- 2:49SPEAKER_07: Anybody, anybody, y'all know them boys that spoke out again?
- 2:53SPEAKER_07: The Nolan Wells story, the story that keeps on storying.
- 2:58SPEAKER_07: Uh the they have spoke out again.
- 3:07SPEAKER_07: They have spoke out again.
- 3:11SPEAKER_07: I don't know if it was a great thing, but we're gonna review it today.
- 3:17SPEAKER_07: Have any of y'all saw the uh the interview?
- 3:24SPEAKER_07: Okay, Fabian says he's at work right now.
- 3:28SPEAKER_07: Uh, but I'm at work now, can't listen to the show, but I'll catch it later.
- 3:32SPEAKER_07: Okay, Fabian, but have a good Fabian, have a good day at work.
- 3:37SPEAKER_07: Nurse Candy says they can't shut up, man.
- 3:40SPEAKER_07: Yeah, so we're gonna go over this.
- 3:42SPEAKER_07: This is my reaction.
- 3:42SPEAKER_07: I'm getting a little fancy, y'all.
- 3:44SPEAKER_07: This I don't know if y'all was here yesterday.
- 3:46SPEAKER_07: I done um did the picture in picture joint.
- 3:51SPEAKER_07: I was uh I was practicing yesterday.
- 3:53SPEAKER_07: I think a couple of y'all caught me practicing yesterday.
- 3:57SPEAKER_07: Uh, I was just went live for the Tupac thing, but I really went live trying to figure this shit out on how to do the uh the uh reaction where we can actually see the interviews, and I ain't gotta be sitting up here holding it on my freaking phone pointing at the fucking uh laptop.
- 4:15SPEAKER_07: It's time to move up.
- 4:17SPEAKER_07: So anyway, we're gonna get into this.
- 4:20SPEAKER_07: Y'all ready to y'all ready?
- 4:21SPEAKER_07: Y'all ready to react to this to this uh interview of the boys coming out talking about how victim, how much of a victim they are, and everybody should feel sorry for them.
- 4:33SPEAKER_07: Well, the only problem is only one person dead, and that's Nolan.
- 4:39SPEAKER_07: I can't feel sorry for those still living and breathing and enjoying their family.
- 4:44SPEAKER_07: Um, and the subject at hand is Nolan Wells.
- 4:47SPEAKER_07: Y'all ready for this?
- 4:51SPEAKER_07: Let's get this thing started.
- 4:54SPEAKER_07: Y'all ready?
- 4:55SPEAKER_07: Y'all drop y'all y'all ready?
- 4:58SPEAKER_07: Nurse Candy say, let's go.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: You know, obviously before this happened, you I would assume you're living a regular life, young guys being in college, um, you know, having a typical experience, then you lose your friend.
- 5:14SPEAKER_05: I think like ever since it happened, my life like a whole like even going out, you know, we're always paranoid somebody's gonna see us, get spotted, try to beat us up potentially, or nurse.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: You just joined, just met these young men more recently, um, and are confident that these young men nothing to we have uh Ed Paulsick, Warren, Jax, and then we have Morgan here.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: And so I talked to Warren last time I was here.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: We had a really deep conversation, and I'm glad that we were able to get other perspectives now that we have Ed here.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: Um, Ed is a defamation attorney.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: And I I want to start with you, Ed.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: You know, why why did you choose to work with the boys?
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: What are you what is your plans?
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: What do you expect to get out of working with now now?
- 6:10SPEAKER_07: Who the hell is that the lawyer over there?
- 6:14SPEAKER_07: Like, every time we pop up, it's a new guy.
- 6:17SPEAKER_07: Who is this, the lawyer?
- 6:18SPEAKER_07: Like, I really feel like people are trying to be famous, man, and I I don't like it.
- 6:24SPEAKER_07: Um this first of all, they are showing exact.
- 6:32SPEAKER_07: I see this interview already before we get it started.
- 6:35SPEAKER_07: This interview shows me exactly why Nolan is not here.
- 6:45SPEAKER_07: These boys, I believe, in my opinion, as friends, it seemed like they used Nolan when he was alive in the same way they used him, they're using him now.
- 6:58SPEAKER_07: I'm starting to feel like Nolan was the cop was the popular guy, and they just hung out and they hung out with him primarily because he was popular.
- 7:07SPEAKER_07: And the reason I say that is because it's just like now they're trying to make something off of Nolan's popularity to me.
- 7:16SPEAKER_07: Like, who is this guy on the end?
- 7:20SPEAKER_07: He ain't no damn kid.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: But then what's your expectations uh when it comes to defamation?
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: Well, I think an injustice in one place is an injustice everywhere.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: I hate lying, I care about the truth, but but most of all, it's the actual people who are involved here.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: So, first of all, I just want to say Tyler Cox really welcomed me here.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: My co-counsel, he's an incredible human being and he's an incredible attorney.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: And then after that, I had an opportunity to meet these incredible young men.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: And I just gotta say, these guys are unbelievable.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Warren, Jackson, Morgan, they're just beautiful people.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: They're they're really they're really decent human beings.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: Um, they're just great people.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: And, you know, that's why I'm here because I want to help great people.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: And it's just this is just this is a very sad situation, but it's also a very human situation, and it's a tragedy.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: So you guys have, you know, obviously before this happened, you I I would assume you're living a regular life, young guys being in college, um, you know, having a typical experience, then you lose your friend, uh, Nolan.
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: And after that, what has life been like for you guys?
- 8:31SPEAKER_04: Um, I really I think like ever since it happened, my life just like hit hit like a whole, like just it just stopped.
- 8:40SPEAKER_04: And I mean, we just gotta live day by day from now on.
- 8:44SPEAKER_05: I can say uh definitely a whole flip upside down for our lives.
- 8:52SPEAKER_05: It's like even going out, you know, we're always paranoid somebody's gonna see us, get spotted, try to beat us up potentially, or even worse.
- 9:02SPEAKER_05: Um, we're really just trying to stay low key and not go out as much or anything like that.
- 9:10SPEAKER_05: Um, yeah.
- 9:12SPEAKER_03: It's been hard because my friends and our people people, I mean, we like to be out and hang out outside of our fur group, you know.
- 9:21SPEAKER_07: Y'all, this this this situation, look at look at look at Warren, man.
- 9:26SPEAKER_07: Warren don't even look Warren don't even look the same anymore.
- 9:31SPEAKER_07: This is aging him.
- 9:34SPEAKER_07: What does he know?
- 9:35SPEAKER_07: Like I said, y'all, nobody is pending nothing on nobody.
- 9:39SPEAKER_07: But I believe people know what the hell is going on, and people are scared to come out and say what the hell happened.
- 9:46SPEAKER_07: But Warren looks like he's about 20 years older.
- 9:51SPEAKER_07: If you think about from the time we first, from the pictures, from the pictures to the very first interview to this interview, look at Warren.
- 10:01SPEAKER_07: I don't know, I'll let it go.
- 10:02SPEAKER_07: But that don't need I don't know.
- 10:04SPEAKER_07: Y'all tell me, am I tripping?
- 10:08SPEAKER_03: And uh not being able to like go certain places or you know walk around in public because our heads always on a swivel, it's really affected all of us.
- 10:18SPEAKER_03: I mean, especially in like my family's standpoint.
- 10:21SPEAKER_03: Uh my my safety comes first, my friends and family's safety come first too.
- 10:27SPEAKER_03: And it's it's been really hard because I'm worried about like my family as as well with uh me.
- 10:32SPEAKER_03: And it's it's hard, but you know, we're just going day by day and uh just trying to get through every day, you know.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: Can you give me some examples of what has happened?
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: Have you guys have had things happen online, threats online?
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: Have you guys have any examples of people accosting you or anything like that?
- 10:50SPEAKER_05: Oh yeah, we have had countless death threats online, uh, been spotted.
- 10:57SPEAKER_05: I'll let you elaborate more on that, being spotted.
- 11:00SPEAKER_03: We uh I mean, people have obviously just pointed us out.
- 11:06SPEAKER_03: I mean, as a group and even on a one-on-one setting, I think uh it's it's really just like awkward because I don't want to talk about this, and I know my friends don't want to talk about this any more than we need to.
- 11:17SPEAKER_03: You know, we're still mourning one of our best friends' death, and uh it's hard to speak about it when you know, like sometimes we just need some alone time, or sometimes we just need to, you know, lay back and not be around all this.
- 11:30SPEAKER_03: And uh, I mean, we've I've been called out in public, and I haven't been in public that much.
- 11:36SPEAKER_03: I know my friends have had encounters in public.
