- 0:00Speaker 1: You know, folks, every now and then we come across
- 0:03Speaker 1: a story in this case that is absolutely ridiculous. A
- 0:07Speaker 1: story that leaves you scratching your head and asking yourself,
- 0:12Speaker 1: what in the F did I just read? And there's
- 0:19Speaker 1: no shortage of wild people involved in this case. There's
- 0:24Speaker 1: no shortage of people who have nothing to do with
- 0:27Speaker 1: this case. who try and insert themselves into this case.
- 0:34Speaker 1: And tonight, we're going to talk about one of the
- 0:37Speaker 1: more absurd claims I have seen throughout this whole entire
- 0:41Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein case. And folks, that is saying something. We're
- 0:46Speaker 1: going to talk about a level of crazy tonight that'll
- 0:51Speaker 1: make your head spin. A level of crazy that is
- 0:54Speaker 1: almost unbelievable. These people, like the man we're going to
- 1:03Speaker 1: discuss tonight, are huge impediments on this case. People that
- 1:09Speaker 1: make outlandish claims like the claims made by the person
- 1:12Speaker 1: we're going to talk to, I mean talk about tonight,
- 1:16Speaker 1: make everybody involved in this case look like crackpots. So
- 1:22Speaker 1: the person we're about to talk to, about to talk about,
- 1:25Speaker 1: excuse me, should probably be stay in their lane they
- 1:30Speaker 1: should probably worry about all of their other ridiculous conspiracy
- 1:35Speaker 1: theories that they're running around talking about they should probably
- 1:39Speaker 1: worry about bringing a case into a courtroom that might
- 1:44Speaker 1: actually be heard and the moron of the year award
- 1:52Speaker 1: in the short year that we're in so far goes
- 1:55Speaker 1: to L. Lynn Wood Mr. Conspiracy Theorist himself. Mr. Jeffrey
- 2:02Speaker 1: Epstein still alive. This guy is an absolute hack. 100%,
- 2:11Speaker 1: without a doubt, an absolute hack. His whole entire shtick
- 2:20Speaker 1: is so unbelievable that I laugh every single time somebody
- 2:24Speaker 1: tries to defend this guy. This is a man who
- 2:32Speaker 1: is making wild claims all over the place. And I'm
- 2:35Speaker 1: not even going to talk about the election or the
- 2:38Speaker 1: quote-unquote crack-in or any of that stuff. I'm going to
- 2:41Speaker 1: talk about the claims being made about Jeffrey Epstein and
- 2:45Speaker 1: the claims being made about John Roberts and Jeffrey Epstein. Folks,
- 2:51Speaker 1: I have never heard one single story By one single witness.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Or one single person. Discuss John Roberts. At Jeffrey Epstein's. Properties. Okay.
- 3:04Speaker 1: And your 4chan sources. Yeah those aren't real sources folks. Okay.
- 3:09Speaker 1: What you're doing is. You're feeding your confirmation bias. And
- 3:13Speaker 1: it's dangerous. When something. Is so outlandish. Such as John Roberts.
- 3:24Speaker 1: being on Jeffrey Epstein's island, you should hit the brakes
- 3:29Speaker 1: right away and ask yourself, who in the is divulging
- 3:34Speaker 1: this information to me? Who is trying to disseminate this
- 3:37Speaker 1: information to me? And what are they asking for in return?
- 3:41Speaker 1: What sort of subscription are they asking me to purchase?
- 3:44Speaker 1: What sort of book are they asking me to buy?
- 3:48Speaker 1: What sort of donation can I make to help their case?
- 3:54Speaker 1: Anytime I hear outlandish claims like this, anytime I hear
- 3:58Speaker 1: a claim that might feed my confirmation bias, I am
- 4:02Speaker 1: automatically completely skeptical of it. And this moron Elwynn Wood
- 4:09Speaker 1: talking about Jeffrey Epstein still being alive and John Roberts
- 4:15Speaker 1: having a relationship with Epstein is beyond the pale ridiculous.
- 4:23Speaker 1: This is a man who has absolutely destroyed whatever credibility
- 4:29Speaker 1: he has had or would have with this sort of tweet.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And before this whole entire situation occurred with the election
- 4:39Speaker 1: and these lawyers challenging the election, etc., etc., this man
- 4:47Speaker 1: was pretty well thought of in legal circles as far
- 4:50Speaker 1: as being a lawyer and prosecuting cases and stuff like that.
- 4:55Speaker 1: But I'll tell you this much right now, there is
- 4:58Speaker 1: less than a zero chance I would ever, ever hire
- 5:02Speaker 1: an attorney like this guy. Are you kidding me right now? Hello, Mr. Crackpot.
- 5:07Speaker 1: You're an attorney and you're going to make all of
- 5:10Speaker 1: these wild claims, these outlandish claims. You better have some evidence.
- 5:15Speaker 1: You better damn well have some evidence. At the very least,
- 5:18Speaker 1: you better have some circumstantial evidence to point at. What
- 5:21Speaker 1: are you going to point at? The picture of Jean-Luc
- 5:23Speaker 1: Brunel with Epstein and those guys again and act like
- 5:27Speaker 1: it's John Roberts? That might work on people who want
- 5:30Speaker 1: to feed their confirmation bias, but that's not going to
- 5:33Speaker 1: work on us. That's not going to work on the
- 5:35Speaker 1: people who are following this case, the people who have
- 5:38Speaker 1: tossed tribalism right out the window. This isn't about ideologies
- 5:43Speaker 1: or the culture war or anything like that. It's about
- 5:46Speaker 1: the truth and it's about justice. And these people like L.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Lynn Wood, swerving into this lane, are muddying the waters,
- 5:55Speaker 1: making things harder for these girls to get their justice.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Here's an idea, L. Lynn Wood. Why don't you keep
- 6:06Speaker 1: these survivors out of your ridiculous, tribalistic political games? You
- 6:16Speaker 1: don't know anything about the Jeffrey Epstein case. You don't
- 6:19Speaker 1: have any information about this case. You don't know who
- 6:21Speaker 1: was at the island. What you have are a couple
- 6:23Speaker 1: of 4chan posts. And furthermore, if your specialists are like
- 6:29Speaker 1: the one that was provided by Sidney Powell in the
- 6:33Speaker 1: other case, some sort of blogger, pro-your-side kind of content creator, well,
- 6:40Speaker 1: you're going to be in for a long, hard, arduous
- 6:44Speaker 1: battle because we believe evidence here. my friend. Not wild,
- 6:48Speaker 1: outlandish claims. What's next? Bigfoot? A Chupacabra? The Wolfman? Frankenstein?
