Transcript
- 0:01Hello everyone.
- 0:01It's Michael Jaco with Unleashing Intuition Secrets.
- 0:04I have Daniel Bonnier back.
- 0:05He's been on the show before.
- 0:06We've talked about the hellish conditions that he went through
- 0:09in a small Vermont town.
- 0:11Y- spent time in jail.
- 0:13Everything was corrupt.
- 0:14The h- the local town folk political system, judicial system, the the
- 0:19sheriffs, all against him, and he prevailed, took it to court, and he's won.
- 0:25So we're gonna talk about that, the whole sh- kaboodle.
- 0:28So Dan, thanks for coming in, appreciate it.
- 0:32Yeah, thank you very much.
- 0:33I wanna first and foremost thank you your production your platform.
- 0:37I wanna thank your guests for listening and, understanding this story,
- 0:41so for that I- I'm very blessed.
- 0:43Yeah, I, I'm on my third week here of the victory lap.
- 0:46As you said, the hellish conditions and circumstances I've been subjected
- 0:50to, I can say this after a pretty sophisticated not very long trial, but
- 0:57very sophisticated we questioned every time, would the jurors be able to look
- 1:03at the very specific legal matters separate the emotions, and identify
- 1:10who was right and who was wrong.
- 1:11It only took 43 minutes for the juries, the jurors to come back and acquitted
- 1:17me unani- anonymously, unanimously.
- 1:22That must've been overwhelming.
- 1:23Good evidence for them to come back that quick.
- 1:25Good job.
- 1:26Yeah.
- 1:26I actually was completely prepared to do 15 years in prison.
- 1:30I had sold and got rid of more than 95% of my personal belongings
- 1:34and worldly possessions.
- 1:36I, I was convinced the system was going to incarcerate me.
- 1:39Hearing not guilty and, if you see little excerpts of the trial was completely
- 1:44videoed by the local syndicated news.
- 1:46My attorney turns to me and he's "Now you're gonna be rich." It
- 1:50was just an unbelievable feeling.
- 1:52It's, it still really hasn't set in, but I'm grateful because right
- 1:56this moment I could be, in some federal housing somewhere doing
- 2:0015 years for this nightmare.
- 2:03So what do you think helped you?
- 2:05Do you think that coming on these shows, and I know you've been on a
- 2:08lot of platforms talking about this do you really think that helped?
- 2:12I think originally when we released the police officer, his name is
- 2:16Thomas Covino he's a constable.
- 2:19I really believe that in the state of Vermont we did a very large and
- 2:24productive public relations campaign.
- 2:26We released his police records of arrests.
- 2:30I think that for several weeks the general populace was just in shock.
- 2:35"How could this be true? How could a police officer be arrested four times
- 2:40for DWI, one time for a burglary charge?" And then have two orders of protections
- 2:46preventing him from holding a firearm.
- 2:49It was just really eccentric, and then people started to inquire.
- 2:53Then we released the the convictions his federal NCIC record, which was,
- 3:00completely defaming and factual.
- 3:03One mugshot of the burglary charge, he was in his police uniform when he was
- 3:08arrested for burglary, armed burglary.
- 3:10Wow.
- 3:11So I think that the people in the community, I believe that
- 3:16information spread like wildfire.
- 3:19You com- you compound that with, all the hate people are having
- 3:22towards law enforcement now because of the situations with ICE.
- 3:26People got really upset.
- 3:28And I, and at that moment I truly believe in my heart that people came
- 3:33on board and was like, "Listen, we don't like Daniel, and we may not
- 3:37like his circumstances, but we've got a criminal hiding behind a badge."
- 3:43Yeah.
- 3:44Yeah.
- 3:46It's unbelievable.
- 3:47Yeah.
- 3:47And, he shouldn't have even had a firearm.
- 3:50Correct.
- 3:51Correct.
- 3:52So tell us about that.
- 3:53And I'm looking at your picture where he's like with his firearm hanging out
- 3:57with little kids helping them fish.
- 3:59It's like-
- 3:59Yeah
- 4:01… this guy.
- 4:01This guy's-
- 4:01Yeah, it's- … crazy
- 4:02it's, the Mothers Against Drunk Driving award, my attorneys reached out to them.
- 4:06They explained to them, as a na- as a national non-for-profit, you are
- 4:11literally slapping the face of every mother that had a loss of life or an
- 4:16injury or catastrophic injury from a drunk driver, giving one of the
- 4:22highest awards to a man that has not one, not two, not three, but four DWIs.
- 4:28It's very concerning, sir. It really is.
- 4:31And it's a dysfunctional process of crediting people, and it hurts people.
- 4:37With the pistol situation it's no different.
- 4:40Every state has domestic violence survivors.
- 4:43Every state has domestic violence advocates.
- 4:46This gentleman has been prohibited he's a prohibited person.
- 4:50If he went to go buy a gun, he would not be able to buy one
- 4:54because in the NCIC he's under a permanent order of protection.
- 4:58So him having that pistol in his holster there in Vermont is technically a
- 5:05violation of law, but who's c- who's gonna hold him accountable, right?
- 5:09His fellow brothers and sisters in blue are equally as corrupt or part
- 5:14of the syndicate of corruption.
- 5:18Yeah, and that whole town, right from the beginning, we've talked about this
- 5:20in detail, so I encourage everybody, if you haven't seen our shows from
- 5:23the past go check them out because we talk about from the beginning when you
- 5:28first came and you bought your land and you were like gonna create a shooting
- 5:31range, and you did create a shooting range, and you had it was fantastic.
- 5:35I- it's like a dream come true for a guy like me, a guy like you, f- former, guys
- 5:39that served time over in combat zones.
- 5:42It's … you're going to help people, get up to speed so they c- go do their jobs.
- 5:47You had military law enforcement come to your range.
- 5:51I would have loved to come to your range.
- 5:52If you ever do it again, I'll probably check it out, but- … it's,
- 5:56it … Yeah, I hope you do.
- 5:57It looks like you might get enough money to do that and do it right, so
- 6:00get … That, that'll be fantastic.
- 6:01Going back.
- 6:03So-
- 6:03Yeah.
- 6:03It's truly tragic
- 6:07I'm really appalled about how the people behaved.
- 6:10I'm really appalled that, the numbers were against me in, in, what I've
- 6:14trademarked as the movement of favoritism, nepotism, and corruption.
- 6:19I get it.
- 6:19It happens everywhere.
- 6:20I do.
- 6:21I'm traveling right now all over the country doing podcasts, public
- 6:24speaking, law enforcement events.
- 6:27And the movement is that, listen, one part is predicated
- 6:31on a constitutional violation.
- 6:33I got a valid building permit and they re- they redacted it.
