- 2:25Speaker 1: So, and I don't like it.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Dot com, very simple, y'all know, everybody know me by and I don't like it more than even my name, and I don't like it.

- 2:56Speaker 1: We had so many sales on our soft launch for the subscribers, I was hoping that I still had some stuff for everybody else.
- 3:06Speaker 1: So, uh, I told shan, we gotta put in some more, we gotta, we gotta, we gotta restock.
- 3:11Speaker 1: But uh, yeah, I'm loving it.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I'm loving all the support.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Shout out to everybody.
- 3:16Speaker 1: You know I'm gonna throw everybody a shout out who supported uh, the movement.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Uh, well, you know how we do.
- 3:24Speaker 1: I don't like to BS too long.
- 3:25Speaker 1: I really like to get right into the news.
- 3:28Speaker 1: So I ain't going, I'm going to get into the news and then I'm going to save a lot of the birthday talk and a lot of the thank y'all.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I got to thank everybody after we get through this news, but all I'm gonna say is, when you feel good to come in to work at 7 am on your birthday, you know you're doing the right thing.
- 3:53Speaker 1: You know you, you, you following your calling and, like I always say, I gotta thank all my listeners and all my supporters because y'all the one told me do this damn podcast.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I had no clue that I would love it so much, which is what took me so long to actually do it, because I'm one of those people like when y'all support me, I'm you're not gonna see me do something and then a month later you don't see it no more.
- 4:15Speaker 1: I know once I commit to something, I'm not stopping.
- 4:20Speaker 1: So I had to just really make sure it's like.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Once I committed to this podcast, I know I'm gonna have to stay committed.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So I really just really make sure it's like once I committed to this podcast, I know I'm going to have to stay committed.
- 4:27Speaker 1: So I really wanted to make sure it was for me.
- 4:30Speaker 1: And after I think it was one person finally said it again you need a podcast.
- 4:34Speaker 1: I said, you know what.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Sometimes you got to take a leap of faith.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Sometimes you don't know it all.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Sometimes the people around you who love you know better than you know.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Because I ain't going to lie, y'all know me.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I'm opinionated.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I could be a know-it-all sometimes, but when it comes to me I pretty much always know what's best for me and what I'm into and what I want to do for me and what I'm into and what I want to do.
- 5:07Speaker 1: This is the first time in my life where people were telling me to do something that I didn't think was for me and didn't think I would like.
- 5:12Speaker 1: It, didn't think, never saw myself as a podcaster.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Even as my social media following grew to hundreds and thousands, I still didn't see myself as a podcaster.
- 5:23Speaker 1: But, as y'all know, even though I'm opinionated, I'm very open-minded.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Y'all know I listen to both sides.
- 5:30Speaker 1: I listen to what y'all say.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I'm one of the few podcasters you can say in the fan mail.
- 5:35Speaker 1: You can give me your gripes, you can give me something you might not agree with.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I love it, it don't bother me, I like hearing it all, and so that's why I was even open to doing a podcast.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I said well, you know what, flo, too many people that support you are asking for it, and giving your people who support you what they're asking for is never a bad thing, because they support you, they love what you do and they see things in you that you don't even see in yourself.
- 6:05Speaker 1: So today we're going to get into the news, but I'm just warning you now it's going to be a lot of thank yous to y'all, because I'm one of them people that always know what I want to do, and this is the craziest thing that I never wanted to do, that y'all told me to do, and it has impacted my life more than even the social media and all those hundreds of thousands of followers and TikTok, all the other stuff I've done.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It don't have.
- 6:33Speaker 1: It's not even close to the family and the stability and the just love that this podcast has brought.
- 6:41Speaker 1: We doing great things, getting words out about things we want, standing up for causes together, and it's just.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I didn't realize that the love people have for you when they love your two, three minute videos ain't nowhere near like the love that people have for you when they, when they watch you for two hours or listen to you for two hours every day and y'all know I'm gonna be there like clockwork um, it's two different worlds and shout out to TikTok for banning my TikTok.
