- 0:26Speaker 4: can torture you with it.
- 0:29Speaker 2: You mean I can't look every week?
- 0:32Speaker 4: By the way, good morning, thank you for listening to
- 0:34Speaker 4: the Alabama Show.
- 0:35Speaker 2: I'm Alabama with producer Blake.
- 0:37Speaker 4: We put this guy through all kinds of fun activities. Yeah,
- 0:43Speaker 4: you've had lady cramps last week for Saint Patrick's Day,
- 0:46Speaker 4: he chugged some guacamole sauce and.
- 0:50Speaker 3: Some hot sauce. Oh my gosh.
- 0:52Speaker 4: But every week when I come up with something funny
- 0:55Speaker 4: to mess with you with, I.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Got a top myself. What am I gonna do this week?
- 1:00Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:01Speaker 3: I think we just leave it. We just have a
- 1:04Speaker 3: good week.

- 1:15Speaker 4: We'll figure something out.
- 1:16Speaker 3: You know what, how about we just we just talk.
- 1:18Speaker 3: We have a good time here.
- 1:20Speaker 2: No, there's no just talking here. All right, Well I
- 1:23Speaker 2: some weird stuff. I'm crazy stuff that sounded bout anyway.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Good morning, Hi, thank you for listening to the show.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Call in if you want eight three thirty five oh
- 1:31Speaker 4: one Bama is the number.

- 1:36Speaker 2: talking about?
- 1:37Speaker 1: On the Alabama show?
- 1:40Speaker 4: An old woman is trying to get a grandparent's happy
- 1:43Speaker 4: hour bill passed?
- 1:45Speaker 3: Why what does that mean?
- 1:48Speaker 4: So a woman is going viral in Minnesota because she's
- 1:51Speaker 4: trying to get legislators to consider a grandparent's happy hour
- 1:55Speaker 4: bill that would allow group homes to serve alcohol.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Oh okay, okay.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 2:02Speaker 5: My friends, and I love happy hour just like many
- 2:05Speaker 5: of you do. I am sure just because we are
- 2:08Speaker 5: older and live in an assisted living doesn't mean that
- 2:12Speaker 5: we should have fewer freedoms than anyone else. Allowing our
- 2:16Speaker 5: facility to coordinate this happy hour affords us and our
- 2:20Speaker 5: families the peace of mind that we can enjoy life
- 2:23Speaker 5: but not be out slipping on the ice to stop
- 2:27Speaker 5: and get our box of wine.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I love this great.
- 2:31Speaker 4: I want somebody to give me wine and my assistant living.
- 2:34Speaker 2: So I don't have to go buy it, y'all hand
- 2:37Speaker 2: it to me. We'll pay for it.

- 2:55Speaker 4: need you in the summer to help produce their Blak
- 2:59Speaker 4: with Camp Chaos because we do this every year because
- 3:02Speaker 4: he ends up being a camp counselor for church, but
- 3:05Speaker 4: we do a whole week of.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Camp Chaos on the show. So I am you seeing
- 3:08Speaker 2: you for that?
- 3:09Speaker 6: Oh?
- 3:09Speaker 2: Race, you are awesome.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Are you calling to play uh super easy trivia for
- 3:13Speaker 4: tickets to the lumineers?
- 3:15Speaker 2: Yes, I would love to. All right, you're going against
- 3:17Speaker 2: producer Blake today.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 3:19Speaker 4: I'll ask a question. You use your name as your
- 3:22Speaker 4: buzzer and give the answer really fast because Producer Blake
- 3:25Speaker 4: likes to cheat and he'll try to beat you.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Okay, okay, all right? Question number one? Who is the
- 3:32Speaker 2: bear in the jungle Book?
- 3:33Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, Rece, I know you can do this.
- 3:37Speaker 2: You're a camp counselor. Starts with a bee blue. It's
- 3:41Speaker 2: like blue all right.
- 3:46Speaker 4: Next one, what is the largest ocean in the world?