- 11:39SPEAKER_03: The threats have been insane from you know, my stepmom, my dad, my mom, every just everyone included, like even my brothers and my sisters, and uh, it's it's just hard.
- 11:52SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's it's unbelievable where like this has been taken to and the level where this is at.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: When you say you've been called out in public, can you give me an example of like what do you mean?
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: People are threatening you with weapons, people are you know not allowing you uh denying you service?
- 12:07SPEAKER_07: Because I I heard now I already see what this is this is this interview is about.
- 12:15SPEAKER_07: I'm sure y'all see it.
- 12:17SPEAKER_07: And this is not a good look to me.
- 12:19SPEAKER_07: This is not a good look for the for the quote unquote friends.
- 12:22SPEAKER_07: It's like no matter how bad you have it in your mind, you don't have it as bad as Nolan, who is not here anymore, and his mother.
- 12:36SPEAKER_07: And so we've been in this interview.
- 12:40SPEAKER_07: I guess this is the first uh like five, ten minutes of the interview, and it's like, woe is me, woe is me, woe is me.
- 12:51SPEAKER_07: It's all about them, it's not about Nolan.
- 12:55SPEAKER_07: It's like five percent about Nolan and 95 about how sad we should be for them and and how they feel uh uh how wrong they've been done.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: That Tracen he went to a uh corner store and they told him he his money is not good there.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: They wouldn't even let him buy Gatorade.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, are you experiencing things like that or something totally different?
- 13:20SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 13:21SPEAKER_03: Uh I wouldn't say like that.
- 13:23SPEAKER_03: I think I haven't been denied, you know, anything, but like Trayston, it it's it's hard to hear from a good friend of mine that he's getting denied a Gatorade in a Red Bull before work and having to like he calls me, he's like, dude, you won't believe what just happened.
- 13:41SPEAKER_03: He got called out at Walmart.
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: Someone called him out at Walmart and was like asking him all these questions and trying to press him about it.
- 13:47SPEAKER_03: And it's just it's crazy to me.
- 13:49SPEAKER_03: Like, you know, we live in a very tight-knit community, and for people to, you know, push back and say these things when they know what Ocean Springs is like, it's really hard.
- 14:00SPEAKER_03: And I mean, I don't think I haven't had many personal encounters, but I know being around the guys and stuff like that, they they they have so.
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: And Ed as a as an attorney that's representing these boys, I mean, what does that make you feel like, you know, do you feel like you got a good case here?
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: Or, you know, what's your perspective in that?
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: Because, you know, people are online and obviously they know who you are.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: Obviously, they know you represented uh Donald Trump in some pretty high-profile cases.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: And so now that you've joined, or at least now you work for a oh, oh y'all, so that's Donald Trump's old attorney.
- 14:40SPEAKER_07: Uh well, not old attorney, but that's Donald Trump's attorney.
- 14:44SPEAKER_07: I didn't know who the hell that guy was.
- 14:46SPEAKER_07: So, y'all, that's Donald Trump's attorney.
- 14:49SPEAKER_07: Uh, we didn't know that.
- 14:52SPEAKER_07: So that's Donald Trump's attorney sitting on the end.
- 14:55SPEAKER_07: Uh, the second one from the left, from my left, from our left, in the uh, what does that say?
- 15:01SPEAKER_07: Harbor.
- 15:02SPEAKER_07: The guy in the harbor shirt.
- 15:06SPEAKER_07: He is very his body language is not winning right now.
- 15:12SPEAKER_07: He's head down.
- 15:16SPEAKER_06: He's like a ghost right now.
- 15:22SPEAKER_06: Oh, Edward, whoever his name is.
- 15:24SPEAKER_07: Yeah, I didn't know that.
- 15:26SPEAKER_07: I was wondering who the hell that was.
- 15:28SPEAKER_07: I said everybody won't take 15 minutes of pain.
- 15:36SPEAKER_07: Oh, did y'all know that they said that that ain't even um, that's not even um they've been saying that person that they've been spotting has come out to not be Nolan.
- 15:46SPEAKER_07: I don't know if y'all heard that.
- 15:48SPEAKER_07: They kind of confirming a couple people confirmed that that wasn't Nolan that people were seeing, that was somebody else's.
- 15:54SPEAKER_07: Um, like the mother came out and said, That's my son, that's not Nolan.
- 15:59SPEAKER_07: So we still trying to figure out is that Nolan or what?
- 16:04SPEAKER_07: But like like this person said, is that a sign of him getting up?
- 16:10SPEAKER_07: I don't know.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: I mean, here you hear them say things like they've been accosted, they've been, you know, threatened online.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: Does that make your case a greater case?
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Or how how does how do you work within what's happening to these young men?
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: Well, unfortunately, I wish there was no case.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: I wish this hadn't happened.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: But unfortunately, because these things did happen, there is a case, and now there's multiple cases.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna tell you something.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: If you're out there and you lied about these guys, you lied about my guys, you lied about Tyler's guys here, if you lied about Morgan, if you lied about Jax, if you lied about Warren, we're gonna get you.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: And you're gonna be hauled into court, you're gonna be held accountable, and it's gonna be and you want to apologize and retract before you find yourself in court, you should probably do that now.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Because if you don't do that, once you're in court, now you just can't leave.
- 17:13SPEAKER_07: You won't, you won't be all right, and then and then at the same time threatening people and thinking it's funny.
- 17:21SPEAKER_07: Look, look at them laughing.
- 17:23SPEAKER_07: See, this is look at them laughing because they want to go after little ass content creators, but they don't want to find out what really happened to Nolan.
- 17:36SPEAKER_07: This this Trump attorney coming on here threatening people who talking about the case.
- 17:42SPEAKER_07: And as since you said this about this, you're gonna be in court, like y'all.
- 17:46SPEAKER_07: Let just let's just say, in other words, just say, hey y'all, all we give a fuck about is our name and our pockets.
- 17:55SPEAKER_07: We don't really give a damn about Noah.
- 17:58SPEAKER_07: That's what this look at your faces.
- 18:01SPEAKER_07: I wish I could zoom in on this shit.
- 18:04SPEAKER_07: They they they love hearing about suing people who are trying to help with this case.
- 18:17SPEAKER_07: All three laughing at him talking about suing people who ain't did shit, but talk about the case and try to find out what really happened to Nolan.
- 18:28SPEAKER_07: And to be honest, it's their own moves after whatever happened to Nolan.
- 18:34SPEAKER_07: It's their own moves that got everybody looking at them and and and and and and pointing the finger and saying either they did it or people feel like either they did it, or if they didn't do it, they absolutely know what happened and aren't saying anything.
- 18:52SPEAKER_07: Small town like Ocean Springs, everybody knows everything.
- 18:58SPEAKER_07: And they coming up here, we're supposed to be talking about Nolan, and the first time they really smile or show some emotion is when this lawyer talking about suing people who have been giving their opinion about this fucking case.
- 19:18SPEAKER_07: Let's continue.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Able to get out of it.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: And we're not gonna name names because there's some other folks who are doing that, and we want to be better than that.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: And I want to emphasize this, right?
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: We're not here to guess, uh, we're not here to speculate, we're only gonna deal in facts, right?
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: Here's the most important thing, right?
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: We don't know how Nolan Wells died.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: No one here is saying we know, but what we do know is Morgan, Jax, and Warren had nothing whatsoever to do with Nolan Wells' death.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: And that's what's important.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: And unfortunately, because there are people who want to divide a town and come in from the outside and tell people what to think and pit neighbor against neighbor, it compounds the tragedy, it magnifies the tragedy.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: And I just want to say this here's here's why it's an even bigger tragedy.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Because my friends here, hey Trump's lawyer.
- 20:19SPEAKER_07: We um we barely want to hear from the guy from Nolan's quote-unquote friends, but we absolutely don't want to hear this much yapping from you.
- 20:29SPEAKER_07: Trump's lawyer yapping too much for me.
- 20:32SPEAKER_07: I'm about to hit fast forward on his ass.
- 20:35SPEAKER_07: He he he coming into this interview doing the majority of the talking, and he is the last one we even want to hear anything he got to say.
- 20:43SPEAKER_07: You weren't fucking on Horn, you weren't on Horn Island, you don't know Nolan, you weren't in Mississippi, I'm sure, when all this went down.
- 20:52SPEAKER_07: Yet you got so much to say.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: Bring Jacks and Warren.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: These guys are not just the finest that Ocean Springs has to offer, finest that Mississippi has to offer.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: These are the finest young men that America has to offer.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: You know, really great people.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: And Tyler, Tyler actually taught me uh good ocean springs people.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: That was one of the first things I heard uh um when I got here.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: So I'll I'll just say that they're good ocean springs people.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: Sorry to interrupt.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: I know you're enjoying this incredible interview.
