- 0:09You're listening to the Hidden Lightness on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:13I'm your host, Jimmy Hinton.
- 0:15Well, Rand Paul is out for blood.
- 0:19And he is coming after Fauci again.
- 0:23And I think it's a really good thing.
- 0:25I think it's good for America.
- 0:28I think that Fauci does need to pay for what he did.
- 0:32And I believe in our justice system.
- 0:35So this is not payback.
- 0:37This is not, you know, the whole he deserves to have something bad happen to him.
- 0:44No, not at all.
- 0:47But justice should be served.
- 0:50What Fauci did to America and to really the whole world is an embarrassment.
- 0:59And it's terrible.
- 1:01And I pray that our justice system actually works this time.
- 1:08Time and time again, we see people get off the hook, people of of high power and high status.
- 1:17They continually get off the hook.
- 1:20And this has been one of the criticisms of the entire Trump administration.
- 1:26And uh we see how many charges were brought against President Trump.
- 1:33None of which have stuck.
- 1:36And I find that really interesting.
- 1:39And the Democrats, of course, used the jail photo, and uh as Kamala Harris campaigned, that was like they were just drooling over that.
- 1:51They thought this was the most wonderful thing.
- 1:54And President Trump, he's a criminal.
- 1:56Orange man in an orange suit.
- 1:59And not one charge has stuck against him.
- 2:04Now, of course, the Democrats are playing the same games, saying that, well, that's because he has so much power and so much money, and it's because he's a billionaire.
- 2:15But many, many, many judges have come back and looked at the charges and said, these are never gonna stick.
- 2:25These charges never should have been brought against him.
- 2:29Now, I'm not claiming his innocence or his guilt.
- 2:33That's for our justice system to decide.
- 2:36But our justice system has determined that President Trump uh was not, should not have been indicted.
- 2:47So kind of interesting, and of course, we we remember the whole Hillary Clinton thing.
- 2:53That's uh what do you mean?
- 2:56Um I I bleach my hard drives with uh with Clorox.
- 3:05Yeah, she deleted tons and tons and tons of files, thousands of files, and uh that whole craziness.
- 3:14So it it's it's really bizarre, and I think the public has seen this for a long time.
- 3:20We've seen the corruption, we've seen the lies, we've seen that time and time again, corruption wins, and a lot of people, a lot of people in the public are losing faith in the justice system, and with good reason.
- 3:38And now we have Fauci who was pardoned by Biden's auto pen.
- 3:47And that kind of made a lot of people scratch their heads, like he claimed innocence the whole time, in fact, gave a big F U to Rand Paul multiple times, and was saying he was the criminal.
- 4:05Rand Paul was the criminal, he was the one lying.
- 4:08He was the one who deserves to be behind bars.
- 4:12And I think Fauci knew that he was going to be pardoned by Biden's autopen.
- 4:19And I think that's why he was so arrogant.
- 4:23And now uh what's interesting is the statue of limitations are coming up.
- 4:30Uh they actually expired yesterday, and uh that was the statute of limitations on criminal referral.
- 4:42And so Rand Paul is saying, hey, statute of limitations are up.
- 4:47Uh we're coming for you, buddy.
- 4:49And things are gonna get very, very interesting very quickly.
- 4:54And uh I I think with good reason.
- 4:58So we'll get into that and talk about, of course, the hidden lightness in all of this.
- 5:05But before we talk about the gain of function, the gain of function function research, which is what Rand Paul is really essentially coming after Fauci for.
- 5:16Uh, I want to refresh our memories because sometimes we forget, right?
- 5:22Life has for the most part gone back to normal, whatever normal means, but it's gone back to normal after COVID.
- 5:34After everything opened back up.
- 5:35Now keep in mind it's been six years since the pandemic began.
- 5:42And the pandemic was, in my opinion, a pretty big dark eye on the history of America.
- 5:50We had the shutdowns that that did tremendous harm to people.
- 5:55We still still to this day have people driving around in their cars.
- 6:01I see it all the time.
- 6:03People driving in their cars with not one single passenger, and they wear face masks.
- 6:12And I I just I watch people drive by, and I try not to judge people, but try as I might, sometimes it's really difficult.
- 6:25And I see people walking down the sidewalk, out for a walk, walking their dogs, wearing a face mask.
- 6:33I mean, out in the country.
- 6:34This is out in the country, nobody's around.
- 6:38Like, uh are you are you gonna give the tree COVID?
- 6:44I I mean, and maybe it's not COVID, in all fairness, maybe maybe they have allergies and they're just trying to protect themselves from allergies, but uh I never saw that pre-COVID.
- 6:57Never saw people walking around or driving with face masks on.
- 7:00With face masks on.
- 7:03And I still see it.
- 7:03And I still see it.
- 7:05I see it often.
- 7:05I see it often.
- 7:07And uh I often's not really fair.
