- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Good.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: How are you?
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Good.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: I have Morgan with me again here on the podcast, and I'm really excited.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: I just I love her live.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: It's almost like girl chats.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: I love them.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: It's fun.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Today we're gonna be talking about mindset because I feel like it's just with coming to the end of the year, everything's like mindset, mindset, mindset.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: But before we dive in, I just want to like check in and like how are you doing?
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: What's going on with you?
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: What's new in Morgan's world?
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Um, we are in the midst of hockey tryouts.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: I have two boys, as Liv knows.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: Um, so we're in the midst of hockey tryouts, which can be so interesting to navigate.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Like, there's like 60 plus boys on the ice, right?
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: Like people get cut, and it's like trying, and they're they're under nine.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: So, like trying to navigate, like, this is why you may not get a letter, right?
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: From your coach in a couple days, and this is why you might be on somebody else's team.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: So, this is where we've been at.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: It's just been like trying to navigate all of that, which is tough.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: Like, I it's just been a really interesting time over here doing that.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: I feel like, I mean, I'm not a parent, but I just from what I hear from other parents, like, there's so many little intricacies and nuances that you never thought, like, oh, this is a thing.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, I feel like now me hearing this, like I learned from you, I learned people who have babies, and I'm like, okay, and I'm just like storing things in my bank of information for like things that are gonna happen.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: Things that are gonna happen.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: And then they go to school and they talk about it, and then they come home and they're like, but why did this kid say I'm not gonna make it, mommy?
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: And you're like, I didn't think I don't know what to say to you right now.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Like, break my heart.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: I'm so sorry.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, it's been very, yeah, it's been an interesting week over here, but we're getting through it.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Oh, wow.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, I feel like there's always so many different like I feel like you are really good at like navigating, even what we talked about in the last episode in terms of like parenting, and I feel like we we're gonna have to have you on for a parenting episode as well, like a conversation of like a cookie.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: I feel like you're just really good at explaining things to them, and like I just think that the way you're doing it is just so important, and you know, your kids are gonna be so much more resilient and so much more like emotionally intelligent from the way that you're kind of navigating the situations.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: Aw, thank you.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: Okay, well, give the listeners an update then because yours will be more exciting.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: What is happening in Liv's world?
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: I mean, we have Rewire coming up in like two weeks, so that's gonna be very actually less than two weeks now.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: So that's very exciting.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: I'm very much into this sounds so basic, pumpkin spice latte.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh, stop it.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: I love pumpkin spice latte.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: I drove to get one a half an hour away just to then have it at hockey tryouts last night.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: Because I was like, let's make this an experience.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: See, I I think mine is what I like about the one because I had gone to this like local place because I'm near Niagara on the lake.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: I call it local, it's not that local.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Like it is, it's Ballzacks.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: So there's a few Canada, but there's not like it's not like a Starbucks where it's international.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: But the reason I really like it is A, because they have lots of different nut milks.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: So they have like macadamia nut milk.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: I mean, they have almond milk and all that, but they have like macadamia nut milk, which I think is really fun.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: And then they also make it with real pumpkin.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: So I watched out real pumpkin puree.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: And like when they make the drink, they add that to the macadamia nut milk.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: They literally put in pumpkin spice, and then if you want maple syrup to sweeten it, they put in just maple syrup.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: So I love being able to like see that it's like real ingredients, it's not like something else, which is like, I don't know.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: I really like it, just feels really authentic to me.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: Like, really like and it's an experience.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: But you know what I mean?
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: It's just like that, you know, that Hallmark movie local vibe.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: That's just more like that's Niagara on the lake.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: I get from it, and then they have like a gluten-free cashew cookie, and I'm just like, I'm having an experience.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: I'm going to Niagara on the Lake at the end of October, like before Halloween for a weekend with some friends, and um, that is what I'm getting.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: We are going to Balzac's and I am getting that.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: You also have to send you recommendations about where to go and where not to go.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: So, like you have to send me a list for that.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: So, actually, that's what I'm drinking something similar to that right now, but then I also added in some of this like salted caram powder from Bloom.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: So, right now I'm having a salted caram pumpkin spice latte, and it is a vibe.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: I just have um water in my cup again, not a vibe just after you.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: But the cup's my favorite.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: All right, so we should dive into the episode.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: We're gonna talk about mindset.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: I love that you're gonna interview me.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: We're just gonna get like fire to the point, like tangible things that you're gonna, it's gonna help with your mindset.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: I don't know, whatever Morgan asked me, but let's go ahead and dive in.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: I am ready for the questions.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: What is your advice when it comes to mindset and what someone could do right now to flip this year around and start achieving the growth and desires they had hoped for at the start of this year?
