- 3:07Speaker 3: thank you for another opportunity, Father God, to be on
- 3:12Speaker 3: this platform. Father God, I pray, Father God, that our
- 3:15Speaker 3: time together will encourage one another. I pray Father God
- 3:20Speaker 3: for everyone under the sign of my voice, that they
- 3:22Speaker 3: will have a blessed day today. Father, I pray for
- 3:26Speaker 3: those who don't know you, those who are just listening
- 3:29Speaker 3: out of curiosity. I pray for the conviction of the
- 3:32Speaker 3: Holy Spirit, Oh Lord, to penetrate their hearts of God,
- 3:36Speaker 3: and that they will make an immediate decision of God
- 3:40Speaker 3: and Father. Forgive us Lord for every time we ignored conviction,
- 3:45Speaker 3: every time we've delayed our repentance. We ask O God,
- 3:49Speaker 3: Oh Lord, that we will get right with you immediately
- 3:53Speaker 3: and not delay or put our obedience off in any
- 3:58Speaker 3: areas in Jesus' name. Amen. All right, So we are
- 4:07Speaker 3: in a Book of Acts, chapter twenty four. We're gonna
- 4:09Speaker 3: finish chapter twenty four today.
- 4:12Speaker 4: It looks like.
- 4:16Speaker 3: We're rapidly getting close to the end of the Book
- 4:19Speaker 3: of Acts. I tell you, this has been an amazing ride,
- 4:24Speaker 3: great insights, great understanding, going through the Word of God together.
- 4:31Speaker 3: This is a blessing. Amen. And so in this episode,
- 4:38Speaker 3: we're gonna see Paul still in court. Paul goes before Felix,
- 4:46Speaker 3: and we saw that the Jews hired a professional accuser
- 4:52Speaker 3: to accuse Paul to strengthen it to make their case.
- 4:57Speaker 3: The Jews from Asia were the ones who are lead
- 5:00Speaker 3: the charge, and they didn't even come to be witnesses
- 5:03Speaker 3: against Paul. And so Paul gives his defense. They do
- 5:10Speaker 3: not find anything wrong with Paul. And so now they're
- 5:17Speaker 3: at a point where they're just listening. Paul is just
- 5:20Speaker 3: preaching up a storm, and Guy's hand is all in this.
- 5:31Speaker 3: And so let's look at Felix as he is convicted
- 5:35Speaker 3: by the Holy Spirit. Let's see his response and how
- 5:40Speaker 3: he handles it. Amen in verse twenty two. But when
- 5:48Speaker 3: Felix heard these things, okay, concerning the resurrection of the dead,
- 6:00Speaker 3: I am being judged by you this day. But when
- 6:03Speaker 3: Felix heard these things, having more accurate knowledge of the way,
- 6:10Speaker 3: he adjourned the proceedings and said, when Lysseius, the commander
- 6:18Speaker 3: comes down, I will make a decision on your case.
- 6:23Speaker 3: So he commanded the centurion to keep Paul and to
- 6:27Speaker 3: let him have liberty, and told him not to forbid
- 6:32Speaker 3: any of his friends to provide for or visit him.
- 6:38Speaker 3: And after some days, when Felix came with his wife Drucilius,
- 6:44Speaker 3: who was Jewish, he sent for Paul and heard him
- 6:50Speaker 3: concerning the faith in his faith in Christ or the
- 6:54Speaker 3: faith in Christ. Now, as he responded, righteousness, self control,
- 7:01Speaker 3: and judgment to come, Felix was afraid and answer, go
- 7:07Speaker 3: your way now when I have a convenient time, I
- 7:11Speaker 3: will call for you. Meanwhile, he also hoped that money
- 7:17Speaker 3: would be given him by Paul that he might release him. Therefore,
- 7:23Speaker 3: he sent for him more often and conversed with him.
