Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court just made history, well, at least eight of them did.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_00]: The infamous Autopend appointee found herself once again on the wrong side of history.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: And once again, her fellow justices reminded her of just how radical and ridiculous this pathetic excuse for a jurist really is.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: But this latest ruling goes way beyond the latest judicial Smackdown because we're
- 0:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's in fact triggering a redistricting earthquake that will eventually shake all 50 states and change our nation like never before.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: You are not going to want to miss this.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your major professor back in the studio after a wonderful week in Budapest, Hungary.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: I spoke at a central European classical school conference there where I got to see some amazing students at one of their classical Christian schools as well as the absolutely amazing sights around what is without a doubt.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: One of the most beautiful cities on the face of the earth.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_00]: If you ever get a chance to visit Budapest, you have
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: got to do it.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: You will absolutely love it.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: But of course, there's no place like home.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: So it's wonderful to be back with all of you.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: And what did I tell you when I was there, right?
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: My first video from Budapest.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_00]: What I tell you, there's always huge breaking news.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: Whenever I leave the country and this time was no exception.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: We of course had the landmark clay ruling that struck down once and for all.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_00]: The decades-long Democrat practice of redrawing congressional districts by deliberately discriminating against white voters.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: They use as an excuse, I'm talking about liberals here.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: They use as excuse called vote dilution.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: That claimed that if too many whites were in a district, then minority voters, particularly black voters, could never get their own candidates to win.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: It weaponized race, so as to guarantee dozens
- 2:23[SPEAKER_00]: throughout the country.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: But the state of Louisiana was taken to court for their latest race-based redistricting and the court in a 63 decision officially struck that new district down.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: The conservative majority fundamentally rewrote the rules on how any state uses race in drawing congressional lines.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, left us lunatics across the country have been having a temper tantrum over this.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: They're realizing that their racist jig is up, that their era of being able to bully red states and to gerrymandering districts for the express purpose of guaranteeing democrat seats is over.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't think that the reality of what just happened has fully hit them yet.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: But before I show you why the clay decision has forever changed the country,
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: We got to talk about what just happened literally hours ago.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: So last night, May 4th, the court issued a follow-up order.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: The Kalea Pellies, so that's the Louisiana Residence who challenged the Constitutional map.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: They asked the court to wave the normal 32-day waiting period before the ruling gets transmitted to the lower court.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: So
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: Normally, there's a month-long window after the Supreme Court makes their ruling before the ruling goes into effect.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: The plane is in this case.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: Wanted that 32-day waiting period waved, because Louisiana's May 16th congressional primary had already been suspended by Governor Jeff Landry in order to allow the legislature to redraw the new map.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_00]: So they wanted this ruling enforced in time for the mid-terms, obviously.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, because if it's not, then two, not one, two unconstitutional districts would continue to exercise influence in Congress.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: So the court granted the request, they waived the 32-day interim period.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_00]: Again, obviously, right?
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: Why wouldn't it?
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's a ruling that by the nature of the timeline of our elections would require it to be enforced immediately.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_00]: Pretty straightforward, you would think.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: not according to Katanji Brown Jackson.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: Nope.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: Justice Auto Pen in a solo descent joined by literally nobody on the court, not even Kagan or Son of my or.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: Justice Auto Pen erupted.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: She wrote that the court's order has spawned chaos in the state of Louisiana.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: And she accused the conservative majority of abandoning principle for power.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: She actually accused the six conservatives of trying to interfere in the midterms by not allowing for the normal 32-day waiting period.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: even though the other two liberal justices agreed to suspend that very waiting period.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: And of course they did the decision just rendered Louisiana's racially jerry manner districts unconstitutional.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: So of course they can't enter the midterms with those two unconstitutional districts in place.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: But according to justice auto pan, that's exactly what Louisiana should do.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: And if you interfere
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: You are interfering in an election and that is blatantly politically motivated.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: And after that obvious temper tantrum from Justice Autopen, Justice Alito just, he heard enough and he was done with it.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_00]: He was joined by Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsick, and Alito penned a concurrence that addressed
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: He said, one of her points was trivial at best, and the other was blatantly baseless and insulting to the court.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: Now keep in mind, this is a published permanent legal opinion.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: And that published permanent legal opinion just referred to a fellow Supreme Court justice charge as basic nonsense.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_00]: It was baseless, it was insulting, and it was utter nonsense.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: Alito went on to say that Jackson's accusation that the court abandoned principle for power was a groundless and utterly irresponsible and frankly reprehensible charge, and he pointed out
- 6:44[SPEAKER_00]: How was her demand that these districts now rendered unconstitutional?
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: How was her demand to allow them to continue into the midterms any less of partisan play than what she was accusing the conservatives are doing?
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: At least, the Conservatives actually have a majority ruling behind their decision to wave the month-long delay.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: What possible reasoning does justice auto-pen have except for a last-ditch effort to try to keep the districts alive for two more years?