- 7:07And uh often's not really fair.
- 7:10Maybe once, twice a week.
- 7:10Maybe once, twice a week, I see somebody driving around in their car by themselves with a face mask on.
- 7:12I see somebody driving around in their car by themselves with a face mask on, and I just have to wonder.
- 7:18And I just have to wonder.
- 7:19Again, I don't know.
- 7:19Again, I don't know.
- 7:21Maybe they have autoimmune diseases.
- 7:21Maybe they have autoimmune uh diseases, I don't know.
- 7:25I don't know.
- 7:27Uh all I know is I didn't see people doing.
- 7:27All I know is I didn't see people doing this pre-COVID.
- 7:32And Fauci was the one who popularized the mask.
- 7:36After he told us that a cloth mask does absolutely nothing because the coronavirus is so small, it's so microscopic that it passes through the fibers with ease.
- 7:51The fibers on, especially on a cotton mask, which is what they wanted everybody to wear.
- 8:00He was like, even if you take a t-shirt and cut that up, that's better than nothing.
- 8:06Well, that's not at all what he said at first.
- 8:09I watched the videos.
- 8:11I've gone back and looked at the articles because I was like, well, maybe I just remembered wrong.
- 8:15Nope.
- 8:17He legitimately, Fauci legitimately said, masks do nothing.
- 8:23He also said at the beginning of the pandemic that the best quote shot that somebody can have is contracting the virus themselves.
- 8:34That gives people the best immunity, and it's better than any shot that we can make.
- 8:41The best immunity that anybody will ever get is to contract a virus and to kind of wait it out, let your immune system do what your immune system does, and your body builds its own defenses against the virus.
- 8:59Fauci said that.
- 9:02Well, then the narrative began to shift.
- 9:07And then it was you need to take responsibility.
- 9:12You need to do your part.
- 9:14You need to get, you need to get the vaccination.
- 9:18And then it turned into some kind of weird, bizarre moral thing.
- 9:23Like all of a sudden, Fauci got religion.
- 9:27And it was the type of religion that I see all the time in the advocacy community.
- 9:34It's abusive religion.
- 9:37Where you shame people.
- 9:40You mock people, you you tell people how bad they are.
- 9:44You tell people they're going to hell if they don't believe X, or if they don't behave in X manner.
- 9:52Then you tell them, not only are you a bad person, but you're going to hell.
- 9:58And Fauci got a lot of religion.
- 10:02And he would shame people.
- 10:04He's like, just do your part.
- 10:07If you don't get the shot, you're worse than, well, Fauci didn't say this, but other people were saying it.
- 10:15You're worse than a child.
- 10:18You know what?
- 10:21Somebody who molests children.
- 10:24You're worse, you're worse than them.
- 10:26You're worse than a murderer.
- 10:28In fact, you are a murderer.
- 10:31And people actually believe this crap.
- 10:34And people are getting livid.
- 10:37Downright nasty and rude, sometimes violent.
- 10:43They were getting violent toward their fellow men and even family members.
- 10:49Because people weren't getting the vaccination, or they weren't getting it fast enough.
- 10:54Well, then we found out about uh the mandates under Joseph Biden.
- 11:03And he loved them.
- 11:04He loved those mandates.
- 11:06If you don't get the vaccination, we'll just fire you.
- 11:10Look how many military were fired.
- 11:14They were removed.
- 11:16Police officers.
- 11:19First responders, nurses, doctors.
- 11:26These people are all getting fired.
- 11:28Doctors getting threatened to lose their medical license.
- 11:32I mean, this is what was happening.
- 11:36And then the lockdowns.
- 11:38The wretched, awful, ridiculous lockdowns that did so much damage.
- 11:45There's an article I found here.
- 11:47It's a little bit dated, but uh still holds true.
- 11:51Fauci claims he had, quote, nothing to do, end quote, with school closures.
- 11:58His own statements suggest otherwise.
- 12:02The economist, John Kenneth Galbreth, once quipped, nothing is so admirable in politics as short memory.
- 12:13This line comes to mind after watching Dr.
- 12:16Anthony Fauci's interview with the ABC's Jonathan Carl over the weekend.
- 12:21In the interview, Fauci, the head of the National National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, N-I-A-I-D, was asked whether it was a mistake for schools to remain shut down for such uh for so long during the pandemic.
- 12:41I don't want to use the word mistake, John.
- 12:45Of course you don't.
- 12:47Because if I do, it gets taken out of context that you're asking me the question on.
- 12:53Fauci explained on Sunday.
- 12:56We should realize and have realized that there will be terrible deleterious consequences when you do something like that.
- 13:09Well, Fauci is correct that there were serious deleterious consequences of school closures.
- 13:17For example, it was recently reported that the class of 2022 saw average ACT scores plummet to the lowest level in more than 30 years.
- 13:30Huh.
- 13:31Interesting.
