- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice for sure. Now welcome to the naughty but nic
- 0:16Speaker 1: Sham your house rum Shooter. I hope you're doing great today.
- 0:19Speaker 1: It is a Wednesday, normally every Wednesday, A dear dear friend.
- 0:23Speaker 1: One of the original co hosts. Even before this show,
- 0:27Speaker 1: Donnie really taught me how to do all this. So
- 0:30Speaker 1: I've been with Donnie for a really long time. He's
- 0:32Speaker 1: in LA. He's safe. He wants everybody to know that
- 0:35Speaker 1: he's doing okay as well as can be expected. His
- 0:39Speaker 1: home is fine, although friends have tragically lost their home,
- 0:43Speaker 1: and so today he wanted to day off. He needed
- 0:46Speaker 1: a mental health day. And I'm really proud that he
- 0:50Speaker 1: told us that. Donnie, we love you, we are thinking
- 0:54Speaker 1: about you. Oh what what what? An unbelievable event has
- 1:01Speaker 1: occurred in LA. We are sending you all, all of
- 1:05Speaker 1: you our best. Okay, let's jump into asher. What time
- 1:09Speaker 1: is it, my friends? It is tea time. Big story
- 1:11Speaker 1: at the top of the show. I love this story.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Kate Middleton has revealed that she is in remission after
- 1:18Speaker 1: her awful cancer battle. So Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales,
- 1:24Speaker 1: has shared the uplifting news that she is in remission
- 1:29Speaker 1: four months four months after completing her cancer treatment, the
- 1:34Speaker 1: forty three year old royal took to Instagram to announce
- 1:38Speaker 1: her recovery, posting heartfelt photographs from her surprise visit to
- 1:45Speaker 1: London's Marsden Hospital, where she underwent chemotherapy. So this is
- 1:52Speaker 1: very important to you, not just great news about case,
- 1:56Speaker 1: but also a detail that had not yet been confirmed.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I'd heard rumors that Kate was at this hospital. It's
- 2:05Speaker 1: an excellent hospital. It's known for its cancer ward. It
- 2:09Speaker 1: has a lot of patients. People go there for chemotherapy,
- 2:13Speaker 1: some stay, some come and go, and for the longest time,
- 2:17Speaker 1: in fact, until Kate confirmed it, we didn't one hundred
- 2:21Speaker 1: percent know. There are some rumors that should actually come
- 2:24Speaker 1: here to America for treatment. It doesn't look like those
- 2:28Speaker 1: are true. I am told that American doctors were consulted.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Lots of doctors were consulted. This is a very rare cancer,
- 2:35Speaker 1: is what I'm hearing, and so she was in the
- 2:38Speaker 1: best hands. But this is so Kate. Kate wanted to
- 2:41Speaker 1: go back and say thank you. So it was a
- 2:44Speaker 1: surprise visit. I'm told it took a few days to arrange.
- 2:48Speaker 1: So she can't just roll up in the back of
- 2:51Speaker 1: a car and jomp out and say hello. No, it
- 2:53Speaker 1: has to be secure, so securities involved. The executives at
- 2:57Speaker 1: the hospital are involved. Kate's an amazing advanced team. It's
- 3:02Speaker 1: almost presidential where whenever she goes everything is set up
- 3:06Speaker 1: just right. She doesn't want to just wander around from
- 3:08Speaker 1: room to room. It's all set up who she's going
- 3:11Speaker 1: to meet with, who she's going to talk to, make
- 3:13Speaker 1: sure the boss of the hospital is at work that day.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Can you imagine if you're working from home that day
- 3:19Speaker 1: and Kate turns up. So all this was planned a
- 3:22Speaker 1: few days in advance, but kept her secret. Kate wrote
- 3:24Speaker 1: the following, it's so beautiful. Thank you to the hospital
- 3:28Speaker 1: staff for looking after me so well during the past. Yeah.
