- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name's Jason Newland.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Please only listen when you can faithfully close your eyes.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is whisper Tuesday. Let me boy to sleep. Hello, Hello,
- 0:35Speaker 1: how you doing? Why so itchy?
- 0:42Speaker 2: Back?
- 0:47Speaker 1: Still getting feedback from the whisper sound quality. I'll try
- 0:56Speaker 1: to improve. The problem is with the whisper. It's it's weird.
- 1:14Speaker 1: The better of the microphone is the harder it is
- 1:17Speaker 1: to pick up the whispers for some reason. And then
- 1:28Speaker 1: once the whisper is done, I have to increase the
- 1:34Speaker 1: volume otherwise you won't be able to hear it, which
- 1:45Speaker 1: kind of I don't know. We'll see. H So last
- 1:53Speaker 1: night I sorted through my book because I had or
- 2:06Speaker 1: my books stacked. I did I say, I only listen
- 2:09Speaker 1: when you can safety close your eyes. Of course, this
- 2:13Speaker 1: being a whisper recorded by the way, if you don't know, okay, Yes,
- 2:20Speaker 1: So I had all my book stacked on the windowsill.
- 2:37Speaker 1: It was just a temporary thing, partly because I'm tidying up.
- 2:42Speaker 1: And also I've heard my help block out some of
- 2:44Speaker 1: that noise from over the fence. But what it did
- 2:51Speaker 1: is it seemed it did block out some noise, but
- 2:56Speaker 1: the air seemed very.
- 3:00Speaker 3: That there.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Stifling in air, there was no air flow. It might
- 3:09Speaker 1: also be because I've been moving books arounds and they
- 3:12Speaker 1: were dusty. So what I've done is I have separated
- 3:20Speaker 1: all the books and on my bookcase is the only
- 3:25Speaker 1: books I have are hypnosis books. How many hypnosis books
- 3:36Speaker 1: do I have? One, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, twenty,

- 5:18Speaker 1: two hours, thirteen, fourteen.
- 5:20Speaker 4: Fifteen, sixteen, seventeen.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Eighteen, nineteen, twentyeen, twenty one, twenty two, twenty three, twenty four,
- 5:28Speaker 1: twenty five, twenty six, twenty seven, twenty eight, twenty nine, thirty,

- 5:58Speaker 1: fifty nine, sixty six one, sixty sixty three, sixty four,
- 6:02Speaker 1: sixty five, seven, sixty eight six nine, seventy seventy one.
- 6:07Speaker 1: I might have miscounted, but roughly. Oh no, there's another. Okay,
- 6:15Speaker 1: there's more than that on the other bookcase. There's three bookcases.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I can't see that one because my head doesn't see
- 6:25Speaker 1: round corners one two. It's just under two hundred books.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I've gone hypnosis and now my.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Neck is all stiff. It's sad and.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Forty thirty years ago, I would never mentioned that when
- 6:53Speaker 1: I woke up, I'd have a stiff neck every morning.
- 6:56Speaker 1: It's almost like parts of my body of just trained us.
- 7:00Speaker 4: Third.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Should I relax it?
- 7:15Speaker 3: Ben?
- 7:15Speaker 1: He's internally shaken a little bit.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Are you cold, Vinny? Are you're cold?
- 7:24Speaker 4: He woke me up.
- 7:25Speaker 1: I don't know if he woke me up, but he
- 7:27Speaker 1: kind of woke up at the same time as me.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I was having some very strange dreams, very strange, well,
- 7:45Speaker 1: a very strange dream. There was this one I was
- 7:49Speaker 1: in this I don't know what it was. I really
- 7:58Speaker 1: don't know what it was.
- 8:04Speaker 2: I was.
- 8:11Speaker 3: I had Vinny with me, Yeah, I did.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I had Vinny. And as he does, it's contents of
- 8:20Speaker 1: running off and in dreams he just does the same thing.
- 8:32Speaker 1: And he was getting excited. I was in the street
- 8:35Speaker 1: and he was getting excited to see a lady complete stranger,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and exactly that's what he does. He gets excited over people.
- 8:53Speaker 3: And then we go around.
- 8:56Speaker 1: She walks off and goes around the corner. He's all
- 8:59Speaker 1: excited and he wraps right away around the van. And
- 9:02Speaker 1: she said, I don't know how long the lead must
- 9:05Speaker 1: have been, but it was super long for some reason,
- 9:09Speaker 1: and she starts the van, which was weird. There was
- 9:19Speaker 1: another scene in this dream where I'm in the pub
- 9:28Speaker 1: and it's the old pub where my landlady in the
- 9:32Speaker 1: landlord used to drink. I've had that dream a few
- 9:38Speaker 1: times when I kind of was trying to avoid them
- 9:43Speaker 1: just from awkwardness, and there was someone there. It was weird, okay,
- 10:07Speaker 1: something I having this conversation with somebody and they're laughing,
- 10:22Speaker 1: and then I say something that they don't like, and
- 10:28Speaker 1: I'm completely kind of blocked out of the friendship group.
- 10:36Speaker 1: And it turned out that there was one particular person
- 10:41Speaker 1: who I thought I was friends with who's telling everyone,
- 10:45Speaker 1: you know, basically controlling the environment. Very strange. I mean,
- 10:56Speaker 1: that's not that's not real life for me. I suppose
- 11:04Speaker 1: it has been in certain situations, not for quite a while,
- 11:14Speaker 1: and usually it would not be something that i'd brow
- 11:17Speaker 1: up with. Yeah, it was weird, like clearing up food
- 11:29Speaker 1: from the floor. I don't know why, very strange the
- 11:38Speaker 1: whole thing. I was very tired when I went to
- 11:48Speaker 1: bed last night, really tired. It was I don't know really,
- 12:12Speaker 1: I think it was sort of moving about and doing that.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Sorting out the books.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I got a little bit of a sweat on or
- 12:24Speaker 1: create a little bit of a puddle. And yeah, I
- 12:32Speaker 1: was physically tired when I went to bed, which doesn't
- 12:38Speaker 1: happen too often. Right now, I'm feeling physically hungry. Oh yes,
- 12:54Speaker 1: a little bit hungry, my dear.
- 12:59Speaker 2: M h.
- 13:03Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, a bit about So today I'm gonna probably
- 13:20Speaker 1: continue with my little tidy up.
- 13:28Speaker 6: And just a little bit each day.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I need to figure a way to soundproof that window, though,
- 13:45Speaker 1: but not permanently, just when I need it to be soundproofed.
- 13:51Speaker 1: So I'm thinking of doing is getting some curtains and
- 14:06Speaker 1: putting them on those It's just basically putting them like
- 14:11Speaker 1: layer after layer after layer. The thickness of the window
- 14:18Speaker 1: sill inside the window sill of the window and because
- 14:27Speaker 1: you know, the window is not just flat, it's but
- 14:30Speaker 1: it's flat, but the window goes out a little bit
- 14:37Speaker 1: I suppose, like a little bit of a bay window
- 14:41Speaker 1: kind of but maybe not. No, it's not.
- 14:49Speaker 3: No, it's not a bay window. But there's a room.
- 14:52Speaker 4: There's a window sill.
- 14:53Speaker 1: On the inside.
- 14:56Speaker 3: So I can.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Maybe get one, two, three, four or five thick curns
- 15:05Speaker 1: and just lay them, and I might do the job.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I look into it. I mean, I could just try
- 15:22Speaker 1: and get some really thick curtains for the outside. But
- 15:33Speaker 1: I'm thinking I might need a bit more than that,
- 15:44Speaker 1: because I don't need not after kind of soundproofing the
- 15:50Speaker 1: whole time, just when I'm making recordings, and occasionally if
- 15:57Speaker 1: it gets a little bit too squeaky.
- 15:59Speaker 7: Out there, but too screaming.
- 16:12Speaker 1: So much of this massive storm that we're supposed to
- 16:15Speaker 1: have in didn't get it in this area.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Had a bit of.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Wind, not me, but the weather. It was a bit windy.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Don't be windy, now, was it? Of course? The weever,
- 16:34Speaker 1: the newspeople were giving it a name, Tiffany or Barbara
- 16:42Speaker 1: or whatever. I don't know why why we need to
- 16:46Speaker 1: have names for the weather. Yeah, it's very un British
- 16:56Speaker 1: to be doing stuff like that.
- 17:00Speaker 2: M h.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Given a name to weather.
- 17:05Speaker 5: Oh it's Storm Daniel, It's what's the name Daniels, Dusty Daniels.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:23Speaker 2: I just.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Don't really understand.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Why way way, way, way a way.
- 17:35Speaker 1: What might do? Because I might just do this record
- 17:48Speaker 1: and uploaded just one version the volume is without increasing
- 17:56Speaker 1: the volume in editing, which means he'll only be one
- 18:05Speaker 1: version of the recording, or maybe due to two versions,
- 18:17Speaker 1: one with music one without. I don't know. So I
- 18:35Speaker 1: woke up a bit late to than normal, and it's
- 18:40Speaker 1: about six o'clock I think on the dot one minute
- 18:47Speaker 1: past six in the morning, and I'm thinking about getting
- 19:05Speaker 1: my table out of the storage room and put it
- 19:09Speaker 1: over where the.
- 19:17Speaker 2: No.
- 19:18Speaker 3: That wouldn't work.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Finished as head dance. No, I'm just thinking I could
- 19:26Speaker 1: put it over there where the no. I don't think
- 19:32Speaker 1: that would work. I don't know, so be on the
- 19:38Speaker 1: left hand side of the room where the bookcases are.
- 19:44Speaker 1: The problem with that is I would struggle to get
- 19:53Speaker 1: my chair behind it. Mind you, I'm kind of againting
- 20:06Speaker 1: to the point where I don't want to sit at
- 20:09Speaker 1: those tables anymore near the near the TV. So perhaps
- 20:15Speaker 1: I could just add that chair permanently behind the table
- 20:26Speaker 1: by two years now. Yeah, I do not do sit
- 20:32Speaker 1: at that table when I do editing. So maybe because
- 20:39Speaker 1: I got two desks with the TV on, I'm starting
- 20:43Speaker 1: to think that maybe I should move that TV up
- 20:46Speaker 1: onto the wall, get a bracket and move onto the wall,
- 20:51Speaker 1: which would free some space, and maybe I could get
- 20:56Speaker 1: rid of the desks, but probably not. I think it's
- 21:09Speaker 1: an okay set up as it is. I think it's
- 21:12Speaker 1: all right. Actually, yeah, it's okay. I'm feeling quite relaxed.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I'm just glad it's still late at six in the morning.
