- 0:13Hello you guys, and welcome back to another episode of the Hawkgirl Energy Podcast.
- 0:17I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is your weekly reminder that it's
- 0:20a new day, a new week, a new mindset, and another day
- 0:23if you become the Hawkgirl Energy you want to attract. Hello you guys,
- 0:28Happy Wednesday. I am posting this a day late because your girl is trying
- 0:34to get back into routine and you know, things are slowly happening. And
- 0:39this is kind of why I wanted to make this episode about my comeback era
- 0:44and just getting back on track, because the reality is not everybody is going
- 0:48to bounce back quickly, and we're just being real here. I couldn't get
- 0:54my episode up on time because there was other things that I made a priority
- 0:58in work or in personal things, and I wanted to be real about that.
- 1:02So that is why the episode is posted a daily But Hello, good
- 1:06morning, good afternoon. Whenever you're listening to this, thank you for downloading
- 1:10and listening to today's episode. As some of you know, if you guys
- 1:14follow me on social media or if you've listened to my most previous episode,
- 1:18I was in La with Trinity and Fernanda We were there for a panel that
- 1:23we were speaking on for a iHeartRadio panel as well as a Spotify opportunity.
- 1:29It was so good. It turned out amazing. I think I gave a
- 1:33recap in the previous episode about it, but it turned out really really good.
- 1:37We were super nervous because I have not spoken in front of people in
- 1:41like that big of a crowd, and probably five years I haven't done like
- 1:44an actual presentation with the PowerPoint and everything in that long of time, so
- 1:49the nerves were definitely there. But you know what, I think it turned
- 1:52out really really good. I think the whole point of the panel was to
- 1:53really just speak our mind and our passion, right we were speaking about how
- 2:00to grow a successful podcast, and you know, being with two other ladies
- 2:05who also have grown their podcast substantially, it felt really cool and I felt
- 2:10very honored to be able to be there and talk about, you know,
- 2:13my success in my career as well as Trinity and Fernande. So it was
- 2:17a great opportunity to be a part of and I'm really happy I made the
- 2:22effort to going and doing that and we met a lot of cool people.
- 2:24I met some followers too, which was so crazy that you know some of
- 2:29you also have a podcast and we're there. So all in all, it
- 2:31was just a great opportunity and it was yeh, super fun little work panel.
- 2:37And then I was off to Mexico again, which was so fun as
- 2:42well. I was actually there for a wellness retreat with this hotel called I
- 2:46think it's pronounced Unico. It was absolutely beautiful. It literally exceeded all my
- 2:52expectations. The service was amazing, the resort was beautiful. All in all,
- 2:58if you go to my Revere, I highly highly recommend checking out that
- 3:01resort. I actually had a few people message me saying they either have been
- 3:05there for their honeymoon or a vacation just with their spouse or their family and
- 3:08said amazing things about it as well. So I was really really impressed.
- 3:13And having the wellness retreat there was actually so cool as well, because I
- 3:17feel like when you go on an all inclusive vacation, the only thing you
- 3:21think about is laying down, tanning, being by the beach, eating,
- 3:25drinking, and that's it. Like that is the mindset you go into whenever
- 3:29you go on a beach trip. But with this wellness retreat, it had
- 3:32a bunch of activities going on. They had you know, meditation sessions,
- 3:37they had yoga by the pool, by the beach, they had full body
- 3:42workout classes. Tren and I we actually went together and we did so many
- 3:46fun workouts there, and it made it more enjoyable because not only were we
- 3:51able to relax and you know, get work done while we're there, but
- 3:53we were also able to get a good workout in I've never done a sit
- 3:58down meditation class before, and it was so relaxing and so enjoyable to do
- 4:02something like that in person, verse through a computer screen. So it was
- 4:06so so nice to do that, and I was so grateful for the opportunity
- 4:10to do that with Trend And yeah, it was just like our little wellness
- 4:13week. And it was also around my birthday, so I turned twenty eight.
- 4:20Oh my gosh, I can't believe I'm saying that twenty eight. How
- 4:25the heck am I twenty eight? Like time goes by so fast, but
- 4:30I feel incredible. I felt like twenty seven was an amazing year. I
- 4:34cannot complain, And honestly, I'm feeling even better about twenty eight. I
- 4:38think it's going to be such an amazing year. I'm getting married. I
- 4:42feel like there's going to be a lot of shifts in my career, just
- 4:44making some big decisions in terms of starting my own business. I'm even debating
- 4:47on, you know, changing up some things with my content. We're going
- 4:51to figure it out, but I don't know. I'm just feeling this change
- 4:55that I want to take into my career and I'm excited about it. I'm
- 4:59excited to changed things up and take on new risks. So I was able
- 5:03to spend my birthday in Mexico. On our last day, we had the
- 5:06most amazing day. We woke up, we did a workout class, we
- 5:11had a beautiful breakfast by the beach, we got to lay by the pool.