- 6:36They clawed it back and then demanded I take buildings down.
- 6:39That's unconstitutional.
- 6:40And then the civil rights part is, working with different law enforcement
- 6:43and federal agencies to know when and where procedures and protocols should
- 6:48be put in place and, when the act or use of excessive force is applicable.
- 6:54What a lot of people really haven't perseverated on or, regurgitated
- 6:59is that in the juror's decree of guilty or not guilty, it was
- 7:04compartmentalized in three factors.
- 7:06One was if there was excessive force, two was it a lawful arrest, and three was
- 7:12if Constable Thomas Covino utilized the law enforcement policies and procedures
- 7:17applicable to all law enforcement officers in the state of Vermont.
- 7:21And unequivocally and unanimously, all of them said no.
- 7:25So he really got himself in a trifecta of trouble behaving the way he did
- 7:32and acting in the manner that he did
- 7:37Yeah.
- 7:37Un- unbelievable.
- 7:38So all the way from the corruption of the town folk who, you weren't part
- 7:43of their good old boy network, and you never would've been because of
- 7:46the corruption that they were into.
- 7:48But I think we talked about how they were involved in some
- 7:51very very bad organizations.
- 7:53All right, we'll just say that.
- 7:55May- maybe we've mentioned it on the show before, but these organizations
- 7:58are not for the rest of us.
- 8:00They want to like, just for whites and just for this group- Yeah
- 8:03so forth.
- 8:04And you had people from every persuasion an- anyone would.
- 8:08'Cause we're, that's the Constitution.
- 8:10We can all, get along for, with everybody.
- 8:13But these guys were, they wanted their little clique, they wanted
- 8:16their small town, and they didn't want you bringing anybody else into
- 8:19your place of business to conduct good range procedure and so forth.
- 8:23They didn't want anyone that was not of the white persuasion.
- 8:27And that's, that should just blow that whole … That should, right there
- 8:31should've just blown everything apart.
- 8:33Yeah.
- 8:34It's, it, I just did a really heavily veteran-based podcast a couple days
- 8:39ago that has not been released.
- 8:40And, I just looked across all the contributors in this round table
- 8:44discussion and just said, "Listen, fellas, not one of you ever looked to
- 8:49the left or to the right to see what color, what religion, what race, what
- 8:53sexual pro- preference your men were with you when you were holding the line."
- 8:57And they all shook their head and said, "No.
- 8:58We just wanted to hold the line and defeat the enemy." The issues that I grew up
- 9:03with, I was born with, I was raised with, and I continue through my lifespan was,
- 9:08is that, just because I told the I created a gun training institution, it could've
- 9:13been a coffee shop, it could've been a dry cleaner, it could've been anything.
- 9:17I would never placate to what the town is, and that's racist.
- 9:22I would never put a sign up and say, "Check the box if you're pure
- 9:26white, if you're Roman Catholic, if you're," like it's a ludicrous-
- 9:29Yeah
- 9:29… and dysfunctional concept.
- 9:32But unfortunately in Paula, Vermont, the 650 scumbags and racist scumbags that
- 9:38live there have, joined hand and forces and been behaving like this since 1837.
- 9:43You know- if nothing or a little bit will change, I don't know.
- 9:47We're hoping the civil suits that will produce, an exorbitant amount
- 9:53of money in constitutional rights and civil liberty violations will
- 9:56change them, but listen, they've been getting away with it since 1837.
- 10:01Wow.
- 10:02Yeah.
- 10:03And it's finally stopped.
- 10:04It's finally come to a head.
- 10:06And they butted against the wrong person.
- 10:07Thank you for staying true and fighting for this.
- 10:09Of course.
- 10:10You went through absolute hell to get to where you're at.
- 10:12No, no one would wanna go through that.
- 10:14Probably some people are out there, "Oh, you're gonna get the big payoff.
- 10:17Yay." It's probably not worth it, but - Yeah … it will go to some
- 10:20extent to help you g- you know, going forward because you lost everything.
- 10:25You had an incredible land, property.
- 10:28You had range set up and everything.
- 10:30They came in and bulldozed everything down.
- 10:32Yeah.
- 10:32All said and done, while I was incarcerated th- that was the sanction
- 10:37the judge Judge Thomas Durkin had implemented in his decision that I would
- 10:42stay incarcerated for a period of however long it took to demolish the property.
- 10:47Now, it took a little over six months, but in that demolition of my property, I
- 10:52lost $1.6 billion worth of infrastructure.
- 10:55It's gone.
- 10:56It's in the dump.
- 10:57There's environmental deficiencies now because of the destruction.
- 11:01There is topography changes because of the destruction.
- 11:04There's visual and environmental issues because of the destruction.
- 11:08But the moral of the story was is that Judge Thomas Durkin made it very
- 11:11clear that property would be brought back to as close as the way that
- 11:14God had it in his order, whatever that means, my lawyers would say.
- 11:18No one knows how God, had it.
- 11:20No one was around when God created … Firehill Road.
- 11:24But nevertheless, the sanction was implemented and executed
- 11:29in a fashion that, if you did a satellite before and after of my
- 11:33property, it looks like the moon.
- 11:35Every- everything has been destroyed.
- 11:36Wow.
- 11:36There's nothing left.
- 11:38Incredible.
- 11:38And you had I think you had goats and chickens and it was a nice- Yes.
- 11:43Yeah … 0.7.
- 11:44Wow.
- 11:45Yeah.
- 11:45Yeah that's crazy.
- 11:46So this is the nightmare that anyone could go through in any town, and
- 11:52that's why it's important, that we look at your win here and and try and
- 11:57replicate it wherever we see this.
- 11:58Now, give it, give us a little background of where, how and when
- 12:02you went to court and how it h- how it transpired that you won.
- 12:06Yeah.
- 12:06My attorneys hired a, like a really excellent subject matter
- 12:11expert on excessive force.
- 12:13He worked on my trial for about two years.
- 12:16He, he walks a similar path as you.
- 12:18Former Navy private security contractor, was a police officer
- 12:22for a short period of time.
- 12:24And he did a super analytical dissection of the encounter.
- 12:29To the point where he was actually using mirrored images that he
- 12:33could see in, in, in exploding the photos and shrinking them.
- 12:38Really dissecting the audio to hear every moan, every word.
- 12:42And basically he presented to the state Early on after the jury indictment
- 12:48for me utilizing force against the law enforcement community, that his,
- 12:52that the police saw that the Constable Covino's force was excessive, and he
- 12:57im- and he utilized excessive force.
- 12:59He further elaborated on that the law enforcement procedures that are outlined
- 13:05by a state, board code of conduct, we can't kick people, we can't bite
- 13:10people, I'm exaggerating things right now, but, what he did is he went step
- 13:14by every action Thomas Covino did, and each one, each element he violated.