- 21:51Speaker 1: I feel like the summer is just, I don't know, gone,
- 22:00Speaker 1: because now we're in August. We have nice days in
- 22:12Speaker 1: AUGUSTA never I do wonder why the school holidays don't
- 22:18Speaker 1: start till the end of July and go through to August,
- 22:24Speaker 1: because really, June and July are the best months of summer.
- 22:29Speaker 1: If we have a good summer, June and July usually
- 22:32Speaker 1: the months where the summer is most summery like a
- 22:40Speaker 1: lot if people like August, things start to cool down.
- 22:52Speaker 1: It's cooler in the morning, cooler in the evening, starting
- 22:56Speaker 1: to get darker in the evening, it's getting lighter later.
- 23:00Speaker 4: In the morning.
- 23:02Speaker 1: You know, things are starting to kind of bitter better,
- 23:08Speaker 1: moving towards autumn slowly, but and it will be Christmas.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I mean this time of year, where is it sat
- 23:39Speaker 1: the kids go back to school in September.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Then there's.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Halloween end of October, Bonfire Night be kind of November,
- 24:01Speaker 1: in Christmas in December, and then it's January again, another
- 24:11Speaker 1: new year, two thousand and twenty six, I do believe.
- 24:23Speaker 1: And of course there's this month when I turned fifty five,
- 24:30Speaker 1: I was twenty year older at the end of the month.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Didn't bother me when I was in my twenties above,
- 24:44Speaker 1: when I was in my late twenties, going from twenty
- 24:49Speaker 1: nine to thirty, Yeah, that wasn't I wasn't doing cartwheels,
- 24:59Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying. Yeah, I don't think I am. Yeah,
- 25:17Speaker 1: is this something about which is weird now to say
- 25:25Speaker 1: it out loud, But turning thirty it seemed old back then.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Now I realize nearly twenty five years later, twenty five
- 25:45Speaker 1: years yours, nearly half my life later. In fact, Yeah,
- 26:04Speaker 1: I realized thirty was incredibly young. Really, I wasn't old.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I was never old at thirty. I just felt it.
- 26:22Speaker 1: There is a degree of being treated differently that might
- 26:30Speaker 1: just been in my mind. But I didn't feel the
- 26:38Speaker 1: same as I did in my twenties. But I know
- 26:46Speaker 1: one thing, I definitely did not feel like I'm in
- 26:49Speaker 1: my fifties kind of Even sometimes I say my age,
- 27:06Speaker 1: and I might ask myself my age, and I say
- 27:09Speaker 1: to myself, oh, I'm forty five, forty four, and then
- 27:18Speaker 1: I remember and I say, wait a minute, no, you're not.
- 27:21Speaker 1: I said, yes, I am.
- 27:23Speaker 3: No I'm not.
- 27:24Speaker 4: Yes you are.
- 27:27Speaker 1: I wait a minute, I'm fifty four.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Wow.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Just doesn't necessarily sound correct, even though it is correct.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Precise.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Okay, So I'm kind of thinking planning five years ahead.
- 28:09Speaker 1: What do I want to do with the next five
- 28:12Speaker 1: years of my life? H How do I want to
- 28:19Speaker 1: spend that time? How can I help the most amount
- 28:31Speaker 1: of people? There's gotta be away. They just must, they must,
- 28:45Speaker 1: they must, they must.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Be away to I mean.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Technique, they just carry on as I am. But I'm
- 29:06Speaker 1: not satisfied at what I've done nor what I'm doing.
- 29:10Speaker 1: I want to do more. I want to reach more
- 29:13Speaker 1: people and hopefully help more people. I'm just not sure how.
- 29:53Speaker 3: So there, I.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Haven't really said much of I thirty minutes of me
- 30:07Speaker 1: talking and I've not really said anything. It's a skill,
- 30:17Speaker 1: and yes, skilly, skilly, skilled skill. My time's curkling.
- 30:30Speaker 4: For thirty fairly worthy.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Finny seems fairly happy where he's never satisfied. He always
- 31:08Speaker 1: wants more, always wants something. But that's okay. I don't
- 31:29Speaker 1: need him to.
- 31:36Speaker 4: Send me.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Thank you cards, you know, dear Daddy, thank you for
- 31:46Speaker 1: letting me eat and sleep on your bed. No, I
- 31:52Speaker 1: don't think that go down very well. Thank you for
- 31:58Speaker 1: taking me into the sad In park every day, walking
- 32:04Speaker 1: in the same place every day.
- 32:08Speaker 8: It's so boring that thank you.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Maybe thank you for all those facts.
- 32:19Speaker 4: It's been a pleasure.
- 32:22Speaker 3: Maybe not relax in a more deep and mhm meaningful way,
- 33:03Speaker 3: Maybe in a way that can not just allow you
- 33:09Speaker 3: to feel calmer now and throughout the time we spend
- 33:19Speaker 3: together here, not just relaxed at the end of the recording,
- 33:28Speaker 3: when it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of
- 33:34Speaker 3: comfort and peace, But also I think it would be
- 33:49Speaker 3: nice to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer
- 34:09Speaker 3: after the recording has ended, so that you can still
- 34:20Speaker 3: benefit from listening to my voice maybe in a few
- 34:30Speaker 3: hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially
- 34:45Speaker 3: if you find like some people do and myself as well.
- 34:50Speaker 3: I sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates
- 34:57Speaker 3: with me, and I just listened to it over and
- 35:04Speaker 3: over again every morning, every evening. There was this recording
- 35:17Speaker 3: from We're going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It
- 35:24Speaker 3: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 35:29Speaker 3: of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find it
- 35:36Speaker 3: again and it still has the same effect on me,
- 35:43Speaker 3: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me
- 35:57Speaker 3: just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening
- 36:04Speaker 3: to her in the morning and in the evening. And
- 36:16Speaker 3: I knew before even pressing the play button that since
- 36:26Speaker 3: I've done that, pressed the play button. This is in
- 36:30Speaker 3: the days of CD players press the play button. In fact,
- 36:45Speaker 3: it might have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd
- 36:49Speaker 3: lie down on the bed and then even without necessarily
- 37:00Speaker 3: listening to her words, because I had to memorized. Really,
- 37:15Speaker 3: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 37:26Speaker 3: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 37:48Speaker 3: I remember my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I
- 38:02Speaker 3: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 38:08Speaker 3: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 38:19Speaker 3: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 38:24Speaker 3: till two thousand and six. But I knew, I knew
- 38:38Speaker 3: how helpful I found being able to just let go,
- 38:54Speaker 3: to have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 39:07Speaker 3: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 39:15Speaker 3: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 39:24Speaker 3: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 39:36Speaker 3: me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously not
- 39:50Speaker 3: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Some people maybe listen every day. That's something that I
- 40:13Speaker 3: do which you may not realize by listening, is when
- 40:29Speaker 3: I record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am
- 40:45Speaker 3: affected by the words that I say. So if I
- 40:59Speaker 3: said to you, focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 41:10Speaker 3: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 41:18Speaker 3: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your hands,
- 41:39Speaker 3: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, Perhaps notice
- 41:48Speaker 3: the the air in the room, the temperature of the room.
- 41:56Speaker 3: On the backs of your hands, you may start to
- 42:07Speaker 3: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 42:15Speaker 3: though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 42:20Speaker 3: all where you are right now. And as you become
- 42:33Speaker 3: aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed
- 42:48Speaker 3: my hands are feeling now and when it comes to
- 43:13Speaker 3: potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 43:20Speaker 3: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 43:41Speaker 3: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 43:59Speaker 3: I've had to be fallen asleep without even noticing, and
- 44:13Speaker 3: then I carry on talking, and it's suddenly when I
- 44:24Speaker 3: listen back to do the editing, I hear snoring, and
- 44:34Speaker 3: I think, I don't remember snoring. I remember talking. I
- 44:43Speaker 3: was snoring. Was a pig turned up. That's why I
- 44:51Speaker 3: sound like when I snare and I get really into
- 44:59Speaker 3: the a whole experience. I don't know how you feel.
- 45:18Speaker 3: How relaxed do you feel in your feet, how relaxed
- 45:29Speaker 3: you feel in your hands. I have noticed more and
- 45:50Speaker 3: more that the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 46:12Speaker 3: the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost like that additional
- 46:32Speaker 3: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier without
- 46:54Speaker 3: necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being able to notice
- 47:25Speaker 3: the ease in which you breathe so naturally, you breathe
- 47:56Speaker 3: so very easily and mooly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving.
- 48:45Speaker 3: When I've got my eyes closed, I tend to visualize
- 49:01Speaker 3: a beautiful field with trees and flowers producing all that
- 49:17Speaker 3: life giving oxygen. It feels nice to, if nothing else,
- 49:53Speaker 3: just taking some time away from everything, enjoying that feeling
- 50:28Speaker 3: of peace serenity with a joyful heart. Time seems to
- 51:18Speaker 3: just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful,
- 52:03Speaker 3: completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free,
- 53:13Speaker 3: noticing that your mind has slowed down. Slowed down because
- 54:04Speaker 3: nothing really requires your attention, You can enjoy the physical
- 54:33Speaker 3: sensations of allowing the stress rip out of your body
- 54:51Speaker 3: to appear out of every part of your body being
- 55:15Speaker 3: released from your brain, your mind slowly but surely, the
- 56:01Speaker 3: muscle sing legs relax res so very deeply, so deeply,
- 57:13Speaker 3: and the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders,
- 57:41Speaker 3: deepening each part of your body further and deeper and
- 58:05Speaker 3: deep noticine, the feelings in the back of your neck,
- 58:50Speaker 3: the feelings in your wrists, muscles, in front of your body,
- 59:39Speaker 3: I all say, feeling peaceful deeply, there's a sense of
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: peace spreads through your fairy core. Even when you focus
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: on your mind, your mind becomes beve and slower, even deeper, relax,
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: very slow, his stomach, peaceful in your stomach.
