- 0:00SPEAKER_16: The best part of the way Kamala Okayal from legal action against the five years away.
- 0:55SPEAKER_16: They've got people who still support them.
- 0:58SPEAKER_16: Of course.
- 0:59SPEAKER_11: They're broken in the brainwashed.
- 1:00SPEAKER_16: Doesn't that just scare the hell out of you?
- 1:02SPEAKER_16: No, it doesn't.
- 1:04SPEAKER_11: It does not scare the hell out of me.
- 1:06SPEAKER_11: I trust my Lord and Satan.
- 1:34SPEAKER_11: Welcome to the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 1:38SPEAKER_11: You can listen to the audio only feed by heading over to AmericanExperiment.org.
- 1:43SPEAKER_11: You can also do that on the free Mix LR app.
- 1:46SPEAKER_11: We're worldwide.
- 1:47SPEAKER_11: My name is John Justice.
- 1:49SPEAKER_11: To my right, producing the show this morning is uh Devin.
- 1:52SPEAKER_11: Good to see him.
- 1:52SPEAKER_11: He was up late last night because the Brewers beat the Rays four to one in game five to win the first World Series title in franchise history.
- 2:01SPEAKER_11: Clap it up for Milwaukee.
- 2:02SPEAKER_11: There you go, Milwaukee.
- 2:03SPEAKER_11: We'll talk a little bit more, just briefly about that.
- 2:05SPEAKER_11: I have a hysterical clip that I found yesterday.
- 2:08SPEAKER_11: Um I'll just leave it at that.
- 2:10SPEAKER_11: A lot of audio to share today, but the storm has arrived, and there is so much going on that once again I have a list of what you can expect on the show today.
- 2:21SPEAKER_11: So everything that you may or may not be aware of uh will be covered on today's show between now and 9 a.m.
- 2:28SPEAKER_11: And we may actually have to go a little long depending on if we can get to everything.
- 2:33SPEAKER_11: So um the the the big one is well, there's a couple of big ones.
- 2:38SPEAKER_11: So the really big one regarding the election is what's happening in Alaska right now.
- 2:43SPEAKER_11: If you haven't heard, uh you have this uh race taking place where the New York Times has reported that the Democrats went searching for people who had the same name as the uh GOP nominee in order to recruit somebody to put them on the ballot just in hopes of confusing voters to split their votes up between two of these Sullivans to try to usher in this Democrat to victory.
- 3:17SPEAKER_11: It's the New York Times reporting this, by the way.
- 3:21SPEAKER_11: So before you start with conspiracy theories and buy into their denials, no, there's tangible evidence, and we will share this with you.
- 3:28SPEAKER_11: It's a huge, huge deal.
- 3:31SPEAKER_11: And it exposes the lengths that Democrats will go to in order to win elections.
- 3:38SPEAKER_11: I'll play for you a piece on this particular issue coming up later on from Victor Davis Hanson.
- 3:42SPEAKER_11: I want to give you a bit of a preview of what he had to say.
- 3:45SPEAKER_11: And we're um I'm planning on getting into this this hour in the show.
- 3:49SPEAKER_11: Okay, so we'll get into that issue.
- 3:52SPEAKER_11: We'll talk prepping here in just a moment.
- 3:54SPEAKER_11: You heard that clip.
- 3:55SPEAKER_11: I'll let you know whether or not you should panic.
- 3:57SPEAKER_11: Should you be running to Costco or Sam's Club or Aldi or Cub to go and stock up on food items.
- 4:03SPEAKER_11: It's always a good idea, but I'll tell you whether or not this is something that is pending or if it's something that, hey, just be prepared down the line.
- 4:13SPEAKER_11: So I'll I'll kind of sift through all the chatter and bring you everything that I know, and I'll tell you what we're doing in our home.
- 4:19SPEAKER_11: I had a conversation with Melinda about this last night.
- 4:21SPEAKER_11: Um, Trump yesterday out on the midterm campaign trail hints that Governor Jim Walls is under investigation.
- 4:29SPEAKER_11: We'll talk about that.
- 4:30SPEAKER_11: We got Ryan Wilson, uh GOP Final Days bus tour.
- 4:35SPEAKER_11: He'll be joining us for just a few minutes coming up at the uh top of the hour.
- 4:39SPEAKER_11: We'll talk about how the EBT cards that were sent to people in Wisconsin from Minnesota and they never applied for them.
- 4:48SPEAKER_11: Once again, that issue has exposed another issue that has exposed the complacency, and that is the safeguards that exist in SNAP here in Minnesota have not been adhered to.
- 5:03SPEAKER_11: And therefore, we now are at risk of losing about a hundred million dollars in taxpayer money because of corrupted complaint complacency.
- 5:14SPEAKER_11: This is how I'm describing it.
- 5:15SPEAKER_11: Although I may have to come up with an easier way because I stumbled through that.
- 5:18SPEAKER_11: Uh we have uh Minnesota uh attorney uh Mary Moriarty, the social justice warrior zealot that she is, she is now uh going after independent journalist James O'Keefe over his bringing voter vouching to light.
- 5:36SPEAKER_11: And listen, if they broke the law, they need to be held accountable.
- 5:40SPEAKER_11: That being said, this is clearly a vindictive move.
- 5:45SPEAKER_11: And it exposes, once again, the hypocrisy coming from the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.
- 5:50SPEAKER_11: Uh, we'll hear from Rob Dorr from the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus on uh the case that Mary Moriarty laid out yesterday.
- 5:56SPEAKER_11: We'll get into the specifics of it and whether or not they actually have uh a case.
- 6:01SPEAKER_11: Uh defender of uh Minneapolis, Becca Thompson, will be joining us in the studio coming up after uh eight o'clock.
- 6:08SPEAKER_11: We got a lot to talk about, including uh votes today when it comes to the funding of the violence interrupters in uh in Minneapolis.
- 6:16SPEAKER_11: So a lot of ground to cover with Becca.
- 6:17SPEAKER_11: She's always a uh fantastic uh conversation.
- 6:20SPEAKER_11: So again, she'll be with us coming up at 8 o'clock this morning.
- 6:23SPEAKER_11: And also, uh just a preview, and if we find out more information, we'll let you know.
- 6:26SPEAKER_11: But apparently, the word is that JD Vance is in town, and he's not in town for a campaign stop.
- 6:32SPEAKER_11: There could potentially be a press conference, I believe the word is at the moment, and I haven't seen anything official.
- 6:39SPEAKER_11: I did find some official news stories relating to this.
- 6:44SPEAKER_11: Uh that J.D.
- 6:45SPEAKER_11: Vance was in town and it wasn't for a campaign stop.
- 6:47SPEAKER_11: The Grand Forks Herald was reporting this and others allegedly 10 o'clock hour time, but it's supposed to be specifically fraud-related.
- 6:55SPEAKER_11: And this is a if if this is the case, and again, I haven't seen like the official official words, so I'm still kind of hedging this a little tiny bit.
- 7:02SPEAKER_11: There are individuals who have said that J.D.
- 7:04SPEAKER_11: Vance is already in town, but I've yet to see any credible sources that I typically roll to that have gone and confirmed this or uh or not.
- 7:12SPEAKER_11: But if he is in town, and it is what they say that it is, a major fraud announcement, you know, I'm hesitant to get too excited that this is Ilhan Omar related.
- 7:22SPEAKER_11: I still believe that we're gonna see some sort of indictment of Ilhan.
- 7:27SPEAKER_11: And as a matter of fact, this Mary Moriarty filing uh a lawsuit against James O'Keefe does something rather interesting in its messaging regarding the potential allegations and pending indictment of Ilhan Omar that we'll get into next hour.
- 7:46SPEAKER_11: So, as I mentioned, we have a lot of ground to cover on the show this morning.
- 7:50SPEAKER_11: As always, you can also watch the show on my X feed, Facebook, and YouTube, Center of the American Experiment, and my feeds as well.
- 7:59SPEAKER_11: And for, you know, individuals out there who are watching, going, ah, I got a break away from the video.
- 8:03SPEAKER_11: Can I listen via audio?
- 8:04SPEAKER_11: Yes, again, download the absolutely free Mix LR app.
- 8:08SPEAKER_11: If you try to follow me on the app, I believe you have to sign up for it.
- 8:11SPEAKER_11: But I downloaded the app, I checked the show on it, it's completely free.
- 8:14SPEAKER_11: Just search for John Justice, American Experiment, you'll find it.
- 8:17SPEAKER_11: The podcasts are loaded uh there as well, and of course, across all the podcast platforms when the show is over.
- 8:22SPEAKER_11: And you can do a rewatch of the show across Facebook, YouTube, and also Center of the American Experiments Rumble.
- 8:28SPEAKER_11: The email address to reach out to the show is John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org and the blaster line to leave us a comment at any point during the show or 24 hours a day.
- 8:39SPEAKER_11: We're running replays of the show, and I'm trying it out at various times.
- 8:43SPEAKER_11: So we do a replay of the show right up until every morning, right up until 5 30 when we go into the pre-show, uh ahead of the of the live show.
- 8:52SPEAKER_11: But you can leave a comment, text, or voicemail message on the blaster line anytime 24-7.
- 8:58SPEAKER_11: We had a friend of the show, Paul, who uh thought you could only do it during the live show.
- 9:02SPEAKER_11: No, you can leave us a comment at any point uh throughout the day.
- 9:05SPEAKER_14: Hey John, Brandon Cottage Girl.
- 9:07SPEAKER_14: So that news clip you just played about the nightmare doomsday scenario, I think it's a great thing that they're doing it.
- 9:14SPEAKER_14: I saw a lot of stuff online yesterday.
- 9:16SPEAKER_14: People, oh my god, what's gonna happen?
- 9:18SPEAKER_14: Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 9:20SPEAKER_14: Why not be prepared for every scenario?
- 9:24SPEAKER_14: I mean, eight years Marine Corps here, seven years in the army after that, and we prepared every day for different things, different types of warfare.
- 9:34SPEAKER_14: I it makes sense.
- 9:36SPEAKER_14: And everyone should should just settle down about this.
- 9:39SPEAKER_14: It's a good thing.
- 9:40SPEAKER_14: Have a great day.
- 9:41SPEAKER_11: Well, and as I mentioned, we'll talk about this more in just a moment here on the show, and we'll kind of uh we'll filter through the posts that you're seeing online saying that doomsday has arrived versus the reality and the potential of what we could be looking at that could cause a disruption that would lead to a level wherein you would need three days to a week's worth of supplies in case something were to happen and the government wasn't able to mobilize fast enough.
- 10:15SPEAKER_11: So we'll dive into that in just a moment.
- 10:18SPEAKER_11: Also, I want to share with you some preliminary thoughts of uh what is taking place uh right now regarding this bombshell reporting of the Alaska, uh Alaskan election shenanigans.
- 10:31SPEAKER_11: So it's all coming up.
- 10:32SPEAKER_11: Thank you, Brandon, uh, for the comment as the calls and texts roll into the blaster line, 651-964-0294.
- 10:40SPEAKER_11: And listen, a part of the planning, listen, make sure your home is functioning properly.
- 10:45SPEAKER_11: What a fantastic opportunity.
- 10:46SPEAKER_11: Take this moment, right?
- 10:48SPEAKER_11: And this is what we're doing at home, and I'll get into more detail.
- 10:50SPEAKER_11: But, you know, at home, we're just we're gonna make sure that we have a you know, some stock of non-perishable food items and water, you know, in case something happens.
- 10:58SPEAKER_11: But you also want to make sure that your home is functioning appropriately.
- 11:02SPEAKER_11: The last thing you need is some issue to arise.
- 11:06SPEAKER_11: Were the worst to happen.
- 11:08SPEAKER_11: This is where the iHeart My Home Club comes in from Ericsson Plumbing Heating Air and Electrical.
- 11:14SPEAKER_11: I had their trained experts.
- 11:15SPEAKER_11: They descended on my house like a uh group of incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable uh an army.
- 11:25SPEAKER_11: That's right.
- 11:26SPEAKER_11: An army of licensed experts across all the major trades that aren't commissioned.
- 11:29SPEAKER_11: They did a fantastic job.
- 11:31SPEAKER_11: They answered my questions.
- 11:32SPEAKER_11: Probably bugged them too much when they were working through my home.
- 11:34SPEAKER_11: But listen, they'll do seasonal tune-ups, they'll check every aspect of your of your home, plumbing, HVAC, electrical gas, they'll even take a look at your um the safety and security systems, right on down to water quality testing.
- 11:44SPEAKER_11: It's real whole home care from people who actually care.
- 11:47SPEAKER_11: So when you're preparing, take advantage of Ericsson plumbing, heating air, and electrical.
- 11:52SPEAKER_11: Also, um, you know, listen, if you have a quick fix or just a major repair, you can reach out to them as well.
- 11:56SPEAKER_11: I trust them.
- 11:57SPEAKER_11: Catherine Johnson trusts them, you trust them too, and you can.
- 12:02SPEAKER_11: 763-783-4545.
- 12:04SPEAKER_11: That's 763-7834545 for Erickson Plumbing, heating, air, and electrical.
- 12:11SPEAKER_11: We're back in one minute.
- 12:12SPEAKER_11: We'll get to more of your comments and what's been going on in Alaska, and exactly what we could be facing prompting what has turned into a world-wide suggestion that you begin to prepare in case something were to happen.
- 12:27SPEAKER_11: It's coming up in just a moment here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiments.
- 12:31SPEAKER_61: This is Joe Scott, and I'm still the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 12:36SPEAKER_61: I've told you about the suboptimal reading, math, and science proficiency of students in our school district.
- 12:42SPEAKER_61: Here's the solution.
- 12:43SPEAKER_61: Let teachers teach.
- 12:45SPEAKER_61: They were hired because of their expertise.
- 12:47SPEAKER_61: Let them run their classrooms and get them immediate help when a student acts up.
- 12:52SPEAKER_61: Minimize the learning interruptions.
- 12:53SPEAKER_61: Let parents parent your child, your values.
- 12:56SPEAKER_61: Make sure your children are ready to go to school, learn, and respect their teachers and classmates.
- 13:02SPEAKER_61: Also make sure that your children understand the consequences if they don't.
- 13:06SPEAKER_61: Let students learn, stick to the basics, teach them how to think critically and have civil discussions with those who don't agree with them.
- 13:13SPEAKER_61: Hold our superintendent contractually accountable for our students' academic proficiency and our district's enrollment growth.
- 13:20SPEAKER_61: That's how we get our district back on the right track.
- 13:23SPEAKER_61: If you want to learn more about where I stand on the issues facing our school district, go to reelectjoe scott.com.
- 13:32SPEAKER_11: Alright, so as we mentioned a moment ago, just to get the kind of the fun stuff, Milwaukee Brewers won their first World Series title.
- 13:39SPEAKER_11: It dawned on me, so I had a remember last week I had a few people that were giving me a hard time.
- 13:44SPEAKER_11: Devin remembers it.
- 13:45SPEAKER_11: They were giving me a hard time for not talking about the World Series, right?
- 13:47SPEAKER_11: Because I wasn't paying attention at all.
- 13:48SPEAKER_11: I'm like, come on, John, talk about the Brewers.
- 13:50SPEAKER_11: I'm like, what's the big deal?
- 13:51SPEAKER_11: I go, oh, they're right next door.
- 13:53SPEAKER_11: So we said it's another state.
- 13:57SPEAKER_11: So it's like, it's not like far away.
- 13:59SPEAKER_11: It's it's just like Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- 14:02SPEAKER_11: So yeah, I okay, it's a big deal.
- 14:04SPEAKER_11: Sorry.
- 14:04SPEAKER_11: You stayed up watching last night.
- 14:05SPEAKER_11: Yep.
- 14:06SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 14:06SPEAKER_11: These are two, by the way, from what little that I talk about baseball?
- 14:11SPEAKER_11: I watched a lot of baseball when I was growing up as a kid.
- 14:13SPEAKER_11: I went to just, you know, a dozen Dodger games with my with my father at Dodgers Stadium.
- 14:18SPEAKER_11: Uh, and I was a big Dodgers fan when I was a kid, but I just don't follow much baseball.
- 14:22SPEAKER_11: But like the last two teams that I would have ever expected if you had said, like, hey, you know, do you think it's the Tampa Bay Rays and the Brewers?
- 14:30SPEAKER_11: Or, you know, like, are the Astros still a thing?
- 14:33SPEAKER_11: Yeah, they're all right, yeah.
- 14:34SPEAKER_11: You know, the the the Astros and whomever.
- 14:36SPEAKER_11: I would have been like the Astros and whomever.
- 14:37SPEAKER_11: I would not have picked.
- 14:38SPEAKER_11: It's like the last teams I would have picked to be in the World Series.
- 14:42SPEAKER_11: So there you go.
- 14:42SPEAKER_11: Was it an exciting?
- 14:43SPEAKER_11: I mean, they it was a they beat him.
- 14:46SPEAKER_11: It was a game five, right?
- 14:47SPEAKER_11: And they won their first World Series Series title.
- 14:49SPEAKER_11: Was it a fun series at all?
- 14:50SPEAKER_32: Yeah, they were all close games except game three where the Brewers really went off.
- 14:54SPEAKER_32: But I feel like I think all of them were one or two run games.
- 14:58SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 14:58SPEAKER_11: All right, all right.
- 14:59SPEAKER_11: So it was a it was an enjoyable watch.
- 15:00SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 15:01SPEAKER_11: Um, so I just want to spike in this little sports um item, and then we'll move on to more relevant things.
- 15:07SPEAKER_11: So apparently uh the Falcons uh quarterback, Michael Penix Jr., he won the NFC offensive player of the week this week, right?
- 15:14SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 15:15SPEAKER_11: I guess this is a big deal, right?
- 15:16SPEAKER_11: Okay, it's kind of a big deal, right?
- 15:18SPEAKER_11: It's noteworthy.
- 15:19SPEAKER_32: It's noteworthy.
- 15:20SPEAKER_32: Noteworthy, okay.
- 15:21SPEAKER_11: So I came across this clip yesterday.
- 15:23SPEAKER_11: I don't know what I don't know what show this was.
- 15:28SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 15:29SPEAKER_11: Do you know what I'm about to play?
- 15:30SPEAKER_11: I don't think so.
- 15:31SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 15:32SPEAKER_11: So they're talking about this Falcons quarterback, Michael Penix.
- 15:35SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 15:36SPEAKER_11: But the guy who's talking about it, it demonstrates why, you know, pr pronunciation is important, okay?
- 15:43SPEAKER_11: Because he was saying the name wrong, and the two other guys that were hosting the show with this guest individual just couldn't uh help but crack up with what he was saying.
- 15:53SPEAKER_11: Listen to this.
- 15:53SPEAKER_44: You've gotta protect the Penix.
- 15:56SPEAKER_44: A protected Penix is some of the best in his field.
- 15:59SPEAKER_44: An unprotected penis is in real danger.
- 16:01SPEAKER_44: You gotta protect the Penix.
- 16:04SPEAKER_44: Guys, I'm top 10 in QBR when he's protected.
- 16:08SPEAKER_44: When he's not protected, one for 16 this season.
- 16:11SPEAKER_44: You have to protect the Penix, man.
- 16:13SPEAKER_44: No one wants an unprotected Penix.
- 16:15SPEAKER_44: He's already a frail Penix.
- 16:17SPEAKER_44: We know about his needs, he's a frail Phoenix.
- 16:19SPEAKER_44: We need a strong Penix.
- 16:20SPEAKER_44: Somebody stop this guy.
- 16:22SPEAKER_44: Hey, his name is Penix.
- 16:24SPEAKER_47: It's Penix.
- 16:25SPEAKER_47: It's not a protected Phoenix then.
- 16:29SPEAKER_47: Hey, but a strong one.
- 16:30SPEAKER_47: Hey, Frank.
- 16:32SPEAKER_47: What did you see from Michael Penix Jr.
- 16:33SPEAKER_47: in the game?
- 16:34SPEAKER_46: Well, I do want to add that Penix, he also protected the balls, too.
- 16:38SPEAKER_46: No, he didn't have what happened.
- 16:40SPEAKER_46: I'm sorry.
- 16:41SPEAKER_46: He didn't have any turnovers.
- 16:43SPEAKER_46: I think he got out there, he showed extreme poise, a ton of composure, and you can see the growth immaturation that he's showing this year and he's a lot of growth, Freddy.
- 16:53SPEAKER_46: Where are we going?
- 16:54SPEAKER_46: I'm with you on this one.
- 16:55SPEAKER_46: This is a sports show.
- 16:56SPEAKER_46: Let's talk sports.
- 16:58SPEAKER_46: You can see the diversification in the future and everything in the story.
- 17:02SPEAKER_46: Oh my god.
- 17:04SPEAKER_46: Hey man.
- 17:06SPEAKER_47: This carrying gonna be so mad, my makeup is gonna be messed up, duh.
- 17:10SPEAKER_46: Um boy.
- 17:11SPEAKER_47: You know, Michael Penix.
- 17:13SPEAKER_47: Yeah, uh, when protected, uh basically you could say when the the pocket is wrapped up, right?
- 17:20SPEAKER_47: That's when he's the safest.
- 17:22SPEAKER_11: They're just broken.
- 17:23SPEAKER_11: They're just all broken.
- 17:26SPEAKER_11: And the dude had no idea.
- 17:28SPEAKER_11: He could not understand why they were laughing.
- 17:30SPEAKER_11: He didn't like it didn't I think I think at the first part of it didn't register, and then he was like, oh, okay, well, I'm just gonna roll with it now.
- 17:36SPEAKER_11: All right.
- 17:37SPEAKER_11: Before we get into whether or not you should doomsday prep, uh let me let me get you up to speed on on this just really quick.
- 17:44SPEAKER_11: So the scheme going on up in Alaska right now, and I'll share with you the audio next hour from Victor Davis Hansen.
- 17:52SPEAKER_11: But um in his analyzing of what's taking place, he keys in on something that I've talked about a lot here on the show.
- 18:01SPEAKER_11: And again, this is the the Democrat there, her team went out and went looking for individuals with the same name as her GOP challenger to get them on the ballot, and they did, just to go and confuse voters.
- 18:15SPEAKER_11: Look, it would have been one thing if this was an outside organization that went and did this, but this was internally within her campaign, and the New York Times reporting this as well, and I'll get back into more of this.
- 18:27SPEAKER_11: But Victor Davis Hansen said the fact that Democrats would resort to these types of high school antics shows how little confidence they have in their own agenda.
- 18:35SPEAKER_11: I've been saying this over and over and over again.
- 18:38SPEAKER_11: It's tribalism, that's all that it is.
- 18:40SPEAKER_11: Those on the left have no interest in actually progressing anything forward or doing anything good.
- 18:47SPEAKER_11: It's all lip service to just win elections.
- 18:51SPEAKER_11: They do not mean any of it.
- 18:56SPEAKER_11: They wouldn't pull stunts like this if their policies were popular with the American people.
- 19:01SPEAKER_11: And he goes on to say when Democrats talk about election integrity, they're projecting their own methods of undermining the Democrat process onto their opponents.
- 19:11SPEAKER_11: Ballot harvesting, ranked choice voting, opposing voter ID.
- 19:16SPEAKER_11: I mean, and this really does go to show the dangers of ranked choice voting as well.
- 19:21SPEAKER_11: So we're gonna get more into this topic and a lot of audio to share coming up uh later on this hour.
- 19:27SPEAKER_11: Let's go back to the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 19:32SPEAKER_18: Hey, John, this is Matt from Bemidji.
- 19:35SPEAKER_18: Uh, the planning that they're doing in the military is nothing new.
- 19:38SPEAKER_18: I was an IT director for 30 some years.
- 19:40SPEAKER_18: We did it, we called it war gaming.
- 19:42SPEAKER_18: We looked at all possible scenarios and tried to prepare.
- 19:45SPEAKER_18: If you knew about the scenario and you didn't prepare, you'd be being uh uh not responsive and then not a good manager.
- 19:51SPEAKER_18: So this is just something they're doing, they're planning, and I think it's a good thing.
- 19:55SPEAKER_11: Well, there is more to it than that.
- 19:57SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 19:57SPEAKER_11: I I agree with you, and I think you have a convergence of a couple of different a couple of different scenarios and concerns.
- 20:07SPEAKER_11: You do have this contingency plan that went out, and I'll get you up to speed here in just a moment, to our U.S.
- 20:14SPEAKER_11: military bases here in the United States to basically prepare for 90 days of being on their own.
- 20:21SPEAKER_11: Now that said, there is also a circumstance taking place right now where globally you have Japan, you have Europe, they have all been telling their citizens to start to stock up and prepare in case there is uh disruption to uh power grids, in case there is disruption to global supply chains.
- 20:45SPEAKER_11: And so you have a number of different things taking place.
- 20:48SPEAKER_11: You also have the fact that the U.S.
- 20:50SPEAKER_11: is briefing the Gulf states, and there's potential that once we get past the midterms, that President Donald Trump, uh Pete Heggseth, Secretary of War, may go in and do a shortened epic fury to try to finally close the story on what's happening with Iran right now.
- 21:12SPEAKER_11: So this may be a part of it as well.
- 21:13SPEAKER_11: But I've also come up with a bunch of other scenarios that I'll share with you in just a moment.
- 21:18SPEAKER_11: But for those just joining us here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment, let's get let me get you back up to speed with the major news story attached to this whole idea of prepping, because you have Dan Bongino talking about this on his show.
- 21:32SPEAKER_11: You had Glenn Beck talk about it yesterday on his show, and we'll get into all that in just a moment here.
- 21:37SPEAKER_11: But let me get you back up to speed from Fox News.
- 21:39SPEAKER_41: Tonight the Pentagon is preparing for the nightmare scenario a global war that knocks out power grids, cripples supply chains, and cuts off military bases.
- 21:48SPEAKER_41: Chief National Security Correspondent Jennifer Griffin shows us what's being planned.
- 21:53SPEAKER_34: The UK and Japan are urging households to prepare for at least three days without essential services.
- 21:59SPEAKER_34: Germany is a very Advising its citizens to stockpile ten days of food and water due to potential Russian sabotage of critical infrastructure.
- 22:16SPEAKER_34: And now the Pentagon is updating its doomsday plan, preparing for a new nightmare scenario.
