Latest / Cultural Wars | America Out Loud News / How you can help stop geoengineering; an interview with Attorney Nicole Pearson of The Geofight
Transcript
- 0:08We've learned anything from these past couple of years, my whole Americans is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in crisis.
- 0:19America Pulse brings together the top experts and health care related fields to keep you up beaten here.
- 0:29Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:30This is Dr.
- 0:31Clayton J.
- 0:32Baker MD on the America Outloud Pulse program on the America Outloud Radio Network.
- 0:38Today I am delighted to have back on the program.
- 0:42She was here a couple of a month or two ago, but I'm very pleased to have back.
- 1:04And she is one of the three key lawyers involved in the geofight.
- 1:11And if you want to find out more about them, I encourage you to do so.
- 1:15It's the geofight.com, T H E G E O F I G H T.com is their website.
- 1:23And we're going to start out, although many of you, many of my listeners are familiar with the geophyte.
- 1:28One of the other principal attorneys, Blake Horwitz was on the show last week.
- 1:33The top three attorneys involved are Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm in Chicago, Nicole Pearson of Facts Law Truth and Justice in California, and Tom Wrenz in Ohio.
- 1:47So Nicole's here with us today.
- 1:49And welcome back, Nicole.
- 1:51And I'm going to turn it over to you and you tell us for those listeners who aren't familiar with the geofight, what you're all about, what you're trying to accomplish.
- 2:01Well, thank you for having me back.
- 2:03We're so lucky to be able to collaborate and work with you and just appreciate the time and the attention you're giving to this issue.
- 2:11We at the GeoFi are basically a coalition of experts across the country and actually some internationally now as well, scientists, doctors, uh, lawyers, legislators or those legislative analysts, I would say, advocates at the grassroots level as well.
- 2:28And we are working with people from the state local level all the way up to the federal level.
- 2:33And what our goal is to actually put a stop to what is happening in the skies and all of the forms that it is currently occurring.
- 2:43So we know that people have been watching this issue for an extremely long time.
- 2:47I myself have been watching it for several years, have watched the health of my children decline, my health as well.
- 2:53Um, and now that the COVID um battle has a war, that war has definitely subsided a bit, um, have been able to focus on this issue that is something that has been personally affecting me and my family for a long time that I've wanted to tackle.
- 3:09And I'm very lucky to have, because of that work in COVID, to have been able to make the connections and build this team very quickly and be able to pivot to tackle this issue.
- 3:20Um, basically the poisoning of our skies, which then drops into our soil or water.
- 3:26So not just the air that we breathe, but the land, the soil, the water, the plants, the animals, everything that we eat, um, and really truly just try and um save humanity from this very critical, um, very devastating issue.
- 3:41Very well.
- 3:42And as attorneys, take a moment, uh, please, if you would, Nicole, and tell us what you see your role is and what your role actually, in fact, is in terms of fighting geoengineering.
- 3:55You know, once you get into this space, you realize for me, I realize two things.
- 4:00First of all, that there's sort of an old guard that has been aware of this for decades and has been fighting this as best they can for decades.
- 4:08And there is also a newer group of people.
- 4:11I have to put myself in that group that's been at it over the last couple, three maybe years, maybe a little longer for some.
- 4:18And it's much like COVID, because back in the COVID days, we had people who had been uh discussing, you know, the Andy Wakefields that had had sacrificed their careers to talk about the dangers of of vaccines and the malfeasance involved in the vaccine industry.
- 4:36Um, and then there was the other folks who kind of got red pilled due to COVID.
- 4:41And I think with with so many of these issues, um, there is an old guard, and then there's a new guard, and the new guard comes in, and um it's it's not always clear what people's roles are or what they feel they can do.
- 4:55With that primer, I'm going to ask you: what is the focus of the geo fight?
- 5:02What is the focus of Blake Horwitz, Nicole Pearson, Tom Rens, and company in fighting geoengineering?
- 5:12Well, we're lawyers, and so what we can do is lawyer.
- 5:16And um, I think that when people think of lawyering, they think of lawsuits, and that's definitely happening.
- 5:23We've already um uh appeared in a federal case on behalf of our client, Justin Maybe.
- 5:29We can get into that in a in a second, and that is a tackling or exposing the fact that the University of Colorado Boulder in conjunction with NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration have been destroying his historical weather data.
- 5:45That's obviously a key lawsuit that is exposing um this really critical issue because if we don't have historical weather data, then how are they basing?
- 5:54What are their justifications?
- 5:55What information are they using to justify these geoengineering and weather modification activities?
- 6:00If we don't have historical data showing where we've been, and then comparing that to today's data to say that today's data shows that we're trending worse, then they have no basis, no way of justifying these hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars of research and and operations.
- 6:18So we are lawyers and we're pursuing litigation, but as lawyers, what we do is we issue spot and we can analyze laws, state laws, federal laws, um, guidance, mandates, you know, recommendations, policies in a different way that other individuals can, and we can explain or provide the legal ramifications of those policies when you couple them or you you layer them upon each other and then viable legal pathways for challenging those policies or laws or regulations that violate our rights or violate other laws.
- 6:55So we're just coming here with a unique school skill set, excuse me, that legal skill set, that legal, those legal minds to be able to analyze and see how all of these pieces fit together and then identify lawful pathways uh to stopping um unconstitutional and quite frankly criminal conduct.
- 7:00Skill set that legal, those legal minds to be able to analyze and see how all of these pieces fit together and then identify lawful pathways to stopping unconstitutional and quite frankly criminal conduct.
- 7:15That's what we're here to do.
- 7:15That's what we're here to do.
- 7:16And that will take the form of lawsuits.
- 7:16And that will take the form of lawsuits.
