- 1:38Speaker 2: much of stuff, entertainment stuff on Birthday's porn a birthday
- 1:41Speaker 2: everything here today on The Woody Show. Just a quick
- 1:44Speaker 2: follow up. The predictions have been a lot of discussion
- 1:47Speaker 2: this week in Menaces predictions for twenty twenty six diet
- 1:51Speaker 2: A little follow up on that. But back in the
- 1:53Speaker 2: nineteen fifties, you know, people couldn't wait. Seem like people
- 1:56Speaker 2: are way more excited about the future like in the fifties, Milli, Yeah, yeah,
- 2:00Speaker 2: you look at like what they're positive about it to
- 2:03Speaker 2: like what their idea, like how the future was gonna
- 2:05Speaker 2: look it was gonna be cool. People just couldn't wait
- 2:09Speaker 2: for the future to be here. They had all all
- 2:10Speaker 2: these grand ideas about what the future would, you know,
- 2:13Speaker 2: be like, and the things that we'd be able to do.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Now this is these are predictions, predictions from the fifties
- 2:21Speaker 2: that were mega wrong. All right, jet packs would be everywhere,
- 2:25Speaker 2: we were promised Dan Jet Like, yeah, just like jet packs,
- 2:29Speaker 2: and I mean that'd be cool, awesome. Cool hoses would
- 2:35Speaker 2: replace house cleaning, like just spray it with the hose
- 2:39Speaker 2: and it's clean.
- 2:40Speaker 5: Oh my mom had that fantasy at one point. What
- 2:42Speaker 5: were we just like poured concrete on the floor in
- 2:44Speaker 5: our kitchen and had a big drain.
- 2:47Speaker 2: It is Janeta, that's yeah, like just getting ideas for like,
- 2:54Speaker 2: I don't know, the project kind of things you can
- 2:57Speaker 2: hear see bad. If he hadn't said my mom had
- 3:00Speaker 2: this idea, I would assume that house exactly pretty much. Yeah,
- 3:05Speaker 2: it was an industrial kitchen. What was there was a
- 3:07Speaker 2: There was a car that came out like in the
- 3:09Speaker 2: early two thousands, two thousand and I don't know seven,
- 3:13Speaker 2: and I forget who made it. Was it Honda's the
- 3:15Speaker 2: Honda element was it? And then you open the both doors,
- 3:19Speaker 2: so it's like a suicide door and a regular door,
- 3:21Speaker 2: so the whole things open up. And it was designed
- 3:22Speaker 2: that you could just hose out the inside. I remember
- 3:25Speaker 2: advertiser because it was for people to like take it
- 3:27Speaker 2: down to the beach or take it like whatever, your
- 3:29Speaker 2: pets or your kids, and you could literally just hose
- 3:32Speaker 2: it out idea like taxi cabs. Yeah, uh, you know
- 3:36Speaker 2: hoses for house kening kind of cleaning. Kind of reminds me.
- 3:40Speaker 2: You remember those? You don't see them anymore, But people
- 3:43Speaker 2: that would have like the whole house vacuum system. Yeah,
- 3:45Speaker 2: central vacuum, central vacuum.
- 3:47Speaker 6: That was supposed to be the way to check you.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Never have to drag the vacuum around the house and
- 3:51Speaker 2: plug the hose into different ports in the walls. We
- 3:53Speaker 2: had that it sucked literally literally Predictions from the fifties
- 3:59Speaker 2: that were mega wrong. The moon would have neighborhoods and
- 4:02Speaker 2: subdivisions on it. The average woman's height was expected to
- 4:07Speaker 2: grow to six feet. Damn, Wow, we're getting there. People
- 4:10Speaker 2: are still getting taller. Yeah, we're still doing No. Something
- 4:15Speaker 2: tells you you were supposed to be a midget or something.
- 4:18Speaker 7: Yeah, my whole family's size. Just genetics exactly.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Fusion would replace every other energy source. That was a
- 4:26Speaker 2: prediction from the fifties.
- 4:27Speaker 5: That's almost here. We've gotten it. We just need to
- 4:31Speaker 5: scale it up.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Gas engines would completely disappear. I mean, we're getting there,
- 4:36Speaker 2: getting there. Robot housekeepers would be inevitable. Oh dude, they
- 4:43Speaker 2: just drop some more. It's insane. Yeah.
- 4:47Speaker 8: Some updates about the robot that I ordered. Like if
- 4:50Speaker 8: you said, okay, just random like pick up this orange.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Right, and then the Indian guy at the call center.
- 4:58Speaker 8: What it's doing is like it was never trained to
- 5:02Speaker 8: like pick up the orange before, because that's what they've
- 5:05Speaker 8: been doing. They're using AI now where it'll like watch
- 5:09Speaker 8: itself do it in its own brain and then do
- 5:13Speaker 8: the action. Okay, Yeah, so I'll play a video in
- 5:16Speaker 8: its mind of what it's looking at, doing the action,
- 5:19Speaker 8: and then teach yourself to do the action.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Okay, all right. A prediction from the fifties was that
- 5:26Speaker 2: cable would end commercials. Yeah, now there's jokes on you.
- 5:29Speaker 2: There's more advertisements and commercials than ever. They put an
- 5:32Speaker 2: advertisement on anything.
- 5:33Speaker 6: I want to watch the damn video.
- 5:34Speaker 2: The US would fully adopt the metric system. I just
- 5:41Speaker 2: I just saw a story yesterday, I believe it was
- 5:44Speaker 2: where there was one highway in the entire United States.
- 5:48Speaker 2: It's that had the like all the stuff on it
- 5:51Speaker 2: was everything was listened to metric, so the you know,
- 5:53Speaker 2: meters or kilometers or whatever. Yeah, and they finally got
- 5:56Speaker 2: rid of that. They changed over to miles because there
- 5:59Speaker 2: was only one and yeah in America, and then uh there,
- 6:03Speaker 2: I'll give you one more. The machines would give humans
- 6:06Speaker 2: three day weekends, so we'd have machines so that we
- 6:09Speaker 2: can only do, like, you know, four day work weeks,
- 6:12Speaker 2: and the machines would handle the rest four day work week.
- 6:15Speaker 2: It is possible we are on our way to that,
- 6:17Speaker 2: you guys. Yeah, the four day work week. I mean
- 6:19Speaker 2: there's even a song for four days. That's what they say,
- 6:23Speaker 2: like if you first you make a song and then
- 6:25Speaker 2: eventually they'll country right right, That's what I've been saying,
- 6:27Speaker 2: like a.
- 6:27Speaker 5: Kick ass video that was the old Tim Ferris but
- 6:31Speaker 5: four hour work week or whatever I think. I mean, yeah,
- 6:33Speaker 5: that's where That's what Elon's been saying too. It is
- 6:35Speaker 5: like eventually we're headed not toward the matrix or terminator,
- 6:38Speaker 5: we're headed towards Star Wars and the Jetsons.
- 6:40Speaker 2: That's more efficient. Things will be good. Yeah, it's not worry. Now,
- 6:43Speaker 2: let's bring it on now eight seven seven forty four.
- 6:47Speaker 2: You can send us a text over to two two
- 6:49Speaker 2: nine eight seven. We'll take a break, we'll come back.
- 6:50Speaker 2: We'll find out what's going on in the world of entertainment.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Birthday's part of Birthday All next on the WOODI Show,

- 9:14Speaker 2: and exclusive content. Again, I can't believe anybody who's even
- 9:18Speaker 2: still watching Survivor. I'm with you would ee, and I'm
- 9:21Speaker 2: the same way. I've never watched.
- 9:22Speaker 5: I never cared, but I consistently run into people who
- 9:25Speaker 5: are like mega fans.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Really, yeah, that's I never literally Season one, what's the megact?
- 9:31Speaker 10: Like?
- 9:31Speaker 5: How old young, younger than that you would think, like really,
- 9:34Speaker 5: we were maybe not even born when the first season
- 9:36Speaker 5: came out, like I realized I was, they'll start talking
- 9:38Speaker 5: about it like what.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I saw one season I think it was the second one,
- 9:41Speaker 2: whichever one, Richard Hatch that was season one, I believe
- 9:44Speaker 2: season one or two. Yeah, because it was what everybody
- 9:47Speaker 2: was talking about it, right, everybody. And so I checked
- 9:49Speaker 2: it out, uh and watched. I didn't even watch the
- 9:52Speaker 2: whole season. I s remember checking out a few episodes,
- 9:54Speaker 2: but that's the only time I did. You say, you
- 9:56Speaker 2: run into people. I have not run into one person
- 9:58Speaker 2: in at least at least.
- 10:01Speaker 11: Yeah, that was the season with Richard Hatch he got
- 10:03Speaker 11: naked and then that old man Rudy.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Now that show is still on the air. But these
- 10:08Speaker 2: are ten shows that are ending in twenty twelve, sex
- 10:11Speaker 2: and these shows are all coming to an end. The
- 10:13Speaker 2: Boys on Amazon Prime. That makes sense. The fifth and
- 10:16Speaker 2: final season starts on April eighth. Ridiculousness on MTVH After
- 10:22Speaker 2: fourteen years and forty six seasons, it's finally over now.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Rob Dirdeck says the show's cancelation is quote divine timing. Also,
- 10:30Speaker 2: he needs to do he's ready for it to be done.
- 10:32Speaker 2: He's worth crazy money. Another show ending in twenty twenty six,
- 10:36Speaker 2: Greg Hacks on HBO. Oh no, yeah, I did hear
- 10:39Speaker 2: about that. It's the fifth and final season. The creator
- 10:41Speaker 2: says it's important not to overstay. You're welcome.
- 10:44Speaker 12: True.
- 10:44Speaker 11: I would agree with that, and I thought it was
- 10:46Speaker 11: going to end at season three, so anything else beyond
- 10:49Speaker 11: that is good.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I didn't think this show is still on the air,
- 10:51Speaker 2: but I guess it is the comeback.
- 10:53Speaker 6: Oh yeah, it's gonna be back.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Literally, no, no, no, it's going away. It's ending. The
- 10:58Speaker 2: fourth season is the finale.
- 11:00Speaker 6: That's right, but it came it's coming back after years.
- 11:03Speaker 2: That's it.
- 11:03Speaker 6: Yeah, and that'll be that.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it's one. It's one and done. They come back
- 11:06Speaker 2: with Lisa Kudro. That's the EO Yellow Jackets on Showtime.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Good show done after four seasons. Outlander, which is like Stars,
- 11:16Speaker 2: but that's gonna end with a ten episode eighth season
- 11:19Speaker 2: starts on March third. Now this is another one that
- 11:22Speaker 2: I knew had gone away. I forgot that it came back.
- 11:25Speaker 11: Queer Eye, Yes, come on Netflix, like I don't know
- 11:30Speaker 11: less than ten days because.
- 11:31Speaker 2: They're always beef In. It was a ho g on
- 11:34Speaker 2: Bravo and then Netflix picked it up in twenty eighteen,
- 11:36Speaker 2: but then this is it. Now it's over again.
- 11:38Speaker 11: But they have spinoffs, like they have Queer Eyed Germany.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Good Omens, which is on Amazon Prime. I don't know.
- 11:46Speaker 2: So they're going to wrap it up with a feature
- 11:47Speaker 2: length ninety minute finale episode that'll wrap the series up.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Another Netflix show, Outer Banks coming to an end.
- 11:53Speaker 6: Oh, I started watching that was great.
- 11:55Speaker 2: That's it's about a group of teens on the hunt
- 11:58Speaker 2: for lost treasure. Yeah, like the Goonies for some reason.
- 12:03Speaker 2: And then All American which is on the CW that's
- 12:05Speaker 2: going to wrap up with their eighth season. Never heard
- 12:08Speaker 2: of it, but inspired by the life and career of
- 12:10Speaker 2: a professional football player Spencer Pacinger. Whoever the hell that is,
- 12:14Speaker 2: but soccer football not not real football? IoT you talk
- 12:19Speaker 2: about queer eyes? Still kidding? Good getting. And then also
- 12:24Speaker 2: for all you stamp fans out there, Muhammad Ali is
- 12:27Speaker 2: getting honored with a commemorative Forever postage stamp. You stamp
- 12:31Speaker 2: will make it first time, will make its debut in Louisville,
- 12:34Speaker 2: which is where he's from. It's gonna be sold in
- 12:36Speaker 2: sheets of twenty, with the main stamp featuring a classic
- 12:39Speaker 2: nineteen seventy four photo of Muhammad Ali. I would have
- 12:43Speaker 2: thought he's already been on table stamps. Care about that?
- 12:45Speaker 2: I mean, the only person I know that uses stamps
- 12:47Speaker 2: at this point is Greg.
- 12:48Speaker 6: If I go to the.
- 12:49Speaker 13: Post office and they say do you need stamps and
- 12:51Speaker 13: I do, I'll take a look at the book.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Really yeah, I mean, whatever you got, just give it
- 12:58Speaker 2: a goofy base if I although, I will not get flowers,
- 13:01Speaker 2: like that's that's stupid. I asked the other day, Yeah,
- 13:05Speaker 2: I want an American flag because there was something I
- 13:07Speaker 2: was signing up for and they're like, oh, we can
- 13:08Speaker 2: just use avoided check. I was like, do we even
- 13:11Speaker 2: have checks?
- 13:12Speaker 6: Like, I don't think I would you find that.
- 13:13Speaker 2: I don't think we have checks. Really, I don't have
- 13:15Speaker 2: any either. I don't think I don't think we have
- 13:18Speaker 2: any in the house.
- 13:19Speaker 6: I only had him for paying my rent.
- 13:21Speaker 2: What you don't need now?
- 13:23Speaker 5: All the ran across when I was going move and moving,
- 13:25Speaker 5: they were like, oh, there's checks in my safe.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Right exactly, Gina, what do you got for us this point?
- 13:32Speaker 13: Well, we have a little follow up to that will
- 13:34Speaker 13: Smith's story, it looks like he's brushing off that lawsuit
- 13:37Speaker 13: we talked about. He was asked about the claims from
- 13:39Speaker 13: you know, the violinist Brian King Joseph who's suing him
- 13:42Speaker 13: for wrongful termination and retaliation, and Smith just laughed and
- 13:46Speaker 13: walked away. He didn't even respond. He just got in
- 13:48Speaker 13: his car, and then his security stepped in. And remember
- 13:50Speaker 13: we talked about this Joseph who we have a connection
- 13:53Speaker 13: to this show.
- 13:53Speaker 6: He's friends with Vaughn.
- 13:54Speaker 13: He claims he was fired from Smith's tour after reporting
- 13:57Speaker 13: this bizarre hotel incident involving a note that read Brian,
- 14:01Speaker 13: I'll be back just us and gave him total sexual
- 14:05Speaker 13: harassment vibes and Smith. Harry says it didn't happen and
- 14:08Speaker 13: that they'll use all legal means available to address these
- 14:11Speaker 13: claims and ensure the truth is brought to light. So
- 14:14Speaker 13: he's not taking it seriously, or he's been directed to
- 14:17Speaker 13: pretend like he's not taking it seriously.
- 14:19Speaker 2: My one main question would be did he keep this note?
- 14:23Speaker 2: Oh yeah?
- 14:23Speaker 11: So if they say, oh, it didn't happen, he could
- 14:25Speaker 11: just say here's the note.
- 14:26Speaker 13: I hope he didn't keep the HIV meds because somebody's
- 14:29Speaker 13: gonna need that.
- 14:29Speaker 6: There was a that was in.
- 14:30Speaker 13: A backpack and I have an awe babe or eye
- 14:34Speaker 13: roll for Greg.
- 14:35Speaker 6: Okay, So Jenny Lewis, you know, she's the singer.
- 14:38Speaker 13: From Rylo Kylie. She's like a child star whatever she
- 14:41Speaker 13: found she was, she a name Troop, Beverly Hills and
- 14:45Speaker 13: all these like eighties movies and she ended up being
- 14:47Speaker 13: the lead singer for Rylo Kylie.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Well she's that's I've never heard that Rylo Kylie.
- 14:53Speaker 6: Yeah, the band it's like kind of like pop rock.
- 14:55Speaker 2: If we haven't okay, go ahead anyway.
- 14:57Speaker 13: She decided to turn celeb turning fifty by marrying her
- 15:01Speaker 13: dog because she loves her dog so much. She posted
- 15:04Speaker 13: about tying the knut with a little cockapoo named Bobby Rhubarb.
- 15:07Speaker 13: It was a small backyard ceremony with close friends and bandmates,
- 15:11Speaker 13: and she had a wedding photos and birthday cakes and
- 15:14Speaker 13: this whole thing, and there was even some performances.
- 15:16Speaker 2: We have two songs in here from Rylo Kylie. I see,
- 15:20Speaker 2: it's like portions for Foxes fifteen years old, silver lining,
- 15:26Speaker 2: you know, not.
- 15:27Speaker 6: Really, I mean I think like they've been around for
- 15:29Speaker 6: like fifteen years.
- 15:30Speaker 2: It's like one of those bands you've heard of. Yeah,
- 15:37Speaker 2: that's all it does. Second sounds like something use for
- 15:40Speaker 2: like a Target holiday commercial. Totally Ryokyer silver lining.
- 15:45Speaker 6: I don't know, it's mellow whatever.
- 15:47Speaker 2: She married her dog.
- 15:48Speaker 6: She married her dog.
- 15:49Speaker 13: She said she opened up because the dog means so
- 15:51Speaker 13: much to her and adopting him helped pull her out
- 15:54Speaker 13: of a really tough period in her life.
- 15:56Speaker 6: So she married it.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I don't know. All babes on the table on this one.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Describe that dog again? Why even waste name.
- 16:02Speaker 6: As Bobby Rhubarb and he's a cock.
- 16:04Speaker 2: The breed of the.
- 16:05Speaker 11: Dog is lame, The name of the dog is lame.
- 16:07Speaker 11: Marrying your dog is pathetic, Like this is creepy af
- 16:10Speaker 11: it's this hockey also look at me?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Yeah, very great. How much does a dog need to
- 16:16Speaker 2: weigh before it could be considered a dog? I would
- 16:18Speaker 2: say thirty five to forty pounds. Yeah, it's a forty
- 16:25Speaker 2: twenty eight pound chimney and cheerio. Those are like toy dogs. Yeah,
- 16:29Speaker 2: not real dogs. You know the things, the things we
- 16:34Speaker 2: call dogs to they are not dogs.
