- 1:59Speaker 5: on this morning, you're on the Woody Show. Uh, let's see.
- 2:04Speaker 5: I got a text from Greg. He sent a text
- 2:06Speaker 5: to Gina and I and man was he belly aching?
- 2:10Speaker 3: Oh god?
- 2:11Speaker 5: I was, yeah, suicide.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Here, I'm going to read you the text verbatim. All right,
- 2:15Speaker 3: nice will agree.
- 2:16Speaker 5: It's six oh five and it was pitch black all caps,
- 2:20Speaker 5: over half an hour ago. So I won't be in
- 2:23Speaker 5: tomorrow or ever because I will have effing killed myself
- 2:27Speaker 5: with a rusty razor after ingesting pills and nineteen bottles
- 2:31Speaker 5: of booze, because there's no reason to live.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Correct, Greg, I'm the biggest sympathizer and agree with you
- 2:37Speaker 3: on all this. I didn't get a text message. That
- 2:39Speaker 3: hurts my hands, and I know I was laughing because
- 2:42Speaker 3: I literally just finished telling.
- 2:44Speaker 7: My wife's uncanny how much you loved it.
- 2:47Speaker 3: I'm like, oh my god, this is so weird because
- 2:48Speaker 3: I hated it. Yeah, I love it so depressed.
- 2:52Speaker 8: You're going to need a welfare check every night.
- 2:55Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean it's going to take a minute to
- 2:56Speaker 7: get used to it. But I hate it because six
- 2:58Speaker 7: o'clock comes around. You done what you have to do
- 3:01Speaker 7: for work the next day, and then you think, okay, cool,
- 3:03Speaker 7: now I can go outside and do X, Y and Z.
- 3:07Speaker 5: No, so why don't you just wait until it gets dark.
- 3:09Speaker 5: It gets dark cirarly enough to do the stuff for work.
- 3:11Speaker 5: Then I guess, like a creature, this is called time management.
- 3:16Speaker 5: I have the same conversation with my my son Greg.
- 3:18Speaker 5: I'm a creature of habit. I like to do my
- 3:20Speaker 5: work at five pm. That is like my artificial deadline.
- 3:25Speaker 5: Like I have to be sitting at the computer at
- 3:27Speaker 5: five get. I'm a big fan of routines.
- 3:29Speaker 7: Yeah, and then when I'm done, then usually have dinner
- 3:32Speaker 7: or something like that, or go outside.
- 3:34Speaker 5: I was just telling Jen how much I love him.
- 3:36Speaker 5: This is great.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Well, you texted back that you were about to go
- 3:39Speaker 3: to bed.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Well, because I want to crazy with up yeah, I
- 3:43Speaker 5: was in bed last night at six eight. I was
- 3:47Speaker 5: at least laying in bed and I had Money Night
- 3:50Speaker 5: Football on, but I was I was laying in bed.
- 3:53Speaker 7: Awful, awful, so depressing. But yeah, I'll commiserate to you
- 3:59Speaker 7: via tech.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Gina says, I swear to god, I was just thinking
- 4:02Speaker 5: about you. Because of this, I will miss you in
- 4:08Speaker 5: a knife.
- 4:08Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 4:09Speaker 3: It just extra sucks because you know, we get up
- 4:11Speaker 3: in the middle of the night and it's dark, and
- 4:13Speaker 3: then we go home and I mean, do you nap anymore?
- 4:16Speaker 3: I try, but I'm not successful with napping. So you
- 4:20Speaker 3: get sunlight for like thirty minutes exactly.
- 4:24Speaker 5: So going back to how we adjust to daylight saving time,
- 4:28Speaker 5: even though you may have gotten that extra hours sleep,
- 4:30Speaker 5: but they're falling back. You still may feel groggy because
- 4:34Speaker 5: people just like the opportunity to say how groggy they are.
- 4:37Speaker 5: Because when the when the clocks go forward, we it's
- 4:39Speaker 5: never ending. We hear about how tired everybody is because
- 4:42Speaker 5: of the one the one hour difference of I at
- 4:44Speaker 5: least understand conceptually you've lost an hour on that one day.
- 4:49Speaker 5: But how can you tell me that you're extra groggy
- 4:52Speaker 5: if you've gained an hour because.
- 4:55Speaker 10: It gets stark so early.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Now experts say any change in sleep patterns can be
- 4:59Speaker 5: just disruptive and just make you feel out of it.
- 5:02Speaker 5: Some people more affected by the clock change than others,
- 5:05Speaker 5: which I do understand. There are many people that it
- 5:08Speaker 5: couldn't handle our schedule even if they had to do it,
- 5:11Speaker 5: They just they couldn't do it. They say it may
- 5:13Speaker 5: take up to a week to recover from the end
- 5:16Speaker 5: of daylight saving time, and uh, they've got some tips
- 5:21Speaker 5: on how to have your body adjust more easily.
- 5:25Speaker 7: I always thought it was one day, like aet one
- 5:27Speaker 7: night of normal sleep and you're recovered.
- 5:29Speaker 5: Well when you travel, they say for every hour of
- 5:32Speaker 5: time change, it would take that many days. That many days.
- 5:35Speaker 5: So if it's one hour, that would be one day.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, right, and this is one hour for the day,
- 5:41Speaker 3: all right.
- 5:41Speaker 5: So here here are the tips according to the experts,
- 5:43Speaker 5: and how you can adjust better. Stick to your daily schedule,
- 5:47Speaker 5: so just following your usual schedule that just helps you
- 5:49Speaker 5: adapt faster. Apparently, Uh, getting outside and soaking up some sunlight,
- 5:54Speaker 5: even just sitting by a window to catch some sun
- 5:57Speaker 5: that helps reset the body's internal clock.
- 5:59Speaker 8: Okay, Greg, try and find sunlight.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Well again, if you would just instead of doing the
- 6:04Speaker 5: work when the sun is up, do the work when
- 6:07Speaker 5: the sun is down. Although as we get deeper into
- 6:10Speaker 5: the winter, by five o'clock or close to five o'clock,
- 6:13Speaker 5: it will be dark.
- 6:14Speaker 7: Like yeah, so it starts getting dark so early.
- 6:18Speaker 5: Also a tip avoid taking naps because it's tempting. But
- 6:21Speaker 5: they say that mid day snooze could keep you from
- 6:24Speaker 5: getting a bed, getting into bed early enough.
- 6:25Speaker 3: It's true, but God love that. It is definitely true.
- 6:27Speaker 3: But I also love it.
- 6:28Speaker 5: I do have a rule for naps, like I love naps.
- 6:32Speaker 5: Those are a big thing for me in my schedule.
- 6:34Speaker 5: Time I do one pm, what oh wow. If I
- 6:37Speaker 5: haven't taken it, if I haven't like gone to take
- 6:39Speaker 5: the nap by one pm, it's not happening. Don't start
- 6:42Speaker 5: your nap at one pm. Yeah, yeah, no, because then
- 6:47Speaker 5: that's what's going.
- 6:47Speaker 11: To keep you up three hours. Okay, So you have
- 6:51Speaker 11: to be done by what time?
- 6:53Speaker 3: Three three thirty?
- 6:55Speaker 5: So the latest is, you know, like say noon, So
- 7:00Speaker 5: I try to get out of here, get home, immediately
- 7:02Speaker 5: shut it down.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:04Speaker 5: And the reason it's three hours is because I've read
- 7:06Speaker 5: a lot about sleep and the sleep cycle is ninety minutes,
- 7:09Speaker 5: So you either got to do like a power nap
- 7:10Speaker 5: twenty minutes or so, or you gotta do the full
- 7:13Speaker 5: ninety minutes. If you go over ninety minutes, you got
- 7:15Speaker 5: to stay down for three hours another ninety minutes because
- 7:18Speaker 5: otherwise you wake up and that's when you're out of it,
- 7:20Speaker 5: because you're right in the middle of that cycle and
- 7:22Speaker 5: it'll throw you off.
- 7:23Speaker 8: Is that all true?
- 7:24Speaker 5: I found it to be true. Personally, I found it
- 7:27Speaker 5: to be true. I mean, it could be different for
- 7:28Speaker 5: other people.
- 7:29Speaker 7: I used to found it to be true in that
- 7:31Speaker 7: twenty minute thing, because it takes me a god an
- 7:33Speaker 7: hour to fall asleep. So yeah, you couldn't even get
- 7:36Speaker 7: twenty minutes because it's going to take that long to
- 7:38Speaker 7: fall a sleep. But if I do fall asleep unintentionally
- 7:41Speaker 7: and I'm only out for like twenty minutes, I do
- 7:43Speaker 7: feel great.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 7:45Speaker 5: The Sleep Foundation recommends keeping a steady sleep schedule, having
- 7:49Speaker 5: regular bedtime routine, avoiding caffeine in the afternoon and evenings,
- 7:52Speaker 5: not doom scrolling, and using a sleep mask.
- 7:55Speaker 3: In earplugs oh so uncomfortable. Yeah, I agree. I don't
- 7:59Speaker 3: like to sleep mask or the ear plus.
- 8:01Speaker 11: Greg, You're my hero because I You're the only human
- 8:03Speaker 11: being I know that doesn't sleep with their phone in
- 8:06Speaker 11: the bedroom.
- 8:08Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 8:08Speaker 5: I was put on the podcast I put on like
- 8:11Speaker 5: my buddy Mark Madden his show.
- 8:14Speaker 3: I'll listen to that. I'll listen to Steelers Nation Radio
- 8:17Speaker 3: on the.
- 8:18Speaker 8: Iheartradiot, so it's not on all night.
- 8:20Speaker 5: Yeah, sep sleep time or like now that my my
- 8:24Speaker 5: f a check Ride is coming up from my pilot's license,
- 8:26Speaker 5: I'm listening to a lot of like check Ride prep
- 8:30Speaker 5: to sleep. Yeah, that's that's keeping me away because that
- 8:36Speaker 5: I'm listening and I'm playing the lights on TV going Really,
- 8:40Speaker 5: I'm ready to go to bed.
- 8:41Speaker 3: I'm ready to go to bed.
- 8:42Speaker 5: And that's that's why I like it getting darker earlier,
- 8:44Speaker 5: because as I try to be a responsible person and
- 8:47Speaker 5: get a good chunk of sleep, when it's getting darker earlier,
- 8:51Speaker 5: like it's it's naturally putting my body in a state
- 8:53Speaker 5: of like shutting down. So that way it's easier for
- 8:56Speaker 5: me to get into bed. Like in the middle of
- 8:57Speaker 5: the summer, when it's bright and sunny, like, yeah, someone's
- 9:04Speaker 5: lawnmower still going. While I do love summer It's like,
- 9:08Speaker 5: it's harder for me to fall even if the blackout
- 9:10Speaker 5: shades are drawn.
- 9:11Speaker 8: Because you know what's on the other side of those exactly.
- 9:14Speaker 3: You know, the sunshine people are happy. Yeah.
- 9:17Speaker 5: Around ten million Americans like Greg are affected by seasonal
- 9:20Speaker 5: effective disorder SAT ten million.
- 9:23Speaker 3: I would have thought it had got to get you.
- 9:25Speaker 8: Gotta get a pink light, right.
- 9:27Speaker 5: It's related to the change of seasons. Symptoms off and
- 9:30Speaker 5: you know, starting late in the fall. But there are
- 9:33Speaker 5: steps that you can take to manage it, from sun lamps, yeah,
- 9:36Speaker 5: to eating certain foods, to being social and those can
- 9:40Speaker 5: help you combat the seasonal effective disorder.
- 9:43Speaker 8: When I lived in New York, I used to use
- 9:45Speaker 8: one of those lights, really, Dan, And.
- 9:47Speaker 7: I think smell would help too, Like if you smelled suntan.
- 9:50Speaker 8: Oh, yeah, like latex, Yeah, that would put me in
- 9:53Speaker 8: a good mood.
- 9:54Speaker 5: As far as the food, they recommend foods rich in
- 9:57Speaker 5: antioxidants like dark chocolate, blueberry, spinach, sammon.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Sure, those are all good.
- 10:03Speaker 5: Get some vitamin D, like a vitamin D supplement for
- 10:06Speaker 5: your bone and immunity health also can help regulate mood.
- 10:11Speaker 3: That's what they say, all right.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Exercising outdoors and the cold can be intense, but also
- 10:16Speaker 5: that helps with seasonal effective disorderating really yeah, and then
- 10:20Speaker 5: I'll get by a little help from your friends. So
- 10:22Speaker 5: spend some time with your besties, with your homies, yeah,
- 10:25Speaker 5: because avoiding isolation is important. So don't just stay in
- 10:28Speaker 5: your house like I'll bummed out.
- 10:29Speaker 12: Yeah it's so easy too, because I never want to
- 10:31Speaker 12: go anywhere, even to the store once it's dark.
- 10:33Speaker 8: Out, I know, and well I'm in for the night.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 10:37Speaker 7: If you had to pick, would you rather live somewhere
- 10:40Speaker 7: where it's you know how there's parts of the world
- 10:41Speaker 7: that it's dark all the time, or it's light all
- 10:44Speaker 7: the time? What would you pick? I would do light
- 10:47Speaker 7: all the time. I think that'd be cool.
- 10:50Speaker 5: Midnight sun Yeah, well, I think that would get really old.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Be easier to deal with though.
- 10:57Speaker 8: They're just living in darkness.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Yeah, i'd be sad. I think both would suck. Both
- 11:02Speaker 3: would suck.
- 11:02Speaker 5: Like, I think you would end up in the same position.
- 11:06Speaker 5: I think you would end up with. In other words,
- 11:07Speaker 5: I think you would end up in the same mental
- 11:08Speaker 5: state no matter if it was light all the time
- 11:12Speaker 5: or dark. I think either one would probably leaving the
- 11:14Speaker 5: same place.
- 11:15Speaker 3: But I think venture shades.
- 11:16Speaker 8: Yeah, the dark all the time.
- 11:18Speaker 11: I think the crime rate would be through the roof,
- 11:20Speaker 11: because commits their crimes at night.
- 11:22Speaker 5: Yeah, it would be so bizarre. I think I would
- 11:25Speaker 5: go light, but it's more practical. I would assume that
- 11:29Speaker 5: would just drive you just as crazy. I do want
- 11:31Speaker 5: to at some point, I want to go in one
- 11:32Speaker 5: of those rooms that are so sound proof that they say,
- 11:36Speaker 5: uh that you hear your blood pumping.
- 11:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I have access to the one, you really do. Yes, Yes,
- 11:41Speaker 3: you can't stay in there very long? Why because a
- 11:45Speaker 3: panic attack.
- 11:46Speaker 7: Really, nobody has stayed in there longer than a few minutes. Really,
- 11:49Speaker 7: and they even offer to pay, like to anybody who
- 11:52Speaker 7: can stay in there for an hour. I think it
- 11:54Speaker 7: was like a million dollars.
- 11:55Speaker 3: What you can do it? I feel like I could
- 11:57Speaker 3: do it.
- 11:58Speaker 8: I think you could do it.
- 11:58Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't know. If I probably just in there
- 12:01Speaker 7: they get sick.
- 12:01Speaker 5: I mean I'd be willing to try. Yeah, I don't know.
- 12:05Speaker 5: Apparently it makes you feel weird.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Yeah that's kind of cool. But that's the thing.
- 12:11Speaker 5: If you didn't know, I think you get an anxiety
- 12:13Speaker 5: attack if you didn't know why you were hearing, right,
- 12:16Speaker 5: But the fact that you know you're in this room
- 12:18Speaker 5: and it's so sound proved that that's why you're hearing it.
- 12:22Speaker 5: That would make that would make sense to you, and
- 12:24Speaker 5: you wouldn't freak out because you would know what it is,
- 12:26Speaker 5: so you.
- 12:26Speaker 10: Think you can beat it.
- 12:27Speaker 8: That's why you want to do it.
- 12:28Speaker 3: No, I just want I wanted to experience it.
- 12:30Speaker 8: It's negative twenty five decibels.
- 12:35Speaker 5: Negative apparently, okay, and the cash prize apparently as a rumor.
- 12:39Speaker 3: I'd be willing to try it. Yeah, it sounds cool
- 12:42Speaker 3: because they have it at the JBL office. That's the
- 12:45Speaker 3: one that I went into. And once they closed the door,
- 12:47Speaker 3: speaker people. Yeah, yeah, and once they close the door,
- 12:50Speaker 3: it's just that's cool. You want it, I would do it? Yeah,
- 12:56Speaker 3: you want to go?
- 12:57Speaker 5: Now when you yell in there? Does it sound weird?
- 12:59Speaker 5: It's not reflecting? That's crazy? Like does it even make
- 13:03Speaker 5: a sound?
- 13:04Speaker 4: I know?
- 13:04Speaker 3: Can you just hear it like internally right organization?
- 13:08Speaker 5: So sound that's escaping, Because the sound that's escaping, it's
- 13:11Speaker 5: not reflecting back, so it's not coming back to your ear.
- 13:14Speaker 8: It would plably sound like you were super far away from.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Yeah, water so weird. Well, their office is really cool.
- 13:19Speaker 3: I mean, we're what we're way into sound so obviously
- 13:22Speaker 3: because what we do, but uh, the stuff that they
- 13:24Speaker 3: do there is crazy. They put me in like this thing.
- 13:27Speaker 3: It'll hit sound on you in a full like if
- 13:30Speaker 3: you were standing in the middle of a basketball or
- 13:33Speaker 3: something like that. Yeah, yeah, it's it's weird. You can't
- 13:36Speaker 3: even explain it. This is such a trip.
- 13:39Speaker 5: Yeah, eight seven seven forty four, Woody send us a
- 13:42Speaker 5: text if you like to text in or check in
- 13:45Speaker 5: this morning over to two two nine eight seven.
- 13:47Speaker 3: We got some more Woodes show coming up for you next.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Hang on.
- 13:52Speaker 9: Right back.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Podcast listeners, if you're listening, do not show up to
- 13:57Speaker 3: Raising Canes in Hollywood today. No fourth, what's up, everybody?