- 21:22SPEAKER_01: Make sure to like, subscribe button, and also join our mission program.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: Let's get back to the interview.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: And how confident are you?
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: Because you just joined, just met the young man more recently.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: Um, and are you confident that these young men had nothing to do with it?
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: Kind's not a strong enough word.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: In fact, beyond a reasonable doubt is not strong enough.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: There's a 0% chance that they did anything wrong.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: So this is not 90%, it's not 99%, it's not 99.9999, there's no decimals, there's no anything.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: It's a hundred percent, hundred point zero zero zero percent, nothing.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: They did nothing wrong.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: And that's the problem.
- 22:07SPEAKER_07: Does this Officer Tatum guy not give the most softball, underhand, granny style, rolling kickball type of questions?
- 22:17SPEAKER_07: Like, do you think they had anything to do with it?
- 22:21SPEAKER_07: What the fuck you think he's gonna say?
- 22:23SPEAKER_07: Well, I think they had a little bit to do with it, Officer Tatum.
- 22:27SPEAKER_07: Like 10%.
- 22:28SPEAKER_07: Like these questions, Officer Tatum, your interviews are like uh like kid handling a person with kid gloves.
- 22:41SPEAKER_07: Do you do you think do you do do you think these guys, you're gonna ask his lawyer, do he think do they that they had anything to do with it?
- 22:52SPEAKER_07: I can't make this shit up, y'all.
- 22:55SPEAKER_07: I can't make it up.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: For our opponents here, who have ruined their lives, dragged them through the mud, and attacked them.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: You don't get to lie.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: We have the First Amendment, we love our First Amendment, but you don't get to lie and hurt people.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: You want to lie and it doesn't hurt people, fine.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: You lie and you hurt people, that's why we have defamation.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: And that's what this is about.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: So I just want to emphasize this in the strongest possible terms.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: Zero wrongdoing, completely innocent, totally innocent, and categorically innocent.
- 23:30SPEAKER_01: And you guys have had experiences with either people threatening you online.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: I know that Warren, we talked about this before.
- 23:39SPEAKER_01: And we talked a little, or at least spoke a little bit about when you go out, you guys are getting accosted by people.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: Can you give us an example of, or at least tell the audience, an example of an incident where you guys may have been accosted?
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: Or what does that look like when you go out?
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: People threaten you with weapons, or people trying to physically harm you, or people having to be restrained?
- 24:00SPEAKER_01: What, what, what kind of engagement is happening when you guys go out?
- 24:06SPEAKER_03: We went to a restaurant, a couple of buddies of mine, and uh when we were, I wouldn't say threatening with weapons or anything, but I felt, and I know my friends felt, threaten for our lives.
- 24:18SPEAKER_03: I mean, I don't think there was like a fear factor, but at the same time, like it's it's awkward in public, like I stated, like we when we have to talk about these things, but we went to a restaurant and someone came up to me and was like, Is this you?
- 24:35SPEAKER_03: And I was kind of like shaking up about it.
- 24:39SPEAKER_03: Well, at first she asked, she asked like my name and yeah, like all these questions, and I was like, Okay, whatever.
- 24:44SPEAKER_03: You know, she's coming up to talk.
- 24:46SPEAKER_03: Well, then she came up to me again and showed me our first interview and was like, Are you sure this isn't you?
- 24:52SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Well, yeah, that's me, like obviously.
- 24:56SPEAKER_03: And um she uh she kind of just I looked at my buddy and I was like, Yeah, we're leaving, like close, like close everything out, like we're going.
- 25:06SPEAKER_03: And uh I left, and there was an altercation after I left with some of my buddies that weren't involved in this at all.
- 25:13SPEAKER_03: And they told my friends that they were gonna kill them and they wanted to fight and all this like crazy stuff.
- 25:19SPEAKER_03: I mean, I had I wasn't there, but my friends told me this.
- 25:22SPEAKER_03: That the the what the people were saying to them was like totally just crazy.
- 25:28SPEAKER_03: Like, I mean, there was people like that were you know, outside of this telling us like, hey, you need to leave before something happens because I know what could go down right now, and like I know like these people are crazy.
- 25:39SPEAKER_03: So I mean, I we all felt we were kind of shook, like, shaken up about that.
- 25:43SPEAKER_03: It was it was weird because it was our first encounter as a group, and I think it's also like just crazy that people will like look at you in the eye and tell you they'll kill you because they believe you killed your best friend and you have nothing to do with it.
- 25:57SPEAKER_03: And Morgan and Jax, were you guys there?
- 25:59SPEAKER_01: Yes, we were there.
- 26:00SPEAKER_07: Uh okay, so Warren.
- 26:04SPEAKER_07: Warren wants us to feel bad for him because a young lady went up to him and said, Are you Warren from the interview?
- 26:12SPEAKER_07: When nobody asked you to come out and and do interviews and and and and become a famous face.
- 26:26SPEAKER_06: If you if you if you don't like the attention, why do you keep doing interviews?
- 26:40SPEAKER_06: That's a simple question.
- 26:41SPEAKER_07: I I I I am I am I tripping?
- 26:45SPEAKER_07: You constantly keep putting yourself in the public eye doing these interviews, yet you act surprised because a l a young lady came up to you and said, Are you worried?
- 27:04SPEAKER_07: And then when you leave, all type of stuff happens, but it didn't happen while you were there.
- 27:12SPEAKER_07: I'm trying to make this make sense.
- 27:13SPEAKER_07: Like, stop doing interviews then.
- 27:19SPEAKER_07: That's like me being mad when people recognize me in public and I'm on here doing videos every day, trying to get as many views and and and and and build my platform to be as big as it can be, and then and then I'm and then I'm sitting down talking about y'all.
- 27:35SPEAKER_07: Well, we went to the restaurant and this this this this girl said, Are you flow?
- 27:42SPEAKER_07: and it just kind of rattled me.
- 27:45SPEAKER_05: I would I didn't hear the part where they said they were gonna kill him and stuff, but I did hear whenever she came up to him originally, she was like, Hey, uh, you have you have like TikTok or anything like that?
- 27:57SPEAKER_05: Your face looks really familiar.
- 27:58SPEAKER_05: And he was like, No, I don't have TikTok or anything like that.
- 28:01SPEAKER_05: She was like, Okay, and then walked off and then came back with, like you said, the interview, the first interview on her phone, and showing him she's like, So this isn't you.
- 28:11SPEAKER_05: Either you have a doppelganger, this is you.
- 28:13SPEAKER_05: And he was like, Well, yeah, that's me.
- 28:15SPEAKER_05: And then we uh got the check and we bounced and we were waiting outside for everybody else to get out of there.
- 28:22SPEAKER_05: And while we're waiting outside, is whenever uh some of our other buddies that aren't even on social media that were just there with was getting told that there were other people are gonna kill them and all that kind of stuff.
- 28:35SPEAKER_01: So, how did that make you guys feel?
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: When you I mean, did you think they were serious?
- 28:39SPEAKER_01: Did you think it was just people trying to make a name for themselves by confronting you in front of others?
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: Like, what's your what was your take on that?
- 28:47SPEAKER_04: I think it was just like uh I was so I was in the general area of where uh one of our buddies was um where this alter take altercation happened, and uh I actually got into a conversation with uh a fellow next to me that wasn't even involved, and he told me he told me straight up, he was like, if I was y'all right now, I would leave before y'all get hurt.
- 29:11SPEAKER_04: Um, y'all need to leave right now.
- 29:14SPEAKER_04: I'm just watching out for y'all and making sure y'all are safe.
- 29:18SPEAKER_04: And I mean, I wouldn't say that those people would have physically done something in that moment, but I think they were playing like a almost like a mental game, like just to get into your head and just almost like make you make yourself like just think these things that obviously are not true.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: If you can go back to the very beginning of this, how would you how do you think this should have played out?
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: Because I always question in my mind that when I go back, I look at what happened, I would look at the initial stories with Nolan, and you guys knew it.
- 29:58SPEAKER_07: Before they answer that question, the more you listen to this interview, you start, if you if you just separate yourself from what everything you know, and just start listening to this interview, you would think Nolan was alive, and something happened to these guys.
- 30:19SPEAKER_07: You know what I'm saying?
- 30:20SPEAKER_07: Like, just if you just separate from everything you know from this case and just watch this as if this is the first time you're seeing this, you'd be like, what happened to these poor kids?