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: You're back.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: Notice Notice how relaxed you'd never feel in the hole
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: of your back. Your spy from your brain all the
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: way down the middle of your back, sending and receiving
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: millions of messages every day, decomfort increasing deeply exed.
- 1:05:52Speaker 10: You means.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: Legs, spreading these signals down a spine or cord into
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: a every part of your body, your shins and your calf, muscles,
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: your elbows. Feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers, all
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: the way till you lower back. Mhm, I thinker, re,
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: I thinker peace drift in mind, just wandering away, happy
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: to let go, let go completely, let go, so tranquil
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: the whole body enjoying a sense listening guy, he more
- 1:12:28Speaker 3: be joy the space, this space of peace and safety,
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: so very relaxed, letting go. Maybe we can just focus
- 1:15:48Speaker 3: on the different parts of your body, just to notice
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: you fool head, and your eyes it too, so loose,
- 1:17:24Speaker 3: noticing the sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, peace for energy,
- 1:19:33Speaker 3: pace to breeze, so much easier loose. You may have
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: or may not have noticed your mind drifted peaceful more,
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: even more deeply in the direction of total bliss for pace, bliss.
- 1:22:15Speaker 11: For pace, to reft ou to peace, sou calm, let
- 1:24:18Speaker 11: him go, peace with mind rex body so relax, so relaxed.
- 1:25:54Speaker 11: Your body feels almost invisible, so very relaxed. I'm peaceful,
- 1:26:27Speaker 11: so peaceful, RelA likes.
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your mind
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:28:01Speaker 3: you throughout your body, and your mind starts to slow down,
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: and that could be almost in recognition of I guess
- 1:28:23Speaker 3: my speech not being particularly fast, and things just generally
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you give
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day
- 1:28:57Speaker 3: take a break from your life as it is, and
- 1:29:05Speaker 3: to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take
- 1:29:13Speaker 3: some time off, and to allow your body to relax
- 1:29:20Speaker 3: and allow your mind to slow down, which in turn
- 1:29:30Speaker 3: releases the tension and he stresses that you had in
- 1:29:35Speaker 3: your body. It's almost as if the parts of your
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: body just open up, allowing the negativity out and at
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: the same time replace in that negativity with positive heathing energy,
- 1:30:09Speaker 3: which then fills your body up and your mind to
- 1:30:15Speaker 3: also starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence, an
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing, an energy that spreads through
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: your body like a wave of comfort, and all this
- 1:31:02Speaker 3: comes and just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half
- 1:31:14Speaker 3: an hour, however long you want it to be, to
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: just rest and allow your mind and your body to
- 1:31:32Speaker 3: almost reset itself to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness,
- 1:31:53Speaker 3: which allows more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness
- 1:32:06Speaker 3: to move around your body and into your mind, almost
- 1:32:16Speaker 3: as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 1:32:25Speaker 3: almost mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness,
- 1:32:39Speaker 3: and it feels nice. It really does feel nice to
- 1:32:47Speaker 3: know that you are the one that has allowed yourself
- 1:32:56Speaker 3: to feel more comfort and to experience more of this
- 1:33:10Speaker 3: deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:33:27Speaker 3: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:33:33Speaker 3: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:33:50Speaker 3: becomes even more calm and comfortable, just by focusing. And
- 1:34:04Speaker 3: as I move down your body, starting at your head,
- 1:34:12Speaker 3: the parts that you've already focused on will continue to
- 1:34:19Speaker 3: relax deeply, and those parts that we've not yet focused
- 1:34:26Speaker 3: on or just automatically release any remaining tension in anticipation
- 1:34:40Speaker 3: of even more comfort about to come. Now, I'm going
- 1:34:53Speaker 3: to start by focusing on your forehead. Just be in
- 1:35:00Speaker 3: aware the feelings of your forehead and any background sounds
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: like mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to
- 1:35:16Speaker 3: feel even more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment.
- 1:35:26Speaker 3: This isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world.
- 1:35:35Speaker 3: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: sounds around. So as you focus on your forehead, just
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you focus
- 1:36:02Speaker 3: only on my voice and that part of your body
- 1:36:12Speaker 3: moving down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:36:23Speaker 3: how your eyelids feel so heavy yet so light at
- 1:36:33Speaker 3: the same time, and all the muscles around your eyes
- 1:36:39Speaker 3: relaxing completely. Moving your focus down to your mouth, your lips,
- 1:36:54Speaker 3: your tongue, your teeth, and your gums, the whole of
- 1:37:01Speaker 3: your mouth relaxing, calm and lease, as you focus now
- 1:37:17Speaker 3: on your jaw, not just the parts of your jaw
- 1:37:24Speaker 3: near your mouth and your chin, but all the way
- 1:37:28Speaker 3: up the size of your face to your ears, the
- 1:37:35Speaker 3: hole of your jaw, feeding more relaxed.
- 1:37:50Speaker 12: And calm.
- 1:37:59Speaker 3: Focusing on your neck, the front of your neck and
- 1:38:08Speaker 3: your throat relaxing and loose and calm. The side of
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: your neck, the right and left side of your neck,
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: relax and loose.
- 1:38:36Speaker 12: And calm.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: And now the back of your neck, focusing on the
- 1:38:50Speaker 3: back of your neck, letting go of any time tension
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: that may have been there before, and enjoying that sense
- 1:39:10Speaker 3: of increasing comfort and release that you can experience in
- 1:39:21Speaker 3: the back of your neck. Moving down your back and
- 1:39:34Speaker 3: moving either side of your spine right from the top
- 1:39:38Speaker 3: of your back all the way down to the bottom
- 1:39:44Speaker 3: of your back, down to your lower back, and as
- 1:40:01Speaker 3: you move up and down your spine, you can feel
- 1:40:09Speaker 3: the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 1:40:24Speaker 3: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:40:31Speaker 3: to spread outwards from your spine into both sides of
- 1:40:41Speaker 3: your back, the top of your back, the middle, and
- 1:40:48Speaker 3: your lower back. And as you scan gently and slowly
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: up and down on your back, there's the muscles in
- 1:41:04Speaker 3: the top of your back relax and become looser. The
- 1:41:14Speaker 3: muscles in the middle of your back also seem to
- 1:41:20Speaker 3: just almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting,
- 1:41:35Speaker 3: And in your lower back there seems to be an
- 1:41:41Speaker 3: extra special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips,
- 1:41:57Speaker 3: so down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 1:42:05Speaker 3: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks, and
- 1:42:14Speaker 3: all those muscles that spread when your lower back into
- 1:42:23Speaker 3: your hip area start to melt, start to really let go.
- 1:42:44Speaker 3: I don't even know where about to focus on your shoulders.
- 1:42:50Speaker 3: Your back and your spine will continue to let go,
- 1:43:00Speaker 3: continue to relax so calmly and she focus on your shoulders,
- 1:43:19Speaker 3: you may notice that they're already feeling really loose, already
- 1:43:38Speaker 3: feeding calm and feeling those muscles the move from your
- 1:44:01Speaker 3: neck into your shoulders, feel so soft and gentle, so
- 1:44:21Speaker 3: smooth and calm, and the feeding in your shoulders seems
- 1:44:50Speaker 3: to spread deep into your shoulders, that sense of relaxation,
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: not just traveling deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing
- 1:45:14Speaker 3: the bones and moving all the way to underneath your arms,
- 1:45:26Speaker 3: relaxing the whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: and underneath your arms. He then you feel so relaxed
- 1:45:51Speaker 3: and comfortable in your shoulders, which sends down deep healing
- 1:46:07Speaker 3: message into your arms. And you may feel almost as
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: if your arms are not even there, because they're so relaxed,
- 1:46:34Speaker 3: so deeply relaxed, so so calm.
- 1:47:05Speaker 2: So.
- 1:47:12Speaker 3: Poose, not feeling spreading all the way down your arms
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: two elbows, including your elbows circumforts, spreads your away into wrisks,
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: there are forearments and your wrists so heavy yet at
- 1:48:18Speaker 3: the same time so light and gentle. Focusing now on
- 1:49:04Speaker 3: your hands, my hands, so peaceful in your hands, the
- 1:49:58Speaker 3: sense of real peace. It just seems to I feel
- 1:50:24Speaker 3: so familiar when your hands relax deeply. M ees, yeah,
- 1:51:00Speaker 3: thing is you things sad less you thing you tips
- 1:52:36Speaker 3: meling your attention to the run to your body, So
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: comfortable man, your fortress, two legs, love, musculs in your
- 1:54:34Speaker 3: thighs nes so relaxed, a calf muscles and just shains coprazy,
- 1:55:33Speaker 3: the four and the faathing your feet.
- 1:57:43Speaker 13: So peaceful, so calm, so peaceful, sircom.
- 1:58:32Speaker 3: So peaceful, sycom so peace f r sing.
- 1:59:02Speaker 10: Piece fall.
- 1:59:07Speaker 3: So calm, loving that deep relaxation, to spread your chest,
- 1:59:22Speaker 3: in your stomach, so letting go of everything. So I'm
- 1:59:54Speaker 3: gonna start counting down now from twenty down to one.
- 2:00:06Speaker 3: You can imagine in a way it's like just walking
- 2:00:09Speaker 3: down some steps and each step or twenty steps, and
- 2:00:15Speaker 3: each step represents a level of comfort. Each step represents
- 2:00:28Speaker 3: a deepening of that comfort and the furvies you walk
- 2:00:41Speaker 3: down those steps a deeper and more relaxed you feel.
- 2:00:53Speaker 3: So starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen
- 2:04:44Speaker 3: three four four see too well.
- 2:08:04Speaker 14: Us fast as nine.
- 2:11:52Speaker 3: Eight seven.
- 2:14:01Speaker 15: H h.
- 2:14:21Speaker 3: A five.
- 2:16:02Speaker 12: Five four.
- 2:18:10Speaker 15: H h.
