- 0:17Speaker 2: Theme parks are all over this great nation, with not
- 0:21Speaker 2: just Disneyland, but water parks and lots of other things
- 0:24Speaker 2: as well. And the people who make up these theme
- 0:28Speaker 2: parks are the lifeblood of it. They're actors. We talked
- 0:32Speaker 2: to them today.
- 0:33Speaker 1: So sit down and enjoy this exclusive conversation with the
- 0:37Speaker 1: actors from Ohio's premier theme park, Gumshin Point.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Let's listen in.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Can you can you even believe it?
- 0:51Speaker 1: In shower today, In shower today, this.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Is fun.
- 0:56Speaker 2: This is absolutely fair, real preass is good.
- 1:00Speaker 3: This is good so great.
- 1:04Speaker 5: We all came together.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Face made out of the group chat, made out of
- 1:10Speaker 2: the chat exactly. I love the gumption chat, send an
- 1:15Speaker 2: employee uniform ideas and all this kind of stuff.
- 1:19Speaker 5: It's fun as heck.
- 1:20Speaker 6: I can't believe people want to know about little gumption points.
- 1:24Speaker 6: We're making our way up though.
- 1:25Speaker 5: I can't believe it.
- 1:26Speaker 3: It's blown up on TikTok. We are all we all
- 1:29Speaker 3: work it should I just talk directly to camera. I
- 1:31Speaker 3: don't know. Do we look at who?
- 1:35Speaker 4: Do we look at it? Who do we look at what?
- 1:37Speaker 2: I can always look at me. My eyes are safe always.
- 1:42Speaker 2: If you're ever freaking out, you can make eye contact
- 1:44Speaker 2: with me and I'll through.
- 1:47Speaker 3: You're so amazing in that you should.
- 1:49Speaker 1: You should be in the park when a kid's having
- 1:50Speaker 1: a meltdown, and you will be if you're out of
- 1:52Speaker 1: the park, but you're walking in and you see them
- 1:55Speaker 1: and you you will freeze him.
- 1:56Speaker 2: And I say listen, hey, hey, hey, and I see
- 1:59Speaker 2: him spiraling. You know, they go, they go in circles.
- 2:02Speaker 6: Theme park mama intro.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I am a theme park mama.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Of course.
- 2:11Speaker 2: My name is Barbara Dupree, and I am I played
- 2:16Speaker 2: the Big Gumption ghost, the big Gumption ghost, that is,
- 2:21Speaker 2: of course, the friendly ghost who wanders around saying hi
- 2:26Speaker 2: to kids, saying hi to adults, making sure everybody's okay.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And I am so happy to be here with these
- 2:34Speaker 2: fabulous people.
- 2:36Speaker 3: The literal mayor.
- 2:42Speaker 2: She's a mama, She's a mama bear, and she was
- 2:46Speaker 2: democratically elected.
- 2:47Speaker 4: Of course, you guys understand at home, like like you know,
- 2:50Speaker 4: Disney has all those characters succeless of all those characters,
- 2:53Speaker 4: but like Gumption Point, like we kind of like have
- 2:55Speaker 4: our own characters.
- 2:58Speaker 3: It's a very complicated and interesting.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Lord that I would say, if the inventor of Gumption Point,
- 3:04Speaker 1: Ronald Gumption, was alive today, he would be diagnosed with
- 3:07Speaker 1: what we call bipolar disorder.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but then they just said up and down.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Then, just to preface a little bit, so if if
- 3:19Speaker 5: I can, so, I played the triple A battery and
- 3:22Speaker 5: so my name, my name is, and my name is Talladega.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Knight, high palate.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Sometimes, but I played the did I say doubler triple sometimes?
- 3:37Speaker 5: Triple A? Yeah, nine volte during Christmas. So we we
- 3:43Speaker 5: like to walk around and sometimes I don't know, just
- 3:45Speaker 5: mess around with the kids a little bit in a
- 3:47Speaker 5: very you know, appropriate kind of way.
- 3:48Speaker 3: So yeah, that's also bouncing over the nine voltes of Christmas.
- 3:52Speaker 5: The show You Do, Yes, yes, exactly, and so we
- 3:54Speaker 5: all get together.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Is like my favorite.
- 3:58Speaker 5: He plays the flathead so fahead. Yeah, yeah, phillips head.
- 4:05Speaker 5: So but yeah, so that that's me telling.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Me and you're you're so wise beyond your years. I
- 4:10Speaker 3: can't believe what you've accomplished. Yeah, how old are you again.
- 4:14Speaker 5: I'm fifteen years old.
- 4:15Speaker 4: Fifteen, yeah, fifteen.
- 4:17Speaker 2: And I love what you do with your batteries where
- 4:20Speaker 2: you will give the kids a tiny little vult.
- 4:23Speaker 5: Yeah we have a taser and so and it's and
- 4:25Speaker 5: it's not but it's fun, right, it's not you know,
- 4:28Speaker 5: it's not like police grade.
- 4:29Speaker 6: But it's like, yeah, yeah, it's not.
- 4:32Speaker 5: It's not anything too crazy, but you know, give them
- 4:33Speaker 5: a little poke and a little jold and they they
- 4:35Speaker 5: love it, they really do.
- 4:36Speaker 4: It's so fun. It's like so silly to watch. It's
- 4:39Speaker 4: so funny, fun great.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Mean, I I'm so happy. You know, this country has
- 4:44Speaker 1: become a lawsuit crazy.
- 4:46Speaker 2: They get so scared and talk about this country please.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I mean, and you know I love to, you know,
- 4:51Speaker 1: I love to and and the thing is, I was
- 4:54Speaker 1: so nervous when everything, you know, a lawsuit, lawsuit, hot coffee,
- 4:57Speaker 1: hot coffee.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Tort reform, blah blah blah blah blah.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I said they're going to get rid of the station
- 5:01Speaker 1: where we shocked children.
- 5:03Speaker 3: I said, they're going to get rid of it.
- 5:05Speaker 4: But still it still stands, still stands.
- 5:10Speaker 2: You believe in our vision, if you believe in the
- 5:12Speaker 2: Shock Station. You have to show support for us on
- 5:14Speaker 2: social media and participate in the TikTok trend that's going
- 5:17Speaker 2: viral right now, which is a sugar Rush shock volt
- 5:22Speaker 2: double header. That's where you again, a Sugar Rush Shock
- 5:27Speaker 2: Vault double head. I've said it worse this time, Shock
- 5:35Speaker 2: Vault double header. Say that five times fast.
- 5:43Speaker 3: But I love it.
- 5:44Speaker 7: I love what you do because you always have a
- 5:46Speaker 7: little line, a line of freaky little boys they want.
- 5:48Speaker 3: To get shocked.
- 5:49Speaker 6: Interesting.
- 5:50Speaker 5: So and so what made you say that?
- 5:52Speaker 7: I wanted to tell you because I like looking at
- 5:55Speaker 7: our demographics seeing seeing who get in line for what,
- 6:01Speaker 7: because I have most of the mamas and and the
- 6:05Speaker 7: babysitters come up to me because I'm the food Court Monster.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Monster. Well, we've got a named Ghost what was your name?
- 6:16Speaker 2: You're the Ghost mayor Gump Ghost.
- 6:21Speaker 4: And then we have food Court Monster, which we've been
- 6:23Speaker 4: trying to put a name for, and of course Talladega.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Nights, the Triple A Battery.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Well, like we haven't been totally our character names, right,
- 6:34Speaker 4: like the actual names that they call you.
- 6:40Speaker 7: And yeah, no, my name is please come to the
- 6:42Speaker 7: food court and buy food.
- 6:44Speaker 5: Yes, my name is please come to the food court,
- 6:47Speaker 5: my food and.
- 6:47Speaker 7: Then flip, she heardstaunch, she heard very feminine, mister, very
- 6:58Speaker 7: fam senior, Senior Gumption. He created me last, believe it
- 7:04Speaker 7: or not, because they wanted more people to go to
- 7:07Speaker 7: the food court.
- 7:09Speaker 2: But you don't feel like an add on. There's there's
- 7:12Speaker 2: more attached to you. You know, there's there's you know,
- 7:16Speaker 2: the food court trading cards where you can collect the
- 7:19Speaker 2: trading cards from each little booth in the food card.
- 7:22Speaker 5: And the kids love it. I love watching them eat.
- 7:25Speaker 5: I love watching them just you know, have some fun
- 7:27Speaker 5: times like with the family and stuff. And I don't
- 7:29Speaker 5: get a lunch break, but it's fun to see them
- 7:31Speaker 5: eat and enjoy. No, well you can't.
- 7:32Speaker 2: You're the star.
- 7:33Speaker 6: I can't have a lunch break.
- 7:35Speaker 3: But yeah, maybe you don't have a mouth hole.
- 7:37Speaker 5: No I can't either, Yes, no, no, no, I'm live.
- 7:41Speaker 6: So that's that's my I'm live to.
- 7:44Speaker 3: What I love about the monster of the food court.
- 7:47Speaker 3: You know.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Dan Gumption on his deathbed said, even when they're eating,
- 7:51Speaker 1: they need to be smiling. So yes, oh god, she
- 7:55Speaker 1: wanted people to be happy every single place because it was,
- 7:58Speaker 1: you know, hard for him to be app Sometimes he
- 7:59Speaker 1: was really happy because he.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Was too happy. Because that's what we got all the
- 8:04Speaker 3: crazy ideas.
- 8:05Speaker 5: My mom says, roller goes.
- 8:10Speaker 3: You get to sing every food court, I.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Sing off flip.
- 8:14Speaker 7: I'm doing kind of a whole show over there'll, so
- 8:17Speaker 7: y'all could go them over there anytime. And my my
- 8:20Speaker 7: actor name. My name is Bubbles. Yeah, yes, Bubbles, y'all.