- 14:01Speaker 3: It's menace. Due to the huge response at this new location,
- 14:05Speaker 3: we're gonna be moving that to a later date. But
- 14:08Speaker 3: these other meetups are happening for sure. November twenty eighth noon,
- 14:12Speaker 3: downy Lazy Dog. I'll be there with TCL Televisions, giving
- 14:16Speaker 3: away TVs and more. That'll be happening on Black Friday.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Then on Cyber Monday, December one, I'll be at Lazy
- 14:24Speaker 3: Dog in Rancho Cucamonga at five pm. Again with TCL televisions,
- 14:29Speaker 3: So mark those down on your calendars. In the meantime,
- 14:31Speaker 3: keep enjoining The Woody Show podcast.
- 14:37Speaker 13: Show.
- 14:38Speaker 5: All right, welcome back everybody. Hey, it's November fourth. I
- 14:41Speaker 5: keep forgetting today's election day.
- 14:43Speaker 3: No, I forget so many places across the country. Really
- 14:48Speaker 3: to get a stiffer, I.
- 14:49Speaker 5: Know, dude, I've paid so little attention to I've like
- 14:54Speaker 5: tuned out on politics so hard, and on news in general.
- 14:59Speaker 5: Meet I feel like the only place I'm getting news
- 15:02Speaker 5: is when I get here. Me too, And I used
- 15:04Speaker 5: to keep up with it more. And then I hired
- 15:07Speaker 5: dumb ass Tyler to do a bunch of stuff like
- 15:09Speaker 5: before the show, to kind of like pull all that
- 15:11Speaker 5: stuff where I used to be on all the websites
- 15:14Speaker 5: and finding these different things and getting them, like, you know,
- 15:16Speaker 5: prepared for the show. I hired him to do that
- 15:19Speaker 5: so it would get me a little extra time in
- 15:20Speaker 5: the morning. And so now I'm like, kinda I'm just
- 15:23Speaker 5: at the mercy of whatever dumb ass Tyler has brought
- 15:26Speaker 5: to How scary is that?
- 15:28Speaker 8: Yeah, that's a lot of trust.
- 15:29Speaker 3: My portal into reality is dumb ass Tyler.
- 15:33Speaker 7: When time off and I get back for all I
- 15:36Speaker 7: know world War three has started.
- 15:37Speaker 5: I wouldn't know, yeah, because if you look at if
- 15:40Speaker 5: you look at the Instagram, which if I'm on social
- 15:42Speaker 5: media at this point, it's Instagram. I can't even tell
- 15:44Speaker 5: you the last time I went on on Twitter account.
- 15:47Speaker 5: I used to go on there to research some more
- 15:50Speaker 5: of the new stuff because all the news accounts.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Twitter is kind of for news, but the last time
- 15:55Speaker 3: you were on it, what it was called Twitter?
- 15:56Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 15:57Speaker 3: And Instagram.
- 15:58Speaker 5: Instagram is just more for stuff and stuff that I
- 16:01Speaker 5: can send to my wife, like go check out this
- 16:02Speaker 5: really cute golden retriever. Yeah, some other funny stuff, a
- 16:06Speaker 5: lot of flying videos on of plane stuff, but stuff.
- 16:10Speaker 3: But yeah, that's it. I've really, I've really made a
- 16:12Speaker 3: point to just ignore most things.
- 16:15Speaker 8: Yeah, it's for the best. You'll say, you're saying, I forget.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Who I was. Uh, it's bad? Was it?
- 16:21Speaker 5: Pete Davidson? He said he's just completely off social media?
- 16:24Speaker 8: Nice, Well he needed it, like, yeah he was.
- 16:29Speaker 3: The next level is at Sharon where he doesn't have
- 16:31Speaker 3: a phone, doesn't even have a phone. Yeah, he has
- 16:33Speaker 3: email and that's how you get a hold of Yeah,
- 16:35Speaker 3: And like I just realized, like when you when you're
- 16:38Speaker 3: on some of these things, like most of stuff you're
- 16:40Speaker 3: even looking at, like the stuff that is getting posted
- 16:43Speaker 3: by people like I don't even care who cares, Like
- 16:45Speaker 3: I don't care about any of this stuff. This is
- 16:47Speaker 3: like it's supposed to be like an algorithm that I'm
- 16:49Speaker 3: interested in. So now it's like I seek out things.
- 16:52Speaker 3: So I found myself more on YouTube now.
- 16:55Speaker 5: Yeah, YouTube, because I'll look at something that I'm interested in,
- 16:58Speaker 5: and all of a sudden, it's the rabbit hole all
- 17:00Speaker 5: the other things that you'll be interested in based on
- 17:01Speaker 5: what you already watched. I signed up for YouTube Premium
- 17:04Speaker 5: what because I got sick of the the ads, like
- 17:07Speaker 5: in the right in the middle of the video, right
- 17:09Speaker 5: in the good part.
- 17:09Speaker 3: It was thought about you.
- 17:10Speaker 7: The other night, I was watching a Depeche Mode video
- 17:13Speaker 7: on YouTube as you do, right, and.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Halfway through the song, I should get this YouTube. Yeah,
- 17:20Speaker 3: so YouTube premium, no no more ads? And what is
- 17:23Speaker 3: that one? I don't know. I have no idea. That's
- 17:28Speaker 3: they threw it to me.
- 17:29Speaker 5: They pictured it to me right in the middle. Said
- 17:31Speaker 5: you know you could skip these ads and go click soul. Yeah,
- 17:34Speaker 5: I'd even look. I have no idea.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Well, anyway, Tay's Election Day.
- 17:38Speaker 5: It's a National candy Day, get rid of it so
- 17:42Speaker 5: much leftover Halloween candy. It's National Day of Community Service. Uh,
- 17:46Speaker 5: It's National easy bake oven Day. Oh, the idea is.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Better than the reality. The light bulb that bakes.
- 17:53Speaker 5: It takes forever. And then there's like it's a it's
- 17:55Speaker 5: one of those like Trader Joe's to bite brownies when
- 17:58Speaker 5: it's done. It's a row Dinner Day. And it's also
- 18:02Speaker 5: used your common sense day today every day, please do
- 18:05Speaker 5: all right? We got the birthdays of the porn of
- 18:07Speaker 5: Birthday coming up here in just a moment of first
- 18:09Speaker 5: minute's gonna tell us what's happening in the world of entertainment.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Well, Stranger Things actor David Harbor. He he's the dad
- 18:17Speaker 3: and stranger of things. He's not having a good couple
- 18:19Speaker 3: of months recently because he got divorced from singer Lily Allen.
- 18:23Speaker 3: And then Lily Allen came out with a whole album
- 18:26Speaker 3: talking about their divorce, and she apparently was saying that
- 18:30Speaker 3: he cheated, even though other people say they had an
- 18:33Speaker 3: open marriage. But oh no, it's not going well there now.
- 18:37Speaker 3: Entertain was married to a British singer what What song?
- 18:43Speaker 3: Because the name sounds familiar.
- 18:44Speaker 8: You very much. She has quite a few songs that Alfie.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you'd remember it. Yeah, because alternative ratio stesses
- 18:58Speaker 3: were playing her songs for a bit. All right, I'll
- 19:01Speaker 3: look it up, Okay, look it up, all right. Also,
- 19:04Speaker 3: continuing the story, not very good entertainment websites are reporting
- 19:09Speaker 3: that Millie Bobby Brown filed the harassment uh acclaim against
- 19:14Speaker 3: him before they started filming this last season, and just
- 19:19Speaker 3: saying that he was bulling her and harassing her uh
- 19:22Speaker 3: the Also the claims do not have any sexual background
- 19:26Speaker 3: on that, so don't don't think about that, but just
- 19:28Speaker 3: saying that he was being very mean on set. Lily Allen,
- 19:32Speaker 3: this is the first video that came up but soon okay,
- 19:35Speaker 3: all right.
- 19:37Speaker 14: Yeah, song called smile yeahone.
- 19:49Speaker 3: And just like her cuddling and that was some good
- 19:52Speaker 3: the videos on YouTube premium. Oh yeah, but I do
- 20:04Speaker 3: remember this song for so.
- 20:09Speaker 2: You can.
- 20:12Speaker 5: Be she was married to the Stranger things soon yeah,
- 20:16Speaker 5: and before that she was very too a guy for.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Crystal Method.
- 20:24Speaker 5: I feel like this is when we worked together years ago.
- 20:27Speaker 5: That song came out like maybe like two thousand and eight. Yep,
- 20:30Speaker 5: absolutely is that.
- 20:30Speaker 3: One that was?
- 20:31Speaker 15: Yes?
- 20:31Speaker 5: Actually she the one whose dad is no, that's okay.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Also, just to add to the pile of crap, apparently
- 20:43Speaker 3: there was some woman that was staying at his house
- 20:47Speaker 3: ten years ago and she jumped out of a window.
- 20:49Speaker 3: And now people are talking about that like such a
- 20:51Speaker 3: cool guy. What's up? I don't know, but you know,
- 20:54Speaker 3: when stuff starts going down, people start piling on, piling
- 20:58Speaker 3: on like crazy. All right, moving on, did you see this?
- 21:02Speaker 3: The speculation is over. Jennifer Aniston does have a man.
- 21:06Speaker 3: His name is Jim Curtis. Just saw that. And if
- 21:08Speaker 3: you don't know who that is, he is a hypnotist,
- 21:11Speaker 3: author and wellness coach. Oh yeah, apparently Jennifer. Don't know.
- 21:18Speaker 7: I've never really heard anything about her as a person.
- 21:21Speaker 3: I've heard that she's.
- 21:22Speaker 12: Really nice, oh really yeah, But I mean, I don't
- 21:24Speaker 12: know if she's weird, not that I've heard.
- 21:26Speaker 10: But she could be.
- 21:27Speaker 3: She seems like she just be kind of normal and chill.
- 21:29Speaker 5: Yeah, and it's always weird, Like I don't know, you know,
- 21:32Speaker 5: why she never really seemed to, you know, stand out.
- 21:36Speaker 5: I guess it doesn't really matter, but it's just surprising,
- 21:38Speaker 5: like she's rich, she's famous, she's pretty. Yeah, she seems cool.
- 21:42Speaker 5: Like how did she not have like some perfect guy?
- 21:45Speaker 11: Yeah, well but she did, she just didn't didn't stay.
- 21:48Speaker 11: I mean she's had a lot of like Brad Pitt,
- 21:50Speaker 11: she's had justin.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Thorroawu, I know that's what I mean. Like you know
- 21:53Speaker 3: somebody who just that's just stuck. Yeah, yeah, I don't know.
- 21:57Speaker 3: But they went in Instagram official guy. She's off the market.

- 22:18Speaker 3: I'm sorry I didn't stick it to memory. But you
- 22:21Speaker 3: you said you watched it, Gina, Yeah.
- 22:23Speaker 8: I saw the first.
- 22:24Speaker 11: It's it's supposed to be very disturbing and weird, but
- 22:27Speaker 11: I'm like Greg, and everything is funny to me now,
- 22:30Speaker 11: Like it's just not.
- 22:31Speaker 8: Scary, So I guess it's good. I'll stick around. But
- 22:34Speaker 8: it's not that scary to me.
- 22:36Speaker 12: I'm John Stephen King novel, right, but yeah, it's based
- 22:39Speaker 12: on it, okay, and like kind of the origin story gotcha.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Okay, Now for Sammy, did you see this? This story
- 22:45Speaker 3: is not going away. Julia fox Halloween costume really upset
- 22:49Speaker 3: the Kennedy family. If you did not see she dressed
- 22:53Speaker 3: up as Jackie l the day that Kennedy got shot,
- 22:58Speaker 3: or the same dress everything, but the version that she
- 23:01Speaker 3: was warring for Halloween was covered in blood.
- 23:03Speaker 12: Yeah, that's been a that's been a costume before. I mean,
- 23:05Speaker 12: she didn't even it looks like she didn't even have
- 23:06Speaker 12: a JFK with her with the half head blown off,
- 23:08Speaker 12: because I've seen that as.
- 23:09Speaker 15: A couple of shots.
- 23:11Speaker 8: Way classier than she but you know, she's.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Yeah, well she's famous. So it got a lot of attention,
- 23:18Speaker 3: and they say it was not very classy. They said
- 23:21Speaker 3: it was desperate and disgusting as well.
- 23:23Speaker 12: Well, Halloween is supposed to be horrific costume, scary, horrific moment.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, now in the dumbest headline I've seen, uh,
- 23:34Speaker 3: Like in the past week, fans think Justin Trudeau's Halloween
- 23:38Speaker 3: costume is a nod to Katie Perry. He was dressed
- 23:42Speaker 3: as the shark from when she performed at the Super Bowl.
- 23:45Speaker 3: I think I think it's a.
- 23:48Speaker 5: Nonrec What do you think I never understood that, what,
- 23:53Speaker 5: like what the obsession was over that whole thing?
- 23:56Speaker 3: Stupid left shark thing because he was dancing like so off. Yeah,
- 24:00Speaker 3: even it looks like he's snuck on stage in the costume.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Is that what it was? Poreography? Yeah, he wasn't dancing
- 24:06Speaker 3: in sync. Yeah. I was kind of wonder like, what
- 24:08Speaker 3: the that's a big obsession with that?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Was?
- 24:12Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 24:12Speaker 5: That and uh what did the fox say?
- 24:15Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 24:16Speaker 3: I never liked that people pretend to be in that,
- 24:18Speaker 3: they pretended to be into.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Uh, who's the dude from American Idol to tried out

- 27:05Speaker 5: I got this uh delivery and it had my wife's
- 27:09Speaker 5: name on it. It was an Amazon delivery, and it
- 27:12Speaker 5: had all this random stuff in there.
- 27:14Speaker 3: And she didn't order any that. I didn't order anyth that.
- 27:17Speaker 5: I'll order stuff off of our Amazon Sometimes stuff I
- 27:20Speaker 5: order comes with her name on the label.
- 27:22Speaker 3: I mean, no big deal. I didn't order it. Nobody
- 27:24Speaker 3: in our house ordered this stuff.
- 27:25Speaker 5: And it was like a seat cushion, you know, like
- 27:28Speaker 5: people with a bad back, like we'll have like an
- 27:31Speaker 5: extra like almost like a memory phone kind of thing.
- 27:35Speaker 5: There there was that there was just something like just
- 27:38Speaker 5: random like this organizer I don't even know, look almost
- 27:41Speaker 5: kind of like a like a tackle box looking thing.
- 27:43Speaker 5: Uh huh, different I don't know, maybe for like crafts,
- 27:46Speaker 5: different buttons or beads or is that what's called kaboot.
- 27:51Speaker 8: They were back in the day and they still have them.
- 27:54Speaker 5: Is that where the whole a kitten kaboodle came from?
- 27:57Speaker 8: Exactly?
- 27:58Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just what I we didn't order it. That's
- 28:01Speaker 3: so strange. Now what's that thing called where? Uh they're doing? Brush?
- 28:07Speaker 3: You're brushing? Okay.
- 28:08Speaker 5: I was trying to tell my wife that I've heard
- 28:10Speaker 5: of something happening where you'll get random stuff.
- 28:13Speaker 3: But what are they trying to do? Again? Okay, we're
- 28:15Speaker 3: going hard this. It's I forget though the same way.
- 28:18Speaker 15: It's like it's if they send it to a resident
- 28:20Speaker 15: and it's marked just delivered to a real life address,
- 28:22Speaker 15: that gets them credibility in the system, I.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Believe, And they want fake reviews. I'm looking at right now,
- 28:29Speaker 3: so I'm supposed.
- 28:30Speaker 15: To review this stuff now, but it'll be it'll be
- 28:34Speaker 15: marked as because they just send it to any address,
- 28:36Speaker 15: but it'll be marked as like actually delivered, right.
- 28:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll be marked is delivered and sold, So it
- 28:41Speaker 3: like helps them on the reviews. Also they will put
- 28:44Speaker 3: like fake QR codes in there, and they want you
- 28:46Speaker 3: to they put it in your information.
- 28:50Speaker 8: There was Joe kind of on them if you just
- 28:52Speaker 8: keep it and move on with your life.
- 28:53Speaker 3: There was there was nothing in there, but it was paperwork.
- 28:57Speaker 12: Is it just to have a confirmed purchase so that
- 28:59Speaker 12: it will be four thousand people ordered this, But really
- 29:01Speaker 12: it's just then ordering it and sending it to their
- 29:03Speaker 12: firmed account.
- 29:04Speaker 8: Because there are like piles of trash on Amazon that
- 29:07Speaker 8: are like best user, you know best most bottom?
- 29:13Speaker 3: Am I am I in the wrong? If we like,
- 29:16Speaker 3: what are we supposed to do with this stuff?
- 29:17Speaker 5: Can we keep it?
- 29:18Speaker 3: You're supposed to report it. We did.
- 29:20Speaker 5: We called Amazon and said we didn't order this stuff,
- 29:22Speaker 5: and they go, we're not quite sure where it came
- 29:24Speaker 5: from either, and nothing will.
- 29:25Speaker 3: Happen and that's the end of it.
- 29:27Speaker 5: And it was in there but it was a box
- 29:29Speaker 5: that had that Amazon tape, so weird, the Amazon.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Brand taped over it paper tape. Yeah, my wife's name
- 29:34Speaker 3: on it. It looked like any other Amazon delivery.
- 29:37Speaker 12: And there wasn't anything that you ordered that hasn't come yet.
- 29:40Speaker 15: No, okay nothing. This is like the next level, like
- 29:42Speaker 15: it was really weird. Step one and then step two,
- 29:45Speaker 15: question mark, Step three, profits of it?
- 29:48Speaker 3: What is China? What are you doing to China? This
- 29:51Speaker 3: is mysterious.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Yeah, because I told my wife said, maybe we should
- 29:54Speaker 5: just donate this stuff because I don't want to be
- 29:56Speaker 5: in possession of it.
