- Courtney: Welcome to the Rooted Women Podcast, the place for Christian women who are ready to grow deeper in their faith, find freedom from the things keeping them stuck, and confidently walk in the calling God has placed on their lives. Here we're getting rooted in biblical truth, having honest conversations about real life, and learning what it looks like to actually live out our faith. I'm Courtney, your host, and I'm so glad you're here. Let's get rooted. Okay, wow. This is episode 50. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here, for being a part of all that God has done in growing this podcast, seeing it grow, seeing it be shared out, just blesses my heart so much because this was never a me thing. This was always an us thing and a you thing. And I have prayed a prayer for eight years and I had spoken it to a select few couple of people for about six years that God placed it in my heart that one day I would have a podcast and I don't know what it would look like, but I can't wait to do it. And when He gave me the yes and the go and I started on this journey, I just wouldn't even have have imagined being able to connect with so many of you who tune in and listen. To connecting with people that I have brought on and interviewed on the podcast and still have great connections and even friendship with some of those people that I've never even met in person. But because of the podcast, I got to connect with them. And I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for tuning in, for sharing, for yeah, just being here. I'm sure from episode one to episode 50, there's been a change in the way that I share, the way that I interview, the way that I talk. And this is a skill that I'm growing in. And I'm just grateful that you trust me. To be in this space and to show up messy and to just go with the flow of what the Lord is doing in my heart and to be transparent in the process of it. So episode 50 is gonna look a little different today. I did ask on Facebook and Instagram if you had any questions that you wanted me to answer. I'd be going through more of a QA today. I wanted to just pause and let you into the background of what's going on. I actually got feedback from a couple of people in my life. Like, we never really know what's going on behind the scenes. Like I think that is I've shared in other episodes before, and even the episode from last week, by the time that you're listening to this, I had said, you know, people will look at my life and be yeah, Courtney's the one that always has it together. But I don't. I do not. I'm just really bad about sharing what's going on in the nitty-gritty of my life behind closed doors. And mostly because that time is so spent with my kids and with my husband in submitting to the Lord and asking God for wisdom and direction and just like head down working on the things because I want to bring excellence to everything that I do. That it's hard for me to remember to bring other people into that sometimes because people do care to see what's going on behind the scenes. So I hope that you get some of that from the question and answer today and that you have fun listening to this episode because it's a little different than what we normally do here. So Just going to get started with a question that Lori had submitted. What made you start sharing about your faith on social media? I have always felt pulled to be an encourager and also to be a challenger. Like if you could just get both of those in one package, I feel like that is me. I will encourage somebody until they reach their goals, but I will also challenge them along the way where they have shared maybe something that they were convicted about or that was like. This is a no for me. I feel like that's just like the wrong choice. And if I see them start doing that, I'll be like, hey, didn't you say that was like the wrong? How are you doing with that? Like did your heart change there? You know, because I really do care about people being true to who they are, being true to the Lord and encouraging them to be the best, absolute best version of themselves. and so I have always shared that on social media. I think I can look back at even Facebook statuses from 2011 and I share encouragement. That is Christ centered. But the thing is, I wasn't always getting it right because I feel like I had a one-sided view of the whole Jesus thing, the whole God thing. I knew the gospel and I knew who the Lord was, but there was so much pain in my own heart from things that I had walked through and wounds that needed to be healed in my own life from some trauma that I experienced, unfortunately, that I think that I viewed the Lord through a Just a cracked lens. It wasn't necessarily a bad lens, but I got things wrong because there were things that I couldn't believe. I couldn't believe that. The Lord was for me and that He really did want to work things out for my good and His glory. I knew that He would get the glory at the end of the day, but my good in there didn't seem to matter at all. And so there were certain parts of the Word or the Lord that I had shut down. And I think that's why I wasn't necessarily called to have a full platform that was solely focused on Christian content. Because you can be a content creator who is Christian and you can pump out Christian content where Christ is the center of it all. I've always been a Christian creator. content creator. I created content as a Christian, but I have not always been somebody who pumps out Christ-centered content, if that makes sense. So I had taken a break from social media. I was off for a little over six months completely. Sometimes I would pop on and share like a story because I was going back and forth and