- 8:23Speaker 7: I love you guys much and.
- 8:24Speaker 6: We love you right back. We love the bubbles flat.
- 8:29Speaker 4: For Christmas. Hi, yeah, Hi, my name is Tyler, Tyler Dowton.
- 8:34Speaker 5: And wait, what was the first thing you said?
- 8:36Speaker 3: Tighter?
- 8:36Speaker 7: Uh?
- 8:37Speaker 3: Tighter Tyler your w nine. We know your real name
- 8:40Speaker 3: is tighter. Yeah, so okay, so mistake.
- 8:45Speaker 5: And every you've seen it, you can't.
- 8:48Speaker 3: We've seen.
- 8:51Speaker 5: To work at Gumption, we've.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Seen your We all know your social security you guys know,
- 8:56Speaker 4: so they pass around social Security number.
- 8:58Speaker 3: It's pretty fun have to memorize in case there's an accident.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Thing the mannic is only asking for S S N S.
- 9:06Speaker 4: So yeah, so I'm tighter tighter, but I go by
- 9:09Speaker 4: Tyler doubt and I am in Fishery World, uh, and
- 9:13Speaker 4: I play Sam the Sardine a lot of the year
- 9:15Speaker 4: besides Christmas and sometimes fall. Sam the Sardine is kind
- 9:19Speaker 4: of like this kookie sardine that kind of like it
- 9:21Speaker 4: like goes like, oh, welcome to the fissery. It's like
- 9:25Speaker 4: super fun and and I have a lot of fun.
- 9:28Speaker 4: And I love when you pop out.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Of the can in the beginning of the day to
- 9:31Speaker 2: start the play.
- 9:32Speaker 4: So that's hard. They put me in the can like
- 9:34Speaker 4: four hours before and they oil you up, and they
- 9:36Speaker 4: oil me up. Yeah, I'm an oiled camp.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Now.
- 9:44Speaker 4: A lot of days they use fish mill.
- 9:45Speaker 5: They vacuum seal you in therecum.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Seal me in.
- 9:48Speaker 3: I have a little real can.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Folks don't know this. It's a real it's a real cat.
- 9:52Speaker 3: That's what people are showing up for.
- 9:54Speaker 4: The first person at gumption point gets to open the
- 9:57Speaker 4: can and get Sam the Sardine out in the world.
- 10:00Speaker 5: And there was one day where I think, and I
- 10:01Speaker 5: don't know if this is sensitive, but where we forgot
- 10:04Speaker 5: the we didn't have the proper opener and you were stuck.
- 10:06Speaker 4: For so that is sensitive. That's sensitive. Yeah, sensitive, But yeah,
- 10:10Speaker 4: I know it's fine. It's sensitive. I was stuck for
- 10:12Speaker 4: five hours. The cops have to bring the jaws of
- 10:16Speaker 4: life to get me out.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Of there job, not the silly cops, the jaw breakers
- 10:21Speaker 1: of life, those gigantic balls.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Around them, saw breakers of Well, that's a cop world
- 10:27Speaker 4: that we have.
- 10:30Speaker 7: Five PM because they do the fireworks for Yeah.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Yeah, but I just love gumps your point, and I'm
- 10:37Speaker 4: loving the love that we're getting on TikTok and all
- 10:39Speaker 4: our cookie characters.
- 10:41Speaker 3: And after the.
- 10:41Speaker 5: Lawsuit and everything, this is just really nice to have
- 10:43Speaker 5: some like positive press because I know that when I, well,
- 10:47Speaker 5: when I incapacitated the child and he went into a
- 10:49Speaker 5: medically induced coma, a lot of things were not looking
- 10:52Speaker 5: too great for us. But then obviously, well his name
- 10:55Speaker 5: was Charlie, Charlie or Charlie. It was something effect. I
- 11:02Speaker 5: didn't really store it in my memory. You're never wrong,
- 11:05Speaker 5: you I'm never wrong, And I say.
- 11:07Speaker 1: That you shouldn't feel so bad about that. He told
- 11:09Speaker 1: him you wanted to do it, and you told him
- 11:11Speaker 1: you were going to do it.
- 11:13Speaker 6: You warned him yes, so at the end of the
- 11:15Speaker 6: day he asked for it.
- 11:16Speaker 7: Yeah, So then that's and you said that in court,
- 11:18Speaker 7: and you said that in press.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Believe, he said, I.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Mean, they remember they were reading in court the transcript
- 11:24Speaker 1: he said, put me in a Koma Mama.
- 11:26Speaker 5: Yes, and I was indicted, but then I was released
- 11:28Speaker 5: on bail, Thank you so much.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Tighter and problem, Yeah, I bailed. I bailed her out.
- 11:32Speaker 3: And then are you like that? You got money?
- 11:35Speaker 4: I don't have money like that. But my dad does
- 11:38Speaker 4: own part of Ohio. Looser, Yeah, looser, looser, Ohio.
- 11:42Speaker 3: He owns the city. Yeah, Ohio, daddy who owns the city.
- 11:47Speaker 3: So hold on a minute.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Tighter owns looser, Tighter owns looser, Tighter owns looser.
- 11:52Speaker 4: I don't own it. Tiger's daddy. Looser owns looser, he
- 11:56Speaker 4: named owns.
- 11:57Speaker 7: Looser, and looser owns looser. And come on down to
- 11:59Speaker 7: the food court.
- 12:00Speaker 4: That's fun.
- 12:01Speaker 5: That was interesting.
- 12:04Speaker 4: That's a song I've never heard that.
- 12:12Speaker 5: I think it's crazy.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Sometimes there's songs about all of us and you don't
- 12:16Speaker 2: know when they're coming. But then you walk by the
- 12:18Speaker 2: food court, you hear your own name, and it is
- 12:21Speaker 2: she goes.
- 12:22Speaker 5: Walking by, she's hungover.
- 12:24Speaker 1: That was another Dan gumption thing. Write songs about the
- 12:27Speaker 1: employees so they can hear them. Moll they're walking around.
- 12:30Speaker 6: It's the best part about our community.
- 12:32Speaker 5: I heard one the other day that was something to
- 12:34Speaker 5: the effect and this isn't verbatim, but it was something
- 12:37Speaker 5: to the effect of and this isn't like you know,
- 12:39Speaker 5: I'm not it's not word for word, but just it's
- 12:41Speaker 5: not verbatim, but it's something to the effect of there
- 12:44Speaker 5: she there she goes again, shocking kids away. And then
- 12:47Speaker 5: they love it too, and they say hooray, hooray. So
- 12:50Speaker 5: I just think that's really fun because it's all.
- 12:53Speaker 3: That was.
- 12:55Speaker 5: That was paraphrasing.
- 12:56Speaker 4: And was that word for I would like to ask
- 13:03Speaker 4: that now, is it? Was it word for word?
- 13:05Speaker 6: What I'm just saying? Yeah, No, that that not not.
- 13:07Speaker 4: Okay because I got I got confused because I've heard it,
- 13:09Speaker 4: but it wasn't work.
- 13:10Speaker 5: It wasn't word for it because it sounded pretty. I
- 13:14Speaker 5: took a little bread of liberty there. But I think
- 13:16Speaker 5: something can sound similar but not the word for words.
- 13:18Speaker 6: Right in rhyming is so for interpretation.
- 13:24Speaker 4: Is notoriously upper interpretation is.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Well, I remember your big rhyme, the rhym front fest
- 13:30Speaker 2: who got into.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Fest? Okay, So like April fifteenth is rhyme fast point, Yeah,
- 13:39Speaker 4: it's when all the blackberries are ripe. And so we
- 13:42Speaker 4: decided that like part of the Gumption Point history. You know,
- 13:44Speaker 4: a lot of gumshy Point is based on the kind
- 13:47Speaker 4: of this area of Ohio, and like the land and
- 13:51Speaker 4: so like the blackberries are ripe, and so we have
- 13:52Speaker 4: rhyme fest. You pick the blackberries, and whoever rhymes the
- 13:55Speaker 4: best gets the blast.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Festes whoever Yeah, and then there's there's it's whoever was
- 14:00Speaker 2: the best. There are awards for who can rode the longest,
- 14:04Speaker 2: awards for most creative creative. And I remember you two
- 14:08Speaker 2: were getting into a screaming match because one of you
- 14:11Speaker 2: thought that fish with rest.
- 14:15Speaker 6: Yeah, and I will say, here we go, here we go.
- 14:19Speaker 5: I will say that sounds like a round spill.
- 14:26Speaker 3: And I'm at the camp.
- 14:27Speaker 1: But you can make something round like anything, right, you
- 14:30Speaker 1: can make world camp. That's what I'm trying to help
- 14:35Speaker 1: you out. You know what, introduce your camp all right yourself?
- 14:40Speaker 3: Hi guys.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Yeah, Well we talked about a lot of the lands here, right.
- 14:43Speaker 1: We have fish land, fishery, fishery, we got battery land.
- 14:48Speaker 3: We got the food court, we've got ghost Land, and
- 14:55Speaker 3: we'll get into it.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I of course run uh great, uh, the great FBI
- 15:04Speaker 1: conspiracy land, Yes, where everyone is out to.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Get you there.
- 15:11Speaker 2: This is a fun land filled with fun and dread,
- 15:16Speaker 2: fun filled with dread. There are numbers mysteriously everywhere.
- 15:24Speaker 1: It's a lot of time developing this lam the I'm
- 15:27Speaker 1: the dread and inspector and it's really fun. And I
- 15:31Speaker 1: and I and I know everything about you, and I
- 15:34Speaker 1: know what I'm gonna do to you, and I'm gonna
- 15:36Speaker 1: take you away.