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: The first thing I'm gonna say is like, you should have gotten best year ever, my masterclass, because we have your best year ever.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: So, but link below in the show notes, everyone.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: Highly, highly recommend that masterclass.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: But jokes aside, the biggest thing is that when we feel like, oh, you know, the things that we hope for, whether it's the growth, the desires, the income, whatever it is for 2023, and you're like, it's not here yet, it's not here yet, you're very much stuck in victim mentality.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: So, like the number one thing to start achieving it is like you actually have to get out of the it's not here yet.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Because all otherwise you're just gonna do is perpetuate more of it's not here yet.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: So, number one is just like becoming aware of like how often are you in that it's not here yet?
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: How often are you shoving into victim?
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, I want to do this, but I'm blaming mom or I'm blaming society or I'm blaming blah blah blah.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: Where it's just like if that were true, like with so much love, if that were true, it'd have to be true for everybody.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: But there are lots of people who are having the most amazing year of their life.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: So what are they doing that you're not doing?
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: And if you go on my telling me, but I'm doing all the things, I'm gonna be like, no, but if you were, you haven't.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: Like that.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: This is just like this is something that I even ask myself.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: I'm like, all right, there's something I want that I don't have yet, like why?
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: What do I need to strengthen?
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: What am I not doing?
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: What like what are the things that need to align?
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Like, I actually take responsibility, and I feel like that's like a big thing when it comes to flipping your year around or like really achieving the things is getting out of that victim mentality.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: And then obviously from that, not blaming, but look at what also you're normalizing.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: And I know this has come up in so many episodes, but I think it's very important because once you start being coming aware of what not only you're normalizing, but what you're exposing yourself to the people around you are normalizing, yeah, it's kind of hard to see like, oh yeah.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And I know we talked about this in terms of like relationships back in the day, like a few episodes ago, or like money and this and that.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: But if you're all your friends are normalizing, you know, shitty relationships, like what are you gonna be normalizing?
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: If they're normalizing, you know, certain money beliefs, like are you gonna be normalizing that, right?
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: And so really look at what you have been normalizing in this year up until this point, and like, oh shit, maybe that needs to be different.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Where have I been like dipping into oh, it's normal to feel lack because of like grocery prices right now?
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: And then like you consume like the reels and the content about like all of the the lack about that.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, I saw this recent one.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: Um, I think there's this whole thing about girl math going around.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes, I haven't I don't consume too much, but I I I've heard the term and what I believe.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: I don't have tech.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: Well, I think I have TikTok, but I don't go on my TikTok.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: Um, is that like you know, girls aren't good at math or something like that, which is like okay, or are you then normalizing that?
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: Are you then normalizing not being good with your money?
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: Are you then normalizing, you know, or the I think there's another one about girl girl meals or like women or husbands or someone's not there, they eat like crackers and hummus, and that's a dinner.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, oh ha ha, it's funny, let's normalize.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Ha ha, hashtag whatever the girl or whatever the chun thing.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, why are we normalizing eating like a shitty meal for dinner because he's not here?
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: These are the little things that, like, oh, I guarantee you've been normalizing like weird little things like this, and like so like number two, is like my my advice is like, well, what are you normalizing?
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Which kind of brings me into like a number, I didn't mean to number them, but it's like number three about being honest about where you're not in congruency.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: And I think if there was a word for 2023 for me that I tell people it's congruency, it might also be my word in 2024.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: But the congruency comes from also what are you normalizing in like the victim mentality, right?
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Because if there's a square peg round hole, it's not limining up, but we can get so much in our victim and trying to explain why there's a square peg round hole.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, because of this, because of this, instead of just focusing on changing one of them so they're both square, they're both round, right?
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Versus spending months and months and months, oh, one's square and one's round.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: Okay, and you just keep saying one's square and one's round instead of changing them to actually be the same.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 10:35unknown: I love that.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Well, I know those are three massive things, but that that would that's what I would say that to flip it around, and also that there's so much time left.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: Like, know that anything can happen in a moment, like you don't necessarily need a year, like even though it's what September now, or it doesn't even matter when you're listening to it, everything can change between now and tomorrow.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, your life's really changed, and I'm sure like to give an example, if you've if you're in a relationship, the day you met your partner, your husband, you met them in one moment forever.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: That like your life is different.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: There is a good TikTok trend going on where it's like, where's the one thing where you made one decision and changed your entire life?
- 11:15SPEAKER_01: And like that is when we can get behind because you're so right.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you met your partner one day and everything changed, everything went like this.
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Forever different.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: So all it takes is like one moment.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: So okay, I'm glad that I know there are some good TikTok trends, but they're just there are ones that are potentially like normalized.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: I don't even go on it, but I it's like whatever trickles from TikTok to Instagram that then like I manage to see briefly.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: What does an average day look like for you for your mindset rituals and keeping your mindset at such a good, even place?
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: And I really want to dive into this because I love when you talk about like your nervous system and you're like, but I don't meditate all day long and I don't cold plunge my face every single day.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Like, so I can't wait to hear you talk about this because I'm dying to know this question.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: So I mean, you're probably you're probably gonna know the answer I'm gonna give, and that's like I actually don't do 50 million mindset rituals.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: And I actually did a post on this recently when someone asked, like, what do you do when you have a bad day?