- 13:33And there's no reason to believe that younger students didn't experience similar results.
- 13:39Lost learning is hardly hardly the only deleterious consequence, however.
- 13:44The decline of mental health among youths during lockdowns has also been well chronicled.
- 13:52Some may see Fauci's response as reasonable because he's now acknowledging the collateral damage of these policies.
- 14:00These policies.
- 14:02The problem is that Fauci is not actually conceding anything.
- 14:02The problem is that Fauci is not actually conceding anything.
- 14:06Nobody, and I mean nobody ever believed you could shut down schools and society more broadly for any meaningful amount of time and not experience some deleterious consequences.
- 14:06Nobody, and I mean nobody ever believed you could shut down schools and society more broadly for any meaningful amount of time and not experience some deleterious consequences.
- 14:22But it gets worse.
- 14:22But it gets worse.
- 14:23Fauci goes on to claim he had nothing to do with the damaging policy.
- 14:23Fauci goes on to claim he had nothing to do with the damaging policy.
- 14:29Quote.
- 14:29Quote.
- 14:30I ask anybody to go back over the number of times that I've said we've got to do everything we can to keep the schools open.
- 14:38No one pays no one plays that clip, Fauci told Carl.
- 14:42They always come back and say Fauci was responsible for closing schools.
- 14:47I had nothing to do with it.
- 14:50Interesting.
- 14:52And then the article goes on six times.
- 14:57Fauci argued for school closures.
- 15:00Fauci may have not sat on a school board or wielded police power during the pandemic.
- 15:08But his claim that he bears no responsibility for school closings is total garbage.
- 15:18Let's see, here are the incidences.
- 15:21March 12, 2020.
- 15:24Fauci calls for a nationwide shutdown of schools.
- 15:29The one this is the direct quote.
- 15:31The one thing I do advise, and I said this in multiple hearings and multiple briefings, that right now we have to start implementing both containment and mitigation.
- 15:43And what was done uh what was done when you close the schools is mitigation.
- 15:52In other words, closing the schools down, thumbs up.
- 15:58That's that's mitigation.
- 16:00We need to mitigate, and closing the schools down is mitigation.
- 16:05April 12, 2020.
- 16:09The New York Times reports that Fauci gave his blessing to mayor Bill De Blasio to shut down the New York City school system.
- 16:21He's all for it.
- 16:22De Blasio said he spoke to Dr.
- 16:25Fauci last night who agreed with his decision to keep the schools closed.
- 16:31Huh.
- 16:33He had nothing to do with it.
- 16:34I had nothing to do with it.
- 16:37I argued to keep the schools open.
- 16:40No, you didn't, Fauci.
- 16:43You may have said that, but you flip-flopped.
- 16:46Like everything else.
- 16:47You flip-flop on the mask, you flip-flop on vaccinations, constant flip-flopping.
- 16:53And yet we were told to follow the science.
- 16:56Follow the science.
- 16:57If you don't do this, you're not following the science.

- 18:35Well, did you see Google quietly updated its AI principles removing its pledge not to use AI for weapons or surveillance?
- 18:44It promised they agreed to in 2018.
- 18:47Well, the American people have seen Google's track record.
- 18:50Prompt in the question is Google an untrustworthy player in the AI race.
- 19:00Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 19:03America upload.
- 19:15Rand Paul is coming after Fauci.
- 19:19And I think this is really good.
- 19:21He he's coming after him for lying continually lying to Congress.
- 19:27Over and over and over, he said that there was no gain of function research.
- 19:37There was gain of function research.
- 19:40COVID-19 was essentially produced in a lab in Wuhan.
- 19:46It was released, and four million people lost their lives.
- 19:53Four million people died.
- 19:56And nobody wants to take responsibility.
- 20:12Show that there was gain of function.
- 20:14Research that was done at Wuha in in the Wuhan lab in China.
- 20:20That's why President Trump correctly kept calling it the China virus.
- 20:26And people are getting outraged, and they thought he was he was uh using slang racist slang against the Chinese.
- 20:38That's not at all what he was doing.
- 20:41He called it the China virus because it originated in Wuhan, China.
- 20:47And Trump knew this.
- 20:50And Fauci continually lied under oath.
- 20:54And said, no, there was absolutely false.
- 20:57No gain of function research, absolutely zero zip zilch, none of this was funded by the US government, none, zero, absolute falsehood, made up, lies, and he stood by that.
- 21:00Zero zip zilch, none of this was funded by the U.S.
- 21:04government, none, zero, absolute falsehood, made up lies, and he stood by that.
- 21:14And uh Rand Paul is having none of it.
- 21:14And uh Rand Paul is having none of it.
- 21:17So interestingly, President Biden's auto pened Fauci.
- 21:17So interestingly, President Biden's autopened Fauci.
- 21:27And I find that really interesting.