- 3:52Speaker 5: Good job.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Is fair race? Next time? That's okay, u'se your name
- 3:57Speaker 2: as your buzzer next time.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Last one for the win is the shape of a
- 4:00Speaker 4: stop sign producer race.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Good job.
- 4:18Speaker 4: Congratulations, you won super easy trivia and you're going to
- 4:22Speaker 4: the lumineers.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I'm so excited.
- 4:24Speaker 4: Thank you so much.
- 4:26Speaker 1: It's three things you need to know.
- 4:29Speaker 4: There's a new Einstein Bagels opening in Trustville on Highway eleven,
- 4:34Speaker 4: close to.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Our Starbucks right now.
- 4:36Speaker 4: We don't know when they're going to open, but there's
- 4:38Speaker 4: already two other locations in Birmingham. And if you have
- 4:41Speaker 4: had Einstein Bagels yet, and even if you haven't, they
- 4:44Speaker 4: have not only just bagels, but breakfast sandwiches and then
- 4:47Speaker 4: gourmet bagels that are like topped with different toppings and
- 4:50Speaker 4: are delicious. So get ready once coming to Trustful real soon.
- 4:54Speaker 4: iPhones are being targeted by hackers. Cyber Criminals are using
- 4:58Speaker 4: spyware tools to hack into iPhones and Google's been doing
- 5:02Speaker 4: research on it because it can now steal personal text, messages, photos, notes,
- 5:07Speaker 4: and calendar dates, which is terrifying. Be very careful about
- 5:11Speaker 4: clicking links that you don't know, especially if you get
- 5:14Speaker 4: a text message from a phone number that you don't know,
- 5:16Speaker 4: just exit out, don't click the link, because then your
- 5:19Speaker 4: phone is compromised. Kelly Osbourne and her fiance sid from
- 5:24Speaker 4: slipknot ended their engagement after eight months.
- 5:28Speaker 3: How could they let it slip?
- 5:29Speaker 2: Don't Rose, I know that was a terrible joke. I
- 5:33Speaker 2: don't know why you did that.
- 5:34Speaker 4: They so they met in nineteen ninety nine when Slipknot
- 5:38Speaker 4: toured with Ozfest, and they've been friends for decades. They
- 5:41Speaker 4: got engaged last July at Ozzy Osbourne's last Black Sabbath concert.
- 5:47Speaker 4: This made it went viral on social media. People have
- 5:50Speaker 4: also noticed since Ozzy has passed away, if you are
- 5:54Speaker 4: following Kelly on social media, she's had a dramatic weight
- 5:57Speaker 4: loss and people have been worried for her help.
- 5:59Speaker 2: So you can tell Ozzie's death has.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Really weighed on her, and sources say now that her
- 6:05Speaker 4: and her fiance have broken up that it's been really
- 6:07Speaker 4: hard on her too.
- 6:08Speaker 2: So I just I feel bad for Kelly. That I
- 6:10Speaker 2: love Kelly Osborn.
- 6:11Speaker 6: That's very sad, and especially in the timing it is
- 6:14Speaker 6: absolutely goodness.
- 6:15Speaker 2: That's three things you need to know. More at the
- 6:18Speaker 2: Alabama Show dot.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Com, the Alabama Show on demand free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Almost went dumpster diving at work last week?
- 6:27Speaker 3: What why I want you to do that way?
- 6:30Speaker 4: Thank you for listening to The Alabama Show.
- 6:32Speaker 2: I'm Alabama with producer Blake.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Let's be.
- 6:35Speaker 4: I threw away an outfit in the dumpster at work
- 6:38Speaker 4: on accident. Okay, I bought this really cute, like fifty
- 6:43Speaker 4: dollars outfit and it was it even the whole process
- 6:47Speaker 4: of getting this stupid outfit, I drove to four different
- 6:50Speaker 4: TJ Max's to find it because I wanted it in
- 6:53Speaker 4: my size and it was real cute.