- 6:57Speaker 1: And Godzilla are all coming over and they're having breakfast
- 7:00Speaker 1: at your house with Jeffrey Epstein for a poker game?
- 7:04Speaker 1: This is how outlandish you sound, L. Linwood. And anybody
- 7:09Speaker 1: who supports this shit or picks up on it or
- 7:11Speaker 1: who retweets it and thinks it's gospel... You are being gaslit.
- 7:17Speaker 1: I don't know how else to say it to you.
- 7:19Speaker 1: And I really don't, you know, look, I don't blame
- 7:21Speaker 1: the people who have been gaslit by people like Ellen
- 7:24Speaker 1: Wood and some of these content creators that played on
- 7:27Speaker 1: people's hopes and fears to try and cash in. I
- 7:30Speaker 1: don't blame the people who got played because confirmation bias
- 7:34Speaker 1: is an MF. Everybody wants to feed their confirmation bias.
- 7:40Speaker 1: It takes a lot of hard work To not feed
- 7:44Speaker 1: that animal. And to avoid it. You gotta get comfortable.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Being uncomfortable folks. And L. Lynn Wood. This dude is
- 7:53Speaker 1: batshit crazy. I don't care what side of the aisle
- 7:56Speaker 1: you're on. I don't care if you're the most ardent
- 7:58Speaker 1: Trump supporter. You should be. Dismayed. That this man would
- 8:02Speaker 1: make a comment like this. That this man would come
- 8:05Speaker 1: off as such a crackpot. This isn't the kind of
- 8:09Speaker 1: guy you want representing you folks. Are you kidding me
- 8:12Speaker 1: right now? See, the thing is with the Jeffrey Epstein case,
- 8:16Speaker 1: you don't need all of those wacky 4chan conspiracy theories.
- 8:20Speaker 1: You don't need made up stories about participants. The real
- 8:24Speaker 1: people that were there make it salacious enough, make it
- 8:30Speaker 1: such a crazy case as it is. There's no need
- 8:33Speaker 1: for embellishment and inserting people like John Roberts into the
- 8:37Speaker 1: story simply to try and score a couple of political
- 8:40Speaker 1: points on the backside of it. That shit's going to
- 8:44Speaker 1: be met with extreme prejudice, L. Lynn Wood. And you're
- 8:50Speaker 1: about to get a little bit of taste of that
- 8:52Speaker 1: right here and right now. Our article is from the
- 8:56Speaker 1: Independent Headline. Trump lawyer Lynn Wood says Jeffrey Epstein's still
- 9:02Speaker 1: alive in bizarre conspiracy tweets. The lawyer wrapped up the
- 9:08Speaker 1: claim in a conspiracy theory alleging Chief Justice John Roberts...
- 9:12Speaker 1: killed Justice Antonin Scalia. So, right out of the files
- 9:18Speaker 1: of crackpot lunatic shit, here we go. The author of
- 9:23Speaker 1: the article, Greg Graziosi. Look, those are wild-ass claims, right?
- 9:34Speaker 1: Chief Justice Scalia had heart problems, he had issues, he
- 9:37Speaker 1: was a bit older. There's no evidence that anyone killed
- 9:40Speaker 1: Judge Scalia. And if there is evidence, let's see it. Again,
- 9:46Speaker 1: if you're going to make these claims, the onus is
- 9:48Speaker 1: on you to provide that evidence. And if you don't
- 9:52Speaker 1: have that evidence, then you should probably shut your fat yap.
- 9:58Speaker 1: A conspiracy theory. a conspiracy theory touting lawyer championing Donald
- 10:03Speaker 1: Trump's election fraud claims also believes that notorious child sex
- 10:08Speaker 1: trafficker Jeffrey Epstein is still alive. And right there, right away,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I roll my eyes and shake my head. Because you know,
- 10:17Speaker 1: that there are going to be legions of people that
- 10:20Speaker 1: are still caught up in the tribalism world, that are
- 10:23Speaker 1: caught up in the left-right paradigm, that are going to
- 10:26Speaker 1: lock onto this and take it as gospel. They're going
- 10:29Speaker 1: to take it as the truth, as canon information. But
- 10:34Speaker 1: we know that's not the case. And we know how
- 10:37Speaker 1: dangerous it is. And that's why when I don't have
- 10:40Speaker 1: evidence directly linking you folks to something, or there's not
- 10:44Speaker 1: circumstantial evidence to back it up, You'll hear me say, look,
- 10:47Speaker 1: I don't have any evidence for this, but now if
- 10:50Speaker 1: Ellen Wood would have made the post, the tweet, and
- 10:52Speaker 1: he would have said, I think Jeffrey Epstein's alive and
- 10:55Speaker 1: I think John Roberts has something to do with it. Well,
- 10:59Speaker 1: all right, then that's your, you're asserting that you're saying,
- 11:02Speaker 1: in my opinion, I think that this is occurring. That's
- 11:07Speaker 1: not what occurred here. This man was adamant. Okay. Jeffrey
- 11:10Speaker 1: Epstein's alive and John Roberts was an associate of Epstein's
- 11:16Speaker 1: on the island. Literally zero proof of any of these claims.
- 11:20Speaker 1: And he didn't post a link to any of that.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Not even a link to a 4chan message board or
- 11:25Speaker 1: thread or to someone's blog or anything. This is the
- 11:31Speaker 1: problem with this kind of garbage. Look, if you want
- 11:36Speaker 1: to score political points and you want to look for
- 11:39Speaker 1: political hatch jobs, that's your business. But if you try
- 11:43Speaker 1: and swerve into this lane, the Jeffrey Epstein case lane,
- 11:46Speaker 1: and you try and muddy the waters, and you try
- 11:49Speaker 1: and make things murkier, my friend, your wheels will pop.
- 11:54Speaker 1: And you will be met with double barrel loaded shotguns
- 12:00Speaker 1: of scorn. This case is hard enough. This case has
- 12:04Speaker 1: been being pursued for long enough. And justice... has been
- 12:10Speaker 1: avoided for way too long for somebody like L. Lynn
- 12:14Speaker 1: Wood to interject themselves with dumbass, stupid, outlandish comments such
- 12:20Speaker 1: as these. L. Lynn Wood, a lawyer who has represented
- 12:25Speaker 1: the Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, and who has taken up Mr.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Trump's claims that massive election fraud cost him the 2020 election,
- 12:34Speaker 1: made the claim on Twitter without providing any evidence. And
- 12:38Speaker 1: that's the kind of world we live in nowadays, right?
