- 0:09Speaker 1: Here we go, Pap, great to see you. It's time, man,
- 0:14Speaker 1: all the fake games are done. It's time for real baseball. Baby,
- 0:17Speaker 1: let's do this Happy opening week to you. How you
- 0:20Speaker 1: doing and what are your expectations for the season here? Like,
- 0:23Speaker 1: did you see the ABS challenges floating left and right
- 0:26Speaker 1: and wish that you had those when you were pitching?
- 0:29Speaker 2: Well? First off was Hattening boys phrase, cratsy, what's happening? Man?
- 0:35Speaker 2: I do not wish the ABS was in affair because
- 0:40Speaker 2: I'll probably be challenging everything because I wanted every pitch
- 0:45Speaker 2: to go my way. But you know, for me, it's
- 0:50Speaker 2: gonna change a little bit of the landscape of the
- 0:52Speaker 2: betting world here. You know, I think this is advantage
- 0:57Speaker 2: to the hitters a little bit more to the pitcher,
- 1:00Speaker 2: and I think we're gonna start seeing some more runs
- 1:03Speaker 2: come across the plate this year than we did last year.
- 1:06Speaker 2: So I'm gonna wait and see what happens. But I'm
- 1:09Speaker 2: gonna start tending to some of these overs a little
- 1:11Speaker 2: bit more. But I do like it. I think it
- 1:15Speaker 2: does give the umpires some kind of check, you know,
- 1:20Speaker 2: checks and balances for him. So we'll see how it goes.
- 1:24Speaker 2: The rest of the year, but so far I like it.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I can confirm, and I'm gonna talk this whole
- 1:29Speaker 3: time without blinking, so that you know what it looked
- 1:32Speaker 3: like to catch Jonathan papplebond in the ninth inning. I
- 1:35Speaker 3: can confirm that he was not going to get that
- 1:39Speaker 3: correct and I did blink there. Pap didn't blink the
- 1:42Speaker 3: entire ninth inning, and he would not blink during his
- 1:45Speaker 3: postgame interviews. He was not the guy to challenge because
- 1:48Speaker 3: he was just sitting there. Yeah, you didn't miss a lot,
- 1:53Speaker 3: but you didn't blink either, So no, we couldn't give
- 1:56Speaker 3: you the ABS challenge system.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you know. I mean for me though, it
- 2:02Speaker 2: all boils down to, you know, the hitters being able
- 2:06Speaker 2: to have an opportunity to challenge. I think the hitters
- 2:11Speaker 2: have a better view at balls at the plate, so
- 2:16Speaker 2: the advantages for the hitters. But you know, at the
- 2:20Speaker 2: same time, you know you looked at yesterday's Red Sox game,
- 2:24Speaker 2: I think the advantage was to the Red Sox, you know,
- 2:26Speaker 2: in that big inning when they were able to make
- 2:29Speaker 2: that big challenge. So we'll see some interesting games this
- 2:33Speaker 2: year for sure because of it.
- 2:35Speaker 4: All right, let's let's jump right into the game here.
- 2:38Speaker 5: Garrett Crochet had a awesome start, got out of a
- 2:43Speaker 5: big gem there in one of the innings, striking out
- 2:46Speaker 5: me and Gene and getting the next batter out to
- 2:48Speaker 5: it to strike out. Spring training didn't look good, and
- 2:52Speaker 5: I hope people understand that spring training is there for
- 2:54Speaker 5: reasons so people can get work. We're not worried about that.
- 2:56Speaker 5: He comes out, shoves, does what he does best, sing
- 3:00Speaker 5: sending eight.
- 3:00Speaker 4: K's over three heads.
- 3:01Speaker 5: Talk a little about his performance and him being the
- 3:04Speaker 5: ace again for the Socks.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Yeah, fraise. This man has been needed in Boston for
- 3:10Speaker 2: a while now. They've been missing that ace, and last
- 3:14Speaker 2: year he came along and and you know, there's a
- 3:17Speaker 2: difference between a bona fide ace and someone that's trying
- 3:20Speaker 2: to be an ace. This guy's a bona fide ace.