- 5:15Like could not complain of the situation like being in the sunshine versus being
- 5:19home. Being able to spend it with one of my good friends. Trend
- 5:23was also so amazing. But I need to talk about more about my birthday
- 5:27because there were some things that I didn't open up about through social media just
- 5:30because it wasn't really necessary. But what you see on Instagram is a highlight.
- 5:34What you don't hear is the things that happened besides that. So basically
- 5:42there was a huge snowstorm in Ottawa. I was freaking out the entire time.
- 5:47So this is kind of like behind the scenes of my birthday. Basically,
- 5:50I did not think I was going to get a flight home because everybody
- 5:54was texting me saying like, KILLI, we have like twenty centimeters of snow
- 5:57coming. I'm like, what the actual heck? Why on my birthday is
- 6:01it snowing? That never happens in Ottawa. So I'm first off shocked.
- 6:04I'm like, usually the snows melting, it's not coming. And obviously everyone
- 6:09had their snow tires off at this point. Apparently the weather in Ottawa has
- 6:12been beautiful ever since the day of my birthday, which was on April fourth,
- 6:15So I'm thinking, holy crap, Like what if my flight gets canceled?
- 6:18Like I wanted to be home so badly. There gets to a point
- 6:21on your vacation. I'm sure everyone feels the same way. Is that once
- 6:25you hit a certain point, you're like, Okay, I'm ready to go
- 6:28home. I'm ready to be with my dog. I'm ready to be home
- 6:30with my spouse or your partner. You're ready to see your family, Like
- 6:34I don't know, and I think also because it was my birthday, Like
- 6:38I knew I was going to be spending it alone if I was at home,
- 6:41so I purposely extended my trip till my birthday to just enjoy it in
- 6:45the sunshine. And then once I heard it was snowing, I was like,
- 6:46hey, well, it's a good thing I didn't come home because that
- 6:48would have sucked anyways. So I'm messaging the hotel saying, listen, you
- 6:53know I've been told by a few people that the weather is extremely bad in
- 6:57my hometown. Can you please keep me updated with flight information and just in
- 7:00case, you know, if the flight gets canceled, I want to be
- 7:01aware. So I had to let the hotel know that there was some bad
- 7:04weather, and they told me that the flight was still in time and everything.
- 7:08So that made me feel so much better, but you know, it's
- 7:10just stressful. I didn't want to show up at the airport and then find
- 7:13out that my flight was canceled and then I had to find a way back
- 7:15to the hotel, stay another night in the hotel, like it just kind
- 7:16of would have been a chaotic and to my birthday. So thankfully, the
- 7:20flight was not canceled, so got to the airport. You know, it
- 7:27was fine. I was happy. I was like, Okay, we're getting
- 7:29on this flight on time. Everything's going great. All I can think about
- 7:32is being home with Zach Freddie, you know, seeing my parents the following
- 7:35day. All is good. Then I am on my flight. We are
- 7:41an hour into the flight. All of a sudden, I look at the
- 7:44flight attendants and they are like white as a ghost, and I'm like,
- 7:48oh God, Like, what's happening. I'm thinking, is there something wrong
- 7:51with the plane? Is there something going on? Like I start panicking and
- 7:55my stomach starts to feel like I feel nauseous. I am a very good
- 7:59flyer. I don't really have anxiety flying, so you know, little bumps
- 8:03and all that, they don't bother me. But this did make me sick
- 8:07to my stomach. When you see flight attendants running back and forth on your
- 8:11flight with a emergency kit, it starts to get a bit scary. This
- 8:16felt like I was in a movie. But basically what happened is that one
- 8:18of the flight attendants came on the intercom and she said, hello, everyone,
- 8:22we're asking me to see if there's anyone that has any medical professional background,
- 8:26whether you're a nurse or a doctor. We are having a passenger experience
- 8:31a serious emergency that we need some assistants on. So I'm like, holy
- 8:35crap, someone is either violently ill or obviously needs a medical attention, and
- 8:41we are in the middle of the ocean. We have nowhere to land.
