- 0:00Speaker 1: You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM
- 0:04Speaker 1: six forty.
- 0:10Speaker 2: We're gonna add a new part of our show and
- 0:14Speaker 2: that is Handle corrections by Neil Savadra.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:18Speaker 4: I told him we'll end the show with them. It'll
- 0:20Speaker 4: be the last thing. Buzz Aldrin is the only one
- 0:23Speaker 4: that had a PhD.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Okay, so there's a correction. It's like anybody gives a
- 0:27Speaker 2: rats ass.
- 0:28Speaker 1: And now handle on the news, Ladies and gentlemen, here's
- 0:33Speaker 1: Bill Handle.
- 0:35Speaker 3: Yeah. It's a Wednesday morning, everybody. It's Someday Wednesday.
- 0:41Speaker 2: And we're all here. Boy, what a momentous day today.
- 0:45Speaker 2: A bunch of things going on that we're going to
- 0:47Speaker 2: cover this morning. And we've got medical news with Jim
- 0:51Speaker 2: Keeney coming up at eight thirty, which we always do
- 0:54Speaker 2: on Wednesday.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Okay, a quick one starting with Aby this morning. Amy, Hi, Bill,
- 1:02Speaker 3: I'm horrible.
- 1:02Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:04Speaker 3: You know people ask that all the time.
- 1:06Speaker 2: It's a crutch handle on the law, and people are
- 1:08Speaker 2: told specifically, do not ask Bill how he is. He
- 1:13Speaker 2: does not want to hear it, you don't care, which
- 1:17Speaker 2: is true. Hey Bill, how are you? I got a question?
- 1:20Speaker 2: I am horrible? Why do you ask my life? Could
- 1:23Speaker 2: not be more miserable. Now, what's your question? So how
- 1:27Speaker 2: am I?
- 1:28Speaker 5: Uh you knowing good? Feeling good? No, no, feeling like crap?
- 1:33Speaker 3: Yeah? Pretty much does make you happy? Nothing? Yeah?
- 1:38Speaker 2: Nothing? Absolutely occasionally masturbation.
- 1:41Speaker 3: But very rarely.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Okay, there we go as we start the show. Good
- 1:49Speaker 2: morning everybody. Okay, oh I just got a speaking of masturbation,
- 1:54Speaker 2: I just got a callous remover seriously, what I have
- 2:00Speaker 2: a cal callous on my foot that I had to
- 2:03Speaker 2: get rid of. And well no, because it's it, it
- 2:07Speaker 2: uses you can use it for a double hit here.
- 2:11Speaker 2: It's good for two different ways of dealing with your callouses,
- 2:15Speaker 2: one on your foot and the other one on your hand. Okay, uh,
- 2:20Speaker 2: good morning, Neil, No move on, I want a little
- 2:25Speaker 2: part of it. What a great way to start, Kno,
- 2:27Speaker 2: good morning. No everybody starts with good morning. No, no, no,
- 2:35Speaker 2: we're not going there. Usually have a few minutes into
- 2:38Speaker 2: the show before I start with handalism's but not this morning. Uh,
- 2:44Speaker 2: Will Coleswreiber, there you are, good morning, and then the
- 2:48Speaker 2: lovely Ann good morning, Anne, good morning. There you go,
- 2:52Speaker 2: good morning. You see that is a legitimate good morning.
- 2:54Speaker 2: How are you okay? That is a happy camper there.
- 3:00Speaker 2: It's miserable life, isn't it? Okay?
- 3:02Speaker 3: Oh man, what a bunch of news we have today.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Supreme Court is as thea Soon, not yet, it'll start hearing.
- 3:11Speaker 2: It'll start hearing arguments in the birthright citizenship case. I
- 3:16Speaker 2: don't even know why they allowed it to go in
- 3:18Speaker 2: front of the court. I have no idea why the
- 3:21Speaker 2: Supreme Court accepted the case. Supreme Court gets several thousand
- 3:25Speaker 2: requests every year to hear cases. It accepts about eighty
- 3:31Speaker 2: and usually of national import. I can only think, because
- 3:35Speaker 2: I think it's going to be unanimous that the Court
- 3:37Speaker 2: is going to rule against the Trump administration. I'd be
- 3:39Speaker 2: shocked if it didn't. Then we'll talk about that coming
- 3:42Speaker 2: up seven o'clock. The only guess I have as to
- 3:47Speaker 2: what the court wants to do and why they accepted
- 3:49Speaker 2: the case was to solidify stamp the concept of if
- 3:56Speaker 2: you're born in the United States, you're a citizen. Fourteenth
- 3:58Speaker 2: Amendment nineteen were the case that established it one hundred
- 4:02Speaker 2: percent boom. So we'll talk about that coming up. And
- 4:07Speaker 2: President is going to be in the in the courtroom.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Never happened before. The President is going to be there
- 4:14Speaker 2: to be staring at him.