many people experience this, but I didn't really want to have my kids online. But a lot of my distant family and relatives, friends that no longer live near me, I'm like, I still want them to be able to see my kids and be updated. And so it was just like this weird tug and pull. And I was trying to figure it all out, going through some healing, going through a lot of hormone changes, postpartum after my last, and really just pulled offline during that time. And sometimes I would come on and make like little fun things, but there was no rhyme or reason behind it. And I wasn't in it for content creation. I was just like, I'm just Being a person over here. Sometimes I get on socials, but most of the time I am off and I'm so focused on what the Lord is doing in my own life right now. I needed that. I needed that. I needed more healing. I needed more of Jesus. I needed just to be able to see the full picture. And that was spoken over me after my third was born. Like you're gonna come to know the full picture of the Lord. And somebody said to me, You're gonna come to know Jesus truly as your friend. And I can say that that's what happened in that season of pulling back. I just felt like I was like in tandem, linked arms with the Lord in everything that I was doing. I could see the joy in all of it. I had peace in all of it. And I just felt so healed and I wanted to soak that in. And then the Lord prompted me to come on social media. And I knew that He was asking me to invite other people in to what was going on in my life, putting God first, trying to steward my health, and for the first time really sharing. Some of the behind the scenes, not just for my followers. If you don't know much about social media, your stories usually go to just your followers, and then the posts that you make go out to everybody. I've always been a transparent person, and anyone who was following me would see that on my stories regularly. But I wasn't putting out like transparent content. It was the polished content, it was the styled and edited content. Content because I was starting to work with brands and things like that in the past. So coming back on, being transparent, not wanting to be on camera because I was so unhappy with where my body was after four C sections, it was really challenging for me, but the Lord just prompted me to do it and to invite others into it and to make sure that He was at the center of all of it, even if I was talking about weight loss, even if I was talking about what I was making for dinner. And so That was the reason why I got back on and sh s started sharing, I guess, in that way, is really because the Lord was prompting me and it was the coolest thing to be able to invite everybody in. So I know that was like a long winded answer to a the question, but I think the full picture is important there. Another part to that question was when God began showing you what he wanted you to do with your socials, were you nervous, surprised, or immediately all in? I wanted to quit right away. I wanted it I was like, I don't want to do this. Again, I didn't want to share like my body on social media. I just and I I come from sharing like fitness stuff back in the day. I was writing fitness plans for people. I was tracking my macros very religiously. I was never missing a workout. very, very strict with things. And I was sharing that online. And this was in my days where I only had a a cracked lens view of the Lord. And I didn't really have Holy Spirit conviction so much in my life like I do today. And I would share things where I was like in a sports bra and tight leggings and, you know, to each their own, everybody has their own convictions. But that's not how I wanted to show up. Obviously I wasn't very comfortable doing that. But I also wanted to make sure if I share anything about weight loss, I want it to be modest. And so this nervousness came up in me. What if I share the right thing in the wrong way? And what if I share the wrong thing in the right way and I get pulled in that direction, but that's not where the Lord wants me. There was just such a reverence for the Lord and coming back on social media, wanting to please him and give him all the glory that I was nervous to mess it up. I was nervous to be bombarded by maybe other people's opinions if they didn't like what I was, you know, sharing or they had negative things to say about my body, but I've received none of that. So I'm very grateful for the community that he has given me and Just the pull to be able to do the hard thing and show up messy when things were not necessarily perfect in my life. And I was also on the journey with all of you. What made you think of 75 holy or holy habits? Well, I had tried the 75 hard. This is from Audrey. I had tried the 75 hard time and time again and kept failing. And I was so frustrated because with four kids, with four C-sections and having a miscarriage in there. My body had gone through it. I wasn't getting a lot of sleep. To be able to think that I was going to hit the 75 hard and do it perfectly was actually was actually a little out there. Okay. I don't know why I even thought that I should try it, but I'm like, that's the only way that I'm going to reach my goals is if I'm perfect. And I had to stop and question myself because I had not thought that way in a very, very long time. So when I pulled that in with the Lord prompting me to show up online and share the journey too, I'm like, what if we do this? 75 holy style. It's we can do 75 days. I can mimic the 75 hard, but make it more geared towards just focusing on Christ, stewarding what we have well. I don't care if I miss a workout. I care about making sure that I'm making some sort of choice to honor my body