- 15:36Speaker 6: But those staff members are working hard, y'all.
- 15:39Speaker 7: They get your names, even the Churo guy, they get
- 15:42Speaker 7: your names before you come in. So then when you
- 15:44Speaker 7: come up and he adds your face and he goes, hello,
- 15:46Speaker 7: Miranda would black Chiro.
- 15:48Speaker 3: And then Miranda gets shaken in her boots.
- 15:51Speaker 2: You ever seen pluribus, it's very very Hello Carol.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Just to shout out the Chiro guys, because I love
- 15:57Speaker 1: those guys. I love Vincente, I love I love Louisa.
- 16:02Speaker 1: They're so fun. What's so interesting about those guys They
- 16:05Speaker 1: know the last time you ate a sure up, they
- 16:08Speaker 1: looked it.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Up and that's in the bonder too. So it's the
- 16:11Speaker 3: first in nine years. Are you excited?
- 16:14Speaker 1: And so what they want you to feel like, what
- 16:16Speaker 1: Dan Gomshould wanted you to feel like, was everyone's out
- 16:19Speaker 1: to get you. You are not safe. Everyone knows something
- 16:22Speaker 1: about you. You're in trouble.
- 16:23Speaker 5: But then how fun to go from that.
- 16:26Speaker 3: To ghost Land.
- 16:29Speaker 5: You really understood the contrasts of life, right, It's like
- 16:33Speaker 5: you hit yourself with the hammer because it feels so
- 16:34Speaker 5: good when you.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Stop, exactly the salty and the sweet.
- 16:39Speaker 5: I think this land is where you go for that
- 16:41Speaker 5: contrast of life. And then so when you're when you're done,
- 16:44Speaker 5: you know, being frisked, you know.
- 16:46Speaker 7: You really saying you hit yourself so hard with the
- 16:49Speaker 7: hammer it feels.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Gooding his dog.
- 16:51Speaker 6: Yes, So it's not verbatim, it's not for word.
- 16:53Speaker 5: It's not word for word.
- 16:54Speaker 6: No, not what I just said. But okay, okay, if
- 16:56Speaker 6: it's not word for word, what is It's.
- 16:57Speaker 5: Something to the effect of It's something to the effect of.
- 17:00Speaker 5: This is just a paraphrase of it, right, but actual quote. Right,
- 17:04Speaker 5: So what what what I was saying is, well, I
- 17:06Speaker 5: just don't know. What I was saying though before that
- 17:19Speaker 5: was that it's you know, you're being frisked down, you're
- 17:21Speaker 5: maybe even naked. Sometimes maybe you have to cough twice,
- 17:24Speaker 5: and I know that happened to you. But so, but
- 17:27Speaker 5: so when you leave, you're like, Wow, this is really
- 17:30Speaker 5: great because now I'm not being frisked and pat down,
- 17:33Speaker 5: and maybe even.
- 17:33Speaker 3: All the other lands seem a lot brighter.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and we have a lot of fun other lands too.
- 17:37Speaker 1: We got caught candy Land and Blurry World as well.
- 17:40Speaker 6: I love the Blurry World.
- 17:43Speaker 4: The effects of Blurry World.
- 17:45Speaker 2: They wanted to mimic the effect of a d MT
- 17:49Speaker 2: dosage where it goes fast and then as soon as
- 17:53Speaker 2: you're out of Blurry World, you're like, whoa again the
- 17:55Speaker 2: contrary world even happened.
- 17:57Speaker 7: I always go, I'll take a ship in the bathrooms
- 17:59Speaker 7: that blurry will because no one uses those bad What
- 18:01Speaker 7: are you thinking about?
- 18:02Speaker 6: It is scary as ship and blurry the bathrooms. I've
- 18:05Speaker 6: never been.
- 18:05Speaker 5: I'm not allowed.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Well, this is such an interesting thing about it's too
- 18:09Speaker 2: disoriented disoriented battery is scary.
- 18:13Speaker 3: We don't want We got to know where the shock
- 18:15Speaker 3: is at all times. Yes, you have to know.
- 18:17Speaker 5: No, that's and then and then that's the amputee of
- 18:19Speaker 5: eighty seven.
- 18:21Speaker 3: Oh no, and he named himself.
- 18:24Speaker 2: That he named himself, that he named himself.
- 18:27Speaker 6: He said it in court, you said it in the
- 18:30Speaker 6: brass shirts.
- 18:31Speaker 3: I mean, look, you're proud of it.
- 18:34Speaker 5: It's his, it's his.
- 18:35Speaker 1: He said, nothing is ever a mistake in his life.
- 18:37Speaker 1: He was one of those guys with that great attitude. Yeah,
- 18:39Speaker 1: and he owned it. He's too, but he.
- 18:41Speaker 4: Owned he but he owned it to own it exactly.
- 18:50Speaker 4: One of my favorite lands that like not a lot
- 18:51Speaker 4: of people talk about what we end up spending a
- 18:53Speaker 4: lot of time and is I'm in my sixties, let's
- 18:55Speaker 4: get into gardening land. That's like my favorite.
- 18:58Speaker 3: I love that you can kind.
- 18:59Speaker 4: Of see they got breakfast.
- 19:03Speaker 3: That's the only place in the park to get breakfast.
- 19:07Speaker 2: And there's a part in that in that land where
- 19:11Speaker 2: you can shout to your off screen husband in the
- 19:15Speaker 2: house herb so it and you can shout herb and
- 19:19Speaker 2: you almost hear someone coming out going what.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Almost almost almost hear it.
- 19:26Speaker 2: You can feel the feeling of almost hearing something. You
- 19:30Speaker 2: can't get that anywhere else.
- 19:31Speaker 3: And guys, I know, I've seen a lot of hacks online.
- 19:34Speaker 3: There is no herb.
- 19:35Speaker 1: That's a sound effect and it's almost a sound effect,
- 19:37Speaker 1: so there's nobody behind the scenes, there's nothing going on.
- 19:41Speaker 3: We don't cast a herd.
- 19:43Speaker 1: We don't cast a herb because historically herb didn't exist. Yes,
- 19:46Speaker 1: Dan Gumpshen got into a relationship with a man that
- 19:50Speaker 1: left him and he would guarden every day, will come back.
- 19:53Speaker 6: Yeah, but he was a man. Yeah, I'm curious.
- 19:59Speaker 5: Uh you know Tally Talladega.
- 20:03Speaker 3: So men can love men sometimes.
- 20:05Speaker 4: I've been I've been trying to explain this to her
- 20:07Speaker 4: like a lot, like what do you get it?
- 20:09Speaker 3: She just does?
- 20:10Speaker 7: She just not.
- 20:11Speaker 3: It's not filled with hate. It's filled with confusion.
- 20:14Speaker 5: I'm just confused.
- 20:15Speaker 3: She's confused. I don't know. I don't feel like there's
- 20:17Speaker 3: any hatred.
- 20:18Speaker 6: They were friends though, huh, well they were, but they Yeah.
- 20:21Speaker 2: So sometimes there're two men could be more than friends, right.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Well, think guys. You guys know talies dungue out like that.
- 20:31Speaker 5: We know.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Okay, okay, have you seen do.
- 20:38Speaker 5: You have a name?
- 20:39Speaker 3: If you like mother man? Have you seen I like men?
- 20:42Speaker 3: Have you seen Modern Family?
- 20:45Speaker 6: I'm not allowed to watch television?
- 20:47Speaker 2: Shoot it's okay, okay.
- 20:49Speaker 3: What's the most well known shoot?
- 20:54Speaker 2: Producers know? That's that's that's fifteen, can't well? Modern Family?
- 21:02Speaker 6: Yes, like Sesame Street, Burden, Ernie.
- 21:03Speaker 5: They were special friends, yes, ye, yes, they never kissed,
- 21:07Speaker 5: so I don't remember.
- 21:09Speaker 2: It was sort of implied to the.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Imagine if they did, and then these so two men
- 21:14Speaker 1: can if they want to.
- 21:16Speaker 6: So if they wanted to, they could hunh.
- 21:17Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go. Confusion gone.
- 21:20Speaker 5: But if so I wanted to kiss a man, I
- 21:21Speaker 5: could too, hunh yeah yeah straight, I'm no.
- 21:27Speaker 6: Tally tally your confusion and knows no bound.
- 21:31Speaker 3: I'm wondering if the shocks are going in, do you
- 21:34Speaker 3: receive a.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Little shock back.
- 21:35Speaker 3: I can't believe it's on the forehead. That's the prefer
- 21:37Speaker 3: her cortex. That's bad. I feel like you know.
- 21:41Speaker 7: The park so well, but when there's a new development,
- 21:43Speaker 7: new information feels like it gets it's hard.
- 21:46Speaker 6: Well, I don't have a pituitary gland.
- 21:48Speaker 3: Oh I don't know that.
- 21:52Speaker 2: So you so you were permanently locked in as a
- 21:55Speaker 2: child brain ride the pituitary bruh.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Well she's fifteen, so she Okay, I just getting shocked, baby.
- 22:02Speaker 7: I think you should you should come on and you
- 22:04Speaker 7: should play food Core Monster or something. I think you
- 22:06Speaker 7: should take a break because I do think the shock factor.
- 22:09Speaker 6: I'm just not allowed in any other section of the park. Unfortunately.
- 22:12Speaker 3: It is a liability.
- 22:13Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 22:14Speaker 3: I always try to come visit you and your sel
- 22:15Speaker 3: I just.
- 22:16Speaker 5: Can't because I have to be ground at all times,
- 22:18Speaker 5: and the only land that has rubber floors is the
- 22:20Speaker 5: land that I'm in, because if you step on actual ground,
- 22:22Speaker 5: actually could I could very well shock.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Yeah, well there was that one day that you saved.