- 8:45This person that was seeking medical attention was having early signs of a heart attack.
- 8:50Literally, just talking about it, I'm just like, this is so
- 8:52scary a for the family that was watching that, and be just like,
- 8:56as a passenger, you have no idea what's happening. There's obviously a serious
- 9:01situation going on. You're in the middle of the ocean. You have no
- 9:03idea what to do. So basically there was a nurse on the flight,
- 9:09thankfully, and she was able to help out the passenger as much as she
- 9:13could. I was close enough to the front where I could kind of overhear
- 9:16the flight attendants, and basically they were just saying, yeah, we're gonna
- 9:20have to do an emergency landing. This is, you know, pretty serious.
- 9:22He's experiencing early signs of a heart attack. Whatever. So they said,
- 9:26obviously we have to wait until we get closer to a city, and
- 9:30the closest city that was closest to the ocean was Jacksonville, Florida. So
- 9:35we landed in Jacksonville, Florida, I want to say thirty five minutes after
- 9:39all that happened, so thankfully it was kind of soon, but we had
- 9:45an emergency landing in Jacksonville, Florida. Took about an hour to you know,
- 9:48get the paramedics on the flight take the guy off. He had like
- 9:52a family of three there, young kids, like it was really sad.
- 9:54The guy was probably in his early forties, I would say, you know,
- 9:58looked like he was in good condition, health condition. All that gets
- 10:01off the flight. They had to refuel the flight and we were able to
- 10:03get back on the air, thankfully, and I made it home I think
- 10:07only an hour and a half later than I was supposed to. So I
- 10:09was pretty impressed with how fast everything went by, but obviously very scary for
- 10:13the passenger, for the passengers on the flight. Like all in all,
- 10:16it was just a very interesting experience that I had never experienced before ever in
- 10:22my life during a lot of travels that I've had. But I'm hoping that
- 10:26guy is okay and that he was able to get to the hospital on time
- 10:28before anything more serious did happen. But that kind of ended off my birthday
- 10:33there. I landed in Ottawa at one am. Zach showed up with balloons
- 10:37and flowers, which was the sweetest little surprise. I was not expecting him
- 10:41to do that at all. And then I came home and he decorated the
- 10:43entire house. So it was a nice little end to the birthday with everything
- 10:48that happened. But definitely a birthday to remember, let's say that. But
- 10:54yeah, no, I'm excited for this year. I'm excited for twenty eight
- 10:56And that was kind of the start to my weekend. And I did post
- 11:01a story on the Hawk Grow Energy Instagram and I threw together a birthday party
- 11:05with my friends within forty eight hours. I decided last minutely. I was
- 11:09like, you know what, I kind of want to have a birthday party.
- 11:11Did I have time to do a lot of these things? Absolutely not.
- 11:15I literally decorated the entire house and I did tables, I did menus,
- 11:20I did candles like with the bows and all that. Like literally decorated
- 11:24the house as a full on birthday party because I'm like, you know what,
- 11:26I'm in my Hosting Era. If you guys have listened to a few
- 11:28episodes in the past, one of my biggest goals for twenty twenty four was
- 11:31to be better at hosting, invite people more to the house and all that,
- 11:35and I'm like, you know what, this is the perfect opportunity.
- 11:37People were free to come. I had a good turnout. I had like
- 11:39twelve girls show up. We had pasta, we had wine. We actually
- 11:43did pasta and wine tasting, which was such a fun idea. So if
- 11:46you're looking to host a fun little date night with your girlfriends, like an
- 11:52intimate dinner, I highly highly recommend it. We cooked each entree, so
- 11:56we'd have an entree cook it, have an entree cook it. That way,
- 12:00we were able to digest the food and not have to like eat all
- 12:03three servings at once, so that was kind of nice. And the girls
- 12:07were super involved too, Like we all cooked together, we all cleaned together,
- 12:11so it was kind of a fun activity to do all together. We
- 12:13tried different wines, had some birthday cake, played some games. All in
- 12:18all, it was like a really really fun weekend. So yeah, I
- 12:20decided to do that. Last minute, Lie and Zach and I were literally
- 12:22running around like crazy, getting groceries, renting chairs for the decorations, you
- 12:30know, getting random supplies like candles, bows, all that, like literally
- 12:33so last minute. But I do not regret it. I think it turned
- 12:37out so cute for something that I threw together so last minute, and I
- 12:41highly recommend throwing yourself a birthday party. I think it was just a fun
- 12:43little idea. I haven't done that in such a long time, and I'm
- 12:46really happy I did that. So that's kind of an update on some things
- 12:50that have been happening in these past few weeks. But I'm finally home for
- 12:56a bit. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I am traveling again
- 13:00in three weeks for my wedding. Okay, it's for a good reason.
