- 1:31So, let's kick this off.
- 1:33Our show title is How to Include Yourself.
- 1:37Pretty easy, right?
- 1:38Well, welcome, everyone, once again, to Inspirations for
- 1:41Your Life.
- 1:42I am John C.
- 1:44Morley.
- 1:44I'm a serial entrepreneur, in case you guys
- 1:47did not know that.
- 1:48Yes.
- 1:49Engineer, marketing specialist, video producer, podcast host, coach,
- 1:54keynote speaker, graduate student, and a grateful, passionate,
- 1:58lifelong learner, and, of course, so grateful to
- 2:00be now a published author.
- 2:03All right, very grateful for that.
- 2:04Today's message is one that many people need,
- 2:09but few are going to fully embrace this
- 2:12message, and I think that's hard for a
- 2:14lot of people to understand, but it's the
- 2:18truth, guys.
- 2:19You have to stop excluding yourself from the
- 2:22life you're meant to live.
- 2:24Stop assuming you are the exception to belonging.
- 2:27You were never designed to live on the
- 2:30outside looking in.
- 2:31Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope.
- 2:33You are not an outsider.
- 2:36You simply have not found your people yet.
- 2:39Alignment takes time, but it always is available.
- 2:44The thing is, a lot of people get
- 2:46frustrated because they're not aligned, right?
- 2:47They're like, oh, my gosh, what am I
- 2:48going to do now?
- 2:50Well, the thing is, believe that you can
- 2:51do something.
- 2:52I think that's really an important thing.
- 2:54Ladies and gentlemen, do not reject yourself before
- 2:57the world even gets a vote.
- 3:00You see, self-exclusion is the first barrier
- 3:02you must break.
- 3:04A lot of people decide to go home,
- 3:06or they give up early because it's getting
- 3:10hard, it's getting complicated, and once it gets
- 3:13a little bit uncomfortable, they'll say, oh, I
- 3:14don't want to do this anymore, right?
- 3:16They cry, they complain, and they stop.
- 3:20Apply, ladies and gentlemen, for the opportunity, even
- 3:24if you feel uncertain, right?
- 3:27Growth rarely feels comfortable at the beginning, and
- 3:30I've said this before.
- 3:31You have to practice getting comfortable being uncomfortable,
- 3:35okay?
- 3:35That's a very, very important thing that a
- 3:39lot of people don't realize, and they don't
- 3:41understand what that means, but I want to
- 3:44tell you that this is a big key
- 3:47to your success, all right?
- 3:48A very big key.
- 3:50So, in other words, go to the event,
- 3:54even if you do not know anybody there.
- 3:56Connection starts with your presence, with your energy,
- 3:59not perfection.
- 4:00Some people say, oh, my gosh, John, I'm
- 4:02not perfect.
- 4:03I don't know what I'm going to say.
- 4:04I'm going to flounder, okay?
- 4:06Fine.
- 4:07Send the message.
- 4:08You have been overthinking it way, way too
- 4:11long.
- 4:12Forget about what word you're using.
- 4:15Forget about what vowel or what verb or
- 4:18what transitive.
- 4:18Just send the message, okay?
- 4:20Action builds confidence faster than hesitation ever will,
- 4:24and so many people I know, they procrastinate
- 4:27their whole lives.
- 4:28Why?
- 4:28Because they think that's what they need to
- 4:30do.
- 4:32Ladies and gentlemen, you are allowed to sit
- 4:34at the table, not just serve it, okay?
- 4:37Your value is not limited to support roles,
- 4:41although maybe if you've been in that role
- 4:43for your life, you'll figure that maybe it's
- 4:45hard.
- 4:45I know I was a server many, many
- 4:47years ago, and I can tell you that
- 4:50when you've been a server for a long
- 4:52time and people are not respecting you, you
- 4:56feel, well, what am I supposed to do?
- 4:58And I think the biggest thing that I
- 5:00learned was that when people started disrespecting me
- 5:03and I started understanding that I have basically
- 5:07a value and that I don't need to
- 5:10do this stuff anymore, that was when I
- 5:13walked out and I said, thank you, and
- 5:16I said the words goodbye.
- 5:19You know, there's no reason why people should
- 5:22take all this glutton and punishment, but that's
- 5:25different from uncomfort, okay, or discomfort.
- 5:29This is when people are abusive to you.
- 5:33Nobody deserves to be abused physically, mentally, verbally,
- 5:38anyway, right?
