- 0:01SPEAKER_02: Hello, today is October 1st and the year is 2026.
- 0:08SPEAKER_02: I am driving in Los Angeles County.
- 0:12SPEAKER_02: Yes, I was about to say I was in LA, but I actually just left Huntington Park.
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: So what you're about to listen to is a recording of myself and the Dean, one of the deans at Riverside City College in California.
- 0:32SPEAKER_02: I am being discriminated against at Riverside City College in California.
- 0:39SPEAKER_02: It is located in Riverside County, which is also known as the Inland Empire.
- 0:46SPEAKER_02: So remind you, I just took a lie detector test, a polygraph test today, and I passed all of my questions.
- 0:56SPEAKER_02: I even passed the extra questions.
- 0:59SPEAKER_02: No deception was indicated.
- 1:03SPEAKER_02: So here you have one of the deans.
- 1:05SPEAKER_02: Let me get his name so I can give it to you guys.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: So I can make sure I'm giving it to you guys correctly.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: So his name is Thomas A.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: Cruz-Soto Jr.
- 1:22SPEAKER_02: And he's a dean of student services at Riverside City College, which is located again in California, Southern California.
- 1:35SPEAKER_02: So remember, I have created an excellent paper trail.
- 1:44SPEAKER_02: So when I say somebody is lying, they are lying.
- 1:50SPEAKER_02: What's this guy's name?
- 1:52SPEAKER_02: Thomas sent me emails after how long this was going on.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: When I told the instructor I was going public, all of a sudden I received these emails from Thomas trying to close my voice.
- 2:21SPEAKER_02: Now services want to reach out to me after the fact.
- 2:28SPEAKER_02: The whole time I've been being discriminated against, nothing.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: Thomas told me, I believe it was July 1st.
- 2:39SPEAKER_02: I started reporting this in March 2026.
- 2:45SPEAKER_02: So I believe it was July 1st.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: Remember, I'm driving 2026.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: Thomas told me that this had nothing to do with his department.
- 2:55SPEAKER_02: He could care less.
- 2:56SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 2:57SPEAKER_02: And then all this, I'm not responding to Derek.
- 3:01SPEAKER_02: It's not true.
- 3:02SPEAKER_02: Remember, I have excellent credibility and I have the proof that all of these people are lying on me.
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: They want to close my voice.
- 3:14SPEAKER_02: I've practically begged for this to stop, saying I'm being destructive.
- 3:19SPEAKER_02: I'm not doing that.
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: Sending the instructor responses to my grades when I'm at my house, and then walking up to her in class when it class is pretty much over, everybody's cleaning up, doing their own thing.
- 3:38SPEAKER_02: I'm being disruptive.
- 3:40SPEAKER_02: I was sent home because I am black and I love being black.
- 3:46SPEAKER_02: I'm never gonna stop wanting to be black.
- 3:49SPEAKER_02: So then you listen to Carlos.
- 3:52SPEAKER_02: Why do I keep calling him Carlos?
- 3:54SPEAKER_02: You listen to Thomas, what is his name?
- 3:59SPEAKER_02: You listen to Thomas saying, I am lying on an instructor.
- 4:07SPEAKER_02: Those aren't his exact words, but it means that I'm lying on an instructor.
- 4:12SPEAKER_02: But I have all the proof, and who just passed their polygraph test today?
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: Destiny.
- 4:19SPEAKER_02: What is that noise?
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: Is it my brakes, guys?
- 4:26SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh.
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: So you listen to Thomas saying that I'm not telling the truth.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: But who passed their polygraph test?
- 4:41SPEAKER_02: Okay, and then he's saying that the dean did not tell me that I can be sent home for being black, but you're gonna hear it.
- 4:52SPEAKER_02: Some of you guys have already heard what the dean said exactly.
- 4:57SPEAKER_02: So listen to this person.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: Listen to this person that works for Riverside City College lie.
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: He's also typed me lies.
- 5:08SPEAKER_02: If you guys want to see any of the lies with your own eyes, all you gotta do is contact me and I will forward them over to you.
- 5:16SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: You know, I had asked you to stop sending emails.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: I'd asked you to consider uh meeting with Dr.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: Mary Rankin, who reached out to you uh numerous times.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: I was actually trying to help.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: Um, and you wouldn't you wouldn't take any of that help.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Um we're trying to get you through the last few classes.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: So I'm just trying to understand what happened.