- 23:22SPEAKER_56: China particularly has been doing operational preparation of the battlefield against our critical infrastructures.
- 23:28SPEAKER_56: What that means is they've been putting malware, malicious software, or determined flaws where they can penetrate our critical infrastructures.
- 23:38SPEAKER_34: The Pentagon's plan is likely to cost billions of dollars and take time to implement at the nearly 200 major military installations across the U.S.
- 23:46SPEAKER_34: Brett.
- 23:48SPEAKER_41: U.K., all these warnings from different countries, and now this.
- 23:51SPEAKER_34: And don't forget Salt Typhoon, Bolt Typhoon, that was the Chinese infiltration hacking of the critical infrastructure.
- 23:58SPEAKER_34: That is still ongoing.
- 23:59SPEAKER_41: All right, we'll watch it, Jen.
- 24:00SPEAKER_41: Thanks.
- 24:02SPEAKER_11: So this um for this hour, uh let me go ahead and pose this question to you.
- 24:06SPEAKER_11: If you want to go and drop an email, John.justice at American Experiment.org on the blaster line text or voice message, 651-964-0294.
- 24:18SPEAKER_11: So are you preparing at all based off of what you're hearing?
- 24:24SPEAKER_11: Uh are you already prepared uh at home in case where there were to be a disruption to supply chains or a shutting down of the power grid?
- 24:33SPEAKER_11: I'd just be curious what level of concern you have and what, if anything, that you are doing to prepare you and potentially your family and your friends.
- 24:43SPEAKER_11: I'll share with you the conversation that I had with Melinda yesterday as we work through more of the details on this and then get into ahead of my conversation with Lieutenant Governor, gubernatorial candidate Ryan Wilson at the top of the hour.
- 24:55SPEAKER_11: We'll get into the James O'Keefe uh issue.
- 24:58SPEAKER_11: Mary Moriarty going and filing a lawsuit against the independent journalist JD Vance coming to town.
- 25:04SPEAKER_11: It's all coming up here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 25:08SPEAKER_11: If you need to relax and get away from everything, now is the perfect time, by the way, to go over to Mini Leaf.
- 25:13SPEAKER_11: First off, you've got to make sure you're getting a good night's sleep.
- 25:16SPEAKER_11: Linda Benson did.
- 25:17SPEAKER_11: Five-star review for the night extra strength sleep gummy.
- 25:22SPEAKER_11: I'm experiencing much better, deeper sleep since I started taking the sleep gummies, even after a bathroom trip.
- 25:28SPEAKER_11: I go right back into a deep sleep.
- 25:30SPEAKER_11: Uh, Brett left a five-star review for the pain knockout cream, gave it to a friend after hearing about it on the John Justice show.
- 25:37SPEAKER_11: Hey, that's me.
- 25:38SPEAKER_11: One application felt 70% better with the pain that they were experiencing in their side.
- 25:43SPEAKER_11: By the second day, it was totally pain free.

- 26:21SPEAKER_11: That's minileaf.com.
- 26:23SPEAKER_11: How are you preparing?
- 26:24SPEAKER_11: Are you prepared for global disruption?
- 26:27SPEAKER_11: We'll get to your thoughts, and I'll lay out the potential scenarios that we could be facing that could cause and may have caused these worldwide alerts.
- 26:35SPEAKER_11: Next, we're back in 90 seconds here on the John Justice Show.
- 26:38SPEAKER_11: Don't go anywhere.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: Our kids deserve a school board focused on what matters most: academic excellence.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: That's why Rick Storley, Lisa Atkinson, and Amy Witt are stepping up for Prior Lake Savage Area Schools.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: The SAW Slate brings conservative common sense back to our classrooms, prioritizing core learning, student outcomes, and setting high standards for every student to succeed.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: Do you see the need for strong schools?
- 27:07SPEAKER_01: Vote SAW Storly, Atkinson, and WIT for PLSAS School Board on November 3rd.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: Visit SAWthened.com.
- 27:16SPEAKER_01: Paid for by campaign funds for Storly for PLSAS, Lisa Atkinson for School Board, and the committee to elect Amy Witt for School Board.
- 27:23SPEAKER_11: If a woman finds out she is pregnant and feels scared and alone, Alpha Women's Center offers her help and hope to choose life.
- 27:31SPEAKER_11: Alpha Women's Center is a pro-life Christian mobile clinic that serves women like Tita, who left her abortion appointment and chose life for her twins after seeing her ultrasound.

- 27:48SPEAKER_11: Alpha Women's Center is donor supported and serves five Twin Cities locations, including outside abortion clinics.

- 27:59SPEAKER_11: That's MiraclemachineMN.com.
- 28:04SPEAKER_11: The United States has told several Gulf Arab countries to prepare for a short, intense military campaign against Iran following next week's midterms.
- 28:15SPEAKER_11: This is according to the Wall Street Journal.
- 28:17SPEAKER_11: Trump has not made a final decision, but is leaning towards a large-scale attack after November 3rd that could target Iranian infrastructure, nuke facilities.
- 28:26SPEAKER_11: This is according to people familiar with his thinking.
- 28:29SPEAKER_11: I hate that term, by the way.
- 28:32SPEAKER_11: Trump may be thinking about it.
- 28:34SPEAKER_11: Well, how do you know?
- 28:34SPEAKER_11: Well, I'm familiar with his thinking.
- 28:36SPEAKER_11: Are we all kind of familiar with his thinking?
- 28:38SPEAKER_11: I mean, Devin could make that statement, and it's just as accurate as what the Wall Street Journal reported.
- 28:44SPEAKER_11: Trump did say at a rally last week, so you can go beyond people familiar with his thinking.
- 28:50SPEAKER_11: He said we may do another little Epic Fury.
- 28:54SPEAKER_11: Can you do can you do little they seem to cancel each other out.
- 28:58SPEAKER_11: Anyway.
- 29:00SPEAKER_11: The Pentagon is strengthening its regional military posture, including sending an uh uh another Patriot missile defense system from Texas to Israel, the Wall Street Journal reported.
- 29:10SPEAKER_11: American forces have been replenishing ammunition supplies while bombers and fighter jets are preparing for possible strikes.
- 29:17SPEAKER_11: Another aircraft carrier strike group and marine expeditionary unit could join the approximately 20 U.S.
- 29:23SPEAKER_11: warships already operating in the Middle East next month.
- 29:26SPEAKER_11: The White House has declined to discuss the military operations.
- 29:30SPEAKER_11: Um there's some individuals that are speculating that perhaps we could be putting some boots on the ground to finish the job over with Iran.
- 29:38SPEAKER_11: It's pretty clear that Tehran has continued to try to rebuild its ballistic uh ballistic missile capabilities despite suffering the extensive damage during the previous American and Israeli attacks.
- 29:49SPEAKER_11: And so this again may be an effort to kind of be decisive and end this once and for all.
- 29:56SPEAKER_11: So I want to run through um the potential of what we could be facing beyond a renewed kinetic action war against Iran.
- 30:07SPEAKER_11: But I also want to hear from you, and a lot of you have commented already on the blaster line, 651-964-0294.
- 30:13SPEAKER_11: So have you been prepping at all?
- 30:16SPEAKER_11: Um are you are you prepping now and you weren't before based off of some of the commentary?
- 30:21SPEAKER_11: Dan Bongino came out yesterday.
- 30:23SPEAKER_11: Let me go ahead and jump to that.
- 30:24SPEAKER_11: I don't want to, I don't want to get too far from some of the specifics here.
- 30:28SPEAKER_11: But Dan Bongino had come out earlier this week on his show, now that he's left the Trump administration, and he had been very pointed in saying, you know, you need to prepare.
- 30:37SPEAKER_11: Make sure your family is prepared.
- 30:39SPEAKER_11: Uh and it was very, you know, it was very Dan Bon Gino-esque, very concerned, very straightforward.
- 30:45SPEAKER_11: Well, it kind of freaked a lot of people out because people trust Dan Bon Gino.
- 30:49SPEAKER_11: So he posted another video yesterday where he he downplayed what he said before.
- 30:53SPEAKER_11: And he says, look, I've had people that have been hammering me since I made those comments.
- 30:58SPEAKER_11: And let me just say that this isn't necessarily new information that I've been that I've received that is prompting me to say this.
- 31:07SPEAKER_11: It's just par for the course of what I've been saying for years.
- 31:10SPEAKER_11: This is what Dan Bongino was saying, really downplaying the larger commentary taking place on online.
- 31:18SPEAKER_11: Now, Glenn Beck spent like 15 minutes yesterday encouraging everybody to go and and get prepared as well.
- 31:25SPEAKER_11: He took a more serious tone.
- 31:27SPEAKER_11: But I'm not gonna lie, I I have a hard time putting too much stock in the way that it's presented by hosts, even hosts that I respect.
- 31:38SPEAKER_11: You know, they want people watching.
- 31:40SPEAKER_11: And I'm not to say that you shouldn't prepare and what they said wasn't accurate, but you know, there is a level at which they're going to add inflection and concern to keep things interesting.
- 31:50SPEAKER_11: So usually I dial it back by, you know, three or four.
- 31:54SPEAKER_11: You know, so let's just say if Dan Bongino's at a 10, I usually take his 10 and I probably bring it down to like a six or a seven.
- 32:01SPEAKER_11: If Glenn Beck's at a at a ten, I'll bring it down to maybe like an eight.
- 32:06SPEAKER_11: Just just a just a little tiny bit.
- 32:08SPEAKER_11: So how are you preparing?
- 32:09SPEAKER_11: Let's hear from you, and then I'll run through the uh the the potential speculation of what we could be facing globally that would cause power grid or supply chain disruptions.
- 32:19SPEAKER_40: Hey John, Holly here.
- 32:21SPEAKER_40: Um yeah, I've I've been doing some low-key prepping for a couple of years.
- 32:26SPEAKER_40: Um I garden and I can, and I have some chickens, and I've got some food stores and some um, you know, other supply stores, water, um weapons, ammo, things like that.
- 32:41SPEAKER_40: So um I don't know, I just feel like it's always a good idea to have something um extra laying around.
- 32:48SPEAKER_40: Um probably only have, you know, several months worth of supplies.
- 32:53SPEAKER_11: But several months is worse, is uh excuse me, is better than than most.
- 32:58SPEAKER_11: I mean, what they've been suggesting is like three days.
- 33:01SPEAKER_11: Three days to a week is what I've been hearing in terms of suggestions online of those that are concerned.
- 33:07SPEAKER_26: Yeah.
- 33:07SPEAKER_11: Oh, and by the way, that's based off of the length of time that if there were some sort of disruption nationally, globally, the the assumption is the federal government would take about 72 hours to get to wherever you are, depending on you know how how big the disruption was or the specific nature of that disruption.
- 33:30SPEAKER_11: Don't believe everything you're hearing online, though.
- 33:32SPEAKER_11: Like as I was going to bed last night, there were all these posts because I was doing my prep and my algorithm got all screwed up again.
- 33:40SPEAKER_11: It's so much it's so easy to get your algorithm stuck.
- 33:44SPEAKER_11: Like I downloaded a an AI cat video to post as a promo for the show the other day, and then suddenly like I was just filled with AI cat videos, which I was really happy about, but I also wanted the relevant stuff too.
- 33:56SPEAKER_11: But there was a fire that broke out at a Savannah, Georgia nuclear facility yesterday afternoon, and all these doom and gloom posts popped up.
- 34:04SPEAKER_11: They had their maps showing the blast radius, they were saying, and they've gone and they've canceled overflights of the area.
- 34:11SPEAKER_11: Oh my gosh, it's starting.
- 34:13SPEAKER_11: Well, there were there was a fire that was taken care of, and one person was injured when I woke up this morning.
- 34:19SPEAKER_11: That's what it was.
- 34:21SPEAKER_11: So again, just take everything you see with a grain of a grain of salt, including what you hear on the show.
- 34:26SPEAKER_15: Definitely preparing.
- 34:27SPEAKER_15: I think if you made it through 2020 and you don't have at least a couple weeks of stuff, you're insane.
- 34:34SPEAKER_15: Um three days like that one news item mentioned.
- 34:38SPEAKER_15: I'm sorry.
- 34:39SPEAKER_15: How do you not have at least three days worth of stuff in your house?
- 34:42SPEAKER_15: But overall Well, let's not listen.
- 34:46SPEAKER_11: Okay, let's not go and disparage individuals that haven't gone and done that.
- 34:49SPEAKER_11: Okay, let's not.
- 34:52SPEAKER_13: You're insane if you don't have three days worth.
- 34:54SPEAKER_11: I mean, just come on already.
- 34:57SPEAKER_11: Yes, you should be prepared, but let's not go and criticize individuals who haven't gone and done that.
- 35:04SPEAKER_11: Jeez.
- 35:05SPEAKER_11: You're a horrible person if you haven't gone and stopped up on a whole bunch of stuff, you moron.
- 35:11SPEAKER_11: Sorry, that just made me laugh.
- 35:12SPEAKER_21: What does Victor have to say, friend of this?
- 35:15SPEAKER_21: Um on the prepping thing, I've got nothing.
- 35:18SPEAKER_21: On Europe telling its people to prep, they should have been doing that a long time ago.
- 35:26SPEAKER_21: Russia controlled all their supplies of gas to run all their power plants.
- 35:33SPEAKER_21: So if they cut it off, they could be without power for like pretty pretty quickly.
- 35:39SPEAKER_21: Um in the US though, do people really think that we're gonna find out in case of a nuclear event where all the top leadership are gonna congregate?
- 35:50SPEAKER_21: They're all gonna be a giant mountain, so definitely don't bomb here.
- 35:54SPEAKER_21: Nobody's gonna know where they're all gonna congregate.
- 35:57SPEAKER_21: That's just ridiculous.
- 35:59SPEAKER_11: That's a really good point, thanks.
- 36:08SPEAKER_54: But he also directs you to his sponsors or the people that are advertising like mypatriotsupply.com.
- 36:19SPEAKER_28: Hey, John Random from Greater Minnesota here.
- 36:21SPEAKER_28: I already live in better Minnesota, but if you know what hits the fan, I have a spot in Greater Minnesota where I grew up, and that's where I'll be falling back to.
- 36:35SPEAKER_28: We have some free streams.
- 36:38SPEAKER_28: Um freezers fall of means things like this.
- 36:43SPEAKER_28: Um capability to generate as long as we can fuel that generator or transfer that runs the generator.
- 36:54SPEAKER_28: Um we've got some things, but not a lot, and I am piled up.
- 37:04SPEAKER_28: Uh at my leisure, and there's plenty of it out in greater Minnesota.
- 37:09SPEAKER_28: So uh yeah, Country Boy Can Survive.
- 37:12SPEAKER_11: Country Boy Can Survive.
- 37:14SPEAKER_11: Rock band or a racehorse.
- 37:18SPEAKER_32: Seems too long to be a racehorse.
- 37:20SPEAKER_32: So I'm going to rock band.
- 37:21SPEAKER_32: It'd be tough for PA to be calling that over a category, huh?
- 37:24SPEAKER_11: Yeah, Country Boy Can Survive.
- 37:26SPEAKER_11: Isn't that a country song, though?
- 37:28SPEAKER_11: Oh, it's even better.
- 37:29SPEAKER_11: I think so.
- 37:30SPEAKER_11: If not, it should be.
- 37:31SPEAKER_11: And maybe I have to spend some time with Suno this afternoon.
- 37:35SPEAKER_17: Good morning, Don.
- 37:37SPEAKER_17: Good show so far, and your hair is perfect.
- 37:40SPEAKER_11: Uh it's oh thank you.
- 37:41SPEAKER_11: It's your your audio's too low there, buddy.
- 37:43SPEAKER_11: Thank you for the compliment on uh on the hair, though.
- 37:46SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 37:46SPEAKER_11: Uh yeah.
- 37:47SPEAKER_11: I worked hard on it by not showering it this morning.
- 37:50unknown: I don't know what to tell you.
- 37:52SPEAKER_11: You're not supposed to do that every day, right?
- 37:54SPEAKER_11: You know, you gotta keep, you know, it's it's part of good hygiene.
- 37:57SPEAKER_11: I'm not gonna wash it every single day, right?
- 37:59SPEAKER_11: Uh he went on to say that they do have enough freeze dried foods uh for two people for six months.
- 38:05SPEAKER_11: They live in the boonies for a reason because people are uh going to not be in the city.
- 38:12SPEAKER_11: So my vo my advice is everybody have a great day.
- 38:15SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 38:16SPEAKER_11: Thank you.
- 38:16SPEAKER_11: Uh thank you for that.
- 38:17SPEAKER_11: Let's go, uh, let's go here.
- 38:19SPEAKER_27: Good morning, John Devin.
- 38:20SPEAKER_27: Having been to Costco and Sam's Club on many occasions and looked at the people that are out there stocking up with all sorts of food stuff that are all like frozen foods, etc., things that are unhealthy, and then looking at their uh girth hanging over their cart as they walk through the store.
- 38:39SPEAKER_27: I'm just telling you, if there is some sort of major catastrophe that we had to prepare for, half the population would probably perish within a week.
- 38:50SPEAKER_27: And I can run circles around about half of these people at 63 years old.
- 38:56SPEAKER_27: Because you know what?
- 38:57SPEAKER_27: You gotta keep yourself in shape.
- 38:59SPEAKER_27: That's right.
- 38:59SPEAKER_27: You gotta eat good food and you gotta be ready, have some ammo, and just so you know, if you have all that food, if somebody comes to your house and they got bigger guns, they're gonna take your food.
- 39:11SPEAKER_27: I'll tell you.
- 39:12SPEAKER_11: Have a great day.
- 39:13SPEAKER_11: Thank you, Scott.
- 39:14SPEAKER_11: I'll give you about a four on that.
- 39:15SPEAKER_11: Actually, no, I'm gonna take it to a five because everyone's being harsh on everybody else this morning.
- 39:20SPEAKER_11: Why is everybody harsh on everybody else's mellow today?
- 39:23SPEAKER_11: Ah, however, this is a good opportunity to remind you, even though they're not on the schedule for today.
- 39:29SPEAKER_11: But with Neutrawave and the program at Neutrawave, if you are concerned about prepping, this is the fantastic time to get on the program because what a great way to lose weight, get healthier, get better sleep, all while eating the food that you want to eat, food that has just one ingredient, and that's food.
- 39:46SPEAKER_11: I've developed a taste for so many healthier options for lunch and dinner through this amazing uh program.
- 39:53SPEAKER_11: So neutrawave.us, reach out uh to uh Dr.
- 39:58SPEAKER_11: Bob at Neutrawave today.
- 39:59SPEAKER_11: Take advantage of that red light therapy, the metabolic session.
- 40:02SPEAKER_11: If you need more information, drop me an email, john.justice at americanexperiment.u.org.
- 40:10SPEAKER_38: Hello, Pat and Shoreview.
- 40:12SPEAKER_38: Uh regarding prepping, what I do every year is stock the pantry so that I have enough cans and camping goods and dry things and water for the winter in case there's a snowstorm or a minor outage.
- 40:27SPEAKER_38: Um I don't believe in doing the 90 days.
- 40:30SPEAKER_38: Um and then what I do is I keep that stuff until it's probably six months from expiration, and I donate it to a food shelf.
- 40:39SPEAKER_11: Oh, that's nice.
- 40:41SPEAKER_11: That's very kind of you, Pat.
- 40:42SPEAKER_11: And I'm not surprised.
- 40:44SPEAKER_11: Thank you, friend of the show.
- 40:45SPEAKER_11: So uh yesterday, you know, I'm gonna doing my prep, I'm seeing the videos, uh, watched the one from Glenn Beck.
- 40:51SPEAKER_11: I saw the follow-up from Dan Bongino that I mentioned, and I'm like, you know what?
- 40:55SPEAKER_11: Let me just have a conversation with Melinda.
- 40:57SPEAKER_11: I don't know if she was up to speed on any of these concerns.
- 41:00SPEAKER_11: And so we just sat down and, you know, talked it through.
- 41:02SPEAKER_11: I shared with her some of the information of what we know about these uh global recommendations to stock up on food supplies, what's being said locally, what I mentioned in terms of the preparedness of our military installations.
- 41:16SPEAKER_11: And while neither of us are abundantly concerned, we just decided let's let's make sure that we have uh you know enough water to last us a week in the house.
- 41:25SPEAKER_11: Let's make sure that we have more um non-perishable food items than we typically have.
- 41:30SPEAKER_11: I mean, for crying out loud, with the amount of cereal that we purchase for because I don't eat any cereal.
- 41:37SPEAKER_11: It's the three of them.
- 41:38SPEAKER_11: It's Melinda, Logan, and Kyle.
- 41:39SPEAKER_11: We probably got enough cereal to feed the whole block for a month.
- 41:43SPEAKER_11: Maybe I shouldn't say that.
- 41:44SPEAKER_11: Don't come to our house when you're looking for your wheat checks.
- 41:47SPEAKER_11: I just want to say that up front.
- 41:49SPEAKER_11: So uh here are the potentials.
- 41:50SPEAKER_11: We'll get back to more of your thoughts here in just a second and then dive into the shenanigans out of uh uh out of Alaska.
- 41:55SPEAKER_11: But um, so here are I made a I made a quick list here.
- 41:59SPEAKER_11: This is all just based based off of my my my thinking, okay?
- 42:03SPEAKER_11: But a quick list of potential catastrophes that we could be facing on a national or global level that would bring about the need to be prepped like all of you are uh suggesting right now.
- 42:15SPEAKER_11: So we have uh attacks from the Middle East, okay, that could end up impacting our uh our you know, our power grid, our supply chains.
- 42:24SPEAKER_11: Uh you know, when we've discussed the possibility of World War III, it's not going to be like it looked, you know, like in the past.
- 42:32SPEAKER_11: It would be something different.
- 42:33SPEAKER_11: And a part of that could be, you know, cyber attacks on our infrastructure that could end up bringing down electronics and power to a particular area for a length of time, which would cause chaos, especially in a major metropolitan area.
- 42:45SPEAKER_11: The water supplies could get tainted, and that could all come from the Middle East.
- 42:48SPEAKER_11: If we do get into a larger conflict, more akin to a World War III, you know, that would certainly bring about a disruption in those things that I mentioned.
- 42:58SPEAKER_11: Threats from China directly or indirectly.
- 43:02SPEAKER_11: If and when they go and attack Taiwan and whether or not we get involved in that.
- 43:06SPEAKER_11: We have homeland security threats internally.
- 43:10SPEAKER_11: When you consider what data Republican has been exposing of the radical leftist plans to cause disruption around the country.
- 43:18SPEAKER_11: You know, if the midterm elections don't go the way the Democrats hope and they want to bring about chaos in the streets because of it, I'm not saying that's gonna happen.
- 43:28SPEAKER_11: Uh, I don't believe that's gonna happen.
- 43:30SPEAKER_11: We haven't really seen that particular thing happen on a large scale in a post-election.
- 43:36SPEAKER_11: It certainly didn't happen during uh Trump's second victory and didn't happen in his first victory.
- 43:41SPEAKER_11: Everybody was just too shell shocked to go and deal with it.
- 43:44SPEAKER_11: But that could be a part of this.
- 43:46SPEAKER_11: You could have those Antifa radical activist types on the street insurrectionists encouraging random individuals like they did during Operation Metro Surge, of which tomorrow we are likely to get that report from Governor.
- 44:00SPEAKER_11: Dimwalls and his truth council.
- 44:01SPEAKER_11: So that could be a part of this as well.
- 44:03SPEAKER_11: You look at artificial intelligence.
- 44:04SPEAKER_11: We reach a singularity, and basically we're in Skynet territory.
- 44:11SPEAKER_11: They could go, you know, our AI overlords could go and shut down our infrastructure, disrupt our supply chains, which is why I'm always polite to my AI when I talk to them.
- 44:23SPEAKER_11: NHI disclosure.
- 44:25SPEAKER_11: Alien invasion.
- 44:27SPEAKER_11: Non-human intelligence, extra-dimensional.
- 44:30SPEAKER_11: And the other one, and this is probably my favorite speculation.
- 44:32SPEAKER_11: I heard somebody bring it up yesterday.
- 44:34SPEAKER_11: Um if you've watched just Armageddon or Deep Impact, this Deep Impact specifically, all of this is very reminiscent to what happened in Deep Impact, where the government world leaders were fully aware of the asteroid heading towards Earth, but they didn't want the information to give to get out because it would cause a global panic.
- 44:55SPEAKER_11: Who knows?
- 44:55SPEAKER_11: Maybe there's an asteroid heading our way that we're unaware of.
- 45:02SPEAKER_11: Was it AI Atlas?
- 45:03SPEAKER_11: What was the the one the one that we were tracking for the long time?
- 45:05SPEAKER_11: Maybe it turned around and it's heading back our direction.
- 45:07SPEAKER_11: So those are just a few of the things that we could potentially be facing with all of this.
- 45:12SPEAKER_11: And I listen, I lay this out kind of in jest because it sounds ridiculous, but it's twofold.
- 45:19SPEAKER_11: One, it gives you an idea of the level at which we would have to be attacked to bring about the need for an individual, a family, or whomever to be on your own without any federal assistance for a number of days.
- 45:34SPEAKER_11: You know, but it's also just a good reminder that it would take a lot for this to happen.
- 45:38SPEAKER_11: But it is good to be prepared, you know, like friend of the show, Rich.
- 45:41SPEAKER_10: Good morning, John, Rich here.
- 45:43SPEAKER_10: So my circle of friends and stuff, I would say everybody's well prepared.
- 45:48SPEAKER_10: We have at least a year's supply of food.
- 45:50SPEAKER_10: Firewood, we grew up burning wood, but we still have wood stoves in case.
- 45:55SPEAKER_10: I have a wood cook stove, myself, an antique one.
- 45:58SPEAKER_10: Um, plenty of ammo, thermal sculpts, at least four thermal sculpts in our group, and fresh water supplies, fresh water filtering systems, and even antique oil lamps.
- 46:10SPEAKER_11: Oh yeah, I'd say we're prepared.
- 46:12SPEAKER_11: Oh, I love me a good oil lamp.
- 46:14SPEAKER_11: That's nostalgia fuel right there from when I was a kid and uh the camping that I did with my dad.