- 3:24Speaker 2: I think the biggest thing that I saw yesterday from
- 3:28Speaker 2: his performance was he was able to get out of
- 3:31Speaker 2: some big jams, whereas before, you know, those big jams
- 3:35Speaker 2: tend to tend to roll over on them. And you know,
- 3:40Speaker 2: for me, I love seeing that. I love seeing him
- 3:43Speaker 2: be able to get out of the jams. And you know,
- 3:45Speaker 2: he was throwing his cutter to get out of his jams.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Well this year, this free training, you know, he's he's
- 3:52Speaker 2: trying to throw this split finger a little bit more.
- 3:56Speaker 2: He's starting to kind of tweak his his split finger
- 3:59Speaker 2: a little bit more instead of a true change up.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Now I'm not sure exactly how he's throwing it, but
- 4:06Speaker 2: I'll find out come open the day in Boston. I'm
- 4:08Speaker 2: gonna find out how he's throwing it. Because I threw
- 4:11Speaker 2: my split as a true two seam split. But I
- 4:15Speaker 2: think that if Garrett Crochet can add a split finger
- 4:19Speaker 2: or some sort of a split to his repertoire, it's
- 4:23Speaker 2: gonna take him to the moon. Man. He this Everything
- 4:27Speaker 2: he throws is hard, right, And I think when a
- 4:30Speaker 2: hitter gets in the box they can they can put
- 4:33Speaker 2: it into one gear and kind of think, okay, I'm
- 4:35Speaker 2: gonna see everything hard. But when a hitter has to
- 4:38Speaker 2: sit there and say, oh wait, I have to change
- 4:41Speaker 2: gears for a ten mile an hour pitch or difference
- 4:44Speaker 2: between a ten mile an hour pitch, that makes it
- 4:46Speaker 2: a lot harder. So I'm looking for him to dominate
- 4:50Speaker 2: this year. I should have taken him from my cy
- 4:52Speaker 2: young candidate this year for the ft bets for within
- 4:56Speaker 2: the company, but I didn't. I took pauls Keens. So
- 5:00Speaker 2: that's not looking too good so far. But I'm really
- 5:03Speaker 2: excited to watch this guy dominate this year.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Well, you can take Paul Skeens and Crochet. I took
- 5:08Speaker 3: Paul Skins and Crochet because you had the NL and AL,
- 5:12Speaker 3: so you clearly went that. You clearly went scooball in Ao,
- 5:16Speaker 3: you're such a chalk, You're you're so chop. But what
- 5:20Speaker 3: is that What does that pitch need to look like
- 5:21Speaker 3: for for fans to say, Okay, this change up splitter,
- 5:26Speaker 3: whichever whichever he's gonna call it, What does that velocity
- 5:31Speaker 3: change need to be? Because I completely agree. I think
- 5:33Speaker 3: he throws everything just so freaking hard and if you
- 5:37Speaker 3: can just square it up, you'll be able, you'll be
- 5:40Speaker 3: making able to make contact. But we're talking about a
- 5:43Speaker 3: guy who's going from like a number one to like
- 5:46Speaker 3: an ace like not that he's washed to like a
- 5:50Speaker 3: number one. What does that is that splitter need to
- 5:53Speaker 3: look like early in the season for him to trust it,
- 5:56Speaker 3: Because that's the biggest thing is pitchers don't trust their
- 5:59Speaker 3: new or their pitches that they're throwing a different way
- 6:01Speaker 3: coming into a new season.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, first of all, I think he has to
- 6:06Speaker 2: start throwing it in situations that matter and gain that
- 6:09Speaker 2: confidence in it, you know. But for me, there has
- 6:15Speaker 2: to be an eight to ten mile an hour difference.