- 30:31SPEAKER_07: You be like, No, they friend died.
- 30:34SPEAKER_07: You turn the channel.
- 30:38SPEAKER_07: This is crazy.
- 30:39SPEAKER_07: I don't think this is a I don't think it's a good idea.
- 30:42SPEAKER_07: I don't know.
- 30:43SPEAKER_07: I ain't a lawyer, but um I don't think any of these interviews helped them.
- 30:49SPEAKER_07: Not to mention um it's too much about what they're going through.
- 30:56SPEAKER_07: And and anytime you got someone who's dead and a family grieving, nobody wants to feel sorry for the people who are alive.
- 31:09SPEAKER_07: That's just life.
- 31:11SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 31:11SPEAKER_01: I I didn't know him.
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: I know none of you guys.
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: I just had a chance to meet you guys more recently.
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: But how do you think this should have gone if you could control the environment?
- 31:21SPEAKER_01: Nolan is found, um, deceased.
- 31:25SPEAKER_01: How do you guys think that this should have been put out to the world?
- 31:28SPEAKER_05: So, first off, I wish that none of this would ever happen.
- 31:33SPEAKER_05: I wish Nolan could still be here with us today.
- 31:36SPEAKER_07: And I wish that like I said, none of this Smash that like button and subscribe, y'all.
- 31:42SPEAKER_07: What y'all waiting on?
- 31:44SPEAKER_05: Whatever happened.
- 31:45SPEAKER_05: Like if I I wish that all this could be a race and Nolan could be here tomorrow.
- 31:50SPEAKER_05: I mean, that that's that's more than anything.
- 31:53SPEAKER_05: But other than that, I feel like his mom blasting us on social media from the get-go, saying that she that he was out there with Warren and another guy.
- 32:07SPEAKER_05: Uh first started to take off.
- 32:10SPEAKER_05: And then also the fact that she posted a picture of me and Morgan and another guy.
- 32:18SPEAKER_07: Wait a minute.
- 32:19SPEAKER_07: Hold on.
- 32:20SPEAKER_07: He ain't, I'm not hearing, I'm not, I don't think I'm am I hearing some little blame on the mother?
- 32:28SPEAKER_07: Did I hear?
- 32:29SPEAKER_07: Help me out, chat.
- 32:32SPEAKER_07: Did I hear, did I hear him put some blame on Nolan Wells' mother for posting a picture?
- 32:41SPEAKER_06: I don't know if I heard that right.
- 32:50SPEAKER_06: I don't know if I heard that right.
- 32:51SPEAKER_07: Is that what rewind 30 seconds?
- 32:53SPEAKER_07: Alright.
- 32:54SPEAKER_07: Let's see, let me rewind the 30 seconds out now.
- 32:56SPEAKER_07: Y'all, y'all asking?
- 32:58SPEAKER_07: Y'all asking a lot now.
- 33:00SPEAKER_07: Cause you know how I mess up.
- 33:02SPEAKER_07: I go back to the beginning by mistake.
- 33:04SPEAKER_07: Let's see.
- 33:06SPEAKER_07: Let me go back a little bit.
- 33:09SPEAKER_07: Cause I think I heard a little blame on the mom.
- 33:12SPEAKER_07: Hold up.
- 33:13SPEAKER_05: And another guy.
- 33:17SPEAKER_05: Uh that's where it first started to take off.
- 33:20SPEAKER_05: And then also the fact that she posted a picture of me and Morgan and Mullen on someone could be here tomorrow.
- 33:31SPEAKER_05: I mean, that that's that's more than anything.
- 33:34SPEAKER_05: But other than that, I feel like his mom blasting us on social media from the get-go, saying that she that he was out there with Warren and another guy.
- 33:48SPEAKER_05: Uh, that's where it first started to take off.
- 33:51SPEAKER_05: And then also the fact that she posted a picture of me and Morgan and another guy and Nolan on the boat together, blasting that out there, pushing this narrative, kind of, I guess.
- 34:05SPEAKER_05: Uh I wish.
- 34:07SPEAKER_06: Wait a minute.
- 34:08SPEAKER_06: Wait a minute.
- 34:14SPEAKER_06: Wait a minute.
- 34:20SPEAKER_06: Wait one minute.
- 34:23SPEAKER_07: Are we now supposed to act like the mom was wrong for putting out pictures of who her son was hanging out with before he went missing and eventually unalive?
- 34:43SPEAKER_07: So if you're let me talk to the parents, if your if your child goes missing hanging out with a group of his friends that he quote unquote always hangs with, then you're not supposed to you, it's a problem with you putting a picture out of your son and who he was with to try to find out what happened?
- 35:07SPEAKER_06: Am I hearing that correctly?
- 35:12SPEAKER_06: That's what the like step said.
- 35:14SPEAKER_07: The fuck that's what she's supposed to do.
- 35:16SPEAKER_07: What is she supposed to do?
- 35:18SPEAKER_07: Not say nothing, don't give any information and just sit back and just cry?
- 35:30SPEAKER_07: Okay, so Aurora says she would post the picture, she would post her son's picture alone, but you need to you need the world to know who your son was with.
- 35:40SPEAKER_07: Yeah, post no picture alone because a person might not know your son, but they'll know his friend, they might know his friend and say, Oh, I know him and get some information to you.
- 35:53SPEAKER_07: Posting pictures alone is just not posting pictures alone, is just not uh effective enough.
- 36:08SPEAKER_07: If he goes somewhere with somebody, you say, Hey, this is the person my son was hanging with.
- 36:13SPEAKER_07: Hey, let me know if you seen him.
- 36:15SPEAKER_07: These are like, no, no, no, no, no.
- 36:17SPEAKER_07: We're not about to sit up here and blame Nolan's mom for posting pictures and you frantically trying to find out where your son is or what the hell happened.
- 36:33SPEAKER_07: Y'all realize she's he's dead, right?
- 36:37SPEAKER_07: Y'all realize he went missing and y'all saw her son.
- 36:45SPEAKER_07: Y'all saw her son last.
- 36:47SPEAKER_07: Not her.
- 36:48SPEAKER_07: She's she she she hasn't seen her son since what that Friday that he cooked her cooked or something.
- 36:57SPEAKER_07: See, this is this is the thing.
- 36:59SPEAKER_07: It ain't about point blame.
- 37:01SPEAKER_07: We don't know who did what, but this definitely shows that they don't un either they don't understand or they don't care.
- 37:18SPEAKER_07: You can't blame a mother for posting pictures.
- 37:20SPEAKER_07: You were hanging out with them.
- 37:22SPEAKER_07: What n are you talking about that you're creating a narrative?
- 37:26SPEAKER_07: Y'all said y'all was hanging out together.
- 37:29SPEAKER_07: She posted pictures of y'all hanging out together.
- 37:31SPEAKER_07: Ain't no narrative.
- 37:34SPEAKER_05: I wish that would have never happened either.
- 37:36SPEAKER_05: And I don't think it those would have never happened.
- 37:39SPEAKER_05: A lot of this stuff wouldn't have been as viral or gone all over the country at this point.
- 37:49SPEAKER_05: I mean, this is a countrywide news story that is just blown out of proportion, and the fact that it was our best friend and it's not what people are saying it is, is the is what hurts the most.
- 38:02SPEAKER_05: I mean, that was our brother.
- 38:05SPEAKER_05: I mean, straight up.
- 38:06SPEAKER_05: That's what I told his dad the night that he came over to my house.
- 38:08SPEAKER_05: He was like, blah, blah, saying something.
- 38:10SPEAKER_05: I was like, dude, that was my brother.
- 38:11SPEAKER_05: Like, and you know that.
- 38:13SPEAKER_05: He knows that.
- 38:13SPEAKER_05: We were picking him up every single day.
- 38:16SPEAKER_05: He never drove.
- 38:17SPEAKER_05: I can't tell you how many times I pulled up in his driveway and picked him up.
- 38:21SPEAKER_05: And it wasn't him asking, it was just because that's what we did.
- 38:24SPEAKER_05: We just picked up Nolan all the time.
- 38:25SPEAKER_05: That's how he, you know, came about to all the stuff that we were going to.
- 38:29SPEAKER_05: We'd go and pick him up.
- 38:30SPEAKER_05: That's how much we like to be around him.
- 38:32SPEAKER_05: We would do stuff like that all the time, you know?
- 38:34SPEAKER_03: Well, first off, like I I would I wish we would have never like I I think about this every day.
