Westpac economists warn of El Nino risks to NZ economy
A new report says the rising risk of hot, dry conditions, especially in eastern regions and the upper North Island is a threat to pasture-based agriculture, particularly dairy, sheep and beef. Its senior economist Michael Gordon spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