- 4:15Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Can't you just see if he's just going to be
- 4:18Speaker 5: sitting there staring at him.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Yeah, he's going to be scouring sling and Kagan is
- 4:27Speaker 2: going to be looking at him. And as she asked
- 4:30Speaker 2: the question, we'll be going nan nan nan, or you
- 4:33Speaker 2: think you've got a case here?
- 4:34Speaker 3: Pardon?
- 4:35Speaker 2: What can they hear the clause the jury jurisdiction thereof? Yeah,
- 4:40Speaker 2: and Trump is arguing that jurisdiction thereof does not include uh,
- 4:45Speaker 2: it does not include people that were not born of
- 4:48Speaker 2: either a US citizen or here legally.
- 4:53Speaker 3: And that's based on the fact that.
- 4:56Speaker 2: There are certain people that are in the United States,
- 5:00Speaker 2: born in the United States that are not US citizens.
- 5:04Speaker 2: In direct you would think violation of the fourteenth Amendment
- 5:08Speaker 2: clause and that's diplomats and anybody at war.
- 5:13Speaker 3: If how does that work?
- 5:15Speaker 4: Is that added to the Constitution or no, No, it's
- 5:18Speaker 4: just the boy.
- 5:18Speaker 2: It's been interpreted. That's all it's been. It's been the
- 5:21Speaker 2: way that this interpret is. The court could interpret it,
- 5:23Speaker 2: but it's not going to. Okay, So we'll talk about that. Iran, God,
- 5:28Speaker 2: I love Iran. The President has now said The only
- 5:32Speaker 2: thing I ever wanted was to stop the nuclear facilities,
- 5:38Speaker 2: the nuclear program that Iran has. That's the only thing
- 5:41Speaker 2: I've ever wanted. And we have done it, and you
- 5:44Speaker 2: will see him declare victory and get out of Iran
- 5:47Speaker 2: no longer the story of horror moves being blocked, none
- 5:51Speaker 2: of that language anymore.
- 5:52Speaker 3: All Right, we'll talk about.
- 5:53Speaker 5: He doesn't do anything to the straight up fore moves.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Doesn't that leave gas prices kind of up through the roof?
- 5:59Speaker 3: How about that?
- 6:01Speaker 5: Is he going to let that continue? I mean, that's
- 6:03Speaker 5: really bad for his presidency.
- 6:04Speaker 2: He you bet, But doesn't matter what he does, it's
- 6:07Speaker 2: bad for his presidency. He is going to declare, absolutely,
- 6:12Speaker 2: declare victory, there's no question. And Iran is going to
- 6:17Speaker 2: make the Strait of Hermos Hormos a toll booth that
- 6:22Speaker 2: ships will be paying Iran to go through, which they
- 6:26Speaker 2: do not. Now it's an international waterway. Okay, let's do it, guys.
- 6:29Speaker 2: We have a lot to cover, starting with a handle
- 6:33Speaker 2: on the news, Amy Neil and me lead story. I
- 6:40Speaker 2: just talked about Supreme Court the hearing arguments in the
- 6:44Speaker 2: birthright case. So I'll talk more about that at seven
- 6:47Speaker 2: o'clock because I spent a good part of the morning
- 6:50Speaker 2: saying hello, goodbye and masturbation. I don't know how that
- 6:53Speaker 2: kicked in. Oh, I know how he kicked in. It's
- 6:56Speaker 2: our show. It's the handle show. Let's hope that.
- 6:58Speaker 4: It's not retroactive. Otherwise I'm screwed. The whole birth right masturbation.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Of course, it's oh oh, it's constant. It's always spin
- 7:08Speaker 4: around since the Caveman.
- 7:10Speaker 5: I think we're talking about two different things.
- 7:12Speaker 3: You think, so yep, Okay, Moving on.