- 7:18Speaker 1: It was the best thing that ever happened to me in my life, literally the best thing that ever happened to me, because if I would have, if they would TikTok wouldn't have banned my page, I would not have started focusing this much on my YouTube and my my podcast.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Um, I was dedicating a lot of time to TikTok and once they banned me, they sent me in the right direction.
- 7:41Speaker 1: It was almost like they said man, you too big to be spending this much time on TikTok videos.
- 7:48Speaker 1: You got too much of a bigger calling.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And that's how I looked at it.
- 7:53Speaker 1: That's why I never cried about it.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Y'all see everything I preach to y'all every day.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Y'all see I live it.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I don't just talk Everything.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I tell y' that that, all the lessons and things I've learned, and I pass it on to y'all.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I live it.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I lost a three hundred fifty thousand follower tick tock.
- 8:12Speaker 1: You ain't hear me cry about it one time.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You ain't see me.
- 8:15Speaker 1: They don't see me on tick tock talking about hey, follow me.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I lost my page, nope, because I looked at it as God trying to tell me something and when I think of it like that it ain't.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I ain't never been wrong and so I just appreciate y'all.
- 8:32Speaker 1: And y'all know I I'll be ranting and stuff and y'all be listening to my ranch Y'all, y'all, y'all just the best.
- 8:37Speaker 1: So I'm gonna get into this freaking news on my birthday Feeling good, best adult birthday of my life.
- 8:45Speaker 1: I I'm gonna get throw that out there.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I ain't gonna say kids, because my mom and my mom and dad and them, they did their thing to make sure my b days was, was, was memorable and but as an adult, this is my best birthday by far.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Launched.

- 9:42Speaker 1: Thank you, not Dreamer, and that's Mohawk Diddy.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Thank you, nadreema.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Nadreema said she got my birthday lunch, thank you.

- 10:10Speaker 1: Keep your eyes on the road if you're listening, make sure you got your seat belt on and keep your ears on me and the eyes on the road.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Let's get into this mohawk.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Diddy madness.
- 10:24Speaker 1: This uh article that I want to break down comes from hip hip-hop g uh, hip-hop dx, uh by uh, and the article is written by marisa mendez.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Title reads diddy feds say race played absolutely no role in charge.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Mogul wants dropped.
- 10:47Speaker 1: And what the hell are they talking about?
- 10:50Speaker 1: On my birthday?
- 10:51Speaker 1: I ain't got time for this today not on my birthday with this crazy mess with diddy, but what they talking about is, if y'all remember, diddy has been throwing whatever he can against the wall and to see with sticks and ain't nothing stuck yet, and I think he's going to be continuing that that, that that trend.
- 11:14Speaker 1: So, if you remember, he said you know what it's almost like he threw out the window of like of like, saying that I didn't do it, or trying to make up reasons or trying to come up with different stupid reasons to get charges dropped.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And I guess he said, you know what?
- 11:33Speaker 1: I can't, they ain't believing that I didn't do it, so let me try something else.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I did it, but everybody's doing it and only black people are being charged for it.
- 11:47Speaker 1: This was Diddy's defense.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Now what I told y'all when he said that.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I said that one ain't going nowhere, ain't nobody trying to hear that?
- 12:00Speaker 1: Spiking drinks, freak offs, forced sex, all of these, all of these different things.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Nobody's trying to believe that.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Uh, this is only happening to you because you're black and we're gonna let you off because you say it's a race thing.
- 12:18Speaker 1: And it took a while for the feds to respond to that.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Well, they just responded.
- 12:25Speaker 1: And Diddy is cooked, diddy is fried, diddy is waffle-makered, diddy is crock-potted, diddy is Crock-potted.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Whatever they do at Benihana Diddy is that Because he getting cooked for the whole world to see it.
- 12:56Speaker 1: And when you do the type of stuff that he's done, conray ain't no fun.
