Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Epstein Chronicles. Now, look, I know this is going to
• 0:07
shock a lot of you out there, but the DOJ
• 0:11
is not playing by the rules. And now we have
• 0:15
some confirmation that the Department of Justice. Why bank fraud
• 0:19
alerts from the Epstein files and the companies that Epstein
• 0:24
owned that kept moving money after his death? Now, why
• 0:29
would the Justice Department be so worried about that? Why
• 0:33
do they want to move so quickly to get rid
• 0:36
of those alerts, to redact those alerts, to make sure
• 0:39
the public doesn't know about Epstein's operation when it comes
• 0:44
to all of the financials. That's the part they don't
• 0:48
want you to know. That's the part they don't want
• 0:50
you asking more questions about, because they understand the jeopardy
• 0:55
that puts them in. Whenever you start chasing the bag
• 0:58
and you start looking for the money man, you're putting
• 1:01
yourself in a position where you can have some success
• 1:04
as a prosecutor. But they've never wanted to do that,
• 1:09
They've never had any desire to do that. And it's
• 1:12
all by design. There is no other explanation for it.
• 1:16
At this point, there's nobody that can explain to me
• 1:19
why this money trail wasn't pursued the way it should
• 1:22
have been pursued. If he was a regular drug dealer,
• 1:25
forget it. They would have showed up with a tank
• 1:27
and ripped his mom's wall off and dragged him out
• 1:30
of the house. But Jeffrey Epstein, Fuck it. We'll just
• 1:35
delete these alerts. We'll just redact everything, and we'll make
• 1:39
pretend none of it ever happened, and hopefully everybody forgets.
• 1:44
That's the plan, and unfortunately it's been pretty successful. So
• 1:50
today we have an article from Raw Story and the
• 1:53
headline DJ caught redacting files on Epstein company that moved
• 1:57
millions after his death. This article was authored by David Edwards.
• 2:03
The Justice Department quietly why bank fraud alerts from its
• 2:06
Epstein files about Jeffrey Epstein's own company that kept moving
• 2:10
millions after his death. A new report shows Look, we've
• 2:14
been talking about these banks and how they mysteriously came
• 2:18
alive after his death for years now. I mean, if
• 2:22
you really want to get into it, and you really
• 2:25
want to unfold what happened, the best way to do
• 2:27
it is to give everybody a financial colonoscopy. Because once
• 2:32
you start pressing people on financials, you know that it's
• 2:36
only a matter of time before you find something. Do
• 2:39
you really think that all these rich people got there
• 2:41
by playing fair? Do you think they all got there
• 2:44
by doing the right thing and not destroying people on
• 2:46
the way. That's not how it works. These people do
• 2:51
not care about the rest of us. When you have
• 2:54
the kind of money that Jeffrey Epstein's associates have, when
• 2:57
you have the kind of power, the kind of reach,
• 2:59
do you think I think they give one single fuck
• 3:01
about you, or your kids, or your dreams or your happiness.
• 3:05
They do not. You're nothing more than chattel to them.
• 3:11
Go fight in a war, go to work every day,
• 3:13
do this, do that, but never achieve the same kinds
• 3:16
of happiness they do. Never achieve the same kind of
• 3:20
freedom that they do. And that's because we're all stuck
• 3:23
on the plantation that they've made. Oh sure, it's not
• 3:26
a plantation like the old days, but it's a plantation nonetheless.
• 3:32
And instead of chains, the ties that bind us are financial.
• 3:38
The alerts are called suspicious activity reports or stars filings
• 3:41
banks send to the government when they spot suspicious transactions.
• 3:45
And there's been a big problem when it comes to
• 3:47
the SARS in Jeffrey Epstein throughout the years. I mean,
• 3:52
how are you gonna hit Jeffrey Epstein with SARS after
• 3:55
he's already dead? Why did in the company the banks
• 4:00
do that previously? Well, I'll tell you why, because when
• 4:04
he was alive, they were scared to do it. They
• 4:06
were scared of him, and they thought that if they
• 4:08
filed those ours, word would get back to him by
• 4:11
whoever was handling his bullshit, So they didn't file them.