- 7:30Speaker 3: But after two years pro SEUs Festus succeeded Felix, and
- 7:36Speaker 3: Felix wanted to do the Jews at favor, left Paul bound, Wow,
- 7:48Speaker 3: this is very interesting. All right, let's begin to break
- 7:51Speaker 3: it down. But when Felix heard these things, having more
- 8:01Speaker 3: accurate knowledge of the way, he adjourned the proceedings and said,
- 8:07Speaker 3: when Glicious the commander comes down, I will make a
- 8:13Speaker 3: decision on your case. All right, now check this out.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Felix already understood much about Christianity. Back then they called
- 8:26Speaker 3: it the Way. Now remember they were Caltricians in Antioch,
- 8:33Speaker 3: and it was a derogatory term at that moment. But
- 8:38Speaker 3: they called it the Way because Jesus said I am
- 8:42Speaker 3: the Way, the Truth, and the life right. So this
- 8:48Speaker 3: wasn't ignorance though he was hesitant. This was hesitation on
- 8:57Speaker 3: a part of Felix. He delayed it decision rather than
- 9:01Speaker 3: responding to truth. This can be very dangerous, Beloved, knowing
- 9:08Speaker 3: truth and delaying obedience. This is a dangerous spot I
- 9:18Speaker 3: found myself in, and a lot of churchgoers they find
- 9:23Speaker 3: themselves in this spot. When we are convicted by the
- 9:27Speaker 3: Holy Spirit, we need to respond immediately. See Felix understood
- 9:37Speaker 3: the way and said that he had more accurate knowledge.
- 9:42Speaker 3: So the Romans were blindsided. They were trying to understand
- 9:49Speaker 3: the Felix understood. He saw the miracles, he saw the
- 9:55Speaker 3: words that Jesus preach come to Metapha state should come
- 10:00Speaker 3: to pass. So Felix was not confused at all. Felix
- 10:07Speaker 3: was avoiding commitment. A lot of people aren't lost because
- 10:13Speaker 3: they lack truth. They're lost because they keep postponing surrender.
- 10:20Speaker 3: You say that again. A lot of people are not
- 10:22Speaker 3: lost because they lack truth. Even a little bit of truth,
- 10:28Speaker 3: there is enough light to understand the gospel. They just
- 10:36Speaker 3: do not want to surrender. To live a life of
- 10:39Speaker 3: surrender to Christ a man and I've been there before,
- 10:45Speaker 3: and trust me, being surrendered is way better than striving
- 10:50Speaker 3: on your own Verse twenty three. So he commanded the
- 10:57Speaker 3: centurion to keep Paul and to let him have liberty,
- 11:03Speaker 3: and told him not to forbid any of his friends
- 11:06Speaker 3: to provide or to visit him. Now, Paul remained a prisoner,
- 11:12Speaker 3: but he was given unusual favor, and he had freedom
- 11:17Speaker 3: to move around as a prisoner, even in chains. God
- 11:23Speaker 3: still gave Paul favor. Prison did not stop purpose at all.
- 11:30Speaker 3: Restriction doesn't mean rejection. God can bless you right in
- 11:35Speaker 3: the middle of your confinement. Hey, man, Paul was working
- 11:44Speaker 3: and blessing our brother Paul. And don't trip when people
- 11:53Speaker 3: reject you. Don't trip when people treat you funny. God
- 11:59Speaker 3: is still worse a man. Pray for those people. Some
- 12:04Speaker 3: of them might just be getting convicted by your lifestyle.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Some of them might be right on the edge of
- 12:15Speaker 3: giving their life to Christ. So we can't trip on
- 12:20Speaker 3: our circumstances. Amen twenty four. And after some days, when
- 12:26Speaker 3: Felix came with his wife Drusillius and probably butchering these
- 12:32Speaker 3: names Jusilius, who was Jewish, she sent He sent for
- 12:38Speaker 3: Paul and heard him concerning the faith in Christ. Now
- 12:45Speaker 3: Felix and his wife were curious about the faith. But
- 12:50Speaker 3: curiosity is not the same as commitment. A lot of
- 12:56Speaker 3: people go to church because they want to hear. Some
- 13:00Speaker 3: people want to be entertained by the gospel. Some people
- 13:04Speaker 3: just want to gain knowledge for knowledge shake, They just
- 13:07Speaker 3: want a head knowledge. They just want information. But hearing
- 13:15Speaker 3: is just not enough. The Book of James says, don't
- 13:17Speaker 3: be heroes of the Word only, but be doers. You
- 13:21Speaker 3: cannot be around truth and still never surrender to it.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Church attendance alone does not save you. Truth needs to
- 13:33Speaker 3: be responded to. We need to surrender every area of
- 13:39Speaker 3: our life to the Word of God and to the
- 13:42Speaker 3: Holy Spirit.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Like man.