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, oh shoot, like I don't have bad days, like I have challenging moments, yeah, but I don't have like big bad days.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: And I think there was a time, I'm gonna have this answer will be multifold.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: There was a time where I did a bunch of you know mindset quote unquote rituals every day to keep my mindset in a good place.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: But where I think, you know, you should be getting to is a place where you don't necessarily need 50 million mindset rituals.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: That might be a temporary season of your life where like, all right, I'm really working on my mindset.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna do these practices, these rituals for a while to get to a solid place, but you shouldn't need to do it all the time to maintain it.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Because if you're solid, then you're solid.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: What why do we need 50 million things to keep it in a good place?
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: And I think that's a common misconception.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: But also, who wants to be doing that all the time?
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: So people ask within boxer, like, what rituals do you do?
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh shoot, like I don't really do rituals anymore.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: So I love it.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: In terms of the rituals, I'm actually like, you're gonna be like, all right, Liv, but like what can I tangibly do?
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm gonna say the most consistent thing I do is what I normalize and surround myself with, which I know this loops back kind of into one, but it's important, right?
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Because why do you need so many rituals?
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: So, like, what's dysregulating you in the first place?
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: What's dropping your mindset in the first place?
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: What makes it so that you need a ritual to get you back to a good place?
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: What if you were just to exist in a good place?
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: And if we were to think about, all right, what is normally the thing that keeps our mindset off?
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: It's what you're normalizing and what you're surrounding yourself with.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: The people, the content you're consuming, like all of that is what makes you need that mindset ritual in the first place.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: When we come into this life, you think we're born with projections?
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: You think we're born with lack or limiting beliefs?
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: No, we come in here.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: If you look at children, I think anyone who's a parent, you'll be able to see it in kids that like they don't have learning beliefs.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: They we actually teach them that there's lack in this world.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: We project that on the they don't come into it.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: So then when I think about all right, what makes your mindset dip in the first place?
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: It's normally all these things.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: All right, let's fix that, let's fix what you surround yourself with so that you don't need any rituals, what you're normalizing.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: I love this and watch also like even just your mindset response to something when someone else is normalizing, and I know we've talked about this with relationships, but lowering like kind of like yourself to be like relatable and like on that same kind of a complaining frequency, right?
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And then I'll also say that I, in terms of like a ritual, I also start my day like creating my knife, not necessarily responding to it.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: Like I nourish myself first, and like I I am solid within myself.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: I don't like immediately open my eyes and like check emails or scroll, like you know, Instagram on my phone, where I'm then responding to other things, like my mindset.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: I I have my morning, I'm gonna call it routine.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: I don't know if we can do maybe we should do like a morning, we could do a morning routine, but like the routine I have is just like nourishing myself first to make sure that like what I'm putting into my body, both on like a physical level, but also like even getting enough sleep, you know, making sure all of that's like taking care of because we've all been when our physical body, when we're tired, our mindset can like dip more just from the fact that we're a little bit more tired, more lethargic.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: So it's like, all right, the ritual is like taking care of that.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: Am I sleeping well?
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: Am I eating right?
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Like, even just making sure your blood sugar is balanced.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: If you've ever been like hangry before, you even know that like your mindset can dip, and then you get into a whole cycle of like, oh, was that my mindset or was I just hangry?
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: You know, was that my hormone that I need to balance?
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: Or was it like so?
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: There's also when I think with those little things, or just like who I be to ensure that my mindset is fully supportive to be what it should be, you know, to be in that kind of like even place.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: So I don't really think of those as rituals, I just think of that as like kind of like a way of being that doesn't really take much effort.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: And so I would look at, you know, like I said, the normalizing the surrounding yourself with and like what you actually need to support your life so that you're not like responding to your life and you nourish yourself first.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: And like even when we think about, especially in the morning, if you are responding to something that then dips your mindset versus coming from a solid place, you're much more likely throughout the day to then experience more of the same, right?
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: Because when we focus on something, it expands.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: So starting your day with like something that dips your mindset or lack or this, and then you continue the rest of the day, your brain's gonna wanna, it's called a confirmation bias.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: It seeks out more information of the same to confirm it.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: So, like if you start your day confirming, you know, things, and maybe there is a season of life right now where for you it's very much listening to like motivational things or you know, doing your journaling or doing this, like getting your head really in the right space so that it can just be solid.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: And then in terms of like the average day, I mean to me it's average, but I say always expand your like your nervous system for more.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: I feel like I'm always expanding my nervous system to stretch even bigger.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: And that doesn't have to necessarily be financially, but that's just in like what you're able to hold, how you move throughout the day.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Like at the gym, I feel like the gym is the most common example of where you can expand your nervous system and your mindset and show yourself that you can do more.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: So is that like, you know, a little bit extra weight, you know, that I'm that I'm lifting, putting on extra, like even if it's a two-pound plate, two pounds is still more than whatever it was before.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: It's two pounds more, it's an extra rep, it's an extra this.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Like that builds resiliency in your mindset.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: Um, that expands your nervous system to be able to hold more.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: It shows yourself you can do more.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: So whether that's that or whether that's like keeping commitments to yourself, like going on a walk, all of those things, like they sound simple.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: They're not really rituals, but they're actually a lot more effective than necessarily sitting down and like journaling, you know, I am wealthy 50,000 times, which which may not do the thing.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: If then you're surrounding yourself with people, you know, who are saying, Oh, the this is expensive or this is I don't know, whatever it is.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: I don't know, people.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: I don't surround myself with those people because I don't really know what people, right?