- 38:42SPEAKER_03: Like, I wish we would have never went out on the 4th of July because I knew this, I know this wouldn't have happened, and no one wouldn't be gone.
- 38:49SPEAKER_03: And uh like it's just it's really hard to think about because it's like, I wish I would have done this different, or I wish I would have done that different, because now one of my brothers wouldn't have like passed away.
- 39:01SPEAKER_03: But I think from the beginning, I'm glad that I called the Coast Guard.
- 39:06SPEAKER_03: I'm glad that we came together as a group, even from the first day when people started texting us things, saying you know, crazy things.
- 39:15SPEAKER_03: But I wish it wouldn't have been reported as a some type of race thing.
- 39:21SPEAKER_03: I I think it's really bad that like people are pushing the narrative, oh, this is a race thing.
- 39:28SPEAKER_03: Well, obviously it's not.
- 39:30SPEAKER_03: I mean, this is like a brother to us.
- 39:33SPEAKER_03: I mean, no one's no other, no different than anyone else in our group.
- 39:38SPEAKER_03: And I would I just wish this wasn't pushed on the media as, oh, this is a bunch of white guys that killed a black guy, or this is this is, you know, four like in the beginning, it was like four guys went to a stranded island and dumped this and dumped no one at the island and just left them there.
- 39:54SPEAKER_03: Like, even from the beginning, it was just like this thing, and no one had facts, and they were just pushing this horrible narrative, all lies about everyone.
- 40:02SPEAKER_03: And it it's sick.
- 40:03SPEAKER_03: So I wish that would have been completely different.
- 40:05SPEAKER_03: I'm glad I called the Coast Guard.
- 40:07SPEAKER_03: I'm glad I made the first contact within all of this.
- 40:11SPEAKER_03: I'm glad I was the first one that called Christine Wells that night and told her that we haven't heard from her son.
- 40:17SPEAKER_03: And I I'm glad that I did all that.
- 40:19SPEAKER_03: But I I hate the way this has been perceived by the media and portrayed.
- 40:23SPEAKER_03: This has like been absolutely horrible with the way and the things that they've said to us and done.
- 40:29SPEAKER_03: But other than that, I mean, there's not much I would I would change from my point of view and my friend's point of view.
- 40:34SPEAKER_03: I think we did everything right, and I know we did nothing wrong.
- 40:37SPEAKER_07: I I think it's so wait a minute.
- 40:41SPEAKER_07: They don't have any regrets about uh shutting down their social media, they don't have any regrets about their son, their their friend goes missing, and they all uh delete their social media accounts.
- 40:56SPEAKER_07: These are the things that made everybody start looking at y'all.
- 41:03SPEAKER_07: Let me just explain this to y'all.
- 41:07SPEAKER_07: Y'all didn't go look for him that night.
- 41:12SPEAKER_07: Y'all didn't make sure to give his phones and keys and whatever to his mom immediately.
- 41:17SPEAKER_07: I'm just telling you what people are seeing from the outside looking in.
- 41:22SPEAKER_07: Then you immediately lawyer up and delete all y'all's social media accounts.
- 41:33SPEAKER_07: And then don't even so much as send flowers to the funeral.
- 41:36SPEAKER_07: I can understand not going to the funeral if you think everybody's out to get you.
- 41:40SPEAKER_07: I I can understand that.
- 41:41SPEAKER_07: I'm not gonna sit up here and say they should have gone to their best friend's funeral, you know, with everything going on.
- 41:48SPEAKER_07: But you could have sent flowers, you could have done more.
- 41:54SPEAKER_07: And I'm only saying this because y'all talking about how y'all picked them up every day.
- 41:58SPEAKER_07: This was your brother.
- 42:00SPEAKER_07: This is how you treat a brother.
- 42:03SPEAKER_07: If for some reason you can't make the funeral, you still send flowers, you still support his mother, things like that.
- 42:10SPEAKER_07: Like, there is no accountability for things that they have done.
- 42:19SPEAKER_07: People would give them a little credit if they would at least say, you know what, I do wish we wouldn't have deleted all our social medias, but we panicked, um, just thinking everybody was gonna think it, you know, people were pointing a finger at us, so we just deleted it.
- 42:37SPEAKER_07: But hindsight, I don't think it was the right thing to do.
- 42:40SPEAKER_07: You mean if our friend's missing, social media is one thing that can help recover our friend.
- 42:46SPEAKER_07: But they're not, they blaming Nolan's mom.
- 42:51SPEAKER_07: They blaming Nolan for not quote unquote getting on the boat.
- 42:55SPEAKER_07: They blaming every they blaming me, they blaming us, just content creators.
- 43:00SPEAKER_07: They got Trump Trump Jr.
- 43:02SPEAKER_07: over there um talking shit about all of us.
- 43:09SPEAKER_07: They're blaming everybody else for what they're going through right now.
- 43:15SPEAKER_07: They put no blame on themselves.
- 43:19SPEAKER_07: Pay attention to that, y'all.
- 43:20SPEAKER_05: I also want to say, I think it's so criminal that they took something so anti-racist and flipped it into something super racist.
- 43:30SPEAKER_05: Like, like they took this is the the definition of anti-racism.
- 43:34SPEAKER_05: I mean, that we did not look at Nolan any different than I looked at him, him, or even you.
- 43:41SPEAKER_05: You know, this is like this is literally our brother.
- 43:46SPEAKER_05: I mean, like like we stated, we did not treat him any different.
- 43:49SPEAKER_05: We that we don't we didn't treat Tracen any different.
- 43:51SPEAKER_05: We don't treat Tracy any different.
- 43:54SPEAKER_05: Um and they just flipped it.
- 43:56SPEAKER_05: And I just think that is so wild that they're pushing this this.
- 44:00SPEAKER_05: Thing that they're saying, oh, this is they want to end racism and all this stuff.
- 44:04SPEAKER_05: Well, they're the one pushing it, they're pushing the racism.
- 44:07SPEAKER_05: And I just think that's kind of crazy.
- 44:09SPEAKER_05: Morgan, what's your thoughts on this?
- 44:11SPEAKER_05: How does it affect you?
- 44:12SPEAKER_04: If uh if I I mean, first I want to say I just I mean, wish this would have never happened.
- 44:18SPEAKER_04: I wish Nolan would still be here with us today.
- 44:20SPEAKER_04: And uh, but I I in my opinion, I think that the media uh they shouldn't have pushed a narrative from so early.
- 44:32SPEAKER_04: I think that they should have let the uh local officials do their job, let them release statements, and then I mean the media is obviously going to see that and then do whatever they they do.
- 44:46SPEAKER_04: But that's that's what I mean.
- 44:48SPEAKER_04: I trust the local officials.
- 44:50SPEAKER_01: And with what has transpired, you know, how does that dictate your response?
- 44:59SPEAKER_01: Because you have a 30,000-foot view of all of this stuff, right?
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: You see the way that it may could have gone, and you see that there's people that instigated the narrative that's out there now.
- 45:12SPEAKER_01: And as a you know, defamation attorney, how does this navigate your tactics?
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 45:20SPEAKER_00: And I want to be clear about something.
- 45:21SPEAKER_00: Tonight, I'm not gonna give any particular person any more oxygen than they may have already sucked up.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: But I will say this what's been said about Morgan, Jax, and Warren, I'm not gonna call them untruths or half-truths or falsehoods.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna call it what it is, lies.
- 45:41SPEAKER_00: So the first thing that's really important here is we're dealing with lies and liars.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: We're dealing with profiteers, we're dealing with hustlers, and one thing that I've seen since I got here is that uh Ocean Springs, Mississippi, is a really beautiful place.
- 46:04SPEAKER_00: And the region is very beautiful, it's one of the most beautiful places in the country.
- 46:09SPEAKER_00: And there is just no question the death of Nolan Wells is a horrendous tragedy, but for the tragedy to then be magnified after his death for no reason other than profit is a disgrace or what we would call a Shonda.
- 46:29SPEAKER_00: And I had the opportunity to go to Horn Island today with Tyler and Warren and Jax.
- 46:40SPEAKER_07: And a lot of people now y'all notice, like I said, the first time you hear any of these guys hold themselves accounta hold themselves accountable, please put it in the chat because, like I said, I see a lot of finger pointing, a lot of blame game, a lot of blame going around to everybody else.
- 47:06SPEAKER_07: Um this is like like I haven't heard one sentence of something maybe we did wrong.
- 47:17SPEAKER_07: I mean, Nolan is dead.
- 47:23SPEAKER_07: Warren has aged 20 years.
- 47:27SPEAKER_07: Look at Warren.