- 5:39Nobody deserves that.
- 5:42Imposter syndrome, it's a signal that you leveled
- 5:46up.
- 5:47It means you're stretching into something greater.
- 5:50But I know in the beginning, it's like,
- 5:51oh, my gosh, what am I going to
- 5:53say?
- 5:53What am I going to do?
- 5:54How am I even going to handle this?
- 5:55And I want to tell you guys that
- 5:58it is not hard, but it is a
- 6:02little bit uncomfortable, okay, a little uncomfortable.
- 6:05And when you know it's uncomfortable, you'll be
- 6:07like, oh, my gosh, this is what I
- 6:09should be doing.
- 6:11And you might say, John, I don't know
- 6:13where to start.
- 6:14I don't even know, like, what part to
- 6:16start with, right?
- 6:17And that might be hard, too, but it's
- 6:19important.
- 6:20It's very, very important.
- 6:21Everyone, ladies and gentlemen, is figuring it out
- 6:24more than it appears, right?
- 6:26Most people will fake it until they make
- 6:28it.
- 6:29Confidence is often practiced.
- 6:31It's not natural.
- 6:32Just like if you're in any sport, were
- 6:34you the best ball player or football player
- 6:38or soccer player or lacrosse player right out
- 6:42of the gate?
- 6:42Of course not.
- 6:45Just like leaders, sports people are not born.
- 6:48They are made.
- 6:49That happens with practice over and over again,
- 6:52time and time again.
- 6:54But when you bump into somebody and they
- 6:56are suddenly so superior to you, you feel
- 6:58like, oh, my gosh, there's no way I
- 7:01can even come close to this person.
- 7:02There's no way that I can even think
- 7:04even a fraction of what this person is
- 7:06doing.
- 7:07You're psyching yourself out, guys.
- 7:09And the reason you're doing this is because
- 7:11you're just getting scared.
- 7:12You do not need to shrink it in.
- 7:17The right spaces expand with you, not against
- 7:20you.
- 7:20You're allowed to be seen in your full
- 7:23complexity.
- 7:24You do not have to simplify yourself to
- 7:27be accepted.
- 7:28You're not too late.
- 7:31You are on your timeline.
- 7:34You see, comparisons distort what is actually possible.
- 7:38And I think when that distortion happens, like,
- 7:40oh, my gosh, what am I going to
- 7:41do?
- 7:41How am I going to respond?
- 7:43Like, how is this ever going to work
- 7:44for me?
- 7:45And then you start thinking about all the
- 7:48things that are going to go wrong instead
- 7:50of all the things that are going to
- 7:50go right.
- 7:51If you could think about all the things
- 7:53that are going to go right instead of
- 7:55all the things that are going to go
- 7:55wrong, I guarantee you more stuff is going
- 7:58to go right for you.
- 7:59It's just that wherever we put our thoughts,
- 8:02that's where the energy is going to go.
- 8:04And if you're thinking about how bad something
- 8:06is going to get, well, then you're going
- 8:08to attract badness, unfortunately.
- 8:10Our belief gets us into an alignment by
- 8:15taking the actions, by saying the right words,
- 8:18by doing or not doing certain things happens
- 8:20with alignment.
- 8:21You should know, ladies and gentlemen, that being
- 8:24quiet does not mean you have to basically
- 8:27believe you have nothing to say.
- 8:30Presence carries power beyond volume.
- 8:32There were many great things about this, including
- 8:38the Karas Method, which is a pretty big
- 8:41negotiating technique.
- 8:43I'm not sure if they're still around, but
- 8:45it was called the Karas Method.
- 8:47And I learned about it because my dad
- 8:48had taken the course and I was very
- 8:52interested in it.
- 8:54I don't know if they are still teaching
- 8:57the Karas Method today.
- 9:01They may not be teaching it anymore today.
- 9:06Anyway, my point is that there was a
- 9:10board meeting.
- 9:12And this one person went to the board
- 9:15meeting.
- 9:16And they weren't really welcomed into the board
- 9:19meeting, but they were just kind of coming
- 9:21there.
- 9:21They were being nice and all that, but
- 9:23they weren't allowed to speak at this time.
- 9:26But all the person was doing was mirroring
- 9:29the other person when he liked what they
- 9:32were saying.
- 9:33When he didn't, he would not mirror them.