- 7:15Speaker 5: To the Moon, Alice. NASA is getting ready for the
- 7:20Speaker 5: Artemis two moon rocket mission, so the countdown is on
- 7:26Speaker 5: and the rocket could lift off. There's a two hour window.
- 7:30Speaker 5: It opens at three twenty four hour time. It's at
- 7:34Speaker 5: Kennedy Space Center in Florida. They're completing a sequence of
- 7:38Speaker 5: highly choreographed steps to get the Space Launch System rocket
- 7:43Speaker 5: and the Orion spacecraft for the cruise journey around the move.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Ten day Moon.
- 7:47Speaker 5: It's a ten day mission. They're going to circle the
- 7:50Speaker 5: Earth couple of times and head off to the Moon,
- 7:53Speaker 5: and then they're going to come back and they'll splash
- 7:55Speaker 5: down off San Diego.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Okay, I'm a little bit confused. First of all. And
- 8:00Speaker 3: I thought we were going to have rod pylon today. No, no,
- 8:04Speaker 3: I told you it was going to be Thursday. Oh
- 8:07Speaker 3: I forgot.
- 8:08Speaker 2: And amy a little confusion as to the story the
- 8:11Speaker 2: two hour window. Does that mean that the crew will
- 8:14Speaker 2: actually open up a window on the spacecraft for two hours?
- 8:19Speaker 5: I do not believe, so, sir.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Okay, just there's confusion there. Fresh air.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Get a little fresh air in there, stay over the
- 8:27Speaker 5: next Sundays.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty much.
- 8:28Speaker 5: Yeah, but an eighty percent chance of favorable weather for listing.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Yeah, and this is a big one.
- 8:33Speaker 2: God, this is one of those that is so worthwhile
- 8:36Speaker 2: going to see. That is a bucket list thing for
- 8:39Speaker 2: me is watching one of these takeoff because I understand
- 8:43Speaker 2: you're miles away and as it roars up, you can actually.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Feel it through your body.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And not only the noise is just out just astounding,
- 8:55Speaker 2: but you feel this thing going up.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Oh it's.
- 9:00Speaker 5: So we should get it done next time they do
- 9:02Speaker 5: a launch, and we should get the show to go there.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that'll show. Yeah, yeah, we can't get the show.
- 9:07Speaker 5: I used to know a guy at NASA.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Yeah, we can't get a remote and Pacoima okay, much
- 9:12Speaker 2: less going to.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Florida. We used to be able to. At one point
- 9:18Speaker 3: the show.
- 9:19Speaker 5: We would go, well, you could pay for it, right
- 9:22Speaker 5: I could? Okay, So if I can arrange it, you'll
- 9:25Speaker 5: pay for No.
- 9:26Speaker 3: I just said I could pay for.
- 9:27Speaker 5: It, could and would or two different things.
- 9:30Speaker 3: Okay, one hundred percent. Okay.
- 9:34Speaker 4: President Trump will address we the people this evening on
- 9:39Speaker 4: the war in Iran, so says the Press Secretary Caroline Lovett.
- 9:44Speaker 4: It'll be six pm our time, of course. Right now,
- 9:48Speaker 4: a lot of people focusing on oil prices. They have
- 9:51Speaker 4: soared since Israeli forces first struck Iran in February. At
- 9:58Speaker 4: the end of February, so we're looking at four dollars
- 10:02Speaker 4: a gallon. I have a question here, so Bill, we
- 10:08Speaker 4: haven't been this high in gas since two Okay, So
- 10:14Speaker 4: Trump was not in office in twenty twenty two. The
- 10:17Speaker 4: prices of gas went up because I'm assuming the Russia
- 10:21Speaker 4: Ukraine war Maryland there, okay, and it kind of came
- 10:26Speaker 4: and went.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Well.
- 10:29Speaker 4: I think now I support US supporting Ukraine. But how
- 10:38Speaker 4: come people don't see the importance in keeping Iran in
- 10:43Speaker 4: check with nuclear weapons and that that's to me more
- 10:48Speaker 4: valuable to have our gas prices go up than helping
- 10:51Speaker 4: out another country like.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Okay, And that's and that's a legitimate question. Why are
- 10:56Speaker 3: we freaking out now?
- 10:57Speaker 2: The short answer is whether or not, whether or not
- 11:01Speaker 2: Iran does have a capability as of a nuclear weapon,
- 11:04Speaker 2: and that's mixed as to whether it's.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Imminent or not.
