- 1:52Speaker 3: which Yorkshire pudding is not even pudding.
- 1:53Speaker 2: It's like bread, right? It's kind of like bread. Is
- 1:55Speaker 2: that the one like you get it like when you
- 1:56Speaker 2: get like prime rib and stuff?
- 1:58Speaker 4: It's liquid bread?
- 1:59Speaker 2: No, it's not liquid. That's the thing. It's like a puff.
- 2:02Speaker 4: It's like a popover. It's a puff.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Yeah, popover.
- 2:04Speaker 4: My grandma used to make it all the time.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Yeah, but like pudding is a misnomer.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Yeah, but it has like gravy and onions. It's not
- 2:11Speaker 5: like a dessert.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not.
- 2:13Speaker 4: It actually sounds kind of good.
- 2:16Speaker 2: It is a national transfer money to your Sunday, Jeff G.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Not happening.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Ladies, it's national no bra day.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Sweet.
- 2:24Speaker 3: And today's national face your fears day.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Greg, butterfly time.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Nope, nope, nope, nope.
- 2:29Speaker 3: And according to some numbers, these are the things that
- 2:32Speaker 3: make people shriek with fear the most. So someone unexpectedly
- 2:36Speaker 3: jumping out.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Hate that. As a prank. So just like, you know,
- 2:39Speaker 2: hiding somewhere and, you know, whatever.
- 2:40Speaker 5: I hate it.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Hearing a knock at the window when it's dark. Or
- 2:44Speaker 2: hearing a noise in the house when you're- That might
- 2:46Speaker 2: startle somebody.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Hearing a mysterious thud downstairs in the middle of the night.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Like you hear something going on down there.
- 2:52Speaker 5: I'm used to that.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Well, what if ghosts knocked over pictures?
- 2:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it could be ghosts. Or threw something across the room. Right, Greg? Absolutely. Finally,
- 2:58Speaker 2: you're on board.
- 2:59Speaker 3: What makes people shriek with fear? Missing a step at
- 3:02Speaker 3: the bottom of the stairs.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Done it multiple times.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Broke my foot.
- 3:06Speaker 5: It's alarming.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Greg spotting a spider on your pillow.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Burn it down. Or a snake.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Seeing a mouse dart across the room. I've never understood
- 3:15Speaker 3: why that makes people freak out that way.
- 3:17Speaker 5: Are you serious?
- 3:18Speaker 3: I think it's more of a hassle. Like, damn it,
- 3:19Speaker 3: there's a mouse in here. Not like being scared of it.
- 3:22Speaker 5: It's one of those things where it's hard to reconcile
- 3:24Speaker 5: the fact that they're so cute and they're so scary
- 3:27Speaker 5: at the same time.
- 3:27Speaker 4: What about if it runs up your pants?
- 3:29Speaker 2: Scary how? How are they scary?
- 3:32Speaker 5: They dart around. They shouldn't be in there.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Yeah, they're gross. Yeah, I don't know.
- 3:35Speaker 7: They carry diseases.
- 3:36Speaker 2: I wouldn't use the word scared.
- 3:38Speaker 4: It can bite you, man.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Being caught off guard.
- 3:41Speaker 3: By a scary movie twist.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I'm okay. I think I'll survive.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Walking face first into a spider web. That's another thing.
- 3:49Speaker 2: It's just like.
- 3:49Speaker 3: That's every morning, dude.
- 3:51Speaker 2: I don't freak out. It sucks.
- 3:53Speaker 8: Every morning I walk into one of those. By the way,
- 3:55Speaker 8: is your girlfriend missing her period on that list?
- 3:58Speaker 4: That's pretty scary.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Feeling something brush against your leg in the ocean.
- 4:03Speaker 5: Oh, I hate that one. Usually seaweed, but you never know.
- 4:07Speaker 3: As you know, when my wife and I go to
- 4:09Speaker 3: Mexico and I'm in the water constantly, it happens a ton.
- 4:13Speaker 3: That was clearly some type of fish or something bigger.
- 4:17Speaker 4: Sea life.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Yeah, sea life of some kind. And you're like, ooh, okay.
- 4:21Speaker 2: That's weird.
- 4:21Speaker 7: Yeah, dude, I was in the Bahamas once and I
- 4:23Speaker 7: had this salmon-colored shorts on. And I went to this
- 4:27Speaker 7: beach multiple days, but the day that I had those
- 4:30Speaker 7: shorts on, Dude, hundreds of fish started coming up to
- 4:33Speaker 7: me and like nipping at me.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Really?
- 4:35Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 4:36Speaker 2: It was scary.
- 4:38Speaker 3: I jumped out of the water. People pay for that
- 4:40Speaker 3: kind of thing at a spa, right?
- 4:41Speaker 5: Yeah, with their feet. I could never do that.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Random ass fish.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Weren't people getting really messed up by that? Where they
- 4:47Speaker 3: end up having to have amputations?
- 4:49Speaker 9: What?
- 4:50Speaker 3: Because an infection would set in.
- 4:51Speaker 5: I have friends that have done it.
- 4:53Speaker 4: I would never do it.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Oh, like an infection sets in and they have to
- 4:55Speaker 3: have things amputated.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Yeah, it turns out the kiosk at the rando not-so-great
- 4:59Speaker 4: country isn't the most cleanly place to be.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Clearly.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you put your feet in that water with.
- 5:07Speaker 2: All the fish.
- 5:07Speaker 5: And they just eat the dead skin off.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Yeah. Look, it doesn't sound great.
- 5:12Speaker 5: No, I couldn't do it.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Even worse if you're going to lose your feet over it.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Yeah, right.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Not worth it. I mean, the good news is I
- 5:28Speaker 2: guess all the dead skin would be gone. Your feet
- 5:29Speaker 2: would look great for while you still have them. Yeah,
- 5:31Speaker 2: you'd lose weight. It's like the people trying to get
- 5:33Speaker 2: rid of spiders or spider webs by using some kind
- 5:36Speaker 2: of blowtorch.
- 5:37Speaker 1: It worked.
- 5:37Speaker 4: Well, it got rid of.
- 5:38Speaker 2: The spider web. Sure did.
- 5:40Speaker 4: And your bushes.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Also torched your house.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Your birthday has started the celebrity. Happy birthday to Morgan's crush,

- 6:19Speaker 4: there's a reason for that.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Yeah. Look, I didn't make up the list. I don't

- 17:57Speaker 4: There you go.
- 17:58Speaker 3: They really do keep it such a secret until the
- 18:02Speaker 3: very last second because things happen and people run their mouth.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Yeah. It's the 11th hour.
- 18:10Speaker 3: And I think it's been, you know, proven that we
- 18:12Speaker 3: can't be trusted with that kind of information.
- 18:15Speaker 6: I know.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Sometimes we give.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Too good of a clue, too good of a tease,
- 18:20Speaker 3: as we call it, right?
- 18:21Speaker 2: Even last night I was texting Jeff, are we going
- 18:23Speaker 2: to get the alter ego stuff? Come on. You see
- 18:27Speaker 2: how much they trust me? Yeah, I know.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like all very last moment. But anyway, there
- 18:32Speaker 3: you go. That's the lineup for Alter Ego 2027. Get
- 18:34Speaker 3: the full lineup. It's on all the socials. It's on
- 18:36Speaker 3: our website, alt987fm.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Com. You have this giant wad. It's too big.
- 18:42Speaker 5: And I'm not laughing.
- 18:43Speaker 2: The Woody Show. All right, Greg Gorey. Woody. Trending news headlines.
- 18:48Speaker 2: We're going to start with the Pope. Pope Leo is
- 18:52Speaker 2: getting surgery today. I saw that. Doctors found an early
- 18:55Speaker 2: stage growth on one of his lungs. Does he have
- 18:58Speaker 2: what we have?
- 18:59Speaker 3: Does he have to get like a pre-authorization, you think?
- 19:02Speaker 5: Yeah, probably.
- 19:03Speaker 2: What's his deductible?
- 19:03Speaker 10: He has an HMO.
- 19:04Speaker 2: What's his deductible?
- 19:06Speaker 7: The amount of money that the church brings in. Like monthly,
- 19:10Speaker 7: it's like insane.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Nobody's charging the Pope.
- 19:13Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah.
- 19:13Speaker 4: No one's charging. Just in case.
- 19:15Speaker 10: Don't worry.
- 19:15Speaker 4: It's getting covered.
- 19:16Speaker 2: They call that pro bono.
- 19:17Speaker 7: But yeah, they try to do like a breakdown of
- 19:20Speaker 7: just like what they think the amount of money that
- 19:23Speaker 7: gets brought in each month.
- 19:24Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 19:25Speaker 2: It's insane.
- 19:25Speaker 3: But this whole thing, there was a, what, a nodule
- 19:28Speaker 3: on his lung.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Yeah, like a small lesion that they found during medical tests.
- 19:32Speaker 3: But so he drove over to the hospital today.
- 19:36Speaker 2: In Rome. Yeah.
- 19:37Speaker 3: And they brought him in there. And there's like a
- 19:39Speaker 3: special area at this hospital just for when the Pope
- 19:43Speaker 3: comes in.
- 19:44Speaker 2: No way. Yeah.
- 19:45Speaker 3: So like just in case the Pope ever goes to
- 19:47Speaker 3: the hospital, for whatever reason, they have this whole area that,
- 19:50Speaker 3: just for him.
- 19:51Speaker 2: That's just basically unused. It's not even a shared room, guys.
- 19:54Speaker 2: So it's the equivalent of what we have for Ryan Seacrest.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly. It's on the off chance.
- 20:01Speaker 2: One time every five years. And I'm pretty sure his
- 20:03Speaker 2: ass isn't hanging out of the robe.
- 20:04Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 20:05Speaker 2: It probably goes all the way around.
- 20:07Speaker 3: They got like a special hospital popat for him, I'm sure.
- 20:10Speaker 2: That's pretty awesome. I mean, even the water in the
- 20:12Speaker 2: toilets is holy water. Yeah, for sure. In his room.
- 20:15Speaker 5: Do you think he looks around and is like, just
- 20:17Speaker 5: a guy from chicago what what happened how did i
- 20:19Speaker 5: get here probably i mean that's how i that's how
- 20:22Speaker 5: i look at him.
- 20:23Speaker 7: Probably trip out about it i know it's crazy.
- 20:25Speaker 3: I mean i've had that thought but you know after
- 20:26Speaker 3: like a presidential election doesn't matter who it is let's
- 20:28Speaker 3: not get into battles about presidents but i'm thinking anybody
- 20:31Speaker 3: because i watched like the celebration uh after they've you
- 20:35Speaker 3: know declared the uh the winner and i'm thinking there's
- 20:37Speaker 3: all these parties and people are there and then later
- 20:40Speaker 3: that night when they get home And they're, whatever, the hotel.
- 20:43Speaker 2: And they're laying in bed.
- 20:44Speaker 3: The lights are on. All the press. Everybody else is gone.
- 20:47Speaker 3: All the, you know, assistants and everything. It's just you
- 20:50Speaker 3: and your spouse. And you're laying there in bed. Your
- 20:53Speaker 3: ears are ringing from all the noise that night. And
- 20:55Speaker 3: you're sitting there because you can't sleep.
- 20:57Speaker 2: You're pumped. Right, of course. I'm president. Yeah.
- 21:00Speaker 3: What is that feeling like when you're like, dude, I
- 21:03Speaker 3: was just elected the president of the United States.
- 21:07Speaker 5: When does that sink in?
- 21:08Speaker 2: Yeah. Or like, you know, Leo.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:11Speaker 3: And he's been voted in as like, dude, I'm the Pope.
- 21:16Speaker 5: One of the most important people in the world.
- 21:19Speaker 2: I'm the frigging Pope. That's what I think about billionaires.
- 21:22Speaker 2: How is every second of every minute of every day?
- 21:25Speaker 2: I'm a billionaire.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Leo's like, dude, I was at Lou Malnati's like two
- 21:30Speaker 3: weeks ago.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Well, luckily they caught this growth on his lungs in
- 21:34Speaker 2: the very initial stages. And the Vatican says more info
- 21:37Speaker 2: will be provided later tonight.
- 21:38Speaker 5: And you know if the rest of us had that nodule,
- 21:40Speaker 5: they'd be like, come back in six months. We'll keep
- 21:42Speaker 5: an eye on it.
- 21:42Speaker 2: And by the way, he doesn't need your prayers. He's good.
- 21:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:45Speaker 4: He is the prayer.
- 21:46Speaker 2: He's got a direct line.
- 21:47Speaker 4: Yeah, he has the hookup.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Yeah, he does.
- 21:49Speaker 4: He has the plug-em prayers.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Another news, Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford went blow for
- 21:54Speaker 2: blow at SoFi last night in an instant classic, went
- 21:57Speaker 2: to OT where Tyler Bass drilled this 45-year-old field goal
- 22:01Speaker 2: in overtime to get the Bills. 45-year-old field goal? of
- 22:04Speaker 2: did i oh did i say year old 45 yard
- 22:05Speaker 2: field goal it took a long time it was up
- 22:09Speaker 2: in the air so long it's now 45 dude the
- 22:11Speaker 2: punter for the ramps is so fat yeah yeah because
- 22:14Speaker 2: they're like but here's the thing he's like 13 pounds
- 22:17Speaker 2: heavier than i am we're the same height and he's
- 22:19Speaker 2: 13 pounds.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Heavier really and like ache man and those guys all
- 22:22Speaker 3: they could do is just make you know like uh
- 22:25Speaker 3: like oh well he's a He's a hefty guy.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:28Speaker 8: They use all the safe words. Hefty.
- 22:31Speaker 4: Sturdy.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Like he's porking out, like going out in the field,
- 22:35Speaker 3: like during a timeout just to kind of get a
- 22:38Speaker 3: look at things.
- 22:38Speaker 4: He has a strong foundation.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Yeah. Big balls.
- 22:42Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:42Speaker 3: When he plants his foot, it's really in the ground.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Even President Trump got in on it.
- 22:47Speaker 10: Oh, he's got to go on a diet.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:49Speaker 4: He's a fat guy.
- 22:53Speaker 2: That was actually from something else. I don't know what
- 22:54Speaker 2: that was from. What was that from, Jeff?
- 22:57Speaker 8: There was a protester at one of his rallies, and
- 23:00Speaker 8: there was a fight in the crowd after he started protesting.
- 23:02Speaker 8: And I guess the guy that was protesting was a
- 23:04Speaker 8: big dude.
- 23:05Speaker 2: He's got to go on a diet. He's a fat guy.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Fat guy.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Fat guy.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Goes for the Rams kicker, though, too. Well, Bill's win
- 23:15Speaker 2: over the Rams, 37-34. So Buffalo's now 4-1. Rams fall
- 23:18Speaker 2: to 2-3. And then meanwhile in baseball, not looking good
- 23:22Speaker 2: for the Dodgers. Lost Game 2 yesterday. Now the Brewers
- 23:26Speaker 2: are just two wins away from going to the World Series.
- 23:29Speaker 2: William Contreras-Homer to tie it and drove in the go-ahead run.
- 23:32Speaker 2: And the Brewers' bullpen was lights out. Game 3 going
- 23:35Speaker 2: to be Wednesday at Dodger Stadium. And then in the ALCS,
- 23:38Speaker 2: the Guardians stole game one on the road. They beat
- 23:41Speaker 2: the Rays 7-3 in game twos tonight on TBS.
- 23:45Speaker 8: Yeah, Dodgers played small ball. We talked about that on
- 23:47Speaker 8: the show yesterday. How'd that work out? Just not enough
- 23:48Speaker 8: small ball because the Brewers.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Were better at it. Yeah.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Isn't there a report that Otani might get benched?
- 23:55Speaker 2: It's possible. Yeah.
- 23:56Speaker 8: Why does he crash out? He's crashing out because he's hurt, man.
- 23:59Speaker 8: He's hurt and he's hiding it, so he's trying his best, but, man,
- 24:01Speaker 8: he looks bad at the plate.