- 9:35And the funny thing was, by the end
- 9:37of the meeting, the meeting did exactly what
- 9:40he wanted.
- 9:41And the person at the end says, you
- 9:43know, George, it's great that you came.
- 9:46I'm sorry that you didn't have a chance
- 9:47to talk or even give us any of
- 9:49your influence because we would have loved to
- 9:51be part of it.
- 9:52Little did the person know that he was
- 9:54being influenced by just the presence.
- 9:59That's something you can't make up.
- 10:02Saying nothing means a lot, guys.
- 10:06It means that you have power.
- 10:09You have a presence.
- 10:10That presence is your energy.
- 10:16Let's try this, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:17Take up space without apologizing for it.
- 10:20I know some of you, oh, I'm so
- 10:21sorry I'm late.
- 10:22I'm sorry I'm doing this.
- 10:23I'm sorry I'm taking extra room.
- 10:25No.
- 10:26Your existence is not an inconvenience.
- 10:31I think a lot of people think that,
- 10:34you know, we have to be polite.
- 10:37And yes, we do have to be polite,
- 10:38but there's a point between being polite and
- 10:41being stomped on, right?
- 10:44I'll give you a perfect example.
- 10:45I knew somebody who got on a plane,
- 10:48and there was a person next to him
- 10:51that was a little bit large.
- 10:54And because of that, the person was asking,
- 10:58oh, you know, well, can I, you know,
- 11:01do you mind if I just sit a
- 11:03little bit over to the left?
- 11:04He's like, no, I paid extra for this
- 11:06seat.
- 11:07I'm like 6'2", and I need the
- 11:09extra room.
- 11:10He's like, well, it will be okay if
- 11:12I just, you know, put the armrest up
- 11:13so I have a little more room.
- 11:14And he's like, no, I paid for this
- 11:17seat.
- 11:18And so, and then they try to put
- 11:20the guilt trip on you.
- 11:21And I think that's the biggest problem is
- 11:23that when you don't want to do something
- 11:24that somebody wants, they throw the guilt trip
- 11:26on you.
- 11:27I don't care whether it was parents.
- 11:29I don't care whether it's anybody.
- 11:32But when they throw the guilt trip on
- 11:34you, like, oh, my gosh, like, what am
- 11:35I going to do?
- 11:36And you're worried about correcting the situation when
- 11:40there's nothing to correct.
- 11:43There's nothing to correct.
- 11:46What there is to correct is how you
- 11:49behave.
- 11:54All right.
- 11:56And I can tell you that this comes
- 12:00with a belief.
- 12:03And the more that you, how can I
- 12:06say, take on that belief?
- 12:09The more that you're going to suddenly realize
- 12:12that things are different, right?
- 12:17They're different.
- 12:18Your presence, ladies and gentlemen, is not a
- 12:21favor.
- 12:22It should be seen as value because you
- 12:24are valuable.
- 12:25You contribute simply by showing up as you
- 12:28are.
- 12:29Not to name any people by name, but
- 12:30there are some people in the world that
- 12:32are not always the most courteous.
- 12:34And it's funny, when you're in a position
- 12:37lower than them, they act like that.
- 12:40But when you're in a position equal or
- 12:42higher to them, they change their tone.
- 12:46Why is it that so many people treat
- 12:49others based on their material or lack of
- 12:52material gain?
- 12:53I think that's wrong, right?
- 12:57Did you know that you can introduce yourself
- 12:58without downplaying your work?
- 13:00Yep.
- 13:03Confidence honors your effort.
- 13:07And I think it's high time that we
- 13:09start to realize your effort means something.
- 13:12And other people will realize that your effort
- 13:14means something, too.
- 13:16Ladies and gentlemen, you are allowed to be
- 13:18proud of what you have built.
- 13:20Nothing wrong with that.
- 13:21Acknowledgement fuels continued growth and gets us excited.
- 13:26It raises up the dopamine levels in our
- 13:29brain.
- 13:29And when that happens, it's a natural, safe
- 13:31high for our body.
- 13:33And I think these are very important things
- 13:36that I want to say.
- 13:37Very important things.
- 13:38But here's one.
- 13:39Stop talking about yourself like you're a side
- 13:42character, right?
- 13:44This is your life.
- 13:46You're not a background role.
- 13:48Or somebody who is, you know, playing a
- 13:51fill-in for someone, right?
- 13:53A double.
- 13:55Your perspective matters more than your follower count.