- 11:08Speaker 2: And uh, a lot of emotion if you look. It's evidence, No,
- 11:12Speaker 2: it's evidence. It's evidence whether they do, whether they do
- 11:15Speaker 2: or not. And evidence at this point all they can
- 11:18Speaker 2: do is, uh, it's evidence based on intelligence. We really
- 11:22Speaker 2: don't know. Are those centrifugions deep underground? Are they were
- 11:26Speaker 2: they taken out by those buster buster bunker bombs?
- 11:30Speaker 3: We don't know. Uh, that we don't know. And the
- 11:33Speaker 3: difference that.
- 11:33Speaker 4: It's marketing, it's just marketing. It's like it's Trump now.
- 11:38Speaker 4: So we've got to hate it.
- 11:40Speaker 3: No, No, I don't think so. No, No, I think so.
- 11:42Speaker 3: I think there's a legitimate couple.
- 11:44Speaker 2: It's worth it, Yeah, most of us, well most of
- 11:48Speaker 2: the world, I think it's worth it.
- 11:49Speaker 3: But the cost is astronomical.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Into what's happening because the cost of oil and gasoline
- 11:56Speaker 2: and diesel is affecting the entire world, I mean everybody
- 12:01Speaker 2: and The argument is, so, well.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Iran having nuclear weapons.
- 12:05Speaker 3: That's true. I know that's true.
- 12:07Speaker 2: But but the issue is are they close to having
- 12:09Speaker 2: nuclear weapons? And there are too many people that say no,
- 12:12Speaker 2: too many countries say no.
- 12:13Speaker 4: You'll have to get it that close for us to
- 12:15Speaker 4: do anything. We're already screwed.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Well, they're saying that they're years away, is what a
- 12:20Speaker 2: lot of people are saying. There's really only two countries
- 12:22Speaker 2: that say the nuclear the threat is immin at Israel,
- 12:25Speaker 2: which is saying that forever, and the United States now
- 12:28Speaker 2: under Trump. And so that's what's going on and Trump.
- 12:31Speaker 2: But well, it's gonna be fascinating this afternoon. By the way,
- 12:34Speaker 2: a reporter asked the president yesterday, how were you planning
- 12:38Speaker 2: down how you're planning to bring the oil process down,
- 12:41Speaker 2: prices down? He said, all all I have to do
- 12:44Speaker 2: is leave Iran, and we'll be doing that very soon.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Prices will come tumbling down. We're finishing the job to
- 12:53Speaker 2: maybe four weeks, maybe a few days longer, maybe three.
- 12:58Speaker 2: And we've knocked out trump mendous amounts of missile making facilities,
- 13:02Speaker 2: which is absolutely true. The problem is they have plenty more.
- 13:06Speaker 2: And then the big issue, the straight of horror moves.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Oh man, that is a tough one that affects everybody
- 13:11Speaker 2: on the planet.
- 13:15Speaker 3: Moving on, go ahead and talk.
- 13:20Speaker 5: The Supreme Court has found that a Colorado law that
- 13:23Speaker 5: bans conversion therapy for gay and transgender miners likely violates
- 13:29Speaker 5: free speech. It was an a to one ruling. An
- 13:34Speaker 5: evangelical therapist had argued that the state ban on conversion
- 13:39Speaker 5: therapy infringed on her First Amendment rights because she wanted
- 13:42Speaker 5: to counsel religious teens who were dealing with sexual orientation
- 13:46Speaker 5: issues and gender dysphoria in ways that were consistent with
- 13:50Speaker 5: biblical teachings.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yeah, even though you had the liberal justice, the new
- 13:57Speaker 2: majority of the liberal adjustices going on First Amendment rights,
- 14:00Speaker 2: religious rights, and this court is leaning more and more
- 14:04Speaker 2: towards religious rights.
- 14:06Speaker 3: That is going crazy.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Separation of church and state will be gone, that it
- 14:10Speaker 2: will not exist anymore.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Oh, you think they're going to take it out of
- 14:13Speaker 3: the constitution.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Uh No, not really the freedom of religion, but freedom
- 14:18Speaker 2: religion says they take.