- 16:36Speaker 12: Well then what are they?
- 16:37Speaker 6: Whatever you want?
- 16:38Speaker 10: They are?
- 16:38Speaker 2: They are substitute babies.
- 16:40Speaker 12: Okay, Yeah, she's a baby, like I said.
- 16:43Speaker 2: And is ripped. Dude, she got so many muscles, Yeah,
- 16:47Speaker 2: she's ripped. Afuh, Greggory, what you got?
- 16:51Speaker 4: Well?
- 16:51Speaker 11: Because people are still I feel like they're talking about
- 16:53Speaker 11: the Golden Globes more than they watched the Golden Globe.
- 16:56Speaker 11: That's just the vibe I get. But Ben affleck And
- 17:00Speaker 11: was talking about the nineteen ninety seven Oscars with Howard
- 17:04Speaker 11: Stern because he says, to this day he's still angry
- 17:07Speaker 11: about how terrible their acceptance speech was when they won
- 17:10Speaker 11: her Best Screenplay. It reminds me of me of like
- 17:13Speaker 11: when we think.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Of, oh I should have said this, I should have
- 17:15Speaker 2: said that.
- 17:15Speaker 11: And he's still thinking about it. From nineteen ninety seven,
- 17:18Speaker 11: he said he thanked the city of Boston three times,
- 17:21Speaker 11: and he said, was that really necessary? And then he
- 17:24Speaker 11: realized that he was thinking the same person multiple times.
- 17:28Speaker 11: And the reason he did the talking was that he
- 17:29Speaker 11: and Matt Damon the year before they won, were just
- 17:32Speaker 11: watching the Oscars in an apartment quote just like the
- 17:35Speaker 11: rest of the people. And then a year later they're
- 17:38Speaker 11: at the Oscars winning and Matt Damon kind of shoved
- 17:40Speaker 11: him and just said, I'm not doing this.
- 17:41Speaker 2: You do this.
- 17:42Speaker 11: So to this day, Ben Affleck thinks his speech was
- 17:46Speaker 11: embarrassing and he's still obsessed us about it.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Our friend Kevin Smith, Yeah, he was just at I
- 17:53Speaker 2: forget the name of the company that had that Ben
- 17:55Speaker 2: and Matt have together, and he was standing in the
- 17:57Speaker 2: lobby of their company. And on the one side is
- 18:02Speaker 2: Ben Affleck's Batman suit from the movie and then Matt
- 18:06Speaker 2: Damon's you know astronaut. You know the mission was it
- 18:09Speaker 2: the mar Mar marsh Martian. Yeah, the Martian sitting there
- 18:12Speaker 2: look pretty cool. So I know you like to go
- 18:15Speaker 2: tour offices menace.
- 18:16Speaker 8: So I would love to, Uh that would be cool.
- 18:20Speaker 2: Yeah, it would be cool. Like I always get when
- 18:22Speaker 2: I see like, uh Bert Chryscher and Thom Segura, or
- 18:26Speaker 2: I see The Rock and Kevin Hart, or you know,
- 18:30Speaker 2: Mad Damon and Ben Affleck, Like that'd be like that
- 18:33Speaker 2: level of romance. Yeah, that is. It is.
- 18:37Speaker 14: It's like.
- 18:39Speaker 2: It's like something, it's like something to aspire to, you know,
- 18:42Speaker 2: I know, you know, you have like a company together,
- 18:44Speaker 2: and like you know, it's just like you know, sick
- 18:45Speaker 2: of each other, right, Buddies for Life kind of thing
- 18:48Speaker 2: like your brothers. Yeah, menace what you got. We'll also
- 18:51Speaker 2: have something from the Golden Globes. But to go back
- 18:54Speaker 2: in time, all the way back to the Critics Choice Awards,
- 18:57Speaker 2: you know, everybody was talking about how bad the meals were.
- 19:00Speaker 8: It was just grapes and cheese and crackers. Now we
- 19:04Speaker 8: do have an update on what was served at the
- 19:05Speaker 8: Golden Globes and it's one of my favorites.
- 19:08Speaker 2: It's from Nobu. I saw a black cod Yeah, I
- 19:12Speaker 2: zing canes. Yeah.
- 19:15Speaker 8: I mean, I do love Nobuo. I've probably been to
- 19:17Speaker 8: twenty different locations in Nobu. I'm trying to go to
- 19:20Speaker 8: all of them in the world, but there's too many.
- 19:22Speaker 2: Now. The full menu was yellowtail, jalapeno Greg love a yeah,
- 19:28Speaker 2: cup of caviar, a lobster salad with spicy lemon dressing,
- 19:34Speaker 2: and miso black cotts.
- 19:36Speaker 6: Oh, that's my favorite thing in the world.
- 19:38Speaker 8: It looked pretty good from the sounds, so good thatft
- 19:41Speaker 8: o their game for the Golden Globes on that.
- 19:43Speaker 11: And they kept the sushi bar going, just kept the
- 19:45Speaker 11: fresh all night. It got thirteen hundred people.
- 19:48Speaker 8: Yeah, nobody's doing a lot of these things where they're
- 19:49Speaker 8: doing these like all you can eat brunches.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Now different locations. What I know they're doing it in Vegas.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Are you're allowed to masturbate out?
- 19:57Speaker 8: I don't know about that, but yeah, I think they've
- 20:00Speaker 8: had some pop up in Texas and in Vegas, so
- 20:03Speaker 8: look out for that.
- 20:03Speaker 2: It'd be funny if they did for like the Golden
- 20:05Speaker 2: Globes or something like that, where and they showed it
- 20:07Speaker 2: during the commercial breaks where they're going either you know,
- 20:09Speaker 2: into or out of the commercial breaks, set up a
- 20:11Speaker 2: buffet for all these people. See what and see what?
- 20:14Speaker 2: You see what they're taking. It has to be normal.
- 20:16Speaker 2: I'm talking like a Swedish meatball. Oh yeah, like a
- 20:20Speaker 2: like regular food. You open up the hood of the
- 20:22Speaker 2: one thing, it's like chicken wings in there, French fries
- 20:25Speaker 2: in one, and then the very next one has like
- 20:27Speaker 2: the cheddar, you know, the nacho cheese sauce, the nacho cheese.
- 20:31Speaker 2: I love that. And and just see what these losers take.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Correg this no poo buffet. It's it's about eighty thirventy
- 20:37Speaker 2: five eighty bucks.
- 20:37Speaker 6: But that's not bad.
- 20:39Speaker 5: That's to do like a like a special Instagram feature.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Greg go to the buffet and what I heard is
- 20:48Speaker 2: actually terrible. That's no Boo branded is the Nobu Hotel
- 20:52Speaker 2: that's inside Caesars At in Vegas. I will tell you this,
- 20:57Speaker 2: I agree with that. Not my favorite. Yeah, I heard suit,
- 21:00Speaker 2: but I have I have.
- 21:02Speaker 8: Been to the one and stayed at the one in Barcelona, Spain, Barcelona,
- 21:07Speaker 8: and that one is really really nice.
- 21:08Speaker 2: I mean you would think like, uh, Nobo Hotel would
- 21:11Speaker 2: be like super.
- 21:13Speaker 8: All I did was rebrand some old rooms and make
- 21:16Speaker 8: it a hotel.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Yeah that's it. But you read the reviews on that
- 21:20Speaker 2: because I'm going to that deaf leopard thing, yeah, you know,
- 21:23Speaker 2: and uh, we're just kind of looking seeing what's available,
- 21:26Speaker 2: and it's like I read the reviews on that and
- 21:27Speaker 2: I was surprised. I thought it was going to be no,
- 21:30Speaker 2: I mean, I thought it'd be crazy, crazy priced. I
- 21:34Speaker 2: thought it was going to be like, you know, over
- 21:35Speaker 2: the top, like about you know, how like nice and
- 21:38Speaker 2: luxury it is.
- 21:39Speaker 8: But out of all their properties, that's the worst one.
- 21:42Speaker 8: The Cabo Resort is badass too.
- 21:45Speaker 2: All right. Well yeah, hey pro tip, yes to stay away,
- 21:49Speaker 2: stay away from the Nobu Hotel in Vegas. Okay, good time,

- 24:13Speaker 2: their course. Yeah, and you know, that's that's my thing.
- 24:16Speaker 2: I think I mentioned this before because I was running
- 24:19Speaker 2: into a thing where I would get into a new
- 24:21Speaker 2: show and inevitably they just cancel it.
- 24:24Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Yeah, And so now it's like, you know, I'm gonna
- 24:27Speaker 2: wait until the series has run its course, binge it.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Then I'll because you'll have the whole thing. You have
- 24:33Speaker 2: to wait for the next season. You will be sitting
- 24:35Speaker 2: there on edge about like the next episodes of Stranger Things,
- 24:38Speaker 2: how people were doing that or you know, like I
- 24:40Speaker 2: didn't watch Breaking Bad until the whole thing was done.
- 24:43Speaker 6: Same a Sopranos too.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Sopranos seven times now. I watched Sopranos as
- 24:49Speaker 2: it happened.
- 24:49Speaker 13: But we like with Pluribus, the show that that seafast
- 24:53Speaker 13: and I like, it's not coming back to twenty twenty seven.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Give us some time. That's the thing. You're gonna forget
- 24:58Speaker 2: the plot. No, now, I don't know is this show
- 25:02Speaker 2: still on? Like I know Samy just started watching Downton Abbey.
- 25:05Speaker 12: Yes, I did start watching it. I'm loving it.
- 25:07Speaker 7: I just started season two.
- 25:08Speaker 6: I can't stop watching it. It's perfect for you.
- 25:11Speaker 2: The original like not the movie I used to watch.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Write Yeah, I've never seen that. Sounds like something I
- 25:16Speaker 2: would hate. Oh no, Abby, Now you were watching The
- 25:19Speaker 2: Crown or something. Weren't you like?
- 25:21Speaker 11: Why I could you like to watch some of it?
- 25:23Speaker 11: I watched some of the Royal Family stuff. I thought
- 25:26Speaker 11: The Crown was decent. I didn't really follow it that much.
- 25:29Speaker 2: It's funny how much you love that Royal family nonsense.
- 25:33Speaker 11: Like up until the Queen died. Now, I don't care anything.
- 25:36Speaker 11: I don't care she was kind of Yeah, he's super hot,
- 25:42Speaker 11: but hacks, it's time for it to go a lot
- 25:44Speaker 11: of these shows that you had mentioned, it's just time.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:47Speaker 5: But but the thing that I can't stand though, like
- 25:51Speaker 5: the Pit season two back on HBO Max.
- 25:54Speaker 11: They're doing it the one week at a time thing.
- 25:56Speaker 11: Just release all you have them give. Okay, So what's what?
- 26:01Speaker 11: What's not a current show?
- 26:03Speaker 10: Uh?
- 26:03Speaker 18: Like?
- 26:03Speaker 2: So you just started watching Downton, Abby, and that's done, right,
- 26:06Speaker 2: except for there's like some movie that's the show? Is
- 26:09Speaker 2: the show is done?
- 26:10Speaker 18: Yes, it's been done for a long time. I'm very
- 26:12Speaker 18: behind on ever watching it.
- 26:13Speaker 2: And not and not a rewatch, not going back and
- 26:16Speaker 2: doing a rewatch. But what is a What is the
- 26:18Speaker 2: show that you haven't watched? Like for me, mad Men.
- 26:25Speaker 12: Started watching I've never so good.
- 26:29Speaker 2: I think I watched one episode it was brand new,
- 26:32Speaker 2: and then I just I just never came back to it.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Not because I didn't and I don't remember if I
- 26:36Speaker 2: liked it or not, but I just didn't have the
- 26:40Speaker 2: commitment to it.
- 26:41Speaker 18: I think you would like it, especially if you liked
- 26:43Speaker 18: Marvelous Missus Maisel, Like this is kind of the same time.
- 26:46Speaker 13: Period but more but but it's more not serious.
- 26:50Speaker 6: But less like Frilly.
- 26:51Speaker 13: Yes, yeah, but it's more misogyny, right, you can handle
- 26:57Speaker 13: you know my favorite Masago?
- 27:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that says entertainment. So as that's an example,
- 27:05Speaker 2: like a show's completed on you've never watched any of it.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Is there any show like that?
- 27:09Speaker 6: Like I just got I.
- 27:11Speaker 11: Tried the Sopranos. I watched one episode. I said this
- 27:14Speaker 11: is so f and boring and I stopped.
- 27:16Speaker 2: That kills me. You don't you don't have a show
- 27:18Speaker 2: like hanging out. See that's the thing. It was. When
- 27:21Speaker 2: you're talking about people without kids, they have all.
- 27:24Speaker 8: The time to you know, you out all the Yeah,
- 27:27Speaker 8: and then Greg just ends up watching Jexy for the
- 27:30Speaker 8: fifteen watching Bad four.
- 27:33Speaker 13: Times, the one I have never gotten into. Everyone said,
- 27:36Speaker 13: you love Sprouse, you love this, you love that, you're
- 27:38Speaker 13: breaking bad.
- 27:38Speaker 6: You have to watch the Wire. I just never good,
- 27:42Speaker 6: never did.
- 27:43Speaker 2: It's a little over hyped, but yeah, good. What's the
- 27:45Speaker 2: one you told me about the commission? Is that the one?
- 27:47Speaker 2: Or no? The Shield? The Shield? Yeah, the Shield is
- 27:50Speaker 2: really good, isn't it the same? Dude, Michael chicklas The Shield?
- 27:56Speaker 2: The Shield is great.
- 27:57Speaker 4: That's that.
- 27:57Speaker 2: I mean that I think you would really violent, right, Yeah? Okay, helly.
- 28:01Speaker 2: I mean it's about you know, you know, corrupt cops
- 28:04Speaker 2: and there you go.
- 28:05Speaker 13: There's there's one show I'm totally into right now and
- 28:08Speaker 13: I'd never heard of it, but it's from a few
- 28:09Speaker 13: years ago. I just found it and now I can't
- 28:11Speaker 13: stop watching it. It's called Castle Rock. It has it's
- 28:14Speaker 13: a couple of season that way, it's basically based on
- 28:19Speaker 13: all like Stephen king Lore. It's fantastic.
- 28:23Speaker 2: It's a question on the text show. It's already done.
- 28:25Speaker 2: It's Ryn's course. It's had a beginning and an end.
- 28:29Speaker 2: You haven't watched yet, but it's on your on your
- 28:31Speaker 2: to do list. What is it hit us up on
- 28:33Speaker 2: the text over to two two nine eighty seven. I
- 28:36Speaker 2: thought we're gonna have more time for this conversation, but
- 28:37Speaker 2: we don't, so we'll come back more. What a show next?
- 28:39Speaker 2: Hang on the show and we get right into another
- 28:51Speaker 2: new hour in sensitivity training for a politically correct world.
- 28:56Speaker 2: That's great, gory high Woody, there's a menace?
- 28:58Speaker 1: What is up?
- 28:59Speaker 2: High Ground?
- 29:00Speaker 19: Hi?

- 29:13Speaker 2: text us check in over to two to nine eight
- 29:16Speaker 2: seven and we check in with Gina ground. Who's got
- 29:18Speaker 2: the trending news headlines?
- 29:20Speaker 20: Yeah.
- 29:20Speaker 13: At least thirty one people were killed and sixty four
- 29:23Speaker 13: others injured after this construction crane collapsed onto a moving
- 29:27Speaker 13: passenger train in Thailand today. Authorities say the train was
- 29:31Speaker 13: in between stations and when the crane hit it, it derailed,
- 29:34Speaker 13: it caught fire. A bunch of people were trapped inside.
- 29:37Speaker 13: The crane was being used to build this overhead railway
- 29:39Speaker 13: on top of the existing track and an investigations launch
- 29:42Speaker 13: to see what the hell happened.
- 29:44Speaker 2: I don't like driving under overpasses when they're constructing them,
- 29:47Speaker 2: you know, I always think like something's gonna fall.
- 29:49Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm above times it does, because.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Like when you when you drive underneath them and they
- 29:53Speaker 2: haven't put the road surface on the overpass yet, you're
- 29:56Speaker 2: looking up and it's like, yeah, or just random pieces
- 29:58Speaker 2: of wood just kind of you know, danglars blaging across that. Yeah,
- 30:02Speaker 2: I'm not unnerved by a lot. I don't like that.
- 30:05Speaker 2: And I don't like driving in between two tractor trailer trucks.
- 30:09Speaker 2: There's like three lanes more in that middle lane, yeah, that,
- 30:14Speaker 2: and there's one more when they have the lane closed off,
- 30:18Speaker 2: like kind of the left they have like one of
- 30:20Speaker 2: those like cement barriers, but there's no shoulder. You're in
- 30:24Speaker 2: the left lane, but there's no shoulder on that. Yeah,
- 30:28Speaker 2: And it's like, oh man, I'm gonna take a mirror
- 30:29Speaker 2: off exactly, Yeah, because I can't. I mean, that's the situation.
- 30:33Speaker 2: I really have to pay attention. I can't text and drive.
- 30:37Speaker 2: They can't stare with your name, right, yeah, exactly. How
- 30:39Speaker 2: am I supposed to not have to pay attention and
- 30:42Speaker 2: put both hands.
- 30:43Speaker 8: On the wheel to put itself on a bagel. Out
- 30:46Speaker 8: of all the people in the room, I would think
- 30:48Speaker 8: it would probably be Sea Bass. What are your thoughts
- 30:50Speaker 8: on probably visiting Thailand? Like, I'm a I want to go.
- 30:53Speaker 8: I hear great things, but I'm kind of afraid to go. Yeah, well,
- 30:57Speaker 8: I actually because all the crazy stuff like you just said.
- 31:00Speaker 8: And then I have a friend of a friend that
- 31:02Speaker 8: went to Thailand and he was in a taxi on
- 31:04Speaker 8: a highway and it ran out of gas and then
- 31:06Speaker 8: got rear ended and he got killed.
- 31:08Speaker 2: Oh my god. There's that, But then there's also you know, lady, lady,
- 31:16Speaker 2: I'm just I don't know if I'm willing to risk.