- 46:20SPEAKER_39: For prepping, I have the Costco Emergency Food Supply bucket, and I think I have the five or six person bucket times two.
- 46:30SPEAKER_39: I've got some water jugs all filled up and a few types of filtering systems to filter that water if need well when need be.
- 46:40SPEAKER_39: I've got extra dog food.
- 46:42SPEAKER_39: I think we're set for three days.
- 46:45SPEAKER_11: That's the one thing that I'm confident in is that when it comes to Artemis, man, anybody, you just you you you pass by the house in the middle of the street, and she's gonna let you know that she's inside the house.
- 46:59SPEAKER_11: I was talking.
- 47:01SPEAKER_11: So I just mean as a defense mechanism.
- 47:02SPEAKER_11: I don't know, as a defensive measure.
- 47:04SPEAKER_11: Uh just scare everybody away, even though she's rather she's only like 40 pounds.
- 47:08SPEAKER_11: It was funny though, because my routine at night when I go to bed, you know, we usually wrap up watching TV and I say goodnight to everybody, and Artemis is usually sitting down or she's lying down on her bed that's way too big for her.
- 47:19SPEAKER_11: So I'll get down on the floor and I'll say goodnight and you know, see you tomorrow and all this, because I just have a relationship with my dog.
- 47:25SPEAKER_11: And I was doing that last night, and this thought crossed my mind because I know how vicious as she can be to people that she doesn't know when she's defending the house.
- 47:33SPEAKER_11: I'm like, man, I'm really just playing with fire.
- 47:36SPEAKER_11: You can snap on me in a moment's notice.
- 47:40SPEAKER_11: All right, let's get back to a few more of your thoughts, and then I want to get into the shenanigans going on up in uh Alaska.
- 47:47SPEAKER_39: For prepping, I have the Costco Emergency Food.
- 47:50SPEAKER_11: Oh, we heard from you.
- 47:51SPEAKER_11: Oh, by the way, uh and thank you for that.
- 47:53SPEAKER_11: Uh I know Melinda's usually listening at this point in time.
- 47:56SPEAKER_11: We need to look into uh Melinda uh getting rather than texting her, we need to look uh into getting that emergency uh bucket from uh Costco.
- 48:05SPEAKER_11: So it's a little home production meeting taking place live on the uh live on the show.
- 48:08SPEAKER_16: John, my wife has been prepping for years.
- 48:12SPEAKER_16: She's always got four to six cases of barefoot moscato, plenty of cheese, crackers, chips and dips to last the winter.
- 48:22SPEAKER_16: And I think what Scott was referring to is the age-old adage of your food supply will only last as long as your ammunition does.
- 48:32SPEAKER_16: Have a great day.
- 48:33SPEAKER_12: You are so funny.
- 48:34SPEAKER_12: That's hilarious.
- 48:36SPEAKER_12: That one is the funniest.
- 48:40SPEAKER_11: That's my new favorite drop, by the way.
- 48:44SPEAKER_11: All right.
- 48:45SPEAKER_11: Thank you to everybody who's uh left comments this morning here on the John Justice uh show.
- 48:50SPEAKER_11: Uh let's go here.
- 48:51SPEAKER_11: We'll start off the conversation.
- 48:52SPEAKER_11: We're gonna talk with uh Ryan Wilson coming up just after the top of the hour.
- 48:58SPEAKER_11: But I do want to get into this ridiculous nonsense coming out of Alaska and what the uh Democrats are attempting to go and do.
- 49:10SPEAKER_11: And listen, they wouldn't do this if they didn't think it was effective and they weren't concerned about losing the race.
- 49:15SPEAKER_11: But this is where Democrats are.
- 49:17SPEAKER_11: These are the links that they have to go to to win these elections to get the broken and the brainwashed to go and vote for them.
- 49:27SPEAKER_11: Because their ideas aren't popular and they can't talk about them.
- 49:30SPEAKER_11: Why do you think they put Trump on the ballot?
- 49:33SPEAKER_11: Now we're gonna hear from Mark Halperin, a famed uh commentator, pollster.
- 49:37SPEAKER_11: We talked and used a lot.
- 49:39SPEAKER_11: I used a lot of his commentary in the run-up to the last presidential election.
- 49:43SPEAKER_11: So before we get into the specifics of this race, um Mark Halperin did lay out why Republicans are feeling more confident at the moment in the potential of victory next uh Tuesday.
- 49:56SPEAKER_02: To see a Democratic victory, to see the possibility of a blue tsunami where a state like South Carolina or a state like Iowa switches from red to blue in a two-year period, you gotta be open to seeing the possibility of a dramatically different turnout of the what the electorate is.
- 50:14SPEAKER_02: Percentage of Democrats who turn out, percentage of independents who switch from R to D, the percentage of Republicans who turn out.
- 50:20SPEAKER_02: All three of those dials have to be turned for it just to even be a mathematical possibility.
- 50:25SPEAKER_02: Here's the metaphor.
- 50:27SPEAKER_02: Imagine the candidates in all these races as runners.
- 50:31SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 50:32SPEAKER_02: Imagine them running a 5K Republican versus Democrat.
- 50:36SPEAKER_02: And imagine uh they they they faced each other two years ago and the Republican won by 17 minutes.
- 50:45SPEAKER_02: Easily won.
- 50:47SPEAKER_02: Easily won.
- 50:47SPEAKER_02: The Democrat huffed over the finish line 17 minutes behind the Republican.
- 50:52SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 50:52SPEAKER_02: And now uh the the the two the same runners or the same team runners are running again.
- 50:58SPEAKER_02: R versus D.
- 50:59SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 51:00SPEAKER_02: If I told you that the same runner this year lost by one minute, you'd say, well, that's a big improvement over two years.
- 51:10SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 51:11SPEAKER_02: Two years ago they lost by 17 minutes, this year they lost by one minute.
- 51:15SPEAKER_02: But a loss is still a loss.
- 51:17SPEAKER_02: And the reason why my Republican sources look at the data and look at the historical data and the current polling data, and they say, We like our chances here.
- 51:26SPEAKER_02: We we but this rate's maybe 4846, or this rate's maybe uh forty-six forty-six, whatever it is in their private polling.
- 51:34SPEAKER_02: We like our chances to not lose so much so much of the advantage we had two years ago.
- 51:41SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be close, but we think we are gonna pull it out.
- 51:44SPEAKER_02: And then in Michigan, where where uh the Democrats uh you know have done well in these Senate races.
- 51:51SPEAKER_02: It's been a long time since Michigan elected a Republican, it's the opposite.
- 51:55SPEAKER_02: They say El Saad is is not gonna be able to outrun Mike Rogers.
- 51:59SPEAKER_02: Mike Rogers isn't gonna beat him by five, but they think Mike Rogers can win.
- 52:04SPEAKER_02: We've told you before, keep your eye on races.
- 52:06SPEAKER_02: Many of them have third candidates, typically libertarians or independents or Greens.
- 52:12SPEAKER_02: And that has an impact too, because it means that it you don't have to come all the way back to win from 17 down.
- 52:20SPEAKER_02: You you can you can you can win uh with us under 50 percent of the vote.
- 52:25SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 52:25SPEAKER_02: That's important.
- 52:28SPEAKER_13: Interesting commentary.
- 52:29SPEAKER_13: I don't know what's gonna happen.
- 52:31SPEAKER_13: I'm just waiting to see until next week.
- 52:35SPEAKER_11: I'm just being patient.
- 52:37SPEAKER_11: In the meantime, the storm has arrived coming out of Alaska.
- 52:43SPEAKER_11: Massive shenanigans.
- 52:45SPEAKER_11: Let me get you up to speed with the story from Fox News when this New York Times uh story broke yesterday.
- 52:52SPEAKER_11: We'll talk with Ryan Wilson coming up in just a moment, and we'll get into further details on this bombshell story coming up on the John Justice Show.
- 53:00SPEAKER_11: But here is what is taking place right now in Alaska and the impact that it could potentially have on these midterm elections.
- 53:33SPEAKER_03: Hey, Sandra, we've been to Alaska twice over the past month.
- 53:36SPEAKER_03: We plan on heading there again today, so hopefully we'll be reporting from on the ground tomorrow.
- 53:41SPEAKER_03: And during our trips there, some of the Republicans that we have been talking to are talking to us as if it is known that this Dan Jay Sullivan campaign uh is fraudulent.
- 53:50SPEAKER_03: They're not even entertaining that it's anything but a scheme, and they point to a long list of reasons, not only that Dan Sullivan has the same name as the incumbent senator, but they say he has a history of voting Democrat, has never been associated with the Republican Party.
- 54:04SPEAKER_03: And critics have been insinuating that Mary Patola's campaign had something to do with this, that they were recruited this second Dan Jay Sullivan, and now there's this New York Times reporting that seems to corroborate that.
- 54:15SPEAKER_03: Now, Mary Patola's campaign denies any uh involvement.
- 54:18SPEAKER_03: Now, last month I briefly emailed with that second Dan Jay Sullivan and asked him about this alleged sham.
- 54:26SPEAKER_03: He did not outright deny that his campaign is fraudulent, but he portrayed it as legitimate.
- 54:31SPEAKER_03: I asked him, what do you say to critics who say you're running simply to take votes from Senator Sullivan?
- 54:38SPEAKER_03: That Dan J.
- 54:38SPEAKER_03: Sullivan wrote, every candidate in this race is trying to get as many votes as possible.
- 54:42SPEAKER_03: That's what elections are about.
- 54:44SPEAKER_03: The Senator Sullivan has spent 12 years in office, and Alaskans are struggling like never before.
- 54:49SPEAKER_03: I am advocating for a change in direction, and I am stepping up to be that change.
- 54:53SPEAKER_03: The sitting Senator Dan S.
- 54:54SPEAKER_03: Sullivan is backed by President Trump.
- 54:56SPEAKER_03: The president has uh flown to Alaska.
- 54:59SPEAKER_03: Uh, the vice president has as well to uh garner support for the incumbent Senator.
- 55:03SPEAKER_03: Uh I asked President Trump in uh Wasilla two weeks ago point blank uh uh about this alleged jam.
- 55:09SPEAKER_03: At that point, he told us that his administration was looking into this.
- 55:12SPEAKER_03: Uh and the president told me that he believes that the Dan J.
- 55:15SPEAKER_03: Sullivan campaign uh is a hoax.
- 55:17SPEAKER_03: He says the guy has nothing to do with politics.
- 55:19SPEAKER_03: And what's interesting, Sandra, is there's only uh so many places in states where you can actually potentially try to pull off this scheme because of Alaska's interesting um ranked choice vote, where multiple candidates are on the ballot for the same position and they don't have to list uh their party.
- 55:34SPEAKER_03: So that's why we're able to see two Dan Sullivans uh on the ballot, one who is not associated with any party, instead of a more traditional ballot where you'd only see maybe one Republican and one Democrat running for Senate, Sandra.
- 55:46unknown: Okay.
- 55:47SPEAKER_11: We're gonna dive into more details on this story and its potential ramifications on this midterm election coming up.
- 55:57SPEAKER_11: But this is the big story uh this morning.
- 56:00SPEAKER_11: It's a massive deal, a lot of commentary about what this can mean.
- 56:03SPEAKER_11: Also, coming up next hour, we will get into how Mary Moriarty is going to launch a lawsuit against independent journalist James O'Keefe in their stunt during the primary, exposing the voucher rule that we have here in Minnesota and the potential implication that that could have on the commentary surrounding the investigation and allegations of Ilhan Omar.
- 56:25SPEAKER_11: So we got a lot of ground to cover.
- 56:26SPEAKER_11: Becca Thompson, uh tireless defender of Minneapolis, will be in studio just after eight o'clock this morning.
- 56:32SPEAKER_11: But as we head into the second hour of the John Justice show for a Thursday, here provided and presented by American Experiment, the Minnesota GOP statewide bus tour is getting underway.
- 56:43SPEAKER_11: All of the uh GOP candidates doing a final tour of the state, and Lieutenant uh governor, gubernatorial candidate Ryan Wilson joins us.
- 56:51SPEAKER_11: And you're on the bus right now, aren't you, Ryan?
- 56:54SPEAKER_22: I'm on the bus.
- 56:55SPEAKER_22: Yeah, it's still dark out, no daylight savings time change over yet, but uh uh we are we're headed up to Hinckley here, and I think our first stop is at Toby's, which is a great way to start the morning, and then we're on to uh I think to Louis Herman Town, Bemidji, and we end today over in Moorhead.
- 57:10SPEAKER_11: Uh, talk a little bit about this uh this bus tour.
- 57:12SPEAKER_11: I was unaware of this until about a day or so ago, but you got all the candidates you have all joined up in the final stretch before uh next Tuesday.
- 57:20SPEAKER_11: So you guys have a you guys have a you have a lot of stops between now and uh and Monday.
- 57:24SPEAKER_11: I hope that's a big bus.
- 57:26SPEAKER_22: Yeah, you know, uh and we'll have some of the congressional folks coming and going in the various, you know, CDs and then uh local folks joining too.
- 57:32SPEAKER_22: And so it should be a really good, uh, really good event in a way to kind of energize folks as we you know wrap up, you know, what's been really a year-long campaign, you know, here um making the case for why Minnesota needs change.
- 57:42SPEAKER_22: Minnesota needs a fresh start.
- 57:44SPEAKER_22: Um, you know, I don't need to go through all the problems if you know you know them well, the fraud and the crime, and we can go on and on.
- 57:50SPEAKER_22: But uh it's really painting that positive vision of how we can turn Minnesota around and the pace that we've made and really getting people excited.
- 57:57SPEAKER_11: So I know there's some speculation that JD Vance is gonna be in town uh today for a fraud announcement.
- 58:02SPEAKER_11: Are you aware of this?
- 58:04SPEAKER_11: And do you have any further details you might uh be able to share?
- 58:07SPEAKER_11: I know we didn't discuss this ahead of time, but I thought I'd uh I'd ask you, because I've seen it reported in a couple of news items in the state, but nothing official yet.
- 58:14SPEAKER_11: Do we know for sure if he uh if he's gonna be in town with an announcement coming up today?
- 58:20SPEAKER_22: I don't, but you know, I think that um any time that Minnesotans are able to see uh the fraud that's been happening over these last, you know, I used to say years, but it's really decades that it's been happening.
- 58:30SPEAKER_22: I think it's uh it's good.
- 58:31SPEAKER_22: So no, I don't know anything more about JD Vance coming to town, and I think I've probably seen some of the same rumors you have, or the airspace being reserved over uh St.
- 58:38SPEAKER_22: Cloud for um, you know, for uh for somebody flying in.
- 58:41SPEAKER_22: So I I think it's an important part of uh of people here being able to see again what's been happening.
- 58:46SPEAKER_22: And we had a press conference on Monday where we really laid out um the uh the case against Amy and what she could have done, what she should have been doing.
- 58:53SPEAKER_22: And I don't know if you caught some of that, but you know, Amy's been in Washington for 20 years promising to clean up, you know, fraud or lower healthcare costs, all kinds of promises for 20 years that just happened to be over that.
- 59:04SPEAKER_22: Um one of the things she's delivered on is you know, in her big fight for tickets against ticket masters.
- 59:08SPEAKER_22: So right around the tide at defeating our future, indictments and arrests were happening.
- 59:13SPEAKER_22: Um, you know, there was no press statements, no press conferences, no hearings held uh on that.
- 59:17SPEAKER_22: But we saw plenty of hearings about Taylor Swift tickets, uh subpoenas being issued, uh hearings being shared, federal investigations being called for, letters being written.
- 59:27SPEAKER_22: Of course, if you ask for those same things, what'd you do, you know, regarding the fraud search or the fraud or anything else happening here?
- 59:32SPEAKER_22: Not a zero zilch.
- 59:34SPEAKER_22: Um Amy was silent on the fraud.
- 59:36SPEAKER_22: And you know, suddenly now that Timol's hand picks her to come be his replacement, you know, she starts talking about, oh, she's got a fraud plan.
- 59:42SPEAKER_22: She's gonna audit the government.
- 59:44SPEAKER_22: We don't need to audit the government, we need a wholesale change of the government.
- 59:47SPEAKER_11: We're talking with Ryan Wilson, Lieutenant Governor uh candidate on Lisa Damas uh campaign as the uh Minnesota GOP uh begins their statewide bus tour now through uh Monday.
- 59:58SPEAKER_11: Uh I want to ask you about this.
- 1:00:00SPEAKER_11: Alpha News had a story uh overnight.
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_11: Revo Republican state uh senators, uh Michael Cruen and uh Mark Karan uh accused the Governor Tim Walls of undermining the new Office of Inspector General.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_11: He's planning to post the high-level job openings before the Inspector General is hired.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_11: Uh Cruen and Karan are arguing that the move undermines the uh Office of Inspector General's independence.
- 1:00:27SPEAKER_11: They're calling on Walls to halt the halt the pro uh the process until the inspector general is appointed.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_11: Um, your thoughts on this?
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_11: I know that uh that Lisa Damath has had some thoughts on this, but it sounds like you know, Governor Walls is trying to go and get his own person in this position, even though he's heading out, you know, after after this year, but it really is undermining what is supposed to be an independent uh office.
- 1:00:49SPEAKER_11: What can you say about this, Ryan Wilson?
- 1:00:52SPEAKER_22: Yeah, look, I mean, this is just classic fake fraud fighting by the Democrats.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_22: And we've seen this, you know, for years.
- 1:00:57SPEAKER_22: It's it's uh, as some people would say, it's you know, all had no cattle or something like that, right?
- 1:01:02SPEAKER_22: And uh this is you know when they talk about wanting to fight fraud, and this is an example of where Tim Walls is trying to uh leave his imprint on uh on you know the state so that the fraud can't be rooted out.
- 1:01:13SPEAKER_22: He wants to stack the supposed to be an independent office inspector general with his uh his folks, his lackeys.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_22: And this is not what we need if we want a fresh start.
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_22: And so I could tell you, um, you know, when Lisa comes in, all the commissioners get fired.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_22: And I would hope that the new whoever becomes the head of the Office of Inspector General would take a look at whatever staff are there and make sure that they're their people, that they're independent, and that they can be that watchdog, uh, watchdog for Minnesota.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_11: The other uh the other issue, and then I'll uh let you get back uh to your bus tour.
- 1:01:41SPEAKER_11: Uh there's uh a subsequent story comes out of uh Channel 5.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_11: The Minnesota Snap program is now facing a potential$100 million cost due to the high error rates.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_11: It currently is at 12.5 exceeding the national average.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_11: I'm gonna get into more details of this in just a moment, uh, Ryan Wilson, but it's another circumstance where we had this issue of the SNAP EBT cards that leaving the state and going to individuals that didn't request them in Wisconsin.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_11: A further investigate uh investigation was done, and now we find out that the national average is about 10.6 percent when it comes to the error rate, and our SNAP program is at 12.5 exceeding that national average.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_11: And it sounds like we wouldn't even have known the potential of$100 million in taxpayer money being on the line if it hadn't been for the fact that we had exposure of what was taking place in Wisconsin.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_11: Are you aware of this uh this new emerging story regarding our error rates and our SNAP program?
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_22: It's just another example.
- 1:02:47SPEAKER_22: I mean, can the Democrats that are in charge of government do anything right?
- 1:02:52SPEAKER_22: I mean, you know, when you and I were growing up, John, Minnesota used to be known as a good governance state.
- 1:02:56SPEAKER_22: They got things done, you can go in, you can get your license.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_22: Things just worked in Minnesota.
- 1:03:00SPEAKER_22: And this is another example of where uh just don't know what they're doing.
- 1:03:05SPEAKER_22: And they don't, they they have put us in a spot now where it's gonna cost us, you know, at least 100 million plus some dollars.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_22: Uh, it could hurt our program, and it could also hurt access for the people that need the help.
- 1:03:16SPEAKER_22: And so um, this is why we need that fresh start to change.
- 1:03:20SPEAKER_22: The people in charge, the people that have been holding the range just don't know what they're doing.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_22: They're just incompetent when it comes down to.
- 1:03:26SPEAKER_22: Uh, governor walls and the Democrats in charge just don't know how to run things.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_22: And we're seeing the consequences of that time and time again.
- 1:03:35SPEAKER_22: It's the fraud, it's the crime, it's everything.
- 1:03:38SPEAKER_22: Everything they touch uh is not going well.
- 1:03:41SPEAKER_22: And I'm trying to be a little charitable here and keep your PG.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_22: And uh, we're just really you don't have to.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_22: It just doesn't work.
- 1:03:49SPEAKER_22: And uh, and you know, this is a lot of common sense.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_22: And so what when we win in a couple days here, um we are going to bring back that good governance.
- 1:03:58SPEAKER_22: We're also gonna bring back that good life.
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_22: Remember that Wendell Anderson holding up the fish on the front of the time magazine?
- 1:04:03SPEAKER_51: Oh, yeah.
- 1:04:03SPEAKER_22: We're gonna bring back gas.
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_22: We're gonna bring back business for what it's known for.
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_22: And you know, things don't have to be as difficult as they are, and things don't have to be as unaffordable as they are.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_22: That's the other part of when we right side of government start, you know, the government has doubled.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_22: The budget has doubled in the last 10 years while our population has been flat.
- 1:04:20SPEAKER_22: That is a recipe for disaster.
- 1:04:22SPEAKER_22: And so when we get things realized and get everything kind of backwards, we can do great things like$99 car tax or less.
- 1:04:29SPEAKER_22: If you're paying less, they're not gonna go up.
- 1:04:31SPEAKER_22: We can do things like ending social security, reducing uh uh uh road tax in overtime, no tax on tax, reducing the income for income tax prices.
- 1:04:38SPEAKER_22: All this stuff property tax, bringing property taxes down, making sure counties have released.
- 1:04:43SPEAKER_22: Um we can kind of take that burden off of family shoulders um by just running government better.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_22: And it's really not that it's not that hard.
- 1:04:52SPEAKER_22: You just have to not want to uh turn a blind eye to a lot of these things.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_22: And unfortunately, for too long, you know, we've heard things like, oh, mentioning fraud is racist.
- 1:05:00SPEAKER_22: That works always gifted and uh really good racist.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_22: And it just you just can't believe it.
- 1:05:05SPEAKER_22: That's uh that's the card that they try to play with her.
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_22: And um, yeah, it's absurd.
- 1:05:09SPEAKER_22: And so it's not racist, it's fraud, it's stealing, it's hard work and money.
- 1:05:13SPEAKER_22: Hope for work for.
- 1:05:14SPEAKER_22: They worked extra hours because they got it too much in order to get the take-home that they need to pay money to the government.
- 1:05:19SPEAKER_22: Think about the number of hours that people could have not had to work and had that same take home if they're taxed version of left.
- 1:05:24SPEAKER_22: Think of the number of little league baseball games or hockey games that somebody didn't have to miss because the government wasn't stealing from.
- 1:05:31SPEAKER_22: And so that's what we're gonna get Minnesota back to.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_22: We're gonna make the school good again, all the common sense stuff that uh we know how to do.
- 1:05:37SPEAKER_22: That's why I'm excited.
- 1:05:38SPEAKER_22: That's that's an important part of this bus tourism.
- 1:05:40SPEAKER_22: You may remember when I ran for auditor four years ago, I lost by 8,000 votes.
- 1:05:44SPEAKER_22: That was two votes for precinct.
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_22: And we're not gonna leave those two votes on the table this time.
- 1:05:49SPEAKER_22: We're gonna make sure that that's why we're going.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_22: I I don't even know how many stops, but there's 21 stops over the next couple days.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_22: Um, and we're gonna make sure that everybody's getting out to votes so that we can.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_22: Turn this state around and not just go backwards.
- 1:06:03SPEAKER_22: That's the key.
- 1:06:05SPEAKER_22: I don't want to go back to how it used to be.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_22: I want to make Minnesota better than it's ever been.
- 1:06:08SPEAKER_22: A part of it is by doing the things that we know of worked in the past and then doing the new things in that new vision of how things can be better going forward.
- 1:06:16SPEAKER_11: Ryan Wilson, uh MNGOP Statewide Bus Tour, 7:30, Toby's Restaurant in Hinckley.
- 1:06:21SPEAKER_11: Also, you guys are going to be in Duluth later on this morning.
- 1:06:24SPEAKER_11: Hermantown, Bemidji, Moorhead, and Fargo.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_11: And then you'll be uh going across other locations uh in the state uh from now until Monday.
- 1:06:31SPEAKER_11: Well, good luck, safe travels, and uh hopefully we get into touch base one more time uh before next Tuesday.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_11: But it was great talking with uh you this morning, Ryan Wilson.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_22: Love that.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_22: Thanks for having me on.
- 1:06:42SPEAKER_11: 651-964-0294.
- 1:06:45SPEAKER_11: That is the number for the blaster line if you want to leave us a uh comment.
- 1:06:48SPEAKER_11: I do want to get back to both of those stories that I mentioned uh regarding not only Governor Dim Walls and him trying to go and hire an office of Inspector General, which is supposed to be independent and certain certainly wouldn't be if Walls is going and hiring that individual.
- 1:07:05SPEAKER_11: But also, we could potentially lose another$100 million because of errors, unnecessary, as we lead the country in snap error rates.
- 1:07:15SPEAKER_11: Before we do that, though, I do want to get into the big story of this morning, and that's what's taking place up in Alaska.
- 1:07:22SPEAKER_11: Before we do that, I want to remind you that if you need to chill out and take a break from all of it, head on over to minileaf.com.
- 1:07:29SPEAKER_11: If you need to get a good night's sleep, the night gummies, I swear by them, they give me a good night's sleep every single night.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_11: You take one right before you go to bed.
- 1:07:36SPEAKER_11: You sleep soundly, even if you have to get up in the middle of the night.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_11: When you get back into bed, you fall right back asleep.
- 1:07:41SPEAKER_11: But maybe you're looking to alleviate some of the pain, the triple diamond pain cream.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_11: You're hosting a Halloween party.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_11: The spooky mini leaf tonics are fantastic for that.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_11: Got to be 21 or older, but great alternatives to your alcoholic beverages.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_11: You can be the hostess with the mostest, or the host with the most, I guess.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_11: Also, don't just take my word for it.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_11: Teresa left a review for mini leaf.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_11: Absolutely love your products.