- 3:33Speaker 1: She went on to express gratitude for the quote exceptional
- 3:37Speaker 1: care and most importantly, support that she received during her treatment. Now,
- 3:44Speaker 1: the princess who has kept her diagnosis private. We do
- 3:49Speaker 1: not know. We have some rumors, we have some suspicions,
- 3:52Speaker 1: we have some reporting about the cancer. I'm not going
- 3:55Speaker 1: to relay that in detail. She wants this to be private.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's her story to tell. But she's reflecting on the
- 4:02Speaker 1: challenges of the pasture and the unwaiving support of her family,
- 4:08Speaker 1: the hospital, medical team and everybody else. She went on
- 4:12Speaker 1: to say, quote my heart felt thanks to all those
- 4:16Speaker 1: who have quietly walked alongside William and me as we
- 4:21Speaker 1: have navigated everything. This is a reference to her husband's
- 4:25Speaker 1: Williams stead fast presence throughout her recovery. Kate's recovery was
- 4:31Speaker 1: the number one most important thing to him, Kate and
- 4:34Speaker 1: the children. He has a big job, his dad has
- 4:37Speaker 1: a big job, he's the king, but that was not
- 4:39Speaker 1: the priority. This was not about work. This was about Kate.
- 4:43Speaker 1: So in addition to her emission news, Kate announced her
- 4:47Speaker 1: new role as a joint Patron of the Royal Marsden Hospital,
- 4:53Speaker 1: a position she hopes will help promote ground breaking cancer
- 4:59Speaker 1: resa and transform patients experience. The silver lining if there
- 5:05Speaker 1: is one to somebody like Kate getting cancer is suddenly
- 5:10Speaker 1: now a lot of resources, a lot of attention are
- 5:13Speaker 1: going to be thrown at this awful, awful disease. She's
- 5:17Speaker 1: going to use her celebrity, her power to make sure
- 5:21Speaker 1: that we are talking about cancer, and we're talking about
- 5:24Speaker 1: cancer research. And if we put a lot of resources
- 5:27Speaker 1: into something, it's much more likely that we're going to find,
- 5:30Speaker 1: if not a cure, but medicine that will help. She says,
- 5:34Speaker 1: my hope is that by supporting research and clinical excellence
- 5:39Speaker 1: and promoting patients and their families well being, we might
- 5:43Speaker 1: save more lives. That's absolutely true. She went on to say,
- 5:48Speaker 1: it is a relief. I am now in remission and
- 5:51Speaker 1: I remain focused on recovery. As anyone who has experienced
- 5:56Speaker 1: cancer can tell you, it takes time to adjust to
- 6:00Speaker 1: the new normal, and that's exactly what she's doing now.
- 6:03Speaker 1: She concluded by saying she's looking forward to a full,
- 6:07Speaker 1: filling your ahead, and that is very much to look
- 6:12Speaker 1: forward to. There is so much Kate to look forward to.
- 6:17Speaker 1: It does change you. I've spoken to some friends of
- 6:19Speaker 1: Kate's and they said this has put everything into perspective.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It often does. You don't have to be a royal
- 6:24Speaker 1: or famous to know this. When your life, when your
- 6:28Speaker 1: life is questioned for a moment, if you have an illness,
- 6:32Speaker 1: that's a second in your life, at least in my friends' lives,
- 6:35Speaker 1: maybe mine too. Where I've sat down and thought what
- 6:39Speaker 1: I want this life to be, what's my priorities, and
- 6:42Speaker 1: it's not more money. It's not it's not more fame,
- 6:45Speaker 1: it's not more success. It's doing good. And that's what
- 6:48Speaker 1: Kate now is going to make sure happens with her
- 6:52Speaker 1: extraordinary life. She thanked her followers for continuing to support her,
- 6:57Speaker 1: and my inside has telling me too. It's put all
- 6:59Speaker 1: the little petties stuff into perspective. Think about today. What
- 7:02Speaker 1: are you worried about fighting with your best friend, or
- 7:05Speaker 1: you fell out with your boyfriend, or you're not angry,
- 7:07Speaker 1: you're angry with your mom or it's all little petty stuff.
