- 0:00Speaker 1: Every so often with this channel, it seems like it's
- 0:02Speaker 1: happening more and more as I go over more ideas.
- 0:05Speaker 1: I realize that I'm totally out of stuff to talk about,
- 0:07Speaker 1: and I have to do what I call idea farming,
- 0:10Speaker 1: which is just basically going through a ton of different
- 0:12Speaker 1: content and trying to comb through ideas that I want
- 0:14Speaker 1: to talk about. And usually I would do this while
- 0:17Speaker 1: playing some type of game. There's some type of game
- 0:18Speaker 1: that doesn't require me to use sound, and so I
- 0:21Speaker 1: would shut the sound off on that particular game, and
- 0:23Speaker 1: I would just go and listen to whatever I can
- 0:25Speaker 1: listen to. In this particular case today, I've been playing
- 0:28Speaker 1: a lot of that game Risk of Rain 2 because
- 0:31Speaker 1: I played the first one for probably over 1,000 hours.
- 0:35Speaker 1: So I can play any difficulty of that game, no
- 0:37Speaker 1: matter any difficulty, any character, any artifact, and I can
- 0:39Speaker 1: beat the shit out of that game. So I've gotten
- 0:41Speaker 1: kind of bored of it at this point, but fortunately
- 0:44Speaker 1: there was a big update for Risk of Rain 2,
- 0:45Speaker 1: so I've been playing the crap out of that one.
- 0:48Speaker 1: And we've been working on this challenge where you're supposed
- 0:50Speaker 1: to beat like 20 levels and you get some really
- 0:52Speaker 1: cool item for doing that. But I got to say,
- 0:56Speaker 1: this new Risk of Rain is so damn difficult that
- 0:58Speaker 1: I played this shit on the easiest difficulty. And I've
- 1:01Speaker 1: done this 20 levels challenge multiple times and still have
- 1:04Speaker 1: not succeeded. In fact, I just got really pissed because
- 1:07Speaker 1: after I was doing some of this idea farming, I
- 1:10Speaker 1: made it through about 16 of those levels and I
- 1:12Speaker 1: alt-tabbed to go play a different video. And as I
- 1:15Speaker 1: came back in, I hit the quit to menu button
- 1:19Speaker 1: and I lost my two-hour run. of, of risk of rain.
- 1:22Speaker 1: So I was pretty mad about that. And I hope
- 1:24Speaker 1: in a future update, they will put a yes or no. Uh,
- 1:27Speaker 1: are you sure you want to quit so that shit
- 1:29Speaker 1: like that doesn't happen? But, uh, while I was doing that,
- 1:32Speaker 1: I was watching or listening to the, uh, depositions of
- 1:37Speaker 1: the Vic Mignogna case. I've been following, uh, Nick Riccata, uh,
- 1:41Speaker 1: Riccata Law, I believe it's his YouTube channel. I've been
- 1:43Speaker 1: following that since January, since this all started. And, uh, the,
- 1:47Speaker 1: the whole situation never, ever, uh, is a letdown. There's
- 1:51Speaker 1: always something interesting that's happening, especially as now we get
- 1:56Speaker 1: to put some names to faces and we get to
- 1:59Speaker 1: see some people talk, because usually with voice actors, you
- 2:01Speaker 1: don't really get to see who they are. Or in
- 2:03Speaker 1: the case of Ron Toy, you don't get to see
- 2:05Speaker 1: who he is because he's not a voice actor. He's
- 2:06Speaker 1: like a banker or something like that. But I've been
- 2:08Speaker 1: thoroughly enjoying this entire thing. One, because the accusers in
- 2:11Speaker 1: this situation, Monica Real, Ron Toy, and Jamie Markey, are completely,
- 2:16Speaker 1: completely going to lose. And they're completely going to lose
- 2:19Speaker 1: a shitload of money. And it's not like with Christine
- 2:22Speaker 1: Blasey Ford, maybe they were following her footsteps with the
- 2:24Speaker 1: whole Me Too movement at the start of that, or
- 2:26Speaker 1: I guess the second round of Me Too where the
- 2:29Speaker 1: Kavanaugh hearings came in place. They got to realize that
- 2:32Speaker 1: Christine Blasey Ford had a shitload of backing from the Democrats,
- 2:36Speaker 1: a shitload of backing from, quite frankly, a lot of
- 2:38Speaker 1: criminals and criminal industries that would back her. And Monica Riel,
- 2:44Speaker 1: Jamie Markey, and Ron Toy had none of that. I think,
- 2:47Speaker 1: in fact, Monica was flat out broke I just found
- 2:51Speaker 1: out with this whole case how much a voice actor makes.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Some of those depositions had talked about how much they make.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I think they make like maybe average of $ 75 an hour.