- 24:03Speaker 3: I saw a report pop up last night that they
- 24:05Speaker 3: might actually bench him, which I was like, that's crazy.
- 24:07Speaker 2: That is insane. Yeah. I'll wait and see if that happens.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Everybody is talking about actress Selma Blair. She went nutty
- 24:15Speaker 2: on this flight from L.A. to New York City the
- 24:17Speaker 2: other day. She had an argument with some flight attendants.
- 24:19Speaker 2: That's how it started. And then allegedly punched one of
- 24:22Speaker 2: the flight attendants and then bit another one.
- 24:25Speaker 11: Oh, no.
- 24:26Speaker 2: And she also tried to open the plane doors during
- 24:29Speaker 2: the flight from L.A. to New York.
- 24:31Speaker 4: That sounds like Ambien or something.
- 24:32Speaker 2: And then it gets better. Once the Delta flight landed
- 24:34Speaker 2: at JFK, she was taken to the hospital for a
- 24:36Speaker 2: much-needed mental evaluation, but then kicked a cop while she
- 24:40Speaker 2: was on a gurney and then punched a nurse. She
- 24:42Speaker 2: was going crazy.
- 24:44Speaker 5: Yeah, and I also heard she, like, head-butted a flight attendant.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:47Speaker 2: And so the FBI is investigating everything. Selma is facing
- 24:50Speaker 2: assault charges. And her lawyer now says... She was not
- 24:54Speaker 2: on her meds, and the lack of medication and the
- 24:57Speaker 2: elevation is what made her go out of control. Elevation.
- 25:01Speaker 2: That's a new one.
- 25:02Speaker 4: Lack of medication.
- 25:03Speaker 5: The altitude?
- 25:04Speaker 2: Like she has this medication that she's on, and she
- 25:07Speaker 2: didn't have it or hadn't taken it in a while.
- 25:09Speaker 2: And then couple that with the elevation.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Shut up.
- 25:12Speaker 2: You kind of go black out. Here comes Sammy the Apologist.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 25:16Speaker 11: I am here because I looked into this. And because
- 25:19Speaker 11: she has MS, right? We already know that. And the
- 25:22Speaker 11: medication that she was supposed to be taking is called Nudexta.
- 25:26Speaker 11: And so that medication is used. People with MS take
- 25:29Speaker 11: it if they have this like neurological sort of issue.
- 25:32Speaker 11: It is a neurological thing, but if it's this bad
- 25:34Speaker 11: and also people with Parkinson's take it. Alzheimer's, people who
- 25:37Speaker 11: had straight strokes.
- 25:39Speaker 3: So like Michael J. Fox biting people.
- 25:41Speaker 11: But again, but maybe he's taking his medication. So if
- 25:44Speaker 11: you're like somebody who has Alzheimer's who gets disoriented, why
- 25:48Speaker 11: are you not taking medication?
- 25:49Speaker 1: Right.
- 25:50Speaker 11: But she was traveling.
- 25:51Speaker 2: So why are you not taking your medication?
- 25:52Speaker 11: I could have forgot it or maybe didn't bring enough.
- 25:54Speaker 11: I don't know why she wasn't on it.
- 25:56Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 25:56Speaker 11: This isn't an excuse, but there are people saying that
- 25:59Speaker 11: just because she has MS, it doesn't cause you to
- 26:02Speaker 11: do that. That's not true.
- 26:04Speaker 2: It does.
- 26:04Speaker 11: She does need to be on this medication.
- 26:06Speaker 5: And also, she's been in the public eye for how
- 26:10Speaker 5: many decades? It's not like, oh, here goes Selma Blair again.
- 26:13Speaker 5: I mean, this is like a one-off.
- 26:14Speaker 11: Yeah. And the thing with this is, is that you
- 26:17Speaker 11: don't have, I guess, control over these reactions. It's not
- 26:20Speaker 11: how you're even feeling. They have laughing fits. They'll start
- 26:23Speaker 11: crying when they're happy or laughing during serious moments and
- 26:27Speaker 11: they can't stop. And they can have these angry outrages
- 26:30Speaker 11: even when they're not angry and they cannot control it.
- 26:33Speaker 5: I mean, that makes sense because this is so bizarre.
- 26:35Speaker 3: So from now on, do we put her under the plane?
- 26:40Speaker 5: In the stowaway?
- 26:41Speaker 3: Yeah, where your dog has to travel that way.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Sometimes, yeah.
- 26:45Speaker 2: You can't have them in the cabin. She goes where.
- 26:47Speaker 5: The suitcases go?
- 26:48Speaker 7: Yeah, put her where the suitcases go. I have no idea, though,
- 26:49Speaker 7: that that could happen to somebody with MS that doesn't
- 26:53Speaker 7: take their medication. I've never heard about that before.
- 26:56Speaker 11: MS is interesting because it affects everybody differently. So that
- 27:00Speaker 11: wouldn't happen maybe to somebody else who has it. And
- 27:03Speaker 11: I know people who have MS who some have it
- 27:05Speaker 11: more neurological than physical and other people who have it
- 27:09Speaker 11: more physical than neurological. It's all just different for everything.
- 27:11Speaker 3: I mean, look, it's terrible. You know, if you get MS,
- 27:14Speaker 3: that sucks. Like if she has MS and she's, you know,
- 27:16Speaker 3: dealing with all this to anybody.
- 27:18Speaker 10: Right.
- 27:18Speaker 3: That's not the point here. Like the the punching, the
- 27:21Speaker 3: biting with it. I don't care why people do stuff
- 27:23Speaker 3: when they do it. Like I have a hard time
- 27:25Speaker 3: having empathy. Especially if it's one of those situations where
- 27:30Speaker 3: you should have been taking your medication.
- 27:31Speaker 2: It's not new. You've had this for a while. You
- 27:34Speaker 2: know how important that is. You should have been taking
- 27:36Speaker 2: your medication.
- 27:37Speaker 11: Right, but people aren't perfect. If she forgot it, if
- 27:39Speaker 11: she didn't take enough, if before.
- 27:41Speaker 2: She was able to go.
- 27:41Speaker 5: She stayed longer than she thought she was going to stay.
- 27:42Speaker 10: Exactly.
- 27:43Speaker 11: In the past, she was able to go two days
- 27:45Speaker 11: without taking it, and it was okay. And then this
- 27:47Speaker 11: time it wasn't because it was combined with other things.
- 27:50Speaker 11: I mean, who knows?
- 27:50Speaker 3: Somebody said she actually has a history of biting. She
- 27:53Speaker 3: admits it in her book.
- 27:55Speaker 5: Is she a puppy?
- 27:56Speaker 2: I don't get it. Is that her thing? That's so trashy.
- 27:59Speaker 2: But this sounds more black and white than a murderer
- 28:01Speaker 2: who says, well, I kind of was crazy at the time.
- 28:03Speaker 7: Because I do have empathy because this is a medical
- 28:05Speaker 7: thing versus somebody that's a drug addict that's on drugs
- 28:09Speaker 7: that's like biting and kicking people.
- 28:10Speaker 6: Right.
- 28:10Speaker 2: You can pinpoint this more. And especially if there's precedent.
- 28:14Speaker 2: behind this medication that it does cause these side effects.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Right.
- 28:17Speaker 2: You know, then this is more understandable.
- 28:20Speaker 11: Well, it's not side effects from the medication.
- 28:22Speaker 2: It's from not taking the medication. Okay, or from lack of.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Right, yes.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Okay, there you go. Also, really sad news broke yesterday
- 28:28Speaker 2: when everybody found out that R.J. Mitty, the actor who
- 28:30Speaker 2: played Walter White Jr. on Breaking Bad, died by suicide
- 28:33Speaker 2: in Brownsville, Texas. And R.J. wasn't just an actor. He
- 28:37Speaker 2: was a disability rights advocate. He was an ambassador for
- 28:39Speaker 2: United Cerebral Palsy and Shriners Children's Hospital. And RJ had
- 28:43Speaker 2: posted a picture earlier this month with Luis Moncada. He
- 28:47Speaker 2: played one of those evil twins on Breaking Bad. And
- 28:49Speaker 2: RJ seemed like he was fine and also engaged to
- 28:54Speaker 2: Kennedy Suarez. They had dated for years, got engaged last year.
- 28:57Speaker 2: And RJ was just 34 years old. Super sad news.
- 29:01Speaker 5: And Bryan Cranston wrote this beautiful tribute to him on Facebook, too.
- 29:04Speaker 2: A really long tribute. There was a... A podcast that
- 29:07Speaker 2: he was on.
- 29:07Speaker 4: Yeah, like a few days ago.
- 29:09Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 29:10Speaker 3: And he was telling the story about how he got
- 29:12Speaker 3: the role on Breaking Bad.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 29:14Speaker 3: It was between him and this other dude. They flew
- 29:16Speaker 3: him to Albuquerque. He went in there for like one
- 29:18Speaker 3: final read, ended up going back to his room. And
- 29:21Speaker 3: then Vince Gillian called him and was like, all right, man,
- 29:25Speaker 3: let's go. You got the role, but hurry up. You're
- 29:26Speaker 3: already late.
- 29:27Speaker 2: We're on set. Yeah. And then they had to start
- 29:29Speaker 2: right away. Yeah, they started like right away. And the
- 29:31Speaker 2: process took months, apparently, to find out if he got
- 29:33Speaker 2: the gig. Yeah, yeah he was great in that show
- 29:35Speaker 2: so that's sad rj midi 34 also this sucks man
- 29:39Speaker 2: died after falling out of a roller coaster at six
- 29:41Speaker 2: flags over georgia and cobb county uh witnesses say the
- 29:44Speaker 2: guy fell from the goliath roller coaster hit the ride
- 29:47Speaker 2: a bunch of times on the way down so that
- 29:49Speaker 2: injured some other riders and the fall was even captured
- 29:53Speaker 2: on those souvenir pictures that get oh my god mid
- 29:56Speaker 2: ride so disturbing So local authorities responded right away. They
- 30:00Speaker 2: say the investigation's ongoing. They haven't released a lot of
- 30:02Speaker 2: details as to what went wrong. And a spokesperson for
- 30:06Speaker 2: Six Flags says they've closed down nine attractions across their
- 30:09Speaker 2: parks for the time being. And they said that they're
- 30:11Speaker 2: not going to release any more info out of respect
- 30:13Speaker 2: for the man's family.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Well, the report that I was reading was that he
- 30:17Speaker 3: was on the ride with his daughter and that his
- 30:20Speaker 3: wife and I guess their son were like on the ground.
- 30:23Speaker 2: They saw it like happen. Oh, my God. Yeah.
- 30:26Speaker 5: Not to be insensitive, but I am curious. Do they
- 30:28Speaker 5: sell you that photograph? Are they just like, nah, that
- 30:31Speaker 5: one's not for sale?
- 30:31Speaker 2: No, are you kidding?
- 30:31Speaker 3: Like, if somebody flips off the camera, they take those down.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Do they? Yeah, because we used to try to see
- 30:36Speaker 2: what we can get away with when we go to
- 30:37Speaker 2: the theme parks. Yeah.
- 30:39Speaker 3: You know, like we'd be like flipping the camera off
- 30:41Speaker 3: or doing like goofy stuff.
- 30:43Speaker 2: Right. And they would always like, this photo has been removed. Oh,
- 30:46Speaker 2: I didn't know that.
- 30:47Speaker 3: I thought I didn't even know.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. They would do the same thing with.
- 30:51Speaker 7: That's why it takes so long for it to show up.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Yeah, they'd do like the same thing in Splash Mountain.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Those are fun.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Like, you know, I'm saying people would try to do like,
- 30:59Speaker 3: you know, different... Like poses.
- 31:01Speaker 2: Yeah, whatever. We would always do that. You act like
- 31:03Speaker 2: you're screaming your head off and I'm going to act
- 31:06Speaker 2: like I'm not even... year. We're going to end with
- 31:10Speaker 2: something that I think is kind of funny, finally, for
- 31:12Speaker 2: the WNBA finals. The Atlanta Dream, that's Angel Reese's team,
- 31:16Speaker 2: they're going to play their home games in a 3,500-seat
- 31:19Speaker 2: arena after failing to book a 17,000-seat arena, State Farm Arena,
- 31:24Speaker 2: which is booked with a somber concert and a Hawks game,
- 31:26Speaker 2: so Unavailable to them.
- 31:28Speaker 5: It can be done.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Even though the venue does become their full-time home next year.
- 31:31Speaker 2: So the arena that they're having the finals in, the
- 31:33Speaker 2: size of a high school gym. Oh, yeah.
- 31:35Speaker 3: It's super tiny. The WNBA is such a joke for
- 31:39Speaker 3: a number of reasons. I think we've all seen it
- 31:40Speaker 3: play out a lot, especially this season.
- 31:43Speaker 4: This season's the best season.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Okay, well, so... Because of the fighting. So you have this, right?
- 31:49Speaker 3: So here we go. This is the finals, and it's
- 31:51Speaker 3: going to be something basically the size of the high
- 31:53Speaker 3: school gymnasium, right?
- 31:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:55Speaker 3: Number two, when it came to MVP voting or like
- 31:58Speaker 3: Caitlin Clark, didn't get one vote, not a single, not
- 32:01Speaker 3: a single vote. And they, I saw this whole thing
- 32:03Speaker 3: where they were comparing the stats of the people who
- 32:05Speaker 3: got a bunch of these first place votes. And they're, they're,
- 32:09Speaker 3: they're not even in the same. They're not even in
- 32:11Speaker 3: the same world as Caitlin Clark. Number, number three, once
- 32:15Speaker 3: Caitlin Clark and the Indiana fever were out, the ratings dropped.
- 32:19Speaker 3: Like they had like what?
- 32:20Speaker 2: 2 million people. I think when the fever were planned,
- 32:22Speaker 2: And then the very next game after she was out,
- 32:24Speaker 2: like the most they've topped is like, I want to
- 32:25Speaker 2: say like 500, maybe 600,000. Like, so like, but yet,
- 32:29Speaker 2: but yet, you know, we want to pretend like she's
- 32:32Speaker 2: not that great or like all these different catty things
- 32:36Speaker 2: that go on. Everybody just turns a blind eye to.
- 32:39Speaker 2: They left her off the 30th anniversary poster. There was
- 32:41Speaker 2: controversy there as well. It seems like they just step
- 32:45Speaker 2: in their own poop every single day. Like in, Thank
- 32:48Speaker 2: goodness the commissioner's on her way out, which is great.
- 32:50Speaker 2: So hopefully they get somebody good. Because honestly, I like
- 32:53Speaker 2: watching it. You can make fun of me as much
- 32:55Speaker 2: as you want, but I like watching it. I think
- 32:57Speaker 2: there's great athletes in there. I think it's a good
- 32:59Speaker 2: league if it's run right. Well, it hasn't been. But
- 33:02Speaker 2: it's not run right. It hasn't been.
- 33:03Speaker 3: The most exciting stuff that happens is people throwing dildos
- 33:05Speaker 3: on the court.
- 33:06Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 33:07Speaker 2: You know? Some of that other drama. And the boxing.
- 33:10Speaker 2: The boxing's dope. Yep. But they're going out of their way.
- 33:15Speaker 2: The one person... The one person that's brought the most attention.
- 33:19Speaker 2: Revitalized him.
- 33:20Speaker 7: Now, you actually follow this, Jeff. Why do you think
- 33:22Speaker 7: that's happening?
- 33:23Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 33:23Speaker 2: It's a good question. I just think it's mismanagement. I mean, she's.
- 33:27Speaker 8: She's not the best player in the league. Asia Wilson's
- 33:29Speaker 8: probably the best player in the league, and there's probably
- 33:30Speaker 8: a few other above Caitlyn. But she's definitely top five,
- 33:33Speaker 8: and she definitely has spurred the income and helped everybody
- 33:38Speaker 8: make more money, helped the league make more money, et cetera. But, yeah,
- 33:41Speaker 8: I don't know what their problem is. They need to
- 33:43Speaker 8: get somebody in there that can run it the right way. Because, honestly,
- 33:46Speaker 8: the women deserve it.
