- 0:49nationwide ban on TikTok, posing a significant challenge to the

- 2:13including removal from app stores and a ban on receiving
- 2:17hosting services. This would effectively halt any
- 2:20new downloads and significantly disrupt ongoing access to the
- 2:24app services. The president does have the
- 2:27authority to extend the deadline by an additional 90 days if he
- 2:30deems sufficient progress has been made towards a sale.

- 6:52send large pieces of equipment to the lunar surface to enable
- 6:55long term scientific exploration of the moon for the benefit of

- 7:4233,000 lbs, or 12 to 15 metric tons of payload on the lunar
- 7:47surface and be in service no earlier than the Artemis 7

- 8:59flying to the moon with just cargo on them, and this initial
- 9:02work allows the companies to proceed with development for the
- 9:05cargo Landers through a preliminary design review.
- 9:08The. Step that establishes the.
- 9:10Basis for proceeding with detailed design now SpaceX is
- 9:14conducting its work under the next step Appendix H contract,
- 9:17and Blue Origin is conducting its work under the next step,
- 9:20Appendix P and NASA officially exercised the options under
- 9:24those contracts in November of 2023 to begin work on the large
- 9:28cocar Landers. Now, with Artemis, NASA will
- 9:31explore more of the moon than ever before, learn how to live
- 9:34and work away from home, and prepare for human missions to
- 9:38the Red Planet of Mars. And Artemis requires the best of
- 9:41International Space agencies, private industries like SpaceX
- 9:45and Blue Origin, and academia to establish the infrastructure for
- 9:49a long term scientific research and exploration.
- 9:52And as of now. SpaceX is currently.
- 9:54Building their massive Starship program in South Texas and
- 10:00they're doing the 4th launch. Of the Starship.
- 10:05Program in the coming weeks, possibly a month from now, so
- 10:09stay on the lookout for that. Blue Origin is developing their
- 10:12gigantic rocket as well, the New Glen and also their Lander at
- 10:16the same time. And we're expecting a launch of
- 10:19New Glen sometime in the next fiscal year.

- 10:39Back to the Starship program it. Seems as if the Starship Flight
- 10:424 will. Be a massive improvement over

- 11:31probably a month. That'll do a similar flight path
- 11:35towards the Indian Ocean. They may stray off that a little
- 11:37bit because the FAA and SpaceX are working closely together to
- 11:40finalize the plans for the next mission, and the new Glen rocket
- 11:45system is still under development right now.
- 11:49They haven't launched 1 yet, but they're hoping to possibly do
- 11:52one by the end. Of this year.
- 11:55So we're looking forward to that because when they can launch the
- 11:59rocket, then they can launch their lunar Rover, their lunar
- 12:02Lander, and they can also have variants of the rocket that can
- 12:07go into the outer solar system, which will be absolutely
- 12:10amazing. So these cargo missions for NASA
- 12:13are important for Blue Origin and also.
- 12:16Important for SpaceX. But most.
- 12:17Importantly, they are important for AUS.
- 12:20Presence. On the lunar.
- 12:22Surface. A recent federal investigation
- 12:25revealed that Tesla's Autopilot and full self driving features
- 12:29have been linked to numerous crashes, including hundreds of
- 12:32injuries and dozens of fatalities.

- 13:02Administration, or the NHTSA, to scrutinize similar accidents
- 13:06involving Tesla's automated driving services.
- 13:10Now the NHTS, as extensive review, covered 956 incidents
- 13:14dating from January 2018 through August of 2023.
- 13:18They discovered a troubling pattern where Tesla's technology
- 13:21failed to ensure drivers remained engaged, resulting in
- 13:2429 deaths and numerous injuries across various scenarios.
- 13:29The findings indicate the drivers often disengaged from
- 13:32the driving process while using Autopilot or full self driving.
- 13:36Despite Tesla's guidance on maintaining hands on the wheel
- 13:39and eyes on the road, many drivers became complacent
- 13:43leading to catastrophic outcomes.
- 13:46Now, particularly concerning where the crashes involving
- 13:48stationary emergency vehicles. These incidents typically
- 13:51occurred at night and involved Autopilot ignoring critical
- 13:55scene control measures like warning lights and cones,
- 13:58highlighting a grave oversight in Tesla system design.
- 14:03Now the NHTSA criticized Tesla for not designing a system to
- 14:07keep drivers adequately engaged. This flaw appears to have
- 14:11allowed drivers to over rely on Autopilot, thus not reacting
- 14:15quickly enough to avoid collisions, as evidenced in 59
- 14:18detailed crash investigations. Now, analysis of these incidents
- 14:23show that often drivers had significant warning times up to
- 14:2610 seconds before impact, that were not utilized effectively to
- 14:30prevent crashes, revealing a critical safety gap in Tesla's
- 14:34automation technology. And the agency also noted that
- 14:38Tesla's approach to automation differs significantly from other
- 14:41manufacturers. While others promote driver
- 14:44assistance as an aid, Tesla's branding suggest.
- 14:46Higher level of. Autonomy, which may mislead
- 14:49users about the capabilities and safe use of Autopilot and full
- 14:53self driving now. Furthermore, the NHTSA has
- 14:57raised concerns about Tesla's failure to collect comprehensive
- 15:00telemetry data, suggesting that the true scale of issues related
- 15:03to Autopilot and full self driving could also be under
- 15:07reported. And in response to these