- 12:40Speaker 1: People just fire off all kinds of outlandish claims without
- 12:44Speaker 1: even circumstantial evidence to back it up or a source
- 12:47Speaker 1: to back it up. That's great if that's your opinion.
- 12:50Speaker 1: That's cool. I respect everybody's opinion, even if I don't
- 12:53Speaker 1: agree with it or if I find it outlandish. I'm
- 12:56Speaker 1: not always right. Hell, I'm hardly ever right. But you
- 13:02Speaker 1: can't run around and try and shoot your opinion off
- 13:07Speaker 1: to people And then tell them that it's gospel. That
- 13:10Speaker 1: it's fact. It's very irresponsible for content creators. Or somebody
- 13:14Speaker 1: like Lin Wood. With a bunch of followers. To do
- 13:17Speaker 1: something like that. Because people are going to take it
- 13:19Speaker 1: as gospel. Again. Confirmation bias. People want this shit to
- 13:25Speaker 1: be true so bad. That they're willing to engage in
- 13:27Speaker 1: cognitive dissonance. To make it so in their own mind.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Epstein died in prison in 2019. after he was charged
- 13:38Speaker 1: with sex trafficking and conspiracy to traffic minors for sex. Mr.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Wood's latest bizarre statement was made as part of a
- 13:47Speaker 1: layer cake of conspiracy theories. While he was advancing a
- 13:51Speaker 1: theory that Chief Justice John Roberts had something to do
- 13:54Speaker 1: with the death of Antonin Scalia, who died in 2016.
- 13:58Speaker 1: This is some crackpot shit. And I know that there's
- 14:02Speaker 1: some people out there listening that probably... ascribe to some
- 14:06Speaker 1: of this stuff, right? That probably believe some of the
- 14:09Speaker 1: stuff that's being peddled by these content creators that have
- 14:13Speaker 1: latched on to the QAnon conspiracy theory. And you're probably
- 14:20Speaker 1: mad at me right now for bringing this up and
- 14:22Speaker 1: putting this dude on blast. But folks, sometimes hard truths
- 14:25Speaker 1: must be heard. And I guess if anyone has to
- 14:30Speaker 1: be the messenger, it might as well be me. You
- 14:33Speaker 1: all know where I'm at. I'm certainly no fan of
- 14:35Speaker 1: the other side. I ain't no fan of Biden or
- 14:38Speaker 1: his group of merry thieves. Just like I'm no fan
- 14:41Speaker 1: of the Trump administration or L. Lynn Wood or anybody
- 14:45Speaker 1: else who would seek to make this case harder than
- 14:48Speaker 1: it already is. And if you're here at this podcast,
- 14:52Speaker 1: and if you're listening to this podcast, you already know
- 14:55Speaker 1: what time it is. You already know that it's time
- 14:58Speaker 1: to rage against the whole machine. It's time for all
- 15:03Speaker 1: of these people, left and right, to be held accountable.
- 15:08Speaker 1: And somebody like L. Lin Wood, firing off from the
- 15:11Speaker 1: side of his neck about stuff he obviously has no
- 15:14Speaker 1: idea about, is beyond the pale of ridiculous, and it
- 15:22Speaker 1: is the actions of a drowning man reaching out for
- 15:26Speaker 1: any sort of life preserver. I am fully aware of
- 15:33Speaker 1: the onslaught of attacks being made against me based on
- 15:36Speaker 1: my revelations about Chief Justice John Roberts. What revelations? There
- 15:41Speaker 1: are none. Okay? I'm sorry, folks. There is no evidence, zero, squat, ungatz, none,
- 15:50Speaker 1: about John Roberts being involved with Jeffrey Epstein. And if
- 15:54Speaker 1: you point me to a 4chan post or an 8chan
- 15:57Speaker 1: post or any of that other nonsense, I'll put my
- 15:59Speaker 1: head through the wall. That is not a source. Okay?
- 16:03Speaker 1: That's some guy sitting around in his drawers, pounding away
- 16:07Speaker 1: on his keyboard on 4chan. Yeah, yeah, we're going to
- 16:11Speaker 1: have a great time today. I need real sources. I
- 16:15Speaker 1: need real evidence, not assertions. Before attacking me, maybe fair-minded
- 16:24Speaker 1: people would first ask Roberts to tell the truth, Mr.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Lin tweeted on Thursday. Or ask Jeffrey Epstein. He is alive.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And you see, that's where I get involved in this.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I was more than willing to let this guy run
- 16:39Speaker 1: around and act like a moron and not call him
- 16:41Speaker 1: out and let him do whatever he wanted to do.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Not my business. Not my monkey. Not my circus. But now,
- 16:50Speaker 1: when you swerve into our lane with a blunt hanging
- 16:53Speaker 1: out of your mouth and you sideswipe us, What, you
- 16:57Speaker 1: don't think I'm stopping the whip? Hopping out and extracting
- 17:00Speaker 1: you and having a word? My guy. Welcome to the Thunderdome.
- 17:11Speaker 1: This L. Lin Wood character and his ridiculous comments... are
- 17:20Speaker 1: some of the most, and I mean this truly, folks,
- 17:22Speaker 1: some of the most ridiculous comments I have heard throughout
- 17:25Speaker 1: our whole entire time together here on this podcast. What
- 17:28Speaker 1: is it now, 450 straight days or something? The most
- 17:32Speaker 1: ridiculous assertions coming from this guy. This is just, I mean,
- 17:36Speaker 1: this is Bigfoot-level conspiracy theory shit. This isn't even based
- 17:42Speaker 1: in any kind of truth. This is just some guy
- 17:44Speaker 1: who's like, all right, this sounds good. We know Jeffrey
- 17:46Speaker 1: Epstein's a sick bastard. Let's tie him to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 17:52Speaker 1: so irresponsible, so ridiculous, but so expected from a hack
- 17:59Speaker 1: like L. Lynn Wood. Epstein's death was ruled a suicide, allegedly,
- 18:07Speaker 1: and Mr. Scalia died of natural causes at age 79. Mr.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Lynn's conspiratorial tweets began on Wednesday when he questioned why
- 18:16Speaker 1: Justice Roberts was discussing Mr. Scalia's successor, prior to his death,
- 18:22Speaker 1: insinuating Justice Roberts knew something about Justice Scalia's impending death. Oh, cryptic. Oh, no.