- 6:18Speaker 2: And you know, from from Cratzy to Vertec, to choose
- 6:22Speaker 2: to any any one of my catchers, I used to
- 6:26Speaker 2: tell them, you know, make sure that I throw my
- 6:30Speaker 2: change up with some velocity that has less than what
- 6:33Speaker 2: my fastball does, so because I wanted to look like
- 6:36Speaker 2: my fastball. But you know, I think at the end
- 6:40Speaker 2: of the day, if he stays between that eight to
- 6:42Speaker 2: ten mile an hour range difference, he'll be good. But
- 6:47Speaker 2: that's the key is for him to start throwing it
- 6:49Speaker 2: in situations that matter, and the catchers sometimes are gonna
- 6:54Speaker 2: have to make him throw it in situations where you know,
- 6:57Speaker 2: the catcher may know it's the right pitch to throw there,
- 7:00Speaker 2: but he may not have confidence in it. But let's
- 7:03Speaker 2: build a confidence in it and make him throw in
- 7:05Speaker 2: situations where it matters, and he can gain more confidence
- 7:09Speaker 2: in that pitch. And I think that if he does that,
- 7:12Speaker 2: shoot Man, by all Star break, he should be cooking.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Hey, it might be time to have a heart to
- 7:19Speaker 1: heart with your phone and be like, I love you,
- 7:22Speaker 1: but you cost too much.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not paying this much anymore.
- 7:26Speaker 2: That's it.
- 7:27Speaker 3: I mean, why would I go more than fifteen dollars
- 7:30Speaker 3: a month. Mintmobile can give that to me and I
- 7:32Speaker 3: get all the same.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Coverage exactly, and you don't have to deal with the
- 7:36Speaker 1: crazy bogus fees or free perks that actually end up
- 7:40Speaker 1: costing more. Mint Mobile plans for premium wireless start at
- 7:44Speaker 1: just fifteen bucks a month, and all plans come with
- 7:48Speaker 1: high speed data and unlimited talk intext delivered on the
- 7:51Speaker 1: nation's largest five G network. If you like your money,
- 7:54Speaker 1: mint Mobile is for you. Shot plans at mintmobile dot

- 8:14Speaker 1: and fees extra cement Mobile for details.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Let's talk about some hitters here.
- 8:19Speaker 5: Roman Anthony came up absolutely clutched three for four yesterday.
- 8:24Speaker 4: This is the name I feel like we're gonna be
- 8:26Speaker 4: talking about for.
- 8:27Speaker 5: A long time, go over his day and what you
- 8:30Speaker 5: expect to see from him this year.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Well, I think number one, as you look at this
- 8:36Speaker 2: kid and he's not a rookie anymore. He is a
- 8:40Speaker 2: proven veteran and goes about his business like a veteran.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I think that the WBC for him was a huge
- 8:48Speaker 2: step forward facing all the great pitching that he saw
- 8:52Speaker 2: on the WBC and had a phenomenal WBC at that.
- 8:57Speaker 2: But you know, we talk a lot in Boston about
- 9:00Speaker 2: his plate discipline, and that's gonna have to continue. I
- 9:04Speaker 2: think he's one of the best guys in our lineup
- 9:07Speaker 2: that has plate discipline. And for me as a pitcher,
- 9:11Speaker 2: whenever I saw a hitter that had great plate discipline,
- 9:14Speaker 2: I always knew that I have my work cut out
- 9:16Speaker 2: for me and meaning that I had to come with
- 9:19Speaker 2: my best game in order to beat him. So I
- 9:22Speaker 2: think that has to continue. But secondly, I mean, this
- 9:26Speaker 2: is a man child. I mean, this dude is ripped up.