- 13:46Speaker 3: But the good news is that God's grace is there.
- 13:49Speaker 3: God has grace available for us to tap into. Because
- 13:55Speaker 3: we cannot do this in our own power or our
- 13:57Speaker 3: own strengths, we need to pray for God to give
- 14:01Speaker 3: us the grace to surrender today. Amen, God, I need
- 14:06Speaker 3: your grace to fully surrender my heart and my life.
- 14:11Speaker 3: That is a great prayer to add to your prayerless hallelujah. Man.
- 14:18Speaker 3: We need to add up all these these prayerless items
- 14:23Speaker 3: were getting out of these podcasts. Amen, make a list
- 14:29Speaker 3: Verse twenty five. Now, as he responded about righteousness, self control,
- 14:37Speaker 3: and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid. I checked
- 14:42Speaker 3: this out. Paul preached exactly what Felix needed to hear.
- 14:47Speaker 3: Paul was a powerful preacher. I would have loved to
- 14:52Speaker 3: sit under one of his sermons, one of his messages.
- 14:57Speaker 3: The anointing was off the chain. Paul was performing miracles,
- 15:02Speaker 3: science and wonders. This is a gospel at his purest form,
- 15:07Speaker 3: right there in the first century church. And Paul had
- 15:11Speaker 3: a front row. Not Paul, but Felix had a front
- 15:15Speaker 3: row seat to it. And he was convicted. Paul didn't
- 15:24Speaker 3: preach comfort, but he preached conviction, righteousness, self control, and judgment.
- 15:34Speaker 3: That struck the conscience of Felix and hit his heart
- 15:39Speaker 3: and hit his conscience. Paul didn't preach a soft message.
- 15:44Speaker 3: He didn't water it down. He hit on all these
- 15:48Speaker 3: points righteousness, self control, judgment to come. The Bible says,
- 15:54Speaker 3: the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
- 15:59Speaker 3: That mess it's made Felix tremble. Now, when you tremble,
- 16:10Speaker 3: it's not just fear, right, it's not just you're you're startled.
- 16:22Speaker 3: It's not just a simple thing here, all right. I
- 16:33Speaker 3: really wanted to break this down into Greek for you.
- 16:35Speaker 3: So the word is in Phobos right, the word that
- 16:40Speaker 3: is considered fear at this moment, and it says that
- 16:47Speaker 3: he was thrown into terror. He was alarmed or trembling.
- 16:53Speaker 3: It's from in meaning in the the Greek meaning in
- 16:58Speaker 3: meaning in in meaning fear. So when Paul hit on righteousness,
- 17:05Speaker 3: self control, in coming judgment, Felix got hit with real dread,
- 17:11Speaker 3: in real terror. He was terrified, but basically he said
- 17:16Speaker 3: not now, come back later. He was convicted but did
- 17:22Speaker 3: not want to deal with it. He was able, even
- 17:26Speaker 3: at that level of conviction, to shake it off. And
- 17:31Speaker 3: that is dangerous, beloved, Amen, that is a dangerous place
- 17:39Speaker 3: to be. When we feel conviction of the Holy Spirit.
