also work?
- 1:41Speaker 1: They like to smell up its smell And it's true research.
- 1:45Speaker 3: I know you can definitely eat things, and like I
- 1:48Speaker 3: ate a thing of chili cheese fries at the State
- 1:49Speaker 3: Fair and I felt like I smelled like chili cheese
- 1:51Speaker 3: fries for like four days anytime I sweat it.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I feel like that stat is probably opposite for women,
- 1:56Speaker 1: because anytime I eat anything with garlic in it'scut's like
- 1:59Speaker 1: you smell.
- 2:00Speaker 2: He doesn't like. That's interesting because it was about men.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I don't know about women. When you were a kid,
- 2:05Speaker 2: do you remember what was like the chore.
- 2:08Speaker 4: You hated to do the most, well, cleaning toilets, God
- 2:11Speaker 4: damg you had to do. As a kid, we were
- 2:13Speaker 4: not allowed to go out and play until the whole
- 2:15Speaker 4: house was cleaned and then we got the like inspection
- 2:18Speaker 4: to see if it was done right, and if it wasn't,
- 2:20Speaker 4: we had to redo it. So, I mean it took
- 2:22Speaker 4: us a while to clean the outs.
- 2:23Speaker 1: For us, we didn't have chores, So I was a
- 2:26Speaker 1: spoiled kid. But the number one thing when my parents
- 2:28Speaker 1: asked me to do this, this is the number one
- 2:31Speaker 1: thing kids dreaded the most, was cleaning their room.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:34Speaker 3: I was going to say that we didn't really have chores,
- 2:36Speaker 3: but we would have to like clean our room before
- 2:38Speaker 3: the cleaners came.
- 2:39Speaker 2: I was like, what that we didn't have cleaners?
- 2:41Speaker 3: Maybe, Matt, I know, I was also a very spoiled kid.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Honda is recalling more than four hundred thousand civics because
- 2:48Speaker 1: the wheels might fall off all driving. This sounds pretty bad, yeah, stupid.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Forty four year old man in Florida was arrested after
- 2:56Speaker 1: opening fire on three others after they had a huge
- 2:59Speaker 1: argu you've been outside a bar over how many eggs
- 3:02Speaker 1: chickens can lay?
- 3:05Speaker 2: Isn't that nuts? They pull a gun?
- 3:07Speaker 5: In fact, here here's a little the shooter evidently raises chickens,
- 3:11Speaker 5: and the conversation was about how many eggs a chicken
- 3:15Speaker 5: can lay. One victim ran out into the roadway trying
- 3:18Speaker 5: to get away from the shooter. The other two victims head.
- 3:21Speaker 5: We had several phone calls. The shooter himself called nine
- 3:24Speaker 5: to one one. Arming yourself with a handgun when you're
- 3:26Speaker 5: under the influence is not a good idea.
- 3:29Speaker 2: There's never going to be a good outcome with that.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I think everyone's got a chicken story. Uh.
- 3:35Speaker 1: There's a discussion happening on threads where people are naming
- 3:38Speaker 1: celebrities that nobody hates. Okay, celebrities nobody hates. Can you
- 3:44Speaker 1: think of any Drew Barrymore, Christen Bell? No, you guys,
- 3:53Speaker 1: none of those?
- 3:54Speaker 2: What about Keanu Now? I don't see you mom here,
- 3:57Speaker 2: he's not in the top twenty.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I'll go over Hosiers number two, What McCaulay, Culkins number nineteen,
- 4:03Speaker 1: Lenny Kravitz, Steve Irwin, Mark Hamill, Noah Wild, John bon Jovi,
- 4:06Speaker 1: Willie Nelson, Dick Van Dyke, Bob Ross, Bob Ross, Pretty
- 4:11Speaker 1: Little Clouds, Harrison Ford, Viola Davis, Diane Keaton, Paul Rudd.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Number one celebrity nobody hates is mister Rogers.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Everybody can Rogers on that list. Now, Rich is a
- 4:23Speaker 2: big rock fan, comes from rock radio.