- 13:59I'm being honest about that.
- 14:01Impact is not measured only in numbers.
- 14:03Although a lot of people will think that
- 14:06it's only about the numbers.
- 14:08I want to tell you something.
- 14:09It's not about the numbers.
- 14:11It's about you.
- 14:15It's about your presence, about how you show
- 14:18up in life.
- 14:19And you might be saying to me, John,
- 14:20well, I don't know if I get that.
- 14:23By you having a presence, okay, I think
- 14:28that'll change how you respond in the world.
- 14:34How you respond in the world.
- 14:39That's important, guys.
- 14:40You do not have to be fixed to
- 14:43be worthy of a connection.
- 14:45Growth and belonging can exist at the same
- 14:49exact time.
- 14:52But people in our world try to manipulate
- 14:56us, right?
- 14:58They try to manipulate us and say that
- 15:00this is something that I would like to
- 15:02do.
- 15:02This is something that I wish could happen.
- 15:05But they don't have the belief in themselves.
- 15:09I think that's an important thing to understand.
- 15:14Is everything in our world, ladies and gentlemen,
- 15:15it starts with belief.
- 15:18Even if you're saying to me, John, this
- 15:20isn't working right now.
- 15:21It's not working at this current moment.
- 15:24Well, that doesn't mean you're to give up.
- 15:26It means that you need to believe in
- 15:30yourself.
- 15:30You see, ladies and gentlemen, you belong in
- 15:33rooms you once only watched online.
- 15:37Access expands when your belief does.
- 15:42A wise person once shared something with me.
- 15:46In our utopian world, we believe that it's
- 15:49about our cause and an effect.
- 15:54And most people will put more in to
- 15:57try to get more out, the effect.
- 16:00But if you live from the effect first
- 16:02and the cause second, well, John, that's kind
- 16:05of weird.
- 16:07So the example is, act as if, and
- 16:13that will lead back to the cause.
- 16:16That's weird.
- 16:17No.
- 16:19It has this thing to do with how
- 16:26we value ourselves.
- 16:28And how we move through the world.
- 16:31How the energy of our body radiates off
- 16:36to other people.
- 16:38You know, when you are confident, other people
- 16:39can detect you're confident.
- 16:41I'm just going to tell you that hands
- 16:42down.
- 16:42You don't have to poo-poo and say,
- 16:45oh, gee, I'm so confident.
- 16:47People will know that you're confident.
- 16:49You don't need to brag that you're confident.
- 16:51They will know that you are confident.
- 16:58They will know that you are confident.
- 17:00And when they know you're confident, something is
- 17:03going to transform.
- 17:04You know what that is?
- 17:07You.
- 17:09Your belief.
- 17:16Your belief.
- 17:20And if we think about that for just
- 17:21a moment, I think there's a lot that
- 17:26could go on.
- 17:33A wise person once said, you know, we
- 17:34have to first believe in ourselves before we
- 17:37can believe in others.
- 17:39Because, see, if we don't have the confidence
- 17:42in our own selves, how is someone else
- 17:45ever going to have any shed of confidence
- 17:49about us?
- 17:49How?
- 17:50How is it even going to be possible?
- 17:54Like I said to you, a lot of
- 17:55people go home early.
- 17:58You know, it's like going to a party
- 18:00and they leave before the dinner comes.
- 18:04Forget leaving before dessert comes.
- 18:05They leave before the main course comes.
- 18:07They have the appetizer and they're like, oh,
- 18:08I just want to go home.
- 18:10Right?
- 18:11Do you leave early?
- 18:12Do you leave early because maybe you're worried
- 18:16about the food or you're worried about something
- 18:17else?
- 18:18Or maybe you're suddenly, let's say, uncomfortable.
- 18:27So you figure you better just leave.
- 18:29Because if you leave, you'll be a lot
- 18:31more comfortable in your car or home.
- 18:36A lot of people go home early.
- 18:37And the people that go home early are
- 18:41the same people that could be successful if
- 18:43they just hung around, if they just stood
- 18:45through that uncomfortableness.
- 18:49Right?
- 18:50We have to practice getting comfortable, ladies and
- 18:52gentlemen, being uncomfortable.
- 18:53So we have to practice getting comfortable being
- 18:55uncomfortable.
- 18:56That is the key of life.
- 19:00Nobody wants to feel uncomfortable.
- 19:02You don't want to be comfortable 24-7.