- 3:01Speaker 1: And then one of the questions in Rial's deposition was, well,
- 3:05Speaker 1: how many hours do you work per week? She's like, oh,
- 3:06Speaker 1: I don't know. Sometimes it's like 60. A lot of
- 3:08Speaker 1: times it's 20. Right now it's like four hours a week.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Four hours a week on $ 75 an hour is not
- 3:15Speaker 1: very much money. And she's trying to deal with this
- 3:18Speaker 1: whole legal case. She is fucking crazy. broke. I think
- 3:20Speaker 1: the only reason she can even stand in a courtroom
- 3:22Speaker 1: is because her cucked fiance, who they've been engaged for
- 3:26Speaker 1: like five years or something like that, and they're not
- 3:29Speaker 1: married yet. That's a very, very bad sign. Also bad sign,
- 3:33Speaker 1: you know, before the marriage is the best she's going
- 3:36Speaker 1: to get. And, you know, before the marriage, she's like, what,
- 3:39Speaker 1: 300 pounds? And she's got, you know, that nice old
- 3:42Speaker 1: pixie cuts and nice, disgustingly oversized teeth that are false
- 3:47Speaker 1: for whatever reason. not too much in the words of
- 3:51Speaker 1: Karen about her actual physical appearance. Before you're married, at
- 3:54Speaker 1: the best possible time, Ron Toy, this is not going
- 3:57Speaker 1: to turn out well for you. And, well, that's all
- 4:01Speaker 1: good to me because both of you are a bunch
- 4:02Speaker 1: of liars and you both deserve each other. But getting
- 4:05Speaker 1: back to that Christine Blasey Ford thing, because maybe that's
- 4:07Speaker 1: what they thought this whole thing was going to be,
- 4:09Speaker 1: Christine Blasey Ford falsely accuses Kavanaugh of raping her 85
- 4:14Speaker 1: years ago, whatever the fuck it was, whatever, you know,
- 4:18Speaker 1: triple the statute of limitations it would be long ago.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Maybe they figured it was going to be like that.
- 4:24Speaker 1: But I find it totally ironic that Monica Real, who
- 4:28Speaker 1: is an actress, who has been a professional actress for like,
- 4:32Speaker 1: I think, 12 to 15 years, maybe longer than that,
- 4:35Speaker 1: a professional actress pulls off a less believable cry because
- 4:41Speaker 1: Monica Real, during her deposition, starts talking about her experience
- 4:44Speaker 1: with Vic and she chokes up a little bit falsely.
- 4:47Speaker 1: One of the ways you can tell, and I'm just
- 4:49Speaker 1: going to completely rely on Nick Riccata for this, because
- 4:52Speaker 1: he's like, I've seen a lot of women cry in court,
- 4:54Speaker 1: and when women cry in court, and she's got basically
- 4:58Speaker 1: a giant cake on her face, and that cake isn't
- 5:00Speaker 1: running at all. So she's produced no tears. This extremely
- 5:04Speaker 1: traumatic event, this extremely traumatic event probably did not happen.
- 5:09Speaker 1: But a professional actress, someone who's been an actress for
- 5:12Speaker 1: over a decade, pulled off a less believable cry. than
- 5:15Speaker 1: Christine Blasey Ford, who has had, I would imagine, either
- 5:19Speaker 1: not very much acting training or not nearly as much
- 5:22Speaker 1: acting training as Monica has had. So that's got to
- 5:25Speaker 1: be super embarrassing. And I now understand that when people
- 5:29Speaker 1: say this whole thing was started out of jealousy, because
- 5:31Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't really watch dubs. The only
- 5:33Speaker 1: time I watch a dub is if it's very, very,
- 5:35Speaker 1: very good. Because what happens in animation is that, one,
- 5:40Speaker 1: anime is made for Japan. It's specifically made to mimic
- 5:43Speaker 1: Japanese speaking style. So a very, very big problem dubs
- 5:46Speaker 1: have is that the words don't fit the mouth flaps.