- 13:20We were in a passive stage of argument, and really, Constable Covino was
- 13:27tired of me calling him a fake cop, because I believe he's a fake cop.
- 13:30He doesn't have the appropriate accreditation.
- 13:32And, when I said his wife was ugly, that's when he assaulted me.
- 13:36In the passive stage that the jurors got to see, I'm in the car, I have
- 13:40my hand underneath the seatbelt, I'm holding my cellphone to video
- 13:45record, and he comes through the window and punches me right in my eye.
- 13:50He lied to the jury, said that I punched him first.
- 13:52The jurors got to see that.
- 13:54So from what I understand from, unbelievable legal guardianship from
- 13:59my attorneys and private investigators and everyone else, the jurors see when
- 14:04these cops lie once, and they just go and say everything else is a lie.
- 14:08There's other things, as a constable, a lot of people don't
- 14:11realize that Constable Covino owns and purchased everything he has.
- 14:15He bought his own police car, his own uniform, his own gun, his own
- 14:20gear, and one of the things that was regulated was his OC spray.
- 14:25And when it came out that he did not provide the state or me or the medical
- 14:31practitioners a very specific standard of of re- of receipt of deployment of
- 14:37OC, not only did he not give anyone that receipt, the OC spray that he used was
- 14:43not regulated by the State of Vermont.
- 14:46Just, checkbox after checks box- … his
- 14:49credibility, his demeanor, and then, ultimately his background destroyed him.
- 14:55Yeah.
- 14:56Tell everybody, the injuries that you suffered.
- 14:58This is, that has- Yeah … had to have been very relevant.
- 15:01'Cause he's punching you.
- 15:03He's using- Yeah … his legal authority his, being a police officer.
- 15:07You're gonna give him a little bit of leeway.
- 15:09You're a gun fighter.
- 15:09You, if it was a gun fight, you would've won probably.
- 15:1299 per- percent of the time.
- 15:15But he is u- he is abusing his authority, and he abused it on
- 15:19you 'cause you're basically, "Hey, I'm just videoing you, giving…
- 15:23harassing me as you've been harassing me." And and then he just went off on you.
- 15:28Eh, once again, back into that, people see the video, they don't see all of it.
- 15:32There's, there… Nowhere on the internet is the entire scuffle.
- 15:36So the jurors got to see that, but what the jurors got to see is
- 15:39the relentless blows I took to the left eye, which I'm now blind in.
- 15:43I lost some teeth, and then this shoulder has been completely, rebuilt.
- 15:48The abuse continued.
- 15:49Listen, when you hurt law enforcement, they're all in one, I think I mentioned
- 15:54in, in the other podcast with you, I was in one facility, they transferred me to
- 15:58another facility, which was a super max.
- 16:01The momentum still carried me.
- 16:02"Oh, he fought a cop." And then those cops are mad, and they continue to abuse you.
- 16:07But, my, my injuries are forever sustaining.
- 16:11I will never get my vision back in my eye and, I will never get my teeth back.
- 16:16Although my shoulder has been surgically repaired, it will never be 100%.
- 16:20Those are the injuries that I sustained from a radical, off
- 16:24leash Constable Thomas Gavino.
- 16:26And, a, another element that my, my legal team presented to the jury,
- 16:33which, the judge really eloquently over illustrated, I was considered most
- 16:39wanted and a fugitive on a civil warrant.
- 16:42It was not criminal based warrant.
- 16:44It's a big difference.
- 16:46It doesn't go into the federal computer system.
- 16:49It's not extraditional.
- 16:50We have to tone it all down from the rhetoric.
- 16:54The governor went on TV, and he's the one that massaged this situation by
- 16:59claiming me as the most dangerous man.
- 17:01It wasn't even a misdemeanor.
- 17:02It wasn't even a ticket.
- 17:04It's a civil violation that manifested this situation.
- 17:08And I really… It really behooves you and your audience to,
- 17:12psychoanalyze that for a minute.
- 17:13It's not it's like not paying your HOA fees or, you, something really
- 17:18simple that this guy went rogue for.
- 17:21Yeah, and on, on top of that, like you just mentioned, it went
- 17:24all the way up to the governor.
- 17:26The governor is like dissing you and- Yes … and nat- you know, on national TV.
- 17:31The political corruption all the way to the very top of Vermont.
- 17:35Of course, it starts at the bottom.
- 17:37That's how these people the top can exist 'cause there's corruption at the bottom,
- 17:42and this is why I'm so happy that you won because we have to defeat this enemy
- 17:48against we the people at the bottom first, and then we work our way up to the top.
- 17:53This is good gun fighting.
- 17:54This is good, the way you take down a system that's corrupt.
- 17:57Not only did lose your land, which was, like unbelievable.
- 18:01We've talked about how imagine you have a home and it's, you get your mortgage
- 18:05on your home, so everything's good, and then you go and say, "Hey, I wanna build
- 18:08a, I wanna build a, a, another carport."
- 18:11And they're like, "Come out." They do all the stuff, and they're like,
- 18:13"Okay, you're good." So for you, they basically did all that, and they came
- 18:18out and said no that, authority that we gave you to build, we're… it's no
- 18:22longer… It's void now." Imagine, so th- this is the corruption on so many
- 18:27different levels that came against you.
- 18:30One of them, just being beaten like you, you were by the cop is horrific.
- 18:34And then you had your they took away your land, they took away your land, all the
- 18:38stuff that you built, and you said over a million dollars worth of property that
- 18:41you'd built on the land and so forth, the ranges, the home, and the shelters for
- 18:45the animals, and all that kind of stuff.
- 18:46They just destroyed all that.
- 18:48And then you have the governor of the state criticizing you,
- 18:52saying you're, like, the most wanted or some crazy bullshit.
- 18:55Yeah.
- 18:55Listen I learned very quickly coming out of the close-knit community that
- 19:00I was in, in that gun-fighting world, working in and among, around a group,
- 19:05about 12 guys, just, pretty much socializing and executing professionalism
- 19:11with them all the time, m- moving into Vermont was a real shock for me
- 19:14because I really got to see a side of the world that I didn't see anywhere.
- 19:19And I tell people all the time, I like to say, every race, religion, creed,
- 19:23I've been all over the United States, and I've been all over the world.
- 19:25I've seen some really dark and shitty people.
- 19:28But the 650 full-time residents in Pawlet, Vermont are the most evilest
- 19:33people I've ever met in my fucking life, and I'm not just saying that
- 19:36'cause I got beef and a tiff with them.