- 6:54Speaker 2: It's very excited about this. Yeah, I left it in
- 6:57Speaker 2: my car.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Okay.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Well, you know how recently I've been coming to work
- 7:02Speaker 4: and throwing away boxes because I get a lot of delivery,
- 7:07Speaker 4: so I use the work dumpster.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Yeah, yes, I do know this, Yes, correct, my car is.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Full of boxes.
- 7:14Speaker 4: Well, I came to work, I threw away all the boxes,
- 7:17Speaker 4: and then the next day, because I had left the
- 7:20Speaker 4: outfit in my car in the bag, I have searched
- 7:26Speaker 4: high and low all over my house.
- 7:29Speaker 2: It's nowhere. I threw it away. I accidentally threw it
- 7:32Speaker 2: away with the boxes. So I almost came back to
- 7:35Speaker 2: work the next day to dive through the dumpster to
- 7:37Speaker 2: find the outfit. But I think they have already picked it.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Up Alabama the trash hunter?
- 7:45Speaker 1: Did you?
- 7:46Speaker 4: And I can't go by another version of the outfit
- 7:48Speaker 4: because I already had to.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Drive to four different TJ Maxes to get in that
- 7:51Speaker 2: Saize for that one.
- 7:53Speaker 6: Well, then you know where to go to the dump
- 7:57Speaker 6: you know what, if you want to go through that trouble,
- 7:59Speaker 6: then yes, do that.
- 8:00Speaker 2: But's gone now. I'm so upset.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Why how do you not know that you're throwing that away?
- 8:06Speaker 2: I wasn't paying attention. The bag looked like trash. I
- 8:08Speaker 2: shouldn't have left the bag.
- 8:09Speaker 3: In my car.
- 8:10Speaker 2: I brought but a car.
- 8:12Speaker 4: Loaded trash tork noster, and apparently I threw away a
- 8:16Speaker 4: little more than trash.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Proposession, Have you not ever done that?
- 8:21Speaker 2: Have you were accidentally thrown away?
- 8:22Speaker 3: I know you have.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Don't like at me. This is just a main problem.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Would you throw away?
- 8:27Speaker 6: I threw away a tablet one time that I was
- 8:29Speaker 6: using for work.
- 8:30Speaker 2: You can't make fun of me, I.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Can because why would you leave that in your car?
- 8:34Speaker 6: Mine was attached to other electronics I was throwing away
- 8:37Speaker 6: and that got stuck in there.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Well, there's your problem. You don't throw away electronics. You
- 8:40Speaker 2: go recycle them more like a responsible human being.
- 8:43Speaker 3: This was cors Ago.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I thought, I'm very upset about this outfit. It was perfect.
- 8:51Speaker 2: It was it was a perfect yellow skirt and yell.
- 8:54Speaker 2: It was like I was gonna be my Easter outfit.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Now I don't know, but what I'm gonna wear for Easter?
- 8:58Speaker 3: You know what I'll see outside in about ten.
- 9:01Speaker 4: What is the most expensive thing that you have accidentally
- 9:06Speaker 4: thrown away? Call the show eight three three five I
- 9:09Speaker 4: one BAMA is the number. Take three three five x
- 9:11Speaker 4: one two two sixty two.
- 9:13Speaker 1: The Alabama Show on demand free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 9:17Speaker 4: What is the most expensive thing you have ever accidentally
- 9:20Speaker 4: thrown away? Call the show eight three three five I
- 9:24Speaker 4: one Bama is the number. Because accidentally threw away an
- 9:27Speaker 4: outfit at the dumpster at work last week.
- 9:29Speaker 3: Yeah, like a w You can.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Always also comment on The Alabama Show on Facebook. Look
- 9:36Speaker 4: us up and comment there. This one's the worst, Abby
- 9:38Speaker 4: said one time. My aunt threw away Garth Brooks tickets
- 9:42Speaker 4: in the trash, which is which was a huge apartment trash,
- 9:46Speaker 4: been back in nineteen ninety five and can get it back.
- 9:49Speaker 3: God, that would be the worst. That is extensive.
- 9:52Speaker 4: This is why concert tickets are digital now and you
- 9:54Speaker 4: download them to.