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean, right?
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: So I think there's rather than looking at you know what rituals you need to add to your day, what about what we should be taking away?
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: What should we be cleaning up so that we don't need so many rituals?
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: So I am just popping on to let you guys know about unwavering, which is the program to build a mindset that is solid no matter what.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: Because one of the reasons I have the life I do, the business that I do, is because my mindset is solid.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: When things come up, I don't get dysregulated.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: I am, like the program is called, unwavering because you are only as solid as your mindset.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: If you are only good until something happens, then you are not unwavering because things will happen in life and in business, but your ability to transcend through something will not only dictate how long you stay there, but what happens on the other side.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: So inside unwavering, this is about not needing 500 mindset practices to feel good, but rather your solid mindset is embodied in who you are.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: We're gonna be breaking out of the patterns, loops, and cycles that send your mindset spiraling on a roller coaster, along with the exact processes and methods to be solid, no matter what, making it really hard to wobble you.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: We're also gonna be uncovering your blind spots that are preventing you from being solid, because this one is key, and really how to be someone who stays above the cycle of it's quote unquote not working and actually get the results that you desire.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: So if you want to know how to respond to and transcend things when they come up so that you don't stay there very long, this is gonna be for you, along with revealing shadows, wounds, and ego things that are making your mindset wobble in the first place.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: So if you wanna be able to be someone that lets other people's projections wash over you and want to know whether it is a projection or a mirror, this is what we're gonna be doing inside unwavering, along with resolving the idea that your mindset needs to quote unquote dip in the first place and instead normalizing resiliency.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: Like I said, it is juicy, it is jam-packed.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: I cannot wait to have you inside.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: We will leave the link down below.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: And with that, let's get back to the episode.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: And like the whole like normalizing like who you're surrounding yourself with is huge.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: And like you said, like looking at your kids as an example.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: Like Carter was saying to one of his little friends, he's gonna buy a Lamborghini one day.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: He's obsessed with Lamborghinis right now.
- 20:55SPEAKER_01: And the kid's parent was right there and was like, Oh, nobody can afford that.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: Where we lit, like, nobody can buy that.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold up.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: We don't talk like that.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: He's actually gonna buy a purple Lamborghini and we're here for it.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: Like, we do not say he can't afford that.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: Like, no.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: So I think that's a perfect example.
- 21:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: Perfect example.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: And I was this is what I mean.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: I knew in the beginning when I said that like your parent, I feel like, I don't know, we're gonna have you on for some sort of parenting thing, but this is what I hope goes on for people.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, maybe you don't realize, even like realizing what you're how your kids are showing you almost what you should be normalizing, and the part of you that maybe then wants to say that, or like maybe you've said that kind of thing in the past.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, to your kids, you don't realize, like, oh, oh, I I'm normalizing something different.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Like, look to actually learn from them and be like, yeah, it's gonna be purple, you're gonna drive mummy around, yeah, and like just encourage it.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: We're gonna talk about it, we're gonna pretend in the car, you know.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: It's a Lamborghini.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh yeah.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: I'm like, don't you see it in the laneway?
- 22:02SPEAKER_01: Like, there it is.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: There's your spot.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: Like, here you go.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: That's that's a good example.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Our kids are so lucky.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: I just like they're so lucky that they're gonna have parents like like yours have parents like you, and like mine will have parents like me, just to like the things we're not gonna engage in because we know better.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: I'm just like so lucky.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: And then that's when I love going out to public places, like the arena, for example, and like watching it, like Andrew's like, you're like like a little bird, like you just hover and you're like watching all I'm like, I just find it so fascinating.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: Like what we then come home and do as parents versus like, and not to shame anybody, and we've said this in another episode, but just like the difference that like our children are experiencing in like the their eyes and everything.
- 22:46SPEAKER_01: So that's what when you see me out in public, that's what I'm doing.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: I'm observing all the interactions around me.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: Okay, next question: What is your advice for tapping back into a healthy mindset after a dip?
- 23:02SPEAKER_01: Whether it's a client leaving, a payment bouncing, the credit card bill comes in, or you're opening your bank account and it's not what you want to see.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: The number one thing, and I've touched on this in different ways before, but the reason that your mindset, first of all, you're labeling the dip, it's quote unquote bad, which is like nothing is ever bad, wrong, or not as it should be.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: But you're also responding to your current reality.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of like the issue, right?
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: If you keep responding to your current reality, then you're gonna keep perpetuating more of that.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: Your field is always giving you feedback.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: So instead of dipping and be like, oh my god, wow, like a client's leaving, this is horrible, blah, blah, blah, or a credit card bill of this and that.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: It's like, ooh, what is like the larger picture here?