- 19:38I'm just saying with them they're not educated, they're not sophisticated,
- 19:42and they're racist, and they live in a mode of the racism prevails.
- 19:47How they've gotten away with that, I'm not sure.
- 19:50I've been able to touch base with several people of color, several Jews,
- 19:54and obviously the LGBTQ+ communities because they're one of my major
- 19:58benefactors for my legal crusade.
- 20:00But- … how they've ostracized people and gotten away, it really comes
- 20:04down to this: They make a couple of threats, and then people run away.
- 20:08They made threats to me, but I just didn't run away.
- 20:13Yeah y- so you're saying you're going on a lot of shows and
- 20:16you're talking about this.
- 20:17What kind of shows have you been on so far?
- 20:19I did Andy Stumpf Black Rifle Coffee.
- 20:22Okay … i've done some other, smaller ones.
- 20:24What I'm really trying to do is w- work in an advocacy to, prevent, this situation.
- 20:30Listen, this is the first time in Vermont's history the
- 20:33precedent on taking property.
- 20:35The state has never commandeered anyone's property.
- 20:38E- everything about my case is first time and a precedent in my name.
- 20:43What I'm really trying to do is take away the cause… excuse me.
- 20:46Take away the character and implement the cause.
- 20:49Speaking with media, speaking with legal academics, it's this, it's what this is.
- 20:54Listen the process of applying for and procuring a permit is a very
- 20:58sacred thing, sometimes home, home purchases and home building are a
- 21:03human being's largest investment they've ever made in their life.
- 21:07Therefore, the groundwork of getting that piece of paperwork to say yay or
- 21:12nay, and sometimes it's no and 90% of the time it's yes, but when it's done ef-
- 21:18efficiently and legally and appropriately, like in my case, there should never,
- 21:23ever be a circumstance, I don't care what someone could invent, that they
- 21:30have the eligibility to redact that.
- 21:32That is just fundamentally a violation of the process.
- 21:37If that's the case, like people now in Vermont are saying, "Why get a fucking
- 21:41permit now if they can take it away from us?" So the movement is really to
- 21:46eradicate anyone thinking about that.
- 21:49I've read little excerpts of Massachusetts and Maine referencing
- 21:53my case and saying, "Oh if we got someone we don't like, we'll void their
- 21:56permit," and, that's a dangerous slope.
- 21:58It's a very slippery and dangerous slope for these states and
- 22:02municipalities to start perseverating on this precedent because,
- 22:06precedents move around the country.
- 22:08It doesn't just stay stuck in Vermont.
- 22:11But listen, my father's father, his father, everyone gets a permit, right?
- 22:16It doesn't have to be very specific to building, but whatever that permit may be,
- 22:21there really shouldn't be an issue where this can be redacted because it per- it
- 22:26really begins- people's, hypotheticals, people's con- conspiratorial minds
- 22:32to say, "Listen, why spend a dollar fo-…" I had to spend 400 on mine.
- 22:37They gave the $400 back to me, but we're at dangerous times with this, Thor.
- 22:42Yeah, definitely.
- 22:44And yeah, you talk about precedent.
- 22:46That's a good thing about this case- … 'cause it's setting
- 22:49precedent, to go against a system that's corrupt- … and lean against it.
- 22:52Everyone… Your lawyer, wow, what a great guy.
- 22:55That's his background- Yeah … really helped.
- 22:57Yeah … so it, that, you couldn't have found a better lawyer, I don't think.
- 23:01Unbelievable.
- 23:01So congratulations on that.
- 23:04Well-
- 23:04Now, where does it go from here?
- 23:06Now you've won, is it going to…
- 23:07what's… Where do you go?
- 23:09Okay.
- 23:09Excellent question.
- 23:10As of two weeks ago, we presented to the state, the state police to file
- 23:16charges of assault on Thomas Covino.
- 23:20So we put in a formal police report and motion for the state to pick up charges,
- 23:27criminal charges on him for assaulting me.
- 23:30The assaulting me will be either in the context of LEO, law
- 23:34enforcement or a lay citizen.
- 23:36It's a moot point.
- 23:37It's all on video, and the jury exonerated me on all charges.
- 23:41So at this point, under the depiction of the law in court his arrest
- 23:47was unlawful, and I was freed.
- 23:50So what happens?
- 23:51I was assaulted.
- 23:53I sustained serious injuries which I might have I'd like to add to you and
- 23:57your audience, we were not allowed to divulge the injuries to me to the jurors.
- 24:01Wow.
- 24:02He was only allowed to show his ring finger was a little swollen,
- 24:06and he had a little pimple up here.
- 24:08So now with the criminal with the criminal arrest that we're hoping the state
- 24:13picks up the charges, now the court and judicial system will see in a seven-page
- 24:19decree, the d- damage he did to me.
- 24:21But my lawyers are optimistic.
- 24:23They said 99.9% of the time the state doesn't prosecute law enforcement
- 24:27officers, but maybe with the notoriety and attention they will with him.
- 24:33But he really should be held accountable in the sense that he gets arrested
- 24:39for assault and charged with assault.
- 24:41And then we'll see, if he pleads guilty or not guilty.
- 24:44Time is of the essence of that.
- 24:45But w- we're on week three, we don't know what's gonna happen with that.
- 24:49That would be excellent, not just for me, but for the people.
- 24:53Because, as the press conference after the trial, I don't know if you've been
- 24:58privy to see that little press conference, but, people muttered what's true.
- 25:03Lookit, Daniel fought a police officer- One and one.
- 25:08So it sets the momentum which I've been advocating for.
- 25:12I support the blue, I back the blue.
- 25:14But what is a lawful order?
- 25:17And when is the words, the verbiage that comes out of some of these
- 25:21radical cops really lawful?
- 25:23And, I tested that and won, and it sets the precedent of people to begin to
- 25:29push back and say, "No, I don't have to put my cellphone camera down," or, "No,
- 25:35I don't have to put my window down."
- 25:36Each state laws are different, but I'm seeing a lot of people get abused,
- 25:40attacked, and seriously hurt because a law enforcement officer just says,
- 25:45"I want you to show me your ID, do the alphabet backwards, and dance upside
- 25:49down with a pink petticoat on." We're at a point of no return where this
- 25:54really level of lunacy is touching the hearts and minds of many law enforcement
- 26:00officers that are getting away with it.
- 26:02But, not Thomas Camino.
- 26:04He got his ass beat up too, and now he knows, "Hey, listen, I gotta
- 26:08be more lawful, I gotta be more careful." If he even still has a job.
- 26:12That's another thing.
- 26:13We don't even know.
- 26:14There's been no public statement.
- 26:16We don't know if he's still a police officer or not.
- 26:18Yeah.
