- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello everyone, welcome to empower your soul with Nicole.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Today is my first day that I am doing live readings here on this podcast, so I know that I've been kind of dangling this carrot in front of you for a while for a few months now but here it goes.
- 0:16Speaker 1: This is my first soul alignment reading with the amazing Taylor.
- 0:21Speaker 1: She is just so fabulous and her energy is just out of this world and I can tell that she's here to do great things.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So I feel so blessed to be able to give Taylor this opportunity, this soul alignment reading, and we go everywhere.
- 0:37Speaker 1: And it's just so interesting to me because this one feels like a little bit all over the place and I'll be totally honest with you, this is much longer than I expected to do this reading, but she has some amazing questions.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Spirit's able to give us amazing downloads and validation for her and I really just enjoyed this conversation with Taylor so much and I know that she's going places and I know that she's gonna do wonderful things in her life and I just love that Spirit came in, answered her questions and was able to show her how amazing she is.
- 1:08Speaker 1: So here you go.
- 1:09Speaker 1: This is my completely unedited, from start to finish podcast episode for Taylor's Soul Alignment Reading.
- 1:21Speaker 1: So you're going to notice in this, as somebody who does this, I try to explain a little bit along the way I try to.
- 1:26Speaker 1: I just allow the nose, the arms, the legs to come through, and this really is 100% unedited.
- 1:33Speaker 1: So this is what real soul alignment sessions look like people and there's more to come to and I'm so excited for that as well.
- 1:39Speaker 1: So enjoy.
- 1:40Speaker 1: At the end I also allow her to kind of give me her initial reaction on the podcast as well, so you'll hear that at the very end and if you are interested in signing up for these free readings?
- 1:51Speaker 1: I would love to have you.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I release them through my email chain on a monthly basis.
- 1:55Speaker 1: There's very limited spots, so if you are interested in signing up and trying to get a chance to get a free podcast reading with me, just head to my website medium nicolecom, click on podcasts and enter your name in the subscription box.
- 2:07Speaker 1: All right, welcome, taylor.
- 2:11Speaker 1: So great to have you here on the empower yourself podcast.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Oh, my goodness, thank you so much for signing up for the free reading.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Thank you so much for having me.
- 2:20Speaker 2: I'm excited to be here.
- 2:21Speaker 1: All right, so, um, so we are interested in a soul alignment session, so wanted to talk to you a little bit about.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I have a general format that I follow for these sessions, but I wanted to know what type of topics since this is more of an interactive session you were looking to get out of it or make sure we cover in the session.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I would say career wise, career wise, uh, spiritual wise, soulful kind of alignment stuff, anything that kind of um pops up in, that would be great, cause that's kind of where things tend to go is um body, mind and spirit.
- 2:59Speaker 2: So I'm open to whatever comes through, okay.
- 3:01Speaker 1: That sounds great.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Okay, so what I'll do is I will hop into, probably, our Akashic records.
- 3:06Speaker 1: I think that will probably be the main modality that we use today.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I do think we will.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I did have like a what I assume is a departed grandmother, but an elderly woman kind of come through before you joined the call today, so I know that there's probably going to be a little bit of language from her today and we can see you know who your guides are and go through this one by one.
- 3:25Speaker 1: So that sounds great.
- 3:27Speaker 1: So I'm going to just take a moment to toss us both in the Akashic records and we should be good to go.
- 3:41Speaker 1: And it's just really funny because right off the bat, when I hop into the Akashic Records, you take such good care of your body and I want to say it that way, like I can, like I'm feeling like you, especially today.
- 3:52Speaker 1: But I feel like this is a theme.
- 3:53Speaker 1: You've had a good breakfast.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Like I feel like you're, you're, you're drinking a lot of water, you're drinking a lot of like coffee in a good way, like you are your body, just right off the bat, and they don't normally start with the body and doing a body scan, like everything looks really good from a body perspective.
- 4:09Speaker 1: So I don't know if that was like one of your concerns, like off the bat it doesn't sound like it, but I can see that you take your health very seriously and, um, and I do see that you do take time to do physical movement and take care of your body.
- 4:22Speaker 1: So that's the very first thing they wanted you to want me to bring up.
- 4:26Speaker 1: And let me ask why?
- 4:28Speaker 1: Because they don't normally start with.
- 4:29Speaker 1: She's eating and drinking Great.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I'll take it.
- 4:33Speaker 2: I'll start with a compliment.
- 4:34Speaker 2: They're going to hit me with a hammer later and they're gonna be like there's a price for that compliment initially oh, that's so funny.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Okay, so they just they want you, and I think what they're highlighting for me is that you second guess a lot of your health decisions, and I know that you put a lot of research into your health decisions.
- 4:54Speaker 1: But that makes sense for you?
- 4:55Speaker 1: Yes, definitely Okay, and I feel like you're reading books about your health and like down to a scientific level.
- 5:03Speaker 1: It almost feels like how do you balance your hormones, how do you do all these different things?
- 5:07Speaker 1: And I just want to say, health wise, everything looks really good for you.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So whatever you're doing, it's working.
- 5:12Speaker 1: And they want to encourage you to follow your intuition in terms of your health as well, because not everything that we should know about our bodies is found in a book.
- 5:23Speaker 1: A lot of our intuition needs to lead the way too.
- 5:25Speaker 1: So if you ever feel the need that you need to rest or you need to eat certain things that maybe don't make a lot of sense in the books that you're reading, they just want to encourage you to follow your intuition and follow how you feel a little bit more than what the textbooks say, if that makes sense to you, absolutely.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Okay, and I don't know if that's coming up a lot.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Health wise, I do have a lower back injury that I've kind of been working through for a while.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I'm kind of going to different like physical therapists and stuff, so that's kind of been a heavier, the only injury that I'm probably really working with, I feel like health standpoint now.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Okay, that that makes sense.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I'm not seeing that.
- 5:59Speaker 1: So let me ask about your.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Your it's going to have a full recovery, so I just want to let you know that that is going to be good, so yeah, awesome news right.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I'll take it right on me.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Let's go.
- 6:10Speaker 1: I do feel like it, I, and I feel like, if you're not already doing like chiropractic work, that's going to be really important for you too.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Um, there's something about the hips being needing to be in alignment with the spine, and I feel like that's.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It's going to take you probably a few more months.
- 6:24Speaker 1: It feels like to me to really work it out, but I do feel like and this was, was this from an impact your back?
- 6:36Speaker 2: So, yeah, it originally started, uh, a track injury in college, uh, for bolting, and then it kind of turned into pulling it, doing dead lifting, and that it escalated to just like sneezing, um coughing, like moving, I mean it.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so over the last like two years it just went.
- 6:51Speaker 2: So I've been kind of working my way back up, nursing about, trying to.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Okay, that makes sense, cause it feels like there is a defined moment that this starts for you and it, um, and it does feel like it's, even when it's not hurting and I don't know why they want to talk about this so much even when it's not hurting, it's a dull pain, um.
- 7:10Speaker 1: So continue the exercises, continue the work with the professionals and and I think this is where they're talking about lean into your intuition as well, because that stretching, like doing yoga, that kind of thing is going to be very beneficial for it.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Okay, especially like I'm going to throw this out there.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Yep, no, go ahead.
- 7:30Speaker 2: I'm going to throw this out there because it's the very first thing you kind of started with and then, since you're mentioning my intuition, I'll piggyback off of that.
- 7:38Speaker 2: The first thing you were kind of talking about was hormones, and it's funny.
- 7:41Speaker 2: I was working out in the gym and again my workouts have been much lighter.
- 7:45Speaker 2: And it's funny, I was working out um in the gym and again my workouts have been much lighter.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Um, and I'm like missing the days where I can go and like lift strong weights again.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Um, but I don't know.
- 7:57Speaker 2: I was.
- 7:57Speaker 2: I got this like download and it was something about starting like peptides, looking into peptides that it would increase my recovery speed and stuff like that, and so that kind of can go like in line ish with hormone stuff.
- 8:10Speaker 1: But I feel like that just might be necessary to kind of piggyback, because I feel like those things go together potentially Perfect.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Okay, check Like.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I literally just saw the check in my mind from spirit.
- 8:16Speaker 1: So you, that's exactly what you should be doing, following those nuggets of gold, following those downloads, and the worst case scenario is it doesn't work or it doesn't end up the way that you think it's going to go.