- 33:48Speaker 2: What is the latest one? All right, thank you very much,
- 33:50Speaker 2: Greg Gore. You got it.
- 33:52Speaker 3: I'm surprised Sammy didn't jump in with any kind of
- 33:53Speaker 3: excuses for the league or anything. There wasn't like a, well.
- 33:57Speaker 3: It goes back to supporting other women, you know what
- 34:00Speaker 3: I'm saying?
- 34:01Speaker 4: Forget that noise.
- 34:02Speaker 2: That's true. All right, quick break. More Woody shows next.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Hang on.
- 34:07Speaker 5: I did hear it the first time.
- 34:09Speaker 2: The Woody Show.
- 34:10Speaker 3: We'll be right back.
- 34:12Speaker 1: The Woody Show.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Man, you know, Menace used to be the king of
- 34:18Speaker 2: the excuse generator. Oh, no. I think Sammy might be
- 34:21Speaker 2: giving you a run for your money. Dude, Sammy is goaded.
- 34:24Speaker 2: You are super talented. I did research. You have a
- 34:29Speaker 2: special talent.
- 34:30Speaker 4: I do, yeah.
- 34:30Speaker 3: It's not just a Selma Blair thing. I mean, whenever
- 34:33Speaker 3: there's any... I don't care what the conversation is. There's
- 34:36Speaker 3: always the.
- 34:37Speaker 5: There's a counterpoint.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Which I admire because it shows that you can kind of...
- 34:43Speaker 2: rearrange your thoughts and put it in a different perspective.
- 34:46Speaker 11: And see the other side of it. Whether I agree
- 34:48Speaker 11: with it necessarily or.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Not, there are things to acknowledge.
- 34:51Speaker 4: I'm acknowledging your talent.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Maybe you're in the wrong line of business. You could
- 34:55Speaker 2: be a defense lawyer. I know.
- 34:56Speaker 7: She does it so well, it gets to a point
- 34:59Speaker 7: of almost gaslighting, you know?
- 35:01Speaker 2: My wife and I, we tell our son that all
- 35:04Speaker 2: the time.
- 35:04Speaker 3: Like, dude, you should be a lawyer because kids can
- 35:07Speaker 3: always craft like a pretty, pretty crazy argument. Masterminds.
- 35:11Speaker 2: What?
- 35:11Speaker 6: Yep.
- 35:11Speaker 2: What are you talking about?
- 35:13Speaker 5: How do we even get here?
- 35:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:14Speaker 3: I love people on the text saying like, look, man, like, again,
- 35:18Speaker 3: it sucks that she's got MS. And if you're taking medication,
- 35:21Speaker 3: it's super important that you take that medication. And, you know,
- 35:25Speaker 3: some people I'm trying to.
- 35:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:27Speaker 3: I was diagnosed with MS back in 2012. The medication
- 35:30Speaker 3: keeps me stable. My neurologist counters that by acting in
- 35:34Speaker 3: addition or by adding an additional medication with it. I
- 35:37Speaker 3: can't say I've ever had a problem lashing out. Sammy said, well,
- 35:41Speaker 3: you know, nobody's perfect. And he's like, well, it has
- 35:42Speaker 3: nothing to do with being perfect. It's being responsible and
- 35:45Speaker 3: prioritizing your medications when you know you require them. And
- 35:48Speaker 3: according to her book, she is a a. Habitual biter.
- 35:52Speaker 4: That's so crazy.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Yeah, and the fact of the matter is, no matter
- 35:54Speaker 2: what causes, she bit somebody, she kicked somebody, she punched somebody. Oh,
- 35:58Speaker 2: for sure. But I have MS.
- 35:59Speaker 11: No, but I think the point here is that she's
- 36:02Speaker 11: probably not going to go to jail for this. If anything,
- 36:05Speaker 11: she'll go to an institution because there was not malicious intent.
- 36:08Speaker 2: With what she was doing. Nobody goes to jail. There
- 36:10Speaker 2: was just a dude.
- 36:12Speaker 3: Where was the guy that shot the two kids outside.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Of the homecoming game, right? Big argument. That guy's not
- 36:19Speaker 2: even in jail. Yeah.
- 36:21Speaker 7: It's a different thing, what Sammy just said, malicious intent.
- 36:24Speaker 7: It wasn't malicious intent.
- 36:25Speaker 3: I know, but this other person had malicious intent, and
- 36:27Speaker 3: they're not in jail, so why would she be in jail?
- 36:29Speaker 4: She's not going to jail either.
- 36:30Speaker 2: Nobody's going to jail.
- 36:31Speaker 5: Here's a fun fact that I didn't realize. She was
- 36:33Speaker 5: removed from a Delta flight in 2016 on a stretcher
- 36:36Speaker 5: after a mid-air behavioral episode, quote-unquote.
- 36:39Speaker 2: See, it happens. It happens. Dude. Every 10 years.
- 36:42Speaker 3: First person that hasn't been escorted off a plane, show
- 36:45Speaker 3: of hands. Anybody who has not been escorted off a plane?
- 36:49Speaker 2: Oh, wait.
- 36:50Speaker 7: I mean, I've been denied to get on playing because
- 36:52Speaker 7: I was too drunk.
- 36:52Speaker 3: Speaking of people not being, dude, this Berkeley engineer was
- 36:57Speaker 3: caught on hidden camera spiking a co-worker's water bottle with
- 37:02Speaker 3: a toxic heavy metal.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Did you see that?
- 37:04Speaker 5: I saw the video.
- 37:05Speaker 3: Left her with severe health problems. Like the levels in
- 37:08Speaker 3: her bottle, like four times almost what the federal drinking
- 37:13Speaker 3: water limit would be. Pled no contest to felony poisoning.
- 37:18Speaker 3: And got two years of probation.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Which, ugh, not a punishment.
- 37:21Speaker 3: And now, this guy has the nerve, he's got the
- 37:25Speaker 3: balls to ask a judge to dismiss the conviction.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Saying that, uh.
- 37:30Speaker 3: You know, releasing the footage was the last resort against
- 37:34Speaker 3: a legal system that has failed her.
- 37:35Speaker 2: That's the woman who got poisoned.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Right.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:37Speaker 3: But the guy, the guy, the reason she released the
- 37:39Speaker 3: video was because, first of all, the guy only got
- 37:42Speaker 3: two years probation.
- 37:43Speaker 4: He's out and about.
- 37:44Speaker 3: Tried to kill her.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:45Speaker 2: Poison her.
- 37:46Speaker 5: He is a literal danger to society.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:48Speaker 5: Poison anybody.
- 37:49Speaker 4: That's malicious intent.
- 37:50Speaker 2: That's malicious intent. Yes. And even he didn't go to jail.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:56Speaker 2: So there's another example. You didn't get punished at all.
- 37:58Speaker 3: I just saw this video yesterday. And this news story
- 38:01Speaker 3: is out there today. Like this guy poisoned his coworker.
- 38:05Speaker 5: Right in front of the camera.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:07Speaker 2: Didn't go to jail. And isn't even humble enough to go,
- 38:10Speaker 2: you know what, man? I screwed up.
- 38:11Speaker 3: I really make this decision. You know, I'm super thankful
- 38:14Speaker 3: that I only got two years probation. But now he's
- 38:17Speaker 3: got the balls to ask questions.
- 38:19Speaker 2: To have it dropped.
- 38:20Speaker 3: For the judge to dismiss the conviction?
- 38:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:22Speaker 2: Nah, dog. That's going on your record.
- 38:25Speaker 7: I mean, you already know that he's a garbage human being,
- 38:27Speaker 7: so why are you even surprised?
- 38:28Speaker 5: And what's it called again? Like the Alford plea, or
- 38:31Speaker 5: what did you say? No contest.
- 38:33Speaker 3: Yeah, he pled no contest to felony poisoning. That just means,
- 38:37Speaker 3: I get it.
- 38:37Speaker 5: You have all the evidence. I'm just not going to
- 38:40Speaker 5: admit it. Like, ugh, I hate that.
- 38:42Speaker 4: Admit it.
- 38:43Speaker 5: You did it.
- 38:44Speaker 2: Yeah. It's on camera. It's on camera. I think no contest.
- 38:47Speaker 2: for me, sits better than not guilty. No, totally. Yeah.
- 38:51Speaker 5: But when they finally.
- 38:52Speaker 2: That just means you're not contesting.
- 38:54Speaker 5: When they finally give up, they're like, fine, you have
- 38:56Speaker 5: enough evidence, but I'm not going to plead guilty.
- 38:59Speaker 2: Right, but that's better than saying, I'm not guilty. Yeah.
- 39:01Speaker 5: I just hate it.
- 39:02Speaker 2: It's a probation I hate. That's not a punishment. Bad news.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Did you see Diddy was rushed to the hospital?
- 39:08Speaker 11: I did see that, yes.
- 39:11Speaker 3: For a non-life-threatening head injury. He was conscious and talking.
- 39:16Speaker 3: And then I guess he was back before sunrise. Nobody's
- 39:21Speaker 3: saying how he got hurt.
- 39:22Speaker 2: He was rushed to the hospital. Sammy rushed to the florist.
- 39:25Speaker 4: Yeah, did you light your Guadalupe candle?
- 39:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Well.
- 39:31Speaker 11: Yeah, I wish it would have been life threatening.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Roses would cheer him up.
- 39:33Speaker 5: Did you see the picture of him? He looks like.
- 39:36Speaker 5: Like the guy from Sanford and Son. He's so gray.
- 39:39Speaker 7: Right.
- 39:40Speaker 5: He looks like a totally different dude.
- 39:41Speaker 3: Well, he can get cell phones and massages.
- 39:43Speaker 5: Yeah, where's this Grecian formula?
- 39:45Speaker 2: Can't get me just for men.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Yeah, it doesn't work. It's not for everybody.
- 39:50Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Woody, are you like me?
- 39:53Speaker 1: Probably.
- 39:53Speaker 2: You have to try it on. You have to touch it. Yes,
- 39:56Speaker 2: feel the fabric. The Woody Show.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Somebody pointed out to us. on the, uh, on the
- 40:04Speaker 3: text here recently, we haven't done a round of the
- 40:07Speaker 3: first world problem that sucks.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Stories in a minute.
- 40:10Speaker 6: Right.
- 40:10Speaker 4: Oh yeah.
- 40:11Speaker 3: And I think that the listeners, you might be, uh,
- 40:13Speaker 3: you might be out of the rhythm of it. It's
- 40:15Speaker 3: been so long and there's new people all the time. Um,
- 40:20Speaker 3: so we're going to want you to call in not
- 40:22Speaker 3: just yet, just be thinking about like, what's a first
- 40:24Speaker 3: world problem that you've had to deal with here recently.
- 40:28Speaker 3: And the first world problem is one of those things
- 40:30Speaker 3: where you're disproportionately upset with About something that is, you.
- 40:36Speaker 2: Know, really.
- 40:36Speaker 3: In the grand scheme of things.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Really minute. A lot of people would be, wow, I'd
- 40:40Speaker 2: trade with you anytime.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:41Speaker 6: Right.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Like, you're making a mountain out of a molehill. Yeah.
- 40:45Speaker 5: I wish that was my biggest problem.
- 40:46Speaker 3: Until you see a story about something.
- 40:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Right. Like the guy who fell off the roller coaster.
- 40:52Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 40:52Speaker 3: You know, or somebody who's got, like, they're one of
- 40:56Speaker 3: three people on the entire planet to have some kind of, you.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Know, weird medical thing.
- 41:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 41:00Speaker 5: Want to trade with them?
- 41:01Speaker 2: That just sounds awful. Yeah. And meanwhile, you're complaining about
- 41:05Speaker 2: Something with your heated seats.
- 41:06Speaker 10: Right.
- 41:08Speaker 2: Or like my complaint. Yeah. Cuisinart coffee maker, relatively new,
- 41:12Speaker 2: and the little red button comes on that says clean,
- 41:15Speaker 2: like you're supposed to clean it. I'm like, I've only
- 41:17Speaker 2: used this a few times. Well, I don't need to
- 41:19Speaker 2: clean it. Yeah. So then you have to push the
- 41:21Speaker 2: button to make the red light go out. Oh, the worst. Yeah.
- 41:24Speaker 2: So be thinking of something. And not that you're wrong for,
- 41:28Speaker 2: you know, you can be annoyed by these things, but
- 41:30Speaker 2: it's about recognizing it as a first world problem. Yes. Perspective. Yeah. Like, okay.
- 41:36Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 41:37Speaker 3: You know, like, oh, I'm flying first class for the
- 41:39Speaker 3: first time ever, but the USB charging port wasn't working.
- 41:43Speaker 2: So, man, were you pissed.
- 41:44Speaker 5: There was no TV in my seat.
- 41:45Speaker 2: I want my money back.
- 41:46Speaker 3: But now you're getting a meal and you're getting all
- 41:48Speaker 3: the drinks and everything and you're in a first class seat. Okay,
- 41:51Speaker 3: the charging port doesn't work. That's a first world problem.
- 41:54Speaker 2: You'll be okay. Charge when you land.
- 41:55Speaker 3: So be thinking about what you'd want to call in
- 41:58Speaker 3: and share with us. You can also send it over
- 41:59Speaker 3: on the text over to 22987. It does work better
- 42:03Speaker 3: if you call in. This might take a couple times.
- 42:05Speaker 3: like a couple attempts at this revitalizing, what are they called?
- 42:08Speaker 3: Not revitalizing, reviving the segment because it's been so long.
- 42:13Speaker 3: But when you call in, we hear out your first
- 42:15Speaker 3: world problem and then we give you that perspective and
- 42:18Speaker 3: we compare it to one of the that suck stories
- 42:21Speaker 3: that's out there. And then we ask you, now that
- 42:23Speaker 3: you've heard that, whose problem would you rather have, see?
- 42:26Speaker 3: It's the public service that we provide here at The
- 42:28Speaker 3: Woody Show. Like, dude, how bad would this suck? I
- 42:31Speaker 3: was reading the CDC, the Centers for Disease Control, There's
- 42:35Speaker 3: a rise in this drug-resistant bacterial infection that causes severe diarrhea.
- 42:42Speaker 2: No.
- 42:44Speaker 3: That's increasingly spreading through sexual contact. So sexually transmitted diarrhea.
- 42:50Speaker 2: I didn't hear about that. What? Yeah.
- 42:55Speaker 10: STD.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Yeah, literal STD. Right. That's so weird. Yeah. So.
- 43:02Speaker 3: They say with about 20% of the infected ended up
- 43:06Speaker 3: hospitalized and the resistance strains jumping from 0% of tested
- 43:10Speaker 3: samples in 2011 to now 8.5% as of the most
- 43:15Speaker 3: recent data.
- 43:17Speaker 2: Dude, sexually transmitted. Oh, my God.
- 43:20Speaker 3: Sexually transmitted diarrhea.
- 43:23Speaker 5: That's the worst three words ever.
- 43:27Speaker 4: That's so gross.
- 43:28Speaker 2: Well, how would that happen, though?
- 43:30Speaker 5: I'm actually looking it up.
- 43:31Speaker 4: Hold on.
- 43:32Speaker 3: So it's not like you get somebody else's diarrhea on
- 43:34Speaker 3: you in the course of sex.
- 43:36Speaker 5: It's a bug.
- 43:38Speaker 2: Right. Just transmitted through sex. Yeah. It's a bacterial infection. Oh,
- 43:43Speaker 2: my God.
- 43:44Speaker 3: But through what? Is it through bodily? I mean, I
- 43:46Speaker 3: guess it would.
- 43:47Speaker 5: It's got a little something on you.
- 43:49Speaker 3: Is it one of those where you have an open
- 43:50Speaker 3: wound of some kind?
- 43:51Speaker 2: It's probably the way that you spread traditional STDs. Same way. Right?
