- 0:27Speaker 1: Settle down and close your eyes. I'll take a deep
- 0:32breath and hold it for just a moment, and now
- 0:38let it all go big ex cigh of a breath.
- 0:46I'll take another deep breath, hold a breath, and slowly
- 0:53and gently breathe out, feeling very relaxed. One more time,
- 1:04deep breath in and hold the breath and slowly and
- 1:11gently breathe out, feeling very peaceful and very calm. I
- 1:21want you to take another deep breath in, but this
- 1:24time I want you to lift your arms slightly and
- 1:27just tense them up. So take another deep breath in,
- 1:31breathe in, deeply lifting your arms, tensing them up, and
- 1:38slowly and gently breathe out, letting go all of your
- 1:44muscles tension. One more time, breathe in, lift your arms slightly,
- 1:52tense them up, hold.
- 1:55Speaker 2: The breath.
- 1:58Speaker 1: And breathe out, letting them drop back down naturally and
- 2:03relaxing your whole body, letting go of everything you no
- 2:09longer need. Now do the same again with your legs.
- 2:16Take a deep breath in and raise your legs slightly
- 2:20and tense them up as tight as you can, and
- 2:22hold a breath and breathe out, letting them slump back
- 2:29down again. One more time, deep breath in, raising your
- 2:37legs slightly, intending up and hold for just a second
- 2:43and breathe out, letting them slump back down again. Now,
- 2:51notice how relaxed your body feels, and notice how soft
- 2:56your muscles are. Now one more deep breath and hold
- 3:03the breath and breathe out, and let your mind be still. Now,
- 3:14imagine yourself sitting in a glass room in a beautiful,
- 3:20lush green forest, and the walls are made of glass
- 3:25and sows the slanting roof, and the raindrops are falling
- 3:31softly onto the clear roof, and you can see them
- 3:35as they slowly run down the glass. It's as if
- 3:41they have a sense of their own presence, a sense
- 3:45that they are alive too. And with each drop the falls,
- 3:52it is reminding you that you are in this present moment,
- 3:58the here and the now, the only moment we have,
- 4:04and it's reminding you to just appreciate the beauty of nature.
- 4:14You watch the rain gently falling down the glass roof
- 4:17for just a moment and see the patterns it makes
- 4:21as it joins up with the other raindrops, and its
- 4:26soothing sound is bringing you so much peace and serenity.
- 4:34You watch the raindrop slide gently down the windows, and
- 4:38again you watch as they form patterns and join together.
- 4:44They are so clear and so clean, and sometimes the
- 4:49raindrops even look a bit silvery too. So let go
- 4:55of any worries you may have. As you watch, you
- 4:58feel the rain drops washing away any stress or tension
- 5:03you may be feeling. You feel a gentle, calmness wash
- 5:10over you, just like the rain drops of washing away
- 5:14any days that may be on the windows or the roof.
- 5:22As you take in the beauty of the rain you
- 5:25begin to feel a sense of happiness building up inside you,
- 5:31and you realize that that happiness comes from within you,
- 5:37and that you can find happiness in the simplest things
- 5:41in life. And the rain drops are reminded to slow
- 5:46down and appreciate the present moment, to find joy in
- 5:52the most ordinary things, and to let go of any
- 5:57negative thoughts or emotions that you don't need anymore. You
- 6:04can also hear the raindrops as they bounce off the roof.
- 6:10Can you hear them? The gentle sound is so comforting
- 6:15and it feels so peaceful. The raindrops almost sound like
- 6:23they are tinkling. It's like they are singing to you.
- 6:28Can you hear them? Can you hear the sound of
- 6:33the tinkling raindrops? You look again at the beautiful raindrops
- 6:43slowly making their way down the glass, And as you
- 6:48look at them, you can see pictures they are making
- 6:52as they join together in different ways. Some of them
- 6:57look like little animals, some of them look like trees.
- 7:03What can you see in the rain ropes? So just
- 7:07for a few moments, watch and just listen to the
- 7:12sound of the tinkling rain.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Robs any movie anything.
- 8:47Speaker 1: As the rain gently falls, you feel so grateful for
- 9:06this very moment, so grateful to be alive, so grateful
- 9:12for your family and your friends. So just take one
- 9:17more deep breath in, hold the breath, and slowly and
- 9:24gently breathe out, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. You feel so
- 9:31happy now, so peaceful and calm. So take another deep
- 9:38breath in, breathing in through your nose, and slowly and
- 9:43gently breathe out through your mouth. One last time, breathe
- 9:53in through your nose, hold the breath, and slowly and
- 9:59gently break out through your mouth. What have you are? Ready?
- 10:06Wriggle your fingers, wriggle your toes and slowly and gently
- 10:13open your eyes.