- 8:26Speaker 1: But but take those nuggets from spirit.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Those are gifts from the divine for to point you in the right direction, to point you towards healing.
- 8:33Speaker 1: So listen to those and I do feel, I do feel a full recovery, but it might not look the way that it used to, so I want to put that out there as well.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, um, not look the way it used to, as in like you can't be dead light lifting all that weight.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Yes, I do not care to deadlift, I don't care to squat again.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Uh, but yeah that's what I mean.
- 8:57Speaker 1: It's just your um, yeah, that's what I mean.
- 8:59Speaker 1: I'm, when I say healed, I feel like without pain.
- 9:02Speaker 1: That's what I.
- 9:02Speaker 1: That's what I want to say.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, awesome, Okay.
- 9:07Speaker 1: So check, we covered that one.
- 9:09Speaker 1: That's just so funny.
- 9:14Speaker 1: They wanted to make sure you got that nugget and you were listening to it, because they are sending you those nuggets of intuition and feedback all the time, which I absolutely love.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Okay, so I know you mentioned career, know, career, spiritual, personal growth.
- 9:26Speaker 1: So let me take a step back and start where I normally start with.
- 9:32Speaker 1: As I enter the records, let me figure out what they want you to know and maybe what the theme of this reading is, and the theme of the reading that I'm hearing is potential.
- 9:43Speaker 1: So we're going to talk about potential today.
- 9:51Speaker 1: In terms of who is guiding you.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I do see three souls I want to say it that way that are guiding you, and I do feel again like I feel like your grandmother is here and I do.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I just want to toss that out, and I know you did mention you don't do a lot of mediumship or you haven't had a solid reading there, but I do feel like she's somebody who's very loving, also very stubborn, really takes care of the family quite a bit.
- 10:15Speaker 1: And she, she lives a long time.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Is that correct, like she lives into her eighties?
- 10:22Speaker 2: Okay, that's so funny Cause I was just wondering.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I'm like which grandma is it?
- 10:26Speaker 2: I'm like is it my mom's mom because?
- 10:27Speaker 2: Or my mom's grandma because she was the one that would come through pretty strong.
- 10:30Speaker 2: My mom's mom has also passed, and then my dad's grandma has passed, so okay.
- 10:38Speaker 1: So as I lean into it, let me ask them to show me and they're teasing me in my head.
- 10:44Speaker 1: I love it.
- 10:44Speaker 1: I'll just explain kind of what I'm getting to, because they're like this isn't an evidential mediumship reading, Nicole.
- 10:49Speaker 1: But when I'm feeling this is more on dad's side of the house and there's just something about her stoicness and her strength.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I want to say that is part of the reading today and I think that's why she's the one stepping forward.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I don't think she'll be the one always stepping forward in these readings, but for today there's just something about her energy and her ability to make very strong decisions and be a planner and lead down the path, Whereas I think that mom's mom would be much more loving, much more caring, much more guiding and supporting you in whatever you choose.
- 11:22Speaker 1: But I know that you're looking for answers today and I think that's why dad's mom coming through.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Would that make sense to you?
- 11:28Speaker 2: Yeah, so just like further addition to that, um, I haven't.
- 11:35Speaker 2: I my dreams can be a little wild, but um, I saw I had.
- 11:39Speaker 2: She came to me in a dream and I've like that's maybe the first time she's ever came to me in a dream and she just was like standing there again, just very so, just like looking at me.
- 11:48Speaker 2: I was like, well, that was weird.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Like granny was in my dream last night and like a week later her son passed, and so I feel like that's part of like why it's coming, Cause I'm like I never see her, so she's here to tell like noted, like okay.
- 12:16Speaker 1: So yeah, I think to tie that in.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I'm sure that's part of it.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I do see two other souls that are guiding you there.
- 12:22Speaker 1: They don't want to kind of step forward and identify themselves.
- 12:25Speaker 1: I assume they're just part of the Akasha team that you have.
- 12:31Speaker 1: But, either way, this message is kind of coming from I think your grandmother is going to be the one who's delivering the message and the messages overall are coming from the Akasha team, and what they want you to keep in mind during the reading is being open, and I know that a lot of the stuff you're going to hear today, I think is going to hit initially, and then what's going to happen is you're going to think about it over the next few days and you're going to come to I'm going to say different perspectives, and I'm not going to say different conclusions, because I think the conclusions will be the same, but there's there's depth to the reading today, so keep that in mind as you walk away, and obviously you know you're going to be able to hear the recording of this and see this again, so you might want to.
- 13:08Speaker 1: You don't have to take notes at all today, but you might want to, maybe tonight in a journal, write at least your initial impressions and then maybe in a couple of days, write anything new that comes in, because you're going to be seeing signs and symbols and synchronicities after this reading.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Related to this reading is what they're telling me.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Okay, so so I like to start at the big picture in terms of these soul alignment sessions.
- 13:37Speaker 1: So who you are as a soul is somebody that is unconditionally loving, and I want to like that is like the number one statement they want me to say.
- 13:42Speaker 1: First is you are just this unconditional bundle of love that loves everybody and everything.
- 13:48Speaker 1: But they're highlighting here, and also as a soul, you are very critical on yourself and you want to be the best of the best and you want to be, I'm going to say, top of the class.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Quite a perfectionist Is that fair?
- 14:03Speaker 1: And wanting to do everything right the first time you do it.
- 14:08Speaker 1: So there is a lot.
- 14:11Speaker 1: So I think that's going to be part of the theme here today as well, because your potential is huge and I know that you look as a soul and here in this lifetime, you look at everything and you think that you can do absolutely everything.
- 14:23Speaker 1: You have a potential to do whatever you want and you not only know it, but you feel it.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and you know that.
- 14:32Speaker 1: You look oh sorry, say that again the feeling's huge.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure, the feeling's huge.
- 14:37Speaker 1: And it's like you look at, I want to say, the upper echelon, the CEOs, the women, like the who was the founder of Spanx I can't remember her name, but you look at these people on the top layers and you're like I can do that, and I know that's not the industry you're in, but you look at everybody else and you're like I can do that.
- 14:54Speaker 1: You look at the people who, who are loud and proud and have their voices heard, and people follow them and they make immense change, and you know that you are capable of that, absolutely.
- 15:07Speaker 1: So confidence is not your issue, which is fantastic, right but where it's almost like you feel the potential but you don't necessarily know how to get there and it's trying to.
- 15:28Speaker 1: They're showing me a bunch of things, but ultimately, what I'm feeling is you see the potential, but but it's not as simple as you think it is to get to where you want to go, and you really get dragged down by the day-to-day details, issues, things that pop up and you take a look at these and you're like, if I'm supposed to be there, this should be easier, this should be more in alignment.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I shouldn't have to do all of this work if this is what I'm supposed to be doing.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Does that make sense In a nutshell?
- 16:01Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, because I see that you like to keep it simple.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Simple.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I see that you break things down and very easy to understand things.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Um, and to you, when you look at anything, it's not complicated, it's not complex.
- 16:15Speaker 1: You're able to very easily see these puzzle pieces and know exactly how they fit together in the right way, and it always fits together the right way at the first time you do it.
- 16:24Speaker 1: So it's just really interesting to me.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And it's almost like you, as your soul knows where you want to go.
- 16:34Speaker 1: You is like long-term, you know how to get there, but then that short-term, day-to-day stuff or the short-term plans of how do I get on the right path to get there, that's where you fall short.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Do you understand that?
- 16:43Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Okay, and then, in terms of your soul, hang on a second, wrote it down somewhere, but that's okay, I'll just go with it.
- 16:57Speaker 1: What drives you to be the best?
- 17:01Speaker 1: Because it's not just like who you are and like you wanting to be this potential.
- 17:05Speaker 1: So let me ask why you are driven to be the best of the best?
- 17:10Speaker 1: And that's because you are a natural leader.
- 17:13Speaker 1: People naturally love you and follow you and you want to do things for good, to help people be their best selves, to help people be their best selves.
- 17:26Speaker 1: But there's this feeling that if I'm not the best, I'm not doing the best for my clients.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Correct, okay?
- 17:37Speaker 1: So let me ask.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Let me, I feel like I'm missing something.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Let me ask if I'm missing anything in the message I just gave you, and what I'm hearing is perfection isn't everything.