- 43:56Speaker 2: Through fluids. Toilet seats. Toilet seats. No, I'm thinking this
- 43:59Speaker 2: is through sex. Letting somebody else take a sip of
- 44:01Speaker 2: your drink. Oh, yeah. Like Gina has it. Boom, AIDS.
- 44:04Speaker 2: We bang.
- 44:05Speaker 6: Right.
- 44:05Speaker 2: And then I have it.
- 44:06Speaker 6: Right.
- 44:07Speaker 5: That's true.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Diarrhea.
- 44:08Speaker 5: That happened.
- 44:09Speaker 7: Did it share how long you have diarrhea for, or
- 44:11Speaker 7: do you need to get like a- Well.
- 44:13Speaker 3: I mean, if it's a drug-resistant strain of this, I'd imagine-
- 44:15Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 44:16Speaker 2: Hospital-grade diarrhea. Maybe until you die.
- 44:19Speaker 5: Shigellosis.
- 44:20Speaker 2: Yep.
- 44:21Speaker 4: It should start with an S.
- 44:23Speaker 5: Or Shigella. That's perfect.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, and this article here says Shigella.
- 44:28Speaker 5: Yeah, and it can be very bloody, it says.
- 44:30Speaker 2: Oh, God. Cool. But what else did they tell you?
- 44:33Speaker 5: It says it spreads through direct or indirect contact with
- 44:36Speaker 5: tiny amounts of infected stool via all the holes.
- 44:40Speaker 2: From you doing butt stuff. Yeah.
- 44:42Speaker 6: Or toys.
- 44:42Speaker 5: Oh, toys, yeah.
- 44:46Speaker 2: Good luck, everybody.
- 44:46Speaker 7: They didn't say how long you have it for?
- 44:48Speaker 2: Well, what's your threshold? What are you willing to have
- 44:52Speaker 2: it for? Yeah. Like a week?
- 44:54Speaker 7: No, I'm just saying, like, do you, like, Like, is
- 44:56Speaker 7: it permanent? Yeah, you grow out of it or what?
- 44:59Speaker 2: You just have forever diarrhea.
- 45:01Speaker 5: This is who you are now with your diaper.
- 45:04Speaker 3: Imagine that's like the official cause of death.
- 45:06Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 45:06Speaker 4: Complications from diarrhea. Oh, you can die from diarrhea.
- 45:08Speaker 2: No, I know.
- 45:09Speaker 5: It's dehydration.
- 45:10Speaker 3: But it's all the other things because it's the complications of.
- 45:12Speaker 2: Right. That would be my deathbed wish. Change my death certificate.
- 45:15Speaker 2: But it's on your death certificate. Greg Gorey, he died.
- 45:18Speaker 2: Of diarrhea.
- 45:19Speaker 3: He died of complications of. From sexually transmitted diarrhea.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Oh, my God. We'll spend eternity in shame. Why?
- 45:28Speaker 3: Because Greg just insisted on tossing salad.
- 45:31Speaker 5: And there's a huge window for how long you have it.
- 45:33Speaker 5: I hate these. Anywhere from a couple days to four
- 45:37Speaker 5: weeks or longer.
- 45:38Speaker 2: Oh, damn. That's good. I kind of like diarrhea.
- 45:42Speaker 3: So, yeah, again, maybe you had a problem with, you know, whatever,
- 45:45Speaker 3: your Starbucks order. And it really just chapped your ass.
- 45:50Speaker 2: But meanwhile.
- 45:50Speaker 3: But, you know, it's also bad for your ass. Because
- 45:53Speaker 3: you're sexually transmitted diarrhea. Whose problem would you rather have?
- 45:57Speaker 3: First world problems.
- 45:59Speaker 2: Give us a call.
- 45:59Speaker 3: We got the phones open.
- 46:02Speaker 2: 877-44-WOODY.
- 46:03Speaker 3: We're opening up the phones for your first world problems. 877-44-WOODY.
- 46:09Speaker 3: Give us a call now. And then, you know, hopefully
- 46:12Speaker 3: we get some good ones. And then we'll take your
- 46:13Speaker 3: first world problems. We'll see what they got. And then
- 46:16Speaker 3: we can compare it to one of these that-sucks stories
- 46:18Speaker 3: that we have, and we'll see whose problem you'd rather have.
- 46:21Speaker 2: Okay.
- 46:22Speaker 3: Now, I would say for the most part, it's like
- 46:24Speaker 3: a 99% average. People say, I'd rather have my own problem.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Oh, absolutely.
- 46:29Speaker 3: But we get some people every once in a while,
- 46:30Speaker 3: either in an attempt to be funny, or they would
- 46:33Speaker 3: much rather have that that-sucks story.
- 46:34Speaker 2: Yeah. The Woody Show. First world problems.
- 46:42Speaker 3: Little things that just annoy the crap out of you.
- 46:43Speaker 2: You know what my.
- 46:45Speaker 3: My frustration has been here more recently now that they
- 46:48Speaker 3: have the new iPhone out, my current iPhone, which is
- 46:51Speaker 3: the 17. Battery all of a sudden is an issue.
- 46:54Speaker 3: Isn't that weird? It just starts just getting killed quicker
- 47:00Speaker 3: than ever.
- 47:00Speaker 5: Are those related? Because that's been my problem, too.
- 47:02Speaker 3: Usually it's the new operating system that requires more juice. Anyway,
- 47:07Speaker 3: so I plug it in. But this is something that
- 47:09Speaker 3: my phone's never really done before. You plug it into
- 47:11Speaker 3: the charger. I'm on my way somewhere, so I'm like, oh,
- 47:13Speaker 3: I'll charge between here.
- 47:14Speaker 2: And my destination.
- 47:15Speaker 3: That gives me a little bit of extra. The phone,
- 47:18Speaker 3: I look down to see where we're at. It goes, oh,
- 47:21Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Charging has been paused.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Yep.
- 47:24Speaker 2: And we'll resume when the phone goes back to whatever,
- 47:30Speaker 2: acceptable temperature. Like you're on optimal charging right now.
- 47:33Speaker 5: I get that too.
- 47:34Speaker 2: And I'm not using off-branded. I'm using the Apple-branded cords
- 47:38Speaker 2: and all the chargers and everything else. But now all
- 47:40Speaker 2: of a sudden that's what it does to me.
- 47:41Speaker 7: I've never had that happen.
- 47:42Speaker 5: That happens to me all the time when I'm doing.
- 47:44Speaker 2: It in the car.
- 47:44Speaker 1: Yep.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Yep. First world problem for sure. All right, 877-44-WOODY. We
- 47:50Speaker 2: will compare it to this week's That Sucks stories. Let's
- 47:53Speaker 2: say hi to Melissa. Hi, Melissa. Hi, Melissa. Hi, good morning. Hi.
- 47:58Speaker 2: All right, so what's your first world problem?
- 48:00Speaker 6: So my world problem is I'm constipated.
- 48:03Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 48:03Speaker 6: And I've tried everything.
- 48:05Speaker 2: And it's so embarrassing.
- 48:07Speaker 6: I've tried everything.
- 48:08Speaker 2: I've tried to drink a ton of coffee.
- 48:11Speaker 6: I've done laxatives. I've done other things. And it's nothing works.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Oh, no. We're bringing Morgan in. I think Morgan's got
- 48:20Speaker 2: it because Morgan actually is the one. Pro tip. Morgan's
- 48:22Speaker 2: the one who actually tried this. All right. Here comes Morgan.
- 48:28Speaker 2: All right.
- 48:29Speaker 3: This is a pro tip. I'm not even kidding, but
- 48:30Speaker 3: this is a real thing.
- 48:31Speaker 2: It sounds fake. It sounds fake, but it's a real thing.
- 48:35Speaker 3: It's for ladies with constipation only.
- 48:38Speaker 10: Yes.
- 48:38Speaker 9: So, Melissa, what you're going to want to do is
- 48:41Speaker 9: when you're sitting in the toilet, you're going.
- 48:43Speaker 11: To take your thumb.
- 48:44Speaker 6: Oh, no.
- 48:45Speaker 5: Stick it up there.
- 48:47Speaker 2: Like in your vagina. Yes, yes.
- 48:49Speaker 9: Your main one.
- 48:50Speaker 3: Your vagina.
- 48:52Speaker 11: Your female hole.
- 48:53Speaker 2: The thumb goes in the female hole.
- 48:55Speaker 9: Yeah, like kind of like you're going digging, right? But
- 48:58Speaker 9: go up and then you're going to feel like something
- 49:01Speaker 9: there and just push down a little bit.
- 49:03Speaker 2: And there you go. Morgan swears it works. Somebody told
- 49:07Speaker 2: us about that. Morgan's like, I'll try it. She tried
- 49:10Speaker 2: it and now.
- 49:11Speaker 3: She swears by it. I think if you're in a
- 49:13Speaker 3: situation desperate enough, Why not?
- 49:16Speaker 5: Yes, I swear, Melissa.
- 49:17Speaker 2: I'll try it. Try it.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Don't let you down.
- 49:20Speaker 2: I'm going to let you know if it works. Yeah,
- 49:21Speaker 2: let us know.
- 49:22Speaker 3: Yeah, please report back. All right, well, Melissa, I know
- 49:24Speaker 3: going through that really does suck. But let's compare it
- 49:28Speaker 3: to this story. A 26-year-old construction worker was working on
- 49:33Speaker 3: a roof in England when suddenly he fell through it.
- 49:35Speaker 2: He crashed through a skylight.
- 49:37Speaker 3: He hit the floor, but not before completely destroying his
- 49:40Speaker 3: junk on the handle of a pallet jack on the
- 49:43Speaker 3: way down.
- 49:43Speaker 5: Oh, hell no.
- 49:45Speaker 2: The whole fall was caught on video. You can see
- 49:47Speaker 2: the guy's groin just lands perfectly on the jack handle.
- 49:51Speaker 3: Before he flips over. He squirms in pain. Now, the
- 49:54Speaker 3: good news is he's alive. He knows he's lucky to
- 49:57Speaker 3: be alive with the bad news, man. His junk is
- 49:59Speaker 3: in terrible shape. That sucks. But Melissa, whose problem would
- 50:05Speaker 3: you rather have? You're constipated, but you still have thumbs.
- 50:08Speaker 3: Or this guy who might be permanently.
- 50:10Speaker 6: I'd rather be constipated.
- 50:11Speaker 2: You'd rather be constipated. All right, that makes sense. All right,
- 50:13Speaker 2: thank you, Melissa. Appreciate the call. Good luck.
- 50:16Speaker 10: Hey, report back to us.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Let us know how that works out. Can't go poopy
- 50:19Speaker 2: or don't have a peepee. Yeah, right. Let's say hi
- 50:23Speaker 2: to Al. Hey, what's going on, Al? Woody Show, you know,
- 50:29Speaker 2: good morning.
- 50:31Speaker 3: All right, Al, what's your first world problem?
- 50:34Speaker 7: Oh, my God, Woody Show, I'm driving eastbound.
- 50:37Speaker 8: And the sun is hitting my face and I left
- 50:39Speaker 8: my sunglasses in the backseat inside my backpack.
- 50:43Speaker 2: Driving east right into that sun.
- 50:46Speaker 4: Forget your locs.
- 50:47Speaker 2: They're not even accessible. Yeah.
- 50:51Speaker 5: Cause more problems trying to get it while you're driving.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Yeah. All right.
- 50:55Speaker 5: I'm running late and I can't pull over.
- 50:57Speaker 2: Oh, no. How about this?
- 51:01Speaker 3: A 32-year-old California hockey player suing Bauer Hockey and Pure
- 51:05Speaker 3: Hockey Stores for millions after a puck reportedly went through
- 51:09Speaker 3: his helmet during a game last year. and left him
- 51:12Speaker 3: seriously injured. He's got memory and vision problems. His lawyer
- 51:16Speaker 3: also says he's got intimacy problems with his wife.
- 51:19Speaker 2: Oh, damn.
- 51:20Speaker 3: Willie doesn't work now. Their attorney says that the part
- 51:24Speaker 3: of the case, that part right there, that alone could
- 51:27Speaker 3: be worth millions. So dude got hit in the head
- 51:29Speaker 3: with a hockey puck, and somehow his penis ended up broken.
- 51:32Speaker 4: Dude.
- 51:33Speaker 2: I mean, that sucks. Whose problem would you rather have.
- 51:37Speaker 1: There, Al?
- 51:39Speaker 2: Oh, I would deal with my problems. I like my
- 51:41Speaker 2: junk too much. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That makes a lot
- 51:43Speaker 2: of sense. All right, Al, thank you for the call.
- 51:45Speaker 2: Appreciate you listening.
- 51:46Speaker 7: You're hitting the head in your junk?
- 51:48Speaker 2: Does it work? Maybe they just tacked that on because
- 51:50Speaker 2: who's going to make them prove it? Yeah, right. Let's see.
- 51:54Speaker 2: Everybody say hi to Jennifer. Jennifer.
- 51:57Speaker 6: Hey, I have a first world problem for you guys.
- 51:59Speaker 7: Great.
- 51:59Speaker 2: Let's hear it.
- 52:00Speaker 6: Yeah, my son and I have been bonding every morning
- 52:03Speaker 6: over your show and just having the best time. And
- 52:06Speaker 6: we drive to college and this is the worst day
- 52:09Speaker 6: ever because for whatever reason, I cannot get good reception
- 52:12Speaker 6: for the Woody show. And I keep hearing it. Static, static, static, diarrhea. Static, static, static,
- 52:18Speaker 6: sexual diarrhea.
- 52:19Speaker 8: Static, static.
- 52:20Speaker 6: And that's pretty much all I'm getting. And I want
- 52:23Speaker 6: to get all the details of the story, and I'm
- 52:25Speaker 6: missing it because it's static.
- 52:26Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 52:27Speaker 4: That sucks.
- 52:28Speaker 2: Well, look, there's always the app. You can always stream
- 52:31Speaker 2: if that ever becomes, like, a really big problem. Because
- 52:33Speaker 2: I understand. You really do need to hear about it.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Gotta know what's going on.
- 52:36Speaker 6: I'm sorry that I have another second world problem or
- 52:39Speaker 6: first world problem is that I'm in an older car
- 52:41Speaker 6: that I can't get streaming through. Oh, no.
- 52:44Speaker 3: Well, as you're listening with your son, and you want
- 52:46Speaker 3: to hear all about sexually transmitted diarrhea, and I can see.
- 52:49Speaker 2: Where that would be your problem.
- 52:50Speaker 6: Somebody's got to teach him, Woody. Somebody's got to teach him.
- 52:52Speaker 2: I hear you.
- 52:53Speaker 3: Well, let's compare your first world problem with the static
- 52:55Speaker 3: to this one. This woman was killed in a freak accident.
- 52:59Speaker 3: At a lakeside restaurant in South Carolina, strong winds sent
- 53:03Speaker 3: a patio umbrella flying into her while she was there
- 53:07Speaker 3: eating with her husband. Authorities say a sudden gust of
- 53:10Speaker 3: wind ripped the umbrella from the table.
- 53:12Speaker 2: It struck the woman in the head and neck.
- 53:14Speaker 3: She suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
- 53:19Speaker 3: The umbrella severed a major artery in her neck. She
- 53:23Speaker 3: was only 56 years old.
- 53:27Speaker 2: That sucks!
- 53:29Speaker 3: So whose problem would you rather have here, Jennifer?
- 53:31Speaker 4: Would you rather be dead or your problem?
- 53:34Speaker 6: Well, that person was going to say it was me
- 53:36Speaker 6: until she sadly passed away. So, yeah, really, I can't
- 53:39Speaker 6: compare it. It's not fair.
- 53:40Speaker 2: Okay, good for you. Well, there you go. See? A
- 53:42Speaker 2: little perspective. A little perspective. Jennifer, thank you so much
- 53:45Speaker 2: for the call. Appreciate you listening to the Woody Show.
- 53:46Speaker 6: Thank you, guys.