- 17:42Speaker 3: We cannot afford to delay our surrender, our response, and
- 17:49Speaker 3: our conviction. Amen. In twenty five it says he answered,
- 17:57Speaker 3: go away for now. When I have a convenient time,
- 18:02Speaker 3: I will call for you. You know what, we will
- 18:07Speaker 3: never have a convenient time. A lot of people treat
- 18:10Speaker 3: God this way. A lot of people pray when they
- 18:13Speaker 3: have a convenient time. A lot of people read their
- 18:16Speaker 3: Bible when they have a convenient time. When you think
- 18:19Speaker 3: about it, when it comes to matters of eternity, the
- 18:25Speaker 3: only thing that matters is what we do for Christ.
- 18:29Speaker 3: The enemy always wants us to be distracted. He wants
- 18:32Speaker 3: our obedience to be delayed, and he makes things in
- 18:36Speaker 3: this world seem so urgent and so important to where
- 18:41Speaker 3: he distracts us from the true world, which is the
- 18:46Speaker 3: spiritual world, our spiritual destination. Let's not get caught and
- 18:51Speaker 3: delay in our obedience. And even now it's like I
- 18:56Speaker 3: invite people to come to this podcast. Now, I'm not
- 19:01Speaker 3: saying that this podcast is the only way that God
- 19:04Speaker 3: will work in someone's life. Of course it's not. But
- 19:11Speaker 3: you can tell a person's priority in life when they
- 19:19Speaker 3: keep putting God on the back burner. This is a
- 19:24Speaker 3: spiritual discipline. This right here will help you and aid
- 19:29Speaker 3: you in your walk with the Lord. This right here
- 19:35Speaker 3: is practicing discipline which will help you develop a character. Now,
- 19:43Speaker 3: I don't care where you go. If you join a pastor,
- 19:46Speaker 3: join a church, and you have a pastor who's worth
- 19:48Speaker 3: his salt and he is discipling you, he will begin
- 19:53Speaker 3: to train you in discipline. He will begin to invite
- 19:57Speaker 3: you to the prayer meanings. He will begin to invite
- 20:00Speaker 3: you to men's small groups who will begin to invite
- 20:04Speaker 3: you to these things that will train you up in
- 20:08Speaker 3: your walk with God to help develop your character. Amen,
- 20:18Speaker 3: and our walk and relationship with God has not built unconvenience.
- 20:26Speaker 3: We will never worship God when it's convenient for us
- 20:31Speaker 3: to do so. Becoming a Christian or coming into the faith,
- 20:36Speaker 3: it's like joining boot camp. Like you're in the army.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Now you're in God's army. How many of us can
- 20:45Speaker 3: walk into the United States Military and say, when it's
- 20:48Speaker 3: convenient for me, I'll train. Right, You got to go
- 20:53Speaker 3: through basic training. You got to become a weapon specialist.
- 20:58Speaker 3: You have a lot of training and a lot of
- 21:00Speaker 3: discipline to undergo to find out your place in this army.
- 21:07Speaker 3: It's the same thing in God's kingdom. You have to
- 21:11Speaker 3: be trained. You have to learn how to pray. You
- 21:14Speaker 3: have to learn how to read his word. You have
- 21:16Speaker 3: to learn how to apply it and how to call
- 21:19Speaker 3: upon God. You have to learn how to pray for
- 21:21Speaker 3: your family, your loved ones. You have to learn how
- 21:24Speaker 3: to deliver yourself and see your family delivered. This is
- 21:28Speaker 3: not a game of convenience. This is war a man
- 21:35Speaker 3: and Felix completely missed it. Felix, he pushed conviction away,
- 21:45Speaker 3: hoping for a later moment to respond to it. But
- 21:49Speaker 3: tomorrow's not promise. This just may be one of the
- 21:54Speaker 3: saddest lines in the Book of Acts come back later.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Delayed obedience is dangerous. Convenient conviction rarely leads to true
- 22:07Speaker 3: repentance because tomorrow does not promising man twenty six. Meanwhile,
- 22:18Speaker 3: he also hoped that money would be given him by Paul,
- 22:23Speaker 3: but he might release him. Felix was still driven by
- 22:27Speaker 3: his greed. Although the conviction came, the greed was stronger
- 22:35Speaker 3: in his heart. We have to ask ourselves, what is
- 22:40Speaker 3: stopping me from making a full commitment to Christ. Whatever
- 22:45Speaker 3: that desire is is your God. We have to be careful.