- 26:19The fact that he shouldn't be carrying a gun should be- … now
- 26:22that you, now that's been brought up, that he should be out.
- 26:25He
- 26:26should step- Can you bring that up, can you bring that up in your trial as well?
- 26:29Yeah.
- 26:30So w- Good … the combination of that is, it's something Kevin
- 26:33Hoyts talked about in your ask.
- 26:36I was one of the first people through my private investigative team.
- 26:40His boss is a gentleman by the name of William Bill Humphries, Chief Humphries.
- 26:45Chief Humphries is the highest level of law enforcement in the community.
- 26:49He's the chief.
- 26:50And he's been arrested two times for giving alcohol to female minors.
- 26:55I talk about him in my documentary film because- … the first girl
- 26:58was 19, the second girl was 16.
- 27:00The 16-year-old girl lost her virginity in this particular
- 27:03situation, and spoke elaborately in my documentary film about that.
- 27:09And, a lot of that testimony or that statement was not privy
- 27:13because she had confidence issues and did not do a victim's impact
- 27:17statement during his trial.
- 27:19But- Think about this.
- 27:22A chief of police convicted two times for giving alcohol to female minors.
- 27:28So you add him as Constable Covino's boss, and you really
- 27:32have equal, you have parallel, you have a parallel of corruption.
- 27:36What do you do?
- 27:37We're still struggling.
- 27:38What can we do?
- 27:39My lawyers are like, "How do we change it?"
- 27:42And that's the crusade that I'm on, of really trying to bring advocacy,
- 27:47really trying to bring attention to, listen, this is madness.
- 27:52How is this … Listen, anyone else could do a better job than these two morons.
- 27:57Very good.
- 27:58And I have, someone that I've brought on the show very early on and helped him out.
- 28:02Now he's a big podcaster Alpha Warrior.
- 28:05He went through some s- similar stuff.
- 28:08He was, highly decorated Marine.
- 28:11Came back, he was a undercover cop.
- 28:13Won all kinds of awards.
- 28:15And then he made some statements on X. It was Twitter at the time.
- 28:19And they focus on him.
- 28:21… And they came after him.
- 28:22The FBI came after him.
- 28:24He talks about how, he was coming down his halls 'cause there's all these lasers
- 28:28all over the walls while he's walking.
- 28:29He made sure he didn't take his gun, smart, 'cause they were setting-
- 28:32… they were setting up for him.
- 28:33And he comes out, they arrest him, they search his house.
- 28:36His kids, have to go out on the lawn in the cold for several hours.
- 28:40So he's winning against the FBI.
- 28:42And so these cases … A- and it's taking time.
- 28:45Yes … a lot of us, helped him out, donated, all kind of stuff.
- 28:48He's, like I said, he's a big podcaster now.
- 28:51But it, it does make a difference.
- 28:53You're exceptionally articulate.
- 28:55You're very calm when you talk about this information.
- 28:58That goes a long way, Sure … in this world.
- 29:01And so congratulations on that, and congratulations on,
- 29:04overcoming a lot of this stuff.
- 29:06And you're, like we talked about, you're setting a precedence going forward
- 29:10so that more of this can be exposed.
- 29:12The, these … unfortunately, I love … I've worked with a lot of
- 29:15cop buddy … Swat guys, so forth.
- 29:18Great.
- 29:19There's some that are not.
- 29:20They even say that, there's those of us that are not good.
- 29:24When you went from jail to jail, all the-
- 29:29later and then they like hammer you.
- 29:32They don't get the full information just when those FBI agents came in and they saw
- 29:35on the wall his plaques, his, from where he was in the Marines and all that stuff.
- 29:39They didn't tell these guys that.
- 29:41They said that he was a shitbag.
- 29:43Yeah.
- 29:43And they wanted to take him out.
- 29:45So this is part of the, this is part of the corruption that
- 29:47needs to be exposed as well
- 29:50Yeah.
- 29:50It's, listen the, it's all a very rapid d- ploy of their conquer and control,
- 29:57I worked very diligently to have a record of an upstanding and giving and
- 30:02neutral person living in neutrality.
- 30:04When I moved to Vermont I saw very quickly the favoritism, nepotism,
- 30:09and corruption, and I always knew I'd have some anti-gun rhetoric.
- 30:14I knew there would be a small amount of anti-gun pushback, but I did never believe
- 30:19it would metastasize into what it did.
- 30:21But, what the attorney that prosecuted this, her name is Attorney Meryl
- 30:25Bambianchi, her law partner, Rob Wilmington, he's the executive at the
- 30:31largest media source in the state, Digger.
- 30:33They own the majority of the media in the state of Vermont.
- 30:37So when he took the client-protected information and handed it to his editors,
- 30:43they were able to form a story that just preached hate, it preached failure.
- 30:49It preached demise.
- 30:51And b- by, their own strategic plan, they won.
- 30:55If you, if we went back to 2000, 2001, I would say 60% of the state
- 31:01hated my guts and probably wanted to try to kill me themselves.
- 31:04Now we go to today, there's probably just 1% of people that
- 31:08don't like me, and everyone does.
- 31:10And the combination of that is that it doesn't make me a bad person fighting for
- 31:16my rights, and I didn't violate any laws.
- 31:19When they first started the media campaign against me, they said
- 31:21I didn't have a permit, and we just publicly put the permit out.
- 31:24Anyone coulda went FOIA, Free- Freedom of Information, requested it.
- 31:28Anyone coulda asked me.
- 31:29So you know that that was a turmoil that was ev- that
- 31:32situation was easily overcome.
- 31:34But in, in the same fold you don't have to like me, but you shouldn't
- 31:39be mad at me representing our rights.
- 31:41And representing our rights are just constitutional amendments that I had a
- 31:46problem with someone trampling on, my freedom of speech, my freedom of religion,
- 31:50my freedom to possess and utilize guns.
- 31:53It's not a state code or it's not a quasi process.
- 31:57It's our nati- national it, people have to get behind, the Constitution
- 32:02and our constitutional rights, and unfortunately some are, some
- 32:05Vermonters are not even educated enough to be able to understand that
- 32:09Yeah, and like you said, you had the whole system arrayed against you.
- 32:13The, the- … the political, the j- judicial, including judges and lawyers.
- 32:18And you also had the press.
- 32:21The press can, formulate lies and put them out there, and people, follow those lies.
- 32:26I saw some of the stuff they were putting out about you.
- 32:28It was complete BS.
- 32:29It was lies.
- 32:30And then you have, you know- This justice system arrayed against
- 32:35you and, taking advantage of you.
- 32:38You ended up in prison.
- 32:40Hello?
- 32:40God, it's like we talked about, it's bad enough to like, lose your, lose
- 32:43all your income and w- your land and your all the buildings on your land
- 32:48and and then get beat up by a cop and thrown in jail- for a period of time.