- 9:30Speaker 2: He's shred He's not noh row as Chapman, but he's
- 9:33Speaker 2: a man child. And I think that, you know, with
- 9:37Speaker 2: him producing more home runs this year, I looked at
- 9:40Speaker 2: him to be close to fifty home runs this year. Yeah,
- 9:43Speaker 2: I said it, fifty home runs. This kid can really
- 9:46Speaker 2: put him out of the ballpark, and especially with a
- 9:48Speaker 2: short porch and Fenway Park in right field, I think
- 9:51Speaker 2: he can do it. And you know, he's gonna be
- 9:54Speaker 2: hitting leadoffs, so we're gonna see a lot of leadoff
- 9:58Speaker 2: home runs from him this year.
- 9:59Speaker 3: I think I'll take the under. I'll take the under
- 10:02Speaker 3: considering that Jonathan Paplevan picked Saidan Rafaela last year to
- 10:07Speaker 3: be the MVP of the league. So I'll take the under.
- 10:10Speaker 3: But thank you for that easy under that I just got.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Should he be the leadoff? Should he have a lead off?
- 10:18Speaker 2: You know, Kratz, that's a great point. I would rather
- 10:23Speaker 2: see somebody else that lead off, even even in the
- 10:26Speaker 2: two or three spot. I like him, but I think
- 10:30Speaker 2: that's something that you know, Alex kra and these managers
- 10:33Speaker 2: today are all going towards, is putting their best hitter
- 10:37Speaker 2: number one, you know, in the lineup and hoping that
- 10:41Speaker 2: they can roll that lineup over that one extra time
- 10:44Speaker 2: so that in the ninth inning you can get him
- 10:46Speaker 2: back up. You see Shoho Tani back first and You're like, well,
- 10:51Speaker 2: should he be a three or four whole hitter? But
- 10:53Speaker 2: that's what the managers are doing, this these these these
- 10:56Speaker 2: times of the year, and and so, you know, so
- 11:01Speaker 2: I like it a little bit, but I'd like to
- 11:03Speaker 2: see him in a more run product producing spot in
- 11:06Speaker 2: the lineup.
- 11:08Speaker 3: And I get it, you only hit lead off once
- 11:10Speaker 3: and Kyle Schwarber hit lead off, and I feel like
- 11:13Speaker 3: it's everybody's trying to make it their own stick. I'm
- 11:16Speaker 3: gonna go to a guy that didn't even start yesterday
- 11:18Speaker 3: but was in on a lot of the action. Fortunately
- 11:21Speaker 3: he didn't fall going around third base that on that
- 11:24Speaker 3: one play, Marcella Meyer. Is Marcella Meyer going to be
- 11:28Speaker 3: an everyday guy after.
- 11:31Speaker 2: May?
- 11:32Speaker 3: Because clearly the left he's on the mount and Andrew Abbott,
- 11:36Speaker 3: we're gonna go ahead and start Isaiah Kiner Fileff And
- 11:38Speaker 3: you didn't bring him into. You didn't bring him in
- 11:41Speaker 3: to sit in the bench against lefties. Will they let
- 11:44Speaker 3: Meyer play every day by the end of the month
- 11:47Speaker 3: of May.
- 11:49Speaker 2: By the end of the month of May. That's a
- 11:53Speaker 2: tough one for me. Kratz. I'm gonna go with yes,
- 11:57Speaker 2: just simply because I think that they're gonna eventually hand
- 12:02Speaker 2: this kid the torch. And what I mean by that
- 12:05Speaker 2: is they're gonna want to see what he can do
- 12:07Speaker 2: every day. And Isaiah Connor Fileff is going to start
- 12:13Speaker 2: into a role playing position and and come off the bench.
- 12:19Speaker 2: You know, the biggest the biggest difference between him and
- 12:22Speaker 2: Roman Anthony is that is Marcelo Meyer doesn't have the
- 12:27Speaker 2: plate discipline that Roman Anthony does. And that's the reason
- 12:30Speaker 2: why Roman Anthony is is where he is. And so
- 12:33Speaker 2: for me, I think swinging at bad pitches and some
- 12:37Speaker 2: plate discipline for Marcelo Meyer will be key and in
- 12:42Speaker 2: order to see if he can take over that everyday role,
- 12:45Speaker 2: because I think he has the ability to take that
- 12:48Speaker 2: role over every day. It's just that let's clean some
- 12:51Speaker 2: few things up here, like swinging at bad pitches and
- 12:55Speaker 2: a little bit more plate discipline. And I believe that
- 12:58Speaker 2: the job is his and I believe that he can
- 13:00Speaker 2: handle it. I just think that this is the last
- 13:03Speaker 2: part of his growth in order to become an everyday
- 13:06Speaker 2: starter in an every day Big leaguer.