- 47:31SPEAKER_07: Warren looks like he's about 40 years old right now in this in this in this steel shot.
- 47:37SPEAKER_07: This has to be stressing them out.
- 47:42SPEAKER_07: Morgan, we didn't even know what you looked like.
- 47:46SPEAKER_07: Now you're about now now.
- 47:47SPEAKER_07: This guy, Morgan.
- 47:48SPEAKER_07: I barely knew what Morgan and Jax even looked like.
- 47:52SPEAKER_07: Now, guess what?
- 47:53SPEAKER_07: They're gonna go on this interview.
- 47:55SPEAKER_07: Now everybody's gonna know what Morgan and Jax look like, and then now on their next interview, they're gonna complain because people are asking them, are you Morgan?
- 48:04SPEAKER_07: Are you Jax?
- 48:05SPEAKER_07: But nobody asked y'all to come up here and and and and become famous.
- 48:13SPEAKER_07: We didn't know I didn't know what the hell Morgan looked like.
- 48:16SPEAKER_07: I wouldn't have known Morgan.
- 48:17SPEAKER_07: I knew Warren because of the first interview.
- 48:20SPEAKER_07: But Morgan and Jax, I really didn't know what they looked like and wouldn't know what they look like if they didn't plop themselves right down on Officer Tatum's platform with four million subscribers, and then sit down and talk about how everybody is to blame except them.
- 48:39SPEAKER_07: Now I'm gonna tell you, out of all these people, people who know something, I think the first one who would crack would be Morgan.
- 48:48SPEAKER_07: I think I think Morgan will spill the beans.
- 48:53SPEAKER_07: Morgan, Morgan look like if it gets too hot, he'll tell what he knows.
- 49:01SPEAKER_00: Who have been sucking up way more oxygen than they're entitled to have not been to the island.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: I'm willing to bet that a lot of the hustlers and profiteers and liars have not been to that island, and you have to go to that island.
- 49:18SPEAKER_00: And being at the island today was revelatory.
- 49:23SPEAKER_00: It was really illuminating.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: It's a very dynamic marine environment, first of all.
- 49:29SPEAKER_00: But when you go to the island, you see instantly that what some people want to be true, what they wish to be true, they're trying to wish it to be true, they're trying to make it true through their lives, it's actually not possible.
- 49:45SPEAKER_00: It is a very, very long and narrow barrier island.
- 49:51SPEAKER_00: It's basically very low sand dunes.
- 49:54SPEAKER_00: And in the particular part of the island that we're dealing with, there are no trees.
- 49:58SPEAKER_00: It's hardly any foliage, hardly any tree cover, hardly any plants, and it's wide open.
- 50:06SPEAKER_00: And on July 4th, there were thousands of people there.
- 50:10SPEAKER_00: There is no possible way that anybody could have committed a murder in broad daylight on a barren, windswept island that is narrow and was just swamped with people that day in broad daylight.
- 50:28SPEAKER_00: It's just not possible given the natural environment there.
- 50:34SPEAKER_07: All right.
- 50:36SPEAKER_07: So at the same time, Mr.
- 50:38SPEAKER_07: Lawyer, you're also saying it's no way possible if Nolan drowned.
- 50:42SPEAKER_07: There's no way nobody saw nothing.
- 50:47SPEAKER_07: Two things.
- 50:48SPEAKER_07: If one is true, the other is true as well.
- 50:52SPEAKER_07: If if if you're saying there's thousands of people there and there's no way nobody could a murder could have happened without nobody seeing it, then also explain to me how we can have a Nolan have an accidental drowning after he's hanging with everybody, but then there's a time where he just disappears and nobody knows nothing.
- 51:17SPEAKER_07: See Tuck, what you think about the interview so far?
- 51:19SPEAKER_09: Man, this is a bunch of bullshit.
- 51:25SPEAKER_09: This interview a bunch of bullshit, and they you can miss me with all that friend and brother talk.
- 51:31SPEAKER_09: Like motherfuckers using them terms too loosely nowadays because the shit that they doing to their brother or their friend or allowing to go on and not even accepting accountability for shit, that ain't right.
- 51:44SPEAKER_07: And now we got more and more and more people sitting down wanting to be famous.
- 51:49SPEAKER_09: And it's like that shit running rampant.
- 51:52SPEAKER_09: It ain't even was just that missing anything.
- 51:54SPEAKER_09: Like it that shit, motherfuckers need to get get their mind right out here overall, for real.
- 52:01SPEAKER_00: You see, and that leads me to the next point, which is this once you know what the timeline is, when you combine the timeline with the actual dynamics of the island itself, all of the lies completely unravel because it isn't possible, and here's why Morgan, Warren, and Jax left the island at about 4:30 p.m.
- 52:29SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 52:30SPEAKER_00: They were gone.
- 52:31SPEAKER_00: That is not open for debate.
- 52:33SPEAKER_00: So that's a fact.
- 52:35SPEAKER_00: They were gone, and at that time, Nolan Wells was still alive.
- 52:40SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm not gonna name them out of respect for their privacy, but just as one example, there are two very fine upstanding members of the Ocean Springs community who saw Nolan Wells at about 10 minutes to 6 p.m.
- 52:57SPEAKER_00: So about an hour and a half after these fine young men had left the island, they were gone, departed.
- 53:05SPEAKER_00: Nolan Wells was alive.
- 53:08SPEAKER_00: And these two witnesses, two very reliable, very credible, and very upstanding members of the community, they saw Nolan.
- 53:19SPEAKER_00: And they've known Nolan for years.
- 53:22SPEAKER_00: There's no chance that they made a mistake.
- 53:25SPEAKER_00: And by the way, this can be corroborated through other evidence, other eyewitness accounts.
- 53:31SPEAKER_00: And that's the end of it right there.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: That's the and that's before we get into everything else about the situation.
- 53:39SPEAKER_01: And there's to when I look at this, I feel like there's levels of defamation and areas of defamation.
- 53:46SPEAKER_01: Um, and I'm not gonna speak on your behalf because this is y'all's story to tell, your story to litigate.
- 53:53SPEAKER_01: Um, but which areas are the most egregious that you are going to go after or that you guys think also are areas where people have taken this situation and clearly lied to the public.
- 54:05SPEAKER_01: One being the phone call.
- 54:07SPEAKER_01: I don't what is your thoughts on that phone call uh to CETO?
- 54:13SPEAKER_01: Some people have gone out and done enhancements to the to the audio, and in doing that, created a transcript manually.
- 54:23SPEAKER_01: It doesn't appear that the transcript was derived from an automated system or have any, in my opinion, real integrity with it.
- 54:32SPEAKER_01: What are your thoughts first, you guys, on the audio, and then I'll get to you, Ed, on how does could that be a defamatory area, the way it was produced?
- 54:45SPEAKER_01: So what do you guys think about that audio?
- 54:52SPEAKER_07: That's it.
- 54:57SPEAKER_07: So of course they leave us hanging on the uh they left us hanging on the on the on on the audio, which is something everybody wanted to know about.
- 55:06SPEAKER_07: But overall, give us a summary of that of the of what you saw uh C Suck.
- 55:14SPEAKER_09: Man, there's a there's a cover up.
- 55:17SPEAKER_09: That's all it is.
- 55:18SPEAKER_09: They talking about leave it in the hands of the local law enforcement.
- 55:21SPEAKER_09: They did.
- 55:22SPEAKER_09: And they was up there holding back autopsy reports and shit.
- 55:25SPEAKER_09: So so what what good is that gonna do anything?
- 55:29unknown: Right.
- 55:30SPEAKER_09: Yeah, like no, they just just need to just need to cut the bullshit, man.
- 55:34SPEAKER_09: Let the evidence come out and be presented as as it's supposed to and get get the justice wherever is wherever's a account is supposed to be allocated.
- 55:45SPEAKER_07: I feel like I feel like if they could you got a couple things that could that could that could make that could kill a lot of noise, and they not doing it, and that's why I'm looking, looking at it like, okay, what the hell is going on?
- 56:00SPEAKER_07: For example, they could they could uh they could uh release the autopsy report if it really said what they what they think it said, and and that would shut us a lot of stuff down.
- 56:17SPEAKER_07: And then they keep talking about these witnesses who saw Nolan.
- 56:22SPEAKER_07: They keep talking about these witnesses who saw Nolan, but they haven't released anything significant, no pictures, no, or had the person even say it for themselves.
- 56:36SPEAKER_07: Notice, and this is stuff that could shut it down, like like what they're trying to do.
