Royal Mail Delays Hit Aberdeen | Aberdeen News
Royal Mail hit a snafu in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire on August 13th, delaying mail for key postcodes across the city — from the center to Torry, Cove, and even Ballater. While staff shortages, illness, or local disruptions are common culprits, the company apologized and rolled out extra support to restore normal six-day delivery. It’s a reminder that even with modern systems, human factors can still slow things down — and sometimes, you just have to wait a bit longer for your mail.
