- 1:21Speaker 1: Pastry Box in New York, is a fan of Tates.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It says there they they have stayed the same all
- 1:27Speaker 1: these years. The texture and the chocolate never fails. Tates
- 1:31Speaker 1: always feels like I'm eating a cookie from a local bakery.
- 1:34Speaker 1: But they're easily accessible at most grocery stores. Chewy texture
- 1:38Speaker 1: along with a snap and crunch.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I've bought just the regular Tates chocolate chip, the chocolate
- 1:45Speaker 3: chip war They.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Come in those green pockets, green bags.

- 2:01Speaker 1: topped with way too much marshmallow and dipped in chocolate.
- 2:05Speaker 1: I need these available at grocery stores. The Dibisco product
- 2:09Speaker 1: is like a Malamar, but with the chocolate wafer bass
- 2:13Speaker 1: instead of a gram cracker, and just like Malamars, tastes
- 2:16Speaker 1: even better cold. According to her, So Nabisco pinwheels sound good, uh, Bill, Unfortunately,

- 2:37Speaker 2: and then after that I start getting woozy.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Sarah Senna, co founder of Heaps ice Cream and Pies
- 2:42Speaker 1: and Thighs and Brooklyn.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Pies and Thighs and Thighs. I want to go there.
- 2:47Speaker 2: They have pies and chicken thighs.
- 2:49Speaker 1: That's all they show. The crunchy yogurt frosting come crumbly,
- 2:53Speaker 1: slightly orange scented, a animal cracker. I never get sick
- 2:57Speaker 1: of it, she says. Oh, here's a here's a classic,
- 3:01Speaker 1: the Keebler pecan Sandyes, well, they're.
- 3:03Speaker 3: The official cookie of the radio from Hell Show.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Let's see. According to Amanda Perdomo, pastory pastry chef of
- 3:10Speaker 1: Junior and Son in Brooklyn, my favorite store bought cookie.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with the mouthfeel and chew. The flavor is toasty, buttery,
- 3:17Speaker 1: just the right amount of sweetness that mouth flavor. I
- 3:21Speaker 1: love that.
- 3:22Speaker 3: It's right in the name of it, that sandy text
- 3:25Speaker 3: stand of the cookie.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I love it.
- 3:27Speaker 2: You want to eat a cookie that's covered with sane?
- 3:30Speaker 1: Gina the Lotus Bischoff cookies.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Yes, do you know what they have?
- 3:35Speaker 1: I bought two of these yesterday. Oh, you bought two Biscofs.
- 3:39Speaker 3: So they have the regular Biscoff cookies, but now they
- 3:43Speaker 3: have little sandwich creams. Oh, so it's the bisc They're
- 3:48Speaker 3: so expensive.
- 3:49Speaker 1: So these are Lotus brands.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Yeah different, Yeah, no, And so one of them has
- 3:55Speaker 3: vanilla cream and the other one has like Biscoff cookie
- 3:58Speaker 3: butter in the middle. You should get your wife those
- 4:01Speaker 3: bill like the cookie butter.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Yea. Sophia Shinebin, the corporate pastry chef at JF Restaurants,
- 4:08Speaker 1: said to me, they're the perfect all day treat. I
- 4:11Speaker 1: love dipping them into coffee or hot chocolate, but they're
- 4:14Speaker 1: just wonderful crushed into cheesecake crust or ground into a
- 4:18Speaker 1: cookie butter sounds good. They become a staple in my house.
- 4:23Speaker 1: The classic Walker's short bread we buy that too. Sure, Yeah,
- 4:27Speaker 1: they're good, according to Let's See.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Although making short bread cookies, by the way, is apparently
- 4:34Speaker 2: just ridiculously easy.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Nami Norri, the pastry ship chef at Postcard Bakery in
- 4:41Speaker 1: New York. Shortbreads can easily veer dry or overly sweet,
- 4:47Speaker 1: but Walkers keeps that perfect crumbly bite, just the right
- 4:50Speaker 1: level of buttery sweetness. Yep, they do a good job.
- 4:53Speaker 3: I like that with a.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Cup of tea. Let's see the fudge striped short bread
- 5:02Speaker 1: and the one that they show here is the great
- 5:04Speaker 1: value brand, whatever that is. Let's see Candice Foster, pastry
- 5:08Speaker 1: chef at Bayonets in Birmingham, Alabamas. It's my favorite store
- 5:13Speaker 1: bought cookie, the fud stripes, not even the Keebler brand,
- 5:16Speaker 1: just the cheap generic brand. Really, the simple short bread cookies.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I keep them handy. I keep them in the fridge
- 5:25Speaker 1: as I like the crumbly crunch and a cold snap
- 5:28Speaker 1: from the chocolate underneath. They're not too sweet, great with coffee.
- 5:32Speaker 1: And finally, yes, Oreos, a classic Georgia water who is
- 5:40Speaker 1: the baker at the Chelsea Market in Manhattan, says, how
- 5:45Speaker 1: can you overlook this classic creamfield cook You can't. They're
- 5:48Speaker 1: good on their own and they're the perfect mix in
- 5:51Speaker 1: or topping for ice cream. They make so many desserts better.
- 5:54Speaker 2: You know, I'd as soon have any one of those
- 5:57Speaker 2: cookies before an Oreo. That'd be my very very bottom
- 6:02Speaker 2: Even if I just don't, I don't buy them.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I'm just sad that my Archway Ginger snaps are not
- 6:08Speaker 1: on there. My Archway Ginger cookies. I actually looked for those.
- 6:13Speaker 3: I ended up buying the bisk Off ones, but I
- 6:16Speaker 3: was gonna buy some of those, but I was at Dan's,
- 6:19Speaker 3: and I don't think Dan's carries them. I think I
- 6:22Speaker 3: think they were at.
- 6:23Speaker 1: They're, probably.
- 6:26Speaker 3: I looked for him. I was in the actually in
- 6:28Speaker 3: the cookie aisle, looking for the cookie. Yes, because I
- 6:31Speaker 3: was thinking.
- 6:31Speaker 1: You got me thinking about them, caring story about cookies.