- 13:03Speaker 1: So let's get into this article.
- 13:05Speaker 1: It reads diddy is attempting to dismiss a charge in the superseding indictment filed against him on the basis that the law itself is racist.
- 13:20Speaker 1: And now the feds have responded saying that is absolutely not the case.
- 13:29Speaker 1: According to documents filed Tuesday March 4th and obtained by Hip Hop DX, the government referred to the moguls claim as outrageous and illogical.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Government referred to the moguls claim as outrageous and illogical, emphasizing that race played no role whatsoever in the decision to seek the charges contained in the indictment, which instead stem from the defendant's decades of criminal conduct.
- 14:02Speaker 1: The docs concluded because the defendant offers nothing more than conjecture to suggest otherwise the motion should be denied.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Hip-hop dx reached out to diddy's legal team for comment but did not hear back immediately.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Diddy's motion's motion, filed on February 18th, focuses on the charge of transportation to engage in prostitution, one of three counts in the indictment indictment along with the sex trafficking and racketeering.
- 14:39Speaker 1: It claims that there has never been a similar prosecution under the man act and no white person has ever been targeted with the law, a law which has been in place for over a hundred years and was designed to prohibit the transportation of women for freak-offs or sex.
- 15:07Speaker 1: The filing claims that Diddy is the victim of racism from the government, saying Mr Combs has been singled out because he is a powerful black man and he is being prosecuted for conduct that regularly goes unpunished.
- 15:27Speaker 1: This ain't no damn defense, diddy.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Whatever you pay, he paying them $5,000 an hour.
- 15:39Speaker 1: He could pay me $1,000 an hour.
- 15:43Speaker 1: I'd give him better advice than go with this.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I would look him square in his eyes while we meeting in the prison and say, diddy, you know you sound like a damn fool, right?
- 15:54Speaker 1: Ain't no way.
- 15:56Speaker 1: This ain't working.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I ain't going to tell you why.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I ain't going to even tell you that you're wrong, diddy, but I am going to tell you you're wrong, diddy.
- 16:05Speaker 1: But I am gonna tell you To your face this some bullshit they not gonna let you off Of some nasty Trifling.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Devilish, satanic, borderline, insane Conduct.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Devilish, satanic, borderline, insane conduct.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Because other people wasn't brought in for this.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Like that's your sport celebrity used to being catered to, as that's what got you here and that's what got him even thinking that they gonna let you off for flying in sex and prostitution because you saying other people ain't got caught up in this man.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Everybody will use that damn excuse if that, if that was the case, I remember I was speeding in cleveland heights cleveland heights, one of the most, uh, racist towns, especially back in the day.
- 17:19Speaker 1: If you were driving, if you look like me, you was getting pulled over.
- 17:23Speaker 1: And let me tell you this, when they took me in for a ticket had I said, hey, they only pull over black people.
- 17:33Speaker 1: They didn't pull over no white people.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Guess what the judge would have slammed?
- 17:38Speaker 1: The judge would have slammed the gavel, told me what my fine was, points would have been added on to my thing and they would have sent me out the door.
- 17:45Speaker 1: So if you're looking for me to feel sorry for you on some prostitution-type charge, I ain't doing it and anybody got a problem with it.
- 17:53Speaker 1: You on the wrong cast Because I just tell it straight forward, I put myself in those shoes.
- 18:01Speaker 1: How many times I done walked in somewhere and thought, maybe because I was this color, that color?
- 18:08Speaker 1: How many times did I think I was being picked on or whatever?
- 18:11Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you, like my dad told me ain't no excuses, only solutions.
- 18:17Speaker 1: And guess what the solution is Stay the fuck out the way.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Ain't nobody trying to hear you cry?
- 18:25Speaker 1: You're a billionaire doing all this wild and crazy stuff and you want us to feel sorry for you as a black man when you destroyed many black men and women.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Some I know personally.