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: Yes, right.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: What is it like, what is this showing me, right?
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: Because this is like a feedback of my alignment.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Like, what is this showing me?
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: Is the client leaving maybe because that's obviously for the best, and like someone better is gonna come in and I can't see that, you know.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: Is it the bank account and I'm I'm dipping and I'm creating lack and scarcity?
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, do I actually need to maybe like strengthen my money mindset?
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: Do I need to buckle down and like do some work around it?
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: And so it's really about zooming out and looking at it as a feedback with curiosity of like, huh, I notice that I'm responding that way.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: Okay, this is perfect.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: This is showing me that I need to strengthen this part of me and then actually going and doing the work for that.
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: I think what happens is people, you know, get into a dip or something bad happens, and then they start to label it as bad or wrong, and then they get stuck in it way longer than they should be because you're not actually doing the things that are going to shift you out of it, and instead you just keep focusing on it, which brings me to another point I want to make, which is switching from problem frequency to solution frequency.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: Because when you're like, oh, this is the bank account, this is the bank account, you're very much in problem.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: You're very much responding to that versus responding to a solution, right?
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: You're responding to the current reality instead of a different reality you want.
- 25:08unknown: Right.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: And then you just kind of like stay stuck in that cycle, unfortunately.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: And so the biggest thing is like you have to be zoom out and break away from it, be like, hmm, okay, what do I actually need to strengthen?
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: What do I actually need to take responsibility for?
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: Like, okay, why is this happening?
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: Is this happening to be maybe the client-wise, it's for the best?
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: Like, I wouldn't assume that a client leaving means anything personal to you, but maybe like, oh, something better is gonna come in.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: Maybe this means I need to clean up this area of my business.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: Oh, my bank account is this.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: All right, where have I been dipping into lack?
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: Where have I been dipping into this?
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: Like, it's all giving you feedback, and not that you're causing it, but like, yeah, you're kind of causing it.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: So, like, where do you actually need to then take responsibility and be like, okay, how can I improve this?
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: What are the things I need to do to improve the situation?
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: And the last thing I want to say about that is to really like become aware of the level of problem that you're willing to have.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: Oh, star quote, under that's like a chill.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: That is a good one.
- 26:07SPEAKER_00: That is I learned that this was something I very much embodied this year, and that I was like, oh shoot.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: Is to really become aware of the level of problem because the version of you that wants the thing we're talking about even the beginning of the episode about the desire.
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, are they having that problem?
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: I guarantee you you're not.
- 26:25SPEAKER_02: No.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they're they're not having that problem.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: They're not having a problem with, you know, whether they have the systems in place for their business, whether, like, you know, the credit card bill comes in, that level of you wouldn't flinch maybe at that kind of credit card bill.
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: But you are, and so that again brings me to the even the previous point of like, oh, I say I want that thing, but where I'm at right now is I'm responding to this way about it, versus that version of me wouldn't.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: So become aware of that.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: Oh, is that really a problem they have?
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: No, they wouldn't be having that problem.
- 26:57SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: These are big things that like if you actually everyone needs to really like save this episode and come back and like actually take notes and like implement it because it's gonna change everything.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: It's that moment, like when you meet your partner, like this is this episode is that moment where it can be like the trajectory changer for 2023.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so much.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: Like, this is literally why obviously people get stuck in the dip is literally like these three things, and like shifting them is gonna be major.
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: Okay, so then what is your advice for somebody who's just listened, is at this point in the episode, and is like, okay, yeah, I am in the problem frequency.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: How can they start to shift to that solution frequency today?
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: The number one thing is not labeling it as bad or wrong or not as it should be.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: Because as soon as you label something as bad or wrong, right, you signal to your nervous system some sort of survival mode thing or avoid, avoid, avoid.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: But then it becomes a pink elephant in the room, right?
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: And so whether it's like with money, with healing, whether it doesn't really matter what the thing is, trying to get away from it is not the same as embodying a different level.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: It's like trying to get away from a lack of money is not the same as moving towards abundance, right?
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: And so the number one thing you have to do is get to a place where like your nervous system is neutral around it and you're not labeling it as bad so that you don't go into that fear response.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: Because if you label, you know, let's say you open your bank account and there's$2,000 in it, whatever, labeling that as bad will then send you into like a fear response.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: And so all you're then gonna do is look through life through the lens of fear, lack, scarcity.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go to the grocery store, you know, you're gonna get into that, you're gonna people will start normalizing something, then you'll agree with them and you'll dip into that normalization frequency because in your bank account, and there's all this stuff versus oh wow, there's so much room in my bank account, there's two thousand dollars, so there's so much more room for more.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: Look how much more room there is for money.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: Like, like there's infinite amounts of room available, right?
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: And there's just it's two different ways of looking at it.