- 21:27And I find that really interesting.
- 21:30Because if Fauci really had nothing that he had done illegal that was illegal, why in the world did Biden's auto pen have to preemptively pardon him?
- 21:42It makes no sense.
- 21:47Before the break, I was talking about the six times that Fauci argued for school closures, even though he said I never argued for the school closures.
- 21:57That's an absolute lie.
- 22:00And I gotta tell you, Fauci is he's very good at one thing.
- 22:05He is, he's very good at one thing.
- 22:07He's brilliant, actually.
- 22:10He's very good at lying.
- 22:14He uh must have taken lessons from Bill Clinton.
- 22:18He can look directly at the camera.
- 22:22And it really does remind me of Bill Clinton when he looked at the camera.
- 22:26I did not have sexual relations with that woman.
- 22:32As he's looking directly at the camera and saying it.
- 22:37Hillary Clinton, same thing, very, very gifted liar.
- 22:42I don't know what you're talking about.
- 22:45These servers.
- 22:47I I had my own servers.
- 22:51I don't know what you're talking about.
- 22:54As she crosses her fingers and puts them behind her back.
- 23:03You mean with Clorox and a cloth?
- 23:09So really interesting, but anyway, Fauci, he claimed that he never said that we need to shut the schools down.
- 23:19But there are six times where he explicitly said, yeah, shut them down.
- 23:27I mentioned the March 12, 2020.
- 23:34He uh he called for a nationwide shutdown of schools.
- 23:39He said, quote, the one thing I do advise, and I say this in I said this in multiple hearings and multiple briefings, that right now we have to start implementing both containment and mitigation.
- 23:52And what was done when you when you close the schools is mitigation.
- 23:58All right, then the next month, April 12, 2020, New York Times reported that de Blasio, Mayor de Blasio shut down the school system in New York City.
- 24:13And he said, I spoke to Fauci, and he confirmed, actually, I'll read the uh the tweet right here.
- 24:24This is a tweet by Eliza Shapiro.
- 24:28De Blasio said he spoke to Dr.
- 24:31Fauci last night, who agreed with his decision to keep the schools closed.
- 24:37Here's who I'm thinking about today.
- 24:40New York City's 114,000 homeless students, 200,000 students with disabilities, and the 750,000 students who are low income.
- 24:55Yeah, that's right.
- 24:58And then April 13, 2020, Fauci slams Ron DeSantis after the Florida governor announced he wanted to get schools open as soon as possible.
- 25:14If you don't, if if you have a situation where you don't have a real good control over an outbreak, and you allow children together, they will likely get infected, Fauci said.
- 25:29Right, then May 12th, 2020.
- 25:33Fauci had a very testy exchange with Senator Rand Paul, who argued rightly that schools should remain open.
- 25:45Fauci dismissed the idea that schools should be open back up fully because quote, we don't know everything about the virus, end quote.
- 25:55CNBC reports.
- 25:57Fauci then turned Paul's own phrasing on him.
- 26:01You used the word we should be humble about what we don't know.
- 26:06I think that falls under the fact that we don't know everything about this virus, and we really had better be very careful, particularly when it comes to children, Fauci said.
- 26:18Because more and more, the more and more we learn, we're seeing things about what the virus can do that we didn't see from the studies in China or in Europe.
- 26:28You mean the gain of function studies where the virus was released?
- 26:36For example, right now, children presenting with COVID-19 who actually have a very strange inflammatory syndrome, very similar to Kawasaki syndrome, Fauci said.
- 26:50In August and September, Fauci was staying in the same tune.
- 26:55Schools could open for instruction after the virus was under control, to which we were never given any clear, there never really was any clear exit to this thing.
- 27:10They kept holding on to these closures as long as humanly possible to where it was actually inhumane.
- 27:21I mean, kids, and it is true, kids with learning disabilities stopped getting services altogether.
- 27:30Parents who had to work full time now had to care for their for their kids, and that's not just with disability, that that was all of us.
- 27:45I had to figure out how to work from home for an entire year.
- 27:51For a year.
- 28:00On a device with no adult supervision.
- 28:03My kids were young at the time, very young.
- 28:08And I said, I I will not leave my kids at home alone.
- 28:08And I said, I will not leave my kids at home alone.
- 28:12Anything could happen.
- 28:12Anything could happen.
- 28:14A house fire could break out.
- 28:14House fire could break out.
- 28:17Somebody could break into the house.
- 28:17Somebody could break into the house.
- 28:19A kid could get injured.
- 28:19A kid could get injured.
- 28:21A kid could be on a device and uh be looking at things that they shouldn't be looking at.
- 28:21A kid could be on a device and uh be looking at things that they shouldn't be looking at.
- 28:28This whole idea of unsupervised.
- 28:28This whole idea of unsupervised learning school on the school iPad, it was absolutely stupid.
- 28:39It was ridiculous.