- 7:19Um we're going, we're building up right now a boot camp to train citizens on what their rights are so they can start enforcing those rights and those laws at the local level, um, file claims with various.
- 7:19We're going, we're building up right now a boot camp to train citizens on what their rights are so they can start enforcing those rights and those laws at the local level, file claims with various uh district agencies, state agencies, and also federal agencies.
- 7:35And then also we are supporting and working with legislation because all of this works together in addition with the litigation.
- 7:42It is a multi-pronged approach to actually making some sort of progress in this arena.
- 7:48Very good.
- 7:48So what I'm to summarize, what I'm hearing is that they're obviously lawsuits, and you all have filed your first federal lawsuit, which is the whistleblower lawsuit by uh former NOAA employee, actually quite highly placed NOAA employee, uh Justin maybe on this falsification of historical weather data by the University of Colorado Boulder who worked in conjunction with NOAA.
- 8:14But also you're talking about not only continued lawsuits in the future, but you said a boot camp to uh teach citizens how to obviously know their rights, but also be able to um take action, take meaningful action to force uh the law to be upheld.
- 8:33Can you tell us just a little bit more about that about this boot camp?
- 8:37Absolutely.
- 8:38And I'm I'm trying to frame, you know, you're so succinct and you're so brilliant.
- 8:42I uh I love being on your show, and I know that your listeners and viewers are also very well educated and well versed.
- 8:48I I want people to understand, I'm trying to explain this so that everybody understands, but we are coming at this as lawyers with our training and our education and our our licenses, right?
- 9:00The access that we have to the court system to ourselves go into battle and to fight the unlawful policies and activities and laws.
- 9:10We will do that in the court of law.
- 9:12But you win in the court of public opinion before you win in the court of law.
- 9:16So we're also that's a huge component of what Tom Renz is working on is educating and empowering people with his analyses of what we're doing, our legal efforts.
- 9:26And also, we don't want people to wait.
- 9:28You don't have to wait until a lawsuit is filed in order for there to be a to achieve progress.
- 9:35You guys have the most impact.
- 9:37You guys have rights and the most impact at the local level.
- 9:41You should be holding your county and your state and your even city officials accountable.
- 9:46What are these policies?
- 9:47Excuse me, what are these programs that you guys are authorizing?
- 9:50What's going on here?
- 9:51Why didn't we get notice of this?
- 9:53How come we didn't see the contracts that were built bid?
- 9:55We don't want this kind of activity.
- 9:57Look at the results.
- 9:58Okay, maybe I did want weather modification here.
- 10:01Maybe I was concerned about precipitation, but now I see how it affected my animals and my and my crops, and they're dying.
- 10:08I don't want that anymore.
- 10:10We want some participation, and that's at the local level.
- 10:12And you have every right to be holding your public officials accountable, due process of law.
- 10:17You need the notice and opportunity to be heard.
- 10:19So that will be the boot camps.
- 10:21Those boot camps will train you how to, again, hold public uh public officials accountable, how to enforce your rights, make sure they're going through all of the procedural hurdles that they need to be going through in order to pass and authorize funding and program local programs in your communities.
- 10:40And then when there's a problem to be able to convey, relay that information to them and be part of that process.
- 10:46That's your right as a citizen.
- 10:48Obviously, when you do that and you go through the steps that we will be providing you with our toolkits, we did the same thing in COVID with Fax Law Treat Justice, my firm.
- 10:58We helped you make a meeting, have the meeting, set an agenda, follow up on the meeting, what you discussed, everything in writing, submit a request, follow up on the request, and create a paper trail so that in the event you aren't able to achieve the results that you want, we have a perfect case lined up for us.
- 11:17We know that you've hit all of the markers that are necessary for us to file a viable case, not chasing papers or witnesses or timelines or messages.
- 11:26You're going to come to us with a complete file with a ready-to-file case in either state or federal court if those individuals, those representatives don't follow the law.
- 11:37So that's what that boot camp is going to be about.
- 11:40So that's uh very encouraging because so many people in this space, just as in multiple other uh spaces, and when we're really as citizens are just seem to be under assault in so many different respects nowadays.
- 11:54Um people don't really know quite what to do.
- 11:58They don't, they feel disenfranchised and disempowered.
- 12:01And the reality is that there are, you know, we always hear about, oh, there's 8 billion of us and there's a few thousand of them, but you have to know how to go after them.
- 12:16And you have to know what your um not only what your rights are and how they're being violated, but you have to know how to go about enforcing what is right and limiting the sort of malfeasance that to date has just gone completely uncontested.
- 12:35And I think that that's really something very, very important.
- 12:39And I hope listeners will go to your website, the geofight.com and find out exactly what you can do because not only is it informational uh for citizens, it also is a it's kind of a uh a source of action items for people to get involved.
- 13:02Uh my next question would would Can I ask?
- 13:06Can I say something before you move on?
- 13:08I tell my clients, whether they're COVID clients or geoengineering, whether modification clients, freedom, whatever the private business disputes.
- 13:17If you're in court and you're filing lawsuit, it is too late.
- 13:21You have missed so many opportunities, it's not too late, excuse me, but it is it is a last resort.
- 13:28You have missed so many opportunities to resolve the issue beforehand.
- 13:32If you're going to court, we are absolutely prepared.
- 13:35Blake is an incredible civil litigator.
- 13:38He has some of the biggest results in the entire country on civil rights issues, with just this is a part of this is a civil rights issue.
- 13:46And so we have zero fear.
- 13:47I mean, I've sued the I sued the Biden administration, I've sued county and state departments of public health.
- 13:53I've sued everybody.
- 13:55So we have zero problem going to court.
- 13:56But that's a last resort.
- 13:58You as a citizen are have the authority here.
- 14:00Are have the authority here.
- 14:02These individuals work for you.
- 14:02These individuals work for you.