• 4:15
Then afterwards, when they got caught with their pants down,
• 4:19
they were like, oh, we better go and file these
• 4:20
now so that later on down the road we can
• 4:23
say that we filed them. But I'm not buying their
• 4:25
bullshit and I'm not giving them that out the financial industry.
• 4:29
The financial sector needs to be held accountable. Anybody that
• 4:33
was involved, and especially anybody that benefited and profited from
• 4:37
his bullshit, they have to be held accountable. Now. Do
• 4:42
I think we're ever going to get to that place? Unfortunately,
• 4:45
I do not. Just take a look at the people
• 4:48
that are in charge of all of this as far
• 4:50
as the Congress and the Senate and how laughable they are.
• 4:55
Do you really think that Jeffrey Epstein's people, Leon Black
• 4:58
fear Rocanna. Do you think they fear Thomas Massey? Do
• 5:03
you think they fear Robert Garcia? They don't fear any
• 5:06
of these people. And do you know why? Who do
• 5:10
you think pays the bills? We can be as mad
• 5:13
at the rich people as we want, but let's keep
• 5:16
in mind they don't write the laws. They put the
• 5:19
people in place to write the laws. So we can
• 5:23
be mad, and we should be mad at these robber barons,
• 5:27
but we should also be mad at the people that
• 5:29
set the groundwork and the rules that allow it to happen.
• 5:32
And for me, that's why I don't vote for these incumbents.
• 5:36
Unless you've done something to make my life better, I'm
• 5:39
not voting for you. Sorry. TD Bank and Charles Schwab
• 5:43
filed them on Southern Country International and Offshore Bank Gap Skeein,
• 5:47
owned in the US Virgin Islands. A Miami Herald investigation
• 5:50
has revealed well, we knew that already, and we talked
• 5:54
about it previously. And look, I'm not going to sit
• 5:57
here and tell you the Miami Herald hasn't done great work.
• 6:00
Have Julie K. Brown was at the forefront leading the charge,
• 6:04
but there was a lot of other people that were
• 6:06
on the ground talking about all this stuff for a
• 6:10
very long time. And when it comes to the financial
• 6:14
aspect of this, unfortunately a lot of people are playing
• 6:17
catch up. The stars were briefly posted as part of
• 6:22
the Epstein files, then pulled and re released completely blank.
• 6:26
CBS News and The Herald both reported the Justice Department
• 6:30
has not responded to questions about why embarrassment. They can't
• 6:35
have their bag holders, the people that pay the bills,
• 6:38
be embarrassed, now, can they. That's reserved for the survivors
• 6:42
and for you and I. But then how dare you
• 6:46
even suggest it? According to The Herald, Southern Country sat
• 6:50
dormant for years, employing no one, which is not how
• 6:54
it's supposed to be. Remember, we went through what all
• 6:57
the regulations are when you have an offshore bank like that,
• 7:00
you have to have employees that are locally based, all
• 7:03
of it. But for whatever reason, Jeffrey Epstein, whatever reason,
• 7:08
was able to avoid all of that and just do
• 7:10
what he wanted. But sure, it's all a big conspiracy theory,
• 7:14
and dude was acting on his own. In the months
• 7:18
before Jeffrey Epstein's July twenty nineteen arrest on federal sex
• 7:21
trafficking charges, more than twenty million suddenly flowed through it
• 7:26
never a logical reasoning why. Nobody ever explained it and
• 7:29
nobody ever tracked it. Not one forensic accountant was interested
• 7:33
in what was going on. That seems bizarre to me.