- 31:19Speaker 5: Well, I've actually I was going to go. That's why
- 31:20Speaker 5: I got my raby shot because you know, monkeys. And
- 31:22Speaker 5: then I just been pushing because I've got a flight
- 31:24Speaker 5: to Singapore that I just keep pushing back and pushing
- 31:26Speaker 5: back because doing their stuff.
- 31:28Speaker 2: So it's on my list, Menut, I do want to
- 31:29Speaker 2: fly on Singapore Airlines.
- 31:31Speaker 20: Yeah.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Ever since we did that fly in Dubai thing on Emirates,
- 31:35Speaker 2: I keep getting things in my feed about Singapore Airlines
- 31:39Speaker 2: and like Wow, that does look nice. Yeah, I have
- 31:41Speaker 2: the same deal. I would never leave the airport. I
- 31:44Speaker 2: just want to see the plane. I just want to
- 31:45Speaker 2: see the plane.
- 31:46Speaker 8: But yeah, there's like two more places on my list
- 31:48Speaker 8: that I really want to go with Singapore and then
- 31:50Speaker 8: South Korea. But the yeah, the airlines, it just seems
- 31:55Speaker 8: crazy because Singapore is the last what is it you
- 32:00Speaker 8: universal studios on my list of all the universal studios
- 32:03Speaker 8: in the world.
- 32:04Speaker 6: Wow.
- 32:04Speaker 5: Yeah, how long is that flight? I book on book? Yeah,
- 32:09Speaker 5: like sixteen.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Sixteen sixteen to Dubai.
- 32:12Speaker 6: And the flight attendants look like supermodels, just.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Like they do that to save gas, you know.
- 32:21Speaker 6: Because they're lighter.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I see not as much load, right, but that's true. Right.
- 32:26Speaker 8: They have like one thing where they like got rid
- 32:29Speaker 8: of like one olive and it saved like a bunch
- 32:31Speaker 8: of gas money.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, the airlines will do stuffing all the seat
- 32:35Speaker 2: back screens. They took those off. They take yeah, because
- 32:40Speaker 2: they can just have it. Everybody's got their tablets and
- 32:41Speaker 2: their phones and stuff. Anyways, they don't need to have
- 32:43Speaker 2: those screens there because you can just use your own thing,
- 32:45Speaker 2: and they'll do it through the so that collectively through
- 32:48Speaker 2: every seat saves a ton of a ton of weight.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Therefore you're burning let's gas, therefore you're saving more money.
- 32:54Speaker 5: Is saying, there's a famous story that apparently American Airlines
- 32:57Speaker 5: saved forty dollars having skinny chicks and seven by living
- 33:00Speaker 5: in an olive from their.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Having just like hot.
- 33:06Speaker 6: Right exactly, it doesn't save these days on.
- 33:09Speaker 2: That sons amazing both medicines. He bass will enjoy it
- 33:12Speaker 2: a right text. Well.
- 33:16Speaker 13: President Trump is warning Iran not to execute people who've
- 33:19Speaker 13: been arrested during the protests over there, and says the
- 33:21Speaker 13: US will take quote very strong action if they move
- 33:24Speaker 13: forward with hangings. Iran has been dealing with a ton
- 33:28Speaker 13: of unrest, reports of thousands of protesters have already been
- 33:31Speaker 13: killed by security forces. And the protest started over a
- 33:34Speaker 13: brutal economic situation, high sky, high inflation, week currency, food
- 33:39Speaker 13: prices that people can't afford. But over time it's grown
- 33:41Speaker 13: into this bigger thing, with people taking to the streets
- 33:44Speaker 13: not just over money, but challenging the government which they
- 33:47Speaker 13: don't love, and women showing their hair and dancing in
- 33:50Speaker 13: the streets and wearing Western clothes and demanding regime change.
- 33:53Speaker 6: And this is all like a really big deal.
- 33:55Speaker 2: That's the story I've never read about in the New
- 33:57Speaker 2: Year because I've you know, given up news. Yeah, yeah,
- 34:01Speaker 2: so I know there's been talk about Iran, but I
- 34:02Speaker 2: thought it just because whatever happened before, what's happening now?
- 34:06Speaker 11: You're executing people. Have you seen pictures of Iran in
- 34:09Speaker 11: the early seventh women at the bees and they're just living.
- 34:14Speaker 6: Totally like just Western women.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Yeah, having that now it's public hangings.
- 34:19Speaker 6: Yeah, exactly, in public.
- 34:21Speaker 2: We can send some comedians over there to make it all.
- 34:23Speaker 6: Better, right, exactly, thank you exactly.
- 34:25Speaker 2: But what will the hashtag be?
- 34:27Speaker 13: Well, it looks like Woody will be watching the Steelers
- 34:30Speaker 13: games next season because Mike Tomlin stepped down as head coach.
- 34:34Speaker 2: Hip. It's what I wanted, yep, And then when I
- 34:37Speaker 2: got it, I was a little sad about it. Right Wait, No,
- 34:42Speaker 2: it's it's one of those Okay, has anybody been in
- 34:44Speaker 2: a bad relationship that you knew had to end? But
- 34:47Speaker 2: still it was a little sad that it was like,
- 34:50Speaker 2: this isn't working.
- 34:51Speaker 9: You know.
- 34:52Speaker 8: Did you see those thank you videos like from fans
- 34:54Speaker 8: even though they're like happy's gone, but they did put
- 34:57Speaker 8: like montages together as a Steeler.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Fan, it's time. It's time for something else, right, to
- 35:02Speaker 2: try something different. He was a great coach and did
- 35:06Speaker 2: a lot of great stuff. But yeah, watching some of
- 35:08Speaker 2: that stuff, I'm like, oh, that's kind of a bummer. Wow,
- 35:10Speaker 2: I'm happy. I'm happy they've done it.
- 35:12Speaker 6: It had to be done.
- 35:13Speaker 2: It was definitely. Uh he's stepping out and kind of
- 35:17Speaker 2: being pushed at the same time. Clearly it's mutual. Yeah.
- 35:20Speaker 13: Yeah, Well Tomlin had two years left on his contract,
- 35:23Speaker 13: so any team would have to go through the Steelers
- 35:25Speaker 13: to get him. But it's looking like he'll end up
- 35:27Speaker 13: doing the TV thing. How do you feel about that?
- 35:29Speaker 13: Just to football for season or two and.
- 35:31Speaker 2: It's best and like press conferences and stuff, the Tomlins.
- 35:34Speaker 6: Yeah, that's where he's best. They said Fox will probably
- 35:36Speaker 6: pick him up.
- 35:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that's there. They're like the leading network right now. Yeah.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Well I didn't, I like halfway saw it.
- 35:43Speaker 8: But were they asking like the owner of the Vikings
- 35:46Speaker 8: if they would pick him up or something like that.
- 35:48Speaker 2: No, that was the owner of the Ravens. The Ravens
- 35:50Speaker 2: because their coaches out. It'sburgh's coaches out. I mean the
- 35:53Speaker 2: NFC North the only team that still has their coaches.
- 35:56Speaker 2: The Bengals for now, like the Browns, Steelers, and Ravens
- 35:59Speaker 2: are all looking for a new head.
- 36:00Speaker 6: Coaches, but coaches.
- 36:01Speaker 2: Yeah, they were the two longest tenured coaches in the league,
- 36:04Speaker 2: Barba and Tomlins. So they're saying, wouldn't that be funny
- 36:06Speaker 2: if they switched. Yeah, but it would never happen because again,
- 36:09Speaker 2: the Steelers still have the coaching rights for Tom and
- 36:11Speaker 2: for the next two years, so any team that would
- 36:13Speaker 2: be interested in taking him, they could trade, they could
- 36:15Speaker 2: do something like that. But that's probably why he's going
- 36:18Speaker 2: to do the TV thing for the next year or
- 36:19Speaker 2: two and then you can go.
- 36:20Speaker 6: Do whatever and then no hard feelings, right if he's
- 36:23Speaker 6: doing that well.
- 36:24Speaker 13: Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams passed away yesterday at sixty eight
- 36:28Speaker 13: years old. You know, he created that comic strip back
- 36:31Speaker 13: in nineteen eighty nine.
- 36:32Speaker 6: It was a huge success.
- 36:33Speaker 13: Dilbert earned all kinds of awards, merchandise, had a TV run.
- 36:37Speaker 13: Do you remember that nineteen ninety nine Morgan, this.
- 36:41Speaker 12: Is the cartoon with the guy with the tie, Yeah,
- 36:43Speaker 12: over shoulders, glasses culture.
- 36:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 36:47Speaker 13: He was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Lest Spring and his wife,
- 36:50Speaker 13: his ex wife made the announcement on YouTube, and she
- 36:52Speaker 13: read a part of a note that he had written.
- 36:53Speaker 13: It said, if you're reading this, things did not go
- 36:56Speaker 13: well for me at the end. Adams said via the note,
- 36:59Speaker 13: I had an amazing life. Be useful, and please know
- 37:02Speaker 13: I loved you all to the very end. And we
- 37:05Speaker 13: got some Timothy bus Field updates after he turned himself
- 37:09Speaker 13: in after federal agents launched a man hunt looking for him.
- 37:14Speaker 6: It was a whole thing.
- 37:15Speaker 13: Ten US marshals in full gear went to his house
- 37:18Speaker 13: in upstate New York, busted down his door, cleared the house,
- 37:21Speaker 13: and found no one there since he had already left
- 37:23Speaker 13: for New Mexico to deal with all this Grove.
- 37:26Speaker 2: This is the guy that's married to the Gilbert Yeah,
- 37:29Speaker 2: little house in the prairie chick, right right. And then
- 37:32Speaker 2: there was a kid or something on the set of
- 37:34Speaker 2: one of the shows that he allegedly assaulted or did
- 37:37Speaker 2: something to.
- 37:39Speaker 13: Yeah, well he really I'm thinking the same, that's one exactly.
- 37:44Speaker 13: And he released this video talking about what's going on.
- 37:46Speaker 13: It looks like it was filmed at a hotel room.
- 37:49Speaker 13: And here's what he had to say about the whole thing.
- 37:51Speaker 2: All right. Here we got's see if we get it's Kim.
- 37:55Speaker 3: I'm sure most of you know they're watching this that
- 37:58Speaker 3: I was ordered to come to Albuquerque. I'm here now.
- 38:03Speaker 3: I got to call Friday night, I had to get
- 38:05Speaker 3: a lawyer. Saturday, I got in a car. I drove
- 38:07Speaker 3: two thousand miles to Albuquerque. I'm going to confront these lies.
- 38:12Speaker 3: They're horrible. They're all lies, and I did not do
- 38:15Speaker 3: anything to those little boys. And I'm I'm gonna fight it.
- 38:20Speaker 3: I'm gonna fight it with a great team.
- 38:22Speaker 2: Uh.
- 38:23Speaker 3: And I'm gonna be exonerated. I know I am, because
- 38:25Speaker 3: this is all so wrong and all lies.
- 38:28Speaker 2: So hang in there.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Uh and hopefully I'm out real soon. Uh and and
- 38:33Speaker 3: back back to work. And I love everybody for supporting me.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Thank you. Yeah, Albuquerque.
- 38:41Speaker 8: Well, even if he is exonerated, like back to work
- 38:45Speaker 8: right away. Also, once you're accused of that kind of
- 38:47Speaker 8: stuff and that and that, and that's what's wrong.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Like if he is cleared, you know of all this
- 38:53Speaker 2: stuff that is wrong, that people still won't that's.
- 38:56Speaker 6: What they're going to remember as you got accused of you.
- 38:58Speaker 2: Yeah, then you know still still won't approach him for opportunities. Yeah, Yeah,
- 39:02Speaker 2: my favorite part is hanging there.
- 39:03Speaker 13: Yeah, Greg, we're going to hang in there, right, do
- 39:05Speaker 13: you guys hanging?
- 39:09Speaker 6: Yeah? I think it was just tap dancing at the end.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Dude had no idea who this was. This is this
- 39:13Speaker 2: is Poindexter. Yeah, very sad.
- 39:17Speaker 6: Isn't that crazy?
- 39:18Speaker 13: Well, let's talk about another actor, key for Sutherland was
- 39:21Speaker 13: arrested early Monday morning after a ride shareage incident went wrong.
- 39:27Speaker 6: Reports say that he.
- 39:27Speaker 13: Got into the car and then allegedly assaulted the driver
- 39:30Speaker 13: for some reason.
- 39:31Speaker 2: Isn't that what? What's his face to the quarterback guy?
- 39:34Speaker 2: Mark Sanchez? All Right, well that wasn't a food delivery guy. Yeah,
- 39:39Speaker 2: I'm wandering in the alley. I'm gonna beat some guys.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Yeah right, yeah.
- 39:42Speaker 13: Well, Sutherland hasn't responded to the story, but jail records
- 39:46Speaker 13: show he was rested on suspicion of felony criminal threats
- 39:49Speaker 13: and it went down in l a and under California
- 39:51Speaker 13: law criminal threats involving communicating a threat of serious harm
- 39:55Speaker 13: or death to the victim that can carry a three
- 39:57Speaker 13: year prison sentence. Sutherland posted fifty thousand dollars bond and
- 40:01Speaker 13: is in doing court next month. But sevest this made
- 40:04Speaker 13: me think of you, because if you do this kind
- 40:06Speaker 13: of thing in California, just threatening, you could be a
- 40:10Speaker 13: three year prison prison sentence.
- 40:12Speaker 5: Well it wouldn't be for a first time or but
- 40:14Speaker 5: still you're you're exactly correct, Gina. And because this is
- 40:16Speaker 5: what he said, you shouldn't go to Jaifford threatening to
- 40:19Speaker 5: kill somebody.
- 40:19Speaker 2: No, no, you can, you can't do that. I think
- 40:23Speaker 2: it's how it's said. I think we need not just
- 40:26Speaker 2: black and white. Well, because think about how many times
- 40:29Speaker 2: have you said, you know whatever, two number of punch
- 40:32Speaker 2: this guy in the face, Like, do you really mean
- 40:33Speaker 2: you're gonna punch something?
- 40:35Speaker 5: Time and place makes a difference. If you're mad at
- 40:37Speaker 5: somebody you don't know in the heat of the moment,
- 40:39Speaker 5: they have no way of knowing that you're you're quote kidding.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Or your character. Yeah, it's your tone. Yeah.
- 40:49Speaker 13: Well, finally, just in time for Valentine's Day, I know
- 40:52Speaker 13: you're gonna love this, Greg because you love like clutter
- 40:54Speaker 13: and like crap and fun stuff. Lowe's has their viral
- 40:58Speaker 13: mini buckets they're making. Yeah, they were released last fall.
- 41:04Speaker 13: Shoppers went insane for them, and they're two bucks apiece
- 41:07Speaker 13: this time around instead of the famous Low's blue.
- 41:10Speaker 6: The buckets are going to be in pink.
- 41:14Speaker 2: What do you think they do? I can see all
- 41:15Speaker 2: the dudes on the construction site totally put it right. Yeah,
- 41:20Speaker 2: they'll put it right next to the little booboo.
- 41:21Speaker 13: Well, these are a big hit on social media. The
- 41:23Speaker 13: buckets are like a half a court and they have
- 41:26Speaker 13: lots of different uses. People are showing stationary holders, makeshift
- 41:30Speaker 13: vases or.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Vases if you will, like sixteen whole ounces.
- 41:33Speaker 6: Yes tops for iced coffee, and one user found that
- 41:36Speaker 6: you can hold seventy five dollars worth of quarters in
- 41:39Speaker 6: that thing.
- 41:39Speaker 16: Oh.
- 41:39Speaker 13: The buckets are still available for a limited time, and
- 41:42Speaker 13: Lows says that over one hundred thousand of these little
- 41:45Speaker 13: efforts have already been sold.
- 41:47Speaker 7: I hate to a minute. I think they're cute.
- 41:49Speaker 12: They are cute even to do with it.
- 41:50Speaker 2: I don't know why do we need this is the
- 41:53Speaker 2: fiftieth cute thing exactly.
- 41:54Speaker 18: I'm not going to go buy it like drink out
- 41:56Speaker 18: and it's two dollars.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Plastic, So just throw the two dollars, you know?
- 42:01Speaker 4: Uh?
- 42:02Speaker 2: Is Trader Joe still doing the little mini Yes they are.
- 42:05Speaker 7: They have a stand by them, so you don't buy yeah,
- 42:08Speaker 7: exactly I'm.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Saying, is that a year round thing. They do them
- 42:11Speaker 2: different for each holidays.
- 42:12Speaker 7: Now how we ones?
- 42:13Speaker 18: They've had Easter ones they also this year and I
- 42:16Speaker 18: bought some obviously had like Christmas ones, but little kind
- 42:19Speaker 18: of plastic Christmas ones that you could give.
- 42:21Speaker 2: Gifts in that. It's amazing and not really.
- 42:25Speaker 7: Did I buy one.
- 42:26Speaker 18: I had someone give me a gift in one of them,
- 42:28Speaker 18: and I was like the Trader Joe's bags.
- 42:32Speaker 11: You could at least buy it and use it as
- 42:34Speaker 11: a gift bag that at least has a purpose.
- 42:36Speaker 6: Not putting your flowers in it.
- 42:37Speaker 11: But you can look at something at the store and
- 42:39Speaker 11: can say, oh, that's cute. Doesn't mean you have to
- 42:41Speaker 11: get it. You could take a picture of it on
- 42:43Speaker 11: your kitchen calendar.
- 42:44Speaker 12: Right, I'm not going to go buy one, but they're cute.
- 42:47Speaker 2: But if nobody buys one, Greg, they'll never make them
- 42:50Speaker 2: and then we won't have those cute things to see
- 42:51Speaker 2: when we're at the store.
- 42:54Speaker 7: I should go buy one, all right.
- 42:58Speaker 2: So you know we have our YouTube page h YouTube
- 43:01Speaker 2: dot com, Slash the Wi Show. You can get to
- 43:03Speaker 2: it there animated podcast on the animated podcast out there.