- 5:44SPEAKER_02: You were trying to help me?
- 5:46SPEAKER_02: You are not trying to help me.
- 5:48SPEAKER_02: You have an instructor that is discriminated against me because I'm black.
- 5:53SPEAKER_02: She is writing lies on my work.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: That is a false document.
- 5:58SPEAKER_02: I have the right to tell her I disagree with my grade, I am reporting you.
- 6:05SPEAKER_02: I have that right.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: So when I make my report, no one says, Did you let the instructor know?
- 6:12SPEAKER_02: I let the instructor know respectfully.
- 6:15SPEAKER_02: And had she not been discriminated against me, had you not taken care of this situation from the jump, we wouldn't be here.
- 6:23SPEAKER_02: You're trying to help me.
- 6:25SPEAKER_02: How many emails have you received from me?
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: And one of the employees here.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: This is the first this is the first time that we're actually talking.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: How many emails did you receive from me?
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: I haven't I received maybe a dozen, but this has been going on for about a year, so we're first meeting now.
- 6:46SPEAKER_02: So when you received a dozen emails for about a year, why didn't you?
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: I haven't received emails for about a year.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: You were working with our district, and from what I heard from the district, they had reached out to you numerous times, and you weren't following up with them particularly.
- 7:03SPEAKER_02: And that's not true, and I have proof.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: So why the district is lying?
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I don't think they're lying.
- 7:11SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: So, you know, the district is saying they reached out to you.
- 7:27SPEAKER_02: And I reached out to the district and asked them if you were telling the truth, and they didn't even respond.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: So reminds you, this is asking who was telling the truth.
- 7:37SPEAKER_02: You.
- 7:37SPEAKER_02: I told Derek.
- 7:39SPEAKER_02: I asked Derek in your email.
- 7:43SPEAKER_02: You said Derek said I wasn't responding.
- 7:46SPEAKER_02: I said, Derek, is this true?
- 7:47SPEAKER_02: You're in this email thread.
- 7:48SPEAKER_02: Derek ain't said nothing.
- 7:51SPEAKER_02: So this is a paper trail.
- 7:53SPEAKER_02: So I'm responding to Derek.
- 7:57SPEAKER_02: I'm responding.
- 7:58SPEAKER_02: I got so much to show that I'm not getting the response.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: I was referring to they investigated, they were investigating and still are investigating everything that you sent to them, but you haven't followed up, you haven't provided what they needed, and in the meanwhile, you keep sending emails.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: You keep sending emails about defaming this faculty member, and that just if any of that's true, then it has to go through our district.
- 8:26SPEAKER_02: I'm doing what to the faculty member?
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Defaming the faculty member.
- 8:31SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's what I'm doing.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
- 8:33SPEAKER_02: I didn't know that.
- 8:34SPEAKER_02: That's not true, but thank you for letting me know that I'm doing that.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: It has to be investigated, it has to go through a process.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: These emails that you're sending to everybody in the world is not helping.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: And one of the one of the employees, your point of contact is there with lack of physician.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: That's who and I've said that to you more than a few times.
- 8:55SPEAKER_02: One of the employees at Riverside City College told me to send out my emails to multiple people so we can stop.
- 9:04SPEAKER_02: And that's exactly what I did.
- 9:06SPEAKER_02: And then it continued.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: That's unfortunate that you were told that.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: The correct procedure, if you have a complaint that's related to Title IX, harassment or bullying, that goes to the district.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Your point of contact was Derek Whitlock.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: I've told you that more than a few times.
- 9:22SPEAKER_02: Oh, you told me more than that a few times.
- 9:24SPEAKER_02: Because you guys think that you guys are using these scare tactics that are not gonna work.
- 9:30SPEAKER_02: I shouldn't be experiencing it.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: I shouldn't have been experiencing it.
- 9:36SPEAKER_02: Why am I experiencing that?
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Not using any scare tactics at all.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: I'm just trying to explain our process.
- 9:44SPEAKER_02: The process of ignoring a student?
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Nobody's ignoring you.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: We're just trying to get you to get your complaints to the appropriate person, but you're not complying.