- 14:04Any law that is violates the constitution, violates your fundamental constitutionally protected rights is void on its face.
- 14:04Any law that is violates the constitution, violates your fundamental constitutionally protected rights, is void on its face.
- 14:12What happens is is like you just mentioned, we've been brainwashed.
- 14:12What happens is is like you just mentioned, we've been brainwashed.
- 14:16We've been brainwashed to believe that we work for the government, that we have to comply with the government, that what the government says is in our best interest, that they are here to protect us and to help us.
- 14:16We've been brainwashed to believe that we work for the government, that we have to comply with the government, that what the government says is in our best interest, that they are here to protect us and to help us.
- 14:26And it's been completely inverted.
- 14:26And it's been completely inverted.
- 14:28And that's the furthest thing from the tree.
- 14:28And that's the furthest thing from the truth.
- 14:30The government in California, we have the Sunshine Act, and it specifically calls, for example, the County Board of Supervisors and these government agents agencies, the instruments of our creation, the citizens' creation.
- 14:43And when those instruments don't perform the way that we created them to perform, and in the capacity and the scope that we've created them to perform, then we get to eliminate them.
- 14:54And I'm not suggesting that we harm anybody, but their position's gone.
- 14:58The agency is gone.
- 14:59You actually no longer have any more authority.
- 15:02But people have been distracted.
- 15:06People are, I'll speak for California.
- 15:08We are drowning, trying to survive in California.
- 15:12So you don't even have the time to go educate yourself, go to a board meeting, especially when they're playing games and they have the board meeting, they change the agenda, they reschedule the board meeting, and you've taken the half a day off of work to go speak at the board meeting.
- 15:25It's not going to be easy, but when you start speaking up and you realize how how simple it truly is, and you build an army that you can shell shoulder that burden together, that's where action and a difference, a change can be made.
- 15:42Um and that's what we want you to empower.
- 15:44We want you to only we only want to be hearing from you uh as a as a method of last you know, resource, the last option that, okay, we did everything you wanted, and they played around and they messed around and they didn't get us information that we have the lawful authority and right to have, and they didn't stop their unlawful activity.
- 16:03So now we have to sue, and we're ready to do that.
- 16:05But we don't want to do that.
- 16:07We want everyone to be pushing back, and that's the only way we can actually achieve change just the same way we did in COVID, and the same way we saw just last week with the Bear Monsanto uh farm bill.
- 16:18Look at that.
- 16:19I mean, that is incredible what they were able to achieve there.
- 16:22Incredible.
- 16:23Right.
- 16:23And I think that, you know, we have to, I think also from the standpoint of um even people like myself, who in the last couple of years have kind of leveraged whatever public um persona I have from other issues over more and more to geoengineering, that we've made tremendous strides in terms of the awareness, general awareness.
- 16:52You know, people, it just doesn't fly anymore, no pun intended to say that it's water vapor.
- 16:59Nobody believes that garbage anymore.
- 17:01There's still a lot of people that are totally clueless, but it's it's breaking out, but that's not enough.
- 17:08That's like step one out of maybe five steps that we have to get through to really make this stop.
- 17:14And it's a multifaceted problem.
- 17:17You know, it's not just cloud seeding to make it rain or marine cloud brightening or stratospheric aerosol injection or whatever the case may be.
- 17:28There's there's any number of things going on over our heads, and it's almost completely unregulated.
- 17:35And so we really need to just get a handle on this.
- 17:38And I think that this initial lawsuit that you all have filed makes a big difference as well.
- 17:44What I'd like to do is come back in the second segment, and you can tell us perhaps what the two or three most salient points of the whistleblower lawsuit are in your mind, and maybe we can talk a little bit about some of these insane patents and other exhibits that are included in there.
- 18:03So we'll be back in just a moment with attorney Nicole Pearson of the Geophyte.com, and we will pick up those issues right after these messages.

- 18:53No gimmicks, just real medicine trusted by top doctors.
- 18:56Go to TWC.
- 19:06Well, I challenge you to find a broad array of great voices, a deeper bench of experience or a more dedicated collection of passionate patriots than here on America Outloud.
- 19:22Now is our time.
- 19:24My fellow Americans, America Outlaw.
- 19:28Liberty and justice for all.
- 19:46In the last segment, we myself and attorney Nicole Pearson of Facts Law Truth and Justice in California and one of the key litigative attorneys in the geofight.com, a coalition of established and very successful litigative attorneys who are fighting against the geoengineering menace that I speak about so much on this program.
- 20:12Nicole and I were talking initially about some of the legal goals and empowerment goals for citizens of the geo fight, but I want to take a slight uh change in direction and ask you, Nicole, to tell me with this new I think landmark lawsuit that you all have federal uh filed in federal court.
- 20:39It's a whistleblower lawsuit.
- 20:41It involves universities that are being funded with huge sums of money by federal agencies, and they are doing all kinds of things, uh manipulating and or destroying historical weather data.
- 20:58Give us a quick please give us a quick uh summary of the case, and then tell us why you think this case is so important.
- 21:00Use a quick uh summary of the case, and then tell us why you think this case is so important.
- 21:07You really hit the highest points already.
- 21:07You really hit the highest uh points already.
- 21:11Um, this is a whistleblower lawsuit.
- 21:11Um, this is a whistleblower lawsuit.
- 21:13That's how we were uh how it was presented to us.
- 21:13That's how we were uh how it was presented to us.
- 21:16It was actually had been filed by our client, Justin Maby, who's an um an atmospheric scientist with incredible um uh his degrees and pedigree is is.
- 21:16It was actually had been filed by our client, Justin Maby, who's in um an atmospheric scientist with incredible um uh his degrees and pedigree is is very important for people to understand the level of um success and and and where he's sorry, um how he's progressed in his career.