- 43:07Speaker 2: We have a new one, my animated podcast. Did you
- 43:11Speaker 2: post the link already there? Min This is already yes,
- 43:13Speaker 2: since up at dot com slash the Lettle Show. Right now,
- 43:16Speaker 2: I'm looking at it all right, Well, I'm gonna I'm
- 43:18Speaker 2: gonna play it for you. And then uh and then
- 43:20Speaker 2: Sammy has like a little kind of related follow up thing,
- 43:22Speaker 2: you know, and she uh, she was reminded about this,
- 43:26Speaker 2: uh with our around a bush or bear.
- 43:28Speaker 12: Oh yeah, yeah, I'm in training.
- 43:31Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, and then this animated podcast, you best
- 43:33Speaker 2: tell us all about it.
- 43:34Speaker 5: Well, it's one of Greg's many, many stories about doing
- 43:37Speaker 5: outdoor yard work, except this time it doesn't it doesn't
- 43:42Speaker 5: end up in him having sex.
- 43:43Speaker 2: In his yard. Watch. Yeah, so it's with a twist.
- 43:49Speaker 11: I was being all manly. I was taking care of
- 43:51Speaker 11: this rock project I wanted to do. I was getting
- 43:53Speaker 11: rid of wood chips and putting in rocks. Take the truck,
- 43:56Speaker 11: go to home to Pope, get a cart full of
- 43:58Speaker 11: these rocks so heavy I can barely push it. I
- 44:01Speaker 11: go to the register in the garden section, bringing up
- 44:04Speaker 11: my rocks, about to go back to my truck, and
- 44:06Speaker 11: as I'm putting my card back in my wallet, a
- 44:10Speaker 11: june bug comes and goes right by my ear and
- 44:13Speaker 11: hits me in the side of the head, right in
- 44:14Speaker 11: front of the cashier. These two young girls, I went,
- 44:20Speaker 11: they were laughing at me so hard, this manly man
- 44:24Speaker 11: I almost had, So do you want your receipt? And
- 44:29Speaker 11: I said, yeah, my god, and the bug would have
- 44:35Speaker 11: killed you.
- 44:35Speaker 2: It probably would have bitten me. One other thing is
- 44:41Speaker 2: we have these like little conversations on the air, and
- 44:43Speaker 2: then an animation team takes the audio and makes a
- 44:46Speaker 2: little cartoon episode out of it, and we have it
- 44:50Speaker 2: posted for you right now. There are dozens and dozens
- 44:52Speaker 2: and dozens of them that you could see right there
- 44:54Speaker 2: on our YouTube page what he showed. Animated podcasts just
- 44:57Speaker 2: go to the Woodies Show dot com are our social media.
- 45:01Speaker 2: We have mall posted there, and.
- 45:03Speaker 11: This particular one the animator nailed it, like this is
- 45:07Speaker 11: essentially a documentary.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Yeah, Sammy, so you got reminded about something hearing Morgan's
- 45:16Speaker 2: Bush of Bear from the Reptile Convention. We're talking about
- 45:19Speaker 2: all the other things they sell there, like millipedes and
- 45:23Speaker 2: the giant cockroach that Morgan held hand. I mean it
- 45:29Speaker 2: was a lobster's Seriously, it really was huge, like a
- 45:33Speaker 2: giant prawn. Almost a lot of times Greg exaggerates it
- 45:36Speaker 2: was like a billion dollars. Okay, you know that's Greg's thing.
- 45:41Speaker 2: He's not exaggering this thing. It's the biggest cockroach I've
- 45:46Speaker 2: ever seen, in the size of a hamster. I'd say, yeah, yeah,
- 45:48Speaker 2: it's chunky, you held it huge.
- 45:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 45:51Speaker 18: So when we were on break, you guys, I went
- 45:54Speaker 18: into the kitchen just to get coffee where we get
- 45:57Speaker 18: coffee every morning, and there was a cockad right on
- 46:01Speaker 18: the floor right there, and it looked just like the
- 46:05Speaker 18: one that we had in this one.
- 46:07Speaker 11: I wonder if it's the actual one missing nikes.
- 46:14Speaker 2: Yeah, So I walked in and it was.
- 46:17Speaker 12: It was just right.
- 46:18Speaker 7: There's a different one. That's a different ones.
- 46:22Speaker 12: We just have cockroaches.
- 46:24Speaker 6: That's a full, like life sized alien from another planet.
- 46:26Speaker 2: They're everywhere, Yeah.
- 46:28Speaker 21: But building, oh yeah, in the kitchen and the other
- 46:33Speaker 21: day yeah that's right, yeah.
- 46:35Speaker 6: Yeah, the other day that's one that we're getting made
- 46:37Speaker 6: out with frenched it.
- 46:39Speaker 2: How would they get up here? There's food in the walls.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Why would they think there's food here even though were
- 46:46Speaker 2: fat pigs? Well, like you're outside, but many floors up right, exactly.
- 46:50Speaker 8: You can imagine the first floor, then it has to
- 46:52Speaker 8: be full of roaches, probably.
- 46:53Speaker 2: If there's roaches all the way up here.
- 46:56Speaker 6: But betweens and commercial things are in the.
- 46:59Speaker 2: Wall right everywhere Grace's background. Now there has to be
- 47:03Speaker 2: a cluster of them somewhere. It doesn't surprise me. I
- 47:06Speaker 2: just I just assume that these things are kind of everywhere.
- 47:10Speaker 2: My cockroaches absolutely.
- 47:13Speaker 6: In the middle of the floor like that was.
- 47:15Speaker 18: And I thought of Greg, because Greg is usually the
- 47:17Speaker 18: first person at that coffee machine in the morning, so
- 47:20Speaker 18: he would break It would have been Greg by himself
- 47:23Speaker 18: walking up to that cor.
- 47:25Speaker 11: I've seen a roach in that little kitchen area one time.
- 47:28Speaker 11: And then Sea Bess found a roach in the bathroom
- 47:30Speaker 11: way down the hall many many years ago. And to
- 47:34Speaker 11: this day, I walked into that bathroom and I stand
- 47:36Speaker 11: and scan the room first, thinking about that. But speaking
- 47:41Speaker 11: of roaches on high places, when I went to Australia,
- 47:44Speaker 11: I was there Pie it was fantastic. A thousand years ago.
- 47:48Speaker 11: I stayed at the Penthouse suite of this hotel.
- 47:51Speaker 2: And look at me.
- 47:52Speaker 11: Well, my friend, my friend, my friend won a trip
- 47:56Speaker 11: and we went and so we're at the Penthouse and
- 47:59Speaker 11: I can't remember the floor. Thirty ninth floor cockroach comes
- 48:02Speaker 11: coming out of the ac vent.
- 48:04Speaker 12: Oh my gosh.
- 48:05Speaker 11: So we called the front desk. They sent up a
- 48:07Speaker 11: guy and he looked at it and he's like, oh,
- 48:08Speaker 11: those are the ones that fly.
- 48:12Speaker 2: So I just text over they fly, Yeah, some of
- 48:16Speaker 2: them do.
- 48:17Speaker 12: And what did you do with it, Sammy? Did you
- 48:19Speaker 12: pick it up? Like take it outside by the trash?
- 48:21Speaker 18: I left it there, and typically this is not my job, person,
- 48:26Speaker 18: but I saw that cockroach right there, and I just
- 48:27Speaker 18: got my coffee and.
- 48:28Speaker 12: I left and I'm like, no, I'm cleaning this up.
- 48:30Speaker 12: It's already dead.
- 48:31Speaker 7: Yeah, I get you.
- 48:33Speaker 2: She's the one that would pick it up and take
- 48:35Speaker 2: it outside if it was alive.
- 48:36Speaker 7: I would have taken it outside.
- 48:38Speaker 18: No, Sammy, because there is also another saw, which is
- 48:42Speaker 18: that I did want other people to see it so
- 48:44Speaker 18: that they could let people know.
- 48:46Speaker 2: That's good text. A couple of them coming in saying
- 48:49Speaker 2: cockroaches are attracted to cardboard, so if you have a
- 48:51Speaker 2: lot of cardboard boxes lying around, that could be a
- 48:53Speaker 2: culpritor somebody else said that roaches come through your vent
- 48:56Speaker 2: pipes that are hooked up to your floor drains, so
- 49:00Speaker 2: there's water in the pea trap. The roach is just
- 49:03Speaker 2: you know, going right through the matter what floor you're on,
- 49:05Speaker 2: ten floor, fifteen floor, doesn't matter. They like it doesn't
- 49:08Speaker 2: It doesn't surprise me because they can eat it cardboard.
- 49:12Speaker 2: That's what it says. Why why do people have such
- 49:16Speaker 2: a reaction to cockroaches, like they don't bite? Do they know?
- 49:21Speaker 6: I don't think so?
- 49:23Speaker 2: Very associated with being dirty, right, that's what it is.
- 49:26Speaker 18: It implies a dirty area, a dirty area is what's
- 49:28Speaker 18: going to attract a cockroach.
- 49:29Speaker 8: Also, they're so quick, they seem like they're just discussing.
- 49:35Speaker 2: It's not a fear.
- 49:36Speaker 11: A fear of bugs isn't a fear of being bitten
- 49:39Speaker 11: or stung. It's just creepy, natural reaction.
- 49:42Speaker 2: You're going to run up your leg to your bung hole.
- 49:45Speaker 2: But people have exactly, they have a harsher reaction to
- 49:49Speaker 2: cockroaches than other bugs. Not Greg Gregg is different.
- 49:55Speaker 8: Cockroach broken the worst because they are so fast versus everything.
- 49:59Speaker 5: Also, they're not cute like butterflies at least have interesting coloration.
- 50:05Speaker 2: Grasshoppers are cute. I like grasshoppers. Prey manisters are either
- 50:10Speaker 2: they're intriguing they're cool.
- 50:12Speaker 6: They look like five French green beans.
- 50:14Speaker 7: You don't like roly polis. Those are cute.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Lady turned their heads their heads. Yeah, they look like
- 50:21Speaker 2: I always thought when I was a kid, caterpillars were cool. Yeah,
- 50:25Speaker 2: we pick them. We'd pick them off like the tree
- 50:28Speaker 2: trunks and you know, the hand, yeah, because they know
- 50:33Speaker 2: it was like holding a pipe cleaner. Yeah, all fuzzy
- 50:35Speaker 2: and stuff. Yeah, it was cool. And then we would
- 50:38Speaker 2: catch grasshoppers because like the playground at our school, they
- 50:42Speaker 2: were all over the place whatever spring fall whenever. That
- 50:44Speaker 2: was probably sprank and we'd catch them and we hold
- 50:48Speaker 2: them and you know, show our friends. But they would
- 50:49Speaker 2: always poop in your hand.
- 50:51Speaker 13: Oh yeah, I think that's they're like, they're like try
- 50:53Speaker 13: to get away.
- 50:55Speaker 2: Defense also heard them they catch them.
- 50:57Speaker 13: You didn't have a proper childhood if you didn't catch
- 50:59Speaker 13: lightning by slash fireflies a girl up three area. Right, Well, Greg,
- 51:03Speaker 13: we could do this. We do a March Sadness bracket
- 51:06Speaker 13: of Greg's saddest bug.
- 51:09Speaker 2: What we already know. Number one would probably be roach.
- 51:12Speaker 11: Yeah, but Sammy, at least that roach you found was
- 51:14Speaker 11: is currently burning in house? Yes, and if it was alive,
- 51:18Speaker 11: you would have brought it outside that I'm kind of
- 51:20Speaker 11: angry and to let it.
- 51:23Speaker 2: I guess I just have a hard time understanding fear
- 51:25Speaker 2: of things that can't hurt you. Well, like I understand sneaks, sharks, alligators, bears,
- 51:32Speaker 2: like that's not venomous. They can't hurt you. I don't
- 51:36Speaker 2: worry about that.
- 51:37Speaker 6: That's why you don't.
- 51:38Speaker 13: That's why you don't understand the terror of the glory
- 51:40Speaker 13: whole challenge because if something that's touching me and I
- 51:44Speaker 13: visibly start like having a seizure.
- 51:45Speaker 6: But you're like, but it can't hurt you, But but
- 51:47Speaker 6: it's so orrible.
- 51:48Speaker 2: Taste gross. If it can't hurt you, it's mental.
- 51:54Speaker 12: You just gotta push forward.
- 51:58Speaker 11: Who won't eat stuff because you think it has fur
- 52:00Speaker 11: on it, because that to me taste and gross or
- 52:04Speaker 11: eat you know, hair and hair, and.
- 52:07Speaker 2: But it's not right. I understand.
- 52:12Speaker 6: Your high furry horse.
- 52:13Speaker 2: No, I'm just trying to understand the view. Like I'm
- 52:15Speaker 2: just trying to have an understanding. Like if you see
- 52:17Speaker 2: something like, oh, it's a little cute, you know, bunny rabbit,
- 52:20Speaker 2: then nobody's afraid of a bunny rab right, So damn
- 52:23Speaker 2: somebody that's a fraction of its size that you're like
- 52:26Speaker 2: you're jumping on table.
- 52:29Speaker 6: Kill or its context. If you see a if I
- 52:32Speaker 6: saw a mouse.
- 52:33Speaker 13: Run through this this building, I would get on a
- 52:36Speaker 13: chair and start freaking out.
- 52:37Speaker 6: But if somebody had a pet mouse, they want to
- 52:38Speaker 6: be a hold that I.
- 52:39Speaker 2: Would even that, like that can bite you. You can
- 52:43Speaker 2: get from right, you can have something, yeah that committee
- 52:47Speaker 2: get that. Scorpions get that. Scorpions can hurt you, like
- 52:52Speaker 2: a garden snake or whatever. Yeah, yeah, weed to garter snakes.
- 52:56Speaker 8: It goes back to my initial thing. Like with the
- 52:59Speaker 8: mouse and with the roach, it's just speed that you
- 53:02Speaker 8: don't have overall control of the situation where it feels
- 53:06Speaker 8: like even though it won't hurt you, they're just so
- 53:09Speaker 8: quick that you can't handle the situation, and that that
- 53:13Speaker 8: causes the fear.
- 53:13Speaker 6: That's part of it.
- 53:14Speaker 7: I think just some people are scared of things and.
- 53:16Speaker 2: Are they're just big giant pusses. Again, I'm trying to that.
- 53:20Speaker 2: I've known Greg for you know, decades now, and you know,
- 53:24Speaker 2: just I'm just trying to I'm trying to figure out
- 53:26Speaker 2: in general why people freak out more about certain things
- 53:30Speaker 2: than other things. That could you know, be more dangerous.
- 53:32Speaker 8: I think Greg has shared this, but you know, I've
- 53:35Speaker 8: known Greg just as long. I feel that it has
- 53:38Speaker 8: ramped up. Oh, I think that fear. Definitely, Yeah, definitely,
- 53:41Speaker 8: like it's worse and worse. Ladybug landed on my hand.
- 53:44Speaker 2: I would probably have to take a shower. But what
- 53:48Speaker 2: we initially met, you what I feel it.
- 53:49Speaker 11: Wasn't that bad, maybe not even seven afraid of more
- 53:53Speaker 11: things through the.

- 54:18Speaker 2: got a little bit of redneck news for you, The
- 54:21Speaker 2: Woody Show. You own more camouflage shirts than coward ones.
- 54:27Speaker 2: We don't hear about your assol rate nick news for sure,
- 54:33Speaker 2: And usually I just focused on one thing. I got
- 54:35Speaker 2: two little tidbits of redneck news. The first one the
- 54:40Speaker 2: Pennsylvania Farm Show. They hosted their annual mullet contest. Yes,
- 54:45Speaker 2: they're in Harrisburg, about one hundred and fifty competitors and
- 54:47Speaker 2: more than a thousand spectators. It celebrates the short the front,
- 54:51Speaker 2: long the back hairstyle, once popular with hockey players and
- 54:54Speaker 2: hair metal bands. Categories included children under five, throwback mullets,
- 55:00Speaker 2: and the Patriotic Flow of Freedom award. The top prize
- 55:05Speaker 2: a Corvette Rear Bumper Trophy and went to a ten
- 55:09Speaker 2: year old kid named Drew. He is from Pennsylvania. Here
- 55:12Speaker 2: he dressed as the movie character Joe Dirt Nice and
- 55:16Speaker 2: he carried a mop as a prop. And then he
- 55:18Speaker 2: had this seven year old Ben. He showed up two
- 55:21Speaker 2: hours early wearing a shirt that said Mullet Life. And
- 55:25Speaker 2: then he had this forty three year old guy, Kyle.
- 55:28Speaker 2: He said he was inspired by watching old wrestling footage
- 55:30Speaker 2: of Hacksaw Jim Doug Briggs. This is the third year
- 55:35Speaker 2: for the contest. It's one of the few farm show
- 55:37Speaker 2: events that's opened to people from outside of the state.
- 55:41Speaker 2: So that's all one piece of redneck news from the
- 55:43Speaker 2: other one. This involves a group called Bigfoot Researchers of
- 55:47Speaker 2: the Hudson Valley. They have spent years investigating reports of
- 55:51Speaker 2: bigfoot sightings across New York's Hudson Valley. Region in the
- 55:54Speaker 2: group founded by this woman. Her name is Gail. Gail
- 56:00Speaker 2: is based out of her bait shop in Red Hook.
- 56:03Speaker 2: It has more than six thousand followers on Facebook and
- 56:05Speaker 2: members who believe that, you know, Bigfoot just roams the
- 56:09Speaker 2: local force. She'd give them something to do. So, yeah,
- 56:12Speaker 2: she came became interested to hearing a strange howl back
- 56:16Speaker 2: in nineteen eighty five that she later recognized on a
- 56:18Speaker 2: TV show about Bigfoot. Oh my god, no way. Yeah,
- 56:22Speaker 2: and so proof. Now now they're saying that they have
- 56:27Speaker 2: what they call proof that Bigfoot is living and not
- 56:31Speaker 2: just by itself. It lives in clans and they come
- 56:34Speaker 2: in different sizes and colors, multiple Yeah, and so there
- 56:38Speaker 2: you go. Bigfoot hunters claim that it's hiding in the
- 56:40Speaker 2: woods north of New York City. Yeah, now we know definitively.