- 53:48Speaker 2: Bye-bye.
- 53:49Speaker 4: Bye.
- 53:50Speaker 6: Bye.
- 53:51Speaker 1: See?
- 53:51Speaker 2: Sometimes you just need that perspective.
- 53:53Speaker 6: 100%.
- 53:53Speaker 2: Truly. Let's see. What else do we have here? Let's
- 53:56Speaker 2: go to....
- 53:59Speaker 3: Uh chris everybody say hi to chris.
- 54:01Speaker 7: Chris hey how's it going what are you.
- 54:03Speaker 3: Oh we're doing great all right so what's your first
- 54:05Speaker 3: world problem all right.
- 54:07Speaker 7: It's traffic honestly it's just kind of annoying people driving
- 54:10Speaker 7: too slow cutting me off like i have to put
- 54:13Speaker 7: on classical music or something just to keep me calm.
- 54:15Speaker 2: All right so uh you're not in a tesla are
- 54:17Speaker 2: you no okay because somebody shared that pro tip with
- 54:21Speaker 2: me here uh recently that If you're looking to merge
- 54:24Speaker 2: in somewhere, just find the first Tesla you see. Because
- 54:26Speaker 2: it backs off.
- 54:27Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 54:27Speaker 2: Yeah, because everybody's in full self-driving mode, and it automatically
- 54:31Speaker 2: will give you like 17 car lengths to get in.
- 54:33Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a great tip.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Yeah, no one's doing that whole game of chicken to
- 54:37Speaker 3: not let you in.
- 54:38Speaker 2: Okay, okay. So frustrations in traffic. I hear you. First
- 54:42Speaker 2: world problem. I get it.
- 54:44Speaker 3: Let's compare it to this story. A pod of six
- 54:46Speaker 3: to eight sperm whales. First of all, whales just sank
- 54:50Speaker 3: a 52 foot yacht in the South Pacific. The whole
- 54:53Speaker 3: thing's on drone video. They were just cruising along.
- 54:56Speaker 2: The whale slammed the hull, smashed the steering and just
- 55:00Speaker 2: started flooding the boat.
- 55:02Speaker 3: They made a they bailed with the buckets and then
- 55:04Speaker 3: finally gave up and just watch the boat disappear into
- 55:08Speaker 3: the water.
- 55:08Speaker 10: Oh, no.
- 55:09Speaker 3: They spent about 18 hours in a life raft until
- 55:13Speaker 3: some people from the New Zealand Air Force patrol plane
- 55:16Speaker 3: spotted them and a cargo ship.
- 55:18Speaker 2: Hauled them aboard. It's like a movie.
- 55:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:21Speaker 2: By the way, the whales have not been reached for comment,
- 55:23Speaker 2: but they're all laughing at their whale buddies.
- 55:25Speaker 5: Hey, check out what we did.
- 55:27Speaker 4: We crushed it.
- 55:28Speaker 2: Yeah, we did. Yeah. So whose problem would you rather have?
- 55:31Speaker 2: Because that one sucks. Would you rather have your traffic
- 55:34Speaker 2: problem or be stranded out in the middle of the
- 55:36Speaker 2: South Pacific after whales sunk your boat? Yeah. You know what?
- 55:41Speaker 2: I'll take the traffic. Sounds like a good plan.
- 55:43Speaker 3: All right, Chris, thank you. Appreciate you listening to The
- 55:45Speaker 3: Woody Show.
- 55:46Speaker 2: Thank you. And that's how you do First World Problems, everybody. Yeah.
- 55:50Speaker 2: I'm feeling better. Yeah, you got one for us, Greg? Oh, well,
- 55:53Speaker 2: in addition to my dumb, clean coffee maker light, I
- 55:58Speaker 2: got that new ring doorbell, which rules. Oh, yeah, Greg's
- 56:01Speaker 2: been raving about that.
- 56:02Speaker 4: It's incredible.
- 56:03Speaker 2: But the new one is taller and narrower. And because
- 56:07Speaker 2: of the way it's wired, I have to have the
- 56:09Speaker 2: original plate for the ring on the door. So it
- 56:12Speaker 2: kind of overlaps. Oh, God. How trashy. I know.
- 56:17Speaker 7: I had this thing with my neighbor. He was, like,
- 56:19Speaker 7: trimming all of his trees. And he cut, like, one
- 56:22Speaker 7: of the branches off. And it was massive. And it
- 56:25Speaker 7: fell in my backyard.
- 56:26Speaker 1: Oh.
- 56:27Speaker 7: So, like, all the landscapers, they left for the day
- 56:31Speaker 7: and all this stuff.
- 56:31Speaker 2: So I'm like. Dude, do I chop up? What do
- 56:34Speaker 2: I do with his brush?
- 56:34Speaker 7: Or do I just like throw it over onto his side?
- 56:38Speaker 2: Dude, this is yours.
- 56:39Speaker 7: So what I did was I kind of like just
- 56:41Speaker 7: left it up on the fence, hoping that he'll just
- 56:43Speaker 7: grab it. But it's been there for a couple of days.
- 56:46Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 56:46Speaker 3: Somebody said their face ID is not working right now.
- 56:50Speaker 6: Oh, no.
- 56:50Speaker 5: What's wrong with your face?
- 56:52Speaker 3: I mean, you know, that happens every once in a while.
- 56:54Speaker 3: You know, it's like annoying when you're always in a rush.
- 56:56Speaker 3: And so all because the phone, you know, hadn't been
- 56:58Speaker 3: used in a certain amount of time or you just
- 57:00Speaker 3: restarted the phone. It always requires the password first.
- 57:03Speaker 1: Right.
- 57:04Speaker 3: Before you can before you could do that again. Well, hey,
- 57:07Speaker 3: anybody else who's got a first world problem? Consider this.
- 57:09Speaker 3: Do you hear about that guy in Ohio who was walking?
- 57:13Speaker 3: He was talking on the phone to his wife.
- 57:16Speaker 2: Yeah. And she asked him, hey, can you meet me
- 57:18Speaker 2: down at the golf course? Okay. Which was just down
- 57:21Speaker 2: the road. He agreed. He's like, all right, cool.
- 57:23Speaker 3: Well, on the way, he lost his footing.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Okay.
- 57:27Speaker 3: And he fell off a cliff into this ravine.
- 57:30Speaker 2: What? Yeah.
- 57:31Speaker 3: No path in, no path out. So the guy was
- 57:34Speaker 3: there just stuck yelling for help. He ended up getting
- 57:38Speaker 3: stuck there.
- 57:38Speaker 2: Right. For four days. Geez. I thought you were going
- 57:42Speaker 2: to say four hours. No, before he got rescued.
- 57:44Speaker 4: Four days?
- 57:44Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 57:45Speaker 3: Ended up with hypothermia, broken legs, broken pelvis, a broken wrist.
- 57:50Speaker 4: That sucks.
- 57:51Speaker 2: Damn. So, I mean, Greg, I know you're having these frustrations. Yeah.
- 57:54Speaker 2: I know you have the branch frustration.
- 57:56Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 57:57Speaker 2: Gina.
- 57:57Speaker 5: Yeah, so many problems.
- 57:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:59Speaker 3: But, I mean, really, think about that. Whose problem would
- 58:01Speaker 3: you rather have?
- 58:02Speaker 2: Definitely mine.
- 58:03Speaker 4: I'll keep my glitching.
- 58:05Speaker 2: There you go. And you're welcome, everybody.
- 58:07Speaker 3: We're going to take a quick break. We've got some
- 58:09Speaker 3: more Woody Show next.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Hang on.
- 58:11Speaker 4: I'm being playful.
- 58:12Speaker 11: Oh, no.
- 58:14Speaker 2: Joking.
- 58:15Speaker 1: Oh.
- 58:15Speaker 2: How dare you. The Woody Show.
- 58:17Speaker 4: Let's do it.
- 58:19Speaker 2: Let's do it. We're doing it.
- 58:20Speaker 6: We're doing it. Let it all go in.
- 58:21Speaker 2: When's the first time Greg and I did it?
- 58:23Speaker 1: Oh, crap.
- 58:24Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 58:25Speaker 2: The Woody Show.
- 58:27Speaker 3: Now, despite all of our best efforts to please all
- 58:29Speaker 3: people all the time.
- 58:31Speaker 2: Doesn't work. It doesn't work.
- 58:32Speaker 4: What?
- 58:34Speaker 2: I know. You'd think they'd be reasonable about it. You
- 58:36Speaker 2: would think. A lot of people always think there's a conspiracy.
- 58:40Speaker 2: We're working against them or, you know, I don't know.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Some people just can't be pleased.
- 58:46Speaker 5: That's true.
- 58:46Speaker 3: And so we've realized that this is unfortunate, but it's
- 58:50Speaker 3: a necessary thing to meet people at the.
- 58:53Speaker 2: Woody Show Crossroads. Oh, no.
- 58:55Speaker 3: Yes, either we let them loose or they let themselves loose.
- 59:02Speaker 4: See you next time.
- 59:12Speaker 3: There was a funny text that we got here recently.
- 59:14Speaker 3: It said, I look forward to hearing the Woody Show
- 59:16Speaker 3: crossroads on the show the way I used to look
- 59:18Speaker 3: forward to the Homie the Clown segments on.
- 59:21Speaker 2: In Living Color. Oh, wow.
- 59:22Speaker 5: Homie don't play that.
- 59:23Speaker 2: Oh, man. You used to watch those shows hoping that
- 59:27Speaker 2: your favorite.
- 59:28Speaker 3: Bit would come on. Like, oh, man, is SNL going
- 59:30Speaker 3: to do Wayne's World or whatever?
- 59:32Speaker 4: Remind me, what was Homie the Clown? He just beat
- 59:34Speaker 4: the hell out.
- 59:34Speaker 2: Of stupid kids, right? Yeah, yeah. He was wrongfully incarcerated
- 59:39Speaker 2: a number of times, and now to make ends meet,
- 59:41Speaker 2: he was out there doing kids parties and he's like
- 59:44Speaker 2: let me tell you a story about what happened the
- 59:46Speaker 2: man locked me up blah blah blah and then the
- 59:48Speaker 2: kids were like is that because whatever homie and he'd
- 59:50Speaker 2: smack him with the bag like homie don't.
- 59:52Speaker 4: Play that so he's sort of an anti kids say
- 59:54Speaker 4: the darndest things oh yeah big.
- 59:56Speaker 3: Time that was a great bit the homeboy shopping network
- 59:59Speaker 3: men on books men on fire marshal bill there's so
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: many great segments anyway So it's just for everybody's best
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: interest that we let these people loose. We cut them loose.
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: We fire them as listeners.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: Or you know what? A lot of times it's just
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: them saying that they're no longer listening. And so we
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: don't even have to part ways. But that's a lot
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: of stuff. That's very important. Yeah.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: So this first one, and they come in different ways.
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: One is like Woody Show email. The other one is
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: to the station email address. So if you go on
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: our website, it says contact us. And when they do that, yes,
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: it goes to management, which is what they're typically wanting
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: to do. But it also gets copied to the people
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: who are on the air because a lot of times
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: it's a request or a question about a prize they
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: won on the station or something like that. This one
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: came to the Woody Show email, email at thewoodyshow.com, from Marisol. Subject,
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: concern from an educator.
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: Uh-oh. All right. As a history teacher, I find it
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: genuinely concerning that Menace continues to deny the moon landing
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: on air.
- 1:00:55Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: That's what I've been saying.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: Someone please explain to him that there's a difference between
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: having an opinion and repeatedly denying an historical event that
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: is supported by an overwhelming amount of evidence.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: And calling the people who worked on it liars, essentially.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: The Apollo 11 moon landing wasn't some story NASA made
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: up and expected the world to believe. There were astronauts,
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: mission recordings, photographs, lunar rock samples, and independent tracking of
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: the missions. In fact.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: The Soviet Union was America's biggest competitor in the space
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: race during the Cold War, and if we had faked
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: the landing, the Soviets would have had every reason to
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: expose it.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: But they didn't.
- 1:01:29Speaker 4: They would have dug down us so hard, Menace. Yeah.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: But it's not.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: It's just Menace's blind stupidity that is the problem.
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: Well, no, also it's an unearned arrogance that people don't
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: talk about this enough. Conspiracy theorists think they're getting one
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: over on everybody else.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: One of the biggest problems we face in schools today
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: is that kids are increasingly treating every documented historical event
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: as debatable simply because they saw something online that made
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: them question it. That's why Menace's comments bother me so much.
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: When someone with a public platform repeatedly denies something that
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: is thoroughly documented, it gives listeners the impression that facts
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: are somehow up for debate.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: Oh.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: There is not an equal argument here, and pretending like
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: there is, one only creates more stupid people like Menace.
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Oh, damn. He should probably really.
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: Just turn his mic off sometimes. The longer you leave
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: his mic on to spew this false information, the more
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: listeners you will lose. You've already lost at least one. Oh, no.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: Come back.
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: That is from Marisol. We've lost Marisol.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: Oh, no. Yeah, I know.
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: Marisol, I understand you're a history teacher and thank you
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: for your service because you are a hero like Steve
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: Bass says. But can you say that every history book
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: is 100% correct?
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: That was not the argument you were trying to make.
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: How is it not?
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: I mean, the moon landing is not a part of
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: history or not?
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: Another one here.
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: Keep on moving then.
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: To the Woody Show email, email at thewoodyshow.com from Kyle D.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: Subject, whoop, whoop. Oh, I know where this is going. Uh-oh. Bruh.
- 1:03:12Speaker 8: Bruh.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: I'm so damn sick of Seabass pulling up to the
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: gathering every friggin' year just to talk ish and clown
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: on us juggalos like bro WTF.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: Nobody forcing yo ass to come. And then there's a
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: skull emoji. So that's a threat.
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: You'll note this here, bruh, that I went out of
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: my way to praise the Juggalos. Now, if these wanksters
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: in the studio, if these Juffs in the studio, that's
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: Juggalo slang for fake Juggalo loser wannabes. If they want
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: to bet on you, go after them, not me.
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: Been down with ICP forever, and it's played to be
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: acting like we some dumbass hillbillies just because we ain't
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: boring like them.
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: That's true.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: They are exciting.
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: This is the argument, isn't it? Well, everybody's already making
- 1:03:59Speaker 4: fun of us, so you're making fun of us. It
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: doesn't count.
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: ICP has been around since freaking 1989, and the gathering
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: has been popping since 2000. Over 100,000 mother effers showed
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: up combined. That's a whole lot of damn people. Clown emoji,
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: fire emoji.
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: A lot of them are dead, too, from overdoses.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: We ain't just some random weirdos, bro. We family. And Seabass,
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: my dude.
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: If you hate Juggalos so damn much, why TF you
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: keep coming back?
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: Two skull emojis.
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: I told you many times.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: Nobody begging your ass to show up. Stay home then, goofy.
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: What he is, by the way.
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: What he begs me every year.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Bro, really be pulling up every year just to hate. Like,
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: it's his whole damn personality.
- 1:04:39Speaker 4: Oh, it's just one weekend of a month with a
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: year's personality.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: Just because we paint our faces and chug Faygo don't
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: mean we stupid.
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: No.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: We got doctors in this bitch. Lawyers, too.
- 1:04:49Speaker 4: You've tried that before.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: It doesn't work. People with real jobs and money and ish.
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: Bet some of us make more than Seabass do.
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: I mean, ICP does, probably.
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: Juggalos don't give two ishes what nobody thinks. Kind of
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: sounds like you do.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: It really does. We've been the outcast, and we still
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: out here. Seabass, that's what dudes like y'all can't stand.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: We actually got a family and don't need nobody's approval.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: So next time you want to pull up and run
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: your mouth, just remember you, the one paying attention to
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: us every damn year. Sounds like fan behavior to me,
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: little bro. Yes. What you gonna do when the clowns
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: clown on you, bitch? Whoop, whoop. Family MCL. That's, uh,
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: What's MCL? MCL is... Family MCL. Anyway, that's from Kyle.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Much clown love. See, I know. Much what?