- 9:55SPEAKER_02: I bet.
- 9:58SPEAKER_02: Love you.
- 9:59SPEAKER_02: Love you.
- 10:03SPEAKER_02: Anything to cover up what's happening to me that I shouldn't have been experienced.
- 10:08SPEAKER_02: I practically begged for it to stop happening and kept getting worse, and you guys didn't care.
- 10:14SPEAKER_02: You've been receiving emails for over a year, and almost a year, you said, even if you received five emails, how many did you reply to?
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: It was being investigated by a district, and your point of contact was Derek Wicklock.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: That's who you should have been responding to.
- 10:29SPEAKER_02: Okay, and that's what I did, and that wasn't working.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: And he said he was responding to you.
- 10:35SPEAKER_02: I bet, but I have the I have the proof if I got all the responses or not.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: And then most recently, the department chair and the dean tried to meet with you.
- 10:45SPEAKER_02: And the dean told me that it was okay for me to be suspended for being black.
- 10:52SPEAKER_02: It was okay.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: She didn't say that.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: Oh, she didn't say that?
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: She didn't say that.
- 10:57SPEAKER_02: So tell me again that the dean didn't say that.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: I don't have any evidence.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: I don't have any evidence to believe that she's not.
- 11:04SPEAKER_02: But you said, so you believe you say that to you?
- 11:08SPEAKER_02: She told it to me.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: She told it to me in person.
- 11:12SPEAKER_02: So you read all my emails, I'm sure you don't, when I told you that I'm protected by God.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: And you're making assumptions now that are not true.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: If that was said to you, that also should have been reported to the district.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: I I reported it to you guys yesterday.
- 11:30SPEAKER_02: And let me tell you something.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: Pam, the lady who's in charge of the disability, I don't know her correct title, but I have been reaching out to her to tell her and go do your homework on what she did.
- 11:49SPEAKER_02: So remind you, I can back up everything I have to say.
- 12:03SPEAKER_02: I have the right to go anywhere in this world and be treated with respect.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: And that has not happened.
- 12:14SPEAKER_02: And you're telling me that the dean did not tell me.
- 12:20SPEAKER_02: Let me tell you what she said.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: She said exactly what is exactly mean.
- 12:25SPEAKER_02: I said I can come to school and get home and get sent home for being black.
- 12:32SPEAKER_02: Me being black is a distraction, the whatever they said, disruption.
- 12:38SPEAKER_02: She said exactly.
- 12:41SPEAKER_02: But she didn't say that, right?
- 12:45SPEAKER_02: And I don't accept apologies, so I already let you guys know that right now.
- 12:50SPEAKER_02: My credibility is outstanding.
- 13:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 13:13SPEAKER_02: So how many people said Hello?
- 13:19SPEAKER_02: What I also forgot to say, I'm sure I forgot lots of things to say, but when we were in the Zoom call, I couldn't hear him.
- 13:30SPEAKER_02: He started breaking up.
- 13:30SPEAKER_02: So I'm like, hello, hello.
- 13:32SPEAKER_02: I kept trying to.
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: He wasn't saying anything.
- 13:35SPEAKER_02: I restarted my phone because I couldn't end the Zoom call so I could try to get back in.
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: So I went back in the room.
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: I have a screenshot of me waiting in the room.
- 13:53SPEAKER_02: I sent three emails along the nature.
- 13:56SPEAKER_02: I'm waiting in the room.
- 13:58SPEAKER_02: I couldn't hear you.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: He never joined the meeting again or responded to my communication about me not being able to hear him or him returning to the Zoom room.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: That was his plan.
- 14:20SPEAKER_02: That was his plan.
- 14:23SPEAKER_02: And then to pretend that I ended the call.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: She does it in front of my kids, she does it in front of the other students.
- 14:35unknown: And I don't deserve it.
- 14:37unknown: Okay.
- 14:37unknown: But you have the right to free speech, but there's a time and a place.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I don't need to be the shirt against at any point.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: That's not her job.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: So I can just go in there and just be black.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: And she'll come up to me and say yes and have your stuff.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: And this is all gonna this is what happens.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: She feels like she feels under shelter because I'm the lap is actually out.
- 15:14unknown: And then