- 5:49Speaker 1: So they have these really weird, awkward, long pauses. Like
- 5:52Speaker 1: they'll say, hey, you over there, because they don't hit
- 5:58Speaker 1: the mouth flaps right now. It makes sense to do
- 6:00Speaker 1: that in Japanese because of the way the language works,
- 6:02Speaker 1: but it doesn't make sense to do it in English.
- 6:03Speaker 1: So it's kind of weird like that too. They often
- 6:06Speaker 1: have the very, very low quality stuff on the dub.
- 6:10Speaker 1: So it's of course, You know, anime is very, very
- 6:13Speaker 1: big in Japan. They've got a lot more money to it,
- 6:14Speaker 1: so they get a lot better actors. It's not as
- 6:17Speaker 1: big as America, so you get a little bit less finances.
- 6:20Speaker 1: This is just my guess. My guess is that it's
- 6:22Speaker 1: smaller than America. If you've got actual numbers, feel free
- 6:25Speaker 1: to disprove my assertion that anime is more popular in Japan,
- 6:29Speaker 1: or it makes more money in Japan, at least. But
- 6:31Speaker 1: I get why people were saying that this is out
- 6:33Speaker 1: of jealousy, because in Monica's deposition, this is the part
- 6:36Speaker 1: that stuck out to me the most. is that she
- 6:39Speaker 1: got really, her face changed a little bit towards anger
- 6:42Speaker 1: when this was said. She would mention that, you know,
- 6:45Speaker 1: I've been on shows where I was the main character
- 6:49Speaker 1: and Vic Mignogna was also in the show. Guess who
- 6:52Speaker 1: was on the cover? Vic was on the cover because
- 6:54Speaker 1: he sells titles. I was not on the cover because
- 6:56Speaker 1: I don't. Well, a person who can't even pull off
- 7:00Speaker 1: a decent fake cry, or can't pull off a fake
- 7:02Speaker 1: cry as good as someone who's not a professional actress,
- 7:05Speaker 1: I can very well see why Vic might sell more
- 7:08Speaker 1: copies than you do. He might be a better actor
- 7:10Speaker 1: than you. He might also be a lot more social
- 7:13Speaker 1: than you. I think, of course, Vic is being humble
- 7:16Speaker 1: in this situation because it's probably the smartest thing to
- 7:18Speaker 1: do when he's saying he lacks social intelligence or he
- 7:20Speaker 1: lacks the ability to tell certain social cues. I think
- 7:24Speaker 1: that's complete bullshit. I think he only has to say
- 7:25Speaker 1: that because he's defending himself legally here. But Vic is
- 7:29Speaker 1: extremely socially intelligent, like clearly. I imagine, I've been to
- 7:34Speaker 1: a Vic Mignotta line at Anime Expo a bunch of
- 7:38Speaker 1: years ago. I think I was like 14. So this
- 7:39Speaker 1: was like 15 years ago. That Vic line was massive.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And this had been like 2004, 2005. So I'm sure
- 7:47Speaker 1: his following wasn't nearly as big as it is now.