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: So the number one thing in order to like just shift out of problem and into a solution is just looking at how you are looking at things, like the the lens through which you look at things and starting to shift that will be allow you to like look at it.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: And you already got one that I just gave you, which is look at how much more room there is in my bank account.
- 29:16SPEAKER_01: I love that one.
- 29:17SPEAKER_01: That one's so good.
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: There's so much room.
- 29:20SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: That's amazing.
- 29:22SPEAKER_01: Okay, and then what last question?
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: Because I snuck that one in there.
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: Uh, what are the biggest minds mindset shifts that have helped you grow, scale, and heal?
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: I have to pull in one of my favorite ones because this is the one that I see that I've embodied that I see like trips people up the most.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: And that is you don't always simply receive your desires, you receive the experiences, lessons, and personal power that was required to hold it.
- 29:50unknown: I love that.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: I like I've said this um teen time, but like people really need to not only hear this, but like integrate it in because when you ask for something and then you receive like experiences, lessons, or personal power to be able to hold it, you then dip into a lack frequency or you dip into victim or you dip into this, and then you create a gap.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: And the only reason the gap you know exists is because of who you were that created the gap.
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: So, like, this is huge.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: Instead of looking at something of like, oh, this is causing a problem, or this means this, it's like, oh, maybe I actually need to strengthen my ability for this in order to receive more.
- 30:27SPEAKER_00: You know, oh, a client doing this.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: Oh, I need to learn to navigate this situation because definitely that version of me would not be phased by this.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: And so you're asking for growth, then you get an experience that's gonna give you growth to be able to hold it, and then you're like, oh no, too much, too much, I don't want it, and you don't do it.
- 30:42SPEAKER_00: Then it's like, but when you said you wanted the thing, you thought you didn't have to also be the person to be able to do the thing.
- 30:49SPEAKER_00: That's not how that works.
- 30:51SPEAKER_00: I love that, and so like that's honestly where I see people, and they pull out and they unplug.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: You know, they they wanna have this, but they're not willing to clean up their money mindset, or they want to have this relationship, but they're not willing to get rid of the relationships but they're settling in, or the men that they're dating that they know aren't in congruency with what they want, but they want the attention.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: It's like, so do you want the attention or do you want the relationship that's gonna tell?
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: It's up to you.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: But like, let's let's be honest in terms of like why you're not simply like receiving it.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: So that is like huge, which then comes back to congruency.
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: I hope this is really driving home congruency because that's also kind of like the biggest shift is making sure that that is fully embodied, right?
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: And so when you're asking for the thing, is there anything I'm doing that's not in congruency with that?
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: You know, and and looking at that and like asking yourself this on a regular basis, like just an evaluation with curiosity, right?
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: And actually sitting in contemplation.
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is actually bringing up something new that I didn't think I was gonna go here, but we're gonna go here.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: This is this is what I'm noticing with people lately, so I'm gonna speak to it.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: Notice a part of you that instead of I want to say being more, thinks they have to do more.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: So much of like what I see in terms of oh, is it what ritual should I do?
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: Should I do this?
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: Should I do that?
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: Like this extra outward doing energy versus what if you were just like the to lean back and actually just become aware to like bring deeper embodiment, deeper presence to what you're doing versus like seeking something outside, outside the next thing, the next thing, the next thing.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: Which also then brings this loops into what else do I want to say about consistency?
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: Consistency is so important, and I know I've talked about like the air diffuser before, but I see this again all the time.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: Is that you plug the air diffuser in for a hot minute, and then you're like, well, it's not filling in the room, and you unplug it.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: Like, well, you had it in for like a minute.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: Can can we give it a second?
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: Can you like be consistent and congruent for a long enough time that the smell from the diffuser can like fill the room?
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: But so oftentimes we dip, you know, because it's it's quote unquote not here yet, when it's actually just like, oh, we just need to be consistent for a while.
- 33:05SPEAKER_00: And yes, things can drop in easier, but they drop in easier because you're consistent and convicted and you've compounded who you were, right?
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: And so not unplugging is major.
- 33:16SPEAKER_00: The big things that I like I also see is that people unplug way too quickly, and it's like that meme.
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: I love this meme with the person digging for diamonds, and like the top person is like still digging, and the bottom person like gives up right before like they hit the diamonds.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: Yes, and it's like the slimmer, yeah.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but people unplug right before they're about to hit diamonds, and then what happens is they just start from zero again, and then they start compounding and building momentum, and then right before it comes, they drop again, right?
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: And so, like cleaning that up is going to be like so major.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: And then I would say the last biggest mindset shift is really there's no such thing as lack, which is like, oh, I know that's gonna be like watch the part of you that when I said that went right, oh can you allow yourself to be expanded?
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: Because that's the egoic part of you, right?
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: And so when you realize okay, there is no such thing as lack, then your brain is able to look at things differently.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: And so, even the part of you that when I said that wants to be like, oh, but this happened at work, or I don't know, this state of the society, or this or this or that, looping this back to what I said before.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: If that were true, it'd have to be true for everyone, it's not true for everyone, there are people thriving.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: So don't put yourself like in that bucket voluntarily because it is a voluntarily bucket.