- 18:42Speaker 1: So when people be in the comments talking about why you trying to bring down the black, I know people who.
- 18:45Speaker 1: So when people be in the comments talking about why are you trying to bring down the blood, I know people who he's brought down personally.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Maybe you don't, so go ahead and have your opinions, but I do know personally, and anybody that I rock with I'm standing ten toes.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I don't care if the other person is Diddy or whoever he is.
- 19:03Speaker 1: If it ain't right.
- 19:05Speaker 1: If it ain't right, it ain't right.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Told you.
- 19:09Speaker 1: I ain't got time for this on my birthday.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I'm trying to chill and stay into the birthday mode, so let's keep going.
- 19:15Speaker 1: It asks what.
- 19:18Speaker 1: What was racist in its inception has often been racist in its operation.
- 19:23Speaker 1: The following also reiterates the defense's argument that all sexual activity involving ditties and other others was consensual.
- 19:34Speaker 1: The government has concocted a criminal case based on primarily just allegations that Mr Combs and two of his longtime girlfriends sometimes brought a third party, a male escort, into their sexual relationship.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Now let me tell you how they still in did his money.
- 19:58Speaker 1: These lawyers.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Y'all have been through several bail and bond hearings.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Y'all have offered everything, including Diddy's left arm and his leg $50 million, $50 million.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Y'all claimed y'all was setting up all type of security so Diddy would be locked and confined, even if he was granted bail.
- 20:34Speaker 1: The court told you to take your $50 million and shove it up your behind.
- 20:47Speaker 1: And guess what?
- 20:50Speaker 1: One of my morning crews just gave me a good idea, and it was an idea I had and forgot all about it.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I forgot my own idea.
- 21:00Speaker 1: I'm that old.
- 21:02Speaker 1: He said in the chat you got to go uncensored for your birthday.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And guess what I say fuck that.
- 21:08Speaker 1: You right, so we is uncensored today.
- 21:12Speaker 1: So let me, let me, let me, let me back it up.
- 21:14Speaker 1: It's my birthday.
- 21:15Speaker 1: I definitely, I definitely don't got to censor myself on my damn birthday.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Fuck him.
- 21:20Speaker 1: So Fuck them.
- 21:23Speaker 1: So after all that, diddy, they wouldn't even take $50 million to let you to buy you bruh.
- 21:33Speaker 1: And you think, after all of that, you can just say that the sex was consensual and all is good.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Now Think about that y'all.
- 21:49Speaker 1: I ain't don't.
- 21:50Speaker 1: I can't be the only one that think this is the craziest.
- 21:54Speaker 1: They just you offered everything but your mama Mohawk, mama Diddy herself.
- 22:03Speaker 1: You offered everything except the kitchen sink and, matter of fact, you threw the kitchen sink in there and they still wouldn't let you buy.
- 22:11Speaker 1: But you think saying that all that sex was consensual is a good defense?
- 22:18Speaker 1: Man, sign me up, diddy, put me on the lord.
- 22:22Speaker 1: You just giving away money.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Pay me five thousand an hour and I can just shoot from the hip and give you some and give you some crazy advice, because this is wild and we can say what we want about Jay-Z.
- 22:36Speaker 1: People could be mad at this and think he did that, but let's just call a spade a spade.
- 22:40Speaker 1: One thing about this is the difference between Jay-Z and Diddy.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Jay-z giving Tony Busby a run for his money because Jay-Z got the right team and I'm sure he's listening to his team.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Diddy is over here looking like comedy amateur hour public defender.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I've seen public defenders with more put up a stronger case.
- 23:06Speaker 1: It all points to the fact of why Diddy is here and why he gone right, because he don't listen to nobody.
- 23:18Speaker 1: He think he know it all and, like my family would say, if you think you know it all, and like my family would say, if you think you know it all, your ass wouldn't if you knew it, all your ass wouldn't be in the prison where you at right now.
- 23:30Speaker 1: So if you ain't nothing more than did he in prison, thinking he knowing more than everybody else, that boy something else.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Let's continue in this uncensored version on my beat hey.