- 7:11Speaker 1: In the big picture, if you knew you did not
- 7:14Speaker 1: have very long left, would any of that matter? And
- 7:17Speaker 1: that's what I think. The takeaway from Kate's is for us,
- 7:21Speaker 1: snaty is what really matters. Does it really matter that
- 7:25Speaker 1: she didn't give you the four dollars she owed you
- 7:29Speaker 1: for the buzzfare to the theater? But does that matter now?
- 7:32Speaker 1: It really doesn't matter. What I'm going to take away
- 7:35Speaker 1: from this is to be less petty and to focus
- 7:37Speaker 1: on the big stuff, not the silly enough silly stuff,
- 7:40Speaker 1: and to tell my loved ones that I love them
- 7:43Speaker 1: every single day, which brings us to our pole question
- 7:46Speaker 1: of the day. Kate Middleton reveals that she's in remission
- 7:51Speaker 1: after her cancer battle. A question is should she make
- 7:55Speaker 1: her diagnosis public? We still don't know one hundred percent
- 8:00Speaker 1: what cancer Kate has had, what really went on. The
- 8:04Speaker 1: details are vague. Now remember at first the Palace were
- 8:08Speaker 1: very naughty about this. They said it wasn't cancer, and
- 8:10Speaker 1: then they had to do a backtrack and turn around
- 8:14Speaker 1: and it is cancer. And so the Palace is not
- 8:17Speaker 1: good when it comes to this type of information. They
- 8:20Speaker 1: want to keep it a secrets. The Royals Queen Elizabeth
- 8:23Speaker 1: never spoke about her health. It just was not something
- 8:26Speaker 1: that she would ever want public. Charles is the same.
- 8:28Speaker 1: King Charles has not really spoken much, although he did
- 8:31Speaker 1: tell us what cancer he has, and so he's kept
- 8:34Speaker 1: us a little bit more in the loop. Kate now
- 8:36Speaker 1: she's decided no, she's not saying. What do you think?
- 8:40Speaker 1: Should Kate make her diagnosis public? Hey? Go vote on
- 8:45Speaker 1: add toWin a page at Naughty Eiserro. Our facebook page
- 8:48Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip Andy. Sure to check back down my
- 8:52Speaker 1: Rahua to hear yours. Also a bit of sad news here,
- 8:55Speaker 1: Jessica Simpson and her husband Eric have officially split after
- 8:59Speaker 1: ten years what went wrong? Let me tell you so.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Jessica and Eric are officially going their own separate waves
- 9:05Speaker 1: after a decade of marriage. Jess is now forty four.
- 9:09Speaker 1: She's a singer of fashion mogul, A real a reality star.
- 9:13Speaker 1: She confirmed the news by announcing that she and Eric,
- 9:16Speaker 1: who is forty five, have been living apart while navigating
- 9:20Speaker 1: what she calls a quote painful situation. She said the
- 9:23Speaker 1: following quote, Eric and I have been living separately, navigating
- 9:28Speaker 1: a painful situation in our marriage, she said. Our children
- 9:32Speaker 1: come first and we are focused on what is best
- 9:35Speaker 1: for them. We are grateful for all all of them
- 9:37Speaker 1: support that has been coming our way and appreciate privacy
- 9:40Speaker 1: right now as we work through this as a family.
- 9:44Speaker 1: The former couple share daughters Maxwell, who is twelve and Birdie,
- 9:50Speaker 1: who was five, and son Ace, who is eleven. They've
- 9:52Speaker 1: also put up their eighteen million dollar California home. Sources
- 9:58Speaker 1: tell Page six that the split comes from quote trust
- 10:01Speaker 1: issues that drove a wedge between them. They're no longer
- 10:06Speaker 1: on the same page, so just tell me. And they
- 10:08Speaker 1: started to fall apart a couple of years ago. I
- 10:11Speaker 1: love Jessica Simpson. I used to work for her. In fact,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I worked with her when she broke up with Nick Lache.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Let me tell you it was really, really hard on her.