because the Lord has given me an able body and I want to steward that well. Making some sort of choice to steward my health well. I might eat ice cream at night. From time to time, right? But I also am so focused on making sure my meals are balanced and I'm getting the right amount of protein. And so to be able to share that amount of God's grace in a plan, I just felt like it was so necessary to come on and be like, this is not the 75 hard. This is the 75 holy. And then the feedback that I kept getting was that 75 days was hard. 75 days of anything is hard. And when you're focusing on, we focus on five things and the challenges. And so when we're focusing on those, it can feel like a lot. So that's why I've kind of dwindled things down over time and made it smaller and also focus my content that I'm putting out in between on making really small shifts in your life. Because thinking that you're gonna overhaul your life or all of a sudden hit the ground running and do the 75 hard or even the 75 holy and do it perfect is a skewed reality because for most of us it's not gonna happen that way. That's why very few people actually complete things like that. But if I made it so that it was shorter, it felt attainable and it just pointed us in the right direction, that was the goal. And that's why I did the two weeks this time. I'm like, let's just redirect our steps. Two weeks to lock in, focus, and we're gonna redirect our steps for the rest of the year. So it's been cool to see the way that the Lord has kind of put new ideas in my mind, in my heart to kind of shift the challenges and hear from all of you and kind of do this together and figure out how to do it together. What are some goals for you? For me personally, I just want to be optimal. That's my new focus is optimizing. I want to optimize my time without stressing or striving. I want optimal health. So that does not mean that I want to be skinny. That does not mean that I want to lift a certain, you know, number and weights, or that I want to run a certain amount of miles, or even have a certain number on the scale. That really just for me means that. I want my vitamin D and my iron levels to be normal and I want my thyroid to be optimal so that I have energy to keep up with my kids, but I also want to steward my health and the you know things that I'm nourishing my body with well so that I'm also supporting my body in the process and just kind of focusing on all of that so I can feel stronger and faster and healthier and more energized to keep up with my kids. I know that's a lot, but that encompasses literally all of my health goals in one right there. And even just optimizing my time with the Lord, I feel like I am somebody who loves to study and understand like where's the Greek and the Hebrew and what does this really mean and what is the Lord saying through this and where did it come from and who are they speaking to. And often with four kids in a full time job and homeschooling and ministry things, it can feel like I don't always have the margin for that specific type of quiet time. But also I don't always have the mental capacity to have that specific type of quiet time. So really just being okay with studying a little bit of the word in a smaller chunk and knowing that I can't always get to that place of like, I don't I don't know. It's like studying for a test. There are days that you sit down and you try to study for a test and you're like, nothing feels like it's sticking. And then the next day you, you know, come back after just taking a break for a little bit and you feel like you're retaining the information again. That's how it is with the word sometimes for us too. Sometimes for me specifically, I can't speak for everybody, but just wanting to be in that place where I can ebb and flow without feeling like I'm missing something with the Lord if I have a day where maybe it's not sticking, I'm not memorizing, studying's not going well. and just being okay with what I did get and knowing that the Lord is going to use it again for my good and his glory because that's the Lord that I know. Another question: Do you have a life verse or seasonal verses? So I do like to reflect at the end of each season, at the end of the year, and really just ask God like the direction he wants me to go in, if there's you know something in the word that I need to be focusing on, and then I'll move in that direction. But I would say a life verse really is Psalm 13. He's like a tree planted by streams of water that yield its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. yeah, just really clinging to that. That it is not me who is ever going to make take a thing and make it good, I guess. It is the Lord. And I need to be connected to him at all times to be able to get that and to be able to prosper in all areas. And when he is my source and when I remain close to him. Anything is possible because he's a limitless God. And that doesn't mean that I can do anything, but that means that God can do anything through me. So will I stay submitted and surrendered to allow room for that? And that just it has shaped my entire life. It changed the trajectory of my life when that verse was first spoken over me. Somebody looked me in the eyes and said that that is my life verse, literally. and just said that I am that tree. planted by the stream and anything that I touch when I'm connected to the Lord will be better because I've been a part of it and not because of me, but of God through me. And so again, just really leaning on that, it keeps me from being in a place of pride and striving and stressing because I need to make it happen. And it gives me grace to take a deep breath and trust that if I'm connected to the Lord and