- 23:50Speaker 1: It also repeats the accusation that federal prosecutors have been leaking information about the case to the media.
- 23:56Speaker 1: He brings this up again.
- 23:57Speaker 1: The government's handling of this case demonstrates bias and animus.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Of this case demonstrates bias and animus.
- 24:03Speaker 1: It has gone out of its way to humiliate Mr Combs, to prejudice the jury pool with pretrial publicity that plays on racist tropes.
- 24:12Speaker 1: It has leaked damaging and oftentimes false materials to the press.
- 24:18Speaker 1: So the government is tainting the jury pool, but you behind bars, orchestrating social media campaigns trying to taint the jury pool in your favor.
- 24:40Speaker 1: You gotta have some nerve to file motions about the same shit you doing.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Remember Diddy had his son go on his page and say hey, y'all the Notorious BIG.
- 25:02Speaker 1: I'm about to.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I'm taking over my dad's page so I can show you the history and the good things of bad boys and all the good deeds that my dad has done.
- 25:14Speaker 1: And when he made that big announcement, you know that was coming from Diddy Guess what.
- 25:21Speaker 1: He proceeded to drop no videos to show us none of the good stuff he did.
- 25:27Speaker 1: See, that went over a lot of people's heads.
- 25:31Speaker 1: But I pay attention to it all.
- 25:32Speaker 1: That's why I can call out stuff months and months in advance.
- 25:37Speaker 1: A lot of your favorite podcasters listen to my stuff and then they run with my stuff Because my delivery and my content is so authentic.
- 25:47Speaker 1: You can't even take it without me knowing, because I don't even listen to nobody else's stuff At all.
- 25:57Speaker 1: That's why my takes be totally my takes.
- 26:01Speaker 1: And then when I hear somebody else saying, I'll be like, oh, I'll be smiling like a proud dad Looking at his fellow podcaster who, who, who, who learned a lot from my podcast.
- 26:12Speaker 1: You ain't heard nobody mention that.
- 26:17Speaker 1: But if you go back to Diddy's Instagram and if you've been following this like a hawk like I have been, and if you've been following this like a hawk like I have been, when Diddy was trying to put that full court press on the media, he had his son make this big announcement.
- 26:29Speaker 1: He went to Diddy's page.
- 26:31Speaker 1: He dropped some old bad boy music, some biggie music, and said I'm taking over my dad's page and from here on out I'll be posting all the good stuff my dad's did over this history and we ain't get one damn post after that.
- 26:48Speaker 1: It was almost like he said after like nobody thought it through and after he said that he went to go find out all the good stuff his dad did and he couldn't find shit.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Why am I even talking about that?
- 27:08Speaker 1: Because it just points to the fact that Diddy is running his own legal defense, which is why it looked like a dumpster fire.
- 27:20Speaker 1: And I remind you who was the first one to say that.
- 27:24Speaker 1: I called out Diddy's whole legal campaign crap.
- 27:27Speaker 1: The first week he was arrested, back in September, wasn't nobody talking about how horrible this legal defense is?
- 27:36Speaker 1: Now they are, but I'm used to that.
- 27:41Speaker 1: If you've been following me, I say stuff.
- 27:43Speaker 1: But I'm used to that.
- 27:45Speaker 1: If you've been following me, I say stuff.
- 27:47Speaker 1: And before it'd be months later, when it finally comes, when everybody else can see it, I told you I ain't had time for this on my damn birthday.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Here they go with this.
- 28:07Speaker 1: I like.
- 28:07Speaker 1: I hate stupidity and I hate when they think we stupid.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And so during a pretrial hearing last October, a prosecutor called similar accusations made by legal Diddy's legal team as baseless.
- 28:24Speaker 1: The government previously rejected all his claims of discriminating, and y'all know Diddy has been in jail ever since.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Needless to say, I don't think the government, I don't think the government, I don't think the courts is going to go for ditties because I'm black, because I'm black and I ain't going for it.