- 29:57Speaker 3: Yeah, you've done nothing. I'm not going to jail over this.
- 30:05Speaker 3: We'll be right back shows all right, into.
- 30:12Speaker 5: Another new hour Insensitivity training for a politically correct world.

- 30:26Speaker 5: Morgan's here? No reason the reason?
- 30:28Speaker 3: Laugh what I'm just getting ready?
- 30:30Speaker 4: What?
- 30:30Speaker 3: What? What?
- 30:30Speaker 5: Uh?
- 30:31Speaker 3: What just went through your mind in that moment? I
- 30:34Speaker 3: don't know fun being honest, Yeah, you.
- 30:37Speaker 5: Start randomly cracking up. I look up at most it's
- 30:41Speaker 5: just like Chuck late Yeah, is it residual high?
- 30:45Speaker 3: Maybe I don't know.
- 30:47Speaker 5: Okay, all right, that was that was strange. Yeah, I'm
- 30:50Speaker 5: not having a great time, don't get me wrong, but
- 30:52Speaker 5: I'm enjoying myself. Yeah, we're all having the blast.
- 30:54Speaker 3: It's all good. Yeah.

- 31:01Speaker 5: Can you get back through?
- 31:02Speaker 4: It?
- 31:03Speaker 8: So funny?
- 31:04Speaker 3: So you know what it is. Here's here's what I've learned.
- 31:08Speaker 5: You know, if you ever watched the Howard Stern movie
- 31:11Speaker 5: back in the day at that time, he said, and
- 31:14Speaker 5: that's when I learned a very important lesson lesbians equal ratings, right,
- 31:19Speaker 5: and that that time has has passed.
- 31:22Speaker 3: You know, we moved on.
- 31:23Speaker 5: Uh, the dumber, the dumber things are, the more people
- 31:27Speaker 5: like them.
- 31:28Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 31:28Speaker 3: I found like the the just the more, the more dumb,
- 31:32Speaker 3: the more silly, get.
- 31:33Speaker 8: A big response. Yeah, people like to participate.
- 31:36Speaker 5: You guys like really simple things, which is great because
- 31:39Speaker 5: instead of us, you know, dumb people sitting around trying
- 31:41Speaker 5: to think of like some high level idea, is something
- 31:45Speaker 5: so stupid, something so dumb? Like and it was all
- 31:49Speaker 5: from the one day we were trying to get somebody
- 31:52Speaker 5: called back in. We called a name and they were
- 31:54Speaker 5: supposed to call back with a certain amount of time,
- 31:56Speaker 5: and uh, we got disconnected and we were looking for
- 32:00Speaker 5: that person. Yeah, and we just kept going through and
- 32:02Speaker 5: people like that was the funniest thing they've ever heard.
- 32:04Speaker 3: And I'm like a kept answering the call.
- 32:07Speaker 5: Hey girl, Yeah, so you know there's a new contest.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Can you get back through? And we'll tell you so,
- 32:14Speaker 3: like you'll call in, Uh, we'll give.
- 32:17Speaker 5: You a password and then the the the task is
- 32:20Speaker 5: you got to try to call back in to the
- 32:22Speaker 5: same number, the radio station number and get through in
- 32:25Speaker 5: that time. But everybody else is trying. The rest of
- 32:30Speaker 5: the listeners are trying to keep you from being able
- 32:32Speaker 5: to get through. Yeah, and we'll just keep going through
- 32:34Speaker 5: the phones, hoping that you pick up or that we
- 32:36Speaker 5: pick up and you're on the other end.
- 32:37Speaker 3: It's the dumbest contest. Yeah, but people love that stuff.
- 32:40Speaker 10: I know the guy was able to do it last time.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, but what do we give you? Like five minutes? Yeah,
- 32:46Speaker 3: I think it was five minutes. We set the time.
- 32:48Speaker 5: Look, it's it's stupid, but it's your chance to win something.
- 32:51Speaker 5: We got that coming up. Gina Grad's got this morning's
- 32:53Speaker 5: trending news headlines.
- 32:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 32:55Speaker 11: Well, an announcement hit this morning that former VP Dick
- 32:58Speaker 11: Cheney died at eighty four years old. Yeah, forty six,
- 33:01Speaker 11: Vice president from two thousand and one to two thousand
- 33:03Speaker 11: and nine under President George W. Bush and with big
- 33:07Speaker 11: part of the remember the war on Terror in the
- 33:09Speaker 11: early two thousand.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Face he did that, that was part of the war
- 33:13Speaker 3: on Terror.
- 33:15Speaker 11: Yeah, His family released a statement saying he died from
- 33:18Speaker 11: complications of pneumonia and heart disease. And just a little
- 33:21Speaker 11: background on this guy. He spent nearly four decades working
- 33:24Speaker 11: on the Capitol. He was the youngest White House Chief
- 33:26Speaker 11: of Staff under President Ford Ow represented Wyoming in the
- 33:30Speaker 11: US House of Representatives, Secretary of Defense under President Bush Senior,
- 33:35Speaker 11: then VP under President Bush Junior. No, he's known for
- 33:39Speaker 11: being the most politically active and influential.
- 33:41Speaker 8: VP in history.
- 33:43Speaker 3: Okay, well, he'll be missed.
- 33:45Speaker 11: Elections are happening all over the country today, and even
- 33:48Speaker 11: though it's not a presidential year, the results are going
- 33:50Speaker 11: to show how voters feel about the big parties and
- 33:52Speaker 11: their big policies. So here's just a couple of the
- 33:55Speaker 11: key races that people are going to be watching. California
- 33:58Speaker 11: Prop fifty, that's the whole redistricting saying. Now, this measure
- 34:01Speaker 11: would let the state redraw its congressional map, which would
- 34:04Speaker 11: pretty much help Democrats gain up to five US House seats.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Yeah, and that's such a substantial lead. Yeah, sixty support. Yeah.
- 34:13Speaker 8: New York City's mayoral race.
- 34:15Speaker 11: Those are candidates Zoran Mamdani, who is a socialist Democrat.
- 34:19Speaker 11: He would be the New York's first Muslim mayor, former
- 34:22Speaker 11: Governor Andrew Cuomo, who's an independent, and Curtis Leewall, who's
- 34:26Speaker 11: a Republican. And New Jersey's governor race. That's Republican Jack
- 34:29Speaker 11: Cidarelli against Democrat Mikey Cherrell. And since New Jersey usually
- 34:34Speaker 11: votes Democrat, this race is going to show whether Republicans
- 34:37Speaker 11: are gaining any ground or none at all. And Week
- 34:40Speaker 11: nine wrapped up last night with the Cardinals taking on
- 34:43Speaker 11: the Cowboys. The Cardinals gave.
- 34:45Speaker 8: Dak Prescott a tough night, sacking him five times, forcing
- 34:49Speaker 8: three turnovers a born game.
- 34:51Speaker 5: Yeah, the two teams of losing records. You know that
- 34:54Speaker 5: used to be the Thursday night matchup. You know, like
- 34:56Speaker 5: the THURSDA night football matchups were always garbage, and those
- 34:59Speaker 5: have been pretty good. And now it's like, you know,
- 35:01Speaker 5: Sunday night, Thursday night, and these Monday nights have been
- 35:04Speaker 5: dogs for the most part.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Week Well.
- 35:06Speaker 11: Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Junior also had one of his
- 35:09Speaker 11: best games of the season. He caught seven passes for
- 35:12Speaker 11: ninety six yards and a touchdown that did help the
- 35:15Speaker 11: Cardinals win twenty seven to seventeen. And actress Diane Ladd
- 35:19Speaker 11: somebody I know Morgan knows from a ton of movies.
- 35:21Speaker 10: Oh yeah, I love her so much.
- 35:23Speaker 11: She passed away at eighty nine years old. She was
- 35:25Speaker 11: a three time Oscar now mama.
- 35:27Speaker 3: She she Lord Dirt, Laura Dirt's Wait, I still don't
- 35:32Speaker 3: know another actor we're talking about either.
- 35:34Speaker 11: Yeah, she was an actress and tons of movies, TV theater,
- 35:37Speaker 11: big standout roles and again some of Morgan's favorites Alice
- 35:40Speaker 11: doesn't Live here Anymore, Wild at Heart, Ramblin Rose.
- 35:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:44Speaker 11: Two of those were with her daughter, Laura Dern, who
- 35:46Speaker 11: posted a very nice tribute saying her mom was an
- 35:49Speaker 11: amazing hero. And are you familiar with Bruce Dern? That's
- 35:52Speaker 11: her father. Nope, said this was a tremendous actress.
- 35:56Speaker 3: You don't know, Bruce Rucie, Yeah, old Bruce. I'm looking
- 36:00Speaker 3: up Lauren Dern. Laura, Laura Laura Dern.
- 36:04Speaker 8: I mean, did you ever see dress that's.
- 36:06Speaker 3: Not going to be like the same way that he
- 36:07Speaker 3: mentions people? We go, who the f is that? Jurassic Mark?
- 36:11Speaker 3: And I'm not And I've heard the name and I
- 36:16Speaker 3: couldn't tell you why.
- 36:18Speaker 10: Christmas vacation she was. She's one of the grandma's.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Yeah, oh, you know what, I think Clark's mom, right.
- 36:25Speaker 8: Yeah, the like classy one.
- 36:26Speaker 3: Yeah, Clark's mom. Right, it looks beautiful.
- 36:29Speaker 5: I thought I knew the name Diane Ladd, but I
- 36:31Speaker 5: couldn't tell you from where.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I know she was Laura Durn's mom. Yeah, there
- 36:36Speaker 3: you go, learning so much?
- 36:38Speaker 10: Is she British?
- 36:39Speaker 8: No?
- 36:39Speaker 10: No, no, good, try the more sounds like a British name.
- 36:42Speaker 3: Well.
- 36:42Speaker 11: The Trump administration has announced that they'll release half of
- 36:45Speaker 11: the usual SNAP benefits for people on the program. However,
- 36:48Speaker 11: none of it will be available for new applicants this month,
- 36:51Speaker 11: and even with some money coming in, it's going to
- 36:53Speaker 11: take time. States are going to need to update their
- 36:55Speaker 11: systems to handle the snap payments, and the USDA says
- 36:58Speaker 11: it could take weeks or even months for some to
- 37:01Speaker 11: do that updates. There what all this is happening, by
- 37:04Speaker 11: the way, as the government shut down drags into its
- 37:07Speaker 11: fifth week with no end in.
- 37:09Speaker 5: Sight, it's a new record, like an all time record,
- 37:11Speaker 5: like the longest shutdown ever.
- 37:13Speaker 8: We're number one.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Garbage is what it is.
- 37:15Speaker 10: It is gonna go past the holidays. I'm telling you
- 37:16Speaker 10: they don't care.
- 37:17Speaker 8: Then they don't get a brain.
- 37:18Speaker 3: You know all about that, but you don't know about
- 37:20Speaker 3: Laura Dern.
- 37:24Speaker 11: Yeah, a guy in Chicago was arrested in charge yesterday
- 37:28Speaker 11: after he threatened to kill President Trump on social media.
- 37:30Speaker 8: He's fifty seven years old.
- 37:32Speaker 11: He posted a selfie style video back in mid October,
- 37:35Speaker 11: and he said he was going to get some guns
- 37:37Speaker 11: and take care of business himself. He continued by saying
- 37:40Speaker 11: he was tired of all the effing frauds and that
- 37:42Speaker 11: people needed to f and die. And he ended the
- 37:44Speaker 11: video by saying that Trump should be executed.
- 37:46Speaker 5: See, and this is the problem. These people will get
- 37:48Speaker 5: so crazy, like politics just completely destroys them. Yeah, you know,
- 37:53Speaker 5: and like assumes people I have a number of people
- 37:56Speaker 5: in my life, friends, family members and such were is
- 38:00Speaker 5: like the super Bowl, Like it's it's it's such a
- 38:03Speaker 5: whatever election day totally. But it's not even the midterms.
- 38:07Speaker 5: It's not a presidential election. But man, they're all over
- 38:10Speaker 5: Their whole day is just surrounding, you know, like centered
- 38:14Speaker 5: on this election today.
- 38:16Speaker 8: And you're going to see so many stickers, so many.
- 38:18Speaker 5: Stickers, like they're they're they're like, can't They've canceled other
- 38:21Speaker 5: plans because they're going to be home watching like returns.
- 38:26Speaker 7: I'm like, wow, for people that we pay their employees,
- 38:29Speaker 7: they don't care about you.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Right, they're approving right now. They don't actually care about you,
- 38:34Speaker 3: yeah at all.
- 38:34Speaker 8: You're not getting snap benefits, You're not getting paid.
- 38:37Speaker 3: Yeah, what's week.
- 38:38Speaker 11: The video of this dude made it to a concerned citizen,
- 38:41Speaker 11: which is nice. He reported to the local authorities and
- 38:44Speaker 11: the dude was charged with making a threat in interstate
- 38:46Speaker 11: commerce to injure a person and if he's convicted, he
- 38:49Speaker 11: could look at five years in prison. And finally, just
- 38:53Speaker 11: another reminder that the Mega millions drawing is tonight. That
- 38:57Speaker 11: jackpot is up to oh nothing, eight hundred million and
- 39:01Speaker 11: no one has won a jackpot in November since twenty sixteen.
- 39:04Speaker 11: It's been growing since June when somebody won in Virginia
- 39:08Speaker 11: in Friday's drawing. More than half a million tickets won
- 39:10Speaker 11: these little, smaller prizes and the whole total payout was
- 39:13Speaker 11: like eleven million.
- 39:14Speaker 5: They're five bucks at piece, Greg, Yeah, I know that much.
- 39:17Speaker 3: They were they were two.
- 39:19Speaker 8: Now there's not a power ball five.
- 39:20Speaker 3: I thought power balls two bucks. I don't know. That
- 39:23Speaker 3: might be five as well. I don't know. I always
- 39:25Speaker 3: find these kind of complicated.
- 39:27Speaker 11: Well, if somebody, yeah, there's a lot of them. If
- 39:29Speaker 11: someone matches all six numbers, it's going to be the
- 39:32Speaker 11: ninth largest Mega million's jackpot ever. And yeah, they're five
- 39:35Speaker 11: bucks drawings or every Tuesday and Friday at eleven pm Eastern.
- 39:39Speaker 11: The odds of winning any prize are one in twenty
- 39:41Speaker 11: three that's great dollar, but the jackpot that's.
- 39:45Speaker 8: One in two hundred and ninety year, like.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Greg to stick with Keno, Yeah right, it's I saw
- 39:51Speaker 3: a guy at the Communion store earlier in the week
- 39:53Speaker 3: and he was buying like.
- 39:54Speaker 5: A fistful in each ticket. I swear was minimum twenty bucks.
- 39:58Speaker 5: Y like on those scratchers. Yeah, you know, and he
- 40:01Speaker 5: had like a ton of them.
- 40:02Speaker 8: That's an addiction.
- 40:03Speaker 3: It was like, how much would you just spend on scratchers?
- 40:05Speaker 7: Yeah, those are the ones that have the big prizes.
- 40:07Speaker 7: But imagine spending twenty bucks on a scratcher.
- 40:10Speaker 3: On one scratcher I did once. I got crazy think
- 40:13Speaker 3: about it. It's like one pool on a twenty dollars
- 40:15Speaker 3: slop machine.
- 40:16Speaker 8: Way can you imagine?
- 40:17Speaker 3: Greg, I'll tell you this, Greg, I did win one
- 40:20Speaker 3: hundred dollars. That's good. And how much I quit the game?
- 40:23Speaker 3: Twenty bucks on a twenty dollars ticket.
- 40:25Speaker 7: This is the most I've ever won on a scratcher
- 40:27Speaker 7: was one hundred. Yeah, and that was a I think
- 40:29Speaker 7: it was a one dollar ticket.
- 40:32Speaker 3: I never played again. Turn I never won ever.
- 40:35Speaker 2: You never win.
- 40:35Speaker 8: I don't think I've ever won either, or get like
- 40:37Speaker 8: a play again.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Well, we talked about this all the time, and Sammy
- 40:42Speaker 3: says it's like part of people's DNA or something. The
- 40:45Speaker 3: winners just win because, dude, I'm telling you, we have
- 40:48Speaker 3: listeners that come to come out to every single event
- 40:52Speaker 3: and I'll do raffles and somehow they win every time,
- 40:57Speaker 3: even though there are like a couple hundred people there.
- 40:58Speaker 3: A couple hundred people there, and they get picked every time.
- 41:03Speaker 12: How something that says that luck is genetic, I don't
- 41:07Speaker 12: know the science side, and there were studies done and
- 41:09Speaker 12: that luck is genetic.
- 41:10Speaker 3: I don't know, but dude, I'm sorry to believe that
- 41:12Speaker 3: from the scientific standpoint make any sense. I could blame
- 41:15Speaker 3: my parents for never winning. So there was this one contest.
- 41:20Speaker 3: I'm like, okay, there's as let me do a new
- 41:22Speaker 3: way of giving away gift card, right, So I went
- 41:25Speaker 3: and I hid somewhere. I wrote down a number in
- 41:28Speaker 3: on my hand, I closed it, and I went around
- 41:31Speaker 3: the crowd of hundreds of people. And the guy that
- 41:33Speaker 3: won is a guy that shows up to every single event.
- 41:36Speaker 3: He guessed the number. I'm like, how how did this
- 41:40Speaker 3: guy gets sixty nine? Like something obvious for any listener
- 41:44Speaker 3: in the show? No, it was seventeen, but I'm just like, dude.
- 41:49Speaker 5: Three brothers in California, I guess their mom died and
- 41:52Speaker 5: they were going through the attic and they found a
- 41:54Speaker 5: pristine copy of the first Superman comic from nineteen thirty nine.
- 42:01Speaker 5: It's going up for auction. I thought about Greg and
- 42:03Speaker 5: that guitar. Yeah, yeah, that's right.