- 28:40It was awful.
- 28:41It was terrible.
- 28:42It was not good socially.
- 28:45There are good studies that came out about that.
- 28:49Talking about the mental anguish that kids had from not socializing with peers.
- 28:59It created too many hardships.
- 29:04And Fauci, Fauci admitted that.
- 29:12Quadrupled down on it.
- 29:14I didn't recommend locking anything down.
- 29:18What is he talking about?
- 29:20Of course he did.
- 29:22Over and over and over again.
- 29:26Fauci's about face didn't go unnoticed.
- 29:30Other health researchers questioned his attempt to distance himself from school closures.
- 29:37Why is he saying he did not encourage, suggest, and recommend lockdown and school closure?
- 29:44Asked Vinet Prasad, a professor of epidemiology and uh biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco.
- 29:56Certainly he didn't make the call by himself, but he used the weight of his reputation in science to advocate for these policies.
- 30:06100%.
- 30:07That's exactly right.
- 30:11He was an advisor to the president himself.
- 30:16He was like the guy that President Biden was getting his advice from on everything.
- 30:28Should we shut the schools down?
- 30:29Yeah, we of course.
- 30:32We need to uh social distance.
- 30:37You know, we don't know any, we don't know enough about this virus.
- 30:42We need to mitigate.
- 30:44Shut the schools down.
- 30:46Meanwhile, Fauci's at ball games sitting three inches from his buddies with his face mask pulled down over his neck.
- 30:57I mean, it's just the the blatant hypocrisy, and and the world saw that.
- 31:02And how people can still defend him is beyond me, but there are still people who they think he was the most brilliant is the most brilliant person to ever walk planet Earth.
- 31:14And they're like, my goodness, he's he's so eloquent, he's so brilliant, so wonderful, he's so moral.
- 31:25After all, he's telling people that if they don't get the shot, they're they're killing somebody's grandma.
- 31:33So we applaud him.
- 31:35He's wonderful.
- 31:37Yeah, let's shame these people.
- 31:39Shame them, Dr.
- 31:40Fauci.
- 31:41Shame them.
- 31:44So uh really really interesting.
- 31:46But here's uh here's a post on X.
- 31:54Um, does he think we all got collective amnesia?
- 32:00Uh, because he kept doubling down on it.
- 32:04He's like, I I I never I never called for schools to be closed.
- 32:10Fauci said, quote, you can open schools for instruction once you've gotten the virus under control.
- 32:20And yet, he says, I I had nothing to do with it.
- 32:24I don't know what you're talking about.
- 32:27So Fauci admitted, he acknowledged that school closures and lockdowns had deleterious collateral consequences for children.
- 32:38Those are his words, not mine.
- 32:42Um during the the closures in mid-2024, four years after all these insane lockdowns.
- 32:56Fauci stated that keeping schools closed for an extended period, such as a full year, was quote, not a good idea.
- 33:05Fauci said that.
- 33:08He maintained that the initial closures in early 2020 were necessary due to the tsunami of cases at the time, not among kids.
- 33:19Uh, despite acknowledging deleterious effects, Fauci told a house COVID panel in early 2024 that he was not convinced children suffered long-term learning loss directly because of the closures, suggesting the topic was still open for discussion.
- 33:39This contrasted with several studies, including data from the National Assessment of Education Progress, which showed record low math and reading scores.
- 33:53It had awful effects on children's learning.
- 34:00My wife who is in child care, she's the director of our child care and preschool center, the biggest one in our county.
- 34:16She said that she still sees the effects.
- 34:18We call them the COVID kids.
- 34:26She still sees the social effects, the kids that act out, they misbehave, the depression, uh she sees it with the learning disabilities.
- 34:38She said, I've never seen the amount of learning disabilities that just cropped up.
- 34:43And she's like, either something happened genetically where these kids were just born with uh with learning disabilities, or something happened.
- 34:58Because now the amount of TSS's, the uh the the teacher assistants with kids that have to follow kids around everywhere they go.
- 35:00TSS's the uh the the teacher assistants with kids that have to follow kids around everywhere they go uh it's skyrocketed skyrocketed post school shutdowns, all right.
- 35:09Uh it's skyrocketed.
- 35:12Skyrocketed post school shutdowns.
- 35:19All right, then social distancing and masking.
- 35:19Then social distancing and masking.
- 35:21Fauci frequently testified that the six foot social distancing rule promoted by health officials was not based on scientific.
- 35:21Fauci frequently testified that the six foot social distancing rule promoted by health officials was not based on scientific or specific scientific clinical trials, and quote, sort of just appeared, huh?
- 35:40You don't say this was the common sense that all of us were saying people with common sense.
- 35:47Now everybody else, the the people who just follow the masses, those are the rioters and the you know, the people that show up at protests and they don't even know what they're there for.
- 35:56They're holding signs, and you ask them about the sign, like what's your sign mean?