- 13:03It's not for you know, leisure, It's for a specific reason. And
- 13:07guys, I get married in four months, for freaking months. I literally
- 13:13can't believe that. So I've been stressing a little bit just because we are
- 13:18getting so close to the day. That's like one hundred and twenty days.
- 13:22I'm getting married in one hundred and twenty days. I do not have my
- 13:24dress yet, Oh my goodness, I don't have the floor was picked out.
- 13:28Anyways, there's gonna be a bunch of stuff going on these next few
- 13:30weeks, so I will keep you guys up to date on that, but
- 13:31that is for another time. Right now, we are talking about getting back
- 13:37on track. I'm in my comeback era. We are getting back into routine.
- 13:41And even if it is just for three weeks, I go away for
- 13:43a week, I come back. I am home until my wedding. So
- 13:46from you know, middle of May till the beginning of August I will be
- 13:50able to be home for three months and just really focus on becoming my best
- 13:56self for the summertime, for my wedding all that. So you guys know,
- 14:01I'm always on the journey of becoming my best self, and these are
- 14:05some things that I always try and do to really get back into routine,
- 14:09get back on track, and just really feeling my best. So let's talk
- 14:13about this comeback era. One thing that I always try and do whenever I
- 14:16get back from vacation or just a break in general, whether you're on a
- 14:20break from your health and wellness journey or you've been traveling for a bit,
- 14:24Let's be honest, it's not easy. Whether it's a week off, two
- 14:28weeks off, a few days off. Sometimes it is hard to get back
- 14:31into routine. I feel you, guys. I'm currently dealing with it now.
- 14:35It's definitely difficult, but it's so worth it once you get back into
- 14:39the swing of things. So first things first, whenever I get home from
- 14:43vacation, I kind of like to have a row day. If you guys
- 14:46don't know what a raw day is, it literally means you do nothing for
- 14:50one whole day once you get back from your trip, whether it's sleeping in
- 14:54resting all day. I literally just needed a raw day when I got back
- 14:58from my two week vacation, and being transparent about it, I needed the
- 15:01rest. I was exhausted. I didn't get home till two am that night.
- 15:03I'm not gonna lie and say that I went to a workout class the
- 15:07next morning, Like, no, that's not what I did. I literally
- 15:09sat on my couch all day and I literally just enjoyed the rest. You
- 15:13need to make sure to listen to your body and rest. If you were
- 15:18exhausted from travels, take a day off, do nothing, don't worry about
- 15:22the house, don't worry about your workout routine. Just enjoy the rest,
- 15:26enjoy being relaxed, being in the comfort of your own home again, really
- 15:31take your time. Why I do these rot days is because I personally find
- 15:35it keeps me recharged and it keeps me feeling good and productive the following day,
- 15:41which means I can put ten times more effort in everything else that I
- 15:43want to get done. So I came home Thursday night, Friday did nothing.
- 15:48Saturday, I woke up, I booked a workout class, I got
- 15:50my groceries, I cleaned the house, and I doing all those things was
- 15:56literally because I had that day where I was able to reset, recharge,
- 16:00And I find doing this it helps me feel more prepared for a productive and
- 16:04busy days ahead. It allows me to realize that taking things slow, maybe
- 16:10sleeping in all that is really really important to really prepare yourself for the week
- 16:15ahead. That way you will have a productive day, you will have a
- 16:18busy day ahead all that. So those are just little things that I do.