- 7:50Speaker 1: But you can immediately see why the Vic Mignotta line
- 7:52Speaker 1: was extremely long. It's because out of all the people
- 7:55Speaker 1: I've met who are famous, because I've been to a
- 7:57Speaker 1: lot of conventions, I also live relatively close to Los Angeles,
- 8:00Speaker 1: so I've met quite a few famous people. Most of
- 8:03Speaker 1: those conversations with people who are famous are very, very
- 8:06Speaker 1: awkward when you go up and say, oh, hey, I
- 8:07Speaker 1: love your shit. You're so great. Thank you. That song
- 8:11Speaker 1: you wrote saved me at that one time or whatever,
- 8:14Speaker 1: the fan conversations. Usually those are fairly awkward. But when
- 8:17Speaker 1: I met Vic at Anime Expo back in 2004, 2005,
- 8:21Speaker 1: I can't remember, immediately, Immediately as you started talking to him,
- 8:27Speaker 1: it was super comfortable. I asked him how he pronounces
- 8:29Speaker 1: his name. I think he told a little anecdote about
- 8:32Speaker 1: how people ask him that question all the time. I
- 8:35Speaker 1: think even when he signed whatever he signed, I don't
- 8:37Speaker 1: think I kept it actually, but he wrote it phonetically
- 8:39Speaker 1: on the card. And so it's just a super nice
- 8:42Speaker 1: and genuine conversation. And he just did it in a
- 8:44Speaker 1: way that removed all anxiety. And so I don't know
- 8:47Speaker 1: how he does that. Again, he's extremely socially intelligent, but
- 8:51Speaker 1: that clearly marks off on his fans that as opposed
- 8:54Speaker 1: to if you walk up to a voice actor or
- 8:56Speaker 1: voice actress who does not have that interaction, well, of course,
- 8:58Speaker 1: you're going to see a much smaller line. You're going
- 9:00Speaker 1: to see a lot less successful voice actor. I think
- 9:03Speaker 1: there are probably two voice actors at that particular convention
- 9:06Speaker 1: that left a big impression on me. It was one,
- 9:07Speaker 1: Vic Mignogna, definitely, but two, Crispin Freeman. Also, someone who
- 9:12Speaker 1: has no problem getting roles for voice acting, someone who
- 9:14Speaker 1: has no problem with success. So I've just been really
- 9:16Speaker 1: enjoying how these people who are obviously jealous of Vic
- 9:18Speaker 1: Mignogna are going to completely lose... this whole thing and
- 9:22Speaker 1: the longer this goes the more entertaining it's going to
- 9:24Speaker 1: be like um i kind of watch this like it
- 9:26Speaker 1: like a tv show and there's a jordan peterson line
- 9:29Speaker 1: where it's um if you have a play and you
- 9:33Speaker 1: have a an act one you have a gun in
- 9:35Speaker 1: the living room if it's not used by the end
- 9:37Speaker 1: of act three there's no point in that gun being
- 9:39Speaker 1: in the living room so usually if things are shown
- 9:42Speaker 1: to you at the first part of the movie they're
- 9:44Speaker 1: they're reflected at the end of the movie And so
- 9:46Speaker 1: they had been teasing things like, we're going to depose everybody.
- 9:49Speaker 1: We're going to depose Nick Ricada, too. I would love
- 9:52Speaker 1: to see Nick Ricada deposed. In fact, I almost expect it,
- 9:55Speaker 1: even though this is real life, so it might not happen.
- 9:57Speaker 1: But I've just been watching this thing like a TV show.
- 10:00Speaker 1: like reality TV, and I just love the entertainment. But second,
- 10:03Speaker 1: as an added bonus to all the massive drama that's
- 10:05Speaker 1: around this event, because I've been watching this pretty exclusively
- 10:08Speaker 1: through Riccata's Law Channel, I have learned a shitload about
- 10:11Speaker 1: the law, and especially as this case relates pretty highly
- 10:15Speaker 1: to MGTOW. and false accusation being a big reason why
- 10:19Speaker 1: people should go to MGTOW, why it's not really... I mean,
- 10:22Speaker 1: maybe it's different in certain states. Different states have different psychologists.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Different states have different laws. But certainly, if you're living
- 10:28Speaker 1: in a blue state, like California or New York, it's
- 10:31Speaker 1: probably not even safe to date. It's probably not even safe.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I know a lot of MGTOW pump and dump. It's
- 10:36Speaker 1: probably not safe to do that. So interpret that how
- 10:38Speaker 1: you like. But I have learned a lot of things
- 10:40Speaker 1: about the law. Like I've learned the term defamation. I've
- 10:42Speaker 1: learned what a deposition is. I've learned other D words.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I've learned a little bit about how legal strategy works
- 10:48Speaker 1: and how people cross-examine. There's been a lot of really
- 10:51Speaker 1: interesting stuff that's gone on, and certainly if someone can
- 10:53Speaker 1: take a drama and turn this into education, well, I
- 10:57Speaker 1: think that's how actual education works, is just find something
- 10:59Speaker 1: that's super, super interesting and then find how to teach
- 11:03Speaker 1: somebody some type of lesson through that interesting thing that's
- 11:06Speaker 1: going on. Certainly Nick Riccata does a very, very good
- 11:09Speaker 1: job at that. But on the MGTOW idea, because this
- 11:12Speaker 1: is a situation that highly relates to MGTOW, And there
- 11:16Speaker 1: are only going to be so many events that are
- 11:19Speaker 1: going to happen where we have a chance to fight
- 11:22Speaker 1: some of the precedents that have been set by feminism.