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: Much clown love.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: Much clown love.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: How sweet.
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: That's a good way to end it.
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: Have you ever met a doctor in that bitch?
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:05:47Speaker 4: You remember that there's maybe 10 years ago, I was
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: talking to a guy.
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: There's doctors in here.
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: He'd literally woken up in a pile of nitrous containers.
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: And I talked to him and he's like, and by
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: the way, he talked to me because I was like,
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: I gave him a thing of water and he had
- 1:05:59Speaker 4: no money.
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: There's doctors up in here.
- 1:06:02Speaker 4: There's lawyers up in here. And, you know, we questioned
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: that very much. Where are they at though?
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: 626. with the one about menaces. Well, I got to say,
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: this is the first Crossroads that actually has a valid point.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: Allegedly. But there's this one that says, I'm with you, menace.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Government lies all the time.
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: Yeah, thank you. Yeah, believe everything the government says, guys.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: That's not. Don't agree. Menace is a great debater. Thought-provoking.
- 1:06:24Speaker 4: Thank you. There's a difference.
- 1:06:26Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:06:27Speaker 4: How about this one? They can't hide secrets ever.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: All right. Let's see. This is one that was sent
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: to the station feedback.
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: Uh-oh.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: From Bethany.
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: Subject, The Woody Show. Oh, this is the one where
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: they say, reply requested?
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: You bet.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: Oh, here we go. I want to hear it back.
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: I'm writing to make positive that the management of this
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: radio station is aware of a segment that is currently
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: airing on The Woody Show.
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: It's called Judge the.
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: Baby, and it should be looked into ASAP. You did
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: an investigation.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: It was basically just a pylon session where all the
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: on-air hosts criticized and harshly judged.
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: An innocent baby.
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: And the commenters.
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: And you don't know it's innocent?
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: They made fun of the baby boy for being overweight,
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: said it looked like a white trash redneck, and even
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: said he would probably end up in jail someday.
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: I mean, he'll spend some time in jail.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: He's not going to stay there.
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: As a mother, I am wondering, how is this segment
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: approved and considered entertainment?
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: As a mother.
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: It's about a baby who cannot give consent. Grown adults
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: should not publicly mock a minor's appearance and make cruel
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: assumptions about their futures.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Yeah, we should. And to make things even worse, The
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: Woody Show posted multiple photos of the baby online and
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: encouraged people to leave comments judging it.
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: We didn't steal those photos.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: No, the mom sent them.
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: She wanted it.
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: She didn't know it was coming.
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: Children cannot consent to having their images used in this way,
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: nor can they defend themselves against the ridicule. A baby
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: should never have to become the punchline of a joke
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: they never consented to be a part of. The family
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: deserves an apology. The family's the one that asked for it.
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: The family volunteered.
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: And your cruelty to innocent minors has lost you a listener. Uh-oh.
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: I doubt she was really ever a listener.
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: That baby got a 7.5 out of 10. It was
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: one of the highest scoring babies.
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: We lost Bethany.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: That fat baby crushed.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: Everybody loved that fat baby.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: And did she send a letter to friends when Emma
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: was in a baby beauty pageant? I don't think so.
- 1:08:25Speaker 10: Nope.
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: Oh, by the way, somebody who was one of the
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: original Judge My Baby people.
- 1:08:30Speaker 4: Just graduated college.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: Oh, did they send an updated photo?
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: No.
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: Well, here's the thing. They sent a text. saying that
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: the kid is, like, nine years old now. And they said, hey,
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: let us know if it swans up. And they said, well,
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: you know, he's actually turned out to be pretty cute.
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: We'd like to send some pictures and have people. I'm like,
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: here's the thing.
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: I'm not going to put a nine-year-old's picture up there. Because, like,
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: babies are one thing. Like, that baby will never be
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: recognized down the line. But if you start putting, a
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: nine-year-old's picture up there, please understand, while the bit is
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: fun and it's funny and everything else, we're not.
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: Putting pictures of nine-year-olds and stuff up there. Behind the scenes, yes,
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: we'd be happy to take a look and see if you're... Your.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Kid is swanned up.
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: Somebody from the 909 texted, sounds like Bethany has an
- 1:09:18Speaker 5: ugly baby.
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe.
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: Madness, I think that sounds like Bethany probably has some
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: other ugly things going on.
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: Jeff Goldblum. All right, here we got one more. Oh, no.
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: One more here in this round of the crossroads. Another
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: one sent to the station feedback from River W. River. River.
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: Subject, formal complaint. The Woody show disturbing celebration of violence
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: and death.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: All right. Reply requested.
- 1:09:49Speaker 10: Yes.
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: Dear program manager, this complaint is to express my absolute
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: disgust with the way the Woody show repeatedly discusses violence,
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: crime and the deaths of human beings on the air.
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: Your hosts routinely report news stories about individuals who are killed, yes,
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: some while committing crimes, by declaring Das Wassup as though
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: someone's death is something to celebrate.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: I would like to quote Das Wassup. Das Wassup.
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: They make flippant comments such as, gee, I wonder how
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: this could have been avoided.
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: That's a good question.
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: Reducing the loss of a human life.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: To a punchline. They did that.
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: Most recently, I heard the host celebrating a teenager who
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: shot and killed someone who had broken into their home.
- 1:10:32Speaker 10: Oh, yeah.
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: I said there was a whole compilation of kids who
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: fought back against robbers. That one kid had the machete, remember?
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: Regardless of whether the shooting was legally justified, the fact
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: that a person died should not be treated as an
- 1:10:43Speaker 3: exciting victory or an occasion for entertainment. Their enthusiasm for
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: the death penalty is equally disturbing.
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: Enthusiasm. Big fan, big fan.
- 1:10:53Speaker 6: We are.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: The hosts have even endorsed the ridiculous idea to publicly
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: stream the execution of the Fort Hood shooter and did
- 1:11:00Speaker 3: so with genuine excitement. The idea that a person's execution
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: could be treated like some kind of spectator event is grotesque.
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: What makes these comments especially offensive is the extraordinary lack
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: of empathy and how disconnected they are from the complexity
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: of human lives. Their commentary often comes across as self-righteous
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: and deeply privileged.
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: I did my homework and surprise, surprise. They are white.
- 1:11:25Speaker 4: Homework.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: Oh, my God. The repeated use of Das Was Up
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: in response to someone's death is callous, dehumanizing, and profoundly disappointing.
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: And cultural appropriation.
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: It takes humanity and maturity to recognize that even people
- 1:11:39Speaker 3: who make terrible decisions are still human beings. And I
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: find it deeply troubling. This kind of rhetoric was being
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: broadcast over the public airwaves. Station management is not free
- 1:11:48Speaker 3: from responsibility for the content it chooses to promote and endorse.
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: String them up.
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: And I expect station management to take these concerns seriously, sincerely.
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: They're gutter. River Wexler, he slash him.
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: Oh, I didn't expect that.
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: We've lost. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: Jeez.
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: Gotta do something about them whites.
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: Right? Like river.
- 1:12:14Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:12:14Speaker 3: Yeah, Gene, I would have like.
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: I don't know where, but I would have expected a
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: they in there somewhere. Yeah, right.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: No, that's a... That's a he-him right there.
- 1:12:26Speaker 3: That's a man's man right there. Sorry for the lack
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: of empathy for people who decide they're going to do
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: some kind of home invasion.
- 1:12:35Speaker 5: Yeah, hurt other people.
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: And then they're met with force on the other side
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: by the person they were planning on either injuring, killing,
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: or harming in some way.
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: Torturing.
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: That's what's up!
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: That's somebody's child. Well, there's the crossroads, everybody. By taking
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: a big, fresh, healthy dump. You just feel so much
- 1:12:55Speaker 3: lighter afterwards.
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: Today I do.
- 1:12:56Speaker 5: I feel free.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: I told the security. I called the cops.
- 1:13:00Speaker 5: Excuse me, sir.
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: This is the Woody Show.
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: Yeah, speaking of excuse me, sir. 55-year-old biology professor in Minnesota.
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: His name's Paul. Paul Fisher.
- 1:13:16Speaker 3: He was arrested for, quote, spilling urine. On a student's backpack.
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: It wasn't animal pee. It was his own pee.
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: A student, female, noticed the spill. There was an investigation.
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: And the professor later told the police that it was
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: an accident.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: But.
- 1:13:37Speaker 3: He explained how he developed a habit of relieving himself
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: in cups.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: Oh.
- 1:13:43Speaker 3: And then would dump it out in trash cans.
- 1:13:45Speaker 7: Oh.
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: And in science lab sinks. It's like, dude, you're not
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: making yourself sound better. Yeah.
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: He said he must have accidentally spilled some on the
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: backpack while trying to dispose of it.
- 1:13:55Speaker 8: Sorry, dude, not buying it.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: It's pee.
- 1:13:57Speaker 5: It's not water. You don't just toss it across the room.
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: Yeah, you're not a truck driver.
- 1:14:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: You're a creep, dude.
- 1:14:03Speaker 5: On one hand, yes. 99.9% chance he's a creep.
- 1:14:07Speaker 8: However, I could.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: He's certainly weird.
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: I could see myself... finding myself in this sort of
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: situation in general.
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: Getting in the habit of peeing in a cup.
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: Tossing an open cup.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: Hold on, hold on. I mean, the guy does poop
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: in the shower. Exactly.
- 1:14:19Speaker 4: I could see, like, he thought he had a system
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: or he was trying to, like, save time.
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: Save time, yeah.
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: Maybe the bathroom wasn't closed.
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: You know, like all cool guys do.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: I mean, I've considered it in this studio. Like, it
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: would be so much easier if we could just pee
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: in the garbage can.
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: Or, and I know this is, we don't have to
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: get into this particular debate, but the guys peeing in
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: sinks is a long-standing debate that many men, including our
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: friend Adam Carolla, have talked about. How it's just more
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: efficient and easy and cleaner in some cases.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: Cleaner, gross.
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: Well, but see, that's the thing.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: You brush your teeth and, you know.
- 1:14:46Speaker 4: Yeah, you don't brush your teeth on the surface of
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: the sink, genius. No, but people will sit there and
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: brush down.
- 1:14:51Speaker 3: What if you drop it?
- 1:14:52Speaker 4: I didn't want to get into all that whole debate,
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: but I'm just saying these sort of processes do occur
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: where guys try to find ways to be, like Greg said,
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: more efficient, have a system.
- 1:15:03Speaker 7: Yeah, was their bathroom being remodeled like ours and the
- 1:15:06Speaker 7: only available one is on the other side.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: Of the building?
- 1:15:08Speaker 6: Oh, no.
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: Right. And then it would be so useful to do that.
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: It would.
- 1:15:13Speaker 5: But there's such a fine line the way you put
- 1:15:15Speaker 5: it between efficiency and laziness.
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: Text over to 22987. CBAS relating to this does not
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: make this less creepy.
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: I'm not saying he's probably. I'm pulling a Sam here.
- 1:15:25Speaker 4: I've got a new system, by the way. For peeing
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: on the road.
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: Hold that thought.
- 1:15:30Speaker 3: Let me finish the story. So again, he's saying it
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: was an accident. He's peeing in these cups. Cops didn't
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: buy it. The college says it did explain the six
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: previous complaints of pee being found around the school's science
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: center in bottles, even, quote, inside other professors' decorations, whatever
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: that is. Plants and stuff. He's no longer a professor there.
- 1:15:53Speaker 3: He's been charged with a felony. He's looking at a
- 1:15:56Speaker 3: possible five years in prison, which.
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: That won't happen. $ 10, 000 in fines. Who knows what that is?
- 1:16:01Speaker 5: That seems excessive.
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: You don't think this guy shouldn't be out in the world? Look,
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: he's clearly, like Gina said, if you're going to do this,
- 1:16:09Speaker 4: you got to, you got to. Dot your I's and
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: cross your T's. You can't be lazy. So you can't
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: be leaving it in your co-worker's plants and stuff.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: You can't be spilling it on the student's backpack. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: Freaking creepy. All right. So what's your thing? Seabass is
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: a new system.
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: So especially when I'm out and about, and obviously I'm
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: stopping in parking lots, as you might imagine, for my job.
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: Do I want to go all the way inside, take
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: a leak, come back out?
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: Well, no.
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: I've got a little 7-Eleven cup or Quick Trip cup
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: or whatever. And I'll say, well, I've got these shorts on.
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: In fact, I'm wearing a pair right now. Mm-hmm. And
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: men have the advantage of being able to thread things,
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: let's say, down a pant.
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: Leg or a short leg.
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: That's what I do. Or pull it through the D door.
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:16:47Speaker 4: And again, this is not the front, this is down
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: the side, because some of us have plenty of length
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: to give, you.
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: Know what I'm saying?
- 1:16:55Speaker 4: So, if I open both my front door and the
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: rear door on the Cybertruck slash Rulertruck.
- 1:16:59Speaker 2: Oh, it creates a little barrier.
- 1:17:01Speaker 4: It creates a barrier. My body's the barrier to the back,
- 1:17:05Speaker 4: the doors are the barriers to the side. The seat
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: in front of me is the barrier to the front,
- 1:17:08Speaker 4: because I'm going down my leg, so unless you were
- 1:17:11Speaker 4: sitting in the driver's seat, you wouldn't see anything. Pull
- 1:17:14Speaker 4: it up, place the cup underneath.
- 1:17:17Speaker 4: Oh, you're getting busted for that. But see, but how,
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: but no one can possibly see.
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: What a pro tip.
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: Yeah. And then take the cup and just toss.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: It in, you know, the grass. Sure. Or pour it
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: on a student, you know.
- 1:17:26Speaker 4: Or dump it in somebody's backpack.
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:17:29Speaker 3: I don't know why you just can't pee and poop
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: like everybody else does.
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: As I mentioned, I have to go inside the store,
- 1:17:37Speaker 4: find the door code half the day.
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: Full gear.
- 1:17:40Speaker 7: What I'm saying is the doors being all awkward on
- 1:17:43Speaker 7: the truck out in public.
- 1:17:44Speaker 4: But it looks like I am. Menace, you raise a
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: good point and I've thought of it. But I also,
- 1:17:50Speaker 4: as I've got one hand, you know, holding the cup
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: as it's going down the leg, the other hand's like
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: pretending I'm going to go rifling through some material, looking
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: for something.
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: I just happen to be standing here with my doors open. Right.
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: I'm doing work of some sort. I'm looking for something.
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: Diversion. Thank you. Well, there you go. Thank you, Seabass.
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: Along the bathroom lines. Thank you for doing the thinking
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: for the rest of us.
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: Definitely going to write that one down. But I never
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: leave a full cup of pee anywhere.
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: You don't just put it on the ground. And when
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: there's a bathroom in a house that's right near the
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: kitchen and people go, oh, gross. It doesn't mean you're
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: pooping on the food.
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: You're in a bathroom.
- 1:18:23Speaker 5: Yeah, but you don't want to combine those smells.
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: That happens so often. I don't mind that. Oh, it's
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: right near that kitchen.
- 1:18:29Speaker 3: What I don't like, I don't like when people have
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: their washer and dryer in the kitchen.
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: Oh, I love that. Like, where are you? England?
- 1:18:37Speaker 11: Yeah, it's so old-timey.
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: Like, I don't think there's no, it's not like a
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: cleanliness thing.
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: It's just, I don't know. It's weird. It's very weird.
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: What's Soviet era?
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: It's so British.
- 1:18:47Speaker 3: I mean, I realize the lack of space and you
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: need to be efficient.
- 1:18:50Speaker 4: Sammy wants to wash her in every room.
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: I just don't think it's aesthetically pleasing. That's all. Completely.
- 1:18:53Speaker 5: I think it's so cute. And on the lines of bathrooms, yeah.