- 22:49Speaker 3: We even got to give our desires over to the Lord.
- 22:52Speaker 3: We need to ask the Lord help us to desire
- 22:55Speaker 3: the right things. Change our desires, O, Lord, to be
- 22:59Speaker 3: pleasing in your sight. Hey man, these need to also
- 23:04Speaker 3: be added to our prayerless hallelujah. Now that shows his
- 23:12Speaker 3: heart right there. The Bible is giving us insight to
- 23:16Speaker 3: what he truly worships. He wanted money more than truth.
- 23:23Speaker 3: He hoped that Paul would Pam, but Paul already gave
- 23:29Speaker 3: him the true treasure, and that was the opportunity to
- 23:37Speaker 3: receive Christ into his life. He trembled at discermon but
- 23:43Speaker 3: still chose corruption. Man, I just think about our generation.
- 23:54Speaker 3: Conviction without surrender changes nothing. Let me say that again.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Conviction by the Holy Spirit without surrender will not change anything.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Our pastors said today, Conviction without covenant doesn't change your
- 24:15Speaker 3: heart at all. But after two years, Proceius Festus, if
- 24:28Speaker 3: that's the pronunciation succeeded Felix, and Felix wanted to go
- 24:34Speaker 3: to do the Jews in favor and left Paul bound. Now,
- 24:40Speaker 3: Paul remained in prison for two full years because Felix
- 24:46Speaker 3: cared more about politics than justice. Felix knew that he
- 24:54Speaker 3: was a man of God, and Felix chose to ignore
- 25:01Speaker 3: the conviction and his heart was for greed. He wanted
- 25:06Speaker 3: Paul to pay him some money and he wanted to
- 25:10Speaker 3: do the Jews of favor. Two years innocent, but still
- 25:20Speaker 3: waiting because politics mattered more than truth to Felix. But
- 25:30Speaker 3: check this out, though delay is not denial, God was
- 25:35Speaker 3: still working the plan even in the waiting time. And
- 25:41Speaker 3: do you know that during this two period the time frame,
- 25:47Speaker 3: Paul wrote many of his epistles to the church. So
- 25:52Speaker 3: this was not wasted time, This was not time in vain.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Paul made the most of this two year experience. All right,
- 26:05Speaker 3: let's go to the break.
- 26:07Speaker 4: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
- 26:11Speaker 4: is the hiss hop radio show.
- 26:31Speaker 5: One thing God don't do. He don't play about me.
- 26:39Speaker 6: When the darkness came from money, he stepped in instantly.
- 26:47Speaker 7: Every demon trying to whisper. But He's signs every line
- 26:55Speaker 7: they thought they had.
- 26:56Speaker 5: My spirit broke god sabama side. He walked into the
- 27:05Speaker 5: battle and the enemy had to flee.
- 27:11Speaker 7: He cleared every shod around me, said this loan me.
- 27:18Speaker 5: So God don't play about me.
- 27:23Speaker 7: He don't let no weapon round. He covers me with
- 27:29Speaker 7: his mercy and he wipes hiss come mine.
- 27:35Speaker 5: When the world tried to cross me, he rebuild the stroll.
- 27:43Speaker 7: He filled every empty corner with his string back, with
- 27:47Speaker 7: his pans high.
- 27:51Speaker 5: He cast out.
- 27:52Speaker 6: Every team, every darkness that I hell, he broke chase
- 28:00Speaker 6: He in silence, listen to me.
- 28:03Speaker 3: When a fair.
- 28:06Speaker 5: They don't know the press, I pray the storms are
- 28:11Speaker 5: merely survived. But God's hand upon me came up. God
- 28:27Speaker 5: don't pay about me.