- 1:08:04SPEAKER_11: Change the way that I sleep with the sleep night gummies.
- 1:08:07SPEAKER_11: I've referred uh you to many of my friends, and they are extremely happy as well.
- 1:08:12SPEAKER_11: M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_11: That's minileaf.com.
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_11: Taste happy at minileaf.com.
- 1:08:20SPEAKER_26: Hey, John.
- 1:08:20SPEAKER_26: My issue with the Fox story that you just played about the Alaska uh ballot um was not to split the vote.
- 1:08:30SPEAKER_26: The issue is to confuse voters, to deceive them.
- 1:08:35SPEAKER_26: So all this crap we hear about Democrats caring about democracy all the time is just that.
- 1:08:43SPEAKER_26: A bunch of crap.
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_26: And the result would be then to split the vote.
- 1:08:50SPEAKER_26: But the intention was to confuse voters and deceive them.
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_11: I think uh I think he was working out.
- 1:08:59SPEAKER_11: Great comments, though.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_11: Thank you so much uh for uh leaving us a uh blast.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_11: Trump accused the Democrats of recruiting a candidate with the same name as Senator Dan Sullivan to confuse voters in the Alaska Senate race.
- 1:09:13SPEAKER_11: He called for legal consequences against the Democrat challenger Mary uh Peltola, alleging perjury and fraud.
- 1:09:22SPEAKER_11: The Justice Department filed a lawsuit challenging the election results, citing voter confusion.
- 1:09:28SPEAKER_11: I mean, this is a disaster for Democrats up in Alaska.
- 1:09:32SPEAKER_11: They want to talk about an unforced error.
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_11: Not even an unforced error, it's a forced error.
- 1:09:38SPEAKER_11: If the allegations from the New York Times are true.
- 1:09:40SPEAKER_11: And for those that want to downplay this and say it's not a big deal, it is a big deal.
- 1:09:46SPEAKER_11: It is approaching the level of criminal behavior.
- 1:09:48SPEAKER_11: And just like when it comes to James O'Keefe, if he broke the law in his stun to uh uh to expose our ridiculous voter vouching laws, then yeah, he needs to go and face those consequences.
- 1:09:59SPEAKER_11: We'll talk about this more later on in the show.
- 1:10:01SPEAKER_11: The real core to that particular story, by the way, is the hypocrisy coming from Mary Moriarge's office, but I don't want to get too far ahead of myself.
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_11: But when it comes to the story in Alaska, the New York Times are the ones reporting on this, right?
- 1:10:13SPEAKER_11: Not necessarily your bastion of conservatism.
- 1:10:16SPEAKER_11: You have staunch Democrat judges signing off on investigations into highly controversial sitting members of Congress.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_11: This isn't bias against the leftists.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_11: This is the reality.
- 1:10:29SPEAKER_11: The storm has arrived ahead, five days ahead, of this all-important midterm election, and the left is being exposed for what we have all known, and that is for just how evil and corrupt they really are.
- 1:10:43SPEAKER_11: Trump yesterday accused Democrats of trying to confuse voters by doing this on a truth social post, followed by the New York Times report, that aides associated with Peltola's campaign in the Democrats Senatorial Campaign Committee participated in a secret effort to recruit candidates who could draw votes from Sullivan.
- 1:11:02SPEAKER_11: Trump wrote online it's been determined that Democrats in Alaska illegally searched for and recruited a man named Dan Sullivan to run against our distinguished Republican Senator Dan Sullivan in order to defraud and confuse the election, therefore taking away votes from the real Senator Dan Sullivan.
- 1:11:20SPEAKER_11: Trump also accused Democrats of lying under oath in federal court about their involvement.
- 1:11:24SPEAKER_11: The Democrats made false statements under oath in federal court.
- 1:11:28SPEAKER_11: Therefore, they perjured themselves, and they should be liable for various serious consequences.
- 1:11:33SPEAKER_11: Mary Peltola should suffer the legal and political consequences for what she has done.
- 1:11:40SPEAKER_11: A fraud on the American public, and Dan Sullivan should not be allowed to run without either Mary Pertola or the fake Dan Sullivan on the ballot.
- 1:11:51SPEAKER_11: Listen, Trump is absolutely right in his assessment.
- 1:11:56SPEAKER_11: Let me go back to Mark Halpern.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_11: I got a lot of different clips to share with you, but let me start with uh Halperin's comments uh overnight.
- 1:12:02SPEAKER_11: Again, this is an individual, political commentary, runs a podcast called Two-Way, and I like the way that he handles things.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_11: He leans left, but he's fair in his assessment when it comes to both Republicans and Democrats.
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_11: Here is what he had to say regarding this uh Alaska shenanigans being perpetrated by Democrats.
- 1:12:22SPEAKER_02: I may be wrong about this, but I think it could it could decide the race.
- 1:12:25SPEAKER_02: It's such a dirty trick.
- 1:12:27SPEAKER_02: And to the New York Times and to the public, almost everyone involved who they reach lied about it.
- 1:12:32SPEAKER_02: And we know they lied because they've got the text messages that illustrate the conspiracy.
- 1:12:37SPEAKER_02: And their main source was the top person in the campaign who left the campaign.
- 1:12:42SPEAKER_02: They're trying to claim she's disgruntled, but the texts aren't disgruntled.
- 1:12:46SPEAKER_02: The text messages tell the tale.
- 1:12:48SPEAKER_02: And, you know, I don't know that there's a crime that was committed here, although there's speculation about that already on X.
- 1:12:56SPEAKER_11: Republicans are accusing the Alaska Senate candidate of attempting to recruit the candidate.
- 1:13:02SPEAKER_11: In a statement to the Hill, the Senator's uh campaign accused Patola of gaslighting Alaskan voters.
- 1:13:10SPEAKER_11: Alaska deserves to know the truth.
- 1:13:11SPEAKER_11: Mary Peltola, her campaign, and her senior advisors colluded with the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, National Democrat lawyers, and the Alaska Democrat operatives to recruit a candidate to deliberately deceive and confuse voters and then repeatedly lied about it.
- 1:13:26SPEAKER_11: That's according to campaign spokesperson Nate Adams.
- 1:13:29SPEAKER_11: Mary Peltola and her campaign have spent months gaslighting Alaskans, denying the scheme that they were running all along.
- 1:13:38SPEAKER_11: So let's get in some of the audio here.
- 1:13:40SPEAKER_11: First off, uh, this is the Democrat Senate candidate uh going back to August, where she says it should be a criminal offense to lie or mislead the electorate.
- 1:13:53SPEAKER_50: It should be a criminal offense to lie or mislead the electorate.
- 1:13:58SPEAKER_50: Yes.
- 1:13:58SPEAKER_50: Yes, let's work for that.
- 1:14:01SPEAKER_11: Yeah, and that's what she was doing.
- 1:14:02SPEAKER_11: She was lying and misleading the electorate the electorate.
- 1:14:06SPEAKER_11: So let's see who she ends up standing by, by what she by what she said.
- 1:14:10SPEAKER_11: Here is the uh real Dan Sullivan on the ballot talking about what his Democrat opponent is doing up in Alaska.
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_52: The candidate I'm running against had a scheme for over a year to try to trick Alaskans that shows total contempt for the people of the state of Alaska, Sean.
- 1:14:32SPEAKER_52: Think about it.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_52: They work together to try to trick Alaskans.
- 1:14:36SPEAKER_52: There's even reports in that New York Times story where they were treating Alaskans like they're kind of stupid.
- 1:14:42SPEAKER_52: Uh that's Paltola and the Democrats.
- 1:14:46SPEAKER_52: We're not stupid.
- 1:14:47SPEAKER_52: We're smart, and we know we shouldn't be electing a corrupt senator who's been lying, or not senator, former congresswoman, who's been lying to the Alaskan people directly to their face for over a year.
- 1:15:02SPEAKER_11: Now on uh Katie Pavlich's uh show on News uh Nation, uh Matthew Salisbury uh says that he was approached by somebody who attempted to recruit him to run in the Senate race as part of the Democrat plot to stack the ballot and help her defeat the GOP senator, which I believe continues to speak to ranked choice voting and the dangers that ranked choice voting has, because this is what they can do with ranked choice voting.
- 1:15:29SPEAKER_23: What do you think about this uh this you know play, this ploy, this scheme to try to recruit people like you to stack the ballot in a way that was to benefit the Democrats without disclosing that?
- 1:15:41SPEAKER_23: I mean, the details in this New York Times story, um, where your story is, it talks about how you were courted by this guy who called himself Zane.
- 1:15:48SPEAKER_23: What do you think about the way that they went about this and essentially lied to Alaskans and the entire country for months on end?
- 1:15:56SPEAKER_60: Well, ex exactly.
- 1:15:58SPEAKER_60: The way you opened your segment today was how I've been feeling all day.
- 1:16:02SPEAKER_60: To be honest, I had no idea the extent of this strategy, I would say, or scheme, even, uh, until I read the article this morning.
- 1:16:10SPEAKER_60: I contributed what I did to the reporter when he called me to verify some of the facts.
- 1:16:14SPEAKER_60: Uh the reality is I had no idea that they had a full year-long process of this, maybe even longer.
- 1:16:20SPEAKER_60: And I think it really goes to show exactly what you mentioned at the beginning of your segment is that the plenty of crying of foul and saying that democracy is under attack when the reality is a national party is hand selecting candidates and attempting to manipulate who actually makes the ballot.
- 1:16:38SPEAKER_60: In that article, it mentions David Leslie being pressured out and him congratulating him for withdrawing.
- 1:16:45SPEAKER_60: I would be I I suspect, and it just brings a question to my mind, if they did the same with Reverend Matthew Schultz, who was also a popular Democrat, uh, was going to be in the top four, but they would not provide him any backing, and he was a Democrat for Bill Hill.
- 1:17:00unknown: Yeah.
- 1:17:00SPEAKER_60: And I think that because he kept mentioning Bill Hill's name to me, even though he just said he was a Democrat light.
- 1:17:07SPEAKER_60: The reality is he he was part of the Democrat Party, so I I have a suspicion that he was part of that.
- 1:17:12SPEAKER_11: You know, here is the here's the larger issue on on this, and this is something that I'll uh Victor David Hansen uh keyed is uh keyed in on this, and I'll share with you his clip in uh in just a moment here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 1:17:29SPEAKER_11: Does the base of Democrats even care?
- 1:17:33SPEAKER_11: Like if you're a foe of the show, does this even bother you?
- 1:17:38SPEAKER_11: I mean this is the end game of the tactics that the left has been using forever, and it's only getting worse.
- 1:17:46SPEAKER_11: Let me share with you some local angles on this.
- 1:17:48SPEAKER_11: Uh Becca Thompson, fearless defender of Minneapolis, will be joining us on the comfy sofa coming up uh just after eight o'clock of this morning.
- 1:17:56SPEAKER_11: But allegedly there are individu individuals out there that are sharing pamphlets with the Palestinian flag on it, basically justifying rape and the rape that took place in the attack by Hamas on Israel on October 7th.
- 1:18:17SPEAKER_11: Saying that rape is resistance.
- 1:18:20SPEAKER_11: Saying that that is a completely appropriate for these individuals to go and do against the people of Israel.
- 1:18:27SPEAKER_11: At the same time, you have individuals that are putting up disgust uh disgusting displays upon their lawn of Republican candidates, Trump supporters being uh you know, having their heads cut off via uh uh a guillotine for a Halloween display.
- 1:18:48SPEAKER_11: The Democrats have done such a good job of convincing too many of their base of voters that anybody on their right is evil, and you're evil if you're associated with Trump, that when they go and they try to pull these tactics, I question how many Democrats actually care.
- 1:19:03SPEAKER_11: Or if the tribalism has gotten so bad that it doesn't matter.
- 1:19:08SPEAKER_11: Lie, cheat, and steal to get what it is that you want to get.
- 1:19:12SPEAKER_11: I look, I've said this for decades now.
- 1:19:16SPEAKER_11: And I started really early on in my talk career saying that if you're on the left, you can be as irrational and hypocritical as you want to be as long as it benefits the party and they're able to win elections, grow power, and retain that power.
- 1:19:33SPEAKER_11: I still stand by that, and this is the inevitable conclusion where evil comes into play and the rules just don't apply anymore on the left.
- 1:19:43SPEAKER_11: These are the links that they have to go through because their policies are so unpopular, and they've gotten even less popular as time has gone on, and because of that, the byproduct is this level of extremism of trying to game and cheat your way through into victory in an election or wishing harm you know upon other individuals.
- 1:20:08SPEAKER_11: I mean, let's go back to you know Charlie Kirk being assassinated and why he was assassinated.
- 1:20:14SPEAKER_11: Yeah, it's a very dangerous, sad state of affairs.
- 1:20:17SPEAKER_11: And I don't know what the outcome of next Tuesday is going to be, but I, you know, to say I'm curious is an understatement.
- 1:20:23SPEAKER_11: It's also why I don't think that it's going to be close.
- 1:20:25SPEAKER_11: I think it's going to be decisive.
- 1:20:26SPEAKER_11: And it's going to be decisive one way or another.
- 1:20:29SPEAKER_11: People know their choices.
- 1:20:30SPEAKER_11: Anybody who is sitting and going, I haven't figured out who I'm voting yet, they're lying to you.
- 1:20:34SPEAKER_11: I don't believe that for a second.
- 1:20:36SPEAKER_11: Here is what Victor David Hansen had to say about what's going on up in Alaska.
- 1:20:39SPEAKER_53: It was so amateur.
- 1:20:40SPEAKER_53: You say you expect something like this in a high school student body election.
- 1:20:45SPEAKER_53: Not among an Alaskan candidate for Senate.
- 1:20:48SPEAKER_53: It was so ranked.
- 1:20:50SPEAKER_53: And it's part of a larger uh revelation, Sean.
- 1:20:54SPEAKER_53: They have no confidence in their agenda that 51% of the people support open borders or defunding the police or the New Green Deal, etc.
- 1:21:03SPEAKER_53: So they always do this.
- 1:21:05SPEAKER_53: The second thing is they always project, they all talk about lectures about ballot integrity.
- 1:21:11SPEAKER_53: And when they do that, they project something like rank voting, ballot harvesting, ballot curing, no ID, 70% onto their opponents.
- 1:21:20SPEAKER_53: And they do the same thing with lawfare.
- 1:21:22SPEAKER_53: They say, lawfare, lawfare, lawfare, you're weaponizing, and they they're projecting the 91 uh Trump's up indictments that when they weaponized the government against Trump.
- 1:21:32SPEAKER_53: In the 2016, it was the same thing.
- 1:21:34SPEAKER_53: Foreign interference, foreign interference.
- 1:21:36SPEAKER_53: And then they that's a projection to hide the fact that they hired a foreign national, Christopher Steele, to create a phony dossier to warp the election.
- 1:21:45SPEAKER_53: It's the same thing here.
- 1:21:46SPEAKER_53: They're all giving us elections, uh lectures about ballot integrity, and then they have this rigged uh ballot system where there's only one Democrat on the ballot and three others, and uh it's all it's all pathetic because it just shows a lack of confidence in their ideas and their agendas.
- 1:22:04SPEAKER_11: Well, and it provides context when other things happen that aren't necessarily as egregious or even nefarious as what we're describing.
- 1:22:18SPEAKER_11: And what I mean by that is when we and I'll give you the details here in a moment.
- 1:22:21SPEAKER_11: When you look at walls attempting to undermine the anti-fraud office, when you look at the snapper error rates, which is just either willful complacency, willful ignoring, or it's corruption and they use excuses saying that they're just being complacent.
- 1:22:39SPEAKER_11: Either way.
- 1:22:41SPEAKER_11: Like you begin to understand how easy it is to do these lesser things, even though they're not they're still important, but when you look at the severity of those issues compared to what they're attempting to pull off in Alaska, or the evils of what you see on display of individuals that are saying, you know, rape is resistance, free Palestine, putting up Halloween displays, you know, demonstrating that they want to do harm to Republicans.
- 1:23:10SPEAKER_11: My point is it probably is really, really easy to go and conduct, to turn a blind eye to fraud, to conduct, you know, ground-level corrupt tactics like what Walls does when you compare it to the lengths that they will go to in other ways to grow their power and retain their power.
- 1:23:29SPEAKER_11: This comment rolled into the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 1:23:34SPEAKER_11: If all illegals or early voting went Republican, we would have the strongest voting laws in the world.
- 1:23:39SPEAKER_11: Amen.
- 1:23:40SPEAKER_11: You win the award for the blast of the morning.
- 1:23:42SPEAKER_11: Uh, congratulations, you are 100% correct.
- 1:23:46SPEAKER_11: 100% correct.
- 1:23:49SPEAKER_11: If voter ID was something that Democrat voters demanded because Republicans were pushing to have illegals vote because the assumption was illegal aliens would go and vote for Republicans, we would.
- 1:24:01SPEAKER_11: We would have the most we probably would get rid of all the mail and balloting.
- 1:24:04SPEAKER_11: We probably would have votes uh one day only, we would have a holiday for it, we would only have mail and balloting in most extreme circumstances.
- 1:24:12SPEAKER_11: And you see the evidence of that.
- 1:24:14SPEAKER_11: That's not hyperbole when you go back and listen to Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Obama, back when Joe Biden was cogent, and they all sounded like a bunch of Republicans, like how Republicans sound now way back then.
- 1:24:33SPEAKER_11: That's your evidence.
- 1:24:36SPEAKER_11: Let's get to some more of your thoughts.
- 1:24:38SPEAKER_11: 651-964-0294.
- 1:24:41SPEAKER_31: John, I've said for years.
- 1:24:42SPEAKER_31: The vote blue, no matter who crowd, don't care.
- 1:24:45SPEAKER_31: They're gonna vote for whatever's gonna be by their name, and we're not gonna change their mind about the proud or anything else.
- 1:24:54SPEAKER_31: They don't care.
- 1:24:56SPEAKER_31: Because majority of them benefit from these programs or on these programs.
- 1:25:00SPEAKER_31: So maybe what candidates, whatever they can do to get Trump out of office, rotar power, get away from Republicans, and they don't care.
- 1:25:10SPEAKER_31: They really don't care.
- 1:25:11SPEAKER_31: And then we continue to run we candidates, so how are things gonna change?
- 1:25:16SPEAKER_31: Well fame old, fame old, the state of Minnesota.
- 1:25:19SPEAKER_11: Well, it changes if there's a a change when it comes to the leadership in the state.
- 1:25:26SPEAKER_11: You hear the most vocal of the broken in the brainwash supporting all this garbage.
- 1:25:31SPEAKER_11: Is that representative of everybody within the party?
- 1:25:33SPEAKER_11: No.
- 1:25:34SPEAKER_11: The question is, and it's the million-dollar question, how many are there, are there any rational, sane individuals left on the left in order to stem this wave wave of communism disguising itself as Democrat Socialists of America that have taken over the party?
- 1:25:52SPEAKER_11: And then on top of that, you have individuals who invited all of this.
- 1:25:56SPEAKER_11: They kicked the door wide open for all of this to happen.
- 1:26:00SPEAKER_11: People like Hillary Clinton, who just recently this week said this.
- 1:26:04SPEAKER_04: And he's soon going to have a Democratic Congress trying to rein him in, hold him accountable, and investigate him, his administration, his family, his you know, supporters and allies.
- 1:26:13SPEAKER_04: He literally has held Republicans hostage for a decade.
- 1:26:17SPEAKER_04: Uh, and that only works for so long.
- 1:26:19SPEAKER_04: Uh one day the hostages look around and say there are more of us than there is of him.
- 1:26:23SPEAKER_04: We need to take him on, and I think uh we can see that happen.
- 1:26:27SPEAKER_04: So buckle up.
- 1:26:28SPEAKER_04: The election is just the beginning.
- 1:26:30SPEAKER_11: Investigated for what?
- 1:26:32SPEAKER_11: What hasn't President Donald Trump been investigated for yet?
- 1:26:36SPEAKER_13: It's exactly what we were talking about.
- 1:26:38SPEAKER_13: This is what Democrats do.
- 1:26:40SPEAKER_11: What other person on this planet has had the level of scrutiny that President uh Donald Trump has had?
- 1:26:53SPEAKER_11: Who?
- 1:26:54SPEAKER_11: Nobody.
- 1:26:55SPEAKER_11: He is the most investigated, scrutinized individual ever.
- 1:26:59SPEAKER_11: And she still is going, oh, but we'll investigate him again because then we'll find something.
- 1:27:05SPEAKER_11: Give me a break already.
- 1:27:09SPEAKER_11: And then when you look at this, you know, Senator Michael Croon, Senator Mark Carran releasing a statement saying that they were informed by a nonpartisan staff that the Walls administration is planning to post the high-level job openings for the Office of Inspector General.
- 1:27:23SPEAKER_11: This was created earlier this year by the state legislature and by WALS.
- 1:27:27SPEAKER_11: The office, which was created in response to the state welfare fraud schemes that have occurred here in Minnesota, it's independent authority to investigate the state government agencies and programs.
- 1:27:38SPEAKER_11: Croon is one of the Republicans that leads on the bill that created the OIG in May.
- 1:27:44SPEAKER_11: And since the OIG was signed into law, the preparations have been underway to get the office up and running.
- 1:27:49SPEAKER_11: In September, a job posting on the Minnesota State Hiring website went up for the Inspector General position, which will lead the office of inspector general.
- 1:27:59SPEAKER_11: According to Minnesota State hiring website, the job posting for the Inspector General will be open until tomorrow.
- 1:28:07SPEAKER_11: Given the time it will take to review candidates, the Inspector General will likely not be selected until next year when the new governor and the legislature will be in office.
- 1:28:15SPEAKER_11: However, Croon and Karan say that the nonpartisan staff informed them the Walls administration is planning to post the job openings for the OIG roles before the Inspector General is even hired.
- 1:28:28SPEAKER_11: The two Republicans said the point of the office was its independence, and this move is the opposite.
- 1:28:33SPEAKER_11: We're appalled by such a brazen move by a lame duck governor who oversaw the latest fraud schemes our state has seen.
- 1:28:41SPEAKER_11: In turn, the two Republicans called on the Walsh administration to make any job postings for the AIG.
- 1:28:51SPEAKER_11: Until the Inspector General is hired first.
- 1:28:54SPEAKER_11: Sorry, I lost my place.
- 1:28:56SPEAKER_11: Now Alpha News contacted the governor's office, didn't immediately hear back.
- 1:29:00SPEAKER_11: Other than the inspector general position, no other job postings related to the OIG appear to be active on the website.
- 1:29:05SPEAKER_11: News of the Walson administration's alleged efforts to undermine the OIG quickly became an issue in the Minnesota Governor's race.
- 1:29:12SPEAKER_11: We talked to Ryan Wilson earlier this morning.
- 1:29:14SPEAKER_11: House Speaker Lisa Damath and gubernatorial nominee issued a statement in response with her top ally attempting to compromise the independent office of Inspector General by putting top staff in place before the Inspector General is even chosen.
- 1:29:28SPEAKER_11: I hope that Amy Klobishar will put a little more effort in to convince Governor Wals to stop interfering before the OIG even begins its mission, Damuth said in a statement.
- 1:29:38SPEAKER_11: So here's the question that I have.
- 1:29:40SPEAKER_11: Why is Walls doing this?
- 1:29:42SPEAKER_11: He's on his way out.
- 1:29:43SPEAKER_11: He's apparently allegedly building a cabin in Montana or something like that.
- 1:29:47SPEAKER_11: What is is he is he is he worried about something?
- 1:29:52SPEAKER_11: Even when he's out of office, is he concerned that perhaps if he doesn't have an individual who is friendly to the DFL, that it could be bad for him if there actually is an independent auditor looking at all of this?
- 1:30:09SPEAKER_11: I mean, what what other conclusion are you supposed to come to?
- 1:30:14SPEAKER_11: Wallace doesn't have any shouldn't have anything to fear.
- 1:30:18SPEAKER_11: He's a lame duck.
- 1:30:20SPEAKER_11: Damath is right.
- 1:30:21SPEAKER_11: He's head on his way out.
- 1:30:22SPEAKER_11: He's either going to be Damath or it's going to be Klobishar.
- 1:30:24SPEAKER_11: So the issue is it's got he's not even going to be the governor here anymore, and all in for what we've heard, he's going to be leaving the state.
- 1:30:30SPEAKER_11: So what does it matter to him unless it matters to him?
- 1:30:36SPEAKER_11: In just a moment, I want to play for you a clip from uh Trump out on the campaign trail yesterday that may speak to why Governor Dimwalls potentially is concerned about this.
- 1:30:48SPEAKER_11: We'll also get to more of your comments from the blaster line.
- 1:30:52SPEAKER_11: And then I want to dive into Moriarty.
- 1:30:55SPEAKER_11: Shame on you, says Mary Moriarty.
- 1:30:58SPEAKER_11: Just the worst, right?
- 1:31:00SPEAKER_11: Just the absolute worst.
- 1:31:02SPEAKER_11: The poster woman for religious social justice zealotry that is Mary Moriarty.
- 1:31:10SPEAKER_11: Listen, if James O'Keefe, as I mentioned, and we'll talk more about this in a moment, but if James O'Keefe broke the law, then they broke the law.
- 1:31:17SPEAKER_11: They should be held accountable, and they should be prepared for that.
- 1:31:19SPEAKER_11: We had a comment that rolled in that speaks directly to that.
- 1:31:22SPEAKER_11: You know, they've handled this stuff before.
- 1:31:23SPEAKER_11: I'll play for you some of James O'Keefe's comments.
- 1:31:26SPEAKER_11: It's a stupid move on Mary Moriarty's part because she's just bringing more attention to it.
- 1:31:30SPEAKER_11: But here you have a circumstance where this is a woman who lets criminals out over and over and over and over and over again.
- 1:31:36SPEAKER_11: As a matter of fact, one Somali gangbanger just got sentenced to like 33 months in a federal prison for having access to an automatic weapon.
- 1:31:46SPEAKER_11: He was recently apparently released by Mary Moriarty, shouldn't have been out on the streets, anyways.
- 1:31:51SPEAKER_11: Turned a blind eye to the fraud, put criminals back on the street on a moment's notice, but they're going to go after these dudes who didn't even vote, by the way.