- 9:55Speaker 6: Your Apple wallet unless you throw your phone in the trash.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Almost thought I did ta last week and I would
- 10:01Speaker 4: have jumped in the dumpster for that. One called the
- 10:03Speaker 4: show What's the most expensive thing You've ever accidentally thrown away?
- 10:07Speaker 2: Eight three three five oh one two two sixty two.
- 10:10Speaker 1: The Alabama show Fun to Me? It's amazing free on
- 10:13Speaker 1: the iHeartRadio app eight.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Three thirty five I one Bama is the number to
- 10:17Speaker 2: call the show. Heather, good morning. What's the most expensive
- 10:19Speaker 2: thing that you've ever thrown away? My bar? Shoal you're
- 10:23Speaker 2: what my denture barsial? And did you go dumpster diving
- 10:29Speaker 2: for it? I did, but it was going.
- 10:31Speaker 4: I'm on my way to the Vennis now with a
- 10:33Speaker 4: twelve hundred dollars for a full dangerous.
- 10:37Speaker 2: My god, So this just happened.
- 10:40Speaker 4: It happened in January, and I've had to have each
- 10:43Speaker 4: fold and now I get my final hit today girl,
- 10:47Speaker 4: what were you doing? You were did you take your
- 10:48Speaker 4: teeth out while you're eating? And then just forgetting.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Awesome, I wrapped them up in a napkin. I was
- 10:55Speaker 2: with my grandson and he wanted some Mocerella six and
- 10:59Speaker 2: so we got some and they got in my seat
- 11:01Speaker 2: and I sing them and took them an a oh no,
- 11:03Speaker 2: look I get it. I've done that with a Vizlon before.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I know people have thrown away their retainers. It ain't cheap,
- 11:09Speaker 2: but that's my most sacious thing thus far. I love it. Well,
- 11:13Speaker 2: good luck. I'm glad you're getting some new teen today.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Thank you for calling. Have a great day.
- 11:18Speaker 1: It's three things you need to know with the Element.
- 11:22Speaker 4: We got a new pickleball facility in Tuscaloosa, almost eleven
- 11:26Speaker 4: months after announcing the project, the largest pickleball facility is
- 11:30Speaker 4: now open for business in Tuscaloosa. It was replacing outdoor
- 11:34Speaker 4: tennis courts at Bowers Park, So now there's more than
- 11:37Speaker 4: a dozen pickleball courts. So if you're a pickleballer and
- 11:40Speaker 4: you want to go play there, you go. Selene Dion
- 11:44Speaker 4: announced a concert back in Paris. She said she's going
- 11:47Speaker 4: to do a series of show this fall. There will
- 11:50Speaker 4: be two weekly concerts in September and October. This is
- 11:53Speaker 4: a big deal because Selene was diagnosed with stiff person
- 11:56Speaker 4: syndrome in twenty twenty two, which is a rare neurological
- 12:00Speaker 4: disorder that affects muscle control and singing ability.
- 12:03Speaker 2: She had to cancel a tour like.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Several several years ago because of her health. So this
- 12:08Speaker 4: is a really big deal because this is not going
- 12:11Speaker 4: to be an easy thing for her to do, so
- 12:12Speaker 4: I'm excited to see how that goes this fall. A
- 12:16Speaker 4: Bachelorette contestant asked Taylor Frankie Paul about her arrest from
- 12:21Speaker 4: twenty twenty three when she got into a domestic dispute
- 12:24Speaker 4: with her then boyfriend. This happened during the show on
- 12:26Speaker 4: a one on one day when they were filming months ago.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Now a source is saying that she had a full
- 12:32Speaker 4: on meltdown and stormed off the set when they asked
- 12:35Speaker 4: her about it. My god, but we'll never see that
- 12:38Speaker 4: episode because last week the big thing was the Bachelorette.
- 12:42Speaker 2: ABC canceled this.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Season of the Bachelorette because the video from that incident
- 12:46Speaker 4: in twenty twenty three got released by TMZ and if you.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Watch it, it does not look good.