- 28:30Speaker 1: He by bad oh.
- 28:31Speaker 6: Zar Casey get carrying everybody in.
- 28:35Speaker 5: The victories because he wants ahead of me. I don't
- 28:43Speaker 5: pay about me by say, don't let the.
- 28:58Speaker 6: Enemy whisper, let them path, let them try.
- 29:04Speaker 5: Got any roma protection and his.
- 29:08Speaker 4: Power never lie.
- 29:12Speaker 5: He casts out all.
- 29:13Speaker 7: The times, every settle happily.
- 29:20Speaker 5: Because one thing is forever truth. Don't play about me.
- 29:51Speaker 4: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
- 29:55Speaker 4: is the His Hop radio show.

- 31:03Speaker 3: can help you stay on that narrow path. Amen. And
- 31:08Speaker 3: today's challenge is ask your partner, am I obeying the
- 31:13Speaker 3: conviction of the Holy Spirit? Or do I postpone conviction? Now,
- 31:22Speaker 3: the challenge for this week is don't wait for a
- 31:26Speaker 3: convenient time, respawn when God speaks like immediately, don't delay,
- 31:35Speaker 3: because delayed obedience can be permanent disobedience. Let me say
- 31:42Speaker 3: that again, delayed obedience can be permanent disobedience. I can
- 31:50Speaker 3: just imagine what probably happened to Felix, and Felix might
- 31:55Speaker 3: not be in a good place right now in eternity
- 32:00Speaker 3: just because he wanted to delay obedience and surrender to Christ.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Let that not be us, beloved and man, hopefully, And
- 32:10Speaker 3: you know, nobody can judge. You know, it's possible that
- 32:15Speaker 3: somebody could have came and preached to him before he
- 32:18Speaker 3: passed away, and we just don't know about it in scripture.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Or you know, he could have stayed in that posture
- 32:29Speaker 3: and missed the kingdom. There's always two possibilities, and the
- 32:35Speaker 3: Bible is silent on the rest of his story. So
- 32:39Speaker 3: but I don't know. You know, you can kind of
- 32:42Speaker 3: use your discernment and know which direction it might have went.
- 32:47Speaker 3: So all right, we want to let you know that
- 32:53Speaker 3: his hot radio is a monitored in a reporting radio station.
- 32:56Speaker 3: We have spin data that is developed, we have a
- 33:01Speaker 3: chart that we report to and if you want your
- 33:07Speaker 3: music to go on the number one spot. I believe
- 33:11Speaker 3: it's a great witness when we're able to take over
- 33:13Speaker 3: the charts. Amen, submit your music. Go to our website,
- 33:19Speaker 3: hits hot mention dot com. You hit that submissions tab,
- 33:23Speaker 3: fill out all the information to check out our promo packages.
- 33:28Speaker 3: They are very affordable. We're not trying to break break
- 33:31Speaker 3: anybody's bank, but you know we need to invest in ourselves. Amen.
- 33:41Speaker 3: All right, head on over to the live chat once again.
- 33:45Speaker 3: This is our trivia time. Shout out to her brother's
- 33:49Speaker 3: own three. He still remains our trivia champion. He's had
- 33:56Speaker 3: other contenders, but they all fall by the wayside, Like
- 34:01Speaker 3: once you get it and you don't defend it by default,
- 34:07Speaker 3: you forfeit, all right, or somebody else can come and
- 34:10Speaker 3: just take your spot. His zone has been faithful. He
- 34:14Speaker 3: has been defending his spot. It's trivia champ right here
- 34:18Speaker 3: on the podcast. So let's see what happened to say, Hey,
- 34:22Speaker 3: are we gonna have any contenders? The first one to
- 34:26Speaker 3: post the right answer, when's the trivia champ for today?