- 2:20:43Speaker 3: One. And now as you focus on your wives, We're
- 2:21:49Speaker 3: gonna count down from ten douts one focusing and just
- 2:22:01Speaker 3: on your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 2:22:12Speaker 3: your eye walls themselves, a whole area that makes up
- 2:22:21Speaker 3: your eye. And as we count down from ten down
- 2:22:37Speaker 3: to one, whilst focusing on your eyes, you'll become twice
- 2:22:53Speaker 3: is relaxed with each number counting out, and you may
- 2:23:05Speaker 3: find the all you want to do is just drift
- 2:23:15Speaker 3: off to sleep. And if that's what you want, then
- 2:23:25Speaker 3: just allow yourself to do that. Now, focus in on
- 2:23:37Speaker 3: your eyes. I'm going to begin counting down from ten
- 2:23:45Speaker 3: down to one.
- 2:23:50Speaker 2: Right now.
- 2:23:59Speaker 9: Ten nine eight seven.
- 2:26:00Speaker 16: Hussa five.
- 2:29:09Speaker 3: Four three.
- 2:31:23Speaker 7: Two hush.
- 2:32:57Speaker 3: One. So counting down from ten to one ten nine
- 2:33:20Speaker 3: eight seven six five four three two one. And maybe
- 2:33:48Speaker 3: that was a bit too quick in order to relax.
- 2:33:52Speaker 3: Maybe it's a bit too fast for you to notice
- 2:33:56Speaker 3: the calming of your body, maybe even a little bit
- 2:34:04Speaker 3: of pressure there. Like you'll count it down from ten
- 2:34:08Speaker 3: to one. What do you expect me to do?
- 2:34:10Speaker 2: Man?
- 2:34:11Speaker 3: Expect me to stick old floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:34:22Speaker 3: If you try it again, but this time, I go
- 2:34:25Speaker 3: this lower. This time, as you focus on the whole
- 2:34:33Speaker 3: of your body before we focus on your legs, just
- 2:34:39Speaker 3: notice how your body does start to feel more relaxed
- 2:34:54Speaker 3: with every number that I count down ten nine eight
- 2:35:19Speaker 3: seven six five four three.
- 2:36:00Speaker 12: Mm two.
- 2:36:30Speaker 3: One, and just notice how how you feel, generally, how
- 2:36:48Speaker 3: your body feels. It's not necessarily even about yeah, counting
- 2:37:02Speaker 3: down from ten to one. It's that space that you have,
- 2:37:10Speaker 3: that space between being active physically or mentally to just
- 2:37:33Speaker 3: sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 2:37:39Speaker 3: not saying anything, not the needing to think about anything.
- 2:37:45Speaker 3: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 2:37:49Speaker 3: of a space, a gap. And the more I count
- 2:38:00Speaker 3: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:38:08Speaker 3: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's
- 2:38:20Speaker 3: a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 2:38:34Speaker 3: physically or emotionally, moves them away. Allows you.
- 2:38:49Speaker 2: To just.
- 2:38:53Speaker 3: Slow down, someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 2:39:00Speaker 3: and notice that gap widening, the gap. And as it widens,
- 2:39:10Speaker 3: it's almost like the stress and attention falls into the gap.
- 2:39:30Speaker 3: It gives you that distance, that space. Now ten nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 2:40:37Speaker 3: four three two one, And how did you body feel?
- 2:42:02Speaker 3: Can you notice that you feeling calmer, the feeling more relaxed.
- 2:42:41Speaker 3: As we now focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 2:43:01Speaker 3: You're just going to start with focusing on your thighs.
- 2:43:21Speaker 3: Of course, it's not the most exciting thing to be doing,
- 2:43:26Speaker 3: because I'm sure, like most of your body, is not
- 2:43:32Speaker 3: a lot going on right now. Just focusing on the
- 2:43:45Speaker 3: whole of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the
- 2:43:51Speaker 3: sides of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs, you're
- 2:43:58Speaker 3: outer thighs and you're inner thighs. Basically the whole of
- 2:44:03Speaker 3: your thigh that leads into your hip and it goes
- 2:44:12Speaker 3: down to your knee joints. Now, this is a big area.
- 2:44:27Speaker 3: It's a very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the
- 2:44:32Speaker 3: strongest muscles in your body or in your thighs. But
- 2:44:47Speaker 3: I don't think we perhaps will give enough attention to
- 2:44:54Speaker 3: our thighs. Perhaps we don't acknowledge how important our thighs
- 2:45:08Speaker 3: are to our lives, how much they actually do for
- 2:45:28Speaker 3: us all through our lives. And it may seem to
- 2:45:42Speaker 3: sound really weird, but I think that all of our
- 2:45:47Speaker 3: body parts, especially our thighs, need some TLC, a bit
- 2:45:58Speaker 3: of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude
- 2:46:18Speaker 3: for what our thighs do for us. And I know
- 2:46:27Speaker 3: this may sound a bit strange. Maybe you think why
- 2:46:33Speaker 3: am I short? How should be out in the garden
- 2:46:36Speaker 3: hugging a tree or something. Wow, it's hard to set
- 2:46:45Speaker 3: a microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm doing
- 2:46:48Speaker 3: this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree.
- 2:46:52Speaker 3: Now I can't see the television from the tree. If
- 2:47:01Speaker 3: you move down to your knees gain such an important part.
- 2:47:10Speaker 3: And I think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here,
- 2:47:18Speaker 3: I don't necessarily appreciate all that my knees do for
- 2:47:23Speaker 3: me until I have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally,
- 2:47:30Speaker 3: if I ever maybe i'll pash it, or it's aching
- 2:47:35Speaker 3: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:47:41Speaker 3: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:47:46Speaker 3: use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort is
- 2:47:56Speaker 3: a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 2:48:06Speaker 3: You know that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees,
- 2:48:15Speaker 3: regardless of how your knees feel, you can have that
- 2:48:21Speaker 3: sense of gratitude and love to your needs for all
- 2:48:27Speaker 3: that they do for you. And you can still have
- 2:48:39Speaker 3: that attention on your thighs and maybe notice how your
- 2:48:44Speaker 3: thighs feel maybe you've noticed that they are relaxing more
- 2:48:57Speaker 3: deeply as you focus now on the bottoms of your legs,
- 2:49:09Speaker 3: your shins, and your calf muscles, the bones between your
- 2:49:16Speaker 3: knees and your feet incorporate, and of course your ankles
- 2:49:24Speaker 3: so important. Anyone that's had even like the slightest sprain
- 2:49:35Speaker 3: of an ankle knows how how much we take our
- 2:49:43Speaker 3: ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in a
- 2:49:51Speaker 3: way when you think that. You know, logically, our wrists
- 2:49:57Speaker 3: are a lot thinner than the rest of our own,
- 2:50:01Speaker 3: which is okay, it doesn't can't see any problem with
- 2:50:05Speaker 3: that because we're just picking stuff up. But our ankles
- 2:50:12Speaker 3: so much thinner than the rest of our legs, and
- 2:50:22Speaker 3: from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't really
- 2:50:26Speaker 3: make sense that all this weight would ultimately be resting
- 2:50:35Speaker 3: on your ankles then leading to your feet, that thin area,
- 2:50:46Speaker 3: thin bone. Yeah, it does so much great work. Supports us,
- 2:50:56Speaker 3: supports our body for a lifetime, helps us to balance,
- 2:51:08Speaker 3: It helps you to get around and be mobile. And
- 2:51:21Speaker 3: there's the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger,
- 2:51:29Speaker 3: I couldn't see the point in calf muscles didn't seem
- 2:51:32Speaker 3: to do anything. Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes,
- 2:51:38Speaker 3: then my calf muscles get some work. But of course
- 2:51:42Speaker 3: that's not true. The calf muscles are being used whenever
- 2:51:46Speaker 3: we use our legs and your shins there to protect
- 2:52:00Speaker 3: your lower legs, shaped in a way, almost as a
- 2:52:09Speaker 3: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles
- 2:52:25Speaker 3: and your feet. But we're not going to focus on
- 2:52:31Speaker 3: your feet. We're just going to focus on the legs.
- 2:52:36Speaker 3: I realize that now that I've mentioned your feet, it
- 2:52:40Speaker 3: probably focuses on them anyway, So maybe I should focus
- 2:52:45Speaker 3: on your feet a little bit. You can have them
- 2:52:51Speaker 3: in your awareness the same as you have your thighs
- 2:52:57Speaker 3: in your awareness. Even though we have been focusing on
- 2:53:01Speaker 3: your thighs for a few minutes, we've been focusing on
- 2:53:06Speaker 3: your ankles, there's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs,
- 2:53:29Speaker 3: and there's that movement of energy because the thighs hold
- 2:53:38Speaker 3: lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles, the
- 2:53:43Speaker 3: big straw muscles that we have in our thighs, but
- 2:53:56Speaker 3: the skin on the outside of the thighs, as in
- 2:54:02Speaker 3: the outside of all of our body, can be very sensitive,
- 2:54:12Speaker 3: sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature, and inside your
- 2:54:25Speaker 3: thighs the bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels,
- 2:54:33Speaker 3: the arch trees, all this stuff that's inside your thighs.
- 2:54:43Speaker 3: I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you could actually
- 2:54:46Speaker 3: put your fingers inside your thighs and message. So you
- 2:54:54Speaker 3: can message on the outside, of course, but to be
- 2:54:58Speaker 3: able to get deep into the muscle, to be able
- 2:55:01Speaker 3: to just massage inside your thighs, message in the bones
- 2:55:08Speaker 3: of your leg massage in or the veins, and just
- 2:55:15Speaker 3: gently healing your thighs, and you could move down message
- 2:55:28Speaker 3: and inside your knees, just message in those bones, but
- 2:55:34Speaker 3: with healing fingertips spreading that healing energy deep into the
- 2:55:41Speaker 3: choints of your knees. Of course, there's the back of
- 2:55:51Speaker 3: your your knee, or the inside crease where your knee is.