- 18:30Speaker 1: So it's not odd that they'd be discussing the Chief
- 18:33Speaker 1: Justice of the Supreme Court would be discussing a replacement
- 18:37Speaker 1: for a man who's 80 with some health conditions? And look,
- 18:43Speaker 1: I always liked Scalia. He's Italian. You know, I thought
- 18:48Speaker 1: it was a big deal for my heritage, for a
- 18:51Speaker 1: man who is Italian-American to attain such a high spot
- 18:57Speaker 1: in the Supreme Court. And if I ever thought that
- 19:00Speaker 1: there was anything untowards about this man's death, I would
- 19:03Speaker 1: have been screaming from the rooftops. The only people talking
- 19:07Speaker 1: like that are people like L. Lynn Wood, who want
- 19:10Speaker 1: the pitchforks and the torches to continue to fight each other.
- 19:14Speaker 1: That's what this guy's doing. This is red meat for
- 19:16Speaker 1: the base. This is to get the base riled up
- 19:21Speaker 1: and ready to go for whatever they have planned on
- 19:24Speaker 1: January 6th. That's what's going on with L. Lynn Wood.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And it's very transparent. It's the guy's a joker. And
- 19:34Speaker 1: I think it's, it's really sad that a lot of
- 19:37Speaker 1: good people are being gaslit by somebody like him. A
- 19:40Speaker 1: lot of good people who want this kind of stuff
- 19:43Speaker 1: to be true so bad that they're being gaslit by
- 19:47Speaker 1: this man and others like him, other Griff, other content
- 19:51Speaker 1: creators who latched on to this QAnon shit from the
- 19:54Speaker 1: very beginning and have made a boatload of money. And
- 19:58Speaker 1: they've continued to kick the can down the road every
- 20:01Speaker 1: time a deadline would pass. Oh, trust the Trust the plan.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Trust Jeff Sessions. Trust this one. Trust that one. No,
- 20:08Speaker 1: I don't trust any of you, okay? And I certainly
- 20:10Speaker 1: don't trust Bigfoot lover himself, L.N. Wood. Justice Scalia was
- 20:19Speaker 1: nearly 80 years old with a history of high blood
- 20:22Speaker 1: pressure and heart issues. And that's what I was talking about.
- 20:25Speaker 1: The guy had underlying conditions. Sometimes you die at 80
- 20:29Speaker 1: years old, folks. I know that's breaking news and a spoiler,
- 20:33Speaker 1: but when you get that old, shit goes south very
- 20:36Speaker 1: quickly sometimes, especially if you already have issues. After pondering
- 20:42Speaker 1: Justice Roberts' motives, he then asked if the Chief Justice
- 20:45Speaker 1: was a member of any club or cabal requiring minor
- 20:49Speaker 1: children as an initiation fee. Um, what? I understand the
- 20:57Speaker 1: point you're trying to make here, Ellen Wood, but you're
- 21:02Speaker 1: really making everybody look like quacks. And you're certainly making
- 21:06Speaker 1: the guy that you're supposed to be representing, Donald J. Trump,
- 21:10Speaker 1: look absolutely terrible for ever being in bed with you.
- 21:16Speaker 1: We're not talking about somebody who's making a legal argument here.
- 21:19Speaker 1: We're not talking about somebody who's, you know, coming to
- 21:22Speaker 1: the table and bringing some evidence of what they're talking about.
- 21:25Speaker 1: This dude is irresponsibly firing off tweets to his thousands
- 21:29Speaker 1: and thousands of Twitter followers who then pick up the
- 21:32Speaker 1: baton and advance the bullshit narrative that this dude's serving up.
- 21:40Speaker 1: And it does nothing but muddy the waters. It does
- 21:43Speaker 1: nothing but make this job more difficult. So here's an idea.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Worry about the Kraken or whatever it is you're calling
- 21:52Speaker 1: your investigation into fraud. and leave this shit to people
- 21:57Speaker 1: who really know what they're doing. Justice Roberts has not
- 22:02Speaker 1: publicly replied to the tweet. He then went on to
- 22:05Speaker 1: allege that Justice Roberts arranged for the illegal adoption of
- 22:09Speaker 1: two children from Epstein, claiming Epstein knows pedophilia. Folks, I
- 22:14Speaker 1: don't even know where to begin with this kind of stuff, okay?
- 22:18Speaker 1: I just, I really don't know where to begin challenging
- 22:22Speaker 1: Ellen Wood. Here's what I'll say about it. Let's see
- 22:24Speaker 1: the evidence. It's on you to show us this evidence
- 22:28Speaker 1: that you supposedly are asserting that that's out there. It's
- 22:35Speaker 1: an absolute joke. And I've seen a bunch of people
- 22:39Speaker 1: on the right run for the hills after these tweets.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Trump supporters, even other people that are into this QAnon stuff.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Nobody wants to be associated with a guy running around
- 22:50Speaker 1: talking this kind of nonsense. He can't even say it
- 22:54Speaker 1: was tongue-in-cheek because it's not. We all know that he
- 22:56Speaker 1: really believes this. This guy believes that Jeffrey Epstein is
- 22:59Speaker 1: still alive, folks. And of all the things I know
- 23:03Speaker 1: in this case, one thing I am pretty damn sure
- 23:06Speaker 1: of is that Epstein is no longer alive, okay? Mr.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Wood is a believer in the QAnon conspiracy theory and
- 23:16Speaker 1: has made appearances beside fellow lawyer and Trump loyalist Sidney Powell. Well,
- 23:22Speaker 1: that's neither here nor there for our discussion, okay? That's
- 23:25Speaker 1: not why I'm talking about L. Lynn Wood. I don't
- 23:29Speaker 1: care about that, right? If they want to have an
- 23:31Speaker 1: investigation into the election, great. That has nothing to do
- 23:34Speaker 1: with me. I have nothing to do with any of
- 23:36Speaker 1: that nonsense. I'm not, you know, great. Let me know
- 23:40Speaker 1: when you guys have the results or some evidence, one
- 23:42Speaker 1: way or the other. But when it comes to this case,
- 23:46Speaker 1: and L. Lin Wood using it as a cudgel to
- 23:50Speaker 1: try and beat down his political opponents, that's not going
- 23:53Speaker 1: to stand. And he's going to be met with the
- 23:56Speaker 1: same vitriol that everyone else is met with on the
- 23:58Speaker 1: podcast when they try their shit. What, you folks thought
- 24:03Speaker 1: I wasn't going to be addressing this? Come on now.