- 19:05Right?
- 19:06Let's say it's 100 degrees outside.
- 19:08Everybody wants to rush to air conditioning like
- 19:10it's their life.
- 19:12Or when it's cold, people want to rush
- 19:14to heat.
- 19:15Some people can take cold more.
- 19:17Some people can take hot more.
- 19:19It depends.
- 19:21But when you go home early, you send
- 19:24a message out to people around you that
- 19:27it's suddenly okay to give up.
- 19:34To give up.
- 19:36Now, do you want to give up?
- 19:37No, but you're giving up because you think
- 19:42it's okay.
- 19:47You think it's okay to just give up.
- 20:00And I want to tell you that it
- 20:04might seem easier to give up.
- 20:06Right?
- 20:07It might seem like it's a lot less
- 20:09stress or emotions on you.
- 20:14But the truth of the matter is, by
- 20:16you giving up, you're not only leaving that
- 20:22moment, but you're leaving infinite potential on the
- 20:27table.
- 20:28I think that hurts a lot of people.
- 20:31Because, oh, I wasn't going to get that
- 20:32anyway.
- 20:33And they start knocking themselves down the minute
- 20:36they know they're going to leave the party
- 20:38early.
- 20:39And I'm saying party early.
- 20:40I mean, I'm saying a party.
- 20:41But it could be anything.
- 20:42It could be the fact that you're working
- 20:44on a sales call or you're in a
- 20:47relationship.
- 20:47You leave early because you know it's safer
- 20:49and easier for you to perceive that.
- 20:52Other people tell you, yeah, just leave.
- 20:54There's no point in you being here.
- 20:57And when you start to get your foundation,
- 21:02people will knock you down.
- 21:04I'm going to let you know that right
- 21:06off the bat.
- 21:07They will knock you down.
- 21:09Your goal is not to allow them to
- 21:11knock you.
- 21:12Okay?
- 21:13Because it's your belief that's going to keep
- 21:15you firmly planted on the ground and rise
- 21:18above them.
- 21:20Say yes, ladies and gentlemen, to opportunities before
- 21:22you feel fully ready.
- 21:25I know I've done this many times.
- 21:28Maybe I wasn't familiar with something.
- 21:31But I said yes anyway.
- 21:33And you know what?
- 21:33I learned in the process.
- 21:37That happened a lot when I was younger.
- 21:38Do I do that as much now?
- 21:39No.
- 21:40But I'm hoping if something comes up and
- 21:40I'm not 100% sure, I'll still be
- 21:43up to the challenge.
- 21:45Being a graduate student and going for my
- 21:47master's and my Ph.D., I love learning.
- 21:51Right?
- 21:52And I think when we approach learning as
- 21:55something that can make us better and help
- 21:57other people become even better, it's pretty great.
- 22:00So say yes, ladies and gentlemen, to opportunities
- 22:02before you feel fully ready for them.
- 22:05There's never going to be a perfect time,
- 22:07a perfect date, or a perfect place.
- 22:09Readiness often follows the commitment.
- 22:12You see, when you promise somebody, you're doing
- 22:16it because of something they want most of
- 22:18the time.
- 22:19When you commit, you're doing something because of
- 22:22what you want inside.
- 22:25Right?
- 22:25Oh, I promise I'll do this, but maybe
- 22:27you're not in alignment with that.
- 22:29But when you commit, it's like, okay, I'm
- 22:30doing it because I want to do it.
- 22:31You know, you learn how to belong by
- 22:35showing up.
- 22:37Waiting, it only delays what action can teach.
- 22:42And there are going to be people out
- 22:43there that are going to want to come
- 22:44to your party or to your parade, and
- 22:47they may not be the right people for
- 22:49your event or for your specific thing that
- 22:53you're doing.
- 22:54And that's okay.
- 22:55I just tell you to act with respect
- 22:59and kindness.
- 23:02And there are going to be people that
- 23:03are going to knock your idea down, and
- 23:06they're going to tell you that you're crazy
- 23:08and that there's no way this can happen.
- 23:10But when you make it happen, all these
- 23:13people are suddenly going to show up at
- 23:15your door.
- 23:15You know, I was talking to somebody a
- 23:18long time ago, and one way you know
- 23:22you're successful is that when your haters or
- 23:25their neighbors are showing up to you and
- 23:28asking for a job, do not hide your
- 23:34light to make others comfortable.