- 2:55:58Speaker 3: It's really sensitive area, very feels very nice when you
- 2:56:04Speaker 3: stroke it. That might be because it's an area that's
- 2:56:09Speaker 3: not really touched very often. It's almost like a hidden
- 2:56:15Speaker 3: part that crease in your legs. It's almost it's like
- 2:56:23Speaker 3: a part that has a sensitivity, which is a little
- 2:56:28Speaker 3: bit different. Of course, it's protected by your legs. So
- 2:56:46Speaker 3: you can imagine putting your fingers into that crease in
- 2:56:51Speaker 3: your legs, folding between your legs, you can just message
- 2:57:01Speaker 3: with your fingertips, letting your fingertips going inside, massage in
- 2:57:08Speaker 3: the muscle tissue. You can of course feel the bones
- 2:57:18Speaker 3: of your knees healing through your fingertips. And then as
- 2:57:30Speaker 3: you go down to your calf muscles, and that's the
- 2:57:36Speaker 3: part I'd like to be able to really put my
- 2:57:39Speaker 3: fingertips deep inside my calf muscles, massage in every single
- 2:57:49Speaker 3: tissue of that muscle, healing every part, and then doing
- 2:58:01Speaker 3: the same for my shins, massage in and gently stroking
- 2:58:09Speaker 3: the bones, gently stroking them, hewing a loving way, because
- 2:58:17Speaker 3: they deserve to be treated as the precious bones that
- 2:58:23Speaker 3: they are, because our legs are so precious as in
- 2:58:27Speaker 3: all the other parts of our body, and more precious
- 2:58:33Speaker 3: of amyture on the planet. When when you start to
- 2:58:48Speaker 3: think about your legs in this way, it can change
- 2:58:59Speaker 3: your perspective. It might sound a bit a bit silly
- 2:59:09Speaker 3: to start with the idea of having love for your legs,
- 2:59:16Speaker 3: show an appreciation for your thighs, wanting to be able
- 2:59:24Speaker 3: to put your hands in your thighs, the massage the
- 2:59:31Speaker 3: muscles and the bones, and to get your fingers deep
- 2:59:37Speaker 3: in there releasing all tension. Just to show how much
- 2:59:47Speaker 3: you care about your legs, how much you care for
- 2:59:55Speaker 3: what your legs do for you regularly, your knees, your calves,
- 3:00:05Speaker 3: your ankles, the strength of your ankles considering how thin
- 3:00:17Speaker 3: they are compared to the rest of your legs, especially
- 3:00:21Speaker 3: your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:00:37Speaker 3: Your ankles are truly a gift because of what they
- 3:00:46Speaker 3: do for you, supporting all that weight, regardless of how
- 3:00:58Speaker 3: what weight you are, even if you're only eight stone,
- 3:01:04Speaker 3: there's still a lot of weight for these little ankles. Now,
- 3:01:11Speaker 3: I'm a lot heavier than eat stone double down, yet
- 3:01:19Speaker 3: my ankles support my body all the time. Whether they
- 3:01:28Speaker 3: do give off a sigh of relief when I sit down.
- 3:01:34Speaker 3: That's got my whole legs do. My feet feet also go,
- 3:01:44Speaker 3: my toes clap.
- 3:01:46Speaker 7: I'm so happy.
- 3:02:07Speaker 3: Your legs really are amazing. And I know talk about
- 3:02:17Speaker 3: talking about your legs is probably possibly among the most
- 3:02:24Speaker 3: most boring things you've ever heard anyone say. Possibly you're
- 3:02:31Speaker 3: boring or not. Everything I said is true. Your legs
- 3:02:39Speaker 3: are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect, they deserve
- 3:02:59Speaker 3: to relax deeply. They deserve to take some time out
- 3:03:12Speaker 3: of the day to just let go completely. Your legs
- 3:03:41Speaker 3: really can relax. And because the legs are so such
- 3:03:54Speaker 3: a most you know, very important part of your body,
- 3:04:00Speaker 3: and you relax legs, the rest of your body also
- 3:04:05Speaker 3: naturally follows in that a journey of comfort. I can
- 3:04:22Speaker 3: feel it in my hips. My hips feel really loose,
- 3:04:30Speaker 3: and also my lwer back as well. My lower back
- 3:04:35Speaker 3: really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:04:41Speaker 3: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:04:47Speaker 3: I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:04:50Speaker 3: muscles are just relaxed so much that there is a
- 3:04:54Speaker 3: natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot. And
- 3:05:19Speaker 3: I'm now going to count down from ten down to one,
- 3:05:27Speaker 3: and you can continue.
- 3:05:30Speaker 7: To fill.
- 3:05:32Speaker 3: Wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six.
- 3:05:56Speaker 2: Five.
- 3:06:01Speaker 5: Four three.
- 3:06:09Speaker 3: Twoe why relax? So I'm just going to count down
- 3:06:31Speaker 3: from five down to one, and as a countdown, if
- 3:06:36Speaker 3: you just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 3:06:44Speaker 3: and notice how you feel in this moment. As you
- 3:06:53Speaker 3: hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting
- 3:07:01Speaker 3: down represents you feeling calmer, not just in your body,
- 3:07:11Speaker 3: but also relaxing your mind. You just notice how you feel.
- 3:07:20Speaker 3: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:07:26Speaker 3: to think about, starting with number five, four, three, two
- 3:08:09Speaker 3: one low. As you notice the gradual letting go the
- 3:08:31Speaker 3: tension in your body, you may also begin to notice
- 3:08:38Speaker 3: and be aware of how your mind is starting to
- 3:08:47Speaker 3: slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:08:56Speaker 3: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural because
- 3:09:01Speaker 3: as your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:09:09Speaker 3: and the more your mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:09:13Speaker 3: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:09:25Speaker 3: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:09:32Speaker 3: if there's background sounds either your side online is still
- 3:09:40Speaker 3: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:09:45Speaker 3: the television on, there's no music in the background, unless
- 3:09:50Speaker 3: you're listening to the recording with music. Of course, you're
- 3:09:58Speaker 3: very likely not going to be sick in the room
- 3:10:00Speaker 3: with other people. Of course you might be, but generally,
- 3:10:05Speaker 3: it's more ideal if you can do this on your own,
- 3:10:10Speaker 3: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:10:26Speaker 3: relaxation automatically rises, a sense of comfort starts to grow,
- 3:10:41Speaker 3: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical
- 3:10:48Speaker 3: or something magical, this is just a natural process, something
- 3:11:00Speaker 3: that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know,
- 3:11:10Speaker 3: the sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put
- 3:11:17Speaker 3: no effort into it. It's not something that you can
- 3:11:21Speaker 3: really force. It's something that happens naturally. And part of
- 3:11:33Speaker 3: the process of this recording and others is simply two
- 3:11:45Speaker 3: allow you to take advantage of this space this time.
- 3:11:59Speaker 3: It's just let go to just be here, to be
- 3:12:10Speaker 3: in tune with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 3:12:26Speaker 3: of wanting to relax deeply and maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:12:38Speaker 3: depending on what it is that you wish for yourself
- 3:12:45Speaker 3: in this moment. As we know, relaxing is the majority
- 3:13:02Speaker 3: of the process of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep
- 3:13:06Speaker 3: part is a tiny bit at the end. The deeper
- 3:13:14Speaker 3: relaxed you become, the easier you find yourself drifting if
- 3:13:37Speaker 3: you can also, if you choose stay focused on my
- 3:13:44Speaker 3: voice and really enjoy the process, gradually relaxing each muscle
- 3:14:17Speaker 3: in your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation of
- 3:14:44Speaker 3: letting go completely this time, and when a count from
- 3:15:00Speaker 3: six down to one, and you can notice your mind
- 3:15:13Speaker 3: calming down more with each number that you hear me
- 3:15:21Speaker 3: say naturally, feeling calm and slow and be peaceful.
- 3:15:42Speaker 10: Sex five, four, three.
- 3:18:09Speaker 3: One, being aware how your mind to slow right down,
- 3:18:43Speaker 3: sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your mind,
- 3:19:07Speaker 3: you may notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:19:19Speaker 3: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need
- 3:19:29Speaker 3: your attention.
- 3:19:36Speaker 7: So what you can do is.
- 3:19:43Speaker 3: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love.
- 3:19:57Speaker 3: Im all petals from a flower. Just sprinkle it over them,
- 3:20:03Speaker 3: petals filled with love towards those thoughts, to let those
- 3:20:10Speaker 3: thoughts know that you're not abandoned a number. You just
- 3:20:17Speaker 3: need them, You require them to just calm down, slow down,
- 3:20:30Speaker 3: quiet down for now. So as you focus on those
- 3:20:45Speaker 3: remaining thoughts, as we count down this time from seven
- 3:20:51Speaker 3: down to one. With each number, just imagine sprinkling those
- 3:21:00Speaker 3: flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude over those thoughts which
- 3:21:20Speaker 3: will allow them to just melt away and relax deeply.
- 3:21:30Speaker 3: Of every number, those thoughts will become more and more relaxed.
- 3:21:50Speaker 3: Starting with number seven, six, five, four, three, one. Let
- 3:24:21Speaker 3: you now notice how relaxed you're feeling in your body.
- 3:24:47Speaker 3: We're going to focus on your hands, because the more
- 3:25:00Speaker 3: relaxed your hands are, the more relax your body and
- 3:25:08Speaker 3: mind are.
- 3:25:23Speaker 7: And there's.
- 3:25:25Speaker 3: You focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:25:36Speaker 3: needed to be done. There's no clenching of fists or
- 3:25:42Speaker 3: dents in the fingers or anything like that. Yeah, it's
- 3:25:52Speaker 3: just noticing and focusing on your hands, noticing how they feel.
- 3:26:21Speaker 3: Because the more.
- 3:26:25Speaker 17: Relax your hands feel, the calmer your mind feels, and
- 3:26:35Speaker 17: the more.
- 3:26:39Speaker 3: Comforts you feel throughout your body.
- 3:26:49Speaker 2: And you.
- 3:26:52Speaker 3: May have noticed you mind is starting to dress like
- 3:27:38Speaker 3: sense just on your hands and fingers, allowing them to
- 3:27:53Speaker 3: cheat experience a real deepening of that relaxation in your
- 3:28:06Speaker 3: hands and fingers, more and more relaxed. With each number
- 3:28:33Speaker 3: from eight down to one, you can almost feel that
- 3:28:46Speaker 3: healing and relaxing energy spreading into your hands and fingers
- 3:29:00Speaker 3: coming ye law relaxing with each number ye going down
- 3:29:23Speaker 3: from eight down to one, drifting, drifting again, starting with
- 3:29:46Speaker 3: number fights.
- 3:30:00Speaker 15: U U.
- 3:30:27Speaker 2: U s.
- 3:30:55Speaker 3: U six.