- 21:41But very quickly, you hit the high the high notes.
- 21:43So this is a whistleblower lawsuit, he filed it already on on behalf of himself and pro-PERS, what is called in the federal court, and he had sued the United States of America, and then we were brought in as his counsel, Blake Horowitz and I are the litigators on this case.
- 21:58Um, and as part of his whistleblowing or or the facts that gave rise to his claim of whistleblowing uh retaliation, is that when he informed the University of Colorado Boulder and NOAA, the National Um Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, um, as well as military personnel of what he was witnessing in his role as the chief steward of historical weather data, um, instead of investigating it, they retaliated against him, they harassed him, they threatened him, uh, they tried to force him out and ultimately they terminated his employment.
- 22:31The things that he witnessed as the chief steward, the person who was responsible for uh taking in interpreting, analyzing, organizing and preserving not just the United States', but the United Nations and other foreign governments' historical weather data is he saw university NOAA and military officials intentionally destroying historical weather data, allowing it to be destroyed.
- 22:58Yeah.
- 22:59So so we're talking about the whole kit and caboodle here.
- 23:04Because we're talking about the University of Colorado Boulder, which is one of the one of many, but one of the major US universities that gets all kinds of money, many millions, maybe hundreds of millions of dollars to tell us all what's going on with climate and the weather, supposedly authoritative.
- 23:21We're talking about NOAA, which is the, you know, as you said, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, they're the people that basically tell the weathermen what to tell us all day long.
- 23:33And we're talking about military personnel, because that's the thing that a lot of people don't realize is that the military, whether it's DARPA, whether it's the CIA, whether it's the Air Force, are up to their necks in this geoengineering activity.
- 23:48And so all of these, you're telling me that that the uh allegation is that all of these individuals or all of these groups are involved in deliberately destroying historical record data.
- 24:02And when someone calls them out on that, that person is retaliated against.
- 24:05Do I have that correctly?
- 24:07Right.
- 24:07So you have the person who's responsible not only morally and ethically, but legally responsible for interpreting taking and interpreting and then protecting this information when he reports that this information is being manipulated and destroyed.
- 24:24Again, instead of responding and investigating the issue, they retaliated against him, threatened him, harassed him, bullied him, and then ultimately terminated him.
- 24:32So that was part of it.
- 24:33The other part of it is that he was responsible for the programs that were used to analyze the data and to catalog catalog it and to preserve it, in addition to highly classified radar systems that you know, military radar or these radar systems can be used by military, as we all know.
- 24:51They can be used in and as part of weather manipulation.
- 24:55And so he, these foreign agents were demanding that he grant them access to these highly classified restricted programs.
- 25:04And again, when he reported this out to university, NOAA and military officials, he was outed as a whistleblower.
- 25:11The harassment, bullying, retaliation uh only escalated, and then that ultimately term resulted in his termination.
- 25:19So foreign agents are trying to get access to this data.
- 25:22He's taking it to our government and contracted folks paid by our government, and he's punished.
- 25:32That's the allegation.
- 25:33He's punished for telling people that foreign agents want access to this information.
- 25:39That's really that's incredibly disturbing because what it means to me is if you know these allegations are true, then what it means is that we are as taxpayers, as citizens paying our government, they're doing this, and yet not only are they destroying data where that where they see fit, but they are sharing this data in highly questionable ways with foreign entities.
- 26:08And then when that's called out, what did they how do they respond?
- 26:11They respond in the most suspicious and most indefensible way possible, which means I mean, I I could take us to what's going on around the world right now, but it sounds like the US government is infiltrated.
- 26:26And in one more way that we could possibly imagine, anyways, that's that's that's getting a little speculative, but not too much.
- 26:34I mean, this is really disturbing stuff.
- 26:36Right.
- 26:36And when you say infiltrated, it doesn't necessarily mean a foreigner in the government.
- 26:42I mean, there are American citizens who are compromised.
- 26:45And so it takes many different forms, and I absolutely agree with you that there's a problem here.
- 26:50When someone is charged, like I said, has federal statutory obligations that he could be punished for not fulfilling, and he's trying to fulfill them and is punished as a result.
- 27:02As an American citizen, that calls into question all of these agencies.
- 27:06What protections are there?
- 27:08Who is really working to preserve critical information that the US and foreign governments are using to form the basis of long and short-term policy decisions like national security, food security, uh, weather derivatives, uh, you know, geoengineering weather modification activities, obviously.
- 27:29But this data that we now know does not have the integrity that is required to be relied upon to make these types of decisions is is compromised.
- 27:39And so it to me, this case is is really the silver bullet because if you don't have the historical data points to again show that we are trending in a negative downward spiral of death and destruction and melting and you know, temperature increases and falling into the into the the ocean, the coastlines.
- 28:00If we don't have the historical data points to compare to concurrent data points, then there is zero justification.
- 28:00If we don't have the historical data points to compare to concurrent data points, then there is zero justification.
- 28:06Just there's zero way that they can objectively point.
- 28:06Just there's zero way that they can objectively point.
- 28:11Here's where we were.
- 28:11Here's where we were, here's where we are.
- 28:12Here's where we are.
- 28:13We're trending downward.
- 28:13We're trending downward.
- 28:14We need to do something.
- 28:14We need to do something.
- 28:16We need to research what we can do to get the temperatures back to where they were.
- 28:16We need to research what we can do to get the temperatures back to where they were.
- 28:20You just don't have that.
- 28:20You just don't have that.
- 28:21It's exactly what they did during COVID.
- 28:21It's exactly what they did during COVID.
- 28:24They fudged the numbers so they could justify lockdowns and mandates because there was nothing that they could.
- 28:24They fudged the numbers so they could justify lockdowns and mandates because there was nothing that they could point to.
- 28:30There was nothing, and people were too scared to pay attention.