- 16:22I enjoy my rest, I enjoy my sleep, and I prepare myself
- 16:26for the busy days ahead, which brings me into my next point, which
- 16:30is setting small goals for myself. As I said, one of my goals
- 16:34was Okay, I'm going to book a workout class twenty four hours after traveling
- 16:38because for me, just getting back into it is something that helps me get
- 16:42back into my consistent workout schedule. So I book a workout class, I
- 16:48you know, schedule times during the week. Okay, when am I going
- 16:49to go with groceries? I'm going to schedule small tasks I'm going to do
- 16:52around the house of the week, whether it's you know, cleaning my bedding,
- 16:56cleaning up around the house, reorganizing certain things, all that, and
- 17:00it could just be small tasks each day. So you guys know me,
- 17:03I'm a big planner. I like to write things down. It helps me
- 17:06remember things that I have to get done. But setting those small goals for
- 17:10yourself will motivate you to get shit done. It's the reality, Like it's
- 17:15truly those little goals that motivate me to get stuff done. And I'm that
- 17:19kind of person where I'm competitive. So if I don't do that stuff that
- 17:23I told myself I was going to do, I am going to beat myself
- 17:26up for it and I'm going to be upset. So I am my own
- 17:29motivator. I motivate myself all the time to get shit done. And when
- 17:33I do get that shit done, I know how good it feels afterwards.
- 17:36Right, So that's also my motivator is knowing how good I feel after doing
- 17:40the workout or after cleaning my house or getting back into routine, whatever it
- 17:44is. But what we need to understand is that getting back into routine takes
- 17:49time. People need to realize that you are not going to be on your
- 17:53normal routine or schedule for the first week of coming home. You're not.
- 17:56It's just the reality it's not going to happen. So you need to get
- 18:00that in your mindset that doing those small goals and those small things for yourself,
- 18:04those small tasks are enough, and you just showing up for yourself and
- 18:08making the effort to do something for yourself is crucial. You should be proud
- 18:15of that. And that brings me into my next point of staying consistent.
- 18:18Staying consistent for showing up for yourself and showing up for you, whether it's
- 18:22taking five minutes or thirty minutes or an hour to yourself, whether it's getting
- 18:27back into a journaling routine or getting back into your hawkerel walks, or you
- 18:32know, setting aside twenty minutes to get a workout done. The fact that
- 18:34you set that time aside for yourself during the day, you should be proud
- 18:41of that. Not many people can say that they're able to do that,
- 18:44right like, you need to be able to find time for yourself, show
- 18:47up for yourself. That's what's going to allow you to get back into that
- 18:51consistent routine and push yourself to get back into that routine. If you don't
- 18:55show up for yourself at all getting back home, if you don't take five
- 18:59or thirty minutes or hour to yourself, then it is going to be harder
- 19:02to get back into it. So you don't need two hours or three hours
- 19:06to you know, get back into routine. You can honestly take twenty to
- 19:10thirty minutes of your time just to do slow things to get yourself back into
- 19:14it. As I said, a walk, journaling, planning, whatever the
- 19:18case may be. I also need to put a side note here because if
- 19:22you are in Canada and you are experiencing beautiful weather right now, can we
- 19:25just thank the Lord for this beautiful weather that we've been having. I had
- 19:30my first Hawk Girl walk the past two days in my neighborhood and It literally
- 19:34just made me feel so happy. It was like the smallest little mood booster.
- 19:38But I was able to take Freddy for forty five minute walks two days
- 19:41in a row, and literally I almost wanted to cry just being by the
- 19:45pond, hearing the birds chirp, seeing the flowers bloom like it is spring
- 19:51and spring is springing, and it literally just brings me so much happiness.
- 19:56And I don't know, just like those little things makes things so much better
- 20:00going into the spring season, and just also being home, being able to
- 20:03be outside enjoy the weather. The weather really does play a huge impact in
- 20:07your mood. Let's be honest, and it feels good to be home knowing
- 20:10that the weather is nice you can be outside. I want to get back
- 20:12into running again. Hawt Girl walks are back, which makes me so freaking
- 20:17happy and motivates me to really get back into routine when the weather is nice
- 20:21as well. And so one thing that I did recently was going on those
- 20:25Hawt Girl walks that was taking time for myself, right I was taking forty
- 20:27five minutes to you know, listen to a podcast, walk with Freddie,
- 20:30enjoy the outdoors, move my body, feel grateful, that I was able
- 20:34to move my body all that, and one thing that I did when I
- 20:37was on that walk is I rewarded myself with a small win. So I
- 20:44rewarded that small win by allowing myself to show up for myself and be proud
- 20:49of me showing up for myself by going on that walk and finding time to
- 20:53do that. So I treated myself to a nice coffee and doing those things
- 20:59that are your favorite thing, which is getting an iced coffee or a macha
- 21:02whatever it is, or even you know, buying yourself a pastry or a
- 21:04cupcake. Like you need to be able to see those small wins for yourself,
- 21:08like the fact that you were able to get a workout done today,
- 21:11okay, reward yourself. Okay, the fact that you were able to fold
- 21:15laundry today, reward yourself. You need to reward yourself for those things,
- 21:21those tasks, because yes, those tasks are small and they don't seem like
- 21:25a big deal. But when you're coming home from a trip for two weeks
- 21:27and you haven't done literally anything for two weeks for yourself, you should be
- 21:33proud, like it's just the little things that honestly make things so much better.