- 24:07Speaker 1: You know I love... to pull things from the files
- 24:12Speaker 1: of the absurd? He has called on Georgians to boycott
- 24:17Speaker 1: the upcoming runoff elections, which will determine which party controls
- 24:21Speaker 1: the Senate, after alleging the state's Republican governor, Brian Kemp,
- 24:25Speaker 1: is Republican in name only, and is complicit in the
- 24:29Speaker 1: massive voter fraud alleged by Mr. Trump. So, let's... We
- 24:34Speaker 1: need to see all of that evidence if he's going
- 24:36Speaker 1: to keep talking about it, right? I mean... Let's see it.
- 24:40Speaker 1: And as far as the runoff goes, if you're not
- 24:44Speaker 1: from Georgia, I think you should shut your mouth about
- 24:47Speaker 1: that election and let the people of Georgia decide. And
- 24:50Speaker 1: that goes for both sides of the aisle. How many
- 24:52Speaker 1: hundreds of millions are getting poured in there right now?
- 24:54Speaker 1: It's a travesty. It's gross. And honestly, honestly, I'm offended
- 24:59Speaker 1: by it. Republican officials in the state have attempted to
- 25:04Speaker 1: counteract Mr. Wood's calls for boycotting the election over fears
- 25:09Speaker 1: that his conspiracy theories will curb turnout among Republican voters.
- 25:13Speaker 1: They deserve that. I hate to tell you, folks, but
- 25:16Speaker 1: they deserve it at this point. The Republican Party as
- 25:21Speaker 1: an entity is an absolute joke. Not like the Democratic
- 25:26Speaker 1: Party is much better. All right, they're not. About equal
- 25:29Speaker 1: and about how much of a joke they are. But
- 25:31Speaker 1: the Republicans especially right now. What a bunch of limp-wristed,
- 25:35Speaker 1: wet-noodled morons. Mr. Wood also suggested that supporters of Mr.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Trump stock up on Second Amendment supplies ahead of the
- 25:49Speaker 1: inauguration of Joe Biden. Well, I think it's a good
- 25:53Speaker 1: idea for all Americans to stock up. On bullets and supplies.
- 25:58Speaker 1: I don't care who the president is. You saw what
- 26:01Speaker 1: happened recently with the lockdowns. You see what's going on
- 26:03Speaker 1: in England right now. And elsewhere. California. So that's some
- 26:09Speaker 1: good advice. That's something I can actually agree with. With
- 26:11Speaker 1: this moron. I think everyone should. If you're someone who
- 26:15Speaker 1: has legally owned firearms. Load them up. Make sure you
- 26:19Speaker 1: got bullets folks. We're in a crazy ass world. And
- 26:22Speaker 1: we don't know what's going on. What's coming next. And
- 26:26Speaker 1: the responsibility falls on you... And you alone to protect
- 26:30Speaker 1: your family... When them chips are down... So... Whatever it
- 26:34Speaker 1: is that you use to protect your family... Make sure
- 26:37Speaker 1: you have it on hand... Because society is really fragile
- 26:40Speaker 1: right now... And when you have provocateurs... Like this Ellen
- 26:45Speaker 1: Wood on the right... And others on the left... That
- 26:48Speaker 1: are trying to sow seeds of dismay... And trying to
- 26:53Speaker 1: make the left and the right... and the pitchforks and
- 26:56Speaker 1: the torches and neighbors hate each other with this kind
- 26:59Speaker 1: of crazy outlandish bullshit, you gotta be prepared for anything.
- 27:07Speaker 1: And the only thing I could agree with this idiot
- 27:10Speaker 1: in the whole entire spiel he had going on here
- 27:13Speaker 1: was that last part. Make sure you have supplies. And
- 27:17Speaker 1: whatever those supplies are as far as survival, make sure
- 27:20Speaker 1: you have them on hand. 10 days worth, 14 days worth,
- 27:24Speaker 1: whatever you can afford. Because with wild people like Ellen
- 27:30Speaker 1: Wood on the right and other wild people on the
- 27:33Speaker 1: left that are doing the same exact thing and have
- 27:35Speaker 1: been doing the same thing for the last four years,
- 27:37Speaker 1: mind you, we're entering a real dangerous time. So it's
- 27:44Speaker 1: always a good idea to be prepared, right? What's the
- 27:48Speaker 1: worst that happens? You have some food that you eat
- 27:50Speaker 1: eventually anyway? Let's be honest. But people like Ellen Wood, folks,
- 27:57Speaker 1: and my suggestion is to be very cautious of anyone
- 28:01Speaker 1: selling something like this. Anyone selling you anything that's going
- 28:05Speaker 1: to really give you a stomach full of your confirmation bias,
- 28:10Speaker 1: I definitely suggest that you double check to make sure
- 28:13Speaker 1: that there's some evidence that goes along with it. To
- 28:16Speaker 1: make sure that there's some circumstantial evidence that goes along
- 28:19Speaker 1: with it. Because we are in the era of And
- 28:23Speaker 1: the time of the gaslighting operations. And it's going on
- 28:27Speaker 1: all around us. Hard to find real truth. Hard to
- 28:31Speaker 1: find somebody you can trust. And L. Lin Wood. Most
- 28:39Speaker 1: certainly is not that guy. So I hope L. Lin Wood.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Has a great time. At dinner with Bigfoot. Chupacabra. The Wolfman.
- 28:53Speaker 1: and Frankenstein. The rest of us? Well, we'll be over
- 28:59Speaker 1: here in reality. If you'd like to contact me, you
- 29:02Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.

- 29:20Speaker 1: All of the links that go with this episode... can
- 29:22Speaker 1: be found in the description box. Alright folks, everyone, and
- 29:27Speaker 1: welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're
- 29:31Speaker 1: going to talk about a gentleman named John Dugan who
- 29:34Speaker 1: says that he has videotapes that include tapes of Andrew
- 29:39Speaker 1: and others while they're engaging in sex with Epstein's trafficking victims,
- 29:44Speaker 1: according to him. Well, this is a report that's been
- 29:47Speaker 1: out there for quite some time. And Mr. Dugan, we
- 29:50Speaker 1: have to keep in mind, is somebody that took flight
- 29:53Speaker 1: and left America to go to Russia. So, like I
- 29:57Speaker 1: always say when people make these kinds of claims, fine,
- 29:59Speaker 1: let's see the evidence. You've had all these years to
- 30:02Speaker 1: produce these videos and nothing's been produced. So how can
- 30:06Speaker 1: anyone take you serious when you say that you have
- 30:08Speaker 1: this information? And what are you holding out for? I'm
- 30:11Speaker 1: pretty sure if you have some tapes that have to
- 30:13Speaker 1: do with Jeffrey Epstein in compromising situations and his friends.