- 28:33Thankfully, we we survived COVID.
- 28:35We know the playbook.
- 28:36That's why we came in super hot with the geo fight because we know the playbook.
- 28:42We know what they're doing.
- 28:43We know the shell games.
- 28:44Local, they're gonna, you know, involve local, county, state, federal agents, military, atmospheric, scientific, they're gonna pass, try and pass all of these programs and activities and research projects and point the finger to try and hide and obfuscate what's happening and avoid liability, but we know what they're doing.
- 29:05So that's why we have very strategic lawsuits that we're preparing to file and we have filed, and we want to get citizens engaged.
- 29:11We don't have five years to wait to win uh in this geoengineering weather modification arena, like we waited in COVID.
- 29:18We have to act now.
- 29:20Very much so, yeah.
- 29:21And uh, so you know, the the um parallels is you kind of touched on between the malfeasance and the the lying and the destruction and manipulation and just creation of falsehoods out of whole clock that we saw during COVID has so many parallels here.
- 29:41It's kind of the MO.
- 29:43It's kind of the way that these governments and uh these entities operate.
- 29:49They base it basically have no, it's they apparently have no interest in what's true.
- 29:54They have an interest in what they want to push through and they use fear and they use intimidation and they use uh various psychological operations to get people to comply.
- 30:08We're many more people are aware of the playbook now.
- 30:12And um, thankfully, uh, you all are taking real action there.
- 30:17So, what does what are some ways?
- 30:19We're gonna get towards uh the middle of our second segment here.
- 30:23What are some ways that you talked about these boot camps for you know, local and regional action by citizens, which I think is absolutely crucial?
- 30:32What other um avenues does the geofight have available for interested people to get involved?
- 30:39Um tell us about what options are if someone goes to your website, what what will they find and how can they get involved?
- 30:46So, right now, if you go to the geofight.com at the top of the page, you'll see our lawsuit that was just that we were just discussing the whistleblower lawsuit that is going to expose what the US government has been involved in and manipulating the historical weather data to justify hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars to fund programs, quote unquote research that is effectively poisoning all of humanity.
- 31:12You'll see that.
- 31:13You can join us, join our community, you can volunteer and you can by joining, then you'll also be able to receive our le updated, you know, up-to-date litigation updates, our legal analyses with new laws that that come up, or people have been asking us questions about existing laws, and we do analyses of those, explain how they apply or they don't apply, or they apply and they're limited.
- 31:36And so we want again, everybody to be empowered and to understand you have every right as a citizen not to be poisoned by anybody, whether it's the federal government, your state government, or a private operator down the street from you.
- 31:47You have every right not to be poisoned.
- 31:48And so we want to make sure you understand that and empower you to push back.
- 31:52And then we'll dovetail with that.
- 31:54Hopefully, there will be a tab very soon to start signing up for these boot camps where we will walk through, walk through the laws and how you can start filing claims with local, for example, water and air quality districts, asking them what's going on.
- 32:07This is what I'm seeing in my water, in my soil, in my body.
- 32:10If you have been seeing doctors and getting testing and have the lab results, then you can say, these are the activities I've been seeing in my skies.
- 32:18This is the air and the water uh air testing results and the water testing results and asking them clearly something is happening.
- 32:26We don't typically see aluminum and the or silver iodine in this form, free free form in this in the air, what's going on?
- 32:33We need you to regulate.
- 32:34We need you to investigate and see what's going on.
- 32:36And then if they don't, again, after you follow that process of submitting the claim, following up, having a meeting, documenting, papering the file.
- 32:44If they don't actually, if they if they don't comply with the law, then you can bring us a lawsuit that then we can file on your behalf to force them to follow the law.
- 32:53So that's that.
- 32:55And then the substack.
- 32:56And then there's also the substack that people can follow as well.
- 33:00Now, there's something that I've noticed that neither you nor Blake is particularly good at, and that's uh discussing the issue of the fact that this type of work can't be inexpensive to do.
- 33:13And what about somebody who wants to contribute financially to what you're what you're what you're doing?
- 33:20Because these these things aren't free.
- 33:22I mean, you need experts, you need resources, you need researchers, you need all kinds of things.
- 33:29And um, what can someone do if they're interested in contributing?
- 33:33And what if someone's a small contributor?
- 33:35What if someone has more means and they want to contribute a more a larger amount?
- 33:41Every single penny counts.
- 33:43And I think that Blake and I get so excited about the law because the law, I've said it in with FLTJ with Fax Law Truth Justice and COVID, and I say it here, I've said it with parental rights issues.
- 33:53The law is on your side.
- 33:55So we're extremely excited to have found each other to give each other the support to file these types of lawsuits because they're scary, and just be candid from just a personal level.
- 34:05Speaking of my children and my family and my license, it's it's scary.
- 34:09Um and they are very complex issues.
- 34:13We're talking about layers upon layers and decades of uh regulatory, statutory, legislative legislation, this legislative history, excuse me.
- 34:22And so I'm I'm grateful to have Tom and Blake to be able to analyze these um these these complex structures together and then identify viable, strong, effective legal challenges to what's happening.
- 34:35And so um, yeah, I mean I personally cannot financially afford to continue to do what I did during COVID, which is basically invest my life savings into COVID to fighting, because if anybody knows the lawsuits take minimum two and a half years, and you're it's it's very um almost perverse that I'm fighting against behemoths who are funded with my taxpayer dollars.
- 35:00My taxpayer dollars.
- 35:01When you sue the government, they have unlimited uh funding.
- 35:01When you sue the government, they have unlimited uh funding.
- 35:05Their coffers are are are constantly brimming with our money.
- 35:05Their coffers are are constantly brimming with our money.
- 35:09So uh they do anything and everything they can to avoid being held accountable.