- 28:53Speaker 1: And y'all know I stand for my people.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I've been fighting for my people ever since I built this platform.
- 29:01Speaker 1: But I ain't fighting for no stupidity, because see, that ain't the family I come from, my family.
- 29:08Speaker 1: We love you to death, but when you do some stupid shit, you on your own, you figure it out.
- 29:13Speaker 1: We're going to help you in an emergency, we're going to hold you down in public, but behind the scenes, you on your fucking own.
- 29:24Speaker 1: And that's the type of love did he need.
- 29:29Speaker 1: That's the type of love I don't think mama mohawk gave him.
- 29:39Speaker 1: And so, hopefully, tomorrow we get the enterprise letter.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Y'all, we will be watching intently.
- 29:44Speaker 1: They ain't said nothing about it, which is scaring me, because I would have thought they would have said hey, tomorrow the Enterprise letter is coming.
- 29:52Speaker 1: I ain't heard shit.
- 29:53Speaker 1: It's my birthday and I ain't heard shit.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I'm going to call up to the court.
- 30:00Speaker 1: It's my birthday today.
- 30:01Speaker 1: What the fuck is going on with the thing tomorrow.
- 30:03Speaker 1: You know people use their birthday for anything.
- 30:07Speaker 1: Damn it, I want special treatment Just the one day.
- 30:14Speaker 1: I want to call in and say, look, it's my damn birthday, don't come in here with this shit tomorrow Talking about y'all ain't got no damn enterprise letter, and so let's move on.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Tie the mohawk, ditty's ass, no, ditty.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Let's move on to Jay Z and Tony Busby, and the drama is the drama is the drama is drama.
- 30:47Speaker 1: You hear me?
- 30:50Speaker 1: So what is going on with Jay-Z with the big hair and Tony must be Busby?
- 31:00Speaker 1: Well, they throwing mud at Diddy.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I mean, tony, tony Busby is getting mud thrown his way, officially.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Also, jay-z done admitted that he spoke to an investigator that could have him in trouble.
- 31:32Speaker 1: So first of all, let's get into this mud being slung Tony Busby's way and then we'll get into what the deadler got going on.
- 31:45Speaker 1: I mean, uh, the the jiggler got going on.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Oh, let's see, this is from uh, uh, sk pop.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Uh, diva sing.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Diva sing is the writer.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Title of this audience.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Uh, a title of this article is claudia brady claims intimidation tactic.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Tactics recounted by jay-z's accuser was repurposed from the story of tony budby was harassing her.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Now claudia brady is tech moguls tech mogul greg brady's ex-wife.
- 32:34Speaker 1: I know that's a lot, but keep up with me.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Uh.
- 32:40Speaker 1: She commented saying that claudia alleged that the intimidation tactic tactics that this new accuser that uh, tony busby was representing for jay-z uh against jay-z saying that she stole her story.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Basically, in her tweet, claudia attached tmg stories, tmc's story on jay-z accuser, stating that she was terrified of the rapper.
- 33:09Speaker 1: The TMZ piece mentioned that Jane Doe, who sued the rapper, aka Hov, on account of SA.
- 33:15Speaker 1: The woman alleged that investigators attempted to get her signature on a document falsifying her claims against Jay-Z.
- 33:25Speaker 1: However, she denied it.
- 33:28Speaker 1: This is the craziest thing.
- 33:32Speaker 1: This is actually my story on how Busby was harassing me People leaving shit at my house and strange men that look like investigators popping up to intimidate me.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Ironically, this Sunday I told my prior counsel about this.
- 33:46Speaker 1: In another tweet from the same day, claudia Brady added that she told her prior counsel about Tony Busby trying to make her sign a release and intimidating her.
- 33:57Speaker 1: She stated that her claims were flipped to Jane Doe's story and that she would share receipts supporting her claims.