- 56:46Speaker 2: You're real absolutely to the bay shop too. I wonder
- 56:49Speaker 2: if they have nightcrawlers. Just talk people down there at
- 56:51Speaker 2: the bait shop. You know, they'll tell you. And that
- 56:55Speaker 2: is today's red Nick. You see her on the Woody Show.
- 57:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I forgot we had they hadn't picked and
- 57:02Speaker 2: essays Redneck. It's been a minute. Yeah, it's been a mint.
- 57:07Speaker 2: All right, we'll take a break. More Woody Shows next,

- 58:21Speaker 2: Yeah. That one of a very very well, very well yesterday.
- 58:25Speaker 8: I mean, if you dig a little deeper, some of
- 58:27Speaker 8: my favorites is Greg's reactions to bugs. Yeah, like the
- 58:31Speaker 8: best because it's so genuine.
- 58:33Speaker 2: Yeah. You know, it's a lot of times when we're
- 58:34Speaker 2: talking about something on the show, you know we'll post
- 58:36Speaker 2: those links up there take a different thing, Yes, So
- 58:38Speaker 2: give us a follow on social media. Look for us
- 58:41Speaker 2: there at the Woody Showyama.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Did you know that China and Japan actually a different country?
- 58:49Speaker 2: Oh, if you rook at.
- 58:52Speaker 1: Map, you can see this whole thing is a China
- 58:56Speaker 1: and Japan?
- 58:57Speaker 2: Is this real beauty count we wow? No kidding? So
- 59:01Speaker 2: two different countries, and so that's how we have our
- 59:04Speaker 2: original trademark copyright game. Is it China or is it Japan?
- 59:09Speaker 2: You have to guess. Suck at this game, all right.
- 59:14Speaker 2: Sixty one year old guy shows up to the hospital
- 59:17Speaker 2: with a seven inch potato in his ass. He was
- 59:22Speaker 2: looking for a way to have some fun, went the
- 59:25Speaker 2: potato route. You know, use what you got, I guess right,
- 59:28Speaker 2: So he shoves the potato up his shoot ended up
- 59:31Speaker 2: with this unbearable pain in the middle of the night.
- 59:34Speaker 2: Way doctors shocked at how big the potato was. It's like,
- 59:37Speaker 2: damn man. They tried breaking the potato apart into pieces,
- 59:40Speaker 2: but that didn't work. Then they tried to grip it
- 59:43Speaker 2: with a wine bottle open or corster thing. That didn't
- 59:48Speaker 2: work either. Okay, now the only option was surgery. They
- 59:54Speaker 2: cut him open. That's how they got it out. He
- 59:56Speaker 2: survived the potato, but who knows if he survives the
- 59:59Speaker 2: embarrassment that comes with it. Now. When they asked him
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: why he did it, he said it was out of boredom. Yeah,
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: and it was just an accident. I obviously an accident.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure nobody intends to get a potato stuck
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: up there, stuck up their ass. We're feels like though, right,
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: Oh of course, thank you, Morgan.
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: Take one for the team.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: So is it China or Japan? So this was easy.
- 1:00:23Speaker 5: I was going to say Japan until medical corkscrew that
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: screams China.
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: Yeah, but he said he was bored They overworked in China.
- 1:00:32Speaker 13: Okay, Morgan, it's so funny you said that because I
- 1:00:34Speaker 13: was completely Japan on this, because they do weird stuff.
- 1:00:37Speaker 13: Until he said he was bored and for some reason
- 1:00:39Speaker 13: that that was more China than me. Huh, okay, so
- 1:00:42Speaker 13: you're onto something, But I think I'm still gonna go
- 1:00:45Speaker 13: to Japan.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: They like to do weird fetishing.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: Stuff messages China, you say Japan, you say China, You
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: see China, Greg.
- 1:00:51Speaker 11: I instantly thought of don't they so? Or is this
- 1:00:53Speaker 11: a myth? Like yeah, stuff like that. Weird stuff Japan like.
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: Panties they do, but they're not used.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: But they have weird games and all that. So I
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: don't know. I'm thinking Japan, Japan. Weird game shows mean
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: that got people putting potatoes out.
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: That could be a game show.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: Okayo, all right, menace China, China, China, China. The answer
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: is China, damn it. Yeah it is China.
- 1:01:16Speaker 16: Thank you.
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: That's another riveting round of is it China or Japan?
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: Here on the Woody Show, good game, good palf of this. Alright,
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: I'm getting worried. Our friends half Baked and Hammer and

- 1:02:25Speaker 2: had on the show on a regular basis, and we
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: have them all together for a round of Woodies Show Crossfire.

- 1:03:51Speaker 2: know Chicago for the wall both he did play for
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: the Cup and then the Braves. Yeah, and then Hammer
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: and Hank. I understand that you got yourself a new laptop.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: We talked to you the last time, the last time
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: we talked before the holidays, you're saying how you had
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: to get a new laptop because yours had crapped out, right,
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: and uh and Mena stepped up and he essentially brand
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: new laptop. How's that working out?
- 1:04:11Speaker 15: They get big shout to everyone at the Woody Show,
- 1:04:15Speaker 15: for give me a new laptop.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: That was that was That was all Menace. I wish,
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: you know, I wish we could say that we all
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: had something to do with that, but that was that
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: was MENACE's own doing. But I'm glad. I'm glad it
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: worked out, and you have the podcast going on that
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: seems to be going. Well, it's the it's they tell
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: us about the podcast. I'll you say it.
- 1:04:37Speaker 15: It is the hammeron Hank show What's My Buddy Ryan Hoty,
- 1:04:43Speaker 15: which is available weekly on Spotify, iHeart Radio or wherever
- 1:04:49Speaker 15: get your podcast.
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: Okay, all right, okay, you know what Hank should be.
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: He should literally be like an announcer for prices right
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: late night.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I would watch that, the announcer for Jeopardy. He
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: could do that. Well, I have a question for both
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: of you, guys and half bakes. We'll start with you
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: on this one because it is the new year. Do
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: you have any kind of New year resolution or some
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: people don't like call it the New Year's resolutions, like
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: a goal? Do you have any goals for the new year?
- 1:05:14Speaker 16: Yeah, to spend a little less and make a little more.
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: Yeah, so just kind of get the finances in line.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: That's smart. Spend less, save more.
- 1:05:25Speaker 6: That's good.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: Yeah. So do you have any kind of particular strategy
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: in mind, Like have you looked at your budget.
- 1:05:31Speaker 16: And figured out, I'm only getting twenty four hours. I
- 1:05:35Speaker 16: gotta get a little part time job.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: So you need to get to it.
- 1:05:41Speaker 16: Yeah, thank God for it every day.
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: Okay? And then how have you not decided to maybe
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: work at one of these places you have like such
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: an affection, like a like a Texas Roadhouse or or Hooters?
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Like why have you never applied to work there? Are
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: closed down us here so Texas Roadhouse? That job is
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: too hard?
- 1:06:03Speaker 9: It is?
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: Yeah, heistress, he worked there? You already did work there?
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: You did? Yeah? What did you do there for?
- 1:06:11Speaker 16: For eight months?
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: A chopped off man? And he loves that place.
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: I could see that. I worked in a similar restaurant
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: in high school. It's just it's a lot of walk
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: and you're always moving, Like what job did you have
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: in the restaurant? Were you in the kitchen or were.
- 1:06:26Speaker 16: You a bolster and a dishwasher? And it was a
- 1:06:31Speaker 16: torture chamber.
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: But non stop? Yeah, all right. So his goal for
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: hap BIG's goal for twenty twenty six is to spend
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: less and earn more. That's a good got a little
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: what about you, Hammer and Hank any goals for twenty
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: twenty six? And he read New York's resolutions.
- 1:06:49Speaker 15: Yes to be an even nicer person. Had just seen
- 1:06:52Speaker 15: the national anthem at the Central Giants game this season.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: Okay, I did see. I did see a video that
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: you posted on social media where you you you even
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: gave a little sample of you singing and talked about
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: how you sang the anthem at the Modesto Nuts game.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: And he's he's putting it out there. I mean, they say, like,
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: you don't know unless you asks. So he's putting it
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: out there that he wants to sing the national anthem
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: at the San Jose Giants game at some point in
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: this upcoming season, which is the minor league for the Giants. Yeah,
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: and and to be a nicer person, Like how could
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: you be a nicer persons? Like where do you where
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: do you think you're lacking? I think you're I think
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: you're very nice now, but like, how do you think
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: you could be a nicer person to int with people,
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: to interact with people more.
- 1:07:36Speaker 6: Yeah, let them see how nice you are.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: That'skoy. We do have we do, we do have some
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: ideas for that, fellas. And in fact, there's a one
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: opportunity I'm thinking about off the top of my head,
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: and I'm gonna ask both of you about this. But
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: you know, we're trying to get dates for dumb Ass
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: Tyler and for Menji who work here in the Woody Show,
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: because they're both single and I want to meet some ladies.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: Hank and hapicked are you are you interested in uh
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: in meeting ladies and getting eights?
- 1:08:01Speaker 16: Well you get them?
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, he wants some latinas. Oh right, Yeah,
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: that's what Hank wants. All because we're we're thinking about
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: putting together an event like just to kind of like
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: a little meet up, and we're gonna encourage some some
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: single ladies to come on out and to meet people
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: like dumb Ass Tyler and Menji and if and if
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: you guys would would like to come, once we get
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: all the details and everything kind of sorted out, we
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: would like to invite you guys as our personal guest.
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: We'd bring you in, uh to to be a part
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: of that event.
- 1:08:32Speaker 16: Whopper, all.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: Right, all right, because I know that Yeah, look, I
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: know there's a lot of people who would be really
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: interested to meet to meet both of you. Hank, can
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: we count you in for that as well?
- 1:08:45Speaker 15: Or what interesting.
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: Is that? That's non committal? You say it's interesting? Is
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: that something that you would be you would be interested
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: in attending?
- 1:08:55Speaker 15: Yeah, okay, DJ.
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: Promoting. All right, Well let's uh, let's let's ask you
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: guys about some questions. What do you show crossfire getting
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: these guys depending on different things that are that are
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: happening out there are different things that you're seeing maybe
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: in the news. And one of the things that that
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: we have seen here just over the past week is
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: the news about the new autism Barbie. The new autism Barbie. Now,
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: I'm all man, So I don't buy junk like that junk. Well,
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: I don't buy them.
- 1:09:31Speaker 16: I don't know it's a treasure.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: Okay, I don't. I don't buy those either. I don't
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: collect him. I know the medics went to that Barbie convention. Yeah,
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: now the interview people about their Barbies. Yeah, but so
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: what do you think it's a Do you think it's
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: a good idea? They do all these things for diversity
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: and inclusivity. Do you think that's important?
- 1:09:48Speaker 16: All you want? When that that movie Barbie came out,
- 1:09:54Speaker 16: I thought it was a joke. But it made a
- 1:09:57Speaker 16: cut trillion dollars.
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean made a lot of money.
- 1:10:00Speaker 16: Do you think the sale was in theaters for like
- 1:10:04Speaker 16: four to six months?
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: Oh? Yeah, it was in theaters for a long time.
- 1:10:08Speaker 16: But do you think we did eight hundred times better
- 1:10:11Speaker 16: than I thought it was?
- 1:10:12Speaker 12: Not?
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: Sure? Did? Yeah? Well no, no, because you're because you're
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: a straight man. You're all man. You didn't you didn't
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: watch that. But do you think it's a good idea
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: to have these like diversity inclusivity type barbies.
- 1:10:26Speaker 16: That they or do you think I guess if it
- 1:10:29Speaker 16: sells and makes my tell more money, it was worth
- 1:10:33Speaker 16: it for my tail.
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:10:35Speaker 6: True, cynical, but true.
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: Let me ask Hammerhank the same question. How do you
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: feel about them releasing these types of these barbies? Do
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: you think it's a good idea or do you think
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: it's just kind of pandering and just political correct I
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: think it's just okay, it's okay, yeah, all right, just okay. Now,
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: which one of all the maybe to be diverse and inclusive?
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: Which one do you think they're missing? At this point?
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: What we need we have a.
- 1:10:57Speaker 6: Different syndrome, one a vital lego behind one.
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: Which kind of barbie do you think they're missing?
- 1:11:02Speaker 15: Hank the Marble Man, Because I cut a baseball programs
- 1:11:06Speaker 15: and I see pictures of Marboro Man on the back
- 1:11:10Speaker 15: of the old old school baseball programs.
- 1:11:13Speaker 10: Okay, so you want to Marlboro Man, Barbie smoking Barbie,
- 1:11:25Speaker 10: we got a Marborough man could.
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: Be his girlfriend?
- 1:11:28Speaker 20: Yeah?
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: What if what if? Okay, this is what he'd be
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: even more inclusive? What if Barbie is identifying as a
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: man and is in the Marlborough Man. Get up, you've
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: hit Peter Horse.
- 1:11:42Speaker 15: Saying the song Black Coaster, Come take.
- 1:11:50Speaker 8: Can I go back real quick about the autism Barbie,
- 1:11:53Speaker 8: because Hank, you do a bunch of autism p s.
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: As I thought you would be all about this. You're
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: saying it's okay, that's that's correct.
- 1:12:01Speaker 15: Okay, Yeah, I rather continue in a.
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: Right more so than like autism autism Barbie happy. Let
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: me ask you the question, uh, which if they were
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: gonna if they needed another idea, like what what what
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: do you think they're missing so far with their diversity
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: and inclusion Barbie project, I don't want nothing to do
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: with this.
- 1:12:23Speaker 16: That's for that.
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: Okay, So he doesn't maybe, Yeah, there we go, all right.
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: The other the other story that we wanted to bring
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: up that was in the news. I'm sure you saw
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: now you guys. Have you guys both watched Home Alone? Yeah? Okay,
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: so you know The Wet bandits Joe Petshi and Daniel
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: Stern Anuel Stern. Yeah, he did, and he got busted
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: for picking up a prostitute. What are your thoughts on
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: this whole subject? We we've talked about prostitution, legal not legal?
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: I mean, what do you think general? What do you think?
- 1:12:58Speaker 16: I think it's bad, but there's worse stuff in the world.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: And do you think it should be legal? No, but
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: there's worse. But why why not? Like, why why shouldn't
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: it be legal? Greg's argument is that it's too consenting adults.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: If it's too consenting adults, they both.
- 1:13:17Speaker 16: Should be legal if they're both eighteen, right of course, yeah.
- 1:13:22Speaker 11: Of course nothing you know, no pimp, nothing bad going
- 1:13:27Speaker 11: on behind the scenes. They both agree to it. They
- 1:13:29Speaker 11: set their price. It's a transaction, all right.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: You say it's bad, But what do you think the
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: punishment should be?
- 1:13:34Speaker 22: Then?
- 1:13:35Speaker 15: Fine?
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: Just fine, like sixty nine dollars and sixty hank, What
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: are your thoughts when it comes to prostitution? Is this
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: something that you think should be legal or illegal?
- 1:13:50Speaker 15: I agree with taf fake one billion percent.
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: One billion percent. All right, Well, he kind of went
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: back and forth. He said, he said didn't think it
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: should be legal any then he said, oh, maybe it
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: should be legal. Uh yeah, are you voting legal or illegally? Illegal? Illegal?
- 1:14:08Speaker 15: Because they did?
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: Okay, right, But I'm saying, like, if you, if you
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: had a choice, uh you know, to make it illegal,
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: because isn't it? Would this be something that you would
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: be interested in, Like, let's say it was completely legal,
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: you couldn't get in trouble. Would you ever would you
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: ever be open to hiring somebody for that kind of service? Never?
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: Never really, man, not even for like a like a
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: little hand party or anything like that. Nothing, No, alright,
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: that'd be money, all right, half big same question for you,
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: would you ever would you ever be open to, like
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: if you wouldn't get in trouble it was totally legal,
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: Like if you watch like the say like the Bunny
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: Rams or something.
- 1:14:50Speaker 16: I've done stuff like that. You have no but I
- 1:14:54Speaker 16: go to like bars and that are.
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: Like that, whether they're at for like what services on
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: the side. Yeah, this is this is kind of like
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: a like little massage places kind of thing or a
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: bar sposa okay kind of spots. That's all right, who cares?
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: Yeah see, yeah, no big deal. Let's get into something
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: else that I know half Baked has a lot of
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: opinions on him that would be sports.
- 1:15:23Speaker 22: You know.
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: Of course, we're in the postseason here for the NFL.
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: Now it's down to the divisional round. Now that we
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: know the teams that are left half baked at this point,
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: who's going to the Super Bowl? What two teams and
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: are gonna win the Super Bowl? At Levi Okay, the.
- 1:15:45Speaker 16: The Hawks and the Lambs are going down all right?
- 1:15:49Speaker 9: Now?
- 1:15:49Speaker 16: What about Rams?
- 1:15:52Speaker 22: No?
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: I got it, that is incorrect. You know, I'm a
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: hardcore Steeler fan. Yeah, Greg is a hardcore Niners fan.
- 1:16:00Speaker 2: Uh jinas know the first thing about soball Patriots fan
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: over there with with Sammy and then Tennessee Titans for
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: seed beats. We're kind of all over the place. I'm
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: having visions.
- 1:16:11Speaker 16: Of a like nineteen ninety nine eighty George, Oh.
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: Eddie, George.
- 1:16:20Speaker 8: Yeah, And let me ask you, I think, are you
- 1:16:22Speaker 8: just being a homer for the Niners or is that
- 1:16:25Speaker 8: your true opinion?
- 1:16:26Speaker 16: That's my true team?
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: All right? So if they're going to win the Super
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: Bowl representing the NFC, who do you think for the
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: AFC will be in the Super Bowl with them?
- 1:16:35Speaker 16: Probably Denver. I would think.
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: Danta is solid. That's a solid pick, so Denver. And
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: then then the Niners in the Super Bowl. That is
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: half bakes pick. Let's go to Hammer and Hank Cameron, Hank,
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: look into your crystal ball and tell me who's going
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: to the Super Bowl, what two teams and which team
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: will win?
- 1:16:51Speaker 15: Unfortunately, my Chiefs did even make the playoffs to share,
- 1:16:55Speaker 15: so I think he's gonna be the Broncos and the
- 1:16:57Speaker 15: Bears would be Bears winning, all.
