Baby Stolen from Car in Philly | Annapolis News
A one-year-old boy was stolen from his mother’s car in Philadelphia late Monday night — the thief drove off with him still strapped in his car seat, then dumped the vehicle on a highway just after midnight. The baby’s uncle frantically searched for him before he was found unharmed. No arrests have been made, but police are actively investigating, collecting fingerprints and reviewing surveillance footage to catch the suspect.