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: And then you get dip into victim, and then you start normalizing things, and then you get a dopamine hit every time you and Sally are normalizing lack together, and then you feel validated and seen.
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: And I Morgan's laughing, you guys can't see, but it's true, it's so true, it's so true.
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: It's so true, and just like even just becoming aware of like doing that more.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: I don't know, even if you need to set like a pack with you and your friends, or you and like, you know, like okay, we're not gonna do this.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: Like, let's be aware where we see each other like doing this, or where the other prince is not realizing it, and just like call each other out and just become aware, like, oh, do you notice we did this here?
- 35:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, we did this here, oh, we did this here.
- 35:21SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 35:22SPEAKER_00: Again, like I really want to strip people back into like it's less about doing more, and it's really about undoing what's preventing it in the first place because we're we're all like like quarks.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: If you know like a wine cork, yeah, a wine cork will float in water, yeah, without you having to do anything.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: That's us naturally.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: We're naturally abundant, thriving, magnetic, everything.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: That that's our natural state, but it's the resistance and all the crap that we put on it, kind of like if you were to push the cork down with your hand, yeah, that's creating us from you know, that's stopping us from floating.
- 35:54SPEAKER_00: So it's not so much what do I need to do to float, it's what do I need to remove so I can naturally float back up, which is where I was originally.
- 36:02SPEAKER_00: And so this is like it's not as much of I don't know, a fun vibey, I don't know what the latest TikTok 369, that's the last one I knew about.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: I don't know, lucky, no, I think we've moved on from Lucky Girl.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: It's not so much that, yeah, but it's the actual things that are like gonna move the needle.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: And that's why I always just like rather than doing all those things that also take up time, like maybe you're also a busy mom and you're like, I can't, you know, meditate and do all these things.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: And like you don't necessarily need to if we were just to clean up the people, you know, that you're surrounding yourself with.
- 36:33SPEAKER_00: And even like the we'll go with the mom example, the mom clients that I have, or like the mums that I know, you know, are you surrounding yourself with mums who normalize everything being hard and struggle and and tired all the time?
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying that there are probably aren't moments of that, but there's normalizing that, and there's also like supporting of like, how do you navigate this, or like when you got really tired, how did you shift out of it?
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: Like, there's just a different place that that question or support can be coming from versus like bonding over normalizing something that you don't actually want to be normalizing, yeah.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: And so like little things like that that don't get into complainy groups, don't get into gossipy circles, right?
- 37:09SPEAKER_00: And I don't know, I could feel like I could go if you watch reality TV, I don't know, I I'm not the biggest reality TV fan.
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: I I just I I can't sit there and watch like hours of Real Housewives, but even just like normalizing, like it's your addiction to that drama of like what are you normalizing, right?
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: And so there's a degree of like also what you're consuming, not just with your friends, but like the addiction of what you're actually consuming.
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: Like, is there elements of that that you're normalizing?
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: So if you're normalizing, like, I don't know, wealth and the wearing Fendi and Gucci all the time, like they wear, sure.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: If that's why you like it.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: But if it's from a ooh, I love the gossip, I love this, I love the the negative addiction, you know, of that, then like then maybe we should look at that.
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: There's a there's so many little areas.
- 37:53SPEAKER_00: I just think it's really important that people take an inventory and just bring awareness to these different parts of like where you might be dipping into this.
- 38:00SPEAKER_00: And like, am I coming into this from an empowering place to get support, or am I maybe normalizing something that I shouldn't be normalizing?
- 38:07SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 38:08SPEAKER_01: So good.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: I feel like that was I feel like we your questions were so good because I feel like we touched on so many good things, but we also brought it back and integrated each thing deeper and kind of like circled back and like reintegrated it to kind of show you the whole path between like normalizing and consistency and congruency and victim and like really explaining maybe why you are where you are, with also things like don't make sure like you're creating your life, you're not responding to your life, you know, expanding your nervous system for more.
- 38:39SPEAKER_00: Like when things happen, you know, I don't ever want someone to think like it's all sunshine and rainbows, because it's definitely not.
- 38:45SPEAKER_00: But I don't live my life in response mode to things, right?
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: And so even when things happen, it's noticing the part of you that then like goes into a full response mode.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: Even if it's something as like you missed an exit or roads closed or you spilt milk, or if it's something big, like you know, family members being sick, or you know, divorce, something like that.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: Like, just where are you living in response mode where you've given your personal power away instead of like, hmm, how can I take my power back in the situation to become the creator versus like feeling you are like a victim to life, which is like completely not true, and also why we have a power program coming this fall, because I just feel like people aren't in enough of their power and their conviction where they then feel like a victim to their life versus a creator of their life.
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: And I've posted this like before sometimes on my stories.
- 39:35SPEAKER_00: I'll I'll ask, like, are you responding to life or are you creating it?
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: And I'll put like a little poll just to remind people that oh, I'm in response mode to this.