if it's his will, he will give me everything I need and that thing will prosper. And if it's not from him, I will be made aware and that can just float on by in the stream and it can pass by me and I don't have to worry about it because it's God's and He's gonna take care of it and just yeah, keeps me in that submitted and surrendered place. Great questions. Another question, share a hard season of your life spiritually and what did your relationship with God actually look like in the middle of it. yeah, I mean, I think that for a long time, like I said, I had a cracked lens view of the Lord and I didn't trust that he would work things out for my good. I trusted that he would get the glory at the end of the day, but I didn't think that I mattered enough to him to be taken into account for the picture of things. And so when hard things would happen. And I won't share everything, but there was just a back-to-back season where it was like, okay, this thing happened and this thing happened and I made a wrong choice and put myself in this situation and that thing happened. And, you know, a situation in college where I was taken advantage of. And yeah, just coming out of that and having a lot of issues with different friendships and relationships and feeling like I was constantly being taken advantage of in different ways, not so much the same way that it happened in college, but really struggling with that idea that like I actually don't deserve any good and I'm not going to see that in my life and people are just gonna use me, abuse me, and throw me out. And I'm never gonna have good friendships and good relationships or a marriage. And it really isolated me in my season with the Lord. I was still reading the word, studying the word. I was Bible journaling, but none of it felt tangible. It felt like I need to do this because I know there is a wrath of God and I want to honor him. But it is not for me. It is solely just to show that I honor him because I don't want to go to hell. I think I even remember rolling over in my dorm room on my bed one day and just looking at the ceiling and praying out loud, God, if you actually loved me, then you wouldn't have let these things happen to me. And I believed those words and it just yeah, continued to isolate me from people. Whenever I felt close to people, I would just kind of exit those friendships. but I would I always loved people so deeply. So that was really hard for me too, because I cared about people. But I felt like I, you know, hurt people, hurt people. I was hurting and I felt like I would accidentally, not consciously, but accidentally hurt people because I just couldn't handle the thought of that person then hurting me. So if I exited the friendship, if I ended a relationship, if I walked away before I could get hurt, then it would keep me safe. And I kept my distance with the Lord in that same way. Again, I was reading, I was Bible journaling, but if I felt a certain way during worship. I probably wasn't gonna go to church the next week and would just skip out because I was like, what's happening? You know? And all in all I see at the end of the day, the Lord was tugging at my heart so much in that season, but I was struggling to accept it. And it was so cool just to see what the Lord was doing as he started to strip away things that I did not need in my life, as I started to really lean in to Holy Spirit conviction and see that maybe God did care and maybe he did want to work things out for my good and his glory. And I started to pray that. God, if you if you want to do things for my good, then let it happen. I started praying for a husband. God, if you want to bless me with a h a husband, then I just pray that you open my heart to him and that you open his heart to me and that any area of my heart that has been closed off to those relationships will begin to open up. And so I knew that I was coming out of that hard season because my prayers started to change and my perspective started to change. And it was just a really cool thing to see that I went from being in one place to the Lord truly transforming my mind and my heart as I continued to lean on him, even though it felt like it was just a checkbox in that season, if that makes sense. I love this question. What's one habit that has changed your life the most? I was thinking about this this morning actually. And since middle school, I have been washing my face morning and night. Morning and night. I used to break out really badly. And so that's when it started. And I went through a couple of different cleansers and things until I found what was right for me, but I have not missed out on that. wash my face morning and night. I probably could count on one hand the times that I remember not washing my face at night or in the morning. It's just it is a habit. I built it in there because I was self-conscious of my skin and I knew I needed to take care of it if I wanted it to get to a better place. And it's the habit that starts and end ends my day. And I think that it really kick starts my morning routine and my evening routine. And so I was just laughing about that this morning. Yep, that's probably the one habit that has changed my life the most because it fuels other habits that I have as well. Okay, I will do one more question before I get to the most common question. what's a challenge you're currently working through that you haven't figured out yet? Okay, well, I think right now I'm in a season of transition and that's a challenge for me. And there are some things that I want to fine-tune in my life, and I feel like I don't have the capacity to do it. And so I'm at that place where I'm like, I want to do X, Y, and Z, but it's just not not there yet. And