- 56:41SPEAKER_07: So the fact that they haven't brought these witnesses forward, the fact that the state hasn't brought the autopsy forward says a lot to me because you can shut it down, you can come in here and say, Look, I I've been knowing Nolan his whole life.
- 56:56SPEAKER_07: I saw him at 16, he was doing this or doing that.
- 56:58SPEAKER_07: I spoke to him or whatever.
- 57:00SPEAKER_07: We don't have any of that, let alone we all got pictures, and in those pictures, some of those pictures that they said possibly could have been Nolan that evening, have been debunked, and the mother has come out and said that ain't Nolan, that's her son.
- 57:15SPEAKER_07: So I'm like, if you could shut it down, shut it down, like shut it down.
- 57:22SPEAKER_07: You hold the autopsy, and you hold back witnesses who claim they saw Nolan at six o'clock or whatever, when a lot of this stuff could shut down a lot of this stuff, like you would to me that audio is so damaging from what it appears that to be heard on there, that it's it seems like you would do everything in your power to shut that down if you could easily shut it down.
- 57:54SPEAKER_07: You you telling me, you know, like like like what what did the dude traceon say?
- 57:57SPEAKER_07: Ocean Springs got Ocean Springs back.
- 58:00SPEAKER_09: Yeah.
- 58:01SPEAKER_07: If if if if if something was going on and C Tuck did something wrong, and we trying to hide it and cover it up, or this or that, and and and and say, let's just use Nolan, and then it was Nolan was the victim, it would be nothing for one of C Tuck's friends, me, or anybody could just randomly say, Hey, I saw Nolan at 6:30.
- 58:21SPEAKER_07: Anyone could say that.
- 58:23SPEAKER_07: Like, I could say that I saw Nolan at 7:45 p.m.
- 58:27SPEAKER_07: that night.
- 58:31SPEAKER_07: We need some type of evidence, some type of picture, some type of something.
- 58:35SPEAKER_07: And it's just funny to me that something that could really shut down everything, they being vague about and and not bringing no real evidence to just beside somebody because that's exactly what I would think.
- 58:50SPEAKER_07: Somebody, if you think like a somebody trying to hide something, that's exactly what you would do is say, hey, all we need is somebody to say they saw Nolan at this time.
- 58:59SPEAKER_07: Like that's come on, man.
- 59:01SPEAKER_07: If you law well, I'm sure law enforcement, if they cover, if they're handling this case the way they're supposed to be handling it, I'm sure uh that they understand that it's that's the first thing somebody's gonna do is say, hey, all we gotta do is if we can get a witness to say that they saw Nolan at this time, that will shut everything down.
- 59:21SPEAKER_07: We just want to see some evidence.
- 59:25SPEAKER_07: Show the proof, like Steph said, show the proof.
- 59:30SPEAKER_07: Show the proof.
- 59:31SPEAKER_07: It it's just like you didn't drop the audio.
- 59:35SPEAKER_07: I mean, you didn't you didn't uh drop the autopsy.
- 59:40SPEAKER_07: I'm sorry, not the audio, the autopsy.
- 59:42SPEAKER_07: If the autopsy said what they needed it to say, we we we would know exactly what that audio said right now.
- 59:51SPEAKER_07: Yeah, if that autopsy said this was absolutely an accidental drowning, and and and these are the reasons, X, Y, and Z, if that was the case, we would know uh we would have seen it.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_07: So for them to hide it and say they're taking it straight to the grand jury, just proves the point that y'all they ain't got nothing, and it ain't looking good.
- 1:00:19SPEAKER_07: Like I said, they would easily shut it down, like they're trying to shut down, just like when they tried to put up that boat video where it's apparent apparently shows them on the boat with no nolen.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_07: See how they immediately tried to bring some evidence to shut it down if they had it, like they are trying to shut shit down, so you could shut it down with bring a credible witness to the forefront who can bring and show some type of evidence.
- 1:00:45SPEAKER_07: All the pictures we have that we can verify that are Nolan are pre are previous to 430.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_07: We don't have after that that has been proven to be Nolan.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_07: Like I said, as a matter of fact, the couple pictures that people were saying were Nolan or possibly could be Nolan, the mother of that child came out and said, That's my child, that's not Nolan.
- 1:01:06SPEAKER_07: So as of right now, and we're still waiting for evidence to come out, but as of right now, we don't have anything credible to say that Nolan was alive after 430.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_07: Not right now, like I said, something could drop, they could bring some real evidence and say, whoa shit, okay.
- 1:01:29SPEAKER_07: But as of right now, there's no credible evidence to show that Nolan was on the island past 430.
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_07: Not right now, and like I said, if they if they bring it out, they bring it out, but they haven't yet.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_07: And I don't want to hear about talking about two people and and you're the lawyer.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_07: Lawyers kill me, like I know you a lawyer, so like if you you of course gonna say these two witnesses are credible and and they're they're they're upstanding citizens, and they've been know of course you're gonna say that.
- 1:02:02SPEAKER_07: But I need a little something more than two people that we don't know who the hell they are, we don't know them from a can of paint, they're not standing on what they said.
- 1:02:10SPEAKER_07: Anyone can say some shit in the shadows.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_07: Hey y'all, I saw I saw them at 6:30.
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_07: But you ain't putting your face on it.
- 1:02:19SPEAKER_07: Go ahead, Sita.
- 1:02:20SPEAKER_09: No, I was I was agreeing with him.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_09: Agreeing because I like I said, man, all the how you if you got witnesses that could that could either clear them or or give some clarity to the situation, why not let them, why not present them?
- 1:02:36unknown: Right.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_09: Why not let them get a statements to the to the local law enforcement that y'all that y'all want to help out?
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_09: Or any law enforcement that's involved that's looking for a resolution to the case.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_09: Right, right, right, right, right.
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_09: That's that's with uh once again, that's withholding evidence.
- 1:02:53SPEAKER_09: Just stack that along with the autopsy, they still ain't want to drop.
- 1:02:57SPEAKER_09: Yeah, still ain't dropped the autopsy.
- 1:03:00SPEAKER_06: Let's get some comments.
- 1:03:02SPEAKER_06: What y'all think?
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_06: Jody said, flow daddy, I love your hair.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_07: It's cute.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_07: Thank you.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_07: It just it just it just I just let it do whatever it does.
- 1:03:15SPEAKER_07: We gotta stop reaching.
- 1:03:18SPEAKER_07: We gotta stop reaching.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_07: How do you reach if you don't reach, how do you grab shit out of that that that's a little bit that's a little bit out of your reach?
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_07: You gotta reach.
- 1:03:30SPEAKER_07: That's how you solve cases.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_07: Elise, what's going on?
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_07: Elise, at least said Todd, do you understand how the justice system works in every state?
- 1:03:43SPEAKER_07: Corey says, a grand jury in Mississippi with that corrupt system don't expect anything right.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_06: Somebody wanna, yeah, but what you gonna say?
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_07: Somebody said, let me get the link.
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_07: Well you might come up here and say something crazy and get us banned.
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_07: I don't type, type, type, type what you but what you want to talk about, but what's your point you want to make in the chat?
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_07: We'll see.
- 1:04:13SPEAKER_07: You missed it earlier.
- 1:04:15SPEAKER_07: Oh, you'll you'll see.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_07: You could just go back and replay it, Lunatic Menace.
- 1:04:25SPEAKER_07: And yes, I am mad at the mother and others for dividing us.
- 1:04:30SPEAKER_07: See, anybody mad at a mother who just lost their child, you you already showed that what you mad at the mama for?
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_07: Yeah, she lost her son.
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_07: Did you lose yours to uh last last month?
- 1:04:41SPEAKER_07: Um, anybody that says they mad at the mother for some stupid reason like that, and they lost their child.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_07: We already know you don't have any compassion or any positive shit to bring to this discussion.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_07: How the hell are you gonna be mad at the mom?
- 1:04:59SPEAKER_07: I ain't mad at nobody that lost their child.
- 1:05:01SPEAKER_07: I love my child.
- 1:05:02SPEAKER_07: You love your children, right?
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_09: T Chuck Hell yeah.
- 1:05:05SPEAKER_07: I ain't mad at nobody who lost who lost a child.
- 1:05:10SPEAKER_07: I'm not mad at them.
- 1:05:12SPEAKER_07: She didn't kill nobody, she didn't hurt nobody, she ain't fought nobody, she ain't cussed nobody out.
- 1:05:17SPEAKER_07: What are we mad at her for?
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_07: First of all, I'm sure this is the only child she ever lost.
- 1:05:25SPEAKER_07: How you gonna tell somebody how they supposed to handle that?