- 1:32:00SPEAKER_11: They may have violated the law, and we'll hear from Rob Doer to get to the specifics of what they may have done.
- 1:32:06SPEAKER_11: But the hypocrisy is on absolute full display here.
- 1:32:10SPEAKER_11: It's utterly ridiculous.
- 1:32:13SPEAKER_11: 651-964-0294 is the blaster line for your voice and text messages.
- 1:32:19SPEAKER_11: I do want to remind you that as we head into the cold winter months and we have all of this talk of preparing for what could be national or global disruptions to our food supply chain, to our energy grids, make sure your home is functioning properly, that your home is healthy, and you can do that with Ericsson Plumbing Heating, Air, and Electrical on their iHeart My Home Club, full home mechanical analysis, water quality, testing, seasonal tune-ups from licensed experts in this locally and family-owned team for 43 years that have been providing trusted local service for your home.

- 1:33:05SPEAKER_11: You do not have to worry about being taken advantage of.

- 1:33:10SPEAKER_11: It doesn't happen with Ericsson Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical.
- 1:33:13SPEAKER_11: iHeartErickson.com is the website, or call them today and tell them that John Justice sent you when you call 763 78-34545.
- 1:33:21SPEAKER_11: That's 763-78-34545.
- 1:33:25SPEAKER_11: We're back in 90 seconds here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 1:33:29SPEAKER_11: Don't go anywhere.
- 1:33:30SPEAKER_61: Hello, this is Joe Scott, and I'm still the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 1:33:35SPEAKER_61: I've told you about the suboptimal reading, math, and science proficiency of students in our school district.
- 1:33:41SPEAKER_61: Here's the solution.
- 1:33:42SPEAKER_61: Let teachers teach.
- 1:33:43SPEAKER_61: They were hired because of their expertise.
- 1:33:46SPEAKER_61: Let them run their classrooms and get them immediate help when a student acts up.
- 1:33:50SPEAKER_61: Minimize learning interruptions.
- 1:33:52SPEAKER_61: Let parents parent your child your values.
- 1:33:55SPEAKER_61: Make sure your children are ready to go to school, learn, and respect their teachers and classmates.
- 1:34:01SPEAKER_61: Also make sure that your children understand the consequences if they don't.
- 1:34:05SPEAKER_61: Let students learn, stick to the basics, teach them how to think critically and have civil discussions with those who don't agree with them.
- 1:34:12SPEAKER_61: Hold our superintendent contractually accountable for our students' academic proficiency and our district's enrollment growth.
- 1:34:19SPEAKER_61: That's how we get our district back on the right track.
- 1:34:21SPEAKER_61: If you want to learn more about where I stand on the issues facing our school district, go to reelectjoeescott.com.
- 1:34:29SPEAKER_11: If a woman finds out she is pregnant and feels scared and alone, Alpha Women's Center offers her help and hope to choose life.
- 1:34:37SPEAKER_11: Alpha Women's Center is a pro-life Christian mobile clinic that serves women like Tita, who left her abortion appointment and chose life for her twins after seeing her ultrasound.
- 1:34:47SPEAKER_11: With free counseling, diapers, and resources, she's continuing her education and building a stronger family.
- 1:34:53SPEAKER_11: Alpha Women's Center is donor supported and serves five Twin Cities locations, including outside abortion clinics.

- 1:35:05SPEAKER_11: That's MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 1:35:09SPEAKER_09: Tim Walls is building a cabin in Montana.
- 1:35:12SPEAKER_09: Imagine that.
- 1:35:14SPEAKER_09: Montana is kind of an expensive place right now.
- 1:35:16SPEAKER_09: Imagine being able to build your own cabin while preaching about how much people are suffering in Minnesota and they need money and they need government assistance and they need food.
- 1:35:26SPEAKER_09: They need schools to pay for food.
- 1:35:28SPEAKER_09: All these things.
- 1:35:30SPEAKER_09: And he's building a cabin in Montana.
- 1:35:32SPEAKER_09: Boy, all those trips to China really taught him how to be a really good communist.
- 1:35:37SPEAKER_09: I bet you they're proud of him over there.
- 1:35:40SPEAKER_11: Here's what President Donald Trump had to say out on his uh nationwide tour ahead of the midterms.
- 1:35:47SPEAKER_11: He uh hinted at potential investigations of not just Governor Jim Walls but also Attorney General Thief Ellison.
- 1:35:54SPEAKER_42: Can you imagine if a Republican stole, as an example, the money that Tim Walls stole from Minnesota?
- 1:36:00SPEAKER_42: Billions and billions of dollars.
- 1:36:02SPEAKER_42: You know what would happen to the give him the they give him the electric chair?
- 1:36:07SPEAKER_42: This guy's gonna retire.
- 1:36:08SPEAKER_42: Nothing happens.
- 1:36:09SPEAKER_42: Although, I must say, I understand there are lots of investigations going on.
- 1:36:14SPEAKER_42: You know, no, the money they stole, that crooked attorney general, well, we have them all over the country, that crooked attorney general that's up there.
- 1:36:28SPEAKER_42: He didn't see anything.
- 1:36:30SPEAKER_42: They stole billions and billions of dollars.
- 1:36:33SPEAKER_42: Many of them came from the lovely, lovely country of Somalia.
- 1:36:37SPEAKER_42: That's what Brown and Acton want to do to Ohio.
- 1:36:41SPEAKER_42: They'll let that happen to Ohio.
- 1:36:43SPEAKER_42: You'd be no different.
- 1:36:44SPEAKER_42: Jared Brown also voted more than a dozen times to gut your second amendment.
- 1:36:50SPEAKER_42: So he voted more than a dozen times to terminate your second amendment.
- 1:36:56SPEAKER_42: And he just got, and he just got like for many years in a row an F rating from the NRA.
- 1:37:04SPEAKER_42: F means take away nobody gets an F.
- 1:37:08SPEAKER_42: You get these instead.
- 1:37:12SPEAKER_17: For a leftist friend, what do dictators and fascists do?
- 1:37:16SPEAKER_17: They try to manipulate elections when they can't get elected legally.
- 1:37:21SPEAKER_17: They change the law.
- 1:37:26SPEAKER_17: Voting for other people.
- 1:37:29SPEAKER_17: Changing the polls for the polls push out the polls.
- 1:37:38SPEAKER_17: Everything is happening now.
- 1:37:46SPEAKER_17: If you're looking for somebody to call back here.
- 1:37:53SPEAKER_11: Yeah, the only reason that they do that is because, as we've talked about on the show, that's what they do.
- 1:37:58SPEAKER_11: So they're just going off of what they know.
- 1:38:02SPEAKER_11: That's their standard.
- 1:38:03SPEAKER_11: So they just assume that's what the right is is doing.
- 1:38:08SPEAKER_11: When in reality, no, you are absolutely correct.
- 1:38:12SPEAKER_11: This is what they are doing.
- 1:38:14SPEAKER_36: Good morning, John.
- 1:38:15SPEAKER_36: But Jim wants to hire the auditors because on day one, Amy's gonna conduct a top-to-bottom audit.
- 1:38:24SPEAKER_36: I wouldn't be surprised if these are he's trying to pick people she wants to put in place.
- 1:38:30SPEAKER_13: We don't need an audit, by the way.
- 1:38:32SPEAKER_13: I I we don't.
- 1:38:34SPEAKER_13: We just need to make sure that we go and enforce the rules that are already in existence.
- 1:38:39SPEAKER_11: We just need people that are gonna do the right thing when somebody brings up the fact that they see an increase in funding requests year over year coming from service providers.
- 1:38:50SPEAKER_11: We need those individuals to actually be listened to to have the investigations take place, and then, if there is wrongdoing, to go and let the public know and deal with it.
- 1:39:01SPEAKER_11: We don't we don't have that happening.
- 1:39:03SPEAKER_11: It is exactly the same thing that's happened on our southern border.
- 1:39:08SPEAKER_11: I have pitched a fit and had for years when people talked about, you know, immigration reform.
- 1:39:18SPEAKER_11: We need immigration reform on the border, blah, blah.
- 1:39:21SPEAKER_11: No, you don't.
- 1:39:22SPEAKER_11: You just need the will and desire to go and shore up the security that exists on the southern border.
- 1:39:28SPEAKER_11: You want to build up a bigger wall?
- 1:39:30SPEAKER_11: Sure, build a bigger wall, because the one we have is easy to get over.
- 1:39:32SPEAKER_11: Fill in the gaps underneath it, sure, absolutely.
- 1:39:35SPEAKER_11: Put in the technology along the rugged terrain because there is a stretch of our southern border, a large one that's mountainous, that you can't put up a physical barrier like the wall, the great wall of China.
- 1:39:45SPEAKER_11: Although it would be awesome if you could, China.
- 1:39:50SPEAKER_11: All you have to do is enforce the existing laws, even before you do that and hold people accountable.
- 1:39:55SPEAKER_11: Stop the flow of individuals coming into the country illegally.
- 1:39:59SPEAKER_11: Don't do what Joe Biden did for four years.
- 1:40:01SPEAKER_11: And guess what?
- 1:40:01SPEAKER_11: That's what President Donald Trump did.
- 1:40:02SPEAKER_11: All it took was the will and desire to go and enforce security of the border, and our border apprehensions and crossings have dropped to zero just because it took the will and desire to go and do it.
- 1:40:13SPEAKER_11: It's the same thing that rings true with our fraud.
- 1:40:16SPEAKER_11: You just need to have people that are in positions of power that are going to do the right thing when they discover that there are potential fraudulent activity going on or errors notice.
- 1:40:26SPEAKER_11: We don't have that, which is why I don't buy into the garbage of what Amy Klobishar is peddling.
- 1:40:32SPEAKER_11: Miss Senator of Small Things.
- 1:40:34SPEAKER_11: She is a part of the party.
- 1:40:37SPEAKER_11: She is with the party, she's running with the party that caused all these problems that ignored all of this stuff.
- 1:40:42SPEAKER_11: So we're just going to expect that this individual is going to go and be different than the entirety of the rest of her party?
- 1:40:51SPEAKER_11: Why do you think they need so much help from the local media?
- 1:40:55SPEAKER_11: Oh, I have examples of that uh a little bit uh later on uh in the show.
- 1:41:00SPEAKER_11: Yeah.
- 1:41:01SPEAKER_11: The media getting involved, carrying the water for Democrats once again.
- 1:41:07SPEAKER_11: It's gross.
- 1:41:09SPEAKER_11: Let me go ahead and go to the snap story.
- 1:41:10SPEAKER_11: I wanted to get into James O'Keefe and we will, but I do want to dive into this snap story briefly.
- 1:41:16SPEAKER_11: If the state doesn't reduce the number of mistakes in its food assistance program, Minnesotans could be on the hook for more than$100 million over the billions that we've already lost to fraud.
- 1:41:28SPEAKER_11: The federal government says that they'll help to try to lower it to the mistakes if Minnesota complies with a request for data.
- 1:41:36SPEAKER_11: But the state is standing firm and does its own work to improve.
- 1:41:41SPEAKER_11: So you have the federal government saying, hey, you need to share with us your information when it comes to the supplemental nutrition assistance program.
- 1:41:51SPEAKER_11: The Justice Department is actually suing the state of Minnesota because it isn't sharing the data.
- 1:41:58SPEAKER_11: The Deputy Secretary V uh Vaden said the states have the data.
- 1:42:02SPEAKER_11: They administer the program.
- 1:42:03SPEAKER_11: If they don't share the data with the USDA, then you're limited in what we can do to help.
- 1:42:07SPEAKER_11: But they're like, no, we're good.
- 1:42:10SPEAKER_11: We currently have a 12.5% error rate in our SNAP averages.
- 1:42:20SPEAKER_11: The average national rate is 10.6.
- 1:42:25SPEAKER_11: Even amidst all of the fraud discussion and all of the talk of fraud and looking into the fraud, we still to this day have a higher error rate within our SNAP program than the rest of the country does.
- 1:42:41SPEAKER_11: Minnesota, more specifically, the Department of Children, Youth and Families, DCYF, that oversees the state SNAP program, they're standing by their decision to not share this information with the federal government.
- 1:42:53SPEAKER_11: Saying the department says the USDA's request is unprecedented and that it threatens the privacy of millions of families and ignores long-standing restrictions on the use and redisclosure of SNAP data.
- 1:43:09SPEAKER_11: Well, does the DCYF have all the information on these individuals that they're dispersing the SNAP funds to?
- 1:43:16SPEAKER_11: So are they not a threat to the privacy of these individuals?
- 1:43:19SPEAKER_11: What's the concern coming from the federal government?
- 1:43:22SPEAKER_11: Oh, unless you have a whole bunch of people that perhaps aren't eligible to receive SNAP benefits, and you're afraid that the federal government's going to find that out and then expose the fact that you here in Minnesota have been ignoring all these warnings, which is why we have a higher error rate.
- 1:43:39SPEAKER_11: And that's the error rate that we know of.
- 1:43:42SPEAKER_11: I mean, who knows if we actually had a comprehensive examination into our SNAP program, how much worse we would find out it actually is.
- 1:43:50SPEAKER_11: But instead, the Minnesota government under dim walls issued a statement outlining the work that it's doing to lower the error rates, including increasing training, improving policies, technical assistance, and technology symptoms uh systems, and simplifying how the program is administered.
- 1:44:10SPEAKER_11: First off, why would we one trust them at all?
- 1:44:13SPEAKER_11: And two, why wasn't this already being done?
- 1:44:17SPEAKER_11: But what do they do in the opening statement?
- 1:44:19SPEAKER_11: I mean, it's long, too.
- 1:44:20SPEAKER_11: I mean, this is the if you're watching, I mean, I trimmed it down.
- 1:44:23SPEAKER_11: I mean, you're talking this statement, it's like eight paragraphs, a couple of pages.
- 1:44:29SPEAKER_11: But what do they go and blame it on?
- 1:44:30SPEAKER_11: You're gonna love this.
- 1:44:32SPEAKER_11: They write in part the Department of Children, Youth, and Families is working closely with uh county and tribal partners to implement significant policy changes, uh changes from the one big beautiful bill.
- 1:44:45SPEAKER_11: Oh, it's the one big beautiful bill's fault, everybody.
- 1:44:50SPEAKER_11: This law created new paperwork requirements for adults who receive SNAP benefits, shifts millions of dollars in cost to state and local governments, and makes it harder for Minnesotans to access food.
- 1:45:03SPEAKER_11: Well, based on the error rate, it seems like, you know, there's about 10, excuse me, 12.5% of SNAP recipients that are getting SNAP benefits that shouldn't be.
- 1:45:12SPEAKER_11: So I don't see how that's possible.
- 1:45:17SPEAKER_11: The implementation of SNAP eligibility and benefit calculation changes from the one big beautiful bill, including delays in federal guidance that generated confusion at the local level and have made state efforts to reduce payment error rates more difficult across the country, and yet we're still running above the average.
- 1:45:33SPEAKER_11: It's nothing but excuses, and then there's more excuses, and then there's more excuses, and then there's more excuses.
- 1:45:41SPEAKER_11: They lay out they have a comprehensive strategy to reduce the payment error rates.
- 1:45:46SPEAKER_11: They recently unveiled a new client uh-facing website aimed at helping SNAP participants navigate the complex eligibility and recording and uh reporting requirements.
- 1:45:55SPEAKER_11: They're continuing work with its county and tribal partners, training, technical assistance, policy guidance.
- 1:46:01SPEAKER_11: They're also responding to follow-ups surrounding pending litigation, and they're confident it'll be able to lower their rate without the federal help.
- 1:46:10SPEAKER_11: It's corruption.
- 1:46:12SPEAKER_11: It's either blatant corruption or it's just the fact that there's a bunch of incompetent individuals that are running the show.
- 1:46:19SPEAKER_11: That's it.
- 1:46:20SPEAKER_11: Nothing but excuses.
- 1:46:23SPEAKER_11: But going back to what I was talking about before, when you look at what's taking place, when you look at the violent imagery, assassination of individuals like Charlie Kirk, justifications for rape that are being handed to people in Minneapolis, saying that it's resistance and free Palestine.
- 1:46:46SPEAKER_11: You look at what's taking place now, the New York Times reporting in Alaska, where the Democrat campaign went searching for individuals with the same name as the Republican candidate just to go and confuse voters.
- 1:46:59SPEAKER_11: When you look at what Ilhan Omar has allegedly been doing now for decades, you know, suddenly you get down to snap error rates and individuals ignoring the fact that they're making mistakes and all that and$100 million, it seems small.
- 1:47:13SPEAKER_11: But it tells you just how easy and how susceptible these progressive policies are to this level of corruption.
- 1:47:19SPEAKER_11: If you're willing to go those those lengths of what I described, then this doesn't seem like all that much, does it?
- 1:47:28SPEAKER_11: 651-964-0294.
- 1:47:31SPEAKER_11: We'll get to some of your thoughts in just a moment.
- 1:47:33SPEAKER_11: We'll dive into Moriarty blasting journalists and charging James O'Keefe and Cam Higby for their uh video exposing the vouching laws that are so ridiculous here in the state and the fact that this could actually go and undermine some of the arguments being made in defending Ilhan Omar.
- 1:47:55SPEAKER_11: Oh man, and I have uh, if you're on my X feed, you can go and see this.
- 1:48:00SPEAKER_11: But there is a campaign video from team uh from the Ilhan team on X.
- 1:48:06SPEAKER_11: If I were to make a parody video, this is what it would have been.
- 1:48:12SPEAKER_11: The clowns that they got to go and talk about how they have Ilhan Omar's back in this vid, it's it in this video, it's astonishing the lack of self-awareness of whoever created this campaign clip for Ilhan.
- 1:48:24SPEAKER_11: We'll get to all of it coming up in just a moment here on the John Justice show.
- 1:48:29SPEAKER_11: Again, 651-964-0294.
- 1:48:32SPEAKER_11: Presented by American Experiment, and you can email me, John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.

- 1:49:14SPEAKER_11: Selling your home is more than just putting a sign in the yard.
- 1:49:17SPEAKER_11: It's about making the right decisions before that sign ever goes up.
- 1:49:21SPEAKER_11: And that's the advisor advantage you get from Hallway North Real Estate Advisors when you talk to them about selling your home.
- 1:49:28SPEAKER_11: Instead of simply telling you what your home is worth and putting it on the market, Hallway North Real Estate Advisors help you maximize the value before it's listed.
- 1:49:38SPEAKER_11: Maybe there's a new remodeling project that makes sense or one that doesn't.

- 1:49:46SPEAKER_11: And when it's ready, they'll get it cleaned, staged, photographed, listed, and advocate for your best offer.

- 1:50:23SPEAKER_11: 651-964-0294.
- 1:50:27SPEAKER_11: If you want to leave us a text or a blast on the uh blaster line.
- 1:50:32SPEAKER_11: So uh as we get into the James O'Keefe story, of which the local media outlets were more than uh happy to go and run with uh yesterday, and we'll dive into the details uh of this.
- 1:50:44SPEAKER_11: Uh that's not the uh only way that uh Democrats are getting some assistance from our local media.
- 1:50:49SPEAKER_11: This story was running, uh was it Fox 9 this morning?
- 1:50:53SPEAKER_11: I just I couldn't the headline.
- 1:50:56SPEAKER_11: Can Donald Trump run for president in 2028?
- 1:50:59SPEAKER_11: What?
- 1:51:01SPEAKER_11: That's the headline of the story.
- 1:51:03SPEAKER_11: One of the lead stories on the front of their website.
- 1:51:07SPEAKER_11: And by the way, the summary on this says all you need to know.
- 1:51:10SPEAKER_11: Donald Trump cannot run for president in 2028 due to the 22nd Amendment, which limits presidents to two terms.
- 1:51:18SPEAKER_11: Despite teasing a Trump 2028 campaign, Trump's two terms, including his non-consecutive terms, fulfill his allowed time.
- 1:51:27SPEAKER_11: Of course it does.
- 1:51:28SPEAKER_11: There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to run this garbage story and this garbage headline.
- 1:51:36SPEAKER_11: Unless you're just trying to scare individuals worried as the you know Democrats go and try to put Trump on the ballot.
- 1:51:48SPEAKER_11: Because that's all they've been running on.
- 1:51:49SPEAKER_11: To that point, by the way.
- 1:51:54SPEAKER_11: This was the headline when I got up this morning at the Star Tribune as we get into the James O'Keefe story.
- 1:52:02SPEAKER_11: GOP ads put Somali Minnesotans at the center of the closing campaign fight.
- 1:52:14SPEAKER_11: That Republicans are demonizing an entire community.
- 1:52:16SPEAKER_11: Some of the criticism is coming from within the GOP.
- 1:52:19SPEAKER_11: So this is Ryan Faircloth and Walker Orenstein.
- 1:52:22SPEAKER_11: Let me just jump to the question that I have regarding this particular uh article.
- 1:52:30SPEAKER_11: Um did they run one about how the Democrats were simply running against Trump?
- 1:52:35SPEAKER_11: Because that's what this is.
- 1:52:37SPEAKER_11: You know, I must have missed that particular article.
- 1:52:40SPEAKER_11: Republican candidates and their allies are making fraud and violence involving Somali Minnesotans a central theme of their campaigns, airing ads that link the community to criminal activity and accuse Democrats of failing to confront it.
- 1:52:54SPEAKER_11: Okay, cool.
- 1:52:55SPEAKER_11: Did you guys do one talking about how Democrats are running a campaign solely against Donald Trump while they're out on the campaign trail here in Minnesota, even though he's not on the ballot?
- 1:53:02SPEAKER_11: I mean, if you did, I missed it.
- 1:53:04SPEAKER_11: Maybe it happened.
- 1:53:05SPEAKER_11: Now that being said, I do want to give some credit where credit is due.
- 1:53:12SPEAKER_11: On Fox News earlier this week with Will Kane, he had a guest uh on his uh show that I wanted to share uh his uh thoughts on.
- 1:53:21SPEAKER_11: He was talking with a local uh Somali Minnesotan, and I've talked a lot on the show about how we need individuals from the Somali immigrant community to speak out against what is going on.
- 1:53:34SPEAKER_11: Okay, because it doesn't happen nearly enough.
- 1:53:36SPEAKER_11: It's interesting to me because if you have been paying attention, suddenly now this whole talk of you know, don't go and generalize your criticism against the Somali community.
- 1:53:48SPEAKER_11: It's why I created the whole don't dare say that, you know, there's Somali uh parody songs.
- 1:53:55SPEAKER_11: It's funny, that whole argument like disappeared.
- 1:53:57SPEAKER_11: It's almost as if they realized oh, that kind of backfired on us.
- 1:54:00SPEAKER_11: A lot of people got really, really accustomed to talking about the Somali community because we raised a big stink.
- 1:54:05SPEAKER_11: Maybe we shouldn't push that point anymore.
- 1:54:07SPEAKER_11: But hat tip to this guy talking with Will Kane on Fox News for going and exposing what has actually been taking place in according to him within the Somali community.
- 1:54:16SPEAKER_49: For having me.
- 1:54:17SPEAKER_49: Um there are much deeper issues.
- 1:54:20SPEAKER_49: Uh I've moved into the US uh and in Maine about 11 years ago.
- 1:54:24SPEAKER_49: And uh basically the first question that uh members of my community asked me, which tribe you know I belong to, and when I mentioned, um, so I fell into that category.
- 1:54:35SPEAKER_49: So there's a there's a deeper tribal uh rivalry going on in the community, uh much larger than anybody can actually imagine.
- 1:54:43SPEAKER_49: Um and then the uh interestingly enough, um even though I spoke very good English, one of the things that I was told to do is go uh find a discounted housing section eight, which I didn't know what actually it was, and um and sign up for all the other uh uh community uh benefits uh within the government or the state.
- 1:55:05SPEAKER_49: Um and I my response was uh I'm actually here to work and build, you know, basic and become part of the American fabric, which is pretty much what I'm incredibly fascinated by what you're having to say, so much so that I I'm sorry to interrupt, but I just want to clarify.
- 1:55:19SPEAKER_48: So when you felt that pressure and you were told to go join, you know, public welfare programs once you moved here, where was that pressure coming from?
- 1:55:25SPEAKER_48: Are you saying it's like cultural, like neighborhood, like neighbors telling you this is what you should do?
- 1:55:31SPEAKER_48: How were you pushed in that direction?
- 1:55:35SPEAKER_49: Well, it was coming from uh the community that actually thought that that was just a way of life, right?
- 1:55:42SPEAKER_49: I I uh, you know, instead of being asked about what kind of school I want to go to, uh, what subjects I would I would love to study, and uh those interesting conversations weren't there at all.
- 1:55:54SPEAKER_49: And um and my response was um, you know, can we do better things?
- 1:56:00SPEAKER_49: Can we as a community actually integrate?
- 1:56:03SPEAKER_49: And let's listen to that word interestly because that that had uh got me a huge backlash.
- 1:56:08SPEAKER_49: This is many, many years ago that um many actually many people thought, no, no, no, let's not talk about integration.
- 1:56:14SPEAKER_49: And um I wasn't ready for that.
- 1:56:16SPEAKER_49: I wasn't ready for a pushback um against this idea of of sort of melting into America, becoming part of America.
- 1:56:24SPEAKER_49: Right.
- 1:56:24SPEAKER_49: Let's just be very clear that I haven't arrived here as a young young man.
- 1:56:28SPEAKER_49: I mean, I I came here at age 29, so I was well informed about my culture and my community growing up in a civil war in Somalia.
- 1:56:35SPEAKER_48: Incredibly, you're telling me you not only were discouraged from integrating into America, but you were also encouraged to stick to your tribal allegiances from back in Somalia, and those tribal allegiances and divisions remain here in America.
- 1:56:47SPEAKER_48: That stat I showed, I'm curious, Avi, about the percentage of the Somali population on some form of welfare, 80%.
- 1:56:53SPEAKER_48: And and stays that way.
- 1:56:54SPEAKER_48: Stays that way over a 10-year period.
- 1:56:56SPEAKER_48: Does that surprise you?
- 1:57:00SPEAKER_49: Uh in some ways it does not.
- 1:57:02SPEAKER_49: Um I you know, I let me give you one example here.