- 17:53Speaker 1: It's not, it's not necessarily important the final product or the destination of where you're going.
- 18:00Speaker 1: A lot of the value that you create as a soul, that you don't appreciate until you get there, is how difficult maybe some of the journeys are and the lessons that you learn along the way.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Because the lessons that you learn along the way are the things that make you human, that cement you in your path and make you realize how, number one, how valuable the path is and where you're going and how valuable that is for you and your clients.
- 18:25Speaker 1: But also, number two, it also highlights that the lessons that you're learning are things you need to learn in order to help the people that come your way.
- 18:32Speaker 1: So there is purpose to every sidestep, every side quest, every mistake.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I want to say it that way, sorry if that's painful.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Everything that's unexpected, that pops up along the way, that makes you feel like I'm not good enough, this thing that's unexpected, that pops up along the way, that makes you feel like I'm not good enough.
- 18:47Speaker 1: This should be easy.
- 18:48Speaker 1: There was purpose in every single one of the walls that you face along your journey to become your best self.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Yeah, sucks Brick wall after brick wall after brick wall over and, over and over again, but there's purpose to all of them, because they're showing me, with every single brick wall that you've ever faced, you have been able to push through and break through that wall.
- 19:12Speaker 1: It's like you're the Kool-Aid man.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Let's be honest.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so you're able to break through these walls, and no wall has been placed in your way that you haven't been able to get through, because your mind knows how to get through it.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Your heart knows I am going to get through this.
- 19:34Speaker 1: And then your determination and your will says I will take step A through Z to figure out the right path to get through it.
- 19:42Speaker 1: And sometimes you go around it.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Sometimes you're like I'm not going to bother breaking that system or breaking that down.
- 19:46Speaker 1: It's not worth my time.
- 19:47Speaker 1: It's bigger than me, it's like the Great Wall of China.
- 19:49Speaker 1: But most of the time you're able to break down that wall and that never becomes a problem again.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Yeah, there's kind of some like keep going.
- 20:00Speaker 2: There's kind of some specific walls where I'm like yep, minus that one of like yep, and that's the one I'm here to to overcome and get over.
- 20:06Speaker 2: That one of like you will not bring me back, but yeah.
- 20:09Speaker 1: So okay, and and and it's a good point, because I feel like a lot of this they're showing me right now feels past as and they want to talk about the past first, because it's just evidence of how strong and resilient you are and how you have unlimited potential and you're going to get there because I do feel, um, I'm not sure what that is yet, I'm going to ask them to bring it to me.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I I feel one of the walls and I'm not sure specifically what it is yet, but I do feel that is career related at this point, and I do feel like, from a career perspective, you have and let's go down that path you have so much more that you wanna do and do you own your own practice now, okay, I was gonna say cause if you didn't yet, you will, okay, so that makes sense.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I do consulting.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I'm a licensed therapist, but then I do consulting with people all across the country and world.
- 21:05Speaker 1: So okay, but there's, there's a big butt in there, Does it?
- 21:13Speaker 1: I'm going to ask?
- 21:15Speaker 1: I'm going to ask them.
- 21:16Speaker 1: It's not where you want to be, Would you understand?
- 21:23Speaker 2: It's ready to evolve and grow.
- 21:24Speaker 2: And I'm like the what and the how.
- 21:26Speaker 2: It's like, yeah, I mean, I'm doing good work, as I am and I can, but it's like there's this thing where it's like because, like, I'm not growing it almost because I feel like I'm evolving it.
- 21:34Speaker 2: But I'm like the what and how, what I'm evolving, it is like uh-huh, kind of like the missing gaps.
- 21:38Speaker 2: I'm like, so how do I like again, it's good, it's fine, it's great, it's I'm doing good work.
- 21:44Speaker 2: But then also like feels like there's something else where I'm like I kind of want to like say, morph it into something else but add into it, but it's for whatever reason.
- 21:54Speaker 2: It doesn't feel like a congruent line of, like an evolution, because it doesn't feel like there's a path straight forward of this thing just casually aligning more.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Because when I pray and meditate and do all this stuff, I'm like I get no answers.
- 22:07Speaker 2: It's just like cricket.
- 22:08Speaker 2: And I'm like, okay, and so I create this time, um, every day, every week, to go and be like okay, what's my next move here?
- 22:15Speaker 2: And it's like you know, I mean, you get some things I forced that I was supposed to take.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Okay, check that off.
- 22:21Speaker 2: But I'm like, what about the bigger picture?
- 22:23Speaker 2: Can you give me something else?
- 22:24Speaker 1: And it's, you know, yeah, so so bigger picture, I see you and it and they're not giving you anything else because you have some big decisions to make and they can't make that decision for you.
- 22:36Speaker 1: But I will say I see you still leading your organization, but I see you writing books, I see you having a team under you and I and I see that there's a lot of clients and I know you're doing such a good job today helping all your clients out.
- 22:54Speaker 1: However, it doesn't fill your cup, like it's not the right type of clients that you want.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Is that fair?
- 23:02Speaker 2: Uh, yes, cause I yes had a venture, I would do a little side quest here.
- 23:05Speaker 2: I'm like I want to be doing my thing and growing and just attracting my clients and create like kind of working with my method.
- 23:12Speaker 2: That's what I know I'm supposed to do is like create my own way of working with clients.
- 23:17Speaker 2: That will be revolutionary and I know that, so like that's nothing new to me, um, and so then in the second we got up of, like oh, you have potential.
- 23:24Speaker 2: I'm like that word is so scary, like that's a daunting word because, uh, a perfect overview of my life is.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Ever since I can remember like the exact moment when I was a little girl.
- 23:33Speaker 2: I'm like I meant to do something big.
- 23:35Speaker 2: I mean, I was like three, um, and I, so I knew, and I just remember being so like well, how do you like distraught over, like how do you know which problem to change and fix in the world?
- 23:43Speaker 2: I'm like I just remember sitting there thinking this is taking so long to get big.
- 23:48Speaker 2: What about all the people who like big, meaning like 18?
- 23:50Speaker 2: I'm like this is taking forever to get big.
- 23:52Speaker 2: How do people who are in really bad environments get through this?
- 23:55Speaker 2: I'm like this is taking forever.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Like I just had this, knowing that I was meant to be big, like I was never.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Oh, I missed childhood.
- 24:01Speaker 2: I'm like man, get me the hell out of there.
- 24:03Speaker 2: I don't ever want to go back.
- 24:04Speaker 2: So, and not from a bad reason, but I just knew I had shit to do and people to see, and like that was not it.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Yes, and I think that's a perfect description of you, because I just and I feel, I'm going to say, the hunger that you have to live that huge potential life and live that big change.
- 24:22Speaker 1: And I want to say it's because you're, I'm going to say, more aligned with your soul than, I'm going to say, most people, just in a way that you know who you are, you know what you're here to do and you know you're here to make big impact and a lot of people don't know that.
- 24:36Speaker 1: A lot of people want that, but they don't know it in a sense that you know what you feel in your gut.
- 24:41Speaker 1: You've known it since you were three.
- 24:42Speaker 1: So you are absolutely, and I wouldn't be surprised if numerology you had master numbers in you.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Is that correct?
- 24:49Speaker 1: Have you looked at master?
- 24:53Speaker 2: now I can tell you my number, my like birthday I'm 2293 okay, what was it?
- 25:00Speaker 1: 2293, 222, okay, that sense.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I am not good at x, 4, 6, 15.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Don't ask me math.
- 25:14Speaker 1: No, it's okay.
- 25:15Speaker 1: So I mean nine.
- 25:17Speaker 1: So, like I don't know numerology I'm not an expert in numerology I know the basics, but I know nine.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Like you, this is like you.
- 25:23Speaker 1: You are here to like, complete a cycle that is like your, your life path, your life plan.
- 25:28Speaker 1: So, um six, three, this is a three year for you.
- 25:36Speaker 1: I don't know what that means, but this is a three year for you.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Hang on.
- 25:44Speaker 1: No, it's not it's a five year, five year, five years change.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Um, this is a year of change for you.
- 25:49Speaker 1: So, um, I forgot the two, two, zero in that calculation.
- 25:54Speaker 1: So this is a year of change for you.
- 25:55Speaker 1: So things must be moving for you this year, correct?