- 30:18Speaker 1: engaging in sexual acts with underage girls, pretty sure the U.S.
- 30:22Speaker 1: government will want a deal, and maybe, just maybe, you'll
- 30:25Speaker 1: get pardoned and be able to come back to the
- 30:27Speaker 1: United States. But my opinion on the existence of these videos,
- 30:31Speaker 1: at least in the hands of Mr. Dugan, remains the
- 30:34Speaker 1: same as it's always been, and that is, I don't
- 30:37Speaker 1: buy what Mr. Dugan is selling. And it's nothing personal
- 30:41Speaker 1: against the guy. It's just there are so many people
- 30:43Speaker 1: out there that fake the funk when it comes to
- 30:45Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and having inside information that I just don't
- 30:49Speaker 1: believe it. You want me to believe it? Release those tapes.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Until then, well, you know how the Washington Post gives
- 30:56Speaker 1: out Pinocchios. Here on this podcast, we give out chicken cutlets.
- 30:59Speaker 1: And for me, this is at least a four chicken
- 31:02Speaker 1: cutlet kind of story. Today's article is from the U.S.
- 31:06Speaker 1: Sun and the headline, FBI Freaked Out. Ex-cop claims he
- 31:10Speaker 1: has sex tape of Prince Andrew, filmed by Epstein, stashed away,
- 31:14Speaker 1: and the FBI knows about it. This article was authored
- 31:19Speaker 1: by Alex Diaz. A former U.S. cop is at the
- 31:22Speaker 1: center of claims he is in possession of the sex
- 31:25Speaker 1: tapes secretly recorded by depraved Jeffrey Epstein. Court papers released
- 31:30Speaker 1: in New York this week allege that the tycoon had
- 31:33Speaker 1: footage of the Duke of York. And while I believe
- 31:36Speaker 1: that this footage exists, I have a very hard time
- 31:38Speaker 1: believing that Mr. Dugan is in possession of it. And
- 31:42Speaker 1: now controversial U.S. former cop John Mark Dugan says he
- 31:46Speaker 1: has a computer hard drive containing the Epstein footage. He
- 31:50Speaker 1: claims the videos were passed to him by a dead
- 31:53Speaker 1: cop pal who first investigated Epstein when he was arrested
- 31:56Speaker 1: for child sex in 2006. Dugan says he does not
- 32:00Speaker 1: know if it contains footage of Andrew because he cannot
- 32:03Speaker 1: bring himself to watch it. But he pointed to a
- 32:06Speaker 1: report in the Sunday Times from 2019, which revealed that
- 32:10Speaker 1: MI6 was concerned he had handed evidence involving the then
- 32:14Speaker 1: senior royal over to the Russian government after moving there. Now,
- 32:18Speaker 1: why in the hell would anyone as a fugitive decide, hey,
- 32:21Speaker 1: you know what? I think Russia is a great place.
- 32:23Speaker 1: That's where I'm going to go and be a lamest. Russia, really?
- 32:27Speaker 1: No place is better than Russia? How about someplace down in, like,
- 32:29Speaker 1: South America? I mean, anywhere but Russia. I mean, never
- 32:33Speaker 1: mind the lunatic Vladimir Putin, but the fact that it's
- 32:37Speaker 1: fucking freezing cold, you can't pick a better place to
- 32:39Speaker 1: go on the lam? Tracked down by the sun last week,
- 32:44Speaker 1: he said apparently the FBI freaked out and told MI6
- 32:47Speaker 1: I was in possession of compromising material relating to Prince Andrew.
- 32:52Speaker 1: At that point, I'd never been through the content of
- 32:55Speaker 1: the hard drive, and even after that, I've only taken
- 32:58Speaker 1: a quick glance, enough to know it's shit I don't
- 33:01Speaker 1: want to see. Oh, I don't buy it for a minute.
- 33:04Speaker 1: This guy is speaking all kinds of nonsense. Here's an idea, Mr. Dugan.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Release it. What are you so worried about? People know
- 33:11Speaker 1: you have it already. If you have the goods, release them.
- 33:14Speaker 1: My guess is he doesn't have the goods, and he's
- 33:17Speaker 1: just another person with main character syndrome. The couple of
- 33:21Speaker 1: videos I saw were very grainy, and it was very
- 33:24Speaker 1: hard to see who it was. So it was very
- 33:26Speaker 1: hard to see who it was. You don't know who
- 33:28Speaker 1: it was, but all of a sudden we should just
- 33:30Speaker 1: believe you about who's on those videotapes? Come on, man.
- 33:34Speaker 1: Who believes this shit? Unless, of course, you're looking to
- 33:37Speaker 1: massage your confirmation bias. Then fine, this is the kind
- 33:40Speaker 1: of shit that you want to dive into. But me?
- 33:43Speaker 1: I'm interested in the truth. I'm interested in finding out
- 33:46Speaker 1: what really went down and who was involved. And people
- 33:49Speaker 1: who come out with claims like this, they make that
- 33:51Speaker 1: job much more difficult. But it's my contention that the
- 33:55Speaker 1: FBI knows who is on those tapes. Dugan has previously
- 33:59Speaker 1: said that he moved to Russia after the FBI raided
- 34:02Speaker 1: his Florida home in 2016 and seized the hard drive.
- 34:06Speaker 1: But he added, they thought that they had the only
- 34:08Speaker 1: copy until they found out in 2019 that I had
- 34:12Speaker 1: a backup copy sent to me in Russia. It is
- 34:15Speaker 1: the latest astonishing twist in the case of the pedophile
- 34:18Speaker 1: financier Epstein and his decade-long friendship with Prince Andrew. Epstein
- 34:23Speaker 1: committed suicide in a New York prison in 2019 amid
- 34:27Speaker 1: suspicious circumstances while awaiting trial for sex trafficking offenses. The
- 34:32Speaker 1: sex tape claim resurfaced when Epstein victim Sarah Ransom claimed
- 34:36Speaker 1: in court papers released this month that she's seen videos
- 34:39Speaker 1: of Prince Andrew, virgin mogul Richard Branson, and former U.S.
- 34:43Speaker 1: President Bill Clinton having sex with an unnamed friend of hers. Ransom, 39,
- 34:49Speaker 1: who worked as a masseuse for Epstein at his New
- 34:51Speaker 1: York mansion, later told reporters she had made up the claims.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Then she insisted, in an appearance on Good Morning Britain
- 34:58Speaker 1: this week, that the secretly filmed footage did exist. And
- 35:02Speaker 1: like usual, I'm not here to try and change anybody's
- 35:05Speaker 1: mind one way or the other. If you believe Sarah
- 35:07Speaker 1: Ransom's claims, great. If you don't, hey, that's fine too. Me?