- 1:57:06SPEAKER_49: When we were when I was in Somalia, a huge part of the population in Somalia, we're talking about 20 million people in Somalia, a huge number of that depended on a hundred dollars that uh family members in the US sent back home.
- 1:57:20SPEAKER_49: So there was not a lot of uh work to rebuild a country or get to work or, you know, just basically building things.
- 1:57:28SPEAKER_49: So this whole idea of perceiving things the easy way has unfortunately actually evolved and became part of our of our way of life.
- 1:57:36SPEAKER_11: There's a couple of interesting aspects in this, and it it'll roll nicely as we get into the issue of James O'Keefe, and then we dive into more um uh more stories and issues that we haven't been yet uh able to cover here on the show regarding what's been happening via the Minneapolis City Council and uh certainly what's going on with the violence interrupters, and we're gonna dive uh dive into this.
- 1:57:57SPEAKER_11: But in that piece was something that I don't think it's talked about enough, but has been getting a lot more attention.
- 1:58:03SPEAKER_11: And I wasn't aware of this for a long time, and that is sort of these warring factions within the Somali community.
- 1:58:11SPEAKER_11: Uh I know it popped up a bit during the mayoral election, and people arguing that this is the reason why uh Minneapolis man-baby mayor mom jeans Jacob Fry was able to go and uh compete and beat Omar Fate.
- 1:58:26SPEAKER_11: But then we also heard this come up, and we talked about on the show with David Zimmer, our crime policy fellow here at American Experiment, how these gangs are actually warring factions within the Somali community.
- 1:58:37SPEAKER_11: So uh as we head into the third hour, let's go ahead and invite um our guest is seated once again on the comfy sofa, fearless defender of all things Minneapolis, Becca Thompson.
- 1:58:46SPEAKER_11: Good morning, Becca.
- 1:58:47SPEAKER_11: How are we doing this morning?
- 1:58:48SPEAKER_06: Good morning, John.
- 1:58:49SPEAKER_06: I'm well.
- 1:58:49SPEAKER_06: Thank you.
- 1:58:50SPEAKER_06: Thank you for having me.
- 1:58:51SPEAKER_06: How are you?
- 1:58:51SPEAKER_11: I'm doing all right, man.
- 1:58:52SPEAKER_11: Never a dull moment.
- 1:58:54unknown: No, no.
- 1:58:55SPEAKER_11: Holy cow.
- 1:58:57SPEAKER_11: It was a little late this week, you know.
- 1:58:58SPEAKER_11: I kind of I knew that there was a storm brewing.
- 1:59:01SPEAKER_11: We're this close to the midterm election, everything's heightened, and I'm just waiting for the various shoes to drop, and they started dropping yesterday.
- 1:59:08SPEAKER_11: I mean, you have what happened with uh James O'Keefe.
- 1:59:10SPEAKER_11: We're gonna get into this in just a moment.
- 1:59:12SPEAKER_11: What's been going on up in Alaska?
- 1:59:14SPEAKER_06: Oh, I I don't even know that one.
- 1:59:16SPEAKER_06: Honestly, God, this is like too much.
- 1:59:19SPEAKER_11: I'll get everybody back up to speed on what's taking place up uh up in uh up in Alaska.
- 1:59:25SPEAKER_11: But then this uh this issue of these factions within the Somali community, carryovers from what actually happens in Somalia that continues here in Minnesota and certainly here in Minneapolis.
- 1:59:38SPEAKER_11: Um, like how aware is the community within Minneapolis of how there are these different factions or clans within the Somali community that are kind of at war with each other in Minneapolis?
- 1:59:50SPEAKER_06: You know, it it depends on where you where you live.
- 1:59:53SPEAKER_06: I think most people in Minneapolis are have no idea to be I I just I don't think they have any idea.
- 1:59:59SPEAKER_06: There are there are so many things that as a as a teacher I learned just by observing and working and talking with kids and talking with parents, and you just slowly figure it out.
- 2:00:09SPEAKER_06: But I mean again, most people live their lives, they go to work, they have their own kids, and they come and go, and they just see this again.
- 2:00:18SPEAKER_06: We're painting with such broad strokes.
- 2:00:20SPEAKER_06: You just see this monolith.
- 2:00:22SPEAKER_06: And it's not it's not the way that is.
- 2:00:24SPEAKER_06: I think about my own Scandinavian heritage of like, I mean, I'm both Swedish and Norwegian, like uh uh among other things, but like they hated each other when they came and they were all glommed together, like, oh, those are those Scandinavians, but those they they didn't like each other way back when, right?
- 2:00:38SPEAKER_06: It was this the So it's the same, it's the same kind of idea, and it's it's arrogant, in my opinion, to to consider that you can talk about an entire population and think that there's I mean, they had a civil war for Pete's sake.
- 2:00:50SPEAKER_06: Like let's not be dumb about this, right?
- 2:00:54SPEAKER_06: There's of course not everybody's the same.
- 2:00:56SPEAKER_13: Well, and it it speaks to the uh how do I want to word this?
- 2:00:59SPEAKER_11: Unfortunately, it's not quite the quite the right terminology, but it speaks to the thought process and how flawed it was of individuals who thought that we could have an influx of an of an immigrant community.
- 2:01:12SPEAKER_11: And I know we've had other examples where we had an influx of immigrants and we haven't seen these issues, right?
- 2:01:17SPEAKER_11: It is there is some exclusivity to the Somali community, but it does speak to the fact that there wasn't enough forethought in this assuming that individuals coming from Somalia were going to immediately go and assimilate to American life.
- 2:01:31SPEAKER_11: It didn't it didn't happen in the way that those that promoted it expected it to happen.
- 2:01:37SPEAKER_11: And I think this aspect of these warring factions is an example of that.
- 2:01:42SPEAKER_06: Well, I mean, I I was thinking about this as I was driving down here.
- 2:01:44SPEAKER_06: I was like, okay, you know, my father used to always say, like, give the most generous construction as you're like looking at an argument.
- 2:01:50SPEAKER_06: And I was like, yeah, people they meant well, and but bluntly they were also getting paid like back in the 90s for every refugee you resettled, right?
- 2:01:58SPEAKER_06: And uh frankly, they were going through financial issues with the church, and so there were some things there with both uh uh is it Lutheran social services and the Catholic charities.
- 2:02:09SPEAKER_06: So there was that level, right?
- 2:02:11SPEAKER_06: But but I think people thought, oh, we're gonna give a new like like most Americans do, especially most liberal-minded Americans, we're gonna give people a new chance, a new shot at whatever.
- 2:02:21SPEAKER_06: Um, but well, I mean, we're talking about two supremely different cultures.
- 2:02:25SPEAKER_06: And America is a culture.
- 2:02:27SPEAKER_06: I mean, I know we we talk about whether you say melting pot or you say, well, what's the what's the um I don't know, we had all these different metaphors, a mixed bag of what like, yes, yes, we're very different.
- 2:02:38SPEAKER_06: We're very possible about works.
- 2:02:40SPEAKER_06: But yeah, but yeah, but yes, but what we're but we also like we are a culture.
- 2:02:44SPEAKER_06: We're and and it takes a little sense of assimilation, right?
- 2:02:47SPEAKER_06: Maybe it takes a generation or two.
- 2:02:49SPEAKER_06: But but you you they were just there was such a gulf, and I think that that played into our our our ignorance and our and our arrogance inside of that just played into it.
- 2:03:00SPEAKER_06: So unfortunate in a lot of ways.
- 2:03:02SPEAKER_11: It is unfortunate.
- 2:03:03SPEAKER_11: Uh talking with uh Becca Thompson, uh, again, a fearless defender of all things Minneapolis.
- 2:03:08SPEAKER_11: Let's get into it.
- 2:03:08SPEAKER_11: Left-wing Hennepin County attorney Mary Moriarty.
- 2:03:12SPEAKER_11: Felony charges yesterday against reporters uh James O'Keefe and Cam Higby in connection to the viral video that they filmed in Minneapolis this year.
- 2:03:21SPEAKER_11: The August video was viewed more than nine million times on X.
- 2:03:26SPEAKER_11: Brought renewed attention to Minnesota's controversial voting law.
- 2:03:30SPEAKER_11: That was enough to upset uh Scary Moriarty, who held the press conference yesterday, and here's what she had to say.
- 2:03:35SPEAKER_05: On the day of the primary election, this August 11th, a group of people were attempting to cast doubt on the state's vouching system by posting videos of themselves on social media.
- 2:03:48SPEAKER_05: We were alerted to this conduct by the Minnesota Secretary of State's office.
- 2:03:54SPEAKER_05: This conduct has been the subject.
- 2:03:56SPEAKER_11: Or just watching the video that they put out.
- 2:03:59SPEAKER_05: I was gonna say, she's so dumb.
- 2:04:01SPEAKER_06: I'm sorry.
- 2:04:02SPEAKER_06: Is it I just I can't even listen to her for four seconds.
- 2:04:06SPEAKER_06: I'm sorry.
- 2:04:07SPEAKER_06: You can run your clip.
- 2:04:08SPEAKER_06: No, no, no, no, no, it's fine.
- 2:04:09SPEAKER_13: No, I want to do a bit of a stop the stop the tape on it.
- 2:04:12SPEAKER_11: No, it's like it's it's funny the perspectives because I'm listening to it going, she sounds so proud of herself.
- 2:04:17SPEAKER_06: Oh she's so proud of herself.
- 2:04:20SPEAKER_06: So I want to be so clear to everybody listening on here.
- 2:04:23SPEAKER_06: First of all, Cedric Frazier is a chip off the old block.
- 2:04:26SPEAKER_06: He he endorsed her, and likewise, okay.
- 2:04:29SPEAKER_06: She got run out of town.
- 2:04:31SPEAKER_06: Like this woman has an ego on her the size of Texas, and she would never give up that position if it weren't for everyone being like, you will definitely not win a second term.
- 2:04:46SPEAKER_06: So she's trying to go out, she is so angry that she is basically getting kicked to the curb.
- 2:04:54SPEAKER_06: Um, I mean, stories out of there even before she was elected, and I could go into how that happened and the the structures inside of the DFL and blah, blah, blah, and voters who didn't know.
- 2:05:05SPEAKER_06: But like, she is just she she cannot even smile, let alone laugh.
- 2:05:11SPEAKER_06: And so, yes, that that like, oh, we were alerted to this by the second.
- 2:05:15SPEAKER_06: No, you watched the video that we all watched, and we were like, oh my gosh, this is embarrassing.
- 2:05:20SPEAKER_06: This is clearly a man in a burqa, but no one's gonna say anything, and that's the whole point.
- 2:05:26SPEAKER_11: Right.
- 2:05:26SPEAKER_11: That's the whole point.
- 2:05:27SPEAKER_11: Right.
- 2:05:28SPEAKER_11: No, you're 100%.
- 2:05:29SPEAKER_11: Let's get back to more of the more of the audio here.
- 2:05:31SPEAKER_05: Of investigation and review.
- 2:05:33SPEAKER_05: That review is now complete.
- 2:05:36SPEAKER_05: Today, we are charging two individuals.
- 2:05:39SPEAKER_05: Good for you, James O'Keefe and Cameron Higby, with felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft.
- 2:05:47SPEAKER_05: Free and fair elections are the bedrock of democracy, and their protection is one of our highest priorities.
- 2:05:56SPEAKER_05: Mr.
- 2:05:56SPEAKER_05: O'Keefe and Mr.
- 2:05:57SPEAKER_05: Higbee entered polling places.
- 2:06:00SPEAKER_11: I'm surprised you didn't read Turn the Page.
- 2:06:03SPEAKER_06: I know.
- 2:06:04SPEAKER_06: I honestly I'm sorry.
- 2:06:06SPEAKER_06: Like it's you don't it's like occupied territory living under her regime.
- 2:06:10SPEAKER_06: It's awful.
- 2:06:11SPEAKER_06: You like cops, I know they work very hard to catch people.
- 2:06:14SPEAKER_06: They'll go, they'll they'll dig in, they'll get their detectives, they'll have, you know, whether it's murder charges or or carjackings or vandalism, which is running wild all over the city, right?
- 2:06:26SPEAKER_06: Cars are being broken into every night.
- 2:06:28SPEAKER_06: And cops will do their due diligence, they'll get the charge, and and Mary won't charge them.
- 2:06:32SPEAKER_06: Boom.
- 2:06:33SPEAKER_06: And it's just a revolving door where a lot of uh police officers are just like, why why bother?
- 2:06:39SPEAKER_11: Yeah, what are you gonna do?
- 2:06:40SPEAKER_11: Yeah.
- 2:06:40SPEAKER_11: What are you gonna do?
- 2:06:41SPEAKER_11: She's awful.
- 2:06:42SPEAKER_05: In multiple instances, identified themselves using names of registered voters in those precincts without those voters' knowledge or permission.
- 2:06:52SPEAKER_05: Both men stopped short of signing the oath we all signed before receiving our ballot.
- 2:06:57SPEAKER_05: But Minnesota law states clearly that no individual shall intentionally misrepresent their identity in applying for a ballot.
- 2:07:06SPEAKER_05: Having entered polling places without legitimate purposes and intentionally misrepresenting their identity to election judges in applying for a ballot, the charges filed today are appropriate to address the conduct of Mr.
- 2:07:20SPEAKER_05: O'Keeffe and Mr.
- 2:07:21SPEAKER_05: Higby.
- 2:07:22SPEAKER_11: So it's funny to me.
- 2:07:23SPEAKER_11: So let me let me let me back up here.
- 2:07:25SPEAKER_11: Let me set me set a baseline here.
- 2:07:27SPEAKER_11: Okay, let me just set the let me set the let me set let me set the baseline here.
- 2:07:31SPEAKER_11: That's not for your that's not for you, Becca Thompson.
- 2:07:33SPEAKER_11: This is for this is 100% for me.
- 2:07:35SPEAKER_11: So um if they broke the law, and we're gonna get into this, Rob Doer broke this all down from the Minnesota Gun owners caucus.
- 2:07:43SPEAKER_11: He broke, he broke down the Mary Moriarty's case against O'Keefe and Higby, and I'm gonna I'm gonna run through it because he looks at it from a from a from a legal standing of what they're faced.
- 2:07:52SPEAKER_11: Because it looks like they could be facing some charges.
- 2:07:54SPEAKER_11: If they are, okay, that's fine.
- 2:07:56SPEAKER_11: If they are, you know, they understood, you know, this was their assignment.
- 2:08:02SPEAKER_11: They executed it, and if they broke the law, they should be held accountable.
- 2:08:04SPEAKER_11: Absolutely.
- 2:08:05SPEAKER_11: Like everybody should.
- 2:08:06SPEAKER_11: It's one of the biggest griefs that I have is that you have so many lazy activists out there right now that want to do the civil disobedience, but they never want to go and face the consequences for it.
- 2:08:15SPEAKER_06: Exactly.
- 2:08:16SPEAKER_06: Exactly.
- 2:08:17SPEAKER_06: We can again, we can burn our city down and not face a charge.
- 2:08:20SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 2:08:20SPEAKER_06: But wear a burqa and claim to be somebody else and not cast a vote, and you'll be thrown in jail for 10 years.
- 2:08:26SPEAKER_11: But the hypocrisy, you know, the the it's the hypocrisy that's the problem here.
- 2:08:31SPEAKER_11: It's a stupid move because one, it's only going to raise more attention to the issue that O'Keefe and Higby were trying to bring attention to of how ridiculous this law is that you can vouch for this number of individuals and the fact that it's this community that is mostly taking advantage of it.
- 2:08:47SPEAKER_11: I have example after example after example of people who have left texts and voice messages talking about how I went out to vote and this bus showed up, and a whole bunch of people came walking off.
- 2:08:59SPEAKER_11: And you can profile them and easily see what part of the community they're from.
- 2:09:02SPEAKER_11: That's what they were exposing.
- 2:09:05SPEAKER_11: The other part to this, too, though, and I'll talk a little bit more about this coming up, is the fact that um this really creates an interesting dynamic relating to what's going on with Ilhan Omar.
- 2:09:16SPEAKER_11: When you talk about breaking the law, no one's above the law, using using false identities.
- 2:09:20SPEAKER_11: Yep.
- 2:09:21SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 2:09:21SPEAKER_06: Oh, that that's I mean, that was one of my things that my first thought with her was like, you just opened the door the to because now this is precedent setting.
- 2:09:29SPEAKER_06: Like if you would, I mean, I I noticed she was stressing the word um uh was it applied?
- 2:09:35SPEAKER_06: What was the word that she was like, she was really stressing like the idea that so I was like, okay, is this the legal word you're trying to like wrap this all around?
- 2:09:44SPEAKER_06: It depends on what your definition of is is, right?
- 2:09:46SPEAKER_06: Like is that where we are?
- 2:09:48SPEAKER_06: And it's like, okay, if that's the case, then how how many how many things are we now gonna start to look into?
- 2:09:55SPEAKER_06: Because it's it the fact that you don't even have to show the valid location of where you are to run for office in this state.
- 2:10:07SPEAKER_06: It's insane.
- 2:10:07SPEAKER_06: It does, it's like you could you could, I mean, imagine if tomorrow I'm like, I want to get on the ballot in Massachusetts, and I could.
- 2:10:16SPEAKER_06: Like, that's what we are.
- 2:10:18SPEAKER_06: I'm not saying that Massachusetts is that way, but people are doing that all the time.
- 2:10:22SPEAKER_11: You could have gone to uh Alaska and just called yourself Dan Sullivan, they would have put you on the ballot.
- 2:10:26SPEAKER_06: See, now this I don't know.
- 2:10:26SPEAKER_06: What's this?
- 2:10:27SPEAKER_11: Okay, so that's what happened.
- 2:10:28SPEAKER_11: So what happened was the New York Times reported that the the the Democrat nominee in Alaska, their team, and I'll play the audio once we get through this.
- 2:10:38SPEAKER_11: Their team went and had a coordinated effort to find other individuals named Dan Sullivan to get him on the ballot, and they did to confuse voters when they go to vote.
- 2:10:48SPEAKER_11: No, so there's two Dan Sullivans that are on the ballot against the Democrat opponent, and now we found out that it was her campaign through the New York Times that found the details that actually did the effort.
- 2:11:01SPEAKER_11: They launched it to find those candidates, and so now there's all kinds of different legal violations that they're they're being looked at.
- 2:11:08SPEAKER_06: Have you ever seen this movie?
- 2:11:10SPEAKER_06: It's from the 90s.
- 2:11:11SPEAKER_06: What was it called?
- 2:11:11SPEAKER_06: Um it was Eddie Murphy, and he's like, he's just some guy in South Carolina, and a distinguished gentleman, and and the congressman dies, but he's got the exact same name.
- 2:11:24SPEAKER_06: Yep.
- 2:11:25SPEAKER_06: So they just put him out there and they're like, you're on the ballot.
- 2:11:27SPEAKER_06: It's you now.
- 2:11:28SPEAKER_06: And it that is a great because it you know, you think these things are entertainment, and then years later you're like, nope, that was the truth.
- 2:11:36SPEAKER_06: That was the truth hidden in plain sight.
- 2:11:38SPEAKER_11: So let's get to a couple of comments, and then I want to get into Rob Door breaking all of it down and what the legal charges could be that they are that they're facing.
- 2:11:45SPEAKER_11: Six five one nine six four zero two nine four.
- 2:11:48SPEAKER_19: Hey guys, great show.
- 2:11:49SPEAKER_19: How am I going to make a prediction about this whole uh election thing?
- 2:11:53SPEAKER_19: I think that uh after the election, this case is quietly going to go away.
- 2:11:58SPEAKER_19: It's going to be dropped because if they persist.
- 2:12:00SPEAKER_19: It's the discovery is going to expose so much more in our election system.
- 2:12:05SPEAKER_19: I think this is just a stunt, and it's just going to quietly disappear.
- 2:12:09SPEAKER_11: Thank you.
- 2:12:09SPEAKER_11: And I want to say again, uh that might be the case, right?
- 2:12:12SPEAKER_11: This is this this could be the timing of this is interesting, obviously.
- 2:12:16SPEAKER_11: Uh, we'll probably get that truth cancel report on Metro Search tomorrow.
- 2:12:20SPEAKER_11: That's my expectation.
- 2:12:21SPEAKER_11: Um, but what's interesting to me about this, and again, if they broke the law, they should have to face the consequences.
- 2:12:26SPEAKER_11: I'm gonna play you some of what James O'Keefe posted online, his commentary in the in the in the wake of this.
- 2:12:32SPEAKER_11: But I was thinking about what happened, and we were talking about this earlier in the week with Operation Metro Surge, because I had listeners reaching out via the blaster line, and I thought the same thing, where you know, you had all of these different circumstances where ICE agents, uh, law enforcement officials came in contact with the individuals getting in their way.
- 2:12:52SPEAKER_11: And you could have had dozens upon dozens of charges of those individuals who got in the way of lawful law enforcement, but the ICE agents and the federal government just decided not to.
- 2:13:02SPEAKER_11: In some cases, they did if it was really egregious.
- 2:13:05SPEAKER_11: But they certainly, I mean, they could have been rounding up people left and right based off of what they were doing on the street.
- 2:13:10SPEAKER_11: Yeah.
- 2:13:10SPEAKER_11: But they had bigger fish to fry, they had a mission that they wanted to go and execute and probably didn't have enough manpower to deal with all the paperwork required for doing that.
- 2:13:19SPEAKER_11: My the point I'm trying to make here is that of all the issues that Minneapolis is facing right now, and this is what Mary Moriarty is going and wasting everybody's time on.
- 2:13:27SPEAKER_06: It's completely ridiculous.
- 2:13:28SPEAKER_06: And again, like you just said, like this is time, meaning uh human work hours, right?
- 2:13:35SPEAKER_06: Man hours, that which is money, which means you're not working on something else, and you're putting all of this like and a discovery on this, I I agree with the collar.
- 2:13:43SPEAKER_06: Like, you really you wanna you think that their lawyers, um, O'Keefe isn't gonna find some team that's gonna be like, okay, Mary Art, uh, let's let's have like precedent, like, let's actually dig in and figure this out.
- 2:13:55SPEAKER_06: Like, if you're to defend ourselves, we have a right to know this information, and she's gonna immediately be like, oh no, and like it's gonna drop.
- 2:14:02SPEAKER_06: I agree with the collar, but it's like it's it's it's performative nonsense.
- 2:14:06SPEAKER_06: It's she's trying to have her own version of an October surprise.
- 2:14:09SPEAKER_06: And I just again, maybe Texas is too small a state for how big her ego is.
- 2:14:15SPEAKER_06: It's unbelievable.
- 2:14:16SPEAKER_24: Let's go here.
- 2:14:18SPEAKER_25: Hey guys, uh, it's I think society is lost when you have the people who are in charge of uh justice, let's say, going after the people that are trying to expose the bad guys instead of going after and then turn around and let the bad guys off the hook.
- 2:14:36SPEAKER_25: Mary Moriarty is nothing but a tool for the Marxist left.
- 2:14:41SPEAKER_25: And I can't believe that people can't open their eyes to this.
- 2:14:45SPEAKER_25: It is so obvious what they're trying to do to sow discord in community.
- 2:14:51SPEAKER_25: I saw Unbelievable.
- 2:14:52SPEAKER_11: I saw the usual suspects yesterday, uh, some of your most prominent, um, sort of uh self-appointed uh social justice warriors in Minneapolis commenting on this.
- 2:15:02SPEAKER_11: But I mean, how much appeal does this have, even to those on the left in Minneapolis?
- 2:15:07SPEAKER_11: I mean, is this is this just purely her ego driving this, or is there a group that she's actually reaching that it has some sort of tangible impact on the election or otherwise?
- 2:15:18SPEAKER_06: So here's here's the problem in Minneapolis is that there the the DSA has such an echo chamber, but they have they have taken control of the Democratic apparatus 100%.
- 2:15:32SPEAKER_06: So it like th think of like a I don't know, like a building, right?
- 2:15:34SPEAKER_06: And you I mean now I'm thinking of diehard, of course, and then you've got go you go in there and you've you've got gotten you've seized control of the building, okay?
- 2:15:42SPEAKER_06: That's the DSA with the Democrats.
- 2:15:45SPEAKER_06: So so they have operational control, but they are very they only talk to each other.
- 2:15:50SPEAKER_06: So they get in this total echo chamber where I'm sure that Moriarty, and what's so funny is right now in state elections, um, the normal Democrats are desperately trying to separate themselves while also not separating themselves because they don't want to acknowledge the schism, right?
- 2:16:08SPEAKER_06: So, so someone like Moriarty, I'm sure I'm positive she's been hearing it from the far, far crazies for a long time.
- 2:16:16SPEAKER_06: I can't believe you would let this stand.
- 2:16:18SPEAKER_06: You need to charge them.
- 2:16:19SPEAKER_06: And that's what she's hearing over and over and over and over again.
- 2:16:21SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 2:16:22SPEAKER_06: And so she probably thinks like this is a winning argument.
- 2:16:25SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna go out, you know, on my white horse, and everybody's just gonna cheer me as I go into my uh greener pastures because I got kicked out of town by the rest of us.
- 2:16:36SPEAKER_11: Becca Thompson uh joins us in studio here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 2:16:42SPEAKER_11: We need to take care of a few of our sponsors.
- 2:16:44SPEAKER_11: We'll do that as we work through what Rob Dorr from the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus had to say.
- 2:16:49SPEAKER_11: Um he writes that prosecutors allege that O'Keeffe impersonated two registered voters while questioning election judges about voting procedures.
- 2:16:58SPEAKER_11: They also allege that he aided Cameron Higby in similar encounters.
- 2:17:03SPEAKER_11: Uh the complaint does not allege that O'Keefe received or cast a ballot.
- 2:17:08SPEAKER_11: I know there was a lot of people, because everybody becomes experts on this stuff.
- 2:17:11SPEAKER_11: Whenever controversy erupts online, they're like, they didn't even vote.
- 2:17:14SPEAKER_11: How can they be charged with anything?
- 2:17:16SPEAKER_11: No, Mary Moriarty, you know, knows her law well enough to find ways to go and charge him.
- 2:17:21SPEAKER_11: So um on count one related to identity theft, and I'll dismiss with the actual uh Rob does a really comprehensive look on his feed.