- 25:58Speaker 1: Like, okay, so when we talk about your potential in your career, then yeah, you're going to be a leader.
- 26:09Speaker 1: You already are a leader in some ways, but not in the way that you want to be.
- 26:13Speaker 1: And and I do see you again, I see you in charge, I see you creating a book or methodology to your point, which you've already, which you've already said and then I do see you working with staff to do what you want to do and train people and all that, all these things.
- 26:27Speaker 1: So let me ask if there's something new in terms of the goal for the career that maybe you were unaware of.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I want to tell you and I don't know if you worry about this I see you as an old woman and you are so happy with your career, so I want you to know that it is coming and I know that you will be very happy with how this turns out.
- 26:57Speaker 1: I do think that there is a little bit of inner work to do in terms of what it's, I'm going to ask them to use words.
- 27:06Speaker 1: I'm giving me a feeling, but words are always much more helpful for me.
- 27:09Speaker 1: This inner angst of not doing enough.
- 27:13Speaker 1: You will always have that.
- 27:14Speaker 1: So that is your ego, that is a human thing, and just because you have that feeling of not doing enough doesn't mean that you actually aren't doing enough.
- 27:26Speaker 1: So when you get this feeling of not doing enough or not moving fast enough, no, we're going to go with the first one, not doing enough Look back at your accomplishments and look back at the people you've changed.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Look back at reviews or clients who've sent you nice notes, and just keep that in mind and realize that, no matter what you do, you're making a huge impact on people every single day, every meeting, every single day.
- 27:51Speaker 1: So know that the impact that you think you need to make, you aren't going to see all of it, because what happens is you help your clients.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Your clients are able to then improve their lives and improve their relationships, improve their careers, and it's this ripple effect and and you might not feel all of the impact that you're making.
- 28:11Speaker 1: So I want you to keep that perspective in you as you go forward, is when I feel like I'm not doing enough or I'm not making a big enough impact.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Remember that you are making a huge impact every single day already, and that's going to continue to get bigger and bigger and bigger.
- 28:27Speaker 1: And I don't remember what the second one was.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Hopefully they'll bring me to it.
- 28:33Speaker 1: So what's your path to get there?
- 28:35Speaker 1: So, a lot of a lot of your path will be creating the right connections.
- 28:44Speaker 1: It will be finding people, networking, um, and so it's saying yes to opportunities that maybe you don't feel as comfortable saying yes to, or think, or relationships or dinners or things like that that you don't feel as super comfortable saying yes to.
- 29:00Speaker 1: So make sure you're saying yes to those.
- 29:02Speaker 1: And then, in terms of the career, it's like you're ready to level up, like skill set wise, client wise.
- 29:12Speaker 1: You're ready to level up and it's almost like you just need to start taking that step, and I don't know why I want to say that.
- 29:20Speaker 1: Have you do?
- 29:21Speaker 1: You see it?
- 29:21Speaker 1: And you just haven't taken the step yet.
- 29:30Speaker 2: It's not going to come to you to make the choice.
- 29:33Speaker 2: It's it's like cause.
- 29:35Speaker 2: There's that notion of like people go here.
- 29:38Speaker 2: But I'm like, why do I feel like this door's shut?
- 29:39Speaker 2: I don't know if it's like a marketing of like, do I know what I'm asking for?
- 29:41Speaker 2: So if I'm like because it feels like there's not a lot of fresh things moving, but ironically I don't feel like I'm getting the intuitive pull, because I just kind of felt like there was this weight work, because I was even doing this thing where, like the timing all kind of added up and then like getting my business, like you know, llc lined up and getting a new account and all this stuff.
- 30:02Speaker 2: I'm like all the time I mean kind of lined up and I'm like do I just need to make?
- 30:06Speaker 2: Like, are you telling me?
- 30:07Speaker 1: to make a new business.
- 30:08Speaker 2: I was like I will like, if I need to make a new license, like make it easier myself, um, for certain things I will, and I wasn't getting a because, like, if I'm, if I'm going to be moving into something like right here, right now, I'm gonna have to do it anyways.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Do I just need to like wait for something to line up?
- 30:23Speaker 2: But then, in terms of like what the step is, I'm like, okay, how things have worked for me is I've always gotten more end game things, but never the thought to it.
- 30:34Speaker 2: So, like I was just on you know, a walk earlier, a few, several years ago I was walking and when I'm on the walk, all of of a sudden, like his download hits me.
- 30:43Speaker 2: And it's like I was getting ready to go to Texas to get my licensure hours to be a therapist.
- 30:47Speaker 2: It was going to take me about two and a half years to do it.
- 30:50Speaker 2: And I heard, once you get all of your hours, you're not going to use it, you're going to start your own business and you're going to work remotely, virtually, and I mean I really like came unglued.
- 31:08Speaker 2: I'm like what do you mean?
- 31:08Speaker 2: Like why would I spend all this time, effort, money, energy, all of this to not use my license.
- 31:10Speaker 2: That's exactly what happened.
- 31:10Speaker 2: But nothing could come through and be like Ooh, so there's going to be something called the COVID-19 pandemic, where everything's going to move virtually, so all the right tools are going to be so much you know easier and more accessible to you, so it's going to be great.
- 31:20Speaker 2: And then the other thing I got was oh yeah, here's this, like because I already see the framework for how I'm going to work with people and have people working with me.
- 31:27Speaker 2: So I'm like I have this program I want to do and God like over me many moons ago of like a give back program or like I want to have a certain tier where people pay this much to work with me.
- 31:39Speaker 2: From that, I take a portion of that pay a therapist or a clinician to see a client, so it's free for the client, but the therapist still gets paid, and then just building like referral networks.
- 31:50Speaker 2: So basically, it's like you're giving something but then, like nobody's, it's not at a cost to anyone, so it's not at a therapist not being paid because Lord knows we all do, yeah, and so taking a step back, like I, I've seen all these things like huh, that and then that, and so it's like there's this kind of thing I think of like, again, part of the protocol that I create.
- 32:12Speaker 2: I think part of that is me creating it, using it on myself and getting over this hurdle and then that's what I share with the world.
- 32:19Speaker 2: Um, because there's this hurdle where, like, there's bunch of spiritual stuff.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Um, I don't know if we'll get into that or not, but there's just been this like, not only like a um a door, but an actual, like you get hit by a truck.
- 32:34Speaker 2: So, like my back injury was one of those things too where, like, I was getting ready to post something and literally the next, the day or the day before I was going to make this video about my back recovery, I pulled it again or just kind of tweet and it's like to where, like, I will physically like become injured.
- 32:52Speaker 2: So there's like weird stuff.
- 32:53Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, I know there's some like I don't know if it's like past life stuff or whatever to get through, but it's something with me even being like social and sharing, because I love talking.
- 33:04Speaker 2: It's one of the things, you know that I would do.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I love connecting.
- 33:06Speaker 2: That's one of the things I would do, like one of my superpowers as a kid was just stare out the window and like you know who knows what I was talking about.
- 33:15Speaker 2: But I was talking to someone and there's something about that now, where it's like my creativity will just be like running into a wall, where it's gone.
- 33:23Speaker 2: I actually like they showed me that I was working out one day and they're like Totally like feel the view and it was just like this black thing walking into, like the orange, which is my like symbol or like color for creativity, and it was them like taking it.
- 33:38Speaker 2: I was like no, I can't do the thing.
- 33:39Speaker 2: And sure enough, I was blocked, like go and do the rest of the day and I haven't been able to get back.
- 33:46Speaker 2: So there's like weird, like energetic things for me to kind of get through.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Um, so it's like, yeah, I have a structure.
- 33:49Speaker 2: I guess that I could continue going, even though I still have this like thorn in my side.
- 33:55Speaker 2: That's like I'm hobbling along but like and I've been able to hobble along for this long but it's always like to be met with a greater, further resistance and rant.
- 34:06Speaker 1: But I want to highlight, when you feel the resistance, that is something not being in alignment.
- 34:13Speaker 1: So I think you're you're totally tuned into it, though, like you're totally tuned into okay, so I'm going to post this.
- 34:18Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 34:19Speaker 1: What's the resistance here?
- 34:20Speaker 1: Right, and it's like you know enough to ask the question, which I think a lot of people don't pause, they play victim mode and but you pause and you say what's the?