- 14:19Speaker 4: No, they're not going to say take separation of church
- 14:22Speaker 4: and state out of the constitution.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Wait, it's not in the constitution, that is correct, It's
- 14:27Speaker 2: not in the Constitution. However, which way do you look
- 14:30Speaker 2: at the Constitution? Do you are you as strict constructionists?
- 14:33Speaker 2: Do you look at the four corners as the term
- 14:36Speaker 2: of the Constitution and you interpret it very strictly?
- 14:39Speaker 3: Okay? If it isn't there, it don't tell you.
- 14:43Speaker 4: How can people only concern themselves with the Second Amendment
- 14:46Speaker 4: which is actually in the Constitution. Well, because again interpreted
- 14:52Speaker 4: with abortion and separation of church and state.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Okay, not in the constitution. Okay, let's talk.
- 14:58Speaker 2: About Well, just just have a minute and I will
- 15:00Speaker 2: talk about it again. We're talking about how you interpret
- 15:04Speaker 2: how a court interpreted constitution. One strict construction. Okay, there
- 15:08Speaker 2: is no freedom of well, there is no interpretation separation
- 15:11Speaker 2: of church and state in the Constitution. Therefore it doesn't exist.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Abortion does not exist in the constitution. Based on privacy,
- 15:20Speaker 2: Privacy doesn't exist in the Constitution.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Now you have Blackman who ordered the Roe v. Wade.
- 15:27Speaker 3: He wrote the decision establishing Roe v. Wade.
- 15:30Speaker 2: That rights like abortion, like interpreting wildly separation of church
- 15:36Speaker 2: and state doesn't actually come from the language of the Constitution.
- 15:41Speaker 2: It comes from sort of the flavor the spirit. Yes,
- 15:45Speaker 2: the actually the penumbra was the word that was used,
- 15:49Speaker 2: which I have no idea what that means, which means
- 15:51Speaker 2: the rights emanate like ectoplasm coming out of your ears.
- 15:55Speaker 3: It's this baasma. You know, this is green, this green
- 15:59Speaker 3: class they comes.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Out of the constant's written in there, then they have
- 16:03Speaker 4: a problem, I.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Guess, yeah, But it's a question of written You know,
- 16:06Speaker 2: the Second Amendment is the right to bear arms. You
- 16:11Speaker 2: can't infringe on the right to bear arms. What are arms?
- 16:15Speaker 2: That's the problem. Is it a bazookah?
- 16:18Speaker 3: Is it an ar fifteen? Is it a handgun? What
- 16:21Speaker 3: is what is under the jurisdiction? Yeah, that's a little clearer.
- 16:25Speaker 3: I think that is way clearer.
- 16:28Speaker 4: But why would they put that in there if it
- 16:29Speaker 4: was so clear, Because.
- 16:32Speaker 2: It's to me it's clear because under the jurisdiction thereof
- 16:37Speaker 2: saying that if basically, if you live in the United States,
- 16:40Speaker 2: you're under their jurisdiction, I mean, you're going to get arrested.
- 16:42Speaker 3: You still you still have a right to.
- 16:45Speaker 4: Okay, so you tell me this, then how can someone
- 16:48Speaker 4: be born in the United States and not be in
- 16:51Speaker 4: the jurisdiction.
- 16:53Speaker 2: The argument is that there is exception as to how
- 16:56Speaker 2: you interpret jurisdiction.
- 16:59Speaker 4: Did not exist two hundred and fifty years ago. Diplomacy
- 17:04Speaker 4: it did not. It did not exist. The army didn't exist,
- 17:07Speaker 4: the air Force didn't exist.
- 17:09Speaker 3: If you say.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Income tax didn't exist, and uh, it's so therefore income
- 17:15Speaker 2: tax is illegal.
- 17:16Speaker 4: But no, I'm putting it this way. You wouldn't say
- 17:19Speaker 4: the four year old virgin. You'd assume they're a virgin, right,
- 17:23Speaker 4: So if I said you would, I'm saying, if you
- 17:28Speaker 4: say not in my life born in the United States,
- 17:30Speaker 4: and then add jurisdiction, why you.
- 17:33Speaker 3: Know what, it's a long neil.
- 17:36Speaker 2: It's a it's a long argument that you have no
- 17:38Speaker 2: chance of understanding no matter what, how and how I
- 17:42Speaker 2: am that where you're going.