- 36:00Uh I don't know.
- 36:02Those are the people who praised Fauci, and they were like, Yeah, six feet.
- 36:07Social distance.
- 36:08People are screaming at like spitting in people's faces.
- 36:12That's the irony of it.
- 36:14The spit would fly because they were getting so angry.
- 36:17You need a social distance.
- 36:21Dude, you're literally spitting on me.
- 36:25Um six feet social distance isn't gonna do anything with this virus.
- 36:33Whether it's six feet or four feet or seven feet, six feet was that that was the magic number.
- 36:41And Fauci said he admitted that that wasn't based on any specific scientific research, it just kind of appeared.
- 36:53Yeah, we were told, follow the science.
- 36:57We're coming up on another break here.

- 38:53Senator Rand Paul vows to keep pressure on Fauci as Statue of Limitations on Criminal Referral Expires Monday.
- 39:04That is the title of a Fox News article.
- 39:08And uh Rand Paul, I've got to give him credit because he really did do the research on this.
- 39:17Rand Paul is the reason that everybody learned about the gain of function research.
- 39:26Rand Paul was not, I'm not saying that he's the one who started it, but he's the one who sounded the alarm, was a whistleblower, listened to other whistleblowers, gave them time, and believe me, it was not the popular opinion at the time.
- 39:46I mean, because after all, how can anybody sacrilegiously speak against Dr.
- 39:54Anthony Fauci?
- 39:56He was a god to the people on the left.
- 40:02And see, this is where I started to part ways with my friends on the left, who I once uh didn't really think about where what party people belong to.
- 40:16Like I as I mentioned, I have always voted both the Republican and Democrat.
- 40:23Um I'm a registered independent.
- 40:26I don't belong to either party.
- 40:31To this day, I don't belong to either.
- 40:33And really, even more uh much more so now today.
- 40:38I don't want to lay lay claim to either party.
- 40:41I think they're both nuts in a lot of ways.
- 40:45Uh as a whole.
- 40:48Now, individually, um still very good friends with Democrats.
- 40:52I'm very good friends with Republican and even politicians.
- 40:58They're very good people in both parties.
- 41:02And I will maintain that constantly.
- 41:06But it was the Democrats who it was my Democratic friends who were losing their minds over masks.
- 41:16You have to wear a mask.
- 41:19And they, not my Republican friends, the Democrats are the ones who turned it into a uh line in the stand, so to speak, that if you don't wear a mask, not only are are you not my friend anymore, but you're just a terrible person.
- 41:42They were saying these things.
- 41:45I remember I have um one of my very dear friends and and uh church member has a rare lung disease, actually has multiple lung diseases.
- 41:59He could not physically wear a mask, and I know he's not faking it because I've spent many many hours with him.
- 42:00Not physically wear a mask.
- 42:02And I know he's not faking it because I've spent many, many hours with him.
- 42:07And he's not dramatic.
- 42:07And he's not dramatic.
- 42:11He's very black and white.
- 42:11He's very black and white.
- 42:14Uh that's just how he thinks.
- 42:14That's just how he thinks.
- 42:16And and I love him.
- 42:16And I love him.
- 42:17He's a great, great friend.
- 42:17He's a great, great friend.
- 42:19He's a great guy.
- 42:19He's a great guy.
- 42:21He's always been very good to me and my family.
- 42:21He's always been very good to me and my family.
- 42:24Um he could not wear a mask.
- 42:24Um he could not wear a mask.
- 42:29That
- 42:29That extra restraint, uh, not being able to get airflow.
- 42:35He is on oxygen full time.
- 42:38He physically couldn't wear one.
- 42:40He had a note from his doctor.
- 42:43He could not wear a mask.
- 42:45He couldn't do it.
- 42:48And yet he was criticized.
- 42:52And he was turned away when he had to get life-saving prescription pills.
- 43:00They would not allow him inside of the pharmacy.
- 43:06That was their policy.
- 43:07They were sued, not by him, but they were sued this particular chain was sued by multiple customers who had the same issue.
- 43:19They're like, Well, we need our medicine.
- 43:21We have to have access to our medication or we'll die.
- 43:25Literally.
- 43:27Nope.
- 43:28Can't enter the store without a mask.
- 43:32Do you know that that was upheld?
- 43:38That a judge decided that you uh a store, any store could develop a mask policy and say, if you do not wear a mask, you cannot enter the store, even if that means getting life-saving medication.
- 43:58Does not matter.
- 43:59There are no exceptions.
- 44:01Doctor's notes are horse pucky, and they mean nothing.
- 44:10That was upheld by a judge here in Pennsylvania.
- 44:15This is the kind of stuff, and and Fauci, uh, the you know the the whole social distancing thing, it wasn't based on any specific science.
- 44:26You know, it's just kind of appeared, just kind of appeared.