- 21:37So, as I said, getting a coffee, treating yourself just to
- 21:40something that you love. You did that for yourself, and you're rewarding yourself
- 21:44for being productive, and you're rewarding yourself for getting out of the house to
- 21:47do something for yourself. Yes, it can be hard to get back into
- 21:49routine. I get it. I'm experiencing it right now, and I know
- 21:52it's difficult. But having that little ice coffee for an example, made me
- 21:57feel so good and so of myself for doing these little things and motivated me
- 22:02too. Okay, what's next. Another thing I try and do a lot
- 22:06of as well when I am home is I do a lot of self talk.
- 22:08I love to talk to myself out loud. I know that sounds weird,
- 22:11but if I say it out loud to myself, I will get it
- 22:15done. It's another huge thing to motivate me. I am my own motivator.
- 22:19So you are your own motivator. You are finding ways to shift your
- 22:22mindset back into that healthy routine. You are telling yourself you need to do
- 22:26these things because you know how good you feel after the fact. So telling
- 22:32myself out loud that you know I will be doing these things today. I
- 22:36will most likely get those things done and it will most likely happen if I
- 22:38write it down, it's in my mind. It motivates me to complete the
- 22:42task, so most likely I'm going to get it done. So it's little
- 22:45things like that that really motivate me to get my shit back into gear.
- 22:49And these are just tips that honestly helped me out through getting back into routine.
- 22:53And you know what, sometimes it takes two days, sometimes it takes
- 22:56five days. Sometimes it takes you know, longer than a week. And
- 23:00the reality is is that nobody just snaps into it immediately. And if you
- 23:04do, I mean good on you. But this is just the reality of
- 23:08making effort to show up for yourself and know that doing these little things,
- 23:12whether it's for twenty minutes or thirty minutes, are going to be so worth
- 23:15it. And lastly, one more thing that I want to talk about when
- 23:18it comes to you know, getting back on track and all that is work
- 23:22life balance. It has been quite challenging to get back into a consistent work
- 23:26schedule as well. Right Like, yes, we talk about getting back into
- 23:29routine, but there's also getting back into your work routine as well. It's
- 23:33not easy to balance both, and that's another reason why I think people have
- 23:36a hard time doing that. For me personally, you know, I came
- 23:38back to a lot of brands that I have to film, and I've been
- 23:44trying my best obviously to do both. And I think that's another reason why
- 23:48it's been hard to you know, submit things on time and all that,
- 23:52because you know, I have to make other things a priority. So I
- 23:56think what's important is to have a good time blocking system, meaning finding techniques
- 24:02to help manage your time better. So using my planner writing things down that
- 24:07have to be submitted by a specific time or day, that's been extremely helpful.
- 24:11I also love Google calendars. I find that's been really helpful just to
- 24:15know, you know, deadlines and submissions, meetings all that. I also
- 24:18have notification sets, so I usually set a notification for something that's due or
- 24:22a meeting like three hours prior. That way I can mentally prepare for the
- 24:27next tasks. So it's not easy, I get it, but you know,
- 24:32taking that time to manage everything overlook everything that you have to get done
- 24:37for the week, just really try and manage your time effectively. By doing
- 24:41that time blocking technique is crucial and Yeah, as I said, I know,
- 24:45it's not easy to balance out your work and your own routine that you
- 24:52do at home, but as I said, it takes time. Doing small
- 24:55little things will be the biggest game changer. And again, rewarding yourself doing
- 25:00the things that I said, I think will really really help you out during
- 25:03the time of you getting back into your routine. So those are some points
- 25:07that I have for your comeback era, because as we are in spring currently,
- 25:12I think everyone is starting to think about summer. I know, as
- 25:15soon as May hit the first thing I'm thinking about is hawkir all summer,
- 25:21getting back into the summer habits, the summer things we love. And I'm
- 25:26so excited to talk about this episodes again because those are my favorite, just
- 25:27like summer bucket lists and how the hell are we already close to summer?
- 25:32Like what, I literally can't believe this, guys. Twenty twenty four is
- 25:36going by so fast, Like I literally am speechless right now. I can't