- 1:18:57Speaker 5: There's a guy on Instagram that says, just start any
- 1:18:59Speaker 5: sentence at the fast food place with also, and they'll
- 1:19:02Speaker 5: always give you the code. Instead of, can I have
- 1:19:03Speaker 5: the code, go, oh, also, can I have the code?
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: So it's like you ordered something and they don't realize it.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: Also, can I have the code to the bathroom?
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: Another good pro tip. Yeah. Thank you, Gina. All right,
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: welcome back.
- 1:19:21Speaker 3: This is some lawsuit news. Ahead of Halloween, Hershey has
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: now added the words... Carving not on actual product beneath
- 1:19:31Speaker 3: the jack-o'-lantern image on the Reese's peanut butter pumpkin wrappers.
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: I just bought one of these late last night.
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: What? And it's real. He is not lying.
- 1:19:39Speaker 8: Yeah, dude.
- 1:19:40Speaker 5: I don't get it.
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: Can you read that again? You know the Reese's peanut
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: butter pumpkins? They're the best. So at Christmas, they have
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: the trees, right? No trees included. Right. The pumpkin, you know,
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: they do at Halloween.
- 1:19:51Speaker 5: Pumpkin shape.
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: They do the egg at Easter, you know?
- 1:19:56Speaker 3: So there's a lawsuit that claimed that the carved design
- 1:20:00Speaker 3: that you see on the wrapper was misleading buyers.
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: I thought there were going to be little eyes.
- 1:20:05Speaker 3: Yeah, and so then when you would open up the
- 1:20:06Speaker 3: Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkin, they were expecting to see the
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: little carvings of the eyes and the mouth and everything else.
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: It's supposed to look exactly how it looks on the wrapper.
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: A little black lettering right there.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: Because you open it and it's trash.
- 1:20:20Speaker 5: Carving not on action.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: It's delicious.
- 1:20:22Speaker 5: Can I open it to see it?
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: But you're not buying it for how it looks.
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: You might be.
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: Gina, this was just called trash. Let's get it.
- 1:20:27Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm going to open it.
- 1:20:29Speaker 7: No, I'm not saying the flavor of it is trash.
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: I'm saying the shape of it.
- 1:20:33Speaker 7: What we're talking about on topic is the look of it.
- 1:20:35Speaker 5: This is true. This is a huge problem. It doesn't
- 1:20:39Speaker 5: look like anything.
- 1:20:40Speaker 2: Yeah. Blob.
- 1:20:41Speaker 5: It doesn't even look like it's not even pumpkin shaped.
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: It kind of looks like they're snowmen. Well, even the
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: trees are not great. Yeah. Who cares? Christmas tree.
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: Oh, this is this is a problem.
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: I will not hurt.
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: Can you imagine you're the person that filed the lawsuit
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: over that, though?
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: No.
- 1:20:56Speaker 5: You have no shame.
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: What's the rest of.
- 1:20:58Speaker 3: Your life like? What kind of accommodations are you living in?
- 1:21:03Speaker 3: What kind of job do you have? How does your
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: family feel about you?
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: This is their job.
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: Who still talks to you?
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: Do you have a romantic partner?
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: What's your favorite TV show?
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: When was the last time you got oral?
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: No, you're definitely just a miserable person. But if you
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: are having a little Halloween party, you want to put
- 1:21:20Speaker 7: a tray out.
- 1:21:21Speaker 4: It's not going to look as cute.
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: You better keep them in the wrapper.
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: Let me ask you a question. As a person who
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: hosts parties, you want to put something nice.
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: Out for your guests.
- 1:21:29Speaker 3: Are you going to take these Reese's peanut butter pumpkins
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: and put them out, not in the wrapper? Like maybe
- 1:21:37Speaker 3: you'd have a display of like a bowl that had
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: like some of these. I was at a place recently
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: actually had a bowl of these Reese's peanut butter pumpkins
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: sitting there for you to take.
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: Like unwrapped or in.
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: These were in a wrapper. I was like, wow, this
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: is really good because those are delicious.
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: Look.
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: Now you're not going to unwrap them and put them
- 1:21:52Speaker 3: on a platter with a little toothpick in them.
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: You are asking the wrong guy. The last time I
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: served chocolates, my parents were over and I had a
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: box of, this is so, oh, but I know they
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: love them. See's candies.
- 1:22:03Speaker 5: Of course, the best.
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: And so instead of just plopping the box down, I
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: opened them, took a platter, covered the platter in coffee beans,
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: and then nestled the chocolates in the coffee beans.
- 1:22:15Speaker 5: Woody, don't ask Greg any more questions about this.
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: No, I would not serve it in a wrapper.
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: He also wouldn't serve this convenience store.
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: Low-end chocolate. It would have to be something more elite. Exactly.
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: Hold on.
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: If it was the OG, just regular round ones in
- 1:22:32Speaker 7: the original wrapper.
- 1:22:33Speaker 4: Black wrapper.
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: I would put them in a bowl still in the wrapper.
- 1:22:38Speaker 7: But if there's meant to be little cute pumpkins.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: And there's these little mush blobs.
- 1:22:43Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm going to take them out and I'm going
- 1:22:44Speaker 7: to put them on a plate.
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: Yeah, I would say I don't know what that's supposed
- 1:22:48Speaker 5: to be, but also I'm going to move on with
- 1:22:50Speaker 5: my life.
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: Look, I'm still going to eat them.
- 1:22:51Speaker 11: But I agree with Menace that they would be cute out.
- 1:22:53Speaker 11: And Woody, you're kind of mentioning to Greg an adult situation.
- 1:22:56Speaker 11: Halloween is for kids. And if you're having a Halloween
- 1:22:59Speaker 11: party with kids.
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: Who are getting wrappers open. I'm not going to let
- 1:23:02Speaker 3: my kid eat unwrapped candy.
- 1:23:04Speaker 11: At a party with people that you know?
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: Okay, you're being ridiculous.
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: Well, so are you with this whole idea that the
- 1:23:10Speaker 3: Reese's peanut butter pumpkin is going to be.
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: You go to Greg's house and he has unwrapped candy.
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: Kids, don't have that.
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: Greg could have.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: I poisoned it. You put a needle in it.
- 1:23:18Speaker 3: You teach your kids all the time, don't eat unwrapped candy.
- 1:23:20Speaker 5: Yeah, but not at your friend's house.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: Thank you. It's soapy and a buttery.
- 1:23:23Speaker 5: I want to eat it so bad.
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: Menace just blew on the top.
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: I really want it.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: I smelled it.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: I was going to ask to have one, but then
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: it just blew all over. But if you didn't say
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: these are the pumpkin ones, I would never know.
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: If you told me what shape is this supposed to be,
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: I'd be like, poop?
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: Like a cruise ship. Yeah, right?
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: Well, a federal judge dismissed the case. Describing the alleged
- 1:23:44Speaker 3: harm as mere subjective disappointment.
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:23:47Speaker 4: You have to have damages. You can pass that to genius.
- 1:23:49Speaker 3: The plaintiffs, plural, are reportedly appealing.
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: What do you do for, is this Cosmo Kramer?
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: Are they appealing or unwrapping?
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: This is where we are, like disclaimers on candy, lawsuits
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: over feelings.
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: This is how people make a living.
- 1:24:07Speaker 4: It's called step your game up. You know, you set
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: a standard of quality. In the photograph.
- 1:24:14Speaker 3: Is this like the verbal version of what you talk
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: about that social media does, Menace? Is this like verbal clickbait?
- 1:24:20Speaker 3: Is this verbal like rage baiting?
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: Like I'm going to buy one just to see it
- 1:24:24Speaker 5: for myself.
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: Like what you're saying.
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: I'm just saying that there's a photograph. I assume I'm
- 1:24:31Speaker 7: going to open it and that's what I'm going to see.
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: Is that wrong?
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: Now, are you more mad about the bad shape or
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: the lack of eyes.
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: And a mouth, Menace?
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: The lack of eyes and mouth.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 1:24:39Speaker 5: Because that would show off the pumpkin.
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: I think the shape is more.
- 1:24:43Speaker 5: But you could go full Sammy, which I know she'd
- 1:24:45Speaker 5: be able to do, and take a little steak knife
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: and carve your.
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: Oh, yes, because that's the thing, is.
- 1:24:49Speaker 5: They are so cute.
- 1:24:50Speaker 11: If they looked actually the way they do in that picture,
- 1:24:53Speaker 11: I would want them on a platter because they're adorable,
- 1:24:55Speaker 11: and it's very disappointing for them to not be like that.
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: I got something else for you guys. Everybody.
- 1:25:01Speaker 3: They're officially killing off Celeste frozen pizza.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 1:25:05Speaker 4: Mama Celeste?
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: Mama Celeste.
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: After 60 plus years, the brand started in 1962 by
- 1:25:11Speaker 3: a real Italian grandma named Celeste Lisio. She had her
- 1:25:17Speaker 3: smiling face on the box saying, quote, there are certain
- 1:25:21Speaker 3: brands and categories where.
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: We simply just don't see a future.
- 1:25:25Speaker 3: And they, the company, are redirecting the cash toward Slim
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: Jim and And Healthy Choice, which.
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: They also own. Interesting.
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: So RIP to the Mama Celeste frozen pizza.
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: For all the commercials, it would end with Abundanza.
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: Oh.
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: I know what that means.
- 1:25:44Speaker 11: Authentic.
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: I've never had it. Yeah. So there you go. You've
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: never had Celeste?
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: Not that I know of.
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: You probably have. It's like the OG frozen pizza.
- 1:25:52Speaker 5: I was going to say, were you rich? Because if
- 1:25:54Speaker 5: you weren't, you had Celeste.
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: Right. 877-44-WOODY. Text us over to 22987. Was that the
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: only package of those things that you had?
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: Menace had one.
- 1:26:04Speaker 5: I had one. Well, I had half of them.
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: After Menace blew over the top of your hair.
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: I didn't blow on it. They're that good.
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: I smelled it. All right. More Woody shows next. I
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: got so wasted.
- 1:26:15Speaker 7: The next morning, I woke up naked on the hotel floor.
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: More Woody Show is next.
- 1:26:22Speaker 4: The Woody Show.

- 1:26:52Speaker 1: It's Menace's birthday month.
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: The countdown is on. All right, so I just wanted
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: to let everybody know.
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: One of the things that was on Menace's birthday month
- 1:27:06Speaker 3: wish list, which we have posted on our Instagram at
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: The Woody Show, he wanted to give away two 98-inch televisions.
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: Yeah, by TCL.
- 1:27:15Speaker 3: So he gave away one the other day, and now
- 1:27:19Speaker 3: he's going to do the second one, and this is
- 1:27:20Speaker 3: how you win. You go to our Instagram, and it
- 1:27:24Speaker 3: doesn't matter where you live, where you're listening, you go

- 1:27:30Speaker 4: Yes, at The Woody Show on Instagram.
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: It's pinned.
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: Right to the top, and you just tag a friend.
- 1:27:36Speaker 7: Follow the instructions, obviously, and you're entered to win. And
- 1:27:40Speaker 7: the more people you tag, the more entries you get.
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: Yeah. Really easy. So there you go.
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: That's on our Instagram, atthewoodyshow. Check that out there. And
- 1:27:47Speaker 3: then as other things... There's no other developments, right? I mean,
- 1:27:51Speaker 3: we just got.
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: An update, I guess.
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: I'm going to have... Well, pay attention to social media
- 1:27:54Speaker 7: at The Woody Show because I'm going to work out
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: the whole screening for the Street Fighter thing.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: Oh, cool. Within the next 24 hours. That is coming around. Oh, okay.
- 1:28:02Speaker 6: Oh, really?
- 1:28:02Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: All right. Well, happy birthday, Monty Menace. Yeah, thank you.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: Now, we have an ongoing thing here, the Wheel of Casseroles. Now,
- 1:28:12Speaker 3: if you remember last week... Jeff G., his wife, prepared
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: the enchilada stack. That was one of the many casseroles.
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: That was on the wheel.
- 1:28:20Speaker 3: See, it was a green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole,
- 1:28:22Speaker 3: hash brown casserole, baked ziti, tuna noodle casserole, the chicken
- 1:28:28Speaker 3: and rice. And then, yeah, so, well, yeah, the enchilada stack.
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: I was like, why is that not on there? Because
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: we already had that one. So Menace has a thing,
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: we believe. with the word casserole. Like, that's what's ruining.
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: The whole experience.
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: I hate casserole. But he likes the ingredients. He likes
- 1:28:49Speaker 2: all these things, you know. So we're testing it out.
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:28:53Speaker 2: He had the enchilada stack, which you liked.
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: Made me happy, yes. Yeah, you liked.
- 1:28:57Speaker 3: Not the one that Jeff tried to feed you first.
- 1:28:59Speaker 2: Not the decoy.
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: Not the fake out one.
- 1:29:01Speaker 5: Full of lima beans.
- 1:29:04Speaker 3: Jeff's wife took this one section of the enchilada stack
- 1:29:07Speaker 3: and she just loaded it up with vegetables.
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: I mean, like broccoli, lima beans, all the good stuff.
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: All kind of stuff. I call it puke fest.
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: Yeah, but then once he got the legit one. So
- 1:29:15Speaker 3: then we spun the wheel again, the wheel of casseroles.
- 1:29:18Speaker 4: It landed on.
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: The chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole. Now, this is a
- 1:29:23Speaker 2: Midwest classic right here. Wait, hold on.
- 1:29:25Speaker 5: You put a word in there. I'm going to help
- 1:29:28Speaker 5: you out with that.
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: What the hell is up with that?
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: Hold on. Hold on.
- 1:29:32Speaker 5: It is not chicken, broccoli, and rice. It is chicken
- 1:29:34Speaker 5: and rice. Because I knew that you would not be
- 1:29:37Speaker 5: happy if it was full of broccoli.
- 1:29:39Speaker 4: Because I spun chicken and rice.
- 1:29:41Speaker 5: You did spin chicken and rice.
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:29:43Speaker 5: So that is what it is. This is a Midwestern staple.
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: On the wheel it says chicken, brock, and rice.
- 1:29:49Speaker 11: The chicken and rice one has already been removed from
- 1:29:51Speaker 11: the wheel because it's been updated.
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: What's the difference?
- 1:29:54Speaker 11: This is a very.
- 1:29:56Speaker 5: Normal kind of bland-ish staple.
- 1:29:58Speaker 4: So the ingredients are just chicken, rice, and cheese and breadcrumbs?
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: Hell yeah.
- 1:30:01Speaker 11: This is delicious.
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: Yes, good.
- 1:30:04Speaker 5: This is how I grew up eating it.
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: Your Kansas is really shining.
- 1:30:07Speaker 5: I hope it is. This is rice, chicken.
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: That is tasty.
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: Cheese cream of chicken soup sour cream butter panko bread
- 1:30:16Speaker 5: crumbs all the best stuff yeah you if you screw
- 1:30:20Speaker 5: this up there's another problem.
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: All right uh greg give us the description you're the
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: best subscriber the bottom in when you cut into it
- 1:30:27Speaker 2: is rice forward fluffy and cheesy and then as you're
- 1:30:33Speaker 2: palate works its way up. You get the crunch of
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: the panko and it's absolutely seasoned to perfection.
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: Wow, thank you.
- 1:30:40Speaker 2: Because I like salty. Me too. And it has a
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: good amount of salt to it. This is good. And
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: it's creamy and it's not at all dry.
- 1:30:47Speaker 5: And you know what? Thank you for saying that because
- 1:30:49Speaker 5: I was a little worried it would be. So what
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: I did was I took a fork and I poked
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: holes throughout the whole thing and did a little chicken
- 1:30:55Speaker 5: broth in it just so it would soak that up too.
- 1:30:58Speaker 11: I need this recipe.
- 1:30:59Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:30:59Speaker 3: So Greg, what did you give it on a scale
- 1:31:01Speaker 3: of 1 to 10?
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: Oh, this is I'm saying 10. Oh, my God.
- 1:31:06Speaker 5: It's not fancy, I'll tell you that.
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: But it looks like it would be dry.