- 34:29Speaker 1: What's the lesson here?
- 34:30Speaker 1: What is what should I be learning here?
- 34:34Speaker 1: And for you, it's taking ownership of what, like what your step is and what you're here to do.
- 34:44Speaker 1: So so you're absolutely right in in terms of you need to make sure that you are doing this for you, you're not doing this for anybody else, and you are fixing this for for you before you fix it for anyone else.
- 34:57Speaker 1: And I don't know why I feel like I need to say it that way, but it's almost like when you were talking about do I have to say it that way?
- 35:02Speaker 1: But it's almost like when you were talking about do I have to pilot it and test it on myself before I do it to other people, like, the answer is a resounding yes, and for me, this almost feels like you need to test on yourself, test on other people for free or reduce rate and then get the word out and then have those people say, hey, I gave this to you for free, so you got to go and talk me up with everybody and make the connections that way.
- 35:30Speaker 1: But it's like taking these small steps to help you move forward, because you're not going to automatically go to this big, successful organization that you're trying to stand up with this amazing methodology off the bat, because people need to see the value, they need to understand the impact and you have to almost do that like one person at a time and then it will start spreading like wildfire once you get the right people and the right and use your intuition to select the right people that are going to be vocal, that are going to be enthusiastic, that are going to spread the word about you.
- 35:59Speaker 1: And you know and I also see you offering trainings in like corporate environments or like smaller groups that you know it's definitely in offices of some sort, but like teaching them some tools and doing some like free things that way and opening it up.
- 36:13Speaker 1: So I think there's a lot of avenues for you and the creativity is going to be your access to that.
- 36:20Speaker 1: And I want to say whenever you're blocked from a creativity perspective, this is when you're too much in your head and you're not in your intuition and you're in your gut, which is why you get the downloads when you're going on walks, because you're not in your head, your body and you like you need to physically move and you've already alluded to that with, like your fitness things, like you need to move, and then, once your body is occupied, that makes space for spirit to come in and drop all of these nuggets of gold in your head.
- 36:48Speaker 1: So it's like yep, yeah.
- 36:55Speaker 2: So you started by saying, like what's the step?
- 36:58Speaker 2: Like you're like it's like you know, is there stuff like you need to take, but you're not taking it.
- 37:01Speaker 2: That's kind of where I'm like.
- 37:02Speaker 2: I have been practicing and trying it myself.
- 37:03Speaker 2: I haven't, for the last like two years, been going through and it's just like, okay, not quite there yet, not quite like it just, or like you know, I guess I don't know what it'll be until I know.
- 37:16Speaker 2: So, in theory, every time I go to sit down and practice it on myself, that could be the thing that changes it.
- 37:21Speaker 2: So I think I don't know if there's more like specific guidance.
- 37:24Speaker 2: But that's why, again, I create time opening, uh, where I like were channeled, that of like what day specifically I'm most creative and it's easier for things to come in.
- 37:33Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, cool, I've been doing that for several months.
- 37:35Speaker 2: I'm like okay, like keep going, you know like.
- 37:40Speaker 1: I got.
- 37:40Speaker 1: So keep in mind that spirit works through people too, not just you.
- 37:48Speaker 1: So, and a lot of what spirit gives you is through your own brain and bias, and I have to say it that way because when?
- 37:54Speaker 1: So I think the very particular next step I'm seeing is get a group of five people I think five includes you, five people together and do teach them or do what you're doing with them and start making observations.
- 38:09Speaker 1: How's it working for you?
- 38:10Speaker 1: So so start testing it on other people, but in a group setting where you can talk about what did you get, what are you receiving, what's your experience?
- 38:18Speaker 1: Because I think it might not be working, because one of one or two or three of those people are going to be able to make you realize and have this epiphany of oh, I didn't even think about it that way, oh, I would have never approached it that way if it were me, so you, so it's testing it out on other people, and you're going to learn what works for others in this methodology, and then you're going to be like, oh, I didn't even think about that, let me try that on me, and that's going to help me get to that next level that you've been looking for and you're going to be able to learn the common strings between all of them and the common threads and bring it together so that it will work for you.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, that felt right.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Is that correct?
- 38:59Speaker 1: Like I could feel, did that just land and feel really right to you?
- 39:07Speaker 2: Yeah, there's like several things that made me giggle, uh which we can go more to later.
- 39:09Speaker 1: But, yeah, great work, perfect, um the.
- 39:13Speaker 1: The key here for you especially with the word potential being so, so big and scary is make small steps every day towards what feels right for you.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Forward steps, even if they're the wrong step, as we alluded to before, is still progress and you're still going to learn from it and you're still going to change, because your methodology isn't perfect.
- 39:35Speaker 1: It's not, I'm sorry, it's not perfect, and there's going to be a lot of things that you encounter because people are unexpected, are unexpected.
- 39:45Speaker 1: Everyone's got skeletons in their closet they don't talk about, and so the more that you can pilot this and test it, the more it's like scientific method, the more it's going to become accurate and whole and cohesive, and you're going to see how to sell it to people.
- 39:59Speaker 1: You're going to see how to market it, how to like who's the ideal client for this.
- 40:03Speaker 1: So, for you, experimentation and taking those steps forward are going to take you on the right path to where you need to go.
- 40:11Speaker 1: You can't go from A to Z because you you're missing steps B through Y and the path that's going to take you to get that to be the perfect program path that's going to take you to get that to be the perfect program.
- 40:33Speaker 2: yes, um, so, because all that makes sense, and then even the like, when you're saying that, of, um, you know, you'll know, or the next episode, like food market too, I that's like not in my slightest worry, like I feel very, just, like intuitively, that, like yeah, that'll come natural.
- 40:43Speaker 2: I think it's more so like kind of being in this immediate interim where like okay, so I would like to increase my clients.
- 40:53Speaker 2: What am I doing?
- 40:53Speaker 2: You know income wise, location, living wise, you know things like that.
- 40:58Speaker 2: Cause I do feel like again change, but it's like what opportunity?
- 41:02Speaker 2: You know cause again, or do I make a pivot?
- 41:04Speaker 2: To add what?
- 41:05Speaker 2: Because you know, being a human, you do still need to have money.
- 41:08Speaker 2: So I can't just, you know, live off of a little bit and I'll just keep practicing on myself all the time and take the clients that I have now.
- 41:14Speaker 2: You know it's like I need to kind of like still work on those things.
- 41:17Speaker 2: So it's almost like the literal, like present, exact moment.
- 41:20Speaker 2: Are the things that's like what am I supposed to be doing exactly?
- 41:23Speaker 2: Cause I'm like yeah, and game picture, I'm like no, I like that's all like I got that cover, like yeah, I got a good point.
- 41:29Speaker 2: I'm like I have this feeling again, this knowing it's been with me since I was a wee lad.
- 41:33Speaker 2: I'm like I know where, like I like immediate steps, like within the next week or month, like what the first steps would be.
- 41:50Speaker 2: Is there any way I can ask for that and see if we get any?
- 41:54Speaker 1: information.
- 41:55Speaker 1: So what are the immediate Planning?
- 42:00Speaker 1: I mean planning is going to be your key to success here.
- 42:02Speaker 1: It's going to be figuring out what should you be doing every day, every week, every month, and it's taking taking your big plan and segmenting it into um, like, what do I like?
- 42:15Speaker 1: So, if this is my plan, what are the steps it's going to take to get here?
- 42:18Speaker 1: Okay, so put those steps in order.
- 42:19Speaker 1: It's like it's literally project management in my head is what it feels like to me.
- 42:22Speaker 1: So it's going to take to get here.
- 42:23Speaker 1: Okay, so put those steps in order.
- 42:23Speaker 1: It's like it's literally project management in my head is what it feels like to me.
- 42:24Speaker 1: So it's taking these big ideas and chunking them into smaller, smaller pieces that are more tangible for you, and bringing them down to a much smaller level.
- 42:30Speaker 1: So that you know, this month I'm going to focus on this, and that means that week one I'm going to do this.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Week two, I'm going to do this week three, and that means that, based on week one, I need to make sure I'm spending 30 minutes a day, maybe, like writing emails, or 30 minutes a day writing procedures or things like it just feels like to me very, making it plan out how you want to spend the next few months, maybe through the end of the year, and what do you want to accomplish through the end of the year, and break it down into smaller steps where it's more tangible.