- 34:07Speaker 1: The release in question is, speculatively a press release by Claudia dismissing her claims against Busby, so trying to say that the old girl stole her story and, like I said, you know I wasn't there in 2000.
- 34:33Speaker 1: I can't say what happened to this girl.
- 34:37Speaker 1: I can't say if she's telling the truth, I can't say if she's lying.
- 34:40Speaker 1: All I know is the story, the case is dismissed.
- 34:45Speaker 1: But what I can say is she shouldn't be going through all this like this is getting ridiculous.
- 34:53Speaker 1: She got, uh, jay-z.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Not only did she dismiss it, but then, as she dismiss it, you got a three times billionaire filing a defamation suit against somebody who just a regular person out here trying to make it.
- 35:11Speaker 1: You got people saying she took, she recanted her story.
- 35:17Speaker 1: You then you got her coming out saying she didn't.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Now you got this Claudia who I never knew, I never heard of Claudia to today.
- 35:29Speaker 1: You got her talking about she stole her story or the story like Everybody, calm the fuck down for a second.
- 35:39Speaker 1: You know, sometimes you don't even know the words to say, but you just want everybody to just sit their ass down for a second.
- 35:49Speaker 1: My mom used to do that.
- 35:50Speaker 1: You know, sometimes it was three of us.
- 35:53Speaker 1: It was me, my brother, my sister.
- 35:54Speaker 1: You know, sometimes you get to playing and doing and sometimes just kind of just be too much going on around her and and she didn't know what exactly to say, and it was I was doing shit, my brother was doing shit, my sister doing shit, we she cooking, she ain't supposed to be cooking, I'm playing game, you know, we.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Just you know.
- 36:13Speaker 1: Every now and then it just gets out of control.
- 36:16Speaker 1: My mom used to just say you know what, everybody, just sit your asses down and let me figure out what the hell I'm going to find.
- 36:24Speaker 1: I'm going to find something for y'all to do.
- 36:25Speaker 1: In times like this, this one, you need your mama because I need my mama to just get in front of Tony Busby, jay-z, claudia and all these big wigs that's handling this shit and just say you know what.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Y'all.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Sit your ass down for a second wigs that's handling this shit and just say you know, what?
- 36:41Speaker 1: y'all?
- 36:42Speaker 1: Sit your ass down for a second.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Everybody doing too much.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Jay-z, she dropped it.
- 36:52Speaker 1: That wasn't enough for you.
- 36:55Speaker 1: I can understand the defamation suit against Tony Busby.
- 37:00Speaker 1: That's your right.
- 37:00Speaker 1: I'm with you.
- 37:02Speaker 1: If you think you, if you, innocent and you beat it and you want to go after the Lord, cool.
- 37:07Speaker 1: But you fucked up when you put a defamation suit on somebody that probably don't have $2.
- 37:14Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 37:15Speaker 1: I know she not a billionaire in Alabama and that's when you doing too much.
- 37:22Speaker 1: And a lot of times when you do too much too much, come back and jay-z done opened his mouth and admitted that he spoke with private investigators.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Now this was the first move where I kind of just think between following the defamation against some little woman in Alabama who already dropped the case.
- 37:49Speaker 1: That was a stupid move.
- 37:52Speaker 1: And as far as handling this case, I ain't really said Jay-Z did anything like literally stupid, stupid.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Yet, like you know, his legal team has handled it.
- 38:04Speaker 1: I think you know as well as they can and all of that.
- 38:08Speaker 1: But these last couple of moves that Jay-Z has pulled, I don't know about it and let me tell you why.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Now that he's admitted that he has been, that he dealt with a private investigator where he said out his own mouth.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Now you got people like, well then, now you're giving credence to her story of saying that she been cornered and harassed by private investigators and all type of stuff.
- 38:44Speaker 1: So people like you just gave credence to her story.