- 22:27Speaker 2: The day our entire park we lost power and you
- 22:33Speaker 2: hooked yourself up.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Your head in.
- 22:35Speaker 2: You blogged your head circuit breaker, and you jolted the
- 22:41Speaker 2: entire park away.
- 22:42Speaker 7: Yeah, you stuck your head right in there like a
- 22:46Speaker 7: dang officer.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Of the law.
- 22:47Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 22:50Speaker 3: They were doing the magic show. The great doc So
- 22:52Speaker 3: was doing the magic show.
- 22:53Speaker 4: Oh, the great dog his magic. Sometimes I am truly crazy.
- 22:57Speaker 1: When he picks her in the person and shows pictures
- 23:00Speaker 1: of them from government surveillance, it's crazy.
- 23:03Speaker 3: You never know where he's going to come from. He
- 23:05Speaker 3: like reveals their credit card for me. Yes, everyone, number
- 23:08Speaker 3: by number, sixty numbers in a row. It's awesome, And
- 23:11Speaker 3: you saved the show. It was so amazing.
- 23:13Speaker 1: I did want to bring up, you know, the behind
- 23:15Speaker 1: the scenes. Look, I know what you're thinking. Sounds like
- 23:18Speaker 1: you're living in fairy tale. Sounds like all of us
- 23:20Speaker 1: are living in an absolute dream life, And in many
- 23:24Speaker 1: ways we are but there are some not so glamorous
- 23:26Speaker 1: sides of the theme park world. And you know, I
- 23:29Speaker 1: always walking on I got this could be a sitcom.
- 23:32Speaker 3: Could you've been trying to get that sitcom off the ground.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 23:35Speaker 4: Yeah, you got that funding though from that guy I did.
- 23:38Speaker 3: That was for my knee surgery.
- 23:40Speaker 7: Oh he got funding from from a guy.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Yeah. So this guy gave me fifty thousand dollars to
- 23:46Speaker 3: fix my knee.
- 23:47Speaker 4: Who is he just pissing? I mean he was so
- 23:50Speaker 4: upset at you for I mean he was intrusive.
- 23:53Speaker 1: He just like, you gotta fix that knee. I don't
- 23:55Speaker 1: have an issue with my knee, and I still don't.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I mean, it's fine, it's weird.
- 23:59Speaker 7: Was weird, but I say, yeah, our our park has
- 24:02Speaker 7: a lot of weird stuff. It's got some hidden mickeys.
- 24:04Speaker 7: It does have the hidden trampolines.
- 24:06Speaker 5: Yeah, they're weird.
- 24:08Speaker 7: Right when you're walking, if you don't know where, they're.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Greeted with a surprise trampoline. It's a crazy experience.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Everyone always asks how many hidden trampolines are there?
- 24:18Speaker 7: Four hundred and fifty And also to the people that
- 24:21Speaker 7: are trying to spread their families. If you have a
- 24:24Speaker 7: loved one and you're spreading their ashes. People come to
- 24:26Speaker 7: Gumption Point, Yeah, we want to do that, and they're
- 24:29Speaker 7: trying to find the trampolines to do that at.
- 24:32Speaker 3: Yeah, so stop it. Sorry, we need to address this.
- 24:35Speaker 1: There's only twenty five trampolines you can do that on
- 24:38Speaker 1: at Gumption Point.
- 24:39Speaker 3: Don't do it on the other ones. You're not elected.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Because what happens is somebody will step bounce bunch of
- 24:44Speaker 4: somebody's ashes in their face.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Right, you need to specifically hit and the trampolines that
- 24:49Speaker 2: have a vacuum underneath. Yes, that suck up the ashes
- 24:53Speaker 2: and make them go where the streak there's.
- 24:55Speaker 7: A yellow line, there's mark they are ash safe zone.
- 24:59Speaker 5: Yeah, absolutely, yes, yes.
- 25:02Speaker 4: A lot of people you know, always messages you guys
- 25:05Speaker 4: like must like go crazy when the park closest. Like,
- 25:08Speaker 4: so I thought it would be fun to kind of
- 25:09Speaker 4: talk about, you know.
- 25:10Speaker 5: Like after hour.
- 25:14Speaker 7: After I'll say it, we have stickers on our lockers.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I bet you don't look at us the same way
- 25:22Speaker 1: now because you know we got stickers on our locker.
- 25:24Speaker 5: And one day, one day when I if I ever
- 25:26Speaker 5: leave the park, I think that maybe I'll get a
- 25:27Speaker 5: place of my own.
- 25:29Speaker 3: It's crazy.
- 25:29Speaker 2: That's an after dark thought. Okay, hashtag gumption after dark.
- 25:35Speaker 1: After details are doing a gumption after dark one K,
- 25:40Speaker 1: so you guys gotta come out.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:42Speaker 1: One, it's like a five K, but it's a lot
- 25:44Speaker 1: shorter the park case six hundred feet.
- 25:49Speaker 7: I'll say it's a sprint.
- 25:53Speaker 3: It's a sprint.
- 25:55Speaker 7: I'll say a gumption after dark thought. I need water,
- 25:59Speaker 7: and which I had some during the day.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good.
- 26:03Speaker 5: Wish, that water.
- 26:04Speaker 2: I have ab gumption after dark thought. And it's that
- 26:07Speaker 2: I have started smelling weed.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Where where my star smoking it?
- 26:19Speaker 2: I am? You can't smoke weed, I am.
- 26:22Speaker 6: You can know we put the pesticides down.
- 26:25Speaker 5: They shouldn't be growing.
- 26:28Speaker 4: Oh so fifteen or a brain thing, it's one of
- 26:32Speaker 4: the other.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Be talking to her like brain damage, or should I.
- 26:37Speaker 8: Be talking to her like kids, you're twenty seven, you're
- 26:40Speaker 8: changing her.
- 26:44Speaker 5: So I love you all the same.
- 26:46Speaker 2: So this is no peer pressure to help or know
- 26:50Speaker 2: that felt great?
- 26:55Speaker 3: She likes it.
- 26:58Speaker 2: So if you like that weed is sort of a
- 27:01Speaker 2: medicinal plant.
- 27:02Speaker 5: I've done. I've done pesticides before, you've done pesticide, done them.
- 27:13Speaker 4: God, pesticide. Larry's given her the pesticide.
- 27:18Speaker 7: Supposed to be a Halloween thing for a week, and
- 27:22Speaker 7: he can't get.
- 27:23Speaker 4: Out eradication, World, eradication, eradication.
- 27:27Speaker 5: There. I can't believe you smoke weed?
- 27:29Speaker 3: Well, she smells weed? Can I ask you? Do you?
- 27:32Speaker 3: Do you light the joint and sit it down? Or
- 27:34Speaker 3: do you let other people smoke? And are you walking
- 27:37Speaker 3: by a kind of locker?
- 27:38Speaker 4: Now that's funky, right?
- 27:40Speaker 2: I did well, I said, and I said what I meant,
- 27:42Speaker 2: I smell weed. I am smelling it currently. I am
- 27:48Speaker 2: addicted to the smell of weed.
- 27:51Speaker 4: I think that means you're getting high if you are smelling.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Weed smoking it. I'm smelling. I'm smelling it and I
- 27:59Speaker 2: feel good after.
- 28:00Speaker 4: So how close is it when you when you?
- 28:03Speaker 2: I mean, I'm sitting next to a little diffuser situation.
- 28:12Speaker 2: My cousin knows more about this than I.
- 28:25Speaker 3: There is your cousin. That's all good. Clear it up
- 28:28Speaker 3: with her.
- 28:32Speaker 2: She'll come to pick me up. She'll explain all about it.
- 28:34Speaker 2: It's this really fun thing shaped like a tube, and
- 28:38Speaker 2: then there's stuff coming out.
- 28:39Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 28:40Speaker 7: I never want to be high at gumption point because
- 28:42Speaker 7: because of the the FBI looking out for you is
- 28:46Speaker 7: very scary, scari off the shocking. There's so many scary things.
- 28:49Speaker 7: That's what makes our it makes our park so popular.
- 28:52Speaker 7: Morell of week, Yes, we absolutely as.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Well.
- 28:59Speaker 1: I think what's hard is so much of the park
- 29:02Speaker 1: is hard if you're high. Blurry World is awesome, So.
- 29:05Speaker 4: Blurry World gets really really actually distinct.
- 29:08Speaker 7: Is ever you're walking in Blurry Worlds, you accidentally land
- 29:13Speaker 7: on a trampoline with actions on it in your face,
- 29:17Speaker 7: then you fall down, run into a fifteen year old
- 29:19Speaker 7: with brain damage.
- 29:21Speaker 3: And then you're a food courtland.
- 29:24Speaker 6: It's a great day and it's great for the family.
- 29:25Speaker 2: I smelled weed before going into Blurry World.
- 29:27Speaker 3: On top.
- 29:28Speaker 4: The worst, the worst place to be high is the FBI.
- 29:31Speaker 3: It's a bad one. Yes, I will say.
- 29:33Speaker 4: Those paranoias come through, and half of your job is
- 29:35Speaker 4: to go are you high?
- 29:37Speaker 1: I do that, you're high. I know you're high. We
- 29:39Speaker 1: all know you're high. We all see what you're doing.
- 29:41Speaker 5: Nightmare, nightmare, nightmare. Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 29:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:43Speaker 1: It's like kind of like a wild West town where
- 29:47Speaker 1: we have one of those showdown shows, but it's me
- 29:49Speaker 1: the FBI, and then there's somebody that is fully fully
- 29:53Speaker 1: in a mirror outfit so that it looks like you
- 29:55Speaker 1: are being.
- 29:59Speaker 3: Yeah, but that's part.