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: Right, Broncos and the Bears. What's your favorite? Spores winning baseball?
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: Clearly just baseball.
- 1:17:06Speaker 15: Definitely baseball.
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's all he talks about, is baseball. Well,
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: because he does the singing, yeah yeah, yeah yeah, But
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: I mean he seems to really, you know, all things baseball.
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: He talks about the programs and yeah, just in this
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: conversation alone.
- 1:17:19Speaker 8: And it's interesting though, Hank, that aren't you a big
- 1:17:23Speaker 8: as fan.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: And you want to go sing out the Giants game?
- 1:17:26Speaker 15: I used to them by n anymore because that prick
- 1:17:29Speaker 15: draw pictures is moving them to Vegas.
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: Okay, if he's not a fan of that, I didn't
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: know that, Hank. I'm pulling for you. I hope you
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: get to sing the national anthem. We'll obviously keep keep
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: tabs on everything that's going on there. Enjoy the new laptop.
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: Make sure everybody checks out the podcast.
- 1:17:44Speaker 22: What's the name of the podcast again, Hank the Hammer
- 1:17:47Speaker 22: and Hankshove Ryan Hoppy, which just available every week on Spotify,
- 1:17:53Speaker 22: are Heart Radio or wherever you get your podcasts, and
- 1:17:56Speaker 22: you can follow me on Instagram.
- 1:17:58Speaker 15: At d J.
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: All right, hey, hey, let me ask you a question.
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: I've been I've been meaning to ask you this. I've
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: noticed on the the advertisements for your podcast that I
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: see on social media that Ryan Hoppy, your co host,
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: has like a big blue something over his face. What's
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: that all about?
- 1:18:19Speaker 15: I don't know.
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: I didn't know because for at first I even asked
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: Menace about it. He wasn't He couldn't tell me that
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: the real answer there, but he didn't know what was
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: going on. But like I thought you had maybe a
- 1:18:33Speaker 2: falling out and that was your way of like, you know,
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: people will cut people's faces out of old pictures. I
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: thought you. I thought you and Ryan maybe have like
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: a falling out and you were just kind of, you know,

- 1:22:35Speaker 2: The Woody Shoe, Woody Shoe Shoe. All right. I don't
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: know why this stuff, you know, keeps ending up in
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: my in my feet. It's all this keep your head
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: up stuff. But I like it. I like it, and
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: I think it's good for people to hear. So I'm
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: gonna I'm gonna share this one with you. What do
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: you mean by keep your head up stuff? Well, just
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: motivational stuff, yeah, kind of.
- 1:23:02Speaker 11: Well, I know why it's showing up on your feet
- 1:23:04Speaker 11: because you said you had like in some sort of funk.
- 1:23:10Speaker 2: When did you share that? Yeah, I say, like, I
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: can't put my finger on it. It's like the just
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: the beginning of the year.
- 1:23:16Speaker 8: It's I didn't realize that you said it was a funk.
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: It's just like, yeah, just kind of like not like
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: it's not like it's a pressure. So your phone is
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: trying to cheer you up. So this is uh, this
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: is interesting. This was a post on Instagram, So Nicki Glazer, right,
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: this is kind of following Nikki Glazer and her you know,
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: uh ascension to where she is right now, right, and
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: this woman she posted saying Nicki Glazer story made me
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: change the way I think about fame. Or you can
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: apply to success, you can apply to a bunch of
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: different stuff, says For years, Nikki wasn't mainstream famous, but
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: she was already deeply respected in her industry. Comics knew her, bookers,
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: trusted her, peers, admired her, podcast wanted her. That's industry fame.
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: She wasn't trying to, you know, be more palatable. She
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: wasn't chasing, you know, you know anything in particular, right,
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: She wasn't watering herself down. She was doing the reps,
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: as they say, owning her voice getting better and sharper,
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: quietly stacking credibility. And then she landed one stage that
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: changed everything. And can anybody else in this room point too?
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: What that was? The Tom Brady Roast, the Tom Brady Rose.
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: She didn't get that because you know, she went viral.
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: She got that because of her reputation. Years of industry
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: fame had earned her the room. But when she delivered
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: on that stage, the rest of the world finally caught up,
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: and overnight she crossed the line into mainstream fame, so
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: that one aligned stage created the chain reaction, global attention,
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: new audiences, master demand, cultural relevance, and now hosting the
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: Golden Globes twice, major motion pictures in the works, mainstream recognition.
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: Not because she changed who you was, but because the
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: world finally saw her clearly. And that's the real formula.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: Industry frame gets you in the room. One powerful stage
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: or opportunity can change your life, so be ready for it.
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: It's all about kind of like being ready for it
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: when it comes to people. And this is why I
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: can't stand you know, uh, you know, people who are
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: aren't authentic, you know, just you know, be yourself, be
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: whatever it is. And also the people the pandering. I
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: can't stand pander because that's the chasing. All you're doing
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: is just trying to suck up to whoever's going to
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: listen so that you can kind of it's just like collecting, collecting,
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: but it's not real. There's no substance there. Yeah. And
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: I'm so easily triggered by you know, the the the
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: idea of pandery it. So it's nice when you see
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: and you know, when when I read that, I'm like, yeah, okay,
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: so here's a person who has been who she is
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: and just you know, worked it consistent. Yeah, and that's true.
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: Like it's paying your dues. We've talked about that. You know,
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: getting into this industry was about getting an internship, and
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: it's really never using the word no. Whatever they need
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: to do. Go pick up dry cleaning, Go get the
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: vans clean, go set up this prize wheel somewhere. I
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: dressed up in a b mascot costume and like, did
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: you know all sorts of ridiculous things in the middle
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: of summer heat and winter cold and in for free
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: and for free and happy. You are happy to be there,
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: and you get the reputation as being a person who's
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: either a player or down for and they go, hey, well,
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: way do you have an opportunity? Who should we talk?
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: Oh you know what, why don't you ask Greg about
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: that or meant it? And then you get an opportunity.
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: So being ready when the room is ready.
- 1:26:32Speaker 8: Every nickel and dimer that I've known in this industry
- 1:26:35Speaker 8: has never made it far.
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: Exactly exactly, And then you can't be all that upset
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: if it doesn't come your way. If you have that
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: time card kind of mentality, I understand it, and if
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: that's the path you choose. But this is more to
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: angry when you don't get off but sorry, I'm off
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: the clock. But this is more to the point of
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: just kind.
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: Of staying true to yourself.
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: Exactly doing what you think is the right thing. Just
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: becoming a master of your craft, whatever that is is,
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: whatever you know. They say, follow your efforts, don't follow
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: your passion, follow your efforts. It becomes a passion because
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: you become then really good at whatever that is. And
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: then when you have the right attitude and you just
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: keep plugging along at it, there will be an opportunity.
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: You gotta keep your eyes peeled. There will be an
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: opportunity for you to get that one stage. Yeah, that
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: then breaks open a whole different level. Yeah, opens a
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: whole new level. You know what. It hit me the
- 1:27:29Speaker 2: right way, Greg, Yeah, I was watching it. I just
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: wanted to share that with everybody. I thought it was
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: really good. I'll repost it if you want to read
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: it for yourself. I'll just post it on the On
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: the Woodie Show Instagram story.
- 1:27:41Speaker 6: Quote.
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: Jean Gottlieb was who posted this.
- 1:27:43Speaker 6: I like the quote. If you're good, you tell people.
- 1:27:45Speaker 6: If you're great, they tell you.
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:27:48Speaker 8: I was watching interview with the CEO of Nvidia, which
- 1:27:53Speaker 8: is like the like one of the biggest companies in
- 1:27:56Speaker 8: the world right now, and in the interview, he goes,
- 1:28:00Speaker 8: no task is beneath me. He goes, I've cleaned so
- 1:28:03Speaker 8: many toilets Morgan toilests than anybody in this room. And
- 1:28:06Speaker 8: then some of them I can't unsee that they were
- 1:28:09Speaker 8: still gross. But he goes, I've learned that. I you know,
- 1:28:12Speaker 8: anybody asked me to do a task, I just do it.
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: There's another quote, you know, collector of quotes I heard recently.
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: If you absolutely can't tolerate critics, then you don't do
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: anything new or interesting.
- 1:28:24Speaker 6: Yeah, that makes sense to talk about it.
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: That's from that ahole Jeff Bezos up and comer and
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: then uh, we're gonna take our own advice here and
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: never missed an opportunity to shut up. That's what we're
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: gonna do it. We're gonna take a break for it to
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: come back more.
- 1:28:37Speaker 13: What he shows next thing on, get out, get the
- 1:28:41Speaker 13: hell out of my house.
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: In Jesus name, I pray you get in the day
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: of the Lord.
- 1:28:52Speaker 20: Back at it, Greg, We got sea Mass Sammy seven
- 1:28:59Speaker 20: for forwarding. You can hit us up of the text
- 1:29:03Speaker 20: over to two two nine eight seven dumb Mass Tyler.
- 1:29:07Speaker 20: What's the name of the head coach of the Jaguars again?
- 1:29:10Speaker 2: What's his name?
- 1:29:11Speaker 4: That would be Liam Cohen?
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: Liam Cohen? All right, so they lost, all right, they
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: lost this past weekend, the wild card round, and it
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: was the postgame press conference. I love this woman. Her
- 1:29:23Speaker 2: name is Lynn Jones, her name I know, and she's
- 1:29:26Speaker 2: a she's a reporter, and she was in the postgame
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: press conference and she had this to say to the
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: head coach Liam Cohen of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
- 1:29:36Speaker 17: How are you doing today, Lynn Jones, Jacksonville Free Press News.
- 1:29:39Speaker 17: I just want to tell you congratulations on your success,
- 1:29:42Speaker 17: young man. You hold your head up, all right. You
- 1:29:44Speaker 17: guys have had a most magnificent season. He did a
- 1:29:46Speaker 17: great job out there today, So you just hold your
- 1:29:49Speaker 17: head up, Okay, ladies and gentlemen, duval, you don't want
- 1:29:52Speaker 17: all right, keep it going. We got another season, okay,
- 1:29:55Speaker 17: appreciate take care of much continued success to you and
- 1:29:57Speaker 17: the entire team.
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: Thank you, man, and you can to right right, So
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: what's what's the problem here? There's a he's kept on.
- 1:30:06Speaker 5: I think the problem is that's not a you're not
- 1:30:08Speaker 5: that's not a reporter question. You're not learning anything about
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: the game. That's that's that's your grandma.
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: It's not a question, right, there's no question. There was
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: major backlash to that. Why in the in from what
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: sea baskets talking in the in the sports journalist community,
- 1:30:25Speaker 2: because when you are a reporter and you can correct
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: me on this, Tyler, he knows more about this than
- 1:30:30Speaker 2: I do. As far as the you know, there's like
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: unwritten rules of baseball, you know, you know in this
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: in the sports reporting world, if you are covering the team,
- 1:30:40Speaker 2: you're not supposed to be an outward fan of the team.
- 1:30:43Speaker 2: But which which I understand that if you are you know,
- 1:30:48Speaker 2: doing the national call play by play, but the local
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: radio calls, they're clearly fans. Or if you are a
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: reporter for whatever the team like you cover, that team. Yeah,
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: you're not covering everybody, You're covering that team. You're the
- 1:31:03Speaker 2: beat rudder for that team. Of course, you're a fan,
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: and that's what fans want to read from a fan perspective.
- 1:31:08Speaker 2: But like a guy who's got that inside to be
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: able to go talk to the players and the coaches.
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: I don't think the general public doesn't seem to have
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: any problem with Lynn Jones. No, that was I think
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: that was very nice of her. I love her. Wait,
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: sports reporters aren't super nice, like you can't it's after
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: the game. They just lost big long season, it ends
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: in the wild card round. They're bummed out. She can't
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: take However, the twenty seconds, No, I was total twenty
- 1:31:32Speaker 2: You can't take twenty seconds without all you a holes
- 1:31:35Speaker 2: getting crazy on this like, oh they revolt.
- 1:31:39Speaker 4: Her want of her press pass gone. The reporters are
- 1:31:43Speaker 4: saying like this is something you don't do. But all
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: but that was the thing. All these reporters on Twitter
- 1:31:49Speaker 4: are ripping her, and then all the fans are ripping
- 1:31:52Speaker 4: the reporters that are ripping her as they should.
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: Yeah, because the public, you know, I don't care about
- 1:31:56Speaker 2: the Jaguars. I don't I had to ask dumbass til
- 1:31:58Speaker 2: of this guy's name or I forgot his name, head
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: coach of the Jaguars. But when you watch his reaction,
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: it was a really nice thing that you did. Yeah,
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: you can tell it totally made his day. But does
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: that have to does that have to happen during the
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: press conference? It's twenty seconds.
- 1:32:12Speaker 5: Well again, it's kind of smart on the Jaguars as
- 1:32:15Speaker 5: you get a bunch of the grandmas to come in here,
- 1:32:17Speaker 5: like invite everybody's grandma to come in, and then the confection.
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: So this is this thing. People are then going after
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: it not knowing anything about this woman. So she that's
- 1:32:25Speaker 2: I'm going about what her behavior is. So she goes on,
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: she goes on television, they ask her about the back
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: last year. Again, this is the reporter Lynn Jones. I
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: don't take no fence to it. Listen.
- 1:32:35Speaker 17: I've been in this business morning twenty five years. I've
- 1:32:38Speaker 17: been in viewed from Barack Obama, Terry Bradshaw to what's
- 1:32:42Speaker 17: my guy name, Tiger Woo, So you can say whatever
- 1:32:44Speaker 17: you want about fake news. I am a member of
- 1:32:47Speaker 17: the Black Press n NPA, the National Newspaper Association that's
- 1:32:52Speaker 17: been around more than one hundred years. I'm the associate
- 1:32:55Speaker 17: editor of the Jacksonville Free Press one in the morning.
- 1:32:58Speaker 17: Two hundred and thirty African American news papers still printing
- 1:33:01Speaker 17: in this country today. In Jacksonville, you had the Florida
- 1:33:04Speaker 17: Star since nineteen fifty five. We've been around since nineteen
- 1:33:06Speaker 17: eighty six. In Philadelphia, the Tribune. The Philly Tribune has
- 1:33:10Speaker 17: been printing since eighteen eighty four. Yeah, the Michigan Chronicle
- 1:33:15Speaker 17: has been printy since nineteen thirty five.
- 1:33:17Speaker 2: So support the black press.
- 1:33:18Speaker 17: So he can call me fake, Oh you want to, honey,
- 1:33:20Speaker 17: I've been doing this a long time.
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: People know me, people know me, so that was's been
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: That was a bunch of stuff that had nothing to
- 1:33:25Speaker 5: do with the complaint.
- 1:33:27Speaker 2: I'm taking no, she's just saying that nobody brought it
- 1:33:30Speaker 2: a grandma that somebody like, No, she's a legit reporter.
- 1:33:32Speaker 2: She's been doing this. That was a grandma. My take
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: was that the question is the same a long time.
- 1:33:37Speaker 2: Know the difference.
- 1:33:38Speaker 8: I don't really care what people say about me, right,
- 1:33:40Speaker 8: what I feel that it work speaks for itself.
- 1:33:43Speaker 7: She can give someone some That's what I'm saying.
- 1:33:46Speaker 5: It's it's sports who cares. It's not you know, it's
- 1:33:48Speaker 5: not the nuclear deal.
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: But you can't. But here's the thing, like journalism, sport,
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: whatever you can, you can't be human.
- 1:33:58Speaker 6: For one, what he said, I can't have like a real, just.
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: A nice, genuine human moment without people like getting but
- 1:34:07Speaker 2: hurt about like come on, no, of course you can't.
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: People get bud to her. It's not everything. It's not
- 1:34:11Speaker 2: that serious. Anybody who's upset about, you know, wanting her
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: credentials pull, they come on, it's not that serious, bro.
- 1:34:17Speaker 18: And people also write opinion pieces. I mean, even though
- 1:34:21Speaker 18: you're supposed to be unbiased or whatever, she could still
- 1:34:24Speaker 18: be going on to write an opinion piece and basically
- 1:34:25Speaker 18: telling him already what her opinion is.
- 1:34:27Speaker 2: And I don't I don't want them to be biased.
- 1:34:29Speaker 2: The one the people I find that I like the
- 1:34:32Speaker 2: most in the sports world are the people who just good, bad,
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: whatever it is, especially the people that are on the
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: flagship stations of whatever the team is, and they're not
- 1:34:41Speaker 2: afraid to say, you know what, man, we sucked. What
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: was that? That was a garbage performance by the defense.
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: I don't know what's going on with the coaching. The
- 1:34:49Speaker 2: calls were terrible. Like, that's as a fan, that's what
- 1:34:52Speaker 2: you want to hear. You don't want them just sitting
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: there towing the line. Well, guys, you know you can't
- 1:34:57Speaker 2: win them all. We just have to regroup. All that
- 1:35:00Speaker 2: generic stuff that they always say, I want to hear.
- 1:35:02Speaker 2: I want to hear the real stuff. Isn't that what
- 1:35:03Speaker 2: she just gave you was a bunch of generic problem.
- 1:35:06Speaker 6: No, she wasn't.
- 1:35:07Speaker 13: She wasn't like sticking up like Cape and for him,
- 1:35:10Speaker 13: she was having a human connection with the guy, like, hey,
- 1:35:12Speaker 13: you know, it was a tough season.
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: What I was. You know, we're talking about multiple things here,
- 1:35:16Speaker 2: see basket. Okay. I like what she did and I
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: like what she said, and that has nothing to do
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: with like staying neutral on anything necessarily. But the people
- 1:35:24Speaker 2: who are saying that all the journalists need to stay neutral,
- 1:35:26Speaker 2: I'm saying I don't like that. As a fan, I
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: like the Rea. Yeah, and to me, that was that
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: was you know, that was real talk, a human moment.
- 1:35:35Speaker 2: Nice thing to do. If I know a commentators, No,
- 1:35:38Speaker 2: it's not one to Sikes, a fan of the team.
- 1:35:41Speaker 2: Some of the texts. Sure, it wasn't one to Sikes.