- 35:11Speaker 1: I'm interested in finding out the truth. So when we
- 35:14Speaker 1: have all of these claims, like we've heard from Sarah
- 35:17Speaker 1: Ransom and from others, and we know that the whole
- 35:20Speaker 1: place was wired up for video, I really don't think
- 35:22Speaker 1: it's that big of a leap to think that everything
- 35:24Speaker 1: that was going down here was being recorded. Because in
- 35:27Speaker 1: my opinion, it was. Now, do I think that John
- 35:30Speaker 1: Dugan has the tapes? I don't. But do I think
- 35:33Speaker 1: that these tapes exist somewhere? I do. She said there
- 35:38Speaker 1: are videos that exist. The people that know they exist,
- 35:40Speaker 1: I'm sure, are very frightened of them being released. Dugan
- 35:44Speaker 1: says his late friend Joe Ricari, a detective for the
- 35:47Speaker 1: Palm Beach Police Department, took CD-ROMs to Dugan's home containing
- 35:51Speaker 1: the evidence, and Dugan then burned them onto his hard drive.
- 35:55Speaker 1: Now look, Joseph Ricari, certainly somebody that would be in
- 35:58Speaker 1: the know, and if anybody had their fingers on any
- 36:01Speaker 1: kind of evidence, it would have been Joseph Ricari. Did
- 36:04Speaker 1: Joseph Ricari share this evidence with Dugan? I doubt it.
- 36:09Speaker 1: But I can't confirm that either way, right? All I
- 36:12Speaker 1: can give you is my opinion. And in my opinion,
- 36:15Speaker 1: if this evidence was out there, if Mr. Dugan had
- 36:18Speaker 1: this evidence, he would have already released it. Ricari was
- 36:22Speaker 1: lead investigator when Epstein was first arrested for child sex
- 36:25Speaker 1: offenses in 2006 and discovered hidden cameras at his Palm
- 36:30Speaker 1: Beach mansion. The detective was disgusted, said Dugan, when the
- 36:33Speaker 1: pedophile financier was allowed to plea bargain his way to
- 36:37Speaker 1: a sweetheart deal in 2008, which saw him serve less
- 36:40Speaker 1: than 13 months in jail for procuring a child for prostitution.
- 36:45Speaker 1: And we all know that that wasn't what it was.
- 36:47Speaker 1: He was molesting kids. You can't be a child prostitute.
- 36:50Speaker 1: You can't consent. So how can you be a prostitute?
- 36:53Speaker 1: So that BS on its face is garbage. Epstein should
- 36:56Speaker 1: have been prosecuted for child trafficking, for child abuse, and
- 37:00Speaker 1: for child sex. That's what he should have been trafficked for,
- 37:02Speaker 1: not for soliciting a minor. Dugan was never involved in
- 37:06Speaker 1: the case, but resigned in 2009 and became a whistleblower
- 37:11Speaker 1: after making a series of claims about corruption in the
- 37:14Speaker 1: Florida police. Well, that's a claim I certainly believe, considering
- 37:18Speaker 1: what we saw with the Florida police down here during
- 37:20Speaker 1: the Epstein debacle. Ricari then enabled him to make copies
- 37:25Speaker 1: of the tape for safekeeping. He said in case someone
- 37:28Speaker 1: above his pay grade came looking for it. Dugan claimed
- 37:31Speaker 1: he didn't give much thought about it until the FBI
- 37:34Speaker 1: raided his home and took his computers in connection to
- 37:37Speaker 1: whistleblowing and seized the evidence. He fled to Russia to
- 37:41Speaker 1: avoid any charges related to the raid. In 2017, he
- 37:45Speaker 1: was eventually charged in his absence with wiretapping and extortion. Now, look,
- 37:50Speaker 1: I don't know if this guy's a whistleblower or or
- 37:53Speaker 1: if he's a Russian agent, or if he's a fucking cosmonaut.
- 37:56Speaker 1: What I do know is that anybody who says they
- 37:58Speaker 1: have tapes, anybody who says they have evidence, and they
- 38:01Speaker 1: don't turn it over, well, you're part of the problem.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Last year, U.S. journalist Craig Unger claimed he had been
- 38:07Speaker 1: sent proof by Dugan purportedly showing that one of the
- 38:10Speaker 1: sex videos in his possession features an unidentified media executive.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Unger also pointed to a picture of Dugan with Russian
- 38:19Speaker 1: government official Pavel Borodin said to be a mentor to
- 38:22Speaker 1: President Vladimir Putin. The writer said, when you see John
- 38:26Speaker 1: Mark Dugan with this guy, the inevitable conclusion is, is
- 38:30Speaker 1: Dugan selling them the sex tapes? Maybe if you want
- 38:33Speaker 1: to drive clicks for your website, like this journalist wants
- 38:36Speaker 1: to do, but there's zero proof of it. There is
- 38:39Speaker 1: no proof whatsoever that Dugan has any tapes. Are there
- 38:43Speaker 1: tapes out there? Yes, I believe there are. But is
- 38:45Speaker 1: this man in possession of them? I do not believe so. Now,
- 38:49Speaker 1: with that said, you can take, my belief, with $ 1. 50
- 38:53Speaker 1: down to the local gas station and get yourself a
- 38:55Speaker 1: cup of coffee for all it's worth. But there it
- 38:58Speaker 1: is anyway. Dugan claims that he met Brodin only once
- 39:02Speaker 1: in 2013 on a business matter and insists any suggestion
- 39:06Speaker 1: he has been paid by the Russian government or granted
- 39:09Speaker 1: asylum in exchange for sex tapes is wrong. He said,
- 39:12Speaker 1: no one from the Russian government has ever approached me
- 39:16Speaker 1: about the videos. After it emerged that he was in
- 39:18Speaker 1: possession of a backup of the videos in 2019, Dugan
- 39:22Speaker 1: claims he had his American passport revoked by the U.S.