- 32:53How long did you spend in jail?
- 32:55So I spent, I, I spent 120 days in confinement and a little over seven
- 33:00months in, in, incarcerated, it's a combination of two different facilities,
- 33:05so it's a total about eight months.
- 33:08And, that was very difficult for me.
- 33:10I'm gonna be really honest and to your audience, I live off-grid, I live on
- 33:13the top of a mountain, my property's the highest plateau in the community, seeing
- 33:17the sun, breathing fresh air, being, i- in my own world was, quintessential
- 33:23to my character, was it defined me.
- 33:26Being put in a six by nine cage, cell, with no window, recirculated
- 33:31air, they only gave me two nine-ounce Solo cups of water a day.
- 33:35I had to begin a whole new ration, I had to begin a whole new mindset of survival
- 33:41that, I knew I could handle, but I, all in all, I was like, listen, next to me
- 33:46is a murderer, on the other side is a guy that's in for cannibalism, the guy
- 33:50across the way is a serial arsonist.
- 33:53I'm like, look it, I'm out of place.
- 33:55I don't belong here.
- 33:56Yeah.
- 33:57But because of the rhetoric, because of the narratives, because of the character
- 34:01assassination, I went to a dark place.
- 34:05My faith kept me strong my advocates on the outside kept me strong, and I
- 34:09knew that eventually I would get out of this situation and circumstance.
- 34:13But now, like my lawyer says, "Now it's time to compensate because you
- 34:18should not have been there." And I think that's the fear that when
- 34:22I come in, into contact, right?
- 34:25Not intimate, but like close contact with people, they're like we don't
- 34:29wanna end up like you," and I'm like but so what does that mean?"
- 34:32When they come and say you can't be religious in your home or you can't
- 34:35pray or you can't… it could be anything because they start small and
- 34:38then they go bigger and bigger, right?
- 34:40And I ask them what will you do?" And they're like we'll cross
- 34:43that bridge when we get to it."
- 34:44But crossing that bridge when you get to it means your rights
- 34:47have already been removed.
- 34:52So it's terrible.
- 34:53Wow.
- 34:53It's really a terrible process
- 34:58So do you think charges are gonna be against some of these
- 34:59people that went up against you?
- 35:00Obviously Covino is a great candidate for charges.
- 35:04But how about some of these the lawyer and some of these these the
- 35:07corrupt judge that basically, kept you in prison until they could like,
- 35:10clear your land back to God's land?
- 35:12What?
- 35:13Yes.
- 35:14I'm hoping I'm really hoping that, more inquiring minds, m- my speech to
- 35:20you is just like a sermon in a church.
- 35:23We only need one person to get the message.
- 35:25We want everyone to get the message, but we only need one.
- 35:29So listen, people reach out to me from all over the country, people are
- 35:33reaching out to me all over the state.
- 35:35I just had some conversations with some Democratic constituents
- 35:39and Libertarians, and, all over their Facebook pages, it's me.
- 35:44And I'm impressed by that.
- 35:45And-
- 35:45Yeah
- 35:46… eager to say thank you because, for so long you were politically agnostic.
- 35:51You were politically, prejudiced, and now your F- Facebook page your, 'cause it's
- 35:58an election year in Vermont, your election campaign pages have me plastered all over.
- 36:02So it's impressing to me to continue to advocate, continue to help people,
- 36:08and now even the enemy, and I'm saying that hypothetically, I got no beef with
- 36:12Democrats or Libertarians or anyone, but, in, in the past they were, so
- 36:16politically agnostic and portrayed as such an enemy that now you're portraying
- 36:20me, as a hero and want to walk that line.
- 36:24And I'm like, "Listen, it doesn't have to be gun bait. It doesn't have
- 36:27to be. W- whatever it is that you wanna campaign on, I'll be right there
- 36:31with you, especially if it protects the American citizen constitution."
- 36:36Yeah.
- 36:37So th- this is a good comment from the audience.
- 36:39She says, "What happened to you isn't rare, and it's disgusting."
- 36:45So this is, should be motivation for all of those people out there that have gone
- 36:49through this and think they don't have any recourse and who have been silent
- 36:53like they expected you to be silent.
- 36:56… To take it and be silent 'cause you can't go against the system.
- 36:58You proved them wrong.
- 36:59I think this is gonna be very motivational and that's why I've always, supported
- 37:04you on this because I- Oh, thank you … felt that you would prevail.
- 37:08You would prevail.
- 37:09Yeah.
- 37:09I really appreciate that, Michael.
- 37:12It just means so much to me.
- 37:13I can't tell you the appreciation I have.
- 37:15I had a lot of people turn their backs on me in the military community
- 37:19definitely the government community that I came from, and even, e- even some
- 37:23private groups that I had aligned with.
- 37:26And, I prayed that they would come back and see the light.
- 37:29Some of them have.
- 37:30Some of them- Yeah … are too embarrassed.
- 37:31But, listen I don't really think there is anything wrong with fighting
- 37:36for our constitutional rights.
- 37:38I think the effort in itself is eccentric.
- 37:41I think the effort in itself is duly noted to be appreciated.
- 37:46You could win or you could lose, but the mere effort to say, "Hey, listen."
- 37:51Exactly what I'm doing right now, right?
- 37:53If you go and fill out a building permit and it's granted and you build
- 37:57exactly… I wanna overemphasize because there are bad actors.
- 38:01I know people that came to me that, went a couple of feet bigger
- 38:05or they changed the direction.
- 38:06We're not talking about that.
- 38:08We're talking about a completely applicable and legal permit to the T. If
- 38:13you do that like I did, I paid my fees, I paid four years of increased taxes, right?
- 38:20Four years of taxes going up because the structures went up, and then
- 38:25they come and say listen, we don't like your political affiliations.
- 38:28We don't like your religious ideologies.
- 38:30We definitely don't like that you like guns, and now we're gonna push back and
- 38:34take some of your rights away." I have a problem with that and I'll be there
- 38:37with other like-minded people to hold the line wherever you are in this country.
- 38:41You get in touch with me and we'll be there, 'cause
- 38:44that's what I'm standing for.
- 38:46Yeah.
- 38:46Very good.
- 38:47And I got somebody that's mentioning this guy named Tommy.
- 38:50I think this is in Fair Haven.
- 38:53Yeah, Fair Haven cop the… lot of other law enforcement in other counties than
- 39:00Vermont that are, suspect and so forth.
- 39:04Yeah.
- 39:05Th- there's… I didn't hear your whole statement there, but I think it's
- 39:08resonating around police in the state.