- 3:31:36Speaker 10: Four four.
- 3:32:21Speaker 2: Three.
- 3:33:41Speaker 3: Just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 3:33:52Speaker 3: nothing to say, and everything just feels calm. This is
- 3:34:08Speaker 3: your natural state of being. This is how you just
- 3:34:15Speaker 3: normally feel when you take away all that other stuff
- 3:34:24Speaker 3: that we add, you know, things like stress and worrying
- 3:34:29Speaker 3: and overthinking, anxiety, tension, just generally thinking about stuff.
- 3:34:47Speaker 7: And you take that away, which is what we do.
- 3:34:51Speaker 3: What we do now you're left with a real sense
- 3:35:03Speaker 3: of peacefulness which comes to you very quickly, because ultimately
- 3:35:17Speaker 3: it's just a feeling, a feeling of comfort, almost as
- 3:35:31Speaker 3: if you've gone inside yourself and you've found a special
- 3:35:35Speaker 3: place where everything is peaceful, a place where you can
- 3:35:49Speaker 3: feel relaxed and your natural sense of comfort, a place
- 3:36:00Speaker 3: you can be you, where you can accept yourself for
- 3:36:09Speaker 3: who you are, the place where you're not trying to
- 3:36:17Speaker 3: please anybody else ever, the place where you can actually
- 3:36:30Speaker 3: not just love yourself, but in some ways more importantly,
- 3:36:36Speaker 3: you can like yourself, appreciate.
- 3:36:42Speaker 7: Who you are.
- 3:36:52Speaker 3: That sense of gratitude is in the air all around you.
- 3:37:06Speaker 3: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:37:15Speaker 3: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:37:30Speaker 3: your body, and the healing energy spreads through your veins,
- 3:37:44Speaker 3: traveling to each and every single part of your body,
- 3:37:56Speaker 3: and you start to realize that actually, that healing energy,
- 3:38:04Speaker 3: it's not just entered into your brain, it's become part
- 3:38:10Speaker 3: of your brain, and that spinal fluid is now mixed
- 3:38:22Speaker 3: with healing energy, not just allowing you to feel so
- 3:38:33Speaker 3: much more relaxed and healthy in this moment, but also
- 3:38:48Speaker 3: you start to realize that actually, what's happening now with
- 3:38:56Speaker 3: that healing, relaxing and gee spreading through your body, it's
- 3:39:05Speaker 3: actually changing your life. It's actually changing the way you're
- 3:39:16Speaker 3: going to feel not just now, but tomorrow and the
- 3:39:22Speaker 3: next day. As your health improves, not just your physical health,
- 3:39:32Speaker 3: but your mental health. Things that used to bother you
- 3:39:40Speaker 3: in the past, for some reason, no longer have the
- 3:39:47Speaker 3: effect that they used to because something has changed deep
- 3:39:56Speaker 3: within you. Maybe things that used to cause you to
- 3:40:07Speaker 3: feel anger no longer have that power to control you
- 3:40:22Speaker 3: the way they seem to be able to before. As
- 3:40:28Speaker 3: you realize that you're the one who decides what affects you,
- 3:40:44Speaker 3: You're the one who decides to feel relaxed and calm
- 3:40:54Speaker 3: when you choose.
- 3:41:00Speaker 18: To enjoy.
- 3:41:02Speaker 3: Noticing these natural developments of healing, continuing to grow and
- 3:41:17Speaker 3: improve your life day by day, including of course your
- 3:41:29Speaker 3: ability to relax so much easier and sleeping. It's the
- 3:41:46Speaker 3: most natural thing in the world to you because for
- 3:41:57Speaker 3: in the sleep is something.
- 3:41:59Speaker 2: That you've.
- 3:42:03Speaker 3: So many times in your life, and you know that
- 3:42:11Speaker 3: you were born, as we all were, with the ability
- 3:42:18Speaker 3: to fall asleep naturally. We're born with that ability to
- 3:42:31Speaker 3: just drift off into a deep, healing sleep. Even when
- 3:42:45Speaker 3: we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep and we don't even
- 3:42:50Speaker 3: want to try to tell us stay awake. Maybe it's
- 3:42:56Speaker 3: a birthday in the morning, or it's Christmas or holiday
- 3:43:01Speaker 3: or something we look forward to. We don't want to
- 3:43:03Speaker 3: go to sleep. But the more you want to stay awake,
- 3:43:11Speaker 3: the more we just start to drift. And the more
- 3:43:18Speaker 3: you fight drifting, the more you try to stop yourself
- 3:43:22Speaker 3: and drift in a safe the deeper stronger that drifting becomes.
- 3:43:35Speaker 3: Because we're born not just with the need to relax
- 3:43:41Speaker 3: deeply and to naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright,
- 3:43:53Speaker 3: it's part of our DNA. And sometimes as we get
- 3:44:03Speaker 3: older in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten that
- 3:44:14Speaker 3: relaxing completely is not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's
- 3:44:30Speaker 3: also really easy. It's very, very easy to let go,
- 3:44:50Speaker 3: because that's.
- 3:44:51Speaker 2: All it is, is just.
- 3:44:56Speaker 3: Deciding let go. And when you press the play button
- 3:45:10Speaker 3: on my recordings, you have given permission for my voice
- 3:45:20Speaker 3: to relax you. When you press that play button, you
- 3:45:27Speaker 3: have given me permission for my words to effect you
- 3:45:38Speaker 3: in a positive, only a positive way. Opening up your
- 3:45:55Speaker 3: mind two useful and healing suggestions that can have such
- 3:46:18Speaker 3: an amazing effect on how you feel right now, as
- 3:46:30Speaker 3: well as those changes that continue long after the recording ends,
- 3:46:43Speaker 3: those changes within you that continue to flourish and grow,
- 3:46:56Speaker 3: transforming your life in a positive, beautiful way, allowing you
- 3:47:11Speaker 3: to move forward in your life in the direction that
- 3:47:17Speaker 3: you choose for yourself. And this feeling, this feeling that
- 3:47:34Speaker 3: you can experience of safety, comfort, calmness, this feels so nice.
- 3:48:00Speaker 3: It's such a healthy place to be, and that positivity
- 3:48:14Speaker 3: grows within you each and every day. Moving forward, you
- 3:48:33Speaker 3: had to find that you're more relaxed physically and in
- 3:48:44Speaker 3: your mind is more relaxed. And it's not that you're
- 3:48:53Speaker 3: thinking slower. It's just that your mind would be less
- 3:49:00Speaker 3: to look it up with unnecessary negativity, because from now on,
- 3:49:11Speaker 3: your mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're going to
- 3:49:21Speaker 3: start noticing when negativity arises. You can just say stop, stop,
- 3:49:40Speaker 3: and then negativity will turn around and leave you alone.
- 3:49:55Speaker 3: Stop and that negativity would disappear. And as you notice
- 3:50:15Speaker 3: that you feel way more relaxed than you probably expected,
- 3:50:29Speaker 3: you can now congratulate yourself because you're the person that
- 3:50:39Speaker 3: has done this. You are the one that has opened
- 3:50:45Speaker 3: your mind up to the simple facts. You can feel
- 3:50:55Speaker 3: more relaxed in your body and in your mind. You've
- 3:51:05Speaker 3: opened your mind up to the birthright of being able
- 3:51:11Speaker 3: to just fall asleep easily when you choose. And that's
- 3:51:28Speaker 3: a nice feeling, don't you think feels nice? Doesn't it?
- 3:51:38Speaker 3: To feel calm, for the healing energy spreading through your
- 3:51:45Speaker 3: body in your mind, to spend time a special place
- 3:51:59Speaker 3: where negativity can no longer enter. Negativity is banned. It's bad,
- 3:52:17Speaker 3: it's not allowed. Intrigue doesn't doesn't. This, doesn't deserve to
- 3:52:24Speaker 3: be here, doesn't belong here. Negativity has no place in
- 3:52:33Speaker 3: your life, which makes room for more comfort, more healing,
- 3:52:52Speaker 3: more relaxation, more peace feels nice, doesn't it.
- 3:53:19Speaker 7: Just let go.
- 3:53:27Speaker 3: Everything. I'm going to count down now from twenty down
- 3:53:45Speaker 3: to one. He can continue to relax. If you choose,
- 3:53:55Speaker 3: you can three's to sleep. Let me number.
- 3:54:08Speaker 7: You hear me say.
- 3:54:14Speaker 3: You can fill twice as relaxed, or if you choose,
- 3:54:21Speaker 3: you can fill twice a sleeping now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen.
- 3:55:28Speaker 18: Fourteen, thirteen.
- 3:55:46Speaker 9: To eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven.
- 3:56:36Speaker 10: Six five.
- 3:56:52Speaker 7: War mhmm.
- 3:57:06Speaker 3: Yeah, this is your time.
- 3:57:30Speaker 7: To just take a break, your.
- 3:57:36Speaker 3: Time to relax, to allow your mind to slow down,
- 3:57:55Speaker 3: to give yourself permission.
- 3:58:02Speaker 7: To take a break.
- 3:58:08Speaker 3: From everything. And you're the only person that can make
- 3:58:17Speaker 3: that decision. You're the only person that can actually tell
- 3:58:24Speaker 3: your mind just relax, to just.
- 3:58:42Speaker 7: Take some time.
- 3:58:45Speaker 3: Off so that you can focus on your body, getting
- 3:58:57Speaker 3: in touch with you how you feel physically, and in
- 3:59:12Speaker 3: the process of this body scan where you to focus
- 3:59:20Speaker 3: on different parts of your body, those parts that you
- 3:59:30Speaker 3: focus on and observe. Even though you're not purposely requesting
- 3:59:42Speaker 3: for those parts of your body to relax, it's kind
- 3:59:47Speaker 3: of expected. You expect when you listen to my voice
- 3:59:55Speaker 3: to feel more relaxed naturally, because when you're listening to me,
- 4:00:10Speaker 3: your attention is focused on my words, and as my
- 4:00:22Speaker 3: words guide you to focus on those parts of your body,
- 4:00:37Speaker 3: your focus increases, which actually calms to your mind. And
- 4:00:59Speaker 3: when you're wind calms down, your body relaxes.
- 4:01:18Speaker 7: And when your body.