- 17:43Speaker 3: My name is Bob. That doesn't work as well. I
- 17:47Speaker 3: see why he changed it now. It just hit me.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Defense Secretary Pete haig Seth said yesterday there won't be
- 17:55Speaker 4: an investigation after the two Apache helicopters were seen hovering
- 17:58Speaker 4: outside the home home of singer and rapper Kid Rock.
- 18:02Speaker 4: If you remember we talked about this yesterday. They flew over.
- 18:05Speaker 4: Nobody knew what they were doing, obviously not kosher, but
- 18:12Speaker 4: he took pictures saluting them and all this. Uh this
- 18:15Speaker 4: was during the no Kings protests. I guess they flew
- 18:18Speaker 4: over that. And then during a training mission or something,
- 18:21Speaker 4: went over Kid Rock's house and flew by to say
- 18:25Speaker 4: what up kid? But you know they were suspended at first,
- 18:31Speaker 4: and then all of a sudden you had the Defense
- 18:33Speaker 4: Secretary nope or Secretary of War is that his name now,
- 18:38Speaker 4: Pete Haigseth came out and said, no, no investigation. This
- 18:42Speaker 4: was just patriotism, right, and then he put up the
- 18:45Speaker 4: bullhorns like, yeah, you know.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Here's here's the issue that's going on with the military.
- 18:52Speaker 2: It becomes so politicized that I think the higher reaches
- 18:56Speaker 2: of the military are scared to make any decision that
- 18:59Speaker 2: they don't clear through. HeiG Seth making the wrong move,
- 19:03Speaker 2: get you demoted.
- 19:05Speaker 3: This wasn't the wrong move apparently.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Well obviously not just you know, hovering over an individual's
- 19:13Speaker 2: home when you're on a training flight.
- 19:17Speaker 5: Back to the ballot box, President Trump signed an executive
- 19:21Speaker 5: order to put new federal controls on voting by mail.
- 19:25Speaker 5: It would affect, of course, states like California. Leaders in
- 19:29Speaker 5: California immediately responded said, yeah, we'll take you to court,
- 19:32Speaker 5: and we'll win. They said, mail and ballots are safe
- 19:34Speaker 5: and secure for voting that's relied on by millions of Californians.
- 19:39Speaker 5: The order directs the Postal Service to take control of
- 19:42Speaker 5: mail balloting by designing new envelopes with special barcodes that
- 19:47Speaker 5: would allow the federal government to make sure that those
- 19:49Speaker 5: ballots only go out to eligible voters and that only
- 19:52Speaker 5: eligible voters return those ballots.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Except the problem is, it's not the federal government's call
- 19:58Speaker 2: for voting. It's this dates and that is specific under
- 20:03Speaker 2: the constitution. But I don't know if the constitution matters
- 20:06Speaker 2: very much. It's I think he's gonna lose that one too.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Who knows though, with this court. Okay, now the next one, Okay,
- 20:14Speaker 2: before we get to the elect one, I want to share
- 20:17Speaker 2: with you what happened yesterday. As soon as I read
- 20:20Speaker 2: this story, I looked up and said, thank you God
- 20:25Speaker 2: for making me a talk show host and I can
- 20:27Speaker 2: talk about this. So with that being said, Neil, would
- 20:31Speaker 2: you like to share? I looked up and checked the calendar.
- 20:35Speaker 2: I'm out not today early this like holy smoke. So
- 20:41Speaker 2: former Homeland Security Secretary Christy know him.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Of course, you know.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Him responded to something none of us saw by Brian
- 20:50Speaker 4: know Him, her husband since nineteen ninety two, engaged in
- 20:56Speaker 4: what online what is referred to as bimblification. It's fetish
- 21:01Speaker 4: content and this is men women. I don't know others
- 21:06Speaker 4: that are into role playing kink that is focused on bimbos,
- 21:10Speaker 4: big boobs, big butts, full lips and I know what
- 21:14Speaker 4: you're saying. Okay, well, who cares. Apparently he has pictures
- 21:20Speaker 4: of himself and sent them. I had not seen these
- 21:23Speaker 4: with the story originally, so and God bless her.
- 21:27Speaker 3: I always want to prepare instinct. She sent them in
- 21:33Speaker 3: color too. You have to you have picture of this balloons? Yeah,
- 21:38Speaker 3: I know, it's it's so insane.
- 21:41Speaker 2: He's a cross dresser of just the weirdest order in
- 21:45Speaker 2: the world.
- 21:46Speaker 3: She has devastated.