- 42:05Speaker 3: You done anything with that yet?
- 42:06Speaker 7: A couple of days from now, I'm meeting with a
- 42:08Speaker 7: quote appraiser expert.
- 42:10Speaker 5: Greg was given these guitars. Yeah, I got when his
- 42:14Speaker 5: brother died. One guitar in three basses.
- 42:16Speaker 3: Yeah. And it turns out these guitars, at least one of.
- 42:18Speaker 7: Them, one of them, yes, is potentially worth a lot.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Yeah. It doesn't have a series. It was unknowns to
- 42:24Speaker 3: your your brother.
- 42:25Speaker 7: I'm assuming he knew a lot about basses, so I
- 42:29Speaker 7: think he knew that was his most valuable one. I
- 42:32Speaker 7: don't know how he didn't sell it already. Yeah, but
- 42:35Speaker 7: it's called a Lembic, which is apparently is like a
- 42:38Speaker 7: cool brand a bass.
- 42:39Speaker 5: Yeah, so I mean, but not not exactly this, not
- 42:42Speaker 5: exactly for Superman. Yeah, it's going up for auction. It
- 42:45Speaker 5: could sell for over six million dollars. I'm just sitting
- 42:51Speaker 5: in someone's attic.
- 42:53Speaker 3: That's luck.
- 42:53Speaker 7: That's right, got some serious FU money. If you still
- 42:56Speaker 7: miss your mom at that point though.
- 42:57Speaker 3: Right, say that im Yeah, she had a good life
- 43:09Speaker 3: because if it wasn't for that, we would have never
- 43:10Speaker 3: been going through this attic. That's exactly right. Got to
- 43:14Speaker 3: find a silver lining, you know. Guys.
- 43:16Speaker 5: All right, so let's let's take the break and then
- 43:18Speaker 5: we'll come back and we'll get somebody on the line
- 43:20Speaker 5: to see if you can get back through. And again,
- 43:23Speaker 5: everybody else, you have a role on this as well,
- 43:25Speaker 5: because you have to try to call in to keep
- 43:27Speaker 5: the other person from getting back through and getting the prize.
- 43:31Speaker 3: Else it's not a game effort. You know.
- 43:34Speaker 5: We can actually add another wrinkle to it. Yeah, all right,
- 43:38Speaker 5: so let's get a contestant. You will have to try
- 43:42Speaker 5: to get back through in the five minutes. Okay, if
- 43:45Speaker 5: you do that, we'll give you a prize. If we
- 43:48Speaker 5: get to the five minutes and we haven't gotten to
- 43:51Speaker 5: that person yet, the last person on the phone that
- 43:54Speaker 5: we talked to, they'll be the winner. Incentivizes you see, Yeah,
- 44:00Speaker 5: this is how ideas happened.
- 44:02Speaker 8: That's good.
- 44:04Speaker 5: This is this is how the next great get. It's
- 44:09Speaker 5: the dumbest thing ever. It's a can you get back through?
- 44:11Speaker 5: If you want to be the person that's trying to
- 44:14Speaker 5: get back through, give us a call eight seven seven
- 44:16Speaker 5: forty four Woody No.
- 44:18Speaker 3: Woody show text Dan eight seven, Yeah, look at me,
- 44:27Speaker 3: call in. We're gonna play this game dumb, it's it's
- 44:31Speaker 3: it is.
- 44:31Speaker 5: We'll it's a it's a new game. We played it
- 44:34Speaker 5: once before. It's called can you get back through?
- 44:36Speaker 3: That's like eight seven seven forty four?
- 44:39Speaker 5: Woody Morgan's been working on. It's getting somebody uh lined up.
- 44:43Speaker 5: Let's say how to Curtis.
- 44:44Speaker 3: Curtis.
- 44:45Speaker 7: Curtis, Hey, guys, good morning.
- 44:48Speaker 3: What are you doing. Curtis doing well? All right, having
- 44:52Speaker 3: to work. Listen to you guys.
- 44:53Speaker 5: All right, So Curtis, the deal is, uh, we're gonna
- 44:57Speaker 5: talk to you here for a second, and then as
- 44:58Speaker 5: soon as we hang up, you're gonna have to get
- 45:01Speaker 5: back through.
- 45:01Speaker 3: Same number.
- 45:02Speaker 5: You just call it eight seven seven forty four. Go
- 45:04Speaker 5: five minutes to do that. Now, Morgan did give you it.
- 45:06Speaker 5: Don't tell me what it is, don't say it on
- 45:08Speaker 5: the air. But Morgan gave you a password, right she did. Okay,
- 45:12Speaker 5: that way we know it's actually Curtis because a lot
- 45:15Speaker 5: of people might try to pretend I'm Curtis.
- 45:18Speaker 3: Well Curtis, yeah, all right, Curtis. Hear the first route? Yea, yeah, alright,
- 45:24Speaker 3: So you know how dumb it is. It's super super dumb,
- 45:26Speaker 3: all right, So we're gonna We're gonna hang on now.
- 45:28Speaker 5: Everybody else call in eight seven seven forty four Woody
- 45:32Speaker 5: and h Curtis is gonna have five minutes to call in.
- 45:36Speaker 5: Your job as the listeners are to keep calling and
- 45:38Speaker 5: jamming up the phone lines to keep Curtis from getting through. Now,
- 45:41Speaker 5: if we get to the five minute mark and we
- 45:43Speaker 5: haven't talked to Curtis yet, whoever is that last person
- 45:46Speaker 5: on the line, they will be the winner and they're
- 45:48Speaker 5: gonna win.
- 45:49Speaker 3: The prize, steal it from Curtis. See how that works?
- 45:51Speaker 5: Uh huh, all right, eight seven seven forty four, Woody,
- 45:55Speaker 5: All right, Curtis, I'm gonna hang up on anybuddy.
- 45:59Speaker 3: Time time starts right now.
- 46:02Speaker 5: Okay, all right, let's go uh right to the phones.
- 46:07Speaker 3: Yeah, what is show? Who's this? How you doing?
- 46:10Speaker 2: This?
- 46:10Speaker 3: Is me saying, oh yeah, it doesn't sound anything like Curtis.
- 46:14Speaker 3: I would thank you for the call. What do you show?
- 46:16Speaker 3: Who's this.
- 46:19Speaker 9: From Mondo?
- 46:21Speaker 3: What's your zodiac sign? Oh? It's laughing?
- 46:28Speaker 7: Great, it's cool. You think you would know that about show?
- 46:31Speaker 3: Who's this? Hello? Walter? Hey, Walter, Walter, not Curtis. Does
- 46:37Speaker 3: he know his zodiac Sorr? Yeah? You know what your

- 51:36Speaker 3: That's four minutes and fifty eight seconds. I was looking
- 51:40Speaker 3: right at the clock when I picked up it. Curtis,
- 51:42Speaker 3: I'm talking about it. Bye a, bye a.

- 52:06Speaker 3: tried any.
- 52:09Speaker 5: Well, of course, okay, yeah, obviously I'm just throwing it
- 52:12Speaker 5: out there.
- 52:13Speaker 3: Excuse me be the question to day.
- 52:14Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 52:15Speaker 5: Well, Curtis, congratulations, Hang on one second, we got some more.
- 52:18Speaker 3: Wow. I can't did four minutes and fifty eight seconds.
- 52:21Speaker 14: That was unto old buddy minutes.
- 52:25Speaker 13: How about je Guy juice guy.
- 52:30Speaker 5: Yeah, he just looks off like a like a marshmallow.
- 52:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 52:36Speaker 10: His name is Menace though.
- 52:37Speaker 18: He's kind of like a menace in the streets.
- 52:42Speaker 3: They show.
- 52:44Speaker 5: Well, this dude in Isla goes into a bar, It's
- 52:48Speaker 5: the beginning of every great joke.
- 52:49Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 52:50Speaker 5: Anyway, he went into a bar dressed up in his
- 52:53Speaker 5: Halloween costume as Hitler. Good idea full on Nazi uniform,
- 52:58Speaker 5: the Hitler mustache, the whole thing. He was posing for
- 53:00Speaker 5: pictures while doing the Nazi salute.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Wow.
- 53:03Speaker 3: Wow, that's not everyone in the bar one of the pictures.
- 53:06Speaker 5: Some people complained, but one employee and the owner blew
- 53:11Speaker 5: it off, saying it was just a costume.
- 53:14Speaker 3: Really, I mean, that's the Hitler. Anyway.
- 53:18Speaker 5: The owner of the bar has been getting a ton
- 53:20Speaker 5: of heat about this whole thing since word got out,
- 53:22Speaker 5: and now he's on the defensive. He said that he
- 53:25Speaker 5: did ask this guy to leave, but he regrets not
- 53:27Speaker 5: acting sooner. He says he was an utter shock at
- 53:32Speaker 5: the costume, and so he went to his office to
- 53:35Speaker 5: clear his head and to think about the costume. Okay,
- 53:39Speaker 5: and then after a little bit he decided then that
- 53:41Speaker 5: the guy needed to go.
- 53:43Speaker 3: That's what people, you know, I'm seeing this. I'm really
- 53:47Speaker 3: upset by it.
- 53:48Speaker 5: I think I'm gonna go to my office for a
- 53:49Speaker 5: few minutes and I'm just gonna think on this flea.
- 53:55Speaker 3: Yeah, man, how do he grade that? I mean from
- 53:57Speaker 3: an excuse generation? Yeah, my mentals were stuff. Yeah, I
- 54:01Speaker 3: mean it is pretty good, but not believable.
- 54:04Speaker 5: He's been getting a death threats over it, which is ridiculous.
- 54:07Speaker 3: That's that's overboard.
- 54:09Speaker 5: Now as far as the guy who was in the costume,
- 54:11Speaker 5: he's a hockey coach there in town at Drake University,
- 54:14Speaker 5: or or should I say he.
- 54:15Speaker 3: Was a hockey coach. He's been so fired.
- 54:19Speaker 11: Yeah, he's not a great representation of the school.
- 54:23Speaker 3: Yeah, so you're out, you're fired.
- 54:27Speaker 5: A woman in New York she was out last week
- 54:29Speaker 5: trick or treating and she found that someone had stuck
- 54:31Speaker 5: a sewing needle inside of a piece of candy.
- 54:33Speaker 3: Now my first question here is why is a grown
- 54:38Speaker 3: lady trick tree?
- 54:38Speaker 5: Why is a grown ass woman out trick treating? Was
- 54:42Speaker 5: there a kid with her?
- 54:44Speaker 9: Like?
- 54:44Speaker 3: Why? Anyway?
- 54:45Speaker 5: She calls the cops, reports the needle in the candy,
- 54:48Speaker 5: and then hit up the community facebook page. She gave
- 54:50Speaker 5: everybody a heads up. Cops dig into it and figured
- 54:53Speaker 5: out this bitch had made the whole thing up.
- 54:55Speaker 11: Of course, there has not been one real case of
- 54:57Speaker 11: this ever, having a this is like an eighties.
- 55:00Speaker 8: Like rumor mill.
- 55:01Speaker 3: This is like finger in the chili kind of thing.
- 55:04Speaker 12: Yeah, and a sewing needle, like a grandma is putting
- 55:07Speaker 12: that in the candy.
- 55:10Speaker 3: She wasn't even in the neighborhood, she wasn't out trigger cheating.
- 55:12Speaker 3: She just wanted the attention. So she was arrested in
- 55:15Speaker 3: charge with making a false report.
- 55:17Speaker 11: And this bitch is the reason we all had to
- 55:19Speaker 11: take our candy to the emergency room when we were
- 55:22Speaker 11: kids to have it x rayed.
- 55:23Speaker 3: You actually do that, Yes, we did x ray.
- 55:26Speaker 11: Yes, because like the moms would take all the kids
- 55:28Speaker 11: would be like twenty of us and we don't have
- 55:30Speaker 11: to stand in line with our bags.
- 55:35Speaker 3: Cancer.
- 55:36Speaker 11: I mean you can't put there's no needles, Yeah you can.
- 55:42Speaker 3: Did you put a lead vest over it? Yeah? Yeah,
- 55:46Speaker 3: just pray for some lead.
- 55:50Speaker 5: Maybe drag it across a field of aids.
- 55:56Speaker 3: Is that era of the tail and all murders?
- 55:59Speaker 8: Absolutely?
- 55:59Speaker 11: And the and when you used to get candy bars
- 56:01Speaker 11: with just the foil, you know, so they're kind of
- 56:04Speaker 11: like basically open and exposed, remember, and then it was
- 56:07Speaker 11: just wrapped.
- 56:09Speaker 5: So hershey bars, Yeah, Hershey bars used to be wrapped
- 56:11Speaker 5: in foil and then it was inside of like a
- 56:13Speaker 5: paper sleeve that had the brown Hershey wrapper.
- 56:16Speaker 3: That all that had to stop.
- 56:18Speaker 5: Yeah, see, I remember they would say you could bring
- 56:21Speaker 5: your your candy down, and they would like, X ray,
- 56:24Speaker 5: sure would. But I never knew anybody who actually did it.
- 56:27Speaker 5: Your parents did that.
- 56:28Speaker 8: Well, to be fair, it wasn't. It wasn't my mom.
- 56:30Speaker 8: It was a friend's mom who said, okay, girls, everyone
- 56:33Speaker 8: get in the minivan and we're going to the emergency room.
- 56:36Speaker 8: We had to stand there in our costumes, we put
- 56:38Speaker 8: our bags through.
- 56:39Speaker 3: Yep.
- 56:40Speaker 7: I'm older than you. I don't remember them doing that.
- 56:42Speaker 8: Yep, it happened in the eighties.
- 56:44Speaker 3: Well.
- 56:44Speaker 5: The other thing is like we would know that the
- 56:46Speaker 5: parents would want to go through the candy before we
- 56:48Speaker 5: get home, so like as we're walking and trigg or treating,
- 56:51Speaker 5: we'd just be eating the candy.
- 56:52Speaker 3: Yeah, no one's checking it exactly. Do it right there.
- 56:55Speaker 8: You didn't save it till you got home to just
- 56:57Speaker 8: put it all in piles. Yeah, I want to do. Yeah,
- 57:00Speaker 8: my brother and I would do they train and.
- 57:01Speaker 3: Then categorize it we were eating it.
- 57:04Speaker 5: Did do that with the rest of it that was
- 57:06Speaker 5: left when we get back. We had to try to
- 57:07Speaker 5: figure out we would hide the wrappers in the bushes.
- 57:10Speaker 9: You know.
- 57:11Speaker 3: He didn't want to get caught eating the candy before
- 57:13Speaker 3: your mom had a chance to look for the staples. Right,
- 57:16Speaker 3: you did good stuff. Categorize yours like by chocolate, by
- 57:21Speaker 3: fruit trees, and you could give up and trade.
- 57:24Speaker 5: You didn't do that, And wow, and they were I
- 57:27Speaker 5: know right, alright, eight seven, seven forty four, Woodie, that's
- 57:30Speaker 5: the number here, Morgan, on scale one.
- 57:32Speaker 2: To ten, what would you give the Woody show?
- 57:35Speaker 10: I want to say six, seven, but I'm sticking with six.
- 57:39Speaker 3: No, but to show.
- 57:43Speaker 10: You know, seven even realized at the time what I
- 57:47Speaker 10: was saying.
- 57:48Speaker 3: Wow, I know right. Yeah. Well People Magazine Sexiest Man Alive.
- 57:58Speaker 5: It's English actor Jonathan Bailey. He is Lord Anthony in
- 58:02Speaker 5: Bridgerton and Fierro.
- 58:05Speaker 3: And the Wicked Movies.
- 58:06Speaker 8: Okay, yeah, sorry, he's gay, very gay.
- 58:08Speaker 3: Yeah, a wheel.
- 58:10Speaker 5: Not What do you give him on a scale of
- 58:13Speaker 5: one to ten.
- 58:13Speaker 10: He's a good looking dude. I'd give him an eight.
- 58:15Speaker 3: An eight, yeah, same, I'd.
- 58:19Speaker 10: Give him an eight. He's not really my type either,
- 58:20Speaker 10: but I get it.
- 58:21Speaker 18: He looks at me.
- 58:23Speaker 12: Everyone thinks they know what my type is and then
- 58:26Speaker 12: they don't nail it.
- 58:27Speaker 8: He's like generic hot guy very four four whoa.
- 58:34Speaker 3: Is because he's not brown?
- 58:35Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean that's a huge party.
- 58:37Speaker 8: Doesn't hurt?
- 58:38Speaker 7: Yeah nothing, That's totally Sammy's type.
- 58:42Speaker 3: Generic dude. I'll give you the opinion.
- 58:49Speaker 15: His hair is a little too dark and he needs to
- 58:50Speaker 15: be chestnut brown.
- 58:53Speaker 3: All right, what do you think, menace?
- 58:57Speaker 2: Uh?
- 58:57Speaker 3: Yeah, actually I do agree with that. He's a little
- 58:59Speaker 3: too rugged for saying I think there's.
- 59:02Speaker 12: There's another picture that I'm seeing of him with a
- 59:05Speaker 12: shade face and glasses and that I'm like, yes, nice,
- 59:09Speaker 12: any more of a clean cut. His hair is more
- 59:10Speaker 12: clean cut, So actually he is my type, but not
- 59:13Speaker 12: his current look.
- 59:14Speaker 5: Never heard of that dude, neither, I mean, yeah, yeah,
- 59:19Speaker 5: it's a wicked I don't remember this guy.
- 59:23Speaker 11: Gig look samy like some better with the glasses and
- 59:25Speaker 11: the clean cut. Now he I didn't think he could
- 59:28Speaker 11: look much.
- 59:31Speaker 3: If that's a four, what is someone like sea bass
- 59:37Speaker 3: two range?
- 59:40Speaker 5: It's only two points away, like half of that, yeah,
- 59:44Speaker 5: half of that, because there's not much further to go
- 59:46Speaker 5: from four.