- 10:18Speaker 1: There was days when I saw Jessica just cry, and
- 10:20Speaker 1: so I know this is a lot. There's nothing she
- 10:22Speaker 1: wanted more than that perfect marriage. It doesn't exist. Yes,
- 10:26Speaker 1: none of us have a perfect marriage. It's all always
- 10:29Speaker 1: ups and down's hopefully more ups than down. So jess
- 10:33Speaker 1: is looking for something. I hope that she can find.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Eric's a good man. They just grew apart. It's so important.
- 10:40Speaker 1: It's so important to keep dating one another even when
- 10:43Speaker 1: you're together, to keep the flame alive. I think we
- 10:47Speaker 1: think it just happens by chance, and that's not true.
- 10:50Speaker 1: It doesn't. I figured out quite early on in my
- 10:53Speaker 1: life that joy does not happen by accident. You have
- 10:56Speaker 1: to seek it out. You have to plan joy every
- 10:58Speaker 1: single day. When you're a child and you have all
- 11:01Speaker 1: those wonderful experiences at school and with your friends, that's
- 11:04Speaker 1: all organized mainly by adults who send you to school,
- 11:06Speaker 1: who send you on playdates, who make sure you see
- 11:09Speaker 1: your friends. Do the same for yourself as an adult,
- 11:11Speaker 1: be your own parent, figure out playdates, call friends, set
- 11:16Speaker 1: up lunches, set up coffee, set up nights where you
- 11:20Speaker 1: go to the movies. I fill my life with fun
- 11:23Speaker 1: things to do, not just work things. Most people are
- 11:26Speaker 1: really good at this when it comes to work, aren't they.
- 11:28Speaker 1: When you look at your work schedule, it's very planned.
- 11:30Speaker 1: You know what time you have to get there, you
- 11:32Speaker 1: know what time you're having lunch, you know when you're
- 11:34Speaker 1: gonna leave. My point is it's all planned out. We'll
- 11:36Speaker 1: plan out your social life too. I make sure that
- 11:39Speaker 1: every Thursday I see my friends and we have a
- 11:41Speaker 1: glass of wine at Partinos. Every Friday I go and
- 11:45Speaker 1: get pizza with Bruce. I have a scheduled life and
- 11:48Speaker 1: I love it. And some people might say, oh, be
- 11:50Speaker 1: more spontaneous. Yes, if you're gonna be spontaneous, I agree.
- 11:53Speaker 1: But if you say you're going to be more spontaneous
- 11:55Speaker 1: and you end up doing nothing, then you're wrong. And
- 11:57Speaker 1: I think I might be right. Plan this weekend, I'm
- 12:01Speaker 1: gonna buy movie tickets. I don't know what I'm gonna
- 12:03Speaker 1: see yet, but I'm gonna go on the AMC website
- 12:05Speaker 1: after we finish this podcast, and I'm on buy two
- 12:07Speaker 1: tickets on Saturday, and I'm gonna find a movie, and
- 12:10Speaker 1: even if it it's a movie that I don't really
- 12:11Speaker 1: want to see, that's not the point. I'm not really
- 12:13Speaker 1: going to the movies. I'm going to hang out with Bruce,
- 12:16Speaker 1: and then afterwards we gossip about the movie. We hold hands,
- 12:19Speaker 1: we go and get dinner, Plan plan Plan Joy in
- 12:23Speaker 1: your life. Oh, another breakup, I've got to report. Kathy
- 12:26Speaker 1: Griffin the Comedian, is heartbroken as she finalizes her divorce
- 12:31Speaker 1: from her second husband, Randy Bick. I know him a
- 12:34Speaker 1: little bit. I've met Kathy many many times. I was
- 12:36Speaker 1: really close if Joan Rivers and Joan and Kathy were close.