- 12:53Speaker 3: I want to see this footage.
- 12:54Speaker 2: ABC.
- 12:55Speaker 4: ABC also could be losing millions of dollars from having
- 13:00Speaker 4: to cancel this season because they already did all of
- 13:02Speaker 4: the filming they had, like the whole season was done
- 13:06Speaker 4: as far as I know, if not the whole season,
- 13:08Speaker 4: but most of it, and they had to pay for
- 13:09Speaker 4: the travel and all the people.
- 13:10Speaker 2: So, oh my gosh, that is a bomber. It's a
- 13:13Speaker 2: whole thing.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Anyway, that's three things you need to own. More at
- 13:17Speaker 4: The Alabama Show dot.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Com, the Alabama Show on demand free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 13:23Speaker 4: If you have a good news story, called the Show
- 13:26Speaker 4: eight three three five O one Bama because we'd love
- 13:28Speaker 4: to celebrate you. Arlington Elementary, the kids are so great.
- 13:33Speaker 4: They donated three hundred Teddy Bears to Lebonner Children's Hospital.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I heard about that and that. I love the
- 13:41Speaker 3: determination of kids.
- 13:43Speaker 2: You like determination? Okay, So what they did.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Their teacher, They were honoring the memory of their teacher.
- 13:50Speaker 4: Lourie took her She recently passed away for battling cancer,
- 13:54Speaker 4: but this is something she's done for a long time
- 13:56Speaker 4: with her students. Was donate bears after she just passed away.
- 14:01Speaker 4: They all came together and they donate like three hundred
- 14:04Speaker 4: teddy bears is a huge deal. But what the Teddy
- 14:07Speaker 4: Bears do are for kids who are about to go
- 14:09Speaker 4: into surgery. The doctors will use the Teddy Bears to
- 14:13Speaker 4: explain the procedures and be like, here's what's going to happen,
- 14:16Speaker 4: you know, kind of like a little diagram on the teddybear,
- 14:18Speaker 4: and then they give the kid the teddy Bear and
- 14:20Speaker 4: it kind of comforts them when they go hindo surgery.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Like I said, they are. It is so sweet what
- 14:25Speaker 3: they're doing for these kids.
- 14:27Speaker 2: It was absolutely cool.
- 14:28Speaker 4: There's a photo too of all the kids with all
- 14:31Speaker 4: the Teddy Bears when they go to donate. But Arlington
- 14:34Speaker 4: Elementary you are what's awesome today. If you have good
- 14:38Speaker 4: news you want to share, call the show eight three
- 14:40Speaker 4: three five O one BAMA is the number, the.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Alabama Show Onto me. It's free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 14:45Speaker 2: I hope I'm saying her name right.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Elizabeth Hanji was named the winner of a met opera competition.
- 14:52Speaker 4: Oh that's awesome, but she's from Vestavia.
- 14:55Speaker 3: That's even cooler.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I know.
- 14:57Speaker 2: We got a Birmingham native.
- 14:59Speaker 4: The final competition was March twenty second at the met
- 15:02Speaker 4: Opera House in New York City and only six winners
- 15:05Speaker 4: were chosen to win twenty thousand dollars.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, that.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Is so cool. Could you imagine?
- 15:11Speaker 4: Because you know, I will say it all day long,
- 15:15Speaker 4: Alabama has the most talented people. We've had winners on
- 15:18Speaker 4: American Idol. We've got a lot of people from Alabama
- 15:21Speaker 4: talented out in the world.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Channing Tatums from Alabama, you got.
- 15:25Speaker 6: We got a lot of courtney cause the judge from
- 15:28Speaker 6: American Idol, I forgot his name.
- 15:32Speaker 3: The guy, this white guy.
- 15:34Speaker 2: It's not Luke Bryan. The other is not lionel Richie.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Richie's from Birmingham.
- 15:39Speaker 4: Okay, Well, anyway, we got a lot of talent in Alabama,
- 15:44Speaker 4: and Elizabeth you were what's awesome. That is so cool
- 15:46Speaker 4: that you won this competition. So you're what's awesome today.