- 2:17:29SPEAKER_11: He gives the actual numbers.
- 2:17:30SPEAKER_11: I'm gonna dispense with that.
- 2:17:31SPEAKER_11: So on the identity theft count, the state must prove that one, O'Keefe transferred, possessed, or used another person's identity, and two, he did so with the intent to commit aid or abet to unlawful activity.
- 2:17:44SPEAKER_11: Now that's interesting to me because that's gonna be, and I think Rob gets into this, and I don't want to get too far ahead of what he says, but I think that that second part of intent is gonna be, I would think, difficult to prove considering that they were doing a stunt to expose the voter vouching rule.
- 2:17:58SPEAKER_11: I don't think they ever intended to go and cast a vote.
- 2:18:01SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 2:18:02SPEAKER_11: So I don't think so either, but Rob goes on to say uh for the charged five-year felony classification, the state must also establish two or three qualifying different victims.
- 2:18:14SPEAKER_11: Now, the strength of the case, O'Keeffe, allegedly used to two voters' identities.
- 2:18:19SPEAKER_11: The law expressly includes names and dates of birth.
- 2:18:22SPEAKER_11: Now, the weakness is, as I mentioned, the prosecution must establish intent to facilitate qualifying unlawful activity, not merely deception.
- 2:18:31SPEAKER_11: It relies on alleged election law violations and false statements to election officials.
- 2:18:37SPEAKER_11: There is also the felony victim threshold.
- 2:18:41SPEAKER_11: He points to another um case, state versus MUA in 2016.
- 2:18:46SPEAKER_11: He says the economic loss isn't necessary, but non-economic harm must still be established.
- 2:18:52SPEAKER_11: Whether both impersonated voters qualify as direct victims is going to be another matter.
- 2:18:59SPEAKER_11: Listen, even just getting into the first count on this, it speaks to what a colossal waste of time.
- 2:19:15SPEAKER_06: I honestly feel insulted that she wasted her time.
- 2:19:17SPEAKER_06: You could have a press conference and be like we've chosen not to charge and make done the same big shoot brooha, you know, gave your speech about how horrible it is and how we all, you know, our elections are secure.
- 2:19:28SPEAKER_06: Yeah, okay.
- 2:19:29SPEAKER_06: And like all that kind of stuff, right?
- 2:19:31SPEAKER_06: Go ahead.
- 2:19:31SPEAKER_06: But like the act to now actually pursue this is just like it's insulting to those of us who've who've lived under the deranged impression uh uh oppression that is the Mary Moriarty regime.
- 2:19:43SPEAKER_11: Well, and when you consider the fact that, you know, James O'Keefe and Higbee and Cameron Higbee were trying to bring attention to the voter vouching law, all she's doing is just bringing more attention to the voter vouching law.
- 2:19:53SPEAKER_11: Yeah.
- 2:19:54SPEAKER_11: Right?
- 2:19:54SPEAKER_11: That's all that that's all that's all that's all they wanted to accomplish.
- 2:19:57SPEAKER_11: Yeah.
- 2:19:58SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 2:19:58SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 2:19:59SPEAKER_11: All right.
- 2:20:00SPEAKER_11: Before we get into the second count, I want to remind you that if you need to relax and chill out, if you're over 21, fun gummies from Mini Leaf is a good way to do that.
- 2:20:08SPEAKER_11: The spooky mini leaf tonics are a fantastic way to do that as well.

- 2:20:14SPEAKER_11: The margarita, fantastic.

- 2:20:51SPEAKER_11: And you will just say, John, you're right again.
- 2:20:52SPEAKER_11: And I'll say, Thank you very much.
- 2:20:53SPEAKER_11: I'm always right, not true.
- 2:20:55SPEAKER_11: That's my wife.
- 2:20:56SPEAKER_11: Head on over to M I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.

- 2:21:12SPEAKER_11: All right.
- 2:21:13SPEAKER_11: We're back in uh 60 seconds.
- 2:21:15SPEAKER_11: We have Becca Thompson in studio.
- 2:21:16SPEAKER_11: We're continuing to run through uh Rob Door from the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus as he breaks down the charges against uh Cameron Higby and uh James O'Keefe for impersonating two registered voters.
- 2:21:28SPEAKER_11: It's all coming up next.
- 2:21:29SPEAKER_11: Don't go anywhere.
- 2:21:30SPEAKER_11: You're listening to the John Justice Show presented by American Experiment.
- 2:22:35SPEAKER_30: So what you're telling me is that OK and hard cook and something that can legally play uh Minnesota.
- 2:22:47SPEAKER_30: You can play R somebody somebody.
- 2:22:51SPEAKER_30: Uh very Mariani would say that yeah, that's legal you can do that.
- 2:22:56SPEAKER_30: So why is she going after them if they just did something that you can legally use?
- 2:23:02SPEAKER_30: Is it that she understands that anybody can forget?
- 2:23:07SPEAKER_30: That's what they did.
- 2:23:09SPEAKER_30: I I just don't understand why she thinks she's gonna say faith on this one.
- 2:23:13SPEAKER_30: She's just proving that the system is used.
- 2:23:17SPEAKER_11: Well, again, she did she did go and put together a case, and that's what we're breaking down here.
- 2:23:21SPEAKER_11: Uh, we do have state law when it comes to how you cannot go and use another person's identity, and I would imagine it's probably worse if you make up a name as well.
- 2:23:33SPEAKER_11: So let's get into the other charge.
- 2:23:34SPEAKER_11: Count two, unlawful voting.
- 2:23:37SPEAKER_11: According to Rob Dore from the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus, uh again, alleging O'Keefe and Cam Higby impersonating two registered voters while questioning the election judges about our voting procedures, specifically the vouching law that we have.
- 2:23:50SPEAKER_11: On count two of unlawful voting, the state must prove that one, O'Keefe intentionally misrepresented his identity, and two, he did so while applying for a ballot, depositing a ballot, or attempting to vote through a voting machine or electronic system.
- 2:24:05SPEAKER_11: Now, the strength, according to Rob, is the alleged impersonations appear well documented.
- 2:24:12SPEAKER_11: A completed vote is not required under statutory language.
- 2:24:17SPEAKER_11: So that's interesting.
- 2:24:18SPEAKER_11: So you don't actually have to go through the process.
- 2:24:20SPEAKER_11: It's just if you're heading towards it, right?
- 2:24:23SPEAKER_11: Uh the weakness is was O'Keefe actually applying for a ballot?
- 2:24:27unknown: Right.
- 2:24:28SPEAKER_11: And this is, and this is where I think a lot of this is going to play into, depending on how this moves forward, but a judge's discretion to get to the heart of what James O'Keefe was attempting to accomplish here.
- 2:24:38SPEAKER_11: Um, accomplice liability.
- 2:24:40SPEAKER_11: For Higbee's offenses, the state must establish that O'Keefe's knowledge of the criminal conduct and intentional assistance in its commission.
- 2:24:49SPEAKER_11: The complaint describes a coordinated investigation, but provides a little detail about O'Keefe's specific acts.
- 2:24:57SPEAKER_11: So here's where Rob landed with this whole thing.
- 2:25:00SPEAKER_11: He said the state has legitimate arguments.
- 2:25:03SPEAKER_11: Minnesota law criminalizes certain conduct even when no fraudulent ballot is cast.
- 2:25:09SPEAKER_11: But prosecutors must establish every element beyond a reasonable doubt, including the ballot application requirement, intent to facilitate unlawful activity, and the identity theft felony threshold.
- 2:25:23SPEAKER_11: Journalism, Rob says, isn't immunity from criminal law.
- 2:25:27SPEAKER_11: But deception during an investigation isn't automatically a violation of election law either.
- 2:25:34SPEAKER_11: The legal question is not simply whether O'Keeffe impersonated voters, it's whether the conduct satisfied satisfied the specific elements the legislature made criminal, most critically here, intent to conduct unlawful activity.
- 2:25:48SPEAKER_11: Listen, I'm no legal expert, uh Becca Thompson, but based off of everything that I'd seen, it didn't seem like from the get-go that that uh O'Keefe was looking to um conduct any unlawful activity whatsoever.
- 2:26:00SPEAKER_11: He just wanted to do a stunt and to expose to the rest of the country our ridiculous uh voter vouching law.
- 2:26:06SPEAKER_06: That's that's what it seemed like to me.
- 2:26:07SPEAKER_06: And I think that's a great analysis.
- 2:26:09SPEAKER_06: Again, I I like I I hearing all that stuff, yeah.
- 2:26:12SPEAKER_06: I mean, at the time I was like, you didn't cast a ballot, did you?
- 2:26:15SPEAKER_06: But like it doesn't he he was just shining a light on I think the thing that is missed in this, and the the this this is the thing that was the most shocking to me, is that Cam Higby was in a burqa, you had no idea who he was.
- 2:26:28SPEAKER_06: No idea, I mean, obviously, right?
- 2:26:30SPEAKER_06: But I'm saying, like, in theory, right?
- 2:26:32SPEAKER_06: His face is covered, everything's covered, um, and he was going to be allowed to vote.
- 2:26:39SPEAKER_06: And I think that was the thing that they were trying to show is that it's like this person could be anybody.
- 2:26:45SPEAKER_06: And if you have someone vouching, and I think that's that's the line that they tried to then stop once they got the yes, right?
- 2:26:53SPEAKER_06: Once they got on camera the yes, we can do this.
- 2:26:56SPEAKER_06: And you know, I I just again I think the whole the whole thing is just a massive waste of time.
- 2:27:02SPEAKER_06: I do think we need to secure our elections.
- 2:27:04SPEAKER_06: That's I mean, that's that's great, but I mean all the I I think of the the billions of dollars that have like washed away in the sea.
- 2:27:11SPEAKER_06: Um and I and I just am like okay, well we gave a slap on the wrist for that, you know, or you got you know 30 days probation.
- 2:27:19SPEAKER_06: And so I just it just seems like just a total, it's a it's it's just ridiculous.
- 2:27:24SPEAKER_11: It's it's interesting to me because it seems as if like Mary Moriarty, and again, she's on her way out, right?
- 2:27:31SPEAKER_11: So she's on her way out.
- 2:27:33SPEAKER_11: Cedric Frazier's worse.
- 2:27:34SPEAKER_11: You know, Cedric Frazier's worse.
- 2:27:35SPEAKER_11: I know that Andrew Andrew's folk, right?
- 2:27:37SPEAKER_11: I know he's been getting a lot of attention and it's kind of the lesser of two evils, uh, depending on who you ask.
- 2:27:42SPEAKER_11: I know there's people that that that like him and feel like he would do a he would do a decent enough enough job.
- 2:27:46SPEAKER_11: But it seems like all you're doing here is opening up a can of worms.
- 2:27:49SPEAKER_11: Not that it matters when it comes to the leftists who are cheering that this is happening, but you know, we're getting into the intricacies of our voting laws, the laws that we have in place.
- 2:28:00SPEAKER_11: I mean, and to me, it just seems as if one, you're exposing more people to our ridiculous voter vouching, and two, you're also showing the exact ways in which people can be prosecuted for election fraud.
- 2:28:11SPEAKER_11: How many other circumstances are we going to find when you didn't move forward when somebody else tried to go and do this?
- 2:28:16SPEAKER_11: Yeah.
- 2:28:16SPEAKER_11: It seems like she's opening up a can of worms that seems completely unnecessary, all to satisfy, going back to the beginning of our conversation, Becca, her massive Texas sized ego.
- 2:28:26SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I mean she totally she totally is.
- 2:28:28SPEAKER_06: You know, I elections matter, and um there have a lot a lot of people I've been seeing on social media, they're like, well, why even bother?
- 2:28:37SPEAKER_06: I was just telling a different friend last night that I have a a different friend in California who's like, I'm done.
- 2:28:42SPEAKER_06: Like they actually, they they were in the state assembly in California and they did all this, this, that, and the other thing, and they've just kind of like me got burned out and saw behind the curtain, and you're like, I'm done.
- 2:28:51SPEAKER_06: And this friend of mine will, she's like, I'll never vote again, right?
- 2:28:54SPEAKER_06: I know a lot of people like feel disenfranchised and frustrated, but elections matter, and and the best evidence of that is Mary Moriarty.
- 2:29:04SPEAKER_06: I uh she was running against someone who was an incredible person, Martha Holton Dimmick, who was a judge and would have been we wouldn't we would not be in the mess that we are in if Martha had been elected in 2022.
- 2:29:19SPEAKER_06: And I could explain the way I see it as to why it happened, but so then you've got this performative I I mean, she's not even bright.
- 2:29:27SPEAKER_06: She's not I I've had personal conversations with her.
- 2:29:30SPEAKER_06: We were talking about young people um uh who you know get themselves in trouble with the law and what to do, and and she just she just talked yourself into a circle, and I was like, gosh, you really don't like we started out in an agreement, and then 20 minutes later, I'm like, what are you talking about?
- 2:29:45SPEAKER_06: Like, so yeah, that matters.
- 2:29:48SPEAKER_11: That explains a lot, by the way.
- 2:29:50SPEAKER_11: Just that little statement right there, because you watch those Michael Scott hostage videos that she does, right?
- 2:29:58SPEAKER_11: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:29:59SPEAKER_11: You you you watch those and I kind of go, Do you understand how ridiculous this looks in the world?
- 2:30:04SPEAKER_11: No, she doesn't reading like this, and then and I saw her on one of I think I don't know if she's still doing it, I think she was doing a podcast.
- 2:30:11SPEAKER_11: Probably.
- 2:30:11SPEAKER_11: And I watched a part of this podcast, and I'm just like, you seem like you're kind of an idiot.
- 2:30:17SPEAKER_11: You seem like you're kind of a moron.
- 2:30:19SPEAKER_11: And you just you you wonder how does an individual like that end up in that position of power and they shouldn't have, and we now see the damage that can ensue when you have a person like that in a position of power like that.
- 2:30:30SPEAKER_06: You know, it goes, I'm sorry, Seinfeld is everything, and it's Elaine when she ran the catalog, and she's got the guy who's in the mail room and is a terrible, he's terrible at the mail room, and then she tries to fire him and she gets nervous and scared.
- 2:30:45SPEAKER_06: Yep.
- 2:30:45SPEAKER_06: And then she promotes him.
- 2:30:47SPEAKER_06: And then everybody else is like, You promoted this guy, and then so she tries to figure it out again, and then she promotes him again, and then the rest of her staff quits because they're like so angry with her, and she practically gives away the store, all because she's afraid of the confrontation.
- 2:31:01SPEAKER_06: I it's the Peter principle.
- 2:31:03SPEAKER_06: I honestly think that Mary Moriarty made her career on making people uncomfortable and they just didn't want to deal with her, and then the next thing you know, she got promoted.
- 2:31:11SPEAKER_11: I want to play some uh comments from the friends of the show on the blaster line, also a bit of the video that uh James O'Keefe put up uh yesterday.
- 2:31:19SPEAKER_11: Before I do that, I want to remind you that as we head into the cold winter months, and we talked about it at the start of the show.
- 2:31:24SPEAKER_11: If you missed the conversation, be sure to check out the podcast once we wrap up today, either on the Mixler app or on whatever podcast platform uh you uh listen to your podcasts uh on.
- 2:31:35SPEAKER_11: But a lot of conversations about getting prepared for the future, uh supply chain disruptions, power grid issues, uh, and this is globally.
- 2:31:43SPEAKER_11: You know, don't be worried, don't be, you know, scared, but make sure that you're prepared.
- 2:31:47SPEAKER_11: And a part of that, too, is making sure that if you have to hold up at home, that your home is as healthy as it can be.
- 2:31:52SPEAKER_11: That's where Ericsson plumbing, heating, air, and electrical come into play.
- 2:31:56SPEAKER_11: Take advantage of the R iHeart My Home Club.
- 2:31:58SPEAKER_11: I did.
- 2:31:59SPEAKER_11: You get a full home mechanical analysis.
- 2:32:01SPEAKER_11: For my home, they actually took care of a couple of small fixes that could have become huge issues that would have cost me a ton in the future.
- 2:32:08SPEAKER_11: They took care of them on the spot, and I ended up finding out that, hey, our home's in good shape.
- 2:32:13SPEAKER_11: Have that peace of mind with water quality testing, seasonal tune-ups from individuals who actually care.
- 2:32:19SPEAKER_11: Whether it is a quick fix or a major repair, safety and security, but certainly gas, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
- 2:32:25SPEAKER_11: All the major trades, their license experts or non-commissioned, you're going to get an accurate and fair assessment from Ericsson Plumbing Heating, Air, and Electrical.
- 2:32:34SPEAKER_11: iHeartEricsson.com is their website or 763 783 4545.
- 2:32:39SPEAKER_11: That's 763-783-4545.
- 2:32:43SPEAKER_29: Good morning, John.
- 2:32:44SPEAKER_29: This is Matt from Apple Valley.
- 2:32:47SPEAKER_29: Would Mary Moriarty go and charge someone for trying to expose a Republican-led kind of voter fraud thing?
- 2:33:00SPEAKER_29: Would she really go after Democrats for trying to do that?
- 2:33:07SPEAKER_11: Only if uh only if it was going to benefit her politically would she do that.
- 2:33:20SPEAKER_24: But you can't find a state law when it comes to the carjackers and these kids that are out here stealing cars.
- 2:33:28SPEAKER_24: Make it make sense.
- 2:33:29SPEAKER_11: Well, you know, you don't need to because you have violence interrupters to go and take care of that problem.
- 2:33:32SPEAKER_11: Boy, uh Yeah, we're gonna get we will touch upon that before we wrap up today.
- 2:33:37SPEAKER_11: We have a uh comment that came in from an election judge.
- 2:33:40SPEAKER_11: I do want to I do want to share that with uh everybody coming up in uh just a moment.
- 2:33:45SPEAKER_11: Don't go anywhere.
- 2:33:45SPEAKER_11: You're listening to the John Justice show presented by American Experiment, and we're back in 90 seconds.
- 2:36:10SPEAKER_11: Well, thank you so much for the blast of six five one nine six four zero two nine four.
- 2:36:16SPEAKER_55: Imagine the sheer idiocy of that Moriarty to publicize uh the old video.
- 2:36:22SPEAKER_55: The thing has many, many millions of views worldwide because of her.
- 2:36:26SPEAKER_55: She is so stupid.
- 2:36:28SPEAKER_55: It's unbelievable.
- 2:36:29SPEAKER_55: But we welcome it.
- 2:36:30SPEAKER_11: Yeah, I don't think I it's scorched to earth for Mary Moriarty.
- 2:36:33SPEAKER_11: I don't I don't think that she cares.
- 2:36:35SPEAKER_11: And again, could this make uh the court of public opinion worse for Ilhan Omar with so much focus of potential fraud uh taking place?
- 2:36:43SPEAKER_11: That's a question that I have.
- 2:36:44SPEAKER_11: But I also don't think that Mary Moriarty really really gives a g gives a rip.
- 2:36:48SPEAKER_06: No, no, no.
- 2:36:50SPEAKER_06: The the thing is is so so in and I like it's the Committee of the Whole of the City uh the other day, Wednesday, was it yesterday?
- 2:36:58SPEAKER_06: Yeah, um was talking about undoing now the the uh Office of Violence Prevention, which they created, right, just a few short years ago.
- 2:37:09SPEAKER_06: And someone was saying, Oh, well, you know, they must be doing this, that other thing.
- 2:37:13SPEAKER_06: They they just don't know what they're doing, and they don't care.
- 2:37:18SPEAKER_06: The end goal is destruction.
- 2:37:20SPEAKER_06: Like, I think as we're marching toward that, more people are waking up to the fact that that is their goal, is just total annihilation of our city so that they can rule over the ashes and finally be like, hey, ha ha, capture the flag.
- 2:37:37SPEAKER_06: Like we we did it.
- 2:37:39SPEAKER_06: Like, and and and uh is it Sun Tzu who says like there's no like it's it's there are there's an there's uh such a profound evil of people who will destroy the world to rule over the ashes, and that's that's someone like Moriarty and all the people that help her.
- 2:37:53SPEAKER_11: It's it's it's uh it's interesting you say that because you know I wonder why the decisions get made why those decisions get made for you know in the city of Minneapolis via the Minneapolis City Council, and you make a lot of sense.
- 2:38:08SPEAKER_11: They've turned all of the various um departments, you know, they've they've made them all villains.
- 2:38:16SPEAKER_11: So they have all these options in front of them of ways to go and run the city.
- 2:38:19SPEAKER_11: We have established ways in which we run the city.
- 2:38:22SPEAKER_11: We have different departments to serve different needs.
- 2:38:24SPEAKER_11: And it's almost as if in a relatively short period of time, the Minneapolis City Council has just basically decided all of those various departments are our enemy.
- 2:38:34SPEAKER_11: So we need to go and find alternative ways to go and do all this stuff.
- 2:38:37SPEAKER_11: And you're right.
- 2:38:38SPEAKER_11: I mean, no, those departments exist and have existed for decades for a reason because they're effective, because we've owned them and we've crafted them to be effective.
- 2:38:48SPEAKER_11: But yet you're using your um you're being a villain to those departments to your own political advantage and offering up solutions that aren't viable.
- 2:38:59SPEAKER_06: Well, so what is the one common thread in all of this?
- 2:39:02SPEAKER_06: Like that's for me, again, as a teacher.
- 2:39:04SPEAKER_06: I always look to see like what is the simplest way to put this forward?
- 2:39:07SPEAKER_06: What are the the one common thread in everything is accountability.
- 2:39:12SPEAKER_06: They they don't want anyone to know, and it's interesting.
- 2:39:15SPEAKER_06: I'm just gonna say I have been working secretly on a documentary on the most famous intersection of the world for the last year, and I'm gonna put it out later today.
- 2:39:25SPEAKER_06: Um, and uh it has everything to do with this.
- 2:39:29SPEAKER_06: It has everything to do with hiding where the money goes, it has everything to do with taking from our structural, actually like accountable metrics, whether it's police or fire or 911, they want all of it to disappear because it's about giving money to black boxes.
- 2:39:47SPEAKER_06: That's really what it's about.
- 2:39:48SPEAKER_06: And so you you get someone like Robin Wandsley will hold court for actual like hours with her slide deck that she put together like she's in like a college presentation class.
- 2:40:00SPEAKER_06: I feel so badly for these actual like public servants in the city and the other council members, friends of mine who are completely normal, and if they were fully in charge or in the majority, our city would not be in this mess.
- 2:40:11SPEAKER_06: There are normal people on the city council.
- 2:40:14SPEAKER_06: And they're just forced to sit and listen to this woman pontificate, all because we have a majority of people who have put her in power.
- 2:40:23SPEAKER_06: She's the de facto president.
- 2:40:25SPEAKER_06: Elliot Payne will do whatever she wants.
- 2:40:26SPEAKER_06: So she just sits there and she's like, is my slide deck?
- 2:40:29SPEAKER_06: It's her slide deck.
- 2:40:30SPEAKER_06: Like it's like we're we're listening, like she must have like not gotten enough attention in middle school that again, like maybe that's like she and Mary or more Moriarty are like peas in a pod.
- 2:40:40SPEAKER_06: But it's like and and it's because they don't want to anything to be accountable, nothing.
- 2:40:45SPEAKER_06: It's like the last time I was in here with you, we were talking about uh the the program canopy roots, right?
- 2:40:51SPEAKER_06: It's like nope, no accountability, you're not working out of this system because the thing is, whether it's a again, a firefighter, first responder, whatever, you have a badge number, you have you clock in, clock out, you can find where people are.
- 2:41:02SPEAKER_06: It's like the voting, okay?
- 2:41:04SPEAKER_06: Once the vote is in the C, if it was invalidly cast, it doesn't matter.
- 2:41:08SPEAKER_06: It got counted, right?
- 2:41:09SPEAKER_06: That's the same thing.
- 2:41:10SPEAKER_06: They don't want, they don't want you to see.
- 2:41:12SPEAKER_06: They don't want you to see.
- 2:41:13SPEAKER_11: I want to talk more about your uh documentary before we wrap things uh up today.
- 2:41:17SPEAKER_11: We've still got quite a bit of time to uh go.
- 2:41:19SPEAKER_11: Let's go back to the blaster line, and then I'll play you a portion of what James O'Keefe had to say in a video.
- 2:41:23SPEAKER_11: It's a lengthy video, it's about 10 minutes long.
- 2:41:25SPEAKER_11: We'll just play a few minutes so you get a a bit of an idea of where his head is at in the wake of Scary Moriarty going and launching uh these charges against him and Higgins.
- 2:41:33SPEAKER_20: You know what, John, one of the things that Mary Moriarty said in her press conference was that she was alerted by Steve Simon.
- 2:41:40SPEAKER_20: This was just Steve Simon with egg on his face.
- 2:41:42SPEAKER_20: I wish I could have done a fly on the wall in the room when Steve Simon and Mary Moriarty had this conversation about how they were gonna bring charges against O'Keefe and Higbee.
- 2:41:56SPEAKER_07: Minnesota has just charged both myself and fellow journalist Cam Higbee with two felony counts in retaliation for our bombshell investigative report on voter vouching laws that we did August 11th.
- 2:42:09SPEAKER_07: We stand by our reporting.
- 2:42:11SPEAKER_07: This is an attempt to criminalize investigative journalism.
- 2:42:14SPEAKER_07: The charges are an attempt to distract from what we exposed as insecure elections in Minnesota.
- 2:42:20SPEAKER_07: Now, this case has become a landmark First Amendment case where everyone's right to speak, truth to power, has just been put on the line.
- 2:42:29SPEAKER_07: This from today's press conference featuring the chief prosecutor for Henneban County, Minnesota.
- 2:42:34SPEAKER_05: Today we are charging two individuals, James O'Keefe and Cameron Higby, with felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft.
- 2:42:44SPEAKER_07: Mary Moriarty, the Henneban County attorney, even says that we could do jail time for our investigative reporting.
- 2:42:51SPEAKER_05: They could do some local jail time.
- 2:42:53SPEAKER_07: We've received a charging document that lists two felony counts.
- 2:42:57SPEAKER_07: Count one, identity theft, knowingly misrepresenting identity and applying for a voting ballot, and count two, unlawful voting, knowingly misrepresenting our identity and applying for a voting ballot.