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's utterly absurd.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what made this even more damaging for Jackson.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: Legal observers have been noticing a pattern of light.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's been going on for about a year now.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: When Jackson writes dissents, Son of Mayore and Kagan frequently go their own way rather than sign on, because, as one commentator bluntly put it, justice auto-pens opinions usually don't make much sense.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: The senior liberal justices, whatever you think of them in their politics, at least,
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: They understand that incoherent legal reasoning weakens their cause and they've been quietly distancing themselves from justice auto pan, but let's pull back from the smack down as entertaining as it is.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: and get into what this ruling actually means because the clay majority opinion is one of the most consequential Supreme Court decisions in American history, wait until you see this.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: But first, I need you all to go right now to turlytoxcrypto.com.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: That's turlytoxcrypto.com.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: I wanted to tell you about something that I think is incredibly important, especially given everything we're watching happen in this economy right now.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I talk about every single day, right?
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: The system that was supposed to protect everyday Americans is showing its cracks.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: Your groceries cost more, your 401k is.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: bouncing around.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I've been asking myself harder questions about my own financial future, and I think you should be too.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what the globalist financial establishment does not want you to understand.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to keep your entire retirement in their system.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I want to tell you about Block Trust IRA and why I think it matters right now more than ever.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: Block Trust IRA lets you add Bitcoin and crypto,
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: to a tax-adventaged retirement account, the same IRA structure you already rely on.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: And look, you don't need to understand crypto.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_00]: That's the entire point.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: Think of it like having a professional portfolio manager handling the strategy for you.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: Unlike Wall Street,
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: your assets are held in institutional cold storage, insured, protected its yours.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: This is financial sovereignty gang and given everything happening in the economy right now, there is no better time to start asking harder questions about your retirement.

- 10:04[SPEAKER_00]: dot com if you've been watching this channel you already know the world is changing this is where you start changing with it click on that link below right now right is just published a rather astonishing piece on the political earthquake that the clay decision just rock the democrats with and it's astonishing because it's basically an admission i can do not it admits the democrats are not going to survive this
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: The collade decision will go down in history as that fixed point and time when the Democrats ceased to be a viable political party in the nation.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_00]: that's exactly what the American spectators concluded as well.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: I told you last week from Budapest that I knew the clay decision was going to be bad for the Democrats.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_00]: I knew it was going to sting.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_00]: Certainly for the midterms.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: I knew it was going to cost them seats.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: But what I did not fully envision, what I generally did not see coming at this magnitude.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: is just how existentially catastrophic this ruling is going to turn out to be for the future of the Democrat party is a viable national institution because we're not just talking about a setback.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: We're not just talking about a tough cycle.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we're talking about literally a structural demolition of the electoral architecture.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_00]: Democrats have been building brick by racial brick for over 40 years.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: I hope you're sitting down for this, because I'm gonna give you some numbers.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: They're gonna blow your brain.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: You ready for this?
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: Ballet Pedia using data straight from the U.S. Census Bureau is 2024 American Community Survey.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: has identified, again, I kid you not.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: They have identified a hundred and forty eight house districts that were drawn with race as the predominant factor under the old section two standard.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's a full one third of the entire house of representatives, 148 districts.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_00]: of those 148, 122, as I'm sure you presumed, are currently held by Democrats.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: 122, gang, that is more than half of the Democrats' entire 112 seat caucus sitting on maps that clay just declared legally suspect, more than half.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'll think about that for a moment.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: didn't just build its house coalition on policy, obviously not.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_00]: It built it on racially engineered geography, and the Supreme Court has just decimated that foundation.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: But it gets worse.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: Because this is all before the 2030 census.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: And do you understand what the 2030 census is all about?
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: The 2030 census is a full decennial census year.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: Every single congressional district in the country gets redrawn from scratch all 435 districts and every state legislature that draws those maps will be doing so under a supreme court precedent that says you cannot use race as the predominant factor you cannot pack black voters into a district simply because they are black.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: You cannot create a majority minority district because a federal court told you you could back in 1992.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: You now have to draw color blind maps.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_00]: And if you don't, it'll be shot down in court, guaranteed.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_00]: What we are looking at gang is the single biggest seismic shift in American electoral politics in living memory.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: Possibly ever.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: The left built a house majority largely on the backs of the Voting Rights Act weaponized as a racial gerrymandering mandate.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: They turned section two into a permanent reservation system for Democrat incumbents.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_00]: And it is now all completely collapsed.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's all in the process of a total and permanent implosion.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrat party is indeed on the brink.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_00]: It may in fact be consigned to the ash heap of history in a matter of mere months.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: We're not talking merely a tough midterm.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_00]: We're not talking to a down cycle.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about a generational exile from structural power.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_00]: force for the first time in decades to actually compete for votes they used to simply manufacture with a sharpie and a racial head count.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: KLA plus a clean 2030 census is not a political set back.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: It is checkmate.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_00]: And the Democrats may have lost permanently.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: So what do you guys think?
- 15:11[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know in the comments down below and as always, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button for breaking news and analysis you're not gonna get anywhere else.