- 38:52Speaker 1: And so when they asked Jay-Z I think this was TMZ Jay-Z said I think this was TMZ.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Jay-z said he quoted what the private investigator told him and everybody said, well, shit, hold on, so she ain't lying about being harassed by private investigators.
- 39:16Speaker 1: And then they started wondering well, when did Diddy know about her?
- 39:19Speaker 1: Because the lawyer knew about her in December, yet Diddy claims he didn't know about her until February 21st when he filed the motion.
- 39:28Speaker 1: So who lying?
- 39:32Speaker 1: Who?
- 39:36Speaker 1: Who making up shit?
- 39:39Speaker 1: So all of this about?
- 39:44Speaker 1: So all of this about they didn't do this.
- 39:49Speaker 1: They didn't do that.
- 39:50Speaker 1: We gotta break down this whole Jay Z situation.
- 39:53Speaker 1: But before we do that, I do not want to forget shout out Not Dreamin' for the birthday lunch birthday love first, and then I have a special subscriber today.

- 40:28Speaker 1: We can say what the hell we want on this podcast.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Why?
- 40:31Speaker 1: Because the people are supporting, and that's why I tell you all the most important people to this movement are the subscribers.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Without them, we have no show, because when you want to tell, tell the truth, if you want to stay from being compromised, you got to stay away from their money.
- 40:51Speaker 1: And if you, if you do have to accept that big corporate money, you want to accept it on your terms, where it's like hey look, we already self-sufficient over here if you want to, if you want to sponsor something cool, but if we don't like something you do or whatever, we're going to tell you to kick rocks.

- 50:15Speaker 2: Pastor Jamal Bryan of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Stonecrest is calling for a 40 day economic fast to protest Target's decision to scale back its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- 50:25Speaker 2: The movement is gaining some momentum.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Economic fast to protest targets decision to scale back its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- 50:28Speaker 2: The movement is gaining some momentum with more than 50,000 people already signing a petition in support.
- 50:34Speaker 2: Organizers hope to reach a hundred thousand signatures.
- 50:37Speaker 2: That boycott officially started today.
- 50:39Speaker 2: It runs through April.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Y'all that blackout.
- 50:45Speaker 1: I don't know how it's affecting everybody or how it's affecting all the business, but Target is taking a beating and I like it Because y'all know about me I'm for the common person, we for the average everyday American.
- 51:07Speaker 1: And Target did what I told you you don't ever want to do and it's called doing too much.
- 51:14Speaker 1: They didn't even have to interject themselves into this conversation.
- 51:20Speaker 1: They could have been like Apple.
- 51:22Speaker 1: When you're a big company, you don't let nobody tell you what to do.
- 51:26Speaker 1: Target should have kept.
- 51:28Speaker 1: Target should have just kept going on how they were going.
- 51:31Speaker 1: Women love everybody love it.
- 51:34Speaker 1: But I was talking to my friend the other day.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Women love Target.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Most of the women I know they swear by Target.
- 51:42Speaker 1: They don't even fool with Walmart and y'all know women do the most shopping.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Look at the stats.
- 51:48Speaker 1: But now women are saying hell no to target.
- 51:51Speaker 1: Aisles are empty, stocks dropping and and this is just now they're extending the boycott.
- 52:04Speaker 1: They're're doing a 40 day boycott on target and you know my saying.
- 52:09Speaker 1: I ain't telling you what to do.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Some of y'all might, some of y'all might, be behind target.
- 52:14Speaker 1: Y'all might think getting rid of DEI is good.
- 52:18Speaker 1: That's on you.
- 52:19Speaker 1: I'm not telling you.
- 52:21Speaker 1: You got to be a part of the movement.
- 52:22Speaker 1: I'm just letting y'all know the movement is there and if you want to be a part of it, it's going strong and you're going to see more boycotts and more unity with the people as we continue to move in 2025.
- 52:38Speaker 1: I'm making that prediction now.
- 52:40Speaker 1: It's not going to be Target, it's going to be all kinds of stuff, because people and the people in this world have had it and you know what else.