- 44:33You were responsible for messing with people's lives.
- 44:40And it just kind of appeared.
- 44:42It wasn't based on any, it's not any specific science, it just kind of appeared.
- 44:48All right, well, what about the masks?
- 44:52Well, it turns out that that just kind of appeared too.
- 44:59That I I have video footage of Fauci saying the masks don't do anything.
- 45:05In fact, they do more harm than good.
- 45:09All right, you don't believe me?
- 45:11Uh, listen to this clip yourself.
- 45:14Now, people should not be walking.
- 45:15There's no reason to be walking around with a mask.
- 45:18When you're in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better, and it might even block a droplet, but it's not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is.
- 45:33And often there are unintended consequences.
- 45:36People keep fiddling with the mask and they keep touching their face.
- 45:40And can you get some schmutz sort of staying inside there?
- 45:43Of course, of course.
- 45:44But when you think masks, you should think of healthcare providers needing them and people who are ill.
- 45:50The people who, when you look at the films of foreign countries and you see 85% of the people wearing masks, that's fine.
- 45:57That's fine.
- 45:58I'm not against it.
- 45:58If you want to do it, that's fine.
- 46:00But it can lead to a shortage of that point.
- 46:03It could lead to a shortage of masks for the people who really need it.
- 46:08This idiot, and he is an idiot.
- 46:13Uh he mandated was part of the mandate of masks.
- 46:19Keep in mind, it wasn't suggested that people wear masks.
- 46:24Like that would have been one thing.
- 46:25If people are like, well, you know, it might make people feel better.
- 46:31Uh if you're infected, yeah, you should wear a mask.
- 46:35But otherwise, it really is a placebo effect.
- 46:38It's just making people feel better.
- 46:40But that's not how it was presented.
- 46:43It was presented as you not only uh should wear the mask, but if you don't wear the mask, we're not going to allow you to even get your own prescription medication for life-saving medicine.
- 46:58Screw you.
- 47:00You're not coming into this facility.
- 47:02You're not coming into this pharmacy.
- 47:06Groceries, grocery stores.
- 47:10Disallowed people from entering from even walking inside.
- 47:14That was another one, the big lawsuit here in Pennsylvania.
- 47:19It was actually a uh grocery store chain that got sued.
- 47:26You can not purchase your groceries if you're not wearing a mask.
- 47:34Fauci himself, uh, yeah, it just makes people feel better.
- 47:40If they have a mask, you know, you see these people driving around, and it's like 85% of the people have a mask on.
- 47:47I'm not opposed to it, but it's it's just in fact, it can make it worse.
- 47:54Gee, you think?
- 47:55How about restaurants?
- 47:59What stupidness ensued in the restaurants?
- 48:02You were we were told social distance, you must keep six feet from each other, except when you're eating.
- 48:10When you're at a restaurant, that's fine.
- 48:12Your mask, you have to put the mask on.
- 48:16This was the guidance that came from Fauci.
- 48:21It came from him.
- 48:24When you're in a restaurant and you're walking from point A to point B, you must wear the mask.
- 48:30It has to be on your face.
- 48:33But once you sit down at a table, then you can take the mask off.
- 48:38Not only can you take it off, but you're touching all over it, all of that gunk that you've been breathing.
- 48:45You touch your mask, you pull it off, and you put it where?
- 48:49That's right.
- 48:50On the table.
- 48:53Now, in what world does that make sense?
- 48:55And so, you know, most of us with common sense were looking at this and we're like, this can't be good.
- 49:00Can't be good.
- 49:02Like, this is not good.
- 49:02Like, this is not good.
- 49:03Kids were forced to wear masks.
- 49:03Kids were forced to wear masks.
- 49:06Even once the schools opened, schools were closed for a year.
- 49:06Even once the schools opened, schools were closed for a year.
- 49:11Once they opened, it was another what?
- 49:11Once they opened, it was another what, at least a year, that the kids all had to wear masks at daycare.
- 49:15At least a year that the kids all had to wear masks.
- 49:20At daycare, we had little two-year-olds at my wife's daycare that they these little two-year-olds had to wear masks.
- 49:21We had little two year olds at my wife's daycare that they these little two year olds had to wear masks.
- 49:29Well, they kept pulling them off and they would fall off.
- 49:32And my wife is like, what do we do with that?
- 49:36Like, what's our policy?
- 49:38And they said, they have to wear a mask, period.
- 49:42No exceptions.
- 49:44Put it back on.
- 49:46And my wife is like, but but we can't.
- 49:48And we have other kids that have uh special needs.
- 49:53We have autistic kids that they can't wear that mask.
- 49:57They keep tugging at it and they pull it off.
- 50:02Nope.
- 50:03They have to wear it.
- 50:04That's the policy coming from Washington, DC.
- 50:08We can't control that.
- 50:11If an inspector shows up and sees a kid without a mask, they shut the daycare down.