- 23:37That used to be the way I always
- 23:39was many years ago.
- 23:40I wanted to dim my light because I
- 23:43felt that maybe I was overpowering them.
- 23:45Did I mean to?
- 23:46No.
- 23:47But I thought I had to dim it
- 23:49down.
- 23:50But I didn't need to.
- 23:51Dimming yourself helps no one.
- 23:53Actually, what I found is it hurts people.
- 23:56I wasn't being brash.
- 23:57I wasn't bragging about who I was or
- 23:58what I was doing.
- 23:59I was proud.
- 24:00And there's no need for you to dim
- 24:02that ever.
- 24:04You're allowed to be the main event in
- 24:06your own life.
- 24:06Nothing wrong with that.
- 24:07Your story deserves center stage.
- 24:09Don't you dare take it away from that.
- 24:11You do not need to apologize for existing.
- 24:15You're here.
- 24:16Your presence requires no justification.
- 24:18People don't like it.
- 24:20They can go somewhere else.
- 24:22Ladies and gentlemen, I want to encourage you
- 24:23to take your seat, even if it feels
- 24:25unfamiliar.
- 24:27Whether it's a conference room, whether it's an
- 24:29event.
- 24:31I'm saying take a seat proverbially.
- 24:34It could be in a relationship.
- 24:35It could be in some new academic path.
- 24:40Growth often begins with discomfort.
- 24:48I've said to you time and time again,
- 24:50you have to practice getting comfortable, being uncomfortable.
- 24:55I've said this before.
- 24:58Trust that you bring something unique into every
- 25:02space.
- 25:03Even if you don't know what it is,
- 25:06you do.
- 25:07No one else can replicate your perspective.
- 25:11I've said many times people will try to
- 25:13imitate me, but they will never be able
- 25:15to copy it.
- 25:17Shift, ladies and gentlemen, from asking for permission
- 25:19to making decisions.
- 25:22You see, ownership changes everything.
- 25:25When you own something, you become accountable.
- 25:27It's yours.
- 25:27You make it happen.
- 25:29Remember, ladies and gentlemen, it is key to
- 25:31include yourself fully.
- 25:33Not just a little bit.
- 25:34Or turning the light on halfway because you're
- 25:37afraid you might offend somebody.
- 25:38Because the life you want requires your participation.
- 25:43Life is not an observation sport.
- 25:47It's a full place and time where
- 25:56your involvement is required.
- 26:00Participation is not optional.
- 26:02It is required for success.
- 26:05Not your hesitation.
- 26:07Not your procrastination.
- 26:08I know so many people that won't do
- 26:09what they need to do.
- 26:10Why?
- 26:10Because they've gotten so comfortable with procrastination.
- 26:17And these people are never going to break
- 26:19free from that unless they want to.
- 26:24Ladies and gentlemen, this episode is not just
- 26:28about confidence.
- 26:30It is about inclusion.
- 26:31And that starts with you.
- 26:35So while you're thinking about, you know, do
- 26:37I fit in?
- 26:38Do I not fit in?
- 26:39And this would be things like race, religion,
- 26:41sexual orientation, creed, color, political party.
- 26:45Right?
- 26:46Or even your own academic thoughts.
- 26:51I want to encourage you to think about
- 26:53one thing.
- 26:55You know what that is?
- 26:56I want to encourage you right now to
- 26:59stop waiting.
- 27:01Just stop waiting.
- 27:03Stop procrastinating.
- 27:05Stop shrinking.
- 27:08Stop standing on the outside of your own
- 27:10life.
- 27:11It's like you're standing on your coattails.
- 27:14What happens?
- 27:16Can't get very far, can you?
- 27:18The world does not need a smaller version
- 27:20of you.
- 27:21You know what it does need?
- 27:22The real version of you.
- 27:24Read the room.
- 27:26Read your life.
- 27:27And step into it and embody it fully.
- 27:29Because, ladies and gentlemen, belonging is not something
- 27:32you earn.
- 27:33It is something you allow and you become.
- 27:38Many of you watching this are going to
- 27:39be like, hmm.
- 27:41This is why I encourage you to not
- 27:43only watch this episode, but the entire week,
- 27:45as well as other episodes.

- 27:55And I'm reminding you, you do not wait
- 27:58to be included.
- 27:59You choose to include yourself.
- 28:00Now, go take your seat and start living
- 28:03the life you've been waiting for.