- 4:26Speaker 1: But they did survey on which best female who is
- 4:28Speaker 1: the best female.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Singer in rock radio?
- 4:31Speaker 1: And Wilson from Hart and Wilson from Heart is actually
- 4:35Speaker 1: number one on that list.
- 4:36Speaker 2: That's my pick.
- 4:37Speaker 1: The top threer Pat Benatar, Stevie Nixon, and Wilson. So
- 4:40Speaker 1: what they've done is they've taken their audio, their voices
- 4:43Speaker 1: out of the song so you can hear them and
- 4:45Speaker 1: it's pretty dang impressive. And the first one is Ann Wilson,
- 4:48Speaker 1: then Stevie Nickson, Pat Benatar, you.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Haven't done da man?
- 4:56Speaker 5: Now the wind.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Can we go?
- 5:10Speaker 4: You know that you.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Want bot to be.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Your hot Rega Dream Mega Love Tega.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So that last one was Pat benatarbora number one person
- 5:23Speaker 1: is the first one, you said, Ann Wilson from Heart.
- 5:27Speaker 1: A guy recorded his uber driver's crazy reaction when he
- 5:30Speaker 1: and his female companion requested that the driver turn on
- 5:35Speaker 1: the radio. She got mad that they rolled down the
- 5:37Speaker 1: windows and he was like, can you turn on the radio?
- 5:39Speaker 1: Can we hear some music? Said, listen to what happened.
- 5:42Speaker 2: I'm not comforted.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I just sawt you to play music.
- 5:44Speaker 3: That's about it.
- 5:44Speaker 4: But you can keep driving. You're asking me why you
- 5:48Speaker 4: are I explaining?
- 5:49Speaker 2: What can I do?
- 5:49Speaker 3: Sir?
- 5:50Speaker 4: You gonna call the cop because I'm scared?
- 5:52Speaker 2: And why are you shaking the wind?
- 5:54Speaker 4: Were like, oh, the highway, I'm losking me to do
- 5:56Speaker 4: something again and again, and he did, I'm the driver.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Have to rust if I'm gonna get it.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Ex We just thought it was gonna be easy. I
- 6:04Speaker 4: sincerely apologize for the way that I behave and that's
- 6:08Speaker 4: completely my fault.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Uber man.
- 6:10Speaker 1: That's why I take way moo now everywhere?
- 6:16Speaker 2: All right.
- 6:16Speaker 4: So they say the most basic thing that you can
- 6:20Speaker 4: do to feel better is to put your head your head,
- 6:23Speaker 4: not your head, your hands above your head, like up
- 6:26Speaker 4: in the sky. So I've looked into it. If you're
- 6:30Speaker 4: feeling like your brain's still downloading a little bit this morning,
- 6:32Speaker 4: like if you haven't totally woken up, it's almost like
- 6:35Speaker 4: stealing a move from yoga and combining a little bit
- 6:38Speaker 4: of things like sun. So here's what you do. You
- 6:40Speaker 4: can get in front of a window, you can get outside,
- 6:42Speaker 4: you can be in a bright room. But stretch your
- 6:45Speaker 4: arms straight over your head for two full minutes every day.
- 6:50Speaker 4: They say it's the best exercise that you can do.
- 6:53Speaker 4: It actually resets your brain to say we're awake, we're confident.
- 7:00Speaker 4: That is word a good mood. It resets your mood.
- 7:04Speaker 4: It's basically a hard reboot for your soul. So try
- 7:07Speaker 4: that for two minutes and report back before before you
- 7:10Speaker 4: do your first cup or even third cup of coffee.
- 7:13Speaker 4: Hands above your head for two minutes in a bright
- 7:16Speaker 4: place is the special soul sauce for you. That life hacking.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Many more can be found at John Jaydrich dot com.
- 7:22Speaker 2: You know I do that every morning. I hang you
- 7:24Speaker 2: hang thirty seconds. Do a dead hang for thirty two minutes.
- 7:27Speaker 2: I don't know, two minutes. That's pretty insane anyway, it's