- 39:10You know- Yeah … we have super eccentric circumstances happening in Vermont, right?
- 39:16So when I finished off the tail end of my career, I was literally
- 39:20working from the White House to the Capitol, and the Department of Justice
- 39:23was very close by, and folks there would constantly make fun of me.
- 39:28"Ah, you're up in Vermont with all the corrupt cops and the
- 39:31pedophiles and this and that."
- 39:32And, I kinda chopped it up but, we just had a major case come
- 39:36out the Thursday before mine.
- 39:38A police officer in my community shot an assailant o- on a vehicle.
- 39:42He did a vehicle traffic stop.
- 39:44The driver stayed with his hands on the steering wheel.
- 39:47The passenger got out of the car and ran away, and the cop shot him several
- 39:51times in his back and killed him.
- 39:54He got two years community service
- 40:00Yeah there's corruption
- 40:02there.
- 40:02Yeah.
- 40:02That's incredible.
- 40:03So they're obviously, just like you went through, they're covering for each other.
- 40:07There's corruption in judicial, in the law enforcement and in
- 40:10the the lawyers are corrupt.
- 40:12And they they're all looking out for each other.
- 40:13Lawyers protect each other- … the lawyers protect the judges
- 40:17protect the ju- lawyers, and the judges protect the judges.
- 40:20It's a totally corrupt system.
- 40:22It has to be- Yeah … exposed.
- 40:24This is the only way that we start the the corruption f- the collapse of corruption
- 40:27to expose it like you've been doing.
- 40:30Yeah.
- 40:30Y- it's really important for people.
- 40:32I said it on a quick podcast a couple of weeks ago.
- 40:35I advocated and I really tried to speak to the people.
- 40:37I'm like, "Listen, we're all working a couple of jobs to survive.
- 40:41Some of us have gone back to school.
- 40:43Some of us have childcare and animal care, pet care.
- 40:47Some of us have transportation issues.
- 40:49And some of us it's just not economically feasible.
- 40:52But listen, if we don't do something, the corruption is going to metastasize
- 40:58and we're gonna lose everything."
- 41:01Yeah.
- 41:02And after, being in combat zones and all that stuff you and I both we
- 41:07see the corruption that's out there.
- 41:09And for you to say that after being all around the world and all the corruption,
- 41:13all of the, stuff that we've seen, they've come after us, trying to kill us, and
- 41:18we've protected people and, probably fought back some, fought back a few times.
- 41:22And then you come to Vermont and that little town, you say it's the most corrupt
- 41:25you've ever seen anywhere in the world.
- 41:27That should be very eye-opening for everyone.
- 41:30Yeah it's very tragic because, I've seen the Taliban ISIS, Al-Qaeda all
- 41:36behave much better than these people.
- 41:39And when I think of the enemy, I think of them.
- 41:43I d- I don't think of, a group of angry men and women that are sharing
- 41:48radical ideologies at a round table discussion, every Sunday at 11:30.
- 41:54I… it's… they're conforming to their normal.
- 41:59The rest of society and outsiders like me are supposed to believe that is the
- 42:04new normal, and I refuse to do that.
- 42:06I had many elders in my community tell me, "You gotta get on our bandwagon
- 42:11or…" And I'm like, "Or what?"
- 42:13I'm a professional gun fighter.
- 42:14What?
- 42:15I fear God and him alone.
- 42:16What?
- 42:16What's the what?
- 42:17You're gonna do what?
- 42:19What are you gonna do?
- 42:20You know what I mean?
- 42:20And, m- maybe in other instances, I don't know, this is a hypothetical,
- 42:25they would've chose violence.
- 42:26But with my skillset, they would not have prevailed, so maybe this is the recourse.
- 42:32This was their avenue.
- 42:32Listen, we can't fight them physically.
- 42:35Can't defeat them with our .30-06 rifles, so we'll take it to the justice
- 42:40system and beat them up there with a judicial process that is psychotic.
- 42:45And what… they prevailed.
- 42:48Yeah.
- 42:48Good.
- 42:49Good that you're winning against the system.
- 42:52I went against, I won't say I win against the system, but the system
- 42:55came after me- … in the CIA.
- 42:57I did everything right.
- 42:58I'd said something about their system they didn't like, these I did… I- all
- 43:02I did was, like, say someone that was had gone through SEAL training and he
- 43:06was calling out, Area 51 type stuff.
- 43:09Boy, they didn't like that.
- 43:10And so they, they destroyed my s- destroyed me.
- 43:13I was like, just because I said this guy was legit?
- 43:16Wow.
- 43:16All the stuff that I've done for you over 35 years and- … protect.
- 43:20Everybody wants me to come to their site because I keep them safe and
- 43:23they love it when I'm there, and you guys are, like, gonna destroy me?
- 43:26And they did.
- 43:27They destroyed my life, completely destroyed my life.
- 43:31like they did you.
- 43:32So yeah, I'm finding the system extremely corrupt.
- 43:35This is the only way we win.
- 43:36So we have to work together.
- 43:38I'm very disappointed 'cause I saw right away what was happening to you
- 43:41and I was, like I said, I was gonna support you all the way through.
- 43:43And then you have all these people you've worked with over, over the years.
- 43:47Now, they destroyed my credibility behind the scenes, as I learned
- 43:50later which, with, through lies.
- 43:53And they did for you through false- … and then they tried to do it in the
- 43:57public with, some of the books that I released and all that kind of stuff.
- 43:59So this is a system that's not just in a little local town.
- 44:05This is a widespread corruption that we have to overcome.
- 44:10Yeah.
- 44:10It's unfortunate that's the technique and the tactic.
- 44:11And so
- 44:16I, I think it really embraces their character as being a loser in a sense or
- 44:23scandalous with demise a- as I would say.
- 44:25Because, a true authentic person would challenge you with facts.
- 44:29Look at how my legal base, look at how my legal advocacy was.
- 44:34There, there's no emotions.
- 44:36I don't speak with emotions.
- 44:38I tell people all the time, even when someone's in my face, like at the ice
- 44:41cream shop, "I hate you motherfucker. You …" I'm like whoa." "Tone it
- 44:44down, man." Tell me what, how you feel, but without the emotions," right?
- 44:48"If you still wanna mix it up, we'll go over there and, we'll get down.
- 44:51But I wanna hear your content, but, slow it down." These folks are just really
- 44:56irrational people, and it's sad because, I … o- one gentleman that I had a tiff
- 45:02with for a long time the, Mr. Richard Hewlett, his father Dick Hewlett, which
- 45:06is now deceased, I said to him, said, "Mr.
- 45:08Hewlett, sir, you gotta get out and see the world." And this guy said to
- 45:12me with the most steadfast, dedicated face, he said, "I went to Connecticut
- 45:16once." And I'm just flabbergasted.