- 50:18I mean, this is the kind of stuff.
- 50:20So anyway, Fauci, I never lied.
- 50:23You're the one lying, Rand Paul.
- 50:26So again, Paul is coming after Fauci, and I am applauding this.
- 50:32I'm like, man, put the hammer down.
- 50:35I would love to see Fauci behind bars.
- 50:38Personally, I would love it.
- 50:41I think that that would be justice served.
- 50:44So here's a little bit of this article.
- 50:46This is about the gain of function.
- 50:48The statute of limitations on Dr.
- 50:50Anthony Fauci's criminal referral for lying to Congress about gain of function research expires Monday.
- 50:58But Senator Rand Paul, Republican Kentucky, is vowing to keep up the pressure on the COVID cover-up with a Senate hearing this week.
- 51:09David Morens, Dr.
- 51:11Fauci's top advisor, was indicted.
- 51:14But Fauci himself still walks free.
- 51:18Paul, who has long pressed Fauci and heat exchanges in congressional hearings, wrote this week on X.
- 51:29Continuing his urging of the Justice Department to pick up charges from his criminal referral, despite former President Joe Biden issuing a sweeping preemptive pardon of Fauci on his last night in office, January 19, 2025.
- 51:50Interesting, interesting stuff, folks.
- 51:55Paul said the DOJ has five days to indict Fauci before the Statute of Limitations runs out.
- 52:04The clock is ticking.
- 52:05Justice cannot wait.
- 52:12I agree that justice needs to be done.
- 52:14We had four million people lose their lives because of the recklessness of this gain of function research.
- 52:27This was insanity.
- 52:30And they just walk away.
- 52:32Fauci walks away like nothing ever happened.
- 52:34And it's literally like watching somebody set fire to a building with people inside of it, and they walk away and they're like whistling.
- 52:43Like nothing to see here.
- 52:47I didn't did I do that, you know.
- 52:52Steve Urkel.
- 52:53Did I do that?
- 52:55Yeah, you did do that, Fauci.
- 52:59You did all of it.
- 53:02From the telling people, if you get the shot, there's zero chance that you'll get the virus.
- 53:13Now I don't know about you, but doesn't that make you like need to get the shot?
- 53:21Yeah, we need to because you know why.
- 53:27You told the government that they must mandate these vaccinations.
- 53:34They're not going to take the shot.
- 53:36We're we're gonna make them.
- 53:40We're gonna strap them down.
- 53:41We're gonna force them to take it.
- 53:43That's a good idea.
- 53:46The mask, uh, the mask that's just a plusebu.
- 53:49It's just that makes people feel better.
- 53:54What do we do?
- 53:56We mandate them.
- 54:00You turn the public against each other.
- 54:04I mean, this was the biggest social experiment ever known to man.
- 54:10Like seeing what the masses do.
- 54:12How do people react?
- 54:14Let's mandate something that's totally ridiculous.
- 54:16Like, I can see them all behind closed doors, like rubbing their hands together and smiling.
- 54:23They're like, let's confuse the crap out of the American public.
- 54:28Let's tell them one thing and then tell them the exact opposite, like literally the next day.
- 54:36And then let's mandate the thing that we told them that is absolutely ridiculous.
- 54:42Let's tell them that it's actually necessary, and then let's mandate it.
- 54:47Let's force them to do it and see how they turn on each other.
- 54:52Let's do that.
- 54:55And it worked.
- 54:57People were literally um like breaking themselves away from their own family.
- 55:07Friendships ended.
- 55:09Churches split over whether to wear a mask or not.
- 55:15Literally, I know friends of mine in ministry that their churches split to the point of no return.
- 55:24Like that some of these churches closed their doors permanently because they lost so many members over heated exchanges.
- 55:33They would have leader meetings, and the leaders would get irate, fists slamming on tables, people were angry.
- 55:43What do you mean people don't want to wear a mask?
- 55:48We that's not Christian, that's not godly.
- 55:51Jesus would wear a mask.
- 55:53We were told these things.
- 55:55So anyway, uh man, go Rand Paul.
- 56:00And Paul, uh, we're cheering you on, and this is what justice looks like.
- 56:00Uh, we're cheering you on, and this is what justice looks like.
- 56:05I pray for justice in at least some small form.
- 56:05I pray for justice in at least some small form.
- 56:10Falgy behind bars would be a good start.
- 56:10Fauci behind bars would be a good start.

- 56:22You'll be in the know.
- 56:23There is a hidden lightness that shines inside of all of us.
- 56:23There is a hidden lightness that shines inside of all of us, and there's so much darkness that envelops the world.
- 56:26When there's so much darkness that envelops the world, remember that it doesn't take much light to expose that darkness and to ultimately inspire other people.
- 56:28Remember that it doesn't take much light.
- 56:33Join me in being a light.
