- 0:23chickens. Hey everybody.
- 0:28Good morning. From the very See, Chicken Coop
- 0:32girls are out of her first day, sleeping in the coop, so it's
- 0:38their new Coupe as I should say. So it's been very exciting, it's
- 0:42not quite finished yet, but we have plenty of videos coming on
- 0:45it and they are loving it so far.
- 0:48So am I hmm I love spoiling them.
- 0:51Okay so today is our first day today is New Year's Eve today's
- 0:56our first day of talking about okay.
- 0:59What's up for Next year. So hopefully all of your
- 1:03questions have been done, your debriefs have been done.
- 1:06You know, what you need to know in order to do a great job
- 1:10planning the following year and then today, we're getting into
- 1:14the possibilities, it's all about the possibilities.
- 1:17So before you actually set your goals, one of my things that I
- 1:21think is important ritual for myself is that I want to put
- 1:25down all the possibilities. I want to capture as much about
- 1:29what's possible. Possible, as I can, because I
- 1:33know my analytical head will, get in the way.
- 1:35My certainty girl will get in the way.
- 1:37And this process, I promise you, they always do because they'll
- 1:40say, well, you don't know how to do that or we've never done that
- 1:43and blah blah blah blah blah, and it ruins the process.
- 1:46So in order to get past that one of the very first things that
- 1:50you can start to do is asking yourself the questions we did
- 1:55last week to debrief and you know, debunk all that crap.
- 1:58That's supposedly in your head and Then the best part is going
- 2:02into this place of saying, okay, I am going to focus right now
- 2:07and nothing but possibilities. I'm only thinking possibilities.
- 2:10What is possible? Not anything other than what is
- 2:15possible? What is possible?
- 2:16What is possible? You don't want to go down the
- 2:19place of saying, well, the how the dreaded out, question know,
- 2:23how questions? They're not resourceful, they're
- 2:26not useful. They're going to screw you up in
- 2:29this process of just capturing everything.
- 2:33So I like to take a giant. When I say giant, I really do
- 2:36mean giant. Like one of those walls sticky
- 2:39papers that late using like meetings.
- 2:42When you go to meetings in a hotel and you don't have a board
- 2:46you can't stick things up. You can just buy these giant
- 2:49Post-it notes and stick them on the wall.
- 2:50They're the best. So I have a giant stack of those
- 2:54and I'd actually prefer the non Post-it.
- 2:58And itself, I just get the Office Max or the Staples
- 3:01version because they stick better, and grab a Sharpie and
- 3:05write down possibilities at the top and start, capturing
- 3:08everything that you can think of that, you would want to have it
- 3:12be present in your life. This is all about possibilities.
- 3:17There is no limitation on this paper here, what I'm saying?
- 3:21People, no limitation on this paper.
- 3:24If you are thinking to yourself, I have no idea.
- 3:28How to make this happen again, how is the dreaded word, then
- 3:31you are not doing the exercise the right way?
- 3:34This comes from a place of possibilities so you have to put
- 3:38aside all your world brain training, meaning you take away
- 3:43sensibility, you take away all the crap that gets in the way,
- 3:47this is nothing. But pure potential on this paper
- 3:50at this point because this is where you start to discern,
- 3:53start to figure things out, start to look through stuff.
- 3:58At and see what kind of works together like right now.
- 4:01I have my paper on the wall. I started this process at 5:00
- 4:04a.m. this morning. I was excited.
- 4:06I love that this day and tomorrow specifically because
- 4:09I'm just capturing I'm creating I'm in raw possibility and I
- 4:14just started writing things down.
- 4:16I have no idea how I would make some of this happen.
- 4:19Some of it's beyond my technical capabilities.
- 4:21Some of it is just I'm going to I know II don't know.
- 4:27I know I But it's on the paper of stuff that I want to do and
- 4:31this and it can be anything, it can be trips, you want to take
- 4:36places you want to, you know, visit learn about things that
- 4:40you want to add into your life. That, you know, might be
- 4:45purchasing something. And right now, you have no idea
- 4:47how you would make that happen. So but you know, you want it.
- 4:50You know, if you had it it would just be like, wow, that would be
- 4:53so much better. Remember, put it on the paper
- 4:56because this is about the Shal, it is not about you cutting your
- 5:00legs off. Before you even start the
- 5:02process of goal setting or intention setting or whatever
- 5:05else you want to call it. So really, really important to
- 5:09do this exercise the right way, from excitement, from Potential
- 5:15from looking at possibilities from saying to yourself, I'm
- 5:19going to allow myself. Give myself permission, if you
- 5:22will, to just be the dreamer. That everyone says, is not
- 5:25realistic. Get out of your realistic.
- 5:28World programming and sit there and do it the fun way.
- 5:33So, good luck with this have fun with it.
- 5:36I'll be working online. All day, I will end up having a
- 5:39full giant 30 by I think. My paper is 30 by 40 that I'm
- 5:44working on right now. I've got three of them stuck on
- 5:46the wall and I know I will have them jam-packed full of thoughts
- 5:50and ideas by the end of the day. So go brain dump, go have a ball
- 5:55and I will see you guys tomorrow.
- 5:58Have a blessed day. Bye.