- 43:01Speaker 1: So planning, I would say, is your immediate small task, which is not glamorous at all.
- 43:06Speaker 1: I'm so sorry.
- 43:09Speaker 2: It's actually comforting because there's that part of me that is a little bit.
- 43:12Speaker 2: I don't want to say type A-ish, but like is more of like.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Ah, is the one to be like that, as self-soothing to like.
- 43:19Speaker 2: Count the numbers, check the things like.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Do that.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Self-soothing to like.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Count the numbers, check the things, like.
- 43:23Speaker 2: Do that, it's like, okay, like, so it provides relief.
- 43:25Speaker 2: So, even though it's not as blame or something, it's valuable.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Yep, and when you write it, you're going to get these moments of inspiration.
- 43:31Speaker 1: So make sure you're building in flexibility or being open to change.
- 43:35Speaker 1: If the plan changes because you're going to, you're going to get into a week and you'll be like, no, that's not it, that's not what I should be focusing on this week.
- 43:42Speaker 1: But at least then you, because spirit isn't going to give you everything.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Spirit is going to give you the nuggets of gold that are going to help you get down the path, but they're not going to tell you.
- 43:56Speaker 1: They're going to more, give you the what and less of the how.
- 43:58Speaker 1: So you need to almost take their what's and be like okay, so how do I implement that?
- 44:01Speaker 1: What are, what are steps?
- 44:02Speaker 1: Abc, how do I do that?
- 44:09Speaker 1: But they're going to, they're going to always be pointing you down that right path, that right direction, but then you need to do the work to actually get it done.
- 44:13Speaker 1: Which is why it's not and this is this big misconception that just just because I'm tapped into spirit, they're going to give me all the answers, they're gonna send all the right people my way, they're gonna solve all my problems, and that's I mean.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Why are we here if spirit, if we find out that there's spirit and they're gonna solve all our problems.
- 44:29Speaker 1: That's not why we're here, right, because a lot of the lessons as we talked about that you're gonna learn, a lot of the how-tos, the break it to go through, to get you to that potential.
- 44:45Speaker 1: You need to learn and you need to do it your way so that you can learn and teach other people too.
- 44:47Speaker 1: Because I don't think it's just I don't think it's just your methodology, I don't think it's just the people.
- 44:51Speaker 1: I think it's how did I create this, how did I create this structure?
- 44:55Speaker 1: And it could potentially turn into coaching from that perspective of how did I get to A through Z in a very successful way, and that gets you to where you want to go right.
- 45:10Speaker 1: That gets you to your highest potential, cause I know you love the therapist path, but I know that's not the only thing that you want to do.
- 45:19Speaker 2: It's bigger.
- 45:19Speaker 2: Oh, therapy is just like.
- 45:23Speaker 2: It's like, yes, I have a license, but, like I do, to me consulting feels bigger, um.
- 45:28Speaker 2: So it's like, yeah, consulting, but it's like, well, yeah, I mean again, it's all of it.
- 45:32Speaker 2: That's kind of my whole like mind, body, soul, like it's there's no um limits as to like I like it all together.
- 45:40Speaker 1: It makes sense.
- 45:41Speaker 1: So you said it.
- 45:42Speaker 1: So so any other career questions, Cause I want to hit the soul quick too.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Yeah, no, it was funny, cause, right as you mentioned that you know we cause we started the session of kind of saying you're like you feel like you had different possibilities and so I'm like I was just kind of thinking I'm like wait, okay, so where are we with the possibilities?
- 46:01Speaker 2: I'm like I was just kind of thinking I'm like wait, okay, so where are we with the possibilities?
- 46:03Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, I feel like you just kind of touched on that of like again, possibility of options basically is like just kind of keep growing and and moving, but like it doesn't feel like I don't know, it doesn't feel like there's any set decisions in front of me yet there are.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Like it's not like here say yes or no to this.
- 46:18Speaker 2: You know, it's like yeah, yeah.
- 46:28Speaker 1: No, and I would say based on who you are as a soul and what you're here to do and what your learnings are.
- 46:31Speaker 1: I mean, I I continue to see you leading the way in a professional environment, innovating and helping people.
- 46:38Speaker 1: So it doesn't mean that this is the path that they've chosen for you by any means, but it seems to be the best path for you at this time, and I know that you almost need to move through this before you can see where the other paths are.
- 46:54Speaker 1: And I don't know why I want to say it that way, because you're like this is solid to me.
- 46:58Speaker 1: This does not feel like this is going to change whatever you're doing with this.
- 47:00Speaker 1: You are me.
- 47:00Speaker 1: This does not feel like this is going to change.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Whatever you're doing with this, you are going to see it through till I'm going to say the end, and I don't know what that means but you're going to see this through until it's successful, or it's a or if it's a hot failure I don't think it will be a hot failure and then, from there, you're going to be that is one mountain that you climb and then, once you climb that mountain, you're going to see two other mountains are going to be.
- 47:37Speaker 1: Like which one am I going to do?
- 47:39Speaker 1: Because you won't ever stop, and if that's part of the nonprofit, okay.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Um, because I see that you want to help people who don't have money and who don't have any means, and there there is definitely, um, if not a current life, definitely a past life meaning behind.
- 47:55Speaker 1: I want to help people who have no means, and I know some of your dear friends have no means, or your childhood friends, like there's something in your childhood about not having the means or having friends that don't have money and they can't get the help they need.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Correct, okay.
- 48:11Speaker 1: So that's why it's near and dear to your heart, that nonprofit thing.
- 48:15Speaker 1: So your paths are almost like within what you're already doing, and then, once you kind of hit the surface of that, you're going to see what the next mountain is, and you're going to and to me I feel like it's very clear what that next mountain is once you get there.
- 48:30Speaker 1: So I wouldn't worry about it.
- 48:32Speaker 1: Yeah, but I I think you're creating a structure for other people to follow.
- 48:41Speaker 1: So you're doing it within your business.
- 48:43Speaker 1: But then keep in mind, as you build it how am I building it?
- 48:47Speaker 1: Right, it's not just the what it's, the how you're building it, and then think about that and keep that documented to the side for the next thing that's to come.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, You're checking boxes, because that was the things that I was getting in.
- 49:05Speaker 2: My meditation was just like yes, leadership, like show that this is how I did it and like you could do it too.
- 49:11Speaker 2: So like that's kind of some of the things that I've been posting from yeah.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Goosebumps with this.
- 49:16Speaker 1: So, um, so, yeah, so it's you're going to set this up and then you're going to set up probably to like another one or another one, or like there's.
- 49:24Speaker 1: Just I see that whatever you're doing, there's going to be duplicates of it.
- 49:29Speaker 1: And and yeah, um, and I don't want industry to be a block for you and I don't know why I want to say that Like I don't, I think that you can take your structure and do it in any industry.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Yeah, cool, yeah, okay, it's the way forward for a lot of, I'm going to say, women business owners.
- 49:52Speaker 1: So you go, please go.
- 49:52Speaker 1: Let me know how I can help you.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Okay, and then, in terms of the spiritual, like you, you got it.
- 49:59Speaker 1: I mean, you've already been saying all along that you've've got it.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Let me see what any guidance they have for you on a spiritual perspective.
- 50:05Speaker 1: You are so close to your guides.
- 50:07Speaker 1: They're like your best friends.
- 50:09Speaker 1: You feel that your heart.
- 50:11Speaker 1: Is that true?
- 50:15Speaker 2: we're working on that um, specifically with, like, my intuition, cause recently I've been under a little like block where it like I was able to see it kind of like folding in on itself from like protection.
- 50:27Speaker 2: Cause it looks like I was shown that I did not have a very good, uh, energetic boundaries and things were coming in and um, not very lovely, not very pleasant Um, which again I know it's all part of the bigger picture because that's what my childhood was like, not knowing, and then came back, um, and within the last four years we're on year five of this where it's like this is awful, night terrors, sleep paralysis, like the whole shebang, you name it like this is awful, um, and so it's kind of been like blocked out my intuition of that and so spirit guides, I probably maybe could work on building a healthier relationship.
- 51:04Speaker 2: But to me it almost feels like what's more important is for me developing relationship down to like a science, with my intuition and my higher self, as opposed to like looking at someone else.