- 4:01:23Speaker 3: Calms down, your mind relaxes. And though not really started
- 4:01:46Speaker 3: to focus on your body, you can already feel that
- 4:01:59Speaker 3: healing any spreading through your body, pushing out stress and tension,
- 4:02:18Speaker 3: heathing all the parts of your body, bleeding, your skin,
- 4:02:26Speaker 3: your bones, your blood, all of your organs inside your body,
- 4:02:35Speaker 3: all of the muscles, all of the fat, all.
- 4:02:41Speaker 8: Everything, every hair on your body.
- 4:02:47Speaker 3: Is filled with bay, heath and energy. And when your
- 4:02:58Speaker 3: brain fills without healing energy, the feeling of comforts of relaxation.
- 4:03:21Speaker 7: Increases, deeply increases.
- 4:03:38Speaker 12: In a way.
- 4:03:42Speaker 3: Your mind stunts to fill, perhaps speak to rousing.
- 4:03:58Speaker 7: Because it's not me, It.
- 4:04:04Speaker 3: May start to drift.
- 4:04:18Speaker 7: If that's what's needed. So you're listening to this, and
- 4:04:26Speaker 7: what you need is deeper vexation, that's what you get.
- 4:04:33Speaker 7: If what you need is to fall asleep naturally easily,
- 4:04:41Speaker 7: that your mind drifts, that's.
- 4:04:46Speaker 3: Also for what happens. Accuse, why listen that play got
- 4:05:01Speaker 3: on the podcast and listening to me, I give permission
- 4:05:08Speaker 3: your body and your mind. In fact, it gives the
- 4:05:18Speaker 3: command to your body and your mind.
- 4:05:22Speaker 7: To relax deeply and to drift off to sleep if
- 4:05:35Speaker 7: that's what you wanted.
- 4:05:49Speaker 3: And as I focus.
- 4:05:52Speaker 7: On the different parts of your body, start to just drift.
- 4:06:07Speaker 7: And when you come back again, do you hear me talking,
- 4:06:13Speaker 7: I want to focusing on a different parts of your body.
- 4:06:21Speaker 15: Mm hmm, me.
- 4:06:24Speaker 7: Find just so drifting?
- 4:06:29Speaker 3: Do you don't realize you're drifting.
- 4:06:33Speaker 7: Until you stop drifting? You're a lot again to.
- 4:06:39Speaker 3: My voice, focusing on a different.
- 4:06:44Speaker 7: Parts of your body starts to relax in demail because
- 4:06:54Speaker 7: that drifting, it's basically you already into sleep sound.
- 4:07:08Speaker 3: And the more you drift, the longer you dreat, the
- 4:07:13Speaker 3: longer you dread.
- 4:07:18Speaker 7: Eventually, that drifting continues into sleep and that's the last
- 4:07:30Speaker 7: you remember until you wake up in your own time,
- 4:07:40Speaker 7: when you experience the high amount of sleep, because when
- 4:07:49Speaker 7: you do and I to all asleep, its extremely pleasant,
- 4:08:02Speaker 7: so relaxing, so deep sleep feels so nice to relax
- 4:08:26Speaker 7: into the.
- 4:08:28Speaker 3: One buddy in mind. Feel that the image is spreading
- 4:08:39Speaker 3: through it. Relaxing is so deep, relaxing so.
- 4:08:54Speaker 7: So deeply. We start to vake us with your eyes.
- 4:09:16Speaker 7: Leave down to you, Joe, now to.
- 4:09:30Speaker 15: You make.
- 4:09:38Speaker 3: Assured this?
- 4:09:46Speaker 7: Oh thus yes, yes, why you you make.
- 4:11:09Speaker 15: You are.
- 4:11:27Speaker 3: And being.
- 4:11:32Speaker 7: Spreading growing inside your bodyca than you are.
- 4:11:44Speaker 3: Now let's focus again in parts of your body, focusing
- 4:11:58Speaker 3: this time on your forehead. Now on your mouth, lips.
- 4:12:11Speaker 7: The tongue, all of your mouth, fop you. Then on
- 4:12:30Speaker 7: your fingers, maybe kid, you think it's a little goods
- 4:12:41Speaker 7: You can focus on each one individually, both hands and
- 4:12:56Speaker 7: even those should focus on both of your hands. Now
- 4:13:02Speaker 7: the alma seems just melt into one. I'm really sure
- 4:13:11Speaker 7: I hands start together to live hand and lester is
- 4:13:18Speaker 7: it just mixed together? Now? Focusing on your knees, just
- 4:13:36Speaker 7: make a simple how your knees fill? Now focusing what opens?
- 4:14:01Speaker 7: But you said forty two homors.
- 4:14:10Speaker 3: Just absurd.
- 4:14:17Speaker 7: For two holmors now serving.
- 4:14:48Speaker 15: Like a ma.
- 4:15:03Speaker 7: The greatly you think? So thanks, it's cool. Sensations thinks.
- 4:16:58Speaker 15: Yes, no.
- 4:17:04Speaker 7: Choice be away now you jeeze.
- 4:17:25Speaker 2: You why no.
- 4:18:01Speaker 7: Not to say.
- 4:18:13Speaker 3: Sire both feels.
- 4:18:27Speaker 2: Not to sin.
- 4:18:34Speaker 3: You mind feels.
- 4:18:43Speaker 7: Now let him go, let's him go.
- 4:19:20Speaker 3: Let's h go.
- 4:19:26Speaker 8: Everything, Let's him go, let him go, let's go.
- 4:20:00Speaker 3: Everything.
- 4:20:09Speaker 19: An I'm going to start now, and I'd like it
- 4:20:20Speaker 19: just first.
- 4:20:21Speaker 7: Of all, just to see some.
- 4:20:24Speaker 2: Lying down.
- 4:20:26Speaker 3: On that message table, lying on the front. Your head
- 4:20:32Speaker 3: is supported, your arms are supported, and you feel comfortable
- 4:20:40Speaker 3: and you're breathing. It's really easy, and you feel you
- 4:20:49Speaker 3: feel confident in how you look as well. So there's
- 4:20:53Speaker 3: none of that issue of body problems or shyness, because
- 4:20:59Speaker 3: I have a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:21:07Speaker 3: so none of that stuff matters whatsoever. This is about you.
- 4:21:17Speaker 3: This is about how you feel, how you can enjoy
- 4:21:26Speaker 3: that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting
- 4:21:32Speaker 3: go and allow him my hands, my fingers to relax
- 4:21:38Speaker 3: you by a massagy your body. Some one starts off
- 4:21:50Speaker 3: just by placing my hands on the back of your head,
- 4:21:56Speaker 3: just generally, just you can feel all my head hands
- 4:22:01Speaker 3: feel like really on you, so you can maybe feel
- 4:22:08Speaker 3: the warmth of my hands on the back of your head.
- 4:22:14Speaker 3: And with my hands to the side of your hand,
- 4:22:17Speaker 3: not pressing, but just holding there very gently, maybe over
- 4:22:24Speaker 3: your ears, and a little bit on your face, just
- 4:22:28Speaker 3: so you can feel my hands. So you can become accustomed.
- 4:22:35Speaker 7: To them.
- 4:22:44Speaker 3: And now put my hands in the back of your
- 4:22:47Speaker 3: head again and gently let them slide down.
- 4:22:54Speaker 7: Onto the back of your neck.
- 4:23:03Speaker 3: You can feel my hands. Give me stroke in the
- 4:23:12Speaker 3: back of your neck to start with, just so you
- 4:23:19Speaker 3: can get used to the feeling my hands on your skin,
- 4:23:24Speaker 3: get accustomed to realize that you're safe. It's all good,
- 4:23:33Speaker 3: it's all fine. You will start gently messaging the muscles.
- 4:23:45Speaker 7: In the back of your neck.
- 4:23:53Speaker 3: With both your hands. And this is a very trusting situation, really,
- 4:24:06Speaker 3: because our next is so fragile and to have someone
- 4:24:10Speaker 3: have their hands around your neck in that way can
- 4:24:15Speaker 3: sometimes be problematic for people, which is why massages are
- 4:24:20Speaker 3: quite good, because it allows you to relax and to
- 4:24:30Speaker 3: get in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm.
- 4:24:48Speaker 3: There's a massage the sides of your neck, gently moving
- 4:24:56Speaker 3: from the bottom of your neck.
- 4:25:00Speaker 7: It would be sort of near where.
- 4:25:01Speaker 3: Your shoulders start, I guess, all the way up to
- 4:25:07Speaker 3: your jaw. It is kind of area that the side
- 4:25:12Speaker 3: of your neck. Of course, there's a lot longer than
- 4:25:17Speaker 3: the front of your neck, and the message in the
- 4:25:33Speaker 3: back of your neck, especially that area where perhaps we
- 4:25:41Speaker 3: hold tension and there's that area's message. You can actually
- 4:25:49Speaker 3: feel a sense of release in the back of your
- 4:25:53Speaker 3: neck and maybe can breathe it out.
- 4:26:01Speaker 7: As well, know to howd it feels. They're just how
- 4:26:06Speaker 7: you feel.
- 4:26:16Speaker 3: Then moving down to that area between your neck and
- 4:26:20Speaker 3: your shoulders, that musty area, starting to message.
- 4:26:30Speaker 7: The area on both sides.
- 4:26:33Speaker 3: And this would be the area that a lot of
- 4:26:36Speaker 3: people would message if they were going to give you
- 4:26:39Speaker 3: like a shoulder message. Even that's not technically the shoulders,
- 4:26:45Speaker 3: but it's all the muscles that lead to the shoulders.
- 4:26:49Speaker 2: From the neck.
- 4:26:52Speaker 3: And again make a whole attention and stress. And when
- 4:26:57Speaker 3: massaged sometimes a nice deep message is useful. And you
- 4:27:06Speaker 3: decide how deep that message is.
- 4:27:20Speaker 12: And just allow.
- 4:27:23Speaker 3: My knuckles just to dig in to get to those muscles,
- 4:27:29Speaker 3: and too, really relaxed all the time being firm yet gentle,
- 4:27:41Speaker 3: did you, and just stretching down the area to actually shoulders,
- 4:28:02Speaker 3: moving to the muscles of your shoulders and maybe initially
- 4:28:12Speaker 3: just pulling up the shoulders a little bit of the
- 4:28:16Speaker 3: table just to give you a little bit of a
- 4:28:20Speaker 3: stretch the reachingly that the muscles at the front of
- 4:28:31Speaker 3: your shoulders beside the back again, this is the part
- 4:28:44Speaker 3: that can really take quite a bit of pressure, quite
- 4:28:49Speaker 3: a bit of needing.