- 30:00Speaker 7: We should talk about the changes that happened during all
- 30:02Speaker 7: the week. Because if the island is all the same
- 30:05Speaker 7: except they're on stilts, yes, are high.
- 30:09Speaker 2: You're high, and I can see you. You're being weird
- 30:13Speaker 2: right now. You're being weird.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Yes, when the fishery we pump in stinky smells rotten fish.
- 30:18Speaker 4: Again, it's just it's it's all oral factory. Yeah, fish
- 30:25Speaker 4: in your mouth up smelly every day.
- 30:28Speaker 6: It's end up very smelly.
- 30:31Speaker 4: No matter how much I scrub, I still smell like fish,
- 30:36Speaker 4: that kind of fish.
- 30:37Speaker 6: She just kind of wears a tie.
- 30:39Speaker 2: I wear a tie for Halloween because it's formal. It's
- 30:43Speaker 2: my day, you know what I mean. I turn into
- 30:46Speaker 2: Bridezilla on Halloween.
- 30:48Speaker 3: You're a different person.
- 30:50Speaker 2: I have to apologize for Halloween Mama Bear because she
- 30:55Speaker 2: is nasty.
- 30:56Speaker 7: I love when the batteries become pumpkin pie and you
- 30:59Speaker 7: get fine.
- 31:00Speaker 6: Well one one day and this is not you know,
- 31:03Speaker 6: your fault.
- 31:04Speaker 5: But I did get in a little bit of trouble
- 31:05Speaker 5: and you did unplug me for two weeks.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Yes, you did that.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Yeah much, I want to apologize to you.
- 31:15Speaker 5: Right, No, and it's completely my fault. And you made
- 31:17Speaker 5: it very obvious that it was such because I was
- 31:19Speaker 5: talking out of place and I should not have done that.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Look that is Halloween Bradzilla talking. I as your friend
- 31:26Speaker 2: right now. I would never unplug you, honey, And that you.
- 31:29Speaker 5: Like hid the charging doc. I was kind of like
- 31:32Speaker 5: a room that at home.
- 31:34Speaker 2: And I mailed it to someone else and then I
- 31:36Speaker 2: made a series of riddles. Saw that it wasn't nice,
- 31:40Speaker 2: and I wasn't being a girl's girl at that time.
- 31:42Speaker 2: So I just want to say I'm sorry.
- 31:44Speaker 5: Yes, because girls on Girl Sorry, girls support girls.
- 31:47Speaker 4: Girls became a pervert girls on people know this.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Dan gumption actually is weirdly, I's so facto responsible for
- 31:59Speaker 1: the invention lube, and people didn't know that. I just
- 32:05Speaker 1: don't know how he did that, because it's one of
- 32:08Speaker 1: those things where he was he said, there's got to
- 32:10Speaker 1: be a way to make this better, and everyone said,
- 32:12Speaker 1: don't put that in me.
- 32:14Speaker 2: God, there's gotta be like that. I mean, to be honest,
- 32:18Speaker 2: it's sort of he was listening to women, right.
- 32:21Speaker 5: I think he somewhat from your show because you had
- 32:24Speaker 5: a hard time slipping out of the tin can and
- 32:26Speaker 5: he was saying, oh, you know, what could we do
- 32:28Speaker 5: to help you? And he went through different types of
- 32:30Speaker 5: oils and then and he just a moment, yeah right,
- 32:34Speaker 5: and then.
- 32:36Speaker 2: You came from sardines first.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Right, Yeah, it's what we say in the fishery. I
- 32:41Speaker 4: kind of have to say, well, lube came from sardines first,
- 32:44Speaker 4: and every kind of gets grossed out. And a lot
- 32:46Speaker 4: of people coming to the fishery.
- 32:49Speaker 3: You, I would say, you're the least populated land.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Very smelly. Yeah, left with these animatronic things that I
- 32:54Speaker 4: believe are coming alive.
- 32:55Speaker 1: You're kind of the tom Town of the gumption world.
- 32:57Speaker 1: What's that about the animatonics?
- 33:00Speaker 5: Oh?
- 33:00Speaker 4: Nothing, just sometimes sometimes I'm left there smelling my own
- 33:04Speaker 4: smell for hours and hours and hours all alone. And
- 33:07Speaker 4: sometimes the animatronics, I do believe, move on their own.
- 33:10Speaker 4: The the trout one time said something to me that
- 33:14Speaker 4: I will never forget and I cannot repeat. I cannot.
- 33:21Speaker 3: As your cousin is too political.
- 33:25Speaker 4: My cousin, I didn't tell her cousin a good guy before.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Literally, I do have a gumption. After dark thought, I
- 33:48Speaker 1: was thinking about that myself. I well, this is kind
- 33:53Speaker 1: of scary, but I haven't said it yet.
- 33:58Speaker 3: I'm just getting right. I'm nervous about park closures.
- 34:05Speaker 1: And I saw some stuff about maybe some layoffs and
- 34:10Speaker 1: they might be closing a land.
- 34:12Speaker 3: What land would they close? It couldn't be the fisher
- 34:16Speaker 3: I couldn't been. I don't know.
- 34:18Speaker 2: It couldn't be. It couldn't be hold On, that couldn't be.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Well, I'll tell you the land. And I think you
- 34:26Speaker 1: guys are going to be okay. It's Old Korea land Old.
- 34:30Speaker 5: I don't think I can be okay with that, right, guys,
- 34:33Speaker 5: we can't be okay with them closing it. No, I
- 34:35Speaker 5: just think we should stand up for that park.
- 34:36Speaker 3: I think Korea.
- 34:38Speaker 5: It would just feel weird if we were all excited
- 34:40Speaker 5: about Old Korea closing, right, guys.
- 34:44Speaker 3: It's to me, I'm a little It's a little tricky.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Do you I support old the idea of Old Korea, which
- 34:51Speaker 1: is obviously an outdated and offensive version of Korea.
- 34:55Speaker 3: The pre war Yeah, pre war pre Korean War celebration
- 35:00Speaker 3: of support culture appropriation in the theme.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Park's idea of Korea based on a book he read.
- 35:07Speaker 3: The book was Gone with the Wind.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Don't know how that made so it's tricky antebellum Korea.
- 35:17Speaker 2: It's really actually what tricky for as actors to navigate.
- 35:23Speaker 6: Yeah, you see, both of it is fraud.
- 35:26Speaker 3: I don't understand what. But we're gonna end up firing
- 35:28Speaker 3: so many of our Korean actors. Yeah, that's the hard
- 35:32Speaker 3: that's the.
- 35:32Speaker 6: Hard part is what I have.
- 35:33Speaker 5: That's what I was going to say before you, is
- 35:34Speaker 5: that I think politically I'm not okay with furlowing people
- 35:38Speaker 5: who deserve.
- 35:39Speaker 4: A job going to they it could be that they
- 35:45Speaker 4: get hired again.
- 35:48Speaker 1: It's they're gonna be using a classic furlough this part.
- 35:55Speaker 2: We've all been furloughed at Toms.
- 35:58Speaker 7: Yes, loves to flu the clam chowder bowls too much.
- 36:03Speaker 7: They just said we're gonna furlough. Yeah, so much.
- 36:05Speaker 6: So I'm back here on a volunteer basis.
- 36:07Speaker 3: Yeah, what's your.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Guys's favorite furlough activity. I memorized all the world's capitals.
- 36:13Speaker 1: Oh that's fun, that's fun. I tried every snickerdodle in
- 36:17Speaker 1: town a lot. No, it didn't in a day, you know,
- 36:22Speaker 1: I was on the furloughed for a day.
- 36:24Speaker 5: I made leather. You that's quite hard to do that do.
- 36:30Speaker 7: You already have to hide a lot of the things
- 36:32Speaker 7: you don't know about bubbles.
- 36:34Speaker 6: Bubbles is interesting.
- 36:38Speaker 3: What how did you come up with?
- 36:39Speaker 4: Did you come up with?
- 36:41Speaker 5: No one comes?
- 36:43Speaker 3: Yeah, no one comes up with their life.
- 36:45Speaker 4: I will say, I do feel like some people come
- 36:47Speaker 4: up with their laugh.
- 36:48Speaker 6: Yeah, I feel like maybe sorry, did you say bikers.
- 36:54Speaker 7: Said Bikersers come up with bikers?
- 36:57Speaker 6: Bikers do come up with their last Yeah?
- 37:00Speaker 7: Would you open some weeds somewhere? Because I feel like
- 37:02Speaker 7: I'm smelling it?
- 37:05Speaker 3: Are you smelling? Smelling a little? Not how we works,
- 37:07Speaker 3: especially if you're merely the scent. What's your favorite furlough activity?
- 37:14Speaker 5: I memorized the to be or not to be monologue
- 37:18Speaker 5: from Shakespeare? What did you do?
- 37:28Speaker 4: I got into windsurfing?
- 37:30Speaker 3: Awesome?
- 37:31Speaker 5: Yes, it is really interesting.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Did you go to that indoor center?
- 37:34Speaker 4: Here in the middle of an indoor windsurfing center, It's awesome.
- 37:38Speaker 3: It's behind the color of my mind.
- 37:40Speaker 4: The fail compilations that that place is producing is insane.
- 37:47Speaker 4: Wind in the air. It is both skydiving and surfing, blowing.
- 37:54Speaker 3: Wind at these people with a windsurf who've never done it.
- 37:57Speaker 1: I feel like I do feel like I'm in some
- 37:59Speaker 1: sort of surrenst inception like thing when I go there,
- 38:02Speaker 1: because they're doing at the same time.
- 38:03Speaker 3: There's somebody windsurfing next to somebody mid air and I'm like,
- 38:07Speaker 3: where are we.