- 51:13Speaker 2: Cause like I don't want you telling me here, you go, go down this path so you can have a white ticket, fence, house and kids, and I'm like I'm not gonna tell you, like let you tell me where I'm gonna lead my life of.
- 51:22Speaker 2: Like again, I want help and support and it's for the highest good of all.
- 51:24Speaker 2: But like I'm not gonna let you like, just like, okay, like I'll just do whatever you want me to do this life.
- 51:30Speaker 2: So okay.
- 51:31Speaker 1: So for you then excuse me.
- 51:34Speaker 1: For you, this makes complete sense to me and as you're talking, the nuggets come in.
- 51:37Speaker 1: So what you need to think about is your guides.
- 51:41Speaker 1: We're going to get to you in a moment.
- 51:45Speaker 1: Your guides are going to essentially show you the lessons you're supposed to learn in this lifetime, so they're not going to tell you what to do, where to go.
- 51:51Speaker 1: They are essentially here to make sure you fulfill for lack of a better word your sole contract.
- 51:57Speaker 1: What did you come here to do?
- 51:58Speaker 1: So that means that they might try to guide you down certain avenues that maybe you and your intuition you're like that's a bad idea, but they're going to be.
- 52:07Speaker 1: Like.
- 52:07Speaker 1: I know it's a bad idea, but you have to go down this path because you have to learn this lesson.
- 52:11Speaker 1: So I would I would try to listen to them.
- 52:15Speaker 1: I'm going to say, as external, they're like your sounding board, they're like your board of directors, externally to you, and you use their information as input to your decision-making.
- 52:27Speaker 1: Do not ever sorry guides they're going to hate me for this Do not ever listen to them and do exactly what they say, exactly when they say it, because they don't want that anyway.
- 52:36Speaker 1: They want you to remain autonomous and you to make the right decisions for you.
- 52:41Speaker 1: So think of them as just this top secret board of directors that knows exactly what you want, exactly where you want to go, and they're trying to help you get there.
- 52:50Speaker 1: It may be positive, it may be negative, and I just want to put that out there, and I think that that's a lot of misconceptions A lot of people have about spirit guides.
- 52:58Speaker 1: They're not here to fix your problems, they're here to make more problems, but to get you on your path.
- 53:04Speaker 2: What did we learn from that?
- 53:05Speaker 2: That happened to me where, all of a sudden, I was in my car, parked right here and all of a sudden I got this nudge to like move over there.
- 53:12Speaker 2: I'm like why would I do that?
- 53:13Speaker 2: I'm like I I'm understanding correctly.
- 53:19Speaker 2: You're telling me to go move right here.
- 53:20Speaker 2: I'm saying I'm fine here, but I will do it anyways.
- 53:21Speaker 2: I get there.
- 53:22Speaker 2: Needless to say, the person that was in the car next to me was not great, um, and I was like.
- 53:26Speaker 2: And so then it wound me being like would you have me go here?
- 53:30Speaker 2: And it's literally like the scene from the lion King, when he like hits you upside the head.
- 53:33Speaker 2: He's like oh, but the pain should go away.
- 53:35Speaker 2: It's all in the past, remember.
- 53:36Speaker 2: And it's this notion of like and what did we learn here?
- 53:39Speaker 2: It's like, just because somebody tells you to go here, you had that gut knowing not to go there.
- 53:44Speaker 2: Why did you listen to somebody telling you to?
- 53:46Speaker 2: Yes, it showed me things in my personal reaction, but like it was the strong sense of knowing.
- 53:51Speaker 2: I didn't like that was not my business, I did not need to be minding somebody else's business and go.
- 53:55Speaker 2: Put myself in a situation to be like hi, if not friend, why friend?
- 54:00Speaker 2: Shape Like, how can I help?
- 54:01Speaker 2: And then just be like, oh my God, like not great situation.
- 54:04Speaker 2: So yes.
- 54:05Speaker 1: So I think that's the perfect example.
- 54:08Speaker 1: I love it.
- 54:08Speaker 1: So evidence for you, too, about like you.
- 54:11Speaker 1: That's how you should treat them.
- 54:13Speaker 1: You should listen and then use your intuition to be like is that a good idea or is that a bad idea?
- 54:18Speaker 1: Should I do it or should I not do it?
- 54:19Speaker 1: And because I love that you are focusing on your self-love, your higher self and your intuition, but don't cut off that avenue, because they are teaching you things that your ego does not want you to uncover, and I have a feeling in that scenario, for example, like this is just teaching you.
- 54:40Speaker 1: This is funny to mind your own business, and I feel like there's been a lot of trouble, especially in your youth, about not minding your own business and trying to fix other people's problems.
- 54:49Speaker 1: Right.
- 54:51Speaker 2: So it wasn't even trying to fix.
- 54:53Speaker 2: But there was always, like I kind of call this like the magical moment.
- 54:56Speaker 2: It's almost like you know, when you can see it, soul lesson wise whenever there's somebody who's super racist or whatever and they're like I just don't understand why.
- 55:03Speaker 2: What would draw somebody to be attracted to somebody of the same sex.
- 55:06Speaker 2: It's like, ooh little do you know there's a part of you that just goes coming in hot next life.
- 55:11Speaker 2: Here you go.
- 55:11Speaker 2: Or you know, it's like you better check yourself before you wreck yourself on like what you're too curious of, cause whatever you're curious of, even if it's like oh, I wonder how?
- 55:21Speaker 2: Or like ew, why would somebody settle for a person like that?
- 55:28Speaker 2: That's abusive, hmm, why don't you know what?
- 55:29Speaker 2: You just walked yourself into a situation that you were judging someone else just as hard for.
- 55:32Speaker 2: So, um, yes, I've, I've um learned that, but it was more so the like why are they hurting?
- 55:38Speaker 2: And it's like, nope, shouldn't have asked that, shouldn't have asked that wrong question, cause I opened myself up to like memories that weren't mine and things I were seeing and feeling that were not mine and I did not need to know.
- 55:47Speaker 2: But it's like, well, I learned to mind my own business more, so yeah, I love it.
- 55:59Speaker 1: So continue to use your guides as your gut check.
- 56:00Speaker 1: Uh, like the trauma response, the resistance response.
- 56:02Speaker 1: They're going to purposely dig that stuff up so that you continue to move forward and become your best self.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Um, so yeah, keep that in mind, because I feel like they're going to keep doing it.
- 56:11Speaker 1: And yeah, Do you see them in your head at all?
- 56:16Speaker 1: I see them in my head.
- 56:17Speaker 1: So I'm wondering if you see them in your head at all or if you just get the link.
- 56:21Speaker 1: Okay.
- 56:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know how I relate to them.
- 56:24Speaker 2: The only ones, yeah, They've been seeing in my head recently, like past me nights where I've been going to bed.
- 56:29Speaker 2: They're not like nice ones, they're like they're just people laughing at me, mocking me and stuff like that.
- 56:33Speaker 2: So it's like not um yeah, good stuff.
- 56:37Speaker 1: That's what I'm seeing.
- 56:37Speaker 1: I'm seeing very, uh, feisty people in your, in my head, and so I'm like, is that your guides?
- 56:42Speaker 1: Cause they, they seem a little feisty, okay, so let me ask what that's about and see if we can clear that up for you.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Yeah, because you're a beacon of light, Like you are, this very angelic being here, and there's goodness in every part of you, and I don't and I don't want to like.
- 57:01Speaker 1: you are just an angel of light here, so you naturally are brighter, your energy and you draw people in.
- 57:08Speaker 1: But I also know that you care a lot about the people and I know from an energetic boundary perspective you let a lot of people in that should not be in and you feed them your energy to help them get better and feel better.
- 57:22Speaker 1: So I want you to practice pushing people out of your energy and like, especially at work, especially at work and I know that you want to help people and I know that's really hard for you to do but like, keep those boundaries at work.
- 57:37Speaker 1: And I know that you want to help people and I know that's really hard for you to do but like, keep those boundaries at work like you should almost.
- 57:43Speaker 1: I know that you use your intuition quite a bit, but make sure you're using your brain mainly at work.
- 57:49Speaker 2: I think honestly, more like it was problems energetically with like, actually like family and people closer to me, of just like, oh, here, like you know, I'll help you out, I'll do, I'll drop everything, clean the house, do all of these things and I'm like, oh God, now I'm so, yeah, okay, so let me ask about that, cause those are, um, those are bound Okay.