- 2:43:08SPEAKER_07: Two counts with the exact same justification beneath each count.
- 2:43:13SPEAKER_07: In the report we did, we clearly stop and walk away before any voting ballot is even touched.
- 2:43:18SPEAKER_08: Thank you so much, Matt.
- 2:43:21SPEAKER_08: We go get to Muhammad, we come back.
- 2:43:22SPEAKER_07: Hennepin County attorney Mary Moriarty even admits that Mai and Higley's intent was to act as reporters.
- 2:43:29SPEAKER_05: A group of people were attempting to cast doubt on the state's vouching system.
- 2:43:34SPEAKER_05: I think it's pretty clear they did not intend to vote.
- 2:43:38SPEAKER_07: Hennepin County attorney Moriarty even says there is no such thing as undercover journalism when looking into election loopholes.
- 2:43:47SPEAKER_05: If you identify as a journalist, there is no such thing as undercover investigation in the polling place.
- 2:43:54SPEAKER_05: You have to identify yourself as a journalist in the polling place, which they did not.
- 2:43:59SPEAKER_07: Wrong as a matter of constitutional law.
- 2:44:02SPEAKER_07: The First Amendment allows reporters to show up on election day and ask questions in polling booths, but don't take my word for it.
- 2:44:09SPEAKER_07: Listen to former Attorney General of United States, Eric Holder, no friend of mine, talking about myself on an almost identical investigation we did in Washington, D.C.
- 2:44:20SPEAKER_07: in 2012.
- 2:44:21SPEAKER_44: Was offered Holder's DC primary ballot to vote in that election.
- 2:44:25SPEAKER_44: Do you have an Eric Holder?
- 2:44:26SPEAKER_59: But I think what I drew from that video was that that guy was very careful not to uh say he was Eric Holder, not to actually get a ballot.
- 2:44:35SPEAKER_59: He didn't do the kinds of things that would have subjected him to uh criminal process.
- 2:44:40SPEAKER_07: The Minnesota prosecutor, he's no dummy.
- 2:44:42SPEAKER_05: There's an basically an intent to vote, an intent to apply for a ballot.
- 2:44:47SPEAKER_05: The application of a voting a ballot in and of itself is a multi-step process.
- 2:44:52SPEAKER_05: I can't anticipate what their defense is.
- 2:44:54SPEAKER_05: I'm sure we'll hear from them.
- 2:44:56SPEAKER_07: Our defense is the shield of the First Amendment to hold government accountable to the people.
- 2:45:00SPEAKER_07: We didn't apply for a ballot.
- 2:45:02SPEAKER_07: We were there talking to election clerks, posing hypotheticals, and getting answers so that Americans could know what was happening in the elections.
- 2:45:10SPEAKER_07: Many people in the United States did not even know that you could vouch for eight people, and this investigative report educated them.
- 2:45:18SPEAKER_07: By the way, we conducted training and specifically told each journalist never to sign an affidavit, never to procure a ballot, never to apply for a ballot, or even touch a ballot.
- 2:45:28SPEAKER_07: We even did exercises training our reporters to say the name is rather than my name is.
- 2:45:45SPEAKER_07: Do you have this person?
- 2:45:46SPEAKER_07: Okay, it's a crime for you to say I am this person.
- 2:45:51SPEAKER_08: The name is William William.
- 2:45:55SPEAKER_08: The last name is uh Ishimizupa.
- 2:46:02SPEAKER_11: Listen, I've met uh I've I've uh spent some time, not a lot of time, but I've spent some time with uh with James O'Keefe.
- 2:46:07SPEAKER_11: And and I don't know, and listen, there's some stuff that he does that I don't agree with, right?
- 2:46:11SPEAKER_11: Right.
- 2:46:12SPEAKER_11: I understand and I respect what he's attempting to accomplish here.
- 2:46:15SPEAKER_11: Uh I kind of go back to the to the blaster comment that we had where they said that, you know, post-election this will probably all go away.
- 2:46:24SPEAKER_11: I think there's some there's probably some some truth to that.
- 2:46:26SPEAKER_11: I mean, James O'Keefe, it seems as if, you know, Rob Dorse's points are are solid, but it also seems as if James O'Keefe O'Keefe certainly dotted his I's and crossed his T's and knew exactly what he was doing when he went in and did this.
- 2:46:39SPEAKER_11: But to put a period on this and talk about some other uh Minneapolis uh issues, uh, because there certainly isn't any shortage of it.
- 2:46:45SPEAKER_11: Um you mentioned earlier this all could have she could have accomplished everything she wanted to accomplish just with the press conference and moved forward without any without any charges on this.
- 2:46:54SPEAKER_11: And all that it's done is raised more attention on the issue.
- 2:46:58SPEAKER_11: It's brought more national attention to to Minnesota when we're already receiving national attention and make it even more if this press conference takes place later on this morning with um with JD Vance.
- 2:47:09SPEAKER_11: Um I didn't know about that either.
- 2:47:11SPEAKER_06: Yeah, so I think I was asleep for 24 hours.
- 2:47:13SPEAKER_06: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:47:14SPEAKER_11: So the word is, and I haven't had a chance to go online.
- 2:47:16SPEAKER_11: The word is that JD Vance is in town today, and there is supposed to be a press conference at 10 o'clock, not for campaign purposes, but it's supposed to be a big fraud announcement.
- 2:47:25SPEAKER_11: Oh boy, okay so um I'm not sitting here saying that I'm too excited it's gonna be related to Ilhan Omar, but it might be related to Ilhan Omar.
- 2:47:33SPEAKER_11: Um with that, let me play this audio and then we'll shift over to and uh we'll uh close out this segment and talk a little bit about what's going on in in Minneapolis with the city council with uh Becca Thompson.
- 2:47:43SPEAKER_11: Have you seen this uh team Ilhan We Have Your Back video?
- 2:47:48SPEAKER_06: Oh yes, yeah.
- 2:47:49SPEAKER_06: I was I watched it a couple times.
- 2:47:50SPEAKER_06: It count how many people I knew.
- 2:47:52SPEAKER_06: If oh, I'm sorry.
- 2:47:54SPEAKER_11: If I was gonna make a parody, if I was gonna make a parody, it would have been this video.
- 2:47:59SPEAKER_11: I mean, just come on.
- 2:48:01SPEAKER_11: I you have to see it for a moment.
- 2:48:02SPEAKER_06: Again, they're in an echo chamber.
- 2:48:04SPEAKER_06: They are in an echo chamber.
- 2:48:05SPEAKER_06: I know I like I don't I was a c I'm a classically trained actress.
- 2:48:08SPEAKER_06: I was an actress, I was in Hollywood in New York City.
- 2:48:11SPEAKER_06: Like, you just go through the ringer, uh, you get critiqued every day, right?
- 2:48:15SPEAKER_06: And you learn to have thick skin and you learn to whatever.
- 2:48:18SPEAKER_06: And then you also know what you kind of get a better, uh, you know, again, I love Seinfeld.
- 2:48:22SPEAKER_06: He'll, you know, if you have a joke that falls flat and you do that joke all over the country, and then you have another one that is successful, then you put it on the show and you know it's gonna work, that kind of a thing, right?
- 2:48:32SPEAKER_06: Like the they don't have any any self-awareness.
- 2:48:36SPEAKER_06: Zero, zero, and so yeah, then when it's not ready for primetime, you're like, oof, that was that of the thud.
- 2:48:42SPEAKER_11: Here's the uh here's the audio.
- 2:48:43SPEAKER_11: It doesn't do the visual justice by any stretch of the imagination.
- 2:48:47SPEAKER_11: But just to you just just imagine every single typical leftist that you can think of, and that's exactly what every single person in this video looks like.
- 2:48:55SPEAKER_23: I have Ilhan's back.
- 2:48:57SPEAKER_23: I have Ilhan's back.
- 2:48:58SPEAKER_33: I have Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's back.
- 2:49:01SPEAKER_33: I have Ilhan's back.
- 2:49:03SPEAKER_33: I have Ilhan's back.
- 2:49:05SPEAKER_33: I have Ilhan's back.
- 2:49:06SPEAKER_33: I have Ilhan's back.
- 2:49:08SPEAKER_33: I have Ilhan's back.
- 2:49:09SPEAKER_51: Ilhan has always had our back.
- 2:49:11SPEAKER_11: It's a song in the background! It's it's it's it's embarrassing.
- 2:49:16SPEAKER_12: It's so embarrassing.
- 2:49:17SPEAKER_12: It really is.
- 2:49:18SPEAKER_12: She's always checking in on us.
- 2:49:21SPEAKER_12: She cares about it.
- 2:49:22SPEAKER_49: She's not the best way to tell that El P is a champion for working people in the state is.
- 2:49:29SPEAKER_06: There's the tell right there, working people.
- 2:49:31SPEAKER_06: It's all communism.
- 2:49:39SPEAKER_33: No, she doesn't have your back.
- 2:49:42SPEAKER_36: I've got the hans back.
- 2:49:46SPEAKER_07: We have Ilhan's back, people.
- 2:49:52SPEAKER_05: We have Ilhans back! And I'll be back.
- 2:49:57SPEAKER_11: We love you.
- 2:49:59SPEAKER_11: We love you.
- 2:50:00SPEAKER_11: You got well it you know what?
- 2:50:03SPEAKER_11: Ilhan Omar may never be coming back, so we'll see what happens with that.
- 2:50:07SPEAKER_06: So it's just, you know, it's the cult of celebrity.
- 2:50:10SPEAKER_06: The only reason they do that is because they have access to somebody they think is famous.
- 2:50:14SPEAKER_06: It's honestly embarrassing.
- 2:50:16SPEAKER_06: Honestly.
- 2:50:18SPEAKER_11: The Minneapolis City Council voted to send a proposal to shut down the Office of Community Safety to the full council.
- 2:50:25SPEAKER_11: The office created in 2022 was meant to coordinate public safety departments, but it has faced challenges, including the mishandling of cases and a growing police overtime budget.
- 2:50:34SPEAKER_11: Supporters of the office argue it has improved emergency uh response times and alternative responses.
- 2:50:40SPEAKER_11: So I guess they're going to be voting on this later today.
- 2:50:42SPEAKER_11: What's your expectation that they get rid of this office?
- 2:50:45SPEAKER_11: What are you hearing back at the time?
- 2:50:46SPEAKER_06: I mean, they have the votes.
- 2:50:47SPEAKER_06: The the the the the city council, like let me just put it this way they spent from well, uh their goal was to overthrow the world in 2020, no question.
- 2:50:59SPEAKER_06: And in the 2021 election, they they wanted to get rid of Jacob Fry.
- 2:51:05SPEAKER_06: Um, normal people, no one, no it was kind of a an energy of like, well, this all all this mess started on his time, so the normal Democrats are still, he's gotta finish what he started, right?
- 2:51:18SPEAKER_06: And so then the left comes in and has a bunch of candidates, some more overtly communist than others, and Frye survived in 2021, he gets re-elected.
- 2:51:27SPEAKER_06: The same energy they spent four years trying to make a case to get him out by 2025, and they were unsuccessful again.
- 2:51:37SPEAKER_06: So now their whole goal was to did to because they want to destroy the city.
- 2:51:42SPEAKER_06: They want like this is we're gonna build our communist utopia out of ashes.
- 2:51:46SPEAKER_06: Well, we have to, you know, burn it all down.
- 2:51:48SPEAKER_06: And and then they failed, though.
- 2:51:50SPEAKER_06: They so they have the majority again, and it this just speaks to gerrymandering that the normal the normal mayoral candidate wins because the whole city's voting, right?
- 2:52:00SPEAKER_06: But the but the council gets the majority because they've so jerry-rigged these neighborhoods, right?
- 2:52:05SPEAKER_06: So also there are 13 members, which is way too large.
- 2:52:08SPEAKER_06: But so now it's like, okay, shoot, he's still here.
- 2:52:13SPEAKER_06: Uh let's just keep being angry.
- 2:52:16SPEAKER_06: They don't know what to do.
- 2:52:18SPEAKER_06: So it's like shuffling plates.
- 2:52:20SPEAKER_06: So, okay, well, we created this department because we were so mad at the police department.
- 2:52:24SPEAKER_06: We needed to have one structural change.
- 2:52:27SPEAKER_06: It's gotta be, oh, we gotta dim- you know, oh, no, uh we gotta find something that's not working.
- 2:52:32SPEAKER_06: So now they want to get rid of Barnett.
- 2:52:34SPEAKER_06: They're complaining about his salary.
- 2:52:36SPEAKER_06: Um it's like, but you you made this.
- 2:52:39SPEAKER_06: You you did that.
- 2:52:40SPEAKER_06: So, like, what what is the problem?
- 2:52:42SPEAKER_06: But the pro the actual problem is is that the communists hate the mayor and and anybody who works for him.
- 2:52:48SPEAKER_06: They call him it his administration.
- 2:52:50SPEAKER_06: How about it's the city's that's just the city structure, it's the city staff.
- 2:52:53SPEAKER_06: Like, it's it's it's weird.
- 2:52:56SPEAKER_11: Is there any cohesion between them or are they all all sort of independently operating on their own on their own council?
- 2:53:04SPEAKER_11: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:53:04SPEAKER_11: I mean, they are they operating on their own agenda?
- 2:53:06SPEAKER_11: Is there any cohesion they are the ownership?
- 2:53:08SPEAKER_06: They are a completely glommed communist Borg.
- 2:53:12SPEAKER_06: They are the Borg.
- 2:53:13SPEAKER_06: So Robin Wandsley is the de facto president, but she doesn't want the glare of being actually being the president.
- 2:53:19SPEAKER_06: So Elliot Payne does that.
- 2:53:21SPEAKER_06: But Robin, I have very positive that she dresses him down behind the city council doors, and everybody hears it all the time.
- 2:53:29SPEAKER_11: Why doesn't she want the further attention?
- 2:53:30SPEAKER_11: Why why why does it be a good one?
- 2:53:31SPEAKER_06: Because she she's she's another one that's not ready for prime time.
- 2:53:35SPEAKER_06: Elliot is is calm, cool, collected.
- 2:53:37SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 2:53:38SPEAKER_06: He can he knows how to run a meeting, he can keep his head about him.
- 2:53:41SPEAKER_06: Robin will lose her mind if she gets challenged.
- 2:53:45SPEAKER_06: Um, and so so he's the one there, but then everybody, all they all the little puppets are the head of the different committees, and they will always vote as a block.
- 2:53:54SPEAKER_06: They will find ways um to be like Coke versus Pepsi, where they'll make it seem like Aureen Chowdry is the best at this.
- 2:54:03SPEAKER_06: She will like make this big world sat word salad, like acting as though she's disagreeing with somebody, and then she brings it right back to vote exactly how they all do.
- 2:54:12SPEAKER_06: Um but they are completely a block.
- 2:54:15SPEAKER_06: There are five of them, six of them, that are completely, they just do not shift.
- 2:54:22SPEAKER_06: And then Osman is a total pay-to-play, and you know, he just he's a he's a uh Cuba Gooding Junior and Jerry Maguire.
- 2:54:31SPEAKER_06: Like, just show me the money and I'll do what so he's the vice president, and that's how that so that's how it all just shoves through.
- 2:54:37SPEAKER_11: Do you think they're going to end up eliminating that office of public safety?
- 2:54:41SPEAKER_11: I'm sure they will.
- 2:54:41SPEAKER_11: They have the votes.
- 2:54:42SPEAKER_11: Today, I mean I I I know the meeting is supposed to take place today.
- 2:54:46SPEAKER_06: You know, it I I I don't know if it's if it's on the agenda.
- 2:54:49SPEAKER_06: Usually you need to have more.
- 2:54:50SPEAKER_06: I think it'd probably be on the next agenda, but I could be wrong because they have they have the structural ability to be able to like change the rules.
- 2:54:59SPEAKER_06: Let me see here.
- 2:55:01SPEAKER_11: Uh the story that I have here, it says they could end it Thursday.
- 2:55:05SPEAKER_11: Yeah, today.
- 2:55:06SPEAKER_11: Okay.
- 2:55:07SPEAKER_11: Probably uh the proposal passed out of the committee as a whole.
- 2:55:09SPEAKER_11: It now hold heads to the full uh council meeting today.
- 2:55:13SPEAKER_11: So Minneapolis, Man, Baby Mayor, Mom Jeans, Jacob Fry, because I just can't say it any other way.
- 2:55:17SPEAKER_11: Um, he said what came through loud and clear is that those who are bringing this proposal both don't understand what it takes to run safety departments for a major city, nor do they have any plan on how these essential services should be delivered under their own proposal.
- 2:55:31SPEAKER_11: For council members who are seeking additional budget savings, I look forward to joining them in that endeavor.
- 2:55:36SPEAKER_11: I did not see a similar commitment from the authors of this uh proposal.
- 2:55:40SPEAKER_11: So I guess what happened, if they get rid of this, what happens next?
- 2:55:43SPEAKER_11: Are they gonna start backing along?
- 2:55:44SPEAKER_11: It goes, it goes no, no, no, no, no.
- 2:55:48SPEAKER_06: It all goes like it all goes back to that.
- 2:55:51SPEAKER_06: And uh, you know, Jacob Fry is correct.
- 2:55:54SPEAKER_06: I I I know like a lot of your listeners are probably much further to the right on me.
- 2:55:59SPEAKER_06: I I'm No Jacob Fry apologists, but I like him.
- 2:56:02SPEAKER_06: I think he stands firm on things when he doesn't like you don't understand what it's like in the city.
- 2:56:08SPEAKER_06: Well, yeah, okay.
- 2:56:09SPEAKER_06: But like, but like City Hall and dealing with those far-left communist Marxist DSA, whatever you want to call them.
- 2:56:18SPEAKER_06: I know they brand themselves differently.
- 2:56:20SPEAKER_06: I know they do, but it's it's like, you know, they I just I I I suddenly think of like, yeah, Coca-Cola is it still has the same label, but it's got totally different chemicals in it than it did 50 years ago, right?
- 2:56:32SPEAKER_06: So like that's the way I view them.
- 2:56:34SPEAKER_06: But you know, Jacob has to deal with them on a daily basis, and they're awful.
- 2:56:38SPEAKER_06: They're awful.
- 2:56:39SPEAKER_11: Talk about your uh your documentary.
- 2:56:41SPEAKER_11: You say it's dropping later on today.
- 2:56:42SPEAKER_11: Where can people find it and what's it about?
- 2:56:44SPEAKER_06: So I it's on I'm hopefully YouTube doesn't take it down.
- 2:56:47SPEAKER_06: It's gonna be on YouTube.
- 2:56:48SPEAKER_06: I'll probably put it on X2.
- 2:56:49SPEAKER_06: I uh I've s I'll I'll say secretly, pseudo-secretly, been um going to 38th in Chicago and been talking to the business owners.
- 2:56:57SPEAKER_06: And so it's just sort of a recap of the last six and a half years of the most famous intersection in the world and uh where we are and what was done to the the people who actually live and work there.
- 2:57:08SPEAKER_11: And uh posting up on X is that where you'll find us on the U.S.
- 2:57:12SPEAKER_06: And on YouTube it's the Becca Show.
- 2:57:13SPEAKER_06: I don't have hardly have any followers on YouTube because I do so many short form things, but this is 80 minutes, it's like an actual long.
- 2:57:20SPEAKER_06: That's partly why I didn't didn't know that uh that the the committee of the whole the was gonna go today, because I did not pay attention to the city for the last four days.
- 2:57:29SPEAKER_06: That's all it is, four days, and suddenly like it's like the toddlers you know burned the kit the kitchen.
- 2:57:35SPEAKER_11: Well, you're doing the work that the media is not doing, and I want to wrap up on uh on this.
- 2:57:39SPEAKER_11: I have this clip from uh Molly Hemingway.
- 2:57:42SPEAKER_11: I like her a bit, I like her a lot.
- 2:57:43SPEAKER_11: She's out of the federalist.
- 2:57:45SPEAKER_11: Um going back to Ilhan Omar briefly, and she raises an interesting question, something we've talked about on the show.
- 2:57:51SPEAKER_11: But again, to the to your documentary coming out later today, you doing the work that our local media isn't doing.
- 2:57:56SPEAKER_11: This is something that Molly uh talks about in these clips, if these allegations against Ilhan Omar end up turning out to be true.
- 2:58:12SPEAKER_58: But these issues she's dealing with are very serious, and I'm sure Democrats don't want them to be investigated.
- 2:58:18SPEAKER_58: But in fact, immigration fraud, lying in order to obtain citizenship, marriage fraud, these are all serious crimes.
- 2:58:26SPEAKER_58: And if it turns out that she's done them, the real problem isn't that the investigation continues.
- 2:58:32SPEAKER_58: The real problem is that there were good reporters on this story many years ago, and our Justice Department just kind of sat on it for a long time.
- 2:58:41SPEAKER_58: Delaying it even more is not the way to fix that.
- 2:58:44SPEAKER_58: These are very serious issues, and everyone should should support rule of law, even if it's a copartisan who's affected by it.
- 2:58:51SPEAKER_11: All right, I am standing by my prediction that uh something uh big will drop on Ilhan Omar this uh either today or tomorrow.
- 2:58:59SPEAKER_11: I'm standing by that.
- 2:59:00SPEAKER_11: I could be wrong, but I still think that there's something big coming when it comes to Ilhan Omar, and they want to get it in before uh next week's uh next week's elections.
- 2:59:08SPEAKER_06: Oh, I I I don't think you're wrong.
- 2:59:09SPEAKER_06: I mean, she'll she'll win re-election in a cakewalk.
- 2:59:12SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah.
- 2:59:12SPEAKER_06: But but it's it's the it's the broader impact of all the people that are connected to her for.
- 2:59:17SPEAKER_11: It it is hysterical.
- 2:59:18SPEAKER_11: I mean, we didn't even get into the Hassan Piker stuff from earlier this week.
- 2:59:21SPEAKER_06: Oh man, yeah.
- 2:59:21SPEAKER_06: See, what a week.
- 2:59:22SPEAKER_06: It's like uh it's honestly it's insane.
- 2:59:24SPEAKER_06: Yeah, it's been nonstop.
- 2:59:25SPEAKER_11: But um it cracks me up how suddenly she has just completely gone and re she's uh rebranded herself as the you know, I'm just the I'm just the representative of C D5 and I just care about the people and you know this, it's so unfair what they're doing to me.
- 2:59:39SPEAKER_11: I mean that that firebrand individual behind the podium talking about how horrible America is suddenly just disappeared in the wake of all these allegations.
- 2:59:47SPEAKER_06: It's pretty much that's how I feel about Peggy Flanagan, too.
- 2:59:49SPEAKER_06: I say she puts on her suburban mom sweater and but she's so far from that.
- 2:59:54SPEAKER_06: And if I I I try I I'm trying my best to let people know.
- 2:59:58SPEAKER_06: Although I will say this, if I can if we can end on this little hopeful note, I got another little birdie told me inside the city because I have lots I have lots of little birds.
- 3:00:06SPEAKER_06: Um also P.S.
- 3:00:07SPEAKER_06: I never intended to do this in my life, but like, you know, I I think of like uh the kid who goes to the teacher and expects the teacher to do the right thing, and then the teacher goes and cheats and doesn't do anything and doesn't help the kid.
- 3:00:17SPEAKER_06: That's how I felt like again with media or justice or any sort of thing.
- 3:00:20SPEAKER_06: I'm like, well, I'm just gonna have to do this myself.
- 3:00:22SPEAKER_06: But um someone told me last night that it's there's whispers all over about um people that are gonna be voting for Michelle Tefoy.
- 3:00:30SPEAKER_06: Interesting.
- 3:00:30SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 3:00:31SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 3:00:31SPEAKER_06: But so we'll see what happens.
- 3:00:32SPEAKER_06: I mean, but yeah, they're they're just done.
- 3:00:34SPEAKER_06: They're done.
- 3:00:35SPEAKER_11: What uh what time can people uh expect on YouTube and uh X to uh check out your documentary?
- 3:00:40SPEAKER_06: I I'm trying to force myself to have it ready by I mean at seven o'clock.
- 3:00:43SPEAKER_06: I'm I'm nervous.
- 3:00:44SPEAKER_06: I'm not gonna lie.
- 3:00:45SPEAKER_06: Like it's it's scandalous.
- 3:00:46SPEAKER_06: It is genuinely scandalous.
- 3:00:48SPEAKER_11: Well, I'll let you I'll let you get back to preparations on that.
- 3:00:51SPEAKER_11: Uh thank you so much uh for joining us.
- 3:00:53SPEAKER_11: Let's do it again uh do it again real soon back at time.
- 3:00:56SPEAKER_11: All right, listen, that wraps up today's show.
- 3:00:57SPEAKER_11: We got a Freedom Friday on deck tomorrow.
- 3:00:59SPEAKER_11: Uh we have A.K.
- 3:01:00SPEAKER_11: Kamara, Max Reimer, Amanda Lamar, and Catherine Johnson uh joining us for the final Freedom Friday before election day.
- 3:01:07SPEAKER_11: Not going away completely, but before election day.
- 3:01:09SPEAKER_11: So looking forward uh to that and got a lot of stuff in the stack, and you never know what's gonna transpire uh overnight.
- 3:01:15SPEAKER_11: I need to go and check uh X here in just a moment to find out whether or not JD Vance is in town.
- 3:01:20SPEAKER_11: There was some thought that Trump was gonna be in Duluth on Friday, and I saw some individuals who were posting like flight restrictions, but I was looking at the list.
- 3:01:28SPEAKER_11: I had the story this morning, and um there is no stop for Trump in Minnesota unless something has changed.
- 3:01:33SPEAKER_11: But uh there is a lot of speculation swirling and some reporting by local outlets here in the state that JD Vance is in town, and there could be a press conference uh underway in uh about an hour.
- 3:01:43SPEAKER_11: So if so, we'll certainly be covering it on tomorrow's show.
- 3:01:46SPEAKER_11: As always, if you missed any portion of today's uh amazing show, and it was amazing, thank you very much.
- 3:01:51SPEAKER_11: Thank you to Devin.
- 3:01:52SPEAKER_11: You can check out the podcast, that'll be available where you listen to the audio only stream on the uh Mixler uh app.