- 38:10Speaker 4: Figure? It's so fun. I love it so much. It's amazing,
- 38:13Speaker 4: And yeah, it was one of my favorite for low activities.
- 38:16Speaker 5: All right, we talked about whole week.
- 38:17Speaker 7: Now let's talk about Christmas time at bolt Christmas.
- 38:21Speaker 3: Christmas we don't do a lot. Actually, it's kind of
- 38:24Speaker 3: the same.
- 38:24Speaker 2: Well, I mean it is non Bolts time to shattering time.
- 38:29Speaker 4: Batter Stand's most fearful time was Christmas. It was Chris
- 38:33Speaker 4: so scared, it was. It was very down, I would
- 38:36Speaker 4: say in this.
- 38:38Speaker 5: And so I think it's sort of stemmed from will
- 38:40Speaker 5: a variety of things, of course, but not to waste
- 38:44Speaker 5: time here. It was.
- 38:45Speaker 6: It's stemmed from wanting to bring light to the world.
- 38:47Speaker 5: And I think that is word for word, that's what,
- 38:50Speaker 5: that's what. Thank you so much for saying that. And
- 38:52Speaker 5: I also think that when right and so right, and
- 38:56Speaker 5: so thank you. And so what I was going to
- 38:57Speaker 5: say is that we were going to go with just
- 39:01Speaker 5: a light show, you know, where we all dance around
- 39:03Speaker 5: and do lights and such, but we said, well, why
- 39:05Speaker 5: don't we get to the root of the light, and
- 39:07Speaker 5: why why don't we get to the root of the
- 39:09Speaker 5: source of the light. And I know you know this
- 39:10Speaker 5: well as my partner in crime, stopadd and crime. And
- 39:18Speaker 5: so instead of just instead of the excuse me, instead.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Of my partner is talking, excuse me, my partner in
- 39:27Speaker 3: crime is talking.
- 39:28Speaker 2: Instead of just the excuse me, she's coming up with
- 39:32Speaker 2: a new lights.
- 39:33Speaker 5: Instead of just the instead of just the housing of
- 39:37Speaker 5: the light, be the light.
- 39:38Speaker 3: That's awesome.
- 39:39Speaker 1: So essentially what it looks like is you plug in
- 39:44Speaker 1: exposed blue oil, you bluetooth and exposed tesla coil on
- 39:48Speaker 1: top of an inverted Christmas tree that is not decorated.
- 39:51Speaker 5: And that's how the Germans do it. Yeah, yeah, and
- 39:53Speaker 5: I try to take inspiration from them anytime I can't.
- 39:55Speaker 4: Well, yeah, because old German world.
- 39:58Speaker 6: And that has since been old.
- 40:00Speaker 4: Yeah we lost that.
- 40:03Speaker 5: They lost, to be honest, they lost.
- 40:05Speaker 3: It's pre pre World War One Germany. It's it's Preussia vibes. Yeah,
- 40:09Speaker 3: it's pressure. Yeah, pressure lives, you know.
- 40:11Speaker 1: I would also say one of my favorite things is
- 40:14Speaker 1: to celebrate you know, Dan Gumpshin's Christmas. They replace all
- 40:18Speaker 1: the food vendors in the park with day old leftovers. Yes,
- 40:21Speaker 1: and you can get them anywhere and you.
- 40:23Speaker 7: Could drop them off you want your mama's cooking, Yes.
- 40:28Speaker 5: You could drop like a salvation army.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Of Yeah, we will take your day old food and
- 40:32Speaker 1: we will sell it for forty dollars.
- 40:34Speaker 6: Yes, we love enough charge.
- 40:36Speaker 7: We all get in line in the microwave and I'm
- 40:39Speaker 7: I'm standing on the microwave.
- 40:40Speaker 5: And there's one microwave to there's only one.
- 40:43Speaker 3: I mean, so microwave Hooters. Yeah, you guys know the
- 40:52Speaker 3: way Hooters dance.
- 40:53Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm the microwave back.
- 40:57Speaker 4: The food court monster comes alive that day.
- 40:59Speaker 2: It's really fun.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Can I ask about super fans? You know, we have
- 41:04Speaker 1: these people the world of social media. We love you guys,
- 41:07Speaker 1: Thank you for coming to support Gumption Point.
- 41:09Speaker 3: Thank you so much.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Thumped gum feed Some sometimes people read that on like
- 41:16Speaker 4: gum feed.
- 41:17Speaker 7: They're trying to find herb. They're trying to find the FBI.
- 41:20Speaker 3: So they're trying to grill. They're trying.
- 41:22Speaker 1: They've gotten so comfortable with us as characters and they
- 41:25Speaker 1: come up filming tiktoks, Yeah, and they start asking us things.
- 41:29Speaker 3: They start trying to force that they have a relationship with.
- 41:32Speaker 6: Yes, it's parasocial.
- 41:33Speaker 3: It's parasocial. It's a little weird.
- 41:35Speaker 5: I have people that that actually make their own cost plays.
- 41:39Speaker 5: It's almost like a gumption bound where they dress as
- 41:42Speaker 5: a watch battery. And to me that's that's a sight
- 41:45Speaker 5: and it's not the same. And to me it's like
- 41:47Speaker 5: who you trying to be?
- 41:48Speaker 1: Yeah, it's really weird. And again we are very pro
- 41:51Speaker 1: gumption bounding. We've said this before. Just not blurry world.
- 41:55Speaker 1: You can't come blurry, Come.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Blurry, tolery, come, don't confusing.
- 42:00Speaker 7: Please, I don't even care if it's your kidney stroller.
- 42:02Speaker 7: He cannot come blurry. It's amazing what you were able
- 42:06Speaker 7: to do. But please do not come blurry.
- 42:08Speaker 3: It's amazing you've done that. We wish we could do that.
- 42:10Speaker 5: At our part to say I was even just don't
- 42:14Speaker 5: come is what I would try to say.
- 42:16Speaker 3: If you can come.
- 42:16Speaker 4: Blurry, don't come.
- 42:17Speaker 7: Don't come if you want to be a blurry world.
- 42:20Speaker 7: We have auditions open call once a year.
- 42:22Speaker 2: Oh and the blurry cast is wild.
- 42:25Speaker 3: They don't party.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Well, you also you know it's blurry auditions because you
- 42:29Speaker 1: can't find a fucking spot in the parking lot and
- 42:32Speaker 1: nobody's parked in a normal spot.
- 42:34Speaker 3: They're all.
- 42:36Speaker 7: Like when those waymos all powered off and you're like,
- 42:40Speaker 7: oh my god.
- 42:42Speaker 2: You know it's auditioned for blurry World. When you go
- 42:45Speaker 2: in the break room and the coffees turned up all out.
- 42:49Speaker 4: There's a huge Kenemy issue in blurry World, a huge.
- 42:53Speaker 7: With mister Gump ship no no, no, no, no, that was
- 42:58Speaker 7: his wife. Was youa Georgia the horses which we got
- 43:03Speaker 7: to talk about the Georgia outback houses, which is the
- 43:06Speaker 7: lady bathroom.
- 43:07Speaker 4: So the one car Dan Gumps dedicated to his wife
- 43:11Speaker 4: was the outback bathrooms.
- 43:13Speaker 2: And historical sources say that Georgia was his muse, you know,
- 43:19Speaker 2: and so he finally found this ode to her, which
- 43:22Speaker 2: were these gorgeous out back bathrooms.
- 43:25Speaker 5: What the park?
- 43:26Speaker 7: Can you go to a lady's room and there's drash
- 43:29Speaker 7: shampoo in there?
- 43:30Speaker 5: Yes, and there's gloss there and.
- 43:31Speaker 1: The kangaroo we have live Australian animals in the outback houses.
- 43:39Speaker 5: Makes the blurry world. Yeah. Yeah.
- 43:41Speaker 1: One time a walmbat got into the Blurry World and
- 43:43Speaker 1: it freaked everybody.
- 43:44Speaker 4: The coconut crab spider they have in outback bathrooms is
- 43:50Speaker 4: in Georgia.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Georgia was to.
- 43:54Speaker 5: The superfu.
- 43:57Speaker 7: Hey hold pause for the episode for one quick second,
- 44:00Speaker 7: so we can tell you about something special that helps
- 44:02Speaker 7: us and helps you.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Angela. Did you know there's a place where you could
- 44:05Speaker 2: get bonus content and extra episodes and never before seen
- 44:09Speaker 2: stuff And it's for the lo low price of three,
- 44:12Speaker 2: five or ten dollars a month.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 44:13Speaker 7: And I could see these people that are putting on
- 44:15Speaker 7: crazy voices be themselves and have a funny conversation.
- 44:18Speaker 2: And you could find out why Angela got us this
- 44:20Speaker 2: gift for Christmas.
- 44:21Speaker 7: For Christmas, Lincoln Bio, join our Patreon right now, go there,
- 44:26Speaker 7: right now.
- 44:31Speaker 6: I like how Disneyland fans trade pins.
- 44:34Speaker 3: I think it's weird.
- 44:35Speaker 5: The Gemps fans are trading ribbon.
- 44:38Speaker 6: Yeah, I think you all can be more creative.
- 44:40Speaker 3: And they wear them all around their neck like that
- 44:41Speaker 3: weird scary story.
- 44:43Speaker 5: Well, I've seen some pins, but it's more they don't
- 44:46Speaker 5: have the backings. So right, it's just right to the skin,
- 44:50Speaker 5: which is good. And I wear mine with honor and pride.
- 44:53Speaker 5: But at some point, right and so and then the
- 44:55Speaker 5: scar tissue so you can't necessarily take them out tally,
- 44:58Speaker 5: so you can't trade them. Do you have parents, No,
- 45:01Speaker 5: I'm a bastard.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Do have parents?