- 13:09Speaker 3: All Right, I got one more question from about the lineup.
- 13:12Speaker 3: If we put that if we put that graphic up
- 13:15Speaker 3: of their lineup projected lineup.
- 13:16Speaker 4: For the year.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Are they a little short in your opinion? Are they
- 13:20Speaker 3: a little short? I get it, they open they want
- 13:22Speaker 3: opening day, But is that lineup short for you for
- 13:26Speaker 3: an entire one hundred and sixty two games.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Well, you were just talking earlier, Kratz about staying healthy.
- 13:32Speaker 2: I think it's a lineup that has to stay healthy
- 13:38Speaker 2: in order to succeed because what they have behind them
- 13:44Speaker 2: is not very much. And as you get down towards
- 13:49Speaker 2: the bottom of the lineup, yeah, you're looking at Marcelo
- 13:51Speaker 2: Meyer and Raphael and Normaiaz. But to me, I'm not
- 13:55Speaker 2: worried about Narbias. You know, he's a catcher that can
- 13:59Speaker 2: do it behind the play and control the game and
- 14:02Speaker 2: control the staff, So I'm not necessarily worried about him hitting.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I need, say Doan to finally step up, and I
- 14:10Speaker 2: need him to be able to start putting the ball
- 14:13Speaker 2: out of the park because I know that he can
- 14:15Speaker 2: uh and being able to stop getting himself in situations
- 14:21Speaker 2: where every time you look up it seems like he's
- 14:24Speaker 2: either er two or one two. You know, it's just
- 14:28Speaker 2: it's just the young Saydan, that we've seen so much,
- 14:32Speaker 2: and this needs to be the improvement in his game.
- 14:36Speaker 2: But you know, crats, if they stay healthy, I think
- 14:38Speaker 2: this lineup has some fortitwo to be able to make
- 14:41Speaker 2: it through the entire season and really carrying themselves into
- 14:46Speaker 2: the playoff seasons, because not only do I expect a
- 14:49Speaker 2: lot out of him this year, but I know a
- 14:51Speaker 2: lot of Boston is expecting a lot, And to me,
- 14:53Speaker 2: it's it's World Series or bust this year. I really
- 14:56Speaker 2: do think that they have the pitching staff and and
- 15:01Speaker 2: the lineup if they stay healthy, to make it all
- 15:04Speaker 2: the way to the World Series and win it.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Hey, if you hit the age where everything feels a
- 15:10Speaker 3: little bit more difficult. The gym, yes, but everything like
- 15:14Speaker 3: energy crashes in the afternoon.
- 15:18Speaker 1: You know, you might have been reading about low te
- 15:21Speaker 1: and you see your doctor about it and they want
- 15:24Speaker 1: to give you basically shots every week for the rest
- 15:27Speaker 1: of your life. Oh cool, that sounds fun. And then
- 15:29Speaker 1: you dig deeper and you realize what you're signing up for,
- 15:31Speaker 1: and it's three grand a year to shut down your
- 15:34Speaker 1: body's natural production forever. That is brutal.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Mars Men gives you the same benefits of optimized testosterone, energy, strength,
- 15:42Speaker 3: focus without shutting your body down. No synthetics, no needles,
- 15:45Speaker 3: no dependencies. It's like hitting the reset button on your

- 16:05Speaker 1: about them. Please support our show and tell them we
- 16:08Speaker 1: sent you. Wow, they get there, they can do it.