there are things that I know the Lord is preparing me for, that He's having me pray into that are just a, you're not there yet, but I want you to start praying over this. And that is hard for me because I am a go-getter, I'm a self-starter, I get very excited about things. I'm really, really passionate. Once my eyes are fixed on something, I cannot unsee it and I can't wait to make it happen. But I also want it to be under God's covering and in the Lord's time. And so that's where I'm at right now. That's where I'm at. I am just praying through transitions. I'm constantly, people ask me all the time, how can I be praying for you after I pray for them? And I always say wisdom and discernment, clarity and direction. I need it more than any other time in my life. And I'm just excited to see how that transforms as I continue to seek God in all of it and trust that He is going to guide my steps because I think some cool things are coming, but I need to remain in Him and with Him and submitted to Him. in order for those things to happen in a way that keeps my peace too, if that makes sense. So just on the journey with you. And then of course, the last question is what is coming next? So like I mentioned, the challenge that we're doing now for the Holy Habits is a two-week challenge. I am going to keep that format. I want to encourage you if you are in the Facebook group that is going to continue to be there. I want the Facebook group to become a community group. Truly, I want it to be a community group where I'm already seeing this. I shared it with you and I'm just like so grateful for all of you. I'm so grateful for the people that God has put in my path. I'm so grateful for the community that He has been building since the beginning of these challenges because I said it once and I'm already seeing it. You guys are going in the group and you are sharing what's on your heart and you are encouraging people and you are challenging people. That's what I want to see. That's what I want it to be. I would love for the Facebook group to truly be a community led group where you guys are encouraging each other, praying for one another another, challenging each other, sharing what the Lord is doing in your life and not me just posting to get your interactions from there. I love that I've been able to do that in the past with the challenges and I think it made sense, but the direction that we're going, I think it's going to be good for all of you to really step into that and make the group your own. I'm looking for people who are super active in the group. I would love to have admin teams and just community leaders in that group to be able to help steward it well. And I'm excited for all that's to come there. So that group will remain the Holy Habits Challenges will continue. It's just gonna be like an evergreen thing that's available to anybody. I want it to be everybody's first stop when they come to my page. If they've never done a challenge, if they've never gotten a taste of what we do here, I want them plugged into that. Everybody can feasibly do something with a little bit of guidance for two weeks. I think it is a lot less daunting than a 75 day challenge or anything like that. But the feedback has been. It is very difficult for me to stay on track for 75 days. A lot of people feel like they're failing a week or two in when they've missed one thing and they know that we're supposed to go for 75 days and they're like, there's no way I can get back on track for the next X amount of days when there are 75 of them and I've already messed up three. so I want to bring that into more of a deeper private community coaching cohort that will be available a couple of times a year. where I'm really, really diving deeper with a select number of people and we are just going through it together, talking about the healing process together, working through fears, working through lies that you feel like are are coming at you, and really growing and discipling other women so that all of you can go and grow and disciple other women too as you continue to grow. And so that is what's coming. And I won't share all the details. I'll keep it pretty vague, but just know that it's going to be an opportunity to connect with me deeper, to receive more coaching from me and to do it alongside a smaller knit group of women so that again we can go and multiply. I always say a domino effect for his kingdom. And this is what the Lord showed me, like this is going to be a bigger impact than these free challenges where people kind of drop off. really, really hone in on a group of people and and bring them under your wings and then let them go and fly. And so I'm excited to see what happens. I am excited to see how many of you jump in and just stay tuned because the fine details are being worked on still. So I'm hoping to have it launched before the end of September. It's my birthday month coming up in September. And so it just feels right to do it now. We're walking into one year of the of the podcast and being in the Holy Habits challenge for a year and a half. And so Yeah, I'm just, I'm really grateful that we get to move in this next direction. All right, wrapping up with some rapid fire. My coffee order, when I go and grab a coffee, I'm normally getting a mocha. I also love if somebody has a salted caramel, I'm gonna get it. But my newest fascination lately has been marshmallow. I don't know if it's because of all the s'more stuff that was out in the summer. I'm just like marshmallow, anything, send it my way. That has been my go-to. And I have been allowing myself a coffee a week is my goal. Sometimes I have a little bit more than that. Some weeks I don't have coffee at all. But just really trying to