- 59:47Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 59:48Speaker 5: Well, that's true. Right, but you know, I'm very I
- 59:51Speaker 5: have my type. Yeah, I do stick to it.
- 59:53Speaker 3: Yeah, but okay, all right, but do you think Sea
- 59:56Speaker 3: Bass has kissable lips? Right to see him work? Ye?
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: Does have some more drama at the apartment building.
- 1:00:05Speaker 15: Though, Yes, drama personally, but this is secondary.
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: What's new?
- 1:00:09Speaker 15: Yes, that that's that's old drama. We've been there. But
- 1:00:12Speaker 15: I have new drama. Where I was walking to the
- 1:00:14Speaker 15: gym as usual, and on the taped to the glass
- 1:00:18Speaker 15: it was a picture of the I can't don't show
- 1:00:21Speaker 15: this fond because he's got all his information.
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: The thief of the week, thief. It says thief of
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: the week on.
- 1:00:30Speaker 15: It, and it's got his name, it's it's well produced,
- 1:00:33Speaker 15: it's got a screenshot from looks like his TikTok and
- 1:00:36Speaker 15: his Facebook account and he's vaping in the photo. Well, yeah,
- 1:00:39Speaker 15: I think he's a cool guy. Yeah yeah. So, by
- 1:00:44Speaker 15: the way, you need some audio for this, It's in
- 1:00:45Speaker 15: my main folder there. What it says, your neighbor name
- 1:00:48Speaker 15: is a thief and likes to take things that don't
- 1:00:49Speaker 15: belong to him itself on Facebook marketplace. If you happen
- 1:00:54Speaker 15: to run into name, tell him he has until a
- 1:00:58Speaker 15: week or two to put back what he stole, or
- 1:01:00Speaker 15: the police will pay him a visit.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: He kind of messed up.
- 1:01:04Speaker 15: When he stole from a police family, but will be
- 1:01:07Speaker 15: nice for twenty four hours.
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: Oh, I kind of like it. Hold on, there's a
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: sign battle because you're putting up signs. Now this person
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: is putting on I.
- 1:01:15Speaker 15: Don't put up Actually, I don't post signs anywhere.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: Menace.
- 1:01:18Speaker 15: I make proper complaints with the proper channels.
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: You don't. You do the gym and in the garbage shoot.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: I thought, no, here's what I did.
- 1:01:27Speaker 15: I posted a I took somebody who left a flyer,
- 1:01:30Speaker 15: not a sign. But I don't do it in public.
- 1:01:32Speaker 15: I'll do it to the individual. Like for what I
- 1:01:34Speaker 15: was talking about, if somebody left their bag of trash
- 1:01:36Speaker 15: in the trash shoote room, just on the floor, So
- 1:01:39Speaker 15: I went through, found their address because it was in
- 1:01:41Speaker 15: the trash, put a sign on that and put that
- 1:01:42Speaker 15: back in front of their door. But I don't put it.
- 1:01:44Speaker 15: I don't put signs up for the public.
- 1:01:45Speaker 10: Right he hunts them down and find out where they live.
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: I could have sworn you, like hung up a sign
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: in the gym, No.
- 1:01:52Speaker 11: Sea best would you consider this a threat, it says,
- 1:01:54Speaker 11: put it back. So and so we know who you are,
- 1:01:56Speaker 11: we know where you live, and we know what car
- 1:01:58Speaker 11: you drive.
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: Uh, that's a veiled, veiled thread.
- 1:02:03Speaker 10: Yeah, it will be nice for twenty four hours.
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I just know your location.
- 1:02:08Speaker 15: Then, so this sign goes up and I'm like, yes,
- 1:02:10Speaker 15: nice because I didn't put this up, but I do
- 1:02:13Speaker 15: approve of it. Well, I'm walking around and then I
- 1:02:16Speaker 15: noticed it got torn down.
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: A day or two later.
- 1:02:19Speaker 15: It was replaced by a rebuttal sign. Yeah, oh this
- 1:02:26Speaker 15: is like your greg read the rebuttal sign okay without
- 1:02:30Speaker 15: the name obviously right, Yeah, TikTok candle.
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: See here aka the thief. A few things to address here.
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: First of all, your packages sat in the garage near
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: my vehicle for an extended amount of time. Second, after
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: I moved your packages, I went to your residence and
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: I left you a note with my phone number all
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: cass oh caps. I waited over a month with no
- 1:02:51Speaker 7: response from you before listing it on Facebook. I assumed
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: that you moved. If you would like to talk like
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: an adult, I would be more than happy to communicate
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: with you already. You already have my social MEDIAM I like.
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: This guy now, okay and turning around.
- 1:03:09Speaker 15: This was a handwritten note, by the way, and it
- 1:03:11Speaker 15: has his TikTok account where he posted a five minute
- 1:03:14Speaker 15: video describing the.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: So you look at what really happened at his TikTok.
- 1:03:19Speaker 15: So I pulled that drama and this is a very
- 1:03:21Speaker 15: long clip, so you pause it because there's some things between. Okay,
- 1:03:24Speaker 15: So to reset one, one neighbor says their packages are
- 1:03:27Speaker 15: stolen and they got the info from the.
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: Guy who was selling them on Facebook marketplace alleg I mean, like, yeah,
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: how did that happen?
- 1:03:36Speaker 15: Well, let's find out, because again I went through this
- 1:03:38Speaker 15: guy's video and here is his explanation the thief of
- 1:03:41Speaker 15: why he took these packages.
- 1:03:42Speaker 18: All right, literal proof that you can do the right things.
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: What you I forgot.
- 1:03:47Speaker 15: He's a drama based gay, so that's literal proofs drama
- 1:03:51Speaker 15: based all his post like when when he doesn't text
- 1:03:54Speaker 15: you back, it's all drama.
- 1:03:57Speaker 13: Absolutely literal proof that you can do the right thing
- 1:04:00Speaker 13: or what you think is the right thing and people
- 1:04:02Speaker 13: will still come for you. There were some packages that
- 1:04:05Speaker 13: were left in the garage near my car and they
- 1:04:08Speaker 13: sat there for over a day at least over a day.
- 1:04:10Speaker 13: I don't know, because it was a little while ago whatever,
- 1:04:13Speaker 13: And this was a lot of packages. There were like
- 1:04:15Speaker 13: probably like eight, and I was like, somebody's going to
- 1:04:17Speaker 13: steal these packages. Let me, let me take them and
- 1:04:19Speaker 13: I'll hold them for this person.
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: Whatever.
- 1:04:20Speaker 13: I'm not going to walk all the way to the
- 1:04:22Speaker 13: package room. I'm not a femil man, I'm not ups
- 1:04:25Speaker 13: I'm not FedEx. I write a note with my phone number.
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: Okay, pause, Like, wait, they leave these packages, You're not
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: going to walk them all the way to the mail
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: room and just leave them, leave them at their apartment
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: in the garage. Here's the thing I think if they're
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: if you have the concern that they're gonna get stolen,
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: that's your legitimate concern. You would walk them too, because
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: that's where they go. They go to the package room.
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: If you don't feel like going all the to the
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: package room, then it's not that important.
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: You probably just leave them where they are.
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: And I don't want to be responsible. You have a
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: take into my house.
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: Do you have like a doorman at your No?
- 1:04:58Speaker 15: No, now here's the thing though, y they alert the door.
- 1:05:00Speaker 15: Now here's the thing there? Why are the packages in
- 1:05:03Speaker 15: the garage. That's not where packages get delivered, by the way.
- 1:05:05Speaker 15: Yeah right, so he but he does take the time
- 1:05:07Speaker 15: to take these large number of packages, according to him,
- 1:05:10Speaker 15: and walk them to his apartment.
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: Yeah, that doesn't make any sense, weird, all right, well,
- 1:05:13Speaker 8: he continues.
- 1:05:14Speaker 13: And I'm not ups I'm not FedEx. I write a
- 1:05:16Speaker 13: note with my phone number. I go to the unit
- 1:05:19Speaker 13: number where it's addressed to, and I leave the note there.
- 1:05:22Speaker 18: I have your packages.
- 1:05:23Speaker 13: Sorry, my hair's kind of crazy right now, y'all? Like?
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: Ups?
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: Oh yeah, girlfriend? Hey wait, you still want Okay, now,
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: all right, how how heavy are these packages? Did you
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: find out?
- 1:05:36Speaker 15: I didn't see, but he said they were. They were bulky,
- 1:05:38Speaker 15: and there were quite a few of them. So he's
- 1:05:40Speaker 15: taken the time to go to their apartment. This all
- 1:05:42Speaker 15: sounds nice and normal so far. I left a note
- 1:05:45Speaker 15: with his phone number. Okay, very responsible. Now that's let's
- 1:05:48Speaker 15: continue the note there.
- 1:05:49Speaker 13: I have your packages. Sorry, my hair's kind of crazy,
- 1:05:52Speaker 13: right now, y'all. I just yeah, anyway, I'm like, hey,
- 1:05:54Speaker 13: I have your packages. Here's my phone number. Reach out
- 1:05:57Speaker 13: if you like, and we can arrange a time for
- 1:05:58Speaker 13: you to pick them up. Over month, goes by and
- 1:06:01Speaker 13: I don't hear anything from this person, and I was like,
- 1:06:03Speaker 13: all right, I'm thinking maybe they moved.
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: Whatever.
- 1:06:05Speaker 13: I'm not going to hold all these packages in my apartment,
- 1:06:08Speaker 13: so I opened them and they turn out to be
- 1:06:10Speaker 13: like a bunch of trampolines or whatever. But you're not
- 1:06:12Speaker 13: going to use any trampoline. So I'm like, let me
- 1:06:14Speaker 13: post them on Facebook marketplace.
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: Okay, it's weird, noody, Okay.
- 1:06:21Speaker 15: And the time that you okay, you went to the
- 1:06:22Speaker 15: you went to their apartment and left the note. Okay,
- 1:06:24Speaker 15: let's say you did that, fantastic lovely. Four weeks go
- 1:06:28Speaker 15: by and you don't, like, say, why.
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: Wouldn't you've just left the packages at the door? Yeah,
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: right right. You don't have the time, and that was
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: in that month to walk.
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: Them down to the door your place, but not to
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: their place.
- 1:06:37Speaker 5: Yeah, and if you're parking near each other, you probably
- 1:06:39Speaker 5: are in the same building.
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: I don't know. Drama based gay is seeming pretty guilty.
- 1:06:43Speaker 15: So you've got these and you're like, well, they didn't
- 1:06:45Speaker 15: call me back again, like you said, Maybe they just
- 1:06:46Speaker 15: maybe they're out of town, maybe they moved. Maybe you
- 1:06:48Speaker 15: got the wrong address somehow.
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: So let's sell, right. I kind of believe like this
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: guy might be being honest, but he's just an idiot.
- 1:06:56Speaker 15: That's great, Mene, you've come to my exact conclusion. Yeah,
- 1:06:59Speaker 15: this is a stupid and he's but also lazy but
- 1:07:02Speaker 15: so but not really it's not lazy. Yeah, he's it's weird, like.
- 1:07:05Speaker 11: He's conscious selectively, he's kind of greedy.
- 1:07:08Speaker 15: Yea, because my first move is I'm not going to
- 1:07:10Speaker 15: open your packages.
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: It's go to the everywhere even talk about this.
- 1:07:13Speaker 15: Go to the office, say hey, these packages were left out.
- 1:07:16Speaker 15: I grabbed them, and they'll come and put some someone.
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: To your door picture.
- 1:07:20Speaker 8: I'm back on the other people's side.
- 1:07:21Speaker 15: I don't I don't remember what opened them. I don't
- 1:07:23Speaker 15: Number two sell them on Facebook, does any trampoline.
- 1:07:26Speaker 18: So I'm like, let me post them on Facebook Marketplace.
- 1:07:29Speaker 13: About three days go by and this person takes it
- 1:07:31Speaker 13: upon themselves to be like, oh, this person's a thief,
- 1:07:34Speaker 13: blah blah blah blah blah.
- 1:07:35Speaker 18: They post my picture on like.
- 1:07:38Speaker 13: Multiple areas of my complex, Like you could have messaged
- 1:07:43Speaker 13: me instead of taking the coward's way out with your
- 1:07:45Speaker 13: tail between your legs. I went there tonight. I knocked
- 1:07:48Speaker 13: on the door. Let me let me just put the
- 1:07:50Speaker 13: clip of what what happened.
- 1:07:52Speaker 18: I did you guys lose any packages recently?
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: A chance?
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:08:00Speaker 9: Day.
- 1:08:01Speaker 18: Their previous resis they think I sold them, so I
- 1:08:04Speaker 18: left a note. Did you see a note like here?
- 1:08:07Speaker 18: There was a note?
- 1:08:07Speaker 15: Right?
- 1:08:08Speaker 9: Was my phone number on it?
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: Okay, See that's a liar, right there, There was a
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: note here, right, that's what that's what liars do.
- 1:08:15Speaker 8: Confirm what I'm saying.
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: Please right along. Yeah, you remember the note because that
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: guy would remember, and you remember the note? Right?
- 1:08:22Speaker 8: Do you remember the note here?
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:08:24Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not buying them?
- 1:08:26Speaker 18: Did you see a note like here? There was a note?
- 1:08:28Speaker 18: Right was my phone number on it?
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:08:30Speaker 18: Okay?
- 1:08:30Speaker 13: Anyways, you want you so bad, I'll deliver them right
- 1:08:33Speaker 13: back to where they came from.
- 1:08:34Speaker 18: I'll leave them in the garage. You can come pick
- 1:08:36Speaker 18: them up.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: I don't care.
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: So now he's got the will to take them back
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: to the garage, not.
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: Just to their door. And this guy sucks.
- 1:08:44Speaker 15: Yeah, none of these are long trips, by the way,
- 1:08:46Speaker 15: because I've done all these trips, I think I think
- 1:08:50Speaker 15: stupidity and we had tactically incompetent was a good text.
- 1:08:52Speaker 15: Don't know what they're doing, but they're also dishonest because
- 1:08:55Speaker 15: you know you're not. I don't sell the other people's
- 1:08:57Speaker 15: property when I have multiple avenues to get it back
- 1:08:59Speaker 15: to them or back to office, or back to the
- 1:09:00Speaker 15: mail room or back to Amazon, who whatever.
- 1:09:02Speaker 5: I agree with this text. This little queen's a thief.
- 1:09:05Speaker 10: And how big is your complex?
- 1:09:08Speaker 15: I could walk a city block, let's say. Okay, but
- 1:09:11Speaker 15: like I, I could walk from one building to the
- 1:09:13Speaker 15: other in less than three minutes.
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I could.
- 1:09:14Speaker 15: I could be at any I could be at any
- 1:09:15Speaker 15: apartment and be at any other apartment in five minutes.
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: Well that's awesome. Why I asked you if you had
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: a doorman, But you do have an office that you
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: can go. I could have gone.
- 1:09:23Speaker 15: You could have left you in the office, and hey,
- 1:09:25Speaker 15: I got these packages.
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: Which I'm sure is a shorter walk than walking all
- 1:09:29Speaker 8: the way back to your apartment.
- 1:09:29Speaker 15: With them and doing these trips with the phone number
- 1:09:33Speaker 15: and the TikTok.
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: He's talking himself into a.
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: Mister Grimmis, you're a friendly courier checking in on the text,
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: opening someone else's package without permissions of federal fail. Every
- 1:09:42Speaker 5: thief should we just returned to sender.
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: Yeah, that would have that was all not necessary here alone.
- 1:09:47Speaker 15: Yeah, I opened it and I don't need any trampolines.
- 1:09:49Speaker 12: Okay, so you were looking for something that you needed
- 1:09:51Speaker 12: and then the girlfriends.
- 1:09:55Speaker 7: Not to sound like a cartnark's lazy bones, but uh,
- 1:09:58Speaker 7: kind of along the lines of just let him. Why
- 1:10:00Speaker 7: did he have to remove him from the garage in
- 1:10:02Speaker 7: the first place on your spot.
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, Well he was afraid they were getting a
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: stolen which himself.
- 1:10:10Speaker 15: Yeah, I would never think that. I would think these
- 1:10:11Speaker 15: are empty boxes. I would never It would never cross
- 1:10:14Speaker 15: my mind.
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I would just gone to the office.
- 1:10:16Speaker 15: And because for those packages to get to the to
- 1:10:20Speaker 15: the garage takes efforts like the you guessed what wouldn't
- 1:10:23Speaker 15: go to our garage?
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: All right?
- 1:10:24Speaker 5: So on the text over to two two nine eight seven,
- 1:10:27Speaker 5: whose side are you on? Are you on the uh yeah,
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: the drama based gay side, or are you on the
- 1:10:37Speaker 5: package owner's side?
- 1:10:38Speaker 15: Who are out out for blood posting posting flyers?
- 1:10:41Speaker 5: Yeah, text your verdict you as the Woody showed jury
- 1:10:46Speaker 5: rule on this. On the text over to two to
- 1:10:48Speaker 5: nine eight seven, we got some more wood you show
- 1:10:50Speaker 5: for your next hang on, I got.
- 1:10:54Speaker 8: To hear it the first time.
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: Show We'll be right back, all right, So now we
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: figured out And by the way, the text vote when
- 1:11:07Speaker 5: like one hundred percent to the would you call him
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: the drama gay drama, He doesn't breathe there. He brings
- 1:11:15Speaker 5: drama drama based gay being being the guilty one.
- 1:11:20Speaker 7: A lot of people are saying both parties are stupid, though, oh.
- 1:11:23Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:11:24Speaker 15: If you have his TikTok and his Facebook marketplace, you
- 1:11:26Speaker 15: can message him.
- 1:11:27Speaker 5: Obviously or talk to the office, so that that puts
- 1:11:32Speaker 5: that whole thing to h to rest. But now Greg
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: wants to get in on the drama conversation because Greg's
- 1:11:37Speaker 5: got a go figure. If Sea Bass it totally tracks
- 1:11:40Speaker 5: that he has drama at his apartment building. It only
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: seems to make sense that Greg has a problem at
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: a store, specifically the grocery store is correct, which he
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: has a lot of weird hang ups about.