- 11:25Speaker 1: And this is a golden opportunity to fight some of
- 11:27Speaker 1: those precedents. And I think people make a mistake when
- 11:30Speaker 1: they think about stuff like this because they think, if
- 11:32Speaker 1: I'm going to fight back, if I'm going to be
- 11:34Speaker 1: the person who takes on the man, then I have
- 11:36Speaker 1: to be the person in the front lines. That's not
- 11:39Speaker 1: the case. A lot of times you can't be that,
- 11:41Speaker 1: or a lot of times maybe you just aren't that person.
- 11:43Speaker 1: But what you can certainly do is you could help
- 11:45Speaker 1: the person who is. Certainly, I probably will, I hopefully
- 11:49Speaker 1: will never be falsely accused of being raped, but that's
- 11:52Speaker 1: something I always have to worry about. Because I'm not
- 11:54Speaker 1: the person who's being falsely accused of being raped, I
- 11:56Speaker 1: can't really fight that back. But there are people who have.
- 11:59Speaker 1: And because Vic has been falsely accused of being raped,
- 12:02Speaker 1: if you want this to stop, then it is of
- 12:04Speaker 1: your best interest to help Vic as much as you
- 12:07Speaker 1: possibly can. Vic has now decided to become a champion
- 12:11Speaker 1: in this situation because I think When they were levying
- 12:14Speaker 1: these accusations against him, when they got him kicked out
- 12:16Speaker 1: of cons, they got him fired from Funimation, they got
- 12:18Speaker 1: him fired from Rooster Teeth, and basically blacklisted him from
- 12:22Speaker 1: anime voice acting, which has been his career for the
- 12:24Speaker 1: past 20 years. When they did all this, they probably
- 12:27Speaker 1: thought he was just going to fold. I mean, Vic's
- 12:29Speaker 1: a pretty nice guy. I mean, he doesn't seem like
- 12:32Speaker 1: a guy that would fight back, but apparently he is.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Thank God he is. He doesn't seem like a guy
- 12:36Speaker 1: who would fight back, and they just thought he was
- 12:38Speaker 1: just going to tumble over and that'd be it. but
- 12:41Speaker 1: that's not what he did. He decided he wasn't going
- 12:42Speaker 1: to take it. He picked up his sword and he
- 12:44Speaker 1: charged right in. I think what he's doing here is
- 12:47Speaker 1: an essential part of being a good person. It is
- 12:50Speaker 1: not good enough. If you're going to be a good person,
- 12:53Speaker 1: it's not good enough just to live by good principles.
- 12:55Speaker 1: It's not good enough just to not, you know, there
- 12:56Speaker 1: are four major principles of a working group or a
- 13:00Speaker 1: working person or a healthy person is you don't lie,
- 13:03Speaker 1: you don't cheat, you don't kill, and you don't steal.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Or the Universal terminology that's around those things. Certainly not
- 13:09Speaker 1: killing is not the only thing. Don't be violent whatsoever
- 13:11Speaker 1: if you can get away with it. It's not just
- 13:15Speaker 1: carrying out those things, but also if you're going to
- 13:17Speaker 1: be a truly good person, if you're going to be
- 13:18Speaker 1: a truly good person who matters, then it is your
- 13:21Speaker 1: obligation to fight people who are evil. Much like if
- 13:26Speaker 1: you're being attacked in an alleyway, someone tries to rob
- 13:29Speaker 1: you on the street, and you have the ability to
- 13:31Speaker 1: fight back, but you don't, you've just committed an evil.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Because the evil that happens is that if that person
- 13:37Speaker 1: who robs you gets away with it, they're going to say, well, hey,
- 13:40Speaker 1: that was really fucking easy. I can just rob somebody
- 13:43Speaker 1: else now. They become empowered. Every time they win, they
- 13:46Speaker 1: become empowered. That's why these people, Jamie Markey, Monica Riala,
- 13:52Speaker 1: and Ron Toya are so arrogant about this is because
- 13:56Speaker 1: the false accusation thing has worked so many times and
- 13:58Speaker 1: people just keep folding and not fighting back and they
- 14:02Speaker 1: keep winning. But as soon as someone says, no, I'm
- 14:04Speaker 1: not going to let you rob me, I'm not going
