Father Dies Saving Son in Home Fire | Annapolis News
A Maryland father died heroically trying to save his 10-year-old child from a house fire that erupted after improperly discarded fireworks. Firefighters arrived to find the home fully engulfed; the father was found dead on the second floor, while the child escaped unharmed. Authorities are investigating whether spent sparklers, left on a deck, ignited nearby materials.