• 7:38
After Epstein was found dead in his Manhattan jel cell
• 7:40
on August tenth, another twenty five million moved through Southern Country,
• 7:45
with roughly a quarter coming from unknown sources. The Herald
• 7:48
reported the company was said to have no employees. So
• 7:52
how's it moving? Who was behind the sticks? Who ordered
• 7:56
the transaction? Where did it originate? Where did it go?
• 8:02
I have questions? According to the Herald, TD Bank reviewed
• 8:08
the accounts a month after his death and flagged the
• 8:10
activity to the Treasury Department. Oh how noble of them.
• 8:15
They did such a great job flagging it. After The
• 8:18
idea is you send the star as the transaction occurs,
• 8:21
and then that way Finnsin is aware of what's going
• 8:24
on and they can act. But that never happened when
• 8:28
it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. A majority of the affected
• 8:33
accounts were opened in twenty nineteen and the subsequent funding
• 8:36
of those accounts appears to have been conducted in a
• 8:39
wilfully deceitful manner intended to disguise the sources of funds
• 8:44
as originating with Jeffrey Epstein. TD Bank wrote, probably laundering
• 8:48
some money, coloring it up. It's my guess the question
• 8:52
is for who. Well, we have some likely suspects. I mean,
• 8:57
we know he was doing big time work for Leon Black,
• 8:59
we know he was doing big work for Les Wexner,
• 9:02
So right off the bat, those two dudes should be
• 9:05
suspects in my opinion. The Herald also reported that the
• 9:09
federal and Virgin Islands investigators opened a wire fraud probe
• 9:12
in twenty twenty into a fifteen million dollar wire sent
• 9:16
to Southern Country from Jeffrey Epstein's account at Deutsche Bank.
• 9:20
It arrived the day after Epstein died. The probe was
• 9:23
quietly closed four years later at FBI memo shows, with
• 9:27
no stated findings and no stated reason. Well, yeah, we're
• 9:30
not privy to that. Go get ft typical FBI bullshit.
• 9:36
They do not care about transparency, and they don't care
• 9:39
about the fact that they work for us. They do
• 9:42
what they want to do and it's not about the truth,
• 9:45
it's not about justice, It's about protecting the institution. The
• 9:51
redacted stars are part of a broader pattern of the
• 9:53
DOJ shielding financial records tied to Epstein. Representative Jamie Raskin
• 9:58
last year demanded records from major banks on more than
• 10:02
one point five billion in suspicious Epstein transactions. The critics
• 10:06
say the DOJ has protected potential associates while exposing victims. Well,
• 10:11
that's true. That's not even up for debate. And the
• 10:15
fact that they've been guarded about the bank records is
• 10:17
one of my biggest problems. How long have I been
• 10:20
crying about it? I'm sure most of you are sick
• 10:23
of hearing it. At this point, the DOJ seems to
• 10:28
have made no errors in redacting the names of potential
• 10:31
associates and potential abusers in the files. One survivor's attorney
• 10:35
told MS NOW, we took great pains to make sure
• 10:39
that we protected victims. Acting Attorney General Todd baby Blanche,
• 10:43
who previously served as one of President Donald Trump's personal lawyers,
• 10:47
told ABC News. US District Judge EMTT Sullivan of the
• 10:52
District of Columbia ruled last month that Blanche has conceded
• 10:56
that he's in violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act,
• 11:00
the law Trump signed in November twenty twenty five, which
• 11:03
requires the DOJ to release its Epstein records responding to
• 11:07
a July second deadline. Blanched Old the court the redactions
• 11:11
were legally justified and asked Sullivan for his sixty day extension,
• 11:15
declining to release the documents because you know, he can
• 11:18
do whatever he wants whenever he wants to do it,
• 11:20
and time and time again they get away with it.
• 11:25
So is this time going to be any different? Well,
• 11:28
that's going to be up to Judge Sullivan, and when
• 11:31
he makes a decision one way or the other will
• 11:33
get that bad boy added to the catalog. Until then,
• 11:37
that's going to do it for this one. All the
• 11:39