- 4:28:54Speaker 7: If if you wish to release the tension, really get.
- 4:29:03Speaker 3: Into those muscles and play your fingers in there, and
- 4:29:11Speaker 3: you feel really, really nice. Sometimes it's just been stroked gently.
- 4:29:18Speaker 3: I've been massaged quite strongly. It can all be beneficial
- 4:29:29Speaker 3: to the reorganization. Put the muscles in your shoulders. Now
- 4:29:47Speaker 3: you've moved down your arms.
- 4:29:55Speaker 7: I do one arm at a time.
- 4:29:58Speaker 3: Starting with your right arm.
- 4:30:06Speaker 7: What I do is I just lift your arm up,
- 4:30:11Speaker 7: just hold.
- 4:30:11Speaker 3: It to society and where it took you attached, and
- 4:30:19Speaker 3: I just message the.
- 4:30:22Speaker 7: Tops of your arms.
- 4:30:33Speaker 3: All the way down to your forearms into your wrists,
- 4:30:51Speaker 3: gently messaging that parts, the softer part, which is the
- 4:31:04Speaker 3: underpart of the army, which leads to the crease in
- 4:31:10Speaker 3: your rowba the inside. It's much more sensitive skin. Sometimes
- 4:31:26Speaker 3: just having that strike a reading nice, pleasurable and relaxing.
- 4:31:45Speaker 3: Now moving down to your right hand, just holding.
- 4:31:56Speaker 7: Your hand the boy of my hands, just pressing gently
- 4:32:09Speaker 7: on the back of your hand, stretching your fingers every
- 4:32:17Speaker 7: slightly at the same time.
- 4:32:24Speaker 3: Pressing down and messaging each finger, and then starting to
- 4:32:37Speaker 3: message the palms.
- 4:32:39Speaker 7: Of the hand.
- 4:32:46Speaker 3: Just turning the hand gently, stretching it gently, and actually
- 4:32:57Speaker 3: having your hand held can be an emotional experience sometimes even.
- 4:33:06Speaker 7: If it is a stranger, someone you don't know very well, I.
- 4:33:13Speaker 3: A message person or a therapist. Maybe because it's intimate,
- 4:33:27Speaker 3: you can feel nice, you can feel safe.
- 4:33:40Speaker 7: As I put it down, right arm back down.
- 4:33:43Speaker 15: Where it was.
- 4:33:49Speaker 3: You did the same with your left arm, effectually the
- 4:33:55Speaker 3: same massage in the muscles you arm all the way
- 4:34:05Speaker 3: down to rest, striking the inside of your arm, just
- 4:34:19Speaker 3: being gentle or as fun as you require, and then
- 4:34:33Speaker 3: massaging your left hand, stretching the fingers, gently, massaging the palm.
- 4:34:51Speaker 7: Of your left hand. I feel so so righting, so comforting.
- 4:35:32Speaker 3: And distressed.
- 4:35:33Speaker 7: Your left arm back down.
- 4:35:42Speaker 3: Start to message your back, the biggest part of your body,
- 4:35:54Speaker 3: starting the top.
- 4:35:58Speaker 7: Starting again with would be a being the area of
- 4:36:02Speaker 7: top in between your shoulders and the r neck. Going
- 4:36:09Speaker 7: back and massage in the area again, but this time
- 4:36:14Speaker 7: moving downwards, taking it downwards.
- 4:36:23Speaker 3: Strength to the middle of your back, working from the
- 4:36:31Speaker 3: outside of the innards.
- 4:36:34Speaker 7: Massage and that.
- 4:36:37Speaker 2: You're back put the.
- 4:36:40Speaker 3: The outside of your back parts.
- 4:36:50Speaker 7: Your arms would maybe pressed against almost the part that
- 4:37:03Speaker 7: connects your front to your back. You just massage you
- 4:37:16Speaker 7: down firmly but gently, so firm as you want, moving down.
- 4:37:30Speaker 3: Across a little.
- 4:37:31Speaker 7: Bit of move all the way down again, be very gentle.
- 4:37:36Speaker 3: You have firm that you shoes, and then she thin
- 4:37:47Speaker 3: gets the spine. You can massage the muscles and either.
- 4:37:52Speaker 7: Side of your spine from the top of your neck
- 4:37:56Speaker 7: the aall the way down so you to lower back.
- 4:38:07Speaker 7: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people choose.
- 4:38:16Speaker 3: The knuckle or the you know, two fingers and just
- 4:38:22Speaker 3: go your side of the spine almost just pushed down.
- 4:38:28Speaker 3: Go all the way down to the bottom of the spine,
- 4:38:32Speaker 3: each time releasing attension to opening up the body, stretching
- 4:38:42Speaker 3: your body so that you feel more relaxed than at
- 4:38:49Speaker 3: the same time be juvenated.
- 4:39:04Speaker 7: And now I'm gonna move to one side, to your
- 4:39:08Speaker 7: right side, and from the bottom of your lips to
- 4:39:17Speaker 7: your elvis, you can massage that area of your back.
- 4:39:25Speaker 7: I'll stretch over the other side and I will pull
- 4:39:28Speaker 7: the muscles gently and massage and push.
- 4:39:34Speaker 3: On one end that side.
- 4:39:36Speaker 2: Will right on my side.
- 4:39:39Speaker 7: To the middle of the paint to where your spine is.
- 4:39:44Speaker 3: Massage in that side of your spine. The opposite side
- 4:39:49Speaker 3: to where I'm standing, it's almost slightly leading bread.
- 4:39:57Speaker 7: There is that big area which is yeah, there're lots
- 4:40:03Speaker 7: there to message.
- 4:40:09Speaker 3: Potentially one of the most important places to actually have
- 4:40:14Speaker 3: a message.
- 4:40:17Speaker 2: Because you need be there.
- 4:40:21Speaker 3: Really feel the release and the pleasure of having your
- 4:40:26Speaker 3: lower back message.
- 4:40:30Speaker 7: It releases so much from your body that's not useful.
- 4:40:39Speaker 3: Starting a healing process.
- 4:40:43Speaker 7: Which will continued long after this recording is over.
- 4:40:56Speaker 3: The message in this part of your body only feels.
- 4:40:59Speaker 7: Really it for you. It's actually fun to do it
- 4:41:05Speaker 7: because it is, as I said, like kneading bread.
- 4:41:10Speaker 3: It's a part you can really get ahold of it
- 4:41:14Speaker 3: and really message.
- 4:41:16Speaker 7: Deeply if that's your choice. And there we're going to
- 4:41:28Speaker 7: move over to the other side of your body and
- 4:41:31Speaker 7: do the same.
- 4:41:35Speaker 3: With the opposite part.
- 4:41:39Speaker 2: What do you know a back.
- 4:41:43Speaker 3: Needing and messaging pruning your side all.
- 4:41:46Speaker 7: The way to the middle of your back where your spine.
- 4:41:54Speaker 3: Is pressing and needing, firm and gentle at the same time.
- 4:42:10Speaker 3: It feels so releasing. This mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness.
- 4:42:22Speaker 7: Relaxation or mixed together. Plus is that feeling from your
- 4:42:34Speaker 7: stomach that is being stretched even though you're in your
- 4:42:39Speaker 7: stomach now it can feel it in stressed because the
- 4:42:44Speaker 7: whole area is connected to your stomach.
- 4:42:55Speaker 3: Now I'm gonna move or move father up.
- 4:43:00Speaker 7: To the top of your body. That we did the same.
- 4:43:04Speaker 3: This time, starting with the upper back. Put my hands
- 4:43:12Speaker 3: bled over and mess massage in that area up to
- 4:43:20Speaker 3: your spine, from the side of your body up to
- 4:43:24Speaker 3: your spine to some of that message area, the muscle tissue,
- 4:43:31Speaker 3: uh whatever fatty tissue even will be possibly from the chest.
- 4:43:38Speaker 7: There's all connected. The chest in the back connect together.
- 4:43:45Speaker 15: I'm going to be.
- 4:43:46Speaker 3: Massage in and just pulling some of that skin on
- 4:43:51Speaker 3: your side up the message in.
- 4:43:56Speaker 7: That area.
- 4:44:00Speaker 15: And your upper back.
- 4:44:02Speaker 7: All the way to your spine. And then I'll move
- 4:44:09Speaker 7: down the dead and I'll continue to the middle of
- 4:44:12Speaker 7: your back doing it exactly the same.
- 4:44:14Speaker 3: Thing as gentle, as.
- 4:44:21Speaker 7: Deep as you choose. Now I'll move from the other
- 4:44:33Speaker 7: side again do the exact same thing with the top
- 4:44:38Speaker 7: of your back on the other side, from pretty much
- 4:44:47Speaker 7: underneath your own area really to your spine.
- 4:45:00Speaker 15: Mh.
- 4:45:01Speaker 7: They continue that.
- 4:45:04Speaker 20: All the way down.
- 4:45:07Speaker 7: Including your life. You're middle of your back.
- 4:45:23Speaker 3: Now I'm gonna go to your thighs, the backs of
- 4:45:27Speaker 3: your thighs and the sides of your thighs starts with
- 4:45:37Speaker 3: your right neck aside jim the bank and the side
- 4:45:47Speaker 3: of your bis kid lean family. There's a lot of
- 4:45:55Speaker 3: muscles there, so everything.
- 4:45:57Speaker 7: Can be very tense at times. Maybe needs a little
- 4:46:02Speaker 7: bit more pressure than the rest of the body.
- 4:46:05Speaker 15: That's up to you.
- 4:46:11Speaker 3: You can gently straight the back with your legs where
- 4:46:18Speaker 3: you know, opposite.
- 4:46:19Speaker 7: Your knee joint or underneath your knee joint, but a
- 4:46:24Speaker 7: sensitive gentle yeah, yeah, and working down to your half muscles.
- 4:46:41Speaker 7: That's hat in your half muscles thoroughly and deeply.