- 58:11Speaker 1: So that was.
- 58:12Speaker 1: I'm reading energy off of your clients.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Um, let me check in with the family about the boundaries with your family, then, and I don't think this is, this is inner work to do Like and I think you know that about creating like, you are not the little girl you used to be, you're not here to serve them, you're not here to fix them, and I just feel like, when you are engaging with family, you get into wanting valid little girl, wanting validation mode.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Little girl wanting to do everything right Mode.
- 58:43Speaker 1: Let me, little girl, let me fix all the problems mode.
- 58:46Speaker 1: And that's just.
- 58:48Speaker 1: That's just going to be something that you're going to have to work on and that's how, in spirit, will continue to bring you opportunities that trigger you.
- 58:55Speaker 1: I'm saying opportunities in a nice way, opportunities that trigger you so that you start creating those boundaries and overcoming it.
- 59:02Speaker 1: But I would your ego wants you to be to receive that, that love, that validation from your family, and it's that's why you kind of bend over backwards.
- 59:14Speaker 1: So I would challenge you to shift the perspective and say, if this doesn't feel good, if this doesn't make me a better person.
- 59:25Speaker 1: I know that's really tough with family.
- 59:26Speaker 1: I'm going to say a neutral person, maybe not a better person.
- 59:29Speaker 1: Then I'm going to, I'm going to raise my flag and I'm going to say I'm going to figure out what I'm comfortable with and then not do beyond that.
- 59:39Speaker 2: And it's so funny because it was literally the call I was on last night, right before I saw your memo come through.
- 59:44Speaker 2: So, to be on the podcast, today I was speaking with my mentor literally about this exact thing.
- 59:50Speaker 2: And it's odd because the moments like a lot of it is things that I would enjoy doing.
- 59:54Speaker 2: I'm like, oh yeah, like doing this activity, coming like this a day out, sounds like fun.
- 59:58Speaker 2: All these things sound fun.
- 59:59Speaker 2: Then I'm like, or like, even if I still think it would be fun, apparently it just becomes too much.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: So I'm like working on, like sometimes there's a want to do something.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: I'm like, well, I think that sounds like fun, but it's like, yeah, but you don't have the energy for that, or that's like not going to be in your best interest to do that.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Learning on developing, like that relationship with myself of what is a yes and a no and a yes, but modify it to this Perfect, perfect.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: So continue to check with yourself and if, um, so you can use the combination of your heart and your stomach and your gut I'm saying stomach like for you.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: I just feel like you've got, you just know things or you get this gut reaction about things.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: So continue to tap in to your body and how it feels and then, when you're making the decisions, try to identify is it coming from my head or is it coming from my heart or my gut?
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: And if it's coming from your heart or your gut, I would say it's probably safe and it's probably from your intuition and it's like, yeah, that feels good.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: I should do this.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: If it's coming from your head and you're feeling the guilt of the shoulds, the woods, or maybe maybe like it's that dichotomy of yeah, I, this sounds like something I'd love, but my head is saying not with you, then that's a no, right, I think.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: If any of them say no, it's a no, yep For sure.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: And then just continue to practice that.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: Is there anything else I can answer for you?
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: Not specifically.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: I might have another question After I don't think so To a career choosing next steps.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: I feel like I've gained so much clarity.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: Is there anything else?
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: That's like right at the front oh, good point Like something not chipped off the list.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: So I'm going to ask what is it?
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I'm going to ask a general question of what do you look like when you're in full alignment?
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: And then I'm going to ask if there's any last questions or last statements they want me to give you.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: So, when you look like you're in full alignment, you are happy.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: From the moment you wake up to the moment that you go to bed, you have the energy to do the things you want.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: You say yes to things that pop up during the day because you know that they're in the best interest for you and what you're here to do.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: So you, in alignment, you have a I'm going to say a pretty, I'm going to say flexible, but a schedule where you do certain things at certain points but you build in.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: I feel like you work in the morning and then you build in flexibility in the afternoon to do what you have to do, whether it's career, whether it's personal, and you just go with the flow.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: And every day just feels like this journey of what am I going to uncover?
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: What am I going to discover?
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: What am I going to learn?
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: Who am I going to help?
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Today, and you, just you feel so energized because you are living in your purpose and you're helping the people that you want to help and you're surrounded by the people that you love being surrounded with, who love you and challenge you as well.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: So to me, this is just endless joy and with time for play, and obviously you know the financial means to make all this happen.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: So I know that you will get there.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: It will take work and think about every step that you take to build I'm going to say your empire.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: You will be able to reap the reward later on as rest time.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: So think about I'm putting in my dues and I'm going to reap the rewards of this when this is all stood up.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: That being said, I don't think you'll ever stop building things, ever, ever.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that's kind of my motto Team never peak.
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: Like there's never a peaking for me.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, you reached your peak in high school or in college and it's like, no, as long as I'm still breathing, there's a peak to be had.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: For you there's multiple peaks.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: You, you get to the top of one, you see another, you see another.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: So, um, so, you are going to do fabulous.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: So keep that in mind.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: Um, that ultimate happiness.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: And then for last words from your team, and specifically from your grandmother cause I see her stepping forward again.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: Is is number one.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: She wants to say how much she loves and adores you.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: You look like your father, is that true?
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: Hit or miss.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: I think most people would say I look more like my mom.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: Okay, your face structure.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Is your face structure like your dad?
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: Yeah, a little bit.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Okay, I'm seeing like the face structure.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: She's showing me the face you looking like your dad from your face perspective.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: Um, and she wants you to know that you have all the love and support of all of your guides and when I say guides, I I don't want to limit that definition, because I see the three that her and two others that have stepped forward today, and I believe one of them is kind of your quote unquote main guide.
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: But the angels know you, the archangels, like those higher beings, all love and support you too.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: So the more that you work with those divine entities If you're struggling with building a business, like find the God or goddess or angel of building businesses and have a meditation specifically with them, because you have access to unlimited information from the other side and you have a great connection where you're getting those, those pings, those intuitive hits.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: So don't be afraid to call in their energy when you're having those moments.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: Don't think that you need to do this completely alone.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: And I know that you want to make the decisions.
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: You and your higher self wants to make the decisions, but it doesn't mean that just like asking your guide for inputs.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: You can't get inputs from experts that already do this, including departed people who are experts in what you do, so you can call it all of their energies at to help your energy, but also to teach you, to show you the way on your journey.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: So don't think that because we're here in this physical world and you don't have those connections, you feel lost.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: You always have access to unlimited information.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: Just ask for it and you will receive it.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I love that.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: The, the, the ask for it and you shall receive it, that's.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: I've gotten that before.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: Um, I'm very aware with the angels.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: Um, I do work with them.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: Uh, specifically Michael, we kind of recently had a little, a little tip.
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: Um, cause he, because he uh kind of the minute where it's like you park some like the parking thing, it was that but times 12, where he's like what?
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: Like I was just I'm just fucking with you and it's like that was awful, like I thought that was something like straight to dark and it's like, well, look who you invited into your space, like I'm like, oh my god, so, um, yeah, I'm working on the angel thing, um, a little softer.
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: I learned I self-taught boundaries.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: Even it was bad oh, my god, thank you so much.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: I really appreciate you being here, taylor.
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: Thank you, um, for everyone that listened.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: This was a long one, but I was just so great to go into all of the different weeds and, uh, I just I loved this so much for you, taylor, thank you so much.
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: Yes, thank you so much for having me on and thank you for the work that you do in the world.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: That is so needed.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: So, overall, this session was so exciting and exhilarating.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Nicole touched on so many things that were spot on and things that I've known, that I've received from other readers as well intuitively myself but she just gave so much more depth to these things and painted a much fuller picture and really gave me so much more guidance on specific steps to take, and she really embodied my passions and what I feel so true.
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: Embodied my passions and what I feel so true, and so that feels so great to have that validated and to have that reflected back to me and have that muted back.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: So I will be excited for everyone else to get to experience this same goodness and try the podcast as well.
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: I'm looking forward to start applying all these things immediately.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: I'm going to start planning and strategizing and going hey, what's my bigger picture plan here?
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: What is this step?
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: What is this step?
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: What is this step?
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: So I'm excited to get.