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: Anyway, I do, and I haven't been back since this
- 1:11:53Speaker 7: thing happened, and Wood, you were not here the day I.
- 1:11:56Speaker 3: Change grocery stores. I did because Greg goes there so much.
- 1:11:59Speaker 5: Remember one, he was concerned that the going there every day,
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: they would they would judge him, going, oh, this guy's
- 1:12:05Speaker 5: here again.
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: He's here every day exactly. It's totally different, though. Yeah,
- 1:12:09Speaker 3: you can tell him they're going to miss me when
- 1:12:10Speaker 3: I'm gone.
- 1:12:11Speaker 7: No, no, no, no. So here's what happened, Woodie. You
- 1:12:13Speaker 7: didn't hear the original story. I went to this store
- 1:12:16Speaker 7: because I needed to get dog food right, and the
- 1:12:18Speaker 7: dog food was marked twenty ninety nine. It rang up
- 1:12:20Speaker 7: twenty one ninety nine buck off. So I told him.
- 1:12:23Speaker 7: I said, hey, this rang up wrong. And then I
- 1:12:26Speaker 7: needed dog food again. I went to the aisle, grabbed
- 1:12:29Speaker 7: the dog food, and before going to the register, I
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: googled this store's policy if something rings up wrong, and
- 1:12:36Speaker 7: the policy says, if a price rings up wrong, you
- 1:12:40Speaker 7: get that item for free the end, no caveats, nothing.
- 1:12:45Speaker 7: So that happened again, and I thought, yes, I'm gonna
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: bring this up lucky day. So I go and I
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: talked to the checker and they bring over this woman
- 1:12:56Speaker 7: who I assume was the manager, maybe not, and I said, yeah,
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: you know I was here the other day. This rang
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: up wrong. It rang up wrong again, and your policy
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: says you're supposed to get the autem for free. And
- 1:13:06Speaker 7: her exact words were, we don't do that no more.
- 1:13:10Speaker 7: Say you know, I said, so, let me get this straight.
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: Yeah, excuse me, you mean anymore.
- 1:13:15Speaker 7: So you have a policy, but you don't follow it.
- 1:13:18Speaker 7: And then she changed her tune and she said, well,
- 1:13:20Speaker 7: we ain't paying for that because it was a twenty
- 1:13:22Speaker 7: dollars ee, well, we ain't paying for that. I said, well,
- 1:13:25Speaker 7: if it was cheaper, you would. No, we don't do that.
- 1:13:28Speaker 7: So anyway, it all just goes out the window. I
- 1:13:32Speaker 7: get the dollar back because they did ring it up wrong.
- 1:13:36Speaker 7: And then I thought, you know what, I'm going to
- 1:13:39Speaker 7: take this a step further. I'm gonna I think SEABSS
- 1:13:41Speaker 7: would support this. I filed a report with the Department
- 1:13:46Speaker 7: of Weights and Measures. Oh my dog, you can make
- 1:13:51Speaker 7: fun of me. I'm doing the lord's work. I'm looking
- 1:13:55Speaker 7: out for the consumer. Everybody should care about this. So
- 1:13:58Speaker 7: I contact Weights and Measures and they have this somewhat
- 1:14:01Speaker 7: complicated form that you have to fill out electronically where
- 1:14:04Speaker 7: you have to do the date, the price, what did
- 1:14:06Speaker 7: it ring up as, where you know all the situations.
- 1:14:10Speaker 7: So I do all that and I send it off
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: to Weights and Measures, thinking, you know, local government agency.
- 1:14:17Speaker 7: I'll never hear a word from them. Well I did
- 1:14:23Speaker 7: hear from them that same day.
- 1:14:26Speaker 3: Okay, you know they can't get money off this.
- 1:14:31Speaker 7: So they wrote back literally about six hours later, Good afternoon,
- 1:14:35Speaker 7: thank you for contacting us regarding your overcharge experience at
- 1:14:39Speaker 7: that store. On October twenty seventh, the day I contacted them,
- 1:14:44Speaker 7: an undercover inspection was conducted. An undercover inspection was conducted
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: at the store. Sixteen items, including the Fresh Pet Multi
- 1:14:59Speaker 7: pre proteen recipe dog food, were selected and several overcharges
- 1:15:05Speaker 7: were found, including that one dollar overcharge on the dog food.
- 1:15:10Speaker 7: Please feel free to contact contact our office if you
- 1:15:14Speaker 7: experience any discrepancies in this store. Again, your inquiry has
- 1:15:18Speaker 7: assisted us in monitoring price accuracy in your county. I'm
- 1:15:26Speaker 7: looking out for everybody. And not only did they the
- 1:15:30Speaker 7: wrong thing on that dog food they said quote, several
- 1:15:33Speaker 7: overcharges were found out of sixteen items. I am like
- 1:15:37Speaker 7: a government agency because I think I am rosa parts
- 1:15:42Speaker 7: of our day making changes.
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: I'm surely welcome world. They did something because they could
- 1:15:48Speaker 3: find them for it right right, you can get it's
- 1:15:51Speaker 3: revenue for them.
- 1:15:52Speaker 15: When the Whites measurement guys shows up, they don't say,
- 1:15:55Speaker 15: oh we don't do that.
- 1:15:56Speaker 3: No, Mo, Yeah, they ship up in the fest.
- 1:16:00Speaker 10: You stop going to the store.
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: I haven't been back since. Well, they noticed you because
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: of that dog food.
- 1:16:05Speaker 7: I kind of want them to know it's me.
- 1:16:06Speaker 10: You should go back and look for more things and
- 1:16:09Speaker 10: see if they get over.
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:16:10Speaker 8: But he doesn't work for weights and measures.
- 1:16:12Speaker 3: Well he has a friend. It wasays, yeah, exactly.
- 1:16:15Speaker 5: I honestly, my grandma, my grandma used to be able
- 1:16:18Speaker 5: to tell you to the penny what something was going
- 1:16:20Speaker 5: to be. And we be there because I drive her
- 1:16:22Speaker 5: to the grocery store and be checking things out and
- 1:16:24Speaker 5: she goes, oh, excuse me, doll and she would tell
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: the lady that, yeah, that rang out and oh, okay,
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: I'm sorry, and then she'd fix it. But my grandma
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: knew exactly, oh well last week that was five cents off.
- 1:16:36Speaker 5: It's like, I'm so surprised, like because you have a general.
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: Idea, yeah, you know, I mean, how much is a
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: banana ten dollars?
- 1:16:46Speaker 5: Rest of development? Yeah, but you know, like you have
- 1:16:48Speaker 5: a general idea of how much something costs. But do
- 1:16:50Speaker 5: you know like the dollar, I'll do you to the dollar,
- 1:16:54Speaker 5: Greg does.
- 1:16:54Speaker 7: Oh I do that's the thing. And I don't usually
- 1:16:57Speaker 7: like the term normalize fill in the blank. We need
- 1:17:00Speaker 7: to normalize looking out for yourself. Yea, because you're money.
- 1:17:05Speaker 7: It's everybody's money, everybody's money. We need to normalize caring
- 1:17:10Speaker 7: about the minutia, the This happens a lot and everywhere
- 1:17:14Speaker 7: and menace you mentioned. They can get fined. A lot
- 1:17:16Speaker 7: of these big name stores have been fined millions of
- 1:17:20Speaker 7: dollars for doing that.
- 1:17:21Speaker 11: And it makes sense because when you get a couple
- 1:17:23Speaker 11: of pennies, a couple of quarters, a couple of dollars
- 1:17:24Speaker 11: off each customer, you're making nine now right.
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: Now, what do you were getting to? Something that I
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: brought up in the room when he was talking about
- 1:17:33Speaker 3: this situation, I go, does this happen to anybody else
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: in the room when you're purchasing stuff out of store?
- 1:17:39Speaker 3: Are you just not paying attention? It's because no one's
- 1:17:41Speaker 3: paying attention, because I can recall any time where I
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: looked at something like, oh, that's more than what you
- 1:17:48Speaker 3: look at.
- 1:17:49Speaker 5: I think when you're shopping, you'll look at something before
- 1:17:51Speaker 5: you make a decision on it. You'll see the price
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: on the shelf, and you'll take it, and you'll have
- 1:17:56Speaker 5: then a general idea of how much different things cost,
- 1:17:59Speaker 5: and so you maybe have like a kind of like
- 1:18:00Speaker 5: a rough running total going in your head based on
- 1:18:02Speaker 5: whatever your budget is or drastic. Yeah, and then and
- 1:18:05Speaker 5: then yeah, and then you get to the front and they,
- 1:18:07Speaker 5: you know, bring everything up, and but to to know
- 1:18:11Speaker 5: to the dollar like it's one item. So Greg of course,
- 1:18:13Speaker 5: and especially when he went back, he's there for today
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: to Yeah.
- 1:18:17Speaker 7: And then the situations where something is buy one, get one,
- 1:18:21Speaker 7: like you know, a package of hot dogs or whatever,
- 1:18:23Speaker 7: and then you get home you're like, oh, they charge
- 1:18:25Speaker 7: for both. You don't notice it at the time, you
- 1:18:27Speaker 7: notice it later. Also breaking news that this is oblivious
- 1:18:29Speaker 7: to things around him.
- 1:18:30Speaker 5: Yeah, I would like to say, world, you're welcome.
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: I'm taking actions.
- 1:18:38Speaker 5: There's a hero, Principporter, there's a hero going to ask you, guys,
- 1:18:41Speaker 5: it's your money.
- 1:18:42Speaker 3: Look out for it. So school morning, Jeff g, good morning.
- 1:18:50Speaker 3: What do you show.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: We'll get to some World Series Parade highlights in about
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: thirty seconds or.
- 1:18:54Speaker 3: So, But first the Lakers continue to ball out, frying slowly.
- 1:19:00Speaker 3: It's gonna be taken by really to throw it down
- 1:19:03Speaker 3: with the left hand. Hey, they did it.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: Last night without Lebron, without Luca, and without Austin Reeves,
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Ruey Hachimura, twenty eight, DeAndre eight and twenty nine Nick
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: Smith Junior out of nowhere twenty five points. Lakers are
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: in first place in the Pacific Division. They got the
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: Spurs and wimby tomorrow onto the Clippers.
- 1:19:20Speaker 3: They lost to the Heat one one nineteen.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: Despite twenty nine from James harden In twenty seven from Kawhi.
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: NFL Cardinals beat the Cowboys on Monday Night Football, and
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: Chargers old lineman Joe Alt is out for the season
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: with that ankle issue. Hopefully the Chargers can pick up
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: somebody today before the trade deadline to protect Justin Herbert.
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: NHL Panthers and Ducks in Anaheim, Jets in La taking
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: on the Kings at Crypto, and finally World Series Parade
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: in Stadium. Celebration went down yesterday Key k Kurst and
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: trolled Drake. Dave Roberts was pumping everybody up with talks
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: of a three peat. But you know what I was
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: most impressed with yesterday, Woodie show the Japanese players switching
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: up their languages.
- 1:19:58Speaker 3: Man, here is no time honey speaking English.
- 1:20:01Speaker 6: You guys at a great as a fancy. I'm already
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: I'm ready to get another ring.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: I knew, we understood all the things reporters were saying
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: to him. He's got to speak English more often, man,
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: he did well. Now onto Yoshi Nobu Yamamoto, he drops
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: some Spanish right out of the gate. You know, I love,
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: sir when I start of this to you, Man, you're
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: always invited to the carton this side of Yoshi. I'm
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: Jeff g and that's your SoCal sports all right, jem.
- 1:20:40Speaker 10: Yeah, anybody my cancer around my ankles?
- 1:20:44Speaker 7: Do you feel each individual pump pump?
- 1:20:51Speaker 3: A lot of people calling Greg a hero. That's because
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: it's true, you know, for his uh, his actions with
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: the grocery store. Because I care. I'm proud of what
- 1:21:01Speaker 3: you did.
- 1:21:01Speaker 14: Greg.
- 1:21:01Speaker 5: I think as a society we are just used to
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: getting screwed over and nobody speaks up anymore. That's from
- 1:21:06Speaker 5: from the text nine eighty seven.
- 1:21:09Speaker 3: Correct.
- 1:21:10Speaker 5: What's the name of the government agency that Greg wrote to?
- 1:21:12Speaker 5: It's another question sep One of.
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: The Department of Weights and Measures, And they actually followed.
- 1:21:19Speaker 5: Up that day that day, but somebody mentions because there's
- 1:21:23Speaker 5: there's some revenue in it, for them as well.
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: Yeah, well that's fine, that's fine.
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: Cool.
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: If it incentivizes them to actually do something, that's great.
- 1:21:31Speaker 5: There was a thing I was reading about in New York.
- 1:21:34Speaker 5: This report says that people in Manhattan, the residents there,
- 1:21:37Speaker 5: they're bringing in close to a million dollars apiece by
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: simply snitching on people.
- 1:21:43Speaker 8: Oh here we go.
- 1:21:44Speaker 3: Yeah, so people are pulling out.
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: Their phones and they're recording videos of trucks that is,
- 1:21:49Speaker 5: idling buses, pumping out air pollution to the exhaust and
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: then reporting them for a cash payout. Now, the only
- 1:21:56Speaker 5: issue is that, according to the city, the payouts have
- 1:21:59Speaker 5: become too much. One city councilman says that the days
- 1:22:02Speaker 5: of the six figure payout are over and that they're
- 1:22:06Speaker 5: stopping the program because, quote, it's become an occupation that.
- 1:22:10Speaker 3: It wasn't supposed to be.
- 1:22:12Speaker 5: The program works by people snitching, and then they get
- 1:22:15Speaker 5: entitled to seventy five percent of the fine that the
- 1:22:20Speaker 5: companies have to pay for pollution. And the fines they
- 1:22:23Speaker 5: ranged from you know, three hundred bucks to two thousand dollars.
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: But in their report, five people have done this so
- 1:22:31Speaker 5: much the sea basses of Manhattan that they racked over,
- 1:22:35Speaker 5: racked up over three point six million dollars between those
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: five people.
- 1:22:40Speaker 15: I love this particular form of stitching because it's air pollution.
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: Who cares.
- 1:22:45Speaker 15: I'm with you on that doll Yeah, Like we've got trees,
- 1:22:47Speaker 15: we've got grass, we've got things.
- 1:22:48Speaker 3: It'll be fine.
- 1:22:49Speaker 15: And well, I wish they had it for littering and
- 1:22:51Speaker 15: you know, illegal dumping. Playing your music on bluetooth in
- 1:22:54Speaker 15: the subway. Responded by saying that while we should pay
- 1:22:59Speaker 15: people who are our reporting offenses, we do not need
- 1:23:02Speaker 15: to make them millionaires.
- 1:23:03Speaker 7: Right, But you also don't have to give them seventy
- 1:23:05Speaker 7: five percent of the fine, right you tell that back
- 1:23:08Speaker 7: base number ten bucks per offense or whatever.
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: So they're just mad because people are making money. Yes,
- 1:23:14Speaker 3: Oh that's it. That's the only issue is.
- 1:23:17Speaker 8: They're making too much money.
- 1:23:18Speaker 3: They get pay like you're making too much money, so
- 1:23:21Speaker 3: then they can pack them on it.
- 1:23:22Speaker 15: Well, and they're getting this money from the fines. And
- 1:23:24Speaker 15: this is classic government is they're not going to go
- 1:23:26Speaker 15: after the person, the homeless person shooting needles and crapping
- 1:23:29Speaker 15: on the sidewalks.
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: There's no money there. Yeah, but the company, Yeah, got them,
- 1:23:33Speaker 5: true them by the Nuts eight Wood Show, and we
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: are into another new hour insensitivity training for a politically
- 1:23:45Speaker 5: correct world. Call my money is remind me of something.
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: I want to hello anybody, heybody, it's it's Zudo.
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: Everybody. Hey, oh hey, Hi, what do you go? How
- 1:23:58Speaker 3: are you good?
- 1:24:00Speaker 13: So?
- 1:24:00Speaker 5: You and I were having a conversation the other day
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: and we just finished telling a story on the air
- 1:24:03Speaker 5: about So Greg went to the grocery store bought a
- 1:24:07Speaker 5: bag of dog food and it rang up for a
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: dollar more than it was supposed to. Yes, And so
- 1:24:13Speaker 5: Greg did this whole thing where he went online because
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: he looked at their return on not return policy there.
- 1:24:18Speaker 7: They're yeah, they you get the price wrong policy. You're
- 1:24:21Speaker 7: supposed to get that thing for free free, They said, yeah,
- 1:24:23Speaker 7: we don't do that no more. Yeah, right, And this
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: happened multiple times. So I went to the source.
- 1:24:28Speaker 5: So then he went back and he had the bag
- 1:24:31Speaker 5: like the next day, rang up again, and again it
- 1:24:33Speaker 5: rang up for a dollar more.
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: So what does he do this time? Riz? He drafts
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: a letter to the Department of Weights and Balances.
- 1:24:40Speaker 15: That's right, the time for that, that's exactly So do
- 1:24:47Speaker 15: you have nothing to do?
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: Yeah, the ten minutes it took me to do that.
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: You really destroyed my rank. It brought me.
- 1:24:54Speaker 5: It brought me back to the conversation that we were
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: just having the other day and we were talking about
- 1:24:58Speaker 5: like things things like this, things at sea, baskets into whatever.
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: And I think to myself, like justice, and and Riz
- 1:25:05Speaker 5: said it, and I never was.
- 1:25:06Speaker 3: Able to really like, uh, you know, put the words
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: to it. It's people who don't have kids.
- 1:25:12Speaker 9: Yeah, they have time for stuff like writing the Department
- 1:25:16Speaker 9: of Weights and Measures.
- 1:25:19Speaker 3: Yeah, it's pretty glorious.
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: I love it.