- 1:35:45Speaker 11: If I'm a if I know the commentator is a
- 1:35:48Speaker 11: fan of the team that I'm a fan of. I
- 1:35:50Speaker 11: like what you're saying, Woody too, because especially when it
- 1:35:52Speaker 11: comes to penalties, like, oh, that penalty was merited, because
- 1:35:55Speaker 11: a lot of people will argue the penalty or that sucks.
- 1:35:58Speaker 11: You shouldn't have called that. And then when they say,
- 1:36:00Speaker 11: knowing they're a fan, I think, all.
- 1:36:02Speaker 2: Right, I guess that it's legit. That is legit, right,
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: and I shouldn't be angry. Well, shout out to uh
- 1:36:07Speaker 2: to Lynn Jones, even though SeaBASS hates you. Once you
- 1:36:11Speaker 2: I'm caping for Lyn Jones, who I hate. Well, feminists,
- 1:36:13Speaker 2: that's okay, you can hate me. I'm fullding that.
- 1:36:15Speaker 8: And people being upset greg by anything. When I said
- 1:36:19Speaker 8: that gas will will hit two dollars national average, people
- 1:36:23Speaker 8: got upset with me, like that would be a bad
- 1:36:25Speaker 8: thing if it actually did happen.
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: They were for what reason? They're like, it is not
- 1:36:29Speaker 2: going to happen.
- 1:36:30Speaker 8: Keep on dreaming, like, okay, you idiot as much as yeah,
- 1:36:35Speaker 8: you're an idiot.
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: Forty four Wooding, you can send us a text over
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: to two two nine eight seven no more. Did you
- 1:36:43Speaker 2: pull those emails?
- 1:36:44Speaker 12: I sure did.
- 1:36:44Speaker 2: Okay, So a little follow up to what do you
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: Show Love Connection? Trying to get a date for dumbass
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: Tyler and for MENGI. We have some potential suitors.
- 1:36:55Speaker 7: Some of them included photos.
- 1:36:56Speaker 2: And Morgan Morgan's been going through them. Yeah, we're trying
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: to make this been for you fellas.
- 1:37:00Speaker 12: Yeah, there's some sweet emails. I think you would like that.
- 1:37:02Speaker 2: All right, that's next on the Woody Show. Hang up
- 1:37:05Speaker 2: this it's the show, all right, welcome back, and uh,
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: I'm interested to hear what we have some potential shooters.
- 1:37:17Speaker 2: What do you show Love Connection? Yes, we're gonna start
- 1:37:20Speaker 2: with the dumbass Tyler and we have a lot for tiling. Yeah,
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: have you been getting people slided into the d ms?
- 1:37:28Speaker 4: I've had a couple.
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: Yeah, And like what do they say?
- 1:37:31Speaker 4: Just basically hi, you know, just introduce themselves pretty much,
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: very very very simple.
- 1:37:36Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:37:36Speaker 2: I mean he uses swag, so yeah, he looks a
- 1:37:39Speaker 2: pretty easy for it. I mean he wears his chain
- 1:37:41Speaker 2: on the outside of his shirt. Does it does not
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: even like he's got to chain on and keep very much.
- 1:37:48Speaker 2: It's like the people. Have you seen the people? I
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: noticed this more at events that we go to like
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: industry events kind of like you get these people really
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: trying to flex, they'll take like, so, okay, so I'm
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: wearing a hoodie today, and let's just say I really
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: wanted to show off my watch. Yeah, I would pull
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: the sleeve up and tuck it. Oh yeah, that way,
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: you know, but you know that way. There's no way
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: that it won't. This doesn't happen by accident where it's
- 1:38:15Speaker 2: tucked in. But you see that a lot. Oh yeah,
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: it's a lot.
- 1:38:18Speaker 6: I never would have noticed.
- 1:38:19Speaker 2: That's like, oh boy, watches. But aren't you afraid of
- 1:38:23Speaker 2: gold diggers?
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: With a couple of bucks?
- 1:38:27Speaker 22: I have?
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: Sure?
- 1:38:29Speaker 2: All right, So what do we have here for dumbass time?
- 1:38:32Speaker 3: All right?
- 1:38:32Speaker 7: So here's then email. We got Tyler.
- 1:38:35Speaker 12: She said she liked your pitch about honesty and personality.
- 1:38:38Speaker 12: She is not a psychology major, so that's good. She
- 1:38:42Speaker 12: has a degree in accounting. She got a master's degree
- 1:38:45Speaker 12: in engineering, sustainability and health.
- 1:38:47Speaker 6: Sea's going to try and swoop in on this.
- 1:38:49Speaker 7: So she's way too smart for you.
- 1:38:50Speaker 2: You definitely need help and health.
- 1:38:53Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:38:53Speaker 12: She has a dog and a cat. She enjoys music, singing,
- 1:38:56Speaker 12: and puzzles. Okay, here's the thing. Though she and I
- 1:39:01Speaker 12: appreciate her for this, she included the negative things about
- 1:39:03Speaker 12: herself in this email. Cool, so these might be deal
- 1:39:07Speaker 12: breakers for you, dumb ass Tyler. First is the age thing.
- 1:39:10Speaker 12: She's forty four, okay, uh forty five. In a couple
- 1:39:14Speaker 12: of months she's dated someone younger, but it was not
- 1:39:16Speaker 12: a good experience for her. So she has a little
- 1:39:18Speaker 12: ptsdre okay, but she's willing to give it a shot.
- 1:39:22Speaker 7: But here's the kicker.
- 1:39:23Speaker 21: Her name's Tina, dumb ass Tina. We called that last
- 1:39:32Speaker 21: chick he was interested in just because his name is
- 1:39:33Speaker 21: dumb ass. Tyler called her dumb ass Tina. But no,
- 1:39:36Speaker 21: this is a real Tina.
- 1:39:37Speaker 6: Y's smart ass.
- 1:39:38Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:39:38Speaker 7: It's by Tina.
- 1:39:39Speaker 12: So she said, Tyler might be traumatized by this, but
- 1:39:43Speaker 12: we can see if it'll work.
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: The age is in out of your wheelhouse right now.
- 1:39:47Speaker 12: And remind me how old are you, Tyler?
- 1:39:48Speaker 4: I am thirty four?
- 1:39:49Speaker 2: Oh fine, also a chicken her forties. Man. I mean,
- 1:39:52Speaker 2: you know, they have things a little bit more figure out.
- 1:39:54Speaker 2: They have a bang, they do she knows it, Yeah, exactly.
- 1:39:57Speaker 2: They're not They're not like timid. They're not still trying
- 1:39:59Speaker 2: to like put up a front, you know what they want.
- 1:40:00Speaker 2: They really kind of settled into who they are what
- 1:40:02Speaker 2: they want. Yeah, it's cool. I'm not saying that is
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: a bad thing. I'm just I do like her resume.
- 1:40:07Speaker 7: Yeah, this could be a real dumb ass.
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: Tina's good. No pictures, I can reverse it. Did anything
- 1:40:15Speaker 2: stick out positive or negative about that one?
- 1:40:18Speaker 4: Just the fact that you put out the negatives. It's vulnerable.
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: That's pretty I like that.
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: I like that too, because most people, whether it's a
- 1:40:23Speaker 2: job situation, you are personally, they always said, they say
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: that you send your representative, like the best version of
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: yourself is what you're showing that person. You show them
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: nothing else. And it depends on you know, but most
- 1:40:34Speaker 2: of the time it takes a little while, at least
- 1:40:36Speaker 2: a month or so before you really start seeing the
- 1:40:39Speaker 2: real person because that you know, what are your negatives?
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: I just worked too hard? That's the dumbas. What about
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: the next one?
- 1:40:48Speaker 12: All right? This girl says, I'm interested in Tyler. I
- 1:40:50Speaker 12: work in cybersecurity and I'm blessed to be able to
- 1:40:53Speaker 12: work from home, So more banging time.
- 1:40:56Speaker 23: Right.
- 1:40:56Speaker 12: She plays slow pitch softball twice a week, and then
- 1:40:59Speaker 12: she thoroughly joys karaoke.
- 1:41:01Speaker 7: Karaoke.
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: Karaoke karaoke.
- 1:41:04Speaker 7: Well, she spelled it, karaoke.
- 1:41:06Speaker 6: Maybe she likes to sing in the car.
- 1:41:08Speaker 12: Okay, But here's the kicker, Tyler. She's divorced and she's
- 1:41:12Speaker 12: been single for three years. But she has three kids,
- 1:41:15Speaker 12: two twins and then another one whoa wins.
- 1:41:20Speaker 2: It's funny, you know how you you'll be saying, oh,
- 1:41:23Speaker 2: judge this book we have, you know, tell me about
- 1:41:25Speaker 2: this person. We bring a random picture of one of
- 1:41:27Speaker 2: us out on the streets and say, hey, tell me
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: about this person. Like if I was just showing a
- 1:41:30Speaker 2: picture of Tyler, he looks like a guy who doesn't
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: have any kids of his own, but he's a stepdad. Yeah,
- 1:41:35Speaker 2: doesn't you do if I said the AI, like, generate
- 1:41:39Speaker 2: a photo of a guy who's a stepdad.
- 1:41:42Speaker 6: Tyl Tyler, she's pretty cute.
- 1:41:44Speaker 13: She is cute, long mermaid, blonde hair, bright smile, nice teeth.
- 1:41:50Speaker 7: Okay, so yeah, really pretty.
- 1:41:52Speaker 8: I mean amongst all of our friends, we always say
- 1:41:55Speaker 8: that he is the stepdad, like he exclusively dates women
- 1:42:00Speaker 8: with kids. I mean, I have, I mean that's the
- 1:42:02Speaker 8: that's then and how did that go, not that it's true,
- 1:42:05Speaker 8: but it's the on running joke.
- 1:42:06Speaker 4: They've gone some have gone good, some have gone bad.
- 1:42:08Speaker 4: They're just it doesn't really make that much of a difference.
- 1:42:11Speaker 2: No, not with them, Not with them in particular. I'm saying,
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: like when dealing with the kids, like that aspect of it.
- 1:42:19Speaker 7: Okay, so that's different, terrible stepped up.
- 1:42:21Speaker 2: Yeah, that's.
- 1:42:23Speaker 7: Taking places.
- 1:42:24Speaker 8: Well, it's up to the mother for the mother to
- 1:42:27Speaker 8: introduce the kids or did you just say straight up.
- 1:42:29Speaker 4: To you now that never had the mom introduce the kids.
- 1:42:32Speaker 2: Around for a while for that all right? Yeah, Boord says,
- 1:42:35Speaker 2: you're just in the moms.
- 1:42:36Speaker 14: Yeah, I know Tyler dated a few moms when he
- 1:42:38Speaker 14: was in his Houston days. But also there's a trend
- 1:42:40Speaker 14: on his instagram if you notice the people that Tyler
- 1:42:42Speaker 14: falls back. He does follow a lot of single moms
- 1:42:45Speaker 14: who are probably moms on their bios.
- 1:42:47Speaker 12: And why did you say you're into the single moms?
- 1:42:50Speaker 4: Uh, it was a low self esteem thing.
- 1:42:54Speaker 2: On which side you're on their sign, on their sign
- 1:42:58Speaker 2: that you do shooting.
- 1:43:02Speaker 4: Okay, I didn't go that far.
- 1:43:04Speaker 2: Went that far.
- 1:43:05Speaker 8: You also blamed being in Houston though you said that
- 1:43:07Speaker 8: everybody had kids at like all right fifteen, yes.
- 1:43:10Speaker 2: All right, we're trying to get him someone.
- 1:43:11Speaker 7: Let's go then.
- 1:43:13Speaker 2: Another strong Yeah that was that was fine.
- 1:43:17Speaker 7: Okay, how about this woman I'm interested in, Tyler?
- 1:43:20Speaker 2: Yeah, no, duh.
- 1:43:22Speaker 7: Let's see, I believe I could be a match.
- 1:43:23Speaker 12: I don't live in the same state though, So that
- 1:43:27Speaker 12: was your one requirement, right, some.
- 1:43:29Speaker 7: Stuff about me.
- 1:43:30Speaker 12: She's an army veteran, Okay, tough girl, never married, no children,
- 1:43:34Speaker 12: she's thirty two, she has her master's degree, and she
- 1:43:36Speaker 12: works in healthcare.
- 1:43:37Speaker 2: Okay, okay, well again we're just talking about like maybe
- 1:43:40Speaker 2: a date. See see where that goes.
- 1:43:42Speaker 12: Yeah, so would you go f and pick her up
- 1:43:44Speaker 12: with you and bring her out here?
- 1:43:46Speaker 4: So that one I'm probably going to pass on. I've
- 1:43:49Speaker 4: done a long distance cross state relationship.
- 1:43:52Speaker 2: Not great, but not even for not even just for
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: a date, huh for a date?
- 1:43:57Speaker 4: Okay, I would do it for maybe one date.
- 1:43:59Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:43:59Speaker 6: Yeah, but then you you don't want to go all
- 1:44:01Speaker 6: in on somebody you got to get on.
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: That's trick. Yeah, just hit and quit it, you know,
- 1:44:07Speaker 2: hands Yeah not Tyler.
- 1:44:09Speaker 6: He's a nice guy.
- 1:44:11Speaker 2: Yeah, hearing give me, give me one more for for.
- 1:44:14Speaker 7: Tyler one more.
- 1:44:15Speaker 12: So this person, uh, very nice lady had her friend
- 1:44:18Speaker 12: reach out for her. Oh so this isn't even her
- 1:44:21Speaker 12: reaching out but my colleen. Uh you can tell they
- 1:44:25Speaker 12: put this in AI the way.
- 1:44:26Speaker 7: It's type. So I'll just say that.
- 1:44:27Speaker 12: But she's fun, outgoing and genuine. She fits in anywhere.
- 1:44:30Speaker 12: She's a true team player, a real friend, great with kids,
- 1:44:32Speaker 12: blah blah blah, easygoing, love sports, always down to go
- 1:44:36Speaker 12: to a game. She likes drinking. And then yeah, email
- 1:44:39Speaker 12: her back.
- 1:44:40Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I was very not just the fact she's cute,
- 1:44:46Speaker 6: she looks fun.
- 1:44:47Speaker 12: She's drinking in her pictures, so that's good.
- 1:44:49Speaker 6: She has a beer up to her man that she
- 1:44:53Speaker 6: goes to sporting events.
- 1:44:56Speaker 12: I will say, I have one more. But she said
- 1:44:58Speaker 12: she's interested in both men, and I will say that one.
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: For yeah tower, all right, so we like we like
- 1:45:06Speaker 2: dumb ass Tina. We like dumbass Tina. Yeah, all right,
- 1:45:10Speaker 2: that one. That one's good. And also I would say
- 1:45:13Speaker 2: the the mom in cybersecurity, right, divorced but single for
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: three years? All right? Yeah? And uh all right, so
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: like that one and then this this last one, who
- 1:45:25Speaker 2: I guess the it's the friend try to find something
- 1:45:28Speaker 2: for a friend.
- 1:45:29Speaker 7: Garbage high school.
- 1:45:30Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll take my friend likes you. We'll take that
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: one out.
- 1:45:35Speaker 12: Aren't we friends trying to get.
- 1:45:39Speaker 2: Yes, but it's not the person that reached out and
- 1:45:41Speaker 2: you know, like we don't even know if she's really
- 1:45:42Speaker 2: truly interesting, but we know these people are interested. That's
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: you know, very low effort. All right, so we'll uh
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: we'll put those aside. Of those two, which which one
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: seemed the most interesting the first or second one? Dumb
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: ass Tina or the mom but you know love moms like,
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: but it's pretty close.
- 1:45:59Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:45:59Speaker 2: All well, yeah, we're not done with this. I mean
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: we are. We are still like, uh accepting emails and
- 1:46:05Speaker 2: you can sign into dumbass Tyler's DMS. Ladies. We're talking
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: about like maybe one date, just one date. Yeah, you know,
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: we'll we'll have you go out and see how it
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: goes at what's your what's your Instagram?
- 1:46:15Speaker 4: You can find me at heavy T Underscore on air.
- 1:46:18Speaker 2: At Heavy T Underscore on Air, which menace hates any
- 1:46:21Speaker 2: kind of any kind of like, uh, well an underscore.
- 1:46:25Speaker 2: You used to not have the underscore, but you change it?
- 1:46:28Speaker 4: Why I changed it? Because I sent in a tweet
- 1:46:31Speaker 4: to a national sports radio show and the guy read
- 1:46:34Speaker 4: it as heavy Ton air. Yeah, I don't like how
- 1:46:38Speaker 4: that sounds.
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: All means make it harder for people to find. Yeah,
- 1:46:42Speaker 2: so heavy t underscore on air on Instagram, you could
- 1:46:46Speaker 2: slide into dumbass Tyler's DMS and then we'll see what
- 1:46:49Speaker 2: we have for MENNGI. We're trying to find him a
- 1:46:52Speaker 2: date as well. Unlucky lady, Yeah, what do you show?
- 1:46:54Speaker 2: Love Connection? Eight seven seven? Send your emails, ladies, if
- 1:46:57Speaker 2: you're interested in maybe just gone on a date. Got
- 1:47:00Speaker 2: to lose nothing, nothing, nothing at all?
- 1:47:02Speaker 6: Good story.
- 1:47:03Speaker 2: Hit us up with an email email at the Woodieshow
- 1:47:06Speaker 2: dot com. It's email at the Woodieshow dot com.
- 1:47:09Speaker 8: Scientists have officially gone back in time one millionth of
- 1:47:13Speaker 8: a second. And if you want an idea on how
- 1:47:16Speaker 8: long that is that amount of time anybody in this company.
- 1:47:19Speaker 2: Listens to this show. That's good show, all right, So
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: Woodie Show Love Connection. We heard Morgan with her emails.
- 1:47:29Speaker 2: Cheese grabbed up the Woodieshow email email at the Woodieshow
- 1:47:32Speaker 2: dot com. When we we had the little Profiles post,
- 1:47:36Speaker 2: we see a lot of the comments that are on
- 1:47:38Speaker 2: on the Instagram post. The Instagram post is still is
- 1:47:40Speaker 2: still up at the Woodi Show if you want to
- 1:47:41Speaker 2: see that. And uh, you actually had you had somebody
- 1:47:45Speaker 2: slide into your DMS? O fucked? Yeah, Menji Menji is
- 1:47:50Speaker 2: also out there, and we heard about what he's looking for. Uh,
- 1:47:55Speaker 2: he is into all different kinds of things. He's got
- 1:47:58Speaker 2: varied interests. Oh yes, so many interests. Yeah, I mean
- 1:48:01Speaker 2: he's and you seem pretty you seem pretty reasonable with
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: with your lists of you know, du not dues and don'ts,
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: but you know, acceptable and accept deal breakers. Yeah. The
- 1:48:11Speaker 2: person that reached out in the d MS, what do
- 1:48:13Speaker 2: they say?