- 39:26Speaker 1: State Department. He has since been granted Russian citizenship and
- 39:30Speaker 1: has been accused of working for the country's Sputnik TV channel. Yeah,
- 39:33Speaker 1: this is a guy that's reliable, huh? Runs to Russia.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Who the hell runs away to Russia? In July 2022,
- 39:39Speaker 1: he appeared in a video with captured British fighter Aidan Aslan,
- 39:44Speaker 1: who was serving as a Ukrainian Marine, while Aslan sung
- 39:48Speaker 1: the Russian national anthem. Yeah, Dugan's not involved in propaganda
- 39:52Speaker 1: or anything. Just a regular old American who's being persecuted,
- 39:56Speaker 1: who good old Vlad's reaching out to help. The clip
- 39:59Speaker 1: was picked up by a Russian state TV. In it,
- 40:02Speaker 1: Dugan tells Aiden, after the rendition, I have goosebumps. Meanwhile,
- 40:06Speaker 1: the FBI... faced fresh calls this week to release hundreds
- 40:10Speaker 1: of missing pieces of evidence, including tapes, CDs, passports, and
- 40:14Speaker 1: photos found at a safe box in Epstein's home in
- 40:17Speaker 1: July 2019 when he was arrested for sex trafficking minors.
- 40:22Speaker 1: He died a month later in his New York jail
- 40:25Speaker 1: in what was ruled to be suicide by hanging. Prince Andrew,
- 40:29Speaker 1: who paid millions in a civil settlement to Epstein's survivor,
- 40:32Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, has not responded to the tape claim, but
- 40:35Speaker 1: has repeatedly denied all the allegations against him. As for
- 40:40Speaker 1: Sir Richard Branson, a Virgin Group spokesperson said, we categorically
- 40:44Speaker 1: reject all allegations made by Sarah Ransom. In 2019, she
- 40:49Speaker 1: admitted to The New Yorker that the tapes had been invented.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Any suggestion that Sir Richard Branson was involved in a
- 40:57Speaker 1: sex tape, is entirely false, the allegations are baseless. The
- 41:01Speaker 1: actions of Jeffrey Epstein were abhorrent, and we support the
- 41:04Speaker 1: right to justice for the many survivors impacted by his abuse. Well,
- 41:09Speaker 1: if she's lying about Richard Branson, why doesn't he sue her?
- 41:13Speaker 1: Sue her for defamation, right? That's a serious claim. So
- 41:16Speaker 1: if he's sure he wasn't on those videos, that's the
- 41:19Speaker 1: next step. In 2020, following Epstein's death, a spokesman for
- 41:23Speaker 1: Bill Clinton said President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible
- 41:26Speaker 1: crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago,
- 41:31Speaker 1: or those with which he has recently been charged in
- 41:34Speaker 1: New York. Imagine this guy really has the audacity to
- 41:37Speaker 1: say this again and again and again, over and over,
- 41:41Speaker 1: and nobody ever challenges his bullshit. Imagine? In 2002 and 2003,
- 41:47Speaker 1: President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey
- 41:50Speaker 1: Epstein's airplane, one to Europe, one to Asia, and two
- 41:53Speaker 1: to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work
- 41:57Speaker 1: of the Clinton Foundation. He had one meeting with Epstein
- 42:00Speaker 1: in his Harlem office in 2002, and around the same
- 42:03Speaker 1: time made one brief visit to Epstein's New York apartment
- 42:07Speaker 1: with a staff member and his security detail. Not one
- 42:10Speaker 1: mention of the fact that Epstein went to the White
- 42:12Speaker 1: House over 17 times. So why are they hiding that?
- 42:16Speaker 1: What are they omitting? Why don't they just tell the truth?
- 42:19Speaker 1: That's the real problem with Bill Clinton's bitch ass. He
- 42:21Speaker 1: won't tell the truth. And honestly, all these clowns in
- 42:25Speaker 1: the legacy media that continue to protect him, well, they're
- 42:28Speaker 1: on the radar. And every time they come out with
- 42:30Speaker 1: one of their whitewashing pieces about Bill Clinton, we're going
- 42:34Speaker 1: to challenge it here on the podcast. And you know
- 42:36Speaker 1: how we're going to do that? Oh, you know how
- 42:38Speaker 1: we're going to do it? With receipts. Despite the released
- 42:40Speaker 1: court papers that claim Bill Clinton had twice visited Epstein's Island,
- 42:45Speaker 1: his spokesperson said in 2020, he has not spoken to
- 42:48Speaker 1: Epstein in well over a decade, and he has never
- 42:51Speaker 1: been to Epstein's Little St. James Island, Epstein's Ranch in
- 42:54Speaker 1: New Mexico, or his residence in Florida. Well, I talked
- 42:57Speaker 1: to people in New Mexico who said that that's a lie. So,
- 43:01Speaker 1: which is it? When's Bill Clinton going to be deposed?
- 43:05Speaker 1: And why were Glenn Maxwell's lawyers so gung-ho and so
- 43:08Speaker 1: hell-bent on making sure that that never happened. What were
- 43:11Speaker 1: they scared of? What would Bill Clinton have to say?
- 43:15Speaker 1: The Duke of York's name appeared in the paperwork known
- 43:18Speaker 1: as a 302 form revealed by lawyers for Andrew's accuser,
- 43:21Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts. It's unclear if it was the result of
- 43:25Speaker 1: an FBI interview with Roberts. Her lawyers have touted the
- 43:29Speaker 1: strength of their defamation case in 2016 against Epstein's Madam
- 43:33Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. Listing an alleged cache of evidence, Sigrid McCauley wrote,
- 43:38Speaker 1: We have pictures, hospital records from when my client was
- 43:41Speaker 1: a minor in New York with them. We have time
- 43:44Speaker 1: and travel records, message pads. The FBI 302, which was
- 43:48Speaker 1: taken in 2011, mentions Prince Andrew in it. In the
- 43:53Speaker 1: unredacted part, a legal source in the U.S. said the
- 43:56Speaker 1: FBI takes these reports seriously. The status of the bureaus
- 44:00Speaker 1: probing to Andrew is unclear. It has not commented, and
- 44:04Speaker 1: it's not going to. That's all part of it, right?
- 44:07Speaker 1: The FBI is not going to comment. But the fact
- 44:09Speaker 1: of the matter is, every single one of these people
- 44:12Speaker 1: who has been credibly accused needs to stand tall before
- 44:15Speaker 1: the wagon. And unfortunately, that just hasn't happened. But as
- 44:20Speaker 1: far as these videos go and the claims being made
- 44:23Speaker 1: by Mr. Dugan, I don't believe that he's in possession
- 44:27Speaker 1: of these videos. Do I believe that videos exist? I do.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Where those videos are located, well, that's anybody's guess. All right, everybody,
- 44:35Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All the
- 44:37Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 44:40Speaker 1: the description box.