- 21:47Speaker 2: And her only response not it's fake, not it's us
- 21:53Speaker 2: photoshopped or AI, It's that she is devastated, confirming all
- 21:59Speaker 2: of it. Oh no, wait, I thought I thought bimbo
- 22:02Speaker 2: fication was I've been married twice and I thought it
- 22:06Speaker 2: has to do with my relationship. But it doesn't. It's
- 22:09Speaker 2: totally different. It's a fetish. It is a fetish the
- 22:14Speaker 2: person it was fantastic. The purse lips, photo says, and
- 22:20Speaker 2: the short shorts.
- 22:21Speaker 3: And the big boobs, and oh my god.
- 22:25Speaker 4: The big balloons. But he's using them, you know, the
- 22:29Speaker 4: balloon not out, so they become nerves.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Usually it's yeah, I want to make a point here.
- 22:37Speaker 2: I want to make a point. Usually I say the
- 22:39Speaker 2: pictures are available on line. It's up to you to
- 22:44Speaker 2: look at them or not. I am ordering you to
- 22:48Speaker 2: go online and look at these pictures. That is an order,
- 22:52Speaker 2: or you'll be fired as a listener.
- 22:54Speaker 6: Post them on your Absolutely, I don't have access. Okay,
- 23:00Speaker 6: oh yeah, you can't post. Well, you can't mail daily
- 23:04Speaker 6: mail fo they own that. Yeah, probably, but I will
- 23:07Speaker 6: tell you.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Yeah, but who is not gonna post these? What's the
- 23:10Speaker 3: daily mail?
- 23:10Speaker 2: Gonna sue every organization, every person on the planet.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Famous last words.
- 23:15Speaker 5: Okay, gonna get some help. Tiger Woods says he is
- 23:19Speaker 5: stepping away from golf and he's gonna get some treatment
- 23:22Speaker 5: after he was involved in that rollover crash in Florida
- 23:26Speaker 5: and charged with driving under the influence. He said in
- 23:29Speaker 5: a statement, this is necessary in order for me to
- 23:32Speaker 5: prioritize my well being and work toward lasting recover shows
- 23:36Speaker 5: that when he was shortly after the accident, he showed
- 23:41Speaker 5: signs of impairment and had a couple of opioid pain
- 23:46Speaker 5: pills in his pocket. He told deputies that he had
- 23:48Speaker 5: taken the medication that morning.
- 23:50Speaker 3: Yeah, except the prescription was for something else.
- 23:53Speaker 2: I understand this guy has been what six duy's a
- 23:58Speaker 2: couple of accidents.
- 23:59Speaker 3: Yeah, he does have some issues, to say the least.
- 24:04Speaker 4: Judge said just yesterday that President Donald Trump cannot construct
- 24:11Speaker 4: his planned four hundred million dollars ballroom on the site
- 24:14Speaker 4: of the White House's demolished East Wing without approval from Congress.
- 24:21Speaker 4: So for now is most visible thing I guess as
- 24:29Speaker 4: president is on hold.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Well, he's still going on because the judge held his
- 24:36Speaker 2: opinion off suspended it for two weeks, allowing all kinds
- 24:40Speaker 2: of appeal. So the president can keep on going. And
- 24:43Speaker 2: it has to do with the law. Says he has
- 24:47Speaker 2: to go to the National Trust for Historic Preservation to
- 24:49Speaker 2: get an okay.
- 24:50Speaker 4: Also Congress, and was it the flashing neon sign that
- 24:54Speaker 4: says whose house?
- 24:55Speaker 3: Trump's house? Pretty much?
- 24:57Speaker 2: And he called this Trump called the National tru group
- 25:00Speaker 2: of left wing lunatics and said his ballroom is under budget.
- 25:04Speaker 2: It went from two hundred to four hundred million dollars.
- 25:07Speaker 2: But that's under budget and is being built at no
- 25:10Speaker 2: cost to the taxpayer, which is true. Well, at least
- 25:14Speaker 2: that part above the ground. And then there's a whole
- 25:16Speaker 2: story there, but we don't have time to get through it.
- 25:18Speaker 2: But it's another one, all right.