- 12:39Speaker 1: She's officially single again. In The comedian, who is sixty four,
- 12:42Speaker 1: finalized her divorce from Randy, who's forty five, in a
- 12:46Speaker 1: Los Angeles County Superior court. The split was straightforward thanks
- 12:52Speaker 1: to prenup agreement. At least, that's one good thing that
- 12:54Speaker 1: eliminated the need to dive into community properties. She left
- 12:59Speaker 1: with what she arrived with, He left with what he
- 13:02Speaker 1: arrived with. Sources says she is heartbroken but knows that
- 13:05Speaker 1: this is for the best. Oh, Kathy, Randy, we are
- 13:11Speaker 1: sending you our love. Okay, moving forward, An actress on
- 13:16Speaker 1: the TV show The Community. Her name is Avette. Nicole
- 13:20Speaker 1: Brown is taking aim at Chloe Kardashian over their water
- 13:24Speaker 1: usage amid the wirefires. So a Vett is saying that Chloe,
- 13:29Speaker 1: who recently criticized the Los Angeles mayor, really should shut
- 13:34Speaker 1: up because in twenty twenty two, Rolling Stone put out
- 13:37Speaker 1: an article labeling the Kardashian family the worst water wasters
- 13:42Speaker 1: in LA. I mean they used three hundred and thirty
- 13:46Speaker 1: three thousand gallons over the county limit in June of
- 13:53Speaker 1: the last year. Now, Ivette's post has gained traction online.
- 13:58Speaker 1: People applaud the hypocrasy here of the Kardashians calling out
- 14:03Speaker 1: local officials, where yet they seem to use so much
- 14:06Speaker 1: water themselves. This is getting really ugly in LA. There's
- 14:09Speaker 1: a lot of finger pointings. I'm not sure there now
- 14:13Speaker 1: is the moment to do it. Clearly there needs to
- 14:15Speaker 1: be a solution to this, but calling names, pointing fingers
- 14:18Speaker 1: on my experience, never helps you get to that point.
- 14:21Speaker 1: So let's hope that there will come a moment there
- 14:24Speaker 1: will when we can all sit down, particularly people living
- 14:27Speaker 1: in California, and figure out what they want to do. Next. Okay, quickly,
- 14:31Speaker 1: before we get a break, Meghan Markel and Prince Harry
- 14:34Speaker 1: are slamming Markus Zuckerberg over metas facebooks new fact checking policy.
- 14:41Speaker 1: So Mark Zuckerberg has pretty much announced that they're going
- 14:44Speaker 1: to scrap fact check in oh and ease restrictions on
- 14:49Speaker 1: free speech across the platform. So basically, you can say
- 14:52Speaker 1: whatever you want. It can be a lie, it can
- 14:54Speaker 1: be vile, it can be rude, it can be racist,
- 14:56Speaker 1: it can be homophobic, and that seems as if it's
- 14:58Speaker 1: okay with Mark z Berg. Well, the Duke and the
- 15:01Speaker 1: Duchess of Sussex have addressed this and they said, quote,
- 15:04Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what your views are, if you're left
- 15:06Speaker 1: or right or somewhere in between. The latest news from
- 15:10Speaker 1: Meta about changes in their policies directly undermines free speech.
- 15:15Speaker 1: That's interesting. They're saying that free speech is not all speech,
- 15:19Speaker 1: it's trueful speech. That's a very very valid point. And
- 15:24Speaker 1: they accused Mark Zuckerberg here of bending in the winds
- 15:29Speaker 1: of political change, so that's an important point too. So
- 15:33Speaker 1: they're saying Meta has once again abandoned public safety in
- 15:37Speaker 1: favor of profit, chaos and control. Speaking out very very angry.