- 1:25:22Speaker 9: Oh, I love the you know, the people that you
- 1:25:25Speaker 9: know go on vacation every couple of weeks or they
- 1:25:28Speaker 9: have time to you know, do stuff on the weekend
- 1:25:31Speaker 9: and not have to worry about doing a cheerleading braid.
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: I mean, at least you're not bitter about it and
- 1:25:39Speaker 3: or not rejected onto others. No, we're not.
- 1:25:41Speaker 5: But but when you sit around and you think to yourself,
- 1:25:44Speaker 5: like the first thing that Riz said was like, who
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: has time for that? Like that's that is the first
- 1:25:49Speaker 5: thought I think of most people who are parents, right,
- 1:25:51Speaker 5: And I didn't make that connection at first, but when
- 1:25:54Speaker 5: he said it, it clicked, Which is true. There's all
- 1:25:57Speaker 5: these things that you think that you think you want
- 1:25:59Speaker 5: to do, or things that you would do if you
- 1:26:01Speaker 5: had the time. And you're right, it is ugly green jealousy.
- 1:26:05Speaker 9: Yet you have time to be outraged about being overcharged
- 1:26:09Speaker 9: one dollar.
- 1:26:10Speaker 5: Yeah, it's not your time to be outraged. It's the
- 1:26:14Speaker 5: time to write the Department of Weights and it's not
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: one dollar? Is this has happened to me a billion times.
- 1:26:20Speaker 5: It's a billion dollars, billion dollars a billion?
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: Did you did you out say this will not stand?
- 1:26:29Speaker 7: They I pointed out that other stores have been fined
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: for doing this, and they said, oh, we hope it
- 1:26:33Speaker 7: doesn't happen to us.
- 1:26:34Speaker 3: And I said it will ye I did today, Ralph.
- 1:26:41Speaker 7: And along the lines of your guys, is ugly jealousy
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: with the for the kidless people. You act like spending
- 1:26:48Speaker 7: ten minutes doing a thing on an app for weights
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: and measures takes all day long, Like who is the
- 1:26:54Speaker 7: time for.
- 1:26:55Speaker 17: Just ten minutes? You know what occupied your mind? Yes,
- 1:26:59Speaker 17: that's a couple of whiles. And he hasn't known you
- 1:27:02Speaker 17: even a fraction of the amount time we've known I
- 1:27:05Speaker 17: he seriously typed in the fields that they asked for
- 1:27:08Speaker 17: hit send. And then I didn't sit for three hours
- 1:27:10Speaker 17: having it occupy my mind, all right, because I figured nothing.
- 1:27:16Speaker 3: Would come of it.
- 1:27:18Speaker 9: I was thinking about a youth hockey game that I
- 1:27:20Speaker 9: have to get my son to, and you're thinking about this,
- 1:27:22Speaker 9: that's right.
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: I'm thinking about justice and society.
- 1:27:25Speaker 5: Well tell tell riz what the what the employee said
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: like when you brought it to their attention. Oh okay,
- 1:27:30Speaker 5: So I pointed out, Hey, your policy, you're gonna feel
- 1:27:33Speaker 5: like you were there. Yeah, your policy says if something
- 1:27:36Speaker 5: rings up wrong, you get that item for free.
- 1:27:40Speaker 3: And she said, yeah, we don't do that no more.
- 1:27:43Speaker 3: We don't do that no more. We don't do that.
- 1:27:45Speaker 3: We don't do that no more. Kind of I decided, yeah,
- 1:27:48Speaker 3: we have a policy.
- 1:27:49Speaker 15: You don't.
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: That is.
- 1:27:51Speaker 3: I don't disagree you said, well, I don't shot you
- 1:27:54Speaker 3: no more.
- 1:27:55Speaker 9: That is.
- 1:27:56Speaker 3: I don't disagree with you that he's a psychopath. But
- 1:27:59Speaker 3: I do disagree with you that it's super time consuming.
- 1:28:02Speaker 3: It's not to write something like.
- 1:28:04Speaker 15: That, dud.
- 1:28:05Speaker 9: You're another one with no kids, and I do the
- 1:28:08Speaker 9: same grab.
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: That he does.
- 1:28:10Speaker 15: You know, did George Washington have kids? Actually not, but
- 1:28:12Speaker 15: did Martin Luther King have kids? Yes, yes, people can.
- 1:28:15Speaker 15: People can change the world with children.
- 1:28:17Speaker 5: Yeah, everybody ten minutes, Like I don't I don't know,
- 1:28:19Speaker 5: like combating racism and you know, equal rights. I think
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: Trump's like the dollar on the dogs.
- 1:28:25Speaker 7: Or looking at billion time. Yeah, it's not a dollar.
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: This has been Woody's fallacy ever since the day I
- 1:28:32Speaker 7: met you. If if something goes up in price, it's
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: just a quarter. Yeah, if you're buying, if you're spending
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: it every single day, it's not a quarter.
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: The diamond comes from exactly, you've always had, Well, it's
- 1:28:45Speaker 3: just the amount of penny pinching miser Yeah, where Greg
- 1:28:47Speaker 3: is everything everything, that thing is gonna be three dollars.
- 1:28:51Speaker 3: It's a billion, though.
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: When you look out for your own financial interest, you're
- 1:28:55Speaker 7: right quote it.
- 1:29:00Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, all right, buddy, again, thank you for being
- 1:29:05Speaker 3: able to put the words like they can. Just you
- 1:29:07Speaker 3: know what, It's true. The people who do these things,
- 1:29:09Speaker 3: and they all have something in common. They are they
- 1:29:11Speaker 3: are childless. They're trying to make the world that's place
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: for your children.
- 1:29:17Speaker 5: And exactly, I think it's this is an important thing
- 1:29:19Speaker 5: to bring up to kids, to get ripped off.
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: I think it's important thing to bring up to it's
- 1:29:22Speaker 3: not a knock. It's not a knock. I get told you.
- 1:29:24Speaker 3: It's it's it's straight up just jealousy.
- 1:29:28Speaker 10: I mean it.
- 1:29:29Speaker 3: I wish I had time for We are comes patronizing.
- 1:29:32Speaker 9: Yeah all right, that's because people are at my house.
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: Yeah all the time. Exactly, they're okay, alright, there's a reserve, buddy. Yeah.
- 1:29:44Speaker 3: Sometimes he has a way of just putting things that go, dude,
- 1:29:46Speaker 3: that's exactly what you're right, just crystallized.
- 1:29:49Speaker 5: And I thought about that as soon as Greg said
- 1:29:50Speaker 5: he wrote the Department of Waits and Balances.
- 1:29:52Speaker 3: I'm like, man, I understand saying something to the manager
- 1:29:55Speaker 3: of the store. Like I got that. The fact, well,
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: they're not going to do their job right. They don't care.
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: Ratings come out every week and if they're not good
- 1:30:02Speaker 3: or good enough.
- 1:30:08Speaker 5: Well, we were talking about it's people who don't have
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: kids that you know, worry about certain things that people
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: with kids just don't have the time to concern themselves with.
- 1:30:16Speaker 5: And it's great, you know, and we kind of lumped
- 1:30:18Speaker 5: Sea Bass into that group of people. But Sea Bass
- 1:30:21Speaker 5: has a lot of kids, keeping the species alive from
- 1:30:26Speaker 5: from all his uh sperm donation and it's not selling
- 1:30:31Speaker 5: sperm in his college days and even a little bit
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: after the college days, right, mostly after Yeah, it was
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: mostly after all. Right, Yeah, he did this for for
- 1:30:38Speaker 5: money for a while, like a little extra stream of
- 1:30:41Speaker 5: income he would stream into a yeah leave a ribbon.
- 1:30:45Speaker 3: Take a penny kind of you see those dishes at
- 1:30:48Speaker 3: the seven eleventh.
- 1:30:49Speaker 15: Yeah, but there's you said you had like an update
- 1:30:52Speaker 15: on the kids, well a couple of them. I mean
- 1:30:55Speaker 15: the kids probably north of two dies. So there's two
- 1:31:00Speaker 15: from what I under. The last number I heard that
- 1:31:03Speaker 15: are out and public was twenty three, but there's probably
- 1:31:05Speaker 15: a few more on top of that.
- 1:31:06Speaker 5: And remind me, you have it set up and you
- 1:31:08Speaker 5: made your donations or selling or whatever that they could contact.
- 1:31:12Speaker 3: You or that, right.
- 1:31:13Speaker 15: I was paid more for my donation, my pretty Really
- 1:31:16Speaker 15: I didn't even need the money, but I was just sure, Yeah,
- 1:31:19Speaker 15: you're so fun that they that when they turned eighteen
- 1:31:24Speaker 15: they could find me. Now that became a moot point
- 1:31:26Speaker 15: as twenty three and me sprung up between the time
- 1:31:28Speaker 15: I donated and today, and then your mom found these
- 1:31:32Speaker 15: people on account of she's a big genealogy person. So
- 1:31:34Speaker 15: when she did twenty three and me it's like, oh, hello,
- 1:31:40Speaker 15: so she's no for a while. She's way into it though,
- 1:31:41Speaker 15: which is great.
- 1:31:42Speaker 3: Yeah, and you've you've gone, you've met.
- 1:31:44Speaker 15: About these kids them? Yeah, and now I saw a
- 1:31:47Speaker 15: secondary incident came up though recently is uh, I have
- 1:31:51Speaker 15: like a second or third cousin or whatever. And they
- 1:31:52Speaker 15: had a wedding and I wasn't there, but my mom
- 1:31:56Speaker 15: was and this my cousin happened to speak right be
- 1:32:00Speaker 15: in cool now and they were talking about they want kids.
- 1:32:04Speaker 15: And I don't think my mom offered this information up
- 1:32:06Speaker 15: to them. I know somebody, Well, that's the thing is
- 1:32:09Speaker 15: as they are both lesbians, and apparently this particular branch
- 1:32:12Speaker 15: of the family does not have a male heir or
- 1:32:17Speaker 15: any genetics to it besides because she's lesbian. So the
- 1:32:21Speaker 15: thought was at least to my mom's oh no, what
- 1:32:24Speaker 15: if you not, not not to your second cousin but
- 1:32:26Speaker 15: to her wife made a donation.
- 1:32:29Speaker 8: Right, But I thought you said second cousins are okay.
- 1:32:31Speaker 15: I mean, I guess technically genetically it would be fine,
- 1:32:33Speaker 15: but it's it would be unseemly.
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: It'd be too much discussion. You would never let it go.
- 1:32:42Speaker 3: It would always be a top of that problem is avoidable. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:32:46Speaker 3: but now do you have stuff on ISO? She wants
- 1:32:48Speaker 3: to do a current donation, Well, that's.
- 1:32:49Speaker 15: My mom asked that, and I said delivery because I
- 1:32:53Speaker 15: believe talking to some of the people the moms have
- 1:32:56Speaker 15: already met, and every mom I've met so far, and
- 1:32:58Speaker 15: I believe as far as I know, are all les
- 1:33:00Speaker 15: being couples. So they mentioned that during the process, you
- 1:33:05Speaker 15: often don't buy just one unit of sea Bash. You
- 1:33:07Speaker 15: buy several units in case the first one to take,
- 1:33:11Speaker 15: or in case you want a sibling more.
- 1:33:13Speaker 10: Than love that your mom's selling you.
- 1:33:17Speaker 8: I know she's pimping you.
- 1:33:18Speaker 15: Again, from what I understand, I don't think she wants
- 1:33:20Speaker 15: this out amongst the family at large, which is good,
- 1:33:23Speaker 15: but it at least occurred to her that, you know
- 1:33:26Speaker 15: you obviously she doesn't want my dad doing that'd be weird.
- 1:33:29Speaker 15: But I think now that I've kind of broached the
- 1:33:32Speaker 15: topic as she wouldn't care as much. But that would
- 1:33:33Speaker 15: still be weird if my dad did that. But since
- 1:33:35Speaker 15: I'm a professional, I'm known to do this. I'm already
- 1:33:39Speaker 15: in the industry, right, you know, if it came again,
- 1:33:42Speaker 15: this is pipe dream at this point, but it's the
- 1:33:45Speaker 15: question certainly was raised to me, like what would.
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: You think about that?
- 1:33:48Speaker 15: And what do you think about that? I mean, I
- 1:33:51Speaker 15: would be willing. It's kind of gross that your mom
- 1:33:54Speaker 15: is like, yeah, your agent, But when we have parents
- 1:33:58Speaker 15: of adult kids, you know that how they make grandbabies.
- 1:34:00Speaker 3: I mean, you get that point.
- 1:34:01Speaker 15: Now you're not You're not an idiot, idiot, but yeah,
- 1:34:04Speaker 15: I would assuming that the paperwork was done properly, because
- 1:34:06Speaker 15: I don't want to be stuck with you. Hear about
- 1:34:07Speaker 15: this some guy on craigslist I sold my I played
- 1:34:11Speaker 15: child support, paying child support for eighteen years, So assuming
- 1:34:14Speaker 15: it was done properly, I would be.
- 1:34:16Speaker 3: Up for that.
- 1:34:16Speaker 12: Okay, do you think your mom wants to do this
- 1:34:19Speaker 12: so that she can see this child grow up in
- 1:34:21Speaker 12: that way of it kind of being somewhat your kid,
- 1:34:23Speaker 12: and then she can be around versus the others that
- 1:34:25Speaker 12: she found out about.
- 1:34:26Speaker 15: Later, right, And she has you know, local grandkids through
- 1:34:29Speaker 15: my through my sister, so she's not like free of grandkids.
- 1:34:33Speaker 15: But I all, all grandmothers want more grand babies. That's
- 1:34:36Speaker 15: like once they started auna.
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: How about this option? Somebody from the show does it,
- 1:34:40Speaker 3: and then we can be related.
- 1:34:45Speaker 8: It's just volunteering.
- 1:34:47Speaker 15: I know, if that doesn't make it related, that makes
- 1:34:49Speaker 15: you like a third cousin in law. Yeah, but it's
- 1:34:52Speaker 15: related or or you know how in.
- 1:34:55Speaker 8: An execution there's like three people that flip the school.
- 1:34:58Speaker 3: I never know who it is.
- 1:34:59Speaker 8: You a and to other people from the show can donate.
- 1:35:04Speaker 5: I've learned about this from Greg because I guess I
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: was sorry idea for Greg and Mario gay dudes do
- 1:35:08Speaker 5: that where they'll both.
- 1:35:09Speaker 7: Like deposit already, Yeah, what story time, let's go what.
- 1:35:18Speaker 7: It never came to fruition, but we were trying to
- 1:35:20Speaker 7: do it, and we did do the swirl.
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: But it never did. It never took and hold on, wait, wait,
- 1:35:28Speaker 3: hold on.
- 1:35:29Speaker 7: It was highly under wraps.
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: Wait a minute, So you and Mario were trying to
- 1:35:34Speaker 5: have a baby, not not for we were doing it
- 1:35:37Speaker 5: for a couple who may have or may not have
- 1:35:41Speaker 5: been lesbians.
- 1:35:44Speaker 2: You.
- 1:35:45Speaker 7: It wasn't even easy to figure out one's brown almost white.
- 1:35:50Speaker 7: And I always thought this is what I learned about it.
- 1:35:52Speaker 7: I thought I thought the swirl was an actual swirl.
- 1:35:57Speaker 7: You combine them and then put them in you just
- 1:35:59Speaker 7: put it. You put them one at a time.
- 1:36:01Speaker 8: Are they like beita fish, they'll just start fighting if
- 1:36:03Speaker 8: they're in there to.
- 1:36:04Speaker 5: Again, that'd be cooler if it was like you had
- 1:36:05Speaker 5: that one of those things that you used, like those
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: little coffee wisps, like yeah, yeah, question, So.
- 1:36:11Speaker 3: You donated to a lady.
- 1:36:12Speaker 15: Yeah, I want to hear about the paperwork and stuff
- 1:36:14Speaker 15: in a minute. But what was the purpose of both
- 1:36:16Speaker 15: you and Mario donating if it wasn't going to be
- 1:36:18Speaker 15: your kid, if you were going to take care of
- 1:36:21Speaker 15: it for fun?
- 1:36:23Speaker 3: That is a good question. Did you and Mario both
- 1:36:26Speaker 3: like in front of each other at the same time, Yeah,
- 1:36:28Speaker 3: dump one out.
- 1:36:29Speaker 7: The first few times we did, and then he got
- 1:36:31Speaker 7: way too self conscious, so he would go to a
- 1:36:33Speaker 7: different room.
- 1:36:34Speaker 3: Yeah, because it's clinical, and what do you do they
- 1:36:38Speaker 3: give you something.
- 1:36:38Speaker 5: You go to the doctor and they give you like
- 1:36:40Speaker 5: an official cup or you just.
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: Kind of bring it in that official medical looking cover.
- 1:36:43Speaker 3: Are you going like m h in this that would
- 1:36:50Speaker 3: mean so much easier, but no, you can't.
- 1:36:56Speaker 15: Yeah, So did you go through a proper clinical place
- 1:37:00Speaker 15: like where all the paperwork was stilled there?
- 1:37:03Speaker 7: We did proper legal stuff hopefully, but not at a clinic.
- 1:37:07Speaker 7: So yeah, I mean we had no we have everything.
- 1:37:12Speaker 15: If anybody out there is they got doing this makes
- 1:37:13Speaker 15: you talk to a fertility lawyer, because again you do
- 1:37:15Speaker 15: not because three years later she wants some money, She'll come.
- 1:37:19Speaker 3: All right, now, power rank. Who would you want as
- 1:37:21Speaker 3: your cousin on the show? I would say, I mean, man,
- 1:37:26Speaker 3: well no, I but go with the lady. Actually I
- 1:37:30Speaker 3: will say no.
- 1:37:35Speaker 8: But it's definitely Morgan.
- 1:37:39Speaker 3: You know about Caroline, the old the what's your face? Tyler?
- 1:37:43Speaker 10: All right, deep cut, it doesn't work.