- 34:34Speaker 3: All right, here's the question, what three topics did Paul
- 34:37Speaker 3: preach to Felix about? What three topics did Paul preach
- 34:43Speaker 3: to Felix about was it race, peace and joy? Was
- 34:48Speaker 3: it watches in self controlled and judgment? Was it worship,
- 34:52Speaker 3: fasting in prayer? Or was it healing, miracles and prophecy? Right,
- 35:03Speaker 3: make your best choice and let's see who gets it.
- 35:10Speaker 3: And also our community shout out. This is where we
- 35:14Speaker 3: show some community love. We talk about events, things that
- 35:17Speaker 3: are happening within our organization. Right now, we're gearing up
- 35:21Speaker 3: for our event in the Medals Mall on May the eighth,
- 35:27Speaker 3: So if you can make it out, if you want
- 35:30Speaker 3: to get on the spot, you still got time. Hit
- 35:32Speaker 3: me up. We are going to be in the mall
- 35:35Speaker 3: and we are going to preach Christ Jesus and him crucified,
- 35:41Speaker 3: Amen and resurrected. Also, we want to let you know
- 35:49Speaker 3: that His Hot Nation is a five oh one C three,
- 35:53Speaker 3: a public charity. And as you just heard, we do
- 35:57Speaker 3: events in the community. We minister at the juvenile detention centers.
- 36:03Speaker 3: We impact our community, We target our youth and young adults.
- 36:08Speaker 3: But we can't do it by ourselves. We need donors.
- 36:12Speaker 3: We need people to pour into us. We need sponsors,
- 36:15Speaker 3: we need grants and grant writers. We do need the
- 36:20Speaker 3: funding and we're asking our community. We're asking the Body
- 36:25Speaker 3: of Christ to assist in that. We are just letting
- 36:29Speaker 3: the need be known. And also we're looking for volunteers.
- 36:33Speaker 3: If you want to help us with our events or
- 36:35Speaker 3: any type of administration skill or any knowledge that you have.

- 36:57Speaker 3: tax deductible and you will be sowing into good ground.
- 37:03Speaker 3: Hey man, all right, but love it. That is my
- 37:09Speaker 3: time for today, but I'm gonna leave with some closing comments.
- 37:15Speaker 3: Felix trembled, but he never surrendered. Don't let that be
- 37:25Speaker 3: your story. When conviction comes, respond because the most dangerous
- 37:34Speaker 3: word in faith can be later. He said that again,
- 37:42Speaker 3: the most dangerous word can be later. God will try
- 37:51Speaker 3: to convince people they got time. Some people even made
- 37:59Speaker 3: the decision that they will get serious about God when
- 38:01Speaker 3: they are old, but they didn't know that they would
- 38:07Speaker 3: never make it to old age. I remember my dad
- 38:12Speaker 3: used to tell me when I was younger and living,
- 38:20Speaker 3: and what you meant by that is if you keep
- 38:22Speaker 3: living one day you'll get older. I'm not a teenager anymore,
- 38:26Speaker 3: and it feels like it was only yesterday. I'm thankful
- 38:29Speaker 3: for the years that God allowed me to be on
- 38:32Speaker 3: this earth, but I know I'm not going to be
- 38:35Speaker 3: here forever. You're not going to be here forever. We
- 38:40Speaker 3: have an assignment, We have a job to do. Later
- 38:45Speaker 3: is a dangerous word. Now is the time. Today is
- 38:51Speaker 3: the day of your salvation. And man to stay ready,
- 39:00Speaker 3: he stay surrendered, stay faithful. If you've been delaying your
- 39:05Speaker 3: surrender to Christ and you've listened to this episode and
- 39:13Speaker 3: God is speaking to you, do not allow the conviction
- 39:17Speaker 3: to pass you by before this podcast is over. Take
- 39:24Speaker 3: that commitment to surrender. Ask the Lord to come into
- 39:27Speaker 3: your heart and to your life. Ask the Lord to
- 39:30Speaker 3: forgive you of your sins. Turn from your sins and
- 39:34Speaker 3: turn to the Lord and start this amazing relationship with