- 35:09So they do anything and everything they can to avoid being held accountable.
- 35:14They avoid depositions, producing documents, going to court, complying with court orders.
- 35:14They avoid depositions, producing documents, going to court, complying with court orders.
- 35:19And so we have to go over and over and over again.
- 35:19And so we have to go over and over and over again.
- 35:21That does cost my money, court reporters, even taking time from, you know, our paying jobs to take two or three days to go appear in DC.
- 35:21That does cost money, court reporters, even taking time from you know, our paying jobs to take two or three days to go appear in DC.
- 35:29I mean,
- 35:29I mean, that's lots of flights testifying, all of the things that we do.
- 35:33So, you know, I will say we would have won in COVID so much faster if every couple months we didn't have to stop to do the fundraising and do the donor meetings to try and get phrased funds to take a deposition or to file a certain motion.
- 35:48I mean, we just didn't have the money.
- 35:50So with that in mind, I'm gonna say if somebody wants, it's a real issue.
- 35:54It's not a matter of just wanting to make money.
- 35:57So if someone wants to do that with the last minute we have in this segment, what can someone do if they want to contribute to the geophyte?
- 36:05Go to the geophyte.com and hit the donate tab and please donate whatever you can.
- 36:09Every penny uh is it means something and it helps, whether it's five or fifty or five thousand dollars a month, um, that that helps us and will be spent fighting this issue to protect our children and and really the future of humanity.
- 36:24Very well.
- 36:25So we'll be back in just a moment.
- 36:28We'll go over in the third segment a few more um aspects of I'm gonna ask a few more questions about this particular case because I do think it's such a landmark case.
- 36:39And uh then we're going to uh finish up with Nicole Pearson um Esquire, our litigative attorney, uh, one of the three lead attorneys in the geophyte.
- 36:53We'll be back after these messages.
- 36:55You wouldn't go a day without brushing your teeth or washing your hands.
- 36:58What about washing your nose?
- 37:00I mean, your nose does filter the air you breathe, air loaded with bacteria, viruses, and irritants, make nasal hygiene part of your routine with clear.
- 37:09No messy bottles to fill, no drowning sensation.
- 37:12Clear is a natural drug-free saline with the added benefit of xylitol, which blocks bacterial and viral adhesion available in stores and online at clear.com.
- 37:22That is xLEAR.com.
- 37:24In a world of rising prices, you can still grow abundance.
- 37:28I'm Doug Evans, author of the national bestseller, the Sprout Book.

- 37:44Visit the sprouting company.com/slash out loud and use the code out loud for an exclusive offer.
- 37:52Grow food, not fear.
- 37:58Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 38:00This is Dr.
- 38:00Clayton J.
- 38:01Baker on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network.
- 38:08In this third segment, I'm going to finish up today's interview with Nicole Pearson, litigative attorney and member of the Geofight.com.
- 38:19This is a coalition of highly established successful lawyers in the United States who are taking on the geoengineering menace.
- 38:30In the first two segments, we talked about how this geoengineering activity is not only unregulated and out of control, but in many, many respects, it's illegal.
- 38:41And we need legal action to bring it into the courts to get it to stop.
- 38:47That's one important part of the fight against geoengineering.
- 38:53Nicole, you know, in this lawsuit that you all have filed.
- 38:57It's a it's it's I think a landmark lawsuit.
- 38:59It's a whistleblower lawsuit.
- 39:01It involves universities like the University of Colorado Boulder, it involves NOAA, it involves the US military.
- 39:10Tangentially, it involves United Nations.
- 39:13It gives us just a feel for just how global and gigantic this behemoth is that that's going on overhead that many people don't even know is happening.
- 39:26Tell us a little bit more about some of these exhibits that we see in this lawsuit.
- 39:31I read the lawsuit, and um incidentally, people can just go right to the geofight.com and and you can download the whole lawsuit and read it.
- 39:40It's like 30, what, 33 pages, but it's very readable.
- 39:44Um I do a lot of reading of legal documents.
- 39:47This is an exceptionally um understandable lawsuit, which I credit you guys tremendously for.
- 39:53Anyway, uh, I encourage everyone to read it.
- 39:56And one thing you have to read is these exhibits because they are just mind-blowing.
- 40:01There are patents for the most crazy, most diabolical types of weather manipulation.
- 40:08These are granted US patents.
- 40:11Someone thought this madness up, and the US patent office decided it was a good enough idea that they gave them patents.
- 40:20Excuse me.
- 40:21And then there are also a number of other exhibits of US government documents describing what's going on.
- 40:28So anyone who says this is conspiracy theory is an absolute is utterly ignorant.
- 40:34Tell us about which some of these that might stand out in your mind as the most egregious exhibits of greed and frankly, just evil that's involved in geoengineering world.
- 40:49Well, I you asked me that question.
- 40:52I started reading them, and I I think it's really the the program that's always alarmed me the most is Operation Sea Spray.
- 41:01Uh that was in 1950 that was conducted by the U.S.
- 41:05Navy where they went out and they sprayed uh Sariasia Marcennan's bacteria uh in throughout San Francisco to see how quickly it would be transmitted or uh what's it called when you are infect infect citizens, how quickly and how far it would go and how sick people would get.
- 41:23No one knew about that operation, but the US government, to be clear, and you can see that it's an exhibit uh cue of our our lawsuit.
- 41:32The US government, the Navy specifically was engaged in this operation without informing U.S.
- 41:38citizens, obviously without our knowledge, let alone consent, and made us sick.
- 41:43Uh again, that was or not again, but that was during the Cold War.
- 41:46That was their justification, matters of national security.
- 41:48We have to do this in case they ever uh use a biological agent weapon against us.
- 41:53And so we have to kill our own citizens or infect them, make them extremely ill.