- 16:11Speaker 1: There's a chance they don't even get there. I mean,
- 16:13Speaker 1: we'll see. Just because of how good the Al East is,
- 16:15Speaker 1: that's how crazy the division is and how competitive it is. Right,
- 16:19Speaker 1: you're going to have a team we talked about it
- 16:20Speaker 1: yesterday out of the Yankees, Blue Jays, Oriols and Red
- 16:23Speaker 1: Sox that doesn't make the postseason, I mean most likely,
- 16:25Speaker 1: we're most likely not getting a division winner plus three
- 16:28Speaker 1: wildcards out of one division.
- 16:29Speaker 4: It's it's not highly likely.
- 16:31Speaker 1: So we'll see. But yes, I'm with you. I think
- 16:33Speaker 1: Boston's going to be good. I got two more for you.
- 16:35Speaker 1: One is, as we're talking about the line of in depth,
- 16:37Speaker 1: because injuries will happen where we at. On Christian Campbell,
- 16:40Speaker 1: I didn't follow him much obviously. I know he's still
- 16:43Speaker 1: trying to crack it in the minor leagues right now,
- 16:45Speaker 1: But do you think there's a pathway for him to
- 16:47Speaker 1: eventually become an impactful big league player? You know they
- 16:52Speaker 1: signed him. I think it's sixty mili is the overall
- 16:54Speaker 1: guaranteed money? And is this going to turn into a
- 16:57Speaker 1: Scott Kingry situation or do we have to be very
- 16:59Speaker 1: patient with a guy who kind of took a burst
- 17:02Speaker 1: with some analytics helping him in his swing, and then
- 17:05Speaker 1: all of a sudden he's up in the bigs. Life
- 17:07Speaker 1: came out him fast, and now he's learning all kinds
- 17:09Speaker 1: of different positioning. What do you got on him, Scotty?
- 17:12Speaker 2: That's a great point, man. I think that you said
- 17:15Speaker 2: it best. I think that life in the game of
- 17:18Speaker 2: baseball came at him too fast, and I think that
- 17:22Speaker 2: the Red Sox kind of jumped a little bit early
- 17:25Speaker 2: at this position and tried to say, hey, let's lock
- 17:29Speaker 2: him up because he had such a great start to
- 17:32Speaker 2: his career. But as we know, it's it's not how
- 17:36Speaker 2: you start it's how you finish, and he wasn't able
- 17:38Speaker 2: to finish. So for me, it's it's it's one thing.
- 17:44Speaker 2: He came out of Georgia Tech, didn't play much in
- 17:49Speaker 2: the minor leagues. They tossed him into a big league
- 17:52Speaker 2: situation right away, and now you're almost getting you know,
- 17:57Speaker 2: they almost gave him the keys to second base last year,
- 18:01Speaker 2: and and to me, he didn't really prove much. So
- 18:06Speaker 2: I don't know what their plans are for him in
- 18:10Speaker 2: the long term, but I know short term he will
- 18:12Speaker 2: be in Triple A and he will be playing there
- 18:15Speaker 2: for a while. It's just, you know, it's his maturity
- 18:20Speaker 2: and his plate discipline and his ability to play every
- 18:22Speaker 2: day is just not there yet. So I think not
- 18:26Speaker 2: only him, but another guy in my opinion that the
- 18:30Speaker 2: roads there's no roads anymore for him to go down,
- 18:34Speaker 2: is Yoshidah. I mean, Yoshidah is stuck. I mean there's
- 18:38Speaker 2: nowhere for him to go. I don't see him playing
- 18:41Speaker 2: very much either, and yet he's still gonna be at
- 18:44Speaker 2: the big league levels, So what do you do with
- 18:45Speaker 2: him as well? So maybe there would be some trades
- 18:49Speaker 2: come trade deadline this year, but it's gonna be hard
- 18:52Speaker 2: to get rid of those guys now that you know
- 18:54Speaker 2: they're not producing, right, Yeah.