- 15:50Speaker 4: If you have good news you want to share, call
- 15:52Speaker 4: the show. Eight three three five oh one Bama is
- 15:54Speaker 4: the number. That's eight three three five oh one two
- 15:57Speaker 4: two sixty.
- 15:58Speaker 1: You were listening to the Alabama Show on demand.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I'm trying to recreate your therapy session.
- 16:07Speaker 3: This is actually so serene. I love this. This is
- 16:10Speaker 3: a nice sale.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Tell me about your problems, Producer Blake.
- 16:14Speaker 3: I don't even know where to start at about.
- 16:15Speaker 4: It, Buddally, thank you for listening to the Alabama Show.

- 16:28Speaker 3: Correct.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Now you've gone for a second time.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Uh huh.
- 16:31Speaker 2: And you said you've learned a lot about yourself.
- 16:34Speaker 3: I did.
- 16:36Speaker 6: I figured out that therapy includes a lot of talking about.
- 16:40Speaker 2: What you learn. Are you co dependent?
- 16:42Speaker 4: Are you tell me what your issues are?
- 16:46Speaker 3: Well?
- 16:49Speaker 4: Yes, forget hit, but I want to know so I
- 16:52Speaker 4: can better serve.
- 16:54Speaker 2: You as your coworker. What are you?
- 16:58Speaker 6: I don't do well with people leaving, like going away,
- 17:01Speaker 6: abandonment issues, okay.
- 17:05Speaker 3: A bunch of stuff like that.
- 17:06Speaker 5: You know.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Just did you get the cognitive distortion app? Look, I'm
- 17:10Speaker 2: a stranger. Therapist loves me. I got all I got
- 17:13Speaker 2: all the books at home.
- 17:15Speaker 3: I uh one.
- 17:16Speaker 6: I did bring you up and they said, hm, what'd
- 17:20Speaker 6: you say about me?
- 17:21Speaker 3: I just told her what what we do on the
- 17:23Speaker 3: show She.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Goes, did you talk about the torture that I do?
- 17:26Speaker 3: I did, Yeah, she said, I don't know.
- 17:29Speaker 6: We're gonna have to dive deeper into that another week,
- 17:30Speaker 6: because that seems like a lot more.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Are you serious. Okay, well you got PTSD for me.
- 17:36Speaker 6: Yeah, so that's a different one.
- 17:42Speaker 5: No.
- 17:42Speaker 3: I just you know, it's been I actually enjoy therapy.
- 17:45Speaker 3: It's I feel like a better person recently.
- 17:47Speaker 4: I do think therapy is great, and I love that
- 17:49Speaker 4: you're opening up and talking about it on the air
- 17:52Speaker 4: because I think it normalizes therapy, which we need more of,
- 17:55Speaker 4: especially in the South. I think a lot of men
- 17:58Speaker 4: are ashamed to talk about their fear, and so I
- 18:01Speaker 4: love that you're doing it.
- 18:02Speaker 6: Yeah, it's something I never would have thought I could
- 18:05Speaker 6: see myself doing.

- 18:24Speaker 6: like by myself.
- 18:25Speaker 3: I feel good.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Do you have homework, Like, do you get homework from
- 18:29Speaker 4: your therapist that you have to work on before you
- 18:31Speaker 4: come back every week?
- 18:32Speaker 3: Uh?
- 18:33Speaker 6: No, it's more of like, these are some of the
- 18:35Speaker 6: underlying issues. So I go home and I figure out
- 18:38Speaker 6: how to manage that. I do better on like thinking
- 18:41Speaker 6: for myself and just tell me what I'm doing.
- 18:44Speaker 4: Have you ever left therapy mad because you've learned something
- 18:48Speaker 4: in therapy and been like, oh my god, they're the problem?
- 18:51Speaker 2: It was ever me?
- 18:52Speaker 3: No, Actually I'm ViOS versa.

- 18:57Speaker 6: the root.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Issue of stuff, and I'm like, is it you?