- 41:58No one had any idea what was going on, and then later we find out uh that they were conducting experiments on us.
- 42:00Going on.
- 42:00And then later we find out that they were conducting experiments on us.
- 42:05And then obviously by that time, there's statute of limitations issues, et cetera.
- 42:05And then obviously by that time, there's statute of limitations issues, et cetera.
- 42:09We also heard about in Missouri they did a similar thing where they would come in and they would fog the streets and predominantly African American communities, same exact thing.
- 42:09We also heard about in Missouri they did a similar thing where they would come in and they would fog the streets and predominantly African American communities, same exact thing.
- 42:18They were poisoning them, trying to do not trying, doing experiments on them without their knowledge and consent, a huge lawsuit about that.
- 42:18They were poisoning them, trying to do not trying, doing experiments on them without their knowledge and consent, a huge lawsuit about that.
- 42:25So I uh there are a lot of different ideas about what.
- 42:25So I there are a lot of different ideas about what's going on in the skies.
- 42:31And I would like to speak for myself and also those of us at the Geo, the Geophyte, that we believe that there are multiple types of programs and multiple entities that are involved with this, and we plan on attacking them all.
- 42:44We are not married to any one point theory.
- 42:48I think because of my knowledge and my experience from COVID, like I said, there are local county actors, there are state actors, there are federal actors.
- 42:57There'll be NOAA, there's going to be DARPA, there are going to be a hundreds, if not thousands of different agencies and programs and private actors who are all doing all working together.
- 43:25I mean, there are a variety of different reasons why this is happening.
- 43:29And so we're we plan on attacking them, them all.
- 43:32But I mean, that I just can't get over Operation Cray.
- 43:36I'm in California.
- 43:37It was so egregious.
- 43:38And it from my personal experience of my children who are perpetually sick and have come back with very odd test results for things that aren't normally found in the environment.
- 43:48That really resonates with me.
- 43:49That's that's one of them.
- 43:51Absolutely.
- 43:52I mean, I think C spray, and that's way back in 1950.
- 43:54So what we know is that it's been going on since before either of us were born to some extent that this notion that it's somehow justifiable to basically assault in kind of the most nefarious way you can imagine your own citizens, that this is just this is somehow standard operating procedure for our deep state.
- 44:19And I think that's a great example.
- 44:22Uh, you know, I happen to know a little bit about sea spray.
- 44:25Uh it was, um, as you said, it was the Seracea Marcessins um bacteria was one of the one of the infectious agents that they sprayed.
- 44:36It was actually from ships at that time uh in San Francisco Harbor, and one at least one person died from this that was identified.
- 44:46Actually, it was more than one person who died, but there were several cases, and some doctors at Stanford said this is not a naturally occurring infectious agent.
- 44:56Something weird is going on.
- 44:58And they did a case series in the medical literature, and over time, years later, one uh person who died from this infection, his family figured it out and to the United States government.
- 45:13Took them years and years and years.
- 45:15And then finally, there's this sort of, well, it was a long time ago, but yeah, that's what we did.
- 45:20And of course, now we're seeing, and it all ties in again to COVID.
- 45:24It ties into the um the deep state, and of course, DARP is involved deeply in COVID as well.
- 45:32But you know, it ties into a lot of the biological um weaponry that's tested all the time on Americans, you know.
- 45:40Um, there's data out now that the uh Lyme disease was weaponized at the Rocky Mountain uh lab.
- 45:49Uh, that uh the tick vector was weaponized at Plum Island lab in uh Long Island.
- 45:57And if you look at the map, Lyme Connecticut is right across Long Island Sound from the Plum Island lab, and that's why it's called Lyme disease, because they first identified in Lyme Connecticut, you know, of course, uh respiratory sensitial virus, RSV got out of the Fort Dietrich lab in the 1940s.
- 46:15I don't think it was um weaponized, but the the virus was in Bonaboe chimps.
- 46:23They were doing polio vaccine research on Bonaboe chimpanzees, and apparently a Bonaboat sneezed on a researcher, he took it home, and and then there was the first human RSV outbreak in Maryland uh back in 1940 something, back in the late 40s.
- 46:40So essentially, ever since the end of World War II, we have been our deep state government has been hell-bent on weaponizing nature in every possible way.
- 46:53And of course, you know, uh the the modern geoengineering techniques all come out of that same era.
- 47:00It was um General Electric working with the US government, Raytheon working with the US government who figured out the early cloud seeding techniques, what Peter Kirby calls the first generation.
- 47:15Um guys like Bernard Vonnegut and other researchers at General Electric, and it just takes off from there.
- 47:22Um, the Department of Energy is deeply involved because the Atomic Energy Commission is deeply involved in the whole situation with geoengineering as well.
- 47:33And so we've just got this web of just evil going on over our heads.
- 47:39I don't want to take up too much of the time.
- 47:41I want to turn it back over to you, but I think it's really important.
- 47:43I ask you to kind of briefly sum up what you'd said before, that let's not make the error, the category error, in my opinion, of saying there's one thing going on over the head.
- 47:56Because the more research I do into the subject of geoengineering, and I think the more research you guys have done at the geophyte into this, you realize that there's, you know, I call it all of the above is kind of fun.
- 48:09You know, it's like one of those high school um multiple choice questions where it's like, is it A, B, C, D, or is it E, all of the above.
- 48:18And what's going on over our heads right now is a wide variety of of really shockingly horrible stuff.
- 48:24I mean, would you agree with that?
- 48:26Yes, uh absolutely.
- 48:27And and we plan, you know, we are here again with our unique skill set as litigators to help support whoever wants to take positive action to exposing and to stopping whatever is happening in the skies that is criminal or detrimental to human or environmental health.
- 48:47That is our goal.