- 45:07Speaker 6: I have sexy parents.
- 45:08Speaker 1: You're a homeschool bastard.
- 45:12Speaker 5: No, No, I went to public school. Sexy parents.
- 45:16Speaker 4: I do not know.
- 45:18Speaker 2: I was.
- 45:18Speaker 5: I was a bastard orphan child, and I'm a bastard
- 45:22Speaker 5: of the park. I was born in this park, and
- 45:24Speaker 5: I was granted free tuition for admission.
- 45:27Speaker 4: For the chart for the Yes, guys, I don't know,
- 45:29Speaker 4: because like every time, like because we're like partners in crime,
- 45:32Speaker 4: like we got to spend a lot of time together.
- 45:33Speaker 4: Every day she tells me a different origin story. Yes,
- 45:36Speaker 4: like every day.
- 45:37Speaker 7: Well, I'm worried about your brain, and that's what makes
- 45:39Speaker 7: me worry about who's taking care of you that.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Well, it's more I take care of myself, and so
- 45:43Speaker 5: I do these brain scans.
- 45:45Speaker 6: It's a it's an iPad app that I bought and
- 45:46Speaker 6: you can hold it up.
- 45:49Speaker 5: Continue yes, thank you, And you can hold it up
- 45:53Speaker 5: to your brain. You can actually see that it's okay.
- 45:59Speaker 6: There's no purchases the on the iPad, but it's iPad air.
- 46:03Speaker 2: There's no in app purchases.
- 46:05Speaker 5: But it was to nine so you don't have to
- 46:07Speaker 5: buy it, yeah, just to buy and so when you
- 46:09Speaker 5: hold it up you can see that everything's just Okay.
- 46:10Speaker 3: This is why you.
- 46:11Speaker 6: Rubbed your head up against a printer the other night.
- 46:13Speaker 2: Yes, so that's to charge it, to charge the iPad app. Yeah,
- 46:19Speaker 2: you're charging your head is amazing.
- 46:21Speaker 3: App requires its own juice.
- 46:23Speaker 5: Yes, Bluetooth, of course its.
- 46:27Speaker 3: Juice.
- 46:28Speaker 6: Yes, I worry about you, Tally, I'll say it.
- 46:31Speaker 2: Yeah, Tally, I am worried. And now the Bluetooth connection
- 46:34Speaker 2: does make sense. I think my AirPod sinked to your
- 46:36Speaker 2: brain the other day.
- 46:37Speaker 5: Yeah, and I had to.
- 46:38Speaker 6: I had to unpair them for I have to disconnect
- 46:40Speaker 6: and forget the device.
- 46:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I heard what did you hear?
- 46:44Speaker 3: I heard? Wait, why don't we plug it in now?
- 46:47Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 46:49Speaker 2: It's like my mother is located in Texas. My mother
- 46:55Speaker 2: is located in a mall in Texas.
- 47:01Speaker 5: Okay, is this what I heard?
- 47:03Speaker 4: Sorry in your in her head and heard It's just
- 47:05Speaker 4: like doctor Carlson, my mother is located in Texas. My
- 47:09Speaker 4: mother is located in Texas. That's what you heard from
- 47:11Speaker 4: her brain.
- 47:11Speaker 2: That's what I've heard from your brain.
- 47:14Speaker 5: It was playing. I don't even hear that well.
- 47:16Speaker 3: I wanted to ask maybe if we could hear the
- 47:18Speaker 3: other way.
- 47:18Speaker 1: I've always wanted to talk to a Bluetooth device, and
- 47:20Speaker 1: so this is so exciting.
- 47:21Speaker 5: Can you listen in to her phone?
- 47:24Speaker 6: I can do a reverse center as to.
- 47:26Speaker 4: Her brain or phone.
- 47:27Speaker 3: It's phone, right, because you're gonna give your phone to.
- 47:29Speaker 5: Her world.
- 47:37Speaker 4: You she's going to say what she hears on her.
- 47:40Speaker 2: Phone's going to say, phone is playing in your brain?
- 47:43Speaker 8: Okay, ready, an, I think my phone's opened in TikTok.
- 47:53Speaker 8: I heard a lot of things. I think I heard some.
- 47:57Speaker 8: I heard the dueling notification your pair phrasing that was one.
- 48:01Speaker 5: Yes, yes, should we rub your head? I can't possibly
- 48:08Speaker 5: do word for work. I don't know what that would
- 48:11Speaker 5: even look like. No, that's so fair. Yes, And then
- 48:17Speaker 5: I also heard some I guess, I guess you could
- 48:21Speaker 5: call it some like you know when I'm and this
- 48:25Speaker 5: isn't this is un paraphrasing, but you know, when you
- 48:27Speaker 5: connect to like a construction zone, yeah, like the construction
- 48:32Speaker 5: driving bass, like a construction zone.
- 48:34Speaker 6: You can hear what they're saying.
- 48:35Speaker 3: Connect to a constructional. We got to get your add
- 48:39Speaker 3: a gumption point. You need you need medicals paraphrasing.
- 48:46Speaker 5: Yes, and that's where that maybe where maybe there's information
- 48:49Speaker 5: loss because I'm only I'm cutting out a few words.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Kelly, can you hear bulldozers?
- 48:54Speaker 1: No?
- 48:54Speaker 5: No, no, I hear the men that are operating the bulldozers,
- 48:58Speaker 5: just you know, a little to the left, the deeper
- 49:00Speaker 5: stuff like that.
- 49:01Speaker 4: Oh my god, that sounds like an actual quote.
- 49:03Speaker 5: That sounds word for words.
- 49:05Speaker 4: Well, you know both those.
- 49:06Speaker 3: That was and that was by.
- 49:14Speaker 5: Yes, yes, and stuff like that.
- 49:16Speaker 6: But of course I'm parap I'm sorry.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Maybe that is uncanny.
- 49:19Speaker 7: Maybe I'm just being bubbles, but I think gumption point
- 49:23Speaker 7: is unsafe.
- 49:25Speaker 4: What's unsafe about it?
- 49:27Speaker 5: I think they're there for low you. Okay, they might
- 49:30Speaker 5: furlow me.
- 49:32Speaker 3: I'll make another belt.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Not if we save it. I think we can save it.
- 49:36Speaker 3: It's not in danger.
- 49:38Speaker 4: You can save it.
- 49:40Speaker 3: Here's a ghost out.
- 49:41Speaker 5: Wait a minute, Wait a minute, do you hear someone
- 49:44Speaker 5: over the walkie?
- 49:51Speaker 3: We have to talk about walke.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Remember remember this, there's some popcorn in my ass.
- 49:58Speaker 4: Stop making fun of me, Stop making funny.
- 50:03Speaker 3: Genuine there was genuine I needed.
- 50:08Speaker 1: Bro, there was pop in your fucking ass.
- 50:11Speaker 2: Honey, you said you had popcorn in your ass.
- 50:13Speaker 4: We laughed, everybody, everybody, there is an emergency.
- 50:19Speaker 3: Calease help you guys, say what's wrong? He said, I
- 50:20Speaker 3: can't talk about it.
- 50:21Speaker 4: You guys said you have to talk about And I said, oh,
- 50:24Speaker 4: there's a popcorn in my ass. You guys will not
- 50:26Speaker 4: let it go.
- 50:27Speaker 5: And he was paraphrasing, so who knows, Yeah, he knows.
- 50:31Speaker 4: Don't paraphrase, But I actually said, yes, okay, there's some
- 50:35Speaker 4: caramel popcorn in my ass?
- 50:37Speaker 7: Was cattle corn?
- 50:38Speaker 5: Musick flack?
- 50:40Speaker 3: Weirdo? Popcorn stuck in my ass?
- 50:43Speaker 5: I have a walking talking memory.
- 50:45Speaker 7: Ready, Uh did he just say he had popcorn in
- 50:49Speaker 7: his ass?
- 50:51Speaker 4: After?
- 50:52Speaker 3: We have to let this moment go. It was it
- 50:54Speaker 3: was right after that happened.
- 50:56Speaker 4: Oh yeah, and you said that, Okay, I didn't put
- 50:59Speaker 4: it in my ass.
- 51:00Speaker 3: Thanks for remember sat down in the can and there
- 51:02Speaker 3: was a.
- 51:02Speaker 4: Ton of caramel popcorn there.
- 51:04Speaker 5: And you have to think of everyone else involved too,
- 51:06Speaker 5: because it wasn't just him there. Someone had to get
- 51:07Speaker 5: it out. So I would just appreciate if we could
- 51:09Speaker 5: all just have some sensitivity surrounding the subject.
- 51:11Speaker 3: Well, that is, they wanted to Yeah, you wanted to.
- 51:18Speaker 6: You said any court, and I didn't say it.
- 51:20Speaker 5: I didn't say I didn't say I wanted to. I
- 51:22Speaker 5: said that I would if I had to, and you
- 51:24Speaker 5: said you don't have to, and I was already in.
- 51:25Speaker 3: So now you quote it yourself, I would for the opportunity.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Well that's my favorite walking memory. I can't get this
- 51:37Speaker 2: popcorn out of your ass.
- 51:40Speaker 3: Go. I mean, I can't believe.
- 51:42Speaker 1: But wait, why were you doing that if not to
- 51:44Speaker 1: tell all of us because talking.
- 51:46Speaker 5: To him, well, I think it was more of a
- 51:48Speaker 5: I wanted us to all be in the moment. I
- 51:49Speaker 5: thought you were right behind me.
- 51:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it was bad.
- 51:52Speaker 5: I thought you all were right behind me and I
- 51:53Speaker 5: and then I look back and I'm in the I'm
- 51:55Speaker 5: in the you know, cavity, and I don't see anyone else,
- 51:57Speaker 5: and I'm like, what the heck?