- 39:43SPEAKER_00: I'm letting you know that dictate, you know, how I feel in my life, how I go about my life, you know, the the things, the decisions I do or do not make, you know.
- 39:53SPEAKER_00: I love that that's that is your so far.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: 37 minutes.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's a long time.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: 37 minutes of magic.
- 40:00SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 40:00SPEAKER_01: This is this is, yeah, like Liv said, one of the episodes to like save and come back to because there's just so many good like nuggets and takeaways that you can like implement every like every question.
- 40:11SPEAKER_01: There is like a good nugget.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: And I think it also, you know, you can apply this mindset to whether it's like your business, you can apply it to money, you can apply it to relationships, you can apply it to, you know, even finding a relationship, you can apply it to friendships, you can, I don't know, apply it to your health, you can apply it to you know, absolutely everything.
- 40:33SPEAKER_00: So this is why I like it.
- 40:35SPEAKER_01: So good.
- 40:37SPEAKER_00: Do you have any final questions for me for that?
- 40:39SPEAKER_01: The final question would be if listeners are sitting there being like, hey, I want to make the change, I've noticed that, yeah, like I am responding to life, like I'm not creating it, I'm in the problem frequency.
- 40:49SPEAKER_01: Where do you recommend they go next?
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: Honestly, I'm really excited for unwavering.
- 40:56SPEAKER_00: I would say that's part, we're gonna link that down below.
- 40:58SPEAKER_00: You can, it'll be something you'll be able to join at any time.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of where I would go because that's where we're really gonna be dismantling like the exact shifts, how to get out of, you know, the victim mentality, how to break, you know, the loops that you're stuck into, the patterns that you're stuck into, how to be someone who like is solid so that even if you know other people's projections are coming onto you, like it kind of washes over you, or when to know when it's a projection versus like a mirror.
- 41:28SPEAKER_00: I mean, also how to like not stay there very long.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: So we talked about like mindset dips.
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: We're gonna be breaking down like everything so that you don't stay in like a dip.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: And I think people perpetuate a dip a long time.
- 41:38SPEAKER_00: I don't like it.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: That is just like so juicy that I would say is like number one.
- 41:41SPEAKER_00: We'll leave the info for that down below.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: Um, if you can't join that and you want something a little bit like of a smaller thing, I would say best year ever, because those are like the exact things that you need to do to all to have your best year ever if it's self-explanatory.
- 41:55SPEAKER_00: Uh, those are like the two, and then look forward to the power program because when you have personal power, it's like I've said before, when you walk into a room, instead of worrying about absorbing the frequency in the room, you emit your own frequency.
- 42:08SPEAKER_00: And that's like with the personal power, right?
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: And sometimes you need personal power so that other people's projections don't get into you or don't make you dip or don't instill fear and lack.
- 42:17SPEAKER_00: So, like, those are I would say like the top, the top places to go.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm honestly like so excited for unwavering.
- 42:23SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be so good.
- 42:24SPEAKER_00: It could seem like I was planning it out, and like the the what I'm teaching is so my like if you think the podcast is like holy, like, oh we're gonna be getting into it unwavering.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: So, like, I I honestly cannot, if you're a human, you need the you need to know these shifts.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: So good.
- 42:41SPEAKER_01: It's the gift to like give yourself right now before we enter this next like season and phase.
- 42:47unknown: Right.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: And this is like we talked about like, oh, if you know that your mindset isn't solid no matter what, all right.
- 42:53SPEAKER_00: So you gotta do the thing, then it makes your mouth mindset solid no matter what.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: It's like if you weren't, you know, you've like your body wasn't physically healthy, you then you need to know, you know, I need to eat more vegetables, I need to like eat healthy foods, right?
- 43:04SPEAKER_00: It's the same thing strengthening your ability to do that.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: If you're not a runner and you want to become a runner, then you actually have to start running.
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: You can't just like one day, if I write enough times, I'm a runner, I will just magically become a runner.
- 43:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's like, well, no, you need to know how does a runner need to run.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: I'm sure there's running technique.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: I'm not the a runner, but I'm sure there's a technique about, you know, this way is better to run, or if you want to go faster, you know, put your feet this way, or maybe these types of shoes.
- 43:29SPEAKER_00: And like, it's those intricate things that I'm teaching, like in unwavering, or like, you know, whatever kind of program you want to do, that's then gonna allow you to do the thing versus like stating, waiting, like, I'm gonna become a runner.
- 43:39SPEAKER_00: It's like, all right, what are the things I actually need to learn so that I know how to become a runner?
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: So I can start to run faster, so I can do all these things.
- 43:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I love that.
- 43:48SPEAKER_01: It's such a good episode.
- 43:50SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: I love I love chatting with you.
- 43:52SPEAKER_00: I feel like, yeah, I feel like we have such good chats.
- 43:54SPEAKER_00: So stay tuned for the next one.

- 43:59SPEAKER_00: All right, thank you guys so much for listening.
- 44:01SPEAKER_00: As always, if you found this valuable, please share it with friends and family.