- 1:48:14Speaker 8: Uh, you know what, what's the Literally, I just think
- 1:48:18Speaker 8: it was just a Woody Show fan just saying, hey,
- 1:48:23Speaker 8: it's awesome to meet the new person.
- 1:48:28Speaker 2: I thought he told us. I thought he told us
- 1:48:30Speaker 2: that some chicks slid into the d M. Yeah, or
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: is he I thought.
- 1:48:35Speaker 6: And greet?
- 1:48:35Speaker 2: Yeah, No, it was it was literally just just a
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: Woody Show fans.
- 1:48:40Speaker 7: Hello, maybe that's her way?
- 1:48:42Speaker 2: Yeah, sorry, what was that different? Computer? No, Like when
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: we were talking the other day in your studio over
- 1:48:49Speaker 2: there and he had mentioned he goes that he had
- 1:48:52Speaker 2: some chick slide into his d M. That is factual.
- 1:48:55Speaker 14: He did say he had some people sliding into his
- 1:48:57Speaker 14: d M, and now.
- 1:48:57Speaker 2: It's a story. I intentionally, I intentionally didn't dig any
- 1:49:01Speaker 2: deeper because I knew we're going to do a follow up.
- 1:49:02Speaker 14: Well, I think maybe what what Menji is trying not
- 1:49:05Speaker 14: to say is that it's of another gender that he's
- 1:49:09Speaker 14: not interested in. He didn't have a lot of people
- 1:49:11Speaker 14: siding into his d M. Dudes, he had a lot
- 1:49:13Speaker 14: of dudes sliding into his dmy.
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: Does he have a gay vibe? Greg, No, there's a
- 1:49:19Speaker 2: lot of common I'm just I'm asking maybe slightly Yeah,
- 1:49:25Speaker 2: in what way?
- 1:49:27Speaker 11: He's very and I don't This is not a negative
- 1:49:30Speaker 11: by any stretch of the imagination. He has a very
- 1:49:33Speaker 11: gentle vibe. Yeah, like very calm, very gentle, which makes
- 1:49:38Speaker 11: it slightly delicate way if it's.
- 1:49:45Speaker 8: Like, oh, you have to be a macho man, you're
- 1:49:47Speaker 8: rough and tough and all that, that's probably not going
- 1:49:50Speaker 8: to be me being all like rough and tough.
- 1:49:52Speaker 11: Yeah, you're soft spoken, you're gentle, you're yeah, I mean
- 1:49:55Speaker 11: you don't look like a purse dog, you know what
- 1:49:56Speaker 11: I mean.
- 1:49:57Speaker 2: Definitely not definitely right that, but he could if he
- 1:50:01Speaker 2: didn't open his mouth and he just sat there and
- 1:50:02Speaker 2: he didn't hear anything. You just kind of saw this
- 1:50:04Speaker 2: guy from across the room, like you wouldn't be like, oh,
- 1:50:06Speaker 2: that dude's gay. No, how about this though, he could
- 1:50:11Speaker 2: look like an entry level bear where he's just working
- 1:50:19Speaker 2: on it. Yeah, true, also true. Yeah, if you now, ladies,
- 1:50:23Speaker 2: you're listening and you want to see you know, the
- 1:50:25Speaker 2: profiles we haven't posted on Instagram at the Woody Show. Uh,
- 1:50:28Speaker 2: what's what? What is this? I'll pit him to the
- 1:50:30Speaker 2: top right now. So yeah, war has been going for
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: the emails too, Which, ladies, if you're interested in going
- 1:50:34Speaker 2: on a date with either dumbass Tyler or Menji, hit
- 1:50:37Speaker 2: us up email at the woodieshow dot com.
- 1:50:39Speaker 7: Okay, Benji, you're a simple guy, So how about this one?
- 1:50:42Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:50:43Speaker 7: I'm going to read you the full email.
- 1:50:45Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:50:45Speaker 7: It says Hi, I'd go on a date with Menji. Natalie, Dude, it.
- 1:50:52Speaker 2: Sounds like your speed.
- 1:50:53Speaker 7: I mean, she could be perfect.
- 1:50:56Speaker 2: That's a perfect day for sea bath to very few.
- 1:50:59Speaker 2: Not a lot of talking, that's true.
- 1:51:02Speaker 12: Added to the pile of potential suitors. No picture anything,
- 1:51:06Speaker 12: no picture nothing. Menji's kind of a man. A few words.
- 1:51:09Speaker 2: Yeah, how does that work? I'm not a Facebook guy.
- 1:51:12Speaker 2: Can you put her email in there and it'll come
- 1:51:13Speaker 2: We'll come up. Give me if that's the one attached
- 1:51:16Speaker 2: to her. Yeah, okay, probably it's a Gmail. I'm guessing
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: a Google search of the email or linked in menace.
- 1:51:23Speaker 2: That's another one of your favorite reconnaissance ye moves.
- 1:51:26Speaker 7: So yeah, look her.
- 1:51:27Speaker 12: Up and then sorry, Benji. The only other one I
- 1:51:30Speaker 12: have for you is a girl that wants Tyler and Minji.
- 1:51:34Speaker 12: So the Eiffel Tower.
- 1:51:36Speaker 2: But let's just say Tyler's you know, not available because
- 1:51:38Speaker 2: he's on another date.
- 1:51:40Speaker 12: So I'm gonna I love this girl. I'm going to
- 1:51:42Speaker 12: pass around picture I printed you.
- 1:51:43Speaker 6: All whoa Yeah, yeah for sure.
- 1:51:47Speaker 12: Okay, So she said she would be down to date
- 1:51:49Speaker 12: both Menji and Dumbaster. She's five eight, she's thirty five
- 1:51:53Speaker 12: years old.
- 1:51:54Speaker 2: Party. I can see she works on TV shows.
- 1:51:57Speaker 7: And movies in the staff department.
- 1:51:58Speaker 2: Oh yeah, she looks at a party. Interesting you you're
- 1:52:02Speaker 2: a filmmaker.
- 1:52:03Speaker 7: Is a film guy.
- 1:52:05Speaker 12: She's been single for over three years, but she's very
- 1:52:08Speaker 12: clear to change.
- 1:52:09Speaker 2: Its fun.
- 1:52:09Speaker 7: It's because of her schedule.
- 1:52:12Speaker 9: She does.
- 1:52:12Speaker 2: Look she does shirt that was a little cleeve.
- 1:52:17Speaker 6: You know what this chick.
- 1:52:18Speaker 8: I mean, from what she said and what she does
- 1:52:21Speaker 8: for a living, I think she could even if it
- 1:52:23Speaker 8: doesn't work out with her, she could probably introduce you
- 1:52:25Speaker 8: to somebody that you would be interested in. Well, she
- 1:52:29Speaker 8: seems like a fun hang what what she seems like
- 1:52:33Speaker 8: a snapchat filter?
- 1:52:35Speaker 6: What does that mean?
- 1:52:36Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 1:52:37Speaker 8: I mean, to be honest, I'm getting like that that
- 1:52:46Speaker 8: you know that that filter that was like the puppy dog, the.
- 1:52:50Speaker 2: Tongue that just like her photo. She's trying to be fun. Yeah,
- 1:52:54Speaker 2: that's just the angle showing she's.
- 1:52:55Speaker 6: Fun, showing her big eyes.
- 1:52:58Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:52:59Speaker 12: She says she's down to be a hermit and play
- 1:53:00Speaker 12: video games and binge TV shows at home. So hello Menzi,
- 1:53:06Speaker 12: and then she ended it with love you guys, parentheses
- 1:53:08Speaker 12: even sea bass No.
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: Just based on that. If I had to say, all right,
- 1:53:13Speaker 2: if I'm gonna play matchmaker, just based on what she said,
- 1:53:16Speaker 2: I would have I would have matched her more with
- 1:53:18Speaker 2: Menji than with dumbass Tyler, wouldn't you? Yeah, because she
- 1:53:22Speaker 2: could be reclusive again, I think you look more like
- 1:53:25Speaker 2: kind of quiet and more not quiet. That's the wrong way,
- 1:53:29Speaker 2: like lo key the job.
- 1:53:30Speaker 12: Like you're a film guy, you would love to date
- 1:53:32Speaker 12: someone in that scene.
- 1:53:33Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, you pitched that you were looking for somebody
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: with similar Internet. You guys can play casting couch. I've
- 1:53:40Speaker 2: seen those, Okay, I've heard about them. You know.
- 1:53:43Speaker 22: Them.
- 1:53:45Speaker 8: I'm gonna have to tap out of Love Connection because
- 1:53:49Speaker 8: I have an update here and I'm gonna have to
- 1:53:51Speaker 8: have Vaughn come in and take my place here. What
- 1:53:55Speaker 8: I don't think this is how the segment was supposed
- 1:53:57Speaker 8: to turn out. But Love Connection has actually brought me
- 1:54:00Speaker 8: back to my ax.
- 1:54:01Speaker 24: What wait a minute, Wait a minute, Wait a minute,
- 1:54:07Speaker 24: wait a minute, Yes, so hold on, was this already
- 1:54:11Speaker 24: in the works before Love Connection or like you said,
- 1:54:14Speaker 24: love Connection brought you back?
- 1:54:16Speaker 2: How give me the time? The timeline super important on this, Benji,
- 1:54:20Speaker 2: Please be honest.
- 1:54:23Speaker 8: Uh so we were, we talked on and off, but this,
- 1:54:28Speaker 8: this whole segment has really kind of brought us to
- 1:54:32Speaker 8: like this.
- 1:54:32Speaker 2: Who initiated that? Uh? That was? That would be?
- 1:54:36Speaker 3: Uh?
- 1:54:37Speaker 22: Me?
- 1:54:38Speaker 2: So because of the the Love Connection segment you said
- 1:54:42Speaker 2: to her and initiated more of a conversation about going
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: it wasn't. Please be honest, Yes, it wasn't her saying
- 1:54:52Speaker 2: knowing about the knowing about the segment, and all of
- 1:54:54Speaker 2: a sudden she was showing now like she's jealous, more
- 1:54:57Speaker 2: interest in rekindling.
- 1:54:59Speaker 12: No, no, no at all, you're lying more than Tyler.
- 1:55:06Speaker 2: Now, yeah, I know. Do you reach out to her?
- 1:55:10Speaker 8: And why it was all last week? It was all
- 1:55:13Speaker 8: that after this the segment things. Uh, you guys put
- 1:55:17Speaker 8: it in my head about the whole the marriage thing
- 1:55:21Speaker 8: and this other I don't know, it's now you're craving marriage,
- 1:55:25Speaker 8: you know?
- 1:55:25Speaker 11: Maybe was it the thought of going on a first
- 1:55:28Speaker 11: day you're starting over, just getting to know somebody, And
- 1:55:31Speaker 11: that sounded like what a chore.
- 1:55:33Speaker 6: That's what I'll just.
- 1:55:34Speaker 2: Go back to where I'm comfortable, you know. No, Now
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: I just I greg if I can be gay here
- 1:55:39Speaker 2: for a little bit, please get honestly, like second.
- 1:55:44Speaker 8: Night, I share a lot of love still for her
- 1:55:51Speaker 8: and the and and the little girl that she has
- 1:55:55Speaker 8: as well.
- 1:55:56Speaker 2: Is that loneliness speaking? It is not loneliness, okay, Because
- 1:56:01Speaker 2: we talked about like when people go to weddings, all
- 1:56:03Speaker 2: all of a sudden they start getting overcome with you
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: the feelings of you know, romance and wanting that kind
- 1:56:07Speaker 2: of thing in their life. So as we're talking about
- 1:56:09Speaker 2: this stuff, oh.
- 1:56:10Speaker 6: Boy, okay, But when you guys broke up, who broke
- 1:56:12Speaker 6: up with? Who it was?
- 1:56:15Speaker 2: It was just okay.
- 1:56:16Speaker 8: So it was just a really kind of a messy situation.
- 1:56:20Speaker 8: That's where it was just a mutual this isn't working.
- 1:56:23Speaker 8: We cannot be together right now. The time of part
- 1:56:29Speaker 8: that we've had it feels so much different. I've seen
- 1:56:33Speaker 8: that she's actually done a lot of positive changes. She
- 1:56:37Speaker 8: is inspiring me to want to be a better person.
- 1:56:41Speaker 12: Don't cry.
- 1:56:41Speaker 6: Don't cry.
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: God damn it, this is not where I thought the text.
- 1:56:48Speaker 13: Getting back with your ex is like taking a shower
- 1:56:50Speaker 13: and putting on dirty underwear.
- 1:56:55Speaker 2: I'm not gonna be that brutal.
- 1:56:56Speaker 8: But if he's, if he honestly is going to talk
- 1:56:59Speaker 8: out whatever issues that they are in the past and
- 1:57:03Speaker 8: like take take your time with it, I will support it.
- 1:57:07Speaker 8: But if he's just like rushing back into it because
- 1:57:10Speaker 8: of this thing, no, I definitely it's exactly what you said, menace.
- 1:57:13Speaker 8: I really want this to work out.
- 1:57:16Speaker 2: I really and so this is legitimately what you want.
- 1:57:21Speaker 2: This is not a moment. I'm making sure you're not
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: being a man in a moment of weakness exactly. Thank you.
- 1:57:27Speaker 8: I appreciate it for looking out, but it is what
- 1:57:31Speaker 8: I do want. I really want to give this another.
- 1:57:34Speaker 2: Because I'll be kind of sound like a pussy right now,
- 1:57:37Speaker 2: you know it America, and then I'm a pussy?
- 1:57:40Speaker 12: Are you guys especially like boyfriend and girlfriend now, are
- 1:57:42Speaker 12: you quote unquote working things out?
- 1:57:45Speaker 2: She is my girlfriend.
- 1:57:49Speaker 6: So mad, you know as having fun.
- 1:57:52Speaker 1: Going through.
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: Well, we're still working on Tyler to and we can
- 1:57:58Speaker 2: help Vaughan.
- 1:57:59Speaker 6: Yeah, Well, thank you for your honesty.
- 1:58:05Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:58:06Speaker 2: If anybody has any advice from Menjie on how to
- 1:58:08Speaker 2: go back with an X and how it worked out
- 1:58:09Speaker 2: for you, you can always hit us up email at
- 1:58:11Speaker 2: the witnesshow dot com. Morgan, you can go through those
- 1:58:14Speaker 2: emails and you know what you can you can send
- 1:58:16Speaker 2: those some some of them his the ones that would
- 1:58:19Speaker 2: be constructive, right.
- 1:58:20Speaker 8: Yeah, guarantee you there will be some good stories. I
- 1:58:24Speaker 8: mean it's not I mean, yeah, I know we're just
- 1:58:27Speaker 8: going out there that it's going to be disaster, but
- 1:58:29Speaker 8: there's we're making a lot of jokes.
- 1:58:31Speaker 2: If this is what you want and you're happy, like,
- 1:58:34Speaker 2: of course, I'm happy for you and I and I
- 1:58:35Speaker 2: and I support I do make a lot of jokes.
- 1:58:38Speaker 2: You know, uh, man, you're you're, you're, you're on you know,
- 1:58:44Speaker 2: it's it's some dangerous water. You're in that time of part.
- 1:58:46Speaker 2: The time of part was how long give or take? Uh,
- 1:58:50Speaker 2: it was what was May so there's not a full year?
- 1:58:57Speaker 23: Yeah, okay fast, or she's from that's not nice, or
- 1:59:04Speaker 23: he can go through this and then figure out, you
- 1:59:07Speaker 23: know what, I want to live my true self?
- 1:59:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and then we go. Because the thing that people
- 1:59:11Speaker 2: fall into is when you are apart, you get out
- 1:59:14Speaker 2: of like whatever that was when you pulled the rip
- 1:59:16Speaker 2: chord and the log. You get away from that. You
- 1:59:18Speaker 2: start forgetting very quickly all the stuff that got you
- 1:59:21Speaker 2: that point, and you can only remember the good stuff,
- 1:59:23Speaker 2: and so it makes you more weak to the idea
- 1:59:26Speaker 2: of totally yeah and litting it back in that situation.
- 1:59:30Speaker 2: I was very cautious of that mindset, right, yeah, that
- 1:59:33Speaker 2: that train of thought did not you know, was not there.
- 1:59:36Speaker 2: But you guys were living together before, right that. Yes,
- 1:59:39Speaker 2: I would say, like, want you guys just not live together,
- 1:59:42Speaker 2: be back together, but not live together, and try that
- 1:59:45Speaker 2: out first before you go through the whole thing of
- 1:59:48Speaker 2: exactly what man said, you know, take it slow. I
- 1:59:52Speaker 2: really want this to work.
- 1:59:54Speaker 12: Care about.
- 1:59:56Speaker 2: Right now? All right? The very least we could have
- 2:00:02Speaker 2: turned this into like, you know, maybe bringing a second
- 2:00:04Speaker 2: chicken to the mix, you know what I mean? You
- 2:00:06Speaker 2: could have like proposed that to or see how Yeah
- 2:00:11Speaker 2: not with Tyler. All right, more Woody Show's next hang

- 2:01:10Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 2:01:10Speaker 2: You may think it's a good idea, especially the later
- 2:01:12Speaker 2: in the day it gets you know when you know,
- 2:01:15Speaker 2: when you're sick, like, you feel fine during the day,
- 2:01:17Speaker 2: you feel like you can, like you know, go back
- 2:01:18Speaker 2: to doing normal life. And then at night it's when
- 2:01:21Speaker 2: it gets really bad. Yeah, everything gets bad at night.
- 2:01:24Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 2:01:25Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what. Yeah, that's when you start thinking like
- 2:01:28Speaker 2: bad ideas are good ideas hurt exactly. All right, Thank