- 18:57Speaker 1: And they're making good cash. You're gonna have to eat money,
- 19:00Speaker 1: trade in away someone like Yoshida and a team wants
- 19:02Speaker 1: to take them all right. My last one for you
- 19:05Speaker 1: is an interesting player slash media dynamic question. So this
- 19:09Speaker 1: comes from a minute ago at this point, probably six
- 19:12Speaker 1: to eight weeks ago, at the start of spring training,
- 19:14Speaker 1: where IKF said that nobody approached him after the World
- 19:19Speaker 1: Series Game seven about the lead off of third and
- 19:24Speaker 1: that whole deal. You remember that right where he was criticized,
- 19:27Speaker 1: the Blue Jays were criticized, So spin it forward. Our
- 19:30Speaker 1: show has had over eight hundred play player appearances. We
- 19:33Speaker 1: ask people, we get knows. Sometimes we respectfully say okay.
- 19:37Speaker 1: When we did Red Sox spring training, we got to
- 19:39Speaker 1: his team and his people and we got a hard know.
- 19:42Speaker 3: So my question to you.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Is when a guy is kind of calling out the
- 19:45Speaker 1: media for not giving him a platform, but then we
- 19:48Speaker 1: try and ask him and maybe it wasn't the right timing,
- 19:51Speaker 1: what are we supposed to do as media members?
- 19:54Speaker 3: Right?
- 19:54Speaker 1: So, like, I felt like my group got called out
- 19:59Speaker 1: for not approaching someone, and also like in today's world,
- 20:02Speaker 1: you know this, you could get your story out in
- 20:04Speaker 1: five minutes via article, you know, via going on a
- 20:07Speaker 1: show whatever. So I don't know the guy well and
- 20:10Speaker 1: I'm not calling him out. I'm more just acting like
- 20:12Speaker 1: on to defend the media side. What are we supposed
- 20:15Speaker 1: to do when someone says, oh, well, no one got
- 20:17Speaker 1: my side of the story, and then we ask, and
- 20:19Speaker 1: I think others to too, and then you get a no.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Yeah, listen, you know, in today's world, I think you
- 20:25Speaker 2: said it best. If if you have a problem or
- 20:28Speaker 2: you want to get a story out, or you want
- 20:30Speaker 2: to get your side of the story out, it's not
- 20:35Speaker 2: that hard. And then when someone approaches you to get
- 20:38Speaker 2: it out and make it that much easier, and you
- 20:42Speaker 2: still want to blame him, I've got a problem with that.
- 20:45Speaker 2: So to me, if this continues and and you know
- 20:50Speaker 2: he wants to have problems with the media, especially in Boston,
- 20:56Speaker 2: this ain't gonna fly, brother, This ain't gonna fly because
- 20:59Speaker 2: you will get chewed up and spit out like one
- 21:02Speaker 2: of the other. And so to me, the best thing
- 21:06Speaker 2: for him to do is just shut up and produce, right,
- 21:09Speaker 2: Just shut up and produce, and then whenever you want
- 21:12Speaker 2: to get something out, then you have all the opportunity
- 21:15Speaker 2: and all the media in the world in Boston to
- 21:18Speaker 2: do that with, then do it. But to me, I
- 21:22Speaker 2: kf man, you got to shut up and produce right now.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Nobody cares about anything else.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Buddy Well I cared, but he wouldn't come on and
- 21:30Speaker 1: talk to us, and we were like, let's share the story.
- 21:32Speaker 1: That's why I'm with you. You can't. You can't play it
- 21:34Speaker 1: both ways. That was my point. I'm like, if you're
- 21:37Speaker 1: going to cry, oh, no one's giving me the platform,
- 21:40Speaker 1: then you're there. And like you said, now you're in Boston.
- 21:42Speaker 1: So if you want to get anything out at any
- 21:44Speaker 1: point ever, you're going to have an opportunity. There are
- 21:48Speaker 1: begging to talk to players and get access, so Well
- 21:51Speaker 1: said