- 25:22Speaker 3: Amy.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Apparently not enough people in the tower. Air traffic controllers
- 25:26Speaker 5: staffing at LaGuardia Airport on the night that Air Canada
- 25:31Speaker 5: jet crashed into a fire truck may have violated the
- 25:35Speaker 5: facilities procedures by combining rolls before midnight. Apparently two people
- 25:41Speaker 5: were there and when they came out, they said, we've
- 25:44Speaker 5: got staffing issues. This has been a problem for a while.
- 25:47Speaker 5: But apparently maybe they did it before midnight and they
- 25:51Speaker 5: were only supposed to have the reduced staffing after midnight.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's eleven thirty seven pm.
- 25:57Speaker 2: It happened, And do you think anything change from eleven
- 26:00Speaker 2: thirty seven to midnight. It would still be the same people,
- 26:03Speaker 2: it would still be the same definition of their work rules,
- 26:08Speaker 2: it would still be it would be the same. So
- 26:10Speaker 2: I don't know how that's different other than it's a
- 26:13Speaker 2: violation of policy. Therefore that's what they do. So I
- 26:17Speaker 2: don't think it's that big a deal. The crash is
- 26:19Speaker 2: certainly a big deal. I mean, there's no question about that.
- 26:22Speaker 2: But the twenty three minutes difference.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Eh okay, freelance journalist, American journalist was kidnapped in Baghdad
- 26:32Speaker 4: by unknown individuals. We're learning you've got government security forces
- 26:38Speaker 4: have begun operations to find her, to try and track
- 26:40Speaker 4: down abductors and such. They're in Iraq's interior. But her
- 26:48Speaker 4: name was Shelley Kittleson. She was abducted there, and that's
- 26:54Speaker 4: basically all we know. The USNBAC and Baghdad referred questions
- 26:58Speaker 4: to the State Department at this point, so there's no
- 27:00Speaker 4: a whole lot.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Known except we're told that she was warned by the
- 27:05Speaker 2: FBI that her name appeared on this terrorist organization's list,
- 27:12Speaker 2: the plans to kidnap or kill her. Once you're told
- 27:15Speaker 2: that by the FBI, aren't you on the first plane
- 27:18Speaker 2: out of Dodge? I mean, goodbye, I'll talk to you later.
- 27:22Speaker 2: That's all that's the question.
- 27:24Speaker 3: And maybe you know not. I mean, there are.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Journalists who just if there's threats out there, they're still
- 27:32Speaker 2: going to do their job.
- 27:34Speaker 3: I'd be on the first plane out of there.
- 27:37Speaker 5: NATO no more. President Trump did an interview with Britain's
- 27:41Speaker 5: Daily Telegraph and said he was strongly considering pulling the
- 27:44Speaker 5: US out of NATO after allies failed to back US
- 27:49Speaker 5: operations against Iran. He described the alliance as a paper
- 27:53Speaker 5: tiger and said removing the US from the Defense Pact
- 27:56Speaker 5: was now beyond reconsideration.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Yep.
- 28:00Speaker 2: So that's another page in this craziness. Although this is
- 28:06Speaker 2: not new for President Trump. He has been saying that
- 28:10Speaker 2: that NATO is a paper tiger and we should be
- 28:13Speaker 2: out of it. He's been saying that for forty years.
- 28:17Speaker 2: So you can't argue that he is reacting now. I mean,
- 28:20Speaker 2: this is something that he has believed in for a
- 28:23Speaker 2: very long time. But you know NATO, Well, the US
- 28:26Speaker 2: is going to exit NATO. NATO's going to disappear, I think,
- 28:29Speaker 2: and it's just going to change the world order completely,
- 28:31Speaker 2: and not necessarily for the bad either, because they've been
- 28:35Speaker 2: relying on the US for security for Europe, and according
- 28:40Speaker 2: to the President and a lot of other people, maybe
- 28:42Speaker 2: it's time for Europe to rely on itself, all right,
- 28:46Speaker 2: we're done, guys. Coming up the Supreme Court today this
- 28:51Speaker 2: morning is going to hear arguments on birthright citizenship. What
- 28:56Speaker 2: a case that is, and the President is going to
- 28:58Speaker 2: be right there in the courtroom, and that's never happened before.
- 29:02Speaker 2: So we have a lot to talk about. Kf I
- 29:04Speaker 2: am six point forty.
- 29:06Speaker 3: You've been listening to the Bill Handle Show.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Catch My Show Monday through Friday six am to nine am,
- 29:11Speaker 2: and anytime on demand on the iHeartRadio app.