- 14:05Speaker 1: to let you assault me, I'm going to fight back,
- 14:08Speaker 1: and that person wins, well then the person who did
- 14:11Speaker 1: the robbing, the person who committed the crime, is going
- 14:14Speaker 1: to say, oh shit, the next time I try that,
- 14:16Speaker 1: that person might fight back and they might win. Also,
- 14:19Speaker 1: anybody else who might commit the same crime says, hey,
- 14:22Speaker 1: that person got attacked back and that person lost, they
- 14:24Speaker 1: went to jail, they got the shit kicked out of
- 14:26Speaker 1: them when they tried to rob that guy. that might
- 14:30Speaker 1: happen to me. It might happen to me if I
- 14:31Speaker 1: try to rob that guy. It might happen if I
- 14:32Speaker 1: try to rob somebody else. And so the good is
- 14:35Speaker 1: not just for you who didn't get robbed, but the
- 14:37Speaker 1: good is for everybody else who might have gotten robbed
- 14:39Speaker 1: after you or everybody else who might have been inspired
- 14:42Speaker 1: by the villain to do what they did. So it's like,
- 14:45Speaker 1: you know, if you put good things in the world,
- 14:48Speaker 1: people will follow that. If you put bad things in
- 14:50Speaker 1: the world, people will follow that. People are just going
- 14:51Speaker 1: to do what's effective. People are going to model behavior
- 14:53Speaker 1: they see works. And so if you show that being
- 14:56Speaker 1: good works by fighting evil, then other people are going
- 14:58Speaker 1: to see that, and certainly it's going to put the
- 15:00Speaker 1: fear in the eyes of people who are actually evil
- 15:03Speaker 1: to not attack anybody else. And so we need to
- 15:06Speaker 1: get that ball rolling. We need to get that precedent set,
- 15:09Speaker 1: is that we are no longer going to put up
- 15:11Speaker 1: with these stupid false rape accusations anymore. We're not going
- 15:14Speaker 1: to put up with false abuse accusations anymore, because it's
- 15:18Speaker 1: at the point where it's fucking ridiculous. How many men
- 15:21Speaker 1: need to be imprisoned or permanently enslaved due to a
- 15:24Speaker 1: false accusation. Like I remember, if I can find this,
- 15:27Speaker 1: I'll put this in the description or I might just forget.
- 15:29Speaker 1: But I remember watching this whole documentary where this chick
- 15:32Speaker 1: was having a fight with her friend. They were at
- 15:34Speaker 1: the bar. She got super drunk and then she went
- 15:36Speaker 1: off with some guy for a while. They just drove
- 15:40Speaker 1: around for a bit. Then she got out and she
- 15:41Speaker 1: met her friend and her friend and her got in
- 15:44Speaker 1: a huge fight. And to resolve that fight, to make
- 15:47Speaker 1: it so that she wasn't fighting her friend anymore, she
- 15:48Speaker 1: accused a guy of rape who did not commit rape. Well,
- 15:51Speaker 1: they went and found that guy And he went to
- 15:53Speaker 1: prison for four years for a crime he didn't commit.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Just because every woman has to be believed. In fact,
- 16:00Speaker 1: even when she admitted she lied, he still had to
- 16:03Speaker 1: stay in prison for another year. Because of how fucked
- 16:06Speaker 1: up this system is. And so it's time to say stop.
- 16:10Speaker 1: And like I said, it's probably not going to be
- 16:12Speaker 1: the case. It's not the case for me. It's probably
- 16:15Speaker 1: not going to be the case that you're going to
- 16:17Speaker 1: be on the front line. So when someone decides... to
- 16:20Speaker 1: not take it anymore. When someone decides to become a
- 16:23Speaker 1: champion of this idea that false rape accusations are not
- 16:26Speaker 1: going to be allowed anymore, then it's up to you
- 16:28Speaker 1: as the person who agrees with those ideals to support
- 16:31Speaker 1: the person as much as possible. They're taking up the
- 16:33Speaker 1: fight against evil by attacking it head on, and you're
- 16:36Speaker 1: taking up the fight against evil by supporting that person
- 16:38Speaker 1: as much as possible. So Vic Mignogna, in this case,
- 16:41Speaker 1: against false rape accusations, is our hero. He is our champion.