- 1:31:09Speaker 10: It does, yes.
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: But it's not. What are your thoughts, Menace?
- 1:31:13Speaker 4: I'm saying.
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: I've heard so good. Delicious. And I liked it cheesy.
- 1:31:20Speaker 4: Still, a little more cheese.
- 1:31:21Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:31:22Speaker 4: A little more cheese.
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: Menace.
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: Up on that in the mix.
- 1:31:25Speaker 4: But I'm going.
- 1:31:26Speaker 7: I'm just going to say 9 out of 10.
- 1:31:28Speaker 5: Oh my God, thank you. Menace, I swear to God,
- 1:31:31Speaker 5: those words were ringing in my ears because I got
- 1:31:34Speaker 5: this giant thing of shredded cheddar and I should have
- 1:31:38Speaker 5: doubled it because I thought of you saying there could
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: be more cheese.
- 1:31:41Speaker 4: Now, Woody, you were angry that we didn't have the
- 1:31:44Speaker 4: proper chicken with vegetables in it. I have, if Menace
- 1:31:47Speaker 4: wants it, Nope. Grandma's chicken and vegetable rice cake.
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: Can we talk about this?
- 1:31:52Speaker 4: From Stouffer's.
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: Yeah, let's try it. It's sitting right there. Greg, if
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: you'd pass it around. Yeah, let's try it. There's like
- 1:31:56Speaker 2: peas in there.
- 1:31:56Speaker 4: Yeah, it's got white rice.
- 1:31:58Speaker 5: Oh, this is the frozen version.
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: Not wheat rice.
- 1:32:01Speaker 4: White meat chicken, peas and carrots in a cheese sauce.
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: I was thinking that man has called it wheat rice
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: that one time. Brown rice.
- 1:32:07Speaker 4: He called it wheat rice.
- 1:32:08Speaker 5: It'll probably be better because mine hasn't been perfected with
- 1:32:12Speaker 5: a food lab.
- 1:32:13Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:32:13Speaker 4: No, yours is probably better for Menace.
- 1:32:15Speaker 2: No, it was really good.
- 1:32:16Speaker 4: Mashed potato.
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: Yours was great. Okay. It was really good.
- 1:32:18Speaker 3: Oh, I'm so glad to hear that. Give that Stouffer's
- 1:32:21Speaker 3: a whirl there, Menace.
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: All right, he's trying it out. Okay. Here we go.
- 1:32:25Speaker 2: Was there any vegetable in that whatsoever? I didn't see
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: anything green. Dude, this is pure liquid. There's a green
- 1:32:33Speaker 2: tea in there. I do see a pea.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: It's not great.
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: It's not great. He hasn't even tasted it yet.
- 1:32:39Speaker 5: It's kind of gritty and runny.
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: The rice is like, doesn't even taste.
- 1:32:42Speaker 4: Tastes like it's fully cooked. It's a pure liquid.
- 1:32:46Speaker 2: All right, give that to Greg.
- 1:32:48Speaker 4: Yeah, that's weird. Then it has some greens up in there.
- 1:32:52Speaker 2: Hell no.
- 1:32:53Speaker 5: I wouldn't do that to him.
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: This is good. I'm giving that. Yeah, especially for frozen. Yeah.
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: I'm getting a lot of them. I'll give it a four.
- 1:32:59Speaker 2: I'm getting a lot of rosemary flavor.
- 1:33:02Speaker 5: Oh my God, you spit it out.
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: That was not good. It's not that bad. That was
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: completely frozen.
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: Mine's cold in the middle.
- 1:33:07Speaker 4: Yeah, that could have been it. That could be part
- 1:33:09Speaker 4: of the wateriness.
- 1:33:10Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: Cool.
- 1:33:12Speaker 11: Oh.
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: We have a couple people asking if you... Okay, he's spitting.
- 1:33:19Speaker 2: Posting the recipe for the casserole. Happy to do it.
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: If you can do that, because a lot of people
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: aren't very casserole familiar.
- 1:33:26Speaker 5: And I doubled the recipe so we'd have one at
- 1:33:28Speaker 5: home for dinner.
- 1:33:30Speaker 4: I just got listeria from the chicken.
- 1:33:32Speaker 3: All right, men, let's go ahead and spin the wheel
- 1:33:34Speaker 3: of casseroles.
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: Let's see what's going to be up next.
- 1:33:36Speaker 8: All right, here we go.
- 1:33:39Speaker 2: We love casseroles. Tuna noodle.
- 1:33:42Speaker 10: Next up.
- 1:33:43Speaker 3: I want to point out, you've liked the first two.
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: The enchilada stack you liked.
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: Yeah. And you liked the chicken and rice.
- 1:33:50Speaker 7: Okay, so the one that I'm pushing for this time.
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: Tuna noodle.
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: Hell no. Please.
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: Hash brown. Hash brown. Come on.
- 1:33:56Speaker 11: Come on.
- 1:33:57Speaker 10: Hash brown.
- 1:33:57Speaker 2: Hash brown. No, no, no. Sweet potato.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: Yeah, bitch!
- 1:34:04Speaker 11: Let's go!
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: Let's go!
- 1:34:07Speaker 5: I gotta cook again.
- 1:34:08Speaker 2: Is that yours too? Oh, that's yours too? Yeah, that's fine.
- 1:34:13Speaker 6: All right.
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: Okay, so I've never in my life heard of hash
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: brown casserole.
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: Have you heard of funeral potatoes or cheesy potato casserole?
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:34:21Speaker 10: That's what it is.
- 1:34:22Speaker 2: We went to Cracker Barrel, Greg. Did you not get
- 1:34:24Speaker 2: the hash brown casserole? I got the chicken fried steak. Ooh.
- 1:34:27Speaker 5: I do wish there was something in between these because
- 1:34:28Speaker 5: some of the ingredients have some overlap, but that's okay.
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: I mean, they're casseroles. Sounds awesome. It's like going to
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: Taco Bell.
- 1:34:34Speaker 3: There's four ingredients for like $.
- 1:34:35Speaker 6: 1, 700.
- 1:34:36Speaker 10: That's true.
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: That's true.
- 1:34:37Speaker 4: Back to the store, Gina.
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: Okay. The Woody Show.
- 1:34:44Speaker 3: Man, I was reading about Tobey Maguire.
- 1:34:49Speaker 2: He officiated his ex-wife's wedding. Oh, yeah.
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: I saw that.
- 1:34:52Speaker 4: He's like a billionaire.
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: Like, only weeks after finalizing his divorce.
- 1:34:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:34:57Speaker 3: Yeah, the guy's like some music executive guy. But your favorites,
- 1:35:02Speaker 3: Leonardo DiCaprio. Courtney Cox was there.
- 1:35:05Speaker 2: I know, Lucky.
- 1:35:06Speaker 4: Who's his wife?
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: Jeff Bezos.
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: Not a famous person.
- 1:35:09Speaker 2: No?
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:35:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: The new husband, obviously cool with it, he called Toby
- 1:35:14Speaker 3: an incredible ex-husband.
- 1:35:16Speaker 2: Wow. I love it. I don't think I could do that.
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: Would you even go? You just wouldn't officiate it or
- 1:35:22Speaker 5: you just can't be there?
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: What's that?
- 1:35:24Speaker 5: Would you go to the wedding as a guest? If
- 1:35:26Speaker 5: you wouldn't officiate it, you wouldn't stand up there.
- 1:35:28Speaker 2: Would I go to my ex-wife's wedding?
- 1:35:29Speaker 5: Yes, if she really wanted you there.
- 1:35:31Speaker 4: No.
- 1:35:31Speaker 2: And all your friends were there. No.
- 1:35:33Speaker 4: And they were really cool and famous.
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:35:34Speaker 2: I think it's weird.
- 1:35:35Speaker 3: I mean, Metis and I have talked about it a
- 1:35:36Speaker 3: number of times. He's been invited to ex-girlfriends' weddings and stuff.
- 1:35:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:35:41Speaker 3: It's just like, it's odd.
- 1:35:42Speaker 2: Like, why bother?
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: Unless you're legitimately best friends. And Greg, I think about
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: that quote you told me like a year ago all
- 1:35:49Speaker 5: the time. If you're still friends with your ex, Remember
- 1:35:52Speaker 5: you either, you were, you're either still in love with
- 1:35:55Speaker 5: them or you were never in love with them to
- 1:35:57Speaker 5: begin with.
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:35:58Speaker 5: I think that's so fascinating.
- 1:36:00Speaker 4: I don't believe that.
- 1:36:01Speaker 7: I just think that like, yeah, you can be cool
- 1:36:04Speaker 7: with all your exes.
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: It doesn't matter.
- 1:36:07Speaker 7: But moments like that where it's a wedding or a
- 1:36:11Speaker 7: baby shower and stuff like that, there shouldn't be any
- 1:36:13Speaker 7: exes around.
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: Come watch me move on with my life.
- 1:36:15Speaker 8: Well, you don't.
- 1:36:16Speaker 2: If you have kids together, that's one thing.
- 1:36:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:36:19Speaker 2: That's different.
- 1:36:20Speaker 7: You can celebrate and do other events together and be
- 1:36:23Speaker 7: cool or even meet up. I know friends that go
- 1:36:26Speaker 7: on vacations with exes.
- 1:36:28Speaker 5: That's so crazy.
- 1:36:29Speaker 2: And it's fine.
- 1:36:30Speaker 7: But special moments like that, I don't think any exes
- 1:36:33Speaker 7: should be around.
- 1:36:34Speaker 3: It's got to be 90 plus percent of people wouldn't
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: be cool with you going to one of those things.
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: Let alone officiating.
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: Whoever you're with now would not be cool with you
- 1:36:43Speaker 3: even going, let alone officiating.
- 1:36:45Speaker 5: Let alone take charge of the whole ceremony.
- 1:36:48Speaker 2: That's too symbiotic.
- 1:36:50Speaker 7: She got toby and now she got a billionaire yeah
- 1:36:53Speaker 7: she's not famous.
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: Right right how do you think i wonder like what
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: time does she get up for work in the morning
- 1:37:00Speaker 2: that's an easier equation than the other way around like
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: a not famous dude with a real famous chick.
- 1:37:06Speaker 4: Yeah that's yeah i wonder how that works you know
- 1:37:08Speaker 4: i mean we got lana del ruler right.
- 1:37:10Speaker 5: That one i still can't wrap my head around why
- 1:37:13Speaker 5: It's so strange. It's not just like, you know, you
- 1:37:16Speaker 5: always hear like, oh, he's in finance or he's a
- 1:37:18Speaker 5: day trader. He's like a fan boat captain. It's just so,
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: you never hear that.
- 1:37:24Speaker 7: I think Greg could say this because we've spent time
- 1:37:27Speaker 7: around Lana.
- 1:37:28Speaker 2: Because we're legal best friends. Yeah, because she's awesome.
- 1:37:30Speaker 7: And it's not that crazy if you like hang around her.
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: I've never hung around her.
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: She's super sweet. Yeah. She called me an angel.
- 1:37:38Speaker 7: I've been around her probably like six or seven times
- 1:37:41Speaker 7: and I'm like, Yeah.
- 1:37:42Speaker 5: Does this make sense?
- 1:37:43Speaker 4: This tracks?
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: Yeah, she's normal.
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: I like that.
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: As Greg always says, no guy looks at a girl
- 1:37:49Speaker 4: and says, man, look at that, career on her.
- 1:37:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I have that on a pillow somewhere.
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: And if you're going, it doesn't work that way. I
- 1:37:58Speaker 3: think you're doing it wrong.
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: As the guy or as the girl?
- 1:38:02Speaker 3: No, as a woman because Gina will say, well, it
- 1:38:05Speaker 3: certainly doesn't work that way.
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: What are you talking about?
- 1:38:06Speaker 5: I did it wrong.
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: Maybe you're doing it wrong.
- 1:38:08Speaker 5: Yeah, I met a normal guy who I love. I
- 1:38:10Speaker 5: totally stepped in it.
- 1:38:11Speaker 11: You have failed in life.
- 1:38:13Speaker 2: You should be embarrassed. No one said you failed in life,
- 1:38:14Speaker 2: but you know. But think, if you did it right,
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: you wouldn't be sitting here right now. How happy would
- 1:38:21Speaker 2: you be? I know, you'd be embarrassed.
- 1:38:23Speaker 3: Yeah, you'd be trying to figure out what friend you're
- 1:38:25Speaker 3: going to go to lunch with today.
- 1:38:27Speaker 2: You'd be having champagne.
- 1:38:29Speaker 4: Oh, my hair appointment's booked.
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: I'll have to get the other one.
- 1:38:31Speaker 5: You guys really give me a lot to think about.
- 1:38:33Speaker 2: I'm so stressed I've got to figure out.
- 1:38:35Speaker 7: What new car to get.
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: I just can't even.
- 1:38:39Speaker 3: Quick, just text Paul on the text over to 2297.
- 1:38:42Speaker 2: Forget officiating.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: Let's just say, would your current partner or significant other
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: be cool with you going to your ex's wedding? Yes
- 1:38:54Speaker 3: or no?
- 1:38:55Speaker 2: Just over to 22987. Mine certainly would not.
- 1:38:58Speaker 5: I don't see that happening.
- 1:39:00Speaker 2: Mario's cool with anything, but I'm not friends with a
- 1:39:03Speaker 2: single ex. I can't even relate. That's not the question.
- 1:39:05Speaker 2: If I was? I'm not either. You know what? But
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: I know for a fact, like my wife would not
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: go for that. He'd be cool with it. You think so? Yeah.
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: I would not.
- 1:39:15Speaker 4: Would your wife be cool with it if she was
- 1:39:17Speaker 4: hella gross now?
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: Uh, no. Because I don't think that matters.
- 1:39:21Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't think my husband would be cool with it.
- 1:39:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: You mean Nacho? Yeah, I don't think she would care.
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: You don't think so? No. What about Steamboat Willie?
- 1:39:29Speaker 11: Oh, he would care.
- 1:39:29Speaker 5: Yeah, see?
- 1:39:31Speaker 4: For sure.
- 1:39:31Speaker 3: He knows you're... Would you care if he wanted to
- 1:39:34Speaker 3: go to some ex's wedding?
- 1:39:37Speaker 11: No, I would hope he gets a plus one and
- 1:39:38Speaker 11: I get to go. I would be fascinated.
- 1:39:40Speaker 4: I would talk so much crap.
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 1:39:41Speaker 4: And I would love it.
- 1:39:43Speaker 2: That's the other reason you don't invite him. Yeah, because
- 1:39:45Speaker 2: they'll bring that plus one.
- 1:39:46Speaker 5: Look at me, the upgrade.
- 1:39:49Speaker 4: Yeah, obviously.

- 1:41:17Speaker 2: don't tell somebody you love them with all your heart.
- 1:41:20Speaker 2: Tell them you love them with all your butt because
- 1:41:22Speaker 2: it's bigger. So you love him even more.
- 1:41:26Speaker 1: That's right.
- 1:41:26Speaker 5: It's so funny that you said that.
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: I love you with all my butt.
- 1:41:29Speaker 5: Last night, the kid was sitting on my butt because
- 1:41:31Speaker 5: the way I was laying on the couch, there was
- 1:41:32Speaker 5: no room for him. He goes, your butt's so bony now.
- 1:41:35Speaker 5: It used to be so big.
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: Oh, babe.
- 1:41:38Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:41:38Speaker 3: My kids used to say like, oh, you know, dad's
- 1:41:42Speaker 3: more comfortable to sit on.
- 1:41:45Speaker 2: Mom, you're too bony.
- 1:41:46Speaker 5: Yeah. Thank you.
- 1:41:48Speaker 2: Call me fat. Yeah, ouch, mom. Yeah, I'm not that
- 1:41:50Speaker 2: they're wrong. All right, thank you very much, Greg Gorey.
- 1:41:54Speaker 3: Thank you so much for giving The Woody Show some
- 1:41:56Speaker 3: of your valuable time this morning.