find a balance with that because I'm tired, y'all. I'm tired. I need an iron infusion. Actually, I need four of them. But I am just trusting that, yeah, pulling back is helping my body, but also there's grace to have coffee every now and then. So that's my Current go-to coffee is anything with marshmallow. Favorite Bible book. I love the Psalms. I love the Psalms just because when you're reading through them, you get real life. Real life. God, why are things the way that they are? What's going on here? And then when you're submitted to the Lord, you can't help but turn that into rejoicing at the end of it. You know what? Thank you, God. Thank you, God. And that is so much of what my prayer life has looked like through my good seasons and my hard seasons. And so I love reading through and just feeling like, goodness, I can just relate so much. but I have more. That's just probably the one that I have gone through the most in several different seasons of my life. So it always sticks out to me. Current favorite worship song. Honestly, for some reason, always by Forrest Frank. Not necessarily like a slow worship song. I love lots of slow worship songs too, but it just it perks me up. And the right now, the line in there that says your body isn't broken, I just like cling to that. I'm like, that's right. Upbeat, pick my head up. My body isn't broken. My iron's gonna increase. My thyroid's gonna be okay. My vitamin D levels will rise, and my body's not broken. And so I've been really loving to jam to that lately. My dream vacation. Well, my dream realistic vacation would be to go to Colorado anytime I can or to Tennessee. I just like to be in the mountains. Mountains just there's something about them that I feel so connected to God when I'm climbing in the mountains and it's so different from where I was born and raised in Illinois and Indiana, with just flatland all around me. So I love being there. But true dream vacation. I would love to go to Thailand. I would love to go to Thailand and yeah, just experience Thailand. Favorite current comfort meal, that would be a sushi bowl. I love going to those like poke poke bowl places. I don't even know if I'm saying that right, but and just getting a sushi bowl. It's so good. I go like once a month and I'm just like everybody else can eat whatever at home. Mommy's going to get my sushi bowl and just veg out on that. It's so good. I love getting like the mango and pineapple pieces in there mixed with like blanched kale and all the sushi stuff. It's just delicious. Okay, last one, my favorite way to spend a free Saturday. I love to wild card my Saturdays. Most of my days are just so I have structure with a rhythm. I don't have a strict routine, just there's structure to my days and we flow in a rhythm that works for our family and we go with the grace wherever the Lord's grace is, I'm there. But on Saturdays, I love to wildcard it. Like what are we gonna do on Saturday, guys? And sometimes we wake up and we make the plans, and other days we know kind of come up with something that we're gonna focus on for the Saturday, but just love being with my family, undistracted, doing things that are outside the norm for us. Last Saturday, we were at three different parks. Three different parks. So just super fun to be able to do that. We saw some goats. We saw my cousin run his cross country track meet. we saw my father in law and brother in law. I just feel like we did so much, but we didn't go far and it was just such a great day. I love a wild card Saturday. Okay, thank you so much for tuning in to the 50th episode of the podcast. You've been with me from the beginning. Some of you have been with me through all of the holy habits challenges. Some of you have just jumped in and like I said, I value each and every one of you. I love to pray for you by name. I love to be able to connect with all of you. And I just want to pray over what's to come. over all of you and over the future of the podcast and of this journey together. So Father God, we just thank you. We thank you for all that you've done and all that you're going to do, Lord. And we just trust you through the process. I thank you, God, that there were questions that even challenged me today to look back on the things that you've done in my life. And I give you glory for all of it. I pray that even in a question and answer session, that there was some encouragement felt, that there was some challenging felt, Lord, and that you could just continue to call each of us up as women of God to do the things that you have set before us. God, I'm so excited. Excited for what's to come. I'm so excited for your hand over all of it. And I just pray over each and every woman who is listening to the podcast today, Father, that you just fill her up to overflowing, Lord. God, that you just give her so much grace in the season that she's in, that you fill her with abundant joy and peace, Father, that it's just so tangible. And in every area where she feels like, I can't do this. God, that you just come and meet her and you say, Yeah, but we can do it together. And I'm here for you. And she just feels your tangible presence carrying her through the hardest parts of her life in this. season father I just pray Lord a special blessing over all that's to come Lord over the podcast over the women who are coming into the community over the plans Lord that you have just been pouring into my heart and just pray God for deeper connections and more growth and discipleship Father and that yeah just your blessing is over it Lord because I want to honor you and I know these girls want to honor you with me and so I'm just excited to see how we continue to connect and grow together in Jesus' name we pray amen.