- 51:58Speaker 1: So no, I was across town, was at a telling
- 52:01Speaker 1: this girl whose keatson eared was how she was gonna die.
- 52:04Speaker 2: Oh you got a remote gig.
- 52:06Speaker 3: Yeah, it's nice that it's assumption corporate events. They can
- 52:11Speaker 3: hire us.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Out corporate sands, all these men in dark cloaks and sunglasses.
- 52:19Speaker 2: Details about that.
- 52:20Speaker 1: We did team building at a pharmaceutical company in the
- 52:22Speaker 1: day and it freaked them out.
- 52:27Speaker 2: How hard they lowered the price of insulin because they
- 52:29Speaker 2: felt so guilty and.
- 52:30Speaker 3: Weird they watched us. That's a gumption win.
- 52:33Speaker 2: That's a gumption win.
- 52:34Speaker 3: It's all just gumption stuff.
- 52:36Speaker 2: This is just as gumption stuff.
- 52:38Speaker 3: Guys.
- 52:38Speaker 2: Look, what is a message that you would say to
- 52:41Speaker 2: all those people out there who haven't been to Gumption yet?
- 52:44Speaker 2: Because we got to get more people in the doors.
- 52:46Speaker 5: It's fun.
- 52:47Speaker 2: It is fun here, it's fun.
- 52:51Speaker 8: We like it.
- 52:51Speaker 1: We actually are having a promotion right now. If you
- 52:55Speaker 1: bring two coke cans to Gumption Point, I will drink
- 52:58Speaker 1: them and give you a.
- 52:59Speaker 6: Big hug and the parking lot that's before you get
- 53:05Speaker 6: in the park.
- 53:05Speaker 3: That's really great. I'll come out. I love coke, I
- 53:09Speaker 3: love cooking.
- 53:11Speaker 7: And at McDonald's right now, you can go through the
- 53:13Speaker 7: dollar Man you and you'll get you could play the
- 53:15Speaker 7: their their monopoly game where you have Monopoly, and one
- 53:18Speaker 7: of them has a picture of Gumption.
- 53:20Speaker 3: Point, and so you need to keep that look out
- 53:25Speaker 3: for that.
- 53:27Speaker 2: You can put it on your laptop and work about
- 53:30Speaker 2: it yours.
- 53:32Speaker 4: In the fishery world, we're currently doing a promotion.
- 53:35Speaker 3: You buy three about the promotion.
- 53:38Speaker 4: So if you buy three King salmon, you get the
- 53:40Speaker 4: fourth one for free. Three Kings salmon, you get a carry.
- 53:43Speaker 6: You guys hear about this crazy promotion that they're doing
- 53:45Speaker 6: at fish World.
- 53:46Speaker 3: So do it right now.
- 53:49Speaker 6: We got a rubber face against the camera or something.
- 53:52Speaker 5: I'm running running up, chargerr up.
- 53:55Speaker 3: So I'm talking. So I am trying to explain it.
- 53:59Speaker 6: So I wait you to talking about the promotion.
- 54:01Speaker 3: Okay, So I did explain.
- 54:02Speaker 4: Okay, So we partners in crimes, sometimes getting a tussle,
- 54:07Speaker 4: So I'm explaining it. Actually, So what it is is
- 54:11Speaker 4: like if you buy three King.
- 54:12Speaker 5: Salmon, basically it's you buy two King sandwiches, you get
- 54:16Speaker 5: the third one half priced only if you buy another
- 54:19Speaker 5: fourth one for full price.
- 54:20Speaker 4: You know, popcorn?
- 54:23Speaker 5: No, please?
- 54:24Speaker 2: What do you popcorn every day.
- 54:27Speaker 5: Of the Look at me.
- 54:31Speaker 2: Popcorn?
- 54:32Speaker 5: And we're not gonna make.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Please? How far up was it up your ass that
- 54:37Speaker 3: you couldn't do it yourself?
- 54:39Speaker 4: I'm in the stern word was in my I don't
- 54:45Speaker 4: know where my stern I was in the fish costs
- 54:48Speaker 4: horses up your ass?
- 54:49Speaker 3: You don't know where your sternam is?
- 54:51Speaker 5: I'm five to three, So yes, and the real is I, yes,
- 54:53Speaker 5: I do you have any bath?
- 54:55Speaker 3: Sorry?
- 54:55Speaker 2: Do you have any battery promotions going on?
- 54:58Speaker 5: We have a triple A we if one left because
- 55:00Speaker 5: the promotion have been selling like hotcakes.
- 55:04Speaker 2: The promotion. So you're selling a promotion and.
- 55:10Speaker 5: Sort of like it's car company, and it's sort of
- 55:12Speaker 5: like think you it's sort of like if you were
- 55:14Speaker 5: to if you were to visualize that, and we're back,
- 55:18Speaker 5: if you were to sort of visualize it and maybe
- 55:20Speaker 5: help me out here, it's almost like and I think
- 55:22Speaker 5: you know this well, it's shaped sort of like like
- 55:25Speaker 5: a pyramid sort of situation, and so if you were to,
- 55:27Speaker 5: you know, buying at the bottom, why would I know?
- 55:31Speaker 4: So this is how it works.
- 55:32Speaker 5: If you find maybe one day you'll be able to
- 55:33Speaker 5: get to the top. So if you buy a battery,
- 55:36Speaker 5: let's say, what did it.
- 55:39Speaker 4: Basically it's like it's a period. If you buy at
- 55:41Speaker 4: the bottom, then you can like sometimes get to the top.
- 55:43Speaker 4: So basically how that works is the promotion is the battery.
- 55:47Speaker 6: The battery. So what you do is you buy at
- 55:49Speaker 6: the bottom and then.
- 55:51Speaker 4: You can work your way to the top.
- 55:52Speaker 3: Yeah, why are you saying each other's things? Twice?
- 55:57Speaker 5: Auditioned for blurry Land.
- 55:59Speaker 3: Yeah, well we do have that.
- 56:05Speaker 1: I think we're looking for new people to ride those
- 56:08Speaker 1: bicycles that are tied together at the front, that face
- 56:10Speaker 1: each other, high.
- 56:11Speaker 5: Up ones, the tall ones, the one big wheel, one.
- 56:14Speaker 4: Petty that go back and forth. Yeah yeah, really take
- 56:18Speaker 4: you know, really stretched? What blurry meant?
- 56:21Speaker 6: Yeah, at the end of the day, what does blurry
- 56:24Speaker 6: mean to you? What does gumption mean to you?
- 56:26Speaker 4: In blurred lines? Plays constantly in blurry world.
- 56:32Speaker 2: It's a good song. A shame what the lyrics are.
- 56:35Speaker 4: But because.
- 56:40Speaker 3: We were we wrote down our favorite beats in our
- 56:42Speaker 3: favorite tunes recently. That's not just a song. And then
- 56:45Speaker 3: she this is one of my favorite tunes, but my
- 56:48Speaker 3: least favorite lyric.
- 56:49Speaker 2: No, it's funny how one thing can be take me
- 56:51Speaker 2: to church.
- 56:55Speaker 5: Well, I don't, I don't. I've been told that it's
- 56:57Speaker 5: about something that I didn't think it was about. And
- 56:59Speaker 5: so I think I was listening to it in the
- 57:00Speaker 5: gaze of it just being a nice like a religious song.
- 57:04Speaker 5: So and so I was singing it in my in
- 57:05Speaker 5: our church choir. And and I know you remember this
- 57:08Speaker 5: well because you were singing it with me and so,
- 57:10Speaker 5: but then I.
- 57:11Speaker 3: Was told that it may just be about our church choir.
- 57:13Speaker 3: I'm hooked.
- 57:16Speaker 5: It's like a pyramid.
- 57:17Speaker 3: It's the same kind of situation how it works the church.
- 57:20Speaker 4: It's like, so you start at the bottom, pew boy,
- 57:22Speaker 4: pew boy, and I'm working my way up slowly to
- 57:26Speaker 4: I'm hoping to get.
- 57:27Speaker 3: To pastor, to pastor, hoping to get past paper part.
- 57:31Speaker 3: I heard you. I heard it's twenty dollars to be
- 57:33Speaker 3: a bass, sixty dollars to be an out. But we don't.
- 57:36Speaker 5: We don't use the word bass there. We don't, so
- 57:38Speaker 5: not not not where we're from, because that could be misconstrued.
- 57:41Speaker 5: So we like to start with just are you a
- 57:42Speaker 5: bass singer? A bass guitar is really? Or a bass
- 57:46Speaker 5: a bass note? You know, it's just very confusing, so
- 57:48Speaker 5: we don't. Yeah, all, I gotta go. My car is
- 57:52Speaker 5: in a toe wise out.
- 57:55Speaker 2: My god, and my LAMB scooter is just collecting dust outside.
- 57:59Speaker 2: I got I can't do that thing.
- 58:01Speaker 3: You can't reserve it all day.
- 58:02Speaker 4: You have to stop reserving it.
- 58:03Speaker 3: All when you get off it. You need to end
- 58:05Speaker 3: the rise. I can't believe you left it on. You're
- 58:10Speaker 3: pretty so much money that it's not run to own.
- 58:13Speaker 2: I wanted to stay warm. I wanted to be mine.
- 58:15Speaker 2: Have you you ever wanted something to be mine? Guys,
- 58:17Speaker 2: register to vote. When you register to vote, you get
- 58:20Speaker 2: a token that you can go and exchange for a.
- 58:24Speaker 5: Gumption World ticket and a free hug from Minor for
- 58:27Speaker 5: the primaries.
- 58:28Speaker 6: And if you're on a Lime for the primary primaries.
- 58:30Speaker 7: If you're on a Lime scooter and you tap Ingumption Point,