- 48:49So we will work with whoever comes to us with with verified primary sources, research, um, of their theory, their angle, and we will analyze that as litigators and then again identify hopefully legal pathways to addressing that issue.
- 49:00And then again, identify hopefully legal pathways to addressing that issue.
- 49:05And I think it's all of the above.
- 49:05And I think it's all of the above.
- 49:07And I just I just don't think, and I don't understand quite frankly, how anyone can honestly with any intellectual integrity, say that it's not possible that it's these other theories, uh, these other operations that we're just we were just discussing.
- 49:07And I just, I just don't think, and I don't understand quite frankly, how anyone can honestly with any intellectual integrity, say that it's not possible that it's these other theories, uh, these other operations that we're just we were just discussing.
- 49:23You can't look to history as it's unveiled decades later, but the documents are declassified.
- 49:23You can't look to history as it's unveiled decades later, but the documents are declassified and we see it there.
- 49:31You can't honestly say that it's impossible that the federal government is conducting research on its citizens, or it's possible, it's impossible that they are doing these activities as part of a you know matter of national security or protecting national security allegedly.
- 49:47Um, you know, it's the evidence is there, the history is there.
- 49:50It's just up to us to uncover it, identify what the ramifications are of those activities.
- 49:57And again, whether it's harmful or more helpful to humans, and and then identify whether they're complying with law or they're not.
- 50:04And I can guarantee you if we have to look this hard to find it, they're not complying with the law.
- 50:08Yeah, that's a great point.
- 50:09We're going to enforce it.
- 50:10That's a great point because you know there, and and correct correct me if I'm wrong.
- 50:15I I'm not a lawyer, but you know, the approach that we see, the punishing of whistleblowers, the fire, the intimidation of people, the constant, yeah, the censorship, the gaslighting.
- 50:32It just shows that there's malfeasance going on.
- 50:35Because you know, if if if it's really just a bunch of people worrying about something that doesn't exist, ignore them.
- 50:42Exactly.
- 50:43But instead, there's this constant, deliberate, obviously very expensive, time consuming, persistent approach of just discrediting anyone who who claims that there's something going on.
- 50:59And we just be public, just be public, just post the contracts.
- 51:04If you're not money laundering, like we saw in COVID, I personally can attest that our lawsuit was responsible for putting in one of the county supervisors into jail for five federal prison for five years for money money laundering.
- 51:19We were complaining for years.
- 51:22If you do these expedited um contract bidding, these closed door meetings, you don't let us come, it's Zoom, the Zoom isn't working, you change the agenda, like I said, you change the date and the time of the meeting, and you're doing all these expedited policies because we're under a declaration of emergency for this RCOV to whatever, then there is I we don't even know if anybody's doing it, but the possibility is there.
- 51:46And guess what?
- 51:46We were right.
- 51:47Our lawsuit identified that he was money laundering, that he was embezzling money and funneling it to his 21-year-old daughter, taking it away from veterans and giving it to his daughter.
- 51:57And so it's it's so many, it's so nuanced.
- 52:00There's so many layers.
- 52:01It's there's so many reasons why this, especially when we're facing another failed audit, trillions and trillions of dollars that we can't account for.
- 52:10When are American citizens going to say enough is enough?
- 52:13You work for us.
- 52:15If you are not doing lawful constitutional things, you're out.
- 52:19Your program's done, your agency is done.
- 52:22You are no longer working in that position anymore.
- 52:24That is our right as American citizens.
- 52:26And so we need to just we can't sit around and be laissez-faire governance anymore.
- 52:32We did that for too long.
- 52:33It's the time is over.
- 52:34Like you said, people who have woken up, maybe people were awake before, certainly during COVID.
- 52:39You saw what happened.
- 52:41Trillions of dollars were stolen and bullet, embezzled, laundered, whatever you want to call it, millions of people died, millions of people died.
- 52:49Now we see that our children are going to be infertile, they're sterile, they cancer rates are skyrocketing, neurological diseases going back to geoengineering and weather modification are skyrocketing.
- 53:01Like, when are we going to say enough is enough and hold these people accountable?
- 53:05So we want to educate you guys about this, wake those people up who are not awake, educate everybody on what the law is and what your rights are, and then how to enforce those.
- 53:14And then when you are not able to do so successfully, we will be prepared with a perfectly documented case to file.
- 53:21And we just ask for other lawyers and a lot grassroot advocates and experts to contact us at the geofight.com, join the community.
- 53:29You can add a message or email us at the geofight at protomail.com, the geofight at protonmail.com, join our fight because the quicker we build up our own coffers, the quicker we build up our army, the faster and more powerful we can attack all of these different arenas and make a change because we cannot afford to wait any longer.
- 53:50People are dying.
- 53:52Very good.
- 53:53And so, in conclusion, what I'm hearing, and thank you very much, Nicole Pearson, for taking the time to be on the program today.
- 54:01We'd love to have you all back again.
- 54:03Uh I haven't had Tom Rens on yet, but I've had you and I've had Blake Horowitz on from the geofight.
- 54:12I would like to just uh summarize by asking you in about a minute or so.
- 54:19Um you're looking for obviously you need contributions, you need funding so that people who want to give however much or however little you can afford, uh, go to the geofight.com and consider uh making contribution.
- 54:35Secondly, you want to grow this.
- 54:38You're not interested in being the three white knights that do everything yourselves.
- 54:43You want to grow this.
- 54:44So if there are um lawyers, if there are experts, if there are other people who are whistleblowers, wouldn't it be great to get a couple of pilots with a guilty conscience to come on board and be whistleblowers?
- 54:57Um and then just average citizens who who see the effects on the environment and on their health can go and can uh get involved and can give their emails so they can get the regular updates and hopefully get this boot camp going very soon.
- 55:15So for the last 30 seconds, I'll turn it over to you.