- 45:20Like- … sir what, no what do you do with that?
- 45:23How do you work with that?
- 45:25And- That's like-
- 45:28No kidding.
- 45:28Wow.
- 45:29Oh my God.
- 45:30How do you work with it?
- 45:31That's good.
- 45:32Yes.
- 45:34It's, it's-
- 45:34It's, it's-
- 45:35… it's an imperative.
- 45:36Yeah.
- 45:37Yeah.
- 45:37Yeah.
- 45:37You can't… And you have to work around them.
- 45:39A- and that's what you've been doing.
- 45:40You've been working around the corruption and coming at them from the flank and
- 45:44from behind and all kind of crazy stuff.
- 45:46You're decimating them.
- 45:47I love it.
- 45:48Well- so yeah, we look forward to your great results which
- 45:51are coming in the future.
- 45:53Yes.
- 45:53We, I wanna say stay safe, 'cause th- this is ridiculous corruption on a level
- 45:58that, they do really wicked things.
- 46:00Oh
- 46:00they tried to do that to me a few times.
- 46:03That's- I think you're gonna, you're gonna prevail.
- 46:05You know how to take care of yourself, but, you know- Yeah … definitely
- 46:08stay well informed and stay alert.
- 46:11You have that ability that very few people do because you've been to combat zones.
- 46:15You know how to have that, that, that instinct and that
- 46:19t- intuition about things.
- 46:20So you've applied those exceptionally well, Daniel, so congratulations.
- 46:24Good job.
- 46:24Thank
- 46:25you.
- 46:25Thank you.
- 46:25Listen, I really appreciate this.
- 46:27I'm deeply indebted, to your platform.
- 46:30I'm super supportive.
- 46:31I, I, anytime I'm in the SEALs community, I drop your name.
- 46:35I talk with a lot of war fighters all around the country.
- 46:38So- My, my connection w-with them, whether intimate or not,
- 46:43I share the wealth of knowledge.
- 46:44I share the wealth of the many people participating and getting involved
- 46:48with platforms like yours and others.
- 46:50Because listen, you're disseminating the facts.
- 46:53You're allowing an open mic of information to be disseminated.
- 46:57I wish I had that early on, because I could have spoke to the people way back
- 47:02four or five years ago- Yeah … to help change the trajectory of this
- 47:06situation before it got really kinetic.
- 47:08And that's what sucks, is that I didn't have a platform.
- 47:11I didn't have the mindset to embrace social media or
- 47:15non-conventional at the time.
- 47:17I couldn't speak to a reputable media reporter, and it's even
- 47:20hard to say that word nowadays.
- 47:22But, I was strictly… I w- I was definitely handicapped
- 47:25in that and I was limited.
- 47:26But now, people wanna hear the truth.
- 47:28People wanna see the facts, and people want the information,
- 47:32and I hope that inspires them.
- 47:34I hope that embraces them to say, "Listen, this cannot happen anymore."
- 47:40And, I don't wanna say that I could be an emotional mess, but I would really
- 47:44hate to see another person lose their land on the precedent I set as president.
- 47:50This is all preventable, and it needs to be preventable, and we, the people, are-
- 47:58Yeah, definitely.
- 47:59And I agree with you.
- 48:00I don't wanna see anybody go through what you've gone through.
- 48:02That's absolutely, like we've talked about, h- horrific beyond measure.
- 48:05And I'm glad to have a platform built it up over the years
- 48:08for people like you- Of course
- 48:10To come out and share, and we can help to, expose this influ- this corruption
- 48:14that's out there, and it really has been doing that has had a really great effect.
- 48:19So I ask everybody to, share this video.
- 48:21This brings up conversations.
- 48:23The people that were involved need to be exposed.
- 48:26That also brings up conversations where people are like, "Oh, I had
- 48:29no idea they were corrupt." Yeah.
- 48:31Covino, he wa- no one knew that he was corrupt until you
- 48:34brought it up, so thank you.
- 48:35You and Kevin.
- 48:36You and Kevin.
- 48:36Yeah.
- 48:37Kevin, had to go really low profile for a while, and hopefully he'll be able to come
- 48:40back, but that's part of the corruption.
- 48:42… So thanks so much.
- 48:44How can people … Is there any way people can help you out or respond to you or- Oh,
- 48:49listen, I'm easy to find on social media.
- 48:52I'm very … my name, address, phone number, emails, everything,
- 48:55listen people can get in touch with me, and I embrace them.
- 48:59I have a lot of people that are contacting me that have been victimized,
- 49:04there is a potential that we could get some type of class action lawsuit.
- 49:08There, there are other victims.
- 49:10Because, Covino and Humphreys were prison guards prior to
- 49:15entering into law enforcement.
- 49:17There's been allegations of sodomy, sexual abuse.
- 49:20I, I can't validate any of that.
- 49:22I've asked those people to lawyer up and contact my lawyer.
- 49:25I'm not strong enough to hear that type of stuff, because, that's very damaging for
- 49:30my psyche, but- Yeah … there are other women out there that are claiming domestic
- 49:34violence and other sexual assault.
- 49:36It might be a true, yous- 10, 15, 20-year syndicate of these men doing
- 49:41these things, but- Sure … listen they, their emails do not go unanswered.
- 49:46Calls are returned.
- 49:47Emails are replied, and even the people that are writing letters,
- 49:51yeah, I'll hand write a letter or Microsoft Word a letter back to you.
- 49:55The whole crusade here is while … Listen, yeah, I'm gonna get paid.
- 50:00Am I gonna be mega rich or super wealthy?
- 50:02I don't know, but the crusade here is to get accountability, right?
- 50:08This is not a vendetta.
- 50:10This is a call to action to prevent these men from doing what they've
- 50:16done carelessly, lawlessly for a very long time, held accountable.
- 50:22So I'm all about it,
- 50:24wow.
- 50:26Daniel Bonier, you're still, of service to humanity.
- 50:28I know your life has been aro- built around that and you're still doing it.
- 50:32Good luck out there and all the people that are listening to this- … it
- 50:36looks like, class action lawsuit.
- 50:38Come on, you got some stuff on these people.
- 50:39Let's get it out there and combined that, that could really hammer this system down.
- 50:44'Cause if it's been going on for potentially decades- … then
- 50:48that's gonna incriminate probably a lot of other people as well.
- 50:52Sure.
- 50:52All right, sir.
- 50:52Thanks so much for coming on and like I said, I look forward to your
- 50:55success and having you come on and talk about your success in the future.
- 50:59Thank you.
- 50:59Okay.
- 51:00Thank you very much.
- 51:00Please stay safe.
- 51:01One love.