- 16:44Speaker 1: He is our He's our Odysseus. He's our Robert Downey Jr.
- 16:48Speaker 1: or Iron Man. Tony Stark, there we go. Whatever name
- 16:53Speaker 1: you want to attach to it. But he's our hero
- 16:54Speaker 1: in this situation. And our hero is fighting some pretty
- 16:57Speaker 1: big dragons at this point. He's fighting three people already.
- 16:59Speaker 1: He might have to fight Funimation. He might have to
- 17:02Speaker 1: fight Sony, who owns Funimation, I believe. And this could
- 17:08Speaker 1: go on for many, many years. Who knows? But he's
- 17:12Speaker 1: got some pretty big foes here. And he's going to
- 17:14Speaker 1: need some pretty big weapons to fight them back. And
- 17:17Speaker 1: the biggest weapon that Vic has against the forces of evil,
- 17:19Speaker 1: and you can tell they don't like this because they've
- 17:21Speaker 1: been very clear that they don't like this. They've been
- 17:24Speaker 1: screaming every time it gets bigger and bigger. But the
- 17:27Speaker 1: biggest weapon he has is that massive GoFundMe campaign that
- 17:30Speaker 1: he's got going on. I think it's over $ 200, 000 at
- 17:34Speaker 1: this point. And they just absolutely hate that because no
- 17:37Speaker 1: matter how many expensive legal strategies they try... He won't
- 17:42Speaker 1: falter them. They won't just win by default by trying
- 17:45Speaker 1: to outspend him or by trying to make this legal
- 17:48Speaker 1: process so expensive for him that he can't possibly afford
- 17:50Speaker 1: it because certainly that is an effective strategy. But in
- 17:54Speaker 1: this case, not only does he have enough money to
- 17:56Speaker 1: fight this back, but he's probably not going to go
- 17:58Speaker 1: into debt over any of this while they are probably
- 18:00Speaker 1: going to be, you know, Jamie Markey, Monica Real, and
- 18:03Speaker 1: Ron Toy, who are probably all broke, are going to
- 18:06Speaker 1: be even more broke by the time this is all over.
- 18:09Speaker 1: And so they absolutely hate this. And so if you
- 18:12Speaker 1: want to do your due diligence, if you want to
- 18:14Speaker 1: do the best you possibly can against Eagle right now,
- 18:17Speaker 1: if you really hate false rape accusations, then we have
- 18:21Speaker 1: our champion right now. We've got Vic Mignogna. Certainly there
- 18:23Speaker 1: might be some other champions against this, and you can
- 18:25Speaker 1: go support them. But one of our big ones right
- 18:27Speaker 1: now that the whole– the big part of the YouTube
- 18:30Speaker 1: community is following is Vic Mignogna and that GoFundMe campaign.
- 18:34Speaker 1: So I donated today. I'm going to put a link
- 18:36Speaker 1: in the description to his GoFundMe campaign. So if you
- 18:39Speaker 1: would like to donate, if you would like to help
- 18:40Speaker 1: the cause– But I think this is one of the
- 18:43Speaker 1: best things we can do because what I would like
- 18:46Speaker 1: to happen, his goal is $ 300, 000 right now, is that
- 18:48Speaker 1: when this whole thing blows over, when Monica Real, Ron Toy,
- 18:52Speaker 1: and Jamie Markey lose, because they're pretty obviously going to lose,
- 18:57Speaker 1: I mean, it could go any way. They could still win,
- 18:59Speaker 1: but the odds are in Vic's favor. If they lose,
- 19:02Speaker 1: I would like that to empower Vic to do some
- 19:05Speaker 1: more good and then go after Funimation and go after
- 19:07Speaker 1: Rooster Teeth for their... their misconduct too, maybe even Sony.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Let's bring them all down. Because the bigger this gets,
- 19:15Speaker 1: the more fear it's going to instill in any sort
- 19:17Speaker 1: of false accuser that might come forward. Because if it says, hey,
- 19:21Speaker 1: Monica Rial falsely accused Vic Mignogna of raping her and
- 19:23Speaker 1: she is now bankrupt, that's going to put some fear
- 19:26Speaker 1: into people's eyes. Now, if it's the case that a
- 19:29Speaker 1: company is receiving a false rape complaint and they see
- 19:33Speaker 1: that Vic Mignogna thing, that serious thing where he didn't