- 15:43Speaker 1: We let's point out to you that Meghan and Harry
- 15:45Speaker 1: have been long champions of digital accountability. Some people call
- 15:50Speaker 1: it cancel culture. Some people call it consequence culture. That's
- 15:55Speaker 1: up to you to decide. But you would think a company,
- 15:58Speaker 1: I know my company, I know this podcast. We can't
- 16:01Speaker 1: just say lies. We can't just tell you nonsense. No,
- 16:04Speaker 1: we can't do that. So why can Facebook? Hmm A
- 16:08Speaker 1: good question. Okay, we're gonna take a quick break and
- 16:10Speaker 1: we will be right back. Welcome back to the nody bit. Nice.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rob Shooter, Donnie. We are sending you
- 16:16Speaker 1: our love today. I know you're listening. Yalloalloolo. Let's get
- 16:19Speaker 1: to the polls DA DA DA. Last show, we talked
- 16:22Speaker 1: about King Charles being heartbroken over the lack of bond
- 16:26Speaker 1: he has with his grandchildren Archie and Little Lily. But
- 16:30Speaker 1: my question was quite simple, should Charles fix this? Should
- 16:33Speaker 1: he try and fix this. He's a multimillionaire, he can
- 16:36Speaker 1: get a private jet to La, he has a lot
- 16:39Speaker 1: of power, he has a telephone, he has an email.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Why doesn't he just reach out and say this is silly.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I'm in my seventies, I have cancer, I wanna have
- 16:47Speaker 1: a relationship with my grandchildren. I think if he did that,
- 16:50Speaker 1: I think Harry and Meghan, even if they are still
- 16:52Speaker 1: angry with the family dead, listen to that. And so
- 16:55Speaker 1: why shouldn't he reach out? Do you think he should
- 16:59Speaker 1: let me know, let's have a look. Oh, should Charles
- 17:02Speaker 1: try and fix this? Seventy five percent said yes he should.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I agree. Now some are you're going to say it
- 17:08Speaker 1: takes two to tango. I totally agree. Harry was not
- 17:11Speaker 1: a good boy. That book was horrific about the love
- 17:14Speaker 1: of his life. He slammed Camilla Parker Bowls, the queen
- 17:17Speaker 1: in that book, went out of his way to be
- 17:19Speaker 1: nasty to her. His dad loves Camilla, and if you
- 17:24Speaker 1: want the dad, you got to have Camilla. You know
- 17:26Speaker 1: that you can't have a relationship with your best friend
- 17:28Speaker 1: if you hate their husband. It's really really difficult. And
- 17:31Speaker 1: so this is not easy. I'm not saying it's easy.
- 17:33Speaker 1: But should he try? Yes? And so should Harry. If
- 17:36Speaker 1: either one of you are listening, Helloallo, Ala, pick up
- 17:39Speaker 1: the phone. Okay, don't forget to vote on today's poul

- 17:58Speaker 1: Brittany Maholmes. These are people that are friends with her boyfriend, Travis.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Patrick and Travis play football together. They've become like a
- 18:07Speaker 1: little foursome. Well, Brittany and Patrick have just celebrated the
- 18:11Speaker 1: arrival of their third child. They put up a lovely,
- 18:14Speaker 1: lovely post on Instagram over the weekend. Well, guess what
- 18:18Speaker 1: Taylor Swift liked it? That's enough. Can you imagine having
- 18:22Speaker 1: Taylor Swift like it? Take a screen grab Patrick, Brittany,
- 18:26Speaker 1: you're gonna want to show your little baby. You're gonna
- 18:29Speaker 1: want to show. It's a daughter, your little little daughter.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Her name is Golden Ray Beautiful, who was born on Sunday,
- 18:36Speaker 1: That on the day she was born. Guess who liked
- 18:40Speaker 1: your arrival? Only the biggest pop star in the world
- 18:44Speaker 1: and nicest of the day now and naught is the day. Naughty,
- 18:48Speaker 1: naughty Maria and minudos. We've not heard from her for
- 18:50Speaker 1: a long time. She was the host of Ian Access