- 1:37:46Speaker 15: But obviously for for genetic purposes, it has to be
- 1:37:49Speaker 15: a guy.
- 1:37:52Speaker 5: That'd be fun, that'd be the most interesting. I guess
- 1:37:56Speaker 5: Greg's the tallest though, so we all know we're in
- 1:37:58Speaker 5: a height obsessed with society.
- 1:38:00Speaker 10: Yeah, Morgan, I represent women. I don't care.
- 1:38:05Speaker 3: I'm still shocked about Greg. I'm sitting here. That's a
- 1:38:08Speaker 3: bigger news.
- 1:38:10Speaker 7: It's been over a year. I wanted it to be news,
- 1:38:13Speaker 7: and I was going to share it if something came
- 1:38:15Speaker 7: of it. Nothing came of it, So why was she
- 1:38:17Speaker 7: wanted something came?
- 1:38:18Speaker 3: Well? Yeah, maybe why why not go? Why not go again?
- 1:38:21Speaker 7: What's the problems I'm waiting to hear back if they're
- 1:38:24Speaker 7: still it? Yeah exactly, Yeah, yeah, you know, so we'll see.
- 1:38:30Speaker 7: I'll let you know.
- 1:38:31Speaker 8: Wow, Greg would be so cute.
- 1:38:34Speaker 7: It wouldn't be my kid, But I mean, I mean
- 1:38:36Speaker 7: maybe it would. Maybe it would fifty chance.
- 1:38:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean it would. I mean between the two
- 1:38:40Speaker 3: of you.
- 1:38:40Speaker 5: Yeah, your springer probably kind of old, and I.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: Know they'd be drunk and lazy. They'd just be on
- 1:38:48Speaker 3: the cow.
- 1:38:49Speaker 5: It would like run the other direction from the vagina.
- 1:38:51Speaker 13: Yo.
- 1:38:54Speaker 15: They probably get in there and be like, oh, we
- 1:38:56Speaker 15: don't want to be here. Yeah, didn't take this, isn't
- 1:39:00Speaker 15: my testin?
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: Is the lady you donated too?
- 1:39:02Speaker 15: Is she half Caucasian half Hispanic, because would make sense
- 1:39:05Speaker 15: for a swirl.
- 1:39:06Speaker 3: With you and Mario. I'm not going to answer that.
- 1:39:09Speaker 3: I understand what the funny thing arrow down the lesbians
- 1:39:12Speaker 3: too much.
- 1:39:15Speaker 11: A friend of mine had the egg donation whatever, and
- 1:39:19Speaker 11: it's so funny because she's pregnant, it's in her, it's
- 1:39:22Speaker 11: her baby, and she births the baby who's which is
- 1:39:25Speaker 11: a totally different ethnicity than she is.
- 1:39:27Speaker 3: So she was right. I know.
- 1:39:29Speaker 11: It's just it's it's hard for me to wrap my
- 1:39:30Speaker 11: head around like two very very pasty white people having
- 1:39:33Speaker 11: a baby that is a completely different ethnicity works for Madonna.
- 1:39:37Speaker 8: Yeah yeah, but like come out of her Yeah yeah,
- 1:39:40Speaker 8: I'm so fascinating.
- 1:39:42Speaker 3: Four Woodie Man learning so much. Yeah right, set us
- 1:39:48Speaker 3: a text over to two two nine eight seven show.
- 1:39:59Speaker 9: Burn.
- 1:40:00Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 1:40:03Speaker 5: So people are doing all kinds of mean look at Morgan,
- 1:40:08Speaker 5: she does all kinds of things to earn extra money.
- 1:40:12Speaker 3: How much did you get for like per per deposit?
- 1:40:16Speaker 5: So we were talking about Sea Bass, who was given
- 1:40:17Speaker 5: If you're just tuning in, Sea Bass was talking about
- 1:40:20Speaker 5: how he got a little bit of an update. There's
- 1:40:24Speaker 5: a situation, you know, from his history of donating sperm.
- 1:40:29Speaker 5: His mom had this great idea because I guess the
- 1:40:31Speaker 5: second cousin and the lesbian partner are looking to have
- 1:40:34Speaker 5: a baby, and she's like, oh, well, you know from
- 1:40:36Speaker 5: a genetic standpoint, a family a family lineage standpoint as well. Yeah,
- 1:40:42Speaker 5: so she was kind of offering up. But going back
- 1:40:44Speaker 5: to just the uh, the original part of you were
- 1:40:47Speaker 5: doing this to, you know, get money and create dreams. Okay, okay,
- 1:40:53Speaker 5: let's let's I'm saying, but just to for the sake
- 1:40:55Speaker 5: of getting money. If somebody does this on average, just
- 1:40:59Speaker 5: like the average person, like what does it start? I
- 1:41:01Speaker 5: know there's a range.
- 1:41:02Speaker 15: Well, this is what I did, and I was probably
- 1:41:03Speaker 15: a hire these days, you know, but it was sixty
- 1:41:06Speaker 15: five to be anonymous in one hundred four. They can followed,
- 1:41:10Speaker 15: yes when they Yeah, they can find you in they're
- 1:41:11Speaker 15: eighteen because I think they then charge whatever it is,
- 1:41:14Speaker 15: you know, two fifty per sample or whatever to the
- 1:41:18Speaker 15: mom and then but she's got to pay the doctor
- 1:41:20Speaker 15: and the blood. It's you know, thousands of dollars later.
- 1:41:22Speaker 3: And what's the limit per week?
- 1:41:24Speaker 15: During my time, it was three per week, and they
- 1:41:27Speaker 15: advise you to, you know, wait forty eight hours between
- 1:41:31Speaker 15: each That's why reload on Wednesday Friday.
- 1:41:34Speaker 9: I did.
- 1:41:34Speaker 15: I did without doing that, I had no problems because
- 1:41:36Speaker 15: they test each sample for motility, the movement, make sure
- 1:41:39Speaker 15: it's healthy and all that stuff, and then you get
- 1:41:41Speaker 15: tested every six months, they do a blood test.
- 1:41:45Speaker 3: You leave there with a check.
- 1:41:47Speaker 5: The checks came monthly or you have an account setup
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: because you're so much, you have like a house account.
- 1:41:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I believe the checks were monthly.
- 1:41:55Speaker 5: I believe month monthly. Wow, okay, and you were you
- 1:41:59Speaker 5: went three times a week as much as yes, that
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: was then they would let you.
- 1:42:03Speaker 3: Now you also get more if you is that the
- 1:42:07Speaker 3: whole Wasn't that part of the reason with.
- 1:42:09Speaker 15: The sixty five versus one hundred to let the kids
- 1:42:12Speaker 15: contact you in the sixty five to be anonymous one hundred?
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: No, but the wasn't that one of the did I
- 1:42:17Speaker 5: hear that wrong about One of the reasons he went
- 1:42:19Speaker 5: and even did the menta test to begin with was
- 1:42:21Speaker 5: because he can get more.
- 1:42:23Speaker 15: No that they would that would be something a reason
- 1:42:26Speaker 15: you'd get on the role to begin with. You know,
- 1:42:28Speaker 15: you have a graduate degree in an engineer. Now I
- 1:42:31Speaker 15: graduated with a.
- 1:42:32Speaker 3: Degree in engineering.
- 1:42:33Speaker 15: You know, inmense parents, in mensa, those are all good
- 1:42:37Speaker 15: reasons to get into your foot in the door. But
- 1:42:39Speaker 15: the mensa, so.
- 1:42:40Speaker 3: They just won't accept anybody. Oh god, now okay, So
- 1:42:43Speaker 3: what is that process like?
- 1:42:44Speaker 15: As I recall, it was mainly they want they want
- 1:42:49Speaker 15: your genetics.
- 1:42:50Speaker 3: Dill take you.
- 1:42:51Speaker 15: They showed me a picture of my chromosomes, all that stuff.
- 1:42:53Speaker 15: Make sure you aren't a carrier of any kind of
- 1:42:54Speaker 15: you know, hidden even a hidden or a recessive carrier
- 1:42:57Speaker 15: of a genetic disease. And then you know, they do
- 1:43:01Speaker 15: family history, but they don't verify the family history because
- 1:43:03Speaker 15: they don't you know, a twenty two year old guy
- 1:43:05Speaker 15: can't be like, hey, ma, can I get grandpa's health records?
- 1:43:09Speaker 3: They just take your word for it. They kind of
- 1:43:11Speaker 3: have to.
- 1:43:11Speaker 15: And I didn't lie or anything like that. And then
- 1:43:14Speaker 15: you have proof if you have the you know, you're diploma,
- 1:43:16Speaker 15: all that sort of stuff, those things, you know, men's mensister, tad.
- 1:43:19Speaker 5: You felt like a profile. So the chick's like looking
- 1:43:22Speaker 5: through a book and there's like they see the picture
- 1:43:23Speaker 5: of sea bass and like, oh yeah, well that was
- 1:43:25Speaker 5: then I started licking their lips.
- 1:43:27Speaker 3: But then they read the profile and they're like, oh wow,
- 1:43:29Speaker 3: he's so sweet, and they turn on turn off. That's
- 1:43:31Speaker 3: part of the one hundred dollars or sixty five dollars,
- 1:43:34Speaker 3: the one they would get. You know, here's his you know,
- 1:43:36Speaker 3: here's his ethnicity.
- 1:43:38Speaker 15: And all that other stuff.
- 1:43:40Speaker 3: Blah blah. I thought that was no picture. I know,
- 1:43:42Speaker 3: if you're not who have done video?
- 1:43:45Speaker 12: Did you do any video where they could watch you talking?
- 1:43:47Speaker 18: No?
- 1:43:50Speaker 15: Yeah, right, I think I was probably just before I mean,
- 1:43:55Speaker 15: cell phone cameras weren't as big as the deal as
- 1:43:57Speaker 15: they are these days. That probably probably skated on that one.
- 1:44:00Speaker 15: But I did write an essay and that was why
- 1:44:02Speaker 15: at least one of my children, the Australian kid, was
- 1:44:05Speaker 15: named will because I talked about how William Shakespeare was
- 1:44:08Speaker 15: my favorite author.
- 1:44:09Speaker 10: Oh my god, did it have to be in your handwriting?
- 1:44:12Speaker 10: I've heard rumors that you give a sample of your handwriting.
- 1:44:15Speaker 3: I've I did not have to do so many samples.
- 1:44:17Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:44:17Speaker 3: I think there's been so many updates since you've done this.
- 1:44:20Speaker 15: Yeah, it's again the twenty three and meters ancestry dot
- 1:44:22Speaker 15: com revolutionized all of this.
- 1:44:24Speaker 8: Yeah, a lot of them.
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: Middle now when you when you go in and they
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: send you into a little room to make your deposit,
- 1:44:31Speaker 5: they give you like a little cup and is it
- 1:44:33Speaker 5: like they see in the movies, like with they got.
- 1:44:35Speaker 3: Porn in there and stuff?
- 1:44:36Speaker 5: It is so at least the way I had it
- 1:44:38Speaker 5: set up was what were you thinking about? You show
- 1:44:40Speaker 5: up to the well, what's on the picture?
- 1:44:42Speaker 3: What's on the page? So you were actually like jerking
- 1:44:44Speaker 3: at the porn?
- 1:44:45Speaker 15: Uh? You know they had that available because this was
- 1:44:50Speaker 15: this is the day of DVD, so up front you
- 1:44:51Speaker 15: could if you wanted to grab a DVD or whatever,
- 1:44:57Speaker 15: or do you have.
- 1:44:57Speaker 3: Anything in Gang Bang?
- 1:44:58Speaker 5: Yeah, which I never did any babysitter porn in here?
- 1:45:03Speaker 15: Can we can we take the awkwardness of this and
- 1:45:05Speaker 15: ratchet it up to a.
- 1:45:08Speaker 3: Legal section. Is it a bathroom or.
- 1:45:14Speaker 15: You know, it's a dentist waiting office sort of set up.
- 1:45:17Speaker 15: You walk in, there's the there's the door, there's a
- 1:45:19Speaker 15: little the pass through area to the office, and they
- 1:45:22Speaker 15: hand you cup, paper bag and you can if you
- 1:45:26Speaker 15: want to get you know, a DVD video or whatever.
- 1:45:29Speaker 15: But in the room, at least our setup was, there's
- 1:45:31Speaker 15: big old stack of magazines I just took. I took,
- 1:45:34Speaker 15: veiled myself with those, and myself with and you give
- 1:45:40Speaker 15: you a little single serf packet of lube, a little
- 1:45:42Speaker 15: you know, ketchup size packet of lube. And uh there's
- 1:45:45Speaker 15: you know, of course a sink in each of the
- 1:45:47Speaker 15: donation rooms where you get there.
- 1:45:49Speaker 5: Pressure to perform, I mean, because you don't want to
- 1:45:52Speaker 5: spend all young dude.
- 1:45:54Speaker 8: Yeah we have they want to turn and burn them.
- 1:45:57Speaker 15: I forget what my record time was, but I was,
- 1:46:00Speaker 15: well I did because I had my roommate drive me
- 1:46:02Speaker 15: down there, and I was like okay. As soon as
- 1:46:04Speaker 15: I step in, my foot out the car like a
- 1:46:07Speaker 15: pit stop.
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:46:07Speaker 3: Oh, exactly.
- 1:46:08Speaker 15: It was like it was five minutes signing in, putting
- 1:46:11Speaker 15: your id, making the deposit, cleaning up, you know. Then
- 1:46:14Speaker 15: you take it down to the end of the hall
- 1:46:15Speaker 15: and drop it in a little another little room.
- 1:46:17Speaker 10: And this is some child's life.
- 1:46:18Speaker 3: Yeah, that was the weirdest thing.
- 1:46:22Speaker 5: After the vasectomy, you have to knock out like thirty nuts,
- 1:46:25Speaker 5: right and then yeah, to make sure that the everything's
- 1:46:28Speaker 5: cleared out and those survivors. And then on that thirty
- 1:46:31Speaker 5: first one, they give you the cup the day of
- 1:46:33Speaker 5: your vasectomy and they say, hey, I'm that thirty first one.
- 1:46:37Speaker 3: Bring it in.
- 1:46:38Speaker 5: We got to put it in the microscope. Make sure
- 1:46:40Speaker 5: there's no survivors, so no unprotected sex. You know you're
- 1:46:44Speaker 5: risking Still. There was a guy that I worked for.
- 1:46:48Speaker 5: He got the viseectomy, did not follow the instructions and
- 1:46:50Speaker 5: end up having a kid after the victoria because he
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: didn't follow the instructions.
- 1:46:55Speaker 3: Anyway, that was the most awkward part. Did you want
- 1:46:58Speaker 3: to do it there?
- 1:46:58Speaker 5: I can't remember three times the no of the you
- 1:47:02Speaker 5: were able to bring like you did it at home
- 1:47:04Speaker 5: and then and then bring it right out and then
- 1:47:06Speaker 5: you would just bring it in. Okay, but uh, that
- 1:47:10Speaker 5: was the most awkward part because I walked in and
- 1:47:12Speaker 5: there's the receptionist and you're putting a couple of your
- 1:47:15Speaker 5: jis on the like, uh, yeah, I'm just hearing to
- 1:47:18Speaker 5: drop this out.
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: It's so weird. I always thought that was weird, And
- 1:47:21Speaker 3: like having to do a urine sample was weird. Yeah,
- 1:47:24Speaker 3: those were weird.
- 1:47:24Speaker 5: I just had to do a thing more recently when
- 1:47:27Speaker 5: I had like a calcium level that was like higher,
- 1:47:29Speaker 5: I had a I had like a like a big
- 1:47:31Speaker 5: jug of my pe so I had to collect for
- 1:47:33Speaker 5: like twenty four hours.
- 1:47:34Speaker 3: It was weird. That was so weird.
- 1:47:36Speaker 5: You're cut, you're carrying around it, then you bring that in. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:47:39Speaker 5: I'm not easily embarrassed, but that that was embarrassing.
- 1:47:42Speaker 7: All the medical stuff is embarrassing.
- 1:47:44Speaker 15: Now, it says I'm seeing other like one hundred dollars
- 1:47:46Speaker 15: appears to still be the going rate for donation.
- 1:47:48Speaker 3: You think with that's the new base, you guys get
- 1:47:52Speaker 3: a lot of money for donating eggs.
- 1:47:54Speaker 8: It's because it's a major surgery.
- 1:47:56Speaker 5: Is it?
- 1:47:56Speaker 3: Because I don't know how how do they do that?
- 1:47:57Speaker 8: They have to harvest them from that's a full major surgery.
- 1:48:02Speaker 11: But it says, Yeah, it's like and they're always and
- 1:48:05Speaker 11: I don't know if this is still the way you'd
- 1:48:07Speaker 11: walk around your college campus and it would be flyers everywhere.
- 1:48:10Speaker 8: They want those young.
- 1:48:12Speaker 12: Oh they'll stop you and ask you if you're walking by,
- 1:48:14Speaker 12: They're like, hey, I had someone come up to me,
- 1:48:16Speaker 12: hi and we're looking for people to do and hand
- 1:48:18Speaker 12: me a flyer And I was like, okay, I see
- 1:48:19Speaker 12: you later.
- 1:48:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:48:21Speaker 3: How do they go in? They going like food through
- 1:48:25Speaker 3: the badge or is it like one of those incisions
- 1:48:28Speaker 3: on the outside. I think they go in through the
- 1:48:30Speaker 3: whole future.
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:48:34Speaker 11: Is it painful, I mean yeah, it's I think it's
- 1:48:36Speaker 11: supposed to be pretty painful. It's a it's a major surgery.
- 1:48:39Speaker 10: Yeah, I've heard it's really bad.
- 1:48:42Speaker 3: You can handle it, Morgan, I.
- 1:48:43Speaker 10: Mean I definitely thought about it.
- 1:48:45Speaker 3: Yeah all right. Well look, if you're, you know, looking