- 19:36Speaker 1: just sue the people who accused him, he sued the
- 19:38Speaker 1: company too, and this cost Funimation so much money, and
- 19:41Speaker 1: I'm just, this is my fantasy in my head, it
- 19:43Speaker 1: cost Funimation so much money that they went out of business,
- 19:46Speaker 1: and I don't give a fuck, I don't watch dubs anyway,
- 19:49Speaker 1: so much money they went out of business that the
- 19:51Speaker 1: companies that have to do investigations for this type of
- 19:55Speaker 1: thing are going to say, well, we're going to be
- 19:56Speaker 1: pretty fucking careful at this point if there's a rape
- 20:00Speaker 1: allegation to make sure this is actually a legitimate rape
- 20:02Speaker 1: claim and not a false rape claim, because we remember
- 20:04Speaker 1: what happened to Funimation. We remember how much support Vic
- 20:08Speaker 1: Mignogna got when he was falsely accused of being a
- 20:10Speaker 1: pedophile and falsely accused of being a rapist. Actually, if
- 20:13Speaker 1: you want some long-winded entertainment, if you've got some levels
- 20:16Speaker 1: to grind or whatever, I'll put this in the description.
- 20:19Speaker 1: But Ron Toy, one of the defendants in this case,
- 20:21Speaker 1: one of the people who is going to be found
- 20:24Speaker 1: guilty of lying if this whole thing goes long enough,
- 20:26Speaker 1: they don't end up settling and they actually go to court.
- 20:30Speaker 1: But he is being questioned by Vic's lawyer. And he
- 20:33Speaker 1: basically says, as he's being questioned or deposed by Vic's lawyer,
- 20:37Speaker 1: that as long as enough people say it, if somebody
- 20:40Speaker 1: called somebody else a pedophile and enough people said that
- 20:43Speaker 1: that person was a pedophile, Ron Toy would believe it.
- 20:46Speaker 1: So there's been this big movement over the past couple
- 20:49Speaker 1: days to call Ron Toy a pedophile so that people
- 20:51Speaker 1: will believe he's a pedophile. And he said that if
- 20:55Speaker 1: people called him such, he would not pay attention. He
- 20:59Speaker 1: would not fight back. Because he's trying to suggest that
- 21:02Speaker 1: his tweets were not any sort of fighting back against
- 21:05Speaker 1: what's happened with Vic. He's trying to have some plausible
- 21:08Speaker 1: liability there. So people are like, all right, well, we'll
- 21:10Speaker 1: just call you a pedophile. And if you won't fight back,
- 21:12Speaker 1: we'll just keep doing it. Because based on what you said,
- 21:15Speaker 1: if we say that you're that, and if enough people
- 21:17Speaker 1: say it, well, then it must be true about you.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I find that absolutely hilarious. And I'm loving every single
- 21:23Speaker 1: moment of this drama. I just have been really enjoying
- 21:26Speaker 1: over the past couple of days watching Ron Toy and
- 21:29Speaker 1: Monica Real squirm throughout their entire deposition for fear of
- 21:33Speaker 1: being found out to be liars. So I say let's
- 21:35Speaker 1: not just have this going for six months. I hope
- 21:37Speaker 1: they don't settle. I hope this whole thing goes to
- 21:39Speaker 1: distance and not just Jamie Markey, Ron Toy, and Monica Real.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Let's get Funimation in there. Let's get Mars Girl in there.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Let's get Sony. Let's really make this a rodeo here.
- 21:51Speaker 1: But that's all I have to say for this video.

- 22:03Speaker 1: this channel, if you'd like to add a little bit
- 22:05Speaker 1: to my war chest, after you've added some to Vic's
- 22:08Speaker 1: war chest, so certainly I'll put both these links, or
- 22:10Speaker 1: I'll put my links and his link in the description.
- 22:13Speaker 1: So if you'd like to support this channel, if you'd
- 22:15Speaker 1: like to help it grow, if you'd like to help

- 22:23Speaker 1: in the description. And certainly Vic's GoFundMe campaign will be
- 22:26Speaker 1: in the description too. So with that said, I'll see
- 22:29Speaker 1: you in the next video.