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_07: You you you do realize you freestyling in real time dealing with a situation that you don't know how to handle, you never been through before.
- 1:05:39SPEAKER_07: It's the the most hurtful thing you could experience.
- 1:05:43SPEAKER_07: And we got people in this world like this person that will be mad at you for losing your child and not reacting exactly how a person who hasn't lost a child is thinking.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_07: See, a person who has lost their child is not thinking like a person who hasn't.
- 1:06:05SPEAKER_07: And so any everybody who is bringing anger and animosity and aggression towards the mother, I don't, I don't, I would, I don't have too much to say to those people.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_07: Y'all are a different breed.
- 1:06:20SPEAKER_07: Y'all are a different breed, and that just is what it is.
- 1:06:24SPEAKER_07: I can't even how can you fix your mouth and say I'm mad at a mother who lost their their damn son, man.
- 1:06:35SPEAKER_07: That m as far as I'm concerned, the mother handling it great for me because I'll be cussing all you motherfuckers out.
- 1:06:42SPEAKER_09: Everybody.
- 1:06:44SPEAKER_07: I'll be cussing everybody out.
- 1:06:47SPEAKER_06: I think she handling it damn well.
- 1:06:56SPEAKER_06: Somebody that just lost their child, would yeah.
- 1:06:59SPEAKER_07: Yeah.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_09: Like they don't know.
- 1:07:02SPEAKER_07: She just handling it with grace and love and can only hope to handle it that way.
- 1:07:06SPEAKER_07: Yeah, I wish I could handle it.
- 1:07:08SPEAKER_07: I don't even want to experience it.
- 1:07:10SPEAKER_07: But the way she handled it, and you got people talking about they mad at her, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:07:15SPEAKER_07: Think about it.
- 1:07:16SPEAKER_07: She don't want to lost her child, but you got people mad at her, including Nolan's friend.
- 1:07:23SPEAKER_07: Mad that the mother put out a picture of him hanging with them as he's missing, and you mad about that?
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_07: C-Tuck go missing, and I'm and I'm gonna be mad because they show a picture of me and C Tuck and mine, they're trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_07: It explains why they deleted their social media account.
- 1:07:53SPEAKER_07: Your boy missing.
- 1:07:55SPEAKER_07: That's like me deleting my social media account and I'm trying to find somebody I love.
- 1:07:59SPEAKER_07: Like, what's this?
- 1:08:01SPEAKER_07: Huh?
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_07: That's a big, a big thing, big way to help find them and people to reach me and reach y'all.
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_07: Like Nolan missing.
- 1:08:10SPEAKER_07: People might not have your phone number, they might just can go to your social media and say, hey, I seen Nolan over here, but no, they can't do it because all y'all deleted all y'all shit.
- 1:08:21SPEAKER_07: Make it make sense, y'all.
- 1:08:23SPEAKER_07: Make it make sense, man.
- 1:08:26SPEAKER_07: But uh, y'all, I hope y'all enjoyed that reaction video.
- 1:08:30SPEAKER_07: Uh put a one in the chat if uh y'all want to do some more breakdowns in the future of interviews, and we might even do like a Nancy Grace one one day.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_07: I just figured out how to do this shit.
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_07: So um put a one in the chat if y'all like if y'all like doing that review, uh reaction to uh to the to the interview.
- 1:08:52SPEAKER_07: I I kind of like doing that.
- 1:08:53SPEAKER_07: It's kind of cool, it's a little better than holding it in my hand and trying to just show y'all.
- 1:08:58SPEAKER_07: Y'all like it?
- 1:08:59SPEAKER_07: Yeah, I liked it too.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_07: Enoch said she liked it.
- 1:09:02SPEAKER_07: She us what happened to him, her laughter, or are you insane?
- 1:09:08SPEAKER_07: Let's get to it.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_07: Tell it out of town, out of time.
- 1:09:11SPEAKER_07: Yeah.
- 1:09:12SPEAKER_07: Let me see.
- 1:09:13SPEAKER_07: Let me see.
- 1:09:14SPEAKER_07: Yeah, y'all like it.
- 1:09:14SPEAKER_07: Y'all like it?
- 1:09:15SPEAKER_07: All right, yeah, we will definitely do more of these.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_07: I liked it, I enjoyed it too.
- 1:09:19SPEAKER_07: Um, it's a good interactive way for us to break down interviews and give our opinions, and then y'all could y'all was going off in the chat.
- 1:09:28SPEAKER_07: Okay, so yeah, let's talk about this because I don't want to.
- 1:09:30SPEAKER_07: We don't run from shit on this show.
- 1:09:32SPEAKER_07: So before we get out of here, I seen this person say she needs to release the phone data immediately.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_07: If there's deleted text and everything like that, she says then I'd be with y'all.
- 1:09:42SPEAKER_07: Okay, so the mother has not uh released the word on the street, and a couple of sources that seem credible say the mother, Nolan Wells' mother hasn't released the phone uh to the authorities yet.
- 1:09:59SPEAKER_07: Now, people are trying to make it seem like maybe she's not releasing it because uh it don't say like it don't show what she thought it showed, but people gotta realize it's two main reasons that it could be.
- 1:10:13SPEAKER_07: One reason could be that they aren't done doing what they need to do on their end with the phone, and they don't want to release it to authorities.
- 1:10:20SPEAKER_07: So just in case authorities could do some shit and delete some shit or whatever.
- 1:10:26SPEAKER_09: Exactly, exactly.
- 1:10:27SPEAKER_09: That's my first thought, huh?
- 1:10:29SPEAKER_09: That's my first thought about it, right?
- 1:10:31SPEAKER_07: See, so people gotta understand.
- 1:10:33SPEAKER_07: CIC touch that was his first thought.
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_07: You gotta understand people don't trust Mississippi.
- 1:10:40SPEAKER_07: Mississippi, when I say Mississippi, I mean Mississippi uh law enforcement.
- 1:10:46SPEAKER_07: So while you think she's just holding it back for a shady reason, it could very well be she just don't trust them, and she wants their people who are who are going through the phone, their private people to get all the data and everything they need 100% before they release it.
- 1:11:07SPEAKER_07: So we'll see, but there, like I said, there's a couple reasons.
- 1:11:12SPEAKER_07: Like I said, one, they don't trust Mississippi, and two, they want to wait to see what their people say first and give them a chance.
- 1:11:19SPEAKER_07: You know how the autopsy, you know how the state get did whatever they want to do with the autopsy before they gave it to the the secondary person?
- 1:11:28SPEAKER_02: Well, then it's the same thing.
- 1:11:29SPEAKER_02: They got the phone.
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_09: Mississippi ain't released the autopsy immediately, they still ain't even dropping it.
- 1:11:35SPEAKER_07: They still ain't released it.
- 1:11:36SPEAKER_07: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:11:37SPEAKER_07: So we told me go both ways.
- 1:11:39SPEAKER_07: See, people allow the state to do whatever they want to do and how and hand it how they want, but y'all want the mother just give up her phone before before she's ready to give it up.
- 1:11:52SPEAKER_07: She will give up her phone when she ready, just like the state is releasing that autopsy when they're ready, just like the state took the throat, neck, and everything, and and and lungs, and whatever they did before they even passed it to the next to the to the private uh examiner.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_07: You know, it just goes.
- 1:12:10SPEAKER_07: So we can't just let them do what they want to do and then keep condemning the mother for everything she's doing.
- 1:12:16SPEAKER_07: Like I said, she I'm sure she is gonna give up that phone, but I'm I'm sure it'll be after they are done doing what they want to do and going through the phone with a fine-tooth comb.
- 1:12:28SPEAKER_07: Once they go through the phone with a fine tooth comb, then at that point, I'm sure she'll release it to the authorities.
- 1:12:34SPEAKER_07: We shall see.
- 1:12:35SPEAKER_07: Other than that, this is the flow show, no filter podcast, Monday through Friday, 8 30 Eastern Standard Time.

- 1:13:58SPEAKER_09: I don't know exactly what happened because I wasn't there, but from what I was told, he kind of flipped and reneged on the whole ordeal or whatever.
- 1:14:07SPEAKER_09: Um, so I've been asking for like physical stuff, like so I can properly file if I found out how to file, just to kind of clear everything up.
- 1:14:18SPEAKER_09: I ain't got nothing so I can put forth that complaint or anything like that.
- 1:14:24SPEAKER_09: So now I'm getting contacted by these companies and stuff like that, and like my credit being affecting and stuff.
- 1:14:32SPEAKER_09: So anything that y'all could send me for like any type of assistance, like point me in the right direction as far